0:00What's going on guys? It's Nick here, back with another video. Week one is almost here. We're like eight days away from games actually happening when this
0:07video goes live. I know a ton of you have drafts this weekend, so I figured I'd talk about exactly how I would be
0:13drafting running back position this season both from a strategy perspective and then regarding like specific players I'll be targeting in different ranges.
0:21So sit back, hit the like button, and we'll begin in round one. So ideally, I would like to start off with the running
0:28back this season. Gibbs, Bijan, CMC, JT, James Cook, all awesome picks, all very deserving of going in round one in all
0:39non-superflex formats. Um, I don't think you need to force running back though.
0:45Uh, Jamarr Chase, Puka, Amon-Ra St.
0:48Brown, all fantastic picks as well. You can still make a very good team even in like a half PPR format. In
0:55standard, you probably just need to go triple running back if we're being honest. Uh, we're not going to talk about standard in this video, but
1:00whether it's full or half PPR, you can still make a very very good team drafting any one of those three in round
1:07one. So again, my goal is to have that running back, but really I just want one of those eight players. And I understand
1:15that if you're in a 12-team league and you've got like the 11 or the 12 pick especially, it is possible those eight
1:21are gone. If that is the case, I think it's totally fine going Jefferson or CeeDee Lamb because at that point you
1:27are guaranteed to get one of the amazing running backs that we'll go over in round two. Uh, but yeah, that's basically how I would approach it is you
1:34have a top two pick, go Gibbs or Bijan.
1:37You're in that mid-range, try and get one of Jamarr Chase, Puka, CMC, JT.
1:44Again, all the running backs I listed.
1:46Uh, James Cook wouldn't be more of like a mid first round. He'd be more towards that late first round, but those are the
1:51players I'd be wanting in round one. Um, again, I get that some of those other wide receivers have very high-end upside, but starting with running back
2:00this season really just sets your draft up really well. I want you to hear me say this a lot, two running backs
2:04through three rounds. Just based on the ability you have to attack wide receiver in the middle rounds based on how value
2:11sets up. That should be your goal is two through three. And if you don't take a running back in round one, well now to
2:18have this goal be met, you need to do it in rounds two and three. And sometimes it's just not as valuable in doing that.
2:26So, when in doubt, if it's very close between two players, just go with the running back.
2:32You'll notice that running backs are much worse values than wide receivers in the middle rounds.
2:38So, you're just not going to like your team as much even if you start off and you're like, "I love JSN. He's a great
2:43pick." You start off with that, you're going to quickly realize like, "Man, he's great, but I would have liked my team more had I gone with CMC, had I
2:51gone with McCaffrey." Also, yes, I am fine I said CMC and McCaffrey, CMC and like JT.
2:58Um yes, I'm fine going McCaffrey at number three. I think that's a personal decision that you got to make though. I
3:04think you got to just do a ton of mock drafts. Go to my website, it's free to mock draft, do it super quickly as many
3:10times you want. If you've got the 103, 104, you do need to make that call entering your draft. Are you going to go
3:16with one of those two wide receivers, Chase or Puka, I think in that order, or are you going to go with McCaffrey?
3:21You've got to have that decided on draft day. So, do a ton of mock drafts from whether it's the number three, number
3:27four pick, or the number five pick just to see how it'll shake off depending on what you end up with. You don't really
3:32have the option. Other people make that option for you, but see which one you like.
3:36You might have a different take on some of these, you know, early and mid-round running backs and receivers. And so, your decision might be different. You
3:44might do the mock drafts out and say, "Okay, I love my team when I start off with Jamar Chase." Or you might love it
3:50with McCaffrey. But again, it's got to be kind of a personal decision for you.
3:54For me personally, if I was I have a half PPR draft coming up this coming weekend, I would probably go with
4:00Ja'Marr Chase.
4:02Round two, uh goldmine for running backs. Now, it's not a guarantee, especially if you have a very early first round pick that
4:10you'll be able to land one of those running backs, but most of you will be able to get a good running back in round
4:15two. Ideally, I want to land one of Saquon Barkley, Kenneth Walker, Chase Brown, Amari Cooper, Ashton Jeanty, or Derrick Henry uh in
4:25that order for half PPR, and then I would move Chase Brown and Jeanty higher in full PPR just because they're a lock
4:31for a lot of receptions this season.
4:33Again, the vast majority of the time, most of you will be able to land one of those running backs. I don't have super
4:40strong takes on exactly the order. I listed off the order for you, so you can draft them in that order half, and
4:45again, move the two up in full. Um but I don't have a super strong take. If you're someone who's in love with Amari
4:50Cooper right now, you love Derrick Henry, I'm totally fine moving them higher uh if you want to. Um but most of you are going to be able to
4:57get one of these guys in round two. Um and if you can't, the round three running backs are solid, and if you can't, it's because you had
5:07that early first round pick, meaning you have a late second round pick, and you will get a running back in round three.
5:11So, that's kind of like the silver lining is like if all those guys are gone, and you're forced to go with one
5:16of like A.J. Brown or Nico Collins, that's still an amazing wide receiver, and you're going to get one of the round
5:21three running backs we talk about in a second in round three. So, you know that you're not going to start off like
5:27triple receiver. There's really just no outcome here, even if you start off with Ja'Marr Chase, and you're forced into Nico, you will have an option, again,
5:35forced into Nico Collins, those are still two great wide receivers. I'm fine with a start like that, cuz you will have a running back there for you in
5:41round three. Um because yeah, I mean, if you start off like um like Ja'Marr Chase, Nico Collins, Jeremiah Love, I genuinely
5:48think that is a totally fine start. If you want to swap out Jeremeyah Love for Breece Hall, for Kyren, again, we're
5:53going to get to that in a second. Uh but yeah, that's basically the the goal in round two is that running back, and it's
5:59nice knowing it's there cuz again, you're going to be like, "Okay, Mickey, you want that running back in one? You want that running back in two? Like,
6:04when am I going to start drafting receivers?" You will see in a second, running back thins out. I am going to
6:09receiver moving forward, and if you start off too wide receiver heavy, you get a little too cute and you start fading these running backs, all of a
6:15sudden you're getting to round three, four, five, six, and you're like, "Man, it is just never optimal to take running back here, but I have to cuz I do not
6:21want to go RB0." Round three. Um again, it depends. Everything now is going to depend on what you did in the first two
6:28rounds, but if my goal is to leave round three with two running backs, and I only have one so far, I want to go with one
6:35of Kyren, Jeremeyah Love, Breece Hall, and Javonte Williams. I don't love dropping down to like uh the ETN plus range, so everyone Etienne and further.
6:46I think they're more round four running backs. Maybe they can grade out as late third round picks, but I would prefer to
6:52take them in round four. So, really it would be those four running backs. Um I've gotten a lot of questions about
6:58that grouping in recent videos because it's a very difficult grouping to rank.
7:02Kyren would be my go-to in half PPR for the touchdown certainty. I know that Blake Corum is there. I know that he's
7:08not going to have receptions, talking about Kyren there, but I also know the odds are Kyren is going to have at least 10 touchdowns and
7:16when you're in round three and you need a running back and you know someone's going to have at least 10 touchdowns and
7:21has the upside to legitimately like lead the league in touchdowns just because of the offense he's on. I mean, the Rams could lead the league in
7:27touchdowns if they happen to have a season where they're just running the ball a decent amount near the goal line.
7:33Obviously, they have Stafford, but you get the point, right? Touchdowns are still relatively random. Like, if they lead the league in touchdowns and
7:40Kyren's their lead running back, there is a chance that he has 14 to 16 rushing touchdowns, a chance he gets lucky and
7:47has more, a chance that Quorum does get injured. Like there's a lot of opportunity there for Kyren to blow past this in half PPR.
7:54Um Love would probably be my go-to if I was in full PPR just because of the combination of talent and the reception
8:01ceiling. Um I also think that I would probably take Breece Hall over Kyren in full PPR just because we also know with
8:08Kyren the receptions will not be there.
8:10That's a guarantee. He's not going to have many receptions this season. Uh and so because Love and Breece Hall have I don't want to say a guarantee, but a
8:19relatively close to a guarantee that they're going to have a lot of receptions and we're not worried about either one of their injuries, um I would
8:25probably take them first in full. And then Javonte is like a good pick again.
8:30He's included in this round three, but he's very objectively in both half and full PPR last. Like he's just the last
8:35among these guys. So I'd always have him at the end. Um definitely not going to have receptions, has a lower touchdown
8:42ceiling than Kyren, uh but again, a very solid pick worth taking in round three.
8:46But yeah, round three comes down to what you do. If you started off with two running backs through the first two
8:52rounds, I don't think you go running back. I think it's like fine. I've done the mocks and seen like, you know,
8:57triple running back starts are okay because of how much value is there in those other rounds. But the wide receivers, we'll do that video on Friday
9:03for those of you wondering why isn't he talking about the receivers. We'll talk about them on Friday. Um the wide receivers in round three are
9:09still very very very good. Like there's still awesome options there. You have the option for Josh Allen in the late third round. So it's like you've got
9:17other options to where like if you started off two running back, you can do the third. I just think personally teams
9:23do still turn out a little bit better cuz you also lock yourself into a box.
9:27So if you really want to go three running back and you're like, I know I'm going wide receiver, you you think that.
9:31You don't know that. Like it's possible in rounds four, five, or six that there is a really good running back talent and
9:36you can't start taking that fourth running back in like the fifth round or even really the sixth round. I wouldn't want to do that. And so,
9:45you lock yourself out of potentially really good value, and you maybe hand that to someone else to take something that is fine, but isn't like a slam
9:52dunk. Like taking like Javonte Williams as your third running back is certainly not a slam dunk, and that's kind of how
9:58value would set up. It's unlikely that you take three running backs like Jahmyr Gibbs. Hampton is usually not there, but like Jahmyr Gibbs Hampton, do you really
10:07have to go Kyren or Love, or can you add on like a a Nico Collins or a Malik Nabers? I just think teams work out
10:13better if you go that direction. So, just try and leave round three two running backs, and whether it's a tight end or a wide
10:21receiver that use that as your other pick. In round four, you're probably not drafting a running back, especially if you only have or if you have two running
10:31backs through three rounds, because round four is a gold mine for receiver.
10:35Again, we'll talk about them on Friday, but basically no matter who you draft at receiver, it's a good pick. It's a very
10:41difficult range to fully rank. I've tried my best to do that. It's on the website.
10:46And yeah, we'll talk about it, but like it's difficult cuz everyone is good. And it's tough in those ranges being like,
10:53"Oh, it's like everyone's the same.
10:54Maybe we should wait." Okay, but if you wait and you miss the entire round four range at wide receiver, who are all
11:00amazing, everyone else is loading up on really, really good talents at a pretty strong discount, and you've skipped it to go with something else. So, if I'm
11:08going to do that, honestly, it's for Colson Loveland. So, it's like I want to take Loveland. I want to take these
11:12receivers, so I want to have two running backs through three, and I really just don't want to be drafting a running back
11:17in round four.
11:18If you have to, it's probably De'Andre Swift. Um Do not draft four running backs and make Swift your fourth running back, but even
11:28even as the third, I still sometimes I don't like it. Like I don't want to have Swift as that third running back, skip
11:33this whole range, plus Loveland at wide receiver. So again, you're probably not going running back in round four, uh but if you had to do it, it's probably
11:40De'Andre Swift. But even that doesn't feel like an amazing value. No one None of the round four running backs feel like that strong of a value. It feels
11:47like a drop off from round three and similar-ish to round five. And maybe you could still get De'Andre Swift in round
11:52five. Um in round five, uh I am again leaning wide receiver, especially if I ended up going Loveland in round four,
12:00uh because that means I probably have two running backs through three. I have Loveland. So I'm in round five, I only
12:04have one wide receiver a lot of the time. I really want to attack wide receiver. It's a good range. If I went
12:10to running back here, it would be to look if De'Andre Swift had fallen to this point. If he did, please take him.
12:16Uh again, he's going to start very hot.
12:17And so for those of you who do uh attack wide receiver, tight end a little bit early and you're you're scared because
12:22you're like, "Oh no, the running backs are gone." De'Andre Swift is going to have a great start to the season with
12:26Jamaal Williams injured. Um he's going to be close to featured on a great offense. Um I think they open up week
12:31one as one of the highest projected team totals. Like he's going to project I'm doing the projections right now for week
12:36one. He's going to project as a top 10 running back. Um he's just a really, really strong pick in drafts. Uh if you
12:42don't get him, it would be David Montgomery, someone that I've kind of flag planted this season saying I'm very comfortable with. Round five is a great
12:48spot for him. He's going to have the touchdowns. They're going to lean on the running backs. Woody Marks is still going to get touches, but Montgomery's
12:55going to get enough to where he's definitely going to be worth a round five pick. So I feel very confident about both of those two from both like a
13:01floor and a ceiling perspective. Uh very slim chance that Swift or uh David Montgomery bust unless they get injured. I mean,
13:10that's really the only outcome I see where they are a bust this season. Um I'm like again, it's not optimal, but
13:17I'm fine taking either one of them as my third running back. But again, my lean is to have two running backs through
13:24three and and to go wide receiver in rounds four and five, um just given or or tight end again, I love
13:30Loveland in round four, um don't think it's like necessary to go wide receiver here, but if you are or running back here, but if you are going
13:39to go running back, go with Swift or Achane. Round six, um obviously take Swift or Achane if they fell this far. I
13:45also love Rhamondre Stevenson. Uh it is pretty clear the Patriots trust him more than Trayveon Henderson, and he's going to have a really consistent role this
13:55season. Um he's not an exciting pick, and I feel like that's why he falls in drafts a lot of times cuz everyone's
14:02like, "Well, you know, he's not going to be a top-five running back." Definitely fair, but he's the perfect running back to throw into running back two, throw
14:09into flex spot when you've got buys and injuries and under underperforming players. Like, he's a guy that every week's going to go out there, be their
14:17lead back, solid chance of scoring a touchdown, going to have a couple of receptions, going to have work on the ground. And at the end of the day,
14:24you're going to look at the stat line and be like, "Nice." Like, I'm just glad I have him on the roster cuz he's going
14:29to get a decent amount of points, and if I took a shot at my running back two and I missed or my running back two gets
14:35injured, I'm always going to be comfortable playing him in that spot because it is a good team and he is the
14:40most trusted. Like, I know everyone wants uh Trayveon Henderson to work out.
14:45I was hopeful that this off season he would improve in pass protection and he improve, you know, his vision and stuff,
14:50but given how the coaches are talking, how what beat reporters are saying, it kind of seems like that didn't happen.
14:55Like, they still kind of don't trust him to pick up blitzes. Uh they still don't trust him to follow the blocks correctly
15:01and get the yards that are blocked.
15:03They'll definitely use Trayveon for explosive plays, right? They're losing, they need to score quickly, get him onto the field cuz he can rip off an 80-yard
15:10play. The problem is he can also have, you know, three runs in a row, zero, one, and zero yards, which is something that Rhamondre
15:17Stevenson is not going to do. Even if Stevenson's is going to rip off an ADR touchdown. So, uh again, look for Swift, look for David
15:25Montgomery. If they're not there, I feel like round six is a good spot for uh Rhamondre Stevenson. Um but in your mind, reserve rounds four
15:35through six even for wide receiver in Loveland. It's still a great spot for all of them. So, don't be nervous if you attack running back too
15:43much early on.
15:45Round seven and eight, uh main running back targets would be Rhamondre Stevenson if he fell, of course. Uh one of the Pittsburgh running backs, so
15:52Jaylen Warren, Rico Dowdle, both uh pretty solid floor ceiling combinations this season, or Jonathan Brooks. Those would be like my go-to options in this
16:00range. Um wide receivers do start to thin out. So, we love the wide receivers in like three, four, five, six.
16:07In round seven and eight, we like them and maybe one of those top options fall to you, like maybe a Parker Washington,
16:14maybe like a Rome Odunze, something like that uh falls to you in round seven. But if that doesn't happen, the baseline by
16:21ADP wide receivers from this point on are just worse. Like they're just not as good. They're not guys I'd really want
16:27to be putting in my starting lineup in week one. So, Stevenson, a Pittsburgh running back, or Jonathan Brooks. Um this is also the range where we start
16:36looking at uh quarterback. We start looking at quarterback in six, but you guys know, I've said it in literally every single video, Justin Herbert,
16:43Trevor Lawrence, those are two I'm attacking in round seven and round eight. Um very confident in both of them, very comfortable with either one of them as
16:52my starting quarterback. I'd be fine taking them and then not even drafting a second quarterback in a one quarterback league. Um so, I'm totally fine if you
17:00really want to reserve one of round seven or eight. I'm cool with both of them, honestly, in round seven. Um if
17:05you want to reserve this spot for one of them and then take a running back if they're available as well if one of the
17:11ones I listed off are there. Um I think that's probably your go-to in seven, eight. Um the Pittsburgh running backs are a little bit difficult to like fully
17:19figure out. I mean, both of them have the upside because Aaron Rodgers dumps it off a ton. Like, he's going to throw to the running back
17:25position at a very high rate. If, you know, let's just say Rico is the lead in early downs, he's still going to
17:31have those receptions. So, even though I think Jaylen Warren is probably going to be more of that passing running back that gets a ton of receptions like
17:37Gainwell did last season, anyone who's on the field, even on like an early down play where you're not, you know, maybe expecting running backs to
17:46be dumped off at a higher rate. You're expecting third downs have more of a passing down role. Like, Rico is still
17:51going to have first and second down receptions. And Warren still probably going to go onto the field sometimes in first and second down. So, both of them
17:57have opportunity here. I would say while both are healthy, it's unlikely either one of them is like a true league winner, but both of them, if the other
18:04gets injured, there's really no one else this team trusts that much. So, they both probably would be featured. And of course, that would be league winning.
18:11So, they possess the league winning upside, but they also possess similar to Rhamondre Stevenson, a floor where you're okay. Like, you're going to be
18:18fine putting either one of them as running back two if you need them. And then Brooks, um, I just think it's a bet
18:24on talent play. It's definitely a low floor play, but we are in a spot where you're probably not This isn't your
18:28running back two at a baseline. You probably already kind of have your starter.
18:32If that's the case, I like taking a shot on the talent of Jonathan Brooks who has been healthy this off season. Uh, rounds
18:38nine and 10, hopefully one of the round seven or eight running backs falls to you. If not, you can look at Gainwell, you can
18:46look at Jordan Mason. Obviously, we're starting to look at much lower floors, much lower ceilings as well. Uh, but both of you them should provide you with
18:55like pretty solid value. Um, they're kind of opposites in that Gainwell is someone who, if you look at the Bucks' upcoming schedule, you look at their
19:04their match up that week, and you see that they're projected to be trailing in kind of like a high-scoring game, that's
19:08when you want to be attacking Gainwell.
19:10That's when he'd be more likely to make it in your starting roster. Whereas Jordan Mason, you kind of don't want that script. You don't want them to fall
19:16behind. You don't want them to be playing catch-up cuz that might be more of an Aaron Jones game. You want Mason
19:21to be in those ones where the Vikings are home and they're seven and a half point favorites and you think the whole
19:25second half they're going to be playing more conservatively and running the ball and you know, playing with a lead.
19:30That's when you want Mason. You want Gainwell on the trailing scripts. It doesn't mean either one of them is like way better than the other. Um
19:36but it does mean that like, you know, Gainwell obviously better in full PPR.
19:40Mason better in half PPR. Um and just just going to be different time just different times throughout the season that you're going to use one over the
19:48other. But both of them I think have really strong floor-ceiling combinations for this range. Rounds 11 and 12, you're looking at Chris Rodriguez, Keaton
19:56Mitchell who it looks like avoided the IR, that's great, or Zonovan Knight, um again, every time I talk about two ranges here, the floor-ceiling
20:06combinations are being lowered. Of course, the floor on all three of these running backs is that they're back on free agency early in the season, but
20:14that's just the reality of like the double-digit rounds in fantasy. You got to understand that a lot of these guys are not going to work out, but I like
20:22these guys. I mean, C-Rod I think is going to have a pretty consistent role in early downs. I think he's probably
20:27going to be the goal-line back for this team. I think he's still going to mix in for a couple receptions to where you're
20:32going to be very happy in round 11 or 12 having him to kind of rotate in if you need him. Keaton Mitchell, you guys know
20:37I love the Chargers offense. I think that if Keaton can stay healthy, he will have a consistent role every week to
20:44where he is a very explosive player. He is someone that on eight to 10 touches could produce running back two numbers.
20:50That's appealing obviously. And then Zonovan Knight I think is a is a personal just like bet on talent play. I just think he's very talented behind the
20:57number one offensive line in the league and that has upside even if to start the season he's not going to be a starter.
21:03Then rounds 13 plus, uh the only thing you care about is pure upside. Like I could not care less at all if for some
21:10like third-down running back with an okay receiving profile. If you do not have a path to running back to production week in and week out and just
21:21a path, right? Just like a story we can tell to where, you know, in a realistic outcome that occurs, um you're just not
21:27worth rostering even this late. Um we did a bench video last week, so definitely watch that for it's like literally an entire full-length video on
21:36just the bench. So watch that if you want a deeper breakdown in this range.
21:40Um but my first priority really is getting a handcuff if I have an early-down running back that has a handcuff. So if I have Bijan, Christian
21:49McCaffrey, James Cook, Saquon Barkley, Ashton Jeanty, uh Jeremaih Love, or Javonte Williams, I remove Josh Jacobs cuz I just don't think you should be
21:58drafting him at all. And I added McCaffrey, added Javonte Williams because we got confirmation that we know who their backups are. But if you have
22:06any of those guys get their handcuff, the handcuffs are Brian Robinson, Keaontay Ingram, Black, Ray Davis, Tank Bigsby, Mike Washington, and Tyler
22:15Allgeier. Uh and then um Malik Davis as well for Javonte Williams. Um I'd reach around, reach two rounds ahead of ADP, secure these guys, don't play it
22:25cute. Don't be like, "Well, I think I can get them in round 15 or 16. I'll take defense first." Like if you've got
22:30a handcuff, you've got Christian McCaffrey, yeah, maybe you can wait till the last round for Keaontay Ingram, Black, but it's not worth it. Just grab
22:36Keaontay Ingram, Black. If you've got Javonte Williams, just take Malik Davis.
22:39Like just take these guys ahead of their ADP. Uh it is not worth getting sniped and being like, "Oh my goodness, I
22:45really screwed that up." Cuz it is valuable. You're using an early-round pick on one of these running backs, you want it to work out. If it doesn't work
22:52out, it's more than likely, like overwhelmingly likely, it's because of injury.
22:57You want to correlate that with a late-round pick. If we know that running back would actually gain a ton of value
23:03and be a starter for you. And for everyone I listed, we do know that. So again, reach ahead of ADP one, two
23:09rounds even. If you love your team, just reach two rounds. If you love your starters, it's less likely you're going to have to go to your bench. So just
23:16reach ahead and get them. Um I don't think there are any other running backs I'd really handcuff.
23:23For Gibbs, I know you'll want to handcuff. We just I don't have a lot of confidence in who the backup actually
23:28is. It's theoretically Pacheco right now, but I don't have enough confidence in that actually being true. Um I think it's you're fine drafting like
23:36Seth Magallen if you have Jonathan Taylor. I think you're fine drafting Emitt Johnson if you have Ken Walker, Woody Marks if you take Dameon
23:43Montgomery. I just don't think any of those are necessary. For everyone I listed, it's literally if the starter goes down, I know for a fact we are
23:51playing the backup. I don't know for a fact that we're playing like Emitt Johnson if the starter goes down. And then for um Monty, Woody Marks goes
24:00early enough, people will take him early enough for that like just general value to where I don't think you have to spend
24:07the pick on Monty and the pick on Woody Marks to lock in the Houston Texans starting running back. I think you spend
24:13probably a little bit too much draft capital doing that. So again, it's totally fine to do that too, especially if Woody Marks were to like fall by ADP.
24:20Sure, grab him as that handcuff. Um I just don't think you need to do that. If you're looking for something else,
24:26honestly, my next go-to would be to take someone else's handcuff. Um I know it it's like rude almost to do, but like if
24:34I'm sitting there looking for like one more running back on my bench, well, who has the most contingent upside? It's the
24:40backups that we know if the starter goes down are actually the starter. So that's why you reach ahead to get them because
24:46other people are thinking this too.
24:47Other people know that like Brian Robinson is the very clear handcuff to Bijan. If Bijan gets hurt, that Brian is actually going to have a very strong
24:55role. So they might take him even though you don't think someone will, someone might. So, reach to get them and honestly take other people's handcuffs
25:03if you can. If you kind of run through that range, you still need another running back. I don't mind taking a shot
25:08on Najee Harris or Zach Charbonnet.
25:11Najee would basically be coaches trust him. Like truly NFL coaching staffs like Najee Harris. He's I don't want to comp him to Stevenson,
25:20but it's that Stevenson role where people are like, "Why do they like Stevenson so much? Why do they like Najee so much?" Cuz he's strong in pass
25:26protection and he's going to get the yards that are blocked for him and he's going to be totally fine at the goal
25:30line. You can put him in there in literally any scenario and he's going to be solid. He will not rip off even
25:37probably a 35-yard run this season, but he's going to get the yards that are blocked and that's kind of the offense
25:43that the Giants want. The Giants want the running backs to just be smashmouth, just really strong, powerful bowling balls. That's what the Giants want from
25:51the running backs this season. And I so I think Najee's going to actually have a role to where like if you had to throw
25:57him in there, you'd get some production.
25:59And then Zach Charbonnet, it's more of that early season. You know, if you start off RB0 Hero and you're like, "I'm
26:04a little bit thin here."
26:05Honestly, I think Zach Charbonnet's going to get a lot more touches than people are expecting in week one if you had to. If something happened over the
26:13first month of the season where you had to go this late running back, I actually think he's going to have an okay role.
26:18Once Charbonnet returns, he's dropped.
26:20He's literally not viable at all, but I don't think that happens till November.
26:24So, you're going to have a decent chunk of time where you can use Zach Charbonnet.
26:28So, that's it. That's basically like what I would do at running back. I I honestly don't know that I would draft a
26:32single running back that I did not list off today. Like if you wanted to just write down those ranges, write down
26:37those running backs, you're probably going to be fine and then watch the Friday video. Make sure you subscribe so you can see that one. Um
26:44Combine those two, you're going to do totally fine in your draft. Um Hopefully, this was helpful to everyone.
26:50Hopefully, uh this coming weekend you guys all crush it in your drafts. If you want a little bit more help and you're
26:55like, "Yeah, I still would like a print off of the rankings." You can see that on my website, thefantasyfootballadvice.com.
27:01And if you don't want to print it off, if you want to use the app, you want to use the website, custom dynamic rankings
27:06is as well. Huge upgrade they got this off season. You're really going to want to check those out. All right. Please
27:11leave a like if you are still here. I will catch you all on the Friday video.
27:15We'll talk about some wide receivers.
27:17Thank you all for watching this one.
