Based on how this reads, George Holani was the 1st RB with the 1st team, followed by Jadarian Price Wilson didn’t get many 1st team reps (listed in a different report in thread): “George Holani again worked with the starters at running back followed by first-round pick Jadarian Price, free-agent signee Emmanuel Wilson, veteran Velus Jones Jr.” Jadarian Price did have a few plays where his burst stood out according to the reports

Not trying to quote dunk but this brings up some of my main issues with the Jadarian Price debate. For one, pattern matching is just a poor way to evaluate IMO. Every situation is different and this highlights clear outliers rather than the norm (7 examples since 2018). On that note, 4 out of 7 of these guys didn’t come near Price’s capital, so they’re pretty irrelevant here. And most of these backfields had much more established competition than 2026 Seattle does. All this talk about RBBC in Seattle feels like extreme overthinking, and a great way to get value on a 1st round RB in a good offense with no real competition. We have two UDFA/no name RBs competing with said 1st round pick. Beats and coaches ALWAYS talk about multiple guys getting touches, and it often does not come to fruition (ie: JAX 2025).
