Aaron Jones

PositiveMatchup0:49

The source mentions Aaron Jones in the context of the Vikings offense against the Colts matchup, indicating he will be discussed later in the show as part of the exploitable Vikings-Colts situation. The source identifies the Vikings offense as 'incredibly attractive' against the Colts secondary without Sauce Gardner.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup11:00

Aaron Jones is in a great matchup this week against the Colts at home. With Jordan Mason expected to be slow-rolled back into the offense following his return from injury (similar to Rico Dotto's gradual reintegration last week), this is positioned as one last week to play Aaron Jones in a bell cow role.

Insight page

Aaron Rodgers

PositiveProjection0:00

Aaron Rodgers looks great and is playing at his best level in five years; he's healthy post-Achilles tear and appears to have found natural herbal remedies that keep his muscles strong and elastic. The source is bullish on Rodgers this week against Pittsburgh.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:03

The source identifies Aaron Rodgers as a streaming quarterback option, noting he 'looks great' and is 'as good as Aaron Rodgers has looked in what? Five years.' The source contrasts his current form favorably with his Jets tenure and recovery from his Achilles tear, suggesting he has regained elite form.

Insight page

AJ Barner

PositiveMatchup29:07

Barner is the starting tight end for the Broncos with no target competition after Elijah Arroyo was ruled out. The source notes tight ends are the one way to exploit the Chiefs' defense and that Barner has volatile target volume (ranging from one to eight targets). With Arroyo out, all tight end targets will funnel to Barner, making him a desperation stream play despite his inconsistency.

Insight page

Bam Knight

NegativeUsage12:48

Zonovan Knight played a lot more last week than Tyler Algier wanted to see. He is a very hard runner (nickname is Bam), but this increased usage is presented as a concern for those who prefer other options.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveMatchup0:00

Strong DFS play this week; Falcons face 49ers projected to win on the road with Brock Purdy (most efficient QB in NFL), which will force Atlanta into throwing situations and create favorable game script for Robinson despite the team's run-first approach.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup0:20

Bijan Robinson is a great week to play in DFS; the Falcons are going to push Robinson onto the 49ers as part of their game plan, and he's likely to be active. The source highlights Robinson as a beneficiary of the Falcons' running-heavy approach at home against San Francisco.

Insight page

Blake Corum

PositiveProjection4:20

Strong flex play in DFS; Rams lack receiver depth (best healthy receiver is Tyler Higbee, best WR is Kanata Mumfield), forcing run-heavy game plan; source wouldn't be surprised if Corum had two touchdowns; also valuable on dump-offs and out of backfield in run-heavy scheme.

Insight page

Brian Robinson

NegativeInjury0:25

Brian Robinson is likely to be active but not at 100% health; the source notes this in the context of the Falcons' game plan to run the ball against San Francisco.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

PositiveProjection0:41

Brock Purdy is the most efficient quarterback in the NFL; the source notes this in the context of the 49ers being projected to win on the road against Atlanta and forcing the Falcons into throwing situations.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

PositiveMatchup0:39

DK Metcalf is a recommended play this week given Aaron Rodgers' strong form and the Steelers matchup; the source highlights this as a great week to play Metcalf in the context of Pittsburgh's offensive situation.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveUsage0:33

Drake London is receiving targets from Michael Penix, who is distributing the ball effectively to multiple playmakers; London is part of Penix's read progression in the Falcons' passing game.

Insight page

Elijah Arroyo

PositiveInjury29:07

Arroyo is out, which removes all tight end target competition for the Broncos and funnels volume to A.J. Barner. The source had Arroyo on taxi squads and notes he was gaining snap share and route share before the injury.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

PositiveProjection12:14

J.K. Dobbins is back on the source's radar for this week, chasing TD equity with the Broncos implied at 24 points. Even though Jonah Coleman is back, Coleman is expected to be slow-rolled as well. The source describes this as a simple, crayon-based take: Dobbins has high ownership in DFS this week because sharp money is on him scoring another touchdown. This is positioned as one last week to play Dobbins before potentially never playing him again.

Insight page

Jahan Dotson

PositiveUsage0:38

Jahan Dotson is receiving regular targets and scoring touchdowns from Michael Penix; the source notes that Dotson is posting 40+ yards and touchdowns regularly, indicating that Penix is distributing to more than just the top two targets and is spreading the ball around effectively.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveRole0:34

Jalen Warren is likely to score touchdowns on dump-off passes in the Steelers' game script against New Orleans; the source notes that when Warren scores, it's typically on short passing plays, and he could benefit from Pittsburgh's positive game script and lead-building opportunities.

Insight page
PositiveUsage5:30

Excelling out of backfield in passing game at Jameer Gibbs level; Pittsburgh is a throwing team and Warren is the guy thriving in receiving role; advanced efficiency metrics (target rate, target share, targets per route run, yards per route run) show Warren is fantastic talent with elite receiving metrics comparable to Gibbs.

Insight page
PositiveValue9:53

Advanced receiving metrics on PlayerProfiler show Jalen Warren as a fantastic talent with elite target rate, target share, targets per route run, and yards per route run; the source believes he is undervalued and that the fantasy community will soon fully embrace him as a top running back talent in the NFL regardless of situation, though the situation is also very good. This week the Saints allow 30+ fantasy points per game to opposing running backs.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

NegativeRole12:37

Jonah Coleman is back from injury but expected to be slow-rolled into the offense, limiting his usage in his return week.

Insight page

Jordan Addison

NegativeRole0:27

The source notes that Jordan Addison was much more attractive when Justin Jefferson was out, but with Jefferson healthy and Kyler Murray's tendency to lock in on his number-one target, Addison's usage is limited. However, the source suggests this week against the Colts could be one where Addison gets opportunities, though he remains a secondary option behind Jefferson.

Insight page
PositiveProjection11:04

Jordan Addison is recommended as a desperation stream play of the week.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

NegativeRole11:21

Jordan Mason is back from injury but expected to be slow-rolled into the offense, similar to how Rico Dotto was gradually reintegrated last week, meaning limited usage in his return week.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveMatchup0:36

The source identifies Justin Jefferson as a top-10 wide receiver play this week against the Colts secondary, which lacks Sauce Gardner. The source states 'it's going to be wheels up this week, smash week for Justin Jefferson' and projects him as a top-10 player in full PPR weekly rankings. Kyler Murray locks in on his number-one target, and the Colts secondary weakness creates an exploitable matchup.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:48

Justin Jefferson is projected as a top 10 wide receiver on PlayerProfiler; the source references this projection in the context of exploiting Pittsburgh's great matchup situation this week.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

PositiveUsage0:33

Kyle Pitts is receiving targets down the seam from Michael Penix, who is distributing the ball effectively to multiple playmakers; Pitts is part of Penix's read progression and is a beneficiary of the Falcons' passing game.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveMatchup0:28

The source identifies Kyler Murray as a sneaky upside streaming quarterback against Indianapolis. Despite below-seven yards per attempt efficiency, Murray's rushing ability and tendency to lock in on his number-one target (Justin Jefferson) make him attractive against a weak Colts secondary without Sauce Gardner. The source notes Murray can exploit the Colts with short and intermediate passes with yards-after-catch ability.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveValue1:40

Lock button DFS play this week; Rams are run-heavy due to thin receiver depth (best healthy receiver is Tyler Higbee, best WR is Kanata Mumfield), and Sean McVay will game-plan around current personnel; as 3-point favorites, Rams will want to run Williams down the throat; described as smash play and locked-in RB1.

Insight page

Mason Taylor

NegativeMatchup30:30

Mason Taylor is an interesting tight end option because the Dolphins give up as many fantasy points to opposing tight ends as the Chiefs do, making him a potential desperation stream play.

Insight page

Michael Penix Jr.

PositiveProjection0:16

Michael Penix looks good and is distributing the ball effectively to multiple playmakers including Bijan Robinson, Kyle Pitts, Drake London, and Jahan Dotson; he's not running at all and is going through his read progressions. The source is very interested in Penix as a play this week against San Francisco in a 50-point total game where the Falcons are home dogs in a dome.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup0:28

Good streaming option in DFS despite loss of Mike Evans hurting upside; faces Brock Purdy who can push him into shootout situations; 50-point game total creates favorable passing environment for a typically run-first team, making this an unusually good QB streaming spot.

Insight page

Pat Freiermuth

PositiveProjection0:39

Pat Friermuth is projected as a top 10 tight end on PlayerProfiler and is a recommended play this week; the source highlights Pittsburgh's great situation against New Orleans and notes Friermuth as a key beneficiary of the Steelers' passing-heavy scoring approach.

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

NegativeMatchup24:30

Dowdle is an interesting desperation stream option in the Steelers-Saints game in Paris (neutral field, open-air stadium). The source prefers Dowdle over Zonovan Bam Knight for desperation streaming and notes Dowdle had his best years in Carolina's open-air stadium, making the open-air Stade de France a slight positive. However, the source is withholding final conviction until the Sunday starter stream show.

Insight page

T.J. Hockenson

PositiveMatchup0:22

The source identifies TJ Hockenson as a good play this week in the Vikings offense against the Colts. Given Kyler Murray's tendency to lock in on his number-one target and the weak Colts secondary without Sauce Gardner, Hockenson represents a secondary receiving option with upside in an exploitable matchup.

Insight page
PositiveProjection11:09

T.J. Hockenson is projected as a top 12 tight end this week according to PlayerProfiler's projections.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveMatchup21:14

Craft is back at 100% exactly one year after tearing his ACL; he's already ranked number eight on PlayerProfiler's Explosive Play Rating and faces the Lions, who are allowing a mind-boggling 32 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends—the highest in NFL history. The source calls this 'the ultimate get-right game' and recommends aggressively playing Craft in DFS.

Insight page

Tyler Higbee

PositiveMatchup22:18

Higbee faces the Lions' historically bad tight end defense (32 PPG allowed) and is the Rams' best healthy receiver with no other options available. The source describes this as 'the smashiest spot of all time' and 'the target conservation play of the year,' despite acknowledging Higbee is old and not particularly talented, because volume will funnel to him by necessity.

Insight page

Woody Marks

PositiveProjection11:34

Woody Marks is the obvious play this week with David Montgomery out and Houston a 10-point favorite. While the appeal is not TD equity (Houston cannot run the ball efficiently and Marks is not an efficient runner), he will catch a lot of passes and get red zone opportunities. The next man up, Daria Gumbawale, is a satellite back, so Marks will get green zone opportunities and likely score. Even without a touchdown, he should put together 15 fantasy points piece by piece.

0:00This is the Plays of the Week. Week 7 Fantasy Football, off we go.
0:04We've got quarterbacks to stream, we've got sleeper running backs, we've got desperation streams at wide receiver, we've got a handful of
0:12fun upside streams at wide receiver, we've got some locks and some sexy streams at tight end.
0:17It's all coming at you on the Plays of the Week presented by sport.fun.
0:22We start with quarterback, this is going to be a fast show, we're on a super fast show, seeing how fast I
0:29can talk, I don't know how fast I can talk, but I can talk pretty fast.
0:34We can go through the quarterbacks, we're going to go through the running backs, go through wide receivers, go through the tight
0:41ends, we're going to talk about tons of players, lots of situations.
0:45The bottom line is we've got a lot of matchups to exploit.
0:48Not that many full blown shootouts. Certainly, of course, Packers-Lions, we want to exploit Packers-Lions.
0:53Otherwise, we've got some teams that we just think are going to lean on.
0:58Their opponents, I'm looking at the Vikings, I'm looking at the Steelers, I'm looking at the Texans, 10.5 point favorites, Texans.
1:05I see the 49ers beating Atlanta, even without Mike Evans.
1:08The Panthers, the Panthers are a favorite this week.
1:11So there are some teams to target. Certainly, the Rams are very interesting because Puka Nakua is highly questionable with this calf
1:18injury, and we know Devontae Adams is out, so who are they going to throw to if they throw at all?
1:24So Rams are fascinating. Let's start with cover quarterback first and foremost.
1:28We'll start with quarterback, streaming quarterbacks. Sneaky upside this week is Kyler Murray.
1:32There's not a lot of venom in this Indianapolis secondary.
1:36Now, no sauce Gardner. I mean, it's like it's going to be wheels up this week, smash week for Justin Jefferson.
1:42I think that's pretty clear. He's going to be a top 10 player on the fantasy football rankings, top 10 wide receiver,
1:49to be more specific, on the rankings for full PPR, player profiler, weekly rankings, projections.
1:54I mean, Justin Jefferson top 10. What does Kyler Murray do?
1:58He locks in on his number one target. Now, Kyler Murray does not have a high yards per attempt.
2:04His yards per attempt is below seven. He's not been that efficient, but he is running.
2:09So we know that Kyler Murray is running the ball.
2:12We love that. And this is the Colts. If there is a team that Kyler Murray can exploit with short passes, intermediate
2:19passes with yak ability, it's going to be Kyler Murray to Justin Jefferson.
2:23Kyler Murray to TJ Hawkinson's a good play this week.
2:27Even Jordan Addison. Kyler Murray does not like to get off his number one target.
2:32That's why Justin Jefferson's a lock. Jordan Addison, not so much.
2:35Jordan Addison was much more attractive when Jefferson was out.
2:38It just didn't work out. Kyler Murray got hurt and it just didn't happen.
2:43But if there was a week where you could see Jordan Addison getting there, it would also be this week.
2:49So I like Kyler Murray. I like this Vikings offense.
2:52We'll talk about Aaron Jones later. So Vikings offense against the Colts with no sauce Gardner.
2:58It's just an incredibly attractive situation. That's really that's it.
3:01That's all. Nothing else to say there. We'll go back and talk more about Vikings players in a little bit.
3:07I'm also streaming Aaron Rodgers. I can't believe we're here, but Aaron Rodgers looks great.
3:12This is as good as Aaron Rodgers has looked in what?
3:15Five years. I mean, he didn't look this good in the Jets.
3:19I know that. And he had the Achilles tear.
3:22I mean, he's he's he's come a long way.
3:25He's clearly taking something to help him. He is a huge fan of the natural herbal medicines.
3:31We know that. So something he found something that is allowing him to stay healthy and allowing his muscles to continue to be relatively strong and elastic.
3:39And so I'm happy for Aaron Rodgers. If you have Jeremy Bernard, if you have DK Metcalf, this is a great week to play Pat Friermuth.
3:48We have Pat Friermuth as a top 10 tight end in the projections on player profiler, just like we have Justin Jefferson top 10 wide receiver.
3:56So, yeah, we're exploiting this Pittsburgh situation, right? Pittsburgh's in a great situation.
4:00There's a handful of teams that are in ideal situations.
4:03I wish there were more shootouts. I wish there were more games that were shooting out because this game in New Orleans
4:10only has a 44 and a half point total, but the Steelers are three point favorites and the Steelers have one of the best defenses in the league.
4:19They're essentially the Vikings of the AFC. So you're not going to see any saints on our plays of the week, right?
4:26There's no saints. The saints could get buried at home, but the beauty is with the Steelers, when they score, they score through the air.
4:34When Jalen Warren scores a touchdown, it's likely to be on a dump off pass, but they might get a 10 point lead in that situation.
4:43You could even see Rico Dottle getting there. Rico Dottle.
4:46He was ramped up slowly last week. If this were a home game, if this were in Pittsburgh, you might see Rico
4:53Dowdle also on the plays of the week, just based on the positive game script they would get.
4:59They would be seven point favorites in that game scenario.
5:02I would also like Dottle, but we'll just start with Aaron Rogers to start.
5:07Like where are we going? We're still talking about quarterbacks here.
5:10Here we go. This is me. I'm just, I get so fired up for the plays of the week.
5:16All right. Final quarterback. I like this week. Again, get a lot of implied points against San Francisco.
5:22Michael Penix. Michael Penix looks good. Michael Penix is not running at all.
5:26That's the thing. I thought he would scramble a little bit, not even a little bit, but he's, he's distributing to playmakers,
5:33whether it's Bijan on the screen play, whether it's Kyle Pitts down the seam, Drake London.
5:38He's even feeding Jahan Dotson. Once you start seeing Jahan Dotson posting, you know, 40, 40 yards in a touchdown regularly, you're
5:45like, okay, so this is not just about the number one and number two target.
5:50Michael Penix is distributing the ball. Michael Penix is going through his read progressions.
5:55And this is a game that 50 point total Falcons are there.
5:59They're at home and they're dogs. Anytime you see a home dog in a dome, I'm going to be interested in the quarterback in that particular game.
6:07Now make the game a 50 point total. And I'm very interested in the quarterback.
6:12This would be a lock if the Falcons weren't such a heavy running team, but we know there's going to be a lot at home.
6:20They're going to try to, they're going to push, push Bijan Robinson onto the 49ers.
6:25Brian Robinson likely to be active, but not a hundred percent.
6:28So this is a great week to play Bijan in DFS as well, but also Michael Penix, right?
6:34They're going to try to run the ball. They're going to try their best to run the ball, but the 49ers, because
6:41they, they are projected to win this game on the road and Brock Purdy is the most efficient quarterback in the NFL.
6:48They are going to force Atlanta into throwing situations and force Michael Penix to beat them.
6:53And he certainly can. I do. I do like the Falcons in this game, especially with no Mike Evans.
7:00The loss of Mike Evans actually hurts the upside of Michael Penix because you, one of the big indicators of whether or
7:07not you should take a quarterback in DFS or, or, or stream a quarterback is going to be the quarterback on the other side.
7:14Can that quarterback push a Michael Penix? And certainly Brock Purdy can, it's a little easier for Brock Purdy to push Michael
7:21Penix into more of a shootout game situation. If he had Mike Evans, but even without Mike Evans streaming Michael Penix with
7:28confidence, I think Michael Penix looks good. I think he's just, he's a good looking player and it's a, it's a nice situation for him.
7:36You don't typically get this kind of situation with such a heavy run first team, but you're looking up at a 50 point total stream.
7:44Michael Penix at running back, the lock button this week is Kyron Williams.
7:49And this is like a sleeper show. This is not typically a, these are the chalky players we like.
7:55We're not trying to go too much chalk. I did want to talk about Kyron Williams this week, just because he's such a smash.
8:02Also Blake Corum. It's really Blake Corum and Kyle Williams on patreon.com.
8:06We post the plays of the week and the lock button player is Kyron Williams, but I wouldn't be surprised if Blake Corum had like two touchdowns.
8:15They don't have anyone else. Their best receiver who's healthy is Tyler Higbee.
8:19Their best wide receiver is Kanata Mumfield. That means that when they're developing the game plan, the one thing we know about
8:26Sean McVay is he will, develop a game plan based on his current personnel.
8:31That's the one reason why he's a top three, maybe number one offensive coordinator in the league.
8:36Certainly he's infinitely better than Mike McDaniel. Check the sunglasses until he's fired.
8:40We wear these sunglasses. So they are going to be a run heavy team in this particular game because they just don't
8:47have the personnel at the receiver position. They would be even more run heavy if it were a home game.
8:54The only thing that's going to switch this game into a shootout is if the Raiders can get get up.
9:00If the Raiders can get up early on this team, then Stafford's going to have to throw.
9:06And in that situation, a guy like even Conada Mumfield is interesting, but they also, because they're three point favorites, the Rams
9:13are likely to go out and just want to run Williams down their throat.
9:17But also Corum, Corum out of the backfield, Corum on dump offs.
9:21I like Corum this week too. I like both Corum and Kyron Williams this week.
9:26Love them. Corum is a strong flex play and Kyron is like a locked in RB one this week.
9:32I also love Jalen Warren. Again, Jalen Warren, not a sleeper, but this is a team that is throwing the ball and
9:39the guy that's excelling out of the backfield in the passing game for Pittsburgh is Jalen Warren at a Jameer Gibbs level.
9:46Like when you look at the most efficient running backs, especially as receivers this year, it's like Jameer Gibbs and Jalen Warren.
9:53It's shocking to see some of these advanced efficiency metrics on player profile, especially look at the advanced receiving metrics, target rate,
10:00target share, targets per route run, yards per route run.
10:03I mean, it's just Jalen Warren is fantastic, a fantastic talent.
10:07And we can go back, we can rewind the tape to like a couple of weeks ago, talking to Cody Carpenter, but trading Jalen Warren and dynasty.
10:16And I said that that was the one guy who was in his late twenties that if, even if I'm rebuilding, I
10:23am not in a hurry to trade Jalen Warren.
10:26I think there's, there's a lot of meat on the bone there.
10:29I don't think he's quite valued properly. I think we're a few weeks away from the fantasy community really coming to Jesus
10:37and fully embracing what Jalen Warren is a top running back talent in the NFL period, full stop, regardless of his situation.
10:44It just so happens that the situation is very good.
10:47I mean, and this week the saints are giving up 30 plus fantasy points per game to opposing running backs.
10:53So this is a great situation for Jalen Warren all around.
10:57It's also a great situation for Aaron Jones. We're in on the Vikings.
11:01I go down the board. It's Kyler Murray. It's Aaron Jones.
11:04It's Justin Jefferson, wide receiver one. It's streaming desperation stream on Jordan Addison.
11:09You're playing TJ Hawkinson. He's a top 12 tight end this week on player profilers projections.
11:14Jordan Mason is back, but I think that like we saw last week with Rico Dotto, we're going to see a slow
11:21roll, a slow rollout of Jordan Mason. And that means we're going to have one more week, one last ride with Aaron
11:28Jones in a bell cow roll at home against the Colts.
11:31What's not to like anything not to like anything?
11:34No, let's go. Let's go. Let's do it. Then there's Woody Marks, the obvious play.
11:39No David Montgomery. Houston's a 10 point favorite of I mean, of course, we're going to go Woody Marks.
11:45But I will say the appeal of Woody Marks is not necessarily the TD equity.
11:50You would think they're 10 point favorites, but they can't run the ball.
11:54And Woody Marks has not been an efficient runner.
11:57So he is going to catch a lot of passes.
12:00He's going to be out there. Right. And the next man up behind him is Daria Gumbawale, who is a satellite back.
12:07So Woody Marks, partly because there's no Jowar Jordan that he's out, is going to get the green zone opportunities.
12:14Probably will probably will score, but not not through any kind of efficiency.
12:18That's just not his strength. But they're going to get down there.
12:22They're going to be in the red zone a lot.
12:25Woody Marks is just going to he's just going to put together piece by piece, even without a touchdown.
12:31He'll get you 15 fantasy points. I think J.K.
12:34Dobbins is going to score a touchdown. So I'm back on J.K.
12:38Dobbins just shooting for touchdowns. 24 implied points for the Broncos this week.
12:42You're chasing the TD equity with J.K. Dobbins. This is a very simple, you know, crayon based take.
12:48I get it, but it is what it is.
12:51He's has a high ownership in DFS this week.
12:54That's why. That's why the sharp money is on J.K.
12:57Dobbins scoring another touchdown. Even though Jonah Coleman's back, I think he'll be slow rolled as well.
13:02It's like one last week to play J.K. Dobbins and then maybe never play him ever again.
13:08If you're very desperate, Zonovan Knight played a lot more last week than anyone with Tyler Algier wanted to see.
13:14He's a very hard runner. I mean, his nickname is Bam.
13:18Denver has somehow allowed like two and a half fantasy points above the mean per game to opposing running backs, which is
13:25just I thought their defense was better than that.
13:28It's apparently not Jeremiah Love not going to play.
13:31And I just want to say shame on everyone.
13:33Shame on everyone who came at me when I said worst case scenario for Jeremiah Love after this high ankle sprain that
13:40he suffered at the end of camp is that this will be a lost season.
13:45Like, oh, hyperbole. Oh, imagine, you know, imagine you're the pod father, you know, just going for clickbait nonsense.
13:51And it's like, no, no, no, no, no. This isn't clickbait.
13:55This wasn't a hot take. This is what it is.
13:58This is high ankle fucked. That's what it's called for a reason.
14:02And it's not necessarily even the initial injury. It's the aggravation that happens of him trying to play on it.
14:08And here we are. Here we are. It's week seven.
14:12No, Jeremiah Love. Go check the tape. I just replied to my own tweet on Twitter X.
14:17So you can go see at fantasy underscore mansion.
14:20Check my profile. You can see the post. You can see my second post.
14:24I posted two posts. One was, hey, worst case, this is a lost season.
14:29And let me define what a lost season means.
14:32It doesn't mean he's going to be out for 17 games.
14:35It means that you're going to play him and he's going to underperform when he does play.
14:41And then there's going to be games he misses.
14:44And that's exactly what's happening. So that that is the definition of a lost season.
14:49We're going to be talking about Jeremiah Love and how this is going to be a big bounce back season coming in 2027.
14:56How do you get to a bounce back season?
14:59Well, you have to have a season where you face plant and then you can bounce back.
15:04And that's what's happening with Jeremiah Love, something I predicted as soon as I saw that injury happen.
15:10Oh, it's hyperbole. Oh, hot take artist. Oh, nice try.
15:13Great engagement farming. No, no, no. How about truth farming?
15:16How about that? A wide receiver. Perfect spot this week for Jameson Williams.
15:21You could even argue in these deep leagues. I think I'm starting some Isaac Tesla in very deep leagues just chasing this game.
15:28This is the dream game. This game, right? Packers, Lions, the dream.
15:32You want access to this passing game. You want access to the Packers passing game.
15:37You want access to both passing games one way or another.
15:40You're starting Sam Laporta. You're starting Jameson Williams. Just want to make sure you're starting Jameson Williams.
15:46And if you have a decision to make and it's very fringy flex play options, Tesla.
15:51Tesla is a great way to get exposure to this game.
15:54The other way to get exposure to this game is a guy I've been picking up everywhere in Dynasty, and that is Savion Williams.
16:02Savion Williams is very interesting on player profiler. He's best comparable to Corderell Patterson in a good way.
16:08We're talking about big plays on screens, on short passes, reverses, carries out of the backfield.
16:13He had two carries last week. Quietly two carries.
16:16Then he was four for four on his targets.
16:19Savion Williams is the perfect wide receiver three. I love a guy like Corderell Patterson in my wide receiver three spot.
16:25So you'd be surprised with bye weeks and how deep some of these Dynasty League starting rosters are, how much I'm starting Savion Williams.
16:33I saw this coming. I picked him up in a bunch of leagues a couple of weeks ago.
16:39And now I'm like, oh my, I got to play him.
16:42Like he's in the perfect situation. I think I have some teams where I'm buried with injuries.
16:48I am a rebuilding team. I think there's a team or two where we start three or four flex where I'm playing Savion Williams and Isaac Teslock.
16:57Can you imagine? Can you imagine? So sad, but fun.
17:00Sad, but fun. A play that's not fun this week is anyone starting Colts.
17:04It's not fun at all. No Tyler Warren. Jonathan Taylor.
17:08If there's a week that he's not going to get there, it's going to be against this, you know, truly elite defense.
17:15But even when there's a truly elite defense, at some point, there's going to be some offense through the air.
17:21There always is. And the target conservation play with Indianapolis this week is Josh Downs and Keenan Allen.
17:27Because it's the Vikings, you can't play Laquan Treadwell.
17:30You can't do it. But you can absolutely play Josh Downs and Keenan Allen.
17:34I'm just telling you, if you have them, they're playable because this is just target conservation 101.
17:40101. It's a terrible, terrible, terrible matchup. But these are featured receivers with no better options.
17:45The law of the conservation of target says you've got to play him.
17:49And I'm going right back to Trey Tucker. We had him on the plays of the week last week.
17:55He scores two touchdowns. He's a big play artist, but he's also just the number one.
18:00So let me get this straight. You're the number one wide receiver and you've got incredible big playability.
18:06And he's still just like 5.2k on DraftKings makes no sense.
18:09His salary on DraftKings makes no sense. He's top 10 in the ownership on DraftKings.
18:14Makes sense. I mean, he's an obvious boom play.
18:17If you're in a tournament, you're in a DFS tournament, you've got to play Trey Tucker.
18:22If you have him on any fantasy team with multiple flex options, you play Trey Tucker in this game.
18:28This is the game. This is the game to play Trey Tucker.
18:32They're at home against the Rams. Now, the problem is the Rams are going to try to drag this into the mud with their running game.
18:41So I think this is a game that's going to hit the under.
18:45You can see it's 48.5, but it's a very shaky 48.5.
18:48And Puka Nakua is such an engine of that offense.
18:52It's very strange. This game is still at 48.5 with Puka Nakua so questionable.
18:56So I love the under in that game, but I'm still happy to play for one more week.
19:02Trey Tucker all the way, baby. Let's do it.
19:05One more ride with Trey Tucker. One last ride with Aaron Jones.
19:09One last ride with Trey Tucker. Let's go. And then, yes, you're also playing Kanata Mumfield on the other side.
19:15You have to play Kanata Mumfield. He could technically be the wide receiver one if Puka Nakua is ruled out.
19:21He's a big play guy, right? He's a guy that is posting one of the highest yards per reception in the NFL.
19:28I mean, he's a no-name guy. I get it.
19:31Who the hell is Kanata Mumfield? I know. I know.
19:35But this is fantasy football. And I might prefer Josh Downs as a player, but Josh Downs is not in this particular situation.
19:42This is the situation you want to exploit. Is a game like this where you're going against the Raiders.
19:48There still is technically a high point total, though I think it's going to hit the under.
19:53And Puka Nakua leaves the game with one of these calf injuries.
19:57These calf injuries love to linger. They're like groin injuries.
20:01Calf injuries. Groin injuries have that similarity where guys often will try to play through them, but they're not 100%.
20:07That's very common. And I mean, Mumfield's got... What's his area?
20:10I think he's like... I saw on Player Profiler well over 200 air yards already on 17 targets.
20:16That's like 13.6 air yards per target. That's a lot.
20:19I love that. I love the ADOT from Mumfield.
20:22And we know that Matt Stafford can deliver the ball down the field, right?
20:27So stranger things. We also recommended last week, and I'm not sorry, said, hey, Brandon Cooks is going to be out there.
20:34And he was. He had a 50% snap share.
20:37Brandon Cooks was out there. Desperation stream with the most efficient quarterback in the league.
20:42You could do worse than Brandon Cooks. Now, technically, you couldn't do much worse last week in terms of results if you're being results-oriented.
20:49But we're not results-oriented. And so we're going right back to streaming Brandon Cooks.
20:54Now, there's no Mike Evans, so it's an even stronger play.
20:57And it is the Falcons. And it's a 50-point total.
21:01A lot of implied points for San Francisco. Most of the targets are going to go to McCaffrey and Kittle.
21:07Understood. Kittle's a total smash this week. Kittle's an obvious smash.
21:10We have some truly obvious smash spots for tight ends.
21:14Laporta, we mentioned. Tucker Craft in that same game.
21:17I mean, we'll talk about Tucker Craft in a minute.
21:20But, I mean, also George Kittle, right? There with Brandon Cooks.
21:23So I could see a flashback game for Brandon Cooks.
21:27But with Tucker Craft, I mean, this is the ultimate get-right game.
21:30This is about when we said, we said this.
21:33He tore his ACL exactly a year ago. And now is when?
21:37It's a year later. These guys come back from an ACL in 10 months.
21:42But it's really 12 months until they're 100%. And that's exactly now.
21:45And so Craft is back at 100% now. He's already number eight on Player Profiler and Explosive Play Rating.
21:52And now he's going against a team that's allowing a truly mind-boggling 32 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends, which doesn't even make sense.
22:00They have to allow a lot of points to the tight end twos to even get to that point.
22:06I've never seen anything this high in the history of the NFL.
22:10If you go back, I don't know what team has ever allowed this many fantasy points to opposing tight ends.
22:16There was a range of years there where the Cardinals were allowing a cartoonish number of fantasy points to guys like Jared Cook at tight end.
22:25But I don't remember any team allowing this many fantasy points to opposing tight ends.
22:29It's truly embarrassing linebacker and safety play by the Lions.
22:33So exploit that with Tucker Craft this week. Clearly, you're playing Kraft, but aggressively playing him in DFS.
22:38And you're playing Tyler Higby. I mean, that is the target conservation play of the year.
22:44Tyler Higby's not that good. He's old. He's dusty.
22:46But they have nobody left. He's their best healthy receiver.
22:50I don't like any part of it. It's not anything I want really to even talk about today.
22:55Why would I want to talk about Tyler Higby?
22:58But I mean, this is the smashiest spot of all time.
23:02So you've just got to, you know, you just got to go with it.
23:06You've just you've you've just got to go with it.
23:10It's crazy. Oh, correction by Justin, the producer. I just want to say shout out to Justin, the producer.
23:16He's doing a great job. The Steelers and the Saints are actually in Paris.
23:20So they're in Paris. They're riding because the NFL is in Paris and they love the NFL so much in France that
23:27they're riding, which is cool to see. That's how that's how much they love.
23:32They love the NFL in France just that much.
23:35So, yeah, this is not necessarily a home game or road game for either team.
23:39But still, if this game were in Pittsburgh, I would prefer Dowdle to them not being in Pittsburgh.
23:45It is a neutral field. OK, so I don't know if it's a dome or not.
23:50It is the Stadia de France in St. Denis.
23:53Let's pull up a photo of this place. OK, this is not a dome.
23:58But man, this looks beautiful. This is a beautiful looking stadium.
24:01Look, I mean, gorgeous, gorgeous. Well, I can't really tell.
24:04You know what? You know what? I was I said gorgeous.
24:08I know I said gorgeous. But really, I mean, I don't know.
24:12I mean, I don't really know. I'll put this up on the screen.
24:16I don't know. I don't know if this is gorgeous or not.
24:20Might be might be considered gorgeous. Might not be.
24:23You tell me if you're if you're watching this on X or Facebook or the player profile or YouTube, you tell me, is this gorgeous?
24:31I don't know. I just said gorgeous. I saw another photo on Google images with like the sun setting.
24:37But that doesn't mean the stadium's any good. It is an open air stadium, though.
24:42It is an open air stadium. I like Dowdle a little bit more.
24:46And this could be because Carolina has an open air stadium.
24:49That's where Dowdle had his best years. I would like Dowdle a little bit more in an open air stadium.
24:56So I do like Dowdle a little bit more.
24:59It's a great correction. It's a great note that I'm finally reading.
25:03Someone passed me a note electronically 20 minutes ago.
25:05I'm just now getting around to reading it. So no, this is not in New Orleans.
25:11We got to go back to the tape. See if I actually said it was in New Orleans.
25:16I don't know if I said it was in New Orleans.
25:20All I said was it wasn't in Pittsburgh. If I remember correctly, all I said was it wasn't in Pittsburgh.
25:26So I think technically this whole show has been right as rain.
25:30This might be my best, most accurate show of all time.
25:34And even that said, we're making sure that you have all the information.
25:38That it is in Paris, this game. We are rioting to make sure this game happens.
25:43And we're celebrating the fact that the NFL is in Paris.
25:47And that's it. Rico Dowdle is interesting. I'll just say that.
25:50I'm not going to say play him. Don't play him.
25:53Bam Knight and Rico Dowdle are RB2s that are in situations that you could say, this guy's interesting.
25:59This guy could do something. I think that these are similar players in similar situations.
26:04It's just that Pittsburgh is a favorite. If it was a desperation stream, I would rather go Dowdle over Bam Knight.
26:11But also remember, I am going to be live with Chuck Bass on Sunday for the starter stream show.
26:17And we go live early. So we're going to be live at the latest 9 a.m.
26:22Sometimes we go live as early as 8 a.m.
26:25Which depends on when Chuck and I can get up in the morning.
26:29So we will be live talking about this game in particular, Pittsburgh, New Orleans, before the game starts.
26:35I will have solidified my position on how attractive of a desperation stream Rico Dowdle is vis-a-vis Zonovan Bam Knight.
26:41I'm going to give myself a day and a half to decide which of those two I would prefer.
26:47Because I do have some Dowdle still. And I certainly picked up some Bam Knight.
26:52Again, I'm in a lot of the... You have to understand.
26:56I took over 20 orphans in 20 days. I am trying my best to win these matchups to a fault.
27:02To a fault. I shouldn't be picking up some of these players.
27:06What business do I have with a rebuilding team who's trying to get the 101, picking up Jahlil McLaughlin and Zonovan Knight?
27:13But that's how I'm wired. I am a sick person.
27:16I'm a sick person where if you all were fantasy managers of me managing my team, if this was like a secretariat
27:23situation where there was a consortium of people that had a stake in me and my dynasty teams, you would be outraged
27:30at some of my behavior, at the hyper-competitive behavior.
27:33You'd be like, that horse should not be training in back-to-back days.
27:37You need to take it easy. You need to optimize for the Kentucky Derby.
27:41What are you doing? You're too damn competitive, Podfather.
27:44They're going to knock it off. Stop picking up Jahlil McLaughlin.
27:48We are rebuilding! We're trying to get the 101.
27:51You want to lose? Why are you picking up Zonovan Knight?
27:54Why are you doing that? Don't do it. Stop it.
27:58Pick up a backup quarterback. Pick up Tommy DeVito.
28:00You'd much rather pick up Tommy DeVito and Superflex.
28:03And in fact, I've had to do this. I've had to have a talk with myself.
28:08I sat myself down and I said, listen, we got to knock it off.
28:13I got to knock it off with this hyper-competitive behavior.
28:16You need to lose games. You need to shed fantasy point scoring players that don't have any long-term role on your fantasy team.
28:24You're never going to win a fantasy league in any format with Jahlil McLaughlin or Zonovan Knight or Pierre Strong.
28:30You got to knock it off and stop picking these guys up in dynasty leagues where you're rebuilding.
28:36I got to stop doing it. It's a habit where I just want to put the best possible lineup out there no matter what to a fault.
28:44It makes me a hyper-ethical fantasy player. And I think also if there was a syndicate that were backing me and all
28:51my fantasy teams, I think it would be fun to watch how competitive I am.
28:56Setting my lineups, making pickups, waiver wire ads, grinding like crazy.
29:00I think you all would enjoy it. But at the same time, you'd be screaming at me saying, stop, stop, stop trying so hard.
29:07We're trying to get Jeremiah Smith. And I get it.
29:11I get it. It's a fault. It's a weakness in my game.
29:15I just can't turn it off. I can't turn off the competitive fire.
29:19I can't turn it off. And I'm not sorry.
29:22I'm not sorry about it. And to the point where this week, you know, I'm plugging in A.J.
29:27Barner. I'm like, listen, because I have a bunch of Elijah Arroyo on taxi squads, I know he's out.
29:33And therefore, I'm like, listen, if the Chiefs can be exploited, it's over the middle by tight ends.
29:39That's the one way the Chiefs can be exploited.
29:42A.J. Barner is incredibly volatile. He has two targets, three targets, one target, three targets, and then an eight target game.
29:49You know the A.J. Barner game log. You know the A.J.
29:52Barner experience. They're going to have to throw to be competitive in this game.
29:57A.J. Barner has no more target competition at the tight end position without Arroyo was gaining snap share, route share.
30:03And now he's out, and it's all about A.J.
30:06Barner as the starting tight end, the tight end that's going to be commanding targets.
30:11And targets will funnel to the tight end when you play the Chiefs.
30:15And so if we're desperation streaming, and I'm doing this, I shouldn't be doing this.
30:20I should just be playing Sadiq or playing, you know, I'm not going to play Stowers.
30:25I'm not an unethical sandbagger. I'm not doing that.
30:28But if I wanted to be clever, I would play a tight end that I have on my bench.
30:34I certainly have some Sadiq on my bench. I'd be playing a guy like Sadiq in these dynasty leagues where I'm going
30:41for the 101, knowing he's probably not going to do a damn thing.
30:45Though, though I will say this week, Sadiq and Mason Taylor are both interesting, because the Dolphins do give up as many
30:52fantasy points to opposing tight ends as the Chiefs do.
30:56So that might even be a bad example. But, you know, I could play, you know, let's say an Oscar Delp or Eric All, someone like that, right?
31:05You could easily see a Darnell Washington. You could easily see me playing a guy like that.
31:10Not me, but a dynasty league competitor who would just as soon lose the matchup is not going to be subbing in A.J.
31:17Barner. They're not going to do that. They're not going to do that.
31:22They're going to plug in Delp and let it ride and hope he scores zero fantasy points.
31:27And sadly, that is just not how I'm wired.
31:30I am here to win it at all costs, even if it does nominally hurt my prospects at achieving the 101.
31:37It is true. I went back. I looked at some of my teams this week, and I am in 11th place in
31:44a bunch of leagues, a bunch of 12-team leagues.
31:47I'm in 11th place. I should be in 12th, but I'm just too damn competitive.
31:52We're trying to get the 101. You want to lose.
31:55Why are you picking up Zonovan Knight? Why are you doing that?
31:59Don't do it. Stop it. Pick up a backup quarterback.
32:02Pick up Tommy DeVito. We are rebuilding. We are rebuilding.
