30

Bijan Robinson

PositiveMatchup1:51

Bijan Robinson is a smash play for Week 4 against the Saints, who allow the seventh-most fantasy points to running backs; Robinson has recorded 30-plus points in two of his first three games.

Insight page

Blake Corum

NegativeMatchup32:30

Despite confidence in his season-long outlook, Blake Corum faces a brutal matchup against Philadelphia in Week 4, making him a player to avoid starting if better options are available.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveMatchup8:34

Bucky Irving is a solid option for Week 4, serving as the lone bright spot in the Tampa Bay offense; he is positioned for a productive game against a weak Packers defense that struggled significantly against Bijan Robinson last week.

Insight page
PositiveUsage8:46

Bucky Irving is a strong start for Week 4 against a Green Bay defense that was recently carved up by Bijan Robinson; with Baker Mayfield injured, the team is expected to lean more on the run game, increasing Irving's opportunity.

Insight page

Cam Akers

PositiveUsage7:12

Cam Akers has emerged as a reliable RB2, dominating backfield touches with 50 carries over the last three weeks, including 20 in his most recent game; he is also involved in the passing game with four targets in each of his last two outings.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeUsage7:41

While Chase Brown has been a disappointment individually and faces a tough Jacksonville run defense, the source maintains he is nearly impossible to bench because he remains the workhorse in an explosive offense that should provide plenty of scoring opportunities.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveUsage2:36

Christian McCaffrey is the RB6 on the season and faces a Denver Broncos defense that is top-five in fantasy points allowed to running backs; if Mike Evans is out, McCaffrey could see even more work.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveRole5:05

Chuba Hubbard has earned workhorse status with Jonathan Brooks on IR, maintaining an effective 4.5 yards per carry. He is a strong start against the Lions in Week 4.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveMatchup4:46

After two disappointing weeks against elite defenses (Vikings and Eagles), DeAndre Swift is in a 'get right' spot against the Jets, who rank ninth in fantasy points allowed to running backs.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeBust9:56

David Montgomery is a major concern due to dreadful efficiency and a shifting backfield split with Woody Marks, who has looked better and is currently commanding goal-line work.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveProjection3:37

Derrick Henry is an 'ageless wonder' who remains a top-tier play; he faces the Titans in Week 4, a matchup that could provide a positive game script for his rushing volume.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection0:44

Jahmyr Gibbs is the clear RB1 for Week 4 against the Panthers; the source compares him to Christian McCaffrey due to his elite volume in both the run and passing games, versatility, and explosive talent.

Insight page
PositiveProjection35:46

Jahmyr Gibbs is projected to exceed 97.5 rushing yards against the Carolina Panthers, who allow 191 rushing yards per game. The Lions' rushing attack is centered on Gibbs, who is expected to produce elite numbers.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveMatchup3:48

James Cook is a phenomenal play for Week 4 against a struggling Patriots defense, building on his previous performance against them where he recorded 107 rushing yards and three total touchdowns.

Insight page
PositiveProjection37:38

James Cook is expected to crush his Week 4 matchup against the Patriots, with a projection to exceed 83.5 rushing yards. He is averaging nearly 20 carries per game and faces a defense that recently allowed 4.9 yards per carry to Basil Tootin.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveUsage8:11

Javonte Williams is a confident start following a breakout performance where he rushed for nearly 100 yards at over five yards per carry; the source views him as a bell cow in a high-powered Dallas offense who should be started despite a difficult matchup against Houston.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveValue11:43

Jalen Warren is considered a highly valuable fantasy asset when playing without Rico Dowdle.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveRole3:02

Jeremiah Love has transitioned from being out-snapped by Tyler Allgeier to dominating volume, evidenced by a 22-point performance against the 49ers. He is now considered an A-tier running back for the 2026 season and a must-start against the Giants in Week 4.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout4:03

Jeremiah Love has officially broken out, moving from being out-snapped by Tyler Allgeier to dominating volume against the 49ers; he is now an A-tier play heading into a favorable matchup against the Giants.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout35:10

Jeremiah Love has taken over the Cardinals' backfield, dominating volume with 21 carries to Tyler Allgeier's two last week. He is a strong start in Week 4 against a weak Giants run defense.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveUsage3:24

Despite Washington's surprisingly effective run defense, Jonathan Taylor remains an every-week must-start due to his elite volume, having recorded at least 23 opportunities in every game this season.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

PositiveUsage11:16

Keaton Mitchell is successfully cutting into Amari Hampton's workload, having received 11 touches compared to Hampton's 15 in their most recent game.

Insight page
NegativeSleeper33:28

Keaton Mitchell is an intriguing season-long bench hold after receiving 11 touches and a touchdown last week, though he should be avoided in Week 4 due to a difficult matchup against the Seahawks' elite run defense.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveProjection2:11

Kenneth Walker is a high-end RB1 every week; the source argues that opposing defenses look statistically bad against the run specifically because they have had to face Walker's incredible production.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveUsage6:37

Kyren Williams is a must-start running back who has out-touched Blake Corum 49-33 this season; he maintains high efficiency with 5.6 yards per carry, which the source notes will keep him on the field despite a tough matchup against Philadelphia.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

PositiveUsage31:48

RJ Harvey has established a clear role in the passing game, recording seven targets and six receptions last week. If the Broncos fall behind against San Francisco as projected, Harvey could provide a solid PPR performance.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeProjection5:39

Saquon Barkley is a concern for Week 4 due to a difficult matchup against the Rams' fifth-ranked run defense and a potentially negative game script for the disjointed Eagles offense, despite his impressive 6+ yards per carry average.

Insight page
PositiveUsage5:54

Saquon Barkley is averaging over six yards per carry, proving his performance is not the issue; the source emphasizes he needs more volume, particularly in high-value red area situations, to reach his full potential in a disjointed Eagles offense.

Insight page

Woody Marks

PositiveUsage10:18

Woody Marks has outperformed David Montgomery in efficiency and has taken over the goal-line role, including receiving all touches from inside the 10-yard line last week.

Insight page
NegativeUsage34:03

The source expresses concern regarding the high volume of work Woody Marks is receiving, though he remains a top-36 play for Week 4 due to a favorable matchup.

0:37But Mello, let's hit our top 36 here and then wrap it up by revealing our top four plays of the week at running back.
0:44Number one is no surprise. It's Jameer Gibbs taking on the Panthers.
0:47It's a good matchup and to be honest, I don't even care that it's a good matchup.
0:52I just like that it's Jameer Gibbs. He's the new CMC both in terms of the volume and the run game and the passing game.
0:59And then also just from a talent perspective, how versatile he is, how explosive he is, how good he is.
1:05Easy RB1. The usage and the volume, he could be playing against the 85 Bears and I'd put Jameer Gibbs in as
1:11my RB1 with a ton of confidence. But at number two, the other guy that you took in your top two in drafts this year, Bijan Robinson.
1:18He now has two weeks with 30 plus points out of three.
1:22And in week four, he gets to take on the Saints who have allowed on average the seventh most points to the position.
1:28This is a smash spot for Bijan Robinson as well.
1:31No question about it. And running out that S tier, we have Ken Walker taking on the Raiders in Vegas.
1:37Some people might want to say that the three defenses the Chiefs have played this year have been bad run defenses.
1:43But I would point out that's because they've played Ken Walker.
1:46They've been statistically bad because they've had to go against Ken Walker, who's just been incredible.
1:50It couldn't have worked out better. The Chiefs gone out and getting him high end RB1 every single week.
1:56Speaking of one of those defenses, let's talk about Christian McCaffrey taking on the Denver Broncos defense, who sneaky have not been great against running backs this year.
2:04Top five in fantasy points per game allowed. And if Mike Evans can't go in this one, I think we might see
2:10even more work for McCaffrey, who's currently sitting as the RB6 on the season after two great games strung together in a row.
2:17Absolutely love it. And we got another veteran coming in here at five.
2:20That's Derrick Henry taking on the Titans. And Derrick Henry has more touchdowns this year than Colston Loveland has receptions.
2:26Think about that for a second. It's just ridiculous.
2:28He's the ageless wonder. He refuses to ever fall off that cliff.
2:32And in week four, he's taken on the Titans team where they could have a positive game script.
2:37They could be running the ball quite a bit.
2:39So I love Derrick Henry here. Yeah, this is a fantastic spot for him.
2:43Also a great spot for Jeremiah Love. It feels like we got to see the breakout happen last week.
2:49I was on record saying, like, if you're gonna go try trade for him, maybe you wait for the San Francisco game
2:55to go by just to see, you know, maybe you can get him at a real low before this Giants game is an opportunity.
3:02He goes out there. He goes from getting outstapped by Tyler Algier to absolutely dominating the volume against the 49ers in route to 22 points.
3:09Now he gets that matchup with the Giants. This should be an even easier one for him.
3:14Jeremiah Love is officially here in our A tier in the 2026 fantasy football season.
3:18I love Jeremiah Love this week. I love him rest of season.
3:21I think he is just going to be incredible.
3:24Another player a lot of people love, that's Jonathan Taylor taking on the commanders here in week four.
3:29Washington's run defense has been surprisingly good this year.
3:32They've been pretty good at bottling up opposing running backs.
3:34But it's Jonathan Taylor we're talking about. His season low in opportunities so far has been 23.
3:39That volume alone makes him an every week must start.
3:42And then you factor in just how talented he is.
3:45No question, RB1. I could not agree more. This one's easy.
3:48Another one that's easy to me, James Cook. The Patriots look so bad right now.
3:52And the last time James Cook played them, he went for 107 on the ground and three total touchdowns.
3:58He is just a phenomenal play in week four.
4:00Agreed. And number nine is a guy you will not trade me in our league together.
4:05That is Ashton Gentey. And speaking of Ashton Gentey trades, PSA, if you are in a league where the person who has
4:11him is concerned about the last couple weeks, go trade for him now if you have somebody in your league who's concerned about that.
4:18They shouldn't be at all. He is so good.
4:20He is getting so much volume in this offense.
4:23And the offense really runs through just two players.
4:25So that alone is an indication that you want one of those two players.
4:29And especially when it's a super talented top five pick like Ashton Gentey.
4:33The Chiefs have a good defense. I still don't really care.
4:36I still love Ashton Gentey in week four. That offense runs through two guys, Kirk Cousins and Trey Tucker.
4:42At number 10, though, you just talked about a guy who's been kind of disappointing the last two weeks after an explosive week one.
4:48Let's talk about another one. DeAndre Swift, these last two weeks, not looking like the three touchdown explosion he had against Carolina.
4:55But the past two have been against really great defenses.
4:57You had the Vikings and then you had the Eagles.
5:00Now Swift gets the Jets, who rank ninth in fantasy points per game allowed to the position.
5:05This is a perfect get right spot. Absolutely. Number 11 is Chuba Hubbard, one of the most pleasant surprises of this year.
5:11He's taking on the Lions. I think a lot of people, myself included, owe Chuba Hubbard an apology.
5:16I'm sorry, Chuba. I doubted you. I shouldn't have.
5:19He's looked really good this year. You got Jonathan Brooks on IR.
5:22He's really getting workhorse treatment. That should continue. He's been effective with it.
5:264.5 yards per carry. Could see a lot of points against the Lions this Sunday, as we so often see in Lions games.
5:33So I like Chuba this week. Yeah, I agree.
5:35And I think you put it perfectly. One of the most pleasant surprises in fantasy football so far.
5:40One guy who's been a little disappointing. We're going to have him kick off the B tier, even though he's our last RB1.
5:47And that's Saquon Barkley taking on the Los Angeles Rams.
5:50The start's been disappointing, and I'm not sure this is where it gets better.
5:54The fifth best defense against running backs in the NFL.
5:56And we're probably looking at a negative game script here for this unbelievably disjointed Eagles offense.
6:01The one thing I'll say to give you a little bit of promise and hope if you're a Saquon manager, the guy's
6:07averaging over six yards a carry right now. This hasn't been a Saquon issue.
6:11We just need to see him get a little more volume and specifically some more volume in those like red area, high value situations.
6:18Because right now, what we're getting for volume for Saquon is not going to cut it.
6:22Yeah, agreed. But I do agree also that Saquon's problems have not been a Saquon problem.
6:27He is still so talented. It might not happen in week four, but season long, I still have a ton of confidence in him.
6:34Moving on to our next guy, though, at number 13.
6:37In that same game, Kyron Williams at Philly. Philly has a good defense.
6:40Case Keenum might disagree with that, but we think Philly has a good defense.
6:44LA has a better offense, though. And Kyron has out-touched Blake Corum 49-33 this year.
6:48And more importantly, he's just been so good with the volume he's getting.
6:525.6 yards per carry. That's going to keep him on the field.
6:56He's a must-start, even if the matchup isn't ideal.
6:58I felt like I was in the twilight zone when I went on Twitter.
7:02I saw that photo of, like, Case Keenum going crazy after the game.
7:06And, like, Caleb Williams, like, smiling like a proud dad in a robe.
7:09You might have, I did. On to number 14.
7:12Cam Skadaboo taking on the Arizona Cardinals. Skadaboo clearly dominating the touches in this backfield.
7:1650 carries in the past three weeks, including 20 last week.
7:19He's also seen four targets in each of the last two games.
7:23This is a great spot for him against Arizona.
7:25And I've gotten to a shocking point where I'm feeling, like, pretty confident and putting Cam Skadaboo in my lineup every week as an RB2.
7:32Yeah, same here. Somebody who was really out early, early offseason.
7:35I've worked my way all the way to where we are now, which is I'm super confident in him.
7:41Someone who's been disappointing, though, Chase Brown taking on the Jaguars.
7:44Jacksonville's run defense has picked up close to where they left off last year.
7:48They were a phenomenal run defense last year. They've been good this year.
7:52And Chase Brown himself, like I said, has been kind of a disappointment.
7:55So all of that makes me a little bit concerned for him here at week four.
8:00But with that said, he is still the workhorse on this explosive offense.
8:04He gets great volume. We could see a lot of points in this game.
8:07He's nearly impossible to bench. Yeah, I'm fully with you on that.
8:11Let's jump to Javante Williams at number 16, who I talked about last week.
8:15I had some efficiency concerns with what we had seen from him.
8:18Gets the monkey off his back. Has a fantastic performance.
8:21Almost 100 yards on the ground with a little over five a carry.
8:25Gets a tough matchup here with Houston. But I'm just not going to go off of the bell cow in this high-powered Dallas offense.
8:32You can start Javante with a lot of confidence.
8:34Completely agreed. And another guy I like here at 17 is Bucky Irving taking on the Packers.
8:39He's been really the lone bright spot on this Tampa Bay offense.
8:42And even that, it's probably not fair to call him a true bright spot.
8:46He's been like a dim nightlight in a room that's completely dark otherwise.
8:50But he's been solid. And the Packers defense has not been solid.
8:53They've been pretty bad. They just got totally carved up and devoured by Bijan Robinson last week.
8:58Bucky has a chance to do at least some of that damage here in week four.
9:03We'll see what happens. Obviously, Baker's hurt. So they could be running the ball more here in week four as well, which bodes well for Bucky.
9:10Yeah, that's really the thing is like, I want to attack this Green Bay defense however I can.
9:15You're not feeling as confident in the pass catchers with Baker Mayfield out.
9:19And so I'm attacking it with Bucky Irving any opportunity I have.
9:22Let's move on to our next guy though. Number 18.
9:25I'll give you a pal in the back for this.
9:28A lot of talk this offseason about if Basil Tootin was going to be the guy.
9:32I know you were leading the Basil Tootin hype train.
9:35I think we can officially say it. He is the guy in the Jacksonville backfield.
9:40He's so good even that Trevor Lawrence wants to go down the one yard line to get him more touchdowns in fantasy.
9:46He's got 15 carries, 13 carries, 15 carries. The volume's been so consistent.
9:49He's got a touchdown apiece in each of his last two as well.
9:53So Tootin's cooking right now. Starting with confidence here against Cincinnati.
9:56Yeah, I've been loving Tootin and somebody I'm starting to fear is David Montgomery.
10:00He's taking on the Cowboys in week four. I don't want to admit it.
10:04I've been such a big David Montgomery guy, but I'm kind of officially in panic mode here with David Montgomery.
10:10It's just he has been dreadfully inefficient. He has not looked good.
10:13If you've been watching the Texans play, the stat sheet has not looked good from an efficiency standpoint.
10:18He's splitting work with Woody Marks, who I'm ashamed and quite disgusted to admit has looked better than David Montgomery.
10:24Marks has also been getting the goal line work.
10:27If you saw last week, he got the goal line touchdown.
10:30He got all of the touches from inside the 10.
10:33So all of this makes me really nervous about David Montgomery.
10:36But if there were ever a spot for him to fix things, it's against the Dallas Cowboys here in week four.
10:42They have an embarrassing defense to put it nicely.
10:44Hopefully this is a really good spot for David Montgomery to finally put together a good looking performance.
10:49Yeah, I'm having the intrusive thought that David Montgomery might be one of my biggest misses of the 2026 fantasy football summer.
10:55If there's ever been a get right spot, it's here against Dallas.
10:59That is just hemorrhaging yards to the running back position.
11:02So we'll see. And we'll see what that split looks like with Woody Marks.
11:06But now that I got that off my chest, let's talk about a guy that I think we've been pretty right about
11:12so far, Mello, and that's Amari and Hampton. We got crucified this offseason for saying that there was a chance Keaton Mitchell
11:18could cut heavily into Amari and Hampton's workload. Well, he had 11 touches to Hampton's 15 last week, and now everybody is panicking.
11:25This LA offense is trying to get back on track, but now they have this gauntlet schedule coming up.
11:30Seattle is probably one of the worst situations to headline that gauntlet.
11:33After talking about someone we were wrong on, I'm glad you pivoted to someone we were very, very right on.
11:39I had to make myself feel better. It made me feel better, too.
11:43My confidence is back up. Moving on to Jalen Warren here at 21, though, playing Thursday night against the Browns.
11:48Jalen Warren without Rico Dowdle is as luxurious as it gets in the fantasy world.
11:53We saw it last week. He's a must-star RB2 to me, assuming Dowdle remains out, which that does seem like it'll be
11:59the case, particularly in PPR, where I like Jalen Warren a lot more because he is so involved in the passing game.
12:05Yeah, he has been a surprise to me, too.
12:08And obviously, Rico Dowdle going down has been huge for him.
12:11But this is actually another great spot for Jalen Warren to cook.
12:14Let's talk about a guy who's going to get his shot this week in Braylon Allen, though.
12:19Breeze Hall in that week-to-week with that thigh injury.
12:22Fire up Braylon Allen. This Jets team has looked surprisingly competent, and the Bears have not exactly been an imposing run defense.
12:28I'd expect you get a solid game with him as a very low-end RB2.
12:32Ideally, you've got him slotted in at your flex.
12:34Yeah, I think that's the perfect way to put it.
12:37Our next running back, though, is Quinshawn Judkins, our other Thursday night running back.
12:41He's taking on the Steelers, obviously. I simply cannot believe that the Browns are 2-1, and Quinshawn Judkins is still a massive fantasy disappointment.
12:48Yeah, that feels so wrong to me. I would have thought it was because the Browns were 0-3 and couldn't move the ball, which is partially true.
12:56I mean, they cannot run the ball. Quinshawn Judkins is averaging under three yards per carry.
13:00He cannot find the end zone, which was such a big part of his fantasy relevance last season.
13:05Because of volume alone, because he does get all the early down work and some third down work as well, he's still
13:11like a disgusting low-end RB2, probably more ideally a flex option to me.
13:15But even if I'm doing that, I'm plugging my nose and I'm not feeling very good about it.
13:20Yeah, I'm completely with you. All right, Melo. So let's move on to our D-tier here, and let's talk about Alvin Kamara,
13:26which is just making me feel like, what year are we in?
13:30We just talked about Braylon Allen. This is another guy stepping into a larger role due to an injury.
13:35If you're going to ask me, do I think Kamara still has juice?
13:39No, I do not. But do I want pieces of this Saints offense?
13:43Yes. And he should be plenty involved with Etienne down, Achan down.
13:46And so we'll see if Kamara can kind of turn back the clocks here against the Falcons, which I will say, not
13:52the greatest matchup, tied for the best against running backs in fantasy football right now.
13:56Yeah, well, we'll see how that goes. But I mean, he's got to have the volume like you mentioned.
14:02So he is somebody you should consider starting. Someone with less certain volume is Travion Henderson.
14:06We have him next. He's playing at Buffalo here in week four.
14:10People who start Travion Henderson also enjoy betting nothing but parlays, playing roulette and sleeping without an alarm and just seeing what happens.
14:16Just total gambles. They like to live life on the edge.
14:19And if you're starting Travion, you have to be willing to take risks.
14:23The volume and efficiency are highly inconsistent. You never know what you're going to get, but you occasionally get the big plays
14:29like we saw the last time the Pats played the Bills last season.
14:33Travion ripped a couple of huge runs. So if you want to swing for the fences, go for it.
14:38I think it's somewhat matchup dependent, though. If you're the heavy favorite, he might be someone I'm leaving on my bench.
14:44If you're a dog and you want to go for the boom potential, then sure, go start Travion.
14:49It's like, yeah, it's like when you're a dog and you start bringing out the trick plays.
14:54That's how it feels starting Travion Henderson in fantasy football.
14:57But at number 26, let's talk about Jadarian Price, which, Melo, what do we even do with Jadarian Price?
15:02I don't know. It's tough. It's tough. A fumble in each of his last two games.
15:07I will say Mike McDonald came out today and said, like, we're going to keep feeding him.
15:12That just kind of feels like something you say about your young running back after a really tough start.
15:17But he's also buried in a committee. The Seahawks are six and a half point favorites here.
15:22So game script should help Price. And I think there's big upside to this guy.
15:26I think he's extremely talented. I think there's also just like this massive risk and a big time, like the floor is lava kind of guy.
15:34Yeah, I completely agree with that. The next guy I kind of think is the opposite, maybe a safer floor, but lower ceiling.
15:40And that's Tony Pollard playing at the Ravens. 100%.
15:43He actually, it doesn't feel like it at all.
15:45He's surprisingly been pretty efficient this year. It just hasn't mattered because the Titans are horrible.
15:50They're like one of the worst teams in football.
15:52But Pollard's usage has gone up every single week.
15:55And I think that likely could continue because he has been efficient with that work.
15:59He's looked better than TyJ Spears and some of the other pieces that they've been using.
16:04And the Ravens run defense has been mediocre. So it's not the worst matchup in the world.
16:08It's just that the situation as a whole isn't great.
16:11So Pollard's kind of this lackluster flex option. Yeah, I think that's such a good way of putting it.
16:17But let's move on to this next guy, Ramondre Stevenson.
16:19I'm like, honestly, not even sure I want him in the D tier.
16:23Part of me thinks we got dropped to F, but I'm going to keep Ramondre here.
16:28Seven carries, 22 yards last week. I think this is a wait and see thing with New England.
16:33Buffalo is not the best matchup here to get on track for Ramondre.
16:36I think this team's eventually going to get right.
16:39I don't think you should go and like panic sell Ramondre Stevenson, but it's hard to project him really breaking back out
16:45and having a huge performance against Buffalo. That being said, crazier things have happened in these divisional matchups.
16:50Yeah, we're getting in that gross, icky territory right now where you don't really want to start any of these guys, but you might have to.
16:58And J.K. Dobbins, our next guy, fits that criteria as well.
17:01I have such mixed feelings about J.K. Dobbins. It's really a bet on volume if you're starting him because last week in
17:07a quiet outing where he was definitely disappointing, he still had 19 opportunities.
17:11Still no Jonah Coleman who's on IR. So the volume should still be good at least on early downs.
17:16And San Fran's run defense is less than elite.
17:19Certainly worse, I would say, than L.A.'s run defense who they played last week when Dobbins struggled.
17:24So I still don't love starting him, but if you want to make a bet on the volume and you're in a pinch, there are much worse options.
17:31Yeah, it just feels like it shouldn't feel this awful to start a running back and a Sean Payton Denver Broncos offense, but it does.
17:39On to number 30, let's talk about JCM, Ja'Kory Krosky-Meritt, a.k.a.
17:42Bill. Obviously, some of the bigger news on Sunday in this situation was that Rashad White, who we'll get to in a
17:48minute, hurt his shoulder, which didn't seem too serious until Mello.
17:51On Monday, the Washington Commanders signed friend of the show, Austin Eckler, which is very exciting.
17:56Even if White is out there, I think JCM's going to have a role, and very few teams in the NFL have
18:02been worse against the run than the Colts. Yeah, and that's why at 31 we have his counterpart, Rashad White, who, like you mentioned, has that shoulder injury.
18:10Obviously, if he's out, you're not playing him, but we're going to operate under the assumption he's— Yeah, hot take right there.
18:16We're going to operate under the assumption he is good to go.
18:19We'll put him at the RB 31. I actually think Marcus Mariota might be a good thing for Rashad White, as Mariota
18:26has seemed more willing to check it down to Rashad White than Jaden Daniels, even through a touchdown to him last week.
18:32And like you mentioned, Indy's run defense is absolutely horrible, so that makes it a little bit more of an enticing matchup.
18:38But at the end of the day, he still is hurt right now.
18:42He still is a low-volume guy in a committee on an offense we're not sold on.
18:46So I don't love this start here. Yeah, I'm with you.
18:49Let's go to another guy in the Denver backfield, though.
18:52Look at our F-tier so far. Two Denver guys, two Washington guys.
18:56I'm having a tough time, obviously, figuring out what to make of this Broncos backfield, like I just said.
19:01Like, if I'm trying to play the one and it feels gross.
19:04I'm looking at the two and it feels a little bit gross.
19:08But what I will say about RJ Harvey, he certainly seems to have the passing work.
19:12Seven targets last week for six receptions. If they fall behind against San Francisco, which I'm projecting, I could see Harvey stringing together a decent PPR performance.
19:20Moving on to 33, though, we have Kyle Manungay taking on the Jets.
19:24Manungay would be so much better in fantasy if DeAndre Swift didn't exist.
19:27But DeAndre Swift does exist, so it's kind of a moot point.
19:31The Jets' defense does not strike fear into anyone, and Ben Johnson loves running the ball.
19:35So with all of that, there is upside for Manungay here in Week 4.
19:39But like I mentioned, he is a committee back, and he is playing second fiddle to DeAndre Swift.
19:44So he's kind of a low-end flex option at best.
19:47Yeah, 100%. Let's keep it moving here. We'll finish this out.
19:50Let's talk about Blake Corum. Right when Blake Corum knows that you're in on him, he just puts up an absolute stinker like he did the other night.
19:58I think he's going to be absolutely fine the rest of the season, but this is a brutal matchup against Philadelphia.
20:04And I just think you can probably find a better start than Corum.
20:08Most likely, and that's the same for 35. Keaton Mitchell at Seattle.
20:11You mentioned Keaton Mitchell earlier. He got 11 touches last week, had the touchdown.
20:15I'd actually have him higher than 35 if they weren't playing the Seahawks.
20:19Just a brutal matchup. Maybe the league's best defense, especially run defense.
20:22But like you mentioned, just four fewer touches than Amari Hampton last week.
20:26They gave him manufactured touches by the goal line.
20:28They're really getting him involved. I'm almost certainly not starting him in week four, but he's a really intriguing bench hold to me for season long.
20:36Yeah, he's almost a guy I'm trying to like target if you can just give up a kind of like weak piece for Keaton Mitchell.
20:43But let's move on to our last guy, Woody Marks.
20:46I absolutely hate that he's in the top 36.
20:48I hate it so much. I'm officially getting concerned with how much work he's getting.
20:53And this is a good matchup. So he deserves the spot in the top 36.
20:57I just absolutely hate it. Mellow, let's move on to our week four Mount Rushmore.
21:01It's time to name our four favorite plays, i.e.
21:04our Mount Rushmore, if you will, of the guys we predict to rush for more yards than projected this week, presented by Dabble.
21:10Give me your first guy. Give me the rookie Jeremiah Love.
21:13It's finally Jeremiah Love time. You mentioned it like this is now his backfield.
21:17He had 21 carries compared to Tyler Algiers' two last week.
21:20Like he dominated the volume in this backfield. He was able to put together a 90-yard performance.
21:25The Giants have a weak run defense, and the Cardinals should be in a position where they won't have to abandon the
21:31run game early, as they so often do, just because of the Giants' own offensive struggles.
21:36So I love Jeremiah Love in week four. I like literally almost picked him.
21:40So I'm so glad you went with Jeremiah Love to start.
21:43Let's go with a guy. Not sure if anybody's heard of him.
21:46Jameer Gibbs, over 97 and a half yards. He's been doing a ton of his work in the air this season, but
21:53I expect him to have the opportunity to be very efficient here against the Carolina Panthers, who are giving up 191 rushing yards a game.
22:00Yes, that is the real number. Obviously skewed by the 291 they gave up to the Bears in week one.
22:05But even you look at the game against the Falcons, they blew them out 34 to three and still allowed 157 rushing yards.
22:12And then the Browns' putrid run game that we talked about, Quinshawn Judkins can't get anything going.
22:17They put up 132 yards. This Lions rushing attack is all Jameer Gibbs, and I think he should hit this 97 and a half mark and more.
22:24He's going to put up video game numbers, isn't he?
22:27Rookie mode numbers. It's going to be crazy. My next guy, though, is Basil Tootin, over 53 and a half yards.
22:33I'm almost scared that this seems too obvious. Like, this just seems like the biggest smash to me.
22:38Tootin has already hit on this line in each and every one of his three games this year.
22:43He's fully taken control of this backfield in Jacksonville.
22:46He's been efficient with the usage, 4.74 yards per carry.
22:49We could see a lot of points and a lot of yards in Cincy on Sunday, and I anticipate Tootin joining the fun.
22:55I love that pick, too. Let's finish it out.
22:58This one I don't love so much as a Patriots fan, but James Cook, over 83 and a half yards.
23:03James Cook should crush in this spot. The Bills are six and a half point favorites.
23:08He went for 107 last time he played them.
23:10He has 135 and 154 rushing yards, respectively, in each of his last few games.
23:15And this Patriots defense just let your guy, Basil Tootin, go for 4.9 to carry on them.
23:20Should be light work for a guy averaging just under 20 carries a game.
23:24But, Mello, that's our Mount Rushmore with Dabble here for week four.
23:27If you want to sign up for Dabble using the promo code LINEUP, you will get $50 instantly when you play your first five.
23:34But thank you for tuning in to our top 36 running backs here for week four.

23:44Before we get out of here, Mello, did we miss anything?
23:47I think we got it all. All right, we'll catch you guys next episode.
