0:00Football is back, which means the best sport is back.
0:03DFS is back and we are here. Week 1, Cashing Points, guys.
0:07We made it and we're going to be breaking down the entire Week 1 main slate.
0:1112 games with my guys Jake Tribby and Ryan Heath.
0:14I am Graham Barfield. We're going to be going through everything that you need to know to get prepared to set DFS lineups ahead of Week 1.
0:22Myself, Jake and Ryan, we've spent weeks, months getting prepared for the NFL season, so this is going to be a little
0:29bit cathartic, honestly, getting some actual takes out there and some money to be made in the Week 1 DFS streets.
0:35My guy Jake and I, we've been working tirelessly on slate breakdown since Tuesday, Wednesday, Jake.
0:40It's been a fun process and Ryan just dropped his advanced matchups article.
0:44All of these pieces can be bought in our NFL Pro Package this year and you can save yourself 10% with code DFS.
0:51Again, that's code DFS. Three letters for 10% off a Fantasy Pro Package.
0:55You get in, get the slate breakdown, get our DFS projections, Ryan's advanced matchups, and everything you need to know to crush your DFS lineups this season.
1:03Gentlemen, let's get started. We got a lot to get to.
1:0612 games slate. Week 1 is here. Like we've been saying, super, super stoked on the slate.
1:11A lot to get to. We'll get started here with the Ravens and the Colts.
1:16The Ravens are three and a half point favorites.
1:18The total is 47 and a half. No real injury notes besides the fact that Alec Pierce is not on the final injury report.
1:25He was obviously dealing with a foot injury all of this summer, but he did get back to practice a couple weeks ago.
1:32He is not on the injury report. We'll see if he's on a snap count going into this week.
1:38Jake, I'll throw it to you for your thoughts on the Ravens here as we kind of break down a new offense for the Ravens.
1:45Obviously, a bunch of new coaching staff, new play caller.
1:48What do you think of the Ravens this weekend and what do you think of Lamar?
1:53Yeah, I think the new offense here is pretty exciting.
1:56Lamar Jackson is coming off the worst fantasy season of his career and we're not really getting much of a salary discount to reflect those recent poor performances.
2:05The projection also isn't necessarily eye-popping, but that all leads to what we have right now, which is 6% projected ownership.
2:11To me, Lamar Jackson at 6% projected ownership is always very tempting in GPPs.
2:15This is a player who's gone for 4X his week one drafting salary in 22% of his games since 2022.
2:21I am pretty excited about Lamar here. I think, Graham, you made a really good call stacking him with Mark Andrews at only 3,900.
2:28Very solid stack there. Zay Flowers also in play.
2:31I think if you're MME-ing, you could throw in a share or two of Jacoby Lane just because he's so cheap and
2:37we aren't quite sure what that role is going to be.
2:41He's only 3,100 over on DK. Outside of that, obviously eyeing Derrick Henry plus the Ravens defense here.
2:46I think that makes a lot of sense. I think if I am going to play a running back in this game,
2:53I do have a slight preference to Jonathan Taylor, but I am curious what Ryan thinks of Taylor, the Colts side here.
2:59But yeah, I think that sums up how I feel about the Ravens.
3:03Yeah, I can pick it right up with Jonathan Taylor here on the Colts side because I do think while he is
3:10a top three point per dollar value for us, he is going to get like a good bit of ownership.
3:16I think whatever it ends up being, if it's between like 10 and 20%, you can argue fairly easily that that's going to be way too low.
3:24And the reason I say that is because you look back at Jonathan Taylor's season last year where he was just amazing, especially before the Daniel Jones injury.
3:32Taylor was averaging 31 and a half DraftKings fantasy points per game in wins.
3:36The best like in wins split of any running back over the past five seasons.
3:41That's just amazing upside. If the Colts can keep control of this game, keep it close.
3:45Don't fall out of it. It's a fairly close spread.
3:48The Colts have a market implied win probability of about 40%.
3:52So to me, that's almost like saying there's a 40% chance that you can't win a tournament this week without Jonathan Taylor.
3:58I think it's tempting to say, okay, Colts are three and a half point underdogs, like maybe ease off Taylor.
4:04I disagree. I think Taylor is an amazing play.
4:07There is so much upside there. I don't want, yeah, I think you just have to really account for him when you're building.
4:14And the top running backs in general, this will be a theme on the show today.
4:19The top running backs in general are as cheap as they're going to be for most of the season.
4:24We have all of these bell cows healthy in week one.
4:28I do think this is the time to take advantage of that as much as you can.
4:33So very into Taylor this week. And then the other play that is the most intriguing to me on the Colts side
4:39is going to be Josh Downs at 5,200. That salary does not price in kind of the role that we've seen him be able to have whatsoever.
4:47Over the past two years in games, he's played over two thirds of his team snaps, averages 8.6 targets per game, 15.6 DraftKings fantasy points per game.
4:55Those are top 10 numbers. And I'm really into the schematic matchup here.
4:59Of course, it's going to be a brand new Ravens defense with Jesse Minner coming over from the Chargers, but he has
5:06always run a ton of cover for a ton of two high looks.
5:10And over the last two years, Downs has the fourth highest target per run against two high of any wide receiver behind only Aminra, St.
5:17Brown, Puka Nakua, Drake London. So I think Downs as a little bit of like a cheaper wide receiver contrarian play is
5:24also an awesome kind of place to go here.
5:26But those would be my two guys that I'm the most interested in in this game.
5:31Yeah, even if Alec Pierce plays a full snap share, I'm with you that Downs is probably the favorite or co-favorite to
5:38lead the team in targets with Tyler Warren. Ryan, I like that call quite a bit.
5:42And you're just right. I mean, this is a very, very soft salary slate.
5:47Like week one is usually very, very soft in general on DraftKings, but this week in particular feels extremely soft at the top with running backs.
5:54We've got Jameer Gibbs priced too low. Like you mentioned, JT is priced too low.
5:59And we've also got like Jamar Chase and Amon Ra significantly underpriced on this slate.
6:03So it is, you know, it's kind of a do what you want type of slate.
6:08Just real quick, I think with this game, I think if you are playing Lamar, Jake, you mentioned it at the top.
6:15If you're playing Lamar, I do think you kind of want to bring it back with a Colt on the other side.
6:21And that is the way I would play it as I would want to downs on the other side.
6:27Just lean into this game saying like, Hey, this, this is one of the few games that has a decent total this week.
6:34We've got kind of a few games with some middling totals, 47 and a half here, lean into the total, lean into
6:40this, the fact that this might be a shootout.
6:43It might be a little under owned shootout relative to some of the higher owned games, like the bucks and the bangles on this slate.
6:51Yeah. I don't really have any other thoughts on this game.
6:54I think we kind of covered it pretty well, Jake.
6:57I didn't really, you know, for receivers this week.
7:00I do prefer Mark Andrews, but he is, he's certainly in play with Lamar stacks.
7:04And I do think the Ravens taken, you know, take control of this game and Derek Henry could put up a huge score.
7:11That being said though. Yeah. JT, you're definitely going to want him on some lineups this weekend.
7:16We'll keep it going here, guys, bears and the Panthers bears are three and a half point favorites here.
7:22The total is 47 and a half. No real injury notes on this one.
7:26Jonathan Brooks was full practice today. He is off the injury report.
7:29Romo Dunze was limited all week. He picked up a calf injury.
7:33We'll see if he's on a snap count. Obviously he's been dealing with a foot injury for two years now.
7:39Now he's picked up another injury. Luther burden obviously is, is in that kind of like mid five K range.
7:45That is, is really, really nice. Jake, I'll throw it to you for, uh, throw it to you for your thoughts on the Chicago bears here.
7:53Yeah. Really excited about the bear side of this game.
7:56I know we've had some back and forth between, you know, me, Graham, Scott Ryan about how good of a spot is this for the bears?
8:03Something Ryan noted is that, you know, Carolina has run the third most cover three over their last 10 games.
8:09And bears head coach, Ben Johnson leads all play callers in passing yards per game against that shell since 2023.
8:15And, you know, Ben Johnson was talking this off season about setting the scoring record.
8:20And I mean, that matters to me because especially if we're loading up on a, say a double stack with the Chicago
8:26bears between Caleb Williams, Luther burden and Colston Loveland, we don't want them to take their foot off the gas.
8:32If they end up taking a big lead here against the Carolina offense that we know can kind of fall flat.
8:39So I really liked the bears. Um, I really like leaning into the idea that they could just absolutely blow out Carolina.
8:45And I mean, regardless of whether or not you think this is a good matchup for Caleb Williams or not, this is
8:52a solid matchup for Colston Loveland and Luther burden, who both feel pretty strongly underpriced, especially relative to how bullish we were on both players this off season.
9:00So really excited about the individual pieces for the bears, happy to play them as one-offs.
9:05But I also think the double stacks here are pretty nice in Chicago.
9:09Yeah. My only negative note on Caleb Williams in this spot is that he struggled against disguise coverages last year.
9:15The Panthers ran more disguise coverage than any defense in football.
9:18Uh, you know, he was a top eight quarterback, top 10 quarterback in all efficiency metrics against static coverages, but, but really kind of struggled against disguises.
9:26Obviously this is something that he can improve upon going into this year.
9:30And he certainly has the pass catching talent to really kind of elevate him going into this week.
9:35Ryan, I'll ask you if you have any other thoughts on the bears before we go over to the other side of
9:42this game with the Panthers, obviously the Panthers, you know, Bryce young, it really does hinge on him.
9:47If he can take another step forward in his third year with Dave Canales, uh, you know, the Panthers have some really
9:54fun pieces in this offense between two good running backs.
9:57They have a great alpha receiver and Tett McMillan, Jalen Coker, a good number two.
10:01I just don't, I've struggled with the Panthers for a number of years.
10:05Like they never really get me excited. And this, this kind of feels like a similar spot.
10:10Yeah. I'll just say quickly on the bears. I'm largely on Jake's side on this one, kind of what the Panthers like
10:17to do is slow games down, drag them down into the mud.
10:20That's kind of why they don't always look like a great matchup on paper, but the bears were second in the NFL in place per game last year.
10:29Like I, I don't think that they're going to get dragged down in the same way that some other teams have.
10:35So I'm in on bears doubles, but yeah, moving over to the Panthers, it's a little bit trickier here just because in
10:42the backfield, we don't have that great of an idea what the workload split is going to look like between Jonathan Brooks and Chuba Hubbard.
10:49Uh, both of them price it around 5,500, 5k.
10:52To me, there are just too many other good running back plays on this slate to kind of mess with this.
10:58Uh, so aside from that, we're just left really with their two wide receivers, Ted Arroa McMillan and Jalen Coker.
11:04Uh, Coker pops as like a fringe top 12 point per dollar value for us at the position.
11:09I think there is some merit to that in, in that, uh, it's a strong schematic matchup.
11:15The bears deployed a good amount of man coverage last year, a top six rate Coker, uh, had a 75% boost to
11:21his target per route run against man. Uh, but on the other side of things, you have Ted Arroa McMillan, uh, priced up closer to 6k.
11:29He was also much better against man coverage. And that also goes back, uh, even to college for him.
11:35So that's like a very long running Ted Arroa McMillan kind of tendency in terms of him being a much better man beater than his own meter.
11:43So that works a little more in his favor this week.
11:46Uh, and also just a notable stat that I pulled in terms of deep targets.
11:50If we're thinking about how can this game set off, if we're just looking for a bring back for a bear stack,
11:5722 deep targets going 20 or more yards downfield for Ted Arroa McMillan last year, only four for Jalen Coker.
12:03So I think I prefer Coker, uh, if you're just kind of MMEing, like mixing in looking for kind of cheaper wide
12:09receiver options, I think Coker works fine there. But if you are stacking this game up, I really would be trying to
12:16get Ted Arroa McMillan in there as the bring back.
12:19If I'm trying to make any sort of game environment that here.
12:23Yeah. He's just got significantly more upside for the reasons Ryan laid out here.
12:27And he's also just been, you know, an elite alpha target earner.
12:30Obviously Coker last year was dealing with a quad injury was never really fully a hundred percent, maybe until late in the
12:37year, especially in that playoff game, he was electric, but I'm with you, Ted, you know, just not, not a strong technical
12:44value on this slate because we've got some really good receivers in this 5k range.
12:48Uh, Jake just mentioned Luther bird in a second ago.
12:51I prefer him. I think I prefer Ladd McConkie as well.
12:54Uh, but test certainly in play for game stacks like that call quite a bit.
12:59We'll keep going here. Bucks in the Bengals. This is the top game to get right this week.
13:04Bengals are three and a half point favorites. The total is four, uh, 50 and a half a couple of injury notes on the buck side.
13:12Jalen McMillan and Sean Tucker are both out. Uh, McMillan was practicing this week, but he's not, uh, not just he's close, but not all the way there.
13:20Sean Tucker, same thing. Both are out. We're going to have a little bit of a condensed target share this week, Jake with Amika Agbuka and Chris Godwin.
13:29I love Agbuka in this spot. I wrote him up for slate breakdown, but this is a really, really strong spot for Baker bucks pass game.
13:36I'll ask you for your thoughts on the bucks here.
13:39Yeah. Loved your blurb on Agbuka. And you know, the thing with Baker to me is, you know, obviously we can get excited about the total.
13:47We can also get excited about the play caller change for the Tampa Bay offense, which I think will really help them out.
13:54But Baker Mayfield was hurt for most of last season.
13:57I think people sort of forget if we, if we rewind to 2024, he was one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the NFL throwing the football.
14:05Um, and I do sort of expect him to return to form this season, especially with things being so condensed.
14:11We have both Agbuka and Chris Godwin as sort of fringe top 15 wide receiver values right now.
14:16So that's a really nice double stack. Um, the only other play that I wanted to throw out on the Tampa Bay
14:23side that I don't think a lot of people are going to get to because this is a pretty stacked running back slate.
14:30And you know, for me, it's, it's a bit of a fringe one, but Bucky Irving, who was also hurt last year
14:36that did cost him some goal line opportunities. So I am a little interested, especially if Cincinnati comes out a little flat,
14:43something like Bucky Irving plus the bucks defense is a bit of a contrarian running back plus DST stack is a tad
14:50interesting to me, but I think there's a lot of ways you can play this game because it's just such a great game environment.
14:57Yeah, it is. And I thought about writing up Bucky too, after we got the news that Tucker was going to miss
15:03the game, just because like you mentioned, he is going to have the goal line role, at least for the spot.
15:10I ended up not doing it just because, I mean, I still think he's going to get cucked by Kenny Gainwell on passing downs.
15:17Just really hurts the upside. Yo Leute, Revi hier.

15:38Mit Schwäbisch Hall. Ryan, I'll throw it over to you for your thoughts on the Bengals.
15:43Obviously, this is like one of the spots to get right.
15:46Joe Burrow is kind of priced up. He's 6,900, but man, I mean, this is just such a great spot against a
15:53Bucs defense that has a great front seven, but a secondary that at least projects to be a suspect.
15:58Yeah, the more I've kind of looked up and down at this game and this matchup and the rest of the slate,
16:05the more I am thinking, I just want a Bengal in every lineup is kind of what my goal is going to be when I'm building.
16:13Starting with Joe Burrow, right now we're showing 8% projected ownership on him.
16:16He's behind three other quarterbacks in our ownership projections right now.
16:20If that holds, I think he's the best quarterback play on the slate just straight up.
16:24Burrow averages 24.8 DraftKings fantasy points per game in games with a 48 or higher over under since 2021.
16:30He has just absolutely destroyed all of these high total spots.
16:33If you push that up to a 50 over under, which this game also qualifies for, Jamar Chase averages 28.9 DraftKings fantasy
16:40points per game over a similar span. It's just a massive potential low up spot for this offense.
16:45I really like the schematic matchup for Joe Burrow, especially where Todd Bowles just never changes.
16:50He always brings one of the highest blitz rates in the NFL.
16:54Burrow has absolutely demolished the blitz, leads all quarterbacks in fantasy points per drop back against it.
16:59And really interestingly, Tee Higgins actually has been kind of his go-to player against the blitz recently.
17:04Uh, Higgins has virtually identical pro route stats against the blitz to Jamar Chase, which is really, really good.
17:10So I think you always need Burrow double stacked one way or the other.
17:14You can't like just leave Tee Higgins or Chase Brown out of the lineup.
17:18I always want at least two Bengals pass catchers here.
17:21I think it's an amazing spot for the entire offense and moving over to Chase Brown.
17:26Uh, really interestingly, the Buccaneers were very vulnerable to running backs in the receiving game last year.
17:31Second most receiving fantasy points per game allowed. Uh, and Brown, you just look at games last year that he played with
17:37Joe Burrow starting lead, led all slate eligible running backs and expected fantasy points per game.
17:42Uh, close to a 13% target share top five in DraftKings fantasy points per game.
17:47This often, or sorry, this defense just funnels all these targets underneath.
17:50Brown is a relevant target in the red zone for Burrow.
17:53I think you can just mix and match Chase Higgins, Chase Brown in these Burrow stacks.
17:58You can play Brown by himself. Of course you can play Jamar Chase by himself always.
18:03Yeah. These are all just great plays. I don't really have anything bad to say about them.
18:08Uh, we talked on early look about how we aren't really buying into the week one Bengals starting slow narrative.
18:14Uh, two of those three games were against the Browns, which, uh, the Bengals never really performed that well against at any
18:21point in any season, uh, with Miles Garrett there.
18:23So I, I just don't see any reason not to go crazy on Bengals players this week.
18:28Yeah. Our projections don't necessarily reflect this, but I think I prefer Brown over James Cook and it's legitimately close with Jonathan
18:35Taylor, just because we do have some minor game scripts concern concerns with JT there.
18:39So I like the Chase Brown shout quite a bit and bro, he's going to be like 10% owned.
18:45I mean, this is such a good running back slate.
18:48I think he's going to go a little overlooked.
18:51We didn't spend nearly enough time on Baker Mayfield.
18:54I think he's like my favorite non-Burrow quarterback play of the slate.
18:57I mean, he's QB seven over the last two seasons of fantasy points per game, but he's priced like, you know, 5,900 on DK.
19:04Uh, obviously this is a, you know, spot where we can kind of get some condensed stacks with him at Buka, Chris Godwin.
19:11Uh, I really like Baker Mayfield quite a bit.
19:14I think, uh, when slate breakdown comes out, Jake, I think I'll probably have Baker in the top three, I think in
19:20tournaments for sure this week, it's just such a good spot.
19:24Uh, Bengals are probably going to have a better defense this season, but Shamar Stewart is, is going to miss this game.
19:30So, you know, one of their top defensive linemen, uh, is going to be out for this spot.
19:36They're, they're going to be better on defense. They have a great corner and DJ Turner, but I still think this is
19:42still a bottom 12 defense overall for the Bengals here.
19:45All right. We'll keep going here, guys. Bills and the Texans bills are small road favorites, one and a half favorites over the Texans.
19:52This total is middling at 44 and a half.
19:55Uh, really the only injury note that I saw in this game is Ty Johnson's picked up a hamstring injury, but he's back in practice on Friday.
20:03Uh, he missed pretty much all of August with this injury, but it seems minor.
20:08If he's practicing Friday, he should be full go.
20:10If I will note, if Johnson does miss this game, it is a nice little boost to James cook and his pass down catching ability in this spot.
20:19Jake, I'll throw to you first for the bills here.
20:22This has been like a house of horrors for Josh Allen.
20:25He's really struggled against the Texans in his career, especially as of late Buffalo's had two games against the Texans in the
20:31last couple of years, only scored 20 and 19 points in these two spots.
20:36The Texans, they just beat everybody up, man. They line up, they don't really disguise coverage.
20:40They don't blitz a whole lot and they just beat the hell out of you.
20:45A tough spot here for Josh Allen to start the season.
20:48Yeah, it is a tough spot. And you know, Allen's at seven K he's the most expensive quarterback on the slate.
20:54The bills sort of have that, this mediocre 23.25 implied team total.
20:58It's hard for me to imagine. I really get too much Josh Allen outside of a few shares in my one 50 sets.
21:05I don't necessarily hate like an Allen can K DJ more double stack, but you know, even the bills wide receivers are
21:11not projecting as anywhere close to being solid values.
21:14So it's difficult to argue for stacking up the bills difficult to argue for James cook.
21:19This is a brutal rushing matchup as well as being a tough passing matchup.
21:23So yeah, it's always scary to be off of Josh Allen, but there's just a ton of value on this slate across
21:30the board and none of these bills are really popping to me.
21:33Yeah. Unfortunately, the bills have a really sweet Thursday night game too.
21:37That'll be off the main slate. So unfortunately we won't get a ton of bills here at the start of the season
21:43here, Ryan, I'll throw it to you for your thoughts on the Texans.
21:47David Montgomery is at six K nice little opening price for him.
21:51What do you think of him? Nico Collins and CJ Stroud in this spot?
21:55Yeah. So I kind of similarly to Jake, if I'm being entirely honest, I am not that drawn toward this game for
22:02some of the reasons he just laid out. This could just kind of be an uglier one, but I'll kind of go for it.
22:09I'll make the argument for a couple of these guys.
22:12You've got David Montgomery at six K probably not drawing a whole lot of ownership.
22:16Uh, this was the, I'm allowed to say this now the season started.
22:20This was the Xodia running back, uh, from Scott Barrett per his sources.
22:24We are expecting Montgomery to have a massive workload similar to what Joe Mixon had in 2024 when he was an every down bell cow for the Texans.
22:32Uh, that was good for about 18.9 fantasy points per game in that season, a top five running back season.
22:38If that's in the range of outcomes for David Montgomery in terms of him, just being an every down running back, having
22:45that massive workload this week before everybody expects it, this would be the time to get in on it, right?
22:51Uh, we've seen the bills defense struggle for years against the run.
22:54Of course it is going to be an entirely new defense.
22:58They have a new defensive coordinator, Jim Leonard coming over from Denver, but Hey, just from a personnel perspective, this could be
23:04like a sneaky, really good spot for David Montgomery.
23:07We could see some actual efficiency on the ground from him.
23:10We could see him just take all of the goal line work.
23:14I can see like a multi-score game happening and at six K where he's a lot cheaper than a lot of the
23:20more popular running backs on the slate. Uh, that, that could absolutely kind of pop, uh, as a contrarian play.
23:26So he's someone I'd keep in mind. I think I'm maybe a little more intrigued by Nico Collins.
23:32Uh, and this is very speculative because of course we don't know exactly what this defense will look like, but per the
23:38athletics reporting, uh, the, the bills are going to have a much more blitz heavy defense.
23:43Uh, that's exactly what the Broncos did. What Jim Leonard did with the Broncos the last couple of seasons, always top five in blitz rate.
23:51So it is kind of interesting to me that Nico Collins leads the NFL in yards per run against the blitz over
23:57his last 10 games, uh, over with over four, this could be a team, uh, and the bills may be one of
24:04the few teams that could push the Texans to actually have to throw.
24:08Uh, when you look back at the five games that they dropped back 40 or more times last year, Collins averaged 19.5 draft Kings fantasy points per game.
24:16He's going to be single digit owned. Everybody's way more interested in Jamar chase and Amon Ross St.
24:21Brown and Chris Olave and kind of all these other top end wide receiver plays.
24:26Nico Collins is a really good player that can kind of set a game environment off on his own.
24:32So he's someone I'm at least considering, uh, or throwing in as a one-off as kind of a contrarian play.
24:37Uh, I don't know if that's talking me into CJ Stroud whatsoever.
24:41I try not to play CJ Stroud if I can avoid it.
24:45Uh, Dalton Schultz sit 3,400 is fine in theory, but I don't think I really ever want to play him over Michael
24:51Mayer, who's going to be $500 cheaper and projects much better.
24:55Yeah. Michael Mayer, we'll get to that in a minute.
24:57He's pretty much the nuts on this slate. I'm with you.
25:01I kind of have just him and a few other players, few other tight ends in my pool, but that's a great,
25:07great note on, on Nico there, Ryan, and certainly makes me kind of want to reevaluate him a little bit.
25:13Uh, I, I did want to, you know, just reiterate, I think David Montgomery is a phenomenal play this week.
25:19Bills had one of the bottom three run defenses in football last season.
25:23Obviously Jim Leonard is, is coming in, going to try and fix that, but, uh, this is still, you know, a lot of carryover from the previous roster.
25:32So I I'm, I'm very into Montgomery here in this spot, especially, you know, against a bills team that has really, really
25:38struggled, uh, against the Texans kind of a contrarian plays.
25:41You can play Houston defense as well with Montgomery, just lean into the fact that a Texans could be really legit, legitimate
25:48Super bowl contenders, great defense, and potentially a great game script.
25:51Uh, if you are not already subscribed to fantasy points, I have no idea what you're doing.
25:56You're missing out on Ryan. He's advanced matchups. You're missing out on my slate breakdown with Jake trippy.
26:01You're missing out on all of our great content.
26:04Every DFS article is in the NFL pro package, and you can save yourself 10% off right now.
26:09Use code DFS. Again, that's code DFS 10% off any NFL package at fantasy points, specifically our DFS content all lives in the pro package.
26:17You can get our ownership projections, projections for every slate showdown included, and our DFS optimizer.
26:22We have a monthly package as well, if that suits your needs.
26:25Again, code DFS for 10% off. Saints and the lions.
26:28This is my favorite game of the week. I know the Bengals and the Bucks is probably going to be the top
26:35scoring game of the week, but I just love this spot.
26:38There's a lot of really great plays in this game.
26:41Lions are six and a half point favorites. Total is 49 and a half lines have a 28 implied team total for touchdown implied team total.
26:49The only injury note I got in this game is Alvin Kamara is actually fine.
26:53He's fully practicing on Friday. He missed all of August with a knee injury.
26:58It seemed like he might actually miss a couple of weeks of the season, but he's fine.
27:03Definitely hurts Travis ETN just a little bit in terms of his past game projection.
27:07Jake, I'll throw it to you for your thoughts on the Saints and just how good of a play is Chris Olave at 6,700?
27:14Man, Chris Olave is a great play. With Jordan Tyson on IR, we really can't anticipate much of a change to Olave's projected volume.
27:21In his final five games last year, he averaged 21.9 DraftKings fantasy points per game and 20 expected fantasy points per game.
27:28Among slate-eligible wide receivers, both of those numbers would rank first.
27:31Plus, I mean, Graham, you highlighted this. The game total is 50.
27:35It's a fantastic game environment. So yeah, Olave is a great play.
27:38Both has a one-off and within stacks. And Tyler Shuck is a pretty good play too.
27:43He averaged 20.3 fantasy points per game in his final six games in 2025.
27:47And I think another advantage to playing Shuck in this contest is that we have two very cheap stacking options who project
27:54fairly well in Devon Vele and Jawan Johnson, both in the mid three Ks.
27:58So a lot of different ways you can slice this on the New Orleans side, really love attacking it through the passing game.
28:05Don't mind mixing Travis ETN in there a little bit.
28:08But yeah, I really like the passing attack. And obviously that starts with Chris Olave.
28:12Yeah. Shuck doubles makes a ton of sense. 5,600 is a great price for him.
28:17Lions kind of have a similar thing going on with the Bucks.
28:21I think their front seven is going to be awesome, but their secondary could get completely smoked.
28:26Ryan, I'll throw it over to you for your thoughts on the Lions here.
28:30Obviously, Jameer Gibbs, 8K is going to be in a ton of DraftKings lineups.
28:34Jake was saying on early look that he thinks Gibbs will push 40% as this week has gone on.
28:40I think it might be 50%. It is just such a, I don't know.
28:44It's just so easy to get up to Gibbs this week.
28:47Any different angles? Obviously, Gibbs is like the best play on the slate here, but I'm on Roz in a great spot.
28:54And I liked your matchup angle. You had a few good matchup angles on Jamison Williams in this spot.
28:59Yeah, I'll start with Jameer Gibbs. I'm not going to poke any holes in him.
29:04It's a seven point spread. He averages 30.8 DraftKings fantasy points per game in wins, which is 40% more than any other
29:10running back on the main slate averaged last year.
29:13So I just can't really make any sort of argument to get off of Jameer Gibbs.
29:18Even if he's at 40% owned, I think that's fine.
29:21I think arguably it should be even more. There's yeah, it's just very hard to make a negative argument there.
29:27The passing game is a little bit more interesting.
29:30Jared Goff priced at just 6k. This is a really good spot for him in theory.
29:34I mean, over the last three years, Goff averages 21 fantasy points per game in home games with a total over 48.
29:41Of course, Goff has long had very wide home road splits.
29:44We get him at home here in a possible shootout game environment.
29:48I think the note I would have is if you do play Goff, you should be really kind of onslaughting the Lions
29:54and playing into the scenario that they just never take their foot off the gas whatsoever.
29:59Because pretty notably to me, the Saints last year allowed the sixth most DraftKings fantasy points per game to QBs in the
30:06first half of games, but the fewest in the second half of games, largely because most teams would just take their feet off the gas.
30:13I think there's an argument to be made that maybe that just makes Jameer Gibbs even safer.
30:18And that even if they happen to do that and run the clock out in the second half, Gibbs still benefits either way.
30:25So all roads lead back to Jameer Gibbs. But yeah, I certainly think you can play it through the passing game with Goff with Amon Ross St.
30:33Brown, who of course is priced up at 7,500.
30:36But as we've been talking about, these top plays on the slate are probably all underpriced, at least certainly relative to what
30:42these elite fantasy options are going to be two months from now in week 10, say.
30:47But I do think Jameson Williams is the one I want to spend the most time on.
30:52He is 6k, so doesn't project like amazingly well on a point per dollar sense, but he is going to be one
30:59of the lowest owned pieces on the team. Williams has always been kind of a boom or bust, higher average depth of target player.
31:06So that's ideal for a tournament setting in DFS, right?
31:09And the matchup is particularly interesting for him because the Saints have played a lot of single high looks recently.
31:15They have Brandon Staley still running it back. So similar defensive scheme to last year.
31:19And Williams has had his targets per route run increase by nearly 50% against these single high looks over the past 10 weeks.
31:26And we've actually seen that same stat fall for Amon Ross St.
31:30Brown and for Sam Laporta whenever the Lions face single high.
31:33So Jameson Williams as a way to kind of get different in this game, which is very hard because there's going to be a lot of combined ownership.
31:42But yeah, just including him even as a one-off kind of if you're fading this game and just want to play JMO
31:48as a one-off or JMO plus Gibbs or something like that is like a viable way to go in my opinion.
31:54Sam Laporta at 4,400 is a really strong projection.
31:57I was very into him in terms of season-long fantasy football.
32:00I think his role could be a lot better this year with Drew Petsing as their new offensive coordinator after he was
32:07really able to get the most out of Trey McBride in Arizona.
32:10We have seen Laporta roughly out target or match Jameson Williams in terms of usage anytime that they have been on the
32:17field together over the past couple of years. So I think at 4,400 Laporta is also just kind of a great piece.
32:24I don't think he has like the game defining slate breaking upside maybe that Williams does, but Laporta certainly in line stacks
32:30or just as a way to poach some touchdowns in one of the highest total games I think is very viable.
32:36I think you might be underrating the upside with Laporta.
32:39I wrote him up as like if we didn't have Mayer, he would be the best point per dollar tight end on
32:46the slate and it's just all due to his touchdown upside.
32:49Over the last couple of seasons since 2023, he actually leads all main slate tight ends and expected touchdowns over Trey McBride.
32:56He's missed a ton of time. I think there's a lot of touchdown upside here.
33:00I hear you on JMO. I really liked your stat on him, but I think Laporta is my second favorite on this team.
33:074,400 is such a great price for him. I think he also makes sense in Tyler Shuck stacks if you want to
33:14stack up Shuck with Alave and Juwan Johnson or Devon Vele.
33:17We're going to definitely see a lot of two tight end builds on DraftKings this week just because Mayer is so cheap.
33:24I think Sam Laporta should be a part of that as well.
33:274,400 is just way, way too cheap and I think he has two touchdown upside in this spot if the Lions do.
33:34I mean, they could score 35 or 40. They're one of the two or three teams on this on the slate along
33:40with the Bengals that could drop 35 or 40 in this spot.
33:44Two teams that are definitely not going to be scoring 35 or 40 points.
33:48Clip that if I'm wrong. Falcons and the Steelers.
33:51Steelers are six point favorites. Now this opened at three and a half because well, Tua Tagovailoa is out.
33:56He picked up a hip injury, oblique injury. That might be it for Tua.
34:01Honestly, like they could just move on and be like, hey, we'll just wait on Pennix, come back at the end of September, start of October.
34:08We'll roll with Cooper Rush. This total is 41 and a half.
34:12Jake, it is a super gross game. Drake London is 6,500.
34:15He's a part of what is, I think, a really, really strong receiver slate.
34:19At least in terms of technical value, London does pop, but man, 6,500 Drake London with Cooper Rush does not get me super excited.
34:27He's going to be under 10% owned. The volume is going to be great.
34:31All of that said though, it is really harder to get excited about London or Bijan now in this spot.
34:37Yeah, I think to me, Cooper Rush starting hurts Bijan more than it does London, although obviously it's a hit to both players.
34:44And that's because over the last three seasons, no quarterback has targeted running backs more than Tua Tagovailoa, while Cooper Rush has
34:50a Lamar Jackson-esque 14% running back target rate. So there is a huge gap between these quarterbacks in terms of their tendencies.
34:57And that lack of running back targets from Rush leads to more targets for the wide receivers, for the tight ends.
35:03Now, obviously, the quality of those targets won't be very good, but Rush himself only 4K on DraftKings.
35:08So while I'm largely out on Bijan Robinson at this point, especially on a slate where there's a ton of great running
35:15back options, it doesn't take that much for you to be able to get up to a guy like Jameer Gibbs, who's obviously a much safer play.
35:23I think, you know, a Rush Drake London single stack is an interesting angle in this game because, you know, you're only
35:30spending 10K on it and Drake London could pretty easily come down with a 35 or even 40% target share in this contest.
35:37Now, you know, the game environment being gross obviously doesn't help, but I do think the price is right where, you know,
35:43maybe you're not getting there in single entry or three max, but if you are MME-ing, it is worth consideration on a mid-priced Cooper Rush and Drake London.
35:51Yeah, it opens up a ton. You can just go full stars and scrubs, but I mean, Cooper Rush was really bad
35:58as the Cowboys spot starter two years ago with Dak Prescott.
36:01You look at EPA per dropback since 2021, he's at like the bottom six, bottom seven of the league in EPA.
36:08It is just really tricky. Ryan, do you have any other thoughts on the Falcons before we talk Steelers here?
36:14Any thoughts on the Steelers side? I mean, this game is, it's a pretty gross one.
36:18Honestly, we've got a few gross games. I think Jets Titans looks a little better to me right now.
36:24It is pretty gross. I don't know if I agree that Jets Titans looks better.
36:28I think I have more players. That might be a bridge too far.
36:32You're right. That's a bridge too far. All right.
36:35There's a couple of players I'll at least consider over on the Steelers side and spoiler alert, not going to be many of those for Jets Titans.
36:43But I do think with Cooper Rush now starting the backfield plus a Steelers defense stack becomes at least somewhat intriguing.
36:49Of course, we don't have a lot of clarity here between Rico Dowdle and Jalen Warren, both of them priced just above 5k.
36:56But I do think if you want to take a stab on one of them, stack it up with the Steelers defense,
37:03there are worse ways to kind of get different, save a little salary in the process on this slate.
37:08If I were to have a lean, it would just be Rico Dowdle because, and this has been kind of my take
37:15for the entire offseason, is Dowdle, unlike Jalen Warren, has had multiple NFL head coaches actually make him a three down bell
37:22cow at different points in his career. And one of them was literally Mike McCarthy, who is his head coach right now.
37:28So if we were to get like a surprise, wow, this either Dowdle or Warren is just a 60 to 70% snapshot player this year.
37:36My bet is that it would be Dowdle and this would be the time to take advantage of that for sure.
37:42The other player that I'll make like a small case for, and people can read advanced matchups if they want kind of the more in-depth take on this.
37:50I do think Michael Pittman at 4,900 is at least a little bit interesting.
37:54I think he could have some really good red zone touchdown equity.
37:58Three of Mike McCarthy's last four offenses have ranked top six in pass rate inside the 10 yard line.
38:04We've seen Aaron Rodgers be very greedy inside the 10 as well, basically whenever he hasn't been playing in an Arthur Smith offense.
38:11So I do think there's like multi-touchdown upside here for Steelers or any particular Steelers pass catcher.
38:16Pittman is my favorite because of price, because of schematic matchup, which I go into a little bit more in advanced matchups
38:22that people can go and check out. I like that call quite a bit.
38:26I was on Pittman over Metcalf just for season long leagues this season.
38:30And yeah, I think Pittman does lead this team in targets.
38:34It's just, it's really tricky, man. I mean, if Atlanta gets smoked, which they certainly could, I mean, Cooper Rush has taken no first team reps all summer.
38:42It was all pennocks, all Tua. The Falcons could get absolutely debacled here.
38:46That being said, if they do keep it close, yeah, I think Pittman is probably a pretty decent technical value.
38:52All right, we'll go on to my favorite game of the week.
38:55I'm joking. Chet's Titans. Titans are one and a half point favorites.
38:59Really, really close spread. This one feels like a coin flip type of game.
39:03It's a 53% implied win probability for the Titans.
39:06Total is 38 and a half. On the injuries note, Brees Hall full practice this week.
39:11He's completely fine. His injuries seem completely minor. Isaiah Davis is fine as well.
39:15So the Jets have their full stable of running backs.
39:18Really, honestly, I'm Garrett Wilson, Jake. I really like Garrett Wilson in this spot.
39:22I think he's way, way too cheap. I think in terms of just like volume, all of that, he looks really, really good at 5,800.
39:29And this is the cheapest price that we've gotten Wilson on DraftKings since week 14 of 2023.
39:34What do you think of the Jets here, man?
39:37Yeah, I think the Jets are in an interesting spot.
39:40I'm with you. I also like Garrett Wilson. And you know, Geno Smith, only 4,600.
39:45The game environment's gross, but I think at a certain point, he's just a little too cheap.
39:50Sort of similar to Cooper Rush and Drake London.
39:52Stacking Smith and Garrett Wilson only cost you about 10K.
39:55And this is likely the cheapest or likely the cheapest the stars will be all season.
40:00So that ability to pay up, you know, for your Jameer Gibbs, for your Jamar Chases, you know, that certainly matters on a slate like this.
40:08So I don't mind paying down at quarterback, despite it being a very gross spot.
40:12I also wanted to throw Brees Hall out there.
40:15I'm not sure how much Hall I'm going to get to, but you know, it is worth noting.
40:20This is the rare Jets game script that should be competitive.
40:24New York has a 48% implied win probability here.
40:26And Brees Hall's averaged 19.4 draft games, fantasy points per game in wins since 2024.
40:31He's also been more efficient on man gap concepts, and that's something Tennessee allowed the eighth most yards per carry on.
40:37So the matchup is solid. This is again, a rare game.
40:40The Jets could actually win. I don't necessarily mind going Geno Smith, Brees Hall, Garrett Wilson and saying, Hey, maybe the Jets
40:47overperform and actually do score 28 points this week.
40:50But yeah, it's, it's pretty gross. I'm not going to get to a ton of it, but I think for if you're MMEing, it's, it's certainly interesting.
40:58Yeah. That's my gross stack of the week. I like Geno and Garrett Wilson, and you could definitely team stack it with Brees Hall.
41:05I would much prefer that over Cooper Rush. Ryan, you get the unfortunate task of talking through Titans, man.
41:11Yeah, man. The Jets kind of cheap gross stack point that both of you just made is well taken.
41:16I don't think you need to bring it back with any sort of Titans.
41:21I, I was going to try to make a case for like Gunnar Helm as a punt tight end, but he's more
41:27expensive than Michael Mayer, which is becoming a running theme.
41:30That's just a death knell for a lot of these kind of fringier tight end plays on this slate.
41:36Wandale at 4,800 is just way worse than Michael Pittman to me.
41:39That's way worse than Quentin Johnson to me, who we're going to get to eventually.
41:44And yeah, Tony Pollard, is just worse than a David Montgomery to me, who he's only $400 cheaper than.
41:49So yeah, I just can't really give you any sort of Titan take that I feel good about.
41:55Yeah. Cam Ward had a really, really rough rookie season.
41:58And then I don't honestly put any stock on, you know, really any preseason, but he did kind of struggle according to
42:04some of the film bros I listened to this preseason.
42:07It is not, not a good outlook here for the Titans.
42:11I am, you know, very, very interested to see what this offense looks like.
42:15And if we can get any fantasy goodness out of any of these guys, Tate is really the only one I'd have
42:21any remote interest in final game of the 1 PM slate Browns at the Jag Jags are eight and a half point favorites.
42:28This total is 40 and a half. Jags have a great implied team total of 24 and a half.
42:34It's really just the Browns dragging this team to this, this entire game down.
42:38They have a 16 point implied team total lowest on the main slate.
42:42Browns are in trouble, man. Their offensive line is in real trouble.
42:46They're going to lose Tevin Jenkins for the spot.
42:48He was projected to start at right guard for them.
42:51So they're, they're already like a bottom five offensive line, but missing a starter here in the spot against this Jags front seven is not great.
42:59Jake, talk us through the Browns here, man. I really didn't have a whole lot when I was going through slate breakdown.
43:06I don't think you have a whole lot either.
43:08Yeah, there, there is not much to discuss here between the team total and the offensive line issues.
43:14I can't say that I'm really on Cleveland at all.
43:17I think really, if you are looking at Cleveland players, it's just as a bring back option on some sort of Jacksonville stack.
43:24And you know, if you're, if you're going that route, Harold Fannin is easily our best value among the Cleveland flex eligible players.
43:30So, you know, you'll get single digit ownership there.
43:33I, not a lot of people are really going to get to tight ends outside of Michael Mayer, who I think is
43:40going to draw in a ton of ownership. Obviously we're going to talk about him a little bit later.
43:45So he's a little interesting, but, but yeah, it's pretty grim on the Cleveland side here.
43:50Very grim. I think I prefer Dallas Goddard. I much prefer Sam Laporte at 200 more, you know, Fannin certainly could catch
43:57six, seven balls in the spot and be a nice little DK play, but I don't know how much I'm going to get there.
44:04Jake, sorry, Ryan Jags, man. This is a great, great spot for Trevor Lawrence.
44:08I had a stat for the Browns that basically like when Miles Garrett was off the field last over the last three
44:15years, they've basically been equivalent to what the Dallas Cowboys defense did in EPA per drop back last season.
44:20I mean, this is like a bottom three potential defense.
44:23They have two great corners and Ward and Campbell, but that's really kind of it, man.
44:28They're going to struggle to generate a pass rush.
44:31I love Jared verse, but like he is not even on the same talent spectrum as, as miles Garrett.
44:36It's a great spot for Jags. How are you thinking of playing these guys in DFS this week?
44:42It is a great spot for them and just, it kind of sneaky in that way.
44:47Yeah. The Browns lose Jim Schwartz, their former defensive coordinator, who was one of the better defensive minds in the league.
44:53Uh, it may be arguable, but I think it there's, yeah, as you laid out, there's a good chance that this defense is just completely awful.
45:01And the Jaguars, uh, get to kind of have their way with it.
45:04And it looks like the Jaguars are going to go a little bit under owned in our ownership projections right now.
45:11So I think there is a merit to kind of stacking up a few Jaguars from this game.
45:16Trevor Lawrence is kind of where my mind immediately goes at just 5,800 because over his last seven games year, he was
45:23averaging 26.9 DraftKings fantasy points per game. Uh, that's 19% better than what Josh Allen averaged last year.
45:28Uh, and yeah, Lawrence again, under 6k, that's pretty enticing.
45:31Of course, a lot of it comes from him, uh, getting let loose as a rusher inside the 10 yard line.
45:37Uh, so that, that is certainly an angle that I want to have my eye on.
45:42I think the best receiver to stack him with is going to be Parker Washington.
45:47Uh, and anybody that has been following all of our work, uh, in the off season will probably not be surprised by that take.
45:54Uh, but yeah, it's pretty, really just is as kind of simple as after the Jaguars by last year, Washington in his
46:00non-injured games was averaging over 17 fantasy points per game.
46:03Uh, he is priced as just the wide receiver 19 on the main slate.
46:07That's just a screaming kind of technical value. So give me some Trevor Lawrence plus Parker Washington, uh, in this game here.
46:14I think you can look at Brian Thomas, who's 5,500.
46:17Uh, I, I kind of tried to put together like a schematic case for him, but it's just very influx.
46:23It's very tough, uh, early in the season, but theoretically, if he's the receiver that everyone's forgetting about, he's the round one
46:30talent that had one of the best, uh, and most efficient rookie seasons since Odell Beckham Jr.
46:35Uh, there's at least a world where he comes out in a particular game, uh, and puts up a big score just
46:41because he has a much more downfield role. So especially, I don't even know that you need to get that contrarian with the Jags.
46:48I think, uh, Trevor plus Parker is going to be a contrarian enough, but Thomas is there as well outside of the passing game though?
46:56I think Basial Tootin at 1% projected ownership as an eight and a half point favorite against this Browns defense.
47:02Are you serious? Uh, Tootin was one of my biggest flag plants in the off season.
47:07I really expect him to, at least at some point this season, come in and kind of take over this Jaguars backfield,
47:13which has been one of the most valuable backfields in the NFL.
47:17Uh, at least anytime that Liam Cohen has been calling the plays anywhere he's gone.
47:21Uh, I laid it all out in my off season content.
47:25I won't repeat it a ton of times, but it's just a very screen heavy running back friendly offense.
47:30We have, uh, LaQuinn Allen, uh, questionable. So potentially not, uh, going to be taking as many of the passing down snaps,
47:37possibly Tootin gets in a little more of those as well.
47:40It's risky. Of course, Chris Rodriguez can absolutely just ruin our dreams at the goal line that that is totally possible, but
47:47yeah, it's for a Jaguars team that could just roll over the Browns.
47:50I have to have some interest in who I think is going to be their running back on base downs and to,
47:57and as such is such an explosive player. Uh, one of the best like per touch, uh, prospect or not the one
48:04of the best, but one of the most exciting per touch prospects in last year's running back class.
48:09Uh, he's yeah, a really fun kind of contrarian angle here on this slate to me.
48:14I agree with you fully. Uh, you know, Jake wrote this up in slate breakdown and we were kind of on the
48:20fence about Tootin, but I think he's one of the best tournament plays on the slate just for everything that you lined up.
48:27Uh, it's really the pass down work. I think he does get a nice little boost in terms of his pass down, uh, pass down work this year.
48:36LaQuinn Allen playing a couple of third downs or being like a pass blockers, like it's kind of negligible to me.
48:42It does. It'll hurt a little for Tootin, uh, but it really is like, I think it's his chance.
48:48It seems like the running back coach, the offensive coordinator, they've, they've kind of laid, you know, laid it out, but this
48:54is going to be a big chance for him the next couple of weeks to kind of take over this job.
49:00Uh, I really do want to just lean into the pass game though.
49:04Like if I'm, if I'm building, you know, just a few lineups this week, uh, I want to have a Lawrence team say I'm building just five lineups.
49:13I want to, I want to definitely have a Lawrence and Parker Washington team.
49:17The Jags last year did not take their foot off the gas when they had a lead of six or more points.
49:23They were the sixth most pass heavy team by pass rate over expectation.
49:27So even if the Browns like basically don't push in this game, I still think we're going to have, you know, 30, 35 drop backs from Trevor Lawrence.
49:36And I just fully agree with Parker Washington. It's, it's the best matchup too, for him as well.
49:41He's going to avoid those corners. I was talking about outside in Ward and Campbell really the two best players on the
49:48Browns right now, not named Jared verse guys, let's get into this 4 PM slate fun one here.
49:53Cardinals and the chargers chargers are nine and a half point favorites.
49:56They're the biggest favorites on the slate. They have an 80% implied when probability and the highest implied team total on the slate at 28 and a half.
50:05Jake, I'll throw to you first for Arizona, man.
50:08I think we, we talked about a little bit on early look about how much we like Marvin Harrison.
50:13Jeremiah love is expected to play, but if he doesn't, Tyler Algier would pop as one of the best point per dollar
50:20value plays really just want to focus on the Cardinals pass game here in this spot against the chargers.
50:25Yeah. Yeah. I feel the same way. And you know, the thing with the Cardinals pass game is that much like last
50:32year, I can't imagine volume is going to be an issue given that there are nine and a half point underdog, you
50:39know, Jacoby Brissett is a guy who averaged just under 21 draft Kings fantasy points per game in the 12 games last
50:45year where he attempted at least 30 passes. So from a salary and volume perspective, building an Arizona team is sort of
50:52one of the best price adjusted ways to get access to passing volume.
50:56Um, and like you noted, I prefer just outright Marvin Harrison to Michael Wilson, Jr.
51:00Uh, Trey McBride, obviously a great play as well.
51:03He's priced as the wide receiver five and was more productive last year than all, but two wide receivers on the week one main slate.
51:10So that'd be my primary way to double stack Brissett, obviously Harrison McBride, Wilson also fine as one-offs.
51:16Um, and I'll, you know, I am me, so I'll have enough, uh, Brissett lineups that I'll be mixing and matching, uh,
51:22had some Michael Wilson with Marvin Harrison, uh, you know, sort of all those combinations in there, but yeah, Marv, I think
51:29the important point to make on him is that when he played with Michael Wilson, he was by every efficiency metric, really
51:35by every metric at all, just the better player in their games with Jacoby Brissett.
51:40So I want to lean into that this year.
51:42I know Scott Barrett disagrees and wants to lean more into the Michael Wilson side of that argument.
51:48Um, but yeah, I think there's a lot of fun ways to play the Arizona offense because we're looking at almost a guaranteed 40 dropbacks for Jacoby Brissett.
51:56Yeah. And the nine games that Harrison was healthy last year with Wilson, he had a 20% target share, got over 40% of the air yards.
52:04And, and based on those numbers, I mean, basically only eight receivers last year got to that type of volume and it
52:11was all the best receivers in fantasy football plus Garrett Wilson.
52:14So the volume should be pretty decent here for Marv, Ryan, I'll throw it to you for your thoughts on the chargers.
52:20Obviously one of the best implied point totals on this slate, Justin Herbert is just 6,100.
52:25I think pound for pound, I think I prefer Trevor Lawrence at a slight discount, but that doesn't mean that Herbert's not a great play.
52:33He's a phenomenal, phenomenal player at 6,100. And his receivers, I think the main thing is even though Herbert might not be
52:39a technical value on the slate, both of his receivers are.
52:43Yeah. I might even be a little bit higher on Herbert than you are.
52:47I called Joe Burrow the best quarterback play on the slate earlier in the show.
52:51Uh, Herbert's like right there for me. He's probably the closest, uh, to Burrow for me in, in that sense.
52:57Uh, last year, don't forget Herbert averaged 23.9 DraftKings fantasy points per game.
53:01In four full games with Joe Alt last year.
53:04Uh, he was just by far the most efficient quarterback in the league whenever he had anything above like bottom of the
53:10barrel tackle play gets both Alt and Rashawn Slater back.
53:13I just don't see a way that Herbert isn't awesome this year.
53:17I think he's going to have an amazing season.
53:20Uh, gets Mike McDaniel as the new play caller who dragged it to a tongue of Bailoa to being the seventh most
53:26efficient quarterback by a Justin net yards per attempt over the past four seasons, which is just absurd.
53:31Imagine what he's going to do with Justin Herbert.
53:34And yeah, we get this Cardinals defense that was a bottom seven unit by basically every metric.
53:39Uh, they've run back, they've retained the same defensive coordinator, which was interesting to me.
53:44Uh, with, of course, uh, Michael floor coming in as a new head coach, they retained Nick Rallis as the DC.
53:50So I don't know why we should expect different results.
53:53I just think the chargers can kind of do whatever they want in this game.
53:57So yeah, of course, Quentin Johnson, lad McConkie is the double stack that you want.
54:02I don't think there's really many great ways to mix it up from that.
54:06I guess I'm open to ideas if you guys have any, but, uh, straight up, I would prefer lad.
54:12I like his schematic matchup a little bit better than QJs.
54:15Uh, I'm the lad McConkie guy. I was, I wrote an entire article about why he could be the next Jackson Smith
54:22and Jigba this off season for anybody that missed that.
54:25Uh, just really a big fan of his game.
54:27Think that he can really benefit from, uh, this new scheme that McDaniel is implementing.
54:32So very into the passing game, but I also don't want to forget about the backfield here, uh, because Keaton Mitchell has
54:38been limited all week with this hamstring injury that first popped up a week or two ago in training camp.
54:44It just makes O'Marion Hampton at 6,800 more people.
54:47And his backfield as a whole averaged nearly 30 fantasy points per game in those wins.
54:52If we get even two thirds of that to O'Marion Hampton, that makes him a massive value.
54:57Uh, that makes him a guy that could kind of get lost on this slate where there are a lot of good running back plays at the top.
55:05I kind of think that this could be your one chance to take advantage of everybody having overthought this round one running back prospect all summer.
55:13So yeah, I definitely want to get some O'Marion Hampton into my lineups and mix him in.
55:18That was my, that was music to my ears.
55:21Cause O'Marion Hampton was, was my guy this year and I'm, I'm with you.
55:25I think kind of everybody overthought it. Keaton Mitchell is, is a good like change up player, but he's has one career
55:32game where he's played more than 25 snaps. He's also been dealing with a hamstring injury now for a couple of weeks.
55:38I don't imagine that the game plan is going to be too heavily involved with Mitchell in this spot.
55:44And we're going to see like 10 to 12%.
55:46We have 12% projected ownership for Hampton. I honestly think that might just be a little too low or excuse me, too high.
55:53It's just given the slate, we've got some really, really good running backs in that seven K range.
55:59I think Hampton might get a little skipped over on the slate with a lot of people trying to pay up for
56:05Gibbs, pay up for JT, play some chase Brown, play some, a little bit of Bijan and then pay down a little bit for Marshawn Lloyd.
56:13We'll get there in just a moment. But yeah, I like that call quite a bit on Hampton.
56:18I think if you just wanted to say, Hey, like the chargers just dominate this game, I'm going to play Hampton and chargers defense.
56:26I certainly, certainly like that call quite a bit.
56:28Let's keep it going here. We'll talk Marshawn Lloyd Packers Vikings Vikings are one and a half point favorites.
56:34This over under is 46 and a half really, really tight game.
56:38Jake, let's have the discussion. Marshawn Lloyd is what 4,800.
56:41It's, it's a really nice price. This kind of feels like a spot we'd have, you know, later in the year, but
56:47we get it here in week one. Josh Jacobs is on the exempt list.
56:51There's some ambiguity, a little bit of like, you know, kind of up in the air of what the role will be.
56:58Chris Brooks should play on some pass downs. We'll see a little Caleb Johnson, I think maybe a couple of snaps here
57:04and there, but really this kind of sets up for if Lloyd can get the hot hand to start this spot, he might get going.
57:12It'll be interesting to see what the ownership looks at as well for Lloyd right now.
57:17It's, it's pretty low, man. I mean, I'm, I'm seeing around the industry sub 5%, 10%, probably at the most.
57:23It doesn't seem like a whole lot of people are wanting to play into Lloyd in this ambiguity.
57:28What do you think of this spot here, man?
57:31Yeah. I mean, he's a fringe top 12 value for us right now, but honestly, I think our projection is about as conservative as possible.
57:38I mean, Chris Brooks, we know he's a capable backup, but he's also not a guy who's going to steal touches if
57:45Marshawn Lloyd ends up being a good player. And Caleb Johnson is a guy who was hated by the last two coaching
57:51staffs that he played for to the point that he just got traded to green Bay.
57:56So I'm, I'm not necessarily looking for either Brooks or Johnson to steal many touches from Lloyd if he is good at all.
58:03And I mean, you know, this is a slate loaded with running back value, but if you want the cheapest viable running
58:09back on the slate, that's obviously going to be Marshawn Lloyd.
58:13Again, we're pretty conservative with the, with the projection.
58:15We only have them around a 50% design rush share seven or 8% target share, but you know, I could see him
58:22finishing the game with a 65% design carry share and, you know, 12, 13, 14% target share.
58:27And in that case, he's probably going to be 6k by week three, week four.
58:32So yeah, this is a really, really good price on Marshawn Lloyd.
58:35Like you said, Graham kind of feels like one of those later season values that we get due to injury.
58:41Just so happens that we get him in week one outside of Lloyd.
58:45The only other guy that I'm really looking at on the green Bay side here is Jaden Reed.
58:50And that's because he sees 170% increase in his yards per route run against the blitz over his last 10 games.
58:57And if there's one thing we know, it's that Vikings defense coordinator, Brian Flores loves to blitz.
59:02So Jaden Reed, Marshawn Lloyd, I think are both solid plays here.
59:05And I am pretty surprised we're getting such an ownership discount on Marshawn Lloyd this week.
59:10I think I'm definitely going to come over the field on a, we have 5% projected right now.
59:15And that definitely feels too low. Yeah. I thought he'd push for 12%.
59:19That's for sure. I love your Jaden Reed shout as well.
59:23I think the Packers are going to have to play more 11 personnel this season.
59:27Luke Musgrave is dealing with the neck injury. Tucker craft, like you mentioned, is kind of just coming back.
59:33So we're going to see probably one of the highest route shares of Reed's career entering week one.
59:38That said, I don't think he plays a whole lot in 12, which certainly hurts the upside that should be Matthew golden.
59:45Ryan, what are your thoughts here on the Vikings?
59:47Kylo Murray is a pretty nice price here at 5,500.
59:50I wasn't expecting to be excited about Kylo Murray stacks, but I think with the projected ownership and this price, I think
59:57you have to be a little interested in Murray plus Jefferson.
60:00Yeah, that's kind of what it is to me as well.
60:04Murray on a point per dollar basis ends up as our top quarterback on the slate.
60:08I think it's arguable. And I would even maybe agree if you wanted to say that the upside is maybe not quite
60:15as good as that implies for a Kylo Murray, but Hey, we've seen plenty of quarterbacks come through and succeed with Vikings
60:21head coach, Kevin O'Connell guys like Carson Wentz, Josh jobs, Nick Mullins, all have filtered through this system over the years and
60:28put up these really fantasy viable scores. Like all of those names have been putting up between 18 and 20 draft Kings
60:35points and spot starts for Kevin O'Connell for years.
60:37So yeah, I don't want to be too dismissive of Kyler when he's this cheap, when he has some rushing juice, he
60:44did run a bit more last year than he had over the previous few years.
60:48I don't think that he's really declined that much as a runner.
60:52And yeah, the double stack is easy if you want to lean into it.
60:56It's Justin Jefferson who's going to pull some of the least ownership of any of the top wide receivers on this slate.
61:03Of course, that is for a decent reason, which is that he was really awful for fantasy last year.
61:08He was a massive bust as a round one pick.
61:11But hey, before that, Jefferson had this reputation as being so clearly quarterback proof until JJ McCarthy got his hands on him.
61:18So this could be a good spot to just kind of lean into the Jefferson bounce back and say, hey, we're all
61:24going to remember after week one that, oh yeah, Justin Jefferson is a top two wide receiver in the NFL that can produce with basically any quarterback.
61:33That's the case that I would make for it.
61:35Probably only going to get to him in those Kyler stacks.
61:39But I think that has merit. And Jordan Addison, I also don't mind.
61:42And I think he does kind of deserve to be in the double stack just because he has one of the better schematic matchups here for the Vikings.
61:51Jonathan Gannon is the new defensive coordinator for the Packers everywhere he's gone, whether it's Philadelphia, Arizona.
61:56He's played a ton of cover four. And that's been one of the best shells for Jordan Addison, especially over the last
62:0210 games has just straight up outproduced Jefferson against cover four.
62:06So I think that that's a totally viable double stack.
62:09Kyler, Addison, Jefferson, I would want a bring back from the Packers.
62:12I do like the Jaden Reed call there that Jake has.
62:16So I do want to give like this game some thought for sure this week.
62:20But it is tough. There's just so many really fun game environments that I could see this one going a little bit overlooked.
62:27But yeah, as you said, maybe that's something we want to lean into.
62:31Yeah, Christian Watson is also going a little underlooked.
62:33He's under 10% projected ownership across the industry closed out last season, you know, basically a top 20 receiver in fantasy.
62:40I pulled a splits against two high coverages. Obviously, Minnesota plays more too high than any defense in football, just because they
62:46blitz so much, you got to roll the safeties back and kind of protect yourself from getting beat deep.
62:52But Watson was awesome against two high coverages last year, boasted, you know, top eight yards per route run, top eight fantasy points per route run.
63:00So yeah, there's some there's some definite kind of contrarian angles into this game.
63:04I do want to lean more into the Packers side in this spot, but certainly, certainly like the Jefferson and Kyler stack a little bit for sure.
63:12And I think we're just avoiding this Vikings backfield right now.
63:15I mean, Aaron Jones is going to play on pass downs, it should be Jordan Mason on base and kind of early
63:22downs really have no clue on how that's going to shake out.
63:25But for right now, pretty much everybody across the industry is avoiding this backfield.
63:30Dolphins and the Raiders Raiders are three and a half point favorites.
63:33It's one of the few games the Raiders are favored in this year.
63:37Ashton Ninty is off the injury report, dealing with an ankle injury, but he is completely fine full practice all week.
63:43Jake, we'll start here with Miami Malik Willis is really, really cheap.
63:47It's it's hard to stack him though. All of his receivers are cheap and they just project very poorly.
63:53Chris Bell would actually be the only the only guy I'd be moderately interested in.
63:57He's 3200 on draft Kings just shoot for the moon that he's awesome.
64:01And he's a really good prospect, fully healthy. But Malik Willis gets a good spot here against this Raiders defense.
64:07That's really just Max Crosby and a bunch of dudes.
64:10Yeah, exactly. This is an incredible matchup for Malik Willis, who was one of Scott Barrett's offseason exodus was one of the
64:16guys I was drafting a ton of in best ball and in redraft.
64:20I'm ridiculously excited about him this season since 2023.
64:23Sure. It's only 94 pass attempts, but Malik Willis is the league's QB one by fantasy points per dropback.
64:29And I think if you want the most extreme possible upside comparison in 2018, Lamar Jackson absolutely dominated by fantasy points per dropback.
64:36Everyone sort of wrote it off, said, oh, he's not a great passer, whatever.
64:402019, he was the best quarterback in fantasy. I'm not necessarily sure that'll happen to Malik Willis this year, but he has
64:46such incredible athleticism that, you know, I'm very optimistic about his fantasy prospects, even though he's throwing to pretty terrible wide receivers.
64:53I think the matchup more than makes up for it.
64:56The price is also very nice. He's popping as a pretty decent value here in our numbers.
65:01So I like Malik Willis a lot. I think an interesting angle with Willis might actually be pairing him with Devon Achan
65:08and just hoping that you get every single Miami touchdown.
65:11I also argued this offseason that while Willis has not historically thrown to running backs, and we know rushing quarterbacks don't tend to throw to running backs.
65:19Devon Achan is a guy who will have throws designed for him, and Malik Willis has historically always thrown, you know, a
65:25lot of design throws, targeted first reads at a very high rate.
65:29So I do sort of like the idea that Achan's target share won't take a huge hit with Willis, and if this
65:35Miami offense gets rolling, like I said, you could probably get every touchdown by stacking the pair together.
65:41You know, it is tough on the wide receiver side between Caleb Douglas and Chris Bell or, you know, any of these other options.
65:48The good news is they're extremely cheap. So if you did want to go a little more extreme with the Miami stack,
65:54you could go Willis, Achan, one of those wide receivers.
65:57You're still only spending about 15K in salary, and then that gives you a lot of opportunity to pay up for some
66:04of the great wide receivers, great running backs that we have on this slate.
66:08So I'm going to have a lot of Malik Willis.
66:11I'm surprised he's not projecting for much ownership here.
66:14Yeah, I think he's a very intriguing play, and I think there's a decent chance, Graham, that, you know, by week three,
66:20week four, we're talking about Malik Willis as a $6,200 quarterback who's, you know, could finish as a top seven fantasy QB this year.
66:28Yeah, no, you're right. I mean, and you're right about the stack too.
66:31That's a great call and just playing Achan with him.
66:34I think that's definitely the way to do it.
66:37These receivers are probably a little too thin, but Malik Willis, man, I mean, in terms of his rushing production, he's been
66:44like on par in terms of, you know, yards per game with Lamar Jackson and Jane Daniels in his handful of starts.
66:50So there's some legitimate, huge upside here. I think there's also some some decent upside with this Raiders side too.
66:56Obviously, huge coaching upgrade this offseason, Ryan. And now we've got Ashton Jensie again off the injury report.
67:02I think if like the injury didn't happen, we didn't get the prayer circle.
67:06We didn't get the whole the whole Twitter freak out.
67:09I think Jensie would be right up there is like 20% industry in terms of his industry projected ownership.
67:14We have him around 12 to 15% right now.
67:17I'll ask you for your thoughts on on him and this Raiders side.
67:21Then obviously Michael Mayer, 2900 is going to be what 50% owned this weekend.
67:25Let's talk through the Raiders here, man. Yeah, I'll start with Jensie.
67:29I like that point you just made. I do think that were it not for just kind of, yeah, that whole episode
67:35that we were all subjected to in August with the mysterious injury for Jensie that has turned out to apparently be nothing.
67:42We would all be way more excited and jacked up about playing him at 6600.
67:46Before the injury, this was my like flag plant in late round one of fantasy drafts.
67:51I don't see why we shouldn't just kind of get back on board here.
67:55Jensie had one of the best rookie seasons in terms of earning volume and in the highest value areas of the field.
68:02Better target share, better goal line rush shares than we saw out of B.
68:06John Robinson out of Jameer Gibbs in their rookie seasons.
68:09And of course, it's a great matchup and one of the better spots that he's probably going to be in all season just from a game script perspective.
68:17And one note that I liked is the Dolphins new head coach Jeff Halfley was with the Packers last year and he
68:24called the defense that ranked as a top three run funnel bypass rate over expectation allowed.
68:29So I think there is an angle here where Jenty potentially just goes nuclear.
68:33I'm not buying that much into all of the Mike Washington buzz from the preseason.
68:37Washington was not a very good prospect to me from an analytics perspective.
68:41He had his fans in the film community and maybe you can sound off on your Mike Washington takes Graham, but I
68:48just was not that I was very underwhelmed by Washington really up until we saw him in the preseason.
68:54And to that, I would say maybe the Raiders are just going to have an amazing rushing attack this year as we
69:00have seen from these Clint Kubiak offenses where he just massively elevates the offensive line play everywhere that he's gone.
69:06So Jenty really, really intriguing as a play for me.
69:09But yeah, of course, Michael Mayer. I don't see a way around it, which is unfortunate.
69:14It's it always makes you feel a little like rough in the stomach to say, OK, I'm just going to play the chalk tight end.
69:21This is like one of the better chalk tight ends that we might get this year.
69:26Mayer at just twenty nine hundred with Brock Bowers not playing.
69:29We just have the proof of concept with him, right?
69:32I averages ten point nine DraftKings fantasy points per game in four games without Bowers last year.
69:37Similar over the last two years, just in games where he's run over two thirds of the routes.
69:43And in that same split, a seven game split where he's been above a sixty six percent route share.
69:49Trey Tucker has only out targeted him twice in two of those seven games.
69:53So arguably Mayer is just the wide receiver one for the Raiders.
69:56And that might not sound exciting to people in theory, but with the potential for this offense to just be much better
70:03or at least much more confident than last year, with all of the writing that I've done about how great of a
70:09play caller Clint Kubiak is, that's like very enticing to get Mayer at just twenty nine hundred.
70:14He projects as our top value on the slate.
70:17I just kind of don't know how to get around it.
70:20And that is really for me. It might just be it's Michael Mayer in my tight end spot all the time, unless
70:27I'm stacking a tight end with a quarterback somewhere.
70:30That literally might be how I just build all of my teams.
70:33I'm recording outside the box with Neil Orfield after this.
70:36That'll be out on YouTube on Saturday. Maybe Neil will talk me out of that just from a DFS game theory perspective.
70:43But yeah, from an on paper standpoint, I don't see a way to kind of get off Mayer here.
70:49Yeah, I don't think I see one either. I mean, he's just such a strong play, especially, you know, because, you know,
70:55you can find ways to get contrarian on the slate.
70:58We've laid out a number of angles. I really don't care about the ownership.
71:02He just feels optimal at twenty nine hundred. He's forty six hundred over on FanDuel, not totally near the minimum, but he's
71:09he's, you know, basically the same price over there.
71:12Relatively tight end thirty two. Jake, do you have any any angles to get off Mayer?
71:16Because I think Ryan's right. I think there's just really no way to get off.
71:21Yeah, I mean, I think if you're playing cash, obviously there's no way to get off Michael Mayer.
71:26I think, you know, in tournaments, the lineups where I am getting off merits because I have another tight end.
71:32That's a part of my either team stack or game stack that I would just rather get to or, you know, sometimes
71:39because there are plenty there is plenty of value on the slate.
71:42Sometimes you just won't need to spend down for Mayer on certain builds.
71:46So those would really be the only ways I'm getting off of Mayer.
71:50But yeah, he's a fantastic play. If you told me you want to play 50, 60 percent Michael Mayer in a 150
71:57set, I wouldn't blame you at all. Yeah, you got the projection up on the screen here.
72:02If you're watching us on YouTube, we got Mayer projected for 11 DK points.
72:06I think when Chris originally ran the projections after the Bowers news, we had him at like 12 and he was at
72:12like four points per dollar in terms of the value.
72:15I mean, he was he's popping is one of the best value plays.
72:19We've had a tight end, like Ryan said, in a number of years.
72:23All right, we'll get out of here, guys, with Washington and the Eagles.
72:27Eagles are four and a half point favorites. This total is just 44 and a half.
72:32Obviously, Eagles have a very strong defense that could limit the commanders in this spot.
72:36I was pretty high on Jane Daniels going into this year, Jake, but it is a really tricky spot just with this
72:43really talented Eagles defense obviously going on the road here.
72:46I have not really been super interested in this Washington side.
72:49Maybe you can change my opinion here. I don't think I'm going to be changing your opinion, Graham.
72:55I you know, I think there's a lot of great quarterback plays on this slate.
72:59I don't necessarily consider Jane Daniels to be one of them, not necessarily popping in projections.
73:04Only a 19.3 point implied team total for Washington this week.
73:07I think if I do get to a commander, it's going to be Terry McLaurin, who's exceeded 17 DraftKings points at 53
73:14percent of the games he's played with Jane Daniels over the last two seasons.
73:18But, you know, even McLaurin is still kind of an iffy value at wide receiver.
73:22It's it's just tough to get excited about the Washington side, especially with so much value on the board.
73:28Yeah, it is really, really tough. Obviously, this backfield is we're just kind of X-ing it out.
73:33Ja'Cory Krosky Merritt should, you know, basically take them.
73:36You know, we're kind of projecting him to take the majority of the early down stuff, majority of the base rushing stuff.
73:42Rashad White will play a ton on passing downs and the commanders get down, you know, score two.
73:48I would expect Rashad White to play a ton on passing downs because he is a good pass protector and a good receiver.
73:55Ryan Eagles are very interesting here. This is the last team I have yet to write up for this slate.
74:01But Jalen Hurts is projecting for like seven or eight percent ownership.
74:04The stack is very, very easy. It's even more condensed than it has been in previous seasons.
74:09Nick Sirianni has kind of become a meme. But one of the things we do love for him for fantasy is he's
74:16always run very condensed offenses around his best players.
74:18And this week it's Devonta Smith and Dallas Goddard.
74:21I think we could see Devonta Smith be a 7K receiver very, very soon.
74:25But I mentioned earlier in the show that Goddard also pops as a decent value.
74:30What do you think of the Eagles here in this spot, man?
74:33Yeah, this one's interesting. I think you need to give some thought to Eagles this week just because we would have been
74:40chomping at the bit to play a lot of these guys, whether in stacks or as one offs against this commander's defense last year.
74:47They bring in a new defensive coordinator. It's a little bit unclear kind of what it will look like between him who
74:54came over from the Vikings having coached under Brian Flores.
74:57So it could be like a Flores style blitz heavy, too high heavy defense.
75:01It could be like more of the same with Dan Quinn still there.
75:05It's very hard to kind of sink our teeth into this.
75:08But yeah, all of these Eagles pieces do have really strong upside.
75:12Of course, Jalen Hurts can fall into the end zone a couple times just in kind of any game, regardless of matchup.
75:18So I don't know that I'm going to get to him where he's priced just because of all the other quarterbacks that we have been so high on.
75:27But he easily could kind of steal one here.
75:29Probably the piece I'm most interested in in a vacuum and maybe the way to get off a Michael Mayer would be Dallas Goddard at 4,100.
75:37Goddard's just like an incredibly underrated play, underrated value.
75:40Over the last two years, when A.J. Brown hasn't been on the field, Goddard has had a 27 percent target per out run rate.
75:47That's higher than CeeDee Lamb last year. That's higher than Trey McBride last year.
75:51He just could be absolutely pelted with targets here.
75:54It's a better schematic matchup if we're thinking it's going to be a too high heavy defense for him than it is for Devontae Smith.
76:01So yeah, Hurts plus Goddard is at least intriguing to me.
76:04Of course, Devontae Smith, amazing player. I could just, as you said, like prove himself as an alpha wide receiver one this year.
76:11And I would understand why you'd want to get on that.
76:15So yeah, I think Goddard probably my favorite piece.
76:17But yeah, all the Eagles interest interesting just because we've gotten rid of Kevin Petula, one of the worst play callers in the NFL last year.
76:25They add Sean Mannion, who's from the Sean McVay kind of play caller tree.
76:29They'll be doing like an entirely new offense. It's more focused on throws over the middle of the field could also really benefit a Dallas Goddard.
76:37So that's kind of my angle. You always have to at least consider Saquon Barkley.
76:41He's priced up at 6,900. But honestly, the more we've talked through a lot of the running backs on this slate, the
76:48more I have just been like, man, it's going to be hard to get to a Barkley just because he was so bad last year.
76:56He had only one tournament winning score the entire season.
76:59And I, of course, before that in 2024, he was a league winner in season long.
77:03He was hitting 30 DraftKings points in 44% of his games.
77:07It's possible he like reinvigorates that kind of fire and brings back that explosiveness.
77:11For me, I didn't really see that as much last year.
77:14Of course, lots of pieces moving on the offensive line and everything, too.
77:18But yeah, I don't know. I am probably more intrigued by the passing game than by Barkley personally.
77:23I think I am, too. And maybe it's just because I've been too Omari and Hampton-pilled, too Jintzy-pilled.
77:29I think there's just a slightly better values on this slate.
77:32But Saquon certainly could have a massive score here if the Eagles just absolutely blow out the commanders in this spot.
77:38Certainly want to give some thought to that. But I do agree with all of Ryan's analysis.
77:43I'm pretty much lockstep there. Just want to kind of lean into this pass game here and might be a little underrated here in week one.
77:51Against a commander's defense that is not going to be very good this season.
77:55Guys, great stuff. Week one cashing points is in the books, baby.
77:59We got a 12-game slate. Hopefully, you guys got a lot out of this.
78:03Again, if you have not already subscribed to Fantasy Points, you can get all of our DFS content in the pro package.
78:10That includes Ryan's advanced matchups. Jake and I are writing slate breakdown this year.
78:14That will be included in that piece. Our DFS optimizer projections and ownership all in that piece.
78:19Again, code DFS for 10% off that package. For Jake, for Ryan, I'm Graham.
78:23We will see you at the top of the leaderboards.
