0:10that. You can feel a gratitude on him,
0:12you can feel a focus and how important
0:13this opportunity is for him. They've
0:15been very bullish on Brooks this
0:17offseason with their quotes. There was a
0:19quote back in I think it was February
0:21from Dave Canales where he was saying
0:23that Jonathan Brooks could be their RB1
0:26this year and you don't really hear that
0:27from coaches a lot talking about a
0:29running back not the incumbent. Carolina
0:31did not go out and get a running back in
0:34the NFL draft. I think that speaks to
0:36their level of confidence when you look
0:38at Jonathan Brooks versus Chuba Hubbard
0:40and you look at those skill sets and
0:42what Jonathan Brooks brings to the table
0:44as a pass catcher which Canales has
0:45talked about and how explosive he is in
0:47the pass game and then how explosive he
0:49is as a runner and how good he was as a
0:51prospect coming out. I think he could
0:53just straight up without an injury, with
0:55no no contingent stuff, just straight up
0:57take over this backfield by the midpoint
0:59of the season.
