0:05been out on Metcalf all summer. It's
0:06just not a pick you want to make,
0:08especially in redraft. I said this
0:10almost every video I feel like. There
0:12are 15 players that are going to
0:14actually matter in fantasy football this
0:16season, and DK Metcalf's not going to be
0:18one of them. 43-year-old Aaron Rodgers,
0:21they're going to be bottom five in pace
0:23last season with a significantly less
0:26target competition. He set a career low
0:27in receiving yards. He put together his
0:29fourth straight season with eight or
0:31fewer touchdowns. I don't understand
0:34where this upside is coming from. The
0:37reality is you're paying for the name
0:39for DK Metcalf, and you have been for
0:41years. It's not only this year. He's
0:43never had a season with five and a half
0:44receptions per game.
0:46He's cleared 1,120 yards once over seven
0:49years. He scored eight or fewer
0:50touchdowns in five of seven years. He's
0:53kind of been overrated for years, and
0:56now he has a 43-year-old quarterback and
0:58added target competition. Again, only 15
1:00players are going to matter. DK Metcalf
1:01is not going to be one of them, so I
1:02think you're doing a good job not
1:04drafting him.
