0:03benefit of doubt here because these last
0:04three seasons 15th, 15th, and 21st. They
0:07were doing a little bit better last
0:09season before Mahomes was lost for the
0:10year, but just kind of just faith in the
0:12Reid-Mahomes partnership figuring things
0:14out. But unfortunately, that hasn't been
0:16the case for a while. [music] So, they
0:17did bring back Eric Bieniemy. Maybe he
0:19learned a thing or two in Washington.
0:20And obviously, he was with the Chicago
0:22Bears last season. So, the big move is
0:24obviously bringing in Kenneth Walker,
0:25which really should help the run game. I
0:26mean, Chiefs running backs since 2022
0:29dead last in tackles avoided per carry,
0:31dead last in explosive run rate. Kenneth
0:33Walker, you know, top 10 marks in both.
0:35Kenneth Walker is a dog, should have
0:36every opportunity to really instill
0:37his will and be that workhorse
0:39running back. I just wish we could have
0:41made any level of upgrades to this wide
0:43receiver room. I like bringing back
0:45Tyquan Thornton. That's fun. Probably
0:47better off as your kind of
0:48field-stretching wide receiver four and
0:50someone you should actively be relying
0:51on. So, looking at this team, why why
0:54play too high? I'd be fine trying to let
0:56Patrick Mahomes, who let's face it,
0:58hasn't been the most accurate deep ball
0:59passer in recent years. Chicken or the
1:01egg type of situation with the wide
1:02receivers, I know. But that's the other
1:03point. Xavier Worthy, Tyquan Thornton,
1:05those are the guys we got to worry about
1:06on the outside. For me, it's gems and
1:08jewels over X's and O's. And this wide
1:10receiver room leaves a hell [music] of a
1:11lot to be desired. I would not be
1:13surprised if the Chiefs are once again,
1:15for the fourth year in a row, more of an
1:17average offense as opposed to a
1:18juggernaut.
