Aaron Jones

NegativeRole0:44

Aaron Jones is expected to be the third-down back in the Vikings offense, with Jordan Mason as the primary ball carrier.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:45

Aaron Jones fell off in advanced rushing metrics last year, following a Camara-esque path as an older running back still trusted as a receiver but declining in efficiency.

Insight page

Aaron Rodgers

NegativeProjection0:01

Aaron Rodgers was drafted in the eighth round but the analyst has not talked anything positive about him because he had an Achilles injury a couple years ago, which typically results in loss of zip on the ball.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:37

Aaron Rodgers should throw a lot but is not considered particularly good anymore, and the analyst doesn't think he's up for debate on that assessment.

Insight page

Brandon Aiyuk

NegativeProjection0:58

Brandon Aiyuk is viewed as a ticking time bomb with uncertainty about his status; there is above a 50% chance he does not play football this year, similar to a Deontay Johnson situation.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveValue0:41

The price that Bucky Irving is at right now is considered fair, though some analysts like Pat Fitzmaurice believe in him.

Insight page
PositiveInjury0:41

Bucky Irving can't stay healthy, and the team wants a 1A-1B relationship with Kenny Gainwell, though the analyst thinks Bucky's current price is fair.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection0:29

CJ Stroud is selected as a quarterback despite never being particularly fantasy relevant and often failing to score QB1 numbers, but fits a strategy of prioritizing other positions.

Insight page

Cam Ward

PositiveProjection0:30

Cam Ward is selected as a second quarterback in a Zero RB build to avoid reaching on the position early.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

PositiveProjection0:47

Chris Rodriguez received positive reports on July 6th indicating he is fully expected to be ready and will have a significant role in the Jaguars offense.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveRole0:21

Chuba Hubbard is an alternative Panthers running back option for Zero RB builds, with a chance he could be the lead back instead of Jonathan Brooks.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveValue0:23

Colston Loveland went at pick 210, with a significant gap between him and Tyler Warren, who was taken two rounds later.

Insight page

Darnell Washington

PositiveRole0:42

Darnell Washington lost 45 pounds and may shift from being lined up as a sixth offensive lineman to getting more opportunities in space, building on his strong yards-after-catch metrics from last year.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:42

Darnell Washington is described as a really fun piece in the Steelers passing game alongside Fryer and Ruth.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

PositiveRole0:35

Denzel Boston is a rookie drafted by the Browns who increases target competition for Harold Fannin.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

NegativeProjection0:01

Deshaun Watson is being faded; there is uncertainty about how long he will last behind a brand new offensive line and whether he will even start the year.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

PositiveValue0:52

Dylan Sampson is a clear value pick because Quinchan Judkins will not have a clean RB1 vs RB2 role; the Browns will be pass-heavy due to their weak defense without Myles Garrett, and all advanced metrics favor Sampson over Judkins.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveUsage0:25

Garrett Wilson is selected as a wide receiver with high confidence in his volume and snap share, fitting the Zero RB strategy's need for receivers consistently on the field.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveUsage0:25

George Pickens is a high-confidence wide receiver selection for Zero RB builds due to his expected high volume and snap share.

Insight page

Greg Dulcich

PositiveValue0:51

Greg Dulcich slipped to the 13th round and is considered the best pick made so far in this draft.

Insight page

Harold Fannin

PositiveMatchup0:34

Harold Fannin faces potential environmental headwinds with Deshaun Watson as quarterback (who was 'gross' last year) and increased target competition from rookies Denzel Boston and Casey Concepcion, which could derail his second-year progression.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

PositiveBreakout0:31

Jadarian Price, a first-round rookie running back, is going outside the top 24 RBs and has boom-or-bust potential; if he hits, he could be a lead back in a good offense.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveProjection0:55

Jalen Coker is a talented player who has been very effective whenever healthy; he serves as a hedge for Terrell McMillan and could benefit if the Panthers offense improves as a passing unit.

Insight page
PositiveUsage0:57

Excluding his first game back in week seven, Jalen Coker had the 15th highest receiving yards for the rest of the season with five games over 45 receiving yards.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveUsage0:28

Jalen Waddle is selected as a fourth wide receiver in a row, with high confidence that he will see very large volume this season.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

PositiveRole0:21

Brooks is a viable Zero RB strategy target because there's a chance the analyst is wrong about him and he could outperform Chuba Hubbard, making him a sensible pick for that build.

Insight page

Jordan Addison

PositiveProjection0:49

Jordan Addison has boom-bust potential that works well in best ball settings because he can generate big plays, and the analyst reconsidered his earlier negative take after Jake Sealy made good points.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveRole0:44

A Vikings beat reporter indicated this is Jordan Mason's backfield, with Aaron Jones handling third downs and Demon Claiborne not playing much as a rookie.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:44

Jordan Mason ranked 12th in yards per carry, 8th in explosive run rate, 11th in yards after contact, and 7th in missed tackles forced among 31 RBs with 700+ rushing yards, suggesting efficiency that could translate better in a more efficient offense.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

PositiveProjection0:41

Kenneth Gainwell is expected to rise in ADP over the next couple of weeks.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:41

Kenny Gainwell benefits from full PPR format and is better than Sean Tucker around the goal line; the team wants a 1A-1B relationship between him and Bucky Irving.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

NegativeProjection0:01

Kirk Cousins is being faded in super flex drafts; he was not good last year and players coming off Achilles injuries typically lose zip on the ball, making him a poor value.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

PositiveMatchup0:41

Michael Pittman is part of a Pittsburgh Steelers stack with the expectation that the team will throw the ball at a top-five rate under McCarthy.

Insight page

Pat Freiermuth

PositiveProjection0:54

Pat Freiermuth played a career-low 52% of snaps last year under Arthur Smith, but with Smith gone and only two tight ends on the roster, Freiermuth is expected to be a red zone threat with a good bet to score five to six touchdowns.

Insight page

Ray Davis

PositiveValue0:01

Ray Davis was taken as RB66 in the draft.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveRole0:31

Ramondre Stevenson is mentioned as an available running back option in round 8 for Zero RB builds.

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

PositiveRole0:31

Rico Dowdle is mentioned as an available running back option in round 8 for Zero RB builds.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

PositiveProjection0:53

Romeo Doubs is taken as a wide receiver in the 14th round and is considered a good pick for receiver help.

Insight page

Sam LaPorta

PositiveProjection0:36

Sam Laporta is selected as a second tight end in the draft, allowing the analyst to push running back selection further out.

Insight page

Sean Tucker

PositiveRole0:41

Sean Tucker is mentioned as a goal-line back, with Kenny Gainwell being better than him in that role.

Insight page

Shedeur Sanders

PositiveProjection0:01

Shedeur Sanders was the highest-ranked quarterback left on the board and was taken as a third quarterback option, with the analyst betting against Deshaun Watson and believing Sanders could create interesting opportunities in the Cleveland Browns offense.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

PositiveRole0:31

Tony Pollard is mentioned as a projected starter available on the running back board in round 8.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveRole0:39

Trevion Henderson is projected to eventually take a 60-40 split in his favor over Ramondre Stevenson, with strong pass-game usage and explosive potential similar to Gibbs and Dave Montgomery.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveProjection0:35

Tucker Craft is highlighted as a tight end with elite yards-after-catch ability (10.6 YAC last year, highest among tight ends with 25+ catches), 26% red zone target share, and potential for ADP jump.

Insight page

Tyler Allgeier

PositiveValue0:50

Tyler Allgeier has been devalued due to disappointment about his situation, but he earned carries with the Falcons with a 42% red zone rush share, 32 carries inside the five-yard line, and has never fumbled in his NFL career.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveProjection0:23

Tyler Warren is projected to lead the Colts in targets this season and offers elite tight end production potential with strong reception upside and touchdown upside via goal-line usage.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:51

Tyler Warren is described as rock solid with red zone presence and no fumble issues, though he has been unable to catch a break due to playing behind top-five drafted first-round running backs.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

PositiveProjection0:48

Xavier Worthy is significantly cheaper this year after his season was derailed by a shoulder injury early last year; he could provide upside if the Chiefs offense returns to throwing the ball deep effectively.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveUsage0:22

Zay Flowers is selected as a wide receiver with high confidence in his volume and snap share, fitting the Zero RB strategy's need for receivers who will be on the field consistently.

0:10Grainger. For the ones who get it done. It's Monday.
0:13It's 2 p.m. Eastern, which means it is time for another Fantasy Pros Best Ball Show with myself, Tom Strachan, and Andrew Erickson.
0:20Tonight, we are going to... Today. Tonight for me, today for Andrew, we're going to be diving into the FFPC $5 Triflex.
0:27This one is a really fun format and we're going to get to all that in a little bit.
0:33We're just waiting on the room to fill, so if you are joining us and you fancy putting five of your hard-earned dollars on the line, get involved.
0:42You can find the league ID just over there on the right-hand side.
0:46Sales popped into the chat. $5 Triflex Best Ball, sit and go.
0:50Hashtag 117327. Andrew, how are you doing? I'm doing absolutely fantastic.
0:53Today is the start of the Scott Fish Bowl slow drafts.
0:57I think across the board, I love your shirt, SFB16.
1:00I am rocking my SFB15 shirt from last year from the Boston draft.
1:04Very nice. So, my shipping clearly isn't as fast as it is over in the UK because you got your shirt today as the drafts are kicking off.
1:13I am curious, Tom, did you make your draft pick yet?
1:17Are you in one of these slow rooms where you're still like the guy's still sitting at the 101 potentially trying to make their pick?
1:25Or are you zooming through and, oh, we're already in round five, round six.
1:29What's your Scott Fish Bowl roster looking like so far?
1:32So, I am in the Zelda Ocarina of Time division.
1:35Greatest game ever made, so it was a clear choice for me.
1:39And I think this is my sixth year in the Scott Fish Bowl.
1:43Every single year, I've picked up a 109, so I didn't see any reason to change it up this year.
1:50I've made the playoffs every year, so why would I, you know, try and go against something that's obviously worked okay for me?
1:57But yeah, not made a single pick yet. Looking forward to it.
2:01My plan is to kind of dive more into the scoring as we get off here in a little bit.
2:07But yeah, I mean, it's just a great time of year.
2:11Like you get past kind of July 4th and it feels like everybody just turns the page towards redraft.
2:17We've got two weeks until training camp opens up.
2:20I think in the next two weeks, we're going to see a decent amount of veteran signings.
2:25It's possibly not Brandon Ayuk, but guys like Stefan Diggs.
2:28I would expect to suddenly pick up a little bit of interest.
2:32Could we see a Najee Harris signing? It's all going to be starting to ruminate over the next couple of weeks.
2:39So yeah, is there any particular veterans that you're particularly interested in seeing what plays out like these free agent veterans?
2:45The receivers are definitely the first pieces to drop that I'm most interested in.
2:50And I posted this on X last week about the Miami Dolphins offense and just looking at, okay, what if you had
2:57a Chan and then, and insert any of these veteran wide receiver players, you drop them into the Dolphins offense.
3:03And do we look at Malik Willis and maybe the Dolphins offense a little bit differently if they just add one more piece?
3:10Because I was kind of, I was thinking about a certain take that I wasn't really sure how I felt, but when
3:17I thought more about it, if the Dolphins were to sign someone like Stefan Diggs, how much different is their receiving room from the commanders?
3:25It's not. It's not. Thank you. Because I was thinking about them and like, is, is Malik Willis just like this really,
3:32really discounted version of Jaden Daniels where you're getting the rushing production, but it is rounds and rounds and rounds after.
3:39Yes, I know Daniels is a much better passer.
3:42Malik Willis is still remains to be seen, even though he has been effective the last two years in limited stints.
3:49But I mean, Jaden Daniels, is he maybe, and this is what I drafted on one of our best ball streams a
3:56couple of weeks ago, is he being maybe overhyped up based on what he did as a rookie?
4:01When you look at, there's not that many weapons with him.
4:05And again, I like Chica Conqua. I like Antonio Williams, but it seems like after OTAs, it was, yeah, Terry's the guy.
4:12But after him, it's like this dramatic fall off.
4:15And are the commanders putting enough weapons around Jaden Daniels?
4:18I know they've been rumored to get a player like Brandon Ayoub.
4:22We still don't know. I mean, apparently he thinks he's friends with Jaden Daniels.
4:26Who actually knows if that's actually true or not?
4:29So I think that one of these veteran free agents is going to either find their way to Washington or to Miami.
4:36And I think that could actually cause a ripple effect in terms of how we view those two specific offenses, because you
4:43see the appeal with the quarterback and some of the, and that's why I like guys like Dulcich and Chica Conqua, because there's devoid of wide receiver targets.
4:52But I also acknowledge you drop in a solid veteran player and you have to definitely take a knock on those particular tight ends.
5:00Well, I think like, for me, it's like looking at, I wasn't particularly thinking about Jaden Daniels versus Malik Willis.
5:06It's more like the offensive efficiency. And I think that Diggs feasted last year in New England with very little competition for
5:13targets, you know, and I think it was exactly a hundred targets.
5:17And among the 26 wide receivers were a hundred or more targets.
5:21He was sixth in yards per outrun, fifth in yards per target.
5:24He also ranked ninth in total yards after the catch.
5:28Like Stefan Diggs isn't cooked. Stefan Diggs has an ADP of 147 on FFPC.
5:32I was writing something about him for fantasypros.com earlier today.
5:35And it just feels like we are in line for another situation like AJ Brown, but an even more pronounced one where
5:42everybody knew AJ Brown was going to New England, but all of a sudden he signs there, people bumping him in rankings, people push him up in ADP.
5:51And we get this big jump from him. Stefan Diggs is going to go 30 picks higher, I think, when he does sign with somebody.
5:59And if he signed in Miami and was declared wide receiver one, where would he go for you, Andrew?
6:05I'd be definitely like top 36 wide receivers, top 30.
6:08I mean, he was good last year and he was coming off the knee injury.
6:13So I think to your point, I don't think that he's cooked either.
6:17I think that he definitely still has something to offer an offense, especially if he's the number one guy, clearly.
6:23Can he just replicate what he did last year?
6:26Maybe he's not going to be as efficient going from Drake made and Malik Wilson is probably definitely a downgrade in my
6:33estimate, unless Malik Wilson just plays completely different. Offensive line still has issues with in Miami.
6:38Bobby Slovic is the offensive coordinator. How excited are we for that?
6:42We know they want to run the ball, so maybe not a lot of volume.
6:47necessarily, but if you're the number one guy, again, none of these other players project to earn volume at a high rate between Atwell and Malik Washington.
6:56Chris Bell, I think, is one of these really weird wild cards because if he wasn't coming off a torn ACL and
7:03the Dolphins had selected him at the top of the second round, he would be viewed way differently than he is now,
7:10where it's kind of like, oh, I'm not really sure I feel about that guy.
7:14So he is someone that I'm just keeping in the back of my mind as a big wild card in this offense.
7:21But again, coming off a torn ACL, it's really hard to expect.
7:25Oh yeah, this guy's going to hit from the jump.
7:28I wouldn't be surprised if, you know, a trade I was thinking about potentially that Miami could do is why not reunite
7:35DeMario Douglas with Malik Willis with the Patriots? Make a trade because you look at the way that thing, again, they want to trade Keishon Booty.
7:44Like that's the guy that's been room. But what if it's Douglas who was also playing in the last year of his contract?
7:51What if they move him to Miami before letting him walk next year?
7:55Keep Keishon Booty. That could be an interesting thing to look at, too, if Miami ultimately wants to make a move for a wide receiver.
8:03I'm Prezi in the chat asking if there's still any room in the league.
8:07We've got three spots left. So yes, we will be just continuing to just chat a little bit for the next few
8:14minutes whilst we wait on those last three to join us in this Triflex League.
8:19For anyone unfamiliar with it, FFPC Triflex Best Ball Slim Leagues, a 20-round snake draft, no kickers, no defense.
8:25It uses the regular kind of FFPC scoring, which is PPR, but an extra 0.5 per catch for tight ends.
8:32So it does put that premium onto the tight end position.
8:35Quarterback scoring is 25 yards equals one point passing.
8:38Interceptions are heavily penalized over here at minus two points.
8:41The roster vote, that's where everything is different in this format compared to any other FFPC or Best Ball roster out there.
8:48You start one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers, one tight end.
8:52Then get into the Triflex. We have one Superflex, which can be quarterback, wide receiver, running back, or tight end.
8:59And then two flex, which can both be wide receiver, running back, or tight end.
9:03So in theory, Andrew, I floated this to you before we started the stream.
9:08You could start up to six wide receivers on your roster.
9:11How does that make you think that you want to attack this draft?
9:15There are so many different ways. I wish I had done more mocks in the mock draft simulator before this Triflex draft, to be totally honest.
9:24So that's one thing that I am ultimately regretting hopping in this room with you.
9:29But this is why the FFPC has such a fun platform to draft on.
9:33Because there are all of these very different and exotic formats and scoring systems where you really have to kind of think outside the box, I think.
9:42And it's not just, oh, well, it's your typical, like, three receivers, two running backs, flex.
9:47And you can kind of go on autopilot. Although we suggest always going on autopilot, especially in season for those international games,
9:54as Tom, you are super familiar with. But I think for me.
9:57It's fine for me. It's fine. I'm always up.
10:00I'm always ready for those. Oh, the Alvin Kamara is not going to play.
10:05Who could forget? Oh, absolutely devastating for those. I had loads of time to figure it out.
10:10So that being said, it is really cool because you can go with quarterback here early on because it is a super flex.
10:17But starting up to a million wide receivers, how many tight ends could you potentially look to be starting?
10:24I think it's also really interesting, too. And it looks like I believe our draft is full.
10:29We're good to go. Yeah, we're full. We're good.
10:32We'll have one minute 45 just as the clock counts down.
10:35Make sure that everyone is around. But yes, I am picking from the 106.
10:40Andrew, you are picking from the 105. Ooh, this should be fun.
10:44Can't get away from this guy no matter what we do.
10:47I know we've got a few people in the chat who are with us.
10:52Haynes, I see you picking at the 102. Let us know where you're picking if you are joining us for the stream.
10:59Appreciate everybody who's joining us over here on Twitch.
11:01We've got TCB, Relentless, saying OOT remake coming out this year on the Switch.
11:06Ocarina of Time remake that is for the uneducated.
11:09It's going to be so good. I'm going to lose so many hours to that.
11:13Coltrane Gaming, Waddle to the Moon. Absolutely. Sting Mangione, Strack Attack and The Undertaker.
11:18Yes, sir. Every two weeks over here on Twitch.
11:21Anyone who hasn't caught any of our FFPC streams this year, we are going to be using the Fantasy Pro's draft assistant for it.
11:28So it isn't going to be the FFPC site that you see as we're underway.
11:33We're using the draft assistant because we think it's better.
11:36It helps you see the best available players based on Fantasy Pro's rankings.
11:40You'll see roster needs, get pick-by-pick recommendations based on the draft room.
11:44You can keep the strategy in mind yourself and just focus on being presented with the best players no matter what.
11:51So whether you're drafting in Best Ball, Dicey, Superflex or even your home redraft league, the fantasypros.com forward slash assistant.
11:57Fantasy draft assistant will sort you right out. Download the Fantasy Pro's app, sync your draft, use the draft assistant to make smarter picks in real time.
12:06So, Andrew, if you're going to be picking up a 105, now, even though you can start a quarterback in this format
12:13with it being Superflex, looking at quarterback ADP, we don't have necessarily anybody pushed all the way up.
12:19Like there's Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, but it's not like quarterbacks being overvalued in this format just because they're quarterbacks, because there's
12:26so many different ways you can attack this. Do you think of a 105, you're going to be, sorry, but 104, but
12:33you're going to be looking for a quarterback? I have not decided yet which direction I'm going to go in.
12:39You have the tight end premium. Brock Bowers did cross my mind, but he just went off the board here at, I think, the 103.
12:47B. Jim Robinson is still available. Yes. So we'll see.
12:50Maybe if he falls to me at 105, that might be a player I can't pass up on.
12:56B. Jim Robinson, also, Puka Nakua. Again, I think I'm not necessarily locked into going quarterback necessarily with my first pick.
13:03We'll see. Josh Allen's off the board here. So B.
13:06Jim Robinson's still available for me. So I think that's just ultimately going to be the direction I go in to kind of see him fall here.
13:14Again, this is just highlighting how cool this system is, this format is people approach it differently.
13:20ADP can kind of throw out the window. I asked you beforehand, is there even a triflex ADP?
13:25And you said to me, not really. So you just kind of got to throw in whatever the FFPC ranks.
13:32I took the super flex ones because I thought that was going to mimic this a little bit the closest.
13:38You got three seconds. B. John, come on down.
13:41Just checking. Just checking. Look, I'm not going to mess around on this one.
13:45I think that Lamar Jackson is going to have a massive year and I'm happy to take Lamar.
13:51And because of the nature of this one, I think that I can probably maybe take quite a skinny approach to the quarterback position.
13:59So, yeah, I'm happy to do that one. Prezi, sorry to hear you didn't manage to get signed up in time.
14:05FFPC are really helpful. If you do have any issues getting signed up, they're really good and we'll make sure they can get you sorted.
14:13So, yes, we're underway. The draft's flying along now.
14:16Jameer Gibbs, Jamar Chase, Brock Bowers, Josh Allen went one pick before Andrew.
14:20He takes B. John Robinson. I take Lamar Jackson.
14:23Puka Nakua goes at 106. Andrew, how big is the gap between Lamar and Josh Allen for you?
14:29I think they're still in the same tier. I think Allen is still ahead for me.
14:34I know we talked on earlier shows how Drake May is still my QB1.
14:39So that's if I'd gone quarterback, I would have gone in the Drake May direction.
14:43We all could have had the quarterbacks of our choice.
14:47But I still think that he is in the elite tier.
14:50I did want to ask you, though, with him and considering where you took him at 106, was last year a mirage
14:57with all with the downgrade and rushing? Obviously, the injuries played a big factor.
15:01Where quarterbacks don't tend to run more as they get older.
15:05But do you think that last year, hey, just throw it out?
15:09Again, I still believe in him as a passer.
15:12Again, we both love to say flowers. But I wanted you to hit on the rushing element for those that are kind
15:19of, yeah, it fell off last year. Is it going to continue to decline versus, you know, the last couple of seasons
15:26when he was putting up MVP numbers, both as a rusher and a passer?
15:30I think pretty much everything just didn't work last year, like for the Ravens offense.
15:35And so much of it started from the interior offensive line.
15:38And Lamar consistently, the years he's been at his best, it's been when the offensive line has been at least average.
15:45Like I look at what he did in the red zone, not from a rushing perspective, but just from a passing perspective.
15:52Ranked 35th out of 36 quarterbacks with 25 red zone pass attempts or more when it came to red zone completion rate.
15:59The O-line allowed a 62% pressure rate, which was 10% higher than any other quarterback faced.
16:04Lamar was sacked on 12% of dropbacks. And again, it all comes back to it.
16:09The Ravens pass catchers dropped 16% of his passes in the red zone, which was 2.5% higher than any other quarterback experience.
16:16So everything was broken. And I think that if the offensive line can be even slightly better, Dwayne Ledford, the offensive line coach, has come over from Atlanta.
16:25And there's a lot of people sneaky, very high on him.
16:28I think then that's going to settle Lamar down.
16:31And then that's when he's going to be comfortable running rather than just scrambling for his life.
16:37So yeah, I mean, look, I am a Ravens fan.
16:40I'm not going to hide that. But, and I enjoy having Lamar Jackson on my fantasy team, but I think that he's going to be fine this year.
16:49In round two, I'm back on the clock. Trey McBride, Devon Ochan, Jalen Hurts, Caleb Williams, Chase Brown on ADP.
16:55Looking at the Fantasy Pro's draft assistant, it would lean me towards Drake London, who I do love.
17:01But in this time premium format, I'm going to go with Trey McBride.
17:05Andrew, that puts you firmly on the clock. Are you going to take Drake London?
17:10Are you going to look further down the board to one of the quarterbacks?
17:14Where are you going? Hmm, which order should I go in here?
17:18So Hampton is the top running back here. Although he's not my highest ranked running back.
17:23I believe that I have, oh, I know I have Chase Brown, RB1, Sisson ready to go here.
17:29And I can always pull, because the thing is with the cheat sheet creator, it has all your cheat sheets you can pull up, whatever.
17:37So for me, it looks like, oh, oh, oh.
17:39I think we're in A-chan though, unfortunately. Because I, yeah.
17:43We've been drafting with the 60-second clocks these last couple of weeks, Andrew.
17:47You've got to fix up, look sharp. These are 30-second clocks that we are in tonight.
17:52Time of dialing. Oh, God. Well, I will say that Devon A-chan, I have been warming on him a little bit versus the, oh no, doom and gloom.
18:01He's never going to catch a single pass from Malik Willis.
18:04I do think that that narrative, again, it's true.
18:07Because going from Tua, who was a check down savant, to Malik Willis, a mobile quarterback, is a big downgrade.
18:14But when I was doing some research looking back since 2019, basically you're only going to take off about one point per game in half PPR.
18:221.5 points per game in full PPR. If you just look at what the scramble rate of Malik Willis is, like taxing
18:29that to A-chan, it's one and a half points per game in full PPR.
18:33So I still think there's a scenario where, and I don't want to get auto, I got to turn off auto draft first of all.
18:41I still think there's a scenario where A-chan can have a still very strong season and maybe still be a top five quarterback.
18:48So with that, I'm throwing it to you because I am on the clock and I don't want to get auto picked.
18:55Yes. So obviously lots of different ways that you can start this one.
19:00And while we mentioned that the wide receivers, you could start up to six of them.
19:05You could also start up to five running backs in one lineup because of the super flex element of it and the multi-flex.
19:12So it doesn't completely devalue them, but it does push it just a little bit more towards the wide receiver position.
19:19Andrew now with a very high T start of Bijan Robinson, Devin O'Chant and Kenneth Walker.
19:24I'm leaning into something I've wrote about a decent bit lately, and that is Zero RB.
19:29I strongly believe Zero RB is not being utilized enough of a minute.
19:33I put up an article on my website, fantasysanctuary.com, went about 7,000 words deep on why the history of Zero RB over
19:40the last couple of years, how we hit a point in Underdog's best ball mania where 21% of people were doing it
19:47in 2024, and then it absolutely bombed massively. And now we're down to kind of just popularity levels that we haven't seen in like six years.
19:55Like people just do not want to do Zero RB.
19:58I kind of feel strongly that there are certain ways that you can still make it work.
20:04I'm possibly a little bit out there compared to some people on it.
20:08And that's fine. If it means using a contrarian tactic isn't popular, I'm fine with that because we've kind of seen whenever
20:15any particular tactic becomes really popular, that's when it's less impressive.
20:18And even if things click right, you might advance at a high rate, but it's not necessarily going to help you win the big tournaments.
20:26Of course, we're not in a bigger tournament, but I feel like Zero RB can work pretty much in any setting at the minute.
20:34Andrew, if you're drafting Zero RB, what kind of round are you targeting your first running back this year?
20:40I think if I was being very true to the Zero RB methodology, it would probably be waiting till whatever round I can get Rashad White in.
20:49And he would be my RB1. So that's rounds eight, I think.
20:52I think that's typically kind of where he goes in a normal 12 team.
20:57Again, this is super flex, so a little bit different.
21:00But that's kind of who I circle. I know we've talked about that kind of tier, whether it's Rashad White, Jonathan Brooks.
21:07I know you don't like Brooks, but RJ Harvey, like that type of back end outside the top 24 running backs.
21:14I think if you're really being true to the Zero RB strategy, that's probably where I would take the first shot on one.
21:21Again, even Chuba Hubbard would be an option there, too, because there's a chance that I'm wrong.
21:27And there's a lot of people that will be wrong about Jonathan Brooks.
21:31And it's, oh, it's actually going to be Chuba Hubbard.
21:34So insert Panthers running back here. He makes that that player makes a lot of sense for a Zero RB build.
21:41And I agree with you that it's like whenever a strategy is deader than dead, it's never going to work ever again.
21:47That's when it becomes most effective, especially when less people are doing it.
21:52So if it does work this year and all the running backs or most of the top running backs all get injured, they all get banged up.
22:00The backups are surging, firing on all cylinders. Then not only is your strategy going to work, it's also going to lap
22:07the field because so many less people are doing it.
22:10So I agree with you. I think that's definitely something you need to be mixing into your best ball teams.
22:17Yep. I'm back on the clock and I take Zay Flowers.
22:20So far, there's been a bit of a quarterback run over the last couple of rounds.
22:25Since the start of the third round, we went Omari and Hampton, then Rashi Rice, Caleb Williams, Justin Herbert, Kenneth Walker to Andrew.
22:33Then I took George Pickens, Jalen Hurts when Nico Collins, Saquon Barkley, Jackson Dart, Derek Henry, Trevor Lawrence, Brock Purdy, Jeremiah Love, Patrick Mahomes, Dak Prescott, Matthew Stafford.
22:42Andrew is on the clock with seven seconds left to save himself from another auto draft.
22:47He's got three running backs so far in Bijan, Robinson, Devon O'Chant and Kenneth Walker.
22:51Interested to see where he goes here with this quarterback run on the move, but it's not a quarterback.
22:57Andrew, who are you taking there? Going with the tight end, Tyler Warren.
23:02I do think that there is a pretty big gap between him and Loveland where Loveland went at the 210 and I
23:09got Tyler Warren essentially two rounds after. Tyler Warren, I think he's probably going to lead the Colts and targets this season.
23:16So when you're looking at, okay, who can be an elite tight end producer this year?
23:21Warren checks off that box as a second year player, really strong rookie season.
23:25Again, big part of why the Colts offense was so effective in the first half of the year before Daniel Jones got hurt.
23:32Daniel Jones is limited by his mobility. What does that mean?
23:36Hey, check downs to my tight end. Who can create yards after the catch?
23:40And you can't forget, if they get to the goal line, you might see some Tyler Warren tush push type of action.
23:47It's something that he did at the college level.
23:50So he's got touchdown upside. He's got reception upside with the tight end premium one and a half points per reception.
23:57So I think Tyler Warren is really good in this format.
24:00And I just didn't feel like I really didn't feel like taking another running back getting me four, even though it is triflex.
24:08And I could start all these guys. But I ultimately went with Warren for those reasons.
24:13Yeah, we've seen some really different strategies, as Haynes points out in the chat, looking at slot one, two and three, for example, the range of strategies there.
24:22The team in the 101 has Jameer Gibbs, Chase Brown and Marion Hampton, followed by Jared Goff and Bo Nix, the team
24:29at the two slot, which is Haynes. Jamar Chase, AJ Brown, Rashi Rice, Brees Hall, Javante Williams, the team at the three slot.
24:36Bully tight end approach of Brock Bowers and Colston Loveland before Caleb Williams, Tyler Shook and Travis Etienne.
24:42And Andrew is back up on the clock. His start, Breesham, Robinson, Devon O'Chang, Kenneth Walker, and now Tyler Warren.
24:48I've got a healthy cue here, so I feel fairly confident that whatever Andrew does, it's not going to phase my approach.
24:55But we'll see. Andrew's got five seconds left. You've got a lot of good wide receivers to go from here, and it's
25:02an embarrassment, Richard, that's ultimately the direction you go as you follow your zero RB approach.
25:07Yep. And I'm going to go with Garrett Wilson as my wide receiver three so far, starting with Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride,
25:14George Pickens, and Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson. I think the key for zero RB that I'm honed in on this year is
25:21that I don't want to be dealing with the wide receivers further down the board who are at risk of coming off the field.
25:29This is the hot topic in the NFL, the 12-13 personnel.
25:32I don't want to be worrying about how many snaps my wide receivers are going to be playing.
25:38So I would like to get three to four wide receivers who I'm confident are going to be out there as often as possible.
25:46And George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson all tick those boxes.
25:49As we get down into the next round, it'll probably become a little bit more questionable.
25:54You know, there's still guys like Lad McConkie and Mechareg Buka.
25:58But as you get beyond that, it starts becoming difficult, and I don't want to worry about those kind of guys.
26:04So, yes, I want guys confident in their volume, confident are going to be potential red zone threats and can easily lead
26:11their team in targets, whether that's wide receivers or tight ends.
26:15And then running back, I'd probably lean towards running back in a zero RB build earlier than yourself.
26:21I think it is that kind of tuber range onwards.
26:24We've got plenty of interesting guys there. Just on Jonathan Brooks, I know I'm the negative guy.
26:29I'm the hater. You look back at how little he kind of played in college.
26:34The one thing I can't get away from, and I've been thinking more and more about this week is, do you think
26:41he's going to be trusted in pass protection? Cannot answer that question.
26:45I did not watch enough of him at Texas.
26:48Because he didn't play enough. He only played one year, really.
26:51I guess for me, it might be more of a RJ Harvey type of pass game usage where he's only out there to catch passes.
26:59That's fair. Like, that's really what he's used more.
27:02And we care about that more for fantasy. So, I don't think it's hindering him that he's not available in pass program.
27:09Because clearly the team trusts Chuba Hubbard in a lot of instances.
27:13Again, they've given him a lot of work over the last two years.
27:17They obviously paid him. So, there is a trust level with Chuba Hubbard.
27:21But they also need to figure out what they have in Brooks.
27:25I think Brooks is going to show that he's more explosive.
27:28Because Hubbard, Tom, I couldn't believe when I looked back in the PMF database.
27:33You're on the clock, by the way. To find another running back without any explosive rushes.
27:38I couldn't find another guy that had as many carries as Hubbard.
27:42He didn't exist. And that is just very, very concerning for me.
27:46Yeah. You know, my pushback could be he was injured last year.
27:49There was a chance for him to turn it around.
27:53You know, they trusted Chuba to the point that when it came down to the playoffs, they gave Chuba a 62% snap share in that playoff game.
28:01They definitely, they were definitely trying to reintegrate him.
28:04I'm not sure they believed in Rico Dowdle all the way.
28:07Hayden saying, am I being paid to be Andrew's PA?
28:11I mean, look, it just gets embarrassing if he autodrafts more than once.
28:15Like, nobody wants to see that. We're trying to build the ideal teams.
28:19We're trying to build how we want to build.
28:22And you don't need to see Andrew out here autodraft.
28:25And we'll leave that to his Scott Fishbowl team.
28:28So I went with another wide receiver, my fourth wide receiver in a row.
28:32Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride, George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson and Jalen Waddle.
28:36Four guys who I feel very strongly are going to see very large volume this year.
28:41Andrew now has Bijan Robinson, Devon Ochan, Kenneth Walker, Tyler Warren, Terrell McMillan and Terry McLaurin.
28:47Are you a little bit worried that you're going to get left behind at quarterback?
28:51We've seen a couple more go off the board.
28:54Kyler Murray and Malik Willis since your last pick.
28:57Yes, I very much am worried about that quarterback spot.
29:00But it becomes a point where, well, if I'm already going to have bad quarterbacks, what's the point of reaching on them?
29:07So might as well try to load up the other positions, try to win.
29:12Again, this is an opportunity for, hey, if I'm ever going to win flex, you got to win your triflex when you have multiple starters.
29:20So if there's anywhere I can catch up ground, it would be here.
29:24So we shall see. I mean, according to the pick predictor, it suggests that there should be quarterbacks available to me.
29:30Maybe 70% chance CJ Stroud will come back to me.
29:34I do think I like CJ Stroud a decent amount, though.
29:37So I think that him is probably where I'll go in this direction here.
29:42So let me get him pulled up here. Yeah, I mean, if you're going to have bad quarterback play, CJ Stroud fits nicely into that.
29:50Never really been a particularly fantasy relevant quarterback. Often fail to score virtually anything that will get you into a QB1 position.
29:57But as this laid down in the draft, and if you're prioritizing dominating elsewhere in your lineup, it can make plenty of sense.
30:04I am going to take Cam Ward as my second quarterback.
30:07Probably try and leave the quarterback position alone after this and just hope that I could get by with two because we
30:14are into round seven and I haven't taken a single running back yet.
30:18There's some pretty funky builds, but I'm probably leaning towards one of the more extreme builds in here.
30:24Andrew, do you think I'm waiting too long on running back?
30:28Or do you think I can still build out an okay running back room at this point?
30:33Well, I'm looking at the running back board here.
30:36When you look at the available running backs, and you can do this in the mock draft simulator, the draft assistant, you can filter by running backs.
30:45You can do the suggested players, top ranked players from each position.
30:48And we look at running backs specifically. So Dave Montgomery's still on the board.
30:53He's been getting a lot of puff. Smash. From fantasy analysts, both at Fantasy Bros and elsewhere, just about this guy's locked
31:00and loaded RB2 floor, which I definitely agree with.
31:03Does have a little bit of like those like dead zone tendencies where usually every pro case for Dave Montgomery is, well, the projected volume.
31:11And that never gets us into trouble when you're trying to talk about RB2s, especially when it's behind this super great Texans offensive line.
31:18That being said, for your particular build, I think that he can make sense there, but you still have Jadarian Price.
31:25He's a rookie running back. He's a first round pick.
31:28I think Price, I get the risk with him, but I mean, he's going outside the top 24 running backs and he
31:35was a running back taken in the first round.
31:38So to me, he still screams like a player that could be boom or bust.
31:43But if he hits on the boom side, okay, now you're looking at running back playing in a good offense that could
31:50be the lead back, especially with Zach Sharpen and Jalen Warren.
31:53We love him. Pollard, projected starter, Ramondre, Rico. So yeah, I think you actually still have a lot of decent options where Rashad White, talked about him.
32:02So especially in the eighth round coming up, it's probably your sweet spot to hit running back, kind of following your zero RB build.
32:09So I think you're in a good spot. Tucker Craft goes off at tight end six, one spot behind Harold Fanning.
32:16It's kind of 80 picks into this super flex, tight end premium, multi-flex draft.
32:21Do you think when training camp opens, when we get positive news, everything's trending positive for Tucker Craft, do you think he could flip Harold Fanning?

34:56I think with Fannin, you see where there could be arguments, not against the talent, but Brown situation quarterback-wise, not great.
35:03It's going to be Deshaun Watson that's the quarterback.
35:06That's gross. Especially because last year, you know, Fannin was really good with Shadur.
35:10We don't know how Fannin would be with Deshaun Watson.
35:13Deshaun Watson could just be absolutely terrible and they're just trotting him out there because, hey, he's on our roster paying him a lot of money.
35:22Let's just see what he has and Shadur isn't it.
35:25So that's bad. And then you also have the increase in target competition.
35:29Now it's not just Jerry Judy anymore. It's these rookies that they drafted, Denzel Boston and Casey Concepcion.
35:35So although we expect Fannin to take a step in his second season, there are potential environmental issues that could potentially derail
35:42a second year progression or second year breakout further for Harold Fannin.
35:45Whereas Tucker Craft, man, that guy was, I mean, he was going to be tight on one before he got hurt last year.
35:53Yeah. Yeah, Tucker Craft, I mean, he just plays the tight end position in a way that nobody else does.
35:59I was on a show with Joe last week where I kind of talked about Tucker Craft being one of the guys I'm still heavily targeting.
36:07I think that we do see a jump potentially around or so in ADP for him.
36:1210.6 yards after the catch last year, no other tight end with 25 catches or more was over eight.
36:1820-24, it was 9.3. Again, nobody else over eight.
36:21He's just an absolute yak monster. He's able to create in so many different ways.
36:2626% target share in the red zone last year.
36:29I think that it's the easiest piece of the Packers offense for me to buy in.
36:34I take Sam Laporte, though, making a second tight end to my bill.
36:38I decide to push running back a little bit further because I'm just not worried about it yet.
36:44I look at the guys on the board, Tony Pollard, Rico Dowdle, Tuba Hubbard, Jalen Warren.
36:49I'll take any of them in the next round and then I'll start loading up.
36:54You take Aaron Rodgers as your QB, too. How are you feeling about that QB room with CJ Stroud and Aaron Rodgers?
37:01About as well as one can feel if that's your quarterback room.
37:05So, Rodgers, he should throw a lot. That's about it.
37:08Don't think he's really that good anymore and I don't think that's really up for debate.
37:13He does have Metcalf. He has Michael Pittman Jr.
37:16Okay. But, that's it. And he should start most of the games because I'm not Jeral or Will Howard.
37:22Yeah, okay, sure. Sure, sure, sure. Maybe those guys will play but I don't think so.
37:27So, give me Rodgers walking those starts, baby. Yeah, and I mean, look, in this draft Aaron Rodgers went after Jacoby Brissett
37:34and Jacoby Brissett still hasn't signed an improved deal.
37:37I do believe that we'll probably see it at some point in the coming weeks.
37:41We are through eight rounds. This possibly will be the round where I finally cave and take a running back.
37:48If you're enjoying this stream, we do these every two weeks, myself and Andrew here on Fantasy Pros Twitch.
37:54All you need to do, support the channel, hit the subscribe button over here on Twitch, helps you unlock different emojis, you
38:01get to watch this ad-free, it helps keep the streams going and we've got loads of stuff going over here on Twitch,
38:08but there will be plenty more coming this week.
38:11Andrew is one pick away. So far his lineup is B.
38:14John Robinson, Devon O'Chann, Kenneth Walker, Tyler Warren, Teter Roy McMillan, Terry McLaurin, CJ Stroud, and Aaron Rodgers for that, you know,
38:21low floor, low ceiling QB room that at least locks in most likely certified starters throughout the season.
38:27Andrew, what are you kind of looking towards here as you immediately go on the clock as I say that?
38:33I am definitely looking for my running backs to hit in a big way, the guys that I drafted early on, but
38:40I'm going to draft a player that I just continuously draft in every single one of these drafts we do, and it's
38:47Rashad White, even though I don't necessarily need a running back here.
38:51It doesn't matter to me. You think he's the best player on the board, so that's what I'm going with.
38:57Well, I'm going to take Ramondre Stevenson, eventually caving and taking my first running back.
39:02So I have Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride, George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson, Jaylen Waddle, Cam Ward, Sam Laporta, and Ramondre Stevenson.
39:09Andrew, as a Patriots fan, how do you kind of see the Ramondre Trevion Henderson stuff splitting?
39:15In this draft, Trevion Henderson went almost exactly two rounds ahead of Ramondre Stevenson.
39:19I do think that eventually it's going to be a 60-40 split in favor of Trevion.
39:24I think that last year the playoffs are really kind of in the backs of our minds of what the split is
39:31going to be like when it was all Ramondre for the most part.
39:35Ramondre Stevenson finished the season really, really strong, but the final four weeks of the regular season, Henderson was ahead of Ramondre in a 60-40 split.
39:44So if the season had just ended then, we would collectively, I think, be much higher on Trevion Henderson.
39:50And not to say that he's cheap by any means, you know, he's a low-end RB2.
39:55I mean, he's basically going in the same range as he was last year.
39:59Showed out at the end of last year. I think Ramondre just kind of showed people that, hey, this guy was like, he's pretty good.
40:07Like, he's like a good running back and he kind of was left for dead after they drafted Henderson when his body of work was pretty, pretty good.
40:16Thousand-yard rusher, had a season with a lot of catches, big body back that was also explosive, just played on a bad
40:23offense before they really unlocked Drake May. So I think both guys are honestly draftable where they go, but I agree with
40:30your bill, Ramondre makes a ton of sense, especially early on in the season where I do think that he's going to
40:37see more of the share, but I think Henderson, again, he's another player that really great in the passing game, should be
40:44better in pass, bro, can't be worse, and he can get by on potentially a timeshare just based on how explosive it was.
40:51Again, when I was comparing when he came out, it was Gibbs Dave Montgomery.
40:56It was like the exact same thing, and I think that's kind of what you'll see again here in year two, but
41:03Henderson taking on a little bit more of the pie, especially as the season progresses.
41:07Yeah, you know, he needs to get better in pass protection, but he was a good pass protector in college, so it's
41:14not like some of these running backs where they just have no familiarity with what makes a good player in that position.
41:21I'm back on the clock, and I'm taking my second running back in Kenny Gainwell.
41:26Full PPR format really benefits him here. I think that he's better than Sean Tucker around the goal line, which will help him.
41:34Bucky Irving can't stay healthy. The team have talked about how they want a 1A, 1B, relationship between Gainwell and Bucky, and
41:41I know our friend Pat Fitzmaurice really likes Bucky, and I understand his arguments.
41:45I think the price that Bucky's at right now is kind of fair, but I think Kenneth Gainwell is another player who
41:52could rise in a couple of weeks' points. Michael Pittman for Pittsburgh Steelers stack.
41:56Feel good about it, Andrew? It feels as good as you can.
42:00I mean, I knew the answer. stacking this prolific Steelers passing game.
42:04Look, I'm just really leaning into the hope that with McCarthy, that they're throwing the ball at a top five rate.
42:11It's 11 personnel. Maybe they're not as much of the 12 personnel that it seems like the league is trending towards.
42:17Then again, they have two good tight ends, too, between Fryer, Ruth, Darnell, Washington, I think is a really fun piece.
42:24He's a guy that, I don't know, Tom, if you've seen Darnell Washington floating out there in Dynasty Leagues, especially in Titan
42:31Premium Dynasty Leagues, I'm trying to scoop him up here and there.
42:35He checks off some boxes, some of the advanced metrics, especially after the catch.
42:39Are you remotely concerned that he said last week he'd lost 45 pounds?
42:43If I lost 45 pounds, that would be quite significant.
42:47That's like him going from monster to regular-sized guy.
42:50You're one pick away, but yeah, do you think that could dramatically alter how he plays?
42:55That's a lot to lose. Maybe it means he's going to be less lined up as a sixth offensive lineman, and it
43:02means, hey, we're going to get this guy in space.
43:05Last year, again, looking back at yards after the catch per reception, Darnell Washington was one of those top guys.
43:11It's weird because you don't really view him as this dynamic receiver, more of a blocking tight end, but when they got
43:18him the ball last year, I remember there was a lot of weeks on betting pros where I was like, man, I'm
43:25betting the over on Darnell Washington receiving yards at 20 and a half because he just has to catch one pass and
43:32nobody wants to tackle this guy in open space.
43:35So, maybe I'll draft him in this draft. It is 20 rounds.
43:39So, I'm going to take Jordan Mason. You took Makai Lemon.
43:42I took Jordan Mason as my third running back and he got a little bit of hype last week.
43:48Again, he was somebody that I talked a little bit about when looking at zero running back targets and I was a
43:55little bit surprised by some of Jordan Mason's stats from last year because it didn't feel remotely impressive.
44:01Among the 31 running backs who had 700 or more rushing yards, he ranked 12th in yards per carry, 8th in explosive
44:08run rate, 11th in yards after contact per attempt, 7th in missed tackles force per attempt, which the missed tackles force per
44:15attempt was the one where I was like, I just didn't remember him being elusive like that.
44:20The problem was that out of those 31 running backs who had 700 or more yards in points per game, he ranked 30th out of 31.
44:29But my kind of copium, hopium, whatever you want to call it, is that in a more efficient offence, which isn't being
44:36hindered by JJ McCarthy, Jordan Mason could be a little bit better.
44:40And just as I was kind of coming around to that, we get a Vikings beat reporter talking about how this is
44:47Jordan Mason's backfield, and Aaron Jones is the guy who's going to be on third downs, Demon Claiborne isn't going to play very much in his rookie year.
44:55So, yeah, I'm not overly excited about it, but getting him as RB39, where are you at on the Vikings backfield, Andrew?
45:02I think I need to re-evaluate the splits from last year, because it seems like it's so hard to have these grand
45:09takeaways from the Vikings offense from last season, because of everything that was in turmoil with them last year, especially in the
45:16McCarthy starts, whether he was healthy, whether he was running around or not.
45:21The splits are weird. I remember going back and trying to figure out, okay, well, it was Aaron Jones that was the
45:28guy when he was healthy, but he's not always healthy, and Jordan Mason had opportunities, was okay, but to your point, did
45:35check off some more of the boxes in terms of success rates, some of the advanced rushing stuff.
45:40I was really big on Jordan Mason last year.
45:43He was definitely one of my guys I drafted a ton of, and it didn't work out, but I'm not so sure
45:50that, in kind of thinking about it a little bit more, that it was, oh, this is all his fault why it didn't work out.
45:58Maybe it was just really more of the Vikings offense kind of just like cratering with McCarthy, so I think I agree
46:05with you where I think I need to be drafting more of Jordan Mason.
46:10I've been hiring concerns on Aaron Jones because I just think that he was the default starter, but I want to acknowledge
46:17that he definitely fell off in a lot of advanced rushing stuff last year, kind of following a Camara-esque path where he's
46:24older running back, still really trusted, especially as a receiver out of the backfield, but if this Vikings offense can be top
46:3110 with Kyler, Jordan Mason I think is most likely going to be the main benefactor.
46:36Both guys are going to be free agents after the end of this year and I like these Vikings running backs more
46:43than I like the Titans ones, just to be totally honest, just looking at the offense, I like the Vikings offense overall more.
46:50Titans off the line is shaky, like looking more at that line, it's like, are we really excited about this and these running backs here?
46:58So yeah, I think that's a good pick. So I'm about to come back up on the clock, Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride,
47:05George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson, Jalen Waddell, Cam Ward, Sam Laporte, Ramondre Stevenson, Kenny Gainwell, Jordan Mason.
47:11A couple of running backs went off the board since my last pick, Zach Sharbin, Aja, Corey Kroski, Merritt, and Tajay Spears.
47:18But the guy who I had on, Chris Rodriguez makes it back to me.
47:22Chris Rodriguez is another guy who today, Monday the 6th of July seemed to be the day where there were a couple
47:29of positive reports for him around the fact that he's fully expected to be ready.
47:34A couple of experienced Jaguars beat reporters or Jaguars beat reporters, maybe I should say, saying that they expect him to have a significant role in this offense.
47:43The Athletic called it that today and I'm sure we saw another report.
47:47So he feels like somebody who is going to start getting pushed back up and as my running back four, I feel
47:54quite happy taking him there in the 12th round.
47:57Andrew, you've just made your pick. Which way did you go at the 12th round of this draft?
48:02Took another wide receiver because that's kind of what I invested the least amount into early in the draft and you have
48:09to start three wide receivers in this triflex format.
48:12So I took Xavier Worthy, seems like another player where high on him entering last year, but his season basically ended midway
48:19through the first game when he got bodied by Travis Kelsey over the middle of the field.
48:25And from then on, from that point, it was basically over for him.
48:29Like he was banging up with the shoulder. They never really got to unleash the plans I had for him.
48:35The Chiefs offense was just generally in disarray. So this season, he's significantly cheaper.
48:40This is best ball. So if he is going to rip off some big plays, if Holmes offense can ever get back
48:47to throwing the ball deep downfield effectively, well, Xavier Worthy at least seems like a guy that could potentially infrate balance back.
48:54It was between him and Jordan Addison. And I did talk poorly about Jordan Addison on the show we did with Jake Sealy last week.
49:02And honestly, I thought more about it and Jake made a lot of good points.
49:06So that's another player that I think based on where he was going here, he was another player I was also considering because of his boom bust nature.
49:15But that works in a best ball setting because he can generate a lot of big plays.
49:21So Jordan Addison was also the player I was considering.
49:24He was the next wide receiver that went off to Haynes be at the two or a 12-11 spot.
49:30Yeah. And Haynes also took Kenyon Sadiq as the tight end 20.
49:34Andrew back on the clock. Now we did have a bit of running backs which is slightly irksome to me.
49:40Aaron Jones, Keion Mitchell, Tyron Tracy, Jonah Coleman all off the board.
49:44Chigga Conquo, Jawan Johnson on the corner as well.
49:47So I'm still firmly just looking at the running back position to give myself just a little bit more legacy.
49:53I want my wide receivers to be the star of this team but I'm absolutely willing to go with a volume approach
50:00to make sure that when I do need two running backs each week and potentially someone filling in flex spots I want
50:07to make sure they're good options and I'm going to take Tyler Algier.
50:11I think that Tyler Algier has been devalued because people are disappointed in the situation.
50:16We all wanted Tyler Algier to find somewhere where he could be the lead guy.
50:21It looked like that might have happened in Arizona and then they bring in Jeremiah Love but Tyler Algier earned carries with the Falcons.
50:2842% red zone rush share, 32 carries inside the five yard line, never fumbled in his entire NFL career so there's plenty
50:35to love about him and if you are looking at this conversation you should join Fantasy Pro's Discord community you can chat

51:07Andrew, we are ripping through this draft, 13 rounds in, your team of B.
51:12John Robinson, Devon O'Chan, Kenneth Walker, Tyler Warren, Terrell McMillan, Terry McLaurin, CJ Stroud, Aaron Rodgers, Rashad White, and Michael Pittman, Makai Lemon, Xavier Worthy, Greg Dulcich.
51:21Your boy, Greg Dulcich, he slipped past Haynes who's taken him in a couple of drafts that we've done.
51:27Are you pleased to add Greg Dulcich as your tight end too?
51:30Yes, I am. Very happy about that. Probably the best pick I've made so far here in the 13th round.
51:37I'm surprised you glossed over it. You were hyping up Tyler here.
51:41Another one of those players that I feel like I've been high on.
51:45ever since he got drafted in the NFL. And of course, the guy just keeps running into playing behind these top five drafted first round pick running backs.
51:54This guy can't catch a break, even though your point, man, he's been really solid, rock solid, doesn't fumble red zone presence.
52:01But yeah, I like what I'm doing so far here.
52:04Still need a couple. Sweeteners, I need another quarterback, so I'm not going to tell you who I'm looking at, but a
52:11certain player that maybe I could stack with one of my running backs I drafted really highly.
52:16So we'll see how those things shake out. But I'm looking on leaning on the draft assistant here too, especially with like
52:23the suggestions to kind of see where it sees the board based on what my team needs, which is obviously one of
52:30the great benefits of using the draft assistant live in your drafts.
52:34It can really help you pinpoint not just the top ranked players, but top ranked players specific to what you're actually doing
52:41and what you've already drafted up to this point.
52:44Yeah, well, I'm back on the clock and I am going to take the last running back.
52:49I'm going to be taking in a while. I have now gone six running backs in a row.
52:55I had Ramon Joe Stevenson, Kenny Gamewell, Jordan Mason, Chris Rodriguez and Tyler Algier.
52:59And then I did Dylan Sampson. For me, this is a clear value pick.
53:04I think that he's one of the best values on the board right now because I do not believe that Quinchan Judkins
53:11is going to have a clean one versus RB two role.
53:14I think it's going to be a mix. I think that the Browns are going to be in much more pass heavy
53:21situations because their defense is going to stink without Myles Garrett.
53:25And the pass catching, it goes to Dylan Sampson.
53:28All the advanced metrics favor Dylan Sampson over Quinchan Judkins.
53:31Andrew, where did you go with your pick? I went with another Patriots wide receiver, not AJ Brown, because I was not
53:38able to land him in this particular draft. Very sad.
53:41Play the sad trombone meme, please. Editors, insert that in there.
53:45Anytime we can't get AJB, anytime we can't get AJB, but Dobbs, I still think he has a lot of touchdown upside in this Patriots offense.
53:53I think that probably makes him a little bit more boomer bust in your traditional redraft leagues, but Dobbs, I think is
54:00still going to catch a lot of touchdowns attached to Drake May.
54:04I don't think there's enough about Drake May having way more red zone success this season with way more weapons that he
54:11has at his disposal, opposed to last year when guys were running into each other guys were running the wrong routes in the red zone.
54:19So way more touchdown upside. So getting him here in the 15th round, or 14th round when I needed receiver help, I think he's a good pick.
54:27Tight end absolutely cleaned out since our last picks.
54:30AJ Barner, TJ Hawkinson, Cade Otten, Terrence Ferguson and Gunnar Helm go off the board.
54:35We're down to tight end 28 now off the board.
54:38So this tight end premium, we do seem to see them start going off a little bit around here.
54:44Andrew's on the clock with 10 seconds left. His roster sitting with two tight ends, sitting with four running backs, those two quarterbacks.
54:51He takes Jalen Coker. I'm going to lock in somebody that I believe is a value and I was convinced Andrew was
54:58about to take him as his tight end three, but instead I will take him as my tight end three.
55:05That is Pat Fryer move. Postman Pat always delivers.
55:08It's just impossible not to look back at last year as a blip for me.
55:12He played a career low 52% of snaps. I think it was his previous career low in snaps was 62% as a
55:19rookie and that is an Arthur Smith stat. Arthur Smith rotated them.
55:23Johnnie Smith is no longer there, so it's a bit cleaner.
55:27There's only the two tight ends, Donald Washington and Pat Fryer move.
55:30I think Pat Fryer move is going to be a red zone threat this year and a good bet to score five, six touchdowns.
55:38Andrew, you took Jalen Coker. You're going very heavy with wide receivers.
55:42Obviously I started four wide receivers inside the first six rounds, but then I haven't taken another wide receiver and win around 15.
55:49You started with three running backs followed by a tight end and then you've gone Terrell McMillan, Terry McLaurin, Michael Pittman, Makai
55:56Lemon, Xavier Worthy, Romeo dubs and Jalen Coker. So sitting on seven wide receivers.
56:01Do you feel like you feel pretty happy with the kind of level of wide receiver who's still available at this point in this draft?
56:09Yeah, I think that receiver is one of these positions where it's the least about opportunity and it really is about are you good, right?
56:17Other players sometimes can make up for it. Running backs, we know, can be really volume driven.
56:22Same thing with tight end, but receiver, if you're not good, you don't usually get volume.
56:27So I still think that we're in a range where Jalen Coker, I think he's a really talented guy and whenever he's
56:34been on the field and healthy, he has been very effective and I do think it's not a hedge, but a little
56:41bit of, okay, I did invest a high pick in T-Mac earlier in this draft.
56:46T-Mac misses any time. I'm not concerned or have any reservations about, oh, well, Jalen Coker is going to step up and
56:53have big games if T-Mac is going to miss any extended time.
56:57So if this Panthers offense does take a step forward overall as a passing unit, if they let hashtag Bryce Young cook
57:04a little bit more, at least let him in the kitchen.
57:07Let him turn on the oven. I remember when I was younger, my dad would always tell me, Andrew, go turn the grill on.
57:15Just go turn it on. Just get it warmed up for me.
57:19I'd be like, Bryce Young, go out there on the porch, go turn the grill on because he wanted me to learn
57:26how to operate gasoline and all that, or a tank, et cetera.
57:29So yeah, that's my plan there with the Coker pick.
57:33And again, got to please the Coke heads out there.
57:36Yeah, I like Coker. If you exclude week seven, his first game back, he had the rest of the season, had 15th
57:43highest yards battalion for the rest of the season, five games over 45 receiving yards, which doesn't sound insane, but it is
57:50a nice amount when you're talking this late in the draft.
57:53There's some interesting picks that we're going to circle back to in a minute.
57:58Looking at what's on the board as I've got 12 seconds left, it's Omar Cooper, Jawan Jennings, Jalen Naylor, Tank Dell, Jerry Judy.
58:05It's a little bit disgusting. I'm going to take Ryan Flournoy, who I have a bit more faith in than some of
58:12those guys above him, which puts Andrew on the clock.
58:15While we were talking about the parenting style of Mr.
58:18Mr. Erickson, Travis Hunter went off the board one spot after Brandon Iyuk going in the 16th round.
58:24Andrew, we've done some of these drafts where we've seen Brandon Iyuk slip to.
58:28I think you took him with the very last pick of the draft at one point a couple of weeks ago.
58:35How do you feel about that? Would you be willing to take him in the 16th round or do you still feel
58:42like he's more of a late, late dart throw?
58:45I think that the latest you can take him, the better.
58:49Right? Because this guy seems like a ticking time bomb.
58:52Really no idea what this is going to... It just seems more and more likely it's going to be a Deontay Johnson type of thing.
59:00Where he's not playing for anybody but the minute that if he does sign with the team, he gets cut from the 49ers.
59:07We know that he's a talented player and we're in a range where you know that there is a percentile outcome where
59:14if he's just on the field, he's so much better than everyone else that goes in this range.
59:20It's not even close because of what his body of work.
59:23He's not old. He's not washed, I don't think, but we don't know how healthy he is.
59:29He has season ending in injuries. So I still think 16th round is okay, but would prefer to wait as long as humanly.
59:36Again, I don't think you should be in a scenario where I got to reach for Brandon.
59:41Yeah. I don't think that we've reached that range at any point right now.
59:46I think that you got to get some exposure to him because he is a player that is going to move dramatically either down or up.
59:54And I think it's worth it still even here in the 16th round.
59:58Yeah. I mean, I'm not drafting much Brandon Ayuk apart from when I'm co-drafting teams for people and they make a case that they'd like to draft it.
60:07And I'm fine if people believe in it, but I think there's above 50% chance that Brandon Ayuk does not play football this year.
60:15Since your last pick of Omar Cooper, Sean Tucker, Rashard Bateman, Trey Tucker, Jalen Naylor, Mike Sikhi, Emmett Johnson, Jaden Blue all go off the board.
60:23Andrew's back on the clock taking Shadur Sanders. Andrew, talk to me about Shadur Sanders.
60:28He was the highest ranked quarterback left on the board.
60:31It is a continual fade on Deshaun Watson who went the 13th 08.
60:35It didn't seem like there was going to be anyone taking quarterback anytime soon, but I still wanted to make sure I
60:42got at least a third quarterback and I'm not taking Kirk Cousins.
60:46You can't pay me to take Kirk Cousins in a super flex draft.
60:50Not happening. I don't care about Brady and he's going to, they can start him the first month of the season and
60:57lose all those games and I think that's why we're going to see Mendoza sooner rather than later.
61:03He was not good last year. Kirk Cousins was not a good quarterback last season and guys coming off these Achilles injuries, injuries.
61:10They just don't have the same zip on the ball anymore.
61:14That's why I haven't talked anything positive about the quarterback that I drafted Aaron Rodgers in the eighth round because he had
61:21an Achilles injury a couple years ago. So should her for me just bet against Deshaun and maybe they can do some
61:28create stuff in this Cleveland Browns offense that has some interesting pieces here and there.
61:32I also don't think how long is Watson if he even starts the year, how long is he going to last behind a brand new offensive line?
61:41No, he can't play. Come on. Yeah. Just going back to the Raiders, you do a lot of great work for us
61:48on Betting Pros channel and all that side of it.
61:51And I know you've already started digging into the podcast over there and getting some stuff out there.
61:57How many games do you reckon the Raiders are favorites for this year?
62:01How many? I know they're a favorite at least in one because we've won their favorites against the Miami Dolphins.
62:07I would say, well, they're not going to be favored in any of their division games.
62:12Nope. I would say four. Four games are favorites?
62:15And now for the second part of this. Three.
62:18Three. For the second part of this, guess how long after week one it is before their next favorite?
62:24After week 10. Week 16 against the Titans and week 17 against the Cardinals.
62:29So it doesn't make sense to wait. I don't understand what this whole waiting thing is.
62:34Like, yeah, sure. Maybe you don't throw him out quite straight away, but like the easy games are not coming for them.
62:41So, yeah, I think that we see him by early October at the latest.
62:45I'm back on the clock now. We are into round 18.
62:49I'm taking Isaac Teslal, which gives me a roster so far of Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride, George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson,
62:56Jalen Waddell, Cam Ward, Sam Laporte, Ramondre Stevenson, Kenny Gamewell, Jordan Mason, Chris Rodriguez, Tyler Algier, Dylan Sampson, Pat Freimuth, Ryan Flournoy.
63:03This will be the year for Marshawn Lloyd in round 17.
63:06And then Isaac Teslar. Andrew is back on the clock.
63:09His roster so far is B. John Robinson, Devon Ochan, Kenneth Walker, Tyler Warren, Terrell McMillan, Terry McLaurin, CJ Stroud, Aaron Rodgers,
63:16Rashad White, Michael Pittman, Makai Lemon, Xavier Worthy, Greg Dulcich, Romeo Dubs, Jalen Coker, Omar Cooper, Shader Sanders and Ray Davis as RB66.
63:24Happy, Andrew? Yes, I am happy, but I think that you'll be even happier.
63:28Look at my number one suggestion with tight end right now.
63:32Obviously. But is that taken into account, the 46 lost pounds?
63:35Who can say? The ranks might need to be adjusted.
63:38I'm not sure. And it does go off the board to the team at 103.
63:43To Sal Pal, who, you know, I'm not going to hang him out to dry, but our producer behind the sticks, Sal Pal taking his fifth tight end.
63:52He has Brock Bowers, Colston Loveland, Travis Kelsey, Terrence Ferguson and now Darnell Washington.
63:56Fill those flex spots up with tight ends. Big Chef Gaming in the chat saying best ball season.
64:02You better believe it. We've got these every two weeks until the season starts.
64:06Let us know which contest you want to draft in next time.
64:10We've done this $5 draft tonight. We did the $125 draft a couple of weeks ago.
64:15We've done the $35 super flex. We've drafted against each other.
64:19Myself and Andrew have also drafted together on teams before.
64:22Let us know what you want to see. We're happy to do it.
64:26And if anyone wants to spot us for like a 10k very high stakes entry, look, we're willing to do that.
64:33Just we have to make sure Andrew doesn't time out on any picks.
64:37He's gone a pretty long way in this one since the Devin O'Chant auto draft in round two.
64:43I probably wouldn't be. I don't think I should.
64:46I don't think I should be driving in those.
64:48Can't drive. No. Can't do it. You shouldn't be talking right now.
64:52You should be picking. You got 10 seconds left in this one in round 19.
64:57Tory Horton goes off the board before you. I'm sitting here now with seven running backs and six wide receivers.
65:03Feels like the draft board's quite open to me for which way I can go at this point.
65:09Andrew takes George Helani. Was that an auto draft, Andrew?
65:12Was that who you wanted? That's what I wanted.
65:15Yeah. Let's go with that. I don't really love much of running backs at this point in the draft.
65:21So instead, I'm going to take a guy who I believe in whose rookie profile was excellent.
65:27And that is Ted Hurst. I think that the books are going to be one of those teams who still continue to
65:34play three wide receiver sets at one of the higher rates in the league.
65:38Without Mike Evans, there is an absolute gulf in red zone targets.
65:42There's a gulf in those kind of big body plays.
65:45And I think that Ted Hurst can absorb some of those.
65:49Haynes in the chat, very much enjoying that. You shouldn't be talking right now.
65:53You should be picking. Put it on a t-shirt.
65:56Yeah. I'll buy it. Get yourself over at Fantasy Pro's merch store.
66:00Beautiful hats like these. Kirk Cousins goes off the board as QB 36.
66:04Looking at this kind of draft overall, we've seen some pretty funky strategies.
66:08We've seen a lot of different ones. Obviously, I leaned heavily into a 0 RB one, and we can recap that when we're finished.
66:16But we've seen the team of the one slot took five running backs in the first nine rounds and hasn't taken a single one since.
66:24They've gone wide receiver and tight end pretty much consistently for the rest of the draft.
66:29We've got the team of the nine slot, which went three running backs, two quarterbacks, and then it's still just kind of bobbled about a bit.
66:37George Kittle, Hunter, Henry Colby, Parkinson as their tight ends.
66:40We've got out of the two slot, Haynes, who started triple wide receiver.
66:44He's building Tetris blocks here. Triple wide receiver with Jamar Chase, AJ Brown, Rashid Rice, two running backs in Brees Hall, Giovanni
66:51Williams, four quarterbacks, which kind of shut you out at quarterback a little bit more.
66:56Then balancing it with three late round tight ends in Dallas Goddard, Kenyon Sadiq, and TJ Hawkinson.
67:01So it's been a fun one. Andrew, anything kind of stand out to you about how this draft's played out over the
67:08last 19 rounds that has surprised you or that you've enjoyed?
67:12Well, always doing these drafts with you is a ton of fun, Tom.
67:16Of course. A lot of doing these basketball drafts, especially when I'm not, auto drafting picks.
67:21It's even nicer when I actually make my own picks.
67:24So that's also a, a plethora. I don't know.
67:27I think I'm ready to dig into the post draft analyzer because that is one of the greatest things about the draft
67:34assistant and making sure that things are synced up because it helps provide a quick recap of, Hey, what just happened?
67:41What could you have done differently? So it's because whenever anyone asks me, like, what do you, what is most interested you the most?
67:48I'm like, I've been so focused on my own team and not trying to auto draft that I barely had time to
67:55look at other teams and what they're doing, but considering your team, because that's, we've obviously talked about that one a lot.
68:02The fact that you went zero RB true and true of its form and you did create, take Chris Rodriguez, but besides
68:09that pick, like, it's hard to argue with the running backs that you made here, Stevenson, Gainwell, Mason, Algier, Samson.
68:16I think Samson is going to outscore Judkins to start the season.
68:20You look at the matchups Judkins has, he faces the Jaguars and the Buccaneers on the road, back-to-back road games for a brand new offensive line.
68:28Judkins is going to have no chance to do anything to start the year, especially coming off his injury.
68:34So I think after entering week three, it's going to be like, all right, who's the Browns?
68:39Number one running back. It's like, well, Samson's been the more productive guy because he's just been catching passes.
68:45So I think that he's like a zero RB staple and then Marshawn Lloyd as well.
68:50So tip a cap to you. If I had, if I had a hat, I'd be tipping it to you, Tom.
68:57Well, I round out my draft with Keenan Allen.
69:00I'll recap mine whilst Andrew makes his last pick or last auto pick.
69:04We'll see Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride, George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson, Jalen Waddle, Cam Ward, Sam LaPorter, Ramondre Stevenson, Kenny Gainwell,
69:11Jordan Mason, Chris Rodriguez, Tyler Algier, Dylan Sampson, Pat Frymuth, Ryan Flournoy, Marshawn Lloyd, Isaac Teslar, Ted Hurst, and Keenan Allen.
69:18I would not want this running back room if I was in redraft, but in this setting, in best ball, I feel pretty happy with it.
69:26Keenan Allen as well at wide receiver 89, 235th overall.
69:29I'm putting him at least round 16, at least round 16, no matter where he signs, so I feel good with that.
69:36You made one last quarterback pick to round out the draft, Andrew, Bijan Robinson, Devon Ochan, Kenneth Walker, Tyler Warren, Terrell McMillan,
69:43Terry McLaurin, CJ Stroud, Aaron Rodgers, Rashad White, Michael Pittman, Makai Lemon, Xavier Worthy, Greg Dulcich, Romeo Dubs, Jalen Coker, Omar Cooper,
69:50Shader Sanders, Ray Davis, George Helani, and the QB 37 overall in this draft.
69:55Who did you take and why? Sorry, I've just seen your draft grade.
69:59They were not pleased, not pleased with my draft grade.
70:02I can't wait to see who hates you great.
70:05For the audio listeners, on the Fantasy Pros podcast feed, Andrew just received a D plus, 68 out of 100.
70:11He did take JJ McCarthy, just got to let that one go by.
70:15So his quarterback room is CJ Stroud, Aaron Rodgers, Shader Sanders, and JJ McCarthy.
70:20Andrew, let's dive in. I'm excited to read some more of a full analysis from the Fantasy Pros, Mock Draft Wizard, and
70:27Draft Assistant even, to tell us why your draft was so terrible.
70:31I do have the number one running backs first, but it's really penalizing me for quarterbacks and in a super flex format, that bears a lot of weight.
70:40If you have really bad quarterbacks, it's really hard when, everyone else is starting two quarterbacks against you every single week.
70:46So I think that this shines a light on the risk you can take on if you decide to punt quarterback down the road.
70:54And this is the bad scenario case. Like the worst case outcome when you get stuck with Aaron Rodgers as a reliable
71:01starter, someone you have to play every single week.
71:04And even during our draft, I was not glowing about, yeah, man, he's a great value in round eight.
71:10No, that's not how I felt whatsoever. I would have felt much better if Stroud was my QB two and I drafted a quarterback earlier on.
71:18Maybe that's the direction I should have gone instead earlier, instead of going three straight running backs, drafting a quarterback in one
71:25of those spots instead of one of those running backs, I think, too.
71:29Oh, go ahead. Well, I was going to say one of the kind of pivot points potentially could have been in round
71:36six, you took Terry McLaurin ahead of Kyler Murray and Malik Willis.
71:40If you had Kyler Murray, Malik Willis or Sam Darnold as your QB one and CJ Stroud as your QB two and
71:47then say Jordan Tyson or Marvin Harrison as your wide receiver two, would that make you feel better?
71:53Probably. And even when I'm looking at the pick analysis, so which picks would you change?
71:58If you look at all the recommendations, it's drafting quarterback around three, drafting quarterback in first round, drafting quarterback in the second
72:05round, drafting quarterback in the fourth round. So really emphasizing that, hey, you flew too close to the sun with this late
72:12round quarterback approach in super flex and this is the result you get.
72:16It's a less than ideal roster. So although I'm loaded up at running back, that doesn't really seem that advantageous when you're
72:23looking at the overall scope of your draft afterwards.
72:26So even if I drafted Drake May, right, in the first round over Bijan, again, I wasn't considering going in that direction.
72:33But hey, this is how you get better, Tom.
72:36All right. So although this is probably a dead team, luckily, this isn't one of the $125 best ball drafts that we're doing.
72:43This is one of the $5 ones. But I do think that in some of these lower stakes best ball drafts, this
72:50does give you a chance to experiment a little bit more and take on a little bit more risk with some of these strategies.
72:58Yeah, definitely. And to be fair, I saw on the screen, I was projected, well, ranked seventh in the teams there.
73:04My team, the top team, my good friend Rory, Tom can't draft the team name, does come in with the most projected points.
73:11Rory, I'll get you next time. But yes, I'll take the little victory of just being ahead on Andrew.
73:18Andrew, any particular analysis, any particular experts who particularly hated your draft there?
73:22Yeah, so to be fair, even the Andrew Erickson bot gave me a B.
73:26And I'm always like, 99 out of 100, Andrew Erickson loves your draft.
73:30And again, this happens too when you make a couple auto picks here and there, you're going to get a bad grade.
73:37Just got to show up, man. You got to do your homework.
73:41You got to raise your hand. You got to participate.
73:44Again, other things that Mr. Mr. Erickson taught me alongside turning on the grill.
73:49Make sure you do your homework and participate in class.
73:52But Drew DeLucha, like my draft, 85. Mick Cialello from Fantrax.
73:55And Fitzy. Fitzy was nice. He gave me a B.
73:59B minus 80 out of 100. A lot of people hated my draft.
74:03You didn't even draft many Packers. Didn't draft any Packers.
74:06So, but I got T-Mac. Or Bucky Erick. McLaurin, Kenny Walker, Kenneth Walker.
74:10And then, yeah, a lot of Lou Brunson from Optimist Fantasy Football gave me a 57 out of 100.
74:16So that is a big old F on the draft board.
74:20I need to get your team pulled up here, Tom, so we can take a closer look there.
74:25Here, let's see. Yeah, so my team for one last time, Lamar Jackson, Trey McBride, George Pickens, Zay Flowers, Garrett Wilson, Jalen
74:32Waddle, Cam Ward, Sam Laporte are waiting until round nine to take my first running back.
74:37Ramondre Stevenson, Kenny Gainwell, Jordan Mason, Chris Rodriguez, Tyler Algier, Dylan Sampson, Pat Frymuth as my tight end three, Ryan Flournoy, Marshawn
74:44Lloyd, Isaac Teslar, Ted Hurst, and Keenan Allen to round out the draft.
74:48Andrew, what are they saying? Let's see. I have not been able to pull up your exact team.
74:54I think it's A plus, 100 out of 100.
74:57Oh, wait, oh, here we go. Here we go.
75:00You are. All right, here we go. T-Strak. So you came in second?
75:04Oh my God. Second, first loser. Okay, here we go.
75:0785 out of 100. Yeah, there we go. 85.
75:10So what have I got? I've got Dolan Del Don.
75:13We've got Jeremy Shulman. Lots of people giving me nice grades over 90 points.
75:18Lou Brunson, who liked your draft. No, no, no, didn't like your draft.
75:22Gave me a 63 out of 100. We've got to...
75:25Not in on Lamar Jackson, Cam Ward, or Sam LaPorte.
75:28We've got to share this stream with him and he's going to just like rip us to shreds.
75:34you need to track you down. But yes, I'm sure Sal Pal 2's roster out of the three slot with Brock Bowers,
75:41Colston Loveland was definitely one which looked nice. Producer Sal, absolutely doing it all tonight.
75:4673 out of 100 for Sal. 73 out of 100.
75:49Let's see. Pretty good. Lou also didn't like his draft either.
75:52Lou Brunson hated it. Lou. Alfredo Brown though, always liked him.
75:56He likes your draft, Sal. So yes, this has been a very fun one.
76:00Definitely interested to check in on this one as the season progresses and see how this plays out because it is such
76:07a unique format with the ability to start up to six wide receivers or to start up to five running backs to start four tight ends.
76:16There's so many different ways that things can break right for you in this one and we truly appreciate everybody who was in the draft with us.
76:24It was a lot of fun. I had a blast.
