From the episode

I know that we had a breakout game breakout for Carnell Tate and Wondale Robinson in this Titans offense last week I'm just not doing it this week against the Ravens think we can until further notice ice any conversation about the Titans okay I mean Tate had a good game last week and his targets have been good so I'm keeping him on that flex Raider

Tate's good targets keep him in flex range, but Ravens matchup warrants benching him this week.

Carnell Tate had a breakout game last week against the Titans with good targets, but the source is icing any conversation about him this week against the Ravens defense, which has been strong against receivers; however, Tate's targets have been good and he can work his way into flex consideration in the early 30s wide receiver range.
