Antonio Williams

PositiveBreakout10:00

Rookie Antonio Williams saw a significant boost in usage with a 73% route share, operating in a role similar to Terry McLaurin's with an 11.4 aDOT, despite his typical slot-heavy profile.

Insight page

Ashton Dulin

NegativeUsage12:07

Ashton Dulin saw increased involvement in the passing game, tying for the team lead with six targets.

Insight page

Athan Kaliakmanis

PositiveUsage8:04

Athan Kaliakmanis replaced the injured Mariota and provided a spark by aggressively targeting the deep field, recording the highest single-game mark of the season for passes thrown 30+ air yards.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

PositiveUsage27:15

Braelon Allen saw increased usage with 57% of snaps and 68% of team carries, showing high efficiency with tackles avoided ranking among the league's best alongside Kenneth Walker III and Jahmyr Gibbs. The team is opting to lean on Allen in competitive game scripts, evidenced by Ameer Abdullah receiving zero carries.

Insight page

Brenton Strange

NegativeUsage29:08

Brenton Strange recorded a 16.5 fantasy point performance with an 89% route share and a team-leading 35% target share (eight targets). Despite the spike game, Ian Hartitz remains skeptical of his long-term value due to a crowded offense, noting he is not a priority waiver add and expects Parker Washington and Jakobi Meyers to potentially outproduce him.

Insight page

Brevin Jordan

NegativeDepth Chart21:27

Brevin Jordan returned to the lineup and is part of the tight end rotation that is limiting Dalton Schultz's fantasy ceiling.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeUsage27:06

Brian Thomas Jr. recorded a 70% route share, consistent with his role in the team's receiving pecking order over the first three games.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveUsage17:12

CeeDee Lamb is a high-volume target earner, recording 17 catches for 189 yards and a touchdown on 21 targets. He benefits from scheme protection that moves him into the slot. While he currently holds a 32% target share, Ian Hartitz expects this to regress toward 26% as the season progresses, which may redistribute targets to other receivers.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveUsage57:33

Chase Brown is a high-upside play with a 79% snap share and significant receiving volume, evidenced by 11 catches for 71 yards and a 21% target share in the most recent game.

Insight page

Chigoziem Okonkwo

PositiveRole21:53

Chigoziem Okonkwo did not play a full-time role in his first game back from a hamstring injury, logging 61% of routes, but he remains a viable streaming option for tight-end-needy teams; he is a notable sub-20% owned player.

Insight page

Craig Reynolds

NegativeUsage11:53

Craig Reynolds continues to receive carries in a backfield that Ian Hartitz notes shows no signs of condensing into a single-back role, complicating the distribution of touches.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

PositiveProjection15:08

Dak Prescott remains a high-floor fantasy asset in a potent Cowboys passing offense, consistently providing the potential for 300-yard passing games. He overcame a slow start to finish with 335 passing yards and a game-winning touchdown. Fantasy managers should monitor his right hand, which was wrapped post-game, though he claims he is fine.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

NegativeBust21:18

Dalton Schultz is struggling for fantasy relevance, scoring only 2.9 PPR points despite a 76% route share. Ian Hartitz notes he lacks a fantasy ceiling and his floor is lower than consensus expectations, with his role being impacted by the rotation of Cade Stover and Brevin Jordan.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

NegativeProjection8:28

Daniel Jones is struggling significantly, averaging under six yards per attempt and showing regression to pre-2025 form. He committed an interception and an egregious fumble in the Week 4 win, and generally looked poor on the season.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeBust22:05

David Montgomery has been disappointing, managing only 115 scoreless yards over his last three games after a strong Week 1 performance. He is currently in a split backfield where Woody Marks has taken goal-line carries for two consecutive weeks. While Montgomery remains a low-end RB2 due to volume, Ian Hartitz suggests benching him for a viable wide receiver in close start/sit decisions.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection60:51

Drake Maye delivered a strong performance with 26.2 fantasy points, including 54 rushing yards and 55 yards on four scrambles. He is currently operating as a low-end QB1, and Ian Hartitz notes that his previous ranking of QB22 was too low, suggesting he will be ranked higher moving forward. He showed efficient downfield passing and significant improvement over his first three weeks.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveUsage14:55

Despite a disappointing 7% target share in the most recent game, George Pickens maintains an 89% route share and 19% target share on the season. Ian Hartitz projects his target share to climb toward 21-22% as CeeDee Lamb's current 32% share regresses. Hartitz recommends buying Pickens while managers are frustrated, citing his deep-threat ability and the high-volume Cowboys passing attack.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeInjury30:22

Ja'Marr Chase left the game early due to a concussion. Ian Hartitz notes that concussions often result in players missing the following week's action, which impacts his immediate availability.

Insight page

Jake Ferguson

NegativeUsage15:27

Jake Ferguson is struggling to produce, recording only 4.1 PPR points in his most recent game. Ian Hartitz suggests that fantasy managers should continue to fade him given his current lack of consistent production. He is currently viewed as a mid-range TE2, comparable to Dalton Schultz, and is ranked behind Mike Gesicki for start/sit decisions.

Insight page

Jakobi Meyers

PositiveProjection26:58

Jakobi Meyers recorded an 82% route share, maintaining his established position in the Jaguars' receiving pecking order. Ian Hartitz projects that Meyers will likely finish the season with higher fantasy production than Brenton Strange.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveProjection17:48

Javonte Williams is performing as an elite fantasy running back, averaging over 20 PPR points per game, making him one of only seven running backs to reach this threshold this season. He maintained a 75% snap share in the backfield, serving as the primary back.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeUsage9:00

The Commanders are planning for Jayden Daniels to return and start in Week 5 against the Giants, with reports indicating his elbow feels better than when he was injured last year. However, Ian Hartitz notes his rushing upside is currently limited by the elbow injury and a shift in the team's offensive scheme toward playing more from under center.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveMatchup25:27

Joe Burrow continues to demonstrate high-volume passing upside, evidenced by a 428-yard, one-touchdown performance. Ian Hartitz notes that Burrow's ability to throw for 300+ yards in any given week makes his pass-catchers highly valuable for fantasy, even in games that fall short of high-scoring expectations.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveUsage8:23

Jonathan Taylor remains the focal point of the Colts offense, maintaining over 70% of the snaps. He continues to produce, recording 97 total yards and two touchdowns in the win over the Commanders.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveUsage10:56

Despite a 95% route share, Josh Downs disappointed with only 4.6 PPR points (three catches, 16 yards) on a 14% target share; he saw no red zone or end zone targets.

Insight page

Laquon Treadwell

PositiveUsage11:42

Laquon Treadwell led the Colts in receiving production with 9.2 PPR points and tied for the team lead with six targets.

Insight page

Marcus Mariota

NegativeInjury7:52

Marcus Mariota exited the game early due to an aggravated MCL injury after recording a 35-yard rush and a completion to Bill Crosky.

Insight page

Mike Gesicki

PositiveUsage55:22

Mike Gesicki saw his route share increase to 71%, up from his usual 50-60% range. He capitalized on this with 13 PPR points, including a red-zone target and a touchdown catch. He becomes a high-end TE2 if Ja'Marr Chase is out, and potentially a low-end TE1 if both Chase and Higgins are sidelined.

Insight page

Mitchell Tinsley

NegativeDepth Chart55:04

Mitchell Tinsley served as the Bengals' WR3, recording 7.9 PPR points on a 57% route share. He is viewed as a secondary depth option behind Dante Meyers should Tee Higgins miss time.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveBreakout19:40

Nico Collins returned to form with 7 catches on 8 targets for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns, boasting a 31% target share and 91% route share. He is currently ranked behind only Jaxon Smith-Njigba and CeeDee Lamb in recent performance.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeBust25:33

Ian Hartitz notes a disappointing performance from Parker Washington, who recorded only seven scoreless yards and dropped a probable 35-yard touchdown pass. Despite this, Washington led the Jaguars in route participation with an 85% route share, maintaining his role as the team's primary wide receiver. Hartitz suggests he is likely to see more consistent involvement in the offense moving forward compared to Brenton Strange.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeUsage65:06

Rhamondre Stevenson continues to dominate high-leverage Patriots backfield work, securing 100% of snaps inside the five-yard line and primary two-minute drill duties. While rushing attempts were split closely at 45% for Stevenson versus 48% for his teammate, Stevenson remains the preferred option for goal-line and high-leverage situations.

Insight page

Ryan Flournoy

NegativeUsage15:27

Ryan Flournoy is functioning as the Cowboys' third option in the passing game, currently commanding a 16% target share. Ian Hartitz notes that Flournoy's reliance on shallow routes makes him an easy read for Dak Prescott, which currently impacts the vertical target volume available for George Pickens.

Insight page

Samaje Perine

NegativeSleeper18:35

Ian Hartitz identifies Samaje Perine as a viable handcuff option to target on waiver wires for deeper leagues. Perine recently had a 14-yard touchdown run nullified by an iffy holding penalty.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

PositiveUsage9:08

Stefon Diggs saw a 76% route participation rate and a 25% target share (nine targets) in the absence of Terry McLaurin, marking his second consecutive week over 70% route participation.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

PositiveUsage30:42

Tee Higgins is a high-upside fantasy asset, evidenced by his 16 targets and 157 yards. Despite a minor adductor (hip) injury, his massive 124 unrealized air yards and 30% target share confirm his WR1 status while Ja'Marr Chase is sidelined.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeInjury10:22

Terry McLaurin was ruled doubtful for the game after picking up an injury late in the week during practice; his status remains a key monitor for next week.

Insight page

Treylon Burks

PositiveUsage10:32

Treylon Burks scored a long touchdown and finished with 11.7 fantasy points, though he only participated in 61% of the team's pass plays. He was also utilized as a deep threat, catching a long pass from Athan Kaliakmanis.

Insight page

Tyler Goodson

PositiveSleeper17:58

Tyler Goodson has emerged as the clear handcuff, playing 21% of snaps behind Javonte Williams. Ian Hartitz recommends adding him in all formats as a high-upside stash, noting he is widely available on waiver wires and serves as a viable bench stash for deeper or 'sicko' leagues.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

NegativeUsage8:54

Tyler Warren recorded five catches for 41 scoreless yards, seeing only five targets in a game where the Colts passing attack struggled.

Insight page

Wan'Dale Robinson

PositiveValue16:43

Ian Hartitz suggests that Wan'Dale Robinson is currently a better fantasy asset than George Pickens, noting that Robinson has outscored Pickens by 0.1 points on the season and recommending a trade for him if possible.

Insight page

Woody Marks

NegativeUsage22:13

Woody Marks has converted goal-line carries for touchdowns in consecutive weeks, but Ian Hartitz warns that the hype is overblown and it is not a full backfield takeover. Marks benefits from lighter defensive boxes compared to David Montgomery, but the Texans' offensive line remains a significant issue for both backs.

Insight page

Xavier Hutchinson

NegativeUsage20:48

Xavier Hutchinson recorded a 19% target share but was limited to playing only 33% of the pass plays.

3:58It is a great day to break down all the week.
4:02It is a great day to break down all the week for action. We laugh, we cried, maybe we even secured a fantasy football
4:09victory. Regardless, we are going to go ahead and talk about all the good that went down, all the bad, all the
4:15utilization, all the shees in between.
4:16And by we, I mean myself and Fantasy Life director of analytics, Dwayne the Rock McFarland, Mr. Dwayne, happy end of week four, man. Quarter through the
4:24season. Life comes at you fast.
4:25>> Yeah, man. It really does. Uh, and good fall start by you. I think you got back on sides just in time. No penalty flag
4:32on that one, Ian.
4:34>> Hey, we'll watch the film and get better as always. But yes, guys, if you're joining us for the first time, welcome.
4:38We appreciate you. But we'll be going through all 13 games from Sunday's slate. Again, starting off with the winning team, ending with the losing
4:44team, and talking about pretty much everything that went down. So, let's get after it with the London 9:30 a.m.
4:50kickoff. Colts took down the Commanders 30-13. Enjury covering with ease as five-point faves under Cash at 46 and a half. That said, Dwayne, if you will
4:58look the final score, you might have mistakenly assumed this Colts offense actually looked good out there. And sure, Jonathan Taylor did Jonathan
5:04Taylor things. End up racking up 97 total yards and a pair of touchdowns.
5:08But man, just 3.9 yards per play. Daniel Jones, he threw an interception. He lost a fumble that was of the especially
5:14Hregious variety. Also, just generally looked pretty horrible on the season.
5:18Now, it's only Daniel Jones and Jacobe Brassette who are averaging under six yards per attempt. So, just this passing game, man. Now, it's not been easy
5:25without your number one receiver, $116 million man, Alec Pearson, the picture.
5:29And they even lost Ken for this one as well. But Josh DS, three catches, 16 scoreless yards. Tyler Warren, five catches, 41 scoreless yards. beyond
5:38Jonathan Taylor, man. Just nothing is guaranteed in Indie right now.
5:42>> Yeah. I mean, it's just and this is the uh joy of the NFL. It's the joy of fantasy, right? We look at it and we're
5:47like, "Okay, this is a funnel defense."
5:49The one thing the Commanders are doing good this year with Sunny Styles playing the run really well, but they are terrible against the pass, giving up one
5:56of the largest boosts to wide receivers.
5:58And that's not how it plays out in this game. Washington just flat out comes out and punches the Colts in the face. As
6:04far as their passing game is concerned, yes, the Colts did win the game, but like you said, man, Aaron Jones, I mean,
6:09Aaron Jones, Daniel Jones, like Daniel Jones slightly better than Aaron Jones as a passer, but maybe not much, Ian.
6:15And so, Daniel Jones feels like it's just really regressed back to the pre2025 form where we've just not really seen that much from him. Can they get it
6:23going? Probably. I still think Shane Stiken has a really good uh scheme. I think they have some good weapons. You talked about some of the injuries they
6:29were dealing with today, but man, the dud from Josh DS, I saw you put out a couple of tweets. Uh because anytime
6:35fantasy gets so hyped, this is bound to happen. Uh I will still scream the process is why is is correct, but my
6:42wife and my daughter, they have already left. They pilledled out. Like they didn't even say anything to me. Smoke coming from the tires. They're like
6:49halfway to Mexico or something right now. Uh but 4.6 PR points from Josh Downs. He was out there, Ian. 95% route
6:56share but a 14% target share. Uh he had one area on the day. How about that for you? No red zone targets, no endzone
7:02targets. Uh it was Laquan Treadwell leading the team with 9.2 PPR points. Uh so yeah, a rough day. Look, I think you
7:10just kind of have to chalk it up to it was a bad game, you know, for the Colts and uh you know, you just have to move
7:15forward. But I think the bigger concern is what you pointed out like is is Daniel Jones like ever going to get back
7:20on track to what we saw early last season?
7:22Just really concerning man in a game without Pierce, without Keenan Allen. We only get four targets to Josh DS, only five to Tyler Warren. I mean, Ashton
7:30Doulan and Laquan Treo had six targets a piece, man. Just crazy to me that you can't at least go down with your top
7:36guys. But when is a win is a win. Downs did have 20 targets combined over the previous two weeks. Not sure I'm going
7:41to get all the way up there. A wide receiver 17 or wherever I had him going to this week for next week's matchup
7:46against the Steelers, but still a good football player. He would like to think better days could be ahead when Don Jones can at least somewhat resemble a
7:52professional quarterback. Over on the other side, Dwayne, unfortunately, Marcus Mariota got knocked out of this one early with an aggravated MCL injury.
7:59Was doing okay before in Manhattan. 35 yardd rush found Bill Crosky Maria for a nice gain as well on a swing pass. Just
8:04again had to lead the game. And that brought in Athan Calakanis. What you going to do when Calamania runs through you brother? Six different passes Dwayne
8:13that were thrown 30 plus area yards downfield. That has the highest single game mark of the season. I freaking love a backup quarterback that says, "You
8:21know what? I'm not sure how to read a defense, so I'm just going to throw the ball deep." Kudos to him, man. Was
8:25picking on Sauce Gardner, which I did not know would ever be something that I would witness in my life from Aan Calico
8:31Manis, who we all kind of found out existed about a month ago in the preseason. Found Trayon Broch for a long
8:36touchdown. Found Diami Brown for a long game. But yeah, man, it was a passing game that again just got thrown off so
8:42early. As a team, the Commanders went two for 15 on third down, one for four on fourth down. Washington had 10
8:48penalties. Indianapolis only had one penalty. So again, scoreboard this was a complete blowout. But really, I think it was Washington's just lack of offense
8:55and kind of shooting them themselves in the foot that really did that in at the end of the day. But the good news,
9:00Dwayne, is that per Jay Glazer, the Commanders are planning on Jaden Daniels returning and starting in week five for their matchup against the Giants, which
9:08thank God because in that case, hopefully we can get excited about Stefon Diggs and perhaps a returning Terry McLaren again.
9:13>> Yeah. And great job by you there. I think you started off with a Bad Boys, Bad Boys, like you it was like cops, but
9:19then you went into Hulk Hogan, Hulkamomania. I don't know how you did that or where that came from, but that was genius by you. Yeah. So, hopefully
9:25we get Jaden Daniels back. Like, can the elbow hold up? I don't know. The reports are is that he says it feels way better
9:31than whenever he injured it last year.
9:32So, for whatever that's worth, I don't know that that helps with reinjury, but hey guys, let's at least get a brace on
9:37that thing. Maybe two braces. You know what I'm saying? So, we look at uh what happened today in the receiving game.
9:41No, Terry McLaren. So, we did see a higher route participation rate from Stefon Diggs. 76% of the routes to lead the team, 8.5 PPR points. That's two
9:50weeks in a row where we've had Diggs over 70%. Not how sure how much we can really read into it. Ian only five
9:55catches for 35 yards, but he did have the nine targets, 25% target share. But it was uh the rookie Antonio Williams
10:01was the one that really got the biggest boost today. He had a 73% route share.
10:05That was nice to see because >> we really think of Antonio Williams right now, his role would be to play inside and play underneath, right?
10:12Really do a lot of the slot work. But then in this game, they did let him work further down the field. 11.4 average
10:17depth of target. So he was playing more of that Terry McLaren role. Not getting the full thing, but getting more of it
10:22than any of the other players on the commander. So, we'll have to keep an eye on McLaren, see how things are looking
10:26for next week. He was doubtful heading into this game after picking up an injury late week in practice. So, we'll be eyeballing that. Trayon Burks, you
10:32know, did score the touchdown, burning Sauce Gardner, which was kind of funny.
10:3611.7 fantasy points for him, but only played 61% of the pass plays.
10:41>> Antonio Williams, someone who's been popping with some of these, you know, under the radar metrics, you know, your yards per run, your separation scoring,
10:48things like that. He actually did have a pretty sweet 87 yard catch and run touchdown that got wiped out by an
10:53illegal shift which obviously made the play dead from the start. Also a holding penalty. I thought the holding was a little bit iffy. Another person who
11:01maybe doesn't like Antonio Williams could argue that the corner could have gotten off the block and made the tackle if there wasn't the hold there. So, you
11:07know, I'll leave it up to the eye of the beholder. But just realize, guys, really was a nice yak play from Antonio
11:12Williams. He did everything he could do and it's good to see Washington getting him back involved. Did my eyes deceive me or was he about to get caught by a
11:18defensive lineman, >> bro?
11:20>> Yeah, that [laughter] was he pulled something on that play, but he was definitely slowing down. He either ran out of gas or something went went wrong
11:27with one of his legs, but but yeah, he didn't get caught. [laughter] >> Just got to be faster than the guy
11:32chasing you. Remember that, kids. But Dwayne, obviously though, we did have some uh other use of stuff to go over here. Jakori Kroski Meritt with no
11:38Rashad White only found his way into 11 touches. So, could have been a cooler day in the box score if Marcus Mario
11:44didn't miss him for a potential sevenyard touchdown. He was open in the back of the end zone but got overthrown.
11:49But man, Austin Eckler coming in taking some of the passime work is one thing.
11:53Craig freaking Reynolds getting carries like is this backfield ever going to condense Dwayne because it doesn't look like it to me.
11:59>> I I don't I don't think so. And I don't think that there's anyone good enough to take it over. I think that's the
12:04challenge, you know. So JCM, even though you don't have Rashad White, honestly, I would say the person most capable of taking over this backfield is probably
12:11the one that didn't play today. Like if I just had to put a chip on someone for the rest of the season, not saying it's
12:16going to happen, but they've tried this with Jakori Crosky, Merit, he's just not been effective. Now, I will say they could get Sam Cosby as well as Nick uh
12:24Aligretti back next week. Those are two guys that missed uh Nick Aligretti hasn't played yet this season. Sam Cosmy's list missed the last two games.
12:31Obviously Laramie Tonsel probably done for the year with the torn pectoral.
12:35They could get him back later, but not in probably time to help you in fantasy.
12:38So the offensive line's been really terrible. I I I mean to be fair to JCM, uh if you look at him, he had 1.7 yards
12:45per carry today, and you're like, "God, that's terrible." Well, 1.9 of it was after contact. So I mean the dude was
12:51really like just doing what he could. Uh but yeah, nine carries for 15 yards. So even if we were to get this back field
12:56condensed, it's just tough with this offensive line. But it could get healthier. And we know Jaden Daniels can help open up things, but I don't know
13:03how much they're going to really be running Jaden Daniels in the design run game, Ian, because of the elbow. And they're just playing way more from under
13:09center, which means less design rushing attempts for the quarterback.
13:13>> Did we see Chicka Conquo get a full-time role in his first game back from the hamstring injury?
13:17>> No. 61% routes, but you know, it can be a ramp up thing after missing those two games. So, we'll just kind of keep an
13:22eye on it, but definitely uh you know, the top tight end for the day, but not in a full-time role.
13:28>> They do have a situation. I was looking at cuz uh Kelsey's on by this next week and I think it's like Laaporta, maybe
13:33someone else in week six. And I did think that Chig was one of the better guys out there that's legit like sub 20%
13:39own. So again, if you are trying to look ahead guys, still could think that we see those routes ramp up. It's an
13:43offense that we do think has some semblance of upside and obviously Chick has been a pretty good pass catcher over the years. We'll see what happens. But
13:49again, Washington versus the Giants here next week in an NFC East battle. Moving along, we had the Cowboys take down the
13:55Texans in a battle for Texas here 34 to30. Dallas won with a pick them closing line over cash at 48 1/2 points.
14:02Dak Prescott to CD Lamb for a 12yd game-winning touchdown with just 40 seconds left. And for the first time in recent memory, Dwayne, the Cowboys
14:10actually got a meaningful stop on defense. So, good stuff there from the whole team. Of course, Dak Prescott 335 yards and a touchdown through the air.
14:18Wasn't all that easy though, man. At the end of the first half, like it was looking pretty rough. Just 76 net
14:22passing yards for Dak at halftime. But he figured out at some point just keep throwing the rocks to CD Lamb. 17
14:28catches for 189 yards and one touchdown on 21 targets. Dwayne, he's only trailing Jackson Smith and Jigan PR points. And if that sticks throughout
14:37the rest of the year, I don't know. I won't be shocked. No, I won't either. I mean, CD Lamb's a very good player. 41.3
14:43PPR points today. Uh, and he continues to get all of the scheme protection stuff, right? He's the guy that's getting to play in the slot. They're
14:50moving him around the offense. I think Pickkins is going to be fine. I mean, he gave you 9.5 PPR points today. Last
14:55week, he gave you 15. We're just not getting these huge target share games, you know, from Pickkins. But he was at
15:0123% target share coming into this one.
15:03He had 7% target share today. So, I think we still want to be involved just with one of the best passing offenses in
15:08the league. You mentioned it with Dak. I mean, 335 yards. I know it started slow, but you still got there against a Tex a
15:14Texans defense that honestly hasn't been very good this year. Now, they've played a lot of really good offenses. pretty tough schedule to start the year for the
15:20Texans defense. Still have a good pass rush, but they've been struggling a bit, you know, in that secondary. Um, but then every whenever you look at uh, you
15:27know, Dak's third option, it was Florenoi again today. And Ferguson, the guy that we love to say fade every week, but he just scores a touchdown. Didn't
15:33score his touchdown today. Ian, so only 4.1 PPR points for Jake Ferguson. I'm sure you have something to say about Brevin Span forward being better than
15:41Jake Ferguson. [snorts] >> You might be, man. People are saying, Dwayne, I'm going to start doing like the Josh P thing where I don't say it. I
15:47just say people are saying it and that actually like eradicates me from actually facing any blame at any point in time. But I do wonder if people are
15:54going to be getting frustrated with pickings. Dwayne, I'm not I but I keep saying, you know, I've caught myself.
15:58I'm I do my wide receiver tears and I tell everyone, you know, I'm sitting here in this room alone and I'm like,
16:02"Hey guys, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when Pickkins are going to go off." But I I keep saying this every
16:08single week, all right? And I do recognize the ridiculousness of it when he keeps not going off. Had a sweet 54
16:14yard catch. He keeps up there with the league lead. You know, he literally, I think, led the league in defensive pass
16:18interference yards last year. It was him or Justin Jefferson. He had a couple more penalties there. I'm with you. I love Dak. I think Pickkins is going to
16:26blow up here sooner rather than later.
16:27Maybe it's going to be on Thursday night against the Buccaneers. That's a great matchup. Would you be trying to do everything you can to get Pickkins or do
16:33we think maybe we need to adjust just I guess expectations a little bit? He has scored just 0.1 more points than Wandell
16:40Robinson this year, which does hurt me to say out loud.
16:43>> Well, I would definitely trade him for Wale Robinson. How about that for an easy [laughter] out? Yeah. Uh I mean,
16:48look, Pickkins on the year, 89% route share, a 19% target share. Uh playing in the Cowboys offense. We think he's going
16:55to end up more around like a 21 22% target share. I think that still happens for the year. You're playing in one of
17:01the few offenses where the passing game is still really rolling. I mean, as long as we have Dak, >> uh you know, out here with a chance to
17:07throw for 300 yards every game that he's in, like, you just don't have many players that are like that. It's just
17:12it's been a weird start to the year where where Lamb really is dominating.
17:15Lamb Lamb has a 32% target share on the season. As much as we love CD Lamb, like that number is going to be more like 26%
17:22most likely on the season and then and the rest of that's going to go to Pickin. So, I think the kind of the
17:28biggest of annoyance for Pickkins right now, and I don't mean this in a bad way towards Ryan Florenoi, but he's got a
17:3416% target share and he runs all these really shallow routes. So, it's just another really easy read for Dak to get
17:39to versus pushing the the ball vertical to Pickkins. But, I would, yes, be betting on Pickkins rebounding, and I would want to be buying if someone's
17:46willing to be selling.
17:48>> Otherwise, Javvante Williams, three more touchdowns, now has 19 and 20 games with the Cowboys. One of only seven running backs averaging north of 20 PPR points
17:56per game this season. Great stuff there.
17:58We have seen Tyler Goodson, Dwayne, seemingly emerge as the handcuff.
18:02Probably could have mentioned this for the Colts as well. In terms of looking at the actual handcuffs that I think would be on the cover wafer wires if we
18:08had an injury happen. Seth McGoan for the Colts and Tyler Goodson for the Cowboys. Probably two of the pure cheaper ones out there. I would also put
18:15Samaj Peter in that group.
18:16>> Yeah, McGawan had a larger uh role in the pass game today. Took a little bit of the work off of Jonathan Taylor who
18:22was still over 70% of the snaps, but I think it's encouraging that you're seeing a team trying to ramp up a rookie
18:27and gave him a little bit more uh responsibility. So, I'm with you. I think that's very positive. It's a good offensive line for the Colts. didn't
18:34necessarily look that great today. Uh but they have been pretty good for the season. Then if you look at the Cowboys,
18:39yes, Tyler Goodson was the running back too easily today. Uh 21% of the snaps behind Javvante Williams 75%. I snagged Goodson and all these skank leagues that
18:47I played in last week. You know that we do Ian where everybody it's a 20 round draft 12 teams. I I tried to pick up
18:53Tyler Goodson, you know, on every team that I could. If I had a drop, I was picking him up. But he's still out there
18:58quite a bit. And a lot of the leagues that you guys play in, Tyler Goodson is available. But even in deeper leagues,
19:03uh, you know, I had multiple times where I did not get him and he was not picked up by someone else.
19:08>> Again, not guaranteeing he's going to step into that role and just be this workhorse guy that we can't keep out of
19:13starting lineups. Maybe it does go more the direction of a Marshon Lloyd, but at a minimum, he is free and if you are in
19:18the in the skank leagues like Dwayne and myself could certainly do worse than having someone like that on your bench.
19:22Last thing for the Cowboys, just keep an eye on Dak. Have his right hand wrapped in the post game, but he did say he's
19:27fine for what that's worth. Will be a quick turnaround though ahead of Thursday night's matchup at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Over with the
19:34Houston Texans 0 and4 now man for a team that a lot of people thought could be Super Bowl contenders. I certainly
19:40thought they were going to be a hell of a lot better than 0 and4 to start the year. But we did get the return of Nico
19:44Collins which did actually make this offense worth viewing again. 347 and two touchdowns through the air from CJ Strad. Both of which did go to our guy
19:52Nico. He caught seven of eight targets for 118 yards otherwise. So had a 45 yard catch right out of the gate, man.
19:58Really did look like he was back to 100%. And yeah, took a tough hit after one of those touchdowns. Man, I was
20:03worried that he wasn't going to be getting up quite fast enough, but he was out there and as things stand now 26 PPR
20:09points per game for Nico Collins. We mentioned JSN City Lamb, but right now behind those two guys, Dwayne, it's Nico Collins.
20:16>> Yeah, 30.8 PPR today. Like you said, 91% rous share, 31% target share with eight on the day. They had one red zone
20:22target, two end zone targets, both of which he caught four touchdowns. 9.8 average depth of target. That's the other nice thing. I don't have the
20:29average route depth up yet. It's not populating, but he's not just playing this deep role, like much more integrated into the offense. And we
20:36actually saw that switch late last year uh with this offense under Nick Kayley.
20:39So, it's something they seem to have carried over into this season.
20:42Obviously, still going to have his big shots down the field, guys, but he's everything like Booty 8% target share.
20:48Uh Hutchinson 19% target share only played 33% of the past plays today.
20:53Jaylen Null uh 73% route share but only a 12% target share. He scored 11.9 PPR points today. Had a nice long play. Um
21:01so yeah, it's a very consolidated offense. They typically like to run a lot of the 12 and 13 personnel stuff.
21:06Didn't do it as much today. Try to keep the pedal to the metal. Mostly played out of 11 62% of the time. But I I
21:12really do like this offense for Nico Collins even though the team is 0 and4.
21:15And if the defense is going to continue to struggle, like that was another thing that ultimately would hurt Nico is that
21:20when the defense was just so good clamping everyone, you didn't have the need to be in these shootouts like what we saw today for the Cowboys.
21:27>> Null and Booty would be the two that I would want to get maybe speculative ads on the bench. That said, Dwayne, without
21:32an injury to Nico, I'm just pretty hardressed to think that we're going to be confidently starting them. So, just something to keep in mind there. At the
21:38tight end room, is Dalton Schultz losing all of his routes, man? He had the huge game in week two and I feel like people
21:43have been chasing those points, but here we are again, man. We're just seeing a little bit too much Kate Stove and a
21:47returning Brevin Jordan. My guy, dozens of us still believe Twine.
21:51>> Yeah, I think uh Marlon Klein was inactive for this one. Opened it up for Brevin Jordan. Um but uh Dalton Schultz
21:58is still getting a good role. I mean, as far as his route, 76%, but like just not a high-end target earner, which is why
22:05like I've really not bought into moving him way up the ranks in the weekly ranks. Like I'll have him like tight end
22:1015 16. It's like okay, you're in a pinch, you can start him. There's just not much of a ceiling with Dalton
22:14Schultz. And this shows that like the floor is actually not as good as what most people think. Only 2.9 PPR points
22:20and an absolute barn burner shootout.
22:22Like I mean come on. Like you got to get more than this.
22:25>> Meanwhile, David Montgomery, another disappointing day. Week one, guys. He had 79 yards and three touchdowns in three games since though. Just 115
22:33scoreless yards. Hasn't helped that for the second week in a row. Woody Mars actually was the one taking the goal line carry and converting it for six
22:40points. So, wasn't a takeover or anything like that. And I think that some of the Woody Marks propaganda was maybe a little bit overblown this week.
22:47Dwayne, I'm open to the idea that Woody Mars could be better in the offense than Monty. I think he's a little more
22:52explosive, maybe a little bit better pass catcher, but to pretend like Woody has just made so much more out of his
22:57opportunities than Monty this year, that's just what I don't really buy. I don't think it's either guy's fault. I think the offensive line is generally
23:03pretty terrible. So, that's where I'm at with it. But man, as things stand this even and we're not even getting big-time
23:09volume out of Montgomery, we got the buys coming up. So, it's tough to always move guys too low. I mean, look, I
23:14wanted nothing to do even, you know, I wanted nothing to do with the Marin Hampton this last week. I think I still
23:19had him RB 24, RB25. So, I'm not saying we're going to be tanking Monty here, but man, if you got a close start sit,
23:26you got a wide receiver with a pulse, I'm fine using them over Monty at this point.
23:29>> Yeah, I think that's where it gets interesting. If Monty's your running back three and you can flex a receiver over him, um it'll be tough to get him
23:35outside the top 24 just by the nature of everyone else that's behind him. Like who's going to really climb past Monty
23:41at this point? Like he's just right there in a group of guys. But you nailed it. It the problem is we have more of a
23:46split role than what people want. Even though it's not like Woody Marks is this amazing player and then we have a
23:51terrible offensive line. I mean Monty was 10 of 20 10 for 24 yards today. So 2.4 yards per carry. 3.1 had to come
23:58after contact guys. So, he's doing all the work on his own. And then Markx, he gets the lighter boxes, so his yards per
24:04uh carry are going to look better. 3.7 for him today, but not like that's crazy good for someone getting to line up
24:10against light boxes. He did get the touchdown again, so that's two weeks in a row. Um, and that's the one thing
24:15that's a little bit worrying. But at the same time, like Monty, >> 83% of the two-minute offense, and they were in it quite a bit today. Only 17%
24:22for Mark. So, it's not like they've completely erased him from the passing game either. It's just that Strad was not looking underneath today against the
24:28Cowboys. He was like, I'm pushing this ball down the field because I know who I'm playing. And that was the smart move
24:33by Straoud. He threw for 347 yards, 11.2 yards per attempt today against the Cowboys. So, I think Monty, the role is
24:41the role still says like lowend running back, too. It's the offensive line.
24:44Like, it's just a massive massive issue right now for all of the Texans.
24:48>> Hopefully, better days ahead in the scoring department. It would make sense if they are coming here next week when the Texans take on the Tennessee Titans.
24:56All right, moving right along, Dwayne.
24:57We had the Jaguars beat the Bengals 2217. Maybe not getting the fireworks we were hoping for with the week's highest game total. The under did cash at 51 and
25:04a half. But hey, a win is a win is a win. The Jaguars got that as 2 and a half point underdog. So Trevor Lawrence,
25:10look, he was efficient. He made the most out of most of his passing dropbacks.
25:14Again, it was just a little bit underwhelming. 227 yards and one touchdown. No picks, 18 of 23 passing, but took the four sacks. The Jaguars had
25:22over 100 penalty yards, I believe, in the first half. And they were winning.
25:25They were up a lot. It took like some late game heroics from Joe Burrow and company for this to even be as close as
25:30it was at the final buzzer. But yeah, expected more from Trevor Lawrence.
25:33Expected more from Parker Washington who finally proved he is mortal. Dwayne just seven scoreless yards out there. Dropped a probable 35 yard touchdown. He kind of
25:43would have had at the two- yard line. I think he would have rolled into the end zone before he got touched. And at the
25:48end of the game, man, wound up actually making a nice catch for those seven yards. And for a second looked like he
25:53got loose from there 30 plus after the catch. Replay showed he just so barely stepped out of bounds though. So unfortunate for Parker, but again just
26:00unfortunate from the entire passing game. I'd like to think that we're going to see more than 23 pass attempts here moving forward. But on the other side of
26:07things, man, this Jacksonville defense is no joke to uh give them some respect.
26:10>> Yeah. And and the Jaguars have been very balanced in every game. You know, I mean, we've had a couple games where
26:15they were winning via blowout. So it was like, all right, like how real is this?
26:18But their drop back rate over expectation is like not it's not a it doesn't show them to be a pass heavy
26:23team. They are very willing to lean into the run game and they're trying to win through efficiency. So I think we're
26:28going to see a little bit more running than what most people thought from the Jaguars this year. But as far as all
26:33these receivers go, I don't really have anything to add. Everyone was in their same role. Ian, it was Parker Washington with the most routes today. And this
26:39guys, this is early data, so these could be a little off. Uh I don't have all the routes in yet for the Jaguars. So, I'll
26:45try to let you know whenever we have teams where the data is not complete, but what I have shows 85% route share.
26:50That was number one wide receiver for the team. Jacobe Myers at 82%. Uh Brian Thomas Jr. at 70%. So, basically the
26:56same pecking order that we have seen, you know, really for these first three games as well. So, I would just chalk
27:02this one up as hey, anything can happen on any given Sunday. Parker Washington still a wide receiver one in fantasy, still the wide receiver one for the
27:09Jaguars. But Ian, at the running back position, we did see a little bit more work today. And again, early data, but a
27:15little bit more work for Beasel Tutin.
27:17Uh 57% of the snaps, which is right around where he's been at 54%, but did handle 68% of the carries today, which
27:23was higher than what we've seen in the previous games. Amir [snorts] Abdullah did not have a carry. So, we we have
27:29talked about Air Abdullah multiple times. So I think what this comes down to is whenever you're in close games where like they're essentially like
27:36having to keep everyone out there all the time, you're probably going to see more Bejel Tutin and they're not going to use Amir Abdullah. When they get into
27:42these games where they're winning by 21, that's when we're going to start seeing like Amir Abdullah mix in. Still not ideal cuz in those games it's like come
27:48on man like let's just give those carries to Beijel Tutin and we can all move forward and get fantasy points.
27:5311.1 fantasy points today for Beijel Tutin. But Ian, I know at least two touchdowns called back but it might have been three. It was two. But I do again
28:02we we give the context of it, right?
28:04When it's illegal shift penalty that had no bearing on the play happening, that means more to me than yeah, Tuton had a
28:1044 yard touchdown and a three- yard touchdown. The 44 yard one% would not have happened without the hold, man. So, it's tough for me to be like, oh man,
28:18wow, Bashaw Tuton, the ref screwed him.
28:20Like, all right, if they didn't hold the guy, it would have been a two- yard run and we wouldn't be talking about it
28:24right now. So, >> that's why the she report is the best right there, that context. Great.
28:28>> And I appreciate you, man. But again, it's more so the underlying stuff that we get through throughout the rest of
28:32the week, man. It's the fact that Bashaw Tutin, all of these efficiency stats we look for, the tackles avoided, the yards
28:37after contact, only Kath Walker and Jir Gibbs have avoided more tackles on rush attempts this year, man. So, look, I think Bashaw Tutin, it's great news that
28:45his stuff is going up. It would have been cool if he got the touchdowns.
28:48Yeah, but it's everything else that still makes me feel good about the guys.
28:51So, touchdown for Chris Rodriguez today.
28:53And again, would have been a lot cooler if uh Toutin got those scores. For someone who is as explosive as he is,
28:58we'd like to see some explosive runs at some point. That fact is not lost on me.
29:02But yeah, just something to keep in mind when people were just throwing out the uh, you know, nullified touchdown stats out there. Otherwise, Dwayne, seven
29:08catches, 95 yards for Brettton Strange.
29:10The Bengals just refused to give up on this, you know, bit about just every opposing tight end turning to Trey McBride.
29:16>> Yeah, they Yeah, start start your tight ends against the Bengals. It looked like it was maybe going to change, but we're
29:22right back to where we were before. So, nice game for Strange. 89% route share based on the early data. 35% target
29:28share led the team with eight targets.
29:30So, uh it's nice to see that he can still have these spike games. 16 and a half fantasy points today for Strange. I
29:35still think it's just a bit crowded, man. I'm not I know Strange has been dropped in quite a few leagues. I'm not
29:40going to be going out of my way to go try to pick up Brenton Strange. I I just think that ultimately it's probably
29:45going to be more Parker Washington doing his thing and then I think Jacobe Meyers probably still finishes the year ahead of Briton Strange. But they did pay the
29:52man Ian this off seasonason. He was a guy that, you know, was at Penn State, locked in with a lot of other really
29:56good tight ends. So, he's okay in the rookie supermodel, but I also called out the fact that like, look, he's played
30:02with these other guys that got drafted, you know, so it can be tough for the model to understand that. So, worth
30:07keeping an eye on, but I'm not getting like too crazy about Brenton Strange.
30:10>> By the way, Greg Dolich from the Dolphins actually gets that Bengals defense next week. We'll talk about his uses a little bit later, but yeah, if
30:16you are a Travis Kelce manager, not the worst move. Just go ahead and again continue to rely on those spreadsheets.
30:22Meanwhile, for the Bengals, again, they almost rallied. They got the Jaguars 12 yardd line under a minute left and just couldn't quite go ahead and get the ball
30:29across the finish line, which unfortunately Dwayne has become a bit of a common theme for Joey Burrow and company when he's trailing allegedly per
30:35Twitter, which never lies. One and 35 when trailing in the last eight minutes in the NFL. So, rough one there for Joe,
30:42but you know, also for 428 yards and a touchdown out there. So, all sorts of points, all sorts of targets.
30:48Unfortunately, only 3-2. Jamar Chase had to leave early with a concussion that was stem from a really egregious face mask penalty. So, get better soon. Jamar
30:56Chase obviously one of the best football players in the world and would love to see him back out there. While he's not
31:01out there, Dwayne tough to not be infatuated with the upside of T.
31:05Higgins. Caught 11 of 16 targets, 157 scoreless yards. Suffered an adductor injury. Hand up. I had to look up what an adductor was. It is in fact part of
31:13your hip. So, something to keep in mind there. but was limping around late, still catching passes. Amidst all this, man, he had a week high 124 unrealized
31:22air yards. So, that just goes to show you the ceiling for T. Higgins route, Jamar Chase. 150 plus yards with meat
31:27still left on the bone.
31:28>> Yeah, 219 airs on the day. Like you said, a lot of them unrealized. 47% of the air yards for the team led the way.
31:34You already talked about the targets. It was a 30% target share. And when you're on a team, we talked about this, you
31:39know, with the Cowboys, you've got a quarterback that can come out in any given week and still throw for 300 yards. in today's NFL that's pretty rare
31:46and that's what you have with Joe Burrow. So I would say for any games that we don't have Jamar Chase and
31:51hopefully we get him back next week but the way concussions work in today's NFL quite often these guys miss the next
31:56week's action. So I would say for Higgins like he's going to be in our wide receiver one conversation and it really almost doesn't matter who he's
32:03playing because he plays with Joe Burrow. So I mean if you have T Higgins oh goodness yeah well the only may stop
32:08that is [clears throat] it might be 40 to nothing by halftime in favor of the Bengals. Uh but you know what if that
32:13happens T. Higgins probably has three touchdowns in the first half, so you're still going to be feeling pretty good about it. So, yeah, the uh the other guy
32:19that got a real boost here was Dante Meyers. This was a camp darling who really came on, was playing slightly ahead of uh Kobe Young, but then with
32:26Kobe Young out today, he had a 93% route share. Again, early data, guys, this could be a little bit off, but the
32:32bottom line is was in a really big role here. Uh 15.2 2 PPR points, 17% target share, nine targets on the day. And he
32:39was the guy working more underneath an intermediate with a 7.7 average depth of target, 36 36% of the time from the
32:45slot. And also 22% of his targets were on play action. Finished the day with seven catches for 82 yards. So if you're
32:51in a sicko league right now and you have to put a chip down on who is going to be the wide receiver to for the Bengals
32:56while Jamar Chase is out behind T.
32:58Higgins, I would say that it is Dante Meyers. Nobody to go crazy with cuz Jamar Chase is eventually going to be
33:04back. but he might have handcuff upside like period like to either one of these guys. We don't know. It might be more
33:09Mitchell Tinsley if T. Higgins were to go down. He was the wide receiver three uh on the team this week and he scored
33:157.9 PPR points but only a 57% route sheriff versus 93% for Dante Meyers.
33:22>> I take it because you haven't mentioned him. You do not have good Mike Diki route.
33:25>> I do. I do but I want to let you ask. Uh 71% route share Ian was up from his like
33:31he's been in that 50 to 60% range. So, and we've seen this historically whenever Higgins or Chase do miss some time, uh, they'll play him more on the
33:38slot. He gets more opportunities. So, yeah, Giki scored 13 PPR points today.
33:42One red zone target, also one endzone target, which he did catch. That was Burrow's lone touchdown on the day despite having those 428 yards, 12.4
33:50average depth of target. So, Cassiki, I think if we don't have Higgins, like he moves into that high-end tight end two
33:56range for me, Ian, against the Dolphins next week, >> man. Where would he be? Assuming Assuming Higgins is there. Is that what
34:04you meant to say? Like no chase.
34:06>> Yeah, just no chase. Sorry. Sorry. No chase. But we do have Higgins. If we were not to have either one of them,
34:11like I think Cassiki's like lowend tight end one.
34:14>> I'm probably talking about Meyers as like a boom bust wide receiver for. I don't know if we could get him to wide
34:20receiver three on one data point, but like pro really Dante Myers at that point would be startable in deeper leagues. I'll tell you what, Dwayne, you
34:27don't have to twist my arm to start to sick you over Jake Ferguson.
34:31>> Yeah. Oh, if if Yeah. If either one of those guys are out or if both are out, I agree. And so, and look, Jake Ferguson
34:36is perpetually like in mid-range tight end two territory for me every week right next to Dalton Schultz. And then I have a spot reserved for the guys that
34:43move up for the week ahead of them. And one [laughter] of those spots will be reserved for Mike Gaseki next week if we
34:48have an injury uh situation where one of the Bengals wide receivers or both are missing.
34:53>> Love to hear it. Also someone we can expect to see more involved in the passing game with one or both of these
34:57wide receivers out is Mr. Chase Brown.
35:0010 rushing errors, Dwayne. That's one fantasy point. Luckily, he had 18.1 more PPR points just from receiving. Caught 11 balls for 71 yards. Again, it's been
35:09annoying. We haven't gotten the big plays from someone who we do fancy as being an explosive running back. Also, the touchdowns haven't been there quite
35:15as much as we would be hoping for. But again, it's the He's the George Pickins of the running back, right? He's
35:20actually just been a little bit better, I would say, than Pickins has been so far. I know. I know. Haven't gotten the
35:24boons we were hoping for with the round one, round two turn, especially with Kenneth Walker going out there and freaking dropping his nuts on every
35:30freaking fantasy team. He's playing each and every week, but you know, Chase Brown again, this is good to see. This is good to see, man. [laughter]
35:37>> Yeah. 19.1 PPR points. I don't know how I'm supposed to recover from that comment. Uh but uh look, the big thing
35:43that's been missing from Chase Brown has obviously been like the touchdowns, but also just the receiving work. And obviously Jamar Chase being out did help
35:50boost that today. But like I think Brown's receiving is going to come around anyway. So yes, he got more today, Ian. Uh with the 21% target
35:59share, 11 targets on the day, but like he's just in a great role in offense we love. I mean 79% snap share on the
36:05Bengals. You really don't have to say anything else to me. I'm just like, okay, like I want that player. I'm going
36:09to start them. If their name was Samaji Perine, I would want that player and I would be starting them. But Brown like
36:14is still a younger guy, explosive. So, I think things get going and I think today was a really good example of what he can
36:19do in the receiving game and how much Joe Burrow is willing to target him when he needs to.
36:23>> Last note, not that you guys are starting, but Somi Pieran did have a 14-y touchdown run nullified in a hold
36:28that seemed pretty iffy. The Bengals crowd was freaking pissed off and I wasn't too happy in my living room either. So, again, McGoan, Tyler
36:36Goodson, Samaja Piran, you guys are trying to again a sicko league get that bench a little more filled with some handcuffs. Those will be my cheapest
36:42picks. Moving along, the Patriots are back. They beat the Bills 29 to 26, winning outright as seven-point dogs over cashier at 49 and a half.
36:51Gamewinning 23-yard touchdown pass from Drake May to Eton Chisum with one hand.
36:56Davidson Igmanosa all over him as he is prone to do with just 1 minute 50 seconds remaining. Dwayne, weeks one through three, Drake May had 21.6
37:05fantasy points. Week four, he had 27. I don't know if the Patriots are just back. You know, they did have two two of
37:13those touchdowns were but one-handed Friday. So, good for Chisum, good for Romeo Dobs out there. Bill's defense also looks a little bit rough, but hey,
37:20we had 54 rushing yards from Drake May.
37:23He was throwing the ball downfield, only lost one fumble. Even the interception was like off of Romeo Dob's hands. It was a freak play that should not be
37:29viewed as Drake May's fault. It's good to see, man. It's very good to see.
37:33>> Yeah. 26.2 fantasy points for you today from Mr. Drake May. So, if you had him in your lineup, you felt good. but he
37:39was a borderline QB1 this week in this matchup. Guys, the personality of the Bills defense has really changed. They used to just say, "Run the ball on us.
37:47We don't care." Under Jim Leonard, they're actually trying to stop the run and teams are able to pass on them. So,
37:52uh, also a lot of turnover obviously just over the last couple years in that secondary. Uh, and a lot of those
37:57different players for the Bills have a really good pass rush, but whenever it doesn't get home, they are giving up the
38:02yards through the air. So, something to remember whenever you're thinking about your matchups moving forward. So yeah, I think Ian Drake May hanging right there
38:08in that lowend QB1 territory depending on what matchups we have. I don't know that I'm necessarily moving him up on this. I'll be happier whenever we get AJ
38:16Brown back, but it was certainly good to see this performance. Uh 45% pressure rate though. They've got injuries along that offensive line, but I'll give to
38:23give Drake credit 5% pressure to sack rate. That dude was he had a lot of pressure, but he was handling it very
38:30well today. Scrambled four times for 55 yards. And part of that, you know, you guys know how that goes. You get the
38:34pressure, you step up, there's not someone available. May certainly has the athleticism to still make good on that and give you those 55 yards. That's 5.5
38:42fantasy points right there. Two design rushing attempts. I don't know, one of those might have been a kneel down, but he had one yard in the design game to
38:49get the Raiders next week. And I can guarantee you guys, he would not be ranked at QB 22, wherever I ended up
38:54with this last one. So, had to had to knock him down to size. Dwayne had to let him know that, you know, just
38:58because you were so good in 2025, I had to go ahead and take one for all the fantasy community there. So you guys are
39:04all welcome uh for that shitty ranking.
39:06But anyway, Raandre Stevenson did score the backfield's only touchdown and he really is continuing to work pretty much ahead of Trayvon Dwayne. Again, when you
39:14look at the rushes, it was fine. 13 to Arandre, 14 to Trayvon. So it's not like they're not using their speedy second
39:20year back or anything like that, but just a little more up and down Patriots offense. Maybe they can stabilize and then all of a sudden 15 combined carries
39:27and targets will be more than enough. I do think we could see these guys in the top 24 with a couple teams being on buy
39:33here, but still not exactly, you know, either guy that I'm looking to be, you know, ramming into the lineup. That said, it does remind me a little bit of
39:40Pittsburgh the way we were talking the first couple weeks of the year where we were like, hey, disappointing with Jaylen and Rico, but make sure you keep
39:46these guys because god forbid something happens to Mandre or god forbid something happens to Trayvon, that other dude shooting up the ranks in a hurry.
39:52>> Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, Mandre continues to box, you know, Hendo out of like the high leverage stuff. Like, he gets the
39:58two-minute work. He's he got 100% of the snaps inside the five today. Uh, higher route participation rate. So, they're even like your to your point in the
40:05carries and they're really they were close in the snaps, you know. Well, actually, they weren't today. 64% snaps for Mandre, 38% for snaps uh for Hindo.
40:13But the rushing attempts were really close. 48% to Hindo, 45% to Mandre.
40:18Tough backfield to really trust. Like you said, we're going to have some byweeks. So, they're probably going to be in the top 24. At least Mandre will.
40:25Hendo probably more of like a mid-range like running back three with upside if he hits the long play. We never know
40:30when that's really going to happen. Uh, but yeah, for Mandre, like it's pretty much like the role we saw at the end of
40:36last year. So, we had that one game where he fumbled and Hindo kind of took over and had the hot hand that game. And
40:42since then, even though Mandre didn't score a lot of points last week, we saw the same thing last week. So, I think
40:46the Patriots are pretty much telling us like until further notice, this is how they're going to run their backfield.
40:52Seems like AJ Brown's still going to be sideline at least for a few more weeks and he could be joined by M. Hollands
40:56who unfortunately had a calf injury. Had 53 yards on three catches before that.
41:00That did help open the way up for Ron Dos to put together his best performance again. Mentioned the pair of touchdowns
41:05and 58 yards. It was finally it was about time. Honestly, even could have more dropped the potential 40 yarder late in that game as well. So without
41:13Matt Holland and also without AJ Brown, obviously Kahan Booty now plays for the Texans. I did not think Dwayne it would
41:19take this many freaking variables to break Romeo Dah's way for us to be like, "Okay, I think he can be an upside wide
41:26receiver three, but hey, we got here."
41:28>> Yeah. I mean, I'll I'll move him back into wide receiver four territory, but if we don't have Hollands again next
41:33week, what was his injury? I know he lift the game, but is it longterm?
41:37>> Didn't look great. I don't know if it's long term, but he was could barely put any weight on it.
41:41>> Okay. Yeah. So, Dos 23.8 PPR points today, guys. He did lead the team. This is early route data. I'm betting this is
41:47low. Uh the Patriots are one of these teams that I don't have complete information yet, but it was 69% based on
41:52what I have, but what we do know is 25% target share, nine targets, led the way, and he had three red zone targets plus
41:58two endzone targets with a 13 average depth of target, 117 air yards today for Dobs. So, if we do have a situation
42:04where we don't have Mollins next week, I do think Dobs is in the wide receiver three conversation. If Holland is back,
42:10probably still more of a boom bust wide receiver 4 just because we know how much they're willing to rotate these guys and
42:15they'll just change up. They change up what they're doing like each week. It's like hard to get a real read on who's
42:20going to get more playing time. It's just like they have three or four guys they like to split the time up with.
42:25Cannot stress enough how great this was see from the Patriots going into this week, guys. They had they were tied with
42:30the freaking Miami Dolphins for the fewest points scored. They just hung 29 points on the Bills. Hell yeah. Drake May and company. Meanwhile, for those
42:37Buffalo Bills, Dwayne, funny phenomenon here in the fantasy world. you know, weeks one through two. It's, oh my gosh, I was told you couldn't draft Josh Allen
42:44in round three. And then those people are maybe being a little more quiet over these last two. So, not that Josh Allen
42:49killed you guys. Threw for a touchdown.
42:51Also got his typical, you know, mandated one-yard rushing touchdown on a little QB tush push out there. But horrific interception and the double coverage to
43:00lose, man. Something that, let's face it, you know, he does seem to just be kind of forced to do every so often. I
43:05don't know that devil on his shoulder just, you know, does not let Josh go more than a game or two without having
43:10some sort of boneheaded turnover. But yeah, wasn't wasn't great out there.
43:14Still Josh Allen, man. So, not going to be overly sweating it. But it is a situation I will say with James Cook,
43:19whether it's Josh Allen's play style, whether it's the offense, whether it's the return of Tai Johnson, James Cook isn't someone that we're ever going to
43:25be leaving our starting lineup. But man, four catches for 16 receiving yards through four games. It's always nice when we're paying really close attention
43:33in August and we're, you know, tuned into what's happening in training camp.
43:36We watched the preseason and stuff. If you want to go and make a list though of storylines that we heard about that have
43:41not come to fruition at all, is that James Cook receiving upside near the top of it.
43:45>> Yeah. 43% route share uh today. Uh so again, down. So we've seen the last two games with Tai Johnson back, we've seen
43:53the lower route participation rate.
43:54Johnson was out there for 40% of the pass plays today. So I think we can pretty much just call this at this
43:59point. like James Cook is the early down like and and look guys, you're still going to like it. It's the Bills
44:03offense. They have a really good offensive line. He's a very good player.
44:06He's very explosive. It's just frustrating because we know that like James Cook like his actual number one calling card coming out of college was
44:14how good he could be as a dual threat player, what he can do in the receiving game, but right now the Bills are not
44:19wanting to go that way. So, it is James Cook uh leading the way on early downs, but it is Mr. Ty Johnson playing that
44:26pass down role. And again, James Cook is second in the NFL in rushing yards. I'm not trying to cry you guys a river, but
44:32when you don't have that receiving stuff, it makes a huge difference in fantasy. And James Cook is down there at RB10, man. He's just right ahead of
44:39DeAndre Swift, Kyle Manungai, and Chase Brown. So, got a little bit of a lead on those guys, but just unfortunate for
44:44someone that again we had to draft as a top five or six running back. Good to see Ray Davis out there. Popped up on
44:49the injury with the hamstring injury.
44:51So, still feeling good about his handcuff upside, but otherwise Dwayne the big injury here was unfortunate to DJ Moore. seemed to reagravate that
44:58shoulder. I'm not entirely sure if it was the same one, but >> yeah, it did look way.
45:04>> Okay. Was in fact. So, looked good before that, man. Hurdled a guy. He was out there, ran a nice, you know, curl
45:08route to get a first down, but again, it was sooner rather than later. So, get better soon, DJ Moore. They are going to
45:14have up until Monday night football for him to get ready. But the other side of that, you know, sort is the dreaded game
45:20time decision and then we have to sit through an entire Sunday slate wondering if DJ's going to play. If he is out of
45:26the picture, man, Keon Coleman, I guess he's a thing in the year 2026. Let's go.
45:31>> Yeah, I don't know if I would ever trust it to be honest. Like, we've been down this road with Keon Coleman before, but
45:36he did come through today in a big way.
45:38And 23.6 PPR points, 77% route share again early early data, guys. I think it might be a little higher than this when
45:44everything finalizes, but a 23% target share was second behind Khil Shakira, who got going today as well. So, seven targets on the day for Coleman. 13.6 six
45:53average depth of target gave him 95 air yards on the day led the team with 36% there. Uh Shakira, I mentioned him 13.2
46:00PPR points. Uh 86% route share, 27% target share. He also had one red zone target. Oh, on Coleman, one red zone
46:07target plus two endzone targets for him.
46:10So Concaid was the guy that got boxed out here. Ian, I didn't see anything about an injury on him. Again, this is
46:16also early data, but 54% route share based on what I'm showing right now. So that number we had seen around 68 to 70%
46:23which was really enough in the Bills offense. Uh not saying this is anything that's going to hold guys. Don't have to
46:28freak out on Kade, but I am going to move him down a little bit in the rest of season ranks if this is a situation
46:33where they are willing to have games where they're going to put him more back in that role that we've seen before. It
46:37was just a really disappointing thing, Ian, because you have two Patriots linebackers that are really just not good in coverage, right? you know, you
46:44have Ellis, uh, and then like, uh, who's the guy that was the RA was with the Raiders before Spain. Like those are two
46:50of the worst coverage linebackers in the league. So like the matchup was like theoretically there for Concaid, but not able to get going today. 1.7 PPR points.
46:59So started off the year with two booms.
47:01Now we've had two duds in the last two games from Concaid. So the reality is even though we still think he's like a
47:06mid-range tight end, one Ian, like there is some boom and boss to his game. We did have Joe Brady say after the game,
47:12quote, there's no reason Dolan Cade should have two targets and he said something else along the lines of that's on me to get him more involved. So would
47:19like to think that is again just a small dud here, but obviously for someone that we have seen in the past not have that
47:24fulltime route rate that we want.
47:26>> Let's think of that before the game, >> right? [laughter] >> I mean, maybe even at halftime, I don't know, >> man, for like DJ Moore to also go down
47:34so early again, you would have thought it'd be the perfect uh collection of variables, but that's just fantasy football for you. And if Moore's out
47:40like when we're working the projection model, you know, next week like King Kaid is still going to be, you know, it'll he's going to be one of the top
47:47two targets. He'll probably be the top target. We'll probably have him as the top target in the offense if DJ Moore's
47:51out >> again. Potential shootout here. That's going to be one of the highest game totals of the week. Bills versus the
47:56Rams. The Rams defense that looked good against the Eagles, but you know, join the freaking club at this point, right?
48:01So, I will say, man, if DJ Moore is out of the picture, look, Concade, if he's going to be tight end three or tight end
48:06five, he's going to be ranked really high. I'm not crossing out DJ Moors there and putting Keon Coleman there or anything, but I think we could find a
48:13spot in the top 36. He's been damn good this year.
48:16>> Yeah, I mean I I'll we'll see. Like I'll probably have him in the wide receiver for tier because like I'm I don't know.
48:22Like I've just seen enough of Keon Coleman at this point. But to your point, like if you're out there and you
48:26do get the role, that's the thing I question. Like they they they're one of these teams that are like the Patriots.
48:31Like they'll show up the next week and it'll be 60% routes for Keon Coleman and someone else. like it would be Joshua
48:36Palmer with a 70% route share. So, that's the tricky part. It's not if if I thought Keon Coleman and I really knew
48:42he was going to be out there 85% of the routes, I would Yes, he would for sure be in the wide receiver three uh tier.
48:48The problem is I just don't trust the Bills. Uh so, we're just talking about a team that, you know, lowered Dalton
48:54Concade's route share today. They just do silly stuff.
48:57>> I hear you. I'm just the way I'm looking at it is like Kio Shakur is his role going to change all that much either
49:02way. And yeah, they got Palmer there, but beyond that, man, it's Skyler Bell and Greg Dorsch. I just don't see too
49:07much going with it. So, look, he's not going to be a must start no matter what, but that game environment, I mean, hell,
49:12six targets for someone that we know Josh likes to launch to in the end zone and deep. Maybe it's just me trying to
49:17make up for all those wasted draft picks in 2025 on Keon Coen, but I don't know.
49:21It's He is the archetype where Josh says, "Epic, Keon's down there somewhere." And as we saw today, man, at least when his head's screwed on
49:28straight, he can do spectacular things when that ball's near. Yeah, for sure.
49:32I'm not debating any of that. But it is a team that will also come out and run 12 and 13 personnel on you like at a
49:37super high rate. So like that's >> and not throw James Cook the ball, you know, >> and not throw James Cook the ball.
49:42That's like Yeah, like we can go back and forth on all the weird things they do as far as the way they use their
49:46players. It's a good offense though still. So that like that point holds true for you and I do agree Keon is a
49:52guy that could easily catch two touchdowns in a game.
49:55Speaking of the Rams, they took down the Eagles 24-20, covering as three and a half point road. Faves overcashed here, just barely at 42 and a half. Wasn't
50:03easy though. Had some late game heroics from Matthew Stafford and company. And you guys are once again welcome because I thought I would go ahead and be funny
50:10on the old Twitter sphere Dwayne and let everyone know maybe the Rams should be calling the Bears about Case Keenum out
50:14there. So fun seeing everyone question if I was kidding about that. Yes, guys, I do in fact think the Rams should have
50:20Matthew Stafford and not Case Keenum as their quarterback. Just to be clear on that. But hey, either way, Kyron Williams game-winning seven yard
50:26touchdown run with 110 left and he was spectacular all day, man. 80 yards, had a pair of touchdowns, week high eight
50:32missed tackles for us. That was like mid afternoon. Maybe Kenneth Walker took him down, but whatever, man. On the season, RB4 and PPR points per game. He has 48
50:41touchdowns in his last 49 regular season games. And even as someone who I'm well aware, guys, when he was coming out of
50:46Notre Dame, his pass down ability was viewed as a major strength. and we've seen him be a good pass catcher these
50:52last two weeks with 70 and 67 receiving yards have been his two highest single game marks of his career. Look, I've
50:58never been like down on Kairen in terms of Blake Cororm making him someone that we shouldn't be excited to start. I did
51:05think that Blake was going to make it really tough on Kairen to recapture that top five fantasy upside. He got there in
51:11week three pretty easily with no Puka and they brought back Puka and it still didn't matter. Kairen Williams, Dwayne, with this usage boost that I'm about to
51:19throw to you as well, maybe we do need to get back to ranking him as a top five running back.
51:23>> Yeah, I posted about Kairen last week on X um you know, and just is like, hey, one game sample here, but the the
51:30utilization data looks more like the Kairen we knew from 23 and 24 when he was a league winner. And then we saw it
51:35again today. 82% of the snaps, 73% of the rushing attempts with those 16 carries you talked about that were for 80 yards, 5 yards per carry, 100% of the
51:44snaps inside the 5 yardd line, 70% route share, and that's what Ian is speaking to. 26% target share with 13, played
51:52100% of the two-minute offense. So much closer to what we remember Kairen as whenever he was someone that we loved putting in our fantasy lineups. The one
52:00caveat I would give Ian is the tight ends are hurt. We did not have Kobe Parkinson today. We did not have Terence
52:05Ferguson who's now on the IR. So, we won't have him for at least another three games. So, I think in these games
52:10where we don't have the tight ends, what's happening is the Rams are staying more in 11 personnel. We saw that today
52:1687% it was the old Rams offense and 11 personnel. And if you guys know who those other receivers are besides Puka
52:22and besides Devonte Adams, who we'll talk about in a second, they're not guys that really get targets and they're not guys that are like a huge threat
52:28against, you know, like the nickel quarterback or whoever the third quarterback is. So, I think that that's a key thing if we have these games where
52:35we again don't get Parkinson and we know Ferguson's out for a while. I think that could be the key at least for the next
52:40few weeks Ian where we uh see Kairen continue to do this. The other thing I'll note is like these last two games
52:44have been really close with the Rams uh and they were in comeback mode, you know, or in his close game script. So,
52:49that could be something else. If if it's tight or they feel like they just need their best players on the field, they're
52:54more willing to lean into Kairen. The bottom line is no matter what we think, the ceiling is higher than we thought it
53:00was for Kairen this year, right? I mean, that's the unavoidable like truth of it is like you just saw 36.7 PPR points. We
53:07have to move him up our ranks. Like he has to move up the ranks because the ceiling is it's it's in a new place at
53:13least while these tight ends are out.
53:15>> Again, looking like one of the best value picks. He probably could have made a fancy at this point. So, if you got
53:19Kiran on your squad, good for you. You are an absolute scholar out here. Dwayne mentioned the wide receivers. Pukanua first game back and looked good, man.
53:26Was quiet, but then when Stafford and offense got rolling in the fourth quarter, you look up, you're like, "Oh yeah, 125 yards, nine catches." Funny
53:33how that happens. Also got fed a fly sweep on the goal line for a short touchdown as well. Luckily Stafford actually was able to give him the ball
53:39like fell down. I think he got tripped by one of the linemen trying to get the exchange, but it worked out. I will say
53:44it was funny to look at the route chart.
53:46Pretty much everything Dwayne, every bit of yardage that Puka gained was on the right side of the field. I do wonder if
53:52it was a situation where they just look at Quinon Mitchell who's only played as the left cornerback on one snap this
53:56year and he was on the other side man.
53:58What was he doing on the other side?
54:00Making life pretty tough for Devonte Adams, right? 32 scoreless yards. I get it. I will say dropped 25 yard touchdown in the back of the end zone and then
54:08another 20 plus yard game went off his hands. So disappointing day for Adams.
54:12But I do think some people might look at this and say, "Oh, Puka is back. Look what Adams did in week one. Look what he
54:17did in week four." Adam still looks great, man. He spent the better part of the last two weeks still winning plenty
54:23against Passer Tan and Quinan Mitchell, two of literally the top five quarterbacks in the NFL. Look, I'm not going to be dropping Adams too far in
54:31the ranks. They're going up against the Bills next week, man. I don't know if I'll have him wide receiver 10 or 11 or
54:35whatever had him this week, but keep starting the guy. It's just one down game.
54:40>> Yeah. I will say though, Adams' role changes with Puka out. Like the benefit Adams was getting when Puka was out is
54:45he was the guy getting to move around.
54:46he wasn't just running the outside boundary stuff deep down the field and so he would gets a lot more of the inb
54:52breaking stuff and those sort of things which also makes an impact like if you're having to play on the outside more in a vertical role against a really
54:57good corner the things that happen today happen right because you get in these contested situation and you guys know even though Dvonte Adams is great at
55:03that like it's just it's it's very it's like high variance whenever you're talking about how often you can come down with contested catches even for a
55:10player as elite as Adams so I move I moved Adams down to mid-range wide receiver 2 territory last week with Nua
55:16back especially once we heard Nakua was not going to have limitations this morning [snorts] but Puka 27.7 PPR points today Ian 91% route share so the
55:24Rams were not lying about a full-time role had 12 targets on the day 24% target share 139 air yards but to your
55:30point on Adams even though he came up small still had 141 air yards had more air yards than what Puka Nakua had on
55:36the day so I think Adams like rest of season the Rams offense is really good worst case scenario he's still a low-end
55:43wide receiver too that gives you wide receiver one boom week So, I'm with you.
55:46You're not going to have a way to bench him. You just kind of got to adjust expectations. And I do think part of it
55:51is like the role that they give all that stuff to Nua and they take it away from Adams when Nua's back.
55:56>> And then finally, with no Parkson, with no Ferguson, Tyler Higgby, another nice game, caught five of six targets for 67
56:02yards. Kobe Park was questionable coming into this one though and they do have until Monday. So, I would be kind of
56:08surprised if he's still sideline. But that said, if he is, Tyler Higgby probably a borderline tit. The thing with Parkinson has not practiced though
56:16in two weeks. So even though he was questionable heading into both of these games, DNPS the whole way. So it's I
56:21think it's a little more severe than our normal questionable. Uh but the fact that they didn't put him on IR also
56:26means that the Rams didn't think it was a long-term situation. They did that very quickly uh with Terrence Ferguson.
56:32So I agree with you. It'll be tough to know once we get Parkinson back. It'll be hard to have much confidence in
56:37Higgby, but 11.7 PPR points today. 76% route share, which is plenty good in the Rams offense. had those six targets and
56:44man Higgby not just doing the under underneath stuff. Two weeks in a row working downfield and an 11 average depth of targets a day with 66 airs.
56:53Meanwhile for the Eagles 0 for12 on third down man 93 passing yards for Jayon Herdz on 27 attempts through two touchdowns both to Darius Cooper because
57:03of course no Devonte Smith it's not going to be your first round politic award winner. It's not going to be Dante
57:08Wix. It's of course going to be Darius Cooper. Yeah, one of those touchdowns was a sweet adjustment by Mr. Cooper.
57:13So, credit to him for making that play.
57:15But, man, 6.3 yards per time from Jen Herz this year. He's never been below seven in his career. He's under a 60%
57:22completion rate for the first time since his rookie season. This offense looks broke, Dwayne. And now with Saquon Barkley dealing with a hamstring injury,
57:30you know, there's no Lane Johnson in this for personal reason. you know, hope everything's okay with laying everything, but this offense looks
57:38horrible and even worse [clears throat] than kind of like the first month or so of last season cuz at least during that
57:43stretch, you still had the occasional, oh, there's Devonte Smith or AJ Brown or Saquon Barkley doing something cool.
57:49Like, we're taking away those guys now, man. And as much as I don't think Jaylen Herz is a bad quarterback or anything
57:55like that because we always got to have these ridiculous, you know, all or nothing conversations around these dudes, I don't know if there's anyone
58:01out there that's really going to be picking up this offense right now, particularly with Squan out with Devonte Smith being a multi-week injury. The
58:07Eagles are at Jacksonville in London next week. And my god, I don't know if anyone's going to be a true mustard
58:13option.
58:14>> Yeah, I'm with you. And all the things that we heard about in the preseason, they're not doing any of it, right? play
58:19action today 16% like the good teams guys they're running play action 30% of the time talked about getting under center more only 29% of the plays came
58:27under center today for the Eagles so it feels like they've just abandoned that and they have gone back to essentially the offense that they were already
58:36running which was not good last year and to your point has looked even worse this year you don't have AJ Brown obviously
58:41no Dvonte Smith that's rough in a game like this but it was really disappointing for Mai Lemon because it was Darius Cooper that played more of
58:48the Devonte Smith roll. He had a 91% route share based on 8 on early data.
58:52That's versus an 84% for Mai Lemon. So Mai Lemon had a 24% target share, six looks on the day. Still though locked
58:59into that underneath roll with a 5.7 average depth of target. Whereas it was Darius Cooper doing the damage down the field in 15.4
59:08average depth of target, 108 area. He had three red zone looks, three endzone targets as well. So, uh, Cooper looking like if we get if we're missing Dvonte
59:17Smith again, which based on the reports that we heard heading into the weekend is that they feel that Dvonte Smith probably is not playing next week. So,
59:24that really hurts our ability to move someone like Mai Lemon up the ranks. I will say Wix was out there for almost
59:30every single passing play based on the data. He had a tough matchup today uh playing on the outside against the Rams.
59:36Will have a better matchup next week.
59:37So, I think Wix would still be the top guy for us in the offense, but it's hard now to think that, oh, we can just move
59:43Lemon up to being the wide receiver, too. We got to deal with Darius Cooper as well.
59:47>> Yeah, I believe the Rams have not allowed a wide receiver to have more than 50 receiving yards in a game yet
59:52this year. So, Trent McDuffy and company, man, I know that again for good reason. We got the Miles Garrett trade.
59:56We got the Aaron Donald coming out of retirement. Very much the focus is on that front seven. before that happened.
60:02Shout out to the Rams did a really good job of fixing what you know wasn't a massive weakness, but man, that
60:06secondary is now certainly anyone's idea of a strain. So mentioned it's going to be tough to trust Lemon or Wix there.
60:11Had Zack Z going out there not breaking tackles. Got a nice standing ovation from the home team crowd. So the only
60:17player Dwayne that I could and look Herz isn't going to fall too far down. But on the other side of things, we kind of saw
60:23this happen last year. Like when the offense as a whole goes from being this top 10 group to being really a bottom
60:3010, if not bottom five group, guess what? We're not getting tush push opportunities nearly as often. And that makes life so much harder. So Herz at a
60:36minimum, man, will be more of a low-end QB1. And you know, if you guys want to come out with the sort of arguments,
60:42okay, what about Bryce Young versus Jaylen Herz? Man, I'm not going to call you crazy if you want to go that route.
60:46The one guy we could be excited about pending the Saquon Barkley hamstring injury would be Tank Bsby. That said, Will Shipley maybe a little more
60:56involved than we thought as well Dwayne.
60:58>> Yeah, I think Bsby has the early down work, which I would theoretically say is the role we care more about for the
61:03Eagles because we're used to them leading. We're used to their offensive line being really good, but they keep getting these games, right, where the
61:09game is going sideways and that's leading to opportunities for Shipley.
61:12So, I still think BSBY is the one that you want to roster, but the question is like, is Bsby as valuable as we thought
61:18that he might be if something were to happen to Saquon Barkley. I think undoubtedly the answer to that is no.
61:23Right now, we can't look at him the way we thought we were before the season started, but he did have 14 carries a
61:28day, 54% of the rushing attempts versus 23% for Shipley. Obviously, guys, the rest of that's going through Jaylen Herz. Uh, but it was Shipley getting the
61:36routes. 47% route share versus 31% for Bsby. 0% of the two-minute offense today to BSBY 100% to Will Shipley. So, I
61:44think if we have Saquon Barkley out, you've got a bifurcated backfield where Bsby will be the early down guy.
61:49Shipley's going to be the guy on passing down. So, it kind of comes down to how do you think the game's going to play
61:53out? Is it a game where you think that the Eagles can lead lean into their defense? That's probably a good game for
61:59Big B. The problem is this is a lot harder than what we would we would have anticipated, Ian, to say that we can
62:04actually predict which kind of game we're going to get from the Eagles. I mean, for good for crying out loud, they
62:08were trailing to the Tennessee Titans for like a whole game just a couple of weeks ago. So, this is not the same
62:14Eagles team that we once knew.
62:16>> Even that defense, man, Jonathan Greener got hurt. Quinn Mitchell missed some time with an injury as well. And the offensive line that was supposed to
62:22finally be healthy and back to being, you know, a big group of people pushing monsters out there. They're all banged up and not doing that either. So, man,
62:29like I'm looking at the running back ranks going to this week. And, you know, I had guys like Brolon and Allen, Cam
62:34Scatteraboo, and Dave Montgomery around that RB 19 to 21 spot. I I would start Brillin and Scataboo over BSY based on
62:42what we know now. I think he's pretty much looking like Dave Montgomery, man, which isn't great.
62:47>> Yeah. No, I think that's a really good comp, but David Montgomery actually gets more of uh the receiving work. But I
62:53will say I think we we both agree that the Eagles offensive line, even though it's had problems, is definitely better than what we have uh with the Texans.
63:02>> So again, another early one there, Eagles and the Jaguars. Home game for the Jaguars in London, of course, coming up here next week. Moving on, we had the
63:09Bears beat down the Jets 23 to2 Chicago winning with ease and covering with these as three and a half point faves
63:15under cashing at 43 and a half. Really shouldn't have even been that close though, guys. The Bears had 492 total yards, but two turnovers and a failed
63:22fourth down conversion. Literally at the 1 inch line prevented this one from being a bit more of a riot. The Jets ran
63:2832 offensive plays compared to 89 for the Bears. Dwayne, we had some wild stats being thrown around on social media talking about just again how big
63:36and historic that discrepancy was. But hey, shout out to Ben Johnson. The Bears for getting the job done and being that
63:42hammer while the Jets were certainly the nail. Tyson Tabagent had a weird starting moment. They let Case Keenum take the first snap and then Ben Johnson
63:50said he kind of got like the hand off the reigns to Tyson. I don't know, man.
63:54Seemed a little overdramatic. Whatever.
63:56Ben Johnson knows more about it. They're doing good things. Bears are winning games. Good for them. Tag 268 yards. Did throw the Jets their first interception
64:04in 20 games. So, he unfortunately had to be, you know, the first guy to make that happen. But made the offense for a
64:09second week in a row, man. Look a lot more like the offense I think we expected to be this season, which is
64:14really freaking good. And I shouldn't say that wasn't the only time that wasn't the case was week two in the rain
64:18against the Vikings when obviously they have a great defense as well. So I'll say this three or four weeks of the year
64:24the Bears have looked freaking awesome and we haven't even seen them reach their final form yet. Man, I I don't know about you but all these pass
64:30catchers particularly Burden lesser extent Lovelin lesser extent Rome but not that much. I don't know. I want these guys on my team.
64:39Sadly, probably not Khalif Raymond.
64:40Right as we finally grew up the confidence to start this dude. Two catches for six yards. But Bears offense has looked really freaking good. Three
64:47out of the four first three out of the four first weeks of the year. And that's good.
64:51>> Yeah. I mean, Khalif Raymond uh with a season low route share today, 55%.
64:56Again, early data, I'm pretty sure I have some missing from this, but I mean, he's easily fourth on the team. Romo
65:02Dunay I've got an 89% for Coulson Lovelin at 72% even though he had a 92% snap share guys that is something right
65:09now Lovelin's having to stay in to block. It's not that he's not playing it's that he is also having to block. Um
65:14now the offensive line for the Bears should be getting healthier here Ian like moving forward. So we'll see if maybe that frees Levelin up to run more
65:21routes. And then Luther Burton was right there with Lovelin around a 70% route share. Last week he was at 77%. Uh but
65:27it was nice day for Coulson Lovelin.
65:2911.7 PPR points, 29% target share on the day. Uh and then you had Romo Dunay with definitely his biggest day of the year.
65:3615.4 PPR points or 15.4 PPR points, 23% target share. Still doing his thing uh you know downfield on in most games, but
65:45in this one was more integrated in the offense. Had an average depth of target of nine instead of being like just the
65:50guy having to work vertical. So, we'll see if that trend holds, but it would be huge for Romeo Dun if he's not just on
65:57the outside running the vertical stuff.
65:59Get some inbreakers. Like, let's put the guy in motion a little bit. Maybe let him play from the slot some. I think we
66:03all agree Rome's probably a really good player. He's just been kind of boxed out because all the design stuff and easy
66:09look things are going more to the other guys like Burton.
66:12>> I don't know, man. I was Look, maybe it's the Buckeye and me, but we make a lot of excuses for Rome that Marvin
66:18Harrison Jr. gets none of, to be fair.
66:21No, I agree. I mean, I was on a show last week and said that Rome was entering Marvin Harrison Jr. territory,
66:26>> right? I mean, yeah, I mean, I'm I don't disagree with you. Uh, the thing with Rome is we did see at least for the
66:31first half of last year before the injury happened, like he did have a high target share. He was scoring fantasy points, something we've just never seen
66:38from Mar for that stretch.
66:40>> But, >> do we think the Bears will will continue running the offense this way or is it just Tyson Bean that loves Roma Dunay? I
66:46don't know. Like, we don't have a sample on that. We've got this one game with Roma Dunay with Beant. So I won't be
66:51moving Rome into the wide receiver three territory. I have me as a boom bust wide receiver four. I'll be leaving in there
66:56for another game.
66:58>> Bears at the Packers next week.
67:00Certainly a big banged up Packers defense not getting Micah back anytime soon. Also just lost Cooper man. So could be again more wheels up for the
67:07Bears. Target still these last two weeks though which again going from Case to Tabag. Not necessarily you know saying it's going to persist but 17 for Luther
67:15Burton 13 for Roman Lovelin and nine for Raymond. So, it does seem like the Khalif Raymond fairy tale has struck midnight. Will we be a complete
67:23afterthought? No. But yes, I will not be answering start questions with Khif Raymond here in week five. And I would like to think beyond. That said, Dwayne
67:31might be answering a more for Kyle Manungai. Holy crap, man. 146 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, 30 carries. DeAndre Swift after losing a
67:40fumble that honestly didn't even seem like it was that good of a force fumble attempt in the first place seemed to get
67:44doghouse. So, they asked Ben Johnson after the game, man. He just said that Manungai was running really really hard and as a play caller when he sees that
67:51he wants to reward the guy. So when you do look now at the NFL leaderboard I would say this is maybe another thing
67:57for the Bears. Not that look when if they're going to be able to score 30 plus points per game there should be
68:01enough meat for everyone to eat and everything but it is wild man that through four weeks of the year the seventh leading rusher in the NFL is
68:07Kyle Manungai and the eighth is DeAndre Swift man. So we're seeing plenty of numbers in this Bears offense already. I just think that maybe it's catching us
68:15as a fantasy community by surprise that more of them are going to the run game.
68:19>> Yeah, I mean we when we did the projections for the Bears and we did our show early this, you know, offseason,
68:25Ian, I mean, it was something that we talked about is Ben Johnson does want to run the ball. He did that with the
68:29Detroit Lions. Uh he did it last year in his first season with the Bears and we're seeing him continuing to do that.
68:34Like he wants to have a balanced offense that makes defenses respect every square inch of the football field. He wants to
68:39use play action which they used a ton today. 42% of their dropbacks were play action today. That's absolutely elite.
68:45They're getting under center more, 40% today. So, I think this is here to stay.
68:49We're going to get some game scripts that force them out of it eventually.
68:52And I think we will see like the big aerial attack whenever they need it, but I don't think that's the offense they
68:57want to run. I think this is the offense they want to run. And I think you're still going to be fine with your pass
69:02catching weapons, guys. It's going to hurt the targets, but it should come through in the way of scoring touchdowns and being efficient on offense. So, it's
69:08a little bit of a trade-off you have to make. Obviously, in PPR leagues, that makes things a little bit wonky for us
69:13sometimes and lets maybe lesser players like actually score more fantasy points than the guys that we know might be better players and better offenses. But
69:20I think you're still going to be happy with those guys. I think the interesting thing here that I want to discuss with
69:24you is like how does this make you feel about Swift just because now we know that there is a potential for hot hand,
69:31right? Really, it's always been Swift over Manungi unless there was an injury even though they shared. Well, if it really was more about the hot hand than
69:38it was about the fumble, like that's actually worse to me because when it's just the fumble, it's like, okay, like DeAndre Swift, like fine, get out there.
69:45Don't fumble next week, we're fine. But if it is something where he's willing to say, no, this is the better player this
69:50week, that does hurt the way we think about Swift as far as his floor at least. The ceiling stays the same, but
69:56the floor goes down.
69:58I will say I think he's in a good range where it's tough to move him too far down because you start running into
70:04pretty bad offenses or fellow kind of limited you run into running backs with fellow issues. You know, David Montgomery, Bucky Irving, Amarian
70:12Hampton, the Patriots running backs, Quinn Shawn Judkins. I mean, these are guys I just had a few spots below DeAndre Swift. Maybe given a matchup,
70:18you want to rely more on a Braille now if Breeze Hall stays sideline or Cam Scataboo because he has maybe a little
70:23more upside as a pass catcher. For me, it's not great for DeAndre Swift. I mean, he's someone that based on the
70:28first couple weeks of the year, we were saying like, man, could he actually get up and be an RB1 here at a certain
70:33point? I think that's tougher. As an upside RB2, it's fine. I just think for a non guy, that becomes the more
70:39interesting thing where when we're starting to look at this and again, top eight in rushing yards through four weeks, man, that's not the smallest
70:46sample size in the world. So, all of a sudden, man, when I'm looking at my lineups going JK Dobbins, Tony Pard
70:52versus Kyle Manungai, I don't know, man.
70:54This Bears offense is freaking awesome.
70:56I think more weeks than not we're going to be getting 10 to 15 touches at least from a nun guy and with the upside for
71:0230. WHY NOT CHASE THAT OVER doing whatever the hell Tony Pard's going to do? You know, >> I agree with that. Like Pard is like a
71:07guy everybody always says, "Oh, you have him too low." I'm like, "I just I don't care. I'm just not I'm not interested in
71:12playing Tony Pard." So, I agree with that. What I would say though is like this is probably a sell high moment on
71:17my own guy because we don't think Swift is going away. I mean, and the reason we say it, guys, is he scored 28 fantasy
71:23points. And you saw David McGomery, I called him a sell high in week one.
71:26Everybody got really mad and they're like, "Oh man, what are you talking about? This is crazy. This is so dumb."
71:30Look what happens. It and and I'm not saying I was right about it, but just like these random things do happen in
71:36the year. And whenever a guy's coming off of a huge blowup game, everybody's going to be excited. It's it's a year
71:41two running back. People love younger players. Oh, let's say Manungi. If he's like sitting there as your running back four or something on your roster and
71:48someone wants to pay you, like they think he's a running back two the rest of the way and you can help your roster
71:51in another way, I would make that move.
71:55I get it, man. I get it. So, again, I try to balance that with like, all right, how high can you actually sell
72:00them? But I don't know, man. You can go to the Yahoo trade summary kind of screen and basically see like in the
72:05last 24 hours. And yes, Dway, as much as I b at the idea like who would really be paying for an guy, they're out there. I
72:11can actually show you guys that. So, good point there. Not so good though for the New York Jets. Just one game. We've
72:18seen four of them. They've generally, I think, at least, you know, surpassed my expectations for what we're going to see the majority of the time. Not today,
72:24though. 0 for seven on third down.
72:26Mentioned before, just 32 plays compared to 89 for the Bears. And without a 58 yard touchdown bomb to Isaiah Williams at the end of the game, man, really
72:33wouldn't be much of anything to be writing home about. So, this Bears defense, to be fair, other than the week one game against Bryce Young company,
72:40they've looked pretty good. All right.
72:41So, they're also another group maybe learning a new system, getting some new guys in there. Maybe do need to put some
72:45more respect on the Bears defense more than anything. But just just a rough one, man, for a game where we had no AD
72:51Mitchell, we had no Mason Taylor. We just saw what they were capable of last week, man. Garrett Wilson going off, Kenyon Sadique going off. Anything but
72:58in this one. So, 27 scores yards for Garrett. Not a single catch for Kenyan Sadi. For Garrett, it's unfortunate, but anyone that's been in the Garrett Wilson
73:08fantasy business for, you know, a couple years now. You guys are aware that these sorts of things can happen for the Jets
73:13offense. For Sadique, Dwayne, was it the back injury? Was he limited out there?
73:17What's going on?
73:18>> Look, Sadique, I mean, actually had a better route share than last week. 67% versus 57%. I know, I know, I know. Uh,
73:24zero fantasy points obviously got boxed out today. Beat a 27% target share. So, I think a lot of this with the
73:30receivers, we need to talk about the running backs, but the receivers guys, it's what you said to start. There were 32 plays in this game for the Jets.
73:36Okay, I think we have to just basically throw this all away. Their roles were all the same. Garrett Wilson did not
73:42leave the field. He had a 27% target share. It just so happens that they could not get the Bears offense off of
73:48the field. Uh which has, you know, been a thing. The Eagles could not get the Bears offense off the field last week.
73:54Uh and like you said, the Bears are not even at full strength right now. So maybe the sneakier thing that we need to
73:59start thinking about is offensive players playing the Bears. like how many plays are we getting out of this? Cuz the Eagles last week had 23.5 minutes
74:07time of possession, guys. You know, there's 60 in a game. I haven't looked at time of possession for this game, but
74:12the the Jets might have had like 15. It might be like a new record since I've been doing this.
74:17>> Let's see. I can find this out real quick. Oh my god. 17 minutes 15 seconds.
74:23>> I don't think I've ever Saints The only one I remember being that low is Saints versus the Rams last year in Shucks
74:28first start.
74:29>> Might have been. Yeah. Yeah. It's very hard to get to that guys. Even if you're terrible, it's hard to get to that
74:34number. So like look, you you don't think that the Jets are going to dominate time of possession every week, but man, they're a bad time of
74:41possession team will be around 27 28 minutes for the year, right? It's not that huge of a difference. And they'll speed up because that usually means
74:48they're trailing. So they still end up running basically the same number of plays. But this was just a real outlier thing. I do think the running back stuff
74:55is really interesting because we didn't know for sure like once they had a full week, what would they do with Isaiah
75:00Davis who's been a good receiving back over these last couple of years. We also heard early this off season, you know,
75:05in training camp before Isaiah Davis got hurt. We have a three-way committee. We like all of our guys, but Isaiah Davis
75:11got hurt. Brilen Allen basically took the reign the reigns and ran. Last week we saw after the departure of Bree Hall
75:17over those two drives 100% snap share for Brilan Allen. today. 94% of the snaps for Brilen Allen. 100% of the team's rushing attempts with 14. 72%
75:27route share, it was not Isaiah Davis coming on the field to take those routes. So, in a game where you run more
75:33than 32 plays, if we don't have Bree Hall again, we're going to be feeling really good about Brilland Allen. At least the volume that we think we're
75:40going to get from Brilland Allen. Is he score is he going to score two touchdowns? We don't know. We don't know
75:45if we're getting last week's Jets. If we're getting this week's Jets, obviously hat tipped to the Bears.
75:49better defense than the Lions. The Lions and the Cowboys is like just like this Olay thing, right? It's like, "All right, guys. Go ahead. Go score." Like,
75:55and then we're going to try to score and then we'll hopefully beat you that way.
75:58So, I think this is big for Brillin Allen, I would say. Who's the matchup next week uh for Brillin Allen? Do you
76:04know >> we get the uh Browns who probably won't have Mason Graham.
76:08>> Yeah. So, Mason Graham the best lineman.
76:11Well, look, Jared Vers is really good, too, but obviously the best the most important lineman, you know, as far as stopping the run for sure for the
76:16Browns, who've been uh good defense this year despite losing Miles Garrett. So, not the greatest matchup on the ground, but with Graham All in a game that I
76:26think is going to be much closer with the Jets and with the Browns.
76:29>> Yes, I think that uh Brilen Allen probably a mid-range running back too next week, Ian. And has running back one
76:35upside.
76:36>> That's what I'm saying, man. like Jeremiah Love, Aaron Jones, Swift, Scataboo. I'm probably going to be starting Allen over all those guys. We
76:44don't see 90% snap rates guys. That's why we got Jaylen Warren into the top 10 this week. All right, it's the same
76:49thing. Chuba Hubbers up there as well.
76:51Once we get to Kairen Williams to Ashen Genty, these guys who maybe do have, you know, that extra just ace up their
76:58sleeve and can catch eight passes for 60 yards, that's when it gets tough. But you know what? Like vast majority of
77:04lineups, man, should probably be starting Brillon Allen, which is not something that we could assume going into this game.
77:09>> Agree 100%.
77:11>> So, good stuff there on Breil Allen.
77:13Literally nothing else on the Jets to be clear about that. But yeah, they get the Browns next week. We'll see how that
77:18goes down. Speaking of Cam Scataboo, he and the New York Football Giants took down Jeremiah Lo and the Cardinals 36 to
77:2424. Giants winning outright as two and a half point dogs. The over cashier 44 and a half. This game was not a two-score
77:30game. We actually just saw the Giants go ahead and take their game ending interception all the way back at the house. The Cardinals have one last
77:36chance to win it from the four yardd line and Jacobe Brassette threw a pretty bad pick six. We'll talk about more him
77:40in a minute. The good news is Dwayne Jameus Winston didn't look completely washed. He even said in the post game that he saw people was questioning, you
77:48know, actually he was questioning if he could even throw and now we see more people talking about the Jameus Winston experience again. So I don't think he
77:55has the same RPMs that he had maybe even a year ago or god forbid two years ago and stuff. But hey, Jamus was good
78:00enough to get that snap, see Malik Neighbors going down the field and put the ball in his general vicinity. And I
78:05do mean that, man, because like, you know, you get the red zone kind of the callins from the play and you're already
78:10trying to guess kind of what happened.
78:12When I saw that pass to Neighbors and it was just Jamus lobbing it up there going off the screen. I was like, "Oh god, is
78:17this just going to be to a safety, you know, camped out in center field?" And no, it wasn't a good pass. But when you
78:23got Malik Neighbors on the other end, you don't always need good passes. He caught six of seven targets for 112 yards and a touchdown. I thought he hurt
78:30his shoulder on that catch, but if he did, man, he seemed to get back out there in a hurry. So, very, very
78:36refreshing again because just given how bad Jamus was looking, I wouldn't have been shocked if it was a situation where all of a sudden we were almost expecting
78:43JJ McCarthy to be out there sooner rather than later. And then given the injuries and just the ineffectiveness from neighbors, very, very much great to
78:50see this dude do what he does and that's be a great football player.
78:53>> Yeah. 23.2 2 fantasy points in a PPR league from Mr. Malik Neighbors for you today. 24% target share, 15 average
79:00depth of target, 105 air yards, moving them around 20% of the time playing from the slot. Another thing that people forget is last week it was rain and it
79:08was wind for Wednesday, right? So, I mean, it was just a really tough game environment and but it was really nice
79:13to see Neighbors in this game not just playing all underneath and probably a lot of that had to do with the weather
79:18environment because we know the way we unlock fantasy points for uh a player with Jameus Winston Ian is through those downfield targets and we definitely saw
79:26that. Now, he's going to get a lot of those big throws downfield where it's a jump ball situation. So, you do have to
79:32worry about that shoulder a little bit and it is it is what knocked him out for a little bit but he did get back on the
79:37field the very next drive. So, a guy just balling out, playing through the pain, you know, and doing what he can do
79:42to help his team get a win, which the Giants did today.
79:45>> Another touchdown to Malachi Fields and one more with Theo Johnson. However, it was Isaiah likely firmly leading the way in the tight end room. Caught seven to
79:5212 targets for 66 yards. So, again, we have the full-time role for Isaiah Likely, which has so excited. If we can
79:58just get Jamus Winston, not even be great, but just be okay enough. And the way that Jamus has always been in
80:04fantasy land should be great news for Neighbors and Isaiah likely. expecting too much past that in this passing game.
80:09Probably wishful thinking, but hey, next week against the Commanders, >> we just saw what they did to Daniel Jones and company. I get it. I would
80:16like to think that a more consolid I shouldn't say more consolidated because Neighbors and likely is exactly what we were expecting between Downs and that's
80:23what we were expecting between Downs and Warren. So, I don't want to assume, but it's a great on paper matchup and we
80:27would like to think that two talented guys like Neighbors and Likely can make the most of it. What are your thoughts
80:32on Scataboo, Dwayne? I will say checking in on this one, I saw a lot of Naji out there. It did seem like Naji losing that
80:39fumble though maybe turned things back over to Scataboo.
80:41>> Yeah, it did. It turned back into a three-way committee. Last week we got down to two. Uh and so Scataboo had 62%
80:48of the snaps. He did get the rushing attempt 64% 18 versus 32% for Naji Harris with nine. You did mention the
80:54lost fumble for Naji. Um, but it was the routes that we got back for Scataboo last week that went away again. And
81:01those went to Tyrone Tracy who had a 30% route share in this game versus 52% for Scataboo. And we only had the one target
81:08for Scataboo. So Scataboo, we know he can score touchdowns. We know that he can catch the ball and he can earn
81:14targets, but if he's not going to be out there as much, like that's just problematic. And an offense that like, you know, did okay today, but like this
81:21is a pretty volatile offense. Like we don't know for sure what to expect from it. just like what you were talking
81:26about with Neighbors and with uh you know likely just a few seconds ago. So not ideal in my opinion for Scataboo.
81:327.6 PPR points. Like we we want those receptions, man. Like that is just so huge for him because I mean 3.2 yards
81:39per carry today, 2.5 after contact. Like he's he still looks like Cam Scataboo.
81:44We never thought he was a super explosive player, but if you're going to be a low efficiency back, like we really
81:49need the receptions, especially if you're on an offense that we're not super confident about scoring this many points every single week. NFL high 68
81:58rushes without a 15 plus yard gain this season for Scataboo. Quinn Judkins is second with 59. Again, Washington teeth of that defense, man. That front seven
82:06led by Sony Styles, that really is their strength. I don't think I'm going to have Scataboo too low. Probably >> he's a low end running back, too,
82:13though. I mean, we thought we were getting to move him back up to mid-range running back two territory. We'll see how it ultimately shakes out. It'll be
82:19somewhere between 18 and 24, right?
82:21Depending on injuries and other stuff, but like if we don't have like I would still be willing to go with Aaron Jones
82:27over him. Still going to we're going to start Brillin Allen if we don't have Bree Hall over him. So, it just sucks
82:32because like Scataboo is this dual threat guy and and we've only seen one game where he really got the dual threat
82:38treatment now out of four. So, I think we have to lean into the fact that like it's pretty unpredictable and if we get
82:43it, great, but we can't be projecting it until we get more games than like just last week where saw the passing down
82:49role.
82:50>> And also, man, just let's face it, if we did want a quarterback to be checking down to the running back all the time,
82:55>> Jameus Winston, >> Jameus Winston is not that guy.
82:58So, but hey, Giants winning football games, they have a chance to do that again next week and against Washington. Meanwhile, for the Arizona
83:04Cardinals, Jacobe Brassette dead last in yards per attempt this year through not one, not two, three interceptions. At least one of them. He got hit while he
83:11was throwing. Then again, it was to a double covered Marvin Harrison Jr. So, I don't know, man. He's turned Trey McBride into this like four or five yard
83:20perarget guy. And guess what? In fantasy, it adds up. But it's just it's blowing my mind, Dwayne, cuz I've wrapped my mind around over the years
83:26like, "All right, well, rushing quarterbacks and like very high volume receiving running backs, they're going to stand out more in fancy than they
83:32would in real life." And this Cardinals offense with just the way that Jacobe peppers Trey McBride and Michael Wilson.
83:39It's not winning football. It's not good football, but when you add enough volume to it, damn it, these guys are awesome
83:44and fantasy. So, seven catches, 95 yards for Michael Wilson. Arguably could have caught the game, winning touchdown, but he dropped it. And McBride again,
83:52unfortunate 10, what is it? 10.1 PPR points for him. We'll see better days ahead. And the fact that that's McBride's Yeah. I mean, [laughter] come
83:59on. We would kill for a floor game like that for someone like Coulson Love. You know what I'm saying? So, I'm not too
84:04worried about it there. Marvin Harrison Jr. did catch, you know, an early touchdown, which was great to see.
84:09Actually put up the, you know, shush sign for everyone. Didn't have a catch the rest of the game, which was not so
84:13good to see. He drew some penalties downfield, but as we know him, Roma Dunce, some of these other guys, just could be very difficult for them to
84:20consistently do big things when they're being treated basically as their downfield sacrificial X, particularly an offense like Arizona that again isn't
84:27even being blessed with a great play caller like Rome has in Chicago. So, just not good, man. And I I just worry,
84:34man. This is what because I was sitting here, Dwayne, talking about like the Trey McBride thing like week two or three. I'm just like, man, I work hard
84:41at this. I like to think I know a thing or two about football. Like, how could I have been so off on McBride? And believe
84:46me, people, I've still been off on McBride. I get it. But my big concern was the fact that Jacobe is just bad
84:52enough that he's not out there and we have to move to Carson Beck sooner rather than later. And just this was not
84:58a good performance, man. And I do wonder with Jeremiah Love saying, "Oh, this is probably going to be the longest year of
85:03my life." Like the vibes are not going great in Arizona right now, man. I'm just not super convinced they're going to be getting better all that soon. Do
85:11you think Jacobe has the longest leash in the world? Because again, that's the concern. If we get 17 games from Jacobe,
85:16Michael Wilson and Trey McBride are going to be fine. But that that's the thing that worries me.
85:20>> Yeah, I mean I think it worries everybody. I mean, they they've got a losing record, what are they? One and
85:24three now. Uh so with every loss, like the closer we are to probably seeing Carson back and so and even if they
85:31don't want to play Carson Beck, we have Gardenner Mchu. We actually have another capable quarterback that's actually on the roster. So, there's a lot of
85:38different ways like that the Cardinals could go. I don't know that there would be that big of a difference between Gardner Menchu and what we would get
85:44from a Jacobe Brassette, but I will say that like the unknown of Carson Beck like it's it's certainly a problem. The
85:50challenge is like do you want to trade away a Trey McBride? Like because he's probably the most insulated Ian like even if you get
85:59Carson Beck because you are playing the underneath stuff. The defense is dropping back. they're basically giving you a lot of those targets if you want
86:04to take them. My gut is like he would come down some, but he's probably still going to be a top three fantasy tight
86:10end. Um, and so I think that's where it gets challenging.
86:13>> If you were to try to move someone is probably more Michael Wilson, you know, but right now Michael Wilson, like to
86:19your point, like he's playing the best role in the offense outside of Trey McBride. 16.5 PPR points today, 94% route share, 37% target share, four red
86:28zone targets, two end zone targets, 135 area yards, getting a play from the slot, getting play action targets, going in motion. He's he gets all the easy
86:37stuff and so this is probably going to continue for him as long as he has Brett or Gardenner Menchu. Uh, yes, long-term
86:43concerned about when we get back, but you know, if they're willing just to stick with this game plan, maybe Beck can keep it going, too. So, it it's
86:50tough, man. And I did move I moved Michael Wilson into wide receiver 3 territory last week. Like he's probably borderline wide receiver 2 now. Like
86:57until until we hear something different, you know, with the quarterback room. And Marv 82% routes today. Like so he wasn't even in his 90% range. And it was sad.
87:06He shushed everybody and that was it.
87:07That was his last target of the game. He shushed himself.
87:12Like dude, Michael Wilson and the yards per target leaderboard, which is not everything, but he's sandwiched between Xavier Worthy and Quinton Johnson. All
87:19right. And I think we all can agree it's usually not great when targets are going to those guys. It's just blows my mind
87:25how an NFL offense does this. But you know what?
87:28>> Is also it is also a quarterback stat, right? Just like yards per route run.
87:32And so part of that does tie back to Brassette. But the point is the Cardinals no matter what way we cut it
87:37probably don't have a very good, you know, quarterback. So it it hurts your scoring upside as far as touchdowns. But to your point, they they get all these
87:45receptions. They're going to be in these kind of game scripts. So, I think as long as we have Brassette under center,
87:50we're going to keep getting these performances.
87:53>> Michael Wilson, Trey McBride, they're getting their volume. Jeremiah not really getting the volume. Dwayne 14 carries for 63 yards out there.
88:00Negative8 receiving yards. Maybe he was a little bit banged up during the game.
88:03Again, this one did not exactly crack my quad box. All right, sue me about it.
88:08But >> I will say, J, I mean, Tyler Alier pretty freaking sweet 22 yard touchdown run. Should they actually be featuring
88:14their number three overall pick? Of course. I'm just I don't know, man. Not saying they couldn't do it later, but we
88:21are It's getting annoying, Dwayne, because the fact that they're kind of going back and forth with it a little bit. Even going the first preseason
88:28game, how much featured it was to Jeremiah Love, >> we're almost like we'll need to see two weeks of a sample size where they're
88:34really giving love before we can trust it, you know?
88:37>> Yeah, I'm with you. I mean, I wrote it that way in the utilization report last week and I had some people reach out to
88:41me and they were just like, "Come on, man. Like, it's for sure love." And I was like, "Well, I'm leaning to it."
88:45like he was their number three pick.
88:47Like they should make it love, but it is only one data point and they could flip it back the other way. I think you still
88:54have like with love, even though you've got this like uncertainty, we still know what the ceiling can be because we saw
88:58it, you know, last weekend and we can have this game where he really does lead the way. We know he's the better running
89:04back of the two, but it's not like Tyler Tyler Alier is terrible, you know? I mean, Tyler Algier is a good player. And
89:10look, you and I have done this long enough like where we used to just jump straight on to the rookies and we do
89:15love them guys and we push them up our ranks. We talk about trading for them.
89:18We talk about their late season value that can they can have and all those things like the research proves out on
89:22these kind of players, but I mean we're only in week four. We're heading into week five. They did sign Tyler Elgier
89:28this off seasonason. So I'm with you. I think it's a bit tricky and uh I still think you have a low-end running back
89:33two at worst with Jeremiah Love, but it's just the fact that we all want running back one Jeremiah Love season.
89:40We all want it unanimously. We all want it because Tyler Algier, the problem with him is like you're never going to
89:46start him unless Jeremiah loves out. So, it's not there's not really anybody out there going, "Oh, yeah, but I took Alier. Okay, great. Are you starting
89:52him?" No, he's sitting on your bench.
89:54Uh, so we'll see what they say about the injury with Love because he was getting worked on on the sideline. Uh, I don't
90:01have like how many drives he missed after that in front of me, Ian. But I'll look into it more tomorrow. So, Jeremiah
90:06Love, uh, low-end running back two, still with high-end running back one upside if this dec if this flips back and maybe it was more due to the injury.
90:14>> I would like to see them get going either of these guys more. Again, it was refreshing to see Alier have the nice
90:19run, but just in terms of yards per touch, which again can be skewed like any stat, but these guys are under four
90:24yards, man. Like I don't love talking about, oh man, we just need Jeremiah Love to get more touches. It's like, well, Tony Pard, Cam Scataboo, Kaylin
90:32Black.
90:32>> I do think we love like the thing we just know he's a better player than those guys. And and we also know that he
90:37is. He was coming off of a high ankle sprain, which you and I like, you know, all the years covering it, like man,
90:42that stuff can really And there's no guarantee he doesn't get over it. like I mean he might not get over it this year.
90:48Uh but if it is something where he's progressing at least today he had four and a half yards per carry for Love. Uh
90:53so we'll see. I I think it's going to get better but it's not like we love this offensive line. Like so I mean it
90:59they definitely have warts but I'm more confident in Love being able to break a long play than David Montgomery at this
91:05point. Let's move along to the Ravens taking down the Titans 24 to 18.
91:10Tennessee covering there at the end.
91:11Plus 11 and a half was the final line over there under D Cash at 42 and a half. Incredible first half from Lamar
91:17Jackson. Dwayne 222 yards and a pair of touchdowns through the air. Also had a real nice deep ball Jose Flowers. He
91:23looked like vintage awesome Lamar, but we can't have nice things. He had an ankle injury. He did not play in the
91:28second half in a boot after the game.
91:30Considered day-to-day per wrap sheet, but man, we just saw what happened last year with a limited version of Lamar Jackson and it tore apart his entire
91:37season. So, we don't know if this ankle injury is going to impact him the same way. The hamstring and then the back and
91:42the multitude of other issues did last year. But very, very troubling stuff.
91:47Ravens going to be at Atlanta on Sunday Night Football. It's Lamar Jackson, so I'm sure we're going to get all sorts of
91:52information. But what was it? The back injury on Wednesday already. Like the fact that it's week four, man, we're already dealing with multiple new
91:59injuries to Lamar Jackson. I hate it. We have not seen it impact them so far yet this year, but just not good, man.
92:05>> Yeah. Yeah, I mean to to have almost 19 fantasy points like in a half. Like I mean we were headed for a m he still you
92:11were fine. That's the thing is like he didn't win your matchup for you but he didn't kill you uh in a half of football
92:17with 222 yards 11.1 yards per attempt. I will say you know we've we've bashed on some of these offensive coordinators. I
92:23think we have to give a hat you know tip to Declan Doyle. Like this offense really does look good and he does seem
92:28like he knows what he's doing. Uh another huge day for Z Flowers Ian 25.8 8 PPR points, 91% route share, his
92:37highest on the season, a 35% target share, 10 targets, two red zone targets.
92:42This guy like just moving all over the formation, getting the play action targets, everything looking really good for Z Flowers. I don't really have
92:48anything else to add on the Ravens here as far as like the the receivers and Derrick Henry did Derrick Henry things
92:54unless there's someone that you specifically want to ask about. I will say Elijah Sherat did play today, guys.
92:5832% route share his first game.
93:01Yeah, I only additions I have was Z Flowers down Dwayne down to 6.4 yards per out run, which is just so ridiculous
93:10to even try to quantify. It's basically almost double the >> It's still a small sample because we had half a game and then basically another
93:17half a game and then a full game here.
93:19>> But take away two yards and we're talking about the best single season mark ever. That's how high of Zay Flowers is right now and how well he is
93:26playing. So all the kudos in the world to him. I will say Mark Andrews did catch a touchdown. He was even open for
93:30a second one early on. Lamar couldn't quite put it on him. So, good to see Andrews because that was the crazy
93:35thing, man. I think going into this game, it was like there was six different Ravens pass catchers to target inside the 10 yard line and Mark Andrews
93:42wasn't one of them. So, good to see that they did remember he exists there in the red zone area if it's going to be Lamar
93:47or for former Pro Bowl quarterback Tyler Snoop Huntley under center hair of this one. But yeah, Dererick Henry, Zay Flowers, those the only guys we're
93:54really going out of our way for anyway.
93:55They did their thing. Get healthy soon.
93:57Lamar then over at Tennessee it was a more fun bad cam ward experience. I don't want to say it was that bad. All right. Ravens are a good
94:05defense out there. He kept them going late and he managed to cover a spread.
94:08So did that and he got Carnell Tate going baby. Nine cadets on 12 targets for 145 yards. Great stuff from the Ohio
94:17State Buckeye number four overall pick.
94:19The only 21 year olds Dwayne wide receivers with a game with more yards than that since 2020. Jamar Chase, Justin Jefferson, and Malik Neighbors,
94:28which I do understand makes a pretty compelling case for LSU being wide receiver U, but that's not what we're talking about right now. We're talking
94:34about Carell Tape really having one hell of a breakout, man. So, can we necessarily trust this all that much because it is still Tennessee and they
94:41do face the Houston Texans next week?
94:43Probably not. But it was good to see that at least for one game in the first four weeks of the year. Yeah, Tennessee
94:49could give us some good fantasy goodness for once.
94:50>> Yeah. And I think the other thing with Tata is like his role. We were worried that he would be stuck on the boundary
94:55like playing that, you know, just out there doing the wind sprint thing. And that's been very clear that that's not what they want to do with him for the
95:02last three games. Happened to him a little bit in week one, but I mean a 10.8 average depth of target guys,
95:06that's really good. That's in a range where like you're not just getting down the field, but 129 error yards today and
95:12it was because of the targets. He had 12 of them, 43% target share. Um he got to play from the slot 27% of the time
95:18today. Uh got some play action targets.
95:21So it's it's nice what they're now. They don't run a lot of play action, only 17% today. So like Brian Dable, that's not
95:27something that he's doing a lot right now with Cam Ward. But still, I think overall, like when you look at the
95:32routes and like some of the stuff he's getting to do, Carninal Tate's in a pretty favorable role. It's just a matter of how much do you trust Cam
95:38Ward? And then the other part comes down to really the matchup, which you just talked about. Next week it will be the
95:43Texans who, you know, let's be honest, like they've just been kind of destroyed by a lot of teams, but they're really
95:48good offenses. It's not the same way we think about an 0 and4 Titans team. But I I think Carninal Tates holding steady is
95:53like a a boom bus wide receiver 4 Ian.
95:56This was a boom. If you want to argue he's in the wide receiver 3 category. I may end up bumping him up into that in
96:01my rest of season ranks because the role is like better than what I thought it was going to be. I just wanted to see a
96:05few different weeks. Um but not a guy that you're going to rush to put in your lineups if the matchup's not there.
96:11>> I did actually see the Texans on one of my waiver wires this last week for their DST. And I get it guys, they haven't
96:16been anywhere near as good as we thought they'd be. But as Dwayne said, Bills, Bengals, Colts, and Cowboys to start the
96:22season here for the Texans. They get the Titans, Jaguars isn't great, but then the Giants, Chargers, Browns, Colts, Ravens the rest of the way. So
96:29>> defense does not win championships. At least not in September, apparently, Ian.
96:33>> Not in the year 2026. Wonder either.
96:35Well, you know, the Seahawks certainly made a compelling case for that last year, but yeah, at least not in September. So, uh, Tony Pard punched in
96:42one from the goal line. They, again, this was a weird game, man. Like Carell Tate had a long game where they forced a
96:47fumble at the end of it. Tony Pard, they did some weird stupid trick play from the one yardd line, so they got stuffed
96:52on fourth down. Like again, the Ravens won comfortably, but there were a few swing plays where this one could have been a little bit more dicey. I don't
96:58know. Tony Potter, are we completely disrespecting him a little too much? He is a safe bet for 15 to 20 touches.
97:04Maybe this offense could go from absolute dog [ __ ] to like below average.
97:09>> Yeah, I'm I'm just not there yet. I mean, his 13 PPR points today. like if it like borderline running back too if
97:15you want to call him that like it's fine. It's just hard to get excited because he's still splitting the backfield. You know, you have Spears
97:20doing the pass down work. He gets the rushing attempts on an offense that might not score 10 points in a game. And
97:26that's just you know how it is and and these and the Titans the problem is like they're like seven to 10 point dogs
97:32every week. And so it's like okay we have a you know it's like how's Pard getting there? there. When you when you
97:37have a spread like that, one, you're not anticipating that many opportunities on the ground. And then number two, that also means you have a low team total.
97:44So, it's it's just it's it's going to be a struggle. Like, if I could move Pard like basically for like a bag of beans,
97:49I would probably do it. You know, I thought if I needed a bag of beans on my team, like I would take it.
97:55>> Taj Spears just not getting the touches, man. He goes out there and I he made one play, we looked at lucive. Again, I
98:00don't quite get it. And that would be the other concern. I would. Yeah, that'd be the other concern with uh Pard is
98:05just like Spears has been iffy with the ankle. Once he is back to full health, I would expect some of those touches for
98:10Pard to be disintegrating. But hey, let's talk about someone who also is not usually a safe bet to score 13 PPR
98:16points, Dwayne. And that's taking us over to the Packers and the Buccaneers.
98:1917 to 14 win for Green Bay. They covered I mean they did not cover, I'm sorry, they pushed as three-point faves under
98:25Cashier 30 and a half. So, we'll get to a Mecha Ibuka and his struggles here in a minute, but first up, Jordan Love and
98:30company. fine enough. But man, 197 yards, two touchdowns, one interception.
98:36I just wanted more, man. We saw Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. And it was like first three weeks of the year, both these guys in the top 13 with
98:43the offense not even clicking. Matthew Golden still got a short touchdown.
98:47Christian Watson 47 yards, caught all three of his targets. But just a day where really no one, this offense was making you feel good other than actually
98:54Tucker Craft, man. Six catches on seven targets, 41 yards, and one touchdown.
98:59Could have been two, but unfortunately he dropped a four-yer. I'm just so happy that he did manage to get the second
99:04foot down the other one because it was going to be a long week of trying to defend Tucker Craft, Dwayne, if we
99:09didn't at least get that one.
99:11>> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, Tucker Craft's uh my most drafted tight end in fantasy this year just based on where he went. And I
99:16thought like of the guys like going after, you know, the the top three, four rounds, like probably the most talented, you're going to have to wait a little
99:23bit for him to be healthy, but it does look like we are back there. Ian, he had a 23% target share today. 30% targets
99:30per route run. Had the three red zone targets, two endzone targets. Uh, and yeah, I mean like that that one was
99:36right off the hands, but it would have been 22.5 actually would have been 23.5 fantasy points today, but he still gave
99:42you 16 and a half. Really good for him.
99:45Uh, early data here where I I know for sure these route shares are not completely correct, but it was clearly Matthew Golden at the top based on the
99:52data I have right now. in 93% route share versus 73% for Christian Watson. I did see Watson leave for a little bit
99:59and he was squatting over on the sideline uh after he had made a cool move to juke somebody out and get some
100:04extra yardage. So kind of let's watch the injury report on Christian Watson and see if something's going on there.
100:09But it was a 23% target share. Matthew Golden led the way over Watson today who was at 10% 11.7 PPR points for Christian
100:17Watson and and that's it. That's pretty much consolidated around those three guys. Um, we're continuing to start them in all formats. We'll just have to watch
100:24for Watson, see what happened.
100:26>> We're hoping to get a backfield leader to emerge. Did not seem to be the case.
100:30Chris Brooks hurt his ankle. Marshon Lloyd fumbled out of bounds and it was like, "Oh my god, here we go again." But
100:35then Caleb Johnson said, "Not so fast, my friend. He actually lost a fumble around the goal line." I think Caleb, I
100:41test wise, and we saw today he had a nice 31 yard run. He's looked the best as a pure rusher. Marshon Lloyd, though,
100:47did do a few good things. Caught five balls for 36. complete a nice little hurdle out there. Almost lost his family
100:53jewels in the process. So, be careful, Mr. Lloyd. But just another week, man, where it sounded like in the pregame reports that the Green Bay wants to try
101:01to figure this out. It's a great matchup next week. Packers versus the Bears. I will probably rank Caleb like one spot
101:07ahead of Lloyd. I don't think either of them could be in my Definitely not my top 30. Normally, I would say top 36,
101:13but with the buys, we'll see what happens. It's another week, man, where unfortunately we just can't really recommend anyone because I don't even
101:18think Green Bay knows who their RB1 is yet.
101:20>> No. And I mean, this is this is the way I'll project it as as a split. If we don't have Chris Brooks in the game, at
101:25least maybe we get to a two-way split between the two guys. And with the buys, probably is going to at least get one of
101:30them in the top 36. Uh like it's kind of hard to decide which one you want. Uh more passing down work for Marshon
101:38Lloyd, but I do agree like and so today 57 uh 50% route share for him. He also got more of the work inside the five as
101:45far as the snaps go. 57% versus 29% for Caleb. So might have a slight lean Lloyd, but I'm with you. Like I I do
101:51think Caleb Johnson has looked like the best rusher of the group so far this season. Chris Brooks was looking good early and I think he was about to be the
101:58hot hand potentially for the game for that injury. So we'll have to see what's up with him. But I'm with you. It's just
102:04it's hard to recommend any of these players with confidence. And I I would say the other thing is if we ever do get
102:08Josh Jacobs back, no one here standing in his way. It's just right back to full-time workload.
102:13>> I just wonder with this old line, man, how much we're even going to be able to get from Jacobs, who I mean, and I guess
102:18the argument would be he hasn't been this efficient guy even the last couple years because the Packers offensive line hasn't been that good the last couple
102:24years >> to your point.
102:27He could to your point like I think the floor for Jacobs and this version of the offense could be more of being a David
102:32Montgomery.
102:33>> Yeah.
102:33>> But at least we would know we could like he would be the guy we know we could start. [laughter] Not
102:37>> I would kill for Caleb to be a David Montgomery right now. Yeah, I would too.
102:41You're right. Yeah, me too.
102:43>> Again, Packers, Bears next week. We'll see what happens with the ongoing Jacobs situation there. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it sounds like guys Baker
102:50Mayfield with that current uh, you know, injuries dealing with could be looking at six to seven weeks out. Not good at
102:56all because with Jaylen Daniels under center, yeah, the Duke can run around 55 rushing yards out there. Did throw a pair of picks that again were undercut
103:03and very much seemed to be his fault.
103:05and yeah, it just did not tend to lead what what we would consider to be a good NFL offense, even in a matchup against a
103:10Packers defense that again should have been putting any fear in any of us. So, just a dude's first start and everything, but undrafted for a reason.
103:17Tough to be too optimistic about this offense led by a dual threat quarterback, Dwayne. So, Chris Gobin led the way here. Caught six of seven
103:24targets for 31 yards. Mecha Ibuka 13 yards, barely got 12 yards, let alone 12 PPR points as our, you know, long
103:31running countdown continues here. It did look like Ibuka dropped a 10- yard touchdown. So, congrats, I guess, on getting open enough to drop it. But it's
103:39rough, man. I want nothing to do with none of the pass catchers, which shouldn't surprise anyone. But now, Dwayne, even the backfield's a mess
103:46because Kenneth Gwell caught the touchdown and Shawn Tucker is back to doing Shawn Tucker things on the goal line. So, now Bucky Irving looks like he
103:53has that between and 20 roll that kind of scared us in the first place.
103:57>> Yeah. 6.1 PPR points today for Bucky Irving. 64% of the rushing attempts, 57% of the snap share. Those things are all
104:03fine, but it was the reemergence of Shawn Tucker getting the carry inside the five for the touchdown. And to your point, it's already an offense with
104:12Jaylen Daniels. Uh I remember when I ran the projection model first last week and I had 165 passing yards for Jaylen
104:19Daniels. I was like, h I don't know. I mean, maybe even that's a little low.
104:22And then the props dropped the next day and there was it was at 167. I was like, okay, nope, we're good. like this is
104:28just like our expectations uh with a seventh round draft pick or was he an undrafted free agent undrafted? No. Yeah, undrafted
104:35free agent out of Kansas. So, yeah, it's a downgrade for everyone. I had all these wide receivers outside my top 36,
104:42Ibuka, Godwin, all of them got a downgrade and uh we'll just continue to stay there until we get Baker Mayfield back, man. Hopefully uh it's sooner than
104:51uh that timeline you just gave. But you do need a thumb the last time I checked to throw the football. And that's the
104:57thing, man. So, look, I get it. Goblin's been dropped in a lot of leagues. Abuka might be right behind him. I'm just It
105:02might just not even matter, but like Baker coming back from a dislocated right thumb. I'm not going to be thrilled about starting these guys even
105:08when that happens, you know?
105:10>> No, but at least we have hope, you know?
105:12I mean, we know Baker's a dangerous thing, Dwayne.
105:15>> I know. But I mean, at least we have seen Baker in the last couple of years, two to three years in this offense.
105:20Like, he can throw for 250 yards. Like, so if he's back and he's fully healthy, like I I I'm going to feel better about
105:26it than I do now. Is what's that going to ultimately be worth? I don't know.
105:29Like I I I can't say. But I think we would at the worst case you have Baker back, we're looking at Igbuka as like a
105:35wide receiver three, Godwins a wide receiver four. And this version of the offense is like Ibuka is a wide receiver four, Godwins a wide receiver five. Like
105:42to your point, we're trying to just figure out how do we not put them in our starting lineups in fantasy.
105:48>> Maybe you can start Bucky on Thursday night. They are facing the Cowboys. He's he's been playing good this year. That's
105:52the thing. All right. So maybe 15 touches even if they're not the fantasy friendly variety. Still could go play in the right matchup.
105:59>> Yeah, it was. I'm just saying like like Buckyy's probably still going to be our top 24. Just he might be
106:07>> Yeah, but this Yeah, and we'll see. You know, these guys flip this stuff around.
106:10Maybe they don't do that with Shawn Tucker next week. My gut says they are though, I feel like what they're saying
106:15is we're going to run a different style of offense with Jaylen Daniels. We're going to have Shawn Tucker up. We're going to lean into the run game. It's
106:22It's I think this is what they want their identity to be until they get Bucker. Until they get Bucker. Who's Bucker? You know, I'm not [laughter]
106:30Bucker. Baker. I combined Bucky Irving and Baker Mayfield. How about that?
106:34>> Well, that's the thing, man, because they went in, there was third and one.
106:36They gave Shawn Tucker his first touch of the season. He got stuffed and then it was fourth and one. Like, this was
106:41the play. If we could just get one stop from the Packers there, then it would have been, "All right, we gave you a
106:46chance, Sean. You couldn't get one yard in two tries." But no, he had a sweet run. He gained 11. He got eight yards
106:51and then punched in the touchdown there shortly after. So, could be a little bit problematic there. But either way, Dwayne, yeah, I know you have something
106:59you want to say that's not problematic.
107:01In fact, it's actually very good and the people should listen. Yeah, I think this is better than the Buccaneers offense by
107:06far, right? Imagine if your Wi-Fi can also protect your home at the same time.
107:10Well, you don't have to imagine any longer with Exfinity Shield. Infinity Shield is a force field unlike Jaylen Daniels around the Buccaneers offense,

107:55On to late afternoon slate. We had the Vikings take down the Dolphins 15 to 10.
107:59Undefeated Vikings even though they have not scored a touchdown uh in quite some time. Will Rer has scored 35 points the
108:06last three weeks. The offense has just six. So, you know what is what it is.
108:10Win is a win is a win. Still not exactly sold in the offense, but hey, Dolphins did cover as nine and a half point dogs
108:16under catch of course at 38 and a2. It was a step in the right direction for Kyler Murray. A small step. Okay, 247
108:22passing yards, 27. It was a short joke.
108:25All right, I'm not going to hide behind, but you know, it was it was it was a pretty good one. Took four sacks in this
108:29one. We're just still not getting much running, Dwayne. And, you know, he's trying to work inside the offense, but 17 rushing yards last week, 19 this
108:36week. The second half was better. Justin Jefferson wasn't out there. I get it. It was great to see TJ Hawinson get going.
108:42Caught all 13 of his targets for 119 yards. Kind of like living up that sort of, you know, halfbaked ideal where
108:49like, you know, Trey McBry, Kyler Murray, maybe he just starts feeding his tight end again. It worked for one week and that's great. I'm just trying to
108:56balance all that with, man, you were at home playing what was widely considered to be one of the worst defenses in the
109:02entire league and you couldn't score a touchdown. I know Hawinson should have walked in there at the end. He he decided to put the team in front of his
109:08fantasy manager. So, I get it. But, all right, give him a touchdown in that case, man. Like, we're still talking 22
109:14points against the Dolphins. So, it's fine. I'm just saying for over the last 12 months, last calendar year, man, if you would have asked me where I had KC
109:22rank like the play caller lexicon going to last year versus now, it'd be quite a bit lower.
109:27>> Yeah, look, I mean, Kyler Murray still acclimating to the offense, but I mean, I think at this point, we do just have
109:32to clearly downgrade him until we see that he is actually acclimated because like we've not seen it. 11.5 fantasy points today to your point in a matchup
109:40that we thought could be very favorable for him. Obviously didn't have Justin Jefferson out there. Uh but look, you still had enough like in in a matchup
109:48like this. So Kyler Murray going to get a downgraded. I will say though on the ground it was nice. 16.8 PPR points
109:55today from Aaron Jones. Continues to play this dominant role while Jordan Mason is out. 77% of the rushing attempts, 72% of the snaps today. And
110:05then if you look at his route share today, it was actually 100% of the two-minute offense and a 67% route share. So Aaron Jones, he's he's he's
110:13the guy right now in this offense until we get Jordan Mason back. It was Dean Claybourne working as the running back,
110:18too. If some of you guys are in these skank leagues, just holding on to somebody, but just realize it won't be
110:22too much longer before we get Mr. Jordan Mason back.
110:25>> Would be nice to see Jonesy get back in the end zone one of these days. We have plenty of usage and no one's going to be
110:30complaining about again racking up to 16 PPR points as you mentioned. So good stuff for Jones. He'll continue to be a
110:35top 20 if not even closer to that RB1 borderline play next week against the Saints. Disappointing game from Jordan Addison. Caught again four of six
110:42targets for 52 yards. Didn't completely kill you, but we were expecting again big things with the matchup. It was just an adjustment, Dwayne, where again I did
110:49not think Hawinson would be doubling up Addison's targets, but here we are.
110:54Sounds like Justin Jefferson should have a chance to return next week. I believe KOC's postgame quote was saying like he's made good progress and everything
111:00like that. I do think they want to take it easy with him. So, I'll just say, man, Justin Jefferson is Justin
111:06Jefferson. I'd be very surprised with the current state of the offense if we're going to be able to get a second
111:11overly fantasy relevant pass catcher here.
111:14>> Yeah, I agree. When you have when you have Jefferson back, it's just like what we talked about with Kyler having to
111:18basically wait now until we see it to think that it's actually going to happen. I think you have to treat all
111:24the pass catchers the same way. You talked about TJ Hawinson. I mean, if you guys did have him in your fantasy
111:28lineup, 24.9 PPR points uh today. A 39% target share. Definitely uh one of the best days we've seen from TJ Hawinson in
111:36a long time. And you mentioned doubling up Jordan Addison. 13 targets versus six. Two red zone targets for Mr.
111:42Hawinson. Zero for Addison today. If we were to have a game where we did not see Jefferson back, I wouldn't expect the
111:49same thing. I think Addison and Hawinson are both going to be very involved.
111:52Quick shout out for Jawan Jennings. Only 1.8 28 fantasy points, but he didn't leave the field today on passing down.
111:57So, Jawan Jennings uh you know out there if you're playing in a >> Ian league where you play with 4,354 other uh teams, Jawan Jennings might be
112:06something that you consider, but did look like he is the uh guy getting a full-time role with Justin Jefferson out.
112:14>> Moving on to the Dolphins. Again, they covered and everything. Vikings realistically could have won this game by 12 points, but it was closer than
112:21that throughout, man. If you were just able to watch it. Chris Bell, we had it.
112:26Dwayne, we weren't expecting it in this matchup. We weren't expecting anything.
112:29Malik Willis threw for 85 yards, which is what we were expecting here. Chris Bell 68 touchdown nullified because his freaking pinky toe was on the white
112:38line. I'm not even so sure, man. and the year 2026 where we can get clear HD visuals for everything. We got like this
112:45weird like conspiracy 1970 looking footage of Chris Bell's foot ever so slightly being out of bounds. We didn't even get it when it happened. It took
112:54like a commercial break from the show was just alleged footage of Chris Bell stepping out of bounds, but he did allegedly and the touchdown got taken
113:01back off the board. So, it was kind of like a weird blown coverage situation anyway. So, I'm not saying that we
113:06should be rushing to, you know, rank Chris Bell that much higher, but just unfortunate to see out there. I would say the bigger takeaway is seeing Malik
113:13Washington actually be the, you know, really focus of the pass game. Caught all five of his targets for 67 yards, just five targets. But when your
113:20quarterback only threw the ball 17 times, it does make sense that again, he should be the guy we're looking at more
113:25so moving forward. It is going to be the Dolphins versus the Bengals next week.
113:28And they're using Washington creatively enough, Dwayne, where I'm not expecting a lot, but I do think he can kind of do
113:34his best like 2024, 2025 Wale Robinson impression in full PPR, and that's going to equal fantasy points.
113:41>> Yeah. I mean, that's the way I wrote him up last week was like, look, like if you like Wandell Robinson, you're going to
113:46love Malik Washington, you [laughter] know? I mean, I don't know what that's worth to you, but obviously if you like Malik Washington, you're hurting and
113:53you're just looking for points any way you can get them. And like undoubtedly, man, like the targets have been there all season. He in 29% target share
113:59today. Not super deep downfield, but they put him in motion, put him in the slot. So, you're going to have the
114:05protection of actually having some targets and getting some catches. The big problem is like, are we going to score any touchdowns? And apparently the
114:11answer to that question is probably not.
114:13Like, I just don't know. Now, this was a really tough matchup against uh the Vikings. But this offense has not looked
114:18good. And unfortunately for Chris Bell, man, uh zero fantasy points when we took that touchdown off the board. 18% target share. He was the wide receiver, too.
114:26But Caleb Douglas was starting to get back around to practice last week. So, we could be getting him back more likely. You know, it's a split between
114:33those two guys. So, just just really tough to do anything to your point outside of Malik Washington, which we're still not super excited about. And then
114:40Greg Dolich, 50% route share based on the early data that I have. That's not good really in any in any offense, much
114:47less on the Miami freaking Dolphins.
114:50>> 50%, man. in a game where you're down some top pass catchers. We have the Bengals next week, Dwayne. That's the
114:56only reason why I care about this.
114:58>> I know. I know. Well, I mean, get ready.
115:00Like, you're gonna have to take some medicine to see how high you want to move him, >> I guess. So, goodness gracious. We did
115:07have some good news. If you guys were bold enough to go out there and spend some money on that waiver wire and
115:11secure Olly Gordon, Dwayne, you have some good news.
115:14>> Yeah, 18 fantasy points. Uh, led the team with a 60% snap share. 53% of the rushing attempts. Now, it was nine
115:20carries. He had a very long one, guys.
115:22He had 100 rushing yards. Uh, but he came through getting you a touchdown.
115:2511.1 yards per attempt. What I would say is go sell Olly Gordon immediately right now, as fast as you can. If you can get
115:33a trade done tonight, that is preferable. Uh, Jaylen Wright, 30% of the snaps, he 30% of the rushing attempts. So, it does look like Olly
115:40Gordon is the leader here. Uh, Malik Willis, who we saw get more of the design work last week and thought h
115:45maybe, you know, with Devon Achan out, they'll use him a little bit more. only 6% had two or one design rush today for
115:52Mr. Malik Willis. We did not see any work from a third running back. So, at least we have that. It is a two-way
115:58split with Olli Gordon in the driver's seat right now. I would think of this as like uh a poor man's version of David
116:03Montgomery and Woody Marks. How would you like a poor man's version of that, Ian? Well, okay, here's the devil's advocate a little bit. I'm not trying to
116:11sit here and say that I want to be investing in the Dolphins, but they only ran 37 plays out here. They only had the
116:16ball for about 20 minutes. So, it was a bit of a wonky game from that standpoint. Gordon looked really good. I
116:22mean, he's clearly better than Jaylen Wright. We should be able to see that. I think the Dolphins see that at this
116:27point. [sighs] Is it I hear you with the Demon thing, but you know what? Demon's still some of them are ranking as a low-end RB2. Like,
116:35yeah, this is the poor man's version.
116:37Where how high do you think you can get Ali Gordon in your ranks on a non by-week?
116:41>> H [sighs] remember.
116:43>> I can get him in the top I can get him in the top 30. Yeah, that's so that means sell high if if you can sell the
116:4818 fantasy points, right? It's it's not it's not you just want to give the player away, but you're not ever like
116:55the best you're hoping for is Quinn Sean Judkins and you just got his boom game.
117:00Next week he's probably scoring seven fantasy points. Like I would be moving Ollie Gordon if I could.
117:05>> Yeah, [sighs] you're probably right.
117:07>> And it's not a hate on the player, guys.
117:09This is this is an environmental issue, you know? This is this is toxic. We got ozone problems. We got pollution there.
117:16There's a lot of issues right now with the Miami Dolphins offense.
117:19>> I just wish the fact Malik Willis is finishing so many of these games with two or three rush attempts is just
117:24inexplicable to me. Like if you're going to try to pretend like you care about finding out what you have in the guy
117:29like would you not lean into his best ability? Whatever.
117:32>> Yeah. And you know what defense defenses would would prefer you not, >> you know? I mean so like I don't
117:38understand the game plan here. I I'm not sure. I mean, it is Bobby Slowick who uh you know, had that one season we can
117:43always hearken back to uh with the Texans and since then just really hasn't been good for Sloick.
117:49>> Let's move along. Chiefs took down the Raiders 30 to 27. Raiders did cover four and a half point dogs over Cashio 47 and
117:56a half. It got close there at the end.
117:58Probably shouldn't have even been that close. Trey Tucker didn't catch a pass, but for some reason they didn't do their replay review. They should be doing
118:04under two minutes, so they had kind of a better chance. End up seeing that game ending Kurt Cousins pick anyway. But
118:09we'll start off with the Chiefs. 225 yards and a pair of touchdowns from Patrick Mahomes. Both of which went to Taekquin Thornton. Man, he was having
118:15such a good game. 111 yards and those pair of scores, but he suffered what I can only assume is a broken/dislocated,
118:22devastating ankle injury. So, he's going to be out for the season. Get better soon. Taekwond was great, man. Seeing this dude go from being widely viewed as
118:30a bust in New England to really remaking himself over his last two seasons in Kansas City. Also injured Rice. had a
118:37hamstring injury early and as we know with hamstring injuries that could be multi-week injuries. Xavier Worthy had his best game of the year by far and
118:44that produced 70 yards. Okay, he did go downfield and actually made I saw it win. I couldn't believe it. He made a
118:49contested catch downfield. It was an incredible display of being an actual wide receiver that I did not know Xavier had in him. But man, Rice is out. Taquon
118:58Thornton's out. Jaylen Royals and Cyrus Allen in the meantime. Okay, they're going to be out there. Let's get Jerry Judy. Let's get Brian Thomas Jr. Let's
119:08get Calvin Ridley. Let's get all of them, man. The Chiefs have to make a move at wide receiver now.
119:13>> Yeah, I think they will make a move.
119:14Like, I think it's almost guaranteed at this point with these injuries today.
119:17Taquan Taquan Thornton, man. 28.1 PPR points today, Ian. And then has the injury. Just so unfortunate for him. Uh, you know, and a guy that fits with what
119:27Patrick Mahomes wants to do and they've had some chances to air it out this year. We obviously saw it in this game.
119:31So, it really does stink. So, for now, I think it's Worthy and Kelsey that benefit the most from this. We'll see
119:36how long we're going to deal with this injury with Rasheed Rice, but it was Jaylen Royals that stepped into the slot
119:42role. Um, so I would expect that to carry on until they add someone. I think it will be Cyrus Allen stepping into the
119:49Taekwon Thornton role. Uh, and if there was a guy like on the team that I think is the wild card, at least Cyrus Allen
119:54had a good preseason Ian. Like, not a high draft pick or anything like that, but they did talk about him being their
119:59best man beater in the preseason. So, if you're going to put someone on the outside and make them play that role
120:04that Taekquin Thornton has, feels like Cyrus Allen would be the best bet for that. So, we'll we'll see where it goes.
120:10I think you're in a really deep league, you are picking up uh both of these players because it is the Chiefs. And as
120:15much as we think a trade's going to happen, who knows? Maybe they don't make one. Like, I I really do. It comes down
120:20to like what do they have to pay? Like, what do they have to give up? My gut is it won't cost a lot in draft capital,
120:24but can they make a contract work in the trade? That's what it's ultimately going to come down to with some of these names
120:29that are available. So, uh, I would love for it to be BTJ. That would be my preference. Let's get Brian Thomas Jr.
120:36out here. Let's put Xavier Worthy in about a 60% route share. Let's just let Brian Thomas Jr. come over here and cook
120:42at a 90% route share. What would you do?
120:44Where would you put Brian Thomas Jr. if he signed with the Chiefs? If he got traded to the Chiefs this week,
120:49>> well, JSN's wide receiver won, >> but after that, it's fair game.
120:55>> I mean, he'd be up [laughter] there, man. It'd be exciting as hell, I'll tell you. At least a wide receiver too. He's
121:00in the wide receiver too conversation like instant in instantly.
121:04>> Instant man again cuz we were seeing it with Thornton too. Like the Mahomes deep ball. Thornton's helping but Mahomes also looking very much like Patrick
121:10Mahomes again this year which is obviously the bigger part of the equation. I will say man cuz I'm with you. I think Jaylen Royals is more so
121:17the Rashi Rice replacement. Like shouldn't we be more excited about that than someone trying to replicate the downfield stuff that we know to be so
121:23much more volatile? I hear you. Allen did good things in the preseason, but Royals had himself a good game or two as
121:28well in August.
121:29>> Yeah. No, they both did. I think they're both guys that you're picking up this week off the waiverwire. But I will say
121:33Cyrus Allen did also play a lot of the Rasheed Rice role in the preseason, too.
121:38So, it wasn't just all the vertical stuff. My gut is just that if they want to put someone out there that can play
121:44more of the downs than not, like I think Cyrus Allen is more fit to play on the outside and stay on the field more
121:50often. So, I would slightly lean to Allen, but I mean, it's close. Like, I wouldn't blame anyone that's like, "No, I want to go after Royals." U I think
121:58the question is we'll have to see like what's up with Rashid Rice, like and how long we think he's going to be out. I
122:02definitely think Jaylen Royals his value is connected to however long Rice is out, which was a hamster.
122:08>> You know what the real answer is going to be, Dwayne? It's going to be the Wednesday news notification from hell.
122:14Chiefs sign old friend Juju Smith Shuster to a one-year deal.
122:18>> Oh my god. Why do we do this? Yeah, >> it's happening. It's happening.
122:22>> At least they got Kenneth Walker. Two more touchdowns, 177 yards. Had a sweet 77 yard run at the end of the third
122:28quarter. He was having a relatively quiet game and then he decided, just kidding, here's another 100 yards and two touchdowns. So,
122:36man, >> yeah, 30.9 PPR points today. Yep.
122:39Kenneth Walker smash.
122:41>> I mean, it's Gibbs, Bejon, Kenneth Walker. And if you wanted to say I like Kenneth Wboard and Gibbs or Bejon, I
122:47mean can't really argue with you at this point. So Chiefs have a buy. Make sure you rest up Kenneth. They're going to
122:52need you. Over on the Raiders 365, two touchdowns and the one interception from Kirk Cousins. He got hit and was at the
122:58end of the game though.
123:00>> 52 pass attempts. Man, this Raiders offense looks so much more just real and like an actual NFL offense. Yeah. Good.
123:10Right. Like [laughter] I knew they would get enough volume to Genty or I hoped enough volume to Genty and Bowers to pay off there and they did
123:16that today and that was great to see. 21 touches for Genty, 58 rushing, 68 receiving. Even look a little bit banged
123:22up out there. So really good to see him get that receiving stuff going even though the going's been a little bit
123:26tough on the ground. It was today as well for Mike Washington. Brock Bowers, six catches, 86 yards and a touchdown, but man, we got 82 yards from Michael
123:33Mayer. Ian Thomas is scoring a touchdown. We had a nice Trey Tucker game a couple weeks ago.
123:40it. I've always been anti like sitting your top 10, number one overall pick, whatever is QB for that long, but that
123:48usually goes handinhand with that offense sucking and you're like watching these wasted games. That's not what we're getting right now, man. And as
123:55long as that happens and Kubak and the Raiders are comfortable letting Mendoza learn, I mean, Kirk Cousins has done nothing to make them change that game
124:02plan if that's their game plan, which we have every reason to believe it is.
124:04Yeah, they're three and one after this one, but a very close loss to like a really good Chiefs team. Like they're
124:09not benching Kirk Cousins anytime soon.
124:12I mean, at this rate, like he could play the whole season. Like, it's really in play right now >> for Cousins. Um I Where are you moving
124:19Cousins? I moved him up last week to mid-range QB2, you know, for rest of season. I and it's it's tough with the
124:27rest of season because like eventually Mendoza could play but I take this as another positive performance even though they lost the game. But let's just say
124:34let's just to make it easy when Cousins is playing let's say Mendoza whatever we'll worry about that later but when Cousins is playing
124:43like this offense looks so good dude I think it's just really hard to to not consider like just like the way we've
124:49been talking about Bryce Young and some of these other guys like Kirk Cousins kind of in a similar part of the
124:52conversation.
124:53>> Oh 100%. And I was going to say too, just based on some of the lows we've seen from Jacobe and Gino as well, both
125:00of them this week. Like I trust both those guys.
125:02>> Agree.
125:03>> I can't get him over Stafford, I'd like to see Bryce get Coker back. They're gonna have a bye-week next week anyway.
125:09I mean, like I think Bo Knicks versus Kirk Cousins is a very reasonable question. I'm leaning Cousins right now.
125:14>> I agree. Yep. I'm with you. Definitely starting him over Justin Herbert.
125:18>> Oh yeah.
125:19>> Had to had to bring it back to that again. [laughter] >> Come on.
125:22>> Sorry. heard jumps on every week.
125:24>> I mean, he's going to be probably a borderline QB1 man. Jordan Love, depending on where Drake is.
125:30>> He's a mid-range QB2 that we move up, you know, a little bit in the right matchups probably, and he's going to be
125:36we're going to have weeks, especially when the by-week skater where you're going to be looking at Kirk Cousins inside your top 12.
125:41>> Kirk Cousins, man, take about I didn't know he still had this in him. I thought the arm strength just wasn't quite
125:45there. It's not like he's throwing ropes all over the field or anything like that, but you know what? Maybe a little
125:50bit of a very less overrated anyway. you know, he's throwing ropes all over the field. Justin Herbert, it doesn't even matter, man. So, we'll talk about him
125:56more in a little bit, but yeah, shout out to Kirk Cousins, man. I would say one of the more underrated just awesome
126:00surprises so far of the year. But yeah, otherwise really was continuing to be it seemed like Dwayne the Genty show a
126:06little more Mike Washington earlier. And I guess when you do look at the carries, 15 versus nine was a little bit closer
126:12to what we were seeing. But as long as Genty is soaking up that pass down work, man, it should still be okay enough for
126:17upside RB2 numbers. Albeit the top five heights maybe we're hoping for. Not looking great right now.
126:23>> Yeah, I mean 58% of the design rushing attempts for him today. 35% for Mike Washington. You know who, you know, Mike
126:29Washington, let's be honest, like he's earned that I think like with the explosive plays that we've seen from the preseason through now. You mentioned it.
126:35Washington struggled today, but to your point, 63% route share for Genty today.
126:41And so just still out there getting the targets. He had a 17% target share today with eight. Ended up catching six six of
126:47those balls for 68 yards. So yeah, as long as you're getting that from Genty, you feel really good about it. Um I I I
126:53really still I wish that I would see Genty just have more explosive plays.
126:57Maybe he's not fully healthy. I'm a little concerned at this point on that front, Ian. Like is Genty going to get a
127:03full workload? Yes. Is he going to play enough in a good offense? We're still going to like him in fantasy. Yes. But
127:08is he the prospect that we thought?
127:11Maybe not.
127:13>> 78 carries without a rush of even 20 yards this year, guys. It's the most in the league. And look at the guys that
127:20are next to him. Cam Scataboo, Quenshan Jensen, Chase Brown.
127:24>> Yeah, >> those are still good.
127:25>> More like a plotter right now. I mean, it's it's we're four games, guys. I hope Genty turns it uh around. Again, still a
127:32good fantasy asset because the O but the reason why is because the offense is overperforming by so much. If this was
127:38the Raiders offense like last year, people would be this would be terrible for Ashen Genty, but he's in a good enough offense this year that like the
127:45volume is enough uh that he's still pro he's still a top 12 fantasy running back right now. And I get it. Him and
127:51Jeremiah Love probably are less than 100%. But there's also probably a lot of other running backs are too. And our ability to now all of a sudden know in
127:58week six or seven that all of a sudden they are healthy.
128:01>> That's fair.
128:01>> That's the tough part. So, we'll see what happens. And Dwayne, we'll see what happens when you do another lovely read
128:06here. Yeah, absolutely. I can't wait to do another read, Ian. So, we're going to do HelloFresh, guys. You know, HelloFresh, like if you don't, like
128:15you're about to find out more about it.
128:16Fantasy football season is a busy one.
128:18Uh my daughter came in here, you know, Ian, and showed me the picture from uh Coraline, and it's the dad, you know,
128:24sitting at the keyboard. His eyes are all dark, you know, and she's standing back here behind me in the doorway like,
128:29"Dad, pay some attention to me." Uh so, you know, it is busy. That means there's so many things to worry about, but
128:35dinner should never be one of them. And guess what? We do always feed Zoe. And I do find quality time. For the record,

129:06M- A TT10FM at checkout for 10. 10 free meals. Who doesn't want 10 free meals? Free breakfast for life. Are you kidding me?
129:17How can you guys not go use this code?
129:18Let's get it done.
129:20Let's get it done. Just like the 49ers did over the Broncos today. 24 to4. San Fran winning and covering his two and a
129:26half point phase under cashier at 48 and a half. 218 and two touchdowns through the air from Brock Perie. was way more
129:33slowgoing than what we've seen really over the course of the first three weeks of the year. Looked a little bit more
129:37mortal, but when you have a more mediocre day at the office and you still walk away with 24 points, not the worst
129:43thing in the world. So, zero sacks taken again. And per the fine folks over at Underdog Fantasy, the 49ers now the
129:49first team to not allow a sack through the first four games of the season since Pton Manning with the Colts in 2005.
129:56Obviously had some help from his friends here. Christian McCaffrey, you know, not the biggest game in the world, but when again, you have a bit of a dud and you
130:02still look up and you have 16 PPR points. You could be complaining a lot more about that. Still very much the
130:07RB1, y'all, ahead of Kayn Black. The bigger surprise to me, Dwayne, was Mike Evans going out there and yeah, you know, you saw him grimacing a few times,
130:14but had Patrick Zertan beat for a potential 5-yard touchdown. Pretty missed him on the throw. Wound up catching five of eight targets for 76
130:21yards. So, there were a lot of questions with Mike Evans and how much he would be able to play with that rib injury. I
130:26know personally in my home league I was trying to pick between Mike Evans and Lab Makoni and I'm sure you guys can
130:30figure out which freaking stupid choice I made in that scenario. But hey, Mike Evans went out there still looked really good and I would like to think the rib
130:38injury can heal up more in the future.
130:40If it does, man, really good stuff here going for him as the wide receiver won San Fr.
130:44>> Yeah, man. Just one of the real gladiators. Uh like you talk about somebody that will always play for P play through pain whenever he can. It
130:51definitely is Mike Evans. 76% route share today, 12.6 6 PPR points. Led the team with a 28% target share, 32% targets per route run. Had two endzone
131:01looks and one red zone or two red zone looks and one end zone target as well.
131:05So Mike Evans being able to do that, not healthy. Like I just I want to just see him healthy, Ian, in this offense. I
131:12want to see a 100% Mike Evans in this offense. I think we're going to still really love it because like he's like
131:19hanging around doing just enough to still be in your fantasy lineup even whenever he's battling through the injuries. So George KD another guy
131:26getting up there a little bit in age but man 94% route participation rate dudes not coming off the field. 17 PPR points
131:33had Patrick Certan shadowing this man early in the game. That's how much respect teams have for George KD. Certan ends up leaving. You know KD does his
131:41thing and breaks a long one for a receiving touchdown. Turned on the Jets there. So, it was nice to see that Debo
131:47Samuel gave you 18 fantasy points. He matched Mike Evans with a 76% route share, 21% target share for Debo also got involved on the ground and looked,
131:56man, actually looked pretty good on some of those carries, not going to lie. Debo uh looks like he's pretty motivated right now.
132:03>> And it's one of those things, man. I was messing around with some of the True Media charts and looking at like, you
132:06know, yards per target versus average target and it was it was Debo, man, just really sticking out like he's always done throughout his career when he's
132:14been healthy. And then we saw with our own two eyes today, man. Like getting these well-designed touches where he's in the open field almost like a
132:19returner. The way Kyle Shanahan's able to scheme these things up, always making the first guy miss. And you know, more more times than not, running through
132:26that dude instead of even just going around him. So, great stuff from Debo.
132:30And man, Dwayne, even with us being I don't know, like more confident about Mike Evans being able to play through the pain. It's a tough matchup next week
132:37against the Seahawks. But I don't know.
132:39We think Brock Per and company can put up 30 points on pretty much anyone. and they didn't do it on this Sunday, but
132:44Debo Samuel, man, if we're getting five to 10 combined carries and targets per week, >> that's going to be good enough. I'm Are
132:50you ready to put him in the top 24?
132:53>> I'm going to still have him in the wide receiver three range, but I feel really confident putting him there, you know,
132:57and that's where I've had him the last two weeks. He's paid it off so far, so I'll keep doing it. Um, I think let's
133:04see what happens with Christian Kirk coming back if he can if he can get back to practice last this week. He did not
133:09practice last week, guys. But I just wanted to call him out because if you're in a league that's like a sicko league,
133:14he might even be available in your league, Ian. Somebody probably has him on IR and you're 32 teamer, but Christian Kirk is just, you know, I know
133:21another older dude, but it's the 49ers offense, man. Like I I don't put it past anyone to come into this offense and
133:28look pretty good. Meanwhile, the football just another game where we spent it lacking, man. Wanting a little bit more out of the Denver Broncos. So
133:35particularly against the Niners defense that hey whenever they got Fred Warner out there man they are capable of doing big things but no Nick Bosa it's not
133:42like we've exactly seen this group be a total juggernaut this year or anything like that. So 214 yards from Bon Knicks
133:48one touchdown that did go to Jaylen Wadd he got the first one but they're already so far behind man that we didn't even
133:53get a waddle from Jaylen Waddle after scoring his first touchdown with the Broncos. So disappointing there. Another injury unfortunately Pat Bryant having
134:03an awesome start the year looking like he was ready to displace Corland Sutton already was like production-wise and you just thought maybe the targets would
134:08come along as a number two had a nice catch and then got card off with a gruesome looking leg injury. So we'll
134:14see what happens there but certainly not looking good. It's Wadd and it's Sutton at top this passing game. We saw Evan
134:20Ingram get five targets as well. Only caught one of them in very much Evan Ingram fashion. I guess the real lead
134:25receiver was R.J. Harvey having 10 catches for 68 yards out there. I just it's the fourth straight week, Dwayne, where okay, you know, we've seen great
134:33comeback against the Rams and everything like that. We know the player, the Denver Broncos roster is awesome, but come on, Sean. It was a nice gesture.
134:41Take the play calling back over. What are we doing?
134:44>> Yeah. Yeah. Uh well, I do think you're right though on the R.J. Harvey thing.
134:47Like, this is a guy they're just making sure they get the ball every week in the receiving game. Ian, he had a 26% target
134:54share today. So, 10 receptions on the day. uh five for Jaylen Wadd. And so this is just a continuing trend that it
135:02it's it's JK Dobbins on the early down stuff, but today we got seven carries also for uh RJ Harvey. So I think RJ
135:09Harvey like is really in that flex conversation. You know, we really got him into that last week, but he's really cemented himself in that range. Like
135:16this is an upside running back three every week. Uh it's tough to like get him all the way into the running back
135:20two conversation just because of some of the other workloads we see for other backs in that range. But there's definitely a ceiling here for R.J.
135:26Harvey. And you know what? You probably could make an argument that R.J. Harvey like should be like a low-end running back, too. When we get the buys, he he
135:32probably will be. He probably will be uh with having some of these teams starting to have weeks off. So, RJ Harvey looking
135:38just so good as a receiver, which was something that we hoped for last year.
135:41Didn't like it wasn't bad as a receiver, Ian, but it didn't really play out the way we ultimately hoped to once JK
135:46Dobbins went down. He was fine. He didn't kill your fantasy lineups, but he didn't win your league either. But R.J.
135:51Harvey right now, the way he's playing, if JK Dobbins were to miss time with Jonah Coleman on IR, man, I would I
135:57would be pretty excited about R.J.
135:59Harvey and not wishing anything on JK Dobbins. Stay healthy. Keep >> course. Only four running backs right now have caught at least 20 passes this
136:05season. Kron Williams, Chase Brown, Jir Gibbs, and yes, RJ Harvey. More PPR points per game this year, Dwayne, then Jeremiah Love.
136:14>> Yeah. So, yeah, maybe we just say he is in the low end running back two territory. I mean 193 today.
136:21>> And I'll say this too, man. Last year the big thing for me in my defense of Dobbins was Dobins was averaging five
136:26yards per carry. Harvey was at 3.5.
136:28That's much tighter this year. Harvey doesn't look any worse on the ground.
136:32And then you're adding that pass down ability. You know, it's Denver, so we're still got Tyler Bedet out there stealing two-point conversions and things like
136:38that, right? Let's not get too carried away. But so far so good there for RJ Harvey. But then, yeah, I guess just,
136:44you know, Dwayne, it was funny like with Waddle and Sutton.
136:48I still don't expect much from Sutton. I would I thought I would have been more inclined to really boost Wadd up the
136:55ranks, you know, with Pat Bryant potentially out of the picture. I mean, they're facing the Chargers next week.
137:00It's not a matchup that scares me. I think Waddle still looks good out there.
137:04Am I less optimistic about him posting this top 10 breakout season? Sure. rest of season ranks. Jaylen Waddle still top 24 guy for you.
137:13>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, look, 82% Ralph share today. Again, this is incomplete data on this team. It was a
137:19late game. Uh like that's kind of been our issue like so far this season is we're like, okay, like you trade for
137:26this guy. Like how do we not have him out there 90% of plays? But it is Shawn Peyton. He just loves to rotate all
137:30these guys. So that's the biggest thing in my opinion that's been a little bit of something holding back Waddle. Like do I think the targets are going to be
137:37there? Yes. Do I think the plays are going to be there? Yes, just not getting quite as much playing time as we really
137:42hoped for.
137:44>> And with that, I think we can move along to our last game. We had the Seahawks taking down the Chargers 30 to23.
137:50Seattle pushed as a seven-point fave.
137:52Happened a couple times today over Cashier of 42 and a half. Seahawks, this was such an ugly game, man. Combined, these two teams had 30 penalties and 280
138:00penalty yards between them. And that both of them, I think, was like 140 and 160. So, it wasn't like one team was
138:06doing the heavy lifting there. But hey, Seahawks went ahead and came out with the dub. Sam Darnold just 168 yards, two
138:12touchdowns, one interception. We actually saw Jackson Smith and the Jigba look human. Dwayne, now in typical JSN fashion, it was still five catches for
138:2076 yards. Not like it was a bad football game or anything like that. He did this against the Cardinals last year, too,
138:26where it's like his bad games, he's still clearing the 70 yard mark. So hardly anything to be too worried about, but you know, just goes to show you that
138:33maybe the Seahawks offense just isn't quite as wellrun as the Clint Kubak stuff. That'd be the one, you know, potential takeaway, but at the same
138:40time, it's still JSN. So, whatever.
138:44>> I will say, and a fun fact here, shout out to our friends over at QB Gami. This game opened up and on Justin Herbert's
138:50first pass, he threw an interception.
138:52And on Sam Darnold's first pass, he threw an interception. And that was the first time ever an NFL game started with
138:58back-to-back interceptions by the other quarterbacks. So we had that going for us, Dwayne. So I guess added some entertainment value. But the big story
139:05line here, we know what we have in JSN and it is boatloads of fantasy points.
139:10This running back room, Jadarian Price is on IR and that set the stage for Emanuel Wilson to take over and do great
139:15things out there, man. 81 rushing yards and a touchdown, 39 receiving yards and a touchdown. But Zack Charbanet had the practice window opened. He gotten some
139:23limited sessions and the Seahawks will reportedly be working out Joe Mixon this week who last I heard I don't even think
139:30was playing football again. So on the one hand I would love to think well this is good stuff from Emanuel Wilson. No
139:36price. Who knows when Sharp is going to be back. Okay. I just >> I don't know if we can even be expecting
139:42one more game out of this from him, you know.
139:44>> Yeah. And then Yeah. So, I mean, look, if he's out there on your waiver wwire, which he's mostly gone in like the skank
139:49league, so you're playing in a shallower league. Just just don't go like, you know, hard to the rim on it, you know? I
139:54mean, we're going to have Charbanet back sooner rather than later. So, you're not getting a long-term fix here. Might you have the running back, too, until
140:00Jaderian Price is off IR and the guy that's splitting time with Charbanet?
140:04You might, but guys, we saw that last year with Kenneth Walker and Charbanet.
140:08And were you ever super excited about even starting Kenneth Walker? So, I think that's really the challenge with Wilson. It was great for him today. 59%
140:16of the snaps. He ends 70% of the rushing attempts, you know, 21 carries, 81 rushing yards, 3.9 yards per carry, got
140:23the touchdown, gave you 27 fantasy points. So, if you got to use Emanuel Wilson today and you somehow made that call, well, really good for you. And you
140:29might have with Jarian Price on IR, but to your point, it might be over as soon as next week. And even if he leads, like
140:36let's say next week they're ramping up Charbanet and let's say Emanuel Wilson gets half the carries, you're still probably in that scenario getting George
140:46Helani some on passing downs and then whatever is going to Charbanet. Like it's just I don't think you're going to feel and we're not going to have him
140:52that high in the ranks if that's the scenario that's playing out. Like the the highest I could see us getting Emanuel Wilson would be running back
140:58three. Now if Charbanet doesn't play, Emanuel Wilson like based on this is a running back two. like he's at least a
141:04low-end running back, too. The problem is we just don't know. Uh and you won't know before you have to go spend your
141:09fab dollars. So, just think of it as it's a shortterm fix. If you really need someone for next week and you want to
141:15gamble a little bit and hope it rolls in your favor, go ahead and just be careful about putting too much fab on Wilson.
141:21Good to see Rashid Shahid. Shout out Cteroodle. 28 yard touchdown run. Lined up as a running back. Fun little wrinkle. He's always been very efficient
141:28with pretty much all of his opportunities, but even particularly the rush attempts over the years. It's just one of those things Dwayne where again
141:34when Charbanet comes back I don't really think Charbanet is going to have this three down workload. We don't think Jarian Price is going to be out for
141:41months. It's going to be four games on IR but one of those is gone. This just feels to me like last year's Seahawks
141:47where man if you have JSN that's fantastic and we'll probably have Charburn and Price ranked like in the top 30 but closer to 30 than you know
141:56RB15 or anything like that. It's probably just kind of JS and everyone else again.
142:00>> I agree. I I do think like there is this chance. We'll see like with the ramp on Charbanet, but because Jarian Price like
142:06just did not seize the day, right? That there is a chance that like Charbanet eventually works up to being maybe 60
142:1365%, you know, snaps, we'll see how it ultimately works out. We know it's not going to happen immediately. So even next week if we hear Sharbs is playing
142:20guys, we won't have him higher than like running back three territory.
142:23>> No. Meanwhile, for the Chargers, I will say, as much as we've been poking fun at Herbert and everything like that, the
142:29fact they got this game to seven points at the end vastly exceeded my expectations with how it was going early because it is a very tough Seahawks
142:36defense. Lad Mcconi tried to play through the foot injury. He got ruled out and Herbert just kind of started running a lot. I just, of course, we
142:44don't want anyone to get injured. I just I felt like a ticking time bomb out there, Dwayne. the amount of hits that
142:48this dude was taking, you know, rolling on the ground with like a potential ribb injury and the next play refusing to
142:53slide and running back into two more Seahawks out there, but tough as nails.
142:57Obviously played through the broken hand last year, like no one's questioning that with Justin Herbert. It's just like, man, Rashan Slater and Joe Al got
143:05hurt in this game, too. Who knows how long this foot issue is going to last with MCONI. The running back room is now
143:11a three-way situation.
143:14I if we want something positive, I guess it's a Ronda Gatston. That's that's the point we're at. But I don't know.
143:18Charlie Kohler is probably going to be back next week.
143:21>> I I think Trey Harris is the biggest bright spot. 90% RO share today with Lad McConny leaving the game. He scored nine
143:27fantasy points. Really tough matchup uh you know against the Seahawks.
143:31>> Yeah.
143:31>> But he catapulted Quent Johnston. So I think if we have a game where we don't have Lad, it's it's going to be
143:36something where we could get behind Trey Harris. Of course, we've got like this gauntlet of a schedule still for the Chargers. Uh like they're not out of it
143:45yet. So, it's not like we get to where we're just going to get all these great matchups in a row. But, I would say Trey
143:50Harris, he would be he's going to be the guy that I'll have in the waiverwire column this week. You know, Lad was
143:54battling the foot injury coming into the game. You know, he managed to suit up, ends up not finishing this contest. And
144:01to your point, Ian, I also started Lad McConi over Mike Evans in one of my leagues. And that was not a fun
144:06experience. Not that not that Evans went crazy, but 12.5 is definitely a lot better than a zero. Like, I'll just, you
144:12know, >> I I I can't confirm can't confirm that.
144:15Dwayne, and you were not kidding about that schedule. Going to be facing the Broncos next week and Kansas City after that. Then we got a buy and then we're
144:22in Los Angeles to take on the Rams who probably have Miles Garrett back by that point. And then the Houston Texans in
144:27week nine to top everything off. Oh yeah, in Baltimore in week 10, too, which won't exactly be a cup of tea
144:32either there. So yeah, Amaran Hampton is going to be the guy I rank first, but I mean, the fact that we made it through a
144:3860-minute football game and Katon Mitchell unironically had more rush attempts, I mean, that's a disaster. Uh yeah. So you want to hear the snap
144:46shares? Katon Mitchell 38%.
144:49Kamani Videll 37%.
144:51>> We can't Hampton 32%.
144:56>> It's just Yeah. 37% of the rushing attempts to Mitchell, 33% to Hampton, 19% to Videll. So now Kamani Videll is I
145:05guess playing this passing down role. Uh he he took 73% of the two-minute offense today. That's probably what did it. They
145:12were, let me see, they might have been, Dude, they might have been in the two-minute offense for a whole half.
145:16Yeah, there's way more plays than I can even count on this screen. There's at least 10 to 12 here. So, that's probably
145:21what did it for Videl. But still, >> if the Chargers are going to be this bad, they're going to be in the
145:25two-minute offense, man. And it's not Omari and Hampton. So, like this is he and he played well today. Five yards per
145:31carry, scored a rushing touchdown against a good Seahawks defense. 13.3 fantasy points for Omari and Hampton.
145:37But we are in a fullon committee on an offense that looks like complete [ __ ] That's it. Like, can we just end the
145:45show?
145:45>> 23 points. 23 points. I was like, "Hey, all right."
145:49>> I dude. Yeah.
145:51>> Like, yeah. Against the Seahawks. Like, look, it was it's respectable that they got it back together. But this is this
145:57is not what you drafted Amarian Hampton for. That's for sure.
146:01>> Yeah. And I'm sure potentially not having Slater and all is really going to help them keep whatever momentum you can
146:06maybe say that they got going here. But yeah, I think now we can end the show, Dwayne. I think now do that utilization
146:12report got out a little bit earlier last week. You've been you've been grinding a little faster.
146:16>> Yeah, you know, always working on the process, Ian. So, uh, we'll we'll try to have it out earlier again this week and
146:22then, you know, we'll be on to the projections and rankings and have all those up for you guys on Tuesday. So,
146:27yeah, looking forward to it. How about yourself? by weeks are here. Doesn't matter. We keep on keeping on. She support should be out earlyish afternoon
