I am buying low on Brees Hall. We always like to buy low on injured players and Carnell Tate, who we all got really excited about and then he had a complete no-show last week. But I still believe in the talent. I think he has shown very well so far this season and I would expect Carnell Tate to be a border, not even to borderline, a top 24 wide receiver rest of season.
