0:00Hello and welcome to episode 1007 of the official EstablishTheRun.com podcast.
0:04My name is Adam Levitan. I am one of the co-founders here at ETR.
0:08As always, joined by fellow co-founder Evan Silva and we are now two weeks into training camp for most teams, but more
0:15importantly, we're on the eve of the man vs.
0:18machine recording. Evan, how you feeling today? It's going great.
0:22At EstablishTheRun, we've had an eight year standing policy of never asking or begging for people to watch our show to contribute,
0:29subscribes, or likes, but today that ends. And I'd like to ask the people to hit the subscribe button.
0:35And if you're already subscribed, hit the like button because it really helps us.
0:39Today, we start the begging. Wow. You know, we're not really YouTubers, if you guys can believe that, but we are on the YouTube streets now.
0:48Silva begging for subscribes. And by the way, it is free to subscribe on YouTube.
0:53Never thought that I would see the day. But you ignored my first question, Silva.
0:58Did you see the Leone rap that we dropped today ahead of man vs.
1:02machine? And how are you feeling heading into tomorrow's man vs.
1:06machine recording? It was incredible. It was incredible. I mean, I want to make it clear, though, that Leone did not write
1:13a single syllable of the lyrics that were spit in that video, but the video itself was incredible to the creator of that video.
1:21Awesome. You know, it brought me some motivation too.
1:24Not that I needed any. I'm like kind of nervous.
1:27I'm on pins and needles. You know, this is really the rubber match man vs.
1:32machine. Because, you know, we were doing it in previous years, but the last two years, it got really competitive because people started to love it.
1:40And I mean, I love doing it. And I beat Leone in 2024 handily.
1:45And then this past year, he scrounged out a victory that was, you know, and we put an asterisk by that.
1:52But this technically will be the rubber match year.
1:552026 man vs. machine. I'm excited. If you want to see the video that we're talking about, you can head to my Twitter.
2:02It really is worth watching. The people that create these videos and person that creates these videos is truly a deranged individual.
2:09And this is a peek into his mind. So be sure that...
2:13Also a genius. Also a genius. Yes. Many geniuses are deranged.
2:17Anyways. Anyways. On today's show, we will be discussing what has happened at training camps over the last seven days and how
2:24we should be adjusting our fantasy rankings for that.
2:27We are doing these news slash rank change shows once a week on Tuesdays.
2:32So as Silva said, be sure you're subscribed here on YouTube.
2:35If you have a fantasy draft coming up, and I know almost everyone listening to this does, we can help.
2:42Season long players can either look at our DraftKid Pro, which includes Silva's top 150 in tiers, all our ETR rankings, my
2:49draft strategy, player by player notes, tons more. You can either look at that, or you can either look at Bundle, which
2:56combines DraftKid Pro with our in-season product. In-season includes all our projections, Silva's matchups, Thorin's offensive line, defensive line mismatches, all the
3:03premium shows, including in-season man versus machine this year, and tons more.
3:07Details on both of those products, DraftKid and NFL Bundle are at establishtherun.com.
3:11All right, Silva, let's get into it here with the news.
3:15We have about 18 stories to cover here today.
3:18Let's start with number one. Shortly before we came on to record here, Vikings do the expected name Kyler Murray, their week one starter.
3:26For me, looking back, like the quote-unquote competition we talked about last week on this show, it was probably just a charade.
3:33Like, from an organizational standpoint, I think they felt like they could not let the new guy, Kyler, come in and just
3:40hand him the job without doing some kind of competition for the locker room, for the media, whatever.
3:46So, Evan, initial reaction to Kyler Murray officially getting the nod here for the Vikings in week one?
3:52Well, I think that it was largely a charade because it was almost close to 100% probability that Kyler Murray was going to start week one.
4:00I mean, that was locked in, I think. But I think that it was not necessarily a charade in that there were reports from beat reporters that J.J.
4:09McCarthy had actually outplayed Kyler Murray in specific practices and in specific scrimmages.
4:13But I think that the noise kind of maybe got to Kevin O'Connell and he wanted to put that to bed.
4:20And we still got, what, you know, four-plus weeks until the season?
4:24But he wanted to get out in front of it because this had started to become, you know, almost unravel into one
4:31of the biggest stories across any training camp across the NFL.
4:35And so, putting that to bed now, I think it's the smart move.
4:39But it was always 100%, almost close to 100% probability that Kyler Murray was going to get it.
4:45I mean, I still think that J.J. McCarthycCarthy could make starts, though, you know, during the regular season, you know, free of Kyler Murray injury.
4:53I think that Kyler Murray has not shown enough effectiveness in recent seasons that they could, at some point, if they're struggling, the Vikings turn to J.J.
5:02McCarthy in season. They still have way more invested in J.J.
5:06McCarthy than they do in Kyler Murray. Yeah. I also think, like, the reason to name him the starter now is the
5:13point that I've been trying to make for the last three weeks.
5:17Kyler Murray needs reps in the scheme. Kyler Murray needs to develop chemistry in the scheme with Justin Jefferson, with Jordan Addison, with Jawan Jennings, with T.J.
5:25Hawkinson, and all these guys. By splitting the reps, I think you're doing Kyler a disserver.
5:31So, I'm glad that he did that now. To Evan's point about not making all the starts.
5:36So, I'll be writing about this for my draft strategy column coming, hopefully, later this week.
5:41But I do really like late-round quarterback this year in redraft.
5:45In redraft specifically, I think Kyler is a nice part of that strategy.
5:49For best ball, Evan's point is well taken. For best ball, I think Kyler is a little bit tougher click because if
5:56it goes bad and they're eliminated from the playoffs, they'll likely want to get a late-season look at J.J.
6:03M for the reasons that Evan said. But I'm of the opinion that Kyler's going to play well.
6:08Like, yes, it's scary that he got benched. He got outplayed badly by Jacoby Brissett.
6:13It's scary they made him compete with just the nut-low quarterback in J.J.
6:18McCarthy. But plenty of sub-average quarterbacks, even if you think Kyler is sub-average, which he might be, plenty of sub-average quarterbacks have
6:25put up big fantasy numbers in the KOC Justin Jefferson era and supported Justin Jefferson along the way.
6:31Nick Mullins, 10.8 yards per target throwing at J.J.
6:34Cousins, 10.5. Darnold, 10.0. Carson Wentz, 9.9. McCarthy was at 5.7 yards per target throwing at J.J.
6:39McCarthy. So, yeah, Kyler's rushing ability combined with the weaponry and the KOC scheme, I'm excited.
6:44We've been way ahead on Kyler in the rankings this whole time.
6:48Evan, you're still down at 135. On Kyler, any plans for you to move up Kyler in the rankings here?
6:55I don't think so. I don't think so. I'm down, like, in my 150, I have a ton of quarterbacks packed from,
7:02like, pick 100 all the way to the end, and that's purposeful because the way that I want to draft quarterback this
7:09year, unless I'm going to go, you know, get Josh Allen or, you know, a falling Lamar Jackson, I want to take an ADP faller.
7:17And, like, I'm really good this year drafting, like, Jared Goff.
7:21Yeah. You know, going late-round quarterback. I think it's a great year to go late-round quarterback regardless of format, season-long, best ball, whatever.
7:28So, no, I mean, I think Kyler Murray will have week-to-week upside, you know, out the wazoo this year.
7:35I mean, he's going to have a lot of upside playing indoors, impressive supporting cast.
7:39He can run Kevin O'Connell system, et cetera. Just having him in the top 150, you know, that puts him on the draft radar.
7:47So, I'm probably going to keep him there. Okay.
7:50For the record, ETR is at 106 overall here on Kyler.
7:54As Evan said, he has a pack of quarterbacks.
7:57A bit later here, he's at 135. To Evan's point, though, it's so cheap in these one-quarterback leagues, you could take Kyler
8:04and Goff in the back end of your draft probably and just, like, mix and match matchups, you know?
8:10And there's a lot of guys that you can do that with.
8:14You can see them all in the rankings there as well.
8:18Any movement for you on Justin Jefferson or Jordan Addison off this news, Evan?
8:22I have not moved either of them. I still have Justin Jefferson, I believe, 14 overall.
8:2716 for you on Justin Jefferson. 16. Okay. Yeah, I mean, I haven't been drafting him, and I don't really intend on moving him.
8:35And if you're using my rankings, you're probably not going to get Justin Jefferson.
8:40I mean, I've been in high-stakes drafts where he will go number eight overall, and, like, I'm not messing around with that.
8:47So I'm comfortable where I have him. Jordan Addison is, like, a potential spiked weak player who I think is going to be very inconsistent.
8:55He'll be very frustrating in season long, but definitely, you know, a decent best ball pick, I think.
9:01Okay. Let's go to story two. Stephon Diggs signs with the Commander's one-year deal up to $12 million.
9:07I did about five minutes on Stephon Diggs signing on Market Monday yesterday.
9:11Hopefully you guys heard that. My big point, Evan, though, was just Stephon Diggs can still play.
9:16You know, I was impressed with what he did last year considering coming off of the ACL and everything was still up at 2.42 yards per route runs.
9:26So, Evan, thoughts on the Diggs landing spot here going to the Commanders?
9:30Well, the big story in Washington is the loss of their left tackle, Laramie Tunsil, and the impact that that will have.
9:37Because I don't think he's playing football this year.
9:40Schefter pretty much said that. Stephon Diggs signs with Washington.
9:43Yeah, I mean, this was, like, very predictable, I think.
9:46I've been drafting Stephon Diggs, you know, since way a long time ago.
9:51As soon as I started drafting, I was like, geez, he's going in the 16th round.
9:56Of course I'm going to hit that. He's playing this year.
9:59He can still play. He lands in a really good landing spot, I believe.
10:04Now, like, what's the fallout from that is that I didn't take anything away from Terry McLaurin.
10:10I did bump down Chigakonkwo. And I was bullish on Chigakonkwo before this, but I had to move him down.
10:16So he's at tight end 16 now. I'm not going to be getting him as much anymore.
10:22Stephon Diggs can still play. Really good quarterback situation.
10:25You know, but I think we need to talk about Tunsil.
10:28Yeah. Let me just say this about Diggs. I mentioned, like, the really good season last year.
10:342.42 yards per hour. I ran off of a torn ACL.
10:37That was only on 57% of the snaps. I expect Stephon Diggs to play way more snaps than that this year.
10:44He is competing with Traylon Burks, Luke McCaffrey, Antonio Williams.
10:47Like, Diggs can play 70%, 80% of the snaps.
10:50His efficiency will go down as he gets more snaps and targets.
10:54But still, this is a really, really awesome landing spot.
10:57Only other note I had on Diggs was that there were reports out there that there were other teams in the mix for Diggs.
11:05Chiefs, which makes sense. I mean, Chiefs weaponry really scares me.
11:09Chiefs, Dolphins, of course, although I'm sure Diggs didn't want to play there.
11:13And Raiders also reached out on Steph Diggs. I think that of all those, Chiefs would be kind of tempting.
11:20But among those others that you mentioned, I feel very good about the Commander's landing spot.
11:25It's an awesome landing spot. There's absolutely no doubt.
11:28Okay. The Tunsil news, man. Yeah. So, Commander's left tackle Laramie Tunsil expected to miss the regular season due to tricep surgery.
11:35Brandon Thorne pushed an update. For anyone who has DraftKid Pro, you can read Brandon Thorne's updates.
11:40Brandon Thorne had the Commanders at 11th overall, which I thought was solid, high, exciting.
11:45Down to 22nd overall now in the rankings are Laramie Tunsil.
11:49So, Evan, how big concern is this Tunsil injury for you on Jaden, McLaurin, Diggs, etc.?
11:54Yeah, and I know that Tunsil, Brandon Thorne thought that he should have been in the running for Protector of the Year
12:01last year, maybe the best tackle in the NFL.
12:04And we've seen like the on-off splits for tackles that really matter.
12:08You know, Trent Williams, you know, Lane Johnson last year.
12:11You know, what happened to the Bucs offense when they didn't have Tristan Wirfs and then he came back and he was a shell of himself.
12:20So, I mean, this is something that definitely, definitely matters.
12:23I think what they're going to do is they're going to move Brandon Coleman to left tackle.
12:29He had been competing at left guard. It's just, ah, yeah, like Brandon Thorne did.
12:34You know, it took the number 11, it took him from the number 11 offensive line to number 22.
12:40That's a really, really big deal. I moved down Jaden Daniels a little bit.
12:44I moved down Chig. I didn't move down Terry McLaurin because I just couldn't justify dropping him below any of the guys that I had below him previously.
12:53But it turns me off to Jacory Krosky-Meritt as well.
12:57And I think it actually might help Rashad White, who teams love as a pass protector, that will help with the removal
13:04of the left tackle and also as a short pass outlet.
13:07So, I think they do have four plus weeks.
13:10They could bring in Taylor Decker, who is a free agent and knows David Blau from Detroit.
13:16But I don't know that Taylor Decker really has anything left.
13:20It's just, I don't know, they got four plus weeks to come up with ways to compensate for the loss of Larry B.
13:27Tunsell. It's just such a big personnel loss. It really matters.
13:31Well, and the other thing that happens, we saw this with the Bucs last year.
13:36And we saw this with the Chargers last year.
13:38What happens is you can't sustain any more injuries.
13:41Like, maybe they'll be okay with Coleman. But now if you get another injury, now what?
13:47You know what I mean? You just get real thin real fast.
13:50So, it's a concern. You know, the loss of a tackle should be worth like a half point to a point against the spread.
13:58The week one line on the Commanders game did move about a half point.
14:03So, we're tracking that stuff. If we think that the team total for Washington touchdowns is going down, which I think it
14:10should on this Tunsell News, well, we will have some more docs here on Commander stuff.
14:15So, keep an eye on that. All right. Story four.
14:19You know, it's been a rough month for me in a lot of different ways.
14:23When I first saw the Luther Burden thing, I was like, I can't, man.
14:28Like, I cannot take any more bad news because I have been drafting a ton of Luther Burden.
14:34He hurts his groin in practice. He's expected to miss about a month.
14:38Now, the good news is that the season is still about a month away.
14:43So, this timeline does line up that he's got, sounds like he's going to be fine for week one.
14:49There was a video, Evan, that spotted of Luther Burden walking around like a day or two after the injury.
14:55He was just walking, like slowly. It looked like he was walking okay, though.
15:00So, I'm on massive tilt about this. I probably sent a tweet that didn't make a lot of sense that night because I was on such massive tilt.
15:09But, Evan, thoughts on the Luther Burden injury? Man, Adam, Luther Burden potentially being injured is the toughest thing you've had to deal with recently, huh?
15:17Yes. One of them, yes. Yeah, the good news is I'm like, I'm not worried about Luther Burden.
15:23I think he's going to be totally fine. You know, he's like still out there with his teammates.
15:29I think that they actually, they can sort of, the Bears can sort of use this as just a way to keep
15:36him out of harm's way for a couple weeks.
15:39He ends up practicing before week one. Maybe they could really play it onto the injury report and have him like limited, limited, questionable going into week one.
15:48Or they could just have him practice fully going into week one and he's like not even on the injury report for week one.
15:56I mean, those things are in play. I think Luther Burden is going to be fine.
16:01I'm not moving him at all in my rankings.
16:04I understand just the prospect of him being at less than 100% going into the season probably lowers his probability a little bit.
16:12But I'm just, I'm not worried about this thing.
16:15I think Luther Burden is going to be all right.
16:18Yeah. I mean, I hear you. It's just missing all of camp, not practicing for a full month, and it's a lower body, soft tissue injury.
16:27I do think it makes him like a slightly worse pick.
16:30The thing is, I already thought he was one of the best picks on the board.
16:35It's like, I'm still very much in here. We're at 49 overall.
16:39Are you trying to lower his ADP so you can get him cheaper right now?
16:44Oh, don't. This is what the YouTube commenters always accuse me.
16:48Every time I say something, he's lowering, he's doing this so that he can get the guy to lower price.
16:54We're at 49 overall on Burden here still. We put like a hair, a hair, hair of a doc on him.
17:01Evan is up way above market here, 35 overall on Luther Burden.
17:05So again, they brought in Ray Ray McLeod. Like they need camp bodies.
17:09I'm still in on him. It's just, I do think he's a slightly, slightly worse pick.
17:14You know? Well, you've got like a Kia invested to him.
17:18So into him. So, you know, you're, you're emotional.
17:21I get it. Yeah. Well, I was already emotional from the Ricky Pearsall thing, which I, you know, we're not going to bring up again here today.
17:30But yes, I was already emotional about that. Okay.
17:33Story five. Let's go to the Los Angeles Chargers.
17:36So this was a quote that went viral on fantasy Twitter from Mike McDaniel, offensive coordinator.
17:41He said, somebody asked him a question about how much work Martin Hampton can get.
17:46And McDaniel says, oh, this smells like a fantasy motivated question.
17:49And then he says, well, I have good news and bad news.
17:53Good news is I see all three of those guys, Hampton, Keaton Mitchell, Kamani Vidal.
17:58He says, I see all three of those guys producing at a very high level.
18:03Bad news is I can't tell you which games those are.
18:07He said they'll probably use all three every game with the workload depending on opponent and quote unquote hot hand.
18:13McDaniel does have a history of saying stuff like this that just turns out to be meaningless, Evan.
18:19So there's a history here of this. What was your reaction to that quote from McDaniel?
18:24This has been kind of one of my fears is that Omarian, that they would use, you know, they would have a
18:31role specific backfield and they would use Omarian Hampton as the big back pounder, early down goal line.
18:37Keaton Mitchell as the super, you know, explosive change of pace who, you know, they mix in a little bit into the
18:44passing game, but he's mostly just like an early down change of pace back who, you know, who's like the lightning to Omarian Hampton's thunder.
18:53And then Kamani Vidal, who Jim Harbaugh loves. He maintains a role because he can pass, protect and play in long down and distance.
19:00And then now all of a sudden you have a three man backfield.
19:05This is really the bull or the bear case against Omarian Hampton who people have been drafting super, super aggressively.
19:11And I just could, and I even, I upped him a lot.
19:15I could not even get to his ADP in my rankings where I have them now.
19:20Yeah. Evan's a 20th overall. ETR ranks were at 16 and ADP is above that.
19:25Yeah. So I don't know. I mean, that's, that's where I'm at.
19:29I'm not moving them up anymore. I mean, I, I don't know how good he is and I'm worried about this potential three way, uh, three man backfield.
19:38I mean, that's like a significant concern. I still think he can score a ton of touchdowns and that's what I'm, that's
19:45why I have them in the top 20. But to, to get up with competing with his market, uh, you know, his
19:52ADP, like I, I don't want to do that.
19:55I don't want to have him as a fringe first round pick this year.
20:00Yeah. And we're going to talk about this more with the Jaguars stuff.
20:04I think some people out there think there is a script before the season that the coaches have, or the front office
20:11has, how the backfield is going to shake out.
20:14How the usage is going to shake out. There's no script.
20:18These guys have to earn it. There's going to be competition between Amarin Hampton and Kamani Vidal and Keaton Mitchell.
20:24My strongest take is that Keaton Mitchell is going to have his own kind of siphoned off role every single week.
20:31I do think Amarin Hampton is going to have a big role and outplay Kamani Vidal and earn that really big role.
20:38We have him 16 overall. It's just people take him 12, 13, 14, 15 overall a lot.
20:44So I do not have very much Vidal, sorry, very much Hampton right now.
20:49The interesting part to me is if Hampton were to be injured and he was injured last year, I think we would
20:56see a small bump for Keaton Mitchell, but a huge bump for Kamani Vidal.
21:00So that's kind of the way I see it.
21:03Like, I don't think he was lying here, but like if Amarin Hampton goes out and is one of the best runners
21:10in the league, you're going to stick with him.
21:13You know, it's not, there's not some pre-script. And if something were to happen to Amarin Hampton, I also think it's TBD
21:20and based on the performance to date of how that would be divvied up.
21:25Remember, Mike McDaniel, there are so few coaches in the NFL that would use a, you know, 188 pound running back like
21:32Mike McDaniel did with Devon Achan in Miami. Just so few.
21:36I mean, he's little, you know. I mean, Devon Achan could have gone through his entire career as a change of pace
21:43back, you know, and like a third down back and like a satellite back easily.
21:48But Mike McDaniel had like the Cajones to be like, no, we're going to make you into, you know, an every down back.
21:55And so Mike McDaniel, he's just, he's a little bit different.
21:59And I agree with you that I think that how that would play out in the event of an Amarin Hampton injury
22:06would be, they're going to determine that as they go.
22:09If Keaton Mitchell's balling, I mean, he could be a league winner in the event of an Amarin Hampton injury.
22:16Yeah, I just released favorite flyers to anyone who has draft kit pro.
22:20I'm obviously not going to give away all the names in there, but Keaton Mitchell was in there as a favorite flyer
22:27for me to take stabs on in redraft. You know, you can point to some of these ridiculous seasons that McDaniel had
22:34in the Dolphins with Mostert and Achan both together and be like, both these guys can hit.
22:40Hampton and Keaton Mitchell can hit. I thought that was a bit of an outlier situation, but they did both hit under McDaniel there in 2023.
22:48All right. Speaking of Devon Achan, Evan, let's go to story number six.
22:53Head coach Jeff Halfley had this quote on Devon Achan.
22:56He said, I just gave Achan a heads up this morning and I told him you better be in good shape.
23:03I told him there might be some games where I have to pick him up and carry him back to the locker
23:10room because he's going to be so tired. It immediately reminded me of the CJ Spiller quote.
23:15CJ Spiller, for anybody who's, you know, actually young, not like us.
23:19This was in 2013. It was around this time of year.
23:23We were getting ready for the fantasy season. And this idiot, this stone cold moron.
23:28And I didn't even know he was a moron at that point.
23:32Nathaniel Hackett comes out and says he's going to run CJ Spiller until he pukes.
23:37Spiller went on to average 15 touches per game that season.
23:40So any thoughts on this quote from Halfley here, Evan, about just absolutely loading up Achan with touches this season?
23:47Yeah. I mean, obviously we've seen an NFL team do that with Devon Achan.
23:51But yeah, I mean, that quote was like almost the same exact quote from Nathaniel Hackett from 2013.
23:57So, I mean, I'm sure that that's the plan.
24:00It's just are they going to be able to execute it?
24:04The Dolphins look like they could be really, really bad on defense.
24:08And, you know, the offensive line, Thorne, I think they have some potential on their offensive line.
24:13But Thorne has it ranked 29th overall, you know.
24:16So, you know, Malik Willis has, what, six NFL starts?
24:19I mean, again, intriguing. You know, we've got some interesting ideas here.
24:23But when you get it, when it's a team full of hope and ideas, you know, rarely does that pan out.
24:30Yeah. And I was curious where the home league ADP was going to be on Achan.
24:35People are on him in home leagues more than basketball.
24:39He's going 13.3 overall right now in home leagues is Achan.
24:42We have him 19th in the ETR rankings. And honestly, like the biggest concern to me is not workload, obviously.
24:49The biggest concern to me is so much of his value has come from Tua checkdowns.
24:54That is not Malik Willis' game. That is very much Tua's game is get the ball quick and short and let Achan go nuts.
25:02So that's the biggest concern to me on Achan.
25:05And if his receptions plummet and they're not scoring touchdowns, like, you know, he, that's how, that's how Devon Achan becomes a bust.
25:12Yep. For sure. He's also only 5'9", 191. Like, if they try to do what Halfley's saying here, I know he's been really good at sustaining health.
25:21And I do think sustaining health is somewhat of a skill for some of these workhorse running backs like Derrick Henry or whatever.
25:28But he's still only 5'9", 191. All right. Let's go to story 7.
25:33This is a quote out of Philly from new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion that I thought was interesting, asking about Jalen Hurts rushing.
25:40First, they asked him about the tush push, and Mannion said, It's been an extremely effective play here.
25:46We're going to lean into that. Mannion went on to say that Hurts has been doing a healthy amount of designed runs at camp.
25:54This, to me, is a really important note on Jalen Hurts.
25:57Yes, last year the completion percentage dropped. Yes, his yards per attempt was career low, 7.1.
26:03But for fantasy, I did not think that was the issue for Hurts.
26:07The issue was not enough designed runs. Just 6.5 carries per game.
26:11Jalen Hurts was at 10.0 in the three seasons before that in terms of carries per game.
26:16He needs to get back up to 10.0. I want to blame Petulo for everything.
26:21There were rumors out of Philly that Hurts went to the front office, went to the coaches, and said, I don't want to do this many designed runs.
26:30I want to be a pocket passer. Listen, man, you got to do what you do best.
26:36You run best. And after last year, I think they're going to get back on him to get back closer to 10 carries per game.
26:44And so Hurts has been one of my most clicked quarterbacks in the best ball stuff so far.
26:50But anyways, that's my rant on Jalen Hurts. Evan, any thoughts on the Jalen Hurts rushing stuff this season?
26:56Very good news for Jalen Hurts. Also, good news in light of the fact that we kind of know now that Jeff
27:03Stoutland, who is no longer the Eagles offensive line coach, was really behind the scenes pushing for the tush push.
27:10You know? And now that he's gone and we got the new OC in there and he's talking about, no, no, no,
27:17we're going to keep the tush push. Very, very good news.
27:20Yeah. And I mean, this was a guy who scored 14, 15, and 13 rushing touchdowns before he only had eight last year.
27:28If he can get back up to like 15 rushing touchdowns, there's nothing stopping Jalen Hurts from being, you know, a top two, top three fantasy quarterback.
27:37We have him as the quarterback five this year.
27:40ADP is quarterback six right now on Jalen Hurts.
27:43Story eight. We can't go have a week go by, Evan, without talking about Jaguars backfield.
27:48They had a scrimmage on Friday and John Shipley is doing the Lord's work, tracking all this stuff.
27:54So, Basial Tootin started the first drive of this scrimmage, only came off the field on third down for LeQuint Allen.
28:01Chris Rodriguez then started the second drive before rotating with Tootin.
28:04Eventually, Jaguars settled into a rotation where Tootin would start the drives.
28:08Rodriguez would come on the field when the Jaguars got within the 10-yard line, and then Allen would play all of the third downs.
28:16So, the pure three-headed backfield here, Evan, any reaction to what happened at the Jaguars scrimmage among RBs last week?
28:22Sort of like we just talked about with the Chargers.
28:26You know, this has the makings of a potential three-man backfield, and I think that what time has shown us is that
28:33in a really good offense, you can have a two-man backfield, and both of those dues can be every-week starters in season-long leagues.
28:40It's really hard in a three-man backfield. And because what often happens is like, you know, and this is the perfect example.
28:47This is actually a better example than the Chargers of, you know, the true bear case on a three-man backfield because Basial
28:55Tootin could just get nipped hard in the passing game and in goal line because that's Chris Rodriguez's strength at the goal
29:02line and in short yardage, and that's LaQuint Allen's strength is, you know, the passing downs, blitz pickup, long down and distance.
29:09So, Basial Tootin could have like a really nice real-life year, and Liam Cohen's like, oh, man, you know, he's really cooking
29:16for us, and, you know, he could, you know, lead the team in touches, and he could still not really move the
29:23needle in fantasy because he's getting nipped in terms of touchdowns and catches.
29:28You know, so that's the fear, I think, with Basial Tootin.
29:31We're all intrigued by Basial Tootin, you know. He ran 4-3-2 coming out of college.
29:36He is, you know, he was good in the passing game in college.
29:40It's just they had the makings of a three-man backfield, and it's a little bit scary.
29:45And it's also scary because, you know, Thorne doesn't like the Jaguars' offensive line.
29:50He loves the Chargers' offensive line. Yeah. You know, so, you know, it's – like I'm right in line with a consensus on Basial Tootin.
29:58I'm not going to move him up any higher.
30:01Like I'm where I'm at with Basial Tootin going forward.
30:04Yeah, no, I mean, based on the way you talked there, I was thinking maybe you were thinking about moving him down
30:12because Evan right now is at 55 overall. If anything, I would move him down.
30:16Yeah, I mean, Evan's at 55 overall. I thought that home leagues wouldn't be on Tootin, really.
30:22His home league ADP is 55. Overall, like home league people are taking Basial Tootin here also.
30:27So, yeah, it's definitely really, really tough for me at 55 overall.
30:31And I do think, like, the way that it runs out really good for Tootin is he is just so much better
30:39than Chris Rodriguez that he ends up with 75, 80% of the non-Laquint Allen snaps.
30:43And that's possible. Like, Tootin should be way better than Chris Rodriguez, I think.
30:48But, yeah, he's going to have to earn it.
30:51And I think there's a really wide range of outcomes here on Tootin.
30:55Speaking of that, Jack wrote an article for us about guys with the highest and lowest range of outcomes this season.
31:02I think that's important while you're drafting. Like, you do not want to have a team full of guys with a really
31:09wide range of outcomes or a team full of guys all with a really tight range of outcomes.
31:15Like, there should be a mix there. So, yeah, if you have DraftKid Pro, check out that article.
31:21All right. Story nine. Browns rookie wide receiver Denzel Boston is making waves.
31:25Reportedly, I mean, everyone is going nuts from Benjamin Solak to Browns beat reporters to teammates.
31:30Everyone is saying Denzel Boston has dominated Browns camp.
31:33Todd Monken said that Boston will now start working with the ones at practice.
31:38Evan, any thoughts on this hype around Denzel Boston?
31:41It's been a steady drumbeat since the beginning of OTAs and minicamp.
31:45You know, and there's a lot of opportunity there.
31:48Obviously, nobody likes the quarterback situation. What was up with that?
31:51Somebody reported that Shador Sanders might get traded. Yeah, I didn't really believe that.
31:56I didn't either. Ian Rappaport reported yesterday that he thinks Deshaun Watson is in the lead to be the week one starter right now.
32:04We are assuming that both guys are going to make starts this year.
32:08But Denzel Boston, you know, the thing that has sort of turned me off on Denzel Boston is that looking more into
32:15his prospect profile coming out of college, it's not really indicative of a player that's going to jump into the NFL and become like a big-time star.
32:24Like, it's more indicative of a player that might become like a sacrificial X.
32:28And he's going to play X, I believe, for the Browns as a rookie.
32:33But the fact that he's made these moves this quickly is really impressive and that it's been steady.
32:39I mean, a lot of times there's a rookie in Buffalo, Skylar Bell, who he generated some stuff at OTAs and minicamp,
32:46and that's just fallen by the wayside. That happens a lot.
32:50But this has been steady for Denzel Boston. I do think he's a good football player.
32:55It's just his production profile coming out of college was not indicative of a big-time producer in the NFL.
33:01So, I don't know. I'm going to move him up, though.
33:05He's on my list of guys to move up at least a little bit.
33:09Okay, yeah. And you can always check Silva's changelog also for his changes.
33:13We also have an ETR changelog going for changes we make to the ETR ranks.
33:18The Boston bet is one that I like to make just because I want to bet against Jerry Judy and I want to bet on Todd Monken.
33:27So, add those two things together. But for redraft, you know, it's tougher, I think, especially given the quarterback play.
33:34But I have been taking Boston. I have been taking Boston late in best ball.
33:38All right. Story number 10. Gosh, this Alec Pierce thing, Evan.
33:42Last week, I probably came off too optimistic on Alec Pierce because now he is still, still a couple weeks away.
33:49Ballard keeps saying that Pierce can be back for the regular season.
33:53We have mixed reports on PRP injections, how many he had, when he had them.
33:58We also have mixed reports on atrophy, on whether he's limping or not, and all this other stuff.
34:03So, we have gone with a big doc in the ETR ranks on Alec Pierce.
34:08Evan, how are you handling the Pierce situation right now?
34:12I have him at 77 overall. Where are you at on Alec Pierce?
34:16Oh, we just, we were, we took him down to 111 overall.
34:20I just, I don't, I like, I came out low on him.
34:24And then like, everybody got lower than me on him.
34:27And then like, I really haven't moved him down anymore because I sort of like felt like this was going to be the case.
34:35And then so I just haven't moved him down anymore.
34:38It seems worse than, the ankle thing seems worse than what was expected, I think.
34:43Yeah. I mean, I, I felt like that was, that was how it was trending.
34:48Um, uh, yeah. Yeah. I know it's the tough, these injury situations are really tough.
34:53And then there was a report that he had another PRP.
34:56And then there was a report that he didn't actually have another PRP.
35:01Ballard, Chris Ballard said that he did not have another PRP.
35:04Right. I don't, I don't know, man. I don't trust this Ballard dude at all.
35:09Like, seriously, like, like at all. Um, what I do think though, is that I guess maybe I gave them too much credit.
35:16When you give a guy $114 million, I assume you're aware of all his injuries.
35:21You know what I mean? Like, it's just crazy to me to be giving, like playing for that size.
35:28I mean, effectively gambling for that size and not having all your T's crossed and I's dotted.
35:33So. I'll tell you what. And somebody was saying it in, in our private Slack that, um, you know, all these rumors
35:40about Keenan Allen, it doesn't make sense for the Colts to go get a guy like Keenan Allen.
35:46It doesn't make sense for them to trade for a guy like Kayshawn Booty or, um, I think it was Jack Miller
35:53maybe suggested like trade for Darius Slayton. Yeah. I mean, that makes a lot more sense from a tactical and skillset standpoint
36:00to give you insurance on Alec Pierce. I just, I don't think that Ashton Doolin is enough insurance and actually Ashton Doolin
36:08may all may also have like a decent size role to begin with.
36:12So, I mean, they, they need to go, it'll send up a huge red flag if they go make another, make an
36:19actual move like that to trade for a guy.
36:22Yeah. Well, they need the field stretcher because Downs and Warren aren't going to be field stretchers, you know?
36:28So they absolutely need a field stretcher out there.
36:31You know who they could use, Evan? A.D. Mitchell.
36:34What are they doing trading away A.D. Mitchell? But anyways, I digress.
36:38Yeah. We'll see what happens there. But again, on ETR ranks, we have gone down to 111 for now on Pierce.
36:45That's extremely volatile though. Like if we see positive stuff, we will move him back up quickly.
36:50I wonder what Will Fuller is up to these days.
36:54Story 11, let's go to Green Bay. Tucker Craft off of the ACL tear out there running routes, ramping up quickly.
37:00Seems like he's going to be ready for week one.
37:04I am a little queasy on Craft given the way he scores his points.
37:08This really short average depth of target and then this crazy yards after catch.
37:13Similar to the George Kittle discussion, now that he's coming off this severe injury, is he going to be able to get
37:20as much yak as he has historically and last year?
37:23So Evan, I'm sure you've seen these videos. What do you think of Tucker Craft right now?
37:29I feel real good about him. I have him in a very draftable range.
37:33I myself have drafted him quite a bit. He's right there with like Laporta and I know people will roll their eyes,
37:40but Kyle Pitts, who I'm obviously high on, he's right in that tier.
37:45So yeah, I feel good about him. And obviously it's different from George Kittle and you know this, but it's because George
37:52Kittle is like four rounds cheaper or three rounds cheaper than Tucker Craft is.
37:56Yeah. Yeah. And we're going to talk about Kittle here in a second.
38:01I'm going to talk about this more in the draft strategy article, but that Laporta, Kraft, Fannin, Pitts tier at tight end,
38:08I think is like the last call for me.
38:11Like I want to get one of these guys, I think, but...
38:15And then if not, you're just waiting? And if not, just whatever.
38:19Yeah. I mean, then you're gonna have to just like play the wire, I think.
38:23But there's some other guys that I have ideas about that I'll talk about in the article too, that yeah, I just
38:31think there's a lot of different ways to play tight end this year.
38:35But Dalton Kincaid and Isaiah Likely are also pretty intriguing, at least from a discussion standpoint.
38:40We're going to talk about Kincaid here later today.
38:43Yeah. The Likely thing is interesting as well, especially if you think Malik Neighbors is going to be slow to come back.
38:50But my point on Kraft was just, I don't think like Laporta, Fannin, and Pitts to me are similar bets to Tucker Craft.
38:58And if you're worried about the ACL stuff, I think you can take those guys instead.
39:03All right. Oh, while we're on Green Bay, Josh Jacobs has this groin thing.
39:07He's going to be out a week. Normally, we wouldn't talk about these minor injuries on here.
39:13But there's been speculation on two fronts on Jacobs.
39:16First, maybe he's compensating for the knee injury that he sustained last year.
39:20That seems far-fetched to me, but it was a PCL.
39:23And gosh, I'm so freaked out by these PCL things.
39:27And then also speculation from Schefter today that Jacobs is not out of the woods from a disciplinary perspective.
39:33So it continues to trend up in a huge way for Marshawn Lloyd, who now goes in like round 13, 14.
39:40I see a lot in the best ball stuff.
39:43Evan, any thoughts on the Jacobs-Lloyd situation right now?
39:46So just kind of fueling my notion of not wanting Josh Jacobs this year and definitely tapping Marshawn Lynch late in drafts whenever I possibly – Marshawn Lynch.
39:55Marshawn Lloyd. That's a Joey Rudman. That's a Joey Rudman thing.
39:58Who, by the way, sang the seventh-inning stretch at Wrigley Field last week.
40:03Shout out Joey Rudman. But yeah, I mean, just confirmation bias for me when it comes to Josh Jacobs and Marshawn Lloyd.
40:10Yeah. Yeah, Evan's at 47 overall here on Jacobs.
40:13He's going high still. He's going 28th overall. Oh, gross.
40:16All right. We mentioned George Kittle. Story 13, George Kittle off the Achilles, running full speed, cutting hard.
40:22I mean, this started at tight end U where we had these videos.
40:26His videos look incredible. Now, he is still on active slash PUP, but per Matt Zenitz, who's doing national reporting now for
40:33CBS, there is a high level of confidence Kittle will play week one.
40:37I always assumed he would debut in week two because week one is in Australia.
40:42But still, optimism abounds around Kittle right now. Evan, are you at all thinking about moving Kittle up?
40:48He's still 33, coming off a torn Achilles. And his game has always been built on low target numbers and just creating explosive plays.
40:56But he is a future first ballot Hall of Famer, and he is a crazy athlete.
41:01That's one of the reasons that back at Roto World, we were high on George Kittle like right out of the gate
41:08because we knew that at Iowa, you know, they didn't throw the ball, period, back then.
41:14I don't even know. I don't think they still throw the ball very much.
41:18But we forgave him for his receiving numbers because we saw he was such a freak athlete.
41:24And what he did do when he did get thrown the ball was incredible as well.
41:29Fifth round steal out of Iowa. But, yeah, I mean, the efficiency.
41:33You know, is the efficiency going to keep up with what he's been able to do at age 33 coming off the torn Achilles?
41:41The videos look awesome. And I've drafted a decent amount of them.
41:45I mean, even where I have him, I have gotten him a decent amount.
41:49I mean, this skill position core in San Francisco is crazy because you got 33-year-old Mike Evans.
41:55You got, you know, 33-year-old Kittle coming off the Achilles.
41:58You got 30-year-old Christian McCaffrey. You got Pearsall. He's gone.
42:01You know, they had to sign Debo Samuel. A lot of moving parts.
42:05You know, Desjuan Stribling, you know, generating a ton of hype.
42:09And even he, I think, missed about a week.
42:12So all kinds of crazy stuff. Having so many moving parts in San Francisco.
42:16It's just so fragile for the 49ers. It could go really bad.
42:20Trent Williams is also 38 years old, I'd add to the list there.
42:25I mean, it could go really bad for them.
42:28But if these guys can stay healthy, I'd still be excited about them.
42:32And like on Kittle specifically for me, the reason that he is a target for me is because the ability to get
42:39a spike week guy at tight end is just so valuable.
42:43There just aren't that many of them on the planet.
42:46And like George Kittle has had 17 games of 20-plus DraftKings points over the last three seasons.
42:51Like, there's just not that many tight ends that can go out and get you a 30 ball.
42:57And Kittle is certainly one of them. Speaking of tight ends, let's go to story 14.
43:02I've been trying to track Dalton Kincaid's health because that's really, I think, all that's been holding him back.
43:09So I was thrilled to see or read that Dalton Kincaid has not missed a single practice through two weeks.
43:15We also have some reports out of Buffalo. They plan to throw more this season.
43:20So, Evan, you mentioned Kincaid already as a late-round tight end target for you.
43:25It has to make you feel good that he's practiced every single day so far.
43:29Yeah, absolutely. We love to see. And he was a guy, you know, PCL injury cost Kyle Pitts essentially, you know, two years of his career.
43:38Brock Bowers maybe, you know, a year and a half.
43:41I think that it contributed to Brashad Perryman falling out of the NFL.
43:45You know what I mean? Just the PCL stuff is really, really rough.
43:50You brought it up that Josh Jacobs had that last year.
43:53That's scary. So, but, like, now I think Dalton Kincaid is healthy.
43:57I did JJ's show yesterday. We're doing this on Tuesday.
44:00I did his show on Monday. It's out. And he and we each did five players that we are targeting in drafts this year.
44:08And one of his guys was Dalton Kincaid. And he built an excellent case.
44:13So Dalton Kincaid has been extremely efficient on a per-route basis.
44:16It's just we just need him to run more routes.
44:20You remember, he's a first-round pick in the draft, dude.
44:23Like, you know, that's not – I mean, it's becoming more common at tight end.
44:28But it's not super, super common. And, you know, and I still think we have a bunch of mediocrity at wide receiver in Buffalo.
44:36I know you can sort of talk yourself into DJ Moore.
44:39But DJ Moore is, I think, on the back nine of his career, the way that his efficiency has trended.
44:46Dalton Kincaid, if we can get his route totals to increase this year, and maybe they will because he stayed healthy, because
44:53he showed the coaching staff that he could stay healthy for a full training camp, like, he's got a really high ceiling.
45:00Yeah. I have him at tight end 15 right now.
45:03I'm going to boost him up. JJ had him at tight end 10.
45:07You can make a case for him that he has the upside to finish as, like, a top five tight end this year.
45:15I don't think it's crazy at all. Yeah. We are at tight end 10 in the ETR ranks on Kincaid there, and I feel pretty good about that.
45:24I just want to note, like, as he runs more routes – and I do think he'll run more routes this year – efficiency will decline.
45:33That just, like, always happens, unless you're Jackson Smith and Jigba or whatever.
45:37But, you know, it will decline, but that's still – he's still one of the ceiling guys at tight end.
45:43I mean, in two really big games last year, the Chiefs game and the Patriots game, one of the Patriot games –
45:50I mean, Kincaid had over 100 yards. Like, dude is a baller.
45:54I mean, there's absolutely no doubt. He's quietly, like, extremely quietly one of the best receiving tight ends in the NFL.
46:01He just hasn't had the total – which is crazy because he plays in a Josh Allen quarterbacked offense.
46:07But, I mean, he definitely is one of the best naturally skilled receiving tight ends in the league.
46:13Yeah. I mean, the PCL thing just torpedoed a lot for Don Kincaid.
46:18All right. Story 15. I had to bring up this Nick Underhill quote.
46:22I retweeted if you want to see the full video, but basically what he said, Underhill said, and he watches camp every day.
46:29He said, I don't think it's outlandish to say Jordan Tyson will be in the conversation for best player on the Saints by week 12.
46:37We see talent that is extremely obvious that he's in the upper tier of talent among all players on the team.
46:44Not a surprise. I mean, Jordan Tyson was an awesome prospect who probably would have gone higher if not for the injury concerns coming out of college.
46:53Evan is outrageously high on Tyson. Tyson has also been one of our biggest stances over the last couple months in the ETR rank.
47:01So we're not going to have a move here, Evan, but just wanted to bring it up.
47:06Any thoughts on the Tyson hype? Yeah. I mean, I've said so many good things about Jordan Tyson.
47:12I mean, it's funny. You say, oh, he might have even gone higher, you know, had he not had – he went
47:19number eight overall despite having injury concerns, you know.
47:22He was a top ten pick in the draft with, like, pretty significant injury stuff, you know.
47:28You know, no combine workout. He did work out at his pro day.
47:32But did he get timed? I can't remember. I don't think so.
47:36Either way, he was not healthy throughout the entire pre-draft process.
47:40And he still went number eight overall. That's how good Jordan Tyson is.
47:44The comparisons that I've sort of made in my head is that, you know, this is like with Olave and Jordan Tyson
47:51is like Isaac Bruce and Torrey Holt. They play indoors.
47:54They're not, like, overly, like, physical or, you know, physically imposing players.
47:58They just – they're route technicians and they're, like, really flexible and, like, athletic and, like, separation specialists.
48:04That's what Isaac Bruce and Torrey Holt were. And that's what I think that Jordan Tyson and Chris Olave can be in New Orleans this year.
48:13We just need Tyler Shuck to be, you know, 85% of Kurt Warner.
48:17And then we're really, really cooking. But, yeah, I'm super – I have freaking Jordan Tyson 51 overall as ADP is, like, in the 80s.
48:25Yeah, exactly. So if you're using my rankings, you are getting Jordan Tyson.
48:29You're going to like it. Yeah, I mean, we're at 62 overall in ETR ranks, which, again, is very, very above ADP there also.
48:37All right. This one I don't think is that relevant for redraft, but everybody's talking about this Jacoby Lane dude.
48:44So I figured I'd bring it up. Jameson Hensley had this tweet.
48:47In 27 years of covering the Ravens, I'm not sure I've seen a rookie have a training camp quite like Jacoby Lane.
48:55Office of coordinator Declan Doyle gave Jacoby Lane a Mike Thomas comp.
48:58The reason that I don't want to go nuts here is because secondary wide receivers for the Ravens in the Lamar Jackson era do not hit.
49:07Like, that is not something that has been a thing whatsoever.
49:11So if you're going to be taking Zay Flowers at 30 overall, 35 overall, it's going to be really tough to get there on these secondary wide receivers.
49:20But I don't want to, like, rule out that a young guy could be really, really good.
49:25So Evan, do you buy this at all on Jacoby Lane?
49:29I mean, it was an interesting quote because Jamison Hensley, you know, he's been covering the Ravens longer than I've been, you know, covering the NFL.
49:37He's not a guy who's prone to hyperbole. And so for him to say that, it's like, wow, you know, I just
49:44it was just something that I filed away. You know, I didn't make any real rankings changes or, you know, put him
49:52in my top 100 or anything like that. But it's certainly interesting.
49:56I mean, it's not crazy that he can beat out Rashad Bateman.
49:59You know, like I liked Rashad Bateman. He has had tons of opportunity and rarely done it.
50:05I'm not sure how much of that is Bateman's fault and how much is just the setup, how run heavy they are, etc.
50:12Lamar throwing to tight ends a lot. But yeah.
50:15Oh, I did want to mention the other guy like Jacoby Lane's getting insane amount of camp buzz.
50:21There's been other guys, Denzel Boston, Josh Downs. But Pat Bryant over the last week is getting a ton of camp buzz.
50:28I've seen him start going very high in drafts.
50:31You have a take on him at all, Evan?
50:34Yeah, I've been drafting him the entire time. I mean, he's one of my highest owned best ball guys.
50:40I took him in the FFPC pros versus Joes.
50:43I think that he's going to be a big slot receiver.
50:47And they're already talking about maybe that he could play some X if Cortland Sutton starts to go by the wayside.
50:54So yeah. Yeah. Pat Bryant is an awesome, awesome, awesome late round pick, especially in best ball.
50:59I thought he really flashed last year. Remember Sean Payton compared him to Michael Thomas, who's like one of the OG big slots.
51:07I love that. Yeah. I was at that playoff game last year, Broncos-Bills and yeah, Broncos-Bills, the divisional game.
51:13And the game plan was Pat Bryant. I mean, like three out of the first four targets were to Pat Bryant.
51:20And then he gets a concussion. He's out for the game.
51:23So yeah. And I don't think Cortland Sutton is like a special player at all.
51:28So it's yeah. I think it's an interesting pick also.
51:32All right. Last one. Small one. Isaiah Pacheco has an MCL sprain.
51:36The Lions expect him to be ready for week one, but MCL sprain is certainly not ideal.
51:41They also have Vakie, Simone Vakie, who's been banged up also as a backup.
51:46And also from the Lions, Cade Mays, their starting center out eight to 10 weeks.
51:51Thorne did have a move on that in the ranks.
51:54You can read his article for more on that.
51:57But yeah, Evan, any thoughts on these Lions injuries?
52:00Pacheco and Cade Mays. Pacheco has not really been a factor to me throughout this.
52:05I think that we've seen the best of Isaiah Pacheco in the NFL.
52:09And I think at this point, like his roster spot is probably in danger, you know, and we have all these running
52:16backs that are theoretically floating around, especially in Arizona.
52:19Like what's going to happen with Trey Benson? Straight speculation about James Conner.
52:23But the thing here that you mentioned that really stuck was the Cade Mays thing, because I know that Thorne was really
52:30high on him, that he thought that that was an awesome addition for the Lions.
52:35That, you know, last year's center was a huge problem for them.
52:39They lost Ragnow. And then they went with like Graham Glass now, and he just he wasn't good.
52:45And then they even thought about bringing back Ragnow off of out of retirement.
52:49And then he showed up with like a grade three hamstring tear.
52:53So they couldn't play him. So they went out and spent money on Cade Mays, who Thorne thinks is really good.
53:00And to lose him, it sucks. They do have a backup in Juice Scruggs, who was highly drafted, but has bounced around.
53:07But it's definitely a blow. The good news is that Cade Mays is not out for the season, but it's a wrist injury for a center.
53:16Ah, I hate that. Yeah. Yeah, certainly not ideal.
53:19We didn't have any moves off of that. We obviously have moves on the Pacheco thing, but not on the Cade Mays thing.
53:26But yeah, it's certainly not ideal. Okay, we talked a lot about most of Silva's rank changes.
53:32He'll have more coming up in the next 48 hours for people who have DraftKid Pro.
53:37But the one rank change that we didn't hit on here, Evan, story 18.
53:42Silva moves Brees back to running back 13, now behind Amar in Hampton and Javante Williams.
53:47Evan, people want to know why move Brees back behind Hampton and Javante here.
53:51It really wasn't a very significant move because Brees Hall stayed in the same tier.
53:56All those guys are in the same tier. It's just I found myself drafting Javante Williams with a lot more confidence over Brees Hall.
54:04We did a draft. I think that—I can't remember what it was.
54:08I think it got posted to YouTube, and someone called me out in the YouTube comments like, Silva has Brees Hall ahead
54:15of Javante Williams in his drafts, but he took Javante Williams ahead of Brees Hall.
54:20So, hey, thank you for calling me out on that, and I made the corresponding switch in my rankings.
54:26Because I want to stay true to my ranks, so I want to be transparent about that.
54:32Yeah, I would personally have that for me, Hampton first, then Brees, then Javante.
54:36But it's certainly really close. I do think that Brees going from these rushing quarterbacks like Fields and Terod or whatever to
54:44now going to Geno, who might check down more, is good for him.
54:48And there's been positive coach speak about Brees Hall being the guy they featured, and he just got paid.
54:54Like, if you think the Jets can win eight games, I think Brees is going to smash.
54:59It's just, are they going to win eight games?
55:02You know, it's tough to say. All right. What if they win seven?
55:07I still think he smashes. I think. Okay. Oh, before we get out of here, I did want to make sure everyone
55:14at DraftKid Pro is aware of this. The thing that tilts me the most about doing drafts on Yahoo and ESPN and
55:21Sleeper is I cannot, they do not allow uploads of our rankings or anyone's rankings to their site.
55:27So I was so tilted about this. I told our tech lords, we have to solve this.
55:32So now, if you go to establish the run, you go down to the tools section, the NFL tab, you'll find a
55:40link to an extension, which will allow you to upload the rankings from ETR that you want to use.
55:46And then you'll be able to see them as you're drafting on Yahoo, and it'll take guys away as they get drafted from the rankings.
55:54So I think that's just like, I don't know.
55:57I was so tilted about it. I'm sure you guys were too.
56:01So I hope this is a nice addition for you guys.
56:04You know, no extra cost. It's just, it's in DraftKid Pro now.
56:08So if you're interested in that, be sure to check that out.
56:12All right. Big week coming still. Man vs. Machine.
56:15Leonie vs. Silva. For all the marbles. And then also, the auction strategy show.
56:20One of my favorite and sharpest auction bros, Chris Eibel.
56:23Stay tuned for those two shows again. Be sure you are subscribed here on YouTube.
56:28It is indeed free. Four. Evan. Bruce Ryan. Bruce Luke.
56:31I am Adam. Good luck, everybody.
