A.J. Brown

NegativeUsage5:55

AJ Brown's absence from the lineup has historically correlated with an increase in Saquon Barkley's target share, rising from 2.6 to 4.5 targets per game in a four-game sample.

Insight page

Aaron Jones

PositiveValue20:30

Ron Stewart identifies Aaron Jones as a late-round floor play to target after drafting high-upside running backs.

Insight page

Ainias Smith

PositiveSleeper16:46

Ainias Smith is a high-upside late-season stash. Despite a hamstring injury, he is being utilized in motion and on short passes near the line of scrimmage. His prospect profile compares to JSN, Jerry Jeudy, and Luther Burden. Ron Stewart views him as a strong bench target for managers looking for late-season production, as he could follow the trajectory of other successful rookie receivers like Rashee Rice or Jayden Reed once he secures a full-time role.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeProjection20:38

Ron Stewart notes that he currently has Bucky Irving ranked ahead of TreVeyon Henderson.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeValue3:44

Ron Stewart recently adjusted his rankings to place Saquon Barkley ahead of Chase Brown, indicating a preference for Barkley's proven elite upside over Brown's current market standing.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveBreakout24:06

Ron Stewart is significantly higher on Watson than consensus, ranking him 13 spots higher. When running 75% or more of routes, Watson averages 17.5 points per game, a top-six wide receiver pace. With Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks potentially seeing reduced roles, Watson is expected to run 80% of routes and benefit from more diverse, high-percentage usage in the slot and motion. Watson is also identified as a member of the '25% or higher club' for target rate.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeProjection20:40

Ron Stewart notes that he currently has David Montgomery ranked ahead of TreVeyon Henderson.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeRole6:32

DeVonta Smith is acknowledged as a key component of the Eagles' offense, though the team's primary goal is to build their success around Saquon Barkley.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

PositiveValue20:27

Ron Stewart identifies JK Dobbins as a late-round 'floor play' that can be drafted after securing high-upside players like TreVeyon Henderson in a hero-RB build.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeProjection20:36

Ron Stewart notes that he currently has Jadarian Price ranked ahead of TreVeyon Henderson.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

PositiveValue5:13

Ron Stewart identifies Jalen Hurts as a high-value target at the 6/7 turn in drafts. Since 2021, Hurts ranks second only to Josh Allen in fantasy PPG (21.3). Despite a 'down year' in 2023 where he finished as the QB6, Stewart expects a bounce-back under new play-caller Kellen Moore, who is pushing Hurts to play more under center and target the middle of the field. Historically, Hurts has been conservative, with a league-low 13.7% of pass attempts targeting the middle, yet he ranks second in both adjusted net yards per attempt and EPA per dropback when doing so. The coaching staff is actively working to increase his aggression in this area, which could lead to a significant breakout.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeProjection4:00

Ron Stewart highlights that James Cook is a firm first-round pick with a projected 16.6 points per game. Stewart uses Cook as a benchmark to argue that Saquon Barkley, who is projected for 16.5 points per game, is undervalued as a second-round pick.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveValue14:59

Ron Stewart ranks Jameson Williams as his WR23, nine spots ahead of consensus. Stewart argues the 'field stretcher' label is outdated, as Williams' aDOT has shifted from 16 to 11-13 yards, indicating more horizontal usage. He is a locked-in weekly starter in competitive leagues (2 WR/2 Flex) and is expected to produce as a backend WR1, as he did down the stretch last year when Sam LaPorta was injured.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveBreakout24:06

Jaden Reed is a high-upside fantasy asset who ranks second only to Tyreek Hill in fantasy points per route run over his first 20 games. He maintains a career yards per route run of 2.09 and is the WR1 in fantasy points per target and passer rating when targeted (2023-2025). Despite potential competition in two-receiver sets, his explosive playmaking makes him a priority target.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout24:06

Ron Stewart is higher than consensus on Reed, citing his explosive playmaking ability and a career yards per route run of 2.09. Data from Jacob Gibbs shows Reed ranks only behind Tyreek Hill in fantasy points per route run through his first 20 games. Additionally, from 2023-2025, Reed is the WR1 in fantasy points per target and passer rating when targeted, making him a priority target.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeValue18:55

Jaylen Warren is identified by Ron Stewart as being in the same draft tier as TreVeyon Henderson, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Jonathan Brooks, with all currently going in the sixth round.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeValue18:55

Jonathan Brooks is identified by Ron Stewart as being in the same draft tier as TreVeyon Henderson, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Jaylen Warren, with all currently going in the sixth round.

Insight page

Jordan Love

PositiveUsage24:41

The source expects the Packers to increase their passing volume, noting that the team needs to let Jordan Love 'cook' and play at a faster tempo. This shift is expected to mirror the team's 2023 performance when they ranked 15th in pass attempts.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveValue20:29

Ron Stewart identifies Jordan Mason as a late-round floor play to target after drafting high-upside running backs.

Insight page

Josh Allen

NegativeValue7:41

Josh Allen serves as the benchmark for elite fantasy quarterback production, leading all QBs in points per game since 2021. His ADP varies significantly by league, ranging from the first round to the fourth round.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveBreakout26:45

Josh Downs is a high-stakes target who led all Colts receivers in first downs per route run last year. Despite a minor calf injury, he is expected to be ready for Week 1. His role is projected to evolve from a gadget player (8.4 yard aDOT) to a vertical threat similar to Tyler Lockett, with Keenan Allen potentially absorbing underneath targets to allow Downs to operate deeper downfield.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

PositiveValue20:28

Kenneth Gainwell is mentioned by Ron Stewart as a late-round floor play to target after drafting high-upside running backs.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

NegativeValue3:44

Ron Stewart recently adjusted his rankings to place Saquon Barkley ahead of Kenneth Walker, signaling that Barkley is the preferred target in that tier of running backs.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

PositiveProjection8:02

Lamar Jackson is a top-five fantasy QB since 2021. Ron Stewart notes that Jackson's production increases with higher play-action drop-back rates. With new OC Declan Doyle favoring play-action, Jackson is positioned for a potential 'nuclear' passing season, with 36-41 passing touchdowns within his range of outcomes.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeUsage14:26

Ron Stewart identifies Mark Andrews as a primary competitor for red zone targets, but notes that if Andrews is 'washed,' Zay Flowers will inherit those high-value endzone opportunities.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeValue18:55

Ron Stewart categorizes Rhamondre Stevenson as a 'safe floor' option compared to TreVeyon Henderson. While Stevenson currently holds better consensus weekly rankings, Stewart notes that his efficiency could regress or fumbling issues could arise, potentially opening the door for Henderson to take over the backfield. Mike Clay projects him as the RB24, and Stewart expects him to hold a higher ranking than TreVeyon Henderson for Week 1.

Insight page

Sam LaPorta

NegativeInjury16:02

Ron Stewart notes that Sam LaPorta is currently dealing with a hip injury following a previous back injury. While LaPorta's presence may limit Jameson Williams' ceiling, Stewart argues that Williams has proven he can produce as a backend WR1 even when LaPorta is active.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveValue1:53

Ron Stewart ranks Saquon Barkley as his RB6 (1.12 overall), calling him a slam-dunk second-round pick who defies age-related decline curves. Stewart notes Barkley's projected 16.5 PPG is nearly identical to James Cook's 16.6, yet Barkley is available in the second round. Key factors for a bounce-back include a healthier offensive line, a new play-caller in Kellen Moore who emphasizes under-center concepts, and increased passing game usage. Barkley's efficiency is significantly higher under-center (4.9 YPC) than in shotgun/pistol (3.5 YPC), and he averaged 4.5 targets per game in a four-game sample without AJ Brown. While Jalen Hurts limits touchdown upside and check-down volume, Stewart remains high-conviction, drafting Barkley in over 25% of his high-stakes leagues.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveBreakout18:30

Ron Stewart views TreVeyon Henderson as a league-winning upside pick in the sixth round, emphasizing his explosive playmaking, pass-catching ability, and the historical tendency for running backs to make their biggest career leap from year one to year two. Despite conservative projections, Stewart argues that Henderson could overtake the backfield over the course of the season due to his talent and potential for efficiency improvements.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout22:29

Ron Stewart identifies Henderson as a high-upside RB2 candidate who could take over the backfield as the season progresses. Despite a conservative RB25 projection from Mike Clay, Stewart favors Henderson's late-season upside and notes that injury concerns are minimal following reports from Jeff Mueller.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveValue12:56

Ron Stewart ranks Zay Flowers as his WR14, significantly higher than his consensus ADP of WR30. Stewart projects Flowers as the focal point of the Ravens' offense under new OC Declan Doyle, who emphasizes play-action. Flowers leads all qualifying wide receivers in yards per route run on play-action over the past two seasons. Despite only five touchdowns last year, Stewart expects positive regression to 8-10+ touchdowns due to the scheme change and potential decline in Mark Andrews' red zone usage. Flowers is also noted as part of an elite group of receivers earning targets at a rate of 25% or higher.

0:00What's going on, man? Welcome back to the basement. I'm Ron, and today we're going to talk through the nine players I'm betting my entire fantasy football
0:07season on. And when I say that, I mean it. It's one thing to say, "Here are the nine players I love or my flag plants or
0:14my favorite pick in every round," but it's another to actually put my money where my mouth is. Because on this channel, we draft real money fantasy
0:23football drafts every single night. some of which are high stakes reddraft manage leagues where we buy in for thousands if not hundreds of dollars in these
0:31leagues. We have done 12 so far and the players that we're going to talk about in this video, I have drafted on three
0:37or more of them this summer. Meaning I have exposure to these players at a 25% or higher rate. The average exposure to
0:45a given player is 1 divided by 12, 8.3%.
0:48Essentially, these are guys that we are tripling down on. and if they do well or they do poorly, it is going to affect me
0:55directly as I am living and dying with these teams every single week of the season. So, with that being said, we're
1:01going to talk about the nine players that we are staking our entire fantasy season on. If you enjoy, leave a like,
1:06subscribe if you're new, and make sure you check out those streams. We stream every single night from August 1st through week one kickoff. So, with that
1:13being said, our first player we are betting our entire fantasy football season on, Saquon Barkley, who I actually flashed first, our video from
1:232024, and this is a interesting full circle moment. Saquon goes from a huge fate of mine in 2024. He then windmills
1:31slam dunks on us the entire 2024 season, becoming the guy you needed to have in fantasy football, and he puts egg on my
1:38face. Now, it's full circle. It is 2026.
1:42He is my 112 as my RB6. We are one spot higher than consensus. But again, this isn't about me being higher than
1:47consensus. This is this is about me stepping up to the plate when the money is on the line and clicking the draft
1:53button on these players. And Saquon Barkley has been one of the easiest clicks for me this year. Now, of course, if you want access to my rankings, you
2:01can get that over on the basementdraftguide.com in the description and the comment section down below. You get my ranking. You can
2:07compare them to consensus ADP yourself.
2:09You can look at my target rounds, my targets, my fades, my sleepers, the flex check tool. You can compare my rankings
2:15to whatever site you're drafting on. You can sync it to your sleeper draft live.
2:19All of that and more, plus my player notes, all in the basement draft guide.
2:24And here's what it comes down to with Squan. I actually recently moved him up ahead of Chase Brown, ahead of Kenneth
2:31Walker, despite the legendary running back upside research we did. Even though, let's actually jump around a bit here. that research I did, the legendary
2:40running back video, I think we kind of underrated how well Seaquin scored in that research. When we look at the projected points per game, he's at 16.5,
2:51only 0.1 lower than James Cook, who is a firm first round pick. James Cook at 20.5, stealing point per game projection, is within point4 of Saquon
2:59Barkley, even though Saquon goes in the second round compared to James Cook going firmly in the middle of the first round. And I love James Cook myself, but
3:05I think Saquon Barkley is actually probably closer to James Cook than he is the second round running backs as a really strong pick in this range. I
3:13think 2024 me would have poked holes here, right? This is a player next to Jaylen Herz who is going to get his
3:20touchdown upside limited by Jaylen Herz.
3:22On top of that, this is a Jayen Herz passing game that is not going to check down to the running back position
3:27because a lot of those checkdowns are scrambles in the event of having a scrambling quarterback like Jaylen Herz.
3:33But when it comes to Saquon, you got to zoom out and keep it simple.
3:39This is what I've really learned over the past couple years, especially when it comes to fantasy football and running backs and upside is at the core of your
3:47argument.
3:49Talent has to win out. Talent has to win out. And then situation is also a big factor here. And with Saquon Barkley, we
3:58now have two separate seasons where he became a legendary scoreer at the position in two distinctly different ways. As a rookie, he did it on the
4:06Giants with over 90 plus catches as a PPR monster. In 2024, he did it as a explosive playmaker in one of the
4:15league's best offenses where even in an offense where Jaylen Herz is vulturing him at the goal line, he said, "You know
4:21what? I'll just score from 40 yards out or 30 yards out or 20 yards out and run for 2,000 rushing yards over a 16g game
4:29sample. And when he has shown over his entire career that he can get to 20 plus points per game in different ways just
4:36because he is a talented running back.
4:37He came into the league as the best running back prospect my eyes have ever seen. He is still that player. I know
4:43he's 29 years old and we're all agist when it comes to running back and it's like these guys are gonna fall off a
4:49cliff and I just think that they don't apply to Saquon in the same ways that they do to other running backs. Similar
4:57deal with a Derk Henry. These are guys who defy the age curves. And with Saquon, this is an offense that is going
5:02to get healthy this season from Deepak Jonah saying that the offensive line likely explains Saquon Barkley's 2025 drop off. In 2024, he led the league in
5:11yards before contact by over 200 yards.
5:13And then last year, they had injuries to Cam Jurgens, Landon Dickerson, and Lane Johnson. But this year, established run has them as the second best offensive
5:21line. They should be much better. On top of that, you also have a new play caller in Shawn Manion, who should make things
5:27very interesting. This is Saquon Barkley under center versus in shotgun. He goes from a 4.9 yards per carry and a 7%
5:35explosive run rate down to a 3.5 yards per carry and a 2.9% explosive run rate out of shotgun or pistol. Shawn Manion
5:42should bring in more under center concepts here and that is very exciting.
5:46It should be a more modern looking offense and I also don't want to underrate the receiving upside here where small sample small sample but over
5:55a 4-ame sample without AJ Brown Saquon Barkley's targets per game on the Eagles has gone from 2.6 six to 4.5 targets per
6:03game. 4.5 targets per game would make Saquon Barkley the legendary running back in this season. I'm not saying that I would project him for 4.5 targets per
6:12game, but anything above four is where you start to get to elite pass catcher area in fantasy football. And Saquon Barkley came into the league as that
6:21type of player. And we could see now without AJ Brown, Saquon step up to be more of the passing game. I also again
6:28want to zoom out here. This is an Eagles organization that is smart. They know Saquon Barkley is their star player.
6:32They lose AJ Brown. Sure, they have Devonte Smith, but I think at the heart of things, they know that they want a
6:38Super Bowl on the back of Saquon Barkley and if they want to win another one, they should probably run their offense
6:44through Saquon. And that could look different. That could mean using him in the passing game. This is from Zayn Denady here saying that Saquon Barkley
6:51has been getting 80% of the running back work with the first team and is getting a lot of work in the pass game in the
6:56new offense. So, we could see healthy O line. Saquon Barkley bounces back after a 2024 where he had a crazy amount of
7:03touches, a down year. He could bounce back. This offensive line should get healthier. This offense should look better with a new play caller. So, I
7:10think that when we're talking about a second round running back in fantasy football, I think Saquon is an absolute slam dunk. Now, some other players I'm
7:20drafting a lot of are also in this same offense. We have Jaylen Herz and Mai Lemon. Now, you'll see, again, this is
7:25not a me versus consensus video, but I want to include the consensus ADP for some background context. Here you have Jaylen Herz. He is my 612 as my QB6. He
7:35goes 12 spots higher than that. But quarterbacks are are weird. Quarterbacks are a league to league market, right?
7:41Your league might draft Josh Allen 15th overall. Your league might not draft Josh Allen until the fourth round. So, it depends on your league. But, if
7:49Jaylen Herz makes it to that 67 turn, I am drafting a lot of him. And this is somebody that since he became a starter
7:54in 2021, he is behind only Josh Allen with 21.3 points per game. The top five is Josh Allen, Jaylen Herz, Lamar
8:02Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow since 2021. Jaylen Herz was the QB6 in points per game last year in a down year. And you're now drafting him at
8:11that cost. And in this offense, he should bounce back with a better offensive line. And this scheme should suit him. We have a tweet from Ryan
8:17Heath here since 2021. He is a top two quarterback when it comes to efficiency under center. He is more league average
8:24out of shotgun. The reports have been that Shawn Manion is almost going to force him to play more under center and
8:30then also target the middle of the field more. The middle of the field is where a lot of the high upside plays happen in
8:36fantasy football, but it's also where a lot of the interceptions happen in fantasy football. So you see, or really real life football. So you see a lot of
8:43the times Jaylen Herz being conservative and really only targeting players outside the numbers and playing it safe.
8:49Shawn Manion has the reports are that he is going to get Jaylen Herz to throw over the middle of the field more and yes that has resulted
8:57in more interceptions in training camp and it's a that's a conversation for another day that the Eagles fan base and media is so toxic that their quarterback
9:07can't test their limits in practice like that. It's the Allen Iverson meme. We're talking about practice. This is when we should be throwing interceptions, seeing
9:15what we can get away with, seeing how we can be more aggressive. And then game day comes around and these same fans are
9:21fed up with Jaylen Herz checking it down and throwing outside the numbers. You can't have it both ways, but that's a
9:24rant for another day with Ryan Heath. He had a really good uh quote in his play callers article that we brought him on
9:30this channel to talk through where he said, "A league low 13.7% of Herz's pass attempts have gone to that area over the
9:36past five seasons." Talking about the middle of the field. But what might surprise you is that Hertz ranks second in both adjusted net yards per attempt
9:43and EPA per drop back when targeting the middle of the field. 10 if looking at 2025 alone. 11.01 adjusted net yards per
9:51attempt. The second best. Jaylen Herz when targeting the middle of the field is amazing. He just doesn't do it very often. And the hope and the idea is that
10:00Manion can coach that out of him. Get him to attack the middle of the field more. Get him to play under center more.
10:06And then this could be a really big year for the Eagles. And we haven't even talked about Mai Lemon, who I think also
10:11benefits from this because this is a player who played 76% of the time out of the slot in college. In my prospect
10:19model, his three best comparable players are JSN, Jerry Judy, Luther Burton. And for people who don't understand Jerry Judy, we now look at Jerry Judy, we're
10:28like, "Ew, Jerry Judy, Jerry Judy once upon a time was a damn good player." Uh, and I will not accept slander when
10:33talking about prospect. uh pedigree in comparing a player to Jerry Judy. He was drafted ahead of Cid Lamb and Justin Jefferson. Now with Mai Lemon, he is a
10:43late season play. We talk about this with the rookie receiver report every week. Mai Lemon has been banged up with a hamstring injury, missing a lot of
10:51practice, but he has gotten a lot of the short passes near the line of scrimmage.
10:55He's being used in motion pre- snap, and that is all awesome stuff. He is getting used as one of the chess pieces in this
11:02offense. Now, of course, he is behind Octavon Wix on the depth chart. He is more of a late season play, but he is
11:07the perfect when we are talking about filling out our wide receivers through the flex plus one or two, which I say a
11:12lot of the times in my strategy videos.
11:14Mai Lemon is the perfect first wide receiver off the bench when we're building that way because of what he can be down the stretch once he gets to a
11:21full-time role in this offense as a firstround pick with a strong prospect profile. We can see even guys who weren't amazing pros like Elijah Moore
11:31put up 20 points per game in his final five games. Guju 17.9 points per game in his final six games as a rookie. Iayuk
11:3817.7. We even saw Jaden Reed with 16.2 points per game in his final nine games as a rookie. Rashi Rice as well. Mai
11:45Lemon can be one of those players in 2026. Now, moving on from the Eagles, a player I continue to draft, and every
11:54time I draft him on stream, you guys crush me for it is Z Flowers. Z Flowers is my wide receiver 14 as my 306. I am
12:03six spots higher than Consensus, two wide receiver spots higher than Consensus. And all I hear about with Z Flowers is he's good, but he can't score
12:10touchdowns. He's only played three seasons. Touchdowns are relatively random. Sure. Is he at a disadvantage as a 5'9 receiver on an offense with
12:18Derrick Henry? Sure. But he was a top 12 point per game scorer at wide receiver last year despite Lamar Jackson having
12:26his third worst year in completion percentage, his third worst year in interception rate, his third worst year in success rate, and his first time
12:33under 200 passing yards per game since 2022. It was a down year for the entire offense. It was a down year for the
12:39entire passing offense. And Z Flower still produced as a backend wide receiver one. And yes, it was a down year for wide receiver ones in general,
12:48but he still outperforms his ADP of like wide receiver 30. And after finishing as the wide receiver 12, you're drafting him as the wide receiver 16. I think if
12:56this offense bounces back in a big way, that we're going to see Z Flowers be the focal point. This is a team that just
13:03hired Declan Doyle to be their new offensive coordinator, and we should see a lot more play action. Declan Doyle comes from the Broncos and the Bears.
13:11when he was with them, he was top 10 in play action rate over those two-year spans. You have Ryan Heath here showing
13:17that when Lamar Jackson ranks highly in play action drop back rate, his points per game as a fantasy producer go up.
13:24And then on the bottom here, Zay Flowers leads all qualifying wide receivers and yards per out run on play action over
13:31the past two seasons. It is a perfect marriage of skill sets where Doyle is going to run more play action, Lamar's
13:36going to benefit, and then Z Flowers is also going to benefit. And the thing about Zay Flowers is he's just a damn
13:42good player that continues to get better. This is a list of last year's wide receivers to run 200 or more routes
13:47with a 20% or better targets per out run, a 10 plus yards per target, and a 10% or better first downs per out run,
13:54meaning target earning, efficiency, and moving the chains. Zay Flowers is on this list as a really strong receiver last season. He played really well
14:04despite bad quarterback play. He went from 12.3 points per game to 14.3 points per game last season. His yards prop run
14:11has improved every single year of his career. Now, of course, the elephant in the room is the touchdowns. Just five touchdowns last year, but I think this
14:19coaching change opens things up for Zay Flowers to score touchdowns. You have Isaiah likely leaving. You have Mark Andrews who has been heavily involved in
14:27the endzone target area, the red zone target area. And if Mark Andrews is washed, Zay Flowers will be somebody who scores touchdowns. And when we talk
14:36about Lamar Jackson, sure, he's seen as a scrambling quarterback, but he now has two seasons of 36 passing touchdowns, and 41 passing touchdowns. And if he can
14:45hit those levels again, which is always in his range of outcomes, it wouldn't be crazy to me for Z Flowers to hit eight
14:51plus receiving touchdowns, 10 plus receiving touchdowns on the back of a monster Lamar Jackson season. I don't get why the wide receiver one attached
14:59to Lamar who has had nuclear passing seasons in the past wouldn't be a coveted player in fantasy. Then we have Jameson Williams who is my 409 as my
15:09wide receiver 23. I am nine spots ahead of consensus and I think people fundamentally misunderstand who Jameson Williams is as a player. What I mean by
15:16that is they all see him as a field stretcher who just kind of run runs win sprints. And you can see he hasn't been
15:24in that role since 2023 where his ADA average depth of target, right? Where how far downfield he is getting targeted went from 16 yards to the last two years
15:34has been between 11 to 13 yards.
15:36Meaning, yes, he's still getting used vertically, but he's also getting used on horizontal routes like crossers and digs and outs and screens, and he's
15:43getting used all over the formation, all over the field because he is electric with the ball in his hands. And I also
15:49think there is an initiative on this team to get him involved. Dan Campbell last year once he took over calling plays. Jameson Williams down the stretch
15:56of the season was at 16 plus points per game as a firm every week wide receiver one. Now, of course, this came with Sam
16:02Laaporta going down with injury. Sam Laora this year is already banged up with a hip injury coming off a back injury and I think that Dan Campbell
16:10made it an initiative with or without Sam Leaporta. He brings in Drew Petting to I believe revamp the running game and
16:17I think that it's still going to be Dan Campbell's fingerprints that are all over this operation. We've seen even with Ben Johnson leaving Dan Campbell
16:24still wanting to do the trick play stuff, still wanting to essentially run the offense that he always did even with Ben Johnson. So, I
16:32think that he probably made it clear to Drew Petting, we still want to use Jameson Williams in this way. Does Sam
16:37Porto limit his ceiling? Sure. But he goes from a 16 plus point per game score as a backend wide receiver 1 to a 14
16:44plus point per game score as a win at ADP with the upside to get to the 16 plus we've already seen, especially
16:51heading into year five where Jameson Williams goes into his peak season as a wide receiver. Year five is usually where wide receivers peak. This is a
16:59chart from Ryan Heath. And I do also want to say everybody goes crazy about the boom bust nature of Jameson Williams
17:06last year. If you played him in your lineup down the stretch once Sam Laorto went down, he was crushing constantly.
17:12We also get so caught up in consistency and boom bust. And if you play in a competitive league that is two wide
17:18receiver, two flex and you draft Jameson Williams inside the top four rounds, you just start them every week. Everybody doesn't quite grasp how fantasy football
17:26works. If you go back into your league's history and you were to take the average winning margin of every matchup, it
17:33would be blowouts across the board. It' be like 20 plus points per game is how most fantasy football matchups are decided. It's just that one Monday night
17:42where you lose by6 and you think, man, if Jameson Williams didn't bust here, we would have won this game that gives you
17:48this bias of wanting floor and consistency. And across the board, consistency, metrics, and ratings aren't sticky yeartoear. A player can be boom
17:57bust one year and then they could have a high floor the next year. It's all magic dust. Fairy nonsense. Points per game is
18:06all that matters. Put the player in your lineup and stop talking about ceiling and floor and boom bust and whether or
18:12not a guy can start or be in your lineup. Jameson Williams is in an awesome offense and if he averages 13
18:17plus points per game like he should where you're drafting him, he's going to be a fine weekly start and a lot of the
18:22boom bust stuff is very much overrated. Then we have Trevion Henderson.
18:30He is my 607.
18:32I'm actually six spots lower than Consensus, but I keep drafting him because even consensus continues to lag behind where Henderson actually goes in
18:41real drafts. we have here from high stakes ADP. He used to be a guy that would go in that scatterbo to two in
18:47tier in the 40s to 50s area at the 45 turn. He is now firmly on the other side of the board as a sixthround pick in the
18:55tier of Jonathan Brooks, Raandre Stevenson, and Jaylen Warren. And this is correct. The market has corrected.
19:02The market is now efficient. There's been so much dunking on straw man arguments on Twitter of Raandre's the RB1. he's got to go ahead of Henderson
19:10or Henderson doesn't doesn't deserve to be here. Well, now they go pretty much back to back in drafts across the board.
19:16And this is how it should be, right?
19:18Raandre is more of the safe floor option. He's going to get the better consensus weekly rankings early on in the season. And Henderson is more of the
19:26upside play with juice and pass catching upside. And Henderson, I keep drafting because he's sliding into the sixth round into the late sixth round. I have
19:34my receivers through the flex. I went with the hero RB build and I want to shoot for upside with Henderson because
19:39I know I can just get floor plays later on. I can draft my JK Dobbins, Kenneth Gainwell, Jordan Mason, Aaron Jones
19:48later.
19:49Henderson is the league winning upside style pick that I want to keep on taking. Now I have a lot of these guys
19:56ahead of him. I have Jadarian Price ahead. I have Judkins, Tutin, uh Bucky Irving, Scatabo, even David Montgomery ahead of Henderson. He is just now going
20:04in a range where he falls to me. All of the receivers I like are gone and now it's time to take my RB2 and I take him.
20:10But there's also this misunderstanding that Henderson wasn't good last year.
20:14This is somebody that had over 1,000 yards from scrimmage last year and 10 touchdowns. He also had multiple crazy long runs. He looked explosive. He
20:23catches passes out of the back field.
20:25And he also is heading into year two where when we look at the age curves again from Ryan Heath, year one to year
20:31two is where rookie running backs or running backs in general make the biggest leap in their career. So you can take all of Henderson stats from last
20:38year, whether that's success rate or yards per run or whatever efficiency stat you want to look at. There is a very good chance he improves a lot of
20:46those heading into year two. There's a very good chance that he improves heading into year two. You have to have some kind of imagination when it comes
20:53to a year one heading into year two player. You cannot just copy and paste the previous year's stats. You have to
20:59think forward. You have to kind of hit where the target's going to be rather than say here's what the Raandre Henderson split was last year. It is
21:07going to be the exact same in 2026. Now, of course, the beat reports haven't been great. Raandre's been the guy in camp,
21:15but these are all week one things. We are trying to hit a moving target so that we have a stud RB2 heading into the
21:22fantasy football playoffs. And I think over an entire season, whether that means Arandre Stevenson has fumbling issues or his efficiency comes back
21:29down. As we know, efficiency bounces up and down year to year, we could then see Henderson take over this backfield as
21:35somebody who was a talented prospect coming out. flash a lot of upside last year. Had 17 plus points per game from
21:41weeks nine through 17 last year and could be a real differencemaker for a hero RB style setup. This is also somebody on the Mike Clay projections.
21:50Mike Clay is known as a very conservative uh projector. He is somebody that can't wrap his head around the Luther Bird and
22:00breakout. And I want that for my projector. I want the guy doing the projections to be conservative and be anti-fun young players. And even as an
22:09anti-fun young player guy, he has Randre RB24 and he has Henderson at RB25.
22:16You can take this and say, you know what, I'm going to draft Raandre ahead of Henderson. The way that I look at it
22:20is that if they are going to be within six PPR points of each other, I want the one that I think has more upside and has
22:27their production slanted towards the back half of the season. Raandre is going to be a higher week one ranking for me when I do my week one running
22:35back rankings. But when we talk about my week 11 running back rankings, I think that that is going to slant more towards
22:40Trevon Henderson. Now to wrap this whole thing up, we of course have an injury for Henderson, but it seems to not be a
22:49big deal from Jeff Mueller. It's not a big deal. No fade for now. And then as I was recording this video, a report came
22:54out that he should be good to go for week one. So I am not going to be worried about the injury. He is an
23:00upside swing. I get that the floor is nothing, but when we're taking swings at RB2, I want to be taking home run swings
23:06to try and build monster teams. Then we have the Packers receivers. We have Christian Watson and Jaden Reed here. As two players I am way higher than
23:18consensus on. I am 13 spots ahead on Watson. Only four spots ahead on Jayen Reed, but I still continue to draft a
23:23lot of Reed. I think that that's a scenario where like Sleeper or just one of the platforms is really pushing up
23:28Jaden Reed. But I want to be all in on this passing offense this year. This is a team that lost a game to the Cleveland
23:34Browns because they were too conservative and run heavy and wanting to sit on the ball and play the possession game. I think that they now
23:41learn heading into this year they have to let Jordan Love Cook and throw the ball. as said by a Packers beat reporter
23:49here, Aaron Negler, just kind of saying that he expects them to air it out, have more no huddle, more uptempo, and more
23:56Jordan Love directing things at the line. And that is very exciting because they have been 27th and 30th in pass attempts the last two years. But when
24:04Jordan Love had his true breakout season in 2023, they were 15th in pass attempts. I think that they're going to get back to that style of play. Now,
24:12when we talk about Christian Watson in particular, this is somebody heading into year five, like Jameson Williams, peak production season for wide
24:19receivers. Players are injuryprone until they aren't. I get the downside with Christian Watson when it comes to staying healthy and being on the field,
24:27but when he's on the field, he's amazing. Over a 13game sample where he runs 75% or more of the routes, he
24:35averages 17.5 points per game. That would be good for a top six wide receiver number in any given year.
24:41That's a stat from Ryan Heath. And now that Romeo Doms is gone and now that Danteon Wixs is gone, we have a
24:46situation where he is going to be running routinely 80% or more of the routes. Now, he is actually what a lot
24:53of us think Jameson Williams is, where his AOT is like 17 or 18 yards. But that could change this year where we're
25:00already seeing in the preseason him get fun usage. This is from Zay Dani here showing that this is a target of him
25:07getting the ball around the line of scrimmage. They used him in preseason in the slot in motion on play action, cutting across the formation for easy
25:14yak. And if we get the marriage of down the field explosive plays, but then also the easy button stuff out of the slot
25:22and in motion, Christian Watson is set up to be an absolute monster. Now, you might say, well, why do you like one and
25:29then also Jaden Reed? And I just want pieces of this passing offense. Maybe not on the same fantasy football team, but I want to take stabs at both. Jaden
25:37Reed is a guy who has also had issues running enough routes on the football field, but now that Dobs is gone, now
25:45that Wix is gone, we could see more for Jaden Reed. Now, I expect Matthew Golden and Watson to be out there in two wide
25:51receiver sets. That doesn't mean that they're not going to run a lot more three wide receiver sets this season, given that Jaden Reed just got a big
25:57contract. He's one of their best, most explosive playmakers. And when we talk about talent at wide receiver, this is somebody that has a career yards per run
26:05of 2.09. And when we're talking about the Mai Lemons of the world of these, you draft wide receivers through the flex. Jaden Reed is the perfect plus one
26:14or plus two to come off the bench as an upside swing at wide receiver. From Jacob Gibbs here, fantasy points per
26:20route run through an initial 20 games.
26:22It is Tyreek Hill and then it is Jaden Reed in terms of the most in his database. And then you have from 2023 to
26:282025, Jaden Reed is the wide receiver one in fantasy points per target and passer rating when targeted. And now, of course, Dobs and Wixs are both gone. I
26:38get it. He might be the odd man out in two wide receiver sets, but we've seen glimpses of Jaden Reed, and I have to
26:43chase it where he goes in drafts.
26:45Another receiver with a similar issue to Jaden Reed is Josh DS. Our final player that we have in 25% or more of these
26:54high stakes fantasy football leagues, Josh DS, another talented wide receiver stuck in three wide receiver sets. Can't get out there in two wide receiver sets,
27:02but similar to Jaden Reed who loses Romeo Dobs and Dontavon Wixs. Josh DS loses Michael Pitman and he can now become the focal point of this wide
27:14receiver room. Alec Pierce being a clear out guy. And then also we have Keenan Allen who I understand the holdup with
27:21here. This is from Zay Denani.
27:23Essentially they are bringing him in to be a specialist to come in on third downs. Last year he set a careerhigh
27:28with a 65% route share out wide. Meaning that when he comes on the field I think that we're going to see still Josh DS in
27:35the slot and 11 personnel and then outside in two wide receiver sets next to Alec Pierce as a true focal point of
27:42this offense. Now Josh DS did pick up a calf injury. I wouldn't be worried. he was out there uh doing media being very
27:49positive. If it was something serious, he wouldn't be doing that. And then also from Deepak Jonah here saying that it's a very mild calf issue. The risk due to
27:58two soft issues during camp is a little bit higher, but he's likely going to play week one at 100%. I'm not too
28:04worried here. This is somebody on a per out basis has been a monster. Last year he led all Colts receivers in first
28:10downs per out run. One of the best efficiency metrics we have at the position. Alec Pierce is banged up.
28:15Daniel Jones off Achilles might be more likely to feature Josh DS underneath.
28:19But then also the big holdup with him in a very similar uh not similar but on the opposite side of the spectrum where
28:26Christian Watson has a really deep A dot and we want that to come down. Josh DS had a career-high 8.4 yard AOT but we
28:32still want that to go higher. That's still a gadget style role. And what Keenan Allen can do is take a lot of the
28:38underneath stuff away so that Josh Downs can get loose down the field as more of a 10 or 11 yard A dot player unlocking
28:45his upside getting down the field used vertically. Similar to a player like Tyler Lockett that Matt Harmon over at Reception Perception has been comparing
28:54Josh DS to all along. This is somebody that earns targets at a very high rate from Ryan Heath here over the first
29:00three seasons of a wide receivers's career. Targets sprout run. It is Puka, Neighbors, Rice, Ammonra, London, Wadd, Olve, JSN, Garrett Wilson, and then Josh
29:09DS in the 25% or higher club, of course, Z Flowers, and Christian Watson also on this list. Two guys that we are very
29:17high on. But that is the list. Nine players that I'm betting my entire fantasy season on. I have them on 25% of
29:26my teams or more so far. We'll see if it continues to climb from here on out, but make sure you watch me draft those teams
29:33in the streams every night. I'm sure whatever day this video gets posted, I'll be streaming tonight. Whatever draft that I end up getting into, and
29:39then of course, you have a draft coming up as well, i.e. at my own restaurant, so you should too. I am drafting off of
