54

Aaron Rodgers

NegativeProjection47:27

Aaron Rodgers is ranked at the bottom of QB considerations for the week; speaker states 'we're just not necessarily going to get that ceiling' from Rodgers, indicating limited upside relative to other QB options.

Insight page

Blake Corum

PositiveProjection29:05

Blake Corum has turned it on in his last three games with 16, 14, and 17 fantasy points against Chargers, Commanders, and Cardinals; however, he faces role clarity concerns as Kareem Williams still needs to get out of the way, unlike Ollie Gordon who has a clear, uncontested role.

Insight page

Bo Nix

NegativeProjection4:48

Bo Nix's performance against Arizona was inflated by a 62-yard touchdown run and 51% completion percentage; speaker expresses concern that Auburn Bo Nix (worst-case version) is currently active, with inconsistent passing and reliance on scramble plays rather than sustainable fantasy production; Nix's receivers (Jalen Waddle, Cortland Sutton, RJ Harvey) did not benefit meaningfully from the matchup.

Insight page
NegativeBust7:03

Chase Brown has fully exited Bo Nix after drafting him in redraft, describing the situation as bad enough to warrant dropping him entirely. Despite initial optimism about the perfect situation at Auburn, Nix's performance has been disappointing; he scored 5.44 fantasy points in week one against Kansas City and only crested 10 points in a game against Arizona where he posted a 51% completion percentage and benefited from a 62-yard touchdown run. Brown projects Nix will improve but notes the schedule doesn't align for week-over-week consistency—favorable matchups against Carolina (week 9) and Raiders (week 11) are spread out, with tough defenses (Steelers week 12, Dolphins week 13) in between. The value collapse is severe: Nix was drafted in the first two to three rounds of early-season super flex dynasty startups but has tanked in redraft value.

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveProjection46:21

Bryce Young has posted top-10 fantasy performances in weeks 3, 7, 6, 8, and 4, with only one bad week (week 7 vs. Buccaneers); speaker prefers him over Tyler Shuck despite Shuck's QB 10 ranking, citing Shuck's vulnerability to defensive communication tactics that disrupt his play-calling.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

NegativeProjection31:35

Offensive ceiling is too low compared to Jamison Williams; speaker would not prioritize him despite alpha targets per route run because the Lions offense is projected to be top three in scoring and top six in pass attempts, whereas Tate's offense lacks that ceiling.

Insight page
PositiveValue33:58

Cornell Tate ranked WR24 on the season but faces an exceptional playoff schedule (Jaguars, Cowboys, Jaguars, Commanders, Lions, Colts, Raiders) that should elevate his fantasy value; however, the speaker emphasizes that 'should' is unreliable and prefers Jefferson-adjacent tier players based on current production rather than schedule projection.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeBust0:37

Chase Brown has failed to reach 10 fantasy points in three of the last four games, marking a significant downturn from his historical back-half-of-season performance (18 points per game over the final 7-9 games in 2024 and 2025). While he has favorable matchups ahead against the Titans, Falcons, and Commanders (three of the next four games), the current production trend feels different and concerning. Owners who drafted him as an RB1 are now forced to treat him as an RB2/flex option, creating a roster construction problem since the early-round capital spent on him means one fewer stud elsewhere on the roster. The source recommends continuing to start him in hopes of a turnaround, but acknowledges the floor may only reach 12-13 points rather than the double-digit struggles of recent weeks.

Insight page
NegativeProjection3:39

Chase Brown's floor is expected to improve to closer to 12-13 points rather than the sub-10 point performances seen in recent weeks; speaker suggests rolling out Brown rather than getting cute with alternatives like Ollie Gordon, though acknowledges Gordon as a viable option if preferred.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole35:09

Colston Loveland has remained in the speaker's lineup throughout recent poor weeks and is preferred over Juwan Johnson despite ranking TE17 on the season; the speaker is committed to riding Loveland through the downturn, suggesting confidence in his role and future production.

Insight page

Courtland Sutton

NegativeMatchup5:54

Cortland Sutton's season-high against Arizona was only 45 yards, indicating that even in a favorable matchup against a weak defense, Sutton's production remains limited and unreliable.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

NegativeProjection36:00

Dalton Kincaid ranks TE18 on the season but showed elite production in weeks 1–2 (TE5 and TE5 respectively) before declining sharply to TE37, TE52, TE38, and TE16 in subsequent weeks; the speaker prefers Kincaid over Juwan Johnson but questions whether the sell window for Kincaid was weeks 1–2 and whether he can recapture that early-season form.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeProjection32:00

Expected to get back on track after a couple of quiet weeks; may be receiving the respect due to a true alpha receiver, which has opened up opportunities for teammates like Casey Concepcion; speaker expects regression to the mean after recent underperformance.

Insight page
NegativeValue33:43

Denzel Boston is explicitly faded in favor of Justin Jefferson in Week 8 lineup decisions, indicating he is not preferred at his current valuation.

Insight page

Fernando Mendoza

NegativeProjection24:00

Fernando Mendoza's fantasy ceiling is uncertain; while he could potentially outperform expectations, there's hesitation about trusting him with the bulk of the Raiders offense in the manner Kirk Cousins has operated. His playoff schedule (Denver, Tennessee, Arizona) could be favorable for his weapons if he takes over.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveProjection13:42

Team is building red zone plays around his speed; nearly had a third touchdown in the most recent game; plays in an offense projected to be top three in the league in scoring and top six in pass attempts, providing ceiling upside; speaker is a strong believer and prefers him over Denzel Boston and Carnell Tate based on offensive environment and ceiling.

Insight page
NegativeValue13:42

Jamison Williams ranks WR22 on the season with the Bengals but is being faded in favor of both Justin Jefferson and Cornell Tate despite Tate's lower ranking, suggesting Williams is not preferred at his current valuation.

Insight page
PositiveValue14:02

Comparison point for Trey Tucker's volatility profile; speaker notes that Jameson Williams is accepted and loved despite similar ups and downs (4, 22, 8, 8, 7, 26, 21 point games), suggesting same flex-slot tolerance should apply to Tucker.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

NegativeMatchup5:06

Jalen Waddle did not benefit from the favorable Arizona matchup; despite Bo Nix's overall fantasy performance, Waddle's production did not materialize, suggesting the passing game was not efficient enough to support his fantasy value.

Insight page
NegativeInjury9:01

Jalen Waddle is dealing with an injury that may have impacted the Broncos' passing game efficiency. While not described as a bonafide star stud, his injury compounds the Broncos' offensive struggles. The speaker speculates that if Waddle is removed from the lineup, the Broncos may need to rely more heavily on Bo Nix's running ability and checkdowns to RJ Harvey, which could ease offensive execution.

Insight page
NegativeInjury10:49

Uncertainty around injury status; speaker questions whether Waddle should remain in the lineup and suggests the Broncos offense would benefit from pivoting to more Bo Nix runs and checkdowns to RJ Harvey rather than relying on Waddle.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

NegativeRole2:21

Joe Burrow missed a significant portion of the 2025 season with a hammer toe injury, which impacted Chase Brown's usage and production during that stretch. Burrow's return coincided with Chase Brown's strong performance in the back half of the season.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

NegativeRole4:21

Jonah Coleman is not yet ready to be relied upon as a fantasy option but is trending in the right direction; speaker indicates he's getting closer to being a viable play.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout9:09

Jonah Coleman is expected to see a rise in production within the Broncos backfield, which has been discussed as a profitable situation throughout the offseason. The speaker anticipates Coleman will begin generating more fantasy value as the Broncos potentially shift toward a run-heavy approach, particularly if Jalen Waddle remains sidelined.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeDepth Chart4:42

Jonathan Taylor was traded from the Colts at the time of this recording, creating speculative opportunity but not yet a confirmed fantasy play.

Insight page
PositiveProjection23:05

Chase Brown advocates for a more aggressive, bullish stance on JT's fantasy outlook, suggesting upside relative to current market positioning.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveMatchup31:48

Upcoming schedule features favorable matchups against Lions, Bills, and Packers; preferred over Jamison Williams for the week in question due to this schedule strength.

Insight page
PositiveProjection33:31

Justin Jefferson scored 8.4 fantasy points in Week 7 versus the Colts, which the speaker characterizes as underwhelming ('not what you love to see'), but Jefferson is still preferred over Jamison Williams and Cornell Tate in the WR tier discussion.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

NegativeUsage35:04

Juwan Johnson has experienced a dramatic collapse in tight end utility over weeks 5–7, dropping from reliable early-season volume to TE53 over that three-week span heading into his bye week; the decline is especially concerning because it occurred without any clear offensive changes, and the speaker prefers other tight end options over Johnson despite his TE10 season ranking.

Insight page
NegativeRole47:01

Juwan Johnson's struggles may be partially explained by Tyler Shuck's communication and play-calling vulnerabilities; speaker suggests Shuck's inability to execute efficiently due to defensive tactics could necessitate hesitance on the Saints QB and by extension impact Johnson's receiving opportunities.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeValue0:46

Kendra Miller is being discussed as a viable replacement option for Chase Brown in redraft leagues, with the source noting there is no distinguishable difference in production between Miller and the struggling Chase Brown. This suggests Miller offers similar floor production at a lower draft capital cost.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveValue3:29

Kenneth Walker is being highlighted as the superior early-round running back selection compared to Keyon Deon or Marion Hampton in redraft leagues. Owners who selected Walker over these alternatives are avoiding the production struggles and roster construction problems that plague those who took the other backs early.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

PositiveProjection25:15

Kirk Cousins has delivered QB5 production and is described as 'found money' in fantasy, particularly valuable in superflex redraft formats where he's been a reliable starter. His strong performance with the Raiders offense under Clint Kubiak's system has made him a league-winner caliber pickup.

Insight page

Malik Willis

NegativeRole30:00

Malik Willis is now moving around in the Dolphins offense, which may be contributing to some of the offensive rhythm issues the team is working through.

Insight page
PositiveRole30:20

Moving around more in the offense, which loosens up the entire offense and especially the front box of the defense; this increased mobility is helping establish how the Broncos offense works and is benefiting teammates like Ollie Gordon.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveValue14:20

Ranked second in rest-of-season preference behind Trey Tucker in a four-way comparison with T. Higgins, Tucker, and Luther Burks.

Insight page

Ollie Gordon II

PositiveValue4:18

Ollie Gordon is presented as a viable alternative to Chase Brown in the current week; speaker indicates no problem with playing Gordon over Brown if preferred, suggesting Gordon has emerged as a legitimate option.

Insight page
PositiveProjection26:22

Ollie Gordon is strongly preferred over Kyle Manungai and RJ Harvey in a fantasy choice scenario. Despite facing Patriots, Lions, and Colts in his next three games, Gordon is identified as 'the guy' with clear fantasy upside, whereas the other two are viewed as dependent on opportunity to produce.

Insight page
PositiveRole26:46

Chase Brown and Jeremiah are aligned that Ollie Gordon is the clear lead back in the Dolphins offense with no workload threats; he's been a consistent RB2 (RB 13, 16, 17, 15 in recent weeks) with nothing threatening his role. Gordon has regained the confidence that made him a Doak Walker award winner in college and is expected to continue ascending as the offense improves beyond its early-season struggles.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout30:45

Running extremely well and described as a potential league winner; benefits from Malik Willis's increased mobility loosening the defense and the offense establishing its identity post-bye with Douglas returning and Dulcich getting more usage; expected to maintain lead-back role with occasional spelling.

Insight page

Omarion Hampton

NegativeBust3:29

Marion Hampton is identified as an early-round redraft pick that has underperformed relative to Kenneth Walker, creating regret for owners who selected him in the early rounds across multiple leagues.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

NegativeUsage6:00

RJ Harvey caught a 52-yard touchdown pass against Arizona, but speaker cautions against relying on this as a repeatable fantasy outcome, suggesting it was a one-off play rather than evidence of consistent usage.

Insight page
PositiveRole11:00

RJ Harvey is positioned to receive more checkdown volume if the Broncos shift toward a run-heavy, checkdown-focused offensive approach with Bo Nix. This role expansion could make Harvey a more viable fantasy option as the offense simplifies.

Insight page
PositiveRole11:01

Speaker advocates for increased checkdown usage to RJ Harvey in the Broncos offense, positioning him as a key outlet for Bo Nix to create space and ease offensive execution.

Insight page
PositiveValue26:22

RJ Harvey is viewed favorably as a PPR flex play, though ranked below Ollie Gordon in a direct comparison. The speaker is 'a big RJ Harvey guy' and sees PPR value in his profile.

Insight page
PositiveValue26:39

Chase Brown considers RJ Harvey a fine PPR flex play, though he ranks him below Ollie Gordon among the Dolphins backfield options.

Insight page

Seth McGowan

NegativeRole4:34

Seth McGowan is not yet at a point where he can be relied upon as a fantasy option.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

PositiveProjection11:42

Currently WR13 in PPR after three massive weeks; speaker emphasizes auto-start status in flex spots due to spike-week upside, with floor of 7-8 points and ceiling of 20+ points. Comparison drawn to Jameson Williams' volatility profile; speaker willing to accept variance for ceiling potential.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup13:33

Matchup against New York Jets is favorable; speaker emphasizes willingness to accept volatility given the matchup quality and auto-start recommendation.

Insight page
PositiveValue14:20

Rest-of-season ranking preference over T. Higgins, Nico Collins, and Luther Burks; speaker reaffirms Tucker as the preferred target despite Burks' recent 4-for-138 performance.

Insight page
NegativeRole24:00

If Fernando Mendoza replaces Kirk Cousins as the Raiders' starting quarterback, Trey Tucker's fantasy profile downgrades significantly. The speaker would revert to viewing Tucker as a boom-bust flex option rather than a reliable starter, citing uncertainty around Mendoza's ability to manage the offense at Cousins' level under Clint Kubiak.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection45:25

Trevor Lawrence is positioned as a secondary/tertiary QB play with strong playoff schedule appeal (Colts, Ravens, Titans, Giants, Titans, Steelers, Texans, Cowboys, Commanders); ranked QB 13 but speaker prefers him over Tyler Shuck (QB 10) and Bryce Young (QB 3 in recent weeks) due to schedule strength and MVP odds consideration; speaker explicitly states 'You want Jaguars right now. Like if you can go and acquire them' and calls the schedule 'beautiful electric.'

Insight page

Troy Franklin

NegativeRole11:08

Mentioned as a deep-ball option in the Broncos offense alongside Mims; part of the broader offensive scheme discussion but no specific fantasy stance provided.

Insight page

Zack Moss

NegativeRole2:21

Zach Moss was the beneficiary back in 2024 during the period when Chase Brown was not performing at his historical back-half-of-season level, suggesting role and opportunity context for understanding Chase Brown's 2024 production.

0:00What is good? We're back. We've got some redraft for your pleasure.
0:04We're going to talk about some curious cases of what are we doing and then we're gonna do a little bit of
0:12this or that in this episode of the FFD Fantasy Football.
0:15I got Chev, I got Jeremiah. They're gonna be driving the show on the answer side and I will host this bad Larry.
0:23So, Chev beardless, Jeremiah remains with a beard. So, it's two beards versus one.
0:28Two beards. Two bros, one host. Yeah. I don't have a hat though.
0:32I missed the hat memo today. So, alright. Anyway, let's jump into it.
0:37What are we doing? Chase Brown struggling a little bit right now.
0:41Hasn't gone over the 10 point fantasy mark in three out of the last four games.
0:46Are we benching Chase Brown this week? I accidentally based on Ben's Chase Brown last week.
0:51So, uh, for Kendra Miller. So, it wasn't, you know, it wasn't great.
0:56Yeah. I mean, I don't think you lost, I don't think you lost much in the production.
1:02Nah, I didn't. I didn't. That's the, that's the, that's the saddest part about all this is the fact that you, there's
1:09no distinguishable difference between Chase Brown and a guy like Kendra Miller.
1:13But also, also, we've, we've played this song and dance for the last two years with Chase Brown.
1:19I don't know if he's tapped into the, the Yeti powers that Derrick Henry has.
1:24There's snow on the ground in Vermont or whatever.
1:27Uh, whatever, uh, the fantasy footballers say about Derrick Henry, but like, like in all seriousness, the back half of the season,
1:35he's been 18 points a game for the last seven to nine games of the seasons in 2024 and 2025.
1:422024 was Zach Moss 2025. It was Joe Burrow was gone for a good portion of the season with hammer toe.
1:49And then he comes back and then Chase Brown's just gangbusters, but this feels, this feels different.
1:54Does it not? Yeah, it doesn't feel right. And it's like one of those things where we talk about ain't nothing wrong,
2:02but something ain't right with Chase Brown. And look, you've definitely taken an L speaking of we're in the redraft streets here.
2:09This was a one, two term pick early round to take your stand type of pick.
2:15If you took key and or Marion Hampton across your leagues versus Kenneth Walker, you are feeling the mass effect.
2:21And granted the thing is in real time, you could be the record that you are and in your standings and momentum
2:29can turn on a dime with Chase Brown here.
2:32The next three or four games, he gets the Titans at the Falcons.
2:36The third game is Pittsburgh. So that's a little tough.
2:40And then at the commander. So three of the next four matchups, I think are going to line up for him.
2:47And now he's really backing into because the last two matchups he's gotten actually three of the last four.
2:53He hasn't crested 10 points. So that's just really a huge issue.
2:57And now it's really the guy who was my RB one.
3:01I have to treat him like an RB two or a flex where it's like, hey, can I back into 10 points
3:09and the rest of my lineup can be bananas.
3:12Problem is with the war value aspect of when you selected Chase Brown, you have one less stud on your roster.
3:19So you're battling through it. You're probably up a creek to me where I have him.
3:24I'm going to continue to start him in hopes that it turns around, but you don't necessarily have to love it.
3:31Yeah, I would. I would continue riding him. Like you said, there's some some, you know, you don't want to be like
3:39sunk cost here of, you know, saying that you got to keep going.
3:43But I mean, at this point, I think it will break loose and be at least the floor be closer to 12,
3:5013 points rather than kind of what we were seeing under double digits for a couple of weeks there.
3:57But like you said, you'd have to be hitting with some options of that.
4:02You probably picked up on the waiver wire or picked up somebody, you know, good who's playing well in the back half of the draft.
4:10And like, you know, Ollie Gordon would be somebody who comes to mind of like, you know, hey, if you wanted to
4:18play Ollie Gordon over Chase Brown right now, I don't have a problem with it.
4:23Right. But like you don't have to get super cute.
4:26I don't think here is kind of the way that I would play it.
4:31Like Jonah Coleman, not quite there yet, but he's getting there.
4:34Right. And Seth McGowan, not yet. Jonathan Taylor, as of this recording, as we are speaking right now, traded from the Colts.
4:42So there's a little speculative plays, not there, not yet.
4:45I would still roll out some Chase Brown. Yeah.
4:48All right. So Bo Nix comes back, has a great week against Arizona.
4:53And so is Arizona the slump buster here? Or are you still, I know, I know that, you know, I was hesitant
5:00to start Bo Nix this week, even against Arizona in some spots where it's like I had him and I, I picked
5:08up somebody off the waiver wire to play in front of him just so that I could feel a little more comfortable
5:15about a ceiling, much like we're kind of talking about Chase Brown a little bit.
5:20But QBs in one QBs are a little easier to juggle around and find a streaming option where running back can be,
5:28you know, pretty, pretty tough, especially kind of the climate we're seeing right now.
5:32So is Bo Nix back confident start next week or was, was, you know, the Cardinals just the one you had to,
5:40you had to, you had to get the, the, the, the stench of despair off of you.
5:46And now you can get those pheromones in the right area and, and maybe start attracting new mates.
5:52To quote the great philosophizer, Cameron Anthony Ward, quarterback, the Tennessee Titans.
5:56We asked right now, Bo Nix is still asked.
5:59I mean, 51% completion percentage this past week. It just, it wasn't there as a passer.
6:04It's the 62 yard touchdown run doing a whole lot of the heavy lifting.
6:09And when I saw it, I was like, Oh cool.
6:12It's a good scramble. That's going to boost up his fantasy day.
6:16We might get like a QB one overall performance because this Cardinals defenses, I mean, it is bear out in the woods Sasquatch ass right now.
6:25But, but maybe just maybe, I don't know. Like I said, they drafted Oregon Bo Nix, but Auburn Bo Nix was still in there.
6:33And he was just like, it's like a Dr.
6:36Jekyll, Mr. Hyde situation. And so right now, Auburn Bo Nix is out.
6:41We're getting the worst possible outcome in terms of his output from a fantasy perspective.
6:46And this was the one where it was supposed to be good for everybody.
6:51And it just didn't amount to anything for Jalen Waddle.
6:54It didn't amount to anything for, it was a season high for Cortland Sutton and it was 45 yards.
7:00If you take away, and then you think about it, the 52 yard touchdown pass to RJ Harvey.
7:06Like we can't count on that either. So you're just not seeing, like you want the ethical, you want the ethical hooping points.
7:14Like you want it to look good. You want it to feel good.
7:19And you want to feel like they played good in your fantasy lineup.
7:23And I just don't think that we can make those three, those three assumptions right now with Bo Nix at all.
7:30And it doesn't, it doesn't feel good to say this because I finally had fully bought in.
7:36And I wanted to deny Bo Nix because I watched him at Auburn, but I was like, it's just, you know, it's a perfect situation.
7:44Perfect. But now it's just been enough. It's been bad enough to where I can just be off for a little while.
7:52I'm just taking, I'm just tired. Drafted Bo Nix in a bunch of redraft spots.
7:57I'm, I'm out. I've already dropped him. I sabotaged dropped him.
8:01And he's, he's sitting over there on a waiver wire with Jay Herbo, just waiting for somebody to just drop you a
8:08drop you a 6.27 in your fantasy lineup. So it won't be me.
8:12It won't be the chef GPT. But I mean, you know, don't listen to a 40 year old man with no facial hair.
8:20That's like an adult blonde male. There's that don't, you don't want to listen to them.
8:26That's a Kevin Nealon line from weeds. Jeremiah, you thought about back in on Bo or, or you got a Bo don't know.
8:33Nope. It is not all systems. Bo one bit over under 40 and a half in this chiefs game.
8:40Recall in the first chiefs game week one at Kansas city, 5.44 fancy points.
8:45I imagine he'll crest 10. It's, it's going to get better, but the problem is where it gets good.
8:51It was the Cardinals and we got what was good.
8:54But again, she alluded to the 51% completion percentage.
8:57And it was a bolt on that 62 yard touchdown run.
9:01You lose quite possibly Jalen Waddle. He's getting hurt.
9:04I know he's not been a bonafide star stud.
9:07That's another topic for another day, but you know, it really stinks right now in the funnel through the run game.
9:14I think we're going to start getting a rise from Jonah Coleman and that Broncos backfield, which we have talked about all
9:22off season, how they're going to be profitable. Profitable.
9:25The issue is where it's good for bone Nix.
9:28You may implement because kind of have to, you might need your personal slump buster in some of your lineups with some
9:35of your injury setup, but where he has a slump buster it's in two weeks.
9:40It's when he plays the Carolina Panthers on the road.
9:44And then, oh yeah, I've got bone Nix. Let me just roll them out back to back.
9:50Oh, week 10 by week 11. You think, oh, home versus Raiders.
9:54It surely should be cake. They generate pressure. Okay.
9:57Pressure breaks pipes. As our good friend Dustin says at the Steelers week 12.
10:01Tough. Then we're talking about week 13. Okay. The dolphins, but you see how it goes.
10:07It's all spread out. The schedule just doesn't align for like week over week goodness.
10:12We're not getting the bananas effect of, Hey, you brought in Jalen Waddle.
10:16You're this step closer to being a super bowl contender and making that next leap.
10:21Your bone Nix, you're in that elite territory where it was what first two, three rounds, super flex dynasty startups.
10:28Now that value has completely tanked. So redraft, it stinks.
10:32It's just bad. Yeah. So the smell of, you know, I don't, I guess it's not despair.
10:37It would be a desperation. The reek of desperation is not off of, of bow is what you guys are saying.
10:44But I would say this, you see the scramble get back out there.
10:49Jalen Waddle. I don't know how injured he is.
10:52Almost wonder if Jalen Waddle gets removed and you kind of go back to look, this, this needs to be bows running bows, checking down to RJ Harvey.
11:01That's what needs to start happening. And then things start getting easier for bow Nix back to where we were.
11:08This is what they did. And then you throw it long to, to Troy Franklin or Mims and you get something involved
11:16here and there, you get a little, you know, Ingram looks a little better this year.
11:21It's got to go back to him running around a little bit, taking the check downs to RJ Harvey, let him create in some space.
11:29That's what this offense should be doing. Maybe Sands Waddle and seeing a little rushing last week could maybe jumpstart this thing back.
11:37But I agree. I probably wouldn't go back to the well this week.
11:42Um, all right. Trey Tucker. Is he an auto start right now?
11:46Coming off of two back-to-back huge weeks. He's wide receiver 13 PPR overall right now because he's had three massive weeks.
11:53Um, and you know, the Raiders are potentially looking at some point at a change.
11:58I don't know how that will affect him, but they don't really have a one.
12:03He has certainly emerged as the guy. And really, when you look at it in a PPR setting outside of one week,
12:10you know, where he killed you a week one, the rest of them, the lows are eight, eight and seven, which aren't great.
12:18But like, Hey, I can survive that if he's, if the upsides are going to be those big swings.
12:25So is he somebody that you feel comfortable firing up in the lineup right now?
12:30I'll, I'll let, I'll defer to Jeremiah on this one because he's been, I mean, he was all over that.
12:36That was one of the questions. That was one of the, what are we doing questions or excuse me, this or that last week.
12:45And he was very pointed. So go ahead, man.
12:48You, you absolutely cook. Yeah, man. He's an ethical Hooper as Sheb is saying, and he's absolutely cooking and we don't even
12:55have to play this game of, is it going to be Kirk cousins or is it going to be Fernando Mendoza?
13:02I'm still rolling out a Trey Tucker and beauty is the deeper, the roster, the more confident you feel, obviously that's intuitive, but yeah, I'm rolling him out.
13:12When you talk about a guy who is wide receiver 13 and he has that spike week potential, he's filling in auto into that flex spot.
13:20Unless you have some hammer of a team that's very light on running backs and it's stuffed with receivers.
13:27Sure. But I'm absolutely flexing Trey Tucker. He's an auto start right now.
13:31And how do you not fire him up at the New York jets?
13:36I will live with the volatility. And funny enough, there's a certain player that we live with the volatility plenty.
13:42And we love him so much as Jameson Williams.
13:45Why not afford that from that war value perspective?
13:48Somebody like Trey Tucker now dynasty long-term value, who knows where the wind will blow, but in a redraft streets, it's kind
13:56of mimicking some of the ups and downs. That's my life.
14:00Jameson Williams will show because as you had mentioned, Casey four point game, 22, eight, eight, seven, 26, 21.
14:06You ride them out into the flex. And you just fluctuate.
14:10And when he hits, you're winning your week. Shev Trey Tucker in the lineup.
14:15I'm going back here. Three. Yeah. I mean, if you, I mean, if he's yeah.
14:20Where you got him. So last week we said, try Tucker versus T Higgins, Nico Collins or Luther burden rest of season.
14:27And I'm still going to roll with, I'm still going to roll with T.
14:32I'm still now it's gotten a little, I'm still going to roll with T.
14:37I'm still going to roll with Nico, but Luther even coming off the four for one 38 or whatever it was.
14:44I think I might go Trey Tucker. I think I might go Trey Tucker.
14:48It's going to, I mean, the floor is there.
14:51We're going to, you're going to have volatility either way.
14:55Just let me there. There's going to be points in time where Luther's like the number three option or number, potentially the
15:02fourth option behind whatever they have going on. Trey Tucker is going to be the second option in the passing game.
15:09Pretty much moving forward. Like this is, you know, they're going to toss it.
15:14They're going to, they're going to dump it to Ashton Gentry.
15:18Their Brock Bowers is going to have his massive potentially record setting target share.
15:23And then you've got Trey Tucker and Ashton Gentry battling out for the secondary target.
15:28So yeah, I, I really liked this call. I mean, again, shout out to shout out to Jeremiah.
15:34Coach Shev laugh over there for cooking that one up.
15:37So yeah, I don't really have much to add on that.
15:41Well, and if, if your scripts are going to stay, you know, where you're right.
15:46Stop a nosebleed. Right. Yeah. Right. Yeah. How do you feel about this for a playoff schedule?
15:52Denver at home week 15 can go either way, but then Tennessee and at Arizona.
15:57So the, the semifinal and the championship week, even with Fernando Mendoza chucking the ball, especially if there's no trade acquisition for a wide receiver at the deadline.
16:06I love this play. And if you've experienced and had Trey Tucker, you had the enjoyment of that success.
16:13I think part of that is the endowment effect of you have found money and you're like, hell yeah, I'm rolling him out.
16:20And at least for the season. And then all of a sudden it does become at what point do we start having discussions?
16:28And this will be more towards the off season of what you do in dynasty.
16:33Yeah. It's back season for Trey Tucker as well.
16:36So that's part of the reason. Yeah. That's a big part of the reason I want to, I want to ride this
16:44out and see what, see what happens. It's pause.
16:47Yeah. Um, all right. This one's not on the sheet, but I'm throwing it out there.
16:52Um, if, and when Justin, yeah, Justin Timberlake, JT, if, and when Jonathan Taylor gets traded, do you, if you are in
17:00contention and a contending team and have been riding him, do you try to trade him when he gets traded and ride that trade high in?
17:09Cause there's, you know, it may not, we, like, like I said, it may not go.
17:14Oh, like you think it's going to go. How long does it take to get acclimated?
17:19Does it even work? It may not even work right away.
17:23It may take multiple games and then kind of mess your season up.
17:27So as he actually gets traded and the news comes in and somebody in your league is excited about the movement of
17:35Taylor, you know, do you go ahead and redraft and just try to trade out of JT at that point?
17:42Or you just say, Hey, we're here and I'm riding.
17:45Uh, it's, it's going to sound, I mean, it's cop out, but I, it would depend on landing spot.
17:51If they trade, they trade him to Minnesota and they trade one of the running backs, running backs back to the Colts,
17:59whichever running backs there is going to be just basically coach, coach, hold the, hold the balls for Jonathan Taylor.
18:06If they trade, if they trade him to Seattle and they trade Darian price over, you know, back over to the Colts,
18:13like he's going to be, he's, we're going to ride, we're going to ride that out.
18:19If he'd trade, if they trade him to New York, I really, I, that low key could be the most ideal scenario
18:26because there's zero chance that they would trust any of those running backs.
18:30Well, there's zero chance that they would trust Devin Singletary or Cam Scatterbow as much as they would trust Jonathan Taylor.
18:38They're four, two and one. Now, like we've, at some point we have to recognize them as a team that could host
18:45a divisional play, like host a wildcard playoff game because they went in the division.
18:50So it's, it's literally for me, it's just a matter of who do the Colts take back or if they take someone
18:57back, because I don't want to try to figure out what's the, what's the carry share going to be like?
19:04Are they just going to do the Kenneth Walker thing and try to preserve him for the playoffs?
19:10I, I would need to see the pieces involved in the trade in order for me to, for me to feel great
19:18about rolling him out there anymore because the situation in, in Indy just with no Quentin Nelson, one of the best, I
19:25mean, hall of fame, hall of fame guard gone.
19:28You can't tell me that's not going to have a very negative impact on the offense.
19:34Yeah. Jeremiah, any thoughts there before we move on?
19:37Yeah. What I'm looking at is if I'm trying to make my team deeper, better, and you're trying to make up ground
19:44because part shy of, if you're in a keeper league, it's just redraft.
19:49You're trying to ping back and forth, like the game pong and make sure, Hey, how can I make my team better?
19:56And sometimes you're in a desperation spot where you need multiple assets.
20:00That's this would be a spot where, okay, can I split off JT for Bejal Tootin and Stefan Diggs, Bejal Tootin and a Caleb Douglas.
20:09Part of it is a risky roulette play because this is Jonathan Taylor.
20:13He's an absolute stud. I like the idea of what Chef said about going to the Giants.
20:19There would just be no chicanery there. There'd be full deference by Cam Scadaboo and Harbaugh would just, Hey, he would not,
20:26you know, look a gift horse in the mouth.
20:29He would just get JT going. And could there be some dig ass chicanery in Seattle?
20:35Sure. But I'm of the mind of just such a true baller.
20:39That is JT that wherever he goes, he is the absolute alpha.
20:43You are out of your mind. If you're a contending team, if you don't make him the full bell cow player.
20:50So I would be happy if I'm in a situation where I've got four, five wins right now, or I'm undefeated, I'm sitting high.
20:58I'm not splitting off the asset of JT. But if I'm in that spot where I'm at the seven, the eight seed,
21:05I'm hovering towards that last final spot and I'm trying to battle and I've got some hurt pieces or I don't have
21:13the depth that I think I need. I'm going to be a little bit risky there and take that opportunity on the
21:20split side of what we're talking about. Yeah. I just, over the years, you see things happen and you think that it's
21:28going to be so good and then it just either takes a while or just isn't and doesn't work or whatever it is.
21:36So that's just a thought that crossed my mind of just like a midseason trade for a running back who you've been
21:43leaning on so hard all season long. Just, you know, I almost just wonder if, if you should, you know, can I,
21:50can I get Bucky Irving and a receiver or could I go, could I trade for like gente on a team that
21:58somebody just doesn't think they're getting what they should be getting out of gente and he's stinks and he's cooked and they
22:05would just rather have what you can get from JT.
22:09Maybe it's a massive failure, but like, I feel like you're almost playing the odds of, you know, that it being what
22:16you want it to be and it not kicking in for multiple weeks.
22:21Right. And then you're just standing there with either you can't play him or you're putting him in your lineup and he's
22:28killing you because he's only getting percentage of the carries and he just, it's just that they haven't figured it out yet.
22:35It might take a minute. Right. Regardless of how good they are.
22:40So I don't see him, I would immediately plug him in and not be concerned to your point.
22:46There could be a dip in production, but from the scenario laid out, if you're sitting there undefeated or maybe one or
22:53two losses, you're at the top of your standings.
22:56You have the time value luxury of waiting that out until JT hits his stride later on.
23:02Of course you want the bye week and all that.
23:05So, Hey, you're bickering. It's a battle out there, but I would, I would be more aggressive, bullish.
23:11On, on JT. Okay. All right. We got one more here.
23:15We've got some QBs that could be unlimited time.
23:18Now I think this has an ecosystem effect, but you know, generally Kirk cousins looks like maybe, you know, he could get
23:26the old cane in the neck on the, on the off stage here and, and a Jacoby Brissett as well, both performing
23:33well enough to be go from streamers to potential starters for you here, depending on matchup or whatever kind of week over week.
23:41Is there any thought questions or concerns of how you're operating around that?
23:45It lowers the ceiling to me. It lowers the ceiling to me of all of the past catching options outside of, outside of Brock Bowers.
23:54Like I would be a little bit, I'd be a little bit more uncomfortable if they take away, take away our Kirk cousins.
24:01Then we get Mendoza in there. And just a lot of the things that you said cross positionally about JT would be,
24:09Hey, how long do we take till we trust Fernando Mendoza with the bulk of the offense?
24:15Kind of like we're doing with the, in the manner in which they do with Kirk cousins.
24:20Do you ever get to that point? Kirk cousins credits, Clint Kubiak, alliteration aside.
24:25I had for his best season of his career.
24:28So it would be, it'd be really difficult for me to still feel really good about Trey Tucker.
24:34I'd go back to thinking he was more of a boom bust.
24:38Yeah. Boom bust flex option than somebody I could rely on with Fernando Mendoza.
24:43But then again, it, I mean, it could be a boat with Fernando Mendoza.
24:48It could just be so much better than we ever imagined.
24:51So I, I mean, with Kirk cousins balling the way that he's been balling the offense producing and the defense, just not
24:59being able to generate any sort of, any sort of resistance to other opposing offenses.
25:04You could be in a good environment, but also, you know, that Kirk cousins is going to continue to produce at this
25:11level as much, as long as he is healthy.
25:15Yeah. Yeah. So I'm going to take it from the angle of the quarterback side, because Shev really, you covered it well
25:22on how does it impact the fancy football assets tied to them.
25:26But if you have Kirk cousins who has yielded QB five production for you, it sounds crazy because you're like, Hey, how's that guy going to get benched?
25:35But the trajectory of the Raiders right now has it that that's in play.
25:40You probably have some kind of contingency plan at this point because Kirk cousins has been absolute found money for you, especially in super flex redraft.
25:49If you've been riding in one quarterback, you're able to turn and burn.
25:53There'll be guys on the waiver wire that you can push through.
25:57I love the idea though. So one note on the weapon side for Fernando Mendoza, again, that playoff schedule, Denver, Tennessee, Arizona.
26:05I think by then he could absolutely be right for all the weapons there.
26:10So a little more bullish on the, if you got pulled the plug more for the Raiders side.
26:16All right. Let's get into some this or that for the back half of this episode here.
26:22We're going to start off with Ollie Gordon, whose next three, I believe are Patriots lions and at Colts or Kyle Manungai or RJ Harvey.
26:30So Ollie Gordon Manungai or RJ Harvey. Ooh, I think this is pretty easily just RJ or just Ollie Gordon over all of them for me.
26:39And I'm a big RJ Harvey guy. Like, and I, I think PPR wise, I think he's a fine flex play.
26:46I just, Ollie Gordon, just he's the guy. Whereas those other two guys just, unless something happens, just aren't right.
26:53Like they're good. Don't get me. If they, if they get opportunity, then they're going to be great.
26:59As far as fantasy production goes, but Ollie Gordon is just the guy.
27:03Yeah. I mean, the Monongous among us is the elephant in the room here.
27:08Does, does this turn back into once he gets over the toe tenderness, does this turn back into more of a, more
27:15of a really effective timeshare, the plus plus version of Blake Corum where he's getting 12 carries or 13 carries.
27:22And if he falls into the end zone, but the answer has got to be Ollie Gordon.
27:28Now it's just gotta be Ollie Gordon. There's no question about it.
27:32There's nothing that's threatening. There's nothing that's, that's threatening his workload somehow or another.
27:37They figured out the run game without Devon H and which really pisses me off because I thought this could be really
27:44dynamic with Devon H and, but they figured it out.
27:47Now there's running lanes galore. I think that, I think that he's re regained the confidence that made him the Doak Walker award winner out of college.
27:57And we're going to see him continue to ascend throughout the course of the rest of this season, especially if this offense
28:04just isn't, just isn't as bad as it was through the first five weeks of the season, but that's growing pains.
28:11That's a quarterback play caller, just trying to find the rhythm.
28:15There's no Caleb Douglas and a limited version of limited version of Chris Bell.
28:20So yeah, I'm going, I'm going to go with Ollie Gordon pretty comfortably here.
28:24What about you, Jeremiah? I like Ollie Gordon. The one note on Kyle Mononga is he was RB 11 week one and
28:32he was RB four week four fancy playoff schedule at bills home versus Packers home versus lions.
28:38That's all projected in far away right here. Right now is happening for Ollie Gordon, RJ Harvey.
28:43You spoke to it, Casey, where there's a 30% to 40%, the plurality.
28:48There's no real huge majority between Dobbins Coleman Harvey.
28:51We've had production. We don't have necessarily clarity. We have clarity shorty on Ollie Gordon and he's been RB 13, 16, 17 and 15.
28:59He's been just a perfect RB two. Another name that we kind of consider and think about Blake Corum.
29:05He's last three games really turned it on 16, 14, 17 fantasy points is the chargers commanders Cardinals next three weeks.
29:12You have the shorty of the role though for Ollie Gordon versus somebody like Blake Corum where it's like, Hey, Karen Williams
29:20still has to get out of the way. I think you just got a clear on Ollie Gordon and it's incredible to
29:27think about how he's played as counterintuitive. He's played better somehow than Devon H and did in this ecosystem of this offense.
29:35And the cool thing, the Dolphins shy of the jets every other single week, defensive streamers like team defense and special teams
29:42has been a top 12 play against the Miami Dolphins.
29:46My prediction is as the season wears on with your Ollie Gordons, your Chris Bells, your Caleb Douglas, the trend for this
29:53Dolphins offense, they're not going to be quite the Browns.
29:56They're not going to be quite the jets, but they're going to be directionally better as the season wears on and they're
30:04going to be a tougher out for defenses down the stretch.
30:08So yeah, Ollie Gordon. Yeah. Like you said, Jeff, frustrating that, you know, that HN isn't out there right now as they
30:15kind of maybe figure a couple of things out in, in that run game.
30:20I think some of that has to do with Malik Willis moving around now.
30:25And those first couple of games probably wasn't, you know, wasn't moving around.
30:29They're loosening things up. They got, they come out of the buy, they get Douglas back.
30:34Like you said, they've started using Dulcich a little bit more throughout the last couple of weeks.
30:40So they're starting to establish how this offense works and runs a little bit.
30:45And then Malik has been moving around, which I think loosens just everybody up a little bit, especially, um, you know, kind
30:52of that front box of the defense. And, you know, you just got to keep an eye on Willis is dangerous, man.
31:00Um, and, and Ollie Gordon is running extremely well right now too.
31:04So shout out to him right now, looking like, uh, OG Ollie Gordon.
31:08So, uh, what a great pickup. Ollie Gordon was looks, looks like a, looks like a potential league winner.
31:15Does, does right. Does right. Come back. Maybe he has a little bit of, of, you know, cut into what he's doing,
31:22but I think Ollie will just ride this out for the most of the season and you spell him just like every
31:30other running back in the league for the most part with a little bit of right here.
31:35So, um, all right, let's go wide receiver. We got Jamison Williams or, uh, the couple of options, Carnell Tate, Denzel Boston, or Justin Jefferson.
31:44Hmm. Hmm. You know how to cut right to the core of me, Baxter.
31:48I don't really, I don't, you saw, I don't know if you guys saw the blurb, the little news blurb they put
31:56out that they're building red zone plays around Jamison Williams speed.
32:00Now he almost had a third touchdown in the game this past weekend.
32:04I, I don't see, I legitimately don't see how, I don't see how I could create a path to him being better
32:11than Justin Jefferson with Justin Jefferson's upcoming schedule, lions, bills, Packers.
32:15I, I assume that Denzel Boston will get back on track after a couple of quiet weeks.
32:21Maybe he's getting, he's getting the respect of a true alpha receiver deserves.
32:25And that's opened up things for Casey Concepcion. He's dominating in air yards right now, but it just hasn't, it hasn't led to fantasy production.
32:34It could be kind of a yo-yo thing. So you, you didn't think that you'd be in that same scenario with Jamison Williams, but it's basically Spider-Man meme.
32:43They're Spider-Man memeing right now in terms of their week over week utility.
32:48So I'll go with, I'll go with Jamison Williams over Denzel Boston, and I will definitely go with Jamison Williams over Cornell Tate.
32:55It's just a matter of the offensive environment and ceiling.
32:59And you know, I'm a, you guys know I'm a huge Jamison Williams guy.
33:04I mean, I'll die with the lie here. So I can't go with Cornell Tate.
33:09I mean, it's the offensive ceiling is just too low.
33:12I mean, if I, I'm not sure what I would do if I got a two touchdown game from Cornell Tate, but
33:19we just got one from Jamison Williams and we know that he's capable in an offense.
33:25It's going to be top three in the league in scoring and top six in pass attempts.
33:31So I would choose that over the, whatever alpha targets per route run that Cornell Tate's going to get.
33:37So yeah, that's kind of where I land. I'd be curious to hear you guys thoughts.
33:43Did you say Jefferson? I said Jefferson over, over Jefferson over Jamison Williams.
33:47Okay. Yeah. Jeremiah, what's your thoughts? Absolutely going just Jefferson 8.4 fancy points week seven versus the Colts.
33:53Not what you love to see. And I believe it is going to be Kyler Murray.
33:58I don't think we're going to have any kind of quarterback shift change.
34:03Definitely over Denzel Boston. So go J jets. As Jeff said over Denzel Boston, JMO.
34:08And agree with Cornell Tate. The thing about it though, is on paper, when you look at Cornell Tate wide receiver 24
34:15right now versus Jamison Williams, who was wide receiver 22 for the season at Bengals, get a bye week Jags at Cowboys at the Jaguars.
34:24Again, commanders at the lions Colts at Raiders, just an incredible schedule for Cornell Tate and the Titans.
34:30But that's all should and should is the most useless word in the English dictionary.
34:35So give me JMO just underneath Justin Jefferson in this group.
34:39I like it. All right, let's move on to the tight end portion of this.
34:44We got Juwan Johnson, who has been had a bit of a rough patch here these last couple of games.
34:51But are we sticking with him and riding the lightning here?
34:54Or are we going to the well on somebody like a Pat Fryer who's also been a little slow over the last couple?
35:02And then you guys have Colston Loveland and Dalton Kincaid here.
35:06I mean, to me, this is this is, you know, absolutely.
35:09Loveland never left my lineup and he's he's still remaining in my lineup.
35:14Even through the bad weeks, just rolled with him.
35:17So what's your guys thoughts here? Yeah, don't don't cry because it's over.
35:21Smile because it happened. We we had we had some really good stuff going on.
35:26Had some really good stuff going on with with Juwan Johnson to start the year off.
35:32Just reliable, reliable, easy, simple, clean volume. I'm looking it up right now and where he's been in terms of tidying utility
35:39over the last three weeks, weeks, five to seven.
35:42And I am just flabbergasted by the fact that, like, I have to I am still scrolling, trying to get to the body, trying to get to where.
35:52Yeah, it doesn't it doesn't make any sense. He's was so good and he's been such a big part of their offense when they're good.
36:00So the fact that it's been down these last couple of weeks is especially without anything really changing.
36:06And Tyson, you know, Tyson came back. He could be like, OK, but yeah, the tight end of 53 over the course
36:14of the last weeks, five to seven. And heading into their bye week, I just can't.
36:19I mean, yeah, no, I would give me all of these other receivers and I'll see the floor to anybody else that
36:27wants to have anything to say about Juwan Johnson.
36:30So I'm sorry, you go ahead. Go ahead. No, no.
36:33Oh, well, you said it right, Casey, where you said in Jordan Tyson hasn't even shown up yet.
36:39So if this has been problematic prior to Jordan Tyson, yeah, man, party's over and you absolutely want Loveland.
36:46We have Loveland, funny enough, and it's just how fantasy works.
36:49Colson Loveland overall cumulatively tight end 17, Dalton Kincaid tight end 18.
36:53Juwan Johnson, the tight end 10, but it's going in divergent directions.
36:57The one note, though, in here, Dalton Kincaid, I do wonder if he was tight end five and three weeks one and two, respectively.
37:06Took a dive where he's tight end 37, 52, 38, 16.
37:09Still want Dalton Kincaid over Juwan Johnson. I do worry and wonder, man, was the sell window for Kincaid that weeks one and two?
37:17Or do we ever get some of that back where we'll deliberate?
37:21So it's one of those things where I'm always going to be deliberating where I have Kincaid.
37:27Oh, crap. Should I sell them? And then do I write it out?
37:32And then I keep getting these James Williams up and down dips.
37:36But yeah, Juwan Johnson is pretty toast. Party's over.
37:39And I wouldn't go parties over. Don't count Juwan out.
37:42OK, OK. Don't count him out. Don't let him hang out for a second.
37:47It's not we're not talking about Jake Ferguson here.
37:50We're talking about Juwan Johnson. So I'm going to run this back.
37:54TJ Hawkinson, Hunter Henry, or Chigakonkwo this week? I got you.
37:58Yeah. Well, actually, TJ Hawkinson has. It's the Lions, right?
38:01Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Give me some huck.
38:04And would you play Kincaid over all those guys?
38:07Over Ravens? Over Hunter Henry? Over Chig? And Hawkinson?
38:10It gets tough at Hawkinson. I would play. I'd play Big Meaty Hawk over.
38:15I'd play Big Meaty Hawk over all those guys just this week.
38:19Ooh, OK. How about your boy Dulcich on the come up right now?
38:23Against the American Tackle Football Raiders of Las Vegas, of Alameda, California, of Anaheim?
38:28I think they play the Patriots this week. Ooh, do they?
38:32I thought the Raiders play the Jet. They play the Patriots.
38:36The Raiders play the Patriots? No, the Patriots play the Dolphins.
38:39Patriots play the Dolphins. Jets. All right, cool. All right.
38:43So Hunter Henry and Dulcich square off against each other.
38:46The Patriots have been pretty stingy to tight ends prior to that explosion from Colston Loveland last week.
38:52Yeah, I'd go Hunter Henry. Yeah. But Kincaid over all of them?
38:56You said not Hawk, right? I said, yeah, yeah, no.
39:00Hawk over all of them. Draw it at Hawk.
39:03And then Hawk to a, and then Hawk to a Kincaid after.
39:07Any love for Chigakonkwo coming alive here? I got a love for Chigakonkwo coming alive.
39:12It's just a hurry up and wait and see.
39:15We've got the snap share. We've got the snap share.
39:18We've got back-to-back 60-yard games. We've got seven and six targets.
39:22It could be happening. It could be happening. And nobody, it's just, it's right under our noses.
39:28Nobody cares. It looked good last week. Or I guess they were on a bye.
39:33But they looked good the Monday night against St.
39:36Frank. Yeah, the Monday night football. He looked, he looked like, he looked like the guy.
39:41Yeah. He looked like the guy. So I don't mind.
39:45I don't mind that. I just, so let me, let me, let me.
39:49All right. So where are we at agreement-wise? Are we, are you guys with me on Hawkinson versus the Lions?
39:56Yes. Okay. And then where do we go from there?
39:59That's what I'm struggling with. Do we go, do we go Hunter Henry versus the Pats?
40:05Versus the Dolphins? Versus the Dolphins? Yes. I don't know why I keep doing that.
40:10I feel, I feel like they're all, all kind of Spider-Man Mimi this week where they could all be, you know, have
40:17some okay volume, but it misses and it's not great.
40:21But all of them, I think all those guys could just come through with, you know, six, six catches for 60 yards and a touchdown.
40:29You know, all those, that's a really tricky situation.
40:32It seems like Kincaid should be the, the overall arching.
40:35I'm definitely playing that guy. But like you said, Jeremiah, like you thought you were, you thought shit was sweet for a
40:43minute and now you're back to scratching your head.
40:46Meanwhile, you know, Hunter Henry has been rock solid for weeks.
40:50Dulcich seems like he's coming back. Like you guys are saying, Hawks, Hawks back in the mix with Kyler seemingly.
40:56Um, and, and, and, you know, that Detroit defense and, and Chig seems like, you know, he's they're down a player, um,
41:04and, and he can soak up some, some volume there and, and was, was getting looks from, from JD.
41:10So go ahead, Jeremiah. And we'll move on the last quarterbacks here.
41:14I'm going to be stubborn and I can't believe this isn't you right now, Casey, but I think you're going to be
41:22happy with what I'm about to say. I'm going to just want to see it a little bit more on some Okonkwo.
41:29Well, I'm going to be stubborn. Antonio Williams. I prefer him.
41:33I think off the buy week, this is a perfect time to implement him.
41:38I see the spike being there for Antonio Williams.
41:41And we saw, oh man, that's sweet with Casey Concepcion did this last week.
41:45Like we're going to start getting that ramp up opportunity for Antonio Williams, especially if there's no trade, if there's no BTJ
41:53acquisition, just clear line directional for Antonio Williams. So I'm a little more on the bullish side of UC opportunity.
42:00And you're speaking to Chico Conkwo. I'm over here on the Antonio Williams side.
42:04And I, but you've been there this whole time, Casey.
42:08So this is like, respectfully, like I'm in here.
42:11Let us on the damn boat, buddy. I'm tough though.
42:14I'm tough. Yeah. No, you got, you guys are, you guys are about to be Leo in this situation.
42:21There's, there's not, there's no room on this door here.
42:24Whatever the hell. So it's a, it's a, it's a family got me where he tries to put the peg leg in there.
42:32They're like, Hey, get out of here. Get out of here.
42:36Yeah. Yeah. No, I think, I think Chig is in.
42:39That's going to be, that's one of my favorite, one of my favorite players that I've submitted a claim on this week because most people don't care.
42:48Like they're just one. People aren't realizing that Jaden Daniels is back out there doing stuff.
42:53Good. Yeah. Blau seems like he might be kind of, they might be mind melded a little bit.
43:00It looks all right. Right. That felt like that, that back half of that Sam Frank game was, was solid.
43:06Yeah. Once I woke up, that was a, that was a fun finish.
43:11I'm sure it wasn't fun for you, but it was sweaty.
43:14Yeah. It was sweaty. All right. We got some QB conversation.
43:18We're talking to rest of season here. Talk to me.
43:22Yeah. Tyler Shuck. Bryce Young. Aaron Rogers. My God.
43:25Or you have Trevor Lawrence on here, which I feel like that would be, that'd be the easy answer just out of
43:32a safety perspective of saying like the other guys I have can not concerns, but I have, you know, there's letdowns and consumer confidence drops off.
43:41And, you know, I don't think any of those guys will be benched by any means, but T-Law is just out there with the, just swinging his hair.
43:50They're like, you know, it's just, yeah. I hate the show.
43:54Commercial. Yeah. But confidently, I think, I think Shuck Bryce Young is a tough toss up unless you guys feel differently that maybe I'm overconfident in Lawrence.
44:03Well, I don't have a beard right now because I started, I started Bryce Young over Tyler Shuck.
44:09So forgive me if I'm a little perturbed by the thought of Bryce Young right now.
44:15So I'll go Tyler Shuck over, over Bryce Young right now.
44:18And obviously Trevor Lawrence over all of them. And then I don't, I'd have Aaron Rodgers behind, behind the two young quarterbacks in Bryce Young and Tyler Shuck.
44:28Just because if there's a game where, I mean, we're at a point now where one, he's not going to bomb you anymore.
44:36Like he's not, he's not taking the shots downfield as aggressively and they're going to rely on Jalen Warren, if he gets
44:43stopped and they just run it in, there's no rushing utility.
44:47There's not, there's not the ceiling outcome that you can get from a Tyler Shuck because they're dependent on, you know, because
44:54they're dependent on Aaron Rodgers to, you know, just throw the ball all the time.
44:59They can, I mean, they can win in a myriad of different ways.
45:04So yeah, I would go obviously Trevor Lawrence, big ginormous Mariana Trench gap.
45:08Then Tyler Shuck, Ben Bryce Young, then Aaron Rodgers.
45:11So, you know, assuming because of Trevor's placement currently on, on the overall standings of quarterback points scored, right.
45:18Being in that fold with those guys and being, you know, having some turnovers, which hasn't been on like Trevor Lawrence.
45:25Um, but the rushing floor being down a little bit right now on, on Lawrence.
45:30So is, is there any non-confidence with you, Jeremiah and Lawrence?
45:34I actually, it's funny enough. I am ready to look at the odds on FanDuel or any kind of books or sports
45:41books, wherever we have things going on. Um, I want him MVP, MVP odds.
45:46I think he's a good secondary tertiary type of play.
45:49Trevor Lawrence. And you look at this beautiful schedule.
45:52You're talking Colts at Ravens, at Titans, at Giants, Titans again.
45:56Oh, they get the Steelers in the playoffs. It's at Texans at who they just, he was QB one week six against those very Texas.
46:04Then at the Cowboys versus the commanders, it is beautiful electric.
46:08You want Jaguars right now. Like if you can go and acquire them.
46:12So it is clear in a way, Trevor Lawrence, funny enough, QB 13 to Tyler Shuck, who's QB 10 between Shuck and Bryce Young.
46:21While I have a little more Tyler Shuck, I'm going to go on the opposite end.
46:26I'm not going to coach my lineups, not going to coach my bets, Shev, as Joseph would say, but I will go in the Bryce Young angle.
46:35He's been QB three, seven, six, eight, four top 10 fancy performing games for Bryce Young had that really one bad week,
46:43week seven against the Buccaneers just now it's fresh.
46:46So it's in, in our minds. I've, I don't know if you saw it on X, but there was a defender who
46:53talked about facing Tyler Shuck and saying, Hey, waiting until we got down to the 15 seconds where they could turn off the QB and the coach headset.
47:03And then the defense would change the play and change the cadence.
47:07And then it just threw off Tyler Shuck. That information is out there in rapid succession time right now.
47:13If defenses are just going to do that to Tyler Shuck, he could be really up a creek for quite some time.
47:21And that could explain part of what's happening with Juwan Johnson.
47:24And it could necessitate just a little bit more hesitance on Tyler Shuck.
47:29So I'm going to go clear in a way.
47:32Agree, gentlemen. It's Trevor Lawrence. Aaron Rogers, I put at the bottom because we're just not necessarily going to get that ceiling.
47:39Still think Tyler Shuck has that opportunity, but it's for the reasons that I stated.
47:44I want Bryce Young over Tyler Shuck. So T law, Bryce Young, Tyler Shuck.
47:49All right. That's going to do it for this episode.
