Player insights

44

Aaron Jones

PositiveProjection41:35

Veteran production pillar getting a ton of volume; a startable RB2 every single week right now; at 31 years old, he still looks great and deserves respect in this tier.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

PositiveValue37:42

Source calls him a first-ballot Hall of Famer and one of the best running backs he's ever watched; just had a two-touchdown 20+ point game fresh off injury in 2026; Tyler Shuck is feeding him checkdowns and targets in the receiving game, positioning him as an 18-20 point per game player if he gets touchdowns; source views him as a potential steal of the year and veteran value play.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveProjection1:06

Ranked 1st among dynasty running backs; described as quarterback-proof and offense-proof who will perform regardless of surrounding talent; has been unbelievable without Tyler Algier in the backfield; positioned as a league-winner asset that will score the most fantasy points every year if healthy.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

PositiveRole38:27

In an extremely valuable role as the workhorse guy after Breeze Hall went down; extremely athletic with great player traits and known for the end zone; if he signs a contract as a free agent, he could quickly take an RB1 role; source views him as more valuable than people give him credit for.

Insight page

Brian Robinson

PositiveValue39:28

Source thinks he might be too low in rankings; phenomenal player who could perform at a very high level if anything happened to B John Robinson; one of the biggest flex-with-benefits guys and one of the more valuable handcuffs in fantasy football right now.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveProjection17:31

Irving could sneak into the top 12 to 14 range in dynasty RB rankings as a 24-year-old; upside increases when Baker Mayfield returns to full health, and the Buccaneers' projected top-5 draft capital could shift offensive priorities.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

NegativeRole23:41

Generated significant hype in preseason and redraft season as a potential lead back in the Jaguars offense, but source indicates Bazial Tootin is the superior talent and player. Source suggests Liam Cohen is implementing a split backfield approach with Rodriguez and Tootin, with Tootin expected to handle more volume.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeProjection9:32

The source expected McCaffrey to be RB1 overall if healthy, but the 49ers are not delivering the 'game breaking cheat code' production of past years; Kyle Shanahan has confirmed they won't give McCaffrey 50 touches per game. The source views this workload reduction as positive for long-term health, projecting two to three more years of high-end RB1 production rather than elite S-tier output.

Insight page
NegativeBust12:03

The source avoided CMC in this ranking tier because of injury risk; when CMC gets hurt, he loses all his value, making him a risky play in the range being discussed.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue20:06

Hubbard deserves an apology from the redraft and dynasty communities for being overlooked this offseason in favor of Jonathan Brooks; the source positions him as undervalued relative to the hype surrounding Brooks.

Insight page
PositiveRole20:31

Has a stranglehold on the RB1 job in Carolina; even when Jonathan Brooks returns from injury, Hubbard will retain the lead role. Source credits 2024 production as evidence of his quality and notes the redraft and dynasty communities were wrong to quickly pivot to Brooks. The Panthers offense has become one of the most pleasant surprises of 2026, supporting optimism about Hubbard's forward production.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveValue22:14

Recently signed a big contract with the Bears; Ben Johnson loves him and he gets volume and opportunities in a top 5-10 scoring offense. Despite being 27-28 years old, source argues age is no longer a disqualifying factor for running backs and values two years of top-12 production as worthy of top-20 dynasty rankings.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeBust26:40

The source identifies David Montgomery as one of their biggest misses of the 2026 NFL season, alongside Lad McConkie. They were high on Montgomery expecting a 2024 Joe Mixon-like season when he joined Houston, but he is now aging and losing the job to Woody Marks in a struggling Texans offense. The source is very concerned about Montgomery moving forward, citing the team's poor defense and negative game scripts as major headwinds that undermine the original value thesis.

Insight page
PositiveProjection27:37

Despite the source's concerns, a second speaker counters that David Montgomery has significant upside if the Texans offense improves. Montgomery had 30 points and three touchdowns in week one, demonstrating he has the upside and workhorse volume. The speaker attributes the offense's struggles to Nico Collins' absence and poor offensive line play, noting the Texans were dead last in before-contact rushing yards (60% of runs gained zero yards before contact). With Collins returning, the speaker believes Montgomery can put it together and the offense will improve.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveRole24:28

Wilson has stepped in during Jadarian Price's IR stint and has been looking great in the Seahawks backfield, creating a three-headed monster situation alongside Price and Zach Charbonnet.

Insight page

Emmett Johnson

PositiveBreakout35:17

Looks like he's being shot out of a cannon every time he gets the ball; source views him as talented with clear breakout potential.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeBust24:12

Price was drafted as high as the 5th–6th pick in first-round dynasty rookie drafts but has struggled early with two fumbles in two games before landing on IR. However, the source notes he plays for the Super Bowl champion Seahawks, a system where Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet ranked 1st and 3rd in rushing efficiency per PFF last year, and views Price as a buy-low candidate in dynasty despite the rocky start.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveProjection4:59

James Cook is one of the younger and most productive running backs in the next tier of dynasty rankings. Tied to an elite offensive line, Josh Allen, and Sean Brady offense, Cook offers consistent production with upside for league-winning 30-40 point games and significant touchdown opportunity. He was the rushing king last year in both fantasy football and the NFL.

Insight page
PositiveProjection5:26

Cook offers consistent weekly production with upside for league-winning 30-40 point games; he was the rushing king in fantasy football and the NFL last year, backed by an elite offensive line, Josh Allen, and Sean Brady offense.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveRole23:10

Warren is the workhorse running back in Pittsburgh with the trust of the coaching staff; he's getting 3–5 receptions per game and has posted back-to-back 90+ yard rushing games. The source views him as significantly more talented than Rico Dotson from a burst and receiving perspective, and believes it's Warren's backfield to steal moving forward.

Insight page
PositiveUsage25:16

Ranked in D tier; source highlights that he is getting receiving volume and has played out of his mind. At 28 years old, he represents strong production value in dynasty rankings.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveBreakout4:09

Jeremiah Love, a rookie for the Cardinals, is expected to develop and improve as the season progresses, similar to Bijon Robinson's trajectory. The source notes a slow rookie start due to a poor offensive environment and the Tyler Algier issue, but expects Love to take on more role and production as time goes on, with flashes of excellence already visible.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveBreakout25:37

Coleman is the source's RB2 in dynasty rankings behind Jeremiah Love; he's described as polished between the tackles with an excellent size-speed combo, great burst, and power to run through tackles—reminiscent of a mini Javante Williams. He's excellent in pass protection, earned the workhorse role immediately when JK Dobbins went down, and scored 14 fantasy points in one quarter, demonstrating his upside under Sean Payton.

Insight page
PositiveRole25:48

The source projects Jonah Coleman as the workhorse lead back in the Denver Broncos offense next year, replacing JK Dobbins. Coleman earned the role immediately as a rookie when Dobbins went down, posting 14 fantasy points in one quarter and demonstrating pro-level pass protection. The source notes Sean Payton loves his type of player and expects Coleman to have 10+ touchdown upside, particularly in red zone situations where Payton will deploy him as a bowling ball inside the five-yard line.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveRole5:51

The source was critical of Taylor in redraft due to workload concerns and historical precedent (2021 RB1 to RB30 crash), but this year is different: the entire Colts offense runs through Taylor, and there is no reason to believe that will change long-term; as long as he stays healthy, he will produce for Indianapolis.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeBust21:48

Source argues Brooks was a bad prospect in a weak 2024 running back class; he was pushed up draft boards based on Texas production but was never as great as perceived. Chuba Hubbard was always the better talent. Source compares the situation to Tank Bigsby and Travis Etienne, where the shiny new toy narrative proved wrong.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveRole41:55

Source is extremely excited about him when he gets back from injury; will have an opportunity and the team doesn't want to give 22 touches per game to Aaron Jones as his body will break down; there's enough room in the Minnesota offense with a good defense for both guys to get enough work to be fantasy producers.

Insight page

Kaelon Black

PositiveRole36:39

Elite handcuff in Kyle Shanahan's offense behind aging CMC; over 30% of starting running backs missed time last year, and if CMC misses time, Black would be a top 12-15 running back in the Shanahan system, similar to how Shanahan backups historically become low-end RB1/high-end RB2 guys.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

PositiveRole40:05

Playing really well as a handcuff to Omari and Hampton; fast and explosive; fits the McDaniel mold and does well in space; source and co-host made the call that Mitchell would be a far bigger pest to Omari and Hampton than people wanted to admit, and it has 100% been the case; if the Chargers figure out their run game, Mitchell and Hampton could combine for 15-20 touchdowns.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveRole2:07

Ranked in A tier for dynasty running backs; the source highlights his usage and role in Kansas City's offense as a key positive; previous workload concerns from Seattle (where he split work with Zach Charbonnet) have been resolved; Andy Reid's historical pattern with talented running backs shows he will feed them as a bell cow, and Kenneth Walker is positioned to benefit from this approach.

Insight page
PositiveProjection2:28

Kenneth Walker is ranked #3 in dynasty running back rankings; the source notes he will be a stud for years in the Chiefs offense under Andy Reid, who has historically fed talented running backs as bell cows. Walker is not comparable to Clyde Edwards-Helaire and is expected to receive significant volume.

Insight page

Kyle Monangai

PositiveRole28:19

The source rates Kyle Monangai as a 1A/1B option alongside D'Andre Swift in the Eagles backfield, noting he is much younger and could arguably rank higher. If Swift were to go down, Monangai would likely move into C tier. He received 30 touches last week and despite battling a minor injury (turf toe), the source emphasizes he is a strong talent who excels between the tackles and can catch the ball.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveRole8:15

The source has been talking itself more into Williams this year, viewing him as a talent fit for Sean McVay's offense; McVay trusts him specifically in pass protection and red zone situations, which are areas the source sees as his strengths.

Insight page
PositiveValue12:13

The source has been a long-time Kyren Williams defender and notes that he and Melo fall into the 'psychosis' of allowing Williams to fall to the third, fourth, or fifth round in redraft despite his value; Williams is the lead back in a Sean McVay offense with some of the best touchdown equity in the NFL, still just 25 years old with years ahead of him. The source ranks him above CMC because you can get 80% of CMC's production from Williams but for years to come rather than a one-to-two year rental.

Insight page
PositiveRole13:33

The source, who previously hated Williams, is now talking himself into him more this year; it is more a talent thing—Williams is so good at what he does, and that is what Sean McVay trusts him most for.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

PositiveRole35:47

Young handcuff playing great with clear backup role behind Gentry; Gentry is battling an ankle injury on and off, and if he misses time, Washington is a big, fast home run hitter in Clint Kubiak's offense with proven capability.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

PositiveBreakout8:39

The source views Judkins as a better talent than Amari Hampton and believes he has breakout potential if he can maintain receiving volume; he's coming off a six-reception week and multiple four-to-five target weeks. The source is bullish on the Browns offense's young pieces and sees Judkins as a potential tier leader going into next year, calling him a future 'hot commodity' if the Browns improve their quarterback situation.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

NegativeRole26:15

The source identifies RJ Harvey as the pass-catching scat back role in the Denver Broncos offense, positioned as the complement to Jonah Coleman's workhorse lead back role.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeProjection18:59

Barkley remains one of the best running backs in the game despite hamstring injury limiting recent production; at 29 years old, his talent and explosiveness are still elite—every touch shows vintage burst and jukes—and he merits top-tier dynasty RB ranking consideration from a pure talent perspective, though age and current injury situation create some downside risk.

Insight page
PositiveProjection20:23

Former 2,000-yard rusher two years ago with phenomenal talent; source acknowledges injury and age concerns but maintains optimism about his production ceiling in dynasty rankings.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

PositiveValue36:18

Despite the Titans being a weak team and Pollard being boring and unpopular, he is getting massive volume every year and is always worth more than what you have to pay for him; the source compares him to Cam Akers as a plug-your-nose guy who consistently delivers value.

Insight page

Woody Marks

PositiveRole38:57

Slasher out of Houston with great play style; moves well every time he touches the ball and can catch it well; plays as a complementary back to Montgomery but would be pretty good if Montgomery went down to injury, especially with receiving volume; source saw him get starting role work last year and likes him as one of the better handcuffs in this range.

Insight page

Zach Charbonnet

NegativeRole24:28

Charbonnet is returning from injury and will be part of a three-headed monster backfield in Seattle alongside Jadarian Price and Emmanuel Wilson. Last year he ranked 3rd in rushing efficiency per PFF, demonstrating the Seahawks' elite system for running backs.

Insight page
PositiveRole35:22

Returning to practice and will have a sizable role immediately upon return; Seattle's rushing attack has been weak and the team is desperate to get back a trusted guy in the backfield, positioning Charbonnet for significant volume.

0:32What's going on, man? It's good, man. I'm excited.
0:35It's a Friday. We're diving through this running back landscape.
0:37I always love talking about running backs. No better person to talk about it than with my main man, Mitch.
0:42So I'm really excited to jump on here. Let's do it.

1:06But let's jump in with our most valuable running back asset in all of Dynasty right now, and you were gracious enough to let me go first.
1:13Let's talk about Bijan Robinson. I feel like with these early guys, it's not a ton of explanation.
1:17This is the premier piece right now for the running back position.
1:20Bijan Robinson is quarterback-proof, offense-proof. No matter what's around him, he's going to perform, and we've seen it.
1:25He has just been unbelievable without Tyler Algier there in the backfield.
1:28So moving forward, Bijan Robinson is my 101 for running backs.
1:31Yeah, my 101 is actually Jameer Gibbs, so this worked out perfectly.
1:34I think we can both confidently say these two are in a tier by themselves.
1:38They're, to me, the most valuable assets in fantasy football outside of Josh Allen.
1:42I think they're league winners. They're going to score the most fantasy points every single year as long as they are healthy.
1:48Gibbs doesn't have the offensive line that Bijan Robinson has, and I think that the receiving skill sets are similar.
1:53The only difference for me with Gibbs versus Bijan is the touchdowns, right?
1:56Like, Jameer is going to score so many more touchdowns.
1:59Bijan will offset that a little bit with the receiving volume and the opportunities in the run game, but these two are
2:05like the two-headed monster in fantasy football. Gibbs is my favorite player in the NFL right now.
2:09It's hard to pick between him and Bijan, so the correct answer is go get them both.
2:13Yeah, it's like picking between your two favorite kids, but let's move on to the A tier.
2:18I think you're going to notice we're pretty condensed in these top tiers.
2:21I think there's big drop-offs at each of these different ones, but I'm going to go with Kenneth Walker next in our A tier.
2:27I just think what we've seen out of Kansas City, the usage, the role he's playing in this offense, I think there
2:33were the question marks of if he could handle a workload this big when he was in Seattle and splitting work for Zach Charbonnet.
2:39That doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. Andy Reid, we've seen it in the past when he's had talented running backs
2:45that he will feed them as a bell cow.
2:48People have looked in the past few years and been like, well, they're not going to give Ken Walker a ton of
2:53work because they haven't done that with other backs.
2:56Kenneth Walker is not Clyde Edwards-Alaire. He is going to be a stud for years to come in this Chiefs offense, and I've got him at number three.
3:03I love that. I mean, the NFL is just at a better place when Kenneth Walker is getting involved, when he's healthy, when he's balling out.
3:10It's just three running backs averaging 26-plus points per game right now in fantasy football through four weeks, and it's the three that we just named.
3:16The fourth guy I'm going to roll with here is Ashen Gentry.
3:20He's still 22 years old, elite prospect, phenomenal talent.
3:22The only thing that's really been holding him back a little bit, I think, for him is the ankle injury that he's
3:28been battling on and off, but he's still at 18-plus points per game player.
3:31Elite talent. We've seen the upside in the ceiling of what he can do in this offense.
3:36Clint Kubiak wants to feature him as the workhorse running back.
3:39We've seen it with the volume, the touches, the opportunity.
3:41Bigger, better days are ahead for him. He has 25-plus point upside any given week, and he's still 22 years old, which
3:47that's what I'm looking for in these running backs, right?
3:50Like, the next guy we'll talk about as well in this tier.
3:53It's hard to fight production versus these guys because they're so young, and you know that they can get to almost a
3:58level that maybe Gibbs or Bijon is at. So, really good player here with Ashen Gentry.
4:03Yeah, when you consider the ankle injury with Gentry, and like the fact that that's hampered his efficiency and how good he's
4:08still been despite that, I just think you're in for a few years of incredible production out of Gentry.
4:13But let's hit, like you said, the last guy of our A-tier.
4:16Let's talk about Jeremiah Love of the Cardinals. Obviously, in this rookie season, we all knew it was coming that this was
4:22going to be a little bit of a slow start.
4:25This offense is, you know, not the environment you want to be in, also because of the fact that this team is not very good.
4:31We're not in a lot of positive game scripts.
4:34And the biggest issue everyone's had is the Tyler Algier issue that was a thorn in the side of Bijon Robinson for years.
4:40But as we saw with Bijon, a little bit slower of a rookie year, came on in the back half, and then
4:45as things progressed, Bijon took more and more of a role.
4:48And now look at him. He is our number one, or in your case, number two running back in fantasy football.
4:54I think Jeremiah Love is going to develop and get better and better as time goes on.
4:58And I think we've already seen the flashes of excellence this early on.
5:01Yeah, and I think this becomes the end of a tier, right?
5:05I think this is like the big five running backs in fantasy football, right?
5:08You get that mixture of youth and production out of all three of these guys, all under 25, 26 years old.
5:14This next tier is pretty pick your poison for me.
5:16I'm going to roll with James Cook to kick it off.
5:19He's one of the younger of the bunch, but he's also one of the most productive.
5:23He's tied to this elite offensive line, Josh Allen, Sean Brady offense.
5:26You just know what you're going to get from James Cook every single week.
5:30With upside up being a league winner, 30, 40 point games, tons of touchdown opportunity, rushing king last year in fantasy football and in the NFL.
5:37So James Cook here, now it comes down to Mitch.
5:39Do you just want the production? Do you want the youth?
5:42A little bit of both. I think I know who you're going to go with, with this next guy here, but it's
5:48hard to turn down the production that these guys give you.
5:51Yeah, I'm going to go with Jonathan Taylor next.
5:53And I think like Mello and I were somewhat critical of Jonathan Taylor as an asset and redraft this year, just because
5:59of how many carries he got in the workload last year.
6:02And just what we saw with Saquon the year before, but also what we saw with Jonathan Taylor back in 2021, when
6:08he got that giant workload, when he finished as the RB one overall, and then he was going as a number one
6:13pick and he crashed back down to earth. I want to say as like the RB 30.
6:18That is not the case this year. This offense runs entirely through Jonathan Taylor.
6:21There's no reason to believe for the long-term future that that isn't going to be the case.
6:26So as long as Jonathan Taylor is healthy, he is going to be producing for the Indianapolis Colts.
6:30This is where I think the hardest ranking becomes now after these seven guys that we're talking about.
6:35Like I'm looking at my list here and I'm like, I could go four ways with this.
6:40I'm actually going to take it a little bit different route.
6:42I'm going to go A-chain here. I'm not, I was just such an A-chain fader all year in redraft.
6:47I was not all over him anywhere. He's still just 25 years old.
6:51He did have the season ending injury. I think the Miami Dolphins are going to be awful.
6:55First of all, I predicted they were going to be the worst team in the NFL this year before the season started.
7:01It looks like that's going to be the case.
7:03I truly do believe that they're going to have so much draft capital and money to spend that they're going to be
7:09able to fix this offense a little bit. And A-chain is going to be in a little bit more favorable situation here moving forward.
7:15But it's hard, right? There's production there. There's guys that you want to be good like Hampton and Judkins that really just haven't given it to us yet.
7:23So tough spot. I almost went CMC, but the thing with CMC, he gets hurt and then he loses all his value.
7:28So it's a tough game you play in this range.
7:31Yeah, I'm actually not going to go CMC either.
7:33I'm going to go Kyron Williams here. I have just been such we were literally just talking about our show, Melo and I.
7:39I've been such a Kyron Williams defender for so long.
7:42And yet I fall into the psychosis every year in redraft of allowing him to fall to the third, fourth, fifth round.
7:48I don't know why we all do it and we don't value this guy the way we should as the lead back
7:53in a Sean McVay offense that has some of the best touchdown equity in the NFL.
7:58He's still, I believe, 25 years old, like so many years ahead of him.
8:01That's the only reason I put him above a CMC is I just think you can get 80% of the CMC production
8:07from Kyron, but you're going to get it for years and years to come rather than a one to two year rental.
8:13Yeah, I love that. I've always been a Kyron hater.
8:15So I've actually this year and like going into this year, I've been starting to talk myself more into him.
8:20It's not even, I think it's more a talent thing with him.
8:24Like, I don't think he's this best talent, like anything really good that he does.
8:27I think it's like here. He's so good. And that's what Sean McVay likes most about him is he trusts him in
8:33that offense, the pass pro in the red zone area.
8:36But the next one, I really wanted to go with this running back.
8:39That's young. He's in a great situation. I'm going to go with the young running back.
8:43That's just better. Jimmy Quinch on Judkins here. I think he's a better talent than Amari and Hampton coming off a 25 point game.
8:50The thing that separates Judkins right now is the receiving volume.
8:52He's getting coming off a six reception week, a couple of weeks before like four or five plus target week.
8:58Like if he can just get that volume there, I'm a big believer in the Cleveland Browns offense moving forward.
9:03Like they have so many young stud pieces and they can put together an offensive line this off season or even just
9:09get a really good young stud quarterback. Like Quinch on Judkins is going to be that new hot commodity.
9:14I think he has a chance at leading this tier going into next year at some point in time.
9:19Yeah. And I think it was a little slow start to this season.
9:22We're starting to see it up just a little bit.
9:25Um, I can't go with Hampton either. I think there's been enough negativity from me and from Mello about Hampton since the beginning of this past off season.
9:32I'm going to hit Christian McCaffrey now. I think we're not exactly seeing the game breaking cheat code of fantasy football that
9:38Christian McCaffrey has been in the past. I think a lot of people's opinions and perception going into the season and mine
9:43as well was that if he's on the field, he's going to be the RB one overall.
9:48And if he gets hurt, then obviously, you know, you're basically playing a roulette wheel.
9:52We're kind of seeing somewhere in the middle. We're seeing them actually start to take a little bit of that workload off of him.
9:58Kyle Shanahan finally telling the truth for the first time ever that they're not going to give Christian McCaffrey 50 touches a game.
10:04But that being said, I think that's actually better for his long-term health.
10:07I think we have a chance to see Christian McCaffrey for two, three more years.
10:11We're just not going to see him in that S tier production.
10:14So for me, this is a guy you're going to get hopefully two to three years of really high end running back one production.
10:21Not exactly the game breaking cheat code fantasy guy that we've seen in the past.
10:24Yeah. Now I'll roll with Amari and Hampton here.
10:27I think this is really good value for him.
10:29I mean, he's still a first round pick. This big, fast elite athlete coming out.
10:33I always thought there was, you know, a little bit of lack between the tackles, like the vision, all that stuff.
10:38Like his polishness was always a little bit raw.
10:41I don't think he moves well laterally, but the touchdown upside, Jim Harbaugh offense, Justin Herbert, good offensive line.
10:46Like all that stuff, I think will outweigh the current chargers right now moving forward.
10:50Like he's still what, 22 years old, 21 years old.
10:52Like they're gonna figure it out at some point, at least enough to give him a competent situation where he could be
10:58like a chase Brown or something like that. And one of these offenses, cause you're not going to sit here and nobody's
11:04going to tell me that Justin Herbert's after six, seven years is just all of a sudden terrible.
11:08Like that's not a thing when we've seen six plus years of him being really good.
11:13He's getting smoked out there and pass protection. Like he's just not in the right situation.
11:17McDaniels needs to go at some point. It's, it's just also so perfect that Mello and I spent the whole off season
11:23talking about how great it was to have Joe Alton or Sean Slater back.
11:26And now neither one of them's healthy. Just a disaster in LA.
11:29But let's talk about Brees Hall to wrap up our eight here.
11:32I don't think I've been the most complimentary of Brees Hall.
11:35And so I want to step in here and say that I think I was wrong about a lot.
11:40One with the jets looking a little bit more confident than we thought this year.
11:44Yeah. And two, just about the usage with Brees Hall.
11:47I think he's becoming one of those running backs.
11:49That's a little bit game script proof just because of how much they're using him in the passing game.
11:54Geno Smith has been loving dumping it off to him.
11:57Obviously the health is something that we're monitoring right now and we're hoping he gets back sooner than later in 2026, but this guy's still 25 years old.
12:04It's crazy. Yeah. People don't talk about that enough.
12:06And so I'm pretty high on Brees Hall moving forward.
12:09This is one of those guys that I think I was a little bit too low on the off season.
12:14I want to admit my mistake there. And I think he's a perfect guy to wrap up our beats here.
12:19I think he could have that Josh Jacobs type research like resurgence, like where he was on the Raiders.
12:24You always knew he was good, but he never really truly gave it to you.
12:28And then he leaves and goes to a good team and he's an RB one.
12:32They're going to lead RB one talents there. The jets.
12:35Oh, if he goes to a better situation with actual touchdown upside, top eight for sure.
12:39Yeah, I completely agree. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, I'll kick us off with this C tier here.
12:44I'm going to go with Javante Williams. I mean, you're talking with this whole tier.
12:47There's a couple of young guys in here that we put together.
12:51There's a lot of production pillar guys that we're going to talk about, but I think Javante gives you the best age
12:56production combo out of anybody in this mix. I mean, he's 25, 26 years old, phenomenal Dallas Cowboys point scoring offense, tons
13:02of touchdown upside, a little bit of receiving upside depending on the week, but he's just a workhorse running back in a
13:08great situation and he gives you a decent age gap.
13:10So I'll roll with Javante here and he's a really good talent in my opinion.
13:14So he's skyrocketed up rankings for me this year.
13:17I was big on him going into the season.
13:19Yeah. I'm completely with you. Also about the fact that this is such an interesting tier.
13:23I think there's such a mix of different guys.
13:25It's the wild west. It's the wild west. Before we keep going though, guys, if you have not yet hit that subscribe
13:31button, please do not only to the lineup fancy football show, but also to smash accept.
13:35You can check out both of our rankings on the smash accept ff.com website.
13:39Use the promo code lineup 25 to get 25% off.
13:42And if you're listening on audio, please hit that follow button on Spotify and Apple, but I'm going to jump to a
13:47guy you mentioned with Kyron Williams that you love the situation.
13:50You're not so sure about the talent. That's where I've been with Chase Brown for about four years.
13:55They're the same guy. And it's like, I, I feel like I've spent too long being like, I just don't think Chase
14:01Brown's a very good running back when I think I just need to accept the fact that he is good enough to
14:06be the lead back in the workhorse in the Cincinnati Bengals offense.
14:09He's by far the cheapest piece to get that is actually relevant.
14:13And so I think Chase Brown should have a lot of great years ahead.
14:16Obviously the thing to monitor is if they'll extend him after this year.
14:20Because, you know, if Chase Brown goes to a situation that isn't as fantasy friendly as Cincinnati, I do have question marks
14:25about the talent in a situation like that. Yeah.
14:28I love that take. I mean, I think that's what it comes down to, right?
14:32Sometimes, especially with running backs, all, all you need is opportunity, right?
14:35Like they, the coaches know someone, maybe it's, do they know the playbook?
14:38Do they know these, like there's so much more to it.
14:41So that's what I like about Chase Brown and Kyra Williams.
14:44You just know what you're going to get from them.
14:46They're not the best running backs on the field, but they're in the best situations to be in that top 15, 16 range.
14:52So the next guy I'm going to roll with here actually might be out of the league in two years because he
14:58runs into people a hundred miles an hour with his head.
15:01It's Cam Scadabo. I think if Jackson Dart wasn't hurt, Cam Scadabo, like Judkins is coming off, you know, that season ending
15:07injury might take a little bit of time. We knew this going into it, but when he was a rookie, I mean, he was phenomenal.
15:13He can catch the ball really well. He could run the ball between the tackles.
15:17He has a ton of touchdown upside. The thing with him right now that I love, he's getting a ton of volume.
15:23It might not be pretty. He might not be putting up 25 points a game.
15:27He's getting 15, 20 catches every single week, even off that leg injury.
15:30I'm a big Scadabo fan. I've always liked him.
15:33I loved him coming out of college. He deserves to be up in this range for me.
15:37He's a little bit on the younger side. No reason he can't be like a Chase Brown type of producer when the
15:43Giants are back to normal with a healthy neighbors, a healthy dart, some more weapons coming in in the offseason, playing a
15:48little bit more of that long-term game with him.
15:51Yeah, you put it so perfectly. We just talked about this in our running back rankings for redraft in week five.
15:56He's getting so much volume. It's so hard not to play him in your lineups because you're getting such a safe floor.
16:02The efficiency is just such an issue. It is so funny here in 2026 that the one healthy guy on the Giants is Cam Scadabo.
16:09The guy who runs into telephone poles, like you were saying.
16:11But headbutts his wall before the game. Literally, it's like, yeah, the numbers don't lie and the volume's there.
16:16So I think this is a great pick. I'm going to jump on our next guy to Derek Henry.
16:21I love that. Derek Henry to me, you could tell me he's playing the rest of this year.
16:26One more year, two more years, three more years.
16:28I don't care. I want him here. This guy, like every season is just a lock for like 1500 yards and 16 touchdowns.
16:34He's part of such a high powered offense. You think because it's the Baltimore Ravens that everything runs through Lamar Jackson.
16:40Like so much is running through Derek Henry. He has just been, he's beating father time week in, week out, year in, year out.
16:46This is like you said, a production pillar, a guy that I just want on my team that I know what I'm getting out of him.
16:53Yeah, I love that. I love the Henry picks.
16:55Like at some point guys, Henry McCaffrey, like these guys, you got to just, even if they give you one or two
17:01years of top three to four production, some of these guys are talking about maybe like some of these next guys, they
17:07might never give you top 10 production. I'm going to roll with Bucky Irving here with my next guy.
17:12It's never been a talent thing for me with Bucky Irving.
17:14Unlike Chase Brown, Kyron Williams. I think Bucky has phenomenal talent.
17:17His between the tackles work, his vision, his side speed combo is really good.
17:21Although he's 5'10", he has crazy bursts and he can make anybody miss in a phone booth.
17:25It's always been his usage. But it seems like this year, he's been more and more involved with the usage part.
17:31I mean, we saw him up 165 yards rushing over 24 touches.
17:34Should have had a third touchdown. All year, he's been up over 17 to 18 touches.
17:38If we continue to see this Bucky Irving, Baker Mayfield is not even healthy right now.
17:42Picture when Baker's healthy. This offense is a little bit back to normal.
17:46You could see Bucky sneak into that top 12 to 14 range and he's just 24 years old.
17:50They're going to get a top 10 pick. Probably a top 5 pick.
17:54Like imagine they somehow finesse like a Jeremiah Smith or one of these young stud quarterbacks to sit behind Baker.
17:59Like the Bucks could shift around a little bit with that draft capital that they're projected to get.
18:04Absolutely. All right, let's move on to a guy that we have seen it in spurts and bursts, but we have not
18:09seen it for a full season yet. Travion Henderson in his sophomore year here.
18:13Travion is just so interesting. Like the efficiencies there.
18:15I think there's a couple question marks with him.
18:18He's obviously so athletic. He's so fast. The pass protection is the thing that we saw coming out of college.
18:23All anybody talked about was this guy's the best pass protecting running back in the class.
18:27It has clearly been an issue in New England.
18:29And you talked about that word trust with what we see with Kyron Williams and why Blake Corum hasn't been able to jump over him.
18:36Kind of the way Travion hasn't been able to with Ramondre because of that.
18:40The other issue being the vision. Another thing that I think as a New England fan, and you're also a New England fan, we've just seen with Travion.
18:47So I think it's going to happen. I think there's just going to be, if you have him on your roster, like
18:53some frustrating times for the next year or so.
18:55But I do think Travion is going to make the leap.
18:58I do think he's going to become the RB1 in New England.
19:01And that's a very, very valuable position to be in when you're playing alongside Drake May.
19:05Yeah, I love that. I'm all over the Hendo train as well.
19:08It might be that year three breakout. It might be a later part of this season.
19:12You can't deny 1100 plus yards and 10 plus TDs on five yards per carry as a rookie.
19:17Not many running backs have ever done that to begin with.
19:20He's definitely in there. His rookie year stat line is eerily similar to Jameer Gibbs.
19:24Not to compare the two guys, but just to remember that a rookie year stat line, these guys develop and grow and get better.
19:30Yeah, they're going to need to make changes as a Pats fan.
19:33It's brutal watching them play. But this next guy, I think we could argue is one of the best running backs we've
19:39ever watched over the past five to 10 years.
19:41You talk about Gibbs, Bijon, CMC, Kamara, Todd Gurley, Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley's in that range.
19:46And the thing with him, although he hasn't given us the production the past three to four weeks, he's battling the hamstring injury right now.
19:52Every time he touches the ball, he has any sort of room.
19:55You're like, holy crap, that's vintage Saquon Barkley. The burst, the explosiveness, the jukes, everything's still there.
20:00It's more the situation right now for him. So I'm still buying into his talent.
20:04He's 29 years old, but he's still phenomenal talent.
20:06Probably still one of the best running backs in the game.
20:09If you want to just talk about a per NFL value perspective, he's got to be up in this range here.
20:14I mean, you could argue him at the top of the tier.
20:17You could argue him at the back of the tier with the injury and the age, but absolutely phenomenal talent, Saquon Barkley,
20:23you know, former 2,000-yard rusher two years ago. I'm totally with you.
20:26Let's jump to a guy that I think the redraft community and dynasty community owe an apology to.
20:31I want to talk about Chuba Hubbard. I think everyone was so quick to get on the Jonathan Brooks bandwagon this offseason.
20:37And in the defense of a lot of Carolina fans who were trying to tell people like, look, this guy was injured last year.
20:43That was the issue with the efficiency. You go back and you look at 2024 and Chuba Hubbard was incredible then.
20:48And I think a lot of us just wanted to crown Jonathan Brooks as the new RB1 in this offense.
20:54Chuba Hubbard has a stranglehold on this RB1 job.
20:56I think even when Brooks gets back, he's going to get some work, but this is Chuba's job.
21:01And this Carolina Panthers offense has become one of the most pleasant surprises of the 2026 season.
21:05So I actually am extremely optimistic about Chuba going forward.
21:08I also think people were just wrong about Jonathan Brooks.
21:10I just don't think he was ever this great prospect.
21:13I think he was a bad pick and a bad class.
21:16That kind of, like there was no running backs in 2024.
21:19I think he just kind of got pushed up boards from Texas to production, but Chuba was better.
21:23He was always better. It felt like the Tank Bigsby Travis ETN situation going into the season where you just wanted to
21:29believe it was like the new shiny toy, but it was just going to be Chuba Hubbard at the end.
21:34Just like this next guy, DeAndre Swift. I mean, the production, he just got the big contract with the Bears.
21:39Ben Johnson loves this guy. He gets volume. He gets the opportunities in a top 5 to 10 score in offense.
21:45Yeah, he's 27, 28 years old. But at this point in time, like, is that even a thing anymore for these running backs?
21:51Like half of the guys we've named on this list are 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 years old.
21:56So I don't care. Give me two years of top 12 production and you deserve to be in my top 20 running back rankings.
22:02I completely agree. Let's jump to Basial Tootin. Almost just dropped in the D tier.
22:06Basial Tootin in our C tier. I have been, I think the whole debate was you looked going into the year and
22:11it was like, okay, it looks like Basial Tootin should be the alpha here.
22:15All the training camp reports were super positive. But then as we kind of got into the preseason, closer to draft season
22:21and redraft, so much Chris Rodriguez hype popping up.
22:23People bring up the fact that Basial Tootin, I want to say, had 3.3 yards of carry last year.
22:28The thing was like, as much as I'm a numbers don't lie kind of guy, like you kind of have to look at the context around these numbers.
22:35And it was such a low yards per carry last year because they were using him in just so many short yardage
22:41situations because they had Travis Etienne as, or Travis HN as their starting running back.
22:45Yeah. The efficiency has not been a problem here in 2026.
22:48He is attached to Trevor Lawrence, Liam Cohen, this high power Jaguars offense.
22:51And Basial Tootin is becoming like one of my favorite pickups in Dynasty.
22:55Yeah, I love that pick. I mean, the thing with him is just, can he get the receiving volume?
23:00If he can, I think he's going to be a really strong asset in this offense.
23:04I think Cohen's trying to go a little bit more of that split backfield approach with him and Rodriguez, but Tootin's just
23:10so much better of talent and player and he's young.
23:12I'll start this next tier off with someone that is getting the receiving volume.
23:16I'm going to go with Jalen Warren here in the D tier.
23:19I think he has played out of his mind.
23:21He's 28 years old, which is an ideal, but he's kind of more of that swift Chuba Hubbard play where you're getting the production from him.
23:28He's still young. He doesn't have a lot of miles on him because a lot of his career, he was a backup with Nigé Harris.
23:35He's getting five, three, three, four receptions a game right now.
23:37And he's also running the ball really well, you know, back to back 90 plus yard rushing games.
23:42He's the workhorse running back in Pittsburgh. I don't think Rico Dotto is anything compared to Jalen Warren from a talent, from a burst perspective, from a receiver.
23:49So I think it's Jalen Warren's backfield to steal.
23:52Yeah, I definitely thought that the split was going to look a little bit closer in Pittsburgh this year.
23:57And I agree with you. It's like Rico Dotto is coming back from this injury.
24:01I think they're going to work him in, but Jalen Warren has this backfield.
24:04He has the trust of this coaching staff. He's the guy to have moving forward in Pittsburgh.
24:09Let's talk about someone that we have not seen much from.
24:12I've liked the bursts, but a lot of issues going on with Jadarian Price, who was a sweetheart of the dynasty community in rookie drafts this year.
24:19I was seeing him going as high as what?
24:21Like the fifth, sixth pick in the first round.
24:23And now you've got two fumbles in two games leading into this IR stint for Jadarian Price.
24:28Emmanuel Wilson comes in and he's been looking great.
24:30Zach Charbonnet is coming back from the injury. And so there's a ton of question marks, but at the end of the
24:36day, this is a first round pick who's playing on the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, who last year had Kenneth Walker
24:41and Zach Charbonnet who ranked first and third respectively in rushing efficiency according to PFF.
24:45Like this is a system that is very good for running backs.
24:49I think Jadarian Price is going to get there.
24:51I think he's been banged up. I wouldn't worry about it too much moving forward.
24:55And to be honest in dynasty right now, I'm kind of loving him as a buy.
24:59Yeah, you made a great point on him here.
25:01He like Hampton when Hampton was coming out as a prospect.
25:04I personally wasn't a big fan of price. I thought he was a very bad first round NFL pick.
25:09Like I agree. You could have did anything else and it would have been a better pick there for price.
25:14I think he was like a mid to late second to early third round talent, but he got the draft capital.
25:20He looks good running the ball. Now it's like, can he put it all together?
25:24Can he not play like a rookie? Like he has been because Charbonnet is coming in.
25:28They got Emmanuel Wilson. Like they're going to form this into a three headed monster backfield.
25:32Probably not going to give you much as rookie year, but this next guy was looking promising as a rookie.
25:37Then he got hurt. Jonah Coleman for me. I'm so high on him.
25:41He's my RB2 coming out behind Jeremiah Love. Like by far, without a doubt was so polished between the tackles.
25:46The size speed combo is good. He has great burst.
25:48He can power through tackle. He reminds me of a mini Javante Williams.
25:52I think Sean Payton loves this guy. First of all, great in pass pro.
25:55Was so easy to just give him the workhorse role as soon as JK Dobbins went down.
26:00Like you saw this guy, 14 fantasy points in like one quarter.
26:03Could have had another, you know, bigger run went down and bounce.
26:06Like just plays like a pro's pro as a rookie.
26:09And like Sean Payton loves that type of stuff.
26:11I think next year you're going to see Jonah Coleman as the JK Dobbins.
26:15RJ Harvey is that like pass catcher kind of scat back row.
26:18And I think Jonah has 10 plus touchdown upside in this Denver Broncos offense.
26:22Yeah, he's like that just bowling ball that I know Sean Payton is going to want to deploy every time they're inside the five in the red area.
26:29But all right, we got to talk about this next guy.
26:32I actually really want to hear your take too.
26:34So I'll be quick. This is up there along with Lad McConkie as Mello and I's biggest miss of the 2026 NFL season.
26:40It's David Montgomery and Lad for us. We were so high on both of these guys.
26:44Lad, the injuries have been the bigger issue. So I'm not kicking myself as much.
26:48David Montgomery, we were just flat out wrong about.
26:50Um, even Austin Eckler on our show named him as a my guy.
26:54Like, I think all of us thought that David Montgomery was going to have something similar to the 2024 Joe Mixon season.
27:00And now like, you know, when he came to Houston, but now we're just seeing this guy who's aging, who's losing the
27:05job to Woody Marks in this Houston offense that just looks like a mess.
27:09The defense looks so much worse. That was one of the big value cells for David Montgomery.
27:13He was going to be part of this team that should have positive game scripts.
27:17So I'm very concerned about David Montgomery moving forward.
27:20But our audience has heard me enough. I would love to hear your take.
27:23Yeah, I think the whole entire Texans offense deserves a break.
27:26Nico Collins being out, that offense funnels through him.
27:28It's all about him. You know, if you just look at what CJ Stroud has done with Nico Collins and without this
27:34year, I mean, Stroud's played out of his mind this year for the circumstances he's been given.
27:39They haven't been able to run the ball for anything at all.
27:42They've been like, I saw something like there before contact yardage running the ball.
27:45They were 60% of their runs. They didn't get a single yard before contact, which is awful.
27:50That's dead last in the NFL. So I do think the Texans are growing as an offense.
27:54I think they're going to get better and better.
27:57I think Nico Collins being back is phenomenal for David Montgomery.
27:59I really want to see what this offense looks like with him.
28:03He had 30 points in week one, three touchdowns.
28:05He has the upside. He has the workhorse volume.
28:07But can he put it all together behind a bad offensive line, behind an offense that's struggling a little bit?
28:12I think he can, but we'll see how it goes.
28:15I'll kick us off with this next guy. I'm going to go Kyle Manungay.
28:19I mean, he is, we talked about how good Swift has looked.
28:22He's looked great too. And it's, they're kind of like a 1A, 1B and he's much younger.
28:26You know, you could probably argue him a little bit higher.
28:29If Swift were to go down, he'd probably be in C tier.
28:32Like he, he got 30 touches last week. He's, he's battled a little bit of like, I think it's an injury and
28:38maybe a turf toe or something I saw, but he's good.
28:41He just is. He's just reminds me so much of like a, a Ramondre Stevenson, but young and like he is great between the tackles.
28:47He can catch the ball a little bit. He can make defenders miss long-term.
28:51I could see a world where like the bears get a little bit cheap at running back and they try to, you
28:57know, make him the feature guy, maybe Swift's on his way out and they try to build around the defense a little bit more.
29:03But yeah, I'll roll up Manungay here because he's an RB1.
29:06If someone, if, if Swift were to go down with a couple of these guys in this tier that we're going to
29:12throw in, like their RB1s if their lead backs go down.
29:14So that's what makes this tier interesting. Yeah. 100%.
29:17Like there's way much, way more of a dynasty argument for Kyle Manungay than a redraft for me.
29:22And you make such a great point. Like he's one of those great, like flex with benefits.
29:26If Swift ever went down, like his role is going to be massive, but let's talk about another guy.
29:31I'm being so negative right now, similar to David Montgomery.
29:34This is a guy that I was the exact opposite.
29:36I was completely out on Travis HN jr. Going into the year.
29:39Um, but this is one of those bizarre situations where we see the saints invest so much in much money into HN.
29:45We see this offense look absolutely incredible this year.
29:47And yet even before the injury, we see them having him split work with Kendrick Miller.
29:51And then all of a sudden we're like, okay, so maybe Kendrick Miller is a bigger thing in this offense.
29:57The next week, Kendrick Miller is a healthy scratch.
29:59And then he splits work completely with Alvin Kamara.
30:01And so I'm having this concern right now with him that I think he's a talented guy.
30:06I think he should be, he's, he should be better than what we've seen, but it seems like this coaching staff doesn't
30:12trust him the way a lot of people thought they would.
30:14Yeah. Yeah. That's been the biggest issue with him.
30:17And the next thing I'm going to roll with is Blake Corum.
30:20I think he's looked great. I think the burst between the tackle stuff is phenomenal.
30:24It's just hasn't been enough to steal the rollover from Kyron.
30:27And I don't think that ever will really happen because how much they believe in Kyron.
30:31I think the, the safety, the IQ, the leadership of Kyron Williams is what motors his offense for the Rams.
30:36But Corum's been a great complimentary piece. And if Kyron goes down, he's a top 12 play.
30:40Yeah. I'm completely with you. Let's go to Jonah Coleman's teammate, RJ Harvey.
30:44I said this the other day, man. This guy is just like a wide receiver playing running back.
30:49Yeah. And I had joked with Melo over the off season with the whole Sean Payton of it all.
30:53Like, is this the new Alvin Kamara for Sean Payton?
30:56And like, there's no rushing efficiency there, but from a passing perspective, like, yeah, this guy is getting so much work through
31:02the air that I just think for PPR leagues, like I want RJ Harvey everywhere.
31:06I think he's such a cheap piece because people view him as quote unquote an RB two or an RB three.
31:11If you consider Jonah Coleman, the mix in reality, he's kind of just an extension of the past game.
31:16Yeah. I love that take. And I think, I mean, we got two more guys in this tier.
31:21I'll let you get your guy here. I'm going to go Josh Jacobs.
31:24I think he just deserves to be in this tier.
31:27I know he's 28. I know he has the legal issues going on, but like, he was still so elite last year.
31:33He's been elite all in green Bay. He's not hurt.
31:35So it's a good sign. He's probably still practicing and training off to the side.
31:39I think if he comes back, like he's an RV one and he's 28 still, like he's another guy that, you know,
31:45could be at the top of this year. Could even be in seats here and probably would be close to beats here
31:51if he was healthy and he was playing right now in the, in the league.
31:54All right. And let's wrap up the D tier by talking about Jonathan Brooks.
31:58We just went on our whole rant about Chuba.
32:00I don't think we kind of just talked about Jonathan Brooks in there.
32:04I think the concern is just like the health.
32:06Is he going to be able to get this role in Carolina?
32:09But the reason we still have him in D and we're not dropping him into the F tier is that the guy is still so young.
32:16He was a really high drafted running back back in that 2024 class.
32:19Like, I don't think it's over for Jonathan Brooks.
32:22I think the talent was there. I, I was a little bit higher on him than you, but I also had my concerns.
32:28I think this is just more of a lottery ticket guy that you hope he ends up in a situation that you can actually get some real volume.
32:35Yeah. I love that. And I mean, I think that's definitely the end of the D tier for us.
32:40Now it's kind of kicking over to the F tier, which is truly the wild, wild West, right?
32:45Like you could pick any guy here. It's a lot of handcuffs and young upside intriguing pieces and stuff like that.
32:50I'm going to go with Ollie Gordon here. I think Ollie Gordon, the reason why is because you're just getting, you're going
32:56to get a full year of him being the workhorse right now, guaranteed.
32:59So you're guaranteed getting a full year of RB two low end RB two production from him in this range, which is
33:05really special to me because a lot of these guys are splitting backfield.
33:08Maybe they get a couple of weeks as the starter and whatnot, but Ollie's still what?
33:1321, 22 years old. He was a phenomenal prospect, fell down draft ranks probably because of speed and, and you know, a
33:18little bit of a down year in his final year at Oklahoma state, but he's been playing really well.
33:23I think he's going to cement himself into a role where he's like a standalone value piece when a chains even healthy.
33:29And I think the dolphins are just going to get better and better through the next year or two.
33:34And you know, Ollie's much younger than a chain three, four years.
33:37So pretty good sign for him moving forward. Yeah.
33:39Let's hit this guy who is probably our lowest ranked guy.
33:42Who's still an RB one in their offense. Ramondre Stevenson, like all of that talk I just did about Travion and the excitement.
33:48And if he can figure out the vision, the past protection, you could take over this role.
33:53It still is Ramondre Stevenson for now. It's a whole lot of ifs with Travion.
33:57And like, that's kind of the game we play in dynasty.
33:59It's a little bit of a stock market and you're thinking that stock's going to go up.
34:04You're bullish on Travion. But in reality right now, Ramondre is the stock that has just been at the top for a while now.
34:10I don't think this is going to last forever with Ramondre, but I think you probably still have like a year or
34:16two here where you've got some pretty decent production.
34:18And who knows? Maybe he's one of those journeymen who ends up going off to another team after this grabs a role
34:24and is still pretty valuable for two to three years after that.
34:27Yeah, I love that. I'll take Emmitt Johnson next.
34:29I think he's one of the best handcuffs in football.
34:32He's on an elite offense tied to Mahomes, Andy Reid.
34:35Kenneth Walker is playing out of his mind right now.
34:37If he were ever to go down, knock on wood, I think Emmitt Johnson would give us really, really strong production and
34:43be a guy that could be a league winner down the stretch.
34:46He reminds me a lot of Bucky Irving with how he can make defenders miss in space.
34:51He can move between the tackles. He can win out in space with the receiving game.
34:55He can kind of do it all. So I'm high on what he can do in this offense.
34:59I feel like it's just pick your favorite handcuff right now in this range.
35:03Yeah. And like, I know what you're saying. Like, you don't want to ever say that about like injuries and everything, but like we have seen Kenneth Walker.
35:10Yeah. He's had the issues with maintaining his health throughout the season.
35:13We're seeing a way bigger workload here than we ever saw in Seattle.
35:17So I agree. Emmitt Johnson looks like he's being shot out of a cannon every time he gets the ball.
35:22He looks so talented, but I'm going to talk about Zach Charbonnet here.
35:25I like that. Obviously we are getting the news that he's going to be returning to practice, but Zach Charbonnet is going
35:31to have a role immediately when he gets back.
35:34Like Seattle for all that's been great about this team, the rushing attack has not been one of their strengths.
35:39I think this team is desperate to get back a guy they trust in that backfield.
35:43And once he gets back, I think he's going to have a very sizable role.
35:47Yeah. And I'll go with Mike Washington Jr. Next.
35:49Another really good young handcuff. That's playing great. He's clearly got this backup role, the Gentry.
35:53Gentry's battling that ankle injury on and off right now.
35:56If he were ever to, you know, miss some time, we know what Mike Washington's capable of big, fast home run hitter, Clint Kubiak offense.
36:02That one's pretty easy for me. Yeah. I love that pick.
36:05I'm going to go with just such a boring guy that everyone has just left for dead.
36:10And I mentioned that Ramondre was the last guy.
36:12Were you going to go with Tony Pollard? I was debating it, but I'm like, ah, I'm so sick of Tony Pollard.
36:18Tony Pollard is so boring and like nobody wants to have him on their team and this Titans team sucks, but it's
36:24kind of the Cam Scadaboo argument where it's like, but he's just getting so much work.
36:28He's getting so much volume. He does it every year.
36:30He is just like the biggest plug your nose guy in fantasy football, both dynasty and redraft, but he is always going
36:36to be worth more than what you have to pay for.
36:39Yeah, absolutely. I love that. And I'll go with another handcuff and another elite offense.
36:43Kalon Black. Yeah. We've seen the injuries with CMC in the past.
36:46He's getting up there in age. Black's getting volume and opportunity as is with a healthy CMC.
36:50If he were to miss time, like we keep saying with a lot of these guys, which it does happen every single year at the running back position.
36:58Over 30% of starting running backs last year miss time.
37:00Kalon Black would be a top 12 to 15 running back in a Kyle Shanahan offense.
37:04Yeah, exactly. We've always seen it with these backups with Shanahan.
37:07McCaffrey misses time. Exactly. Like these guys become like low end RB1, high end RB2 kind of guys.
37:12I'll go to this next guy. Technically an RB1.
37:14I'm not sure what his future holds, but Jacory Krosky-Meritt, he was the darling of everyone's redraft leagues last summer.
37:20And in dynasty, he just really started getting a ton, a ton of steam.
37:23Rookie year wasn't exactly what we were all hoping for.
37:26And then this year he's looked okay. If you dig into the numbers, the efficiency for Jacory Krosky-Meritt is not as bad as you think.
37:32To me, he's one of those guys that just has clearly not passed the eye test.
37:36And then I also have the massive concerns around not only this Washington team as a whole, but the offensive line.
37:42Yeah. And it's not a running back show with me if I don't talk about this guy.
37:46I'm going to go Alan Kamara here. First ballot Hall of Famer, in my opinion.
37:50He's one of the best running backs I've ever watched over the past, you know, five to 10 years.
37:55My favorite player ever. Just such a phenomenal talent.
37:58One of the best running backs after contact and his contact balance and his receiving ability is phenomenal as well.
38:03He's it's 2026 right now. And he just had a two touchdown 20 plus point game fresh off an injury.
38:08So I'm excited. I think he's the best running back in New Orleans.
38:11I think he's going to be the guy all year.
38:14He might be inconsistent up and down, but what is really good with him is Tyler Shuck has been feeding him checkdowns and targets in the receiving game.
38:21So if he can get touchdowns, he's going to be a 18 to 20 point per game player and he could end
38:27up being the steal of the of the year.
38:29That veteran steal value that we see every year.
38:32I think it could be Alan Kamara. Yeah. I think a lot of people specifically for this year, like if you're a
38:37contender, a lot of people are viewing him as just valuable until H and gets back.
38:42I don't know, man. I think he's going to be valuable all year long with the way they're using him.
38:47Me too. But let's move on to the handcuff over in New York.
38:50Let's talk about Braylon Allen. Shout out to Brandon at smash, except I know this is his guy.
38:55Um, Braylon Allen is in that extremely valuable role right now where we have seen breeze hall go down and he becomes the workhorse guy.
39:01I think he's another guy that if he ever wants to sign a contract when he becomes a free agent, like he
39:07could pretty quickly take an RB one role if you wanted to.
39:10Um, I think he's extremely athletic, great player knows for the end zone.
39:14Um, so I think he's more valuable than people give him credit for.
39:17Yeah. I'll take the slasher out of Houston. Woody marks.
39:20I really love his play style. Every time he touches the ball, he's moving really well.
39:24He can catch the ball. Well, he's, he's a really good player.
39:27In my opinion, I don't think he's Montgomery level, but they're, they play so good as a complimentary backfield.
39:32I do think one, if he was to go down to injury, Woody marks would be pretty good, especially with the receiving volume.
39:38We saw him last year is a little bit of the starting role.
39:41So I like marks and what he offers in this, in this Houston backfield.
39:45And he's one of the better handcuffs in this range as well.
39:48Yeah. I'm going to go with a guy that I think we might have too low.
39:52And I think everyone might have too low just from what we've seen.
39:56Touchdown B Rob. Right. Yeah. Brian Robinson jr, man.
39:58What in the world? Like this guy, there was the joke going into the season, like in your redraft leagues, like, Oh,
40:04I took the wrong B Robinson jr. I literally feel like if that happened, you wouldn't even be that upset yet.
40:09But this guy's like phenomenal. I think right now he's one of the biggest flex with benefits guy.
40:14If knock on wood, anything ever had happened to B John Robinson, like he could come into this offense and actually perform at a very high level.
40:21So I think he is one of the more valuable handcuffs right now in fantasy football.
40:25Yeah. And like what he marks today in Montgomery, Keaton Mitchell is the same way to Omari and Hampton right now.
40:30He's playing really well. He's fast. He's explosive. He's right up there at the top.
40:34What he does really good is what he can do in space.
40:38And he fits that McDaniel mole, which is interesting, right?
40:40We've seen a chain and most are be really good together.
40:43You almost wonder, like if these chargers figure it out, they get the run game going again.
40:47Is there a chance Keaton Mitchell and Omari and Hampton could be 15, 20 touchdown guys combined?
40:52Maybe. Probably not with the way it looks right now, but if they were to figure things out, you might see that with Mitchell there in LA.
40:59Yeah. I know I wasn't going to be negative about Omari and Hampton, but Melo and I did make the call that
41:05Keaton Mitchell was going to be far bigger of a pest than people wanted to admit for Omari and Hampton this year.
41:10And it has 100% been the case. Let's talk about the biggest pests to all of our favorite running backs.
41:16It's Tyler Algier. I hate saying that about him.
41:18I think he's extremely talented, but this guy's just always in the wrong place at the wrong time.
41:23Always just getting taken over by a new stud running back and like the top 10 of an NFL draft.
41:28But Algier is the type of guy that I think is going to have a role as long as he's here with Jeremiah Love.
41:34Even when Jeremiah Love starts to take more of the workload and starts to really take over, like we kind of saw
41:40it with Bijan Robinson, Tyler Algier never really went away.
41:42There was always enough for him to get his too.
41:45So he's obviously not a high ceiling guy, but I think he's a pretty safe floor kind of guy.
41:50Yeah. And like Pollard, like Stevenson, like Kamara, Aaron Jones is another just veteran production pillar that's getting a ton of volume
41:56and he's a startable RB2 every single week right now.
41:58I'll put some respect on his name. You know, he's 31 years old now, but he's still out there and he still looks great.
42:05So he deserves to be in this tier for me.
42:07I am completely with you. And you know what?
42:09I'm just going to go next. I'm going to talk about Jordan Mason.
42:13Jordan Mason, to me, I'm extremely excited about when he gets back from injury.
42:17I think he's going to have an opportunity. I don't think they want to be giving 22 touches a game to Aaron Jones right now.
42:23I think this guy's body is going to completely break down.
42:26I think there's enough room in this offense with how good this Minnesota defense is for the next two years for these
42:32guys both to get enough work to actually be fancy producers.
42:34Yeah, exactly. And Rashad White's another guy that, you know, if he were just given the role alone, his receiving volume and
42:40what he can do in the passing game just gives him standalone value straight up.
42:44So I think he deserves to also be in this range.
42:47It's not pretty anymore. I mean, a lot of these guys are like at some point, maybe they're flexes, even if they're starters.
42:53But Rashad White has shown us a decent enough sample size that he's a good receiving back.
42:57And those were our top 50 running backs for Dynasty Fantasy Football updated here in 2026.
43:02Shout out to my guy Snoog for jumping on the show.
43:04I appreciate you coming on, man. And then we've got an awesome episode coming up where we're going to go over quarterbacks and tight ends with Melo.
43:11Anything left you got for this episode, though? Make sure you guys buy into running backs in all of Dynasty right now.
43:17That's the position that I truly believe is going to be league winning for everybody.
43:21Invest into these guys in that B, C, D, T, or load up on them.
43:25Play them at flex. Play them at RB2. That's how I'm winning in Dynasty right now is through the running back position.
43:31So it's really important. I love it. Appreciate you guys tuning in.
