0:38Fred Meyer, fresh for everyone. What is good? We're back and we are going to talk about some overvalued players.
0:45Basically, you know, sells. If we did some buy-lows, these would be sell, baby!
0:49Sell! Now, again, when we do these shows, this is not necessarily an indictment of I dislike this player.
0:56A lot of this is derived from the FFDynasty.com, the expert rankings, and then looking sort of where the crowdsource and where
1:03the ADP kind of comes into play and where we are above or below.
1:07So, we're going to start off with some overvalued players and talk about those, and then we're going to roll through the
1:15end of it of like our extra consensus rankings against the crowdsource rankings and talk about some players that are just kind of generally overvalued in that regard.
1:24So, everybody ready to go? How's everybody feeling today?
1:27You know me, man. Any day on this side of the dirt is good.
1:31Here we go. Hee-ha! Fill in my plums. All right, boys.
1:35Plums. Oh, sorry. My bad. Shev, I'm going to need you to start off because the first guy I feel like that
1:42you sent me, I had to clutch my pearls.
1:45And this is the kind of show that everybody gets riled up about and hates.
1:50So, I think you should lead off with Colston Loveland.
1:53Well, I'm going to do this in Stephen A's voice, okay?
1:57Okay. Unequivocally, the most overrated player in our rankings is going to be Colston Loveland of the Chicago Bears.
2:03I'm not going to do it in Stephen A's voice the whole time.
2:07But, Colston Loveland. All right, so, listen, guys. I know what I've said all offseason.
2:12I know that I have said that I think that Ben Johnson is going to go into his coach's office, lock himself
2:19in there with some candles, do a darkness retreat by himself, watching the film, okay?
2:24Watching it in the dark. Blindfolded. Listening to it.
2:27Listening to it. Really just taking in everything that he can so that he knows which way to go with this offense in 2026.
2:35I know that I said he might build it around Luther Burden and Colston Loveland, but what if he doesn't?
2:41Okay, we've already priced Colston Loveland as though he is he who remains.
2:45He is the tight end three in all of dynasty football.
2:49He is going. He's already ascended and we're just waiting for the outcome to prove it.
2:54And I just have trouble with, okay, so only a 17% target share, 17.8% to be exact, okay?
3:00In the stretch where he was dominant, where he scored, you know, only Trey McBride scored more points.
3:06He's at 37% TD rate. Like that's, I mean, obviously, Roma Dunze is dominating that.
3:11Casey, you've alluded to that several times throughout the offseason as to why you believe that Roma Dunze is one of the
3:18most mispriced assets in all of dynasty. And I just can't.
3:22There's this nagging thing in the back of my head where we've crowned.
3:26We've crowned guys a little bit too early. We did it with CJ Stroud.
3:30We did it with Jayden. I don't think we're off with Jayden Daniels just because of the rushing upside.
3:37Different story for a different day. But what if he's just good this coming year?
3:41What if he's, what if he just finishes as like the tight end nine?
3:46And he's only around in tight end premium. He's around 12 points a game.
3:51Still tremendous for your dynasty team because there's still room to grow.
3:54And he's tied to what we believe is an elite passer.
3:58You, me and Big Co have talked about this.
4:01And like, what if it just doesn't, what if we don't get the nut outcome pause for, for Colston Loveland in 2026?
4:08I just, I, he had a lower route participation during this break.
4:12They're in the breakout at 64, 64.9% than AJ Barnard.
4:15Like as we got some crazy efficiency. And again, he's really, really, really good from a real football perspective, from a fantasy perspective.
4:23He dominated. But we've already priced him as though he has arrived.
4:27And if he's not the Prince who was promised, I know, listen, I, if you've already turned, if you haven't turned the
4:34episode off by now, I, I genuinely apologize. I don't want to do this, but I woke up in calling a cold
4:41sweat thinking about like, what if Colston Loveland didn't just dominate in 2026?
4:45And I had to start looking into it and everything.
4:49Listen, there's no advanced metric. You're going to point to he's over two points, 2.21 yards per out run in that stretch.
4:56I mean, he was, you know, 0.57 fantasy points per out run in that stretch.
5:01Everything points to the fact that he's going to, he's going to do what we think he's going to do.
5:07And he did it for a half a season.
5:10But what if it's a little bit flatter targets here?
5:13What if Rome is the alpha? Technically has the best draft capital of all the pass catchers.
5:19Right. And he, and he was 19 points a game for the first five weeks of the season.
5:25And I believe like 16 through the first eight before he hurts his foot.
5:29And then he takes the goose against the Ravens or the Bengals.
5:33I can't remember which one it was, but just what if it's not, what if, what if we just have to be delayed, not denied?
5:41You heard us say that a bunch on this episode.
5:45So I wanted to exercise a little bit of caution.
5:48We've got them. The consensus, the crowdsource consensus has them at 23.
5:52We've got them at 26 and our consensus expert ranking.
5:55So a very small, very small delta there, but also just again, what if Tyler Warren outperforms him this year?
6:01What if Harold Fannin with, you know, is the unquestioned alpha and a really crappy offense, but still he goes out and he gives you another 900.
6:10And, you know, he gives you 908 touchdowns and Colson Loveland's only at 880 and like five.
6:16What if he gets unlucky from a touchdown perspective?
6:19It's just that we've already priced it as though it has happened.
6:23And there's no coming back from that. Like burn the boats if you want to.
6:27I think it's a great bet, but I just need to exercise some caution here and put it out there into the atmosphere, into the ether.
6:36Yeah. I think Colson Loveland could be slightly overvalued right now.
6:40He doesn't need to hit it this year for it to, you know, to be, you know, the right call and the right outcome.
6:47I think we had caught up in that year by year in dynasty necessarily, but that's, this is the point of overvalued, right?
6:55You're talking about players. It's not that you dislike them.
6:58It's that like you mentioned Warren and fanning clearly Loveland is in the best offense, right?
7:03And so that's guys, we want to be, we want to invest in ecosystems.
7:08But to me, like I want to invest in ecosystems that, you know, that, that, that, that usually the cheapest part of
7:15ecosystems, unless it's already a proven commodity, like, you know, Justin Jefferson, or then those guys are obviously priced accordingly.
7:22And like you're saying, Colson Loveland has already been priced as though he is that commodity.
7:27Whereas there's still Luther burden. There's still Roma dunze.
7:30There's still a running game really, you know? So, so I don't think Colson Loveland by any stretch of the imagination is going to be a bust.
7:38It's a pretty safe pick for the most part.
7:41It's just, if he doesn't reach the ceiling of outcome that he's kind of priced at right now, that would be kind
7:49of the reason why he would be slightly overvalued here.
7:52Jeremiah, I see your, you got your hands going.
7:55You're ready to, you're ready to get in here.
7:58I love this. And I'm not going to come in like skip Bayless on the other end, but really, if he doesn't
8:05hit tight end three or better, you run that risk.
8:08And then I love to shove what you said about Tyler Warren.
8:12And you know, I'm going to say for you, what about two rounds later with somebody like Tucker craft, you take so much less risk.
8:20And this is like a flying so close to the sun point.
8:24It reminds me so much eerily of when Casey was on here talking about Jackson Dart, who was going ahead of Patrick Mahomes.
8:32Now there's not a Patrick Mahomes at the tight end position that's behind Colson Loveland right now.
8:37But the idea was, I remember Casey, you weren't sitting there sipping on haterade for Jackson Dart.
8:43You were just saying, hey, I think we should venture into this is a good opportunity to sell.
8:48So that's a little bit adjacent to overvalued. So to this point, I would also say, I think you should look and
8:56investigate if he's being priced Colson Loveland like he's a top three, like he's a top tier in that price point.
9:02Is there can you venture and see if you can sell him as if he is because if you can get somebody
9:10to bite, you may benefit from a tier down.
9:13I think tight end is one of the most difficult positions to tear down him.
9:17But I love the stand that chef has here because you if Colson Loveland is tight end seven, eight, nine.
9:24You it's got to be top three. That's the one risk we always push our chips in when we go Brock Bowers as much as we love him.
9:33And if he does not hit like he did and it could be no fault of his own, it could be injury last year.
9:41It's exactly so it sinks you. So just a good contrarian take point to point out.
9:46And to be fair, it can it can sink you for the year, but did not get discouraged.
9:52And that's OK. I'm not necessarily going to go out in the living and say, hey, I'm going to willy nilly sell
9:59Loveland because I think he's a little overvalued here.
10:02I'm fine with clicking the button in a startup at certain aspects.
10:06But like like you said, guys like Tucker Craft, who, you know, chef's not allowed to mention his name for at least three or four episodes.
10:14So we we did it for him. And then, you know, we talked about Tyler Warren on on overpay.
10:21And if you go back and look at like everyone's forgotten how good his first eight to ten games were and the seasons just finished differently.
10:29So like like you said, if you could that would be a potential move is like, hey, we move down to a
10:36fan in or Warren whose situation isn't as good.
10:39And it's not as sexy right now, but you could get something on top.
10:44Not necessarily saying I would, but I like it.
10:47I like the overvalued. Take a step back. Big Co is going to be shitting about this, but it's not about it's not about that.
10:55We we all like Colson Loveland. We all think Colson Loveland can be in that range of outcomes, which is why we have him ranked where we do.
11:04We're kind of with it, but generally maybe a little bit of overpay.
11:08So I like it. I like good start there.
11:11Come out hot. Have you ever looked at someone else's rankings and strongly disagreed with them?

13:11This episode is brought to you by Troll Co.
13:14Clothing. And oh, is this one worth it? You know, more than a few people have asked me about Troll Co.
13:20So let me actually tell you about it. I wear their hats, their sweatshirts.
13:25I have for a while now. The quality on both is legitimately good.
13:29The hats hold their shape. The sweatshirts are the kind of heavy that you actually want, not the thin stuff that pills after three washes.
13:37I just like them. The reason I connected with the brand in the first place is the story behind it.
13:44You know the phrase, dirty hands clean money? It's a blue collar saying that has been around forever.
13:50It's the idea that honest, hard, physical work is how you build a good life.
13:55Troll Co. was started by two guys who came out of the oil patch who could not find any clothing that represented people like them.
14:03So they built it themselves. That is the kind of origin story I respect.
14:07And the product truly backs it up. If you want to check them out, go to TrollCo.com slash profiler.

14:19Coach, Jer, what do you got here for us?
14:22What's your first overvalued player here? Hey, Jeremiah. All right.
14:25Yeah. Javante Williams. It's Javante Williams. And for me, just flying too close to the sun.
14:30I'm in a startup or I'm in even in the redraft streets and I'm like, damn, this price already?
14:37You know, the appetizers on the menu as a metaphor are just as expensive as the entrees.
14:42What is going on here? That kind of reminds me for an analogous manner, Javante Williams.
14:47I just think, look at him last year. Yards created per touch, 30th.
14:52EPA, negative 21.5. Ranks 143rd. That's RB, I don't know, 18th.
14:55I don't even know what 12 times, whatever that is.
14:5812 times 12. That's terrible. Bucklehead, terrible, Charlie. And for me, he's going around players in startup land.
15:04Sam Laporta, T. Higgins, Makai Lemon. These are all players I would much rather have.
15:09Cam Ward, BTJ, Cam Scadabo at his fellow position who will go later.
15:13Travis Etienne I'd rather have. Yeah, I'm not sold to Kyle Pitts.
15:17There's so many players. Tyler Shuck. I'm just rattling off.
15:21I'm staring at ADPs right now. And I'm just not there for Javante Williams.
15:25I think he's overvalued, overheated. He ran into a wonderful season last year as an RB12 overall.
15:31An back-end RB1. So kudos to him. And I don't buy so much of the smoke of the other backs, be it Jaden Blue, Phil Maffa.
15:39I don't see them eating into the carry share on Javante Williams.
15:43I'm just saying that he's overvalued at this point.
15:46And especially when we look into next year, when we get our stable of running backs, I see Javante going down in the rankings rather than up.
15:55So I'm really, I'm, I'm whelmed. So at his price point where he is versus all those players that I had mentioned,
16:02I'm much more, you know, how does Cam Scadabo like, how are they neck and neck?
16:07I want Cam Scadabo smash all day. So yeah, that's, I think overvalued.
16:11I'm not, I'm not going to give you any help on this one.
16:16You got to bail yourself out. Shev, this, this, um, this is an interesting one for you because you were, you were
16:23an anti Javante and then you had to get back in.
16:26So where do you stand on this one? Is this, is this overcorrection?
16:31Are you overcorrecting and getting back in on Javante?
16:33Or do you, you feel similarly to where Jeremiah is right now?
16:37Well, you see alligators are so ornery because they got all them teeth and no toothbrush.
16:43Okay. So I was, I, so yes, I was out completely out.
16:47I mean, you can go back and fantasy receipts and shit out of me about Javante because I was like team Miles
16:54Sanders and all this other stuff, man. So, but now I feel like, I feel like he's one of the more safe players.
17:01So he's going to give you about 15, 16 points a game.
17:05He's going to handle most of most. Now look at me.
17:09I'm using my hands like Jeremiah. What's the deal?
17:12Is that contagious? All right. So, but in all seriousness though, I feel like he's one of the safer picks that you
17:19can make now that he's healthy again, now that we've seen healthy Javante, the monsters don't have his powers anymore.
17:25He's bouncing off tackles. He's, you know, he is one of the most, the least efficient pass catching running backs that we've seen in recent memory.
17:34Like he's just, this is the worst, like the worst 40 and 50 catch seasons you could ever imagine.
17:40But I feel like, yeah, he's still young enough to where he's a value.
17:44But also like if I could get Cam Scatabo around later, I'm just going to go get the Anglo-Saxon Assassin CTE Scat Pack.
17:52All right. Yeah. He's two picks. The Scat Pack's two picks away in our June ADP.
17:57But should they be near each other? But here's the thing.
18:01There's just such a better offensive environment you can create for Javante than you do for the Scat Pack.
18:07That's and he's healthy. We don't have any questions about.
18:10It's just to me, it's safety of Javante. Or do you want to, I mean, not, and I don't, I think if,
18:17if Scatabo is healthy and right, he's probably going to get the lion's share of that backfield.
18:23So you're probably fine there. But again, like you said, environment and stuff like that.
18:28So, but I agree. I think it's just volume and safety for Javante.
18:32That makes me not be terribly concerned. I'm not like, oh my God, I love the guy.
18:38But when you get into that area and you're like, hey, I need an RB2 here.
18:43I don't think it's the worst, but. It's not.
18:46I don't think it's the worst. I'm just saying it's overvalued.
18:49I'm not saying it's the worst. It's the worst.
18:52Salutations. It's overvalued. So I, I, here's, here's what I'll, I'll land a plane on this.
18:57I think that he is going to, he's never going to be a cornerstone.
19:02He's never going to be a moneymaker. I think he's, or excuse me.
19:06I think that his ceiling now is going into the moneymakers value losers bucket.
19:11Yeah. Like he's, he's on the, he's less sexy chase Brown.
19:14Chase Brown's much better pass catcher. I feel much better pass catcher.
19:18Right. And, and we got, we got the contract security Javante three years, 20, 22 and a half million dollars or whatever it is.
19:26So it's safe, but also Jeremiah's point was very, very, very prescient and salient in that when that 27 class hits, he's
19:33not going, he's, his value is only going down.
19:36Yeah. There, there certainly is no, yes, absolutely. A hundred percent.
19:40Like there's no, you can't draft him. And, and like, I don't, I don't know that there's a whole lot of movement upwards with, with Javante.
19:48Question. Gentlemen is the proper play. I know this is a mainly a dynasty topic, but do we see redraft it's the
19:55play for Javante dynasty be buyer beware. I could be okay with that for the most part.
20:01I mean, I don't, you know, it really just depends on how that Dallas with the running back has really just, they've
20:08actually, they've, they've played it really well after being bamboozled by Zeke for a little while there.
20:14So I got to give them a shout out, but if, unless they add somebody else to this backfield, which obviously they,
20:21they could, that would be, I think really the, the what's the analogy I'm looking for?
20:26Just the straw that breaks the camel's back for lack of, of Javante, right?
20:31If, cause if you just, if you get the floodgates going to be open, you're going to get all the volume, then
20:38it's probably fine for the most part, but it's not sexy.
20:41It's not probably gaining any value. It was just going to put some points in your lineup, but that, that would be a killer.
20:49If the second running back creeps in there and, and takes really anything away from them.
20:54Well, I know I said the last thing I would say.
20:58Oh, my bad guys. But what if, what if, you know, they bring in the Cardinals have no use for Cardinals have
21:05no use for James Connor final year of his deal.
21:08Can only can cut them for like 1.2 dead cap.
21:12And he reunites with Clayton Adams, who he had his career highs and efficiency across the board with in 2024.
21:18And now it's just this nasty, it's just this nasty committee where you got a 31 year old out there looking better than 25 year old Javante.
21:27And it's just an absolute mess. I don't think that that's going to happen, but I'm just saying.
21:33I do think this Cardinals conundrum is going to get somebody.
21:36I was going to say this to circle the plane.
21:40I have this thought exercise. You're in my head, Chev on that with this Dallas topic.
21:45James Connor is going to get scatabot. Also the same thing for somebody like a Pacheco.
21:50Somebody's going to get caught. Yeah, that's that's where I mean, that's where we all want James Connor to go is Detroit.
21:57But this different story for a different day. Somebody's getting got look, Jerry's cutting the pie and he's going to say we
22:04don't have enough pie for James Connor around here.
22:07All right. One running back. It's too many running backs.
22:11All right. So we just we're just gonna go one and then two is two too many.
22:16Because pie. That was like the the water boy and not good.
22:20All right. I'm going to throw my mind in the ring here.
22:24I'm going to go with Lad McConkie here and kind of just going through this again.
22:29No shade on Lad been a huge Lad supporter.
22:32I like I like Lad. I like the lads.
22:35But if you go through and you look at our FF dashboard, you can see pretty much all of us are, you know, lower on Lad than consensus.
22:44We're we're 14 spots lower together from our consensus against the crowdsource consensus.
22:48Right. So generally, we're all there. Jeremiah, you're the highest at 45.
22:52I'm the lowest at 59. She was in the middle of 57.
22:56Right. And this just kind of comes back more to sort of what Shev was just saying about Colson Loveland.
23:03Right. That's really all this is has nothing to do with Lad McConkie.
23:07It has to do with like, hey, is he your bonafide number one?
23:11And is he going to be the guy who just gets all, you know, gets the big time value of this pie?
23:18You know, and that's really the question to me.
23:21And if he is, then he's not priced high enough.
23:24Right. But if if it is going to be spread around and we're going to run the ball well and, and, you
23:32know, Hampton's going to be somebody who gets leaned on and eats up maybe a little bit extra passing volume here or
23:39there, or maybe Keaton Mitchell does some of that.
23:42Right. But if a Rondé Gadsden's in there and the joke, who's getting some love and obviously Charlie Kohler is going to eat.
23:49But, you know, then, then you have somebody in Trey Harris who they invested, you know, some capital in who the team
23:56really likes, regardless of what you think. And then Quentin Johnston has, has, you know, slowly, quietly, you know, a la Shev
24:03been creeping up in a lot of spots. And I think people are getting hip to the idea of like, he could
24:11be a big part of what the Chargers do this year.
24:14And that all those things just hurt lad a little bit.
24:18To me, this is just kind of like Jaguars esque, right?
24:21We like the ecosystem. We trust Herbert more than we trust Trevor for sure at this point.
24:27Right. Generally. But we like the system and the environment.
24:30And this is the same thing. I could put BTJ in this, just take lad out and put BTJ in and say,
24:37Hey, BTJ is a little cheaper, but like, listen, if all of these things are going to work, the pie is probably
24:45unless Trevor and or Herbert is, uh, you know, 5,000 yard passer again.
24:49And, you know, and throws a million attempts, then it's probably fine.
24:53Look, they're probably going to be really efficient. And lad's probably going to be just fine.
24:58Regardless. I just feel like we're, we're a little bit lower on lad than maybe where the market has in price.
25:05So that's kind of the point of this overvalued, I'm not saying I'm rushing out to sell lad, just like you're saying,
25:12you're not rushing out to sell Colson Loveland. But if I could get a different asset that I felt more comfortable with
25:19being the bonafide number one with something on top of it, I'm okay with going that route with lad right now is
25:26I guess you kind of where I'm going. If we knew more about our sleep, what would we do differently?
25:33Would we go to bed at a consistent time or take steps to reduce interruptions to our sleep with sleep score?
25:40Apple watch measures your bedtime consistency, interruptions and sleep duration.
25:43Then every morning it combines these factors into an easy to understand score from one to a hundred.
25:49So you'll know how to take the quality of your sleep from okay to very high.
25:54Know your sleep score with Apple watch iPhone 11 or later required.
25:58Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here from Mint Mobile. Now I was looking for fun ways to tell you that Mint's offer of
26:05unlimited premium wireless for $15 a month is back.
26:08So I thought it would be fun if we made $15 bills, but it turns out that's very illegal.
26:14So there goes my big idea for the commercial.
26:17Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch. Upfront payment of $45 for three months, $90 for six months or $180 for
26:2412 month plan required $15 per month equivalent taxes and fees extra initial plan term only greater than 50 gigabytes may slow when network is busy.
26:33See terms. With that, it's just that there's, there are people with more certainty of role than what we can create for Lab McConkie.
26:40Now you want to be, he's the most expensive piece as a, you know, of all the pass catchers without question.
26:47And what you're saying, we know that if Justin Herbert's healthy, offensive lines healthy, this is going to be a really, really good, healthy ecosystem.
26:55From a fantasy perspective, sorry for saying healthy, like twice in the last 10 words, but it's going to be a really good ecosystem for fantasy.
27:04What if it's just not incredible for Lad? What if he's, obviously none of us think that he's Tyreek Hill.
27:10So what if he doesn't command a 25% target share and have 2000, you know, 2000 air yards or something ridiculous like that.
27:18And he's, what if it's just good and you could select, you know, you're trying to win this year.
27:24You could get AJ Brown and a pick for Lad McConkie and you're close to taking, you know, you're close to taking it home.
27:32You know, in that, you see what I'm saying?
27:35Like it just, there's ways to move. There's utility in his price that you can move around and get to a more
27:42certain and more stable piece and you don't have to do anything drastic.
27:46And it's not really going to hurt you that much because he wasn't great in your lineups last year.
27:52I believe he was what? 11 and a half points a game.
27:56Yeah. So you're just not in a place where you're, you're not in a place where you're going to give up.
28:03You're going to get the high end yield that we all, that we all were looking forward to in 2025 after that
28:10rookie season where he was 82 for 11, 50 and seven.
28:14Like what if that is more so the ceiling than it is, or more so the normal range of outcomes as opposed
28:21to, as opposed to what we think that him being Justin Herbert's number one target and Mike McDaniels offense represents.
28:28And the cool thing, it, it seems like the takeaway too, from listening to two of you, it's better to have him already on your roster.
28:36Lab McConkie versus having to go and pay that startup price, which is it.
28:41He's got to hit that mark to pay off.
28:44And that's where you're sitting there saying, cause I look at receivers that I have behind him ranked.
28:49I gentlemen, I'm very high on Jalen Waddle this year.
28:53I have him ranked after Lab McConkie. I can see a scenario.
28:57I have him three receivers after Devonta Smith. We could see him have a pure run out with AJ Brown out of the way.
29:04Rashi Rice, he's just had some legal intersection, but when he's on the field, he can hoop.
29:10So I see what you're saying with he's at a ceiling price right now.
29:14So to a degree overvalued, very close venturing on, you know, this could get dangerous if he doesn't pay off.
29:21Yeah. Yeah. And again, really like lad. I'm not rushed out to sell him, but he would be the first on my list here.
29:29So, uh, she have, let's kick it back to you.
29:32You got a second overvalued player and then we'll go back to juror.
29:36And then we'll, we'll look at a bunch of guys rapid fire at the end here.
29:41Can you find enough pie when you're talking to Jerry Jones?
29:45I don't know. Well, to answer your question, I do have a second.
29:49And I, I think the hype's gotten a little out of control for Bejal Tooting.
29:54I've been saying this. I've been saying it. Hey, I've been saying it.
29:58I'm not just some guy. I invented the piano key necktie.
30:02Okay. All right. So crowdsource, I believe he's at 94.
30:05Uh, I have him at 122. Uh, so there's nearly a 30 spot difference between where I think he is and what I think he does.
30:14And where, where everyone else, you know, everyone who's contributed would shout out to you guys.
30:19Thank you so much for contributing to the crowdsource rankings with the swipes.
30:23Absolutely. Go check out the FF dynasty, you know, get your swipe on, uh, dynasty tender, uh, shameless plug.
30:29Casey didn't know I was going to do that, but I did it.
30:34So here we are, but I'm team C rod.
30:37I'm team crowd all the way. No questions asked.
30:39I've been here. I remain. I am. He who remains and tunes at RB, RB 23.
30:45And I just don't like this one. Jacksonville was one of the lowest, lowest in terms of target share of the running back at 11.9%.
30:53They're 30th in the league. Okay. So you're already eliminating the past catching utility.
30:57What Travis, Travis, a Chan did. I see. I got it right that time.
31:02I almost messed it up, but I got it right.
31:05Travis, a Chan caught roughly 30 some odd balls this year, but they were 30th in target percentage to running back.
31:12And I don't think that that's going to change 1.2% explosive run rate.
31:16That was tied with Kareem hunt amongst running backs with 80 carries for 52nd in the league.
31:22Chris Rodriguez is at 3.6% last year. And this is a team that wants to run the football.
31:28They were sixth in inside the five attempts. That also fits Chris Rodriguez much more than it does Bejal Tootin.
31:34So we're, everybody has already said, Hey, here's, here's where we're going with Bejal Tootin.
31:39And it's just like, you don't care. I know I had, you know, a buddy of mine tell me, well, Chris Rodriguez
31:46was inactive for the commanders, you know, a long time ago.
31:50So, I mean, he's obviously not good. And Bejal Tootin, I mean, the GM, Ellen, the GM picked him.
31:56So, that's obviously why he's going to be better.
31:59I don't see it that way. And he was just more, he was bad.
32:03For a team that was really good at running the football last year, Bejal Tootin was bad from nearly every efficiency metric
32:11that you could, that you could dream of. I mean, him and, him and Chris Rodriguez were tied in missed tackle sports
32:18per attempt at 18, you know, basically 0.18. But gap schemes, he was at 3.3 yards a carry.
32:24Man, zone schemes, he was at 3.8. He aimed at 3.7 on the year in terms of yards per carry.
32:30So, this is just a screaming red flag to me that he's overvalued.
32:34And I would just much rather take Chris Rodriguez when I get the chance because it's much cheaper.
32:40And I know that, hey, he has history with Liam Cohen.
32:44But at the same time, I just, I was alarmed by it.
32:48Like, Bejal Tootin's supposed to be the explosive run guy.
32:51It's supposed to be, you know, the space satellite back.
32:54And I just can't get there. I can't get there.
32:58So, yeah. I mean, I think, I think, I think generally we've kind of gone back and forth all off season on this.
33:05And this, this could be the one that is, that is a great lottery ticket.
33:10Or it could be one that really sinks, sinks the ship if, if Chris Rodriguez comes in there and just makes this a timeshare.
33:18Right. And who, who the hell really knows? That's, this is the fun of it.
33:23This is the fun of this. And, you know, just kind of connecting the dots.
33:27I kind of tend to always lean back to you.
33:31Now, Rodriguez has missed a little bit of time here with an injury.
33:35So that could give Tootin, you know, a slight advantage here.
33:39But I do think, you know, LaQuinn Allen potentially having a little bit of say in some things of maybe some of that pass catching stuff.
33:47And then some short yardage for Rodriguez, some TDs for Rodriguez, maybe vultures him.
33:52And, and maybe, you know, Tootin can run away with this and just be so efficient and be so good and kind
33:59of get that breakaway percentage up and kind of show.
34:02So, you know, that's kind of why people like him because there is some explosiveness to his game.
34:08If he could show that, then it won't be.
34:11But, but I could feel you on this one.
34:14Jeremiah, you got anything else? Or you got, or you want to move on to your guy here?
34:20Yeah. There's an easy flipping opportunity round 15 to round seven where Rodriguez could usurp.
34:24And then you made the great point about LaQuinn Allen.
34:28That was a big problem about last year was LaQuinn Allen was on the field a lot more.
34:34And that's when Travis Etienne was around. And then you might bullish say, Hey, the Jaguars looked a year ahead.
34:40Have A-chan, Travis A-chan out. And then, Hey, this is Bejal Tootin's turn, but you bring in Rodriguez.
34:46And if that's going to put somewhat of a dent into your carry share, I think that's a problem from the jump.
34:53And then when you factor in the fact that LaQuinn Allen, that PPR goodness was on the field last year when Travis A-chan was there.
35:01I think that's an even worse signal. We don't even realize how much LaQuinn Allen is going to be on the field this year.
35:09Yeah. I, I, I, I, that could be all a huge factor in all of this.
35:14And this just becomes just like a weird three-way committee sort of situation that everybody, you know, kind of goes up and down.
35:22You don't know who to start. It kind of stinks.
35:25I could, I could certainly see that kind of playing out that way.
35:29So Tootin is there. How about Jeremiah? Give us, give us one more.
35:33Give us one more. And this one won't take too long.
35:37It is Jadarian Price. We don't have the cumulative stats because there's no NFL record so far.
35:43Right now I have him RB 20 to crowdsources RB 18.
35:46So I'm a little bit behind. But at the same time, I feel like this Price, he's near adjacent to Javante Williams.
35:53And for all the same reasons, but Javante Williams, with the players who are adjacent, be it Laporta, Higgins, Lemon, Cam Ward, BTJ.
36:01There's all sorts of players out there who I'd much rather have.
36:05And directionally, you take in the 27 class, it's going to be going down.
36:09I don't, I don't see Jadarian Price going up.
36:12Price is going to go down and we have to call back to Price being inflated, hyperinflated.
36:18Or he sometimes goes 106 in this rookie class, 107, 108, no business in any other class.
36:23And I'd like to see the bullish outcome for him.
36:27I believe he can catch passes because he can track a ball on a kickoff return.
36:32So I think that can translate. We've seen other running backs struggle with that in college and then prove to be capable pass catchers.
36:40I just don't see the ceiling there for Price.
36:43So to me, where he's at, he's overvalued. And I think some people are going to get got when there's other players
36:50in that field, in that area, who I think are much safer.
36:54I would say Javante Williams might be safer. So if you want to take those of those two, you go Javante in that high octane Cowboys offense.
37:02Yeah. You know, Price is so, I mean, I still have rookie drafts left because I'd like to draft some early.
37:09I like to draft some late. But I don't know any price right now.
37:14And it's not to say that I wouldn't. I do kind of like Janarian Price, but it will kind of come down.
37:21And recently, you've kind of had the reports of, well, the Seahawks didn't draft him to be a volume.
37:27Like, you don't know what the Seahawks drafted him to do.
37:31They certainly spent enough capital on him to be that.
37:34So it would be surprising if he doesn't get a reasonable amount of volume to start the season.
37:40And who else is the other people in there?
37:43Is it Emmanuel Wilson? Is it not? Like, that's really just going to be the difference maker here.
37:49If there's some volume for Price, this is probably fine.
37:52But I'm with you, though. Like, if you move to the next couple of classes, there's no reason for him to be kind of priced where he is.
38:01He'd be somebody who you'd be excited to pick up in the second round, like, a little later.
38:07Right? Instead of having to be like, oh, well, you're getting pigeonholed because you need an RB or he's the only RB in that range.
38:15So you're taking him four, five, six, seven overall, where, you know, typically, yeah, I think generally you can easily slap an overvalued price tag on there.
38:24So I don't hate that. Do you have any comments on price before we move on?
38:29It just feels like the 2024 running back class.
38:32Like, just in terms of where. So he gets earlier than he's the first running back outside of Jeremiah Love, right?
38:39You know, he gets first round draft capital. So we're all kind of like, I mean, Daniel Jeremiah, which another Jeremiah reference was just all over this.
38:48And every single one of his mock drafts, Seahawks are going to take a running back.
38:53Seahawks are going to take a Jadarian price. Seahawks are going to.
38:57And he does it. And then we're immediately we immediately forget that they'll just play the best guy.
39:03Like, if Zach Charbonnet is healthy, I don't know if he's got naked pictures of Mike McDonald or what.
39:09But he is going to be a part of this offense.
39:12They gave Emmanuel Wilson some money. George Helani. I don't think George Helani is going to be a real thing.
39:19I think he's a special teamer. Wilson is way better than Helani, right?
39:23Exactly. But there's just guys and names there to where this could go.
39:27This could go Rashad Penny-esque real fast. And you took him, you know, shout out to the one guy who was saying
39:34that I'll take Jadarian price at the one, two.
39:37Like, this can't feel good for you right now.
39:40And I offer my genuine condolences. But I just don't.
39:44I agree here. I'm not a big Jadarian price guy.
39:47And I don't think that this is going to be just his unquestioned backfield where he's just operating with impunity from week
39:54one or at any point in this season. So, yeah, I love this call.
39:59Yeah. And, you know, shout out to that guy.
40:01To be fair, it's offseason smoke and we have no idea.
40:05He could come out here and be 20 touches a game and look real dumb.
40:10But, you know, I think we're all kind of on the same page of how we agree.
40:15I do like the movement skills of Price. So, I do think there's a lot of stuff there that I like a lot.
40:23I do this style of Seahawks. Obviously, that defense is going to be good.
40:28I don't know. The Seahawks feel like somebody who is going to be a 500 team next year because the offense just
40:35kind of sputters and spits a little bit in this upcoming season potentially to me.
40:40I don't know. Maybe that's just my 49ers. I was like, you are wish casting so hard right now.
40:46Well, I mean, but to be fair, that offense wasn't anything that you were, like, super duper worried about last year.
40:53And we've got a coordinator that we have no idea what he does and how he operates.
40:58And, like, we were really excited about Kubiak and how the quarterback in Sam Donald functions with that play caller.
41:05And now we've got so much unknown there and already a system where there's not a whole lot to be scared of,
41:12especially now that Ken Walker's gone and Sharbs is banged up coming into the season.
41:17And you've got who? You've got JSN, you know?
41:20And so, I don't know. This is a lot for a rookie play caller to come into Super Bowl, hangover, yada, yada, yada.
41:27And I'm not – I really strongly did dislike the Seahawks for a while back in the day, but I have no will.
41:35Actually, I like McDonald's a lot of them, you know?
41:38So, I'm not an in-division hater by any means.
41:41Shout out to Big D. Well, if Sam Donald were to go down, the trajectory of this offense would go all the way left.
41:49If it ends up being Jalen Milrow, who we've talked about, Casey, it would be incredible.
41:54He's a great stash to have. He's been a tournament play in best ball tournaments for Super Flex ranks that I've been out there pursuing late.
42:02But that is one scenario where you talk about flying too close to the sun.
42:07It's not going to keep you off of JSN.
42:10But my God, if Sam Donald got hurt, even if he's not on your fantasy football team, if you have JSN, you
42:17want Sam Donald to just be – catch every green light, stop perfectly at every red light, get to and from A
42:24to B, wherever he needs to be. Get a great night's sleep, proper nutrition, have that arm feeling great because you need
42:32him to facilitate and keep things going for JSN.
42:35Yeah. All right. Let's run through some quick stuff here at the end with basically taking our consensus rankings against the crowdsource
42:42rankings and show us where we have some big discrepancies, right?
42:45But before we do, real quick, the roster reviews are live over on theffdynasty.com.
42:50Make sure you go check those out. You can get those associated right in the plus tier.
42:55And it's $15 a month right now. You get everything that the $7 holler has to offer, the free episode and the calculator.
43:03Plus, you get a roster review that's good for basically three months.
43:07And then you can swap it out if you want, but you get one roster review in that tier as well as
43:14the offer builder and the trade finder and Discord access and the extra episode.
43:18All the good stuff from 7 in the 15.
43:21We wanted to keep it fairly inexpensive for you.
43:24We know this is fun and everything's expensive right now.
43:28So we're throwing the roster review in that tier so you can go out and you can get yourself a little automated roster review.
43:35We also have one where we'll break it down for you.
43:39Those are a little more expensive because obviously it takes time to go over to theffdynasty.com if you haven't checked it out.
43:46And also roster reviews available over there. You can single purchase them as well.
43:51You don't have to buy the tier monthly thing if you want.
43:55You can also buy packs. There's all sorts of good stuff.
43:58Go check it out if you haven't. So, all right, let's jump back in.
44:03And we're using the crowdsource rankings on the FF Dynasty, tight end premium, super flex.
44:08And the first person that jumped out to me as I was scrolling down was Jordan Love.
44:13We are 12 spots lower than crowdsource on Jordan Love for super flex, tight end premium.
44:18Do we, I'm the, actually, Jeremiah's the lowest at 74.
44:22I'm 62 and Shev's at 58. How do we feel?
44:25And part of this process is kind of like, hey, do we need to move a ranking or do we feel good about it?
44:33So, I guess let's go around the room real quick.
44:36How are we feeling about the Jordan Love thing here?
44:39Are we talking about in relation to QB or the full board?
44:43We could, however you see it. All right. Go, go, Shev.
44:47I have. Is Jordan Love just CJ Stroud? Is that what this is?
44:51But, I mean. We had a QB5 season and then it's been 18 and 15 and that's just kind of where we're going to live.
44:59Man, if we got. We're going to be a good QB2.
45:03If we got a good QB5 season from CJ Stroud, I would shum my pants.
45:08I think, man, I think he's a little bit undervalued because, I mean, he's a spike week QB2.
45:13Like, that's where, that's essentially where he's priced. I mean, we've talked about it before.
45:18I think it's a great QB2. Right. Yeah. Right.
45:21So. Stroud was QB9 rookie season was kind of where I was pulling that from.
45:26Yeah. No, no, no. And then he was 17 and 21.
45:30Right. I mean, it's just gotten exponentially worse and it's kind of what the same thing.
45:35Yeah. Fine. Yes. He is. He is. Cheesehead. CJ Stroud.
45:38The problem with love is that he was older coming in and sat for a minute.
45:43So now he's just generally a little bit older.
45:46Stroud, we feel like there's going to be. And I don't, I'm not saying that love's bad.
45:52I think love is good. I think love. And I'm, we love love generally on the show.
45:57Yeah. You know, agree. Shout out to Tay Tay and, and you know, our boy, the tight end there.
46:04I mean, Kelsey is, we love love. But CJ Stroud, that was kind of a comparison that I was drawing there.
46:10Potentially. I think we feel better about the Packers generally.
46:14And I think love right now, you feel better about generally.
46:17But again, I think I don't want him to be, I don't either one of those guys to be my QB too.
46:24And I feel it's more fun to have Stroud.
46:27I feel like that you think that there's a bigger bounce back.
46:31I don't know that love's going to bounce all the way back to a, to a QB one steadily.
46:37Well, the, the issue is that for me is that love has love has discount Nico Collins and Christian Watson.
46:44The problem is Christian Watson's hamstrings don't like football.
46:47If you get a healthy Christian Watson, you get a better version.
46:51You get outside of Nico Collins. You're taking every single one of the, the Packers weapons over what they got in Houston.
46:58You got Tucker craft, you know, I did Jacob Gibbs.
47:01Shout out to Jay. We're going to become a Jacob Gibbs propaganda, propaganda podcast.
47:06You did it. And now I'm like, Oh, the seal has been broken.
47:10We can talk about Jacob Gibbs stuff on the show, but he said that he's this generation's Gronk and the numbers actually
47:17kind of supported in a weird way, but I, he's not allowed to talk about craft.
47:22Right. You're right. My bad. Yeah. You, you, you angled that in, man.
47:27That was shoehorned it in there at the end.
47:30My bad. My bad guys. I'll just see the floor.
47:33I'll just stop talking. I'll just stop talking. I'll give the floor to my house.
47:38Damn it. All right. All right. We'll, we'll, we'll get off love.
47:42We'll try to keep it moving quickly. Did you have anything that Jeremiah before we keep it?
47:47Oh, okay. He's just a mid for me, mid QB two.
47:51And for the reason being there's just seats for chairs.
47:54Give me Dak. Give me Tyler shot. Give me Baker Mayfield.
47:58Give me. Shev cam more. So it's just a matter of, and then you have all those top tier quarterbacks where I'm
48:05like, Hey, there's, there's no room here, but there's room for you as QB 18.
48:10And that's it. And at a certain point, you can only put so many players up in, and I would just say
48:17I'm, I'm lower than consensus on Jordan love. Yeah.
48:20And what's funny is when, when you scroll down to Stroud, we're 17 points higher than consensus on Stroud.
48:26So a general sentiment, it makes you see, you know, some youth, a little bit more excitement for him potentially there.
48:33So, um, you scroll down like guys like Saquon, AJ Brown, Christian McCaffrey, all of us are lower on pretty much for the most part, then consensus.
48:42That's just, I think just from a ranking standpoint, we're ranking them lower because they're older.
48:47Generally we're all in on those guys. I think rankings is difficult in that regard.
48:52Right. So I'm not going to spend a lot of time kind of talking about that.
48:57Uh, your hatred for Gervonta Williams was made clear, um, on this.
49:01Um, so he, he's a little lower, although we're only like two points off of where we have them ranked.
49:07Uh, chef's got them ranked the highest. Coincidentally enough, Brian Thomas, we kind of talked about a little bit in that lad.
49:14We, I feel like you could kind of swap them out for that.
49:19Um, you guys got any quick thoughts on Brian Thomas?
49:22Cause we're, we're a 13 spots lower and, um, she have your way lower than everybody else.
49:27Yes. I have, I went to see a man about a slot receiver and, and now I, I can't get excited about Brian Thomas jr.
49:36Anymore. It's all Parker Washington. Huh? Okay. Yeah. I just saw it.
49:39Shev you're one Oh seven and Casey and I are 64 and 70.
49:44My God, he, he wouldn't even be in the queue if, if we weren't lifting them up at this point.
49:50Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, all right. A couple more play Kyler Murray.
49:54Um, where we are all a good, healthy 17 points below consensus.
49:58Shev you are, you are the weakest link. You're the lowest at one 25.
50:03I'm at 94. Um, and Jeremiah, you're at one Oh four.
50:06So I will say it does seem like maybe, maybe Kyler has rebound.
50:10Like I've been a firm, like, Hey, let's buy him.
50:14I'm fine with it. I like it. I think if he's playing, he's going to suspense.
50:19Fantasy points are going to be just fine. But like, it does feel like we've bounced way too far back into like,
50:26and I've made all the points on Kyler. Like, I think this is the best situation.
50:31I think this is the best coaching staff. I think, you know, yada, yada, yada, yada.
50:36Does he want to do it? Is really going to be kind of what kind of brings this horse to, uh, water here.
50:44But, you know, generally we're, we're, we're quite a bit lower verse ADP and quite a bit lower verse expert crowdsource.
50:51So, I mean, Chev, Jeremiah, any quick thoughts on Kyler or we feel good about that?
50:56Well, I feel good about it for the standpoint of you can still get him so late in startups to where the board gives you Kyler Murray.
51:05So I like the idea of him hitting well with Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison.
51:09I don't know so much about TJ Hawkinson. You guys might be a little bit more appreciative of him, but I see it happening for Kyler Murray.
51:18And if you do the thought experiment of, well, if you're good this year, you get next year.
51:24I see just fruition. Daniel Jones 2.0 run out for Kyler Murray.
51:28So I see a revival path for him. I just don't feel like I need to rank him per se aggressively.
51:35And the beauty is in the underdog super flex tournament streets and in startups, the price is there where you can keep
51:42pushing and you can tell yourself a story as you're, QB two or your QB three and be happy about it.
51:49Any quick thoughts on Kyler here? Shiv, the crowdsource rankings right now have him at 87.
51:54He stinks and I hate him. I'm done. I'm, I'm done with the Kyler Murray business.
51:59Okay. I'm out. I'm, I was firmly back in.
52:02I don't know. I don't love the price right now.
52:05I might be a sort of out, but I'm, I kind of, if, if, if he wants to do it, I think
52:13he can be on a Daniel Jones trajectory. I just don't know how much, how much he wants to do it.
52:19That's really the only thing here. I think the ecosystem and the people surrounding him can, can help him get to another level here.
52:27I got one more before we sign off here.
52:30And Christian Watson would have been my third guy if we were talking about him, because I think he's a little overvalued right now.
52:38You guys have him ranked a little higher than I do.
52:41Um, that's another story for another day, but, but David Montgomery was one that really jumped off the page here when I
52:49looked at him and we are 19 and we're all ranked very similar.
52:53And you're the highest on him, um, Jeremiah. And I think we're all high on David Montgomery generally, like as far as
53:00the player and what he could do this year, but we're 19 spots below crowdsource in our consensus here.
53:06Um, and David Montgomery right now is, uh, let's see here in, um, yeah.
53:11Like he's coming in at like one Oh five ish RB 24, like in a dynasty situation.
53:16I don't know. It just seems like, I like the idea of Montgomery.
53:21I will buy David Montgomery if the price is right.
53:24But like, it seems like the price is, is a little aggressive right now, which I didn't see coming at all.
53:31Like it felt like nobody cared. And now all of a sudden a lot of David Montgomery apparently, uh, love.
53:37So thoughts generally on this Montgomery situation. Cause I, there's no chance I'm moving him up in my rankings.
53:43He's 29 years old. Uh, that doesn't mean that I'm out on the player by any means.
53:49I'm just saying generally, it seems like, you know, I don't know, ninth round Montgomery seems sort of aggressive to me.
53:56I don't know. Maybe I'm off base here. I don't think so.
54:00I think it's the issue is that we've seen Houston have an effective bell cow running back with Joe mixing and excuse
54:07me, after the Cowboys game, the first like 12 weeks of season in 2024, he was the RB one overall and points per game.
54:15And then it just kind of, it just kind of tapers off and he just, they let everybody down.
54:21So there's proof of concept that they can figure it out.
54:24They invested in the first round pick, uh, in the offensive line and keep Rutledge the guard out of Georgia.
54:31So it could get better. I think there's a little bit of redraft brands.
54:35Like how many more seasons can we plan on having David Montgomery?
54:39If you're trying to go, if you're trying to go secure the bag.
54:44Yeah. David Montgomery is a great piece. But again, the problem is that you just, you're only his value only is held
54:51within three to four teams, if that in a league.
54:54And so you can't value him the way that you would value a guy like Cam Scatterbow or someone else, even though
55:01they might be similar points per game wise this year, if David Montgomery is, you know, the bell cow.
55:07So, yeah, I, I don't, I think that being 19 spots behind consensus, the crowdsource consensus feels about right.
55:14Because I think we're all thinking about it. Like, man, I'm getting, if I get two years of solid high end RB
55:21to play from David Montgomery, I'm ecstatic. If I get more than that, then I'm over the moon.
55:27So that's just kind of the way I would look at it.
55:30Hey, this is just a little teaser for the rebuilders players.
55:34We want on a rebuild. I really like Jaden Higgins.
55:37And a big part of that is for the fact that redraft brain and redraft sentiment was going to happen in 2026.
55:44The Texans have told us what they want, bringing in David Montgomery.
55:48The offense is going to run through him plenty.
55:51And you're going to get a lot of good touchdown run out because Nick Chubb couldn't quite do what he did back in the day.
55:59Woody Marks is more 20 to 20s. And David Montgomery is going to get the lion's share, ironically, in Texas.
56:06And to me, it's going to provide a ripple effect for the entirety of the Texans offense to make them longer term
56:13buys where Montgomery is a feature because what runs well, a running back and a defense in a DFS setup.
56:20What's going to run out perfectly for this competitive team in the Texans to complement their defense?
56:25A strong run game. You want a finite number of plays for the opposition to be able to attack offensively.
56:32So what is better than shutting down an offense and then David Montgomery just running through their throats?
56:38So that's where the signal is. It's a 2026 play on Montgomery.
56:41There's a diversion between redraft and dynasty. And I just talked with my hands a lot.
56:47Hey, I love it, though. We've been a big money show for a long time.
56:52And again, I think he's like, look, if you're if you're a competitor and you're a competing team, like I'll trade you.
56:59I'll trade a two all day for David Montgomery and put him in my lineup and be fine with it.
57:05But I don't know. Just long term David Montgomery outcome.
57:09I don't really know. Like you said, Jeff, I think you said that.
57:13Well, Jeremiah, too, like, you know, we you're we get too caught up in beauty contests sometimes.
57:18And that's this is kind of about value. This show mainly this particular show that we're doing right now.
57:24So that's kind of where that basis lies. Right.
57:27If you if you're if you're in a certain spot, then Montgomery's fine.
57:32The startup is hard to determine whether or not you're in that spot.
57:36You could you think you could think you might be.
57:39But like it's going to be hard to gain get value back from.
57:43Like you said, you're really limiting trade partners like startup wise, ninth round Montgomery if things don't go well for you this year.
57:51And then just generally, I it feels like, you know, I don't I don't feel like I need to do adjust any
57:58of these ranks, I guess, to say of how I came through on on looking at the discrepancies between us and where
58:05crowdsource kind of stands in this overvalued episode. So anything else before we wrap this one up?
