AJ Dillon

NegativeDepth Chart25:24

A.J. Dillon is identified as the next man up in the Panthers' backfield following the injury to Jonathan Brooks. While not a priority waiver add, he could see around 30% of the carries in an offense currently shorthanded at the position.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

PositiveProjection93:17

Amon-Ra St. Brown is viewed as a steady, high-floor asset and a top-tier wide receiver. The source considers him a legend and a low-maintenance player, though they maintain a neutral outlook on his current value relative to his draft position, suggesting he is performing exactly where he belongs.

Insight page

Case Keenum

NegativeRole18:34

Case Keenum is expected to start for the Bears if Tyson Baygent is unavailable. The source prefers Keenum over Baygent for the purposes of pass catchers like Rome Odunze and Colston Loveland, as Keenum is an experienced pro who will get the ball out quickly, despite lacking mobility.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveUsage95:53

CeeDee Lamb is trending up, with the source describing the current Cowboys offense as the 'CeeDee Lamb show.' Despite early season volatility, he remains an elite talent who is expected to produce consistently.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveProjection69:12

The source argues Chris Olave should be moved into the elite wide receiver tier, citing his top-four fantasy points per game, top-three receiving yards, and high route/target participation. He is currently ranked as a top-seven wide receiver.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeProjection91:41

The source maintains a neutral stance on Christian McCaffrey, noting that while there were concerns after Week 1, he remains the team's franchise player who will continue to drive the offense. The expectation is that his usage will surge in more competitive games, with the source projecting high-volume usage similar to his typical 18-carry, 11-target workloads.

Insight page
NegativeValue91:42

Christian McCaffrey is 'stock neutral.' After a potential dip following Week 1, he returned to form in Week 2, and the source expects him to surge back up as the 49ers face more competitive game scripts.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveBreakout23:26

Chuba Hubbard is set for a significant workload increase following Jonathan Brooks' surgery. The source suggests Hubbard could be a 'league winner' type, comparing his potential path to James Conner's past production, and projects him as a solid RB2 moving forward.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

NegativeBust32:17

Colston Loveland is considered an ultimate letdown player in starts of the week, having failed to perform for two consecutive weeks, leading to losses for those who rostered him.

Insight page
PositiveValue80:40

The source suggests spending approximately 30% of FAAB to acquire Colston Loveland if he was dropped in a 10-team PPR league, noting that managers might not need to be overly aggressive because others may be scared away by his recent performance.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveUsage59:16

DeAndre Swift remains a reliable starter due to his consistent volume, recording 19 touches in both games played. He is the primary goal-line back for the Bears, and his fantasy output would have been significantly higher if not for a fumble on the one-yard line.

Insight page
NegativeProjection60:28

Despite a 60-40 snap split and exclusive goal-line usage, the source has lowered DeAndre Swift to a low-end RB2 due to a difficult matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles and the current Bears quarterback situation.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveUsage100:25

The source recommends starting Drake London, noting that his fantasy production has been excellent when Michael Penix Jr. is involved. They contrast this favorably with his performance under Cooper Rush.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection41:48

Despite a slow start, the source maintains a positive outlook on Drake Maye for Week 3, citing his elite athleticism, high rushing volume (fifth most among QBs), and a more favorable matchup against Jacksonville compared to his previous opponents (Seattle and Pittsburgh).

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveProjection30:16

Garrett Wilson is noted for finding the end zone and performing well in the previous week, despite the source's initial regret over chasing touchdown variance from Week 1.

Insight page

George Pickens

NegativeProjection95:56

The source is disappointed but not worried about George Pickens, who has failed to exceed 10 fantasy points in his first two games. They attribute his slow start to the current state of the Steelers' offense but maintain that his target volume is sufficient to expect a big game soon.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

NegativeRole9:05

Isaiah Likely remains a feature of the Giants' offense despite the quarterback change to Jameis Winston. The source expects him to remain fantasy-relevant as long as the offense can support the pass catchers.

Insight page
PositiveUsage78:31

Isaiah Likely is considered a top-10 tight end moving forward. He ranks top three in fantasy points, catches, yards, targets, and target share. He showed chemistry with Jameis Winston, recording nine targets in their first game together.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeValue85:51

Jamar Chase is 'stock neutral.' While some might argue for a downgrade, the source maintains that his target share will remain incredible and he is an elite talent who performed well in a difficult matchup.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

NegativeRole9:54

Jameis Winston takes over as the Giants' starting quarterback. While he lacks mobility, he has shown the ability to put up big numbers through the air, averaging 20.3 fantasy points per game during a six-game stretch with Cleveland in 2024. The source notes he is a better backup option than most.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveProjection95:25

The source is bullish on James Cook, labeling him a neutral-to-positive asset who would likely be a first-round pick if re-drafted today. They anticipate a massive breakout game soon, projecting a 22-carry, 152-yard, two-touchdown performance in the near future.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeValue88:41

Jonathan Taylor is 'stock neutral.' The source notes that while the passing game is uninspiring, Taylor remains the one consistent piece of the offense that will continue to receive volume.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeInjury23:30

Jonathan Brooks is set for surgery due to a core muscle injury, which will keep him sidelined for at least six weeks. The source notes that Brooks' path to becoming a featured back requires him to first prove he can handle a part-time role for a full season without injury setbacks.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeBust32:09

Justin Herbert is labeled an ultimate letdown player in starts of the week, having failed to deliver for two consecutive weeks, resulting in losses for those who rostered him.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

NegativeUsage101:54

The source expresses a desire to see more passing-down work for Keaton Mitchell, though they acknowledge he is a talented young player who is currently receiving the bulk of the carries.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveValue97:37

Kenneth Walker III is identified as the only player who has definitively moved into the first round of fantasy rankings since the start of the season. The source places him in the middle of the first round.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

PositiveProjection47:02

Patrick Mahomes is a must-start for Week 3 against the Dolphins. He has been highly productive with 21.6 and 28.9 fantasy points in the first two weeks and six total touchdowns. While his projection of 19.6 points feels low, the source notes that Andy Reid's tendency to throw the ball keeps his ceiling high despite potential game-script concerns.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeValue87:07

Puka Nakua is 'stock down slightly.' While he will likely pay off his ADP if healthy, the emergence of other wide receivers has changed the calculus, making him less of a clear-cut top-tier asset than initially projected.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

PositiveBreakout61:57

The source views this week as a potential breakout for Quinshawn Judkins against a Carolina defense that has allowed a league-high 406 yards to running backs. Judkins has played nearly 70% of snaps, and the source notes that if he does not produce this week, it is time to panic.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveProjection30:26

Travis Kelce is praised for a strong performance in the previous week, scoring 25.1 fantasy points, which the source deemed a perfect week to utilize him.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

NegativeUsage77:09

Despite a dud performance in Week 2 with only three targets, Tucker Craft remains in the tight end one conversation. He played 100% of snaps, and with Jaden Reed out, the Packers will need to rely on him more in the passing game.

Insight page

Tyson Bagent

NegativeInjury18:28

Tyson Baygent is in the concussion protocol, making his status for the upcoming game uncertain. The source has lowered expectations for the Bears' offense due to the quarterback situation.

0:39Only when using stone-baked pizza mode, cook time requires preheat and reheat and may vary based on ingredients.
0:44What's up, friends? Welcome into Fantasy Focus Football on a Wednesday, September 23rd.
0:47The boys are back in town. You might get this fine, so be careful with how much music you play.
0:53Oh, okay, sorry. You have six seconds, right? No, that's actually incorrect.
0:56That's not a real thing. That was always a thing, though.
0:59That's not real, right? That's not real, no. That is one thing I actually do know.
1:03Hey, alongside Mike Clay, excited to see your face again, bud, and feel G8.
1:07Are you excited to see my face or my neck?
1:10You guys both will. I'm excited to see your upper halves because you guys look good with these neck tattoos today.
1:16Paying off the punishments. Why didn't you put one on?
1:19I did put one on. I put three of them on for what it's worth.
1:23Which one's three? Yeah, what did you put on?
1:25Let me see yours. It looks like a hot rod, right?
1:28Motorcycle with flames. I might keep this, actually. Yeah, that's a cool motorcycle.
1:32First of all, by the way, I'm offended because we had a pile here of options, and one of the ones that
1:38was put in front of my little station here was this.
1:41Oh, the Cowboys one. How dare you, first of all.
1:44Those are pretty sweet. Is that eye black? Kind of looks like it.
1:47I think so, but it's the wrong team. Those are peel and stick tattoos as well.
1:52Chances that I bring those home and give those to my daughters today, 100%.
1:55Very high. Very high on that one. You can have them.
1:58I'm not. How dare you? They'll probably be like, oh, Cowboys, this is the coolest thing ever, but I'm more of a cowgirl myself.
2:05What'd you pick? I picked two. Actually, so these came on little sleeves, and I didn't realize there were two tattoos on the one sleeve.
2:12Oh, gosh. I thought it was just one large tattoo.
2:15So I think this right here is some roses.
2:17Okay, got it. And then this one, I think it's more roses, just in a different orientation.
2:22Got it. I kind of like it. I think you look good with it.
2:26I'm not going to lie. We're not two guys now.
2:28Yeah. This is what happened. You guys, this is how it works.
2:32You get a couple, and then you get the itch, and you just can't stop.
2:36Have you ever thought about getting a tattoo? I have not.
2:39No. Never really thought about it. Nor have I.
2:41But I have wondered, if I ever were to get a tattoo, what would compel me to get a tattoo, and what would it be?
2:48Oh, mine would obviously be an Excel spreadsheet. Yes, it would be.
2:51I thought you were going to say, like, you know, if the Eagles won three straight Super Bowls, you would eventually get
2:57Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts tattooed on your shoulder.
3:00No. Maybe Nick Foles. I could see you having a list of the best athletes from the Brooks School.
3:05Yeah. So that you can have, like, an homage to your wife, obviously, across the top.
3:10You know what I mean? I picked, when I did my three, I did one for my mom, which is in the middle here.
3:16It says mom. Yeah, see that? I picked three.
3:19I got to do the other one. I believe it's Rose.
3:22Oh, it's over there. Yep. It's Rose around an old CD.
3:25So it's very fitting. Oh, yeah, yeah. That's for your wife's Daisy.
3:28An old CD is called a vinyl record. That's what old CDs are called, guys.
3:32That's all right. But some of these people listening probably don't even know what a CD is.
3:37That's true. And then this other one, I think, is...
3:39It's a tiger fighting a snake. Yeah. That's basically what Rosie's back piece is.
3:43Rosie has a whole back piece that's like a tiger fighting a dragon that goes from, like, her back all the way to her cheeks.
3:50She is like a... You guys are equals in tattoos.
3:53Yes. No, she's got more than I do. So you put thought and love and tears.
3:57I just picked a cool-looking motorcycle with flames coming out of it.
4:01That's what you're supposed to do with tattoos, guys.
4:03Your dream vehicle right there. Well, very excited to pay off our start of the week punishment.
4:08I'm going to have to... Yes, we'll have to see...
4:10Yields punishment. Which we got amazing. Who has a new punishment this week?
4:14Let's dive into a little bit of news here before we get into the show, my friends.
4:19Yeah. Unfortunately, sad news. Jackson Dart undergoing season-ending surgery, my friends.
4:22I don't care for that at all. Yes. Likely.
4:24Yeah. But we are assuming that this is going to happen.
4:27If you have Jackson Dart, you need to be making other plans, unfortunately.
4:31Yeah. When Adam tweets that, they're considering season-ending surgery, and then his next text is like, this will be the quarterback for the rest of the season.
4:38It's like, okay, we got it. We kind of know the writing.
4:42That'll look good. It would take probably the Giants really hanging around, maybe even leading the NFC East.
4:46And Jackson Dart having an incredible surgery slash recovery for him to be back on the field this year.
4:52I have Jackson Dart in two leagues. He was my drop player on waivers last night.
4:56So it sucks. I mean, this one really hurts.
4:59Like, it always sucks when a player gets hurt early in a game and you're starting him.
5:03It takes the wind out of your sails, especially on Monday night football, because in a lot of cases, it's if that
5:09player scores X number of points, I win my matchup.
5:12If he falls short of X, I'm in the defeat lane.
5:15But this one sucks also because Jackson Dart, and this is Mike's guy.
5:19Yeah. Like, Mike, you thought this had QB1 overall type potential.
5:22Maybe QB2 because Josh Allen still exists. But in week one, he looked every bit the part of a superstar.
5:27The Giants had the most designed runs for any quarterback in week one.
5:31He threw the football effectively. He breathed real life into this Giants offense.
5:34This takes not just the wind out of the fantasy sails for all of us that have Jackson Dart, but also just
5:40the Giants' prospects for this upcoming year. I'll ask you, though, Malik Neighbors, Isaiah Likely, how much of a downgrade in value does this bring to them?
5:48Yeah, definitely move them down a little bit. I'm hoping that, I mean, here's the problem is we don't know week to
5:54week which Jameis Winston we're going to get, you know.
5:57But the good news is that when he has played in recent years, he has put up big numbers.
6:02I mean, I look back at the last time he had an extended run of playing time, six full games with Cleveland in 2024.
6:08Guys, he averaged 20.3 fantasy points per game. Obviously, if you're putting up those kind of numbers, most of it's through the air with him.
6:15He adds very little with his legs. That's going to be good for the pass catchers.
6:20Last year, two games with the Giants, 11 points, not good.
6:23But then 32.2 the next week. So he can put up numbers.
6:26He didn't look great the other night, but obviously that's kind of a unique circumstance coming into the game.
6:31You're not really expecting to play that much. So they'll adjust the game plan for sure going forward.
6:36But just the fact that it's Jameis Winston, and we say this about him all the time, there are way worse circumstances as far as backup quarterbacks go.
6:44So as long as he's throwing it to neighbors seven, eight, nine, ten times a game, he's going to be fine.
6:50And I don't think Isaiah Likely is going anywhere.
6:52He's a feature of this offense. As long as they can support those two guys, he'll be fine.
6:57And obviously Cam Scatterboot, the other fantasy relevant guy there, his concern is already no passing down work anyway.
7:02So as long as he keeps getting 17 carries, he'll be okay in the flex conversation.
7:07But as far as the pass catchers go, at least it's Winston.
7:10We have some hope here. Field, I want you to really quickly, because you do a great job of explaining this.
7:16Right now in our game, Jackson Dart, not officially on IR yet.
7:19People are like, when can I put him on IR so I can go grab another quarterback?
7:24How does that work? When is that change going to happen?
7:27I know people are mad about this, and I'm sure they were mad last night when they couldn't just IR Jackson Dart and create an open spot.
7:34Yeah, I couldn't do it either. Yep. We are all in the same boat.
7:38If the Giants put Jackson Dart on injured reserve today, he immediately becomes IR eligible.
7:42I'm going to guess the Giants will wait until Saturday afternoon.
7:45They did make a bunch of roster moves yesterday.
7:47One of them was not moving Jackson Dart to IR.
7:50I'm guessing it'll happen Saturday at 4. If the Giants come out and say, today, Jackson Dart will not play on Sunday,
7:56his designation will change to out as well. For now, the only people that are saying Jackson Dart's going to miss time
8:02definitively are reporters like those at ESPN. Correct. I know that gets people really frustrated.
8:06It's the way it works right now. It's a conversation starter for us at the very least.
8:11But Jackson Dart, at this moment, I've got 10.07 on my watch.
8:14Yep. East Coast time is not IR eligible. And by the way, after that Adam Schefter report, Jim Harbaugh was asked about
8:20this and he said, sorry, John Harbaugh was asked about this and he said they're still evaluating.
8:25So he didn't say he's out this week. So obviously, he's still doubtful.
8:29He's not out. Just because... I know it sucks.
8:31We get it sucks. We're dealing with it too, but it's just the process.
8:35And it's fine. When Adam Schefter tweets it, we know that the writing is on the wall.
8:4099.8% of the time, it's going to be this thing, but we still have to wait for it to actually happen before
8:46we can also follow through with it in our game.
8:48This will be my last thought on it because I totally get the frustration.
8:52Like I'm in the same boat I mentioned. Yeah, we all are.
8:56I would like to have thrown. I've got a team where I have a short bench and I have nobody else who's IR eligible.
9:02It would be great to move someone to IR.
9:05It becomes a problem. Like I'm just going to use this as an example.
9:08If Adam Schefter or anybody, Schefter would be money on it.
9:12But if somebody were to tweet, J.K. Dobbins is not expected to play this weekend after he got banged up in week two.
9:18And then people said, all right, well, he's not expected to play according to a report from this outlet.
9:23We make him IR eligible because we declare him out.
9:26And then he ends up playing on Sunday because it's a short-term injury one way or the other.
9:31That's the gray area, right? So you kind of have to have, we need the team to say it or the team
9:37to put the player on IR for our system to deem the player IR eligible.
9:41I get your frustration. Please take it up with Mike Clay NFL.
9:44That's right, Mike Clay NFL. One more question for you.
9:47Put your NFL live hat on for a second.
9:49I think the Giants maybe look at a quarterback, maybe give Derek Carr a call, maybe just throw an answer there.
9:55That's what I was thinking about. Oh, that wasn't for me.
9:58I thought you were asking me to put my NFL live hat on.
10:02Sorry, Mike. Sorry. My guess is they probably hold the fort with Jameis Winston because if Jameis Winston doesn't play well, then
10:08they're probably not going to be staying in the race.
10:11Like they could be one in three before you know it.
10:14If he does play well, then they're just going to ride it out with Jameis.
10:18The one that I think is just interesting, and I have no reason to believe that this is going to happen.
10:23There's just been a lot of people speculating on this.
10:26Would you call Minnesota about J.J.? Oh, field! J.J.
10:29was, of course, in that draft where the Giants were trying to move up to trade up for Drake May, right?
10:34Right? Yeah. I just don't know if he's better than Jameis Winston.
10:38No, I don't. We don't know either. It's a developmental piece, but also like darts the quarterback next year anyway.
10:43You definitely didn't trade McCarthy away. Well, I'm not ready for the Jackson dart offseason conversations that I think are going to
10:49happen if he does, in fact, miss the whole year.
10:52I think you're going to hear a lot of like, Jackson dart's really talented.
10:56We haven't seen it for a prolonged period of time, and the bigger question is whether Jackson dart can actually stay healthy.
11:02Yeah. Now, the quarterback's not staying healthy, unfortunately, not only is Caleb Williams, likely out, although that's not a technically official yet.
11:08Tyson Bajan in the concussion protocol, and so it feels like Keith Keenum is going to be our starter here, guys.
11:14Can it get worse than what we've already got?
11:16Mike, let me ask you this. How have you adjusted the projections with now this third-string quarterback under center for the Bears?
11:22Yeah, and we'll keep an eye on that for now.
11:25I still have Bajan in there right now, I believe.
11:28Bajan's in the concussion protocol. Obviously, we'll monitor that.
11:30I'll make that change if it looks more like he's going to sit out this week.
11:35Yes, yeah. But it'll go, I mean, obviously, I moved the offense expectations down as we went to Bajan.
11:40Smart. If it goes to Keenum, we'll move it down a little bit further as well.
11:44But really, I'm not sure it really matters much if it's Keenum versus Bajan.
11:48I don't know. I mean, here's the thing. Bajan hasn't scored.
11:51I came ready for this. I looked last night.
11:54He hasn't scored 13 points in a fantasy game since, you ready for this?
11:57This is wild. 2019. You mean Keenum. What did I say?
12:00Bajan. Oh, yeah, yeah. Keenum. Yeah. 2019 was the last time he scored 13 fantasy points in a game.
12:06He has just not played very much. He has played one full game over the last three years.
12:11It's kind of unreal. So this guy's been around a while, but he just hasn't played.
12:15He's just kind of chilling as a number two or three quarterback.
12:18Yeah. I definitely have concerns about them, especially going up against a good Eagles offense.
12:22So I don't think, I think it's fair to say there's no lineup locks in Chicago right now.
12:27There's some borderline guys. Guys like Burden and Loveland, DeAndre Swift, of course.
12:31But in terms of the pass catchers, yes, I would say Burden and Loveland are the closest.
12:36But I'd be nervous about this one for sure, at least for this week.
12:39I'd be nervous if Caleb Williams were out there playing on my mind just because of the matchup, how good Philadelphia's defense is.
12:46They allowed two touchdowns to Cam Ward last week, both on runs.
12:49I actually think I'd be slightly more optimistic about the pass catchers if Case Keenum plays over Tyson Baygent.
12:54Pro, experienced, is going to get the ball out quickly because he's not mobile.
12:58Caleb Williams is extremely mobile. Tyson Baygent's a good athlete.
13:01Case Keenum is a dad-bought enthusiast at this point of his career, most likely.
13:05Guy's had an unbelievable run. I think if he wants to be a coach one day, he will be.
13:10He's incredibly well-respected, but Case isn't going to be running around the pocket and doing a bunch of extending of plays.
13:16Did you say Keenum over Baygent you would prefer?
13:18I would prefer for the purposes of guys like Roma Dunze and Colston Lovett.
13:22Interesting. Yeah, that's my feeling on it. And it's a hornet's nest for either of them, whichever does start in place of Caleb Williams.
13:29And it will be big for the arm wrestling community if Tyson Baygent starts.
13:32Do you guys know that his dad- Oh, that's right.
13:35One of the greatest arm wrestlers in our country.
13:38So if Baygent starts, I don't know how many anecdotes we'll get about arm wrestling over the next four or five days.
13:44Best arm wrestling movie of all time. Um, there's only one that I know of.
13:48I was going to say, wasn't on your sports movie list, so I don't know.
13:52Yeah, what is it? Over the top with Sylvester Stallone.
13:55He's a truck driver. He moves the thumb. Guys, come on.
13:58Someone else in chat has got to be able to help me out.
14:01We got a random ranking. I'm sure they do.
14:04Yes. I'll be watching NASCAR movies. Last one really quickly.
14:06Field, I think you were in on Chuba Hubbard throughout this off season.
14:10And this is not a take a victory lap, but unfortunately Jonathan Brooks set for surgery.
14:14If you have Chuba Hubbard, you're going to have a free runway for probably at least six weeks, if not more.
14:20Yeah, and to be clear, this Jonathan Brooks injured reserve move is not because of injuries he's dealt with in the past.
14:26This is a core muscle injury. He's, of course, dealt with a knee injury in prior seasons.
14:31And I think it was a calf or a groin in the preseason.
14:35But let's be clear. My hesitation coming into the season was, are you going to overtax a player who has been injured for two straight seasons?
14:42Yeah. I felt the answer was clearly not. Not that the Panthers did not overtax Jonathan Brooks, but if you want to
14:48extrapolate this to later on in the season when he's back, or even next year, I just think the most likely path
14:54for Jonathan Brooks to eventually becoming a featured back is for him to first show that he can be a part-time back for a full season.
15:01You have to be on the field, man. Giddy up for Chuba for the next, maybe the whole season, truthfully.
15:06Yeah. He could just, I've said it, I said it yesterday, whatever day it was, I think he might just be this
15:12year's version of what James Conner was for all those years.
15:15I think you're right. I thought that was a good comp yesterday.
15:19Yeah. Squarely in the RB2 mix going forward. And next man up there is our old friend, A.J.
15:24Dillon. A.J. Dillon. That's fun. You know, he's kind of bounced around in the league.
15:28Hasn't had a big role since he was with the Packers.
15:31Big quads. Former, yeah. Oh yeah. Quads. He's gotten a little bit of garbage time work in weeks one and two, but
15:37now he has a path to maybe 30% of the carries or so in this offense.
15:41So not a guy you're racing to add right now, but a situation of mine are certainly an interesting insurance running back because they don't have anyone else.
15:49I mean, Trevor, Trevor A. Chan slash ETN is on IR.
15:52He'll be back in a couple of weeks, but they're pretty shorthanded at running back.
15:56I think they signed someone to the practice squad, but I'll have to, I think I may have seen that this morning.
16:02How about that? That's right. Yeah. Austin Eklok. Speaking of friends, Austin Eklok.
16:06Austin Eklok working out. Austin Eklok working out. Love that.
16:08I didn't see that. Many people's first serious relationship didn't start with a kiss.
16:12It started with a kickoff, or perhaps it was love at first hike.
16:16But unfortunately, many of these football lovers don't live in the same city as their team, which is why Marriott Bonvoy has
16:22hotels close to nearly every NFL stadium, bringing fans closer to the teams they love with over 30 different hotel brands.
16:28So if you want to stay closer to your team, check in for game day with Marriott Bonvoy, the official sponsor of the NFL.

17:57Really quickly, guys. Starts of the week from last week.
18:00Let's pay off what everybody looked like. Mike, why don't you give us what your lineup was?
18:05I think you didn't do too bad, my friend.
18:07No, I didn't. I was... You were second place, I think.
18:10One in week one, second place in week two.
18:13Like this one. Dak Brestock crushed it. Yeah. David Montgomery.
18:15Was it an ouch? Garrett Will. I chased the three touchdowns in week one.
18:19Can never do that. I should have known better.
18:22Garrett Wilson found the end zone. He did well.
18:24And then how about this guy? Travis Kelsey. They picked a perfect week to use Travis Kelsey.
18:2925.1 points. But that was not good enough to beat Field Eights.
18:32Yeah. So Mike scores 76.06 fantasy points. That's a darn good lineup there.
18:36Only one dud. Yeah, you looked great. Those other three were fantastic.
18:39What about you, Field? What did you learn about?
18:41Remember, I led the proceedings last week with Brock Purdy, who certainly paid off with 28.48 fantasy points.
18:46DeAndre Swift was my running back. Isaiah likely was my tight end.
18:50Swift and likely were both fine. But the big one was I pivoted.
18:53Remember this? I said this on the show Friday.
18:56Oh, yeah. Zay Flowers was my original pick. Why did we let him do this?
19:00My pivot was to Devontae Adams if Zay was out.
19:03Zay was out. Devontae Adams was very much in.
19:0539.5 fantasy points. So Adams could have had a great day, and I could have still beaten you.
19:10But no, he had to put up 40. Well, the more important part is it's nice to win starts of the week,
19:16but you don't want to lose starts of the week.
19:19Nice, guys. I should have just not used Devontae Adams.
19:22Did he outscore Daniel's whole team? Yes, he did.
19:24You guys both could have just started one quarterback, and you would have outscored my entire team.
19:29Justin Herbert fell flat second week in a row.
19:31Guys, it's awful. Devontae Williams, only eight fantasy points.
19:34Mike Evans. Boy, it's weird. Brock Purdy did really great for field.
19:37Only 8.4 fantasy points for me. And then there's no way Colston Loveland does it again.
19:41Oh, he did it again. Fantasy points, I have a total of 25.58.
19:45You guys had a combined three players that scored more than my entire team by themselves.
19:49I had two of those guys on my week one team in one.
19:53That's disgusting. Well, you should have to spin twice.
19:55The common thread right now is Justin Herbert and Colston Loveland are the ultimate letdown players in starts of the week because
20:01back-to-back weeks they've been on starts of the week, and back-to-back weeks the person who rostered them lost.
20:06So, I'm glad that Daniel and I, by rule, cannot pick either of those players again.
20:11I don't want to pick Colston Loveland again. Mike's going to pick one of those two guys very soon, and they're going to go off.
20:18That's going to be the week. Wait, everyone loses is still on there.
20:21We need to cross that off. Oh, that one's got to stay on.
20:25All right, so as a reminder, I now have to spin the loser punishment.
20:29What's a new one? Is there a new one?
20:31For the tattoos gone. Wear rival gear. That's an easy one.
20:34That's a boy. It feels like kind of a nice.
20:37Here you go. Let's see. Yeah. A little nicer.
20:39I actually don't mind these tattoos, for the record.
20:42There's a couple on there that I'm a little bit weird about.
20:45Hugh, I'm not loving the beer mile. I don't really love the smelling salts.
20:49I think those are fine. Whack the leg. Let's do it.
20:52All right, here we go. In a 3, 2, 1, I'm going to spin, spin, spin, spin, spin.
20:57If you get spin again, it would be hilarious.
20:59As the wheel is spinning, we're slowing down on...
21:02Oh, you've got to be kidding me! Wax leg.
21:04I did not want that one. I just texted you guys about this.
21:08You were like... Oh my gosh! Yes. That's right.
21:10Anything with a wax leg. All right. Can I say something, though?
21:14If anybody at this company would be down to have their leg waxed...
21:17Yes. ...and not make us think about it, it's you.
21:20Do we need to do it live on the show while we give analysis?
21:24I don't know about that. Can we take a video afterwards?
21:27Okay, that's what we do. You immediately were like, no, I don't want to be in the room...
21:32You do it at home or something. You do it at home, I'll close my eyes.
21:36The person who literally got a tattoo on TV back in the day, that's you.
21:40I feel like you are about as down to have your leg waxed as anybody at ESPN.
21:45Absolutely. Absolutely. Oh, good luck with that. I'm glad I didn't get it.
21:48Have you ever had a leg wax? No. Not a leg wax, no.
21:52Have you ever had any part of your body waxed?
21:55Yes. Do you want to ask me a couple more questions?
21:58You know, I think I'm good there, Daniel. I just wonder if maybe...
22:01Well, I was thinking maybe you have a tattoo on it.
22:04Like, you know, if you had a chest tattoo, would you have to wax?
22:08They shave us. Okay. They will get you shaved before you do all that just because of it.
22:13All right. Moving on. All right. Before we get Sanders' check-in, guys, by the way.
22:17Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's check-in. None of us got it this week, unfortunately.
22:22We had a couple of decent options on the table, but none of us were able to hit.
22:27Diami Brown actually had a couple of targets. Didn't Diami Brown, like, have a near touchdown?
22:31It was very close. Yeah. Yeah. Roman Wilson, not quite as involved as we thought.
22:35And Kyle Williams. Ditto. Yeah, Kyle Williams, again, we thought he'd get a little more run.
22:40Had a few targets, but again, didn't hit for that long touchdown.
22:43So we're stuck at 0.5% when we are picking again this week, my friends.
22:47Get back on track. We also have what I'm calling the stink of the week.
22:51I forgot to solicit this. Presented by Daniel Dopp's week two start of the week team.
22:55Yeah. Presented by Flatulence. I'm asking to see the best, worst fantasy lineup each and every week.
23:00I'm going to do this after Monday Night Football.
23:02And for that, we present the stink of the week.
23:05Amazing. All right. And this week's stink of the week.
23:08A lot of great options here. Housers. Kobe Montana, Lenny Liu, 332 on Twitter.
23:12Let me give you this lineup. He lost by 112 points.
23:15This is an amazing, amazing outcome. Tell me when you hear the bad player on this roster, because I don't see any of them.
23:21Justin Herbert, Saquon Barkley, Chase Brown, Malik Neighbors, DJ Moore, Dallas Goddard, Javante Williams, Jadarian Price, and the thicker kicker, Harrison Meeves.
23:27All right. Without looking, that lineup had to have scored 120, right?
23:31I mean, that's so good. It's half PPR, and he scored 35.4 fantasy.
23:34That's brutal. He played against Devontae Adams, who scored 35.5 fantasy points.
23:38His opponent could have literally left his quarterback, two running back, other receiver, two flex, tight end, and defense.
23:43Sorry, kicker unavailable, and he would have still won.
23:45Can you imagine that? Your opponent messes up, and they only start one player that's bi-weeks injuries.
23:50They only have one player. It's Devontae Adams. And they win?
23:53To be your whole lineup? That literally happened. Devontae Adams out to me at the start of the week.
23:58That's literally what happened. We're talking about it like it never happened.
24:01Is this your burner? You both did it to me.
24:04Yeah. That's brutal, Field. That's a tough stink of the week right there.
24:08That's three players that didn't even hit one fantasy point.
24:10Yeah. That's really bad right there. That's really tough.
24:13That might be. That's a candidate. Definitely. Hopefully, we went from non-PPR last week to half-PPR this week.
24:18It might help our audience if next week we find more stinks that are full PPR, just because we talk about full PPR mostly here.
24:25We do. But yeah, that's a tough... It's not like if you had given that full PPR scoring, this would have been a monster number.
24:32It would have been like 43. That guy might score 180 this week.
24:35Yeah. Yeah. That's true. He's got a good team.
24:38If Jadarian Price is healthy, and same with Saquon Barkley, he will be in good shape.
24:42All right. Let's talk about some of those guys actually speaking of players in week three.
24:46A couple of rankings here. We're going to bring to you a full screen with some of the top rankings.
24:52Talk about a few of the guys starting at the quarterback spot.
24:55Number one, obviously, Josh Allen. Lamar Jackson, Brock Purdy, Patrick Mahomes at four, and then Jalen Hurts.
25:00That's the top five. Six through 10. Tyler Shuck at six.
25:03Jack Prescott at seven. Trevor Lawrence at eight. Drake May has fallen all the way to nine.
25:08And Jordan Love right now at 10. May is a slow start.
25:11He's not Drake, Drake May May anymore. No. He's going to say you just.
25:15That's bad. It's not. Trevor May. Do you guys.
25:17Do you both. Because these are consensus rankings. Do you both have Drake May inside the top 10?
25:22I do. Yes. I believe I'm at nine. Right where he is.
25:25I believe I have him at 10. Thank you.
25:28We'll get into it. Yeah. We're going to talk about him here right now.
25:32Well, then why don't we talk about him right now?
25:35All right. Yeah. That was my pick for the quarterbacks of the week here on Drake May.
25:39It's two games. So sample sizes are small for all of these players.
25:43Finding good or bad things can be hard to come by, depending on how those first two weeks went.
25:48Not with this first one. Well, let me give you the things that have gone well so far for Drake May as
25:54we are thinking about his prospects for week three.
25:56Okay. And next. Yeah. Okay. He has the fifth most rushing attempts amongst quarterbacks.
26:00Like we know that Drake May is a very mobile core.
26:03He's an elite athlete. And he was nearly the MVP last year.
26:07He's a very, very good quarterback. Right. If you're looking for silver linings, he also faced two legitimately good defenses through two weeks.
26:13And in large part, because they played against Drake May, the Seahawks and the Steelers have allowed the fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
26:20Again, they're just two weeks in large part because they play Drake May.
26:23But my gut's talking to me on this one though.
26:26I just, something about the way this kid is wired and what we saw last year.
26:30I mean, me going out on a limb, imagining that Drake May can bounce back.
26:34This kid's an absolute stud. I think he's hearing the noise.
26:37This Jacksonville defense is good. I don't think it's as good as Seattle's for sure.
26:42I don't think it's as good as Pittsburgh's either.
26:44I think Drake May bounces back this week. This is not a must win for the Patriots.
26:49It's only week three, but for a team that plays Buffalo next week, after giving away week one, where they should have
26:55won that game in Seattle, this feels like a very consequential game for the Patriots in Jacksonville.
26:59Even without AJ Brown, I think Drake May has his best game by a large margin in week three.
27:05As someone who has Drake May on a lot of squads, it is a must win.
27:09Because I've started 0-2 in part because of him.
27:11Must be a fantasy win. Yes, it is a must win for me this week.
27:16I think he bounces back. I still have him as a starter as well.
27:19You've got him even higher than us, Mike. Yeah, I'm actually at seven.
27:23I thought I was a hair lower. But again, there's so many quarterbacks in that range.
27:27It makes sense that I wouldn't remember if he's seven, eight, or nine.
27:31Yeah, look, including the playoffs last year, under 18 fantasy points and seven straight.
27:35But again, context matters. It matters. They played Pittsburgh, Seattle twice, Denver, Houston, and the Chargers during that run.
27:40I mean, it's been a brutal stretch of defenses for him.
27:43Jacksonville has faced so far Deshaun Watson and Bo Nix.
27:46They're allowing 9.3 yards per pass attempts at the second highest in the NFL.
27:50So perhaps there's room for May to get going through the air.
27:53And again, he can make value with his legs.
27:55I don't even think it's a good call. I mean, we had him like top three or four quarterback, right?
28:01We downgraded him because of the matchups. And he appropriately followed suit and struggled against two good defenses.
28:06Now it's more of a neutral or plus matchup.
28:08He should bounce back. If he doesn't, then we can panic a little bit because something's wrong.
28:13You got to know better than to talk to Clay Eye about a gut call field.
28:17Like that was just silly. That's just silly. Who's your quarterback of the week, Daniel?
28:22My quarterback this week is Patrick freaking Mahomes. I believe that is his middle name.
28:26I believe it is. Guys, Patrick Mahomes has been unbelievable actually to start this year.
28:30He's been amazing. First two weeks have been great.
28:3221.6 fantasy points in week one, 28.9 in week two.
28:35And then he gets the Dolphins in week three.
28:37Six total touchdowns for Patrick Mahomes through the first two weeks.
28:40Dolphins have also allowed six total touchdowns to quarterbacks through the first two weeks of the season.
28:45This is a great situation that he's set up for an easy must start in this one.
28:50The projection though, Mike, I wanted to ask you about this.
28:53It like feels low to me. 19.6 fantasy points.
28:55I think part of that has to be, and tell me if I'm wrong with this narrative, there's got to be a
29:01little bit of concern that they just like get up by so much that there's not much passing in the second half.
29:07I mean, they do all their damage. You think it's going to be a blowout, but the other side of like that
29:13blowout is what if KW three has three rushing touchdowns and Patrick Mahomes has 185 passing yards and one passing touchdown.
29:19Yeah. I mean, that's definitely a part of the formula is game script, of course.
29:23And we do expect them to win this game handily.
29:26You know, Ken Walker's projected as RB two because we expect him to be running the football a lot.
29:31And at a high level, they are, they were very run heavy in week one, but as I thought would happen, as
29:37I talked about throughout the off season, they shifted right back to throwing the ball last week because Andy Reed loves to
29:43throw the football that does help my homes a little bit.
29:46But yeah, I think that, you know, again, Miami's a lot of the most fantasy points are running backs.
29:52The seventh most of quarterbacks. I mean, you should be able to run the ball against them for sure.
29:57And that could limit him a little bit, but again, he's QB five.
30:00That's the highest we've had him so far. He's going to be two for me to be clear.
30:05Yes. I mean, I mean, the project, the projection is QB five.
30:09I know my ranking is QB two. You guys both have a miss QB five.
30:13I have a league in which I have both Drake may and Patrick Mahomes.
30:17And I'm starting Patrick Mahomes. Obviously. I told you guys that was my dilemma coming into week one.
30:22I was like money where my mouth is my homes over Drake may.
30:25I did it last week as well. I'm doing it this week and it's not because of them.
30:30Like it's not just because of the matchup, right?
30:33Like right now my confidence index in Patrick Mahomes is on par pretty high.
30:36It's probably higher than my confidence index with Drake may, which is just classic because in this league that I have Drake
30:42may, it's this salary cap keeper league and players can be extended after their second year.
30:47And I am telling you that every, and I'm, I don't think I'm exaggerating here.
30:51Every time I've extended a player, which you're only extending guys that you think are a good and B their salary increases
30:57pretty significantly when you do extend them. It's like, they're not only good, but they're good values.
31:02I drafted Drake may for a dollar and a $200 budget.
31:05So I extended him for two years to get it up to $11 for each of the two subsequent, or for the
31:11third year, fourth year and fifth year. And I told the guys, I was like, given my history in this league, I'm
31:17telling you that Drake may is going to be playing in the XFL next year.
31:21Like it just the way it works. And of course the first two weeks, Drake may has been total and that league
31:27has a ton of Patriots fans in it. So they are mostly blaming me.
31:31Yeah, that's not, unfortunately, it's definitely my fault. This game is in.
31:34Oh, good. No, you go. You go. I was going to say the game is in Miami.
31:39Just wanted to check the weather because sometimes there's like trap games at Miami early in the season when it's super high.
31:4587, partly cloudy, a little rain. So nothing to be, nothing to worry about.
31:49Let's be honest. Mike wanted to check the weather in Miami to see if he could get down there real quick.
31:54I was thinking, should I take the pot off Friday and fly down?
31:58That's it. Mike, you know who hasn't disappointed so far?
32:01I'm glad you guys are finally seeing some of the things that I was trying to tell everyone about this offseason.
32:06You're right about him. Tyler Shupp has looked good so far through the first two weeks and it's only two weeks.
32:12You heard I phrase that. You were right about him.
32:15About him. Yes. Only one. I'll give you him.
32:17I'll give you that guy. No. Yeah. He's been, look, red hot.
32:2122.4. His two best games have come this season as well.
32:24And actually, if you go back even further, the four games before that, he had 17 plus in all of them.
32:30So he said 17 plus fantasy points in eight consecutive games.
32:33Right now, I know this is inflated by what happened in week one with the overtime game, but leads the NFL in completions and passing yards.
32:40The passing volume, as expected, came back to earth last year.
32:43Efficiency was still the same. Remember I was saying he was 7.3 yards per attempt last year?
32:477.3 in week one, 7.4 last week. So progress.
32:50Yep. But basically the same. But he did start running again last week, which is a huge development.
32:55Nine for 23 and a touchdown. They play the Raiders this week.
32:58They've actually been better than expected. They slowed down Justin Herbert and Malik Willis, but they've also faced seven.
33:03We can't say that. They face the seventh fewest pass attempts.
33:06The Raiders saying that they have been better than expected is also like saying the Chargers clearly haven't been as good as expected.
33:13And then you played Malik Willis and the Dolphins.
33:15Yeah, Justin Herbert may have slowed Justin Herbert down as much as the Raiders did.
33:19Yeah, no doubt. Really good test for Tyler Shuck in two weeks, which is against the Vikings.
33:24Because there's a part of me that I have Shuck ranked 6th.
33:276th. So I'm right there with you guys. I'm in line for this week.
33:31If I were going to make the argument against Tyler Shuck going forward, it would be, well, he kind of feasted on
33:37bad competition down the stretch last year. And this year he's been aided by the fact that his team has been so
33:43bad in the first half that the game script has been so fantasy friendly that it'd be nice to see him, A, against like not a terrible team.
33:51And B, like do it efficiently and do it for 60 full minutes as opposed to 30 minutes.
33:56But then you look at their schedule and you're like, I don't know, there are a lot of teams that are going to move the football against effectively.
34:03Yeah. The Raiders this week, the Falcons next week, not scared there.
34:07Obviously the Vikings I mentioned is scary in two weeks.
34:09Giants, Steelers, that game is in Paris. That would be tough.
34:13Browns, TBD, Panthers, Bears, Bengals, Packers, Panthers, Bucs, like Cardinals, Falcons.
34:16There's very little. Especially down the stretch. So as much as I'd like to see him just like string it together against
34:22good teams, like that may matter next year, but it may not matter this year.
34:26By the way, if we were going to list his hardest games of the year at Baltimore, we too would have been on that list.
34:33And he just did great. So, I mean. But again, like he did great when they were getting smoked in the first half.
34:39I don't think their defense is going to be substantially better going forward though.
34:43I mean, he should be busy all year. I think I would be even more convinced that this is like nothing to
34:49worry about whatsoever if he had come out and this was a game that they ended up winning by a touchdown, but they were never down 17 points.
34:56Sure. So. I think there are two things to me and then I'll move on from Tyler Shuck.
35:01One, I think like his connection with his receivers looks legit.
35:04Like him and Chris Olave. Chris Olave just looks unbelievable.
35:07He'll be discussing the wide receiver right away. He's getting Jordan Tyson back in about maybe a month.
35:12Devon Valais has looked really good as well in that offense.
35:15And I really do think that. Nope. It just left my head.
35:18Running backs. Yep. Juwan Johnson. That happened to you.
35:21I feel like the other week. You were like, dang it.
35:24Yeah. Let's dive in. No worries. Welcome to beat.
35:26What are you going to do? Just yell out when you think of it.
35:30That's right. All right. Let's talk about some running backs.
35:33My one more stock watch later. So let's get to it.
35:36Jameer Gibbs at one. Kenneth Walker, the third at two.
35:39Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson, Jonathan Taylor, Derek Henry, Ashton Gentie, and James Cook.
35:42Those are the top eight. Chase Brown, Brees Hall, Saquon Barkley, Devon Achan, Omari and Hampton, Javante Williams, Bucky Irving, and Cam Scadaboo.
35:49That's the top 16 there of running backs so far this week.
35:52And then 17, 18, and 19. Chuba Hubbard, DeAndre Swift, Aaron Jones, and Kyron Williams.
35:56Guys, can I talk to you about DeAndre Swift a little bit?
35:59Go for it. Hit us. My guy, I don't think that I've not seen him in the top 20.
36:05Maybe I messed up there. Oh, Michael. He's in my top 20.
36:08But we'll get to him in a second. Yeah, yes, we will.
36:11Good board bed action coming up there. DeAndre Swift, 32.4 fantasy points in week one.
36:15And then last week, obviously, the Bears and Vikings game was really tough.
36:1912.9 fantasy points. He's the only thing that actually looked good.
36:22The thing that I'm hanging my hat on, and the reason why he's still a starter, when all of the other Bears
36:28don't give me that same confidence, he had 19 touches in both of the games.
36:32Daniel, it could have so easily been 21 fantasy points for DeAndre Swift.
36:36Yes. He fumbled on the one yard. On the one.
36:38He puts that in. He gets an additional 8.1 fantasy points.
36:41Yep. Scored less points this week, but actually played more.
36:44He's got a lot of snaps this week. It's a 60-40 snap split right now between him and Kyle Menungai, but he
36:50has gotten literally all of the goal line work.
36:53He is the only one being used at the goal line.
36:56He's also their better pass catcher. So even though this is a really tough matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, last two running
37:02backs to play them, they're not, you know, burners.
37:04JCM scored 12.6. Tony Pollard scored 7.5. With the quarterback situation and what the Bears are going to be at, we've all
37:10just lowered DeAndre Swift to more of a low-end RB2.
37:13Adjusting our expectations, unfortunately, against Mike's difficult defense. Say it the same way.
37:17Mike, who's your guy? Mine is Quinshawn Judkins. I'm thinking this is the week for him to make a leap forward after a slow start for sure.
37:24Obviously a terrible start so far this season. He now actually hasn't cleared 10.1 fantasy points in five straight games going back to last season.
37:31Wow. Five targets last week. He's played almost 70% of the snaps this season.
37:35And now after two road games, they come back home and they face Carolina.
37:39They've allowed a league-high 406 yards to running backs through two games.
37:42And I know Chicago crushed them week one, but don't forget, they allowed 148 yards to Atlanta's running backs last week as well.
37:48I think Judkins, this is the week. If it doesn't happen this week, guys, it's panic time.
37:53Yep. I would agree on that, Mike. This Cleveland team, they proved a lot of people.
37:57Isn't this guy wrong last week? We'll see whether this offense might just get to, like, even if it's below average, that
38:03would be well above what I thought it was going to be, especially after what we saw in week one.
38:09Like, I thought we were talking about a bottom three offense in the NFL.
38:13Yeah. If they can become the 23rd offense in the NFL, that is good enough for Quinshawn Judkins to see his fantasy value rise.
38:19They have the piece. It's the O-line that really scares me.
38:22They have the skill guys for sure. They just have to get it and bring it all together.
38:27I got to see it for more than one week from Deshaun.
38:30I agree. Yeah, I agree. Most interesting running back.
38:33Say again? Take us to therapy field. Most interesting running back name on the list, Devon HN.
38:38We have a gigantic gap in our rankings here.
38:40Mike is up at RB8. I'm up at RB15.
38:43Not quite in the middle, but close to the middle of where Daniel is at RB20.
38:47Let's do the good and the bad here for Devon HN like we did with Drake May.
38:52The good for HN. If I told you a player was second in running back snap percentage, seventh in running back receptions,
38:58fourth in running back target share, you'd like all that, right?
39:01The bad is that he's getting a lot of volume, but he's not very efficient right now.
39:05He's 58th in fantasy points per touch amongst running backs and 42nd in his percentage of runs gaining 10 plus yards, which
39:11as Liz noted yesterday has been one of the strengths of HN's game.
39:15His explosive runs are part of what he brings to the table.
39:18I'm lower than Mike, obviously higher than Daniel, but I am definitely worried that this game against Kansas city is a blowout,
39:24which I think there's a chance despite what his snap percentage shows in the first two weeks, that if this is an
39:30absolute blowout, that the dolphins who are thinking about the future in general are going to start to pull the cord here
39:36on Devon HN in the third and fourth quarters of games.
39:39I'll say they didn't last week. I mean, that's why I'm so high on him is the fact that they just were
39:45exactly what we wanted them to do in week one and we criticize them for not doing.
39:50They did in week two. I mean, they just kept giving it to him over and over and over and he got
39:56to what, a hundred yards or he was right around a hundred yards in that game.
40:01And it just takes one. I mean, if he does that again and has one big play where finally starts scoring, even
40:07if he scores six touchdowns this year or something like he's going to, he's going to hang in there with this volume
40:13plus those touchdowns, like he's going to be okay.
40:15Potential board bet between you two. He will not score six touchdowns this year.
40:19Oh, I was thinking like RB eight versus RB 20 for this week.
40:22Split the difference. RB 14. I'm happy to be touchdown based.
40:26Whatever you guys want. Also, he won't score six touchdowns this season.
40:29I will happily take that board bet. Is that two separate board bets?
40:32Okay. So we have two separate board bets. One for this week.
40:36You're saying RB 14 or worse. Devon. 14 or better.
40:38Devon HN will finish as RB 14 or worse in week three.
40:42Devon HN will finish better than 14th. No, wait.
40:44You said 14th or worse. You say 14th or better and we can tie if it's RB 14.
40:49Field gets 14th. 14th or better here in week three.
40:52Put it on the board. Also, I'm going to do this because I really want to do it.
40:57I say Devon HN, unfortunately, does not score six touchdowns in 2026.
41:00I think Devon HN will score six touchdowns here in 2026.
41:03Put it on the board. Do the playoffs count too?
41:06What? Yes, they do. I almost said no, but then I thought about that question.
41:10I got you. I got you. That was so good.
41:13Thank you, Michael. I got you. I got you.
41:15I got you. I got you. I got you.
41:18I got you. I got you. I got you.
41:20I got you. I got you. Let's rip wide receivers and tight ends because I want to get to our stock watch and our random rankings.
41:27All right, Jackson Smith and Jigba, Amon Ra, Jamar Chase, Puka Nakua, if he plays, Justin Jefferson, Chris Olave, CeeDee Lamb, and Devontae Smith at the top eight.
41:35Zay Flowers, Parker Washington, Garrett Wilson, Drake Wallander, Malik Neighbors, Christian Watson, Tedrow McMillan, and Nico Collins, top 16.
41:40And then Jalen Coker, George Pickens, Jalen Waddle, and Lad McConkie round out the top 20.
41:45Coker and Parker shooting up the board. Seriously, they are.
41:47Guys, I told you about Tyler Shockfield. Why don't you tell me about his pass catcher?
41:52Yeah, let's talk about Chris Olave, who this can be very quick because I just want us to think about introducing him
41:58into that elite tier of wider set. I'm with you.
42:01It's like we're not talking about him in the same territory as Puka and Jamar Chase and guys and being like, really?
42:07No, like, yes. So far, he's fourth in fantasy points per game amongst wide receivers, second in routes, targets, and catches, third in receiving yards.
42:13This goes back to last year as well where he had this remarkable breakout season.
42:18And I know they've had very favorable game scripts, as we talked about in the Tyler Shuck conversation.
42:23But if you just watch the player, it just feels like he's due for a highlight reel play or two per game.
42:29Yeah. What an amazing player he is. What a great story of a guy staying healthy and producing at the level that...
42:35Remember, the Saints made this very bold and audacious trade way back in the day when they acquired Chris Olave, where they
42:41gave up an extra first to Philadelphia, which Philly turned into like nine good things because they're the Eagles.
42:46And the Chris Olave big bet they made has now paid off.
42:49He's just an awesome player. He is a top seven wide receiver in all of our ranks.
42:54He's awesome. Yeah, he is. He's trending up. My guy is trending the wrong way, fellas.
42:58Rashid Rice... I can tell you after week one.
43:01Yeah, two for 19 and a touchdown in week one.
43:03Four for 83 on six targets in week two.
43:06That's progress. Although about half of those yards came on like the end of the second quarter.
43:11It was like a garbage timey sort of play.
43:13So that was a little concerning. Target shares 12% this year.
43:16It was 28% over the last two years. So a lot of red flags here.
43:20The good news is the snap share, the route participation, our career highs for him.
43:24So hopefully that will turn into more reliance. But it has not been there so far.
43:29The reason we're going to keep him in our lineups this week is the matchup.
43:33Miami, five touchdowns allowed through the air. Despite facing the third fewest pass attempt.
43:37So it is a good spot. But again, much like with Judkins.
43:40If it doesn't happen this week, we're going to have to have another conversation.
43:44The only, if I'm trying to find a justification for why it's been slow to start, how he can get better.
43:50Is if that knee injury is something that he is healthy enough to play through.
43:54But he's kind of a ramp up guy throughout the year.
43:57But otherwise, yeah, it's a dire situation. When he gets the ball, he looks good.
44:01Like to me, he looks good. I feel like he's not limited and he's running well.
44:05But it's just they're not dialing up plays for him.
44:08That's been the problem so far. It's been a dramatic shift.
44:11That was the anti-Rashi Rice case. Maybe they're going to run the football a thousand times a game.
44:16So just something to keep in mind. Guys, I did the thing that Mike did.
44:20I actually picked a wide receiver that's outside of the top 20 on this list.
44:24You didn't see the name Emeka Abuka on there.
44:27I did not. He is not a top 20 wide receiver right now.
44:30Hasn't busted in either of the first two weeks.
44:33But he also hasn't lived up to the expectation of the wide receiver one without Mike Evans.
44:3711.3 fantasy points against Cincy in week one. 10.3 in week two.
44:41You know who leads this team in targets? K-Dotten.
44:43Ted Hurst. Bucky Irving. Actually, it's four guys have 10 or 11.
44:46Bucky Irving. Emeka Abuka does lead this team in target with 11.
44:50As well as Bucky Irving with 11. And then what?
44:52Ted Hurst and K-Dotten have 10? As well as K-Dotten with 11.
44:56Isn't that a problem? That known volume king K-Dotten has as many targets as wide receiver one Emeka Abuka through the first two weeks of the season.
45:03I mean, the Bucks got to be on the short list for most disappointing teams in the league.
45:08They are. Chargers are obviously the number one. Yeah, they talked a big game too.
45:12They were talking a little. There was supposed to be two chips on Baker's shoulders, right?
45:17That was going to be a thing. And we thought he was going to take a step.
45:21And now this week, unfortunately, gets the Brian Flores Vikings.
45:24We are moving all of the Bucks down because of that.
45:27I just wanted to mention it because normally we're hoping to see something.
45:31I think this is another week that it's probably going to be another struggle for Emeka Abuka.
45:35I think he'll be fine. Let's do some tight ends really quickly here, my friends.
45:39Tight ends for the top 10. Trey McBride at one.
45:42Brock Bowers, Dalton Kincaid, Travis Kelsey, and George Kittle.
45:45That's the top five. Six through 10 we've got.
45:47Dramatic pause. Sam Laporta, Tyler Warren, Isaiah Likely, Colston Loveland, and Tucker Craft.
45:51Guys, it is a tough season to be a Travis Kelsey is washed guy.
45:55He is not washed. 10.1 fantasy points in week one.
45:57It mostly came on one big play, but then 25.1 here in week two gets the Dolphins.
46:02Even though we're a little more out on Rashi Rice, we are more in on Travis Kelsey this week.
46:07He's an easy auto start for us at tight ends.
46:10Set it and forget it. Let's just own it.
46:12We should have talked about him plenty more in the preseason.
46:15We should have. We didn't make anti-cases for Travis Kelsey.
46:18We just kind of said, yeah, whatever, you're fine.
46:21We focused on Rashi Rice and Ken Walker III.
46:23He's been more than fine. He's been awesome. The clock has been turned back.
46:27Yeah. No doubt about it. Mine is Tucker Craft.
46:29A big boost last week in snaps and routes.
46:32I actually played 100% of the Packers' snaps, but fell from six targets to three targets.
46:3665 yards to 15 yards, nine and a half fantasy points to three and a half fantasy points.
46:41It was a big dud from him, but Jaden Reed is now out.
46:45They're going to have to run this offense through Watson, Golden, and Jaden Reed, especially with no running game.
46:50And Atlanta's already three touchdowns to tight ends. So Tucker Craft, despite the duds, still hanging in that tight end one conversation.
46:56Yeah, big game tomorrow night for them. Playing at home against Atlanta.
46:59Thursday night football. They got to look, not just win, they got to look the part tomorrow for me to feel like
47:05Green Bay can really compete in this division with what I think will be Minnesota and Detroit and Chicago all there.
47:11The wider, excuse me, the tight end 17 in terms of routes per game is Isaiah Likely.
47:16But when he's on the field and he's running routes, he's getting the football.
47:20He has top three in fantasy points, catches, yards, targets, and target share.
47:23I know the quarterback is new this week. It's Jameis Winston as opposed to Jackson Dart.
47:28But he had nine targets, did Isaiah Likely, from Jameis Winston.
47:31Of his 27 passing attempts this past Monday night with Malik Neighbors, whether it's still getting up to speed with the knee
47:37injury or dealing with that shoulder injury on Monday night.
47:39He's not quite himself, it seems. And there's really nobody else, right?
47:43Darnell Mooney, Malik Highfields. The running backs are not really prominently involved in the passing game.
47:47I think Isaiah Likely is just here to stay as a top 10 tight end weekend and weekend.
47:52So how many targets do you think he gets?
47:55This week, I'll go with eight. Wrong answer. Likely nine.
47:57That's the right answer. Goddammit, it was right there.
48:00It was right there for you. Right there. The tattoos impact your ability to process it.
48:04I'm disappointed in you. That's what it is. Let's dive into the mailbag really quickly before we move on with this show.
48:10I want to pay off a couple of questions.
48:13Oh, no. This is from Mama Dopp. She knows I have to wax a leg.
48:17She is bummed for me. Oh, Daniel, I am so sorry.
48:20It's all right, Mom. I'll be real smooth like a surfboard.
48:23What? Thank you. Jeff C. Oh, the neck piece actually works for Field.
48:26Fine. I'll keep it. I like it. For what it's worth, I do like it, Field.
48:31Hey, I got a text from our producer, Addison Walton, this morning, guys.
48:34I want to ask you this quick question. Having heard from a local friend in news, hits me with this question today.
48:40Long-time listener, first-time caller. A player in my league got frustrated and dropped Colston Loveland last night.
48:45Whoa. Whoa. What percentage of your fab would you spend to pick him up in a 10-team PPR league?
48:50If you have anyone that overreacted, whether it was Loveland or anyone, it's like, this happens sometimes, right?
48:55Oh, definitely. Yeah. This is, I think what's tricky about this one is much like, so Pukenikua was knocked out of a lot of knockout leagues, right?
49:03Yeah. But I was like, do I bid a little less?
49:06Because people might be like, hey, he might not play this week, and he was out last week, so I might not have to spend as much.
49:13It's kind of like that with Loveland, too. Like, you might not have to be super aggressive, because so many people are scared away.
49:20On the other hand, it just takes one person.
49:2230% was my... Yeah, that's where my head's going, too.
49:25I think that's a good number. And I also want to...
49:28I always want to have some money in the kitty.
49:31When you say 30%, are you a... If you have a $100 budget and you say 30%, would you just put 30?
49:37Or would you put... You're not a put 31 to not be on the even thing?
49:41I mean, that is like a serious strategy. No, no, it's true, because people do tend to think in round numbers.
49:47Sure, if you want to put 31 bucks. Okay, so then should we do 32?
49:51No, okay. All right, all right, all right. You know what?
49:54You're kicked out. Any more questions? We have questions from chat.
49:57All right, let's keep on moving, then. We're going to try to get to more later on in the show.
50:03We're going to do a stock check on the top 10 in ADP.
50:06Stock up and stock down. We kind of did this a little bit yesterday with Liz Field.
50:11Yeah. Why not do the top? Sometimes we just breeze past the absolute superstars and don't talk about them at all.
50:17They don't really need to be talked about, but I thought it'd be interesting to look at the top 10 players based
50:23off their preseason or their final preseason ADP. And if you were to give them a quick, doesn't have to be this deep dive.
50:29Stock up, stock down, or stock neutral. How would you assess them?
50:32So one through five, Jameer Gibbs, B. John Robinson, Jamar Chase, Puka Nakua, Jonathan Taylor, Jackson Smith and Jigba, Christian McCaffrey, Amon Ross St.
50:39Brown, James Cook, and also C.D. Lamb. So this is not exactly redrafting the top 10, but just give you a sense of it.
50:46We can start with Jameer Gibbs. And I think you can, even at pick one, you can still, I think, stock up would be in play.
50:53Can you say stock up? I think so, yeah.
50:55Yeah, he was my first. I had him as the first overall pick.
50:59He was first on my overall board. But if I was drafting today, I would take him zero with.
51:04Yeah. I would. Yeah. Now, I think stock up for Jameer Gibbs only because the question was him versus B.
51:10John Robinson. Yeah. And he's had two great weeks.
51:12B. John had a dud week last week. And the volume is real.
51:16Like, Dan Campbell was not shy about giving him the ball as much as he possibly has.
51:20I don't know if he'll make it 18 weeks like that, but for now, yes, stock up.
51:25Him and Kenneth Walker are the two running backs that we'll see if they can sustain what they're doing so far workload-wise.
51:31Agreed. How do you feel about B. John, though, knowing that the first two weeks have been difficult with the quarterback?
51:37Stock neutral because he was amazing in week one.
51:39And he gets Michael Penix Jr. back starting this Thursday night.
51:42So, I'm stock neutral on B. John. Agreed. I think if we did this again, he would still go, too.
51:48Agreed. I'm with you on that. I don't think I would change that.
51:51Jamar Chase hasn't looked too bad. I mean, he did in week one.
51:55Last week, though, it looked like classic. Jamar Chase, would that change for you?
51:59Yeah, I think this is interesting. I think at worst, I think stock neutral is appropriate here for Jamar Chase.
52:04You could make the case that he could be stocked down because there is a wide receiver that, if we read it
52:10today, might go higher than Jamar Chase. But I think stock neutral is where I land because it's a long season.
52:16The target share is still going to be incredible.
52:19He's an amazing talent. And he was awesome in what might be the worst matchup he'll have all season this past weekend.
52:25Agreed. Is Puka Nakua just an obvious stock down because of how well the other wide receivers have done in the beginning of the first round?
52:32Yeah, I think he's, I would say down slightly.
52:34That's where I would go. It's borderline neutral because if he comes back healthy this week, he'll be fine.
52:39He was fine in week one, even though it was a very tough situation for that offense.
52:44I still think he'll pay off his ADP. So it's tough to say down, but it's down slightly.
52:49Right. It's slightly down because even if he does return this week, the thought process coming into the year was like, yeah,
52:55Puka can afford to miss a game or two and just be better than every other wide receiver in the game.
53:01We'll talk about JSN in a minute, but just because of what JSN is doing, that might have changed the calculus a little bit.
53:07And by the way, had he played the other night, he would have had a decent chunk of those Devontae Adams 40 points as well.
53:14So it was good to see that offense play at a high level.
53:18And if that continues, Puka will be fine. All right.
53:21The first not tier one running back in Jonathan Taylor, guys.
53:24What do you think? Like, I feel like he's kind of stock neutral, to be honest, in this offense, because I don't love the passing game.
53:31Daniel Jones doesn't do it for me. We haven't seen a lot.
53:34I mean, I feel like Tyler Warren has not delivered the way that we had hoped.
53:38Saved by two touchdowns. To me, it's like the one thing that does keep working in this offense and isn't going to change is JT.
53:45So I haven't seen enough to move him like stock down because they're going to keep giving him the ball.
53:51But it's not a stock up situation. Neutral for me.
53:54Neutral is probably where it lands. Jackson Smith and Jigba.
53:56Bro. Up. One dot. If you told me, not one dot oh one, because I would still take Samir Gibbs.
54:02But like, if you told me you wanted to take him one dot oh one, right now with the safety of who
54:08he is and his offense and his upside. Yeah.
54:10It's pretty crazy. I mean, in a low volume passing offense.
54:13Yes. With a backup quarterback for all but I think one passing attempt so far this season.
54:18It's been unbelievable. He's got 44% target. Cheryl, I'll do that for you.
54:22Everything is funneled through him. How many other offenses do we have that like basically everything for our game is funneled through?
54:28Kind of that one guy. Jadarian Price, the running backs, like there's not like a clear cut guy.
54:33There is no tight end one really. There is no other wide receiver.
54:36This is exactly what you want in fantasy. Yeah.
54:39And no one could cover him. Doesn't send us off to the right.
54:42Like, I think there's a relatively decent chance he finishes as a best wide receiver three.
54:47I'm not ruling out wide receiver one or two.
54:49But for those that may be coming into the season where like, you know, I'd like to see it again before I
54:55really throw him into the category of Jamar Chase.
54:58Here you go. I think we can put that argument to bed for now.
55:01What about CMC guys? I'd say stock neutral here.
55:04Yeah. I would agree neutral. We might have been leaning down after week one, but after week two, he's right back doing CMC things.
55:10Because I think where it gets interesting for CMC and where he could surge back up is they've had two non-competitive games.
55:16Yes. And they're going to eventually play more competitive games.
55:19I know they played the Rams in week one, a non-competitive version of the Rams.
55:23And I just don't think that Kyle Shanahan can help himself.
55:26And in those moments, I think it'll be, holy cow, Christian McCaffrey had 18 carries and 11 targets.
55:31Yeah. At the end of the day, he's still their franchise player.
55:35Like he's going to be, they're going to run the offense through him like they always do.
55:39Do you feel differently? Because I know you obviously the anti-CMC guy.
55:43You're stock neutral. I would be stock neutral if I had drafted CMC.
55:46Because the reason why I didn't is because I don't think he will last the entirety of the season.
55:51But if I'm looking at fantasy as a one-week game, I think that CMC has been neutral at the running back spot.
55:57Yes. Amon Ross St. Brown. Stock up. He's a legend.
56:00He's just, he is as steady as it gets.
56:03A great floor. I don't even. Just the reality is like when we're talking about tier one wide receivers going into next
56:09year, it's going to include at least four of them, which would be Jamar, Puka, Jackson Smith, and Jigba.
56:14And Amon Ross. Yeah. At least four. I'd say neutral just because I think he's about where he was drafted is where
56:20he belongs right now on the board. But he's fantastic to your point.
56:24Yeah. Wide receiver. I think I texted you guys about this when we were ranking the other day.
56:28Yeah. It starts out great. Yeah. It gets tough.
56:31It's wide receiver. We have to talk about this at some point.
56:34It's pretty gross right now. It's not as deep as it felt like.
56:38No. I love Amon Ross and JSN because they kind of give me the same vibe as guys.
56:43Like they're not like, you know, field stretchers in the same way.
56:46Not that they can't, but like, you know, Jamar Chase or Puka Nakua.
56:50JSN had that long touchdown last week. He did.
56:52Yeah. He's, I would say that what the thing that I think about the two of them that is really cool is
56:58that like they are about as low maintenance as it gets for wide receivers.
57:02They are just like painstakingly kind people. Yep. There's something about guys with hyphens in their names, right?
57:07Jackson Smith and Jigba. Amon Ross St. Brown. Nick Westbrook-Akina.
57:10That's right. Yes. Guys like that, you know. Lester Klapp.
57:12That's a good one. You're right. Yes. I was trying to think of an Alan Lazard name and I couldn't come up
57:18with a good middle name for Alan Lazard. Alan Lazard the goat.
57:22Yes, that's fair. How about the last one? Last two here.
57:25James Cook. Neutral. Yeah. James Cook. Week one was against Houston.
57:28It was a tough matchup, right? And honestly, you know, Josh Allen's told the show in week one.
57:33I think he would go in the first round right now because all these other names, including guys that would jump into
57:39the top 10, but not enough to say down.
57:41The James Cook pop-off's coming really soon. Yeah, we're due for a 22 carry, 152 yard two touchdown game very soon.
57:47If he's not a first rounder, he's a high end second rounder.
57:50They just might have someone else that replaces him.
57:53And then CeeDee Lamb. How do you guys feel about CeeDee Lamb?
57:56Stock up because through two games, it's the CeeDee Lamb show and the George Pickens show is currently off broadcast, right?
58:02It's not great. And he's still an amazing talent.
58:04He'll be fine. He'll be fine. But George Pickens has been 10 or fewer points in the first two games.
58:10Will he? Can I just throw this out there?
58:12Just like this is the little devil sitting on my shoulder.
58:15Like, I know he'll be fine, but also he's playing on a tag that he doesn't want to play on.
58:21He doesn't have a contract for next year. Well, yeah, the scare is if he gets a hamstring that gets tight.
58:27When you say hamstring, do you mean a hamstring that gets tight?
58:30Or a hamstring that gets tight? Yeah. Like, both could be.
58:33His targets have been there, though. I'm not worried about Pickens.
58:36Okay. I think I'll be okay. I mean, it's only two weeks.
58:39Disappointed but not worried would be a better way.
58:42Yeah, exactly. Disappointed, but his big game's coming, too.
58:44Yeah. Practicing that for later in life, huh? I'm disappointed, girls.
58:47All right? I'm not worried. Don't you worry. They're four, two.
58:50No, no, no. To me. Oh, okay, okay, okay.
58:53I'm not mad. I'm disappointed, yeah. Quick question. Who's in your top ten now that wasn't before?
58:57I think there's one name that's obvious. Hey, Doug.
59:00And Walker III. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, I'd put him in the middle of the first round.
59:04But otherwise, I think that's about it for now.
59:07He's the only one, when I was looking at this, the only one that would move into the first round for me right now.
59:14Definitively, yes. Yeah, with you on that. Anybody else just as a part of this really quickly, and then we'll do our last thing.
59:20Anyone else that you just think as a huge riser or faller that you want to talk about?
59:25I know we only did the top ten. Anyone else that stands out?
59:29Big risers or fallers that would creep into the top ten.
59:32No. I think Alave is the one that's probably closest to getting other than KW.
59:36So I redid my top nine just for this exercise.
59:39I had nine, and then the tenth I was stuck.
59:41It was Cook, Gentty, Henry, Achan, Lamb, Jefferson, Alave.
59:44Wow. There's a lot of guys to pick at that one, two turn.
59:47Also, the two island positions, and I'm not sure we would do it differently, but we're saying Wade on quarterback.
59:53Maybe you should have just drafted Josh Allen. Maybe he's really good.
59:56We'll see. Long season ahead there because we have seen some really, Patrick Mahomes would be the argument against, right?
60:02The guy was the 14th ranked quarterback in ADP, and he's quarterback what?
60:05Same with Trey McBride. Trey McBride has clearly been the best out of all of the ones, but if you wanted to
60:11say, hey, you could have gotten Dalton Kincaid or Isaiah Likely or someone else lately.
60:15That was the strategy that was so far, but we'll see.
60:18Brock Bauer is probably back in week three. We'll see what that looks like.
60:22All right. We got two questions from our mailbag here really quickly.
60:25This one comes from Christopher Ruiz. Are we trusting Drake London this week?
60:29Guys, trust is a strong word, but I am starting Drake London this week.
60:33I agree. And by the way, we'll talk about this game in greater depth tomorrow.
60:37Yes, we will. Football game. But the numbers with Michael Penix Jr.
60:40have been excellent for Drake London. Agreed. This is not a, like, two other still a little bit of a wait and see.
60:47It's definitely better than Cooper Rush. Like, Michael Penix Jr.
60:49plus Drake London equals a lot of fantasy points.
60:52Agreed. Another question here from our chat. This one comes from Andy Cohen.
60:55Is it time to trade Hampton in case the Chargers continue to stink?
60:59Is this the Andy Cohen? Nah. I don't think that you would.
61:02What are you getting? I was going to say that.
61:05Like, at least he's coming off like a 17-point outing, right?
61:08You like that. But the vibes aren't great. I don't think you're getting – you're not selling high on a guy.
61:14There's not a lot of Keaton Mitchell. I want to see more passing down work, but he scored.
61:19He's getting all the carries. He's a very talented young player.
61:22They're at, like – I think they're – I know that schedule is hard, but they have to play better than this.
61:28They have to, right? Agreed. It can't be – it's going to be very interesting.
61:32They're going to have – adventure, they'll have a good offensive game.
61:35Maybe not multiple, but a – and we're going to be like, here we go.
61:39Time to course correct. We're back. I love the chats hanging out with us all day.
61:44By the way, I appreciate all of the love for Over the Top.
61:47I should have brought that as my sports movie last time when we did our random ranking.
61:52You guys need to watch it. If you haven't seen that Sylvester Stallone movie, go check it out.
61:57Speaking of random rankings. Yeah, let's talk about some best late night eats as our random rankings.
62:02And chat, please let us know where your favorite place is to eat late at night.
62:06Let's do it. Maybe you've had a couple of adult beverages.
62:09Maybe you're just up late with your friends hanging out.
62:12You want to go get some food? Yeah, or whoever came up with this is younger than us because I don't do this like I used to.
62:19This is hard. It's different. In college, we definitely did.
62:22Yes. Oh, definitely, yeah. In college. Okay, so then let me ask you this question.
62:26When you're doing this, was this a list of nostalgia or a list of like right now with your 40-year-old bodies?
62:32I did current. More nostalgia. Oh, you did current?
62:34I did current, so we did it a little differently.
62:37Okay, good. All right. I love it. Love it.
62:40All right. You want to start off then? Yeah.
62:42Whatever. Just out having a night. It'd be like wings and fries at a bar.
62:46Okay. You know, like at the bar. That's a good one.
62:49At the bar. Wings and fries. At the bar.
62:52Yeah. Not there. Rare, but that's what I like to go to.
62:55Mine is late night, sitting at home. I don't want to do a lot.
62:59Yeah. I want to be able to just have something that's easy.
63:02So you know what I do? Pop open the freezer.
63:05Put the oven on, preheat, and I throw in a Red Baron pizza.
63:08Smart man right there. That's right. Well done. Petering to the crowd.
63:12There we go. Frozen pizza always hits late at night, and it's super simple.
63:15You don't have to do anything. You just put it in and hit the button.
63:20Frozen pizza always hits. I literally made a joke the other day via text about I'm trying to score free Red Baron
63:26pizzas from Field, but now you just see what I can do about that.
63:30That's it. See what I can do about that.
63:32Number three for me. Late night diner. Yep. I went with Denny's just because it's the one that's available to most people,
63:38but you get a jump on breakfast. Yes. You get a breakfast sandwich.
63:42And of course, as you know, everybody knows this.
63:44It's like, this is science. The grease in the breakfast sandwich helps cure the hangover before it starts.
63:49Everybody knows that. So I'm thinking, I'm talking a gigantic bacon, egg, and cheese, preferably a little extra greasy.
63:54Yeah. And hammer that thing with a hash brown, and you're basically cured.
63:58I love it. Good call. I'm in on that.
64:00Yeah. What other, like, because it's basically any breakfast, late night breakfast joint.
64:04I know you picked one, Denny's. I went to college locally.
64:07I went to college at Wesleyan, and it's about 20 minutes from here.
64:10We had a place called O'Rourke's Diner. Great spot.
64:13But there was a 24-7 diner as well that's no longer in operation, but we used to go there a lot.
64:19Yeah. I love those local 24-7 diners that are, I mean, it's basically, you know, like the Waffle House kind of thing.
64:25But a lot of the local places are really cool that are open super late.
64:29All right. Mike, give us your number two. By the way, if I was going to do nostalgia, there was a place,
64:35Spuds, in Kutztown that they actually flooded and shut down.
64:38So I only have a food truck now, but I miss that place so much.
64:42So if they're out there, someone's listening. Shout out to Buds.
64:45I need some Spuds so bad. Oh, Spuds. Spuds Burger.
64:48And they have the best French fries on the planet.
64:50I'm telling you. I'm telling you. Anyway, if I was going to nostalgia route.
64:54But the current route is, so, you know, Megan and I like to frequent New York City.
64:59Yes. So we do sometimes, because I'm an old man, we eat dinner on the early side.
65:03But we like when we're in the city and we're up late, we like to go to second dinner sometimes.
65:09And our favorite spot, again, to sit at the bar and get late night dinner.
65:13Second dinner is Tao. Yes. Love Tao. Love Tao in New York City.
65:17Go get some noodles or something, some sushi. So that's one that's close to my heart right now.
65:22Noodles and sushi. Daniel has brought out a book.
65:24I wrote down a bunch of them. Oh, okay.
65:27Yeah. Text them to myself. I got a- All right, number two.
65:30What do you got? What's number two for you?
65:32Uh, number two for me is, similar to Field, this is sort of an open-ended interpretation of how you want to look at it.
65:39But for me, late night, a lot of times I'm coming back from a show.
65:43Just went to a place. I'm watching a band.
65:45I'm hungry. Gonna stop somewhere. It's that late night Wawa or Sheetz or that gas station that sells food that they will
65:52make for you right in front of you. Okay.
65:54Those are my favorite and they hit the spot late at night, especially when you're coming back from like a late, like a sporting event too.
66:01Yeah. It's perfect. Oh, I don't know if you guys ever been to Wawa or Sheetz.
66:06I've been to Wawa for sure. 1,000 times. Yes, of course.
66:09Oh, Sheetz for sure. Yeah. We had a lot of Sheetz where I grew up and then Wawa.
66:13People are popular, the closest you went east towards- Sheetz is more of a PA thing.
66:18Yeah. Very similar to Wawa. This is a very, I went one, one like super niche-y call is down at Rutgers.
66:24I went and visited a friend there once and we went to a day football game.
66:28And then after the game, we stopped at, they called them, I think the carts or the trucks.
66:33And they called them, I think they were called the fat carts.
66:36Yeah. And you would go and you would get these sandwiches and they'd be fat, whatever, the fat football, the fat cup,
66:42the fat ruler, whatever it is, right? And it would just be everything you could think of.
66:47Like rather than getting like mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers and french fries and have them each served in like a tray or a dish.
66:54They just put it- It would just put them all, the grease trucks is what I'm being told they are called.
67:00It's amazing. Again, I think I, like 99 cent heart attack, our producer Zach, I think he has Jersey route roots so
67:06he knows what I'm talking about here. These grease trucks were amazing.
67:09So again, it might be like a very specific demographic- I love it.
67:13Any idea what I'm talking about, but I felt amazing coming out of it.
67:16I would say, and I'm not, it might not be the same thing, but grease trucks, like any food truck late at
67:22night, like if you can find a spot that's open late at night for food trucks to give you some options, like food truck food, it's so good.
67:30God, it's so good. All right, Mike. Yeah. Maybe, maybe in my prime, but again, I have to go back to this.
67:36Look, I wanted to answer this honestly. Danny Glover and lethal weapon.
67:39Light on the dressing? Yeah. Too old for this.
67:42Well, here's the thing. No croutons? You know, it's not like the old days and I wanted to answer this honestly.
67:48So, but I, here's the thing. They, they, they're like, is it okay to snack at night or not?
67:53Are you not, are you supposed to snack before bed?
67:56But I am a snacker. Are you going to say bowl of cereal?
67:59So it's not bowl of cereal. It's just in general.
68:02Like I do snack at night. So it's my sofa.
68:05My sofa is my top late night eat spot.
68:07Wow. I'll make a peanut butter sandwich. A peanut butter sandwich.
68:10I'll have some chips, you know, something like that.
68:13Uh, not, it's never healthy. I'm bad about it, but that, I had last night, I had some peanuts, you know, watch the show with the girls.
68:20If I am furious or if I respect you so much.
68:23I don't know. Look, I, here's the thing that people who are listening, who are 40 ish year old males have to, have to relate to this.
68:31You don't go out at two in the morning anymore.
68:33Right. We, this is what we do. We sit at home.
68:36We snack. That's, that's their honest answer. You're close to the restroom.
68:40There's not a line. What do you ever want?
68:42But yeah, exactly. That's the honest, real answer. All right.
68:45What do you got? My honest, real answer is there's, there is only one.
68:49You're walking around New York city. It's one 30 in the morning and you see a spot that says 99 cents, slice, 99 cents slice of pizza.
68:56You walk in and it crushes every single freaking time.
68:59You're right. I like the slices of pizza that are also like three, like they're like the size of three and you buy them as one single slice.
69:07They never miss. All right. That's a good answer right there.
69:10I thought that there was one clear undisputed answer and I'm hoping that chat agrees.
69:14Taco Bell. Yeah. Oh my God. Come on. You're right.
69:16That's an easy one. You know, play into the fans.
69:19That's the nostalgia one. That's the nostalgia one. Dude, come on now.
69:22I can't eat that anymore. I can't do it.
69:25No, but again, I used to. The grease saves you from the hangover.
69:28That's science. I. Super greasy. Do you eat it even though you can't?
69:32No, not anymore. Okay. I tried once in the last 20 years and it didn't end well.
69:37White Castle. Dan S says White Castle. I haven't, I haven't been to White Castle ever actually guys.
69:42Oh, Jack in the Box. So good. Mr. Aleman says, yeah, Jack in the Box is delicious.
69:46Just Cane's. Cane's. Yep. They got a Cane's here in Connecticut now.
69:50We just brought one in. We just brought one in.
69:52There we go. Late night taco stand. Yeah. I was going to say, if I'm in California, there's got to be some.
69:58Totally. Burritos and tacos. Absolutely. Logan T. Waffle House.
70:01Ultimate upside. Any breakfast diner in the morning like that.
70:04Waffle House. Legit. Yep. Yeah. Good call. New Haven style pizza.
70:07Steel City-ing. Love that. Great pizza down there. Shout out to whoever is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, but repping New Haven Pizza.
70:13Yeah. I would do that too. Steelers fans are everywhere.
70:15Yeah, they are. Everywhere. They have one of the biggest fan bases across the country.
70:20Great hanging out with you boys today. Had a blast.
70:22This was a good time. Do it again sometime soon.
70:25We're going to be back tomorrow. Why not? Mike, are you going to show up or is the weather in Miami too
70:31nice for you to come in tomorrow? Can you not skip a week?
70:35A guy skips one day or two. His wife turns a certain number once.
70:39Yes. Right? Exactly. All right, guys. We love you.
70:41Don't forget to love each other and be kind to yourself.
70:44You deserve it. We'll be back tomorrow with a Thursday night football preview and our week three preview.
70:49Part one. We keeping these tattoos? See ya. I am.
70:52You can. You can. See ya. You in the 06010.
70:54See ya.
