41

Alvin Kamara

NegativeUsage47:06

Alvin Kamara returned to a split backfield, playing 20 snaps and touching the ball 14 times (9 carries, 5 catches) for minimal yardage. The three-headed monster approach with Travis Etienne and CJ Donaldson makes this an ugly situation for fantasy owners.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

NegativeProjection41:46

Baker Mayfield is the primary concern for the Buccaneers' offense after two poor performances; his struggles are negatively impacting the entire receiving corps, though there is some hope for improvement as the team gets healthier.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveInjury26:53

Brock Bowers returned to limited practice and is trending toward playing. Dr. Deepak Chona considers him a must-start, noting that players typically return to pre-injury levels within two weeks of meniscus trimming surgery.

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveProjection44:29

Bryce Young has shown significant improvement with six touchdowns over the last two games, including a 361-yard, three-touchdown performance against Chicago. While not expected to maintain this pace, he is becoming a viable fantasy asset.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeInjury2:14

Caleb Williams likely suffered a hamstring injury, with Dr. Deepak Chona projecting a 2-4 week absence; a Grade 2 strain is suspected, which would lean toward a 4-week recovery to avoid high re-injury risk. While passing production shouldn't be affected upon return, rushing output may dip.

Insight page
NegativeInjury40:45

Caleb Williams suffered an injury late in the fourth quarter against the Vikings, which creates significant concern for the entire Bears offense; if he misses time, backup Tyson Bagent is a downgrade for all pass catchers.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveRole15:33

With Jonathan Brooks expected to miss time due to a groin re-injury, Scott Bogman identifies Chuba Hubbard as a strong fantasy option in an offense that has been performing well.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveUsage41:36

Colston Loveland is struggling, recording only 0.8 half-PPR points in the latest game. While Caleb Williams advises against panic-dropping him, he suggests trading him if you are frustrated, as someone will likely buy low.

Insight page
NegativeUsage44:01

Colston Loveland is a bench candidate after two consecutive weeks of non-production, compounded by Caleb Williams' injury; if roster space is tight, he can be benched for more reliable options.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury17:20

DJ Moore is dealing with an injury that typically carries a 1-2 week recovery timeline. Dr. Deepak Chona notes he has three extra days to recover before the next game, though he may experience some performance dip if he plays through the injury.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeUsage50:26

DeAndre Swift's fantasy outlook is slightly dampened by Caleb Williams' injury, which may lead to more stacked boxes; however, the team's run scheme remains a positive factor for his production.

Insight page

Dallas Goedert

PositiveInjury21:36

Dallas Goedert appears to have banged knees, which Dr. Deepak Chona suggests is a minor issue that should allow for a quick return to action.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

PositiveRole23:24

With Nico Collins potentially out, Scott Bogman highlights Dalton Schultz as a primary pivot point for the Texans' passing attack, noting his strong performance in the most recent game.

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeProjection43:03

Drake Maye is not a panic drop despite two poor weeks, as he faced two elite defenses in the Steelers and Seahawks; his outlook should improve once A.J. Brown returns to the lineup.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeInjury20:41

J.K. Dobbins is dealing with a hamstring injury. Dr. Deepak Chona expresses concern given Dobbins' significant injury history and projects an average absence of about two weeks.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeInjury19:46

Jadarian Price is dealing with a chest issue, likely a rib fracture or contusion. Dr. Deepak Chona anticipates a short-term absence, if any, noting that players often play through these with protective gear.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeInjury6:46

Jayden Daniels suffered a dislocated left elbow, the same one he dislocated last year. Dr. Deepak Chona suspects he may opt for surgical stabilization, which would likely end his season, or face an IR stint with high re-injury risk if treated conservatively.

Insight page
PositiveValue46:48

Jayden Daniels is a buy-low candidate in Dynasty rebuilds because his market value is at an all-time low following his injury; however, he should not be acquired for more than a 2027 second-round pick.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

NegativeInjury20:10

Jayden Reed suffered an injury that required him to be placed on a board as a precaution. Dr. Deepak Chona suspects he will miss approximately two weeks.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveBreakout48:45

Jonah Coleman is a high-priority waiver add (20-25% FAAB) who has shown enough talent to potentially become a league winner; he has moved ahead of Bidet in the rotation and could see significant work even if other backs return.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeInjury15:05

Jonathan Brooks re-aggravated a groin injury, which Dr. Deepak Chona notes typically requires a multi-week absence, projecting a 3-4 week recovery timeline.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeProjection54:04

Justin Herbert and the Chargers offense look out of sync and struggling, with Herbert recording only 192 yards, one touchdown, and two picks in the latest game. He is currently a tough start in one-QB leagues.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveInjury25:36

Kyler Murray is trending toward clearing concussion protocol and is expected to play in the upcoming week.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeUsage41:44

Luther Burden recorded only four half-PPR points, and notably, Khalif Raymond played more snaps and ran more routes than him, signaling a concerning usage trend.

Insight page

Malik Willis

NegativeValue45:48

Malik Willis is a drop in 1QB leagues; in Superflex formats, he is a hold for now due to the lack of alternatives, though he is clearly struggling in a new offense with poor receiving weapons.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeRole40:12

Marvin Harrison Jr. is struggling significantly in Arizona, failing to produce despite his elite prospect profile; the analysts suggest he needs a change of scenery to be fantasy-relevant as he is currently not being targeted effectively in the Cardinals' scheme.

Insight page
NegativeUsage60:18

Marvin Harrison Jr. had a terrible day with no production, leading to a panic rating of 9 out of 10 as targets are currently flowing to Trey McBride and Michael Wilson.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeInjury18:46

Mike Evans suffered a hip injury, but early reports are not overly concerning. Dr. Deepak Chona suspects he will play next week but notes Evans is a high-risk player due to age and soft tissue history.

Insight page

Nico Collins

NegativeInjury22:01

Nico Collins is dealing with a Grade 1 hamstring strain. Dr. Deepak Chona expects him to miss the upcoming week, noting his significant hamstring history, but believes he will return at near full strength thereafter.

Insight page

Omarion Hampton

NegativeUsage51:18

O'Marion Hampton's role is secure despite a late-game fumble; he remains the clear lead back, and the team cannot afford to bench him given the overall offensive struggles.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeInjury10:23

Dr. Deepak Chona suggests Puka Nacua is likely to miss Monday's game based on practice reports, noting that the current groin/hip issue may be compensatory to his previous training camp injury. He advises taking Rams injury reports with skepticism.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

NegativeBust55:06

Quentin Johnston is considered droppable at this point due to the Chargers' overall offensive struggles and lack of production.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeUsage50:21

Rhamondre Stevenson is losing significant work to TreVeyon Henderson following a fumble. While he may remain a starter, the backfield is trending toward an aggravating 50-50 split.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeUsage43:00

Rome Odunze is seeing limited snaps and failing to produce significant fantasy value in the Bears' struggling passing attack.

Insight page

Sam Darnold

NegativeInjury29:07

Sam Darnold is recovering from a high-severity glute tendon injury, with a potential return timeline of Week 4 or 5. Dr. Deepak Chona notes the reporting has been mixed due to the player seeking multiple medical opinions.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveInjury24:08

Saquon Barkley suffered a stinger but returned to the game. Dr. Deepak Chona notes that stingers are short-term injuries and expects no deficit for next week, pending MRI results.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeProjection8:18

Scott Bogman indicates that Stefan Diggs' fantasy outlook is downgraded following the injury to Jayden Daniels, as the transition to Marcus Mariota at quarterback negatively impacts the entire Commanders passing attack.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeProjection8:18

Scott Bogman notes that the injury to Jayden Daniels significantly lowers the fantasy value of Terry McLaurin, as the offense will shift to Marcus Mariota, leading to a downgrade for all Commanders pass-catchers.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeUsage47:06

Travis Etienne is in a concerning timeshare, playing 31 of 61 snaps with 8 carries and 2 catches. Caleb Williams suggests panicking slightly as his receiving work is being cannibalized by Alvin Kamara.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveBreakout50:21

TreVeyon Henderson is earning a larger share of the Patriots' backfield, out-snapping Rhamondre Stevenson 33 to 20 and recording 16 carries. Caleb Williams believes he could eventually become the lead back.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

NegativeInjury25:41

Zay Flowers is trending toward playing next week after returning to limited practice. Dr. Deepak Chona notes that while there is some re-injury risk, he should be started when active as he is expected to perform near pre-injury levels.

0:28All right. Welcome everybody to the Fantasy Pros Show.
0:31Today, it's pretty simple. We're just gonna recap everything that happened today in the fantasy football world.
0:36Unfortunately, today, tons of injuries that we're gonna talk about.
0:39But, I'm joined by Scott Bogman, Dr. Deepak Chona.
0:42Scott, we'll start with you. How did you, how'd your fantasy go with you today?
0:46Fantasy was okay. Obviously, a lot of landmines to avoid here.
0:50We're gonna have Deepak on for a while today.
0:52And yeah, that was not so much fun. My team, the Steelers, also got stomped out by the Patriots.
0:58So, not the best Sunday for me, but also not the worst Sunday.
1:02We're still watching football. It's still fun. We're still here.
1:05So, yeah, we'll say a 50-50. Yeah, there you go.
1:08We'll take it. We'll take it. Yeah. Deepak, busy day for you today.
1:12Unfortunately, Texans fan, not so much fun there. But how are you doing?
1:16How's everything going? Yeah, I'm hanging in there after a rough loss today, but a lot of injuries.
1:21So, I think, as you said, we're gonna stay distracted at the very least.
1:26Yeah. So, yeah, no dilly-dallying here. Let's just talk about some injuries.
1:29Obviously, there's a ton to talk about. But the main, the big ones here, the two quarterbacks.
1:34We got Caleb Williams. We got Jaden Daniels. I mean, Caleb Williams, you would have thought that his leg got shot off.
1:41But it looks like just a hammy injury. We'll talk about that.
1:45Jaden Daniels, obviously a little bit scary with his elbow.
1:48Nico missed the week with a hammy. And then tomorrow night, a little bit scary with a Puka Nakua groin hip issue.
1:54And then Jonathan Brooks exited with a groin injury.
1:57So, we'll start with the quarterbacks. And we'll start with Caleb Williams, just because, you know, that Bears offense, 59 points last week, six points this week.
2:05What are we thinking about Caleb Williams and his injury?
2:08Yeah, Caleb Williams. So, hamstring is kind of, truthfully, like a best-case scenario here.
2:12He, in general now, it looked like he was walking without much of a limp afterwards.
2:17And they were reassured. These hamstring injuries, they average about two weeks.
2:21So, very likely he'll at least be out one to two weeks.
2:24If you rush him back, the re-injury risk is pretty high.
2:28Now, his initial reaction made me think this is at least on the, like, moderate grade severity.
2:33His later reaction makes me think this didn't sort of pull off the bone and rupture altogether.
2:38That last situation is where it could be a season-ending surgical type of injury.
2:42So, most likely he's getting an MRI tomorrow. We would get a little more clarity based on grading of the injury.
2:48Now, if they say grade one, you're usually looking at two weeks out.
2:52Grade two, which is where I would suspect this lands, is closer to the four- to six-week range.
2:58Now, I would lean four weeks, and I think they would be conservative on their young star quarterback.
3:03Usually, you would see a dip in rushing production, not so much effect on passing when he does come back.
3:09And the key here is really re-injury risk. Up to about a quarter of players do get injured with these more severe injuries.
3:16So, we'll get a little bit more clear of a look on what it really is after tomorrow.
3:22Yeah, makes sense. And, Bogman, hearing hamstring, hearing maybe not severe, it's got to be best-case scenario when you consider, like, how it looked when he went out.
3:30Yeah, when he went just down running, I was like, is this an Achilles, right?
3:35That's what everyone... Yeah. Most people's brain went to first, please don't be an Achilles.
3:39Please don't be an Achilles. You know, the weather was nasty.
3:42The whole... The Bears as a whole were not doing well before this injury either.
3:47So, yeah, just an unfortunate situation. Bajan isn't a bad backup, but of course, no one is Caleb.
3:52So, not good for production moving forward. But like Deepak said, hopefully only a little bit here.
3:58And they do have an extra day to rest because they plan on Monday next week.
4:02Yeah, yeah. So, obviously, we'll talk about the Bears a little bit later.
4:06So, we can move on now to Jade and Daniels, probably the more concerning of the two considering the re-injury.
4:12So, Deepak, what do you got there? Yeah. So, it looked like a dislocated left elbow, which is the same elbow he dislocated last year.
4:20Last year was treated without surgery. And with that in mind, you know, this can be treated again without surgery.
4:26But the more dislocations you have, the higher the re-injury risk goes.
4:29So, at this point, my suspicion is he would probably opt for surgical stabilization.
4:34Now, that would put him out for the year.
4:36Otherwise, you would probably expect an IR stint and he come back.
4:40But again, probably with a high re-injury risk. So, my leaning on a young player is probably they go the almost, you
4:47could say, more conservative route, which is surgery here.
4:49And sorry, you said surgery could be the year.
4:52Surgery very likely would be a year-long situation. Got it.
4:55That's tough. So, what does that do for the commanders?
4:58I mean, all of them. McLaurin, Diggs had a great game today.
5:02What does that do to them? Everybody gets lowered on your weekly starting list.
5:06And this just really stinks. Like, you saw Krosky Merritt, 3.6 yards per carry, 12 carries for 43 yards.
5:12Way more of Rashad White out of the backfield.
5:14And obviously, when he's in, they think they're passing.
5:17So, he had a little bit more running room and had 6.1 yards per carry as well.
5:22So, just not a good situation overall. It lowers our Terry McLaurin.
5:26It lowers our Stefan Diggs shares as well. So, Diggs and McLaurin, obviously a big step down.
5:31Everybody has stepped down without Jaden Daniels and going to Marcus Mariota.
5:35We've seen this circus before. It's not that much fun to watch.
5:38Yeah, it's just brutal. I mean, after his rookie year, you thought this is the next Josh Allen and then just two
5:45years in a row where he can't stay healthy.
5:48But does... So, do you think Mariota becomes like a streamable option as a quarterback himself?
5:52Superflex, yeah. I mean, always going to be in there based on matchups.
5:56And he has so much starting experience. He's not...
5:59It's not like going to... Not like if Baker got hurt and you're going to Jalen Daniels.
6:04You know what I mean? Like, not someone with zero experience and barely made the team.
6:09That type of thing. We know exactly who Marcus Mariota is.
6:12So, it lowers everybody, but it completely tanked their value.
6:15Yeah, that makes sense. Cool. All right. We can move on and we'll go to a game that hasn't been played yet tomorrow night.
6:23Monday Night Football. Puka Nakua. Obviously, everyone's wide receiver one, two or three to begin the year.
6:28We heard doubtful. We heard questionable. So, Deepak, what are you hearing and what are you seeing with Puka Nakua?
6:34Yeah, I would tell you based on the objective criteria here, which is his practice reports, to end the week.
6:40Over three-fourths of players with that pattern would miss the next game.
6:43They also, the comments so far, haven't been super optimistic.
6:46Now, Puka has missed some practice and then surprised us and played in the past.
6:51And so, I wouldn't totally be shocked if he's out there, but he would be definitely beating the data.
6:57And you would expect him to have some degree of kind of a production hit or at least a re-injury risk because
7:03it sounds like a muscular type injury. They're saying it's not the same as the hip flexor that he had in the training camp.
7:10However, my suspicion is it's very likely related or compensatory type mechanics that led to this.
7:15And secondly, we do have to remember with the Rams, we've gotten some so-so injury reporting in the past from them.
7:22And McVeigh tends to be optimistic on a lot of these things.
7:25Matthew Stafford's back last year and then the couple years before Puka's knee, they called it a small bursa injury and then he missed several weeks.
7:33So, I'm taking everything from them with a grain of salt and looking more at the objective metrics would say he would probably sit.
7:40Gotcha. Yeah. And so, Bogman, if you have Puka, obviously you didn't think that he was going to be missing.
7:46You're probably scrambling a little bit. Obviously, if you have Devontae's in your lineup, Kyron's in your lineup, but where else?
7:53Are we going with anybody else on the Rams?
7:55I mean, I don't know who's going to put maybe Kanata Mumpfield, right?
7:59Like if you're really desperate, if you're in a deeper league, maybe Malachi Fields is available for the Giants in your league.
8:06Maybe pick him up. So, yeah, but there's not it really stinks to have a questionable guy from Monday Night Football because
8:13you just don't know where to pivot and what to do.
8:16So, hopefully you're not in that situation. But if you are, I mean, I think Kanata Mumpfield or Fields are probably because Jordan Whittington is doubtful as well.
8:24So he's probably down. So Xavier Smith might get in there as well.
8:28So there are some options, but they're all pretty gross.
8:31Yeah. Do you think any of the tight ends, Ferguson, all 59 of the tight ends?
8:36I mean, sure. Yeah. But who is going to be the one, right?
8:40I Higbee or Parkinson probably. Ferguson didn't do much week one.
8:43Yeah. It's questionable. Yeah. It's it's not a good spot to be in.
8:47That is one of my buddies started Jaden Reed because he didn't want to go with Puka today.
8:53And then Jaden Reed with his injury. So brutal, brutal.
8:56So, all right. Well, the last one on the graphic that got hurt today and then Nico will talk about with kind
9:02of a different group of players is Jonathan Brooks.
9:05And I know that we were talking pre-show. That one was a little bit concerning because there's a re-injury.
9:11So Deepak, what do you have for us on Jonathan Brooks?
9:14Yeah, most groin strains average about two weeks, but then re-injuries are usually a little more severe and usually a little bit
9:21more prone to further recurrence if you just keep playing through them.
9:24So I would very likely expect him to miss next week.
9:28Most of these would be multi-week absences and the average would be close to three to four weeks.
9:33Got it. Okay. So, I mean wheels up on Chuba, right?
9:36Bogman. Yeah. I mean, it, this has been difficult to deal with from the beginning, right?
9:41Like I was kind of questionable on Brooks coming in.
9:44Seth and I talked to Deepak before the season started and I felt a little better about Jonathan Brooks going in and
9:51then he had the groin injury right before the season and then re-aggravating it here.
9:55So, you know, Bryce Young is a good. So this offense has been humming a little bit.
10:00So yeah, Chuba seems like a very nice option right now.
10:04Yeah. Yeah. I mean, he's been, he's been great.
10:06This offense has been good. So, I mean, there's a ton of injuries that we're going to try and just do some
10:13quick hitters just to make sure that we can kind of cover everybody.
10:17So players that left today. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong.
10:21If I get any of these right and didn't return Jaden Reed Rico doubt.
10:25I get he returned got hurt and then left again.
10:28Mike Evans, Jadarian price. I didn't see Dobbins. So let me know about Dobbin Dobbins Dallas Goddard David and Joku.
10:34Not that that's a huge deal, but David and Joku.
10:37Um, and then, um, yeah, I think, I think that's it.
10:40So on Thursday. Oh, good point. Yeah. DJ more on Thursday.
10:44Good point. So I know I rattled off a bunch of names there, but just kind of quick hitters on, on what,
10:50if you have anything for any of them. Yeah, let's do it.
10:54So, uh, with starting with DJ more, the average on these is one to two weeks.
10:59So it's generally a short term injury about a quarter of wide receivers would make it back the following week without missing time.
11:06And of course he has three extra days. So that kind of works in his favor as well.
11:11If he does play this week, you'd usually expect some sort of dip because it sort of hurts to reach across your
11:18body and overhead, which is a key for a wide receiver.
11:21But with that being said, uh, most players would miss one week and come back the following.
11:26Then we go to Mike Evans, uh, hip injury.
11:29He was reportedly seen jogging into the tunnel and the game was essentially in hand at that point.
11:34So hard to know what the true severity of it is.
11:38The reports early so far make me not overly concerned, but Mike Evans in general is a sort of high risk player given age and soft tissue history.
11:46So we've got to watch his practice reports. I would suspect he plays next week, but TBD on that, uh, Jadarian price, they called it a chest issue.
11:54Usually these are rib either fractures or contusions and, uh, often can be played through.
11:59Like you saw Lad McConkie today, uh, with usually a decrease in touches for running backs.
12:04Also typically wearing like a protective vest and sometimes getting an injection.
12:07So I would anticipate him being a short term absence.
12:10If at all, uh, with regard to, uh, Jaden Reed, that looked pretty scary.
12:15I think it was probably a precaution based on what we're hearing after the fact that they put him on the board.
12:21And, uh, I would suspect he misses about two weeks and then comes back.
12:25Um, and then, uh, sorry, I lost the list here.
12:28Rico got her. Yeah. So Rico, he re injury of the toe that he injured earlier in the day, uh, makes me
12:35think he's probably going to see very limited touches.
12:38If he plays at all, uh, more likely out, um, Dobbins, I have a little concern about given his significant history as well.
12:45They called it a hamstring. He, uh, in most cases would miss at least a game average on those is about two weeks.
12:52And we'll kind of know more about severity, uh, as the week goes on.
12:56And then, um, with regard to Goddard, it sounded like he banged knees.
13:00I couldn't really see the injury on, on the tape.
13:03So if that's the case, you would expect him to come back pretty soon here.
13:07So, uh, I think that, uh, covers that, that big list.
13:11Yeah. I mean, tough, tough week, tough week for sure.
13:14Um, and then we have some guys that got injured, came back.
13:17We have some guys that missed this week, obviously some more important than others.
13:21Uh, but let's talk about Nico. Cause I know he's had hamstring injuries.
13:25I know he was out this week. I believe he was diagnosed with a grade one strain.
13:31Correct me if I'm wrong there. So what do you think about Nico next week, two weeks?
13:36What's it going to be? Yeah. Average is two weeks and he sustained the injury on a Wednesday.
13:41So keeping that in mind as well, in addition to his very significant hamstring history, I would think he misses this coming week and then returns the following.
13:50Now there will be some degree of re-injury risk, but the production impact, if it's truly a grade one strain is actually pretty low.
13:57So you would expect him to come back at near full strength.
14:00Okay. That's good. And then, I mean, Schultz had a great game today.
14:04Uh, Bogman is, I mean, I, I can't say I was dialed into that Texans film and I don't know about their
14:11next week's matchup, but is there anybody that you're starting in place in Nico?
14:15If he's out again next week? Not really. They spread the ball around a bunch.
14:20So Dalton Schultz was the best one at Montgomery.
14:22Didn't do anything today either. So just a rough day for the Texans overall, but Schultz had a nice one.
14:28So that is probably our pivot point among a pass catchers for the Texans.
14:33Yeah. Yeah. Makes sense. Um, and then some, some players that got hurt and came back real quick.
14:38Um, if there's anybody I missed, let me know, but Ashton Jinty and Saquon Barkley, uh, too big, obviously big name running back.
14:45So what do you have? What do you have for them?
14:48Yeah. Ashton Jinty, he kind of limped off, but he walked off on under his own power, but he did return shortly after.
14:55So relatively low concern there. Saquon, they called it a stinger and he's getting, he did return in the game and then
15:02he's getting an MRI this probably tomorrow. Uh, typically with a stinger, the MRI is just to confirm that there's no underlying structural damage.
15:09Stingers are very short term injuries, very severe short term injuries, but, uh, they wear off pretty quick.
15:15So we wouldn't expect any deficit going into the week as long as the MRI confirms that.
15:20Got it. So hopefully we got, we got wheels up on both of them next week.
15:24Um, so just some updates on players that missed this week that maybe, maybe not have, have back next week.
15:31Uh, Zay flowers, Brock Bowers, Kyler Murray, RJ Harvey.
15:33What do you, what do you got on them?
15:36Yeah. Kyler Murray, it looks like he's trending towards clearing concussion protocol and playing this coming week.
15:41Uh, now whether they start him or not, that's kind of TBD, but, um, with regard to Zay flowers, I'm optimistic because
15:48he did return to practice in a limited fashion on Friday.
15:51So he would be also trending towards playing the coming week.
15:54Uh, with regard to his concern is really more re injury risk.
15:58This does sound mild, but it is also already a re aggravation.
16:02So a little bit prone to having a, this pop up again in season.
16:06But again, he should, when he's playing, you kind of have to start him because he should play at near pre injury level.
16:13And then with regard to Brock Bowers, this, he also returned to a limited practice.
16:17He was seen, uh, kind of warming up jogging routes essentially against air, uh, which is all pretty optimistic for his ability to play this coming week.
16:25Now he is beating average timelines by about a week to two weeks to return after this meniscus trimming.
16:31Uh, but with that being said, it's very doable.
16:34It has been done at little as, as little as two weeks after the surgery.
16:38And most players within about two weeks are at pre injury level.
16:42So I would basically consider Bob Bowers a must start if you have them.
16:46Okay. That was gonna be my question. So Bob, if you have Bowers, you're using your lineup.
16:51If he's playing next week, dude, I, so in one of my leagues, I held a, uh, I dropped my kicker and
16:58I held mayor and Bowers and I just went, okay, I'm going to pick up a kicker when they finally Mark Bowers
17:05is out or I'm going to drop. It was mayor.
17:08I'm going to drop mayor, pick up my kicker.
17:10If Bowers plays, they didn't do it until like 30 minutes before the game.
17:15So I had to pick up, I picked up will Lutz and, uh, was able to put Brock Bowers on my IR finally.
17:21But yeah, I mean, I'm, I'm holding it. If Brock Bowers plays, I am putting him in my lineup every single time.
17:28Basically. Yeah. You pretty much have to. So, all right.
17:31Was there, was there anybody that I missed? I want to make sure that we cover everybody.
17:36I know that we had a ton of injuries this week, so I just want to make sure that we don't miss anybody important.
17:43I think that's everybody for now. Right. Quick update on Sam Darnold.
17:47It sounds like he is ahead of what they expected as his pace.
17:51Uh, the overall outlook on this is probably week four to five.
17:55Um, I based on the comments, I would lean a little bit towards week four.
17:59And beyond that, I think you covered everybody. Yeah.
18:02Is this weird? This Sam Darnold thing, Deepak? Is it weird?
18:05Because it's like, you know, we, we hear one report say four to six weeks and the next report says, well, he's
18:12not gonna play this week, but maybe he's going to be week three.
18:16Is this just a strange reporting? How does that work?
18:19Yeah. He also got four opinions on the injury.
18:21So you can think about this as like a relatively high severity injury.
18:25Uh, and probably the four opinions led to some degree of like a range that you're seeing there.
18:31Now my suspicion is that he tore his glute tendon and that can be something that you can play through and then
18:37maybe fix later if you need to, or maybe even not fix.
18:41But, uh, but again, the idea of, uh, why it's a, like a lot of mixed reporting is I think because he
18:48got so many opinions and it's not that common of an injury.
18:51There's not really data to go off of in this case.
18:55So they haven't given us a clear diagnosis, but that's kind of what my suspicions are reading between the lines.
19:01I feel like when you get four opinions, it's cause you're not happy with the first three.
19:06Is that, that's just my dumb brain. Is that accurate?
19:09Yes. And no, I think there are some people for which that's completely true.
19:13And then there are others for which, you know, if the first two opinions don't agree, the move is generally to get a tiebreaker.
19:20And if there's still kind of dissenting opinions or, you know, somebody who's not sure using sort of a fourth opinion would be the move.
19:28Now when it's that many opinions, it makes me think like he was considering a surgical versus non-surgical kind of decision.
19:34So a big decision. But again, it's, it's one of those that they haven't really released the full information.
19:40I think we're just lucky that one, he didn't fracture the hip until he didn't tear anything inside of it, but this
19:46is still a high energy injury to sort of have the weight of the defender drive through his hip as he did.
19:53So I think he's just truthfully very lucky in how it turned out.
19:57Got it. Yeah. Let's hope to have him back, but at least Jason was able to play well.
20:02And then some with, with drew locks, or at least there are no concerns there.
20:07Um, well, Deepak, thank you for, for joining us.
20:10Thank you for going through the litany of injuries.
20:12Um, we'll talk about sharp AI, but then, um, and then after that, we'll talk about, uh, our big takeaways for today and stuff like that.
20:20But yeah, Deepak, thank you. Thanks Deepak. No doubt.

22:03All right. All right. So we got, there we go.
22:06All right. Back to two of us. We're going to talk about a recap for today, a bunch of stuff about what happened today.
22:13But before we do, I want to talk to you guys about Polymarket.
22:17And Polymarket is a new prediction market, obviously called Polymarket, stock exchange for sports, buying in, selling out on your teams.
22:23When your team goes down 20%, you can buy in, and then you can sell it off at 40% when they come back to double your money.
22:32And then they can lose and you still made that money back.
22:35Polymarket is so confident you'll never go back to the other guys if they're giving you a free $50 on your first trade when you deposit just $10.
22:44So download the Polymarket app today. Use FPPOD when you sign up.
22:47That's FPPOD to get $50 free after you trade just $10.
22:51All right. Let's talk about today. So last week, after week one, offenses are back.
22:55You know who's back? Offenses. We had averages of 49.4 points.
22:58Teams themselves averaged 24.7 through the games through four that finished by 730.
23:02So I think we're just missing one game. Average 36.2 points per game, 18.1 points per team.
23:07Scott, what do you have to say about that?
23:10So last week, the high scores this week, the low scores.
23:14I think it's training camp in a lack of preseason games, right?
23:17Like we all we all don't. I heard Trevor Sikama talking about this recently, and we all want more regular season games and less preseason games.
23:25Let's practice. Let's ramp up time. But these guys need the ramp up time that the tacklers needed it to tackle last
23:32week, which they didn't specifically the Colts. We'll see them in a little bit here.
23:36And then this week we saw the tackling was great, but the timing was off.
23:41Also, a lot of injuries, a lot of, you know, hopefully soft tissue things that don't extend as Deepak gave us, you know, mainly positive news today.
23:49So even with a lot of injuries. But yeah, man, I just I think that, you know, week one was I think
23:55both of these can be attributed to a lack of ramp up time and a lack of actual physical practices.
24:01You know, we're done. We're done with two a days, which, you know, no player wants to bring back and I don't
24:08blame them, but maybe a little more harsher practices or kick kick a preseason back game back in or something or play your guys in the preseason, right?
24:17Like Steelers offense looks like absolute garbage. Aaron Rodgers never plays in the preseason.
24:21I wonder why it looks bad, right? That and DK Metcalf has no hands.
24:25Yeah. It's spoken like a true Steelers fan. Yes.
24:28So, yeah, obviously the big theme last week scoring's up.
24:31Not necessarily a huge theme this week, but score was definitely down.
24:34But in terms of like what actually happened today, what's number one or not number number one, that's in terms of importance.
24:41But what's the first storyline that you want to talk about today?
24:45Yeah, I mean, the fantasy fallout of the Caleb Williams injury, right?
24:48And just the Bears pass catchers not looking good overall.
24:51And I know we had a lot of complaints about that in the chat here.
24:56A lot of people want to burn Colson Loveland down to the ground.
25:00Point eight points and half PPR today. Burden had four half PPR points.
25:04So do you say had 5.8? I mean, it was just it was a rough day for everybody.
25:09I think obviously the weather had a little something to do with this.
25:13But Khalif Raymond played more snaps and more routes than Luther Burden again today.
25:17We didn't see nearly as much success, but the Vikings defense might be a thing too.
25:22Like they have looked good two weeks in a row.
25:25They held the Bears to three points. That is impressive after you know, all we heard about was Ben Johnson talking about
25:32how we're going to set the scoring record and all this stuff.
25:35After last week scoring 59 points and you get held three points today.
25:39So, you know, worry. Yes, panic. No, if you want to I wouldn't panic drop Loveland.
25:44I wouldn't panic drop anybody really, but I am concerned and depending on the length of this injury for Caleb Williams.
25:50Again, I like Tyson Bajan. I think he's a good backup quarterback, but he's a backup for a reason, right?
25:56So everyone is going to take a tick down specifically if Caleb does have to miss any time.
26:02Yeah, and I think I think what's scary about about the Bears receivers is, you know, last week they score 59 points
26:08and like none of the top three guys you drafted on the receiving side.
26:13You were happy with obviously we got the goose from from Loveland burden was okay.
26:17Like he didn't kill you and then Rome and limited snaps.
26:20Yeah, it didn't do much. And then yeah this week in the rain and a good in a good defense against the
26:27Vikings, but a defense that at least saw like Christian Watson obviously had a great game last week against that same defense
26:34and Caleb got hurt deep into the fourth quarter.
26:36So it wasn't like the Sam Darnold thing where he got hurt on the first drive.
26:41So yeah, I'm with you. Like you're not dropping anybody, but probably like you said about like with the commanders are probably
26:48lowering your rankings if I had to guess. Yeah, and I don't hate like if you actually are worried about Loveland and
26:54you have the room for on your roster. I don't mind picking up a second tight end and if you just don't
27:01like the matchup or you do like the matchup for whoever you pick up playing that guy while you know they work
27:08through these issues specifically if Caleb is down. I understand that I you know trade Loveland before you cut him someone will
27:14buy I would say that so if you are really upset you want this guy off your team put them on the block.
27:21I think someone will buy low on him and you'll at least get something back for him that you want or need.
27:28Yeah, I'm guessing like a Dalton Schultz if he's still on your waiver wire somebody that you can kind of throw in
27:35your lineup that that that's not going to kill you.
27:38Waller scored twice today. Yeah, there's there's options. So yeah Waller.
27:41Yeah, how about that? I know we're gonna talk about talk about Bryce Young in a little bit which which we'll do now point number two.
27:49What do you got to say about the Panthers?
27:51Bryce Young has six touchdowns in the last two games.
27:54I mean we did not expect this 23 for 37 361 and three in a pick against Chicago.
28:00He also ran for a touchdown in that game this week.
28:03Not quite as good, but they didn't need it to be as good because Atlanta is garbage 23 of 36 to 87 and three more scores.
28:11This looks like they're humming a little bit right like I'm not going to sit here and tell you that look I'm
28:18way into Carolina and that they are going to be great from this point moving forward.
28:22They do play the Browns next week though. So I mean, maybe Bryce Young can keep this humming.
28:28They did Cleveland one today. I don't really know how that works, but they did win their secondary is still very questionable.
28:35So you know, I I think that Bryce Young might have another good game and you know we're seeing even like that look good today.
28:42I mean the whole offense is looking good. I wish Brooks was healthy enough to look good in this offense.
28:48So but yeah, Bryce Young is becoming a little bit of a thing right now.
28:53And the last time we saw Bryce Young last year that playoff loss against the Rams one of the better games he played.
29:00I remember being worried about the Panthers pass catchers this year, especially tech because obviously he went a little bit higher.
29:06Bryce Young was like barely thrown for 200 yards a game last year.
29:10So if he can keep me obviously maybe not a pace of three touchdowns a game, but if you can at least
29:16put up respectable numbers weekly, then obviously you're going to be happy with with the pass catchers.
29:22So my question to you is they play the Browns next week.
29:25I don't know if their schedule tightens up or gets tougher.
29:28Are you going to sell high on anybody on the Panthers if they have another week like they had next week and another week like that?
29:36I'm willing to sell on anyone that is in Ted a role of McMillan.
29:41I'm willing to sell on Coker because of the quad issue that he had and even last week after having that enormous
29:47week ends up in a boot what he played.
29:50It's just that annoyance of the questionable, especially starting in week two, which annoys me.
29:54I don't think Waller is going to continue to score so many touchdowns and even if his role is good.
30:00He's also very old and he missed time last season after coming back as well.
30:05Chuba and Brooks. I assume the healthier Brooks gets the more split that will become.
30:09So another really good week for the Panthers. So people start to buy in.
30:14I'm probably going to be starting to sell as you alluded to.
30:17Yeah, yeah, that makes sense. Cool. All right. What do you got next?
30:21How about the ugly touch split between the backs in New Orleans with Alvin Kamara coming back?
30:26Travis Sachen eight for twenty five, two catches for six yards, thirty one of sixty one snaps.
30:31Alvin Kamara only played twenty snaps, but he touched the ball fourteen times in those twenty snaps.
30:37Nine carries for fifteen yards, so not very good.
30:39Five catches for only seven yards. So not a good game overall for either one of these backs against the Ravens.
30:46But they both touched the ball and Kamara touched the ball more.
30:49I mean, this is a really ugly split for moving forward.
30:53I would assume that you gave all this money to Travis Sachen.
30:56And he is going to I assume this is going to be closer to sixty forty in Sachen's favor moving forward.
31:03But this really is not a good look. And I'm probably panicking a little bit if I'm the Travis Sachen owner.
31:09Yeah, I don't blame you. It's scary. And I think what made it at Sachen so good last year is he was so good through the air.
31:17And if Kamara is stealing all that receiving work, I'm just I'm not as comfortable with him through the between the tackles.
31:24So, yeah, it's definitely scary. It's also you love that offense.
31:27So that's like you want pieces of it. Yeah, yeah.
31:30I mean, they they looked really bad for three quarters against the Lions, but then turned it on and brought the same type of energy to this game.
31:38They looked real good. But yeah, it was 13 routes run for Travis Sachen and then eight for Alvin Kamara and CJ
31:45Donaldson even got in 20 snaps as well. So really kind of he only touched the ball once.
31:50You know, one carry and no target. So but it was really a gross three headed monster, 37, 20 and 20.
31:57So hopefully we get more towards a Chen and less towards Kamara.
32:00But we'll see how it goes. This was an ugly split to start with both of them healthy.
32:06Yeah, sure was. And I mean, Kamara is just such a legend in that city.
32:10You just don't know if he's what it's going to look like.
32:14So, yeah, not great. Not great. But what's what's point number four?
32:18How about is Trevion Henderson the lead back of the Patriots now?
32:21I don't think he is right. But what we do know is that Mike Vrabel is a hard out, right?
32:27Like doesn't want to start the young guy. But also, if you fumble, you don't fumble my football, son.
32:33You go to the bench. And that's kind of what happened to Ramondre.
32:37He did come back in the second half after fumbling.
32:40He did start this game as well. But Henderson, 33 of 55 snaps, 12 routes run.
32:45Stevenson, 20 of 55. So 13 fewer, 11 routes run.
32:48So they ran about the same amount of routes, but way more touches for Henderson.
32:5216 carries. Stevenson had six carries, two targets and one catch.
32:56And obviously that fumble loss. So I don't know how far the fumble problem is going to carry into the season for Stevenson, right?
33:03Like he could be starting next week and it would not be a shock, right?
33:07And I think I would assume that's probably what's going to happen.
33:11But I do think that this is going to be an uglier and uglier 50-50 snap and 50-50 split share.
33:17And I was listening to, I cannot remember his name, the guy who owns Boston Sports Journal, one of my Steelers podcasts this week.
33:24And he was talking about, someone asked him about Henderson and he said, I'm assuming this is a fantasy question.
33:30And then went on for five minutes about how Ramondre is so much better of a back.
33:35And then he comes out and fumbles and Henderson has way more touches.
33:39So I think it is truly more split than people want to give it credit to.
33:44And I do think eventually Henderson is the lead back by the end of the year.
33:49So that's kind of my opinion on it. I've said that throughout the whole offseason.
33:53What about, what do you think, Mona? Do you think this is going to be more split, leaning towards Stevenson like most people think?
34:01Or do you think that Henderson has a chance to take this role?
34:05Yeah, it's interesting. You know, heading into the year, I was all in on Ramondre Stevenson and I was all out on Travion Henderson.
34:12You know, Travion could rip off a 70-yard touchdown run each and every week.
34:16And they are not going to take Ramondre off the field.
34:19Like, you're right. He's just a hard-o coach. And Ramondre's had fumbling problems in his career and it just hasn't seemed to matter.
34:26They just still like putting him on the field.
34:29And I don't think that's going to change. I was surprised.
34:32I would not – if you had asked, like, how I thought the split would go this week, I thought it would
34:39be predominantly Ramondre, especially like Travion's first team back from an ankle spree.
34:43I didn't start Henderson in a bunch of spots because I didn't think he was going to get many touches.
34:49Yeah, and I did start Ramondre in a team that's just absolutely in shambles.
34:53That has Caleb Williams, but that's neither here nor there.
34:56Yeah. So I do think that it's going to be an aggravating 50-50 split.
35:00And when you watch them, it feels even more aggravating because Ramondre's game isn't as sexy as Travion Henderson.
35:06Like, when Travion breaks off a run, he's like Jameer Gibbs light, whereas Ramondre just kind of plods.
35:12But he's a good pass protector. He knows where to be.
35:15They leaned on him in the playoffs last year.
35:18So I just don't think it's going to be as bad as it was this week.
35:22I think it's going to be closer to 50-50 if I had to guess.
35:27Gross. Nobody likes that. Which is gross. Which is gross.
35:30Which means, like, can you feel comfortable starting any of them?
35:33Right, right. So we'll see how it goes. But I'm clearly Camp Henderson have been since the offseason.
35:38I've probably watched too much college football. And the last point here, the Chargers, man, they look bad.
35:44Two losses in a row. I mean, everyone heard the stat.
35:470-2 for the first time for Herbert and Harbaugh in their lives, which is just kind of crazy to think about, especially for Harbaugh, who is very old.
35:56But the Cardinals and the Raiders, too. Herbert, 192 yards, touchdown and two picks.
36:00Lad, 35 yards on three targets and three receptions.
36:02Obviously a little gimpy coming in. And QJ is droppable at this point.
36:06Gadsden, even though he scored a touchdown, might be droppable depending on how bad Njoku is hurt.
36:11Because Njoku and Kohler are playing ahead of him for the most part.
36:15And Trey Harris mixed in here. This looks like a big glob of grossness in terms of who is touching the ball
36:22and the production when they have the ball. No one's been good.
36:26Hampton fumbled today. Yeah. So, you know, we're not.
36:28You don't ever want to tell people to sweep this under the rug and ignore it.
36:33But I do think that the Chargers will get better the more we have experience in this Mike McDaniel system.
36:39Right. But it looks really ugly to start the season.
36:42And I don't blame people for panicking. Yeah. And for me, it's not even like the stats, you know, we're fancy.
36:49We want the stats. They just look out of sync.
36:52Like it just nothing just looks right. They're off.
36:54They're off timing. They're off schedule. Everything just looks harder than it should be.
36:59And I mean, we just saw the Seahawks put up 31 points.
37:02We saw JSN have a huge game. Like it's this was against the Cardinals, the team that the Chargers couldn't do anything against last week.
37:10So it's scary. It's scary. And I don't. And yeah, QJ was somebody that I wasn't high on.
37:15So that makes me feel a little bit a little bit like heading into the year.
37:20So I'm at least like, all right, I'll take that victory.
37:23But I loved Ladd. I loved Hampton. I liked the Mike McDaniel offense, like what he did for for A-Chan, what he
37:30did for Waddle and Hill the years prior to that.
37:33So, I mean, I don't think you could find an analyst that wasn't excited about Mike McDaniel going to the Chargers.
37:39Everyone was excited about it, and it just has not worked very well yet.
37:43So doesn't mean it won't. We're through two 17ths of the season.
37:47But, you know, we it doesn't look good right now.
37:50I think the only one that I'm starting and feeling OK about it is a Marion Hampton, and he fumbled and looked bad.
37:57So that's probably, you know, Herbert even is a tough start right now in a one QB league.
38:02So, yeah, yeah, it's ugly. It's not great. It's not great.
38:06And speaking of ugly panicking, we're going to talk about the panic meter coming up next.
38:11But before we do, I want to talk to you guys about the Fantasy Football Championship Belt giveaway.

38:52So make sure to turn on notifications so you don't miss your chance to claim this championship belt.
38:58And flex on your entire league. So as I mentioned, let me just get everything up here.
39:03We're going to be talking panic meter. So I want to get everybody, get your comments in.
39:08Let us know who you want us to talk about.
39:11And we'll give you our rating on them. One to ten, how much we are panicking about them.
39:16One means we're not panicking. Ten means we're in full-blown panic mode.
39:20And we'll just go through it. So just going through here, Monty, where is your panic on Monty?
39:25Like a five. I think this offense looks way different without Nico.
39:29We heard Deepak talking about how Nico is either going to be back this week or the following week.
39:35I tell you what, I'm more impressed with the Bengals defense than I am panicking about Monty, which doesn't make me feel
39:41good because I am a Steelers fan and the Steelers play the Bengals next week.
39:46So after not looking good on offense two weeks in a row.
39:49So not wholly completely panicking, but it has to be something in there because he looked terrible today.
39:55So I would say like a four or five.
39:58So not really panicking, but he's on the watch list for the panic meter for sure.
40:02The panic watch list for sure. Yeah, he's somebody that I wasn't super high on.
40:07So I'll probably go like a three or four, but not a full-blown, not a full-blown panic.
40:12What about Marvin Harrison Jr.? Nine. I mean, how high can we get on this without absolutely being ridiculous?
40:18But the dude couldn't get anything going today. I didn't see if he even finished with a catch.
40:23I saw he had two targets with nothing when we fired up here.
40:27So a terrible day for him. Everything's going to McBride.
40:30Everything's going to Wilson. Love and Algier getting theirs.
40:33He's getting nothing. Yeah, he needs a change of scenery.
40:36They got to get him out of there. I will feel way, way, way better about Marv if they get him out
40:42of Arizona and trade him for a bucket of footballs or whatever it is.
40:47Like, just get him out of there and get him to a different scenario because he doesn't fit anything in Arizona.
40:53They're not even looking his way. Everything looks bad.
40:56And I'm genuinely surprised by this. I get it both ways because on the Dynasty show, I made a comment about, you
41:02know, this might be the last year. I'm done if he doesn't have a good year, but I expect him to have a good year.
41:10Well, I might just be done because a good year doesn't seem to be happening.
41:14Yeah, 10 out of 10 for me. I don't know what happened.
41:18Like, one of the best wide receiver prospects we've ever seen coming out of Ohio State.
41:23He was just – he checked every single box.
41:26Who the heck knows? Doesn't – just lesson learned doesn't always translate.
41:29And let's just hope Jeremiah Smith is not another Marvin Harrison Jr.
41:33I guarantee he's not Marvin Harrison. No, I'm with you.
41:36I'm with you. I'm with you. What about the Bucs?
41:39I mean, two gross games, a loss to the Browns.
41:42Where are we at on the Bucs? Yeah, I don't know if it's wholly the Bucs.
41:47I think this panic needs to be placed on Baker, right?
41:50Like, you can't beat the Browns. And we know Baker is the ultimate ship-on-your-shoulder type of guy.
41:55He wants to go – anyone who has wronged him in the past, he needs to go after.
42:01Now, he is the machine that drives the offense.
42:03Of course, everybody takes a down tick if Baker is just going to, you know, not live up to his potential this season.
42:10But I do think this will get better. But it has to be on our radar because it's been bad two weeks in a row.
42:18So I'd say five and a half. Like, there's definitely worry there.
42:21I do think this will get better. You know, Bucca will be working away from this toe thing that he's had.
42:28The rest of the wide receiver core will get a little bit healthier as well.
42:32Well, Buc-ee's looked good. So there's that. But, yeah, I think this mainly – this mainly stands on Baker's shoulders.
42:38And I think everyone is surprised that he didn't have a great game against the Browns.
42:43Yeah, I agree. I'm concerned. Seven, eight for me.
42:46Mostly because, like, Bucca had a fine fantasy performance today.
42:49That was just because he caught a touchdown off.
42:51That was a nice play by Baker. I'll give him that.
42:55But, yeah, we'll do a couple more. Then we'll answer real questions, not just the panic stuff.
43:00Where are we at on Drake May? Great fantasy year last year.
43:04Obviously lost to A.J. Brown two bad games in a row.
43:07Yeah, I'm not panicking quite yet on Drake May.
43:10That's two really tough defenses to face week one and week two, right?
43:13The Steelers' defense, they're as good on defense as they are bad on offense.
43:18So if you want to watch the offense and see how ugly that is, they are really, really good on defense.
43:24And Seattle's defense is still top-notch as well. So that's two really bad matchups in a row to start the season.
43:30So I think it will get better. Obviously, it'll be best when A.J.
43:34Brown comes back. Yeah, we got maybe six weeks to...
43:37Yeah, sure. If I didn't put a number on that.
43:40So, like, a three. Like, I'm not too worried right now.
43:44Yeah, I would probably go closer to, like, a five.
43:47I'm not, obviously, dropping him. But I would like to see if I could start somebody else and just at least let
43:53him get some good games under his belt. We talked about the Bears.
43:57We'll do these both back-to-back. Burden and Loveland. Um, Loveland is...
44:01It's got to be over a five, right? Like, because I'm personally not panicking.
44:05But the guy hasn't done anything two weeks in a row.
44:08And Caleb is banged up now. So it has to be, like, a six.
44:12A five or a six. Like I said before, pick somebody else and bench him if you possibly can, if you have that room on your roster.
44:20If not, I'm probably still going to roll him out there.
44:24I'll take another third dud in a row before I really start to panic.
44:28Uh, but I do think that'll get better. Burden, uh, Burden, you know, we had some Bears fans in here talking about
44:35how he was getting targeted by Bajan. So, uh, maybe a little less on Burden, but he was probably your wide receiver
44:41three anyway, or your flex option as a borderline guy.
44:44So we want to start him. But if you have to bench him and start, you know, Chuba or somebody else in
44:51that range at your flex spot, I would be okay with that for sure.
44:55Cool. All right. Well, appreciate everybody in the comments and get your questions in because we'll do a quick Q&A at the
45:02end right up here until Sunday Night Football starts.
45:04But before we do, I want to talk to you guys about the Fantasy Pros Discord.
45:09Join our Fantasy Pros Discord community, chat with other fans, get access to exclusive AMAs that wind up on our podcast feed.

45:26And then we got Welsh and Erickson at 2 Eastern every Thursday.
45:29Come in, get your questions answered, fantasypros.com slash chat.
45:32And now we'll just do a Q&A up until Sunday Night Football starts.
45:36We got a fun game. I starred some up there for you.
45:40Oh, there we go. I did not see it.
45:42There we go. Thank you. What do I do with A-chan and is Malik Willis a drop?
45:48I think in a 1QB league, Malik Willis is a drop in Superflex.
45:51I'm not dropping him yet. But obviously, you know, first time starting for this team, new offense, everything, and also bad wide receivers.
45:58So I'm giving him a little grace if I'm in a Superflex league.
46:02A-chan I think is going to be okay. I think we'll see improvements from this offense as we go forward.
46:08They're not going to be a great offense this year.
46:11I don't think anyone expects that. It's a borderline of are the Dolphins going to take Jeremiah Smith one overall or a
46:18quarterback one overall if Malik Willis is terrible this year.
46:21I think that's kind of where we're all sitting.
46:24So, you know, 1QB league, Malik Willis is absolutely a drop in a Superflex.
46:28I'm still holding him. And A-chan, there's not a lot you can do with.
46:32I'm still rolling A-chan out there. Yeah, you can.
46:35Yeah, maybe you're trading him high, but I'm not sure how many people would even do that.
46:40And that question was from PandaOfLove7724. Thank you for the question.
46:43Thank you, Panda. We got one from Bunting74D. Is Daniels a buy in a Dynasty rebuild?
46:48This is a difficult question to answer, Bunting. I would say yes, because he's probably going to be unbelievably cheap right now.
46:55You're going to have someone, a manager that is super frustrated holding this guy last year, holding him through the whole offseason,
47:01and then he gets hurt immediately again. So I'll say yes, because his price should be pretty much at an all-time low right now.
47:09So I'll say he is a buy currently yes.
47:11Wouldn't go much more than a second-round pick from 2027, though.
47:15I don't even know if I'd trade a 27 second.
47:18You definitely can't give up a first. No way.
47:20No way. Not in this class. Absolutely not. I'm with you.
47:24Throw an offer. I'm the type of person in the fantasy league.
47:27I'll send you 15 to 35 offers, and you can tell me if you don't like it.
47:32That's the kind of fantasy player I am. Next question from MFJones1988.
47:36So we just talked about MHJ. Do you think he's a safe drop in a 10-teamer?
47:41In a 10-team keeper, too. Yes. Oh, keeper. Yeah.
47:44Yeah, even in a keeper. I think in a 10-man, 100%.
47:47In a 10-man keeper, yeah. I mean, even if he's a really good deal, who cares?
47:52He's getting nothing. So there's got to be someone on the wire better than him right now.
47:57So maybe it's a little hyperbolic to do this in week two, but I'm done.
48:01I think I'm all the way out. I'm with you.
48:04I would try to trade him. There's got to be somebody and nine other people in your league that might just want to buy in on the talent.
48:13Maybe a rebuilder throwing a dart with like a fifth-round pick.
48:16So you can get a late pick or something instead of flat-out straight-up dropping him.
48:21But yeah, try that first. But if there's someone on the wire that's really good, I'm not holding them.
48:26Yeah, and if you have to drop somebody and nobody else is even worthy of a drop, then yeah, totally fine to get to drop him.
48:34Dash with J-Mo. If this is Jameis and Williams, I lost some money on you the last couple weeks, my friend.
48:41How much fab should I spend on Coleman if I have RB depth needs?
48:45Ooh, this is a good one. I would say like maybe 20 to 25%.
48:49I think Coleman's going to be a stud. I think he might be the best back on the team currently.
48:55He showed out a little bit today, but it doesn't mean that he, like if Harvey is back next week, like Deepak
49:02kind of alluded to, and Dobbins' injury isn't major, he's still going to be third.
49:06I think he might have been fourth coming in here because I saw Bidet get a little bit before him.
49:12But after this performance today, I think he has pushed himself past Bidet.
49:16He should. And I think he has pushed himself into this rotation moving forward.
49:20He looked pretty good out there today. So I would say a decent, you know, 20-ish percent somewhere in that neighborhood.
49:27Is that too much, Moe? Are you in agreement?
49:29No, I was thinking 25. If you have running back depth needs, I mean, if like Harvey, I think nobody's kind of
49:36super in on and Dobbins, you're kind of almost just like waiting for the injury.
49:41And I love the talent of Jonah Coleman. I made the comparison that like I would not be shocked if he's a
49:47league winner like Alvin Kamara was his rookie year.
49:50If you remember like heading into that year, he was behind Ingram and Adrian Peterson and like third-round pick coming out of Tennessee.
49:57Like nobody thought he was going to be what he was.
50:00And Sean Payton just loved him. And I would not be shocked if Jonah Coleman, he's not going to be Alvin Kamara.
50:07I wouldn't be shocked if he puts up some numbers even in his rookie year.
50:11So I'm good with 25%. Amen. Amen. I like it.
50:14All right. Well, a couple more before Sunday Night Football starts.
50:18Jedi Steve. First of all, I love the name.
50:20As a Jedi mode, I create name. Jedi mode.
50:23Jedi Steve 50. How much will Williams injury affect Swift?
50:26So obviously this is Caleb Williams and DeAndre Swift.
50:29I mean it will, right? Because they'll have eight, nine-man boxes on a lot of plays for him.
50:34But I think Bayesian can sling it a little bit.
50:37So maybe 15% somewhere in that neighborhood. Not as much as it probably should, but he still will be affected, of course.
50:44Yeah. And I still think that they're going to be a good running team.
50:48Like we like that run scheme with Ben Johnson.
50:51I don't think that offense is just going to go off of a crater.
50:55I know they play the Eagles next week. I know that because I'm an Eagles fan on Monday Night Football.
51:01So we'll kind of have to see what that matchup is.
51:04Revenge game for DeAndre Swift. But the last question here, then we'll go ahead and get on out of here.
51:10Thank you, everybody, for joining in for the questions.
51:13From Daniel Kimbrin-B7X, do you think Hamptons gets hurt after the fumble you had at the end of the game?
51:19I know I don't. But it's not going to be ineffective, right?
51:23Like I also don't think – I think Fidel should be their backup.
51:27But I'm just not a Keaton Mitchell guy. But Keaton Mitchell is their guy.
51:31But I don't think – when you have Stevenson and Henderson who are both really close to each other, then it affects it big time.
51:38But you don't have anyone that's anywhere close to what O'Marion Hampton offers you as an RB, in my opinion.
51:44So I don't think it will affect him too much.
51:47You know, fumbles stink. They really hurt your momentum and your team, which is why we saw Stevenson get benched.
51:53But I don't think you can afford to bench Hampton with your offense already looking bad.
51:58You need more reps for those guys out there and for everybody to get better, not just Hampton.
52:04Yeah, I think it sucks. I think he'll get the same work that he would have gotten if he didn't fumble.
52:10It's kind of how I feel. And if people are worried about that in your league, send a trade offer.
52:16Like I said, the worst they can say is no.
52:19But that's going to do it. Bogman, thank you for joining me.
52:23This was fun. I love talking fantasy. I mean, you get to do this on a Sunday night.
