A.J. Brown

NegativeRole12:22

A.J. Brown is not mentioned as a primary concern in the Philadelphia offense discussion; the focus is on DeVonta Smith and other receivers, with no specific analysis provided.

Insight page
NegativeValue24:03

Matt Kelley uses AJ Brown as a trade market value comparison point, noting that Matthew Golden's current trade value is around AJ Brown's level, highlighting Golden's significant value rise.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

PositiveProjection8:08

Antonio Williams could shift upward in rankings, especially with increased potential pass volume rest of season given defensive inconsistency, though Traylon Burks may take precedent in the target hierarchy following Terry McLaurin's injury.

Insight page
PositiveValue32:32

Matt Kelley identifies Antonio Williams as a year-long viable option with upside, preferring him over Josh Downs as a waiver target in PPR formats.

Insight page

Bo Nix

PositiveProjection66:46

Matt Kelley believes Bo Nix could produce a QB1 start this week specifically due to matchup; he is holding begrudgingly to Nix in one league to roll him out this week, though otherwise willing to move on after this week.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveValue27:25

Matt Kelley identifies Breece Hall as the most appropriate trade target for someone with Jalen Coker's value; Hall is expected back by week 8 (possibly week 7), and Kelley considers this a fair trade despite requiring one week without an RB2. The Jets have their bye in week 13, so no bye-week conflict.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeDepth Chart51:11

Brian Thomas Jr. was reduced to 20% of snaps last week in what Matt Kelley interprets as a removal from the game to keep him healthy during the bye week, with the intention to shop him around for a trade; Kelley suspects a trade is likely to happen.

Insight page
NegativeDepth Chart52:18

Matt Kelley is 80% confident Brian Thomas Jr. will be traded out of Jacksonville soon. The only thing that could prevent it is if Jacksonville demands higher value than what Arizona received for Marvin Harrison Jr., but Kelley believes Thomas Jr. deserves more given his superior rookie season production compared to Harrison Jr.'s draft capital advantage.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveValue28:24

Matt Kelley identifies Bucky Irving as a heavy trade target and values him higher than Chase Brown; appropriate as a trade target for someone with Jalen Coker's value.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveProjection6:16

Caleb Williams is ranked higher than Kyler Murray for Week 7 start/sit purposes. He is expected to see an uptick in rushing volume after being one week removed from a game where rushing attempts were limited, and he is up in rankings this week.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveValue28:24

Matt Kelley ranks Chase Brown lower than both Facyahu Tootin and Bucky Irving in terms of trade value, suggesting he is less attractive as a trade target.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveBreakout5:54

Chris Olave is identified as breaking out in a dynasty contender context, representing a positive development for the team despite other roster losses.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeMatchup3:38

Christian Watson was locked down by Joey Porter Jr. last week, resulting in a subpar performance; this illustrates the defensive concern facing Philadelphia wide receivers against Dallas.

Insight page
PositiveValue22:48

Matt Kelley values Christian Watson higher than Matthew Golden in a trade comparison, though he notes the gap is closer than expected; Watson still preferred even as Golden's value rises significantly due to aggressive Packers pass volume and Josh Jacobs' uncertain conditioning.

Insight page
PositiveValue34:39

Matt Kelley identifies Christian Watson as a wide receiver target in the Josh Allen trade range, suggesting he is an achievable acquisition for that price point.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue33:43

Matt Kelley identifies Chuba Hubbard as very undervalued in trade markets; he has no backfield competition, operates at 90%+ snap share regardless of matchup quality, produces in both strong and weak run defenses due to receiving ability, and scores touchdowns when reaching the end zone. Kelley suggests Hubbard could be acquired alongside other assets for Josh Allen in a trade.

Insight page

Cole Kmet

PositiveRole45:18

Kmet has become the most trustworthy pass-catcher in the Chicago offense and is the highest-ranked option among Chicago receivers in start/sit decisions.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveBreakout5:54

Colston Loveland is expected to see a turnaround after a slow start; Matt Kelley believes there is enough improvement potential to potentially shop him around for value, suggesting emerging upside despite early-season struggles.

Insight page
PositiveValue6:47

Matt Kelley expects a turnaround from Loveland that could allow owners to shop him for good value to upgrade other roster positions, particularly after a positive matchup or performance.

Insight page

Courtland Sutton

NegativeValue66:47

Matt Kelley recommends dropping Cortland Sutton if you need to make roster moves, as there are better options available on waivers; he is not worth holding onto.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeValue33:23

Matt Kelley identifies DeAndre Swift as the lower ceiling for running back acquisition in a Josh Allen trade.

Insight page
PositiveRole44:28

Swift is mentioned as a preference over Saquon Barkley for start/sit purposes, suggesting he has favorable matchup or role considerations in Week 7.

Insight page
PositiveProjection57:50

Matt Kelley notes that a fantasy manager's running back situation is about to improve significantly, with Swift as part of their roster. The context suggests Swift's upcoming schedule or role is favorable, making the team's running back depth much better going forward.

Insight page

Dallas Goedert

NegativeRole0:51

Dallas Goedert is identified as the only other significant target option alongside DeVonta Smith in the Eagles offense with Tanner McKee at quarterback.

Insight page
NegativeRole4:03

Dallas Goedert has a nice baseline target share in the Philadelphia offense, though he is not the primary focus of the matchup analysis against Dallas.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeRole54:55

David Montgomery is part of Detroit's backfield but Jahmyr Gibbs is the primary focus for the team's running back production.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveProjection0:31

With Jalen Hurts out for the year and Tanner McKee taking over at QB, DeVonta Smith remains the primary target in the Eagles offense; in his first game with McKee, Smith posted 7 receptions on 14 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown against Carolina, finishing as a top-10 performer in half-PPR despite a generally low-scoring week across the league.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup3:29

Joey Porter Jr. is clamping down on wide receiver ones, creating a potential matchup concern for Smith against Dallas; however, Smith's aggressive target share and overall schedule (Washington, Giants, Arizona, Indianapolis post-bye) remain favorable enough to hold rather than panic sell, though a soft sell approach is recommended to explore alternatives after the Dallas matchup.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup5:10

The Eagles' upcoming schedule with Tanner McKee features mostly favorable matchups; only Pittsburgh and Seattle read as difficult on paper, though deeper analysis reveals Joey Porter Jr. is emerging as a shutdown corner who clamps down on opposing WR1s, which could present a challenge for Smith in certain matchups.

Insight page
PositiveRole10:43

Matt Kelley emphasizes that everything in the Philadelphia offense is going DeVonta Smith's way and that this dynamic will not change, positioning him as the clear beneficiary of Eagles offensive volume.

Insight page
PositiveUsage22:14

DeVonta Smith commands such an aggressive target share in the Eagles offense that when he went out, the team made zero role changes and simply had Cooper take over as a low-budget replacement, indicating Smith's elite target allocation is structural and not easily replicated.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveValue36:25

Matt Kelley identifies Drake London as a potential buy-low candidate in a Josh Allen trade, noting that market sentiment has soured on him, making him an interesting acquisition target.

Insight page

George Pickens

NegativeValue24:03

Matt Kelley uses George Pickens as a trade market value comparison point, noting that Matthew Golden's current trade value is around Pickens' level.

Insight page

J.J. McCarthy

NegativeProjection34:52

Matt Kelley expresses skepticism about JJ McCarthy's ability to sustain volume for his receivers; McCarthy's performance against New Orleans (a weak defense) was a layup matchup, and his historical inability to supply volume to Justin Jefferson raises questions about his performance against real defenses.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection54:55

Jahmyr Gibbs has better days ahead for Detroit's offense, suggesting improved production going forward.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

NegativeRole25:00

Matt Kelley advises trading Jalen Coker for an RB2 rather than holding him, indicating limited role/usage confidence in the Ravens offense.

Insight page
PositiveRole31:24

Matt Kelley expresses strong conviction in holding Cleveland's rookie wide receivers, including Jalen Coker (referred to as Jensel Boston in transcript), despite Deshaun Watson's underwhelming play; he anticipates back-half-of-season breakthroughs typical of bad teams with improved quarterback play.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeRole22:14

Matt Kelley notes that when DeVonta Smith went out, the Eagles made zero changes to their offensive role structure, suggesting the system remains intact regardless of Smith's availability.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveProjection6:16

Jameson Williams' back-half-of-season breakout from last year can repeat this season due to Detroit's favorable rest-of-season schedule. After the bye, Detroit plays mostly outdoor games except for dome games in Miami (international), Atlanta, and Minnesota, plus multiple home games. With Jared Goff performing well in dome environments and against Chicago's defense, Williams benefits from this dome-heavy schedule for continued breakout potential, especially if Amon Ross St. Brown remains mediocre.

Insight page

Jared Goff

PositiveMatchup38:50

Jared Goff handles Chicago's defense very well and benefits from Detroit's rest-of-season schedule which features a ton of dome games, supporting his passing volume and his receivers' production.

Insight page

Josh Cameron

PositiveRole51:22

Josh Cameron is expected to see increased usage as the Jaguars continue to develop him; Matt Kelley notes that Cameron has showcased well and will likely benefit from Brian Thomas Jr.'s expected trade departure.

Insight page
PositiveRole51:22

Josh Cameron is showcased very well and is likely to see an increase in usage as Jacksonville's third receiving option. The team really likes him and views him as part of their offensive plan going forward.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeBust31:52

Matt Kelley recommends moving on from Josh Downs after exhaustive analysis of all scenarios—with and without Alec Paris, with and without Tyler Warren, in good and bad matchups—showing only mediocre production; the role dysfunction with Daniel Jones's mediocre play offers no hope for improvement, making him a drop candidate.

Insight page
NegativeRole32:33

Matt Kelley advises moving on from Josh Downs due to lack of production and limited viability in the current offense.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeRole23:22

Matt Kelley expresses uncertainty about Josh Jacobs' conditioning and readiness upon return to the Packers; Jacobs was dealing with off-field issues and it is unclear whether he will be able to step back onto the field at full capacity, which impacts the Packers' pass volume outlook.

Insight page
NegativeValue29:00

Matt Kelley suggests Josh Jacobs is fair value as a trade target for someone with Jalen Coker's value, though he prefers other options like Breece Hall, Facyahu Tootin, and Bucky Irving.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

NegativeProjection35:10

Matt Kelley references Justin Jefferson's lack of volume from JJ McCarthy last season as a cautionary comparison for Malik Nabers' outlook with McCarthy as starter.

Insight page

Kendrick Bourne

PositiveRole48:54

Kendrick Bourne is benefiting from Marvin Harrison Jr.'s exit, which redirects tougher coverage away from him and onto Michael Wilson; with Arizona's difficult schedule ahead, Bourne is positioned as the second-best waiver wire add after Casey Cain, with improved opportunity despite coverage challenges.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

NegativeMatchup29:21

Matt Kelley prefers Kyler Murray over Tyler Shuck in PPR, citing Indianapolis as a layup matchup and recent positive rushing usage/production; however, he notes Murray has yet to show a ceiling game despite good matchups and a large sample size concern due to missed time, tempering enthusiasm.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

NegativeValue33:23

Matt Kelley identifies Kyron Williams as the upper ceiling for running back acquisition in a Josh Allen trade, though he notes Derek Henry may be pushing too high.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeRole10:10

Lamar Jackson is expected to return from injury, which is relevant context for Lane's (likely Rashod Bateman) red zone target opportunity and touchdown equity.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeValue24:03

Matt Kelley identifies Luther Burden as one of the decent lower-value options in the receiver market, positioned below the higher-tier receivers like Golden.

Insight page

Makai Lemon

NegativeRole10:43

Matt Kelley ranks Makai Lemon last among Philadelphia wide receivers, citing the fact that everything in the Eagles offense is going DeVonta Smith's way and that dynamic will not change, limiting Lemon's opportunity.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeProjection34:52

Matt Kelley expresses concern about Malik Nabers' volume sustainability with JJ McCarthy as starter; McCarthy failed to supply adequate volume to Justin Jefferson last season, and Nabers' recent production came against a weak New Orleans defense. However, Kelley notes this creates a buy-low opportunity since if McCarthy underperforms, the Vikings can return to Jamis Winston without roster disruption, making it lower-risk.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole3:41

Matt Kelley identifies role overlap between Marvin Harrison Jr. and Tank Dell in the Texans offense, noting they are 'wildly different sizes of human beings' yet their routes bump up against each other. This role conflict suggests Harrison Jr.'s target share and production may be constrained. Kelley recommends dropping Harrison Jr. in favor of adding A'Donis Douglas from waivers, indicating he views Harrison Jr. as a lower priority despite his draft pedigree.

Insight page
NegativeRole8:57

Marvin Harrison Jr.'s addition to Houston is noted as a potential concern for slot receiver Jalen Knoll, but Matt Kelley clarifies that Harrison Jr. operates primarily outside, limiting direct competition with Knoll's slot role.

Insight page
NegativeValue52:43

Marvin Harrison Jr. had higher draft capital than Brian Thomas Jr., but Thomas Jr. has demonstrated superior rookie season production, making Thomas Jr. a potentially more valuable trade asset despite Harrison Jr.'s pedigree.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveRole3:38

Matthew Golden had a strong performance last week when Christian Watson was locked down by Joey Porter Jr., suggesting he benefited from defensive attention elsewhere in the Philadelphia offense.

Insight page
PositiveValue23:55

Matt Kelley highlights Matthew Golden as significantly undervalued; Golden's trade market value is currently around AJ Brown and higher than T Higgins and DeVonta Smith, yet he is still underpaying for the upside given the Packers' aggressive pass volume, Josh Jacobs' uncertain conditioning, and continued offensive line concerns that should sustain high receiver volume.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveValue24:03

Matt Kelley notes that Michael Wilson is still holding strong in trade market value, positioning him as a decent option in the mid-tier receiver landscape.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup48:49

Michael Wilson is likely to continue facing tougher coverage as a result of Marvin Harrison Jr.'s exit, with coverage shifting away from other receivers; Matt Kelley does not expect Wilson's situation to improve this week against Denver.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeValue24:03

Matt Kelley notes that Mike Evans' trade market value has declined; Golden was previously even with Evans in value but Evans' value has since dropped.

Insight page

Najee Harris

NegativeRole26:04

Matt Kelley views Najee Harris's addition to the Ravens as both ridiculous and punitive—brought in seemingly as punishment for Cam Scadaboo's fumbles and possibly as punishment for Harris's own complaints about carries, undermining his role value in Baltimore.

Insight page

Ollie Gordon II

PositiveValue29:14

Matt Kelley views Ollie Gordon as an overpay trade target for someone with Jalen Coker's value; only recommends pursuing him if desperate.

Insight page
NegativeValue29:15

Matt Kelley characterizes Ollie Gordon as an overpay in PPR formats; while you could roster him if desperate, the ADP/cost is not justified relative to his expected production.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeRole51:39

Parker Washington is part of Jacksonville's effective receiving corps that the team is satisfied with, suggesting stable but not expanding role going forward.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

NegativeValue53:14

Patrick Mahomes was traded away in a deal where the trader gave up Mahomes, Jameson Williams, and Jacobs for May, which Matt Kelley assessed as an overpay despite the trader having a deep team.

Insight page
NegativeProjection55:18

Matt Kelley expresses concern about Mahomes' fantasy ceiling this season despite his high upside potential. The primary issue is lack of rushing production: after Week 1's 23 rushing yards, he has recorded 17, 0, and 16 yards in subsequent weeks, indicating the rushing upside that was expected is not materializing. Without the rushing component that drove his fantasy value last season, Mahomes is producing mediocre performances. Kelley notes the playoff schedule also presents concerns, making him a fade relative to quarterbacks with more consistent upside.

Insight page

Rashod Bateman

PositiveProjection10:10

Rashod Bateman (referred to as 'Lane') has significant red zone target equity when Lamar Jackson is healthy; in one healthy game with Jackson, Bateman saw multiple red zone targets (one negated by penalty), positioning him for touchdown upside.

Insight page
NegativeRole10:19

Matt Kelley notes that Rashad Bateman is pushed below another Ravens WR in red zone opportunity; when Lamar Jackson was healthy in one game, the other receiver saw multiple red zone targets and early looks, suggesting Bateman has less red zone equity than the alternative.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeValue28:41

Matt Kelley considers Saquon Barkley fair value as a trade target for someone with Jalen Coker's value, but expresses hesitation about the Eagles team environment; would accept him as an RB2 but doesn't feel super positive about the situation.

Insight page
PositiveRole44:49

Saquon is the RB1 in the Eagles offense and will not return to a committee role. In his absence, backup running backs have been getting touchdowns despite poor yardage production, indicating there is still production available in the Eagles offense.

Insight page

Tank Dell

NegativeRole8:57

Tank Dell is expected to return to his primary outside receiver role upon his return from injury, with only minimal slot usage throughout his NFL tenure with Houston, limiting direct competition with slot specialist Jalen Knoll.

Insight page
PositiveRole9:01

Matt Kelley identifies Tank Dell as having overlapping routes with Marvin Harrison Jr. in the Texans offense, suggesting Dell's role is secure and potentially expanding at Harrison Jr.'s expense. The context implies Dell is the preferred target in contested route situations.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeInjury5:54

Terry McLaurin was lost to injury, creating a significant roster hole for a dynasty contender team that was already dealing with other player losses.

Insight page
PositiveInjury8:08

Terry McLaurin has gone down with an injury, creating opportunity for other Washington receivers (Traylon Burks and Antonio Williams) to increase their target share and role.

Insight page

Travis Hunter

PositiveRole48:23

Travis Hunter enters potential relevancy if Brian Thomas Jr. is traded, as the Jaguars would redirect offensive opportunities; however, Matt Kelley expects Josh Cameron to capture most of the increased usage, limiting Hunter's upside despite his dual-threat capability.

Insight page
NegativeUsage52:09

Even with a Brian Thomas Jr. trade, Hunter may not see a massive increase in offensive usage because Jacksonville has been effective with their current receiving corps (Parker Washington, Jacoby Myers, Josh Cameron). Hunter will continue as a dual-threat defensive/offensive player with situational usage, but falls last on the list for volume upside given the team's satisfaction with their current offensive approach.

Insight page

Treylon Burks

PositiveRole7:12

With Terry McLaurin sidelined, Traylon Burks is positioned as the more direct beneficiary of increased opportunity compared to Antonio Williams, though Burks may take precedent over Williams in the target hierarchy.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

NegativeRole26:04

Matt Kelley criticizes John Harbaugh for punishing Tyrone Tracy Jr. by bringing in Najee Harris, suggesting inconsistent and harsh running back management that undermines role clarity and opportunity.

Insight page

Xavier Hutchinson

NegativeRole8:57

Xavier Hutchinson is identified as the primary slot competition for Jalen Knoll, being the only other receiver who clocks a significant percentage of snaps in the slot role.

Insight page

Zach Charbonnet

NegativeRole0:36

Zach Charbonnet is returning from IR, raising questions about the usability of the Seattle backfield and whether he can be started in Week 7.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveBreakout5:54

Zay Flowers is identified as breaking out in a dynasty contender context, representing a positive development for the team despite other roster losses.

Insight page
NegativeValue36:18

Matt Kelley suggests Zay Flowers may be too expensive to acquire in a Josh Allen trade, indicating he is likely overvalued relative to other wide receiver options.

0:00What's up everyone? Welcome into the Dear Ms. Fantasy with me, your host Tara Roberts.
0:05This is the official mailbag show for Player Profiler.
0:08It is Wednesday, October 21st and I am taking your questions live on YouTube and Twitter.
0:13So jump in the chat. I see the chat already going.
0:17We've got questions that were dropped before we actually went live.
0:21So go ahead and drop those in. We got a ton to talk about this week, right?
0:27Because we have to figure out what we're doing with all of the 49ers injuries.
0:32Who are we turning to? Is there someone that we can turn to?
0:36Do we expect to trade? Zach Charbonnet is returning from IR.
0:40What does this mean for literally everyone for Seattle?
0:43Is the Seattle backfield actually usable? Can you start Zach Charbonnet this week?
0:47How are we handling Devonta Smith with Jalen Hurts out for the year?
0:52The Eagles as a whole? Of course, all the other injury situations that are affecting your week seven lineups.
0:58And as always the tough start sick questions that you got.
1:02So let's go ahead and dive right in. All right, let's get to the chat actually, because I see it popping already.
1:09What's up in the chat to still Bill to John to do schmiz.
1:13Before I dive into the questions, let's do a mailbag because we have a mailbag from none other than the podcast.
1:21Podfather himself. So yeah, we're going to start off with that.
1:24Oh, I didn't update the image. I suck for that.
1:28Anyway, the question from the Podfather is, dear, it's Sarah time.
1:31What should I do with Devonta Smith out with with Devonta Smith with Hurts out for the year?
1:37All right, guys. This is a very, very critical one, right?
1:41What are we doing with Devonta Smith? I've actually gotten this question a lot.
1:46And the easy answer that a lot of people will say is, well, we're starting him.
1:51Duh. I mean, we're starting him because obviously there is quite literally no one else that is catching that ball other than Dallas Goddard.
1:59We haven't seen, let me remove this graphic since stupid me sat there and have the wrong one in there.
2:06Oh, that drives me crazy, but that's all right.
2:09Let's dive into Devonta Smith because in a matchup with Carolina, which as a reminder, has traditionally been a difficult matchup, but
2:16they are dealing with a lot of injuries, had seven receptions on 14 targets, a whopping 14 targets.
2:22Shout out to Tanner McKee on that one. 75 yards and a touchdown for a top 10 finish in half PPR.
2:30So he had no problem. Matter of fact, that was just below.
2:34Now, granted, it was like it was such a low week for fantasy points in general.
2:39That's weird because it was 14 fantasy points, which on, you know, a given week, that's a nice thing, but it's not like a top 10 performance.
2:48But it was a strange week where fantasy points were just underwhelming as a whole.
2:53Like I was doing DFS and I was looking at my lines and they were super competitive, but I was looking at
3:01them like, okay, when's the bottom going to fall out?
3:04Because these point totals are so incredibly low. So it was a weird week from a fantasy perspective.
3:10But looking at the upcoming schedule for the Eagles with Tanner McKee at quarterback, we've got Dallas this week, Washington, the New
3:17York Giants by week and week 10, then Pittsburgh, Dallas, again, Arizona, Indianapolis, Seattle, Houston, San Francisco in championship week.
3:24Let's break that down to really understand what we're working with here on paper.
3:29Only two of these matchups read as difficult. That would be Pittsburgh and Seattle.
3:34But if you take a little deeper into the surface, under the surface, right, there's a little problem that is popping up.
3:41Joey Porter Jr. is looking like he's clamping down wide receiver ones.
3:45Yeah, he's looking like he's clamping down wide receiver ones.
3:48I am mildly concerned that this matchup could underwhelm a little bit.
3:52And I mean, Devontae is amazing, right? But we got to remember that we're starting him regardless.
3:58But this like lower your expectations and don't panic if you have a subpar performance from Devontae Smith.
4:04The way that Joey Porter Jr. is doing, we're going to have to adjust the way that we look at this Dallas secondary.
4:12And the fact that we just might be continuing to see these unfortunate matchups with him now in Dallas.
4:18I mean, who was it last week that he locked down?
4:22Was it Chris? No, no, no, no, no. It was Christian Watson.
4:26Christian Watson. Yeah. Christian Watson locked him down to a degree last week.
4:30Obviously, that meant that, you know, we had a strong performance from Matthew Golden.
4:35But we really don't have any other wide receivers popping up in terms of the Philadelphia offense from Makai Lemon to Dontavian Wicks.
4:43Obviously, Dallas Goddard has a nice little baseline there.
4:46But because of the aggressive target share, we you can hold Devontae Smith if you want, because the overall schedule is not a major issue.
4:54So don't feel like you have to panic and sell him for undervalue, especially with the upcoming schedule after Dallas being Washington, the Giants.
5:02That's a plus matchup. Pittsburgh is not exactly a super negative matchup because they're pushing such aggressive volume that it's a nice back and forth environment.
5:11Dallas, again, as I mentioned, Arizona is a positive.
5:14Indianapolis is a positive like playoff schedule is the only issue.
5:18So my advice would be is that we're rolling forward right now.
5:22Take advantage of these next few matchups after Dallas in case this is a lockdown situation.
5:27And maybe once you come back from the buy, you roll him out.
5:32But look at selling at some point. So we're doing a soft sell.
5:36Look around. But don't feel like you have to because he's very, very trustworthy in terms of overall target share, regardless of who was at quarterback.
5:45And the fact that we don't even have Saquon, right, and that's the type of performance he put up.
5:51So, yeah, feel very positive about it. So, yes, we are not panicking over Saquon.
5:56We are holding. And then after bye week, you can start to shop around to try and get out of that championship
6:04or that playoff schedule as a whole. Jumping to the chat here.
6:08Welcome in, guys. From NN4MZ says, hey, T, please rank these.
6:12I'm one in five. Lane, Lemon. Oh, we just talked about him.
6:16Antonio Williams. No team is down bad after a slow Loveland start losing Hurts and Terry McLaurin.
6:21I feel you on that. I had a dynasty contender that, I mean, at the beginning of the season, I'm looking at
6:29this team and I'm like, I'm deep at running back, right?
6:32I drafted Darian Price and I didn't know how to start him.
6:36I'm deep at running back. I got, you know, superstars.
6:40I've got Zay Flowers and Chris Olave breaking out.
6:43I lost so many players. Terry McLaurin was one of them.
6:47I am so down bad trying to figure out what to do.
6:51So I feel you on that one. Gosh, that's painful.
6:54Although I do think the Loveland, and we'll talk about Loveland in a second, a little bit more in depth.
7:01But I do think that we should start to see a turnaround from Loveland at the very least enough to where you
7:08could potentially shop him around to get some good value that would actually help out your team, right?
7:14Because you probably need to upgrade at other positions and maybe you can start shopping him around, especially after this matchup if
7:22we get a positive matchup from him or a positive performance from him.
7:26But when we're talking about Lane, Lemon, Antonio Williams, and Noel, I would rank them in this order.
7:32So Traylon Burks, who was not in this question, right?
7:35I wanted to see how Traylon Burks was doing because he got injured at the end of that game.
7:42And I didn't know if it was serious or not.
7:45Do I have Traylon Burks? Well, Traylon Burks, Traylon Burks.
7:49Let's see if we can get an injury update for him because he disappeared from my rankings.
7:54So maybe I'm glitching. That is very weird. No, we haven't had anything yet in terms of any negatives about that little
8:02shakeup that he had at the end carrying on.
8:05So the reason I bring up Traylon Burks is because that I do believe that with Terry McLaurin going down, he is
8:12more of the direct beneficiary compared to Antonio Williams, who probably benefits a little more if it were Stefan Diggs.
8:19But he's still got a nice little baseline, and that's for the entire season, right?
8:24So I could put Antonio Williams theoretically as the one guy that would kind of shift maybe upward a little bit, especially
8:31with the fact that we are seeing an increase in potential pass volume rest of season, especially with the way that the
8:39defense is a little bit up and down. So, yeah, I could lean towards Antonio Williams as being the one that would be number one.
8:47But again, the only issue there is that I do think that Traylon Burks might take precedent over him.
8:54You guys know how I feel about Jalen Knoll.
8:57Been very pro Jalen Knoll. I have to defend him a lot, right?
9:01Because that's one of those situations where on the surface, you know, you get nervous about Tank Dell coming back and Marvin Harrison Jr.
9:09being added. But the good thing about Jalen Knoll is that he plays specifically in the slot, which does limit his snap count overall.
9:17But that also means that he's not competing with Marvin Harrison Jr.
9:21And he's not competing with Tank Dell as well.
9:24I assume that Tank Dell would go back to his role on the outside.
9:29That's how he has been used throughout his entire tenure, you know, young tenure, obviously.
9:34But entire tenure in the NFL with Houston, he has been used as an outside receiver just a little bit in the slot.
9:42So the slot competition for Jalen Knoll is really just Xavier Hutchinson is the only other person that clocks a really good percentage in the slot.
9:50So I wouldn't worry about that too much. The pop that we have from Knoll is good.
9:56The only concern that we have is that he seems to be maxing out at five targets.
10:02And I don't know that it's going to push higher than that.
10:06But he's efficient with it. And yardage is coming.
10:09So that's good. Positive. I feel good about him.
10:12And then Lane is the other one that I like as well.
10:16Obviously, wide receiver two. Lamar should be coming back.
10:19Has a lot of touchdown equity. When he was in that one healthy game with Lamar Jackson, he saw multiple red zone targets.
10:27I don't think it shows up on that on paper as that because unfortunately there was a penalty that negated it.
10:34But he was getting super early looks in the red zone from Lamar.
10:38So I do think that he pushes above Rashad Bateman in that sense.
10:43And then Makai Lemon absolutely comes in last. So the way, unfortunately, because we just talked about the Philadelphia offense and the
10:50fact that everything is going Devontae Smith's way and that's not going to change.
10:55So I feel positive about three, negative about one.
10:58And the way that I would order it is probably giving that precedence to just in terms of best team environment, maybe
11:05leaning towards Lane, then Noel, then Antonio Williams, and then Makai Lemon is the order that I would have them in.
11:12But we do got to get Jalen Hurts back.
11:15Jalen Hurts not being there really does limit that overall upside for Jacoby Lane, unfortunately.
11:20Very frustrating. And I don't know that we're going to like we got the update data.
11:26Hey, he can return. He could return to practice this week.
11:29We need more than it could. We need a he will and he will play.
11:35So I'm nervous about that. From L Smale. One, two, three.
11:38I so says three questions in chat. Hit the like button.
11:42Thanks. Oh, nice. Thank you. Let's see if we can find those.
11:46There's lots of there's lots of chats. I'll see if I can find them.
11:51Let's see here. Your questions are, man, I'm having trouble finding them, buddy.
11:55I really am. Oh, wait, I think I see one.
11:58OK, thoughts on. OK, there we go. Boom. Devante Smith, Ladd, Boston and Jacoby Lane.
12:04So. In terms of like rankings or actually here, I got you.
12:08I found it for you. Thanks, Tara, for answering my couple of questions a couple of days ago regarding sending Ali and
12:15Bernard for Michael Wilson and Tyler Algier. I asked the guy to send Ali and he said, OK, for Wilson keeps me
12:22with canine Chase Brown and Blake Corum. Yeah, I think that is perfectly fine.
12:27You're fine at running back. No issues there. And then in terms of Devante Smith, we talked about him.
12:33Ladd McConkie. Ladd McConkie, I have a lot of concerns about, unfortunately.
12:38Want the best for him. Unfortunately, the offense is just struggling.
12:41The matchups don't get any better. Justin Herbert would have to turn things around and he just constantly keeps dealing with these wide variety of injuries.
12:50And they're clearly not competing. I think they've probably come to terms with that.
12:55So at no point are they going to be rushing him back into the lineup.
13:00So there's that injury risk. I do think he's the clear.
13:03I mean, he's the clear wide receiver one. That's unquestioned.
13:07And if anyone in that offense can succeed with the way that the offense is playing the offensive line and Justin Herbert, it is Ladd McConkie.
13:16But the injury issues are a major bummer. I prefer not to have him on my team.
13:21And he's a super, super sell low target, unfortunately.
13:24But maybe you can package him up to get rid of him.
13:28Boston, I feel positive about. Obviously, Deshaun Watson is holding the offense back a little bit in that sense.
13:35But overall, he's been very solid working with the volume that he's been getting.
13:40I think this is one of those guys who could profile as a back half of the rookie season breakout.
13:46So very pro Boston. He is an interesting buy low for me.
13:50And just talked about Jacoby Lane as well. Jumping back to the chat.
13:55Super chat from my girl Beauty by Glenn. Thank you.
13:58It says, my team is in the chat. Who should I start this week?
14:03Then I have to drop two for the week eight buy.
14:06Okay. So you got to drop two for the week eight buy.
14:11And you need to know who to drop. And then you lost last.
14:15Oh, no. You lost last week because you forgot to swap out Vele for Keenan Allen.
14:20No, that's a bummer. It was a very unfortunate, disappointing game from Vele.
14:25Yeah. Just underwhelming. But hey, you know, that's his volatile volume from time to time on that one.
14:31All right. Let's see if we can find Gwen's team or if you can drop it again.
14:36That would be amazing. There we go. I see it.
14:40It is Drake May, CJ Stroud, Jordan Love, Brock Bowers, Jonathan Taylor, Tyler Algier, Kendra Miller, David Montgomery, Drake London, Michael Wilson,
14:47Jordan Addison, Keenan Allen, Casey Vele, Concepcion, Omar Cooper Jr.
14:51And then Fairbairn and the Texans defense. So the first easy drop that I see is Kendra Miller.
14:57That's one like just in general, guys, Kendra Miller.
15:00If you have to move off of someone because I've gotten a lot of questions about Kendra Miller this week.
15:06If you have to move off of someone and you don't absolutely need him to start this week.
15:12Um, and between Kendra Miller and Tyler Algier, because I'm not expecting Jordan Love back this week.
15:18I mean, let me not Jordan, Jeremiah Love back this week.
15:22We'll see. But he was not at practice at when on Wednesday.
15:26Don't feel super positive about it. And even if he does.
15:30Even if he does come back, it's very possible that despite the fact that Bam Knight did outperform Tyler Algier.
15:36The problem is, is that Bam Knight is not the best play off of Jeremiah Love.
15:42Tyler Algier makes the most play as a complimentary back off of Jeremiah Love.
15:46So I do think that the preference technically when it goes back to Jeremiah Love being healthy would be the committee with Tyler Algier.
15:55So there's a little bit of safety there. So I think you can roll him out this week, um, alongside Jonathan Taylor.
16:02And maybe you just go ahead and preemptively drop Kendra Miller.
16:06We could have David Montgomery back after the five week.
16:09And based off the fact that this backfield was not given to Woody Marks, I think that it is going to definitely go back to a committee.
16:18And, you know, that's rather unfortunate because I kind of had hopes that maybe Woody Marks would, you know, take the job and run.
16:26But I mean, unfortunately, Jawar Jordan did look a little bit better, made those contributions.
16:31So they probably intend to continue to run out of committee.
16:35So that means that Monty is going to have a job regardless.
16:39So, and it's very possible that he's back after the Texans.
16:43Um, what was that? Texans have a, uh, Montgomery Texans have, is it a week eight by?
16:48Yeah, it's a week eight by. So, uh, dropping Kendra Miller because you can't use him in that week eight by and
16:56his usage is only this week right here makes the most sense.
17:00So just go ahead and go ahead and roll out Tyler Algier, drop Kendra Miller and pick up whatever you need to get.
17:08And then the other drop that you would need to make.
17:11Oh gosh. Yeah. I think it's going to have to be Valey.
17:15I can't, you know, I can't do it with Omar Cooper Jr.
17:19Because of the breakout Casey Concepcion love can't with Addison.
17:23Uh, yeah, it's gotta be Valey. Valey and honestly, although his, he does have some pop to him, right?
17:29And he can get up there in the right matchup.
17:33Jordan Tyson should be back relatively soon. It ain't this week, probably not next week, but again, we're talking about after the buy.
17:40So he could be back realistically in week nine.
17:43Um, let's see, Jordan Tyson. Where did I have him pegged?
17:47Yeah, because the buy week, they're a week eight by the buy week.
17:51Then back in week nine seems like the right timeline for Jordan Tyson.
17:56So just FYI in general for everybody, that seems like the correct timeline.
18:00So if you want to go ahead and drop Valey, knowing that it's you literally just this week's usage that you would be missing.
18:08You don't need to start him at all. Buy week next week.
18:12And then Jordan Tyson back. So those are the two that I would make in terms of moves.
18:18Good question. Jumping back to the chat from Gary Miles.
18:22Ooh, I just realized I forgot to go live on TikTok.
18:25Dang it. It's my dedication. Messed up. Was supposed to have live.
18:30I got distracted. My kid had an ear. He has an ear infection, guys.
18:34Oh, I got to pick up some medicine after this for him.
18:38Some antibiotics. So I'm very tired. He woke me up in the middle of night screaming.
18:44Um, and turns out he had an ear infection.
18:47So yeah. Gary Miles says full PPR. Hawk, Higby or Parkinson.
18:50Gotta go with Higby on that one. I know last week was disappointing, but without Devante Adams, we're looking for like, I
18:58feel more comfortable with and we're not getting Terrence Ferguson back.
19:02Just FYI on that, guys, because I've gotten a lot of Terrence Ferguson questions.
19:06Um, in terms of why I'm pro Higby and not telling you to pick up Terrence Ferguson.
19:12It's because they are not expected to, um, activate Terrence Ferguson when he is eligible to return, um, which would be next week, which means, right?
19:21So that's, um, four, five, six, seven. He would be eligible in eight.
19:25Um, and if he's not eligible in eight, that's best case scenario nine.
19:29But if you're not activating him in eight, my gut tells me he's not super close.
19:35Honestly, they have a week 11 buy. I would not be shocked if we see him in week 10 with a little
19:42usage and then they let him rest into the buy or they just skip it completely.
19:48And he's back, um, after the buy week and that would be week 12.
19:52So there's a lot of, um, ambiguity in terms of his return.
19:56And because they are so deep at tight end, I know we think he's the best tight end for sure, but they like the depth they have.
20:06So I don't see them unnecessarily pushing him off of this injury.
20:10Ankles can be very tricky, right? So if it's bad enough that it puts you on IR extended out, you know, like, um, AJ Brown, right?
20:18So I would not be shocked if it pushes more of the six week timeline on this one, unfortunately.
20:25So Higby has some runway guys in terms of week seven, eight, nine, 10.
20:29That's, um, what? Four weeks there that have good usability.
20:33My preference would be good to go with Higby.
20:36So if you guys are looking for a low end option to grab off waivers that you could stream, that is the direction that I would go.
20:45And the upcoming matchups, not so bad, right? We've got Vegas this week, LA chargers, Washington, Arizona.
20:51So some plus matchups here where the, despite the loss of Devante Adams, they'll get Buck on track.
20:57And Higby does have touchdown equity with Devante Adams out.
21:00So that's, that's the one I would go with.
21:03Um, and just in general, people, if you're looking for one, that is a good one to key in on.
21:10This one is a good question. For an NN, NN for MZ says, so is limit a drop.
21:16Yeah, he is. God, I hate to say that.
21:19Cause I don't like advising dropping rookies because I have, I've been through it where you have an underperforming rookie.
21:26Like God, my, my trauma is Amon Ross St.
21:29Brown. I drafted Amon Ross St. Brown his Thursday or his rookie year.
21:33And, um, I said Thursday, you guys see, I'm like clearly sleep deprived, drafted Amon Ross St.
21:39Brown, his rookie season. I held through the pain, right?
21:42Webb was like, we're sticking it out. I know, I believe I'm a believer.
21:47Right. And then I just couldn't make it through.
21:50Like, you know, you get around week eight or nine, I couldn't make it through the bi-weeks.
21:56I had to drop him. Um, league with my brother, right?
21:59So I dropped him and my brother picked him up and my brother beat me in championship week with Amon Ross St.
22:07Brown. Oh, so I don't like advising dropping rookies, but if you have to, I think you can drop lemon, um, because
22:14it is a unique situation where again, we have the such aggressive target share to Devante Smith.
22:20They're not moving lemon. Um, let me, we saw Devante Smith go out.
22:24They made zero changes in his role. They just rolled out Cooper and just said, okay, you be the Devante, the low budget Devante Smith.
22:33So I think we've seen the ceiling. I don't know that it gets much better, unfortunately.
22:38So yeah, he is a drop candidate. Sadly, sadly, uh, from Tanu Kidrum says trade questions.
22:43Watson for golden. Ooh, that's spicy. No, I would still, it's, it's spicy though.
22:48Yeah. I still value Watson higher, but the fact that it's close speaks to the value of golden significantly.
22:55Like, I mean, quite frankly, he, for what you would even pay for him right now, it's still underpaying for the upside.
23:02Right. Because when it comes to the Packers offense, they're pushing such aggressive pass volume and they are getting Josh Jacobs back,
23:09but the offensive line is still an issue. And what shape is Jacobs in?
23:14That's a good question. He was doing a lot, uh, in terms of dealing with off the field stuff.
23:21So, you know, what was he really prepared to step back onto the field and go 100%.
23:26I, I just, I don't know. Right. So, um, behind that offensive line, uh, where I would suspect we're still going to
23:34see pretty aggressive pass volume from, um, from green Bay.
23:37Micah Parsons will be back at some point, but I don't know that it's going to make a massive difference in how much volume we see.
23:46So golden is really creeping up there and value significantly.
23:49I mean, let's look at like trade market values here real quick while we're on the subject.
23:55Um, cause that's one of my 50 million tabs that I have open.
23:59Matthew golden is currently around the value of AJ Brown, uh, higher than T Higgins.
24:04He's around George Pickens. Um, uh, he was even with Mike Evans, but obviously Mike Evans value has gone down.
24:11Um, he's higher value on paper than Devante Smith right now.
24:15So he is a, I mean, there's a massive drop off.
24:18I think, well, there's still some holding Michael Wilson is still holding strong in value.
24:24There's still some decent options that are a little bit lower like Luther burden and Jalen Coker, but really, and truly we're
24:31seeing like a shift in like the higher value guys are just shifting so much further up than everybody else.
24:38And golden is pushing along with them. So that said, it's fairly close, closer than you would think.
24:44But, um, I would still prefer to have Christian Watson.
24:47Um, if I were making that trade, it would have to be for golden and something else.
24:53And then Coke for Scadaboo. If you have no RB two in Watson and Parker, Washington are your RB ones.
25:00You've got the right idea. I would trade Coker for, um, an RB two, but Oh, it's tan tanuki drum.
25:06Oh, tanuki drum. Got it. Tanuki drum. Got it.
25:09Thank you. Clearly. I did not read ahead on that one.
25:13Um, you've got the right idea on trading Jalen Coker, but not for Cam Scadaboo because I don't trust Jen Harbaugh or John.
25:21Wrong. Well, actually I don't trust Jim either. Yeah.
25:24But more so John, I don't, I don't trust John Harbaugh whatsoever.
25:28Actually, you know what? I'm being harsh to Jim.
25:31I don't have that much of an issue with Jim.
25:34Yeah. Um, but John Harbaugh, I don't know. He seems very flippant in terms of the fact that he came out and
25:42said my problem with John Harbaugh, like just pause here for a second.
25:46My problem with John Harbaugh is in the whole handling of the Cam Scadaboo situation is that I totally understand the fumbles were egregious.
25:54You need to handle that buddy. And some punishment is warranted, but why can't you admit that you were doing that coming
26:02out and then saying, Oh no, it's not, it wasn't intentional.
26:05I don't know. You know, we just, you know, didn't get a chance to work him in.
26:11No, just stand on business. And Cam Scadaboo said he was punished and he understands why.
26:16So it felt like a cowardly way to address the situation.
26:20And because we've seen him, we saw him punish Tyrone Tracy Jr.
26:24Who bringing in Najee Harris was just ridiculous in itself.
26:27And I also feel bad for Najee because it almost kind of comes off as if they cut Najee as well as
26:35punishment because of him complaining about the carries after.
26:38So, um, yeah, I just, I, in him saying that, you know, none of our running backs have really stepped up.
26:45But Scadaboo has been the RB one. Like that's not a question.
26:49And he was better last year than Tyrone Tracy Jr.
26:52As well. So I just, I don't understand where he's coming from.
26:56And ultimately long-term, I do not trust what he will or won't do with Scadaboo.
27:02And we have no idea what shadow realm he would be banished to God forbid the man fumbles again.
27:08So I would not trade into that situation, but you've got the right idea.
27:13Let's look at some appropriate targets for you with Jalen Coker, um, for his value.
27:18Appropriate target would be, you know, if you want, if you can make it by this week, because I don't think we're
27:25getting Brees Hall back, I could trade for Brees Hall.
27:28I think that's in a very appropriate trade. When is, um, have the Jets haven't had their bye week?
27:35No, no, no, no. They haven't. Uh, when is there, but oh, they got a week 13 bye.
27:41Nice. Um, so you don't have to worry about that.
27:44Uh, that's one that I feel is appropriate. We could have him back in week seven, but even if we don't, um,
27:52week eight seems like it makes a lot of sense in terms of his timeline.
27:57So I would be okay with making that trade, just knowing that you're going to have to go one week with no
28:04RB two, and you're going to have to just figure it out, um, with some backup, you know, handcuff options, which is very possible.
28:12There's a lot of handcuff options that you can run out there.
28:16Right. So that's one that would be an appropriate trade for, um, I think you would need to maybe add something in,
28:24but facial tootin is a heavy trade target for me.
28:27Uh, Bucky Irving is a heavy trade target as well.
28:30I would, I have those guys both higher than chase Brown, um, in terms of value.
28:36Um, but really the one that makes the most sense as a target is Brees Hall.
28:41You could go with the Saquon Barkley, but just team environment.
28:45I don't feel super positive about it, but as an RB two, I wouldn't hate it overall, but those would be the
28:52ones that I would want to target. And if you want to get risky, you could also, you know, that's fair value for Josh Jacobs as well.
29:01But those are the ones that I would aim for specifically for sure for Jalen Coker.
29:07Um, you can make an argument for if you are desperate, you would be overpaying for Ollie Gordon, but you could go that direction.
29:15It's an overpay, but you could go that direction.
29:18Uh, Gary Miles says Shuck or Murray full PPR.
29:21I believe I still have Tyler Shuck higher, but let me double check on this one.
29:26Oh no, I've got, is that opposite of consensus?
29:29Let me see. No, no, no, no. Consensus also has Kyler Murray higher, which I don't love, but yeah, it does have to be Kyler Murray.
29:38Oh, um, now that I think about it, that's one of those ones that I like him and hawed over in terms
29:46of like, how high do I push it up?
29:49Because it's a good matchup, but he has yet to show a ceiling game period.
29:54And he's had good matchups. And the fact that we have not seen a ceiling game from him and granted, you know, he missed time.
30:02So it's not as if we have a massive sample size and we did finally see the legs kick in last week.
30:09Thank God for that. I was a little worried.
30:12Finally, we saw, um, good use, good rushing usage and production on the ground.
30:17So that's a positive. Indianapolis is a layup matchup, just straight turmoil at this point.
30:22So yeah, Kyler, I'm not super passionate about it, but yeah, you can go that direction over Shuck because the Pittsburgh matchup
30:30is one that can go either way. You know, they can clamp down on defense.
30:35They can, uh, especially with the pass rush, right?
30:38Cause that's really the concern. It's not really about the secondary.
30:41That's the issue with Tyler Shuck. It's more about the pass rush because their offensive line struggles.
30:47So if you've got a strong, uh, pass rush and you know, Pittsburgh, you know, they got the personnel, right?
30:54So they could definitely give that offensive line some fits.
30:57Oh yeah. Uh, I can see where it might be just a mediocre day, um, for Tyler Shuck on that one.
31:04So yeah, no Kyler Murray on that one. Another question here from Alan Shimon says one PPR, uh, one point full people
31:12point PPR one flex wide receiver, Olave Pickens, Parker, Washington downs conception.
31:16Would you drop downs or conception for Antonio Williams?
31:19I would not drop conception. I'm pro I'm holding onto my Cleveland wide receivers.
31:24I love those rookies, man. I love Jensel Boston and Casey conception.
31:28We are holding on for dear life for better times because while Deshaun has been insanely underwhelming, they're carrying him clearly.
31:35So I still hope for those back half the season breakthroughs that happen on bad teams with some quarterback play, but I
31:42would not drop him, but I can drop Josh downs.
31:45We've come to terms with that one. You guys want to talk about that one for a second?
31:52Jesus Christ. Um, we have seen any and every scenario at this point for Josh downs.
31:57We have seen him with Alec Paris. We have seen him without Alec Paris.
32:02We have seen him without Tyler Warren. We have seen him in great matchups.
32:06We've seen him in bad matchups and no matter what happens, it's just mediocre.
32:11And I'm not saying this, his fault, not saying that, but whatever is going on with his role in that offense and Daniel Jones specifically, right?
32:20Cause obviously that plays a massive part in it because Daniel Jones have been, has been extremely mediocre.
32:26Unfortunately, it's just not working out for now. So if we've gone through all of that and we don't see any change
32:33in production for Josh downs, what's the hope really at this point?
32:37Um, yeah, we got to move on from Josh down.
32:41We can move on from Josh downs. Yeah, sadly.
32:44And you, but you're good. You're so, I mean, you got a lobby pickings, Parker, Washington.
32:49You're solid. I would much rather, um, and you know, Antonio Williams has year long viability.
32:55So yeah, had that direction. Oh, it's painful. Coach three, eight piece says 10 team, half point PPR, four point touchdown.
33:02Who can I acquire for my Josh Allen? Ooh, spicy.
33:05We're going to trade away Josh Allen. I like you coach.
33:09Um, making the big moves here. Uh, let's see.
33:12Let's see. What can we get for Josh Allen?
33:15You know, I think you could get, if you were looking for a running back, the range of range would be the, well, let's see.
33:23How far down can we take it? Okay. Yeah.
33:26No, I'm stopping it. The range would be, I think you could shoot as high as Kyron Williams and as low as DeAndre Swift.
33:34I would not get out of that range like that in terms of like looking at guys like, you know, Chuba Hubbard is very undervalued.
33:43I bet you could get Chuba Hubbard and something for Josh Allen's because just people don't value him the way that they should.
33:50He has no competition in that backfield. He is on the field upwards of 90% of snaps.
33:56It doesn't matter what the matchup is. He has put up numbers and great matchups and bad matchups.
34:02No strong run defense can stop him because he can get it through the air as well.
34:08And if they get to the end zone, a touchdown is coming from him.
34:13Like it's just such money. So, um, yeah, that's a, that's an interesting one that I think you could go for, for sure.
34:20That range of running back. I don't know that you could get as high.
34:25I cut it off at Kyron Williams because I don't know if he could get as high as Derek Henry.
34:32That seems like it's pushing too much. If I were shooting for a wide receiver, that range is a Christian Watson.
34:39Yeah, that's a nice one. I could shoot for a Christian Watson.
34:43I don't know. Malik neighbors was one that I was very pro perhaps now was a buy low on Malik neighbors because of JJ McCarthy starting.
34:52Cause I just don't like, we just saw JJ McCarthy against new Orleans.
34:56That's a layup matchup. Um, what's going to happen when he faces an actual real defense?
35:01No offense to the saints. I offended some saints.
35:05I tweeted that and I offended some saints, uh, fans, I think, but you know, Hey, offense is lovely.
35:11I love everybody on the offense more with all my heart.
35:15Um, Tyler Shuck for life, but the defense, good God, it's not working out, unfortunately.
35:20So I feel like that might've been just like a little, like a layup matchup for JJ McCarthy and to see him
35:27start in a real game is going to be very interesting because he was not able to supply volume to Justin Jefferson last year.
35:35So how are you going to do it to Malik neighbors?
35:39All right. We'll see. We'll see if you can sustain this, but Malik neighbors would be one of those.
35:45But here's the good thing though, in case you're nervous, like what, which makes this an interesting buy low opportunity for Malik
35:53neighbors, because if JJ McCarthy sucks, Jamis Winston is such a ray of sunshine.
35:57They can just go back to him and he'll accept it.
36:01He won't care. So like losing his job will not offend him in any way, shape or form.
36:07Right. So from that perspective, it's low risk. They can just flip right back to Jamis.
36:13It's not that big of an issue. I don't know if you could get Zay flowers.
36:18That might be pushing it a little too much.
36:21I know that people are a little bit soured on Drake London.
36:25So perhaps you could try Drake London. That's an interesting one as well.
36:29Um, and then Parker Washington is a realistic trade.
36:32That's a good one. Parker Washington as well. Um, let's see.
36:36Beauty by Gwen. Hi Tara. Second question was who to start this week.
36:41Oh, and rank the wide receivers. Okay. So who to start this week?
36:45Luckily I didn't move off of your comment. So we're right there.
36:49Um, so if you were starting, um, with your lineup this week at quarterback, we are going Drake May.
36:55I have Drake May and, um, so for the podcast people, the quarterback options are Drake May, CJ Stroud and Jordan above.
37:03There's too many Jordans now. Uh, I have Drake May is my number one quarterback overall this week.
37:09Jordan love is my number two quarterback. And then CJ Stroud is a, uh, QB eight right now, but honestly that could adjust.
37:17Right. Right. And then at, you got Bowers and then, um, Jonathan, oh, and then Jonathan Taylor and you're starting, um, Tyler Algier.
37:24And then with your wide receivers, you know, London Wilson.
37:28And then my third option would be, even though it's a difficult matchup, it is going to be Keenan Allen that I
37:35would still be sticking with as well. Feel very good about him.
37:39Um, and then jumping to, and then you also did one more here.
37:44Um, you said you were going to trade Vale for Pop Douglas.
37:48Ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I like that. Yes. I would absolutely trade Vale for Pop Douglas.
37:53Yeah. You've got May, you have a little stack there.
37:56And with both Mac Collins and Romeo Dobbs on IR, we got, we got a nice little runway here that'll last longer than what you have for Vale.
38:06So yes, I like, like that trade for sure.
38:09Um, and then you're considering a Stroud, Noel stack, picking him up after, um, or on the buy, which is a better stack.
38:17Yeah. I prefer the Drake may and Pop Douglas one.
38:20Cause that's got some legs to it for a while now, but a secondary option in terms of your backup Stroud is cooking in terms or Stroud.
38:29Yeah. Stroud's cooking in terms of volume. I trust Jalen Noel.
38:33So as a backup stack, that's good, but I would love to see you make that trade for Pop Douglas.
38:39He is very startable right now. Guys, keep that in mind that he is very startable right now.
38:45Jumping back to the super chats from Foxborough news says two and four.
38:50Oh, I have Jared Goff, uh, chase Brown. Yeah.
38:53I see what's going on here. Yeah. Chase Brown, AJB, uh, Vale and Hawkins said need an RB and a flex.
39:00I have Mason, Flournoy, uh, Charbonnet, Emma Johnson, Damian Pierce.
39:03What should I do? Ooh. Okay. 16 team guys.
39:06So this is a 16 team half PPR. So a lot of this is going to hinge on, uh, on, uh, Saquon Barkley.
39:14Because I trust that we'll get good volume from Jordan Mason immediately because of the fact that it's, it's a thought it was a thumb injury.
39:23So it's not as if his legs should work fine.
39:26There should not be any logic. You don't need to ramp up from a thumb injury.
39:32So I would expect that's one of those ones where you get onto the field and you're just full steam ahead.
39:39So you can go with Jordan Mason comfortably, but Damian Pierce is interesting.
39:43If we do not get Saquon back, um, especially in a matchup against Dallas.
39:48Yeah. Because while Dallas, I talked about the secondary with Joey Porter Jr.
39:52Being, we need to look at them differently. You can look at the run defense exactly the same, right?
39:59It's perfectly fine. Target it. So if we get no Saquon, Damian Pierce will be a top 20 play this week.
40:06So you're good. You'll have, you know, Chase Brown and you can run, um, Damian Pierce.
40:11If Saquon's back, then your backup option is going to be Mason.
40:15I would not touch Zach Charbonnet right now is the only thing.
40:19So yeah, that's the direction I would go. Um, speaking of Zach Charbonnet guys, I mean, let's talk about it here for
40:27a second, just to make sure that we are all on the same page.
40:31This is a committee and he's coming off a significant injury.
40:35And this was a really, really quick turnaround. So in no way, shape or form would I feel super comfortable with putting
40:42him in my starting lineup right now. And I understand that people are going to be hard up, right?
40:49Um, if let's say, let's say you have a Roshon Johnson, you went to waiver.
40:54If you've got Roshon Johnson or you haven't, maybe you're just thinking about it.
40:59Kalmanunga is not going to play. I would play a Roshon Johnson and feel more comfortable about it because of pure volume.
41:06Um, 10 plus touches a game. He's doing very well with them receiving upside.
41:11As long as it's PPR top 30 ish running back, right?
41:14Um, you could turn to Kendra Miller just from a volume perspective.
41:18I would play Alvin Kamara over him. Um, uh, Jordan Mason again, for sure.
41:23So, I mean, I can make the argument for RJ Harvey as well in terms of feeling comfort.
41:29So there's not a lot of people that I would play over, um, Zach Charbonnet in the first week back, knowing that
41:37it is going to be a committee long-term and there's got to be some kind of ramp up.
41:43I can't imagine that there is not going to be a ramp up after that quick of a turnaround from an ACL.
41:50Like, I mean, just even guys that return, like, I mean, you expect them to be at a diminished capacity in terms
41:57of snap count for at least two weeks. Once they return at least two weeks, sometimes three.
42:03So yeah, I would not think about starting Charbonnet right now.
42:07And you've got plenty of options there. I'm expecting a big game from AJ Brown this week.
42:13Like 10 targets last week. Look, you're going to bounce back and golf's got a good matchup.
42:18So we're, we're getting this win for you. Foxborough news.
42:22We're getting it for you here. AJ B Foxborough.
42:25So are you a Patriots fan? AJ B is coming through for us in this game because I bet his props.
42:32So he has to get over on the, on his receiving yards in my honor.
42:37Right? So, um, 10 targets last week. It was just hands.
42:41I don't know. Maybe just being back made him a little bit nervous or whatever, but targets are still going his way.
42:48And he should be able to take advantage of this matchup because Chicago secondary up and down, up and down.
42:55They can shut down certain quarterbacks, but Drake may is not one of the types that they can shut down from Gary miles, Corum or Stevenson full PPR.
43:04My lean is still Stevenson on that one. It should have good volume.
43:09Uh, uh, Travion Henderson did fumble. So perhaps that puts him a little bit in the doghouse again this week.
43:15And obviously Corey Kiner has been contributing, but really workhorse is going to be Romandre Stevenson.
43:21So just from a pure volume perspective, that's the way that I would go.
43:25It's tough to sit Corum. It's very close. There's a force, uh, four spot gap between them and rankings.
43:32And quite frankly, I might move up Blake Corum a few spots.
43:36I'm not going to lie. I could see myself moving Blake Corum up like two spots really.
43:42And it would be a very short gap, but I would still go Romandre.
43:46Jumping back to the chat. Uh, Dr. Damon says, hi Tara.
43:5012, uh, 12 man PPR and points per completion.
43:53Your thoughts, uh, take, let's see one. Take Barkley for Garrett.
43:57Barkley for Garrett Wilson. If you're good at running back.
44:00I do like that. Okay. Let's see. You've got, oh, wait, wait, wait.
44:04Okay. Okay. You're taking Barkley. Sorry. Reading comprehension problem for me.
44:08Take Barkley for Garrett. You've got Garrett. Garrett. You've got London.
44:12Amonra, St. Brown, Garrett Wilson, and Omar Cooper. And at running back.
44:16Oh, at running back. You've got Chase Brown, Ollie Gordon, and Mason.
44:20You know what? That's a solid crew, but you do need an RB one.
44:25That's a perfectly fine trade. I like that for you.
44:28If you could maybe shop it around a little.
44:31Again, I talked about it earlier. Um, that is the range where, um, let's see.
44:36Saquon. Where you at? But that's the range where, um, I can argue for going with a Basial Tootin or a Bucky
44:44Irving before I turn to Saquon Barkley. But perhaps those managers won't make that move.
44:49But those two would be my preference. If not, getting Saquon is perfectly fine.
44:53Because as we've seen in Saquon's absence, the running backs are getting touchdowns.
44:58They're not getting yards, but they're getting touchdowns. So there is still production to be had in this poor, crappy offense.
45:05And yeah, it's, it's, he's, he's the RB one.
45:08He won't come back to a committee or anything.
45:11Yeah, nah, not going to happen. Okay. And then question two was start one between, um, Doug, Bernard, and Burr.
45:18Um, oh no, I'm having a comprehension. So I know Bernard, Doug, Pop, Douglas.
45:22And then bird, burden, burden. Yeah. Okay. Oh, um, that's still going to be burden.
45:27I know. I know that it's close. Like I've, Bernard has moved up significantly in rankings and Pop is solid, but it's still going to be burden.
45:36Uh, he has become the most trustworthy in that Chicago offense.
45:40So he is the highest ranked. And then your third is start Caleb or Murray.
45:45I have Caleb higher. Yeah. Yeah. New England is a difficult defensive matchup.
45:50I'm expecting an uptick in rushing volume since he's one week removed.
45:54We didn't get the rushes last week. I'm spec.
45:57I'm expecting them to come back this week. So I feel good about Caleb.
46:01He's up in rankings this week. So we're going to Caleb before we move on.
46:06I should have done this earlier, but sometimes I just get carried away with the questions.
46:12So to that extent, um, just a reminder, um, I play DFS.
46:16If you play DFS, um, I do a little weekly article for, um, DFS.
46:21You can find it on a fantasy pros, um, comes out every Friday or Saturday.
46:26I think it comes out on Saturday, really maybe late Friday, but it's a full main slate breakdown, everything, um, in GPP.
46:33So if you play, you can use that and you can also reference, uh, player profilers dynasty dominator as well in order to win.
46:41We had a nice week last week. Good plays last week was very much so on some of the top quarterbacks.
46:48So let's hear a little bit about dynasty dominator before I jump back to the questions, guys.
46:54Hey, I know DFS may have peaked, but there are still hundreds of thousands of people to play and millions of dollars up for grabs every week.
47:03So let's put our hoodie on and let's talk about player profilers.
47:07DFS dominator. It has a cash game optimizer that leverages the projections from Bradley and Evan and that player profiler AI engine
47:14to create cash game lineups that certainly have a high floor, but also give you that ceiling.
47:20Now you've probably heard about the most powerful tool of all our lineup genius.
47:25We know winning GPPs requires a completely different approach, which is why our lineup genius takes you through the process of selecting the quarterbacks in the juiciest matchups.
47:34Then it highlights the stacks and runbacks that are available.
47:38Let's you pick the chalk level. Let's you pick the level of correlation with a number of other proprietary settings available to you.
47:45Click a button and it generates hundreds of lineups to be imported into FanDuel and DraftKings.
47:51And it's just $45 a year, not a week, a year.
47:55So for that reason alone, if you play DFS, you'd be an idiot not to buy the DFS dominator.
48:01All right. Welcome back. Yes. Good week in dynasty last week.
48:05Finally, because it had been a little strange. It had been a little spooky, but quarterbacks absolutely came through last week.
48:12Diving back into the chat. Had a super chat here.
48:15I accidentally pulled up as we were listening there from, uh, JD and NY.
48:20How would you rank these waiver wire ads? Oh, yay.
48:23Waiver wire. Okay. No Hunter Casey born mumfield. Okay.
48:26So my top option there is still going to be, uh, so it's close between Casey and Kendrick born, but ultimately, um,
48:34I lean towards Casey as one more stable certified role cannot be taken over by anyone else.
48:39Right? So my top ad, if Casey conception is on waivers, because I know a lot of people are, you know, disappointed after last week dropping, moving on.
48:49Right. It's Casey conception that I would want just as based off pure talent from a rookie.
48:54Then it would be Kendrick born because again, if you look at Arizona schedule, it is so difficult.
49:01And as they continue to move forward, unfortunately, what's probably going to happen is we're going to continue to see the tougher
49:08coverage just routinely be on Michael Wilson. I'm hoping things can turn around.
49:12I don't know that it'll turn around this week, unfortunately, because it's Denver, but, uh, Kendrick born is benefiting from the exit of Marvin Harrison, Jr.
49:21Putting probably tougher coverage on Wilson and then opening opportunities for born.
49:25So it would be Casey then born followed by Jalen Noel.
49:29We've talked a lot about my feelings about Jalen Noel.
49:32Then it would be, then it would be Mumpfield just because I really do think that ultimately Devante Adams absence benefits the
49:40Titans the most, because if you think about it, Devante Adams volume in terms of yardage exclusively came with Puka Nakua out and his fantasy production.
49:48With Devante Adams came where his fantasy production with Puka Nakua came via touchdowns.
49:53So I lean towards more red zone usage being that 13 personnel that Sean McVay loves and the Titans are getting the upside there.
50:01So, uh, Mumpfield does get a bump in usage, but still remains a little bit further back for me.
50:08And then Hunter is last just because while I love him, I play in one IDP dynasty league guys, which by the
50:15way, and I'm not an IDP person whatsoever. Don't ever come to me asking me who to start from IDP.
50:22Baby, I go off of projections. Um, that is not my specialty, but I love playing it.
50:27And, uh, my favorite dynasty contender is an IDP team.
50:31And I just, I'm very, I think this is, think this, that's my year in that league for sure.
50:37Um, yeah, I did a total rebuild in that one.
50:41So very happy. And I've been starting Travis Hunter and it works so beautifully in IDP, but from an offensive perspective, it's
50:48just a little bit risky because there's one there.
50:51So here's the positive that can come, right? Brian Thomas Jr.
50:55Is a clear trade candidate. I really suspect, and let's, you know, actually let's talk about this.
51:00Let's talk about this in detail. Um, because I got a mailbag question.
51:05Uh, is it time to, from Motor City 5388, is it time to drop Brian Thomas Jr.
51:11Or do I wait to see if there is a trade?
51:14So Hunter comes into potential relevancy. If we do get the Brian Thomas Jr.
51:19Trade, which I do think it's going to happen.
51:22I'm very like the man was reduced to 20% of snaps last week.
51:26That was a removal from the game so that you can stay healthy because we plan to use the bi-week to shop you around and trade you.
51:35So if he's out, then that can benefit Hunter.
51:39But ultimately I do think what's going to end up happening is that we see an increase from Josh Cameron.
51:45They really like him. He's showcased very well. So I think that we still get that continued usage from Travis Hunter as
51:53a dual threat, um, defense, because I mean, he has done very well on defense and they can bring him in for good situational usage on offense.
52:02And if that works for their offense and what they've got, because they're good with Parker Washington and they're good with Jacoby
52:09Myers and they, you know, they like Josh Cameron as a third option.
52:14Then yeah, I can see where we don't really see an uptick in volume.
52:18So Hunter falls last on the list for me because of the fact that even with a Brian Thomas jr.
52:25Trade, there is still the possibility that there's not a massive increase in offensive usage for him because the way that they've
52:32been using him has worked very well. So, but when it comes to Brian Thomas jr.
52:38Guys, it got a hold. He is probably going to be out of there real soon.
52:43Yeah. I'm very, very, um, I would say I'm like at a 80% on that one.
52:49The only thing that could stop it is, you know, perhaps they want higher value than what the, uh, uh, Cardinals got out of Marvin Harrison jr.
52:58But I think that's a nice baseline. Like, yeah, Marvin Harrison jr.
53:02Had the higher draft capital, but Brian Thomas jr.
53:05Had the far better like proof of like, like, Hey, that rookie season, that was incredible.
53:10What we saw from him. So we've never seen that.
53:14Like I've never looked on the field and saw what we saw in Brian Thomas jr.
53:19Rookie season out of Marvin Harrison jr. So I like, I would want personally, I would want more for Brian Thomas jr.
53:26So we'll see how that works out. We will see.
53:30Jumping back to the chat here. We've got from powerhouse super flex question traded, just traded my homes.
53:36Jameson and Jacobs for May. Did I overpay? You did, but you have a deep team.
53:41I get it. You know, my only concern on that one with, um, with, uh, Jameson is then just as like an
53:49FYI for everybody, you know, that volatility that we saw from James, Jameson last season, right.
53:54And how, um, you always think, well, he popped off at the end of last season.
53:59Well, there was a reason for that. Right. And there's a very valid reason that that back half of the season pop off can happen this season.
54:08Let's take a look at a schedule here. Um, let's look up Detroit schedule after the bi-week.
54:14So they're back this week. They have green Bay, then Minnesota, right?
54:18But then it's Miami, New England, Tampa Bay, Chicago, Atlanta, Tennessee, Minnesota, the giants and Chicago.
54:24And Chicago is a positive matchup specifically for Jared Goff.
54:27So don't look at that and say, Oh, Chicago.
54:30No, Jared Goff handles that Chicago defense very well.
54:33And the real key about that is when you look at all of those games, there is not a ton of games.
54:40They are not playing in a dome. Yeah. Think about it.
54:44They go to Atlanta. They go to Miami or wait.
54:47I think the Miami game is an international game.
54:51They go to Minnesota. Right. Um, and they have a lot of home games.
54:55So they have Jared Goff in a ton of dome games, rest of season.
55:00So that benefits that back half of the season breakout for Jamison.
55:04That could be on the way, especially if you're worried about Amon Ross St.
55:09Brown, because he's just been mediocre over the past several weeks to Gibbs.
55:13It's Gibbs. It's Gibbs, but better days ahead for these past catchers for sure.
55:18Coming ahead. So you did overpay, but I get it because when I look at Patrick Mahomes, like as I was doing
55:25rankings for Patrick Mahomes this week, I just couldn't find it within myself to really get up there.
55:31Right. Because he's one of those quarterbacks where, um, we know that the ceiling is super high, but unfortunately it's not really
55:39working again from a fantasy perspective and it's not working because he's not running.
55:43He's not running. Like we saw him situationally running in week one and we thought, oh my God.
55:49Okay. Well, the rushing upside is going to be there.
55:53The rushing touchdowns are going to be there. Yeah.
55:56I mean, he's had, so after, but you know, Denver was more situational, but in that game, he had 23 yards after
56:03that, 17, after that one, after that zero, after that 16, the rushing upside is not there.
56:09And if the rushing upside isn't there, like we saw last season, it means that we get these kind of mediocre performances.
56:16Right. So I do get a little bit concerned.
56:19And then you look ahead at the schedule and I can see, especially, you know, the playoff schedule as well too.
56:27I can see where you just wanted to get out of my homes and get to somebody with some true upside.
56:34So I get it, but it wasn't overpay though.
56:37It wasn't overplay, but it's super flex, right? So, Hey, if you've got another solid QB one and you also got Drake may, I get it.
56:45I get why you totally did that for the value that you could have in upgrading to two excellent quarterbacks.
56:52I don't know who else you have at quarterback, but I assume it's gotta be good.
56:57Thank you. Miles Logan. Appreciate that. We'll see from the cred.
57:01Hey Tara, got a couple. Oh, have a couple of questions early in the chat.
57:06Oh, let's see if I can find them from the cred.
57:10How early were they? Oh, I don't know if I can find.
57:14Oh yeah, I can. They were super early. Thank you.
57:17You were right from the cred says, hi Tara.
57:20Um, two QB, two running back, three wide receiver, two flex, full PPR, three QBs are May Williams.
57:26I'm missing the other one. Uh, oh, you're three and three.
57:30Record is three and three. Your quarterbacks are May and Williams.
57:34Okay, good. Running backs are Swift, Jacobs, Harvey, Henderson, Wilson, Dowdle, Mason.
57:38Okay. That's getting better this week. You've the fact that you've had that running back group and you've made it to three wins is impressive in itself.
57:47And then your wide receivers, lamb Washington, Addison, Harrison, Jr.
57:50Jordan Tyson, McBride. Yeah. So part two of that is the free agents that are available are a duns.
57:57A Douglas born lane, Mike Washington, Jr. Brian Robinson, Jr.
58:00Add, um, any drops and then any general advice on the team and the path moving forward.
58:06So you're about to get a lot better at running back.
58:10So that's yay on that one. So a duns.
58:13You got some nice options on waivers. So a duns.
58:16A on waivers is interesting, right? Because you've got Caleb and looking at, I mean, I would rather have, I would rather drop Marvin Harrison, Jr.
58:25Especially because as I talked about before, when we were talking about Jalen Knoll, the roles that bump up against each other,
58:32oddly enough, which you don't think about it as that being the case, because they're two wildly different sizes of human beings.
58:40Um, Marvin Harrison, Jr. And Tank Dell bump up against each other.
58:44Right. And my assumption is that, you know, first of all, they saw an opportunity with Marvin Harrison, Jr.
58:50To get him in there and really help them make this push.
58:54But I really think that they don't want to push aggressive volume on Tank.
58:59Like that was like such a serious, like this has been a multi-year absence.
59:03This is such a serious injury that he's coming back from.
59:07My assumption is that Marvin Harrison, Jr. Still does have a very valid role, even with the return of Tank Dell.
59:14But I think I would rather drop him and pick up any, quite frankly, any one of those, if I'm being honest,
59:22between a duns, a Douglas and born and lane.
59:25Yeah, I would rather pick them up. Not going to lie on that one.
59:29So yeah, drop and pick up. I didn't say is my top one in terms of upside.
59:35I think I would make that move. But would it be better for you to go with the volume that Douglas is getting short term?
59:44No, I would. I would stick it out. I would stick it out.
59:48And then at running back, you're getting better. Um, then those are solid like backup options and good handcuffs to hold, honestly, that are on waivers.
59:57But I would rather stick it out with the group that you have right now.
60:02So yeah, I would move Marvin Harrison, Jr. And pick up, um, for sure, pick up Roma Dunze.
60:08Uh, and that should get you by. That should get you by, especially because you're deeper at running back.
60:14So you can flex one of those options for sure.
60:18All right. Got it. I think I got you on that one for sure.
60:22If not, let me know. Um, jumping back to the chat here from Gary Miles, Mason Stevenson or Coram full PPR.
60:29Still Stevenson on that one. Still Stevenson just for pure volume.
60:33Uh, did I? I don't know. No, no, no.
60:36Okay. Uh, Tana, Tana Kidrum. God, I've got to get that right.
60:40I've got to get that right. It says my buddy first year has Purdy, Bijan, Scadaboo, Judkins, Olave, Pickens, Bench has Higby, Kamara, CJ Stroud.
60:49And he trades that he can make to improve the RB2 situation.
60:53I believe Judkins will be back this week. So that's the good thing is Judkins should be back this week.
60:59And you can go with Judkins over Scadaboo so he doesn't get blanked again.
61:04Judkins was so close that he was on the field warming up pregame.
61:08So to be that close, you are 90, 90% coming back for sure.
61:13Now. Yeah, you got Bijan. Yeah. I would. That's, that's what I would do.
61:18Honestly, I would, I would stick it out as is, uh, the only thing that you could maybe do is, but again,
61:25one QB league, try and trade backup quarterback doesn't have extreme value.
61:29But if you maybe want to, maybe what I would do is just give it a week, see how this Scadaboo situation
61:36plays out, but don't start him start Judkins. But overall, I think that's a very solid lineup that he has for sure.
61:44For sure. Um, yeah. Yeah. Cause I don't want to trade away Bijan.
61:48I don't want to trade away. Olave. You could trade away Pickens.
61:52That's one that you could do. You could trade Pickens to pivot down at wide receiver and then add on a running back.
62:00But even then, so that's probably still going to get you into the same general, um, Judkins range.
62:06So unless, you know, shop it around and see what he could get for Pickens, um, with a two for one situation
62:13to see if that could work out for him.
62:16But otherwise I would just really stand pat on that one from B five, 10, uh, no PPR wide receiver, one flex,
62:24golden Higgins, Bernard, Boston, Douglas, Chase Brown, also Fannin, uh, also Fannin or Juwan for tight end this week.
62:30Okay. Okay. So two wide receiver, one flex. We always start Matthew golden.
62:35Now that's a permanent start. So Matthew golden and T Higgins.
62:38And so the question is between Bernard Boston and Douglas in, I would flex, um, or chase Brown.
62:44And at this point, because we've been so underwhelmed by chase Brown, I'm going to need to see it to believe it on that one.
62:53And I would flex Bernard. Let's see how the separation I have between Bernard and Boston and rankings real quick.
63:00Uh, it is two spots. I've got Bernard two spots higher.
63:03So it's super close for sure. And pop Douglas is very close behind at 31.
63:08I could honestly see myself. It's tough. I could, it's not a lot of wiggle room to move him up, but Douglas
63:16will probably end up a top 30 option because there's a couple of guys like Jalen Waddle that could arguably move back since they're dealing with injuries.
63:25But for right now, he's right on the cusp.
63:28So I would go with golden Higgins and Bernard.
63:31And then between Fannin and Juwan, I would flex Juwan.
63:34Both of them have been irritating, but I've got more faith in Juwan and Tyler Shuck than I do in Deshaun Watson.
63:42Unfortunately from 050679. Rudy says, I have the exact set.
63:45Oh, he identifies with me. I have the exact same Amon Ra rookie trauma.
63:50I had to drop him and he started breaking out afterwards in this dynasty league.
63:55The owner who picked him up benefited. Oh, it benefited ever since.
63:59It's painful, right? Because that was one of those situations where you were super sharp because there were a lot of people
64:06that were like, no, he's a, you know, he's a rookie.
64:10You know, what was it? Fourth round. No, it was a little, you know, mid round rookie, you know, a bad team, bad situation.
64:18No, this is not going to hit. But believers were like, no, no.
64:22Amon Ra is going to pull through and he's going to be the wide receiver one of that team.
64:29And he's going to break out. We believed it.
64:32And once those bi-weeks hit, man, I mean, and the injuries, it was so tough to hold on to him.
64:39You had to move off. Oh, God. I know it hurts.
64:42I know. Thank you for identifying with me on that one.
64:46I love so much sharing in my pain. I will never live that down.
64:51Never. Especially because it was my brother. My little brother.
64:54From Rashawn Jenkins. Devante for, don't worry, he's not watching.
64:57He's probably, he's got young kids. So he goes to bed super early and he always forgets to watch my show.
65:05You would think he would support and watch the run back.
65:08So I can talk as much crap as I want.
65:12He will never hear this. He'll just text me.
65:15Start, sit, advice. Again, he'll never hear it. From Rashawn Jenkins.
65:18Devante Smith for AJ Brown to pair with Drake May.
65:22Yeah, that's a good one. I like that one for sure.
65:25That's a good example. I appreciate you dropping that one.
65:29Because I know a lot of people have questions around Devante Smith.
65:33We talked about it at the beginning of the show.
65:36That is a very fair flip. Realistic. And ultimately you're trading to the better team and better quarterback situation.
65:43And you're trading for him off, you know, obviously a down performance.
65:47So yeah, I like that one right there. Good, good, good.
65:50For sure. Before we head out, I'm going to jump in and answer some more here.
65:56Let's see how I can, uh, can I rapid fire?
65:59We'll see. From Unpopular Meta says, which is the better wide receiver pickup at wide receiver?
66:05Douglas or Noel? Short term, uh, Douglas. Long term, probably Noel.
66:08But I still give the slight edge to Douglas because again, we've got like a three week area where he is going to get really nice production.
66:17Uh, from Kevin Mattingly. I dropped golden earlier this year and I don't even remember why pain.
66:23It was probably that timeframe where Jordan love was looking like, uh, serious.
66:27Like, oh my God, the offensive line was awful.
66:30The run game was terrible. Jordan loves accuracy was ungodly.
66:34I was, I'm a Packers fan. I was seriously concerned.
66:37They're like, Oh, what, what is, what is going on here?
66:41Uh-oh. So I, I get it. God, that is a painful one for sure.
66:46Um, let's see. Jump in. We'll do a four.
66:49I'm trying to find a couple ones that I can answer super quickly here.
66:53Cause I gotta go. I realized I gotta go pick up.
66:57I just got a reminder popped up that I do have to go pick up my son's medicine before this pharmacy closes, uh, from Kevin Mattingly.
67:06Are we ready to drop Bo Nix and Cortland Sutton yet?
67:10Cortland Sutton. Yes. If you have to, to move on, because there are better options available on waivers, feel free, but not Bo Nix.
67:18If you, if you need him this week, because I do somewhat believe we could get a QB one start from him this week specifically because of matchup.
67:27So yeah, I'm holding on begrudgingly to Bo Nix in one league because I got to roll him out this week specifically.
67:34But other than that, we can move on and we'll end on this one from Linda Wells says, thanks Tara.
67:41I am officially six and oh, thanks to you and the rest of the Tara squadrons.
67:47Yes. Let's go. Linda Wells, six and oh, wonderful to hear.
67:50That is a perfect note to end on. I am off to get the kids to bed and go get some antibiotics for my poor ear infected child.
68:00And hope that he sleeps through the night because I'm super tired, but appreciate you all tuning in as always.
