Amon-Ra St. Brown

NegativeValue58:30

Amon Ra St. Brown was drafted at pick 118 in full PPR, which the source notes is lucky and shouldn't typically happen in full PPR scoring. This suggests he fell further than expected in this mock draft, though the source acknowledges this was fortunate rather than a reliable expectation for future leagues.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveValue19:16

The source took Bucky Irving in the fourth round to pair with Bijan Robinson, emphasizing Irving's strong finish in 2024 when the Buccaneers' offensive line was healthier. The source is leaning into Irving when many others are fading him, suggesting undervalued draft position despite the offensive line concerns in 2025.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveRole21:44

The source took Christian Watson in the fifth round as a third wide receiver. The Packers traded away Dontavian Wicks and Romeo Dobbs, the only Packers player running routes on over 60% of drop-backs last year. The source projects Watson could reach near 120 targets with per-target upside comparable to a 2024 Terry McLaurin season, expecting the Packers may need to throw more.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue28:48

The source took Chuba Hubbard in the seventh round as a lead back, noting many people are overlooking him for Jonathan Brooks but the source is not one of them. The source views Hubbard as still a lead back despite Brooks' presence, suggesting undervalued draft position relative to the competition narrative.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveValue60:01

Colston Loveland is positioned as a high-end tight end option that drafters should target if available; the source groups him with Jalen Bowers as premium-tier tight ends to prioritize, contrasting them with later-round fallback options like George Kittle and Isaiah Likely.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveRole25:00

Pat took DeAndre Swift in the sixth round as the second running back, wanting to attach to the Ben Johnson running game. Pat notes Johnson is the premier run game designer in the NFL, finishing top five in run game DVOA the last three years with the Bears or Detroit. The offensive line is strong at three of five spots despite Chris Dahlman's retirement and Ozzie Trapilo's patellar injury. Pat expects Swift to operate in a tag team with Mononga but feels good about the Bears running game.

Insight page

David Montgomery

PositiveProjection24:00

The source took David Montgomery in the sixth round as the third running back, calling it a 'boring, but good pick.' Montgomery was number one in the NFL in EPA per rush on man gap runs; the Texans' system (number two in man gap runs) mirrors the Rams' under Sean McVay. Montgomery has strong goal-line equity with only Woody Marks as competition, and favorable game scripts given the Texans' defense.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveValue32:00

George Kittle represents exceptional value at tight end in the ninth round. The source emphasizes that Kittle and Travis Kelsey are being punted at tight end this year, falling to later rounds than typical. Pairing Kittle with Isaiah Likely in later rounds creates a strong two-tight-end construction if you miss the top-tier options like Bowers or Loveland. While there are some question marks at the beginning of the season, the upside is so high that the value is compelling.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveValue57:33

Isaiah Likely is a late-round tight end with touchdown equity upside on a good offense. The source highlights him as an ideal pairing with George Kittle if you miss the top-tier tight ends, creating a strong two-tight-end construction with floor and upside.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

PositiveSleeper27:48

The source took Jadarian Price in the seventh round as an upside pick and RB4, providing insurance if Josh Jacobs is suspended and given age concerns with David Montgomery. The Seahawks were fourth in PPR points as a running back group; Zach Charbonnet's return timeline is uncertain, leaving Emmanuel Wilson and George Helani as competition. The source views Price as a worthwhile upside shot in this spot, describing him as having huge upside.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveRole57:33

Jalen Coker was drafted as a late-round pick on a good offense with touchdown equity upside. The source emphasizes he was selected as part of a team construction focused on players with high touchdown potential.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

PositiveValue22:48

The source took Jaden Daniels in the sixth round as a premium position quarterback, pivoting from running back after several targets didn't fall. The source acknowledges the pick is 'a little risky' but is threading the needle hoping to land a preferred running back in the next round.

Insight page

Jerry Jeudy

PositiveValue58:57

Jerry Jeudy was drafted in round seven in this mock draft. The source notes he doesn't expect Jeudy to go that late in most home leagues by August, suggesting this was a fortunate pick in the mock draft and that Jeudy should be targeted earlier in real leagues.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

PositiveBreakout31:00

Jonathan Brooks is the official FantasyPros sleeper running back of the year, with multiple FantasyPros analysts (Pat, D-Bro, Erickson) having written sleeper articles featuring him. Twitter injury docs suggest more confidence in the second ACL repair than the first. By training camp, it will be 20 months since the injury. The Panthers' second-round investment suggests they want to see it pay off, and Brooks is expected to get a chance to supplant Chuba Hubbard.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveRole30:00

The source took Josh Downs in the eighth round as a wide receiver four and flex, noting he should see more opportunity with Michael Pittman out. Downs is WR23 in targets per route run over his rookie contract. The Colts are favored in only six games, so the source expects more passing volume. Volatility exists with Daniel Jones' health (Achilles injury on plant foot, similar to Kirk Cousins' struggles), but Downs benefits if Alec Pierce is not 100% to start. The source also notes Downs fell later than expected and shouldn't have dropped where he did, representing good value.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveValue59:39

Josh Jacobs is being undervalued in drafts. The source notes he may be underrated due to being perceived as boring and off-season legal concerns, though those legal issues appear resolved with no charges expected. The source sees value in Jacobs and is playing him up as an undervalued option.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole25:54

The source took Marvin Harrison in the sixth round as the fourth wide receiver, citing a potential volume play with changes in the Cardinals offense. The source notes the offense will run heavier but expects Marvin Harrison to remain involved, suggesting upside in the spot.

Insight page

Mike Evans

PositiveProjection19:18

The source took Mike Evans in the fifth round, emphasizing that 'the touchdown equity for Mike Evans is through the freaking roof' and expecting a decent target share. The source notes strong conviction on the pick, nearly considering taking Evans earlier in the draft.

Insight page

Sam LaPorta

NegativeValue31:00

The source took Sam Laporta in the ninth round as tight end depth during a round where six of 12 picks were tight ends. The source was targeting running back depth but took Laporta as part of the tight end run in the round.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveRole20:06

Pat took Travis Etienne in the sixth round over Cam Scadaboo, preferring the healthier option. Pat believes the threat of Alvin Kamara is overstated and expects Etienne to receive a 'pretty healthy two thirds dose' of the workload, with the remainder split among Kamara, Devin Neal, and others. Pat cites the fast pace of Kellen Moore's play-calling in New Orleans as a positive factor.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection30:00

Pat took Trevor Lawrence in the eighth round, noting he averaged 26.6 fantasy points per game over his last seven games and 'go nuclear, running, adding rushing value.' Pat is concerned the Jaguars may lean too hard into heavy sets with tight ends drafted this year, moving away from 11 personnel with their receivers, but still views Lawrence as a strong value at this point.

0:10Lie back, relax, and let your dreams take flight.
0:13Welcome to Alaska Airlines. What's up friends and welcome into Fantasy Pros, the Fantasy Football Podcast.
0:18Actually, the Mock Draft Podcast because that is what we are doing today.
0:21We have got a full PPR 12 team. We've got a couple awesome people that are going to be joining us.
0:27Of course, here at Fantasy Pros, we've got Pat Fitzmaurice and Scott Bogman.
0:31But, the big dog. Lord Reeves himself. It is Rich Rebar, my best friend who I have not talked to in a year, but we are best friends.
0:39We've already determined this from last year. Rich, what's up buddy?
0:42What's going on guys? You know, we're closing in on, you know, 4th of July.
0:47And then basically after 4th of July, it's just the season for me.
0:50You know, I have a new content series that comes out every week for the opening kickoff of the season.
0:56So, I feel like my summer is already over.
0:59Oh, you got it. Well, let's finish the plug real quick.
1:02What is the series? Let's hear it real quick.
1:04Well, it's just a different series every week. So, the opening series will just be like all of my like kind of
1:11in-depth tiers where it's almost like an almanac on like every player.
1:14And then I do like league wide trends, positional trends, like ADP trends, all these things to kind of formulate like a
1:21big draft kit that ends up being, you know, hundreds of pages long when you sign up for that.
1:26So, you can check that out. SharpFootballAnalysis.com. Go check that stuff out.
1:29Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautimous. Love it. We've also got the draft kit going on here.
1:33Pat Fitzmaurice has been hard at work at here on Fantasy Pros.
1:37Scott Bogman, a master of all the things in the rankings world and all the shows and really the clip master here
1:43at Fantasy Pros Boggs where you get the greatest clips that are on Instagram and whatever and people are fighting.
1:49I love it. Gentlemen, we've got a mock draft here.
1:52We're not going to be drafting kickers and defense.
1:54We are going to be drafting three wide receivers, two running backs, a quarterback, a flex.
1:59Did I say tight end? Tight end. A couple bench spots here.
2:02Twelve rounds. We're just getting out of the no fluff here.
2:06No kickers and defense. We don't need to mess with that in a full PPR format.
2:10That is what we're going to jump into. And I don't want us to wait long.
2:15But what I would like to tackle for one second is the positions that you guys have picked in the draft.
2:21For myself, I am going to be drafting in the three hole and really one of the main reasons for it outside
2:27of, you know, it is nice when you're hosting one of these shows.
2:31Nice to be in a spot that you can quickly manage.
2:34Top three spot is great because you either get Jamar Chase or you get one of the two great running backs as
2:40Pat Fitzmaurice just put an article out in the draft kit saying like, Hey, listen, if I got the one, two spot, I'm taking B.
2:48John or Jameer Gibbs. I'm putting a position where I'm getting one of those three.
2:52It's very easy for me. But let's see where the rest of you guys are at, whether the purposefulness of it kind
2:58of almost think of this like a KDS system.
3:01We all got to kind of pick where we wanted to draft, whether it's a specific spot positionally.
3:06Pat, why don't you start us off here? You ended up picking, I believe you're drafting in the five spot.
3:12So pretty close to me. What intention was behind this?
3:15If it is maybe merely practice into this spot, that's a big point.
3:18People should remember about mock drafts is a great practice, which fantasy pros helps you allow you to do.
3:24But what was your intention behind the five spot?
3:26It seems like I've been getting low spots or really high spots in a lot of the best ball drafts I've been doing so far.
3:34Wanted to explore five and particularly see what's available to me at the second and third rounds.
3:39Okay, Rich, you are in, it looks like the seven spot.
3:42No, eight spot. I apologize. Eight spot here. A little bit later in the draft.
3:46Again, is this an intention to maybe starting the draft off with a player or is this to get some reps maybe
3:52on the back half of this draft? Yeah, more so the latter.
3:56So this year in general, I think it's just so advantageous to be, to have a top selection.
4:01You know, and I'm not saying you can't win your league if you don't get B's and Robinson or Jameer Gibbs.
4:07But those, when you look at those two players in terms of archetype, like where are they at and like the age,
4:13age spectrum and the types of players there. Like these guys are like peak, like Marshall Falk, LaDainian Tomlinson type outcomes, you
4:20know, CMC, Le'Veon Bell, like 400 point PPR type scores.
4:22Right. So that just feels like such an advantage to get one of those two guys this year.
4:28And then, you know, like you said, you're picking three and just know you get one of the other guys that are left.
4:34I think like Pat at five is similar, just like typically you'll see Puka just be the typical four.
4:40And then like the draft starts at pick five for a lot of leagues.
4:44So I was I just wanted to pick kind of in like the middle back just because it's kind of like a
4:50nebulous spot because I'm still trying to formulate my kind of game plan from those spots.
4:55And I'm looking just like fire off a bunch of drafts in that area just to see what I want to do
5:01come August, like when we're when we're when the big chips are down.
5:05Well, and full PPR also kind of opens up the spacing for a few players as well.
5:10Some guys that can just be, you know, like media and they're fine.
5:13Some running backs can become a little bit more valuable in full PPR.
5:17There's a few wide receivers that jump some significant values.
5:20Boggs, you're on the back end. You're drafting 11 of 12.
5:23You're almost on the wheel. Well, is this going to be about, you know, three wide receiver full PPR, the advantage of wide receivers and double tapping?
5:31Or is this like you want to you're going to take advantage of a high end running back even though this is full PPR?
5:38I think I just really like the back end of the first and that early pick in the second because I think
5:44I just really enjoy the combo of that back end.
5:47I think that's what it is. I do. I do enjoy the middle as well, but I feel like making decisions on the fly.
5:54It always feels better to be on the end as well.
5:57And I was the second person in there. So I was like, hey, winner, winner.
6:01I'll go low here because Welsh is already picking high.
6:04So went ahead with pick 11. There you go.
6:07I go high. You go low. Perfect combination. Great tag team in there.
6:11What do you guys think? You can drop in the comments below.
6:14Favorite spot in the draft so far this season.
6:17Real, real draft season is getting ready to kick off.
6:20So where are you drafting from when given those options?
6:22What you can also do if you have not made that decision is you can go jump in the draft simulator because
6:29today's live PPR mock draft is done by using our mock draft lobby over at fantasypros.com slash draft wizard.
6:34And just like you're going to see today, we offer and we have our multi-user drafts, which allow you to practice quick
6:40and fun mock drafts against both real opponents and the CPU, the computer, using the same easy to use interface as our draft simulator.
6:47While public mock drafts are not fully available yet, you can easily run through a realistic mock draft based on your league
6:54settings in minutes with our draft simulator. So go and sync your league for free and try it today at fantasypros.com slash mock.
7:00That is fantasypros.com slash mock. So as I said, drafted from the three spot here, the decision is going to be made for me.
7:07Jamar Chase, Bijan Robinson, Jameer Gibbs. Those are the three I really like, though, like Rich did say, the top four might be Puka.
7:14That's when the draft starts. Puka is actually at the pretty high end of where the experts are pushing.
7:20But I actually will have that decision if I want.
7:22It went Jameer Gibbs one, Jamar Chase two. Pretty hard to pass up Bijan Robinson if we're being frank here.
7:28So despite the suggestions, maybe pushing Puka a tiny bit, 58% on the experts, go Bijan Robinson.
7:33Gentlemen, that is what I'm going to do. That is going to take us to Mr.
7:38Pat Fitzmorris with the fifth pick after Puka Nakua went.
7:41So, Pat, what are you going with? I'm going to take Jackson Smith and Jigba.
7:45Just in a PPR league where you have to start three receivers.
7:48Nice to be able to get a cornerstone. Maybe he doesn't have a 35% target share again, but I also think maybe
7:55Seattle throws a little more than they did last year when they were the third run heaviest team in the league.
8:01So we'll start with JSN. I know you could probably make a case for McCaffrey there, but I'm pretty happy getting the wide receiver early.
8:08Yeah, I mean, I'm hoping for some wide receivers laid in here.
8:11McCaffrey is an interesting one that you say that he ended up going seven.
8:15CeeDee Lamb in between your pick and Christian McCaffrey.
8:18Rich, you are up with about 20 seconds left.
8:21Decisions, decisions. What are you thinking, my friend? Yeah.
8:23Yeah. So for anyone who wants to know how the sausage is made here, I didn't know how this room worked on the original show.
8:30The reason I kind of like the eight spot is because typically to get reps is that typically you see like a
8:37prime seven, like the four guys you guys take.
8:39Then you see usually Christian McCaffrey, Amon Ross St.
8:42Brown, but in this instance of the do over, Amon Ross St.
8:45Brown falls to me at eight. And he's kind of like a clear firewall pick.
8:50Just the kind of a Gibraltar and fantasy football, 90 catches or more every year of his career over, over a hundred catches the last three years.
8:57So he's kind of a no brainer here from the way with the way it fell.
9:02Kind of hard to go against Justin Jefferson at nine, Jonathan Taylor at 10 Boggs.
9:06You popped up and with your 11th and your second pick in the second round, you went with a wide receiver running back combo.
9:13So talk to us about that. I actually kind of thought you might go wide receiver, wide receiver finally, but you did not push that.
9:20No, I mean, I wanted, I, this is the combo I like.
9:24I like to get one running back and one wide receiver.
9:27Drake London, ninth in targets per game last season.
9:30Still very high way up there. Didn't add a lot of, you know, competition for him.
9:34Just got him maybe a better quarterback into it, but at least some QB competition.
9:38But love Drake London in the first. And then action.
9:41Gentry is just going to get so many touches.
9:44So I went with Gentry with that second pick.
9:47Some surprises may be in there. We also ended up seeing Malik neighbors go at the back end of the first.
9:53It seems a little bit high, but if you think he's good back with Devon, a chance.
9:57So that's a YOLO team neighbors and a chance.
10:00You took Gentry, Nico Collins, or she rice rich back to you.
10:03And you have the running back or wide receiver combo idea.
10:07What was the decision? Yeah, I went with James Cook.
10:10I like a lot of running backs here on the board.
10:13Just opening with just two high scoring offenses, right?
10:15You know, Lions, Bills. James Cook also in full PPR, even for you can make the case he's been underutilized as a receiver.
10:22But even full PPR, he's been the RB13 or higher in 22 games over the past two years.
10:27So you get a lot of insulation and high ceiling, high floor with him.
10:31Oh, man. Patty, Pat. I am proud of you, but you started the push here.
10:35Pat needed to live up to what you have been selling us.
10:39And you did so because no tight end had gone.
10:42Saquon Barkley went with the, I guess it would be the sixth pick in the second round.
10:47A.J. Brown went up. So there's a double wide receiver combo there.
10:50And then no tight end had gone, Pat. And then you came in and slapped down a little bit of Brock Bowers,
10:56just like you said you would do. And you're living up to it, my friend.
11:01Yeah, I feel like there's a case that you could even take Bowers early in the second round.
11:06I think he's going to go in the back half of the second round in most drafts.
11:11But here's a guy with the potential to break fantasy football.
11:14Finished, you know, top 10 amongst all pass catchers in a lot of different categories as a rookie when he was healthy.
11:20Last year, obviously not healthy. But he almost broke fantasy football as a rookie, and he did it with Gardner Minshew, Aiden
11:27O'Connell, and Desmond Ritter as his quarterbacks that year.
11:29And now he's got Fernando Mendoza, Kirk Cousins holding down the fort for a few weeks early in the season, who's been
11:35really tight end friendly, floating some good years for, geez, Jordan Reed, T.J.
11:39Hawkinson. Last year when Kyle Pitts had that crazy three touchdown Thursday night game, it was Kirk Cousins, a quarterback for the Falcons.
11:46I just feel really good about Bowers and the upside this year if he can stay healthy.
11:51Love the pick. I wanted one of Bowers and McBride, but that did not happen because McBride was the very next pick.
11:57So back-to-back tight ends. I did go with George Pickens.
12:00I need to pay attention a little bit more on the wide receiver.
12:04I thought really hard on Chase Brown and O'Marion Hampton.
12:07Probably put myself in a little bit of a bind and needing to be probably wide receiver focus.
12:12And then both went. O'Marion Hampton and Chase Brown on the back end of the second round.
12:17Third round, flip back over. Team one has a three running back strategy.
12:20So that's going to be in the flex with Ken Walker, Derek Henry.
12:24I went with another wide receiver. I was really torn between Chris Olave and Devonta Smith.
12:29Almost clicked on Devonta Smith, but I just went on the Chris Olave side.
12:33Tyler Shuck has changed that offense. I don't know.
12:35I mean, PPR maybe could have slighted me slightly towards Devonta Smith, but I went with Chris Olave.
12:40Devonta Smith did go with the next pick. And Pat, you went up with another ball hawk in Tedrow McMillan.
12:46So you've got the wide receiver, tight end, wide receiver, strat going.
12:50Man, that was a real dilemma because I was torn between McMillan and Jeremiah Love.
12:54And, you know, Love, we didn't love the... We didn't love a Love landing spot.
12:58Yeah, sorry. That was totally unintentional. But we have seen over the last, what, 11 years, running backs chosen top 12 have
13:05averaged like 1,400 plus yards and 10.9 touchdowns a season.
13:07It's just kind of a form pick. But I couldn't get past McMillan, a guy who had a really impressive rookie season
13:14as an early declare entrant, playing with kind of a mediocre quarterback.
13:17And I just, I was really impressed by him.
13:20We know he's going to get a big target share this year.
13:23So I think we're in for another strong showing from Ted McMillan.
13:27By the way, Jeremiah Love went the very next pick.
13:30He did. So T. Higgins went. And then, Rich, surprising, not surprising, you went with...
13:34There's a little bit of controversy just in it with Josh Jacobs and, you know, whatever could be, you know, coming of a potential suspension or whatever.
13:42It's hard to deny the production. But you went with him with your third round pick.
13:46You now have a double running back in this full PPR.
13:49Talk to us about that. Was Jeremiah Love on the table for that?
13:53Or was Josh Jacobs always the guy? Yeah, I've been buying the dip on Josh Jacobs just, you know, under the premise of like...
14:00It seems like we're trending towards him not having any, you know, disciplinary action based on the offseason.
14:05It's still a non-zero chance. But he would be going at least at the 2-3 turn if it was non-zero.
14:11So getting like a full round dip. And I needed another running back.
14:15And I liked him more than a little bit more than Kyron.
14:18But you look at two the last year before his knee injury.
14:22I mean, he was the RB9 in total yards per game.
14:25And one of the sneaky things in flux for the Packers is they're probably going to have to throw more this year.
14:31And especially with the wide receiver room getting condensed.
14:34Josh Jacobs was utilized as a pass catcher way higher to a degree than I think anyone realized last year.
14:39Was running a career high routes per game. And was getting involved in the pass catch game too.
14:45And you know we're getting that touchdown upside. So I look at this and I've got, you know, two running backs and a wide receiver.
14:52Like I'm looking at double digit touchdown upside out of all three of my players here.
14:56100%. I love that pick. Like Jacobs has been undervalued in early drafts that I've seen.
15:01And Matt LaFleur doesn't mess around. He likes to run the ball.
15:04He's one of the more underrated run game designers I think in the NFL.
15:09Jacobs has averaged basically a touchdown a game since coming to Green Bay.
15:12And like Matt LaFleur doesn't mess around when he gets into the five.
15:16He just lets Jacobs pound the rock in. The first quarterback went off the board.
15:20Josh Allen with the ninth pick in the third round.
15:23Brees Hall. Bogman, you made sure to get the other of the tier one tight ends.
15:28Colson Loveland, a little bit of a deal compared to the other guys.
15:32And then you swung back around with Garrett Wilson.
15:34So Colson Loveland, Garrett Wilson with your five seconds, Rich.
15:37You better make make up here. You got it.
15:40You got it. You got it. Just make it short.
15:42Don't worry. Rich is a pro here. Don't worry about this.
15:46He's a vet. He's figuring it out now. You learn from your mistakes.
15:49Look, Colson Loveland, I think it's just a smoking deal at this point.
15:53So I want to stay with wide receiver and running back.
15:56It is tough, specifically in PPR, wide receiver to keep going in the arms race.
16:01But I saw like four wide receivers I wanted here and just one tight end.
16:05So I went Colson Loveland and then Garrett Wilson was wide receiver that fell back to me.
16:10And I went with Garrett Wilson as well. So liking this, maybe my wide receivers might be a little injury prone with Garrett Wilson and Drake London.
16:18But we will back them up appropriately. Kyron Williams and Zay Flowers was the swing.
16:22Garrett Wilson has mentioned. Lamar Jackson was in the fourth round.
16:25Luther Burden. And then, Rich, you went with Lad McConkie, who is definitely someone.
16:29There's a couple guys in this I was really hoping might slide or slip a little bit for me.
16:34I love Lad as the second wide out comboed with the other two running backs in Amon Ross St.
16:40Brown. So talk to us about the Lad pick.
16:43Yeah, I mean, Lad just had a little bit of the dip last year.
16:47We know the back half of the year, the Chargers had all those offensive line injuries.
16:51Their starting offensive line, even accounting for the Rashawn Slater injury, only played 15% of their offensive snaps last year.
16:57That's going to go up. Anytime this Shanahan system has had a quarterback that is talented.
17:01Remember, like they've turned, you know, water into wine out of so many guys.
17:06In this system. But anytime that we've seen like real talent, core exercise, these guys have flirted with like MVP.
17:11You know, Aaron Rodgers won two MVPs in LaFleur's system.
17:14We saw Matt Ryan win an MVP with Shanahan.
17:17So I think Justin Herbert's going to have a hyper-efficient season.
17:20I think it's going to trickle back down to Lad.
17:23And all his usage was the same last year.
17:25The only thing was his third down target share completely fell off.
17:29Because I don't know if anyone remembers this, but Keenan Allen was second in the NFL and third down target share last year.
17:35Because he was Herbert's foxhole guy. So Keenan Allen not being back, I think Lad's going to bounce back in terms of targets.
17:42And then the efficiency in Mike McDaniel and the Shanty system is going to be here for these Chargers receivers.
17:48Pat, Jalen Waddle went after the Lad McConkie pick.
17:50I was desperate for him to fall. I don't know if you cared at all for that pick.
17:56You jumped in on Terry McLaurin. There's a little bit of like, you know, there's obviously high upside.
18:01Maybe floor is a little bit less. Were you at all sniped in that McConkie, Waddle, Egbuka run?
18:06Or was Terry McLaurin your target the whole time as you picked up your third wide receiver in four rounds?
18:12I would have taken a Buka had he been there.
18:15Or, um, I'm sorry, who? Well, uh, I mean, I don't know if Lad or Jalen Waddle were in your, you know, your eyes at all.
18:22I've got McLaurin ranked just ahead of Lad. Um, so I don't know.
18:26I just running it back to that 2024 season when we got a healthy Jane Daniels and Terry McLaurin and things look
18:32so good and we got the career-high 13 touchdowns from McLaurin.
18:35Um, there's just not much else in terms of target competition there.
18:39Maybe they sign some, like, I'm not worried about Brandon Ayuk coming in if they go after him.
18:44Stephon Diggs, if he were to sign there, maybe that's a little bit of a kneecap, uh, kneecap job for McLaurin.
18:50But I still think he's going to have a pretty robust target share and he's getting those targets from a good quarterback.
18:56So we know he's a good player too. He's got over a thousand yards, what, five seasons.
19:01So, well, you're coming up here. You got about 10 seconds left on your pick.
19:05I jumped on because a lot of my receiver, why do you pause for me?
19:10I can pause for you real quick. Sorry. Um, uh, Terry.
19:13Yeah. You took Jerry, Terry McLaurin. Javante Williams was the next pick.
19:16I was a little bit surprised, um, that we were even going to have the option to get Bucky Irving because, uh, Pat's a Bucky Irving guy.
19:24But I think he felt compelled and maybe a little bit early.
19:28So I jumped at the opportunity to get Bucky Irving in the fourth round to pair with Bijan Robinson.
19:33Uh, Tucker Craft and DJ Moore finished out that round, swung back around Devonta Adams, Alec Pierce.
19:38And then the guy that I was staring at, call me a homer all you want.
19:42But I know Pat has agreed with me on this.
19:45The touchdown equity for Mike Evans is through the freaking roof.
19:49I expect there to be a decent target share and to get him in the fifth round to pair with George Pickens and Chris Olave.
19:56Uh, that's what I was jumping at doing. I almost considered taking him on that front end there.
20:01So I want Bucky Irving and Mike Evans. Pat, you came back around off of the pause.
20:06Joe Burrow was in between us and then you took Travis Etienne.
20:09Just really quick, Pat, your thoughts on the Mike Evan, Bucky Irving pick since we've had a lot of conversations about them.
20:16And then your pick of Travis Etienne. I was kind of, love the Evans pick.
20:20Would have taken Bucky had he fallen. Thought about Bucky the previous round.
20:24You know, I'm leaning into the Bucky stuff when a lot of other people seem to be fading him.
20:29I just can't forget how good he was down the stretch in 2024 when the Buccaneers offensive line was a lot healthier
20:35and better than they were in 2025. So, um, so with Etienne, like he and Scadaboo close call between those two.
20:41I just want the healthier guy. And, um, you know, I like the fast pace that Kellen Moore operates at as a play caller in New Orleans.
20:49And, um, just, I think the threat of Alvin Kamara is maybe overstated by some people.
20:54I know there's some scare quotes about Etienne saying he's excited to share the load with Kamara.
20:59I don't think it's going to be a lot of sharing.
21:02I think it's going to be a pretty healthy two thirds dose to Etienne.
21:06And, uh, you know, the rest chopped up among Kamara, Devin Neal and whoever else.
21:10Another quarterback went in there, Drake May, followed by Jamison Williams.
21:13And then Rich in the fifth round, you got your third wide receiver.
21:17You went to Green Bay and you tabbed Christian Watson as one of your starters.
21:21So talk to us about the Christian Watson pick.
21:24We just needed it. We knew one year you're injury prone to your not.
21:28And, you know, just need one year. We saw the, you know, the, the trade, uh, trade of Dontavian Wicks and Romeo Dobbs.
21:35Romeo Dobbs is the only player, uh, the Packers last year that ran a route on over 60% of the drop back.
21:41So we can have that kind of trickle down to Christian Watson with his per target upside.
21:46I think we're looking at like a 2024, like Terry McLaurin season.
21:49Cause he's not getting like 140 targets, but if we can get him near 120, he's a guy that has the per
21:56target upside to kind of really kind of pay off here in this spot.
22:00And the Packers could have to throw a little bit more too, even though I'd like it already took Josh Jacobs, like
22:06I said, too, but you definitely am in on the upside as a wide receiver three.
22:11You'd almost think Reeves is the, uh, Green Bay Packers shareholder on this podcast instead of me.
22:15Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Josh Jacobs and Christian Watson, uh, wide receivers are becoming a little bit more of a premium.
22:21Now we did have Cam Scadaboo after Watson, Michael Wilson, and then Boggs, you jumped in with Roma Dunze.
22:26And then when you came back around, you actually got one of the higher end quarterbacks.
22:31A little surprised at that Roma Dunze at five 11 and six Oh two Jaden Daniels.
22:36So talk to us about those two picks. I was upset that a couple of my running backs that I wanted here didn't fall.
22:42And now I'm kind of have a big tier of them.
22:46So I decided to pivot from a running back.
22:48Roma Dunze was definitely going to be one of my picks.
22:51Um, I think the value here is just too good.
22:54Even though I already have Colson Loveland and I know I have a bi-week issue a little bit.
22:59Now, uh, I do have a lot of bears touchdowns.
23:02I know that. And then, uh, Jaden Daniels was just premium position.
23:06Like I said, I wanted the running back, but I feel like there's a grip of running backs that I like here.
23:12So I'm hoping one just falls back to me in the next round and that I'm getting value, but I am.
23:18This is a little risky. It's a mock, but I'm trying to thread the needle here with an RB that I like coming back.
23:25Uh, in between your two picks on the wheel, uh, yeah, Tyler Warren with the last pick in the fifth round.
23:31Jalen hurts with the first pick in the sixth round.
23:34It's a little bit of quarterback action, Parker Washington, Chris Godwin, and then rich, you came in, this is like off the top rope.
23:41This is definitely one of my guys I want to have in draft.
23:45So you did not allow this Dave Montgomery. You took with the fifth pick in the sixth round.
23:50I absolutely love this pick. He ends up being your third running back behind James cook and Josh Jacobs.
23:55Uh, I am obviously going to probably play that flex unless you get another wide receiver jump there.
24:00I really love this pick. Yeah. Again, just kind of sticking with the theme, looking to try to get running backs attached
24:07to the offenses that have touched on equity. The, uh, last year, the Dave Montgomery was still a really good player on a person that basis.
24:14He just wasn't Jameer Gibbs, right? And like the lions wanted to head in that direction, but the fit here is really great for David Montgomery.
24:22He was number one in the NFL and EPA per rush on man gap runs.
24:26And who was number two in the NFL man gap runs?
24:29It was the Houston Texans, you know, bringing that same system only behind the Rams where Nick Kaylee came from, uh, under Sean McVay.
24:36And when you think about David Montgomery attached to this defense, a lot of game scripts are going to be in his favor.
24:43He doesn't really have a lot of competition in terms of goal line equity with just Woody Marks kind of being the other option.
24:50So definitely like David Montgomery being kind of one of those boring, but good picks this year.
24:54I also loved that pick, uh, moving through. We had Michael Pittman, Carnell Tate.
24:58That was someone I was looking at. And Pat, you also swooped in with Deandre Swift as your second running back.
25:04You now have gone fifth and sixth round ETN and Swift.
25:08That's a pretty, pretty good, like consolation prize to not taking a running back in the first four rounds.
25:13This is similar to what you've talked about in one of your more recent articles that this isn't zero running back.
25:19This is just kind of like, you know, the prioritization of the wide receivers in a format like this.
25:25Yeah. For having waited a little bit, I'm, I'm pretty pleased with the one, two punch at running back.
25:30And, uh, I would have taken Montgomery, but I do have, uh, Deandre Swift on the same tier.
25:35And I just kind of want to attach myself to the Ben Johnson running game.
25:40If I can, whether it's with Swift or Mononga a little bit later.
25:43Um, it's just Ben Johnson probably is the premier run game designer in the end.
25:48NFL. We've seen him, uh, finish like top, I think top five and run game DVOA the last three years, either with the bears or Detroit.
25:55Um, and this offensive line is pretty good. I mean, they did have Chris Dahlman retire their center, Ozzie Trapilo, the left
26:01tackle had a patellar injury, but man, still really strong at the other three spots.
26:06And I think they're going to be able to replace those two guys.
26:09So, um, yeah, I just, even though we know he's going to operate in a tag team with Mononga guy, I feel
26:16good about this bears running game with Swift. I definitely would have jumped immediately in on taking him.
26:21Travion Henderson went, I probably would have done that as well for just playing the upside and already having two backs.
26:27I went with Marvin Harrison with the 10 pick in the six round.
26:31Uh, that's my fourth wide receiver. I think there's a potential volume play with changes in that offense.
26:36Uh, obviously they're going to be running a little bit more heavy, but hopefully we're going to have Marvin Harrison involved in the office.
26:43I just think there's upside there. Brian Thomas, Caleb Williams ended up the six round.
26:47We came back around Jordan Tyson, DK Metcalf went a little unconventional with quinch on Judkins.
26:52Um, obviously there's not a lot of like reception equity there.
26:55I thought this was relatively late for him, but more appropriate in PPR playing touchdown equity kind of torn.
27:00Didn't love a lot of players here. I almost went off board a little bit.
27:05And frankly, that would have probably been the thing to do when you're experimenting.
27:09And one of the guys I was going to take, I thought about Corlin Sutton went and then it was Basial Tootin.
27:15Uh, that was who I was looking at potentially taking over quinch on Judkins to maybe play to more of that, uh, potential PPR upside pat.
27:22And that is who you took with the fifth pick in the seventh round.
27:27Now three straight running backs. Yeah, there are concerns that maybe Tootin doesn't get as many high value touches as we like,
27:33cause there's a threat of, of Chris Rodriguez potentially getting goal line work and cutting into the early down work too.
27:39I mean, Rodriguez did have a 1300 yard rushing season for Liam Cohen when he was the play caller at the university of Kentucky.
27:46And then maybe it's LaQuint Allen taking the passing down stuff.
27:49So there is that concern, but, uh, Tootin is a pretty extraordinary athlete.
27:53Um, you know, really fast, some splash play potential.
27:55And, um, I know I, I think he does wind up as the main guy in that backfield.
28:00There are some potential problems with the competition in the backfield, but I still feel pretty good about the kind of running
28:07back Tootin is, uh, Justin Herbert, uh, Harold Fannin, Justin Herbert, little tight end quarterback action.
28:11And then we got some running back upside here, rich with Jadarian price was, uh, your pick.
28:16And I want to hear that breakdown. I want to hear that full breakdown, but before we do hear the breakdown of
28:23Jadarian price and this excitement, I want to talk about today's sponsor on the show.

31:20Rich, you are going with some upside. I was staring at Jadarian Price as well.
31:24I like this pick, especially when you've already put together three other running backs.
31:28So talk to us about the upside pick here on Jadarian Price.
31:32It was really just taking the top player that was left on my board.
31:36I would have really loved Justin Herbert, who at one pick before me, especially having Lad McConkie, definitely my favorite quarterback at cost.
31:42I kind of ran through, you know, the reasons why and the upside paired with him in this scheme.
31:48But just the wide receiver position is kind of flat right now.
31:51I feel pretty content on just being able to kind of throw a couple guys at the wall here at the bench at wide receiver.
31:58So I just took the upside pick on this particular roster, too.
32:02You would have insulation for if something were to happen with Josh Jacobs being suspended.
32:06And then you're insulating yourself on, you know, David Montgomery's, you know, age as well.
32:11So this would be a good spot for him where I'm not really counting on Jadarian Price.
32:15You know, the Seahawks were fourth in PPR points as a collective as a running back group.
32:20We don't know when Zach Charbonnet is going to come back.
32:24It's just Emmanuel Wilson and George Helani there as well.
32:26So I feel like as an RB4, like why not shoot the shot here?
32:30I dig it. Jalen Warren, Ricky Pearsall, Boggs. You got Chuba Hubbard with the 11th pick in the seventh round.
32:36And then you came back around. I don't know if there's maybe any sniping that happened.
32:41I see Makai Lemon was in there. But you took Wanda Robinson.
32:44Obviously, Wanda is like a good PPR play here.
32:47But there's always, I feel like I always hear just like Pat in the background being like, well, what's the upside?
32:53Like, where is he? Are they empty receptions? Yeah.
32:55I mean, really thought I let you guys into my trust tree.
32:59And when I was telling you that I wanted a running back next and all three of you jerks took a running back before my next pick.
33:07So that aggravated me. Judkins were, you know, Welsh was like, I kind of almost went off my board as Lucy Goosey, whatever.
33:13Yeah. Yeah. And then you take Judkins. And then Pat followed it up with Tootin.
33:18Not who I wanted, but another running back off the board.
33:21And then I wish Rich would have got Herbert so I could have had Jadirian Price because that was my real target there.
33:27But I ended up with Chuba, who's a lead back still.
33:30And I think a lot of people are overlooking Chuba for Jonathan Brooks.
33:34I'm not one of them. And then Wanda Robinson has had 140 targets and over 90 receptions two years in a row.
33:41He is moving to Tennessee, but they need a possession guy.
33:44I think he's going to be that. And as my fourth wide receiver, my flex and a PPR, I thought it was a pretty good move.
33:51All right. Moving back through here, jumping in where we are in the draft.
33:55Chuba Wanda, in between you was Quinton Judkins and Mikhailem.
33:58And RJ Harvey was the third pick in the eighth round.
34:01Jacoby Myers and then Josh Downs. Rich, you son of a gun.
34:05Josh Downs obviously plays up a little bit more in this format.
34:08Was staring at him. Probably should have gone a round higher.
34:11This goes together with, what is it? Three other.
34:14So this is like, you know, you can play him as a flex.
34:18He's your top backup. I like this play in Josh Downs.
34:21And obviously you do too. Yeah, he should give a lot more opportunity with Michael Pittman being out.
34:26I mean, since over his rookie contract, Josh Downs is the wide receiver 23 and targets per route run.
34:31So we're expecting more routes with Michael Pittman being off the field.
34:35So the Colts, too, are only favored in six games this year right now.
34:39So like I'm expecting him to throw a lot more than they did even over the front half of the year.
34:45There is some volatility, I think, with Daniel Jones.
34:48You know, what version of Daniel Jones are we going to get?
34:51Sochleek says Achilles was the right Achilles. And, you know, last time that was off the plant foot, that was Kirk Cousins.
34:57And he really struggled to throw downfield. So who does that benefit?
35:01You know, Josh Downs. If Alec Pierce is not still 100% to start the year with the ankle injury, who does that benefit?
35:07Josh Downs. So it feels like just right here at this spot being my wide receiver four.
35:12And I don't even have to force him into the flex if I don't want to.
35:17Just take a little bit of shot here and see if we can run into a high target count for a guy in full PPR.
35:24Jaden Reed, Ramondre Stevenson. And Pat, you kind of rolled like in this like world where we want to let quarterbacks slide a little bit more.
35:32I'm hoping more values are out there. Pat said now we're done with that.
35:36With the eighth pick in the eighth round, you took Trevor Lawrence.
35:39I think the ending of Prescott and Lawrence kind of ended all that really fun value here.
35:44So what pushed you? I mean, this isn't like the late, late quarterback here.
35:48Was that just too good of a value for you to take Trevor Lawrence there?
35:52Yeah, I would have taken Josh Downs if Rebar hadn't sniped him from me a few spots earlier.
35:57But then I could have waited a quarterback. There were still going to be other good options on the table.
36:03But I just couldn't look past Trevor Lawrence averaging like 26.6 fantasy points a game over his last seven games.
36:09And just kind of go nuclear, running, adding rushing value.
36:12We know they still have a lot of talent, pass catching talent.
36:15I am a little scared of what, and I've heard Rich talk about this on other shows, like worried about Jacksonville maybe
36:22leaning too hard into these heavy sets with all these tight ends they drafted this year.
36:26And going away from what they could do really well with all the receivers they have on the roster and just constantly running 11 personnel out there.
36:34That's what I think they should do, as does Rich.
36:37But, you know, hopefully this doesn't mean they're going to try to run like crazy with, I don't know, but I guess
36:43I've got Tootin in case they do. So, yeah.
36:46Tony Pollard was the next pick. Rico Dottle, I decided to jump in top, you know, top push on fantasy pros on
36:52the draft board trying to get some running back depth.
36:55Dak Prescott, Casey Concepcion, and then, hilarious, just as a foresight there, six of the 12 picks in round nine were tight ends.
37:02Kyle Pitts started the round off, followed by Kenny Gainwell.
37:04I took Sam Laporta. In between there, there were a couple running backs.
37:08And, Pat, we can get you to take on your running back.
37:12And then a bunch of tight ends. We had Kyle Manong guy.
37:15Jonathan Brooks went to you, Pat, and Blake Coram.
37:18Jonathan Brooks is like the official fantasy pros sleeper running back of the year.
37:22I think it's you, it's D-Bro, it's Erickson. Any article with Sleeper has you guys writing about Jonathan Brooks.
37:27So this kind of seemed like a no-brainer for you.
37:30Four of your five now last picks from picks five through nine have been a running back.
37:35And Jonathan Brooks was that dude. So you're all in on the big season and coming.
37:39Yeah, Bogman would probably push back on the Jonathan Brooks thing, even though he is the University of Texas guy.
37:45And I don't know. I think Bogman has more of an appreciation for Chuba Hubbard than I do.
37:50I kind of think he's just a guy despite that big 2024 season.
37:54And Brooks is, it sounds like, based on some of the Twitter injury docs, that they're more confident about this second ACL
38:00repair than they were about the first, which obviously didn't hold up too well.
38:04They kept him out a long time. By the time we get to training camp, I think it's going to be like 20 months since the injury.
38:12And the Panthers still have this second round investment in him.
38:15I think they're going to want to see this investment pay off.
38:19And I do think he's going to get a chance to supplant Chuba Hubbard here this season.
38:24Blake Quorum was the pick after you. And then we have this four-pick run, which was wild here, of all tight ends
38:30because the tight end pool was getting a lot less.
38:33We had Travis Kelsey, George Kittle, Dallas Goddard, and Mark Andrews.
38:36And in there, Rich, you decided to go with George Kittle, who obviously there's some question marks at the beginning of the season.
38:43I'm guessing you could probably and may potentially in some type of formats, you take another tight end to protect yourself.
38:49But obviously the upside is so high. So talk to us.
38:52I mean, you passed on Goddard and Andrews. You didn't have a shot at Kelsey.
38:56Was this the idea the whole time? When that big wave hit, I figured just, you know, might as well jump onto the ride here.
39:03And just no player at the position offers the per-target upside that George Kittle has.
39:08I do have some concerns, obviously, with the age, the injury, and Mike Evans coming in.
39:12But, you know, still has been top six in fantasy points per outrun every year of his career.
39:18And then I just follow it up and add Brock Purdy at the turn to get a little bit of an upside stack, too.
39:24So just try to insulate myself with someone to start the year.
39:28There's other tight ends I can grab for open of the season here.
39:32So Boggs, you ended up doing something I don't think you usually love.
39:35I'm curious that your thoughts here is you're really low running backs.
39:39You had Ashton Gentry in the second. You took Chuba in the seventh as your number two.
39:44You then took these next two rounds of nine and ten for running backs.
39:48You took Rashad White with the ninth pick in the 11th round.
39:51And then Aaron Jones with the second pick in the 10th round.
39:55So talk to us about the strategy that I know probably makes you feel a little bit more uncomfortable.
40:00And did this kind of ease the idea of going a little bit softer on Arby's?
40:05It didn't. Not the exact scenario I would want.
40:07I don't hate it, right? Like, Pat is right.
40:10I think I appreciate Chuba a little bit more.
40:12I'm a little more leery on Brooks. So that's a big part of it.
40:16But in a PPR to get Rashad White in a backfield where we don't have a clear cut number one.
40:22And Rashad White was the guy that Dan Quinn praised coming out of OTAs, I think, is a pretty good get.
40:28I think he's going to be the main primary back right now.
40:32He might be the receiving back. He might be the second target on the team right now.
40:37Probably third behind Akankwo. But he's going to have a lot of receptions at the running back position in PPR League.
40:43I really like Rashad White as a bench running back.
40:45Aaron Jones, you know, I think just value at this point.
40:49Get me some depth because I have, you know, weak running backs.
40:52And that was the purpose of the Aaron Jones pick.
40:55So not comfortable. I don't love it. But I really do like the starting lineup that I put together.
41:00I got premiums at quarterback and tight end. So we are looking we're looking OK for what I want here.
41:06All right. Then so much between you. We had Bill Krosky, Merritt, Jordan Mason.
41:10Then flipping back around, we had Aaron Jones, obviously.
41:13Third pick was J.K. Dobbins. I kind of like that sneaky one.
41:16Tyrone Tracy and Richie did get your quarterback. You went with Brock Purdy.
41:20So we went with a little 49er stack with the last two rounds.
41:24Super underrated this late. You kind of get a lot of production for very little cost.
41:28Anything to add on the Brock Purdy pick? Not just really reliable.
41:32You know, top 10 in points per game the past two years and and with just like a scattershot receiver room each
41:38of the past two years, like 49ers haven't been able to keep everyone on the field.
41:43And maybe that happens again, too, given who they've signed and the substation jokes write themselves around Christian Kirk and Mike Evans as hamstrings.
41:50And, you know, touchdown equity per game, like what he did on a per game basis was huge.
41:55Mike Evans, a huge touchdown guy. And obviously, if you get George Kittleback, that's going to be big.
42:00Zach Charbonnet, James Conner. And then Pat, actually, your last two picks, you we have one more pick in the final part
42:06here, but you went with two wide receivers. You went with Xavier Worthy and then Jaden Higgins.
42:11I was really thinking about Jaden Higgins with my last pick.
42:14And I actually wish I had. I went just like kind of boring safe, I think, with it.
42:19But talk to us about Worthy and Higgins. Just trying to build a little wide receiver depth.
42:24I was torn between Addison and Worthy. I just can't get out of my head how good Worthy was down the stretch
42:31in 2024 when from week 11 on, I think through the Super Bowl, he's basically producing an 1100 yard 10 touchdown pace over that stretch.
42:38And I know Rasheed Rice wasn't around. I have no illusions that Worthy is going to out target Rice if they're both healthy.
42:45But I get the feeling that Worthy was never quite right after he got that friendly fire from Travis Kelsey in the
42:51opening week of the season last year, dislocates his shoulder in the collision with Kelsey.
42:55And we'll see if Rasheed Rice can stay on the field for 17 games.
42:59But I just think Worthy is a talented player, former first round pick attached to a really good quarterback.
43:05And then Higgins, another very talented player. Just a pretty amazing physical specimen.
43:08We know Nico Collins has kind of had trouble staying on the field.
43:12I think there's some plausible upside there. My last two picks, I have one pick coming up.
43:17I went with the late quarterback in Jackson Dart.
43:20My plan would be to pair him with one of those nice crusty vets that score a bunch of points that are
43:26less than exciting, a Stafford, a Goff. That would kind of be the play.
43:30That's why I ended up waiting and end up taking him.
43:33I went with Khalil Shakir in a full PPR.
43:36That played out a little bit more to me.
43:38Again, I thought that was just way too boring safe.
43:41Maybe I should have just taken a Jaden Higgins.
43:44In between there, Chris Rodriguez, Matthew Golden, Jonah Coleman started the 11th round, Romeo Dobbs, Tyler Algier.
43:49We already talked about the Higgins pick. Keaton Mitchell, Dylan Samson, and then Rich, your last two picks to even end out the draft.
43:56Jalen Coker. And then you took Isaiah Likely. How Bogman let Isaiah Likely not go to him is crazy considering where he ranks.
44:02Cool some love one. I know you took a high one.
44:05I'm just surprised about that. Jalen Coker and Likely, Rich.
44:08Yeah, just hoping that again, I was looking at Jaden Higgins too coming through, but he went a few picks ahead to Pat.
44:15And then Coker was kind of the last guy left standing.
44:18Just hopefully that he, you know, builds on the end of the season that he had in the playoffs getting the contract extension.
44:25And then Likely is the perfect bridge, I think, paired with Kittle.
44:28Because even if Kittle starts slow, we're expecting Likely to kind of have his best opportunity while Malik Neighbors comes back.
44:34And then Likely has kind of been like the go-to tight end two of choice when you wait on tight end.
44:40And so since 2010, 64% of all tight end one scores have been the first or second pass catcher on their team.
44:46And then over that same span, you're looking for guys to beat their ADP.
44:5064% of those guys that finished his top 12 scores were actually drafted ahead of their team's wide receiver too.
44:56So Likely kind of checks both those boxes as one of these late round tight ends that just objectively throw a dart at.
45:03Finishing out the draft here, Boggs. We had Woody Marks, Denzel Boston.
45:06You took Omar Cooper and Rashid Shahid in your final two picks.
45:10Two wide receivers. We also had Jerry Judy and Tajay Spears in between that.
45:14So why don't you do a quick breakdown of your final two picks of the draft?
45:18And then once we get through this last round here, we're going to take a look and see what all the insights are talking to us about.
45:26Yeah, I know I have running back issues on this team and I was looking for a running back for one of these picks.
45:33But when I look, it's Alvin Kamara, it's Braylon Allen, Brian Robinson, Emmanuel Wilson, Ray Davis, guys like this.
45:38Like they're all kind of in the same category.
45:41Maybe I could have taken like a Singleton or a Claiborne to pair with Aaron Jones or something like that.
45:47There's just not a lot of upside and it's PPR.
45:50There's a lot of wide receiver upside here still.
45:52Rashid Shahid has been getting a lot of buzz.
45:55Because I'm really high on Omar Cooper as a rookie.
45:58I just think that Adonai Mitchell doesn't offer a lot of competition.
46:01Obviously, Brees Hall is still going to catch a lot of passes and then they have two decent tight ends at catching the ball.
46:08But I think Omar Cooper might get a lot of that underneath stuff in garbage time when the Jets are losing by
46:14three touchdowns and they've got him on the field in PPR.
46:18Those points count. So that's why I went with the upside, because all the running backs on the wire are kind of the same.
46:24I feel like if I need one, I can just go to the wire and pick one out of that group.
46:30So I'll just take upside shots at wide out.
46:33Dalton Kincaid was the third pick in the 12th.
46:36Isaiah Pacheco. We talked about likely going to Rich.
46:38A couple more tight ends. Jake Ferguson, Chicka Conquo.
46:41Pat, your final pick of the draft. Trey Harris.
46:43It followed Stefan Diggs was the pick after. But talk to us about Trey Harris.
46:48In hindsight, I wish I'd take a digs. Probably a little more upside there.
46:52But Trey Harris, just a young player I like in an offense I like who doesn't really have a clear path to snaps right now.
46:59But it's the NFL and injuries happen. So maybe there's a chance he does find a role at some point.
47:05I actually went a little off book here. I love Adonai Mitchell.
47:08And getting to play a number two spot there in this crappy offense.
47:12I went with Adonai Mitchell. Juwan Jennings was the top push here.
47:15That's how I finished off the draft. The last couple picks, too, I took Adonai, George Holani, and then Travis Hunter was the final pick of the draft.
47:23Gentlemen, we look at the insides because that's the funnest part on the big board.
47:28Looking at the very tip. Are my eyes seeing this correct?
47:31Oh, I am at the top by so many more points than everybody knows.
47:35How is this possible? Fake news. Scoring Welsh at the tippy top, number one, followed by team four.
47:40Pat Fitzmaurice coming in at three. Then team six.
47:43Team one, Scott Bogman. You came in right in the middle at six.
47:46Rich, you were right there at seven. And then the rest of the evil robots were floating down there getting those bad scores in here.
47:54But I was the only one with that 900 score.
47:56So very, very interesting. Let's just take a quick look here.
48:00You guys can tear apart. Rich, we'll maybe start with you on this.
48:03But my team, Jackson Dart at the tippy top, followed by Bijan and Bucky at running back.
48:08I had Pickens, Olave, Mike Evans with Quinchon Jutkins at flex.
48:11Sam Laporte at tight end. My bench was Marvin Harrison, Rico Dowdle, Khalil Shakir, and Adonai Mitchell.
48:16That was a 97. How off is the system broke?
48:19Is the system broke that that deserves a 97, Rich?
48:22I don't know if it's right. You got Bijan Robinson at pick three.
48:26It's hard to compare. There is some fragility here, though.
48:29I think if this was like we were to analyze the roster.
48:32I mean, you took two players that are coming off of major spikes where they were drafted last year in Pickens and Olave.
48:39You know, if there's any regression there. And then, you know, Mike Evans, Marvin Harrison Jr., Quinson Judkins, Buck Irving.
48:44Like there's a lot of fragility in a lot of those players.
48:48So it could be very it's a very high upside team, but also I think a very volatile team.
48:53I think this team would finish really highly or just ride Bijan Robinson anyway.
48:57Ricky Bobby. That's very much me. That's very much me.
49:00Just ride Bijan Robinson anyway. Yeah. Insights, by the way, it says if I drafted Devante Adams at 410 and drafted a
49:07running back later, I would have scored at least 17 points higher.
49:10I would have been higher. Even the robots hate Bucky.
49:13They do. Apparently they really do. The steal of the draft, though, it said Jackson Dart in the 10th.
49:18It's two rounds later. That was your best pick.
49:21OK, I'll take that. I like Laporta in round nine as your best pick.
49:25I thought those two picks, I think, make your team.
49:28Well, I think getting Dart so late, getting Laporta late.
49:31I think those two picks are the ones that put your team as the highest score on the.
49:36I love this. You can always check the expert opinions.
49:39It's one of my favorite things on the expert opinions.
49:42Ellis Johnson here. Fantasy pros love my draft the most, giving it a 99.
49:46Also, Justin Lampkin, Matt Harmon, Ed Birdsaw and Brandon Merchinson all loved my draft.
49:50Who hated me? Lou Brunson hated me. Dalton Del Don, Judy Adaby, Ryan Wise, if I'm saying those names correctly, and Joel Smythe.
49:56Those were some of my hate. But even my hate was in the B.
50:00So I will take that, I suppose. Pat, let's go to your team.
50:04You finished third here. Very, very strong team. You had Trevor Lawrence at quarterback, Travis Etienne, DeAndre Swift, JSN, Tedro McMillan, and Terry McClurn as your starting wideouts.
50:12You had Brock Bowers. You were powered by Bowers with Bachel Tootin as your flex and Jaden Higgins, Xavier Worthy, Trey Harris, and Jonathan Brooks on the bench.
50:20What do you think about your three overall spot, Pat?
50:23Were you happy with your construction? I was pretty happy with the way I was able to sort of backfill the running
50:29back position after going with four pass catchers out of the gates.
50:33I don't know if that's going to happen in home leagues.
50:36You know, maybe in basketball where everyone's hungry for the pass catchers.
50:39But in home leagues, I don't see myself being able to get Etienne in the fifth round, DeAndre Swift in the sixth round, Tootin in the seventh round.
50:48Feels like those guys go around earlier in home league drafts.
50:51So worked out for me here. But I feel like it was kind of a soft landing after going receiver heavy and taking Bowers in the second round.
50:59Boggs, just as a quick aside, when you look at Pat's team and you see how you kind of did the under
51:05value of running backs, you kind of played around with running backs.
51:08I don't think you're quite as happy. I still took Gente in the second.
51:13No, no, I know you did that, but then you didn't come back.
51:16My point of this is like you went 2-7 on running backs.
51:20Pat ended up going running backs 4-5. Do you like the overall construction, especially when he did it running back compared to
51:26when we're about to look at your team in a second with like that?
51:30I like his running backs better. Yes. Etienne and really getting Swift on that second one because I have Chuba in that
51:36tier, but there are other running backs I wanted in there.
51:40Like Travion Henderson was still there. Judkins was still there.
51:42When I decided to skip them, I was hoping maybe one of those guys came back.
51:47I just, I had the unfortunate timing in this mock of lining up with kind of the same type of strategy that
51:53Pat had and he took my guys and you, you know, laissez-faire took one of my guys.
51:58So annoying, you know, oh, I just kind of took Quinshawn Judkins because he was the best player available or whatever.
52:04Super annoying. But yeah, this is why we do mocks and it's aggravating.
52:08But I have the better quarterback and Fitzy has a better tight end.
52:12Uh, the what if, if Jordan Addison at nine five and drafted a running back later, that would have gone to put
52:18the points would have still probably maybe could have pushed you closer to second, but not quite.
52:23Uh, there's some bi-week. You and me both had bi-week issues.
52:26Uh, the re it actually had a reach stat for us.
52:29Jonathan Brooks, it felt was three rounds earlier than rank.
52:32So that's kind of that sleeper discussion that's floating out there.
52:35Uh, the hot take, uh, drew DeLuca loved your team the most with a 97 out of a hundred.
52:41Also Jeremy Shulman, Dalton Dildon, Joel Smith, and Pat Fitzmaurice.
52:44Pat, you got to love your own draft. You got to love you some you, uh, just a wiggle, Lou Brinson, Daniel
52:50Mader, Jeff Boggess and Joshua Kimmel did not like Pat's drafts specifically, uh, Lou, Daniel and Justin giving it D's and C's.
52:56So that's kind of the world of that draft.
52:59What'd they hate? They hated, uh, it looks like Tedrow McMillan is the common denominator of all of those.
53:04So that's where the hate came from. Unfortunately, uh, on Coker stands.
53:08Yeah. Boggs, we'll go to your team. Uh, you ended up constructing cause you were at the 11 spot.
53:13Jaden Daniels at quarterback. You had Gentian Chuba Hubbard as your RBs, your wide receivers, strong Drake London, Garrett Wilson, Roma Dunze,
53:20Colson Loveland as the tight end and Wondell Robinson as the flex with Aaron Jones, Rashad White, uh, Rashid Shahid and Omar Cooper as your bench.
53:27So what do you think about you finished six on this?
53:30What are your thoughts on your roster construction? I mean, the only hole I have is that second, uh, RB spot.
53:36It's, it's the, if Chuba isn't as successful, but I hold to the fact that I think that Chuba was hurt for
53:43most of the season last year, hurt his ankle early.
53:45We saw Rico Dattel then go on that crazy run where he had, you know, the 200 yard game and all that stuff.
53:52Those two massive spike games for Rico got him way more involved while Chuba was still coming back off this injury.
53:58I think he's entering this year fully healthy with a guy that is very unproven behind him.
54:03So I think Chuba still has volume and it, even if that doesn't work out, I have a guy with a really
54:09nice floor and Rashad White with the potential to take over that, uh, backfield in Washington.
54:14He isn't very efficient. I understand that, but I'm looking for volume, uh, on the bench and I have it with Rashad White in my opinion.
54:21I think that's the big question for me. Is that RB?
54:25Fitzy, any thoughts on the, cause Boggs was saying like you, he was feeling like you guys were on the same kind
54:31of trajectory of like trying to roster construct. What did you think about this team, uh, from the six spot?
54:37Do you think that was right and correct? Is there something you really loved or disliked on this team?
54:42Any just thoughts on Boggs's team? I like it.
54:45Um, it's interesting. I've, I've been, um, a couple, well, one early draft where we actually do a redraft draft really early.
54:51I was able to get Loveland in the fourth and I'm like, I know I'm not going to be able to get that a couple months from now.
54:59And sure enough, Boggs is, is getting him in the late third.
55:03Um, love the guy. I mean, I think he could be a monster and we kind of saw it down the stretch
55:09last season, but, um, you know, I'd rather get him in the fourth than the third, but I like the start for him.
55:15Um, it's just, I think the key is what he can get out of that RB two spots.
55:21And does he have enough depth at wide receiver with, you know, Wandale and Omar Cooper being the top backups?
55:26Uh, the, the insights here, the, what if, if you had drafted, Oh Boggs, if you had drafted Zay Flowers at three 11, how hilarious is that?
55:34And drafted a Titan later, you just scored 39 more points, which by the way, would have put you in the four spot.
55:41That would have put you in the four spot.
55:43So your boy Zay Flowers, how did that not happen?
55:46I love Zay Flowers, but I want the, I want the premium Titan.
55:50And there was some, there was some crazy late tight end value as we'll talk about here with Rich's team.
55:56No, tons, tons of it, uh, on the, uh, expert opinions, Blake Fincher loved the team the most.
56:01Ellis Johnson, James Emmerich, uh, Brian Hartman and Boggs.
56:03You did love your team. Uh, there were some haters.
56:06The Judy hated the most with a 53 Lou Brunson with a 57.
56:10Your, uh, your namesake Boggess, Jeff Boggess with a D.
56:13My cousin. DeLuca. Ryan Weiss. Uh, not really cousin, but you know, cousin of name type.
56:18Uh, all of those were, uh, some of the haters on this and that is going to take us to the final team.
56:24We're going to break down. It's going to be rich.
56:27But before we do, if you guys love some best ball, make sure to be joining our live Twitch best ball drafts.
56:33Andrew Erickson and Tom Strachan. They're going to be drafting live on Monday, July 8th at 2 PM Eastern.

56:46So make sure to watch it live on fantasy pros is Twitch channel.
56:50This or that Monday, July 8th at 2 PM Eastern.
56:53Don't want to say this Monday. Cause it could be whenever you're listening, but July 8th, 2 PM Eastern twitch.tv slash fantasy pros.
57:00That's twitch.tv slash fantasy pros. Final up here, rich your team.
57:03You put your quarterback up a Brock Purdy with James Cook and Josh Jacobs.
57:07Very, very strong running backs. Amonara St. Brown, Lad McConkie and Christian Watson as your three wide outs.
57:12George Kittle at tight end with David Montgomery at flex with a bench.
57:16Jadarian, Jadarian Price, Josh Downs, Isaiah Likely and Jalen Coker.
57:19So rich, do you think you were unfairly judged here on this team?
57:22Or do you think maybe there's a few too risky spots you didn't love?
57:26Maybe some stuff you absolutely were in love with here.
57:29What do you think about the team that you put together?
57:32I'd be pretty blown away if this team finished seventh.
57:35If we played this out, you know, the, the permeations of this league.
57:39I mean, as if you follow my work or if you played in fantasy with me, you know, the, the two things
57:45I value most are players that play on good teams.
57:48And I really kind of, you know, covered my ground on outside of maybe Josh Downs.
57:53And then the late picks of Jalen Coker and Isaiah Likely, all players on good offenses and touchdown equity guys that I
57:59believe have a ton of touchdown upside. And I think every player that I drafted, you know, picks one through six has plenty of touchdown upside as well.
58:07And then, you know, getting George Kittle as my onesie at my onesie spot and then insulating with Isaiah Likely, there's touchdown
58:13equity from Kittle on that side as well. So for overall, probably pretty excited to come away with this of a spot
58:20that I don't draft from often, or I've had my most trouble with early on.
58:24Now, I will say I had some luck, I think in this one, you know, having Amon Ra get the one at
58:30one eight, which doesn't always happen in a full PPR, which probably shouldn't happen in full PPR was a little bit lucky.
58:37Jerry and price. I don't expect to go on round seven and very many, you know, home leagues either by the time we get to August as well.
58:45So a couple of lucky picks as well, but maybe I would have gotten Justin Herbert if one of those guys would have went higher.
58:52I really, uh, I actually really liked the construction of this team.
58:55I like the plays that you put in here.
58:58I love like the buyback of Vlad McConkie as an RB too.
59:01I love David Montgomery throw it in here. Jadarian price was just huge upside.
59:05Josh downs really shouldn't have quite fallen where he was.
59:08I thought that was a good place. I am in a full agreement here.
59:12I don't, I would be shocked if this team really was just so middle of the pack.
59:17Pat, what do you think about this team constructions?
59:20Something you would have wanted to do different, or do you think this is the right mix of like floor with upside that we should be putting together?
59:28No, I like it. I like the value he got, especially on, uh, some of these Packers.
59:33Well, Josh Jacobs, it's, uh, encouraging to me that Rich sees the value in Josh Jacobs because I've been sort of, uh,
59:39playing him up a little bit as, as maybe a guy who's being just undervalued.
59:43Um, maybe someone people are bored with plus the off season stuff.
59:47Um, you know, the, the legal scare, although it looks like he's not going to be charged with anything.
59:52So, and I'm a big Christian Watson guy. I just, I can't get over ninth round George Kittle.
59:57Like, it's crazy that George Kittle and Travis Kelsey are punts at tight end this year.
60:02And, um, you know, I guess that helps make the case that you really can find right answers at just about any
60:08price point at tight end this year. Yeah. It's a really good point too, because everyone's preaching like the high end tight
60:15ends, but it's like, if you miss out on the high tight ends, you can get a huge value in a guy
60:21like this is the perfect way to do it.
60:24Like if you're going to miss out at that top end, Kittle and likely.
60:28Well, Boggs, I was going to say, it's literally your thing.
60:31Like you were the big likely guy. Like that's the type of thing you want.
60:35I was actually going to like ask you, how did you let him have likely despite having a high tight end, but
60:41like, this would be an ideal situation if you miss out on the top three, if you want to expand it to five, right?
60:48Yeah. I mean, I think for, for my build specifically, I already took the tight end high.
60:53Uh, look at the guys that were going so low.
60:56So there's going to be guys on the, on the wire that are fine, but, uh, this is how you do this.
61:02If you don't get a high end tight end, you don't get a Bowers or a Loveland.
61:07I think waiting and taking Kittle and then taking likely to, to, for the beginning of the season is, is nasty work.
61:14That's exactly how it's done. So, uh, very, very great pairing there, Rich.
61:17I would love to hear from you guys in the comments below.
61:21What was your favorite team build? Maybe it was a robot.
61:24I don't know. You can go up and rewatch and pause.
61:27Robots have pretty good teams. Yeah. You want to pick your robots, pick your robots, but, uh, whose team did you like?
61:34It could be mine. It could be Pat. It could be Lord Reeves or Bogman.
61:38However you want to do it, put it in the comments below, uh, your favorite and least favorite picks.
61:43And if you guys really want to get at it, go into the draft simulator and mock for yourself.
61:49Let's see what some of those builds look like.
61:51What are the craziest picks you can put together?
61:54Fantasypros.com slash mock is where you can start mocking and you can sync your leagues that you're playing in.
61:59So you can have the exact same settings. You can pick the draft spots so you can over and over see what those different constructions look like.
62:07And you can play around, or you could just jump in and you can start drafting from all the different spots.
62:13It's kind of what we were doing here. We're experimenting, seeing the different draft positions, seeing how it all plays out.
62:19Hopefully you guys enjoyed it. Lord Reeves on Twitter.
62:22Rich, anything else, uh, you got going down? You were already talking about some of your series.
62:27What else is in your world as you get ready for the football season?
62:31That's it. I should, uh, shout out to that.
62:33We did have the 2026 preview book come out.
62:36You know, if you guys follow Warren, Warren, uh, drops that big book every year.
62:40Uh, we all contributed to that. So that's out, uh, on the site as, as well too.
62:45So if you're interested in that and looking for some summer reading, if you're going to do some beach week or anything like that, take that with you.
62:53Uh, Pat Fitzmaurse and Scott Bogman are heavy in the streets in the dynasty world.
62:57They've got articles popping up. The fantasy pros draft kit is well underway.
63:01Uh, Fitzy leading the charge. Bogman drop an IDP.
