0:00What's going on guys? It's Nick here back in the video and back with a compromise for the week 2 rankings video. We're adding notes to the screen
0:07and we're going to make the text a little bit bigger for everyone. So 53 and 1/2 point total Lions at Bills Bills
0:144 and a half point home favorites. So I'll expand everything once I go over uh basically the overall everything for the
0:22team and the matchup. So Lions four and a half point road underdogs 24 and a half point team total. So, still
0:30projected to score a decent amount, but to lose on the road to the Bills. Should be a pretty good game overall. Um, as we
0:36know matchup wise, um, Buffalo easier to run on than throw on. It's not that they're like the greatest defense of all
0:43time, but especially at Buffalo is still a very difficult place to play. So, for every team, this is what we're going to
0:50be looking at. Now, you can see the players on the left, you can see the text on the right. you should be able to
0:56see everything unless you're blind or you have a flip phone or something like that. So, uh, everything on the Bill's side or on the Lion side is relatively
1:04straightforward. Obviously start Jir Gibbs, obviously start Aman Rosane Brown. I was very encouraged with what I saw from the usage for JMO. He's up at
1:14the wide receiver 28 on the week right now. Um, less good in full PPR. You're seeing only 3.8 projected points for
1:22him. Um, but decent yardage, always live for a touchdown. It's a 53 and a half point total game. Again, even as four
1:28and a half point road underdogs, 24 and a half projected points for the Lions.
1:33We could see both teams push 27 or 30 points. We could also see it play out lower scoring, right? I mean, 24 and a
1:39half is the average for the Lions here.
1:41And it's not like they looked amazing for the entire game against the Saints, but um, obviously two very, very good teams. So, you've got a lot of upside in
1:49this one. Yeah, start those two. Uh, I think the biggest and then I think JMO deserves to be in the flex spot. I think
1:54Sam Laora, if you have him, you're probably playing him. Uh, Goff is probably the biggest question mark. Only my quarterback 22 right now. You're not
2:01getting anything with the rushing yards.
2:03Uh, I'm not expecting a prolific passing attack. Remember, I said to start uh in the matchups, easier to run on the Bills
2:11than it is to throw. You also kind of want to keep Josh on the sideline. So, it wouldn't be shocking to see the Lions
2:16implement a more runheavy game plan. Uh, but at the end of the day, um, Goff is fine if you're okay with it. Uh, I think
2:24there are better streaming options though this week. So, personally, I would not play Jared Goff. If we go on to the Bills side, they are the 4 and a
2:32half point home favorites, 29 projected points. That's a really nice uh, projection. I believe it's tied for the highest on the week. Uh, Lions, not a
2:41defense you're really that scared of.
2:43pretty much neutral against running backs, but a really positive matchup for wide receivers and tight ends. Uh you basically get the target boost, so it's
2:50the fourth best matchup for targets to wide receivers, second best for targets to tight ends. Uh that should make sense just given game scripts, right? The
2:58Lions are a very good team. On average, teams kind of have to abandon the run at some point. They're playing from behind.
3:04They have to throw it, see more volume to wide receivers and uh tight ends.
3:08that won't necessarily translate to the Buffalo Bills if they are projected to be winning. They're not going to have to play from behind. But you could also
3:16easily see um Lions get ball first, Lions score, Bills happen to not score a touchdown, Lions score again, and all of
3:24a sudden you've got a dream scenario for the pass catchers for Buffalo and Fantasy. Uh but you see a lot of gold
3:30here. It is start Allen, start Cook, start Moore, start start Concaid. Um, very very good usage for DJ Moore, for Daltton Concaid in week one. Basically,
3:41no one else is viable. If you felt like using Shakir, you could, but only project is the wide receiver 35 right
3:47now. Nine half PPR points. We're looking at like four for 50. Not the greatest chance of scoring a touchdown. Uh, there
3:54are much better plays to be made this week. You can stream Tyler Bass if you want to. I would not play either defense
4:01in this one. It really is just the top four for Buffalo. You're not going to the secondary receivers. Um, and I think
4:08Daltton Concade, uh, really strong play.
4:10Again, the usage was great, getting downfield looks on the field a decent amount. Like, we're hoping that sticks.
4:16We're hoping he can stay healthy, but week one, Daltton Concaid was like the Daltton Concade we've always hoped to see and we've always drafted being like,
4:23you know what, there's a chance here, right? And every single year it's like either gets hurt or the role is diminished and we're like, wow, that's
4:29really annoying. Week one was highly encouraging. Uh so we'll see if that holds moving forward, but definitely get all those guys into your starting
4:37lineup. Uh that was the Thursday game.
4:40So we'll move on to the first Sunday game. We've got Panthers at Falcons lower 43 and a half point total.
4:46Everything's going to be lower than that first game was. Uh and then Panthers are 2 and 12 point uh road favorites. So for
4:54the Panthers side, uh 23 implied points.
4:58Not bad. I mean, that's basically like I don't want to say best case scenario for the Panthers side, but like that that's
5:03one of the better games they'll be at.
5:05They're not going to score a ton of points this season. Um, Falcons don't have that good of a defense. Uh, definitely good matchup for wide
5:12receivers. Pretty neutral for running backs and tight ends. Um, I would not be scared of the matchup for any single position on the Panther side. So, pretty
5:21much play this one straight up. Um, I'm projecting Bryce Young a little bit higher than industry right now. I would expect him to drop a little bit in my
5:29projections. Uh he'll probably end up as a quarterback like 16, 17, 18, that sort of range. The appeal is that this is not
5:38an opposing matchup and that you probably I would assume still have Cooper Rush on the other side. Um when you have Cooper Rush on the other side,
5:46he stinks and this offense can't do anything. And so you get three and outs, you get quick drives, you just get the
5:52ball back on the opposing side. And so even though that means the Panthers will probably probably play more passive, not take as many chances, not as good for
6:00Bryce Young and the pass catchers, they should have plenty of drives, they should have plenty of plays, they should really be able to operate the offense
6:07however they want, not be predictable, and that is a positive. So it's still a good matchup here. Uh it's a dome game.
6:13You're playing at the Falcons. Um Bryce Young has had good games against the Falcons in the past. So, uh, Bryce Young, fine if you want to stream him,
6:21but I do think he's going to fall out of streaming contention. I think the projection 17 and a half right now,
6:25probably ends up closer to like 17 or the upper 16s. Um, Chuba. So, Chuba is a good flex play. He got way more usage
6:33than Brooks in week one. We talked about that in the offseason how, you know, Brooks is more going to start as that
6:38change of pace back, receiving back. Um, had the huge reception in week one, but didn't have a massive role. It definitely seemed like they wanted to
6:46have him go out there and leave week one healthy and he did. So, that's a positive. Um I think every week he's
6:52going to slowly ramp up, but we don't know how much. So, you can't play Jonathan Brooks. Um and I think Chuba is
6:57totally fine to put in the flex spot.
6:58Totally fine to throw in at um at running back too if you need it. Um unlikely you need it. You probably
7:05drafted him more as your like third or fourth running backs. I don't know if you have to put a running back, too. Uh
7:10but much better flex play this week. Um projected to be winning again. bad defense, good game script projected there. And then T and Coker, you could
7:18start both of them. So Tet right now, wide receiver 21, Coker, wide receiver 32. Um Coker had the really, really good
7:25game in week one. The target share was monstrous. I think everyone's seen the stat now. Uh last eight games, Coker is
7:32like out playing T McMillan in fantasy.
7:34Um I don't know if that's going to hold long term. Um I also think like T just people are kind of saying, oh like
7:41Cooker's almost the better receiver.
7:42That's not true. like Ted McMillan's still the better receiver. He just always gets the top corner. When they go against teams that have a really good
7:48shutdown corner, well, obviously Coker is not facing that and so he gets a little bit more of usage. We will see um
7:54how close this ends up being. It's not that off in the projections. 10.7 points for Ted, 9.6 half PPR points for Jaylen
8:01Coker. And so, um there's definitely a chance here that uh this plays out close like rest of season, but I want to give
8:08Tet just a little bit more time. He is the more talented player. Uh, but it's definitely disappointing if you drafted T McMillan relatively early and
8:17definitely exciting if you drafted Jaylen Coker. Uh, but both can be played, but Tet is the stronger play between the two of them. On the Falcons
8:25side, uh, only 20 and a half implied points, two and a half point home underdogs for this one. Uh, the Panthers
8:31don't have that good of a defense. I mean, number three match up running backs. We saw that play out in week one
8:36uh, with Chicago just absolutely ripping this team apart. And that was the game plan for Chicago was go out there and
8:42run the ball every play and just try and destroy them. And they allowed what was it 291 yards and six rushing touchdowns.
8:47Uh the Falcons are not going to do that.
8:50But uh the Falcons are going to run the ball as much as they can. Dump it off to Bejon as much as they can. Projects is
8:56the number one running back in the week right now. 90 rushing yards, another 44 receiving yards, five receptions. I mean he was the entire offense. If they were
9:04not running it with him, they were dumping it to him and that was all they could do. And that's unfortunate. So, I
9:09still have Drake London and Pitts right now projecting a strong starts, but it's kind of like the end of that tier. So, I
9:15I have it for those who don't know for like the tags, haven't figured it out.
9:18Um, basically, running back one would be a must start. Running back two is a strong start. And then flex option is
9:25anyone who projects in that next 12 among flex viable players. So, that's tight end, running back, and receiver.
9:30Um, it'll depend on the scoring format you select kind of how that shakes out for you. In half DPR, it's usually a
9:36relatively even split for max and receivers. Maybe a slight lean towards running backs. Drake London's right at the end of strong start. He's at the
9:42wide receiver 24 right now. Only projecting 4.7 receptions, 59.4 yards,.3 touchdowns. Kyle Pittz, three and a half receptions, 45 and a half yards,2
9:53touchdowns. Not that great. So you they're definitely back from where you drafted them. Um that's just the Cooper Rush effect. Like he can't push the ball
10:01downfield. He's just taking sacks. He's looking He looked really really really bad in week one. Um, it would genuinely be fine benching either Drake London or
10:11Kyle Pittz until we get uh Michael Penn Jr. really I I wouldn't even charge someone with two it so really just
10:18Michael Penn Jr. back. But they have no idea. They're like I don't know if it's one week or if it's like a month or two
10:22months. They just they can't figure out how long it's going to take to get him back. Uh but again I don't think that
10:27means they're getting him this week. So um not great. Not great anywhere on Atlanta besides if you have Bjan Robinson. Uh, but I don't think a lot of
10:36you really drafted uh Pitts or Drake London because we weren't really on them this season. Eagles at Titans 39 and a
10:43half point total. Very low total and the Eagles are sevenpoint home favorites and so uh or road favorites. Um is that correct? Yes, road favorites.
10:55Good. Wanted to make sure we were talking about this game correctly. So on the Eagle side, uh 23.25. That's not that high. So, you know, you you see
11:04basically the Titans side is dragging this game down. And what I'm imagining betters are kind of anticipating here is the Titans stink. I mean, they are
11:13horrible. They're not going to score many points, which means the Eagles can do what they want. End up get a lead,
11:19play slow, run the ball. And so that's why you're not seeing like 25, 26, 27 implied points for this team. It's only
11:2723.25 25 even against the Titans where they should have the ball plenty. They should be able to do whatever they want
11:32on offense. But again, what they want to do on offense is play it slow. Um matchup against the Titans for the
11:39Eagles favors passing um over running, but again, I don't really think that's going to play out. like you're still starting these guys, but there's
11:46definitely a chance here that you look in the second half and it's it's almost like um like the Jaguars game where the
11:52Jaguars did everything in the first half and because all four touchdowns came passing, Trevor Lawrence looks good, the receivers look good, uh but had they run
12:00for two of those touchdowns, you know, had some of these receivers not um hit in the first half, the whole second half
12:05they ran the ball and that could play out here for the Eagles where you're just getting a slow paced run, heavy
12:10game, that's good for Saquon. It's pretty positive still for Jaylen Herz because he'll still run the ball, have a chance for rushing touchdown, and just
12:17be efficient through the air. Um, it just elevates risk for Devonte Smith, Dallas Conor. So, they're must starts.
12:23Um, they have such a large share of the offense that I just don't think you could bench them in a spot where we
12:30could easily see four total touchdowns for the Eagles. Uh, and just not a defense we're were very scared of. I mean, the Jets looked really solid
12:37against them in week one. uh but understand the downside risk if Dvont and GD aren't the players that get there in the first half and it is a blowout.
12:46They're not going to get there in the second half. So, it's just kind of a function of the Eagles offense, but I
12:50still think you got to be starting them.
12:51Uh obviously start the Eagles defense and then I mean Mai Lemon Wix they're projecting is the wide receiver 4748.
12:58I'm very encouraged with Mai Lemon long term. I know he had negative receiving yards in week one but I am actually
13:03optimistic about his outlook rest of season. Uh, but you are not playing either one of them this week. Again, you want these guys when there's more
13:09passing volume. There's not really going to be passing volume in this one. On the Titans side, seven point home underdogs, 16.25
13:18projected points. Really, really bad.
13:20You just want to stay away from this team. They're playing the Eagles. It's really tough passing matchup. As you can see, 26 to receivers, 32nd for tight
13:27ends. It's okay for rushing. Uh, but at the end of the day, you're seeing one flex option here. and Tony Pard. Um, I
13:34would not play Carnell Tate, Spears, Cam Ward, defense kicker. I just I wouldn't be playing anyone on this team. You can
13:41flex Pard if you want to. Um, I honestly think his projection might drop a little bit. And if it drops any further, he's
13:47going to fall out of flex consideration as well. Uh, but he'd be viable. It's just that the split was actually decent
13:54between Pard and Spears. And if they're going to mix Singleton in at all, I don't know. I'm just a little bit
13:59concerned about Tony Pard. Uh, this offense is really, really, really bad.
14:05All right, Saints at Ravens, 46 and a half point total. Ravens are 8 and 12 point home favorites for the Saints
14:15side. Oh my goodness, I'm clicking way too many things here. For the Saints side, display only the Saints here and collapse the games. 19 projected points,
14:22eight and a half point road underdogs, though. So, you know, they're probably going to have to have the same game strips as last week. Fall behind, throw
14:29the ball in the second half. Um they looked really bad in the first half and really good in the second half. So kind
14:34of tough to know what to make of the Saints right now. Uh but as you can see right now, tough matchup for tight ends,
14:39uh decent for receivers and pretty much neutral for running back. So uh only seeing the one gold on the screen and
14:46that is Chris Olive. Uh wide receiver, seven, six receptions projected, 84 yards, 0.4 touchdowns, nine and a half targets. A really good projection on
14:56Chris Olive. He's just a great receiver.
14:58has a huge role on this team. Uh gonna have a good day most weeks. Um you're not seeing much on Travis Achan. Um I
15:09don't love what I saw in week one. I mean, he has some of these dump offs. Uh but I think Kamar is going to be back.
15:16So right now, as you can see bottom here, I am projecting Kamar to be back this week. Ernac 41. I'm not projecting
15:21much. six carries, two and a half receptions, but the fact that he'd be there. The fact that like they could still mix in Kre Miller as well, if this
15:29turns at all into three runback committee, that's terrifying. The fact that Kendrick played as much as he did in week one alongside uh Travis Achan,
15:37that's also concerning. Uh so I don't really want to play any of these running backs, which is tough because you definitely drafted Travis Achan to like
15:44be a starter for you. I mean, you drafted him probably to be a running back two, probably not running back one,
15:49but running back two. uh just not encouraging what I saw in week one. And then again, the tough matchup for Jawan.
15:54Um he also didn't really get going until like the fourth quarter last week. So, he was a little bit less of the game
15:59plan than I thought he would be. They ran like what was it? Was it 86 offensive plays and so you kind of have
16:06to dial all these guys back. Um but yeah, Olive is really all I want to be starting. Um don't look too much into
16:12the plays in week one for the Saints.
16:14There was just so many plays in that game. Ravenside, I mean, it's a classic Dick Henry spot, right? eight and a half
16:19point home favorites, 27 and a half projected points. Um, tougher defensive matchup than or rushing match up for defense than passing. But at the end of
16:28the day, when you have Derrick Henry as a home favorite, you play him and he's probably going to smash. So, running
16:33back five in the week, I'm projecting 20 carries, which, you know, he can easily blow past that. But for a projection to
16:38be 20 carries, that's very high. I don't usually project that many carries on average. So, 50% of the times he's going
16:44to have 21 or more. Uh 93 projected rushing yards. 1.1 projected rushing touchdowns. Crazy. I mean, even like 0.8 is a pretty high projection. 1.1 on
16:55average is nuts. Doesn't even matter.
16:58He's going to have six and a half receiving yards on average. Running back five. So, play Lamar, play Derrick Henry. If Zay plays right now, it seems
17:05like the hamstring injury is minor, but check that. Obviously, play him if he does play. They're not going to throw him out there if they're not confident
17:13in his health. Uh you can stream Tyler Loop. You can stream uh Mark Andrews if you want to. Definitely can play the
17:19Baltimore defense. Uh but no one else, even with Jacobe Lane missing time, none of these receivers step up. I mean, they're projected really, really poorly.
17:27Um top here is like the wide receiver 73 for Baitman. You're not going to Baitman or Denzel Walker. Um Elijah Serat seems
17:34buried on the depth chart right now. Um even if Zay missed, I don't think I would start any of the receivers on uh
17:41Baltimore. I think it would really just be uh Mark Andrews. Like I would just say Mark Andrews would elevate into a
17:47better play. Uh but it's just like if it's not Zay, it's none of these receivers. It would have maybe venture Kobe Lane, but of course he is
17:53unfortunately injured. Not going to go in this one. All right. Steelers at Patriots 41 12 point total. Patriots 5
18:03and a half point home favorites. On the Steelers side, it's not great. Um tough matchup. New England, you don't really want to run on them and they're not like
18:13horrible against pass catchers, but uh they're just not a good matchup. You're on the road projected for 18 points.
18:20Like it's just not set up well for the Steelers side. Uh Metaf had a lot of volume in week one and I am projecting
18:268.4 targets. You see the green there, but then everything turns kind of yellow after that. He's going to see a lot of
18:32Gonzalez. And so even with 8.4 receptions, projecting four and a half receptions, 54 yards, 0.3 touchdowns, wide receiver 33. It's just if you had
18:40to, you know, three wide receiver league, put him in there in the flex spot or something like that. That's fine. Uh, but I don't want to play him.
18:46I don't want to play Pitman. Um, Pat Farmouth would be fine, but only tight and 19 right now, I think. Um, just kind
18:53of want to stay away from the Steelers this week. Uh, liked what I saw from Jaylen Warren. And if they are trailing,
19:00uh, he could have a decent amount of receptions. Looking at 3.8 projected receptions right now, 20 yards. These running backs are going to get a lot of
19:07receptions this season. and Jaylen Warren seems like the one that's going to mix in more. Also really tough day for Rico Dael in week one. Uh we'll kind
19:15of see how that split plays out rest of season, but um I left less encouraged with Rico Dao in week one and more
19:22encouraged with Jaylen Warren and in games where they're not playing the Falcons and games where they're playing from behind. You would imagine that
19:29Warren would see even more usage. So I think you can put Warren into the flex spot definitely in full PPR leagues, but
19:35even in half PPR and I would probably leave Rico on the bench. I don't love him as much this week. Uh on the Patriot
19:42side, also not a ton to love. Um matchup wise, it's like relatively neutral for anything. Projected for 23 and a half
19:51points, 5 and a half point home favorites. Uh but it's like you start Drake May. Um I think you're starting Stevenson. Obviously, if they do have um
19:59Trayvon Henderson back, that's not as good. That's going to take some touches away from Stevenson. So only projecting 15 rushtempts this week, three
20:07receptions. Um, and I could dial that back even a little bit more, but I think he's probably still going to end up in
20:12that running back like 16 to 20 range where it's still like a low-end running back two. Probably not going to bust off
20:18a long play. Uh, but an okay shot of scoring a touchdown. Should have a decent amount of touches. So, I would
20:24probably still play Stevenson at like running back two or in the flex spot.
20:28But then I really wouldn't play the pass catchers even with AJ Brown gone. We talked about this in the uh like the
20:34Waverwire video. Everyone just gets a little bit like no one else stands out as some crazy good play. Romeo Dobs is a
20:40wide receiver 36. I think he'll have to step up and get more usage, but some goes to M. Collins, Deario Douglas. Um
20:48the tight ends will get a little bit more Henry and Ridon. You'll see Kyle Williams, maybe Fton Chisum is active and he gets a target or something, but
20:55at the end of the day, it's just like everyone gets a little bit and no one really is going to stand out. So, play
21:00Drake May. Um play Arandre Stevenson. Uh you could stream the Patriots defense to the, you know, defense 10. That's not like the greatest play in the world. Uh
21:09but other than that, I really don't want to be playing uh players on New England this week. Vikings at Bears up next. 48
21:16and a half point total. Bears 5 and a half point home favorites. This is a very exciting game. Uh could play out
21:23lower scoring just given, you know, the Vikings defense, but could also play out higher scoring given the Bears defense.
21:30So, Vikings 21 a.5 projected points, 5 and a half point road underdogs. Um, you see here it's projecting is a very good
21:38matchup for receivers and not as good for running backs and tight ends.
21:42Remember that um this is also using a lot of last year's data. Obviously, we have one game and so that weights the
21:48most for the matchups, but we still use some data from last season. Um, I think in a couple weeks we will see that uh
21:56this is a very good matchup anytime you're playing against the Bears.
21:59Jefferson obviously play him in every matchup. Don't need to go over that one.
22:03Do need to go over Aaron Jones. So Jordan Mason not going to play. He's on IR. Um he should be back in a month. Uh
22:10but basically it's Aaron Jones. Uh it is Dean Claybourne if he's active in DJ Dallas. I don't know what they're going
22:16to do. I don't think Claybourne was active in week one. I would think he would be this week. Uh but we'll see. I
22:22wouldn't start those two. I don't think they're going to do anything. But Aaron Jones at this point is a strong start. I
22:26mean he's going to project as a top 20 running back. uh gonna get probably like 15 to 17 touches. Um okay shot of
22:33scoring a touchdown. Again, it is a bad defense on the other side. So, I would play Aaron Jones if I had him. Um Jordan
22:40Addison, people have asked about him. I can't project him that high because the target share was so low in week one.
22:46Carson Wentz only had eyes for Justin Jefferson. That could absolutely play out differently. And I do think it will with time to prepare to game plan. you
22:55think they're going to go in there and be like, "Listen, we got to get the ball to Jordan Addison a little bit more. We
22:59can't throw it to Justin Jefferson every single play." Um, but a little shaky like that was a really low target share.
23:05He didn't do anything in week one. So, I'll probably bump him a little bit, but I don't know if he'll end up as like a
23:10top 35 receiver even given the matchup.
23:12Uh, so I don't love Addison. But if you had to flax some wide receiver three, something like that, I think that is
23:17fine because uh the you know Bears defense is so bad and the Bears are projected to be winning and thus higher
23:24uh passing rate for the Viking side. Uh you can also stream Hawinson. He was solid in week one, but I kind of want to
23:30see it again before starting him. I would not play Carson Wentz. Um just he's he's not that good with there.
23:37There's plenty of solid uh quarterback options this week. On the Bears side, 27 implied points for Chicago. five and a half point home favorites. Brutal
23:46defense. You can see all the red on the screen right now. Uh we're looking at like a bottom what four matchup, bottom
23:52five matchup for every single position.
23:55So really, really tough on the Bears side, but the scheme is so good and they looked incredible in week one. Uh you
24:02want to play them, right? They're not must starts because the matchup is so difficult, but I'm playing Caleb Williams if I have him. DeAndre Swift,
24:10Coulson Lovelin, I think keep putting him into the starting lineup. I think Luther Burton is a good enough play, but I can see benching him. Um, I would say
24:19like I have it on the screen, flex option, wide receiver 31 right now, about 10 half PPR points in the projection. Um, you can't see it on the
24:27screen because I don't display it for um, wide receivers, but he might mix in for an end round. He's got a chance of
24:33having a rush attempt as well. I don't know. I I just feel like this offense just scored 59 points. If it's close,
24:39put them in. Like that's just basically how my thought process would be. This team could set the record for points per
24:44game. Uh this team just could be so incredible on offense that it's like if it's remotely close between a Bears player and someone else, put them in
24:51your starting lineup. Uh I'm not like in love with the matchup, right? I mean, this is a brutal matchup for everyone,
24:57but I just think you got to be playing Chicago players if you got them. Packers at Jets up next. 44 and a half point
25:04total. Packers are only 4 1/2 point uh road favorites on the Packers side. 24 and a half projected points. That's not
25:15like crazy. I think they'll have a lot of games where they're higher than that.
25:18Jets defense better than this. Um we know that again like I just said, uh more data from last year than this year
25:28currently. uh more heavily weighted towards the first week, but still I'll have to use last year's data where they were horrible at like the worst defense
25:35in league. On the Jet side, um I mean they were great in week one and they were great against the Vikings. They
25:41were great on the road in Minnesota. I mean this is a much different environment this week. So play Jordan Love is a great streaming option. Strong
25:50start this week. Um I think play Marshon Lloyd. Um Brooks played a lot more in week one simply because of the pass
25:57protection. They blitzed what was it like 82% of plays something crazy like that. Um that's not going to happen any game that any other game to the Vikings.
26:06The Vikings going to blitz like every single play. That is not going to happen with other teams. So Marshall Lloyd should play more this week. Should have
26:11better game script. Should have way more touches. Um I would play Marshon Lloyd if you had him at like running back two
26:16or in the flex spot. Uh Christian Watson played so well in week one that I don't see how you really bench him moving
26:22forward. Uh same thing with Golden. I mean Golden he's only one away as wide receiver 25. one away from ranking as a
26:28strong start. Um, he had great usage in week one, downfield looks, a ton of targets. Like, I'd be putting him into
26:35the starting lineup. Tucker Craft is a must start. I'll probably have to dial Tucker Craft back just a little bit. I
26:41mean, on 5.6 projected targets, 61 receiving yards is maybe a tad aggressive. Uh, but it's basically doing that because we're looking at a great
26:49catch rate and a great yards perception for tight ends against the Jets. But again, that is weighted a little bit towards last season, which maybe doesn't
26:56play out as perfectly as this year. But yeah, get all those guys in your starting lineup. Someone's probably gonna fail, but it's a good enough spot
27:03where I want to play all of them. And I just I want to see it from uh Jaden Reed, especially from Jaden Reed in the
27:09fact that um he's a slot only. And so in the second half, if they're winning, which only four and a half point spread
27:15feels pretty tight. Um but if the the you know Packers are winning the second half, Jane's not going to see the field
27:22as much. On the Jets side, um honestly nice to see a 20point total, 4 and a half point home underdogs. Um defense
27:30for the Packers is relatively neutral. A little bit better for receivers, but um nothing like stands out as like a clear,
27:38you know, spot to attack. Uh I think it's just pretty easy here. I mean, uh it was nice seeing See at usage, but you
27:44can't play him. Uh, nice seeing touches for Adnai Mitchell, but you can't play him. Uh, and he can't play Gino Smith
27:50and I wouldn't play the kicker. Um, I have both kickers in the I have something wrong here with the the kicker
27:55situation. I'll figure out the kickers there um after this. Um, not playing the defense. It's just Bree Hall and Garrett Wilson. I mean, they're both going to
28:03get enough touches, uh, enough usage where, you know, they might not have amazing days, but you just got to play them. Um, Brilen Allen looked pretty
28:10solid. Um, projecting some okay usage.
28:12you can't play him. But like if I had Bree Hall, honestly, I would probably try and pick up Brilland Allen cuz he
28:18looks pretty clearly like the backup.
28:19Looks good. If Bree Hall went down, I would imagine that um you know, Brillin's going to have a pretty strong role and look solid. Uh but Bree Garrett
28:27Wilson, get him into your starting lineups this week. Uh next up, we've got the Bengals and the Titans. Uh should be
28:35a really good game, but 46 and a half projected total. Uh two and a half point home favorites for the Texans. We will
28:41see if that changes given the Nico Collins news they'll go over in a second. So, Bengals only 22 projected points, 2 and 1/2 point road underdogs.
28:51Very difficult matchup against the Texans. Um, I think you have to just play all these guys with the understanding that the Texans are a
28:58very, very, very good defense. Uh, but I think Burrow project as a quarterback 13. You probably just keep rolling with him unless you have another very strong
29:07start. Um, but play Jamar Chase, play T.
29:10Higgins, play Chase Brown. Uh, just maybe dial back the expectation for these guys this week. Um, you can play McFerson because I mean, it's still good
29:19enough offense where they're going to like get close but then maybe not convert so you can get some field goals there. But there's really not that much
29:26to go over on the Bengals side. These are superstars. You have to have them in your starting lineup. You just cannot
29:31expect, you know, normal production from them because they're playing the Houston Texans. On the Texan side, 24 and a half projected points, so not bad. Two and a
29:39half point home favorites. Like to see that. Um, difficult matchup for wide receivers. Uh, but pretty decent for running backs and tight ends against the
29:47Bengals. Um, basically it's Nico. So, right now I have him projected in. I will change that. Um, I don't think he's
29:54going to play this week given the hamstring injury that we kind of learned about last night. Um, I just don't think
29:59it does anything for the pass catchers.
30:01like truly they're going to have, you know, Hutchinson and Null and Booty um all kind of rotating in there. Um I just
30:10think they're going to try and run the ball a lot, spread it around. Daltton Schulz will probably become a much stronger start. Um but it really it's
30:18going to be probably not stream Nico Collins given you don't have um not stream CJ Stra don't have Nico Collins.
30:26It would probably will turn into just play David Montgomery. Obviously, if you have him, stream Daltton Schultz if you need a tight end streamer, but don't
30:35play anyone else. It's going to be a very big rotation. I know Nico Collins projects his 9.2 targets, but you take
30:40those 9.2 targets and you give it to like seven players. All of a sudden, everyone has like one extra target. And
30:46if I told you that Xavier Hudson and Quesan Booty were going to have one extra target, would you play them? No.
30:52Probably not. So, not saying all these guys are going to fail cuz one of them is probably going to, you know, score a
30:56touchdown or have an okay day. Uh, but the matchup isn't good enough to where I want to be playing these guys and
31:02talent-wise are not good enough yet. Kan Booty eventually will hopefully be in that role. U, but it's just kind of too
31:08early for him. Uh, he's not fully ramped up yet into the offense. Browns at Bucks. Uh, next up, 40 and a half point
31:16total. Bucks are eight and a half point home favorites for the Browns. It's disgusting. just don't play this team. I mean, 16 point uh projected total, eight
31:25and a half point road underdogs. It's not like the Bucks have that good of a defense. Good match up for tight ends.
31:30Uh but they don't have that good of a defense, but like Deshun Watson is horrible and so you can't play Watson.
31:35Um I think if you had to stream Harold Fannon, given the matchup, given the trailing script, I think you can do it.
31:42Uh but especially, you know, Harold Fannon last season hit because he had a bunch of dump offs. Well, you add in
31:47Conception, you add in Denzel Boston, and you make the quarterback play a little bit worse, and all of a sudden, it's like the volume is not really there
31:53for Fan. And so, I think you can stream him. I don't think you have to. I think you can play Judkins, but again, strong
31:58start, but only theoretically, it's the running back 24. He's one away from being a flex play. And I honestly think I might drop his projection a little
32:06bit. Uh, not in love with Judkins this week. If it's close between a Browns player and someone else, play the other
32:11player. On the Bucks side, 24 and a half projected points. But if the Browns really fall apart, we could see them
32:17blow past that 8 and 1/2 point projected home favorites. This is a absolute smash spot for Bucky Irving. Um looked great
32:25in week one. They should be winning.
32:27They should get him plenty of touches. I would absolutely be playing him if you had him. Um definitely play the Bucks
32:34defense projecting number two on the week. You can stream Chase Mclofflin as well. Um, but the passing attack, it sets up kind of like the Jaguars did in
32:44week one, only the Bucks have a worse passing attack than the Jaguars. They got all of it in the first half. If you
32:50know Tampa Bay scores three touchdowns in the first half, this game's over in the second half and they run it. Well,
32:55if those three touchdowns don't come through the air and they don't have explosives through the air, then they're not going to get it in the second half
33:00for the pass catcher. So, I think Ibuka is a flex option. I think he's very close to being, you know, a strong start
33:06wide receiver 26. I think you'd probably play Igbuka if you have him, but I'd probably leave Goblin on the bench, Kenneth Gainwell on the bench. Um, I
33:14think Jill McMillan is going to play this week. So, him, Ted Hurst, I wouldn't play Kate. Like, I don't think Baker is necessary to stream because I
33:21don't think the passing volume is going to be that high. Just Bucky Irving, Ibuka, Bucks D. I feel like you can
33:26pretty much stick to that and not have to go anywhere else on that side. Next up, we've got the four:00 game. So,
33:33we've got Raiders at Chargers 43 and a half point total. Chargers touchdown home favorites. On the Raiders side, I once again have not I need to add that
33:43to this page. I got a lot of things going on. Uh but really for the Raiders side, it's everything we said in week
33:49one. When you don't have um Brock Bowers, all the touches are going to Ashen Genty, so start him. Um and then
33:58uh you can play Michael Mayer as a streaming option against the Chargers.
34:02Uh he's basically going to get a lot of dump offs. If you have Brock Bowers, just stream Michael Mayer probably until
34:08uh Brock Bowers comes back, which I think will be week three. Uh but nothing else. Like you're not playing the receivers, you're not playing the backup
34:14running backs. It's probably just Genty, but if you had to stream Mayor, you can do that. Uh and then on the Chargers
34:19side, 25.25 projected points for the Chargers, 7-point home favorites. We're hoping for a big bounce back from them.
34:26Really, really disappointing week one for the Chargers side. The offensive line looked absolutely horrible and the offense itself fell apart once you had
34:34Lad McConi leaving. They didn't look that bad in the first half. It was just that they didn't have any offensive drives in the first half. That's a knock
34:41on the defense as well. You need to like get the other team off the field. Um but yeah, no drives in the first half. You
34:47see L go down and everything falls apart. So they need to figure themselves out. The offensive line needs to play a
34:53lot better. I think you give them another week. Herbert Hampton should be in starting lineups. Lad, if he plays, you know, should be trusting that he's
35:01healthy enough to go. I'd put him to the starting lineup. I wouldn't go to QJ. I wouldn't go to Trey Harris. You can
35:07consider QJ if Lad is out. We'll see how the projections shake out there. I would imagine he'd project as like the top
35:13like 25 uh wide receiver. If you don't have Lad and you know going into the week you're not going to have Lad,
35:19that's obviously a positive for Quinton Johnson. But I would not play Trey Harris even in that scenario. We need to see him, you know, ramp up a little bit
35:25more, get more usage before starting him. Uh, but yeah, it really is Herbert, Hampton, Lad, and then if Lad is out,
35:33potentially going to Quinton Johnson.
35:36Next game up, another four:00 game.
35:38We've got Jaguars at Broncos. Probably one of the more exciting games of the week. 43 and a half point total. Broncos
35:44are 2 and 1/2 point home favorites. For the Jaguars side, only 20.5 projected points, 2 and a half point road underdogs. very difficult uh
35:56Broncos defense on the road. Honestly, I feel like the market is underproing this team. I know it was the Browns, but they
36:02played really well in week one. They have a lot of great playmakers. 20 and a half points. I don't know. I feel like
36:06they're probably going to score more than that. Um because of the low total, because of the very difficult defense.
36:13I'm only projecting Parker Washington as a strong start. I think you can stick with Trevor Lawrence. I think he's totally fine to stream. I do think I'll
36:20probably try and bump his projection a little bit because the Broncos have a great defense, but again, the Jaguars have a great offense and if the Broncos
36:28play better than they did in week one, which they played horrible in week one, um if they play better than they did and
36:31they can put up points, then you know, maybe have this other side uh competing, I think the bigger issue with this game
36:37potentially is both teams have a great defense. And so if the Broncos struggle on offense like they did in week one and
36:44if both defenses are in this defensive battle and both teams play more conservatively because of that, we could see a lot of punting kind of back and
36:51forth even though they're both theoretically very good defenses or defenses and offenses. So uh basically play Parker Washington no matter what.
36:58Um don't think you play the running backs in the spot because it's been a split. Um don't think you play the
37:03secondary wide receivers. Uh and again you can stream Trevor Lawrence I think if you need him on the Broncos side.
37:09It's actually a very similar story.
37:11Very, very tough matchup for the running backs. I would not play any of them. Not a horrible matchup for the wide
37:17receivers, but at the end of the day, Jaylen Wadd is the only one you can trust. And it's only as a flex option
37:23really in this game. It's like Wadd and Parker Washington. I know it's going to be a great great game, but those are
37:28kind of the only two players on both side that I like actually trust.
37:32Commanders at Cowboys up next. Uh a 50 and a half point total. Cowboys are three and a half point home favorites.
37:39On the Commander side, uh only 23.5 projected points for this team. Uh and road underdogs, they looked honestly a little bit better than I expected in
37:49week one. And the Cowboys defense is unimposing. I mean, they just they're not that good of a defense at all. So,
37:54if you've got Jaden Daniels, I'd be putting him into your starting lineup. I think you can go back to Terry McLuren.
38:01Um I think Diggs is flex viable. JCM is the best running back on the team, but he had the fumble and he got benched
38:09after the fumble. Who knows how that shakes out in this next week. So, I would say play McLuren, play Jane Daniels. If it's close, stream Stefon
38:16Diggs. Again, this this uh Dallas defense is just not that good. Um, no one else. I mean, obviously there's like storylines in the rest of the team, but
38:25you're not playing anyone else in fantasy. Uh, and JCM, like he can set up for a really good day, but if he fumbles
38:30again, his day is going to be over. And moving forward, I mean, maybe they kind of mix in the rookie, they mix in Rashad
38:36White more, which they really shouldn't do. Uh, but JCM is an exciting play, just a risky one because he was benched
38:43last week for fumbling. And then the Cowboy side, 27 projected points, three and a half point projected home favorites. Also an unopposing defense on
38:51the other side. That's why you have a 50 and a half point total. A lot of gold here. Start Dak, Javvante, Lamb,
38:58Pickkins, Aubrey. start everyone there and just bench everyone else. Most of the volume is going to those guys. They had a really brutal week one, but they
39:06always play better at home. Dallas just plays bad on the road. They play fantastic at home. I would expect a very, very, very good game from Dallas.
39:15It's unlikely that all of Javante Lamb and Pickkins drop nukes, but two of them probably are going to and you're going
39:21to want them in your starting lineup.
39:22So, definitely be playing them. Next up, a disgusting game. Dolphins at 49ers. 45 and a half point total. 12 1/2 point
39:31home favorites for the 49ers. This is not going to be a close one and you're not playing Dolphins players. I do think
39:36I need to drop the projection a little bit for Han. 16 and a half projected points. Actually a fine matchup for
39:43running, but 12 and a half point road favorites. We did not see it was exactly what we talked about in the offseason.
39:49We did not see um total targets going to Achan last week. the target share was there, but they're not going to throw
39:56the ball at that high of a rate. Um, we see Mikuel is scrambling a decent amount. Um, it's just it's not an
40:03environment that is going to produce many touchdowns. Um, even if he has virtually every running back touch that's not going to contribute to that
40:11many total touches. I think they need to dial it back a little bit as well because if the 49ers get up in the
40:16second half, they're the ultimate team that puts together, you know, 15 play 10minute drives where if we're already looking at the Dolphins not sustaining
40:26drives, not scoring touchdowns in the second half, what if they have three drives in the second half of this game?
40:31It's just volume-wise not going to be there. I got to drop the projection on the volume a little bit for the
40:36Dolphins. And then on the 49ers, I mean, it looks fantastic. The Dolphins have just a high school defense out there. I
40:42think the 49ers could score 40 this week with a lot of it coming on the ground.
40:48Look at all the gold and the green on the screen right now. Start Perie McCaffrey Evans start the kicker on the
40:5449ers. The defense of the 49ers. You can flex Debo. You're starting KD like you're starting all these guys. Kalin Black doesn't even project that bad.
41:03Running back 45. Nine carries for 40 yards. probably not going to have much in the receiving game, but man, I mean,
41:09if it's a starter on the 49ers, just get them into your starting lineup. The Dolphins are really, really, really, really bad. They might not win a game
41:19this season. They're in contention with the Browns. It's those two pretty easily. And then a little bit, the Titans for worst team in the NFL.
41:25Seahawks at Cardinals up next. Uh 43 and a half point total. The Seahawks are four and a half point home uh road home
41:34favorites. Home favorites, right?
41:36No, I keep messing that up. The Seahawks are road favorites. I keep thinking that I inputed it wrong to the sheet and I
41:42always input it correctly. All right, Seahawks 23 points uh four and a half point road favorites. Um tough matchups for wide receiver against the Cardinals,
41:51but a good matchup for rushing and for tight ends. Uh didn't see that play out in week one. Again, this is using last
41:57year's data as well. The Cardinals were horrible on defense last year, played much better in week one. This will also give us a little bit of an indication
42:05into the Chargers. If the Seahawks go out there and don't play that well, you know, they don't score that many points,
42:10their players don't do that well. We can have it be a little bit of a benefit to our thought on the Chargers being like,
42:15"Okay, maybe the Cardinals are actually a better defense than we think." If the Seahawks go out there and just rip the
42:19Cardinals apart, uh then we're going to have uh some problems for the the Chargers outlook. But pretty easy, honestly. On the Seahawks side, uh
42:27obviously play Jackson Smith and Jigba every week. Um, I think you can stream the Seahawks, but again, I'd be a little
42:34bit wary of it given how good the Cardinals looked on offense in week one.
42:37Uh, you could always stream Jason Meyers. Um, I think the biggest discussion is with Jadarian Price. He looked fantastic in week one, but the
42:45role is what we talked about pretty much only on early downs, not much in the receiving game. Um, if they're only
42:52going to give him 10 to 13 rush attempts and one target, you better hope he scores a touchdown. You better hope he
42:58rips off like five to six yards per carry because if that's not there, it's not looking great. But running back 19
43:05right now, I am a little bit ahead of industry on that projection. Uh but he does he looked so good that I got to
43:11think the role slowly starts to expand.
43:13They take a little bit more away from Hani every week and give it to Price.
43:16But then once Charbenet does return, obviously it's going to be another hit to Jarian Price. But he looks so good in
43:22week one. I feel like in the flex spot or something, I'd probably put him in there. you know, if we're projecting
43:26this team to be pretty solid this week.
43:28On the Cardinal side, they looked really good in week one. Only 18 and a half points for the implied total. It's the
43:34Seahawks, right? Worst match up for running backs, second worst for receivers, uh fourth worst for uh tight ends. So, it's not a matchup you're like
43:43looking to attack. Obviously, play Bowowers every week. um not projecting anyone else as a strong start, a muck start, a flex option, but uh I think
43:52Jeremiah Love looked good enough where you can absolutely just play him at running back 2 or the flex. I think I
43:57want to bump his projection a little bit this week. Uh but for Mah, for Michael Wilson, for Alier, it's just not worth
44:04it. Don't be don't be starting those guys against the Seahawks. I was very encouraged with what I saw from the Cardinals in week one, but it's the
44:11Seahawks.
44:12Next up, Sunday night game, Colts at Chiefs. 47 and a half point total.
44:16Chiefs are six and a half point home favorites. For the Colts side, uh it's the Chiefs. It's at Arrowhead. It's just
44:24not a spot where you're looking to attack. 20 and a half projected points, 6 and 12 point road underdogs. Very good
44:29defense for Kansas City. Only start the studs. Do not stream the receivers here.
44:34You just don't play receivers against Kansas City. Uh Jonathan Taylor should be in lineups. Uh Jaylen Warren should be in lineups. Really, no one else
44:41should be. It's at Arrowhead. There's really nothing else we need to talk about there. Do not play players at Arrowhead. And then for the Chiefs side,
44:48um, basically all the production was Ken Walker. It was disgusting watching this passing attack. I'd like to dial it back a little bit. I don't trust Rashi Rice.
44:57I don't trust Travis Kelce. Um, I don't trust Worthy. They're projecting a strong starts right now. I want to bump that down as the week goes on. Just play
45:05Ken Walker. Stream Mahomes if you have to. Um, but I really just do not want to be playing the pass catchers on that
45:12team. Final game of the week, Monday Night Football, Giants at Rams. 48 and a half point total. Rams are 7 point home
45:20favorites. On the Giant side, about 21 projected implied points, uh, seven point road runners, but they looked really good in week one and the Rams
45:27looked really bad. So, I could see this game playing out closer than this has it. Um, pretty simple on the Giant side.
45:34Dart looked really good. I think you can stream him even against the Rams who looked worse than expected. Play Malik Neighbors every single week moving
45:42forward. He looked good in week one.
45:44Good route share. Like just get him into starting lineups. Um I think likely was fantastic in the first week. He needs to
45:50be started in all formats. Cam Scatteroo I think got enough touches where I would be playing him and I just wouldn't touch
45:56anyone else. It's going to be this core all year and it's not going to be other players. And then finally for the Rams,
46:02we're looking about 28.7 point home favorites. I do think they bounce back this week. Um, you're obviously playing Puka, you're obviously playing Kairen
46:10Williams. I would be putting Devonte Adams into your starting lineup. Um, Stafford is close. I would like to see him play a little bit better before
46:18putting him into the starting lineup, but projects as a quarterback 15 solid streaming option. Again, you're not getting anything on the ground. Uh, but
46:25the passing production should be pretty solid. Uh, but really just play the studs in this matchup. Both these teams are pretty heavily weighted towards
46:31their best players. So, we get those best players in your starting lineup.
46:34So, that'll do it for this one. Let me know how you like this format better.
46:39Again, you have massive text on the screen breaking down this game as well, so we shouldn't hear any complaints about that. Uh, but let me know if
46:46there's anything else you want to be changed for this one moving forward. But that'll do it for this one. Thank you
46:51all for watching, and I'll catch you all on the underdog video tomorrow.
