0:00here on ESPN Fantasy locked in. I'm drafting out of the seven slot flock league practice. We're we're doing we're doing a little bit of flock league
0:08practice here. I've got the flock fantasy tool pulled up here, which you can access if you sign up using code Davis over there, but I just want to see
0:16how bad are these draft rooms? Do I think they're particularly exploitable? What are the ADP's? This is my first time looking at the ESPN lobby ADP's. I'm
0:26guessing that there are going to be a lot of prices that I disagree with.
0:29Devon Achane ahead of Lam and Jente. I definitely disagree with at pick seven.
0:34It looks like my options are going to be wow. I might be able to pick JSN at pick seven, which is not the way it would go
0:42in in any kind of like real real serious fantasy football league. I can sort over here actually just by their rankings on
0:48flock fantasy with the overlay, which I quite like. I do in redraft leagues. I do really like starting with an elite
0:56wide receiver because I feel like in these formats, it's a little bit easier to find running back points. Now, I could be wrong. We could be in the fifth
1:03round of this draft and I could say, oh, actually this is much more difficult than I thought it was. I would, however,
1:10I believe in a redraft 12 team PPR league. I probably would be Jonathan Taylor over Amon-Ra St. Brown. I do think that getting that potential floor
1:21that Jonathan Taylor gives is just so nice in fantasy football and I don't really think it is particularly duplicative elsewhere. So, we're going
1:29to start with Jonathan Taylor and then looking at our potential second round picks. Coming back, we are going to have the chance to take Drake London. We are
1:38going to have the chance to take Rashee Rice. Now, it does look like Malik Nabers is a little bit overpriced on
1:43ESPN. I would say as of right now, if you are in an ESPN league, I would basically just queue up Brock Bowers for
1:51your second round pick already. I mean, Amari Hampton going ahead of Bowers, Nabers and McBride, Josh Jacobs still is going ahead of Brock Bowers. Now, in
1:59your actual league, if you're drafting early, I don't think Josh Jacobs would go ahead of Brock Bowers, but I'm just looking at this right now thinking
2:07Bowers looks like basically the number one target I would have with ESPN default rankings. The first round is Jahmyr Gibbs, Jamar Chase ahead of Bijan
2:16Robinson, which I would not do. Puka Nacua, Christian McCaffrey, I would not take Christian McCaffrey ahead of JSN.
2:22Jonathan Taylor, James Cook, who I would not take ahead of Saint Brown or Ashton Jeanty, is the entirety of this first
2:29round. Just sort of interesting to see some of the guys like who are priced so differently from other official markets.
2:36Kenneth Walker down 30 would be one of the absolute biggest targets for me.
2:40Looks like we have got Travis Etienne Jr. a little bit underpriced here. Tee Higgins at pick 40. You know what? I'm
2:48not a big elite quarterback drafter in redraft. Generally speaking, I'm a little bit more of a late quarterback drafter, but I tell you Josh Allen down
2:57at 41 looks pretty inexpensive to me.
3:00Cornell Tate at 43 looks quite overpriced. Lamar at 47, that's interesting. I if the pick gap between Josh Allen and Lamar is seven picks, I
3:11would be on the Josh Allen side there.
3:13Tyler Lockett 51. I mean, would you rather have Tyler Lockett 51 or would you rather have Brock Bowers at 24? I mean, I know the
3:22direction that I would rather go there.
3:25So, just thinking through, you know, having to actually start these teams, I do think if I pass on a wide receiver
3:31here, I mean, CeeDee Lamb would be an absolute dream, but if I do pass on Lamb, London, Rice, or Nico, I then put
3:38myself in a situation in a managed league where every single week I do feel like you're kind of flipping coins at
3:44wide receiver. Cuz like my wide receiver one is maybe going to be A.J. Brown, who does actually seem very inexpensive here. So, I'm going to be opting for
3:52Drake London or Rashee Rice here. I I think that is pretty clearly the way to go cuz I you don't want to be What you
4:00don't want to be doing Well, I mean, Drake London I think is an absolute gift to go to this spot. So, we
4:06begin our draft with Jonathan Taylor and Drake London. And then we come back around, we are probably thinking we want to go a running back, but that will
4:16depend on what is available. I guess generally speaking in the fourth and fifth round running backs that you can get Bucky is a little bit overpriced.
4:24TreVeyon Henderson is available.
4:26Judarian Price is available. Keaton and Swift Swift looks like an awesome pick in the sixth round. Montgomery looks underpriced. Hubbard does look a little
4:34bit overpriced.
4:36Then we have Aaron Jones who is way overpriced. Just really interesting market dynamics here overall in in these rooms.

4:51Looking at the available list of players, Olave does fit quite nice, but I cannot pass on Ken Walker here. I think in sharp drafts Kenneth Walker is
4:59going to end up being much more expensive than this. Also, if you're drafting your league in August or September, you know, Labor Day weekend,
5:05Kenneth Walker is going to be much more expensive. I know actually in my home league with my buddies one year because
5:11it was the only day that like worked for all of our schedules, you know, we're all getting a little bit older, we're
5:15not in college anymore. We had to figure it out and we drafted really, really early. We drafted before training camp for our home league one year. And it
5:23ended up being very fun. We did a lot of trades and things before the actual season started. So, some of you guys
5:29might be drafting your leagues really early. And if that's the case and you're drafting on the ESPN, I mean, Kenneth Walker is absolutely one of the guys
5:36that you are going to want to have. So, we have two running backs, we have one wide receiver, which really opens us up
5:42kind of in round four and round five. If we get a falling wide receiver value, great. If we want to get a flex starter,
5:47running back, great. Cuz we have our anchor wide receiver, right? So, we have Drake London. We know we are starting Drake London every single time. So, we
5:55are now trying to cover one more wide receiver slot, and we are trying to win the flex, you know, basically. I mean,
6:01that is kind of the name of the game in fantasy football is trying to win the flex. But, I would say Ken Walker and
6:06Brock Bowers are the two guys who are sort of the most obvious targets in the ESPN ADP right now. So, several options
6:14for us here in the fourth round. Flowers would be nice. I would actually like to stack him with Lamar Jackson. I do think
6:21looking at the available running backs, we've got Henderson, we've got Price.
6:25The running backs available to us in round five are going to be better. So, we're actually going to take Terry McLaurin, who I don't even particularly
6:33love. I don't I don't think this is like a a great price on Terry McLaurin or anything like that. However, I do like
6:39the option of stacking with Jayden Daniels. I'm I think stacking in 12-team leagues, particularly with your, you know, a a elite quarterback is actually
6:48a great way. Cuz if you think about it, go back and look at your league history.
6:51Go back and look at some of your leagues. A lot of your matchups are not going to be close, and we want to
6:55absolutely maximize our point opportunities, and getting McLaurin's, you know, huge big spike weeks in our lineups with Jayden Daniels at the same
7:03time is going to be quite nice. And then we take McLaurin there, then we're going to look at the running backs available
7:08to us next. We have got Price, we've got Touton, we've got Swift, all of whom, if I use the flock tool over here, and I
7:15sort by the overall rankings, they're they're I mean, they're going to be way up there for us. I mean, Scat Abu is
7:21already gone, but we've got Henderson.
7:23Uh so, what we are going to do, I'm going to push it even further. I'm going to push it even further. I'm going to
7:29take Jayden Daniels here. I love in 12-team leagues, I love having a elite quarterback. I know that in a 12-team league, I mean, look, you're going to be
7:37able to go down, you're going to go down a quarterback, you're going to be able to take Mahomes, you're going to be able
7:41to Herbert. I mean, Kyler Murray I think is a good option. Jared Goff is not horrible. Malik Willis, honestly, in in
7:48these ESPN leagues Malik Willis is probably like a totally prime target.
7:53Cuz if he's a good running quarterback, awesome. You have your quarterback position, you know, saved for the entire year. And if he stinks, you're just
8:01going to cut him and you're going to be able to pick someone relatively decent up off waivers. Now, don't get me wrong. I've also been in
8:07some of these leagues where someone hoards quarterbacks, someone drafts two, someone drafts three, and they try and you know, orchestrate the trade with
8:15you, which is never really which is never really all that fun. But Malik Willis does look like a clear target. So
8:20what we are hoping for in this situation, just in general, if you are doing kind of a double build like this, Jonathan Taylor,
8:28Drake London, Kenneth Walker, Terry McLaurin, we're also probably going to be streaming tight end, you know, because all the premium tight ends,
8:35McBride, Bowers, Warren, and Loveland are all off the board. We are totally fine streaming tight ends in this format. We can take kind of a a
8:42conservative fine week one starting option like Travis Kelce or Mark Andrews if we need to. But right now what I'm focused on is helping us win the flex,
8:52which means that it doesn't really matter if one of these running backs that we like don't fall to us. I mean,
8:58Tooten would be an awesome pick here. I would not want to be taking Chuba Hubbard. I wouldn't really want to be
9:04taking this price on Michael Pittman Jr.
9:06Jordan Tyson looks like quite an appealing option. Al Pierce does not, and that is why they pay me the mediocre box, folks. So now we have Jane Daniels,
9:15Jonathan Taylor, Ken Walker, Drake London, McLaurin, and Tooten. We do have to figure out the tight end position, and we we will. Don't worry, we will.
9:24So we are up here with our pick in the seventh round. Jordan Tyson feels really really strong.
9:31Kind of the end of a tier at running back. I am going to take Jordan Tyson. I will say a huge difference between
9:38drafting on ESPN, drafting in a league where you have to do start sits, and kind of best ball in these other formats
9:43is that I actually don't think that this Aaron Jones, Kenneth Gainwell, Rashad White, Rico Dowdle, JK Dobbins, I don't think any of these guys are particularly
9:51overpriced because you're not going to get guys like that available on the waiver wire. Aaron Jones can kind of average you 12, 13 fantasy points per
9:59game until he gets injured. Kenneth Gainwell is, I think, pretty clearly going to be the 1B in that backfield with Bucky Irving. Rashad White is going
10:07to be sort of like an Austin Ekeler plus style. I mean, Rashad White has never been a particularly good running back in
10:15fantasy, but it also kind of doesn't matter that Rashad White is not that good. I mean, Rashad White has scored 12
10:21and 1/2 and 15 and 1/2 fantasy points per game in his career despite, you know, not being a particularly strong rusher. I mean, he's never been a
10:291,000-yard rusher. He averages under 4 yards per carry for the entirety of his career. But, in a full PPR league, I
10:36mean, Rashad White is kind of the the definition of the generational PPR scam.
10:41And so, I am I'm totally fine having him as a flex guy here. He'll be good cover for Tuton. He'll be good cover for
10:48Kenneth Walker. But, a lot of what I want to do now that I have my starting lineup filled is I want to be taking a
10:53ton of darts at the wide receiver position to try and get a breakout cuz we are lacking some ceiling with McLaurin as your wide receiver two. We
11:01do need to be trying to find some real ceiling at that position. There are plenty of options left for us. This is
11:07actually This is a great price for Parker Washington. I am not a huge Parker Washington guy in general. I'm more the Brian Thomas Jr. side. But, in
11:15the eighth round, that is when I start feeling comfortable taking Parker Washington. So, we have an elite quarterback. We have an elite running
11:23back. We have a really, really strong running back two in Kenneth Walker.
11:26We're able to add Drake London in there, McLaurin, Tuton, Tyson, and Washington.
11:30I mean, I would be fine running this up against my buddies. If this is how my home league draft goes, I'm going to
11:35feel excellent about it. I should probably start thinking about what do I want to do at tight end here? And I
11:42mean, in general, the tight end position is not great. I'm also fine Oh, actually, sorry. I misspoke. How is Tucker Kraft this buried in the draft
11:51app? I mean, there you go. Tucker Kraft as the tight end ranked next to Isaiah Likely is just straight up wrong. So,
11:58again, if you are in an ESPN league, I mean, if I can know that in the ninth round I can get Tucker Kraft, that
12:03actually makes me like Tyler Warren and Colston Loveland less. Kind of makes me even like Bowers and McBride a little bit less, honestly. Tucker Kraft is not
12:11in the same category of those guys in terms of overall target volume. I would be pretty surprised if Tucker Kraft saw,
12:17you know, like a 22% target share of the Packers offense, but he's definitely a threat to lead maybe the entire NFL in
12:24yards after catch per reception. Maybe the entire NFL in just yards after catch period. I mean, his biggest games have all been huge YAC stuff. He's sort of
12:32like George Kittle north. Sounds like he is recovering quite well from his ACL tear. So, a ninth round price on Tucker
12:40Kraft makes me feel I'm just beating up on this computer. I mean, this this poor computer over at ESPN can't hang with
12:46me. They they have no idea what I'm doing to them right now. So, just thinking here about the sort of guys
12:52that I want to be putting on my bench. I mean, I definitely know I need another running back. JCM is kind of the last of
13:00a tier, actually. So, I am going to take Jacory Crosskmiere here. Some other guys who I think are buried in the ESPN ADP
13:08applet would be Tyron Tracy Jr. at 184, Keaton Mitchell at 195. I do like both of the 49ers backups, Jordan James and
13:18Kaelan Black. I mean, Keaton Allen I think is strong, but it I mean, you guys see how thin this is. Like I mean, if
13:24you had Woody Marks on your fantasy team last year, I don't think you were writing home about I mean he had that
13:28one really good game against the Tennessee Titans, right? But it's kind of dead there, which is why I mean we do
13:35want to kind of be done taking running backs by this sixth seventh round range.
13:39Like if I was feeling that I needed to be starting Jacquory Croskey-Merritt before the bye weeks, I would not be feeling particularly good about that. I
13:47mean he is going to be a clear time-share running back for the Washington Commanders. So JCM is fine.
13:53Now we need to think about who do we want as another wide receiver here. I don't want to have too many sort of
13:59roster clogger types. Like Chris Bell is not an option. Jeremy Bernard is not really an option.
14:04What we're going to do is someone we're going to get information about very quickly, and I'm going to take Jayden Higgins. He should be the sort of guy
14:11that when the season starts, I'm going to know right away how much are the Houston Texans passing.
14:18How much is Jayden Higgins involved? Is Jayden Higgins running 80% of the routes? Is Jayden Higgins running 62% of the routes? How involved is Xavier
14:25Hutchinson? The sort of guys in these redraft formats that I don't love, you know, I don't love taking Omar Cooper Jr. in a home league. I don't
14:34love take or or low ceiling guys. You know, I don't love taking Juwan Jennings. I don't love taking Darnell Mooney. I mean Stefon Diggs I actually
14:41do love taking because the second that he signs with the team, he is going to be one of like the the best targets in
14:48this range. I would probably actually like a backup tight end as well. Mark Andrews at 162 would be a huge target.
14:56Uh that feels that feels actually like an absolute jam. So I think that's who we're going to take next. Uh Tracey I
15:04mentioned at running back. Yeah, Tracey at 184 I think is really strong. Just a nice handcuff running back with a little
15:10bit of a passing down role cuz that's kind of what you want in this situation.
15:15As we're filling out our last three bench spots, you want a guy who just wouldn't it wouldn't kill you, you know,
15:21if you had to start Tyron Tracy in a given week, you'd be like, you know, whatever, this is fine.
15:26So, we're going to actually I said I was going to take Mark Andrews first, so I am going to take Mark Andrews. I mean,
15:31Mark Andrews after Sedeeq is, come on, guys. I mean, that's just very funny.
15:35Mark Andrews is going to finish as like the tight end nine. He's not like the best pick in the world, but he's
15:39certainly not the worst. So, I feel good. We have our our stud tight end in Kraft. If he's not quite ready to start
15:46the year, we do have Mark Andrews. We have our three bench wide receivers in Jordan Tyerson, Parker Washington, and Jayden Higgins. Given that we feel quite
15:55good about starting Byshell Tuten in the flex, I actually think that means we can probably be done taking wide receivers cuz the rest of these guys are just
16:03generally speaking sort of waiver wire style guys. In a 12-team league, Darnell Mooney and Trey Tucker and Rashad Bateman and Jack Bash and Tank Dell,
16:13these guys are going to kind of hang out on the waiver wire all year long.
16:17Anyway, now, in like real smartly leagues, you're going to see some of these later guys getting picked. I I think I just
16:25Did Diggs already go? Did I already see Okay, Diggs did already get selected.
16:28So, I'm actually going to take I'm going to take one more wide receiver, and I'm going to take Deebo Samuel, and then my final pick is going
16:34to kind of be a lottery ticket running back. Who Keaton Mitchell definitely fits the bill there. Jordan James and Kaelin Black and Ke'Shawn Allen fit the
16:43bill there. I mean, kind of just my overall thoughts on this first draft would be you do have to sort of map your draft
16:51out based on what your first pick is. If your first pick is a wide receiver, I probably needed to take Jeremiah Love or
16:59Derrick Henry. I mean, I would not take Josh Jacobs in round three. If you set yourself up with one of these elite
17:05tight ends, if you set yourself up with Bowers or McBride over in this corner, you probably can't be passing on Jaylen
17:13Warren. You probably can't pass on on Pollard. You probably can't pass on on JK Dobbins or Rico Dowdle. And these rankings are of course going to change
17:21over, you know, kind of the the course of the off season and everything. I I'm just sort of surprised in general how
17:30cheap some of the really like awesome tight ends are and some of the great wide receivers. I mean, there were wide
17:36receiver targets that I think are just too inexpensive like KC Concepcion in the 10th round, Jordan Addison in the 10th round, Jayden Reed in the 11th is a
17:46huge steal. He would have been an awesome pick for my team. But uh you know, we're going to keep knocking these
17:52out. I feel good about the team. Uh let's see. I can even make it bigger over here. So, Jayden Daniels, Jonathan
17:58Taylor, Kenneth Walker, Drake London, Terry McLaurin, Tucker Kraft, Brevyn Spann-Ford, Jordan Tyson, Parker Washington, Jake Moody, Krosky, Merritt, Jayden Higgins, Mark Andrews, and my guy
