Henry is priced at RB11 but was RB5 on RB13 usage over the past two seasons as a Raven in half-PPR, creating upside; he's RB2 in EPA per carry (+0.08) over two years and RB1 in rush yards over expected (+27%) last season, with natural regression reasonable but legit signs of decline difficult to find. Henry had the fifth-most half-PPR points in NFL history for an age-31 RB (259.4 points); if he repeats that as a 32-year-old, he'd score 195-225 fantasy points, a range only Walter Payton and John Riggins have exceeded at age 32-plus, making his upside tantalizing in the middle of Round 2. Henry is literally built differently and more likely to defy the odds of an older back; in betting markets, his 1,239.5 rushing yards projection only trails Jahmyr Gibbs and Jonathan Taylor, and he has the highest rushing TD projection (12.5) of anyone. Ravens are fifth in projected points with RB2 Keaton Mitchell and TE2 Isiah Likely out of the way without notable replacements; new OC Declan Doyle versus serviceable Todd Monken and the loss of C Tyler Linderbaum versus addition of 14th-overall OG Vega Ioane are mostly a wash.
