Adonai Mitchell

NegativeRole5:45

Adonai Mitchell's return from injury creates uncertainty for the target share of teammates like Amari Cooper. Mitchell had a strong camp and performed well in the first two weeks of the season.

Insight page

Amari Cooper

PositiveBreakout5:04

Amari Cooper (referred to as Omar Cooper Jr.) returned from IR with 6 receptions, 103 yards, and a touchdown. As a first-round rookie, he is a high-priority waiver add worth approximately 15% of FAB. While the source slightly prefers Jalen McMillan for his volume ceiling, Cooper is considered a near-equal value, though his target share remains uncertain once Adonai Mitchell returns from injury.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

PositiveValue23:10

Williams is a priority waiver wire add who is ranked higher rest-of-season than Treylon Burks; he has produced efficiently on his current volume and could reach a WR27-35 ceiling in favorable matchups.

Insight page

Bam Knight

PositiveUsage22:32

Knight forced a 50/50 committee split with Tyler Allgeier while Jeremiah Love was out and has looked significantly better than Allgeier; his long-term value depends on the duration of Love's injury.

Insight page

Caleb Douglas

PositiveSleeper21:19

Douglas is a deeper league speculative add who had a great camp and started the season hot before suffering a week two injury.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

NegativeRole25:34

Rodriguez is a pure early-down grinder with limited fantasy upside in full PPR formats due to a lack of receiving work; he should be rostered as a handcuff to Bucky Irving but is not a reliable starter while Irving is healthy.

Insight page

J.J. McCarthy

PositiveSleeper15:45

JJ McCarthy is recommended as a speculative add in deep Superflex leagues (14-16 teams). The source believes he will eventually be named the starter, making him a valuable roster addition.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeRole19:58

The source notes that Dobbins has not been playing well, and his role as the lead back is under threat from Jonah Coleman, who could potentially overtake him as the team's 1A for the remainder of the season.

Insight page

Jalen McMillan

PositiveBreakout0:21

Identified as the top waiver wire option, Jalen McMillan (referred to as Jeremy Bernard) has produced back-to-back games with over 80 yards, including an 11-catch, 87-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 6. He provides a reliable underneath element to the Steelers offense that deep threats like DK Metcalf and Roman Wilson lack. He has earned Aaron Rodgers' trust, making him a strong flex candidate, particularly in full PPR formats. The source recommends a number two waiver claim or approximately 15% of FAB.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeProjection23:42

The fantasy outlook for the team's receivers is contingent on Jayden Daniels staying healthy, which is described as a relatively big if.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

NegativeUsage20:08

Waddle is playing well, creating separation, and running great routes, but he cannot be trusted in starting lineups right now due to the crowded target environment in Tennessee.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveBreakout18:41

Jonah Coleman is a high-upside running back add who could return from IR soon. The source views him as a high-end talent who could potentially outplay J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey to become the team's lead early-down back, even without an injury to Dobbins. He is recommended as a rosterable player in all leagues.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveInjury8:16

The source expects Jordan Mason to return this week, with the team planning to open his practice window on Wednesday. Once back, he is projected to be a top 25 to 30 running back for the rest of the season.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

PositiveInjury8:32

The source targets a Week 9 return for Jordan Tyson, noting that while he could technically play sooner, the team is unlikely to rush him back before their Week 8 bye. He has potential to be a top 25 wide receiver rest-of-season.

Insight page

Malik Washington

NegativeUsage18:32

Washington maintains a high floor in PPR formats with at least five targets in every game and eight-plus targets in three of five weeks, but he has yet to produce double-digit half-PPR points; his outlook is further clouded by the return of Chris Bell and Caleb Douglas.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeUsage13:53

Marvin Harrison Jr. currently has a limited snap share in the Houston offense, but the source expects this to trend upward over time as he integrates into the team.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

NegativeInjury1:49

Michael Pittman Jr. has struggled to stay healthy and did not perform impressively when active, creating uncertainty regarding his future snap share once he returns.

Insight page

Omar Cooper Jr.

PositiveValue6:50

The source recommends bidding approximately 15% of FAB for Omar Cooper, noting he was a first-round pick at wide receiver this year and looks good, though his role is currently unclear due to competition with Adnai.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

NegativeUsage20:02

RJ Harvey is locked into a passing-down specialist role, receiving only 3-5 rush attempts per week; the team does not trust him for early-down work.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeUsage23:46

The source notes that an injury to Stefon Diggs would likely elevate the target share for other receivers on the team, potentially creating a number one wide receiver opportunity for them.

Insight page

Tank Dell

PositiveInjury14:03

Tank Dell is expected to be activated from injury this week, adding to the depth of the Houston wide receiver room.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeInjury0:14

Terry McLaurin sustained an injury during the previous night's game; the source believes he is likely done for the season, citing the immediate use of a cart and an air cast as indicators of a long-term absence.

0:00What's going on, guys? It's Nick here back with another video. Another fairly thin week on the Waverwire, although that's somewhat of a good thing when I
0:06say that just because we're going to need a pretty big running back injury for it to turn into a great Waverwire
0:12week and obviously we don't want that.
0:14But, uh, some injuries did open some things up including McLaren last night, which we'll of course go over. But, uh, at the top this week, it's wide
0:21receivers. We'll start off there. I would say the top option is Jeremy Bernard. Uh he was featured in last week's video and so if you decided not
0:30to go after him and no one else nearly wanted him as well goes out there has another really good day. So he had 6
0:36for8 no touchdowns in week five 11 for 87 and a touchdown this last week. Of course overtime helped that out a good
0:45amount but still you know having over 80 yards backtoback weeks being a rookie.
0:50Um you know obviously we're going to want him from wayire here. um kind of just adds an element to the Steelers
0:56offense that they don't really have, right? They have Metcafe, Roman Wilson.
1:01They're deep threats. They're guys that are more used deep downfield. Not as much uh reliable in the underneath area.
1:09Of course, that's why they brought in Michael Pitman Jr., but he hasn't been able to stay healthy. He didn't look all
1:14that amazing when he was healthy. It is tough to know exactly how the snaps are going to look at wide receiver once
1:21Wilson is back, once Pitman is back, and I would assume probably like a couple more weeks for them. Maybe like three to
1:26four weeks for each of them. Um, don't really know how you take Bernard off the field at this point though, like even
1:33when he wasn't having that kind of snapshare. Whenever they decided to play him and decided to actually give him targets, he's looked good and he's kind
1:40of earned the trust as well of Aaron Rodgers. I don't know. I don't think you take him out the field, but it's at
1:46least something worth noting that once those guys return, you might look at a snapshare and be like, why did it crater? Well, they've got four receivers
1:53they do want to give playing time to.
1:55And a lot of times this team might only run two wide receivers onto the field at a time. So, he looks good. Um, there is
2:01a chance he turns into like a reliable flex player. Probably a little bit better in full PPR leagues than half PPR
2:06leagues. I definitely can't rank him as a flex play in the like rest of the season rankings um just because there
2:12are some of those unknowns with the snaps moving forward. But the end of the day, you know, he was a rookie whose
2:16talent we were excited about. Um he's producing right now. Rogers likes him.
2:21Sometimes simple as that. And when it's 50/50, and we'll go over this kind of in the the Washington situation as well.
2:27When it's close between players, if there's a rookie, there's just more unknowns. There's more unknowns with the talent. They could just simply be a lot
2:34better than we think they are. And so when a rookie starts to produce, it's more likely that team gives them playing
2:40time. It's more likely they turn into someone we're using down the stretch and fantasy. So you do want to lean into
2:46these younger players a little bit more.
2:48Um definitely good spending a number two claim on him. I don't know about number one. It would really just come down to a
2:53lot to my team. How much would I actually need him, you know, to turn into that flex viable player? Um up to
3:00you if you want to use number one claim on him or honestly a couple of players we'll talk about here. Uh, next up, Omar
3:04Cooper Jr. Um, runs one route in week one, turns it into a 30- yard reception, then he gets hurt. Um, finally able to
3:13return this week from IR, goes out there, has six receptions, 103 yards, and a touchdown. So, we're working off of a super small sample here, but when a
3:22firstround rookie wide receiver has 100 yards and a touchdown in their first full game, you should heavily consider adding them to your roster. I do think
3:32Bernard gets the slight edge when deciding between these two. Um, for similar reasons, you're hesitant for both of them, right? We still don't know
3:40again what u the snapshot is going to look like for Bernard when you have Pitman and Roman Wilson back, but we're
3:45also not 100% sure once you have Adnai Mitchell back. Um, if Sadi ever ramps up and commands more targets. So, there's
3:52still like unknowns on both sides. I just feel like volume-wise once everyone on both offenses is healthy, I feel like the volume ceiling is just a little bit
4:02higher for Bernard. But hey, I mean, if you feel differently, I'm going to probably suggest around 15% of FAB for both of them. It's basically the same
4:10value rest of season. If you prefer Omar Cooper, go after him or just bid the exact same amount on both of them and
4:16see you get. But if I was ranking one higher, I think it would be Bernard, but it's very, very close. Um, but Cooper
4:21looks good. Uh Adnai had the really good camp. You know, Adnai really passed him in camp. Um Adnai had a really good
4:28weeks one and two. So it is just unclear what's going to happen between those two. And Adnai does come back soonish.
4:36But again, about 15% of Fab, I think, is fair for both these guys. And Cooper here was a first round pick at wide
4:41receiver this year. Uh next up, we have two shoutouts. Uh it's likely in a competitive league, a 12 team league.
4:49They're probably not available, but their roster percentage keeps falling every single week. And so they're approaching that range where they actually are available in enough
4:56leagues. We talk about here that's Jordan Mason and Jordan Tyson. I fully expect Jordan Mason back this week. I think they're going to open his practice
5:03window on Wednesday. And they basically said when he got hurt that it's going to be the minimum time. They're like, he's
5:08going to miss the four weeks, but he should return right after that because they had four weeks and then the buy
5:12last week. So he's going to return. Uh and then Jordan Tyson, they're targeting week nine. That's after their week eight buy. Um, basically he he could
5:21technically return this coming week, but it it doesn't make a ton of sense to them to rush him back. So maybe he plays
5:27this week, but probably not. Then they go on by in week eight, probably returns in week nine. He's got a shot of being
5:33like a top 25 wide receiver rest of season once he's back playing. Um, I know that obviously the injuries are a
5:41concern for him, but for most of the wide receivers on free agency, they don't have that in the range of outcomes, right? They have the range of
5:47outcome uh to where it's like, you know, that like 25 to 35 range if you're getting lucky. But to be top 25, not
5:54many can do that. And the fact that Jordan Tyson can is exciting. And for Mason, he's definitely when he returns going to be a top like 25 to 30 running
6:02back rest for the season. So if either of them are on free agency, definitely go after them. Um I would say all four
6:08of the players I've talked about now in that general 15% range. It's just going to come down to who do you prefer? what
6:15do you need on your team? But I think around 15% on average makes sense. After those four, I do think there's kind of a
6:22big drop off. Um, honestly, I think streaming options are next. Uh, defense streaming, not the best options this week, but like
6:31options that will be available in all leagues. So, some weeks it's like, oh, there's three great teams out there, but the roster in like 60, 50% of leagues,
6:39and so you might not have any of them available to you. Uh, it's the Browns, the Titans, and the Jets. pretty sure
6:44all of them are going to be available to you on free agency, but they all just have good matchups, right? So, the
6:48Browns play the Titans, so each one of those teams has a good spot. Uh, the Browns defense has three or more sacks
6:55and six or more fantasy points in five consecutive weeks. Now, they face off from the Titans. Titans only averaging 14 real life points per game on offense,
7:04so that's a good spot. Uh, the Titans verse the Browns on the other side. Two plus sacks in five straight weeks for
7:11the Titans defense. The Browns have allowed the fifth most uh fantasy points to opposing defenses. So, that's just a really low total game. Neither side is
7:20likely to score a lot of points. You're probably going to get two to three sacks on each side. Likely each side getting a
7:26turnover. So, it's a spot where like both defenses should score in that like five to 10 range. And if anyone gets
7:31lucky, has a defensive touchdown, they could have a really good day. And again, both of them are going to be available
7:36on free agency. And if you don't want one of them, it's the Jets verse the Dolphins. Dolphins are coming off of
7:41buy, but uh six plus fantasy points in five of six weeks for the Jets defense.
7:47Miami has allowed the seventh most fantasy points to opposing defenses. And they've also only scored 14 points per game this season. Even coming off by, I
7:55don't expect the Dolphins to come out there and drop 30 on the Jets. So, not good teams, but they're going to be
8:01available to you. And they are good streaming options this week. For quarterback streaming, I would say CJ Stout. He's like right on the cutoff. I
8:08think it was like 61% rostered. I usually cut off at 60, but I just want to mention him because if he is
8:13available, even if you like if you have Josh Allen, no, we're not going after him, but like if you're happy with your
8:20quarterback production, but you want someone else to stream, maybe you see your quarterback also has a buy coming up. Uh something like that, Stra should
8:28not be available in this many leagues.
8:29He's playing really well right now. At least 260 passing yards in five of six games. They just added Marv. Of course,
8:36he has a limited snap share right now, but that's going to trend up over time.
8:40Uh Jaylen Null is having a breakout. He looks fantastic. Um Tank Dell is going to be activated this week. Like they've
8:47got a plethora of wide receiver talents.
8:50And so even if you had one or two injuries at wide receiver, they're good.
8:54And that was something we talked about Trevor Lawrence as well this season. It was like there's so many good wide receivers in Jacksonville. It makes
9:00Lawrence safe because if you have an injury, it's not that you don't care, right? They they want to have their guys
9:05in roles and they want to have everyone healthy, but if someone got hurt in Jacksonville or in Houston now, like it
9:13doesn't really impact CJ Strad all that much because someone can just jump right into their place and produce basically the same amount. Uh there are some teams
9:21where they're really thin at the top end and if you suffer one injury to their top two, it's it's over, right? Teams
9:27can easily focus on that other guy. Uh no one can really step up. That's not the case in Houston. So, like Stout's
9:32going to have a really good season. Uh, if he's available, even if you kind of trust your your starting quarterback, I
9:37would want him as a streaming option.
9:38Um, nothing much else on free agency at quarterback to stream this week. It does come down to also your league size and
9:45things like that. I just want to talk about JJ McCarthy though, especially if you're in Superflex. If you are in like
9:50a 14 or 16 team league, uh, he played well in relief of Jamus last week. Of course, he comes in later in the game.
9:57Um the team was obviously the defense was preparing for Jamus. We see that sometimes we're like there's a game plan for Jamus. They know what Jamus is. This
10:06is how we attack. And so when you bring McCarthy in in the second half, it just he's just a different quarterback. And
10:11sometimes we see those quarterbacks have success and then the next week they do terrible if the team is preparing for them. Um I think they're going to
10:18announce soon who the starting quarterback's going to be, but let's be honest. I mean like um they know Winston is not the quarterback of the future of
10:24this team, but they also know he's not the backup of the future. And I think that's something to point out. It's
10:27like, of course, McCarthy is also not.
10:29They want Jackson Dart to be the starting quarterback moving forward. But they also have to figure out, could we have McCarthy as like the long-term
10:35backup for this team to where, you know, for the next four to six years, we're relying on him as the number two and we
10:42trust that if Dart got injured, which it seems like he gets injured at a fairly high rate at this point, um, if he
10:47suffers an injury, could we trust McCarthy rest of the season? They want to figure that out. And so since they know it's not Jamus and Jamus hasn't
10:55exactly been playing that well, what's the harm in putting McCarthy out there?
10:58Unless you just don't think he's fully ready with the game plan yet. Um but it's like figure it out, you know, get
11:04him ready. So whether it's this week, next week, soon. McCarthy is going to be the starting quarterback on this team and that's obviously valuable and
11:11Superflex like if anyone becomes available, you should be rostering them.
11:15Uh so definitely go after him. deeper leagues again, 14, 16, if you've really been struggling at quarterback streaming, can't figure things out, I
11:22think he's worth like a speculative ad.
11:24Um, but in like an 8, 10, or 12 team league, you know, I don't think you you really need to consider him. Uh, but
11:29figured I'd mention him. Uh, all right, flipping back to running back, we've got a good chunk of other options. I just
11:35don't think anyone's, you know, worth spending a crazy amount of fab on. These guys are not worth spending a number one
11:41claim on. Uh, top is Jonah Coleman. uh you can spend less on him because if he continues to be there every single week,
11:47it's still kind of unlikely someone goes after him this week. Uh but the take is the same as it has been the last couple
11:52weeks. Uh Coleman's actually eligible to return from AR this week. I think it's possible. Um I just don't really know. I
11:58think it's going to be this week or next week. Uh but Dobbins hasn't been playing all that great. Harvey gets like three
12:03to five rush attempts every week, so they don't trust him on early downs. Um, there's absolutely a chance that, you know, moving forward in the next couple
12:11of weeks that Jonah Coleman is this team's lead on early down. I think he is a really high-end talent. I I really
12:17like him as a prospect. Um, can't say uh about most free agent running backs that like without injury, they can be the
12:25starter. For for a lot of free agent running backs, it's like yeah, I mean, if the starter goes down, they can be
12:29the lead of a committee or they can step up. But Jonah Coleman, that's the case.
12:33But it's also the case that like he could just outplay um RJ Harvey. He could just outplay um JK Dobbins rest of
12:39the season and be their 1A. I do think Harvey's probably locked into his like passing down specialist sort of role and
12:46that if Coleman overtakes anyone, it's more likely to be Dobbins. But Coleman could just produce in a way where he takes over what Dobbins is doing is
12:56still used a little bit in the receiving game and that would be plenty for us to trust him as that like low-end running
13:01back too. And again, if that can happen without injury, he should be rostered in all leagues. Um Kre Miller after him
13:07coming off 22 touches for Kre Miller. um thing is they have one game then the buy and then ETN's going to return. Like
13:15that's just kind of the timeline for him. So you're basically getting a oneame rental for um Kendrick Miller. Uh it's a game in France against the
13:22Steelers. I wouldn't go crazy here. Like I don't think he's going to project that well this coming week. Um he'll be fine
13:28as a spot start. And if you've got some people on buy, some people injured and you're like I just need something at
13:33running back too, he will be an okay play this week. So you can go after him.
13:36Uh we got the Bills, the Jaguars, the Chargers, and the Commanders on by, there are some running backs in there that are like some relatively high-end
13:43running backs. Uh and so if you need to find replacements, you know, this is an option for you, but don't be spending
13:48like 15% of your fab for a oneweek rental of a low-end running back, too.
13:52Like that's basically all he is. Uh Bam Knight after him. Uh forced the 50/50 committee with Alier with Love Out. I
13:59wasn't fully expecting that just because Alier was forcing touches. I don't want to say forcing touches because he wasn't good. Uh but he was like getting touches
14:10I guess uh even when Jeremiah Love was quote unquote healthy like playing through injury. Um but I think it's worth noting like we kept talking about
14:17every week that Algier looks like he's running with cement in his cleat. So it was surprising in that I didn't see it
14:22coming like a full 50/50 split. I did think uh Algier would get more touches, but it's also possible that uh you know
14:30the Cardinals saw that too and they're like why does this man look so slow when he's running out there? Why is it like
14:36it truly is like they'll throw a screen pass out to him and you're like oh nice they set up a good screen, they got the
14:40blockers and it takes him like 9 years to like catch it, turn around and move a yard that everyone's there or like that
14:46the blocking is decent and there's a hole but it takes him so long to get there that even if he does get there in
14:51time, everyone just catches up. like he's just he's really really slow out there right now. Uh so yeah, I guess not
14:57shocking looking back in hindsight. Uh so Bam Knight, if Love misses more time, you've got someone who I mean has just
15:05looked a lot better than Alier. I think he did suffer an injury in the second half of the game. I think he returned,
15:11but don't quote me on that one. I don't believe it'll be a long-term injury. Uh but just just a name to keep in mind.
15:18Um, if we knew Love was going to miss and if Bam Knight was playing next week, he'd be someone else. That could be a
15:23spot start, but I do think Love will be back in the short term. I do think it was more of like a oneweek thing, hold
15:28him out, try and get a more healthy returns the following week, but we will see. Uh, Chris Rodriguez after him. He
15:35looked great. His biggest issue is that he's a pure early down grinder. We knew this going into the season that it's
15:41more likely that he impacts the ceiling of Bashalt Tutin than it is um Chris Rodriguez is someone you're relying on in fantasy because even with 11 or 13
15:49rush attempts, he's like not going to catch a pass or maybe has like one catch for five yards. And so it's like
15:55especially in a full PPR league, even if you have 11 carries for 60 yards, right?
15:59You're efficient on that. It's six points. It's not going to do anything for you in full PPR. Uh but he is
16:04someone who should be roster because if Tutton did get injured he'd be in line for 17 plus opportunities every week. Um
16:10and in the meantime he is still getting you know eight to 12 touches which at a baseline if you got injuries you got
16:16buys and I told you someone was going to get 11 rush attempts the potential for goal line touches you'd be like you know
16:21what that's good enough for me especially being on a good team. So should be rostered uh just not someone we can really like rely on starting
16:29right now while Toutin is healthy. Uh, and then you've got that combo of Spears and Nick Singleton. We've talked about this before. Um, it's possible Pard gets
16:38traded. Not a guarantee, but I think the deadline's like three or so weeks away.
16:42And so, this is like a speculative thing, right? If Pard got traded away, of course, Spears would step up. I think
16:47they would then activate Nick Singleton.
16:49See what they have in him. Singleton hasn't been playing. So, you would imagine that Tai is the one to take on a
16:55larger role if there's a trade. But I do think Singleton is someone that they need to at least get a look at because
17:01he's had his moments in college. He he does have pretty high-end athleticism.
17:06There's a chance that he could be a role player for them long term, but you won't know unless you put him out there on the
17:12field. So, we'll see with him. Uh but yeah, Tai is more likely to be valuable in fantasy just because, well, it's a
17:19bad team. They're going to be trailing and he is the passing down back on that team. Going back to wide receiver, um we
17:24also a few other names for you. Trey Tucker, wide receiver, 15 on the season and half VPR scoring. The problem is you
17:31are never going to know when to play Trey Tucker. He's got two games over 20 fantasy points and the other four games
17:38are under 6 and a half fantasy points.
17:40So nothing in between 6 and a half and 20 for you. Uh basically the definition of a boom bus play. Uh but I don't even
17:48want to call him a boom bus flex player.
17:49I think maybe if we're optimistic can kind of turn into that. uh but more so a boom bust like low-end wide receiver
17:56three. So deeper formats maybe um but you know not someone you're ever going to be like nice I got you know Trey
18:04Tucker in the flex spot I feel good about this again that's right now maybe he puts together a little bit more
18:11consistency but at the current rate where it's like you know four games below six and a half you're getting that like really low-end floor so not as much
18:20a flex player right now like a 12 team league but deeper especially you know 14 team plus obviously he's watch 15 on the
18:25season so he should probably be rocking in more leagues. Malik Washington at least five targets in every game. Uh three of five weeks he has at least
18:33eight targets. Uh the problem is that's resulted in zero games of double digit half PPR points. Uh they also have Chris
18:40Bell getting healthier. He should be more involved after this buy. Uh Caleb Douglas also could be back this week or next week. So, you know, Malik more like
18:48a high floor wide receiver four. uh more of a PPR league only type play, but if you were in a deeper PPR league, he's an
18:56option for you. Uh Jacobe Lane returned from IR last week, played 54% of the snaps, had four receptions, 40 yards.
19:04You also had Baitman suffering a shoulder injury, but that does seem minor. I think he's either going to miss no time or barely any time. Um only so
19:12much upside. Even if you told me that Jacobe Lane wins the wide receiver job in Baltimore, it's the wide receiver 2
19:18job at Baltimore. like that's just never been a role that's produced anything.
19:22Um, but he was really hyped up in camp.
19:24They're very excited about the talent.
19:26He does clearly look like a talented wide receiver. He is someone they'll use in the red zone. There's a chance that
19:32he's useful in fantasy once Lamar returns and once he does take over as that full-time number two wide receiver.
19:38He can't really win in fantasy rotating that wide receiver too. Like he will need to see, you know, not 54% of the
19:45snaps. is going to have to jump up to like 80 85% of the snaps to produce as the number two in Baltimore. But again,
19:53rookie, when you've got these rookies having great camps, producing, given opportunities early in the season, you take note of that. And I think he should
20:00be roster. I think he's someone that like is worth rostering as that final wide receiver, but not someone you can trust in your starting lineup right now.
20:08Um, similarish take for Jaylen Null. It's like exciting, but you can't trust him in your starting lineup right now. Uh, but he's playing great and it's like you
20:18love these younger, obviously null is not a rookie, but these younger wide receivers, they're starting to break out, look really good. Uh, null looks
20:25fantastic. Looks like a great route runner. He's creating separation. His problem is, sure, he's on the higher volume passing attack than like someone
20:33like Jacobe Lane, but it's like when are you going to trust Jaylen Null? It's not going to be for a while. You've got
20:38Tankell coming back. You've got Marv increasing his usage obviously rest of season. They still have Kahan Booty.
20:45They still have so many wide receivers.
20:48They're going to get targets that it's like there's just too many wide receivers in Tennessee. Nico, Marv, Null, Tank, Booty. Uh they'll have
20:57Higgins returning from the torn ACL next season. It's like this is awesome for CJ Strad, but it's kind of rough for all
21:04the other wide receivers not named Nico Collins. Difficult to trust them. And that is again the case for null. So I
21:10like him. I'm excited to have him on my dynasty team, but like you're you're gonna need some injuries if he's going
21:16to produce anything reliable in fantasy.
21:19Um Caleb Douglas after him. Uh he was playing really well. He had a great camp. Starts the season off hot but then
21:26gets hurt in week two. Um more of a deeper league speculative ad, right?
21:31like on these teams with kind of like, you know, iffy wide receiver rooms where we don't exactly know how the target's
21:37going to shape out. I would at least like them to be on good teams, right?
21:41Miami is not a prolific passing attack.
21:43They're not going to throw for a lot of yards this season. Um, take note when you've got a young rookie player that is
21:49clearly talented. um like there's a chance that he ends up as the top wide receiver on this team, but you've got
21:55Malik, you've got Bell, and it's it's really only a deeper league thing because Miami is just not that good of a
22:00team. Uh then finally, we've got uh the Washington Commanders wide receivers.
22:06So, I'm recording this obviously uh you know, Tuesday morning after the Monday night game. We don't have the M MRI results yet. It doesn't seem like I
22:14really do think McLaren's probably done for the season. Uh, again, you don't want to speculate too much on exactly what, but like whenever you instantly
22:22have the cart come out, instantly have them put into an air cast, like it's it's typically done for the season or
22:29minimum done for a very, very long time.
22:31So, that's how I would approach free agency this week with that understanding. Trayon Burks, Antonio Williams, uh, they're both, you know,
22:38kind of top end names at wide receiver, uh, just because of that potential that like, you know, they're competing with Stfan Diggs. Stfan Diggs is super old.
22:46he's battled through injuries. There's a chance that they lose him at some point as well. And you've got Burks and Tony
22:51Williams as the top wide receivers. But at least right now, they're going to be needed. Like they're going to need these
22:55guys. Uh cuz behind them it's like you they don't throw the running backs all that much. So it's it's Diggs, it's
23:01Chicka Conquo, and it's not that much behind them. So they're going to need Antonio Williams, Trayon Burks rest of the season. Um I think my leans Antonio
23:10Williams um he's an exciting prospect. I actually think like Antonio Williams is a talented wide receiver. He's been producing really efficiently as well in
23:18the volume he's had so far this season.
23:20So, it is exciting longterm with him.
23:22He's our early third round pick this season. Of course, Trayon Burks was a former first round pick. That never worked out in Tennessee, but it was
23:28Tennessee, right? Like maybe a change of scenery is good for Trayon Burks. Um, my lean again is Antonio Williams because with Burks, it's like sure it was
23:37Tennessee, right? And obviously sometimes we see players who are drafted to teams, they have a certain vision for them and that just never works out, but
23:46they change teams and eventually, you know, they kind of hit longer term. It's it's somewhat rare when you have, you know, first round pick that for four
23:55seasons in the NFL is a complete and utter bust, changes teams, and all of a sudden they break out. Like it doesn't
24:01typically happen like that, but um it's possible, right? But I lean Antonio Williams because it's like this is Burke's fifth season in the NFL. He's
24:09just never been able to do anything, never been able to have that breakout. I think both are worth rostering because either one of them could turn into that
24:16too and through an injury to Stfan Diggs could be the number one wide receiver on what is still going to be a decent
24:22offense if uh Daniels can stay healthy.
24:26That is still a relatively big if. I think long term, you know, both of the potential being that like why you have a
24:3235 to 45 sort of range. there's a shot that one of them can be like the wide receiver like 27 to 35 in the right
24:39matchup. I think that's way more likely to be Antonio Tony Williams. He's who I'm going to go after. He's who I'm
24:44going to rank higher rest of season. But again, both are worth rostering because if we can project them for six, seven
24:53targets in a week, that's worth rostering on a decent team with decent underlying talent for both of them. Then finally at tight end, um there's not a
25:02whole lot. I mean, Michael Mayer, he's a name that sticks out. He's the tight end 12 on the season. I'm going to pat
25:08myself on the back for calling him the best possible pick you can make in round 18 or underdog this season. But at the
25:13end of the day, I think my take there is the same as it was. I said he's the best pick on underdog in round 18 because he
25:21was going to be involved. He's a talented tight end. He's randomly going to have multiple usable weeks this season. And you can't say that about
25:29pretty much every round 18 pick. Uh it's just it was a very safe pick that was going to produce for your team. The
25:34problem in reddraft was always when are those weeks coming. Difficult to know.
25:39Obviously, you know, he's a semi-handcuff to Brock Bowers in that if you had Brock Bowers missing time, of course, he's going to step up and have a
25:47larger opportunity share, but you can't really roster handcuffed tight ends.
25:52It's not the best use of a a bench spot.
25:54You're much better off rostering handcuff running backs. Um, and it's like, sure, he's going to have some of these days where he has, you know, seven
26:02for 95 in a week that Bowowers is healthy, but if you look at the other three games before that, it's three for
26:0732, 8 for 82, and 1 for two. It's like he's going to have this up and down production because he's a number two
26:13tight end in the NFL. Now, of course, the Raiders are going to use tight ends more than like any team in the NFL. And
26:19so, it's it's he's basically their wide receiver three, but it's like the up and down production. You're never going to know what you're getting. I know that's
26:25the case for like most tight ends, but he's going to max out as like a low-end streaming option every week. He's not a
26:33long-term solution for anyone unless you're in a superflex league, so don't go crazy, but he's the tight end 12 in the season. He's basically the wide
26:40receiver three. He's got some upside.
26:43He's worth rostering for people in deeper formats. Uh, and I feel like I have to mention him, but I'm not going
26:49to like go after him even if I'm like semi struggling at tight end. He's not a long-term solution. He's a spot start at
26:55times, so you don't need to like roster him as a bench player or anything like that unless superflex deeply. So, uh,
27:02that's my take on free agency this season. Um, you all seem to really like the structure of the trade video last
27:08week. So, I'll do that same thing again this coming week. So, trade video tomorrow, rankings on Thursday, underdog video on Friday. So, make sure you
27:17subscribe so you don't miss any of those. Please leave a like if you are still here. That'll do it for this one,
27:22and thank you all for watching.
