Braelon Allen

NegativeUsage65:09

Allen is a recommended stash who remains a viable replacement option while Breece Hall is out, despite a disappointing performance against a tough defense; he is expected to maintain a steady carry volume.

Insight page

Brenton Strange

PositiveUsage48:58

Brenton Strange had a breakout game against the Bengals with seven catches for 95 yards on eight targets.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeUsage27:13

Bucky Irving is considered a very tough start because Sean Tucker has taken over the short-yardage and goal-line role for the Buccaneers.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveValue46:58

C.J. Stroud is playing well and belongs in the streaming conversation; he is recommended as a waiver wire add and a potential starter for those without elite options.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveUsage5:42

CeeDee Lamb recorded career highs with 21 targets and 17 catches in his latest performance.

Insight page
PositiveProjection46:20

CeeDee Lamb performed as an absolute monster against Houston, capitalizing on a lack of coverage to turn intermediate routes into big plays.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveValue49:21

Despite poor rushing efficiency, Chase Brown is a top-tier buy-low target due to his involvement in the passing game and a favorable upcoming matchup against the Dolphins.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeUsage42:24

Despite a bad game with only three targets, Watson led the Packers with 47 receiving yards; the expectation is to continue starting him next week.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveUsage68:48

Loveland saw an improved role with nine targets for 57 yards and continues to be involved in goal-line situations, making him a notable part of the Bears' target distribution.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeRole20:44

DeAndre Swift was benched for fumbling, which Square. Get clarifies was not injury-related. Square. Get is willing to trade for him if he can regain his role, assuming the benching was a one-week disciplinary issue.

Insight page
NegativeRole33:59

D'Andre Swift was benched for fumbling, and his role is currently in question.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

NegativeBust33:30

Dalton Kincaid has fallen back to being a fringe top-12 tight end after being invisible for the majority of his recent game.

Insight page
NegativeUsage55:35

Kincaid's route rate dropped to 54% in the recent game, and he has only five total targets over the last two games, which is concerning.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

NegativeBust32:37

Dalton Schultz is largely uninvolved in the offense, receiving only two of the team's five tight end targets, and is considered droppable.

Insight page

Davante Adams

NegativeProjection51:26

Expectations for Adams should be lowered to a number two receiver category; he remains a starter, but his production has been inconsistent without Puka Nacua.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveRole20:02

Emmanuel Wilson has secured a role in the Seattle backfield with 24 touches and two touchdowns, making him a likely RB2 for next week while Zach Charbonnet remains sidelined.

Insight page

George Kittle

NegativeUsage75:07

Despite inconsistent target volume, Kittle remains a reliable producer who is clearly a focal point of the 49ers' offense, evidenced by his consistent touchdown and yardage production.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveValue45:48

Despite a frustrating start to the season without any great games, Pickens is considered a great buy-low candidate because Dak Prescott is playing at a high level and the team will be in high-scoring games.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeProjection24:57

Jalen Hurts is struggling significantly, having not played well for three consecutive games. Square. Get suggests he should not be considered a starting fantasy quarterback if he remains without his top weapons (Smith, Goddard, Barkley) in Week 5.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeUsage22:55

Jeremiah Love's fantasy value is declining due to a poor workload split with Tyler Algier, who led with 54% of snaps compared to Love's 46%. Love saw zero snaps inside the five-yard line, and Square. Get warns he can no longer be trusted as a top-15 fantasy running back.

Insight page

Jordan Love

PositiveProjection44:51

Jordan Love is generally great for fantasy when he records over 30 pass attempts; he finished with 30 attempts in this game.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection53:51

Josh Allen remains a must-start despite recent lower fantasy outputs; he and Brock Purdy have scored 21 more fantasy points than any other quarterback this season.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeUsage22:08

Josh Downs is struggling as a fantasy asset due to Daniel Jones' poor play, with Square. Get noting that Downs is now effectively a WR3. Despite a favorable matchup against the Commanders, he saw only four targets compared to six for Laquan Treadwell and Ashton Doolin, suggesting he is no longer a reliable start.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeProjection85:05

Herbert is struggling significantly with poor decision-making and confounding interceptions, making him untrustworthy for fantasy lineups despite his toughness.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

NegativeValue69:09

Raymond is a drop candidate after failing to produce significant fantasy value, with the analysts suggesting he is not a reliable hold.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

NegativeValue64:26

Despite a zero-point performance on four targets, Sadiq should be stashed due to his high potential, though his immediate outlook is dampened by the Panthers' lack of a run game.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

PositiveValue32:11

Kirk Cousins should no longer be ignored on the waiver wire. He is playing well within the Kubiak system and is a viable fantasy option, especially with other quarterbacks entering bye weeks or dealing with injuries.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveUsage5:46

Kyren Williams recorded a career-high 10 catches in his recent game.

Insight page
PositiveUsage26:58

Kyron Williams is dominating playing time and has recorded at least five catches in two consecutive games, indicating he is running away with the lead role.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveRole8:24

Malik Nabers is back in good graces as a reliable fantasy starter, viewed as no worse than a number two receiver and potentially a borderline number one, especially given current position injuries.

Insight page
PositiveDepth Chart22:48

Square. Get suggests that Malik Nabors is now a preferred start over Josh Downs moving forward, despite having not made that switch in his own league this week.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup57:41

Square. Get is nervous about Nabers moving forward because his recent production was aided by poor coverage from the Cardinals, and he likely won't face such matchups often.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeProjection60:31

Andrews is viewed as a touchdown-or-bust tight end who consistently gets 5-7 targets but lacks a high floor if he doesn't score.

Insight page

Matthew Stafford

PositiveProjection52:06

Stafford should be considered a starter as long as Adams and Nacua are healthy; he is encouraged for the next six games due to favorable matchups.

Insight page

Michael Mayer

NegativeValue80:49

Mayer is not a consistent fantasy option despite a 10-target game, though he belongs in the conversation with other streaming tight ends due to his high snap share and involvement in multi-tight end sets.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

NegativeProjection56:51

Michael Wilson is viewed as a boom-bust WR2/WR3 who could see double-digit targets any week, though he lacks a consistent floor.

Insight page

Ollie Gordon II

PositiveBreakout33:03

Ollie Gordon is a major waiver wire winner after outperforming Jalen Wright. He secured the lead role after a long run in the third quarter, with coaches favoring him as the 'hot hand' for the remainder of the game.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeProjection48:32

After ranking him in the top 12, the analysts admit they may have jumped the gun, though they still plan to start him next week.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveUsage15:44

Rhamondre Stevenson has re-established himself as the primary runner for New England, dominating passing downs and goal-line work, making him a viable low-end RB2.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

PositiveBreakout70:24

Harvey is emerging as a legitimate fantasy asset, showing more explosiveness than J.K. Dobbins and proving productive as a pass-catcher with 16 catches over his last two games; he is a viable flex option.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

PositiveBreakout67:37

Odunze is not droppable after a strong performance featuring seven targets and 94 yards, proving he is a significant part of the Bears' passing offense.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

PositiveRole18:22

Romeo Doubs is a low-end WR3 option, having served as the primary pass catcher for Drake Maye in two of the last three games without A.J. Brown.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveUsage80:06

Kelce is struggling with low target volume, recording only four targets this week and two the previous week, leading analysts to downgrade him to a TE12-range option.

Insight page

Trey McBride

NegativeUsage6:43

Trey McBride recorded only 31 yards on 12 targets, marking his lowest yardage total in any of his 22 career games with double-digit targets.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveRole15:18

Tucker Kraft has seen increased playing time for three straight games and recorded 7+ targets in back-to-back weeks, making him a reliable starting tight end.

Insight page
PositiveUsage44:13

Tucker Kraft had a 14% target share in the game against Tampa Bay; there will be weeks where he gets featured more in the offense.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveBreakout25:12

Zay Flowers is performing at an elite level, with two halves of 23 fantasy points this season, and is clearly established as the primary target in the Ravens' offense.

Insight page
PositiveProjection60:16

Zay Flowers is blowing away expectations and is considered an awesome asset for fantasy.

2:11Get started today. This is Fantasy Football Today from CBS Sports.
2:15What a play! Can you believe this? No, I can't.
2:18It's time to dominate your fantasy league. Off to the races, and he stays at his feet.
2:23Now, here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
2:26Week 4 recap. Oh, Heath's got the Chiefs jersey.
2:29You didn't have that on this morning, did you?
2:32No, no. I generally have it on when it's a 4.30 game, because as soon as the game's over, I go upstairs.
2:39Okay. All right, all right. Looking good. Yeah, an exciting win for the Kansas City Chiefs.
2:44Exciting day of football. Not quite like last week, but let's do the quick fantasy feud, basically.
2:49Give me the top five answers around the board.
2:52Top six answers. Non-decimal scoring. Who are your top six players in PPR leagues right now?
2:57Quarterback, whatever. Yeah, Heath. Heath. CeeDee Lamb. Number one.
3:00Pass or play? I'll pass. Okay, Dave, you're up.
3:03Keep naming. Kyron Williams. Kyron Williams, number two. Jamie, you're up.
3:07Kenneth Walker. Kenneth Walker is, yes, tied for fifth.
3:09Heath, back to you. No, I passed. Okay, Jamie, back to you.
3:13Kyle Mononga. No, good guess. Dave. Nico Collins. Yes, he is tied with Kenneth Walker.
3:18Heath, back to you. I passed. Okay, Dave, back to you.
3:21I passed. It's Drake May and it's Javante. Wait, I thought it was non-quarterbacks or anybody.
3:26I said quarterback. I said everything. Quarterback. So anyway.
3:29Drake May. Lamb, Kyron. Drake May. Drake May, Javante, Ken Walker, Nico Collins.
3:33Your six best scores. Just take anybody against Houston.
3:36They have the worst defense in the league. Apparently, apparently.
3:39Yeah, pretty surprising stuff there with some career days.
3:42CeeDee Lamb had 21 targets and 17 catches. Those were career highs.
3:46Kyron Williams had 10 catches. That was a career high.
3:49The Eagles, I heard this on Red Zone. Eagles went 0 for 12 on third down.
3:54Worst third down. I mean, obviously, worst third down rate, but for that many in team history.
4:00Worst third down performance in Eagles history. 0 for 12.
4:03And Trey McBride had 31 yards. I believe they're 0 for 18 in their last game and a half.
4:09Oh, boy. Trey McBride had 31 yards on 12 targets.
4:12That is the fewest amount of yards on any of his 22 career games with double-digit targets.
4:17I told you it wasn't going to be good.
4:20Did you? No. 0 for 17. They were 0 for 5 in the second half against the Bears last week.
4:26So 0 for 17 in their last third down.
4:29Oh. Last six quarters. Wow. All right. Let's talk about some good stuff here.
4:34Biggest winner today, Jamie. Jamie, who's the biggest winner?
4:36I mean, make an argument for Drake May. You know, after what the season has looked like for him and the way that he performed today.
4:45And now the schedule is starting to get a little bit lighter.
4:48And hopefully, A.J. Brown, you know, we got a positive report over the weekend that he's making progress.
4:54So, you know, if he can come through this and start to, you know, give you some solid fantasy production leading into A.J.
5:01Brown's return, you're going to be thrilled about that.
5:04So excited to see that. And, you know, just because he's on the screen, Malik Neighbors as well.
5:10I think I was the most optimistic about Neighbors going into this weekend.
5:14And it was mostly just to do with the matchup, you know.
5:18So I didn't think that everything was as bad as it seemed because, for Neighbors at least, you know, getting banged up
5:25in the Rams game and losing dart. And then playing that bad game in the weather.
5:30So this was a game that I wanted to see him, you know, come out and perform well.
5:36And he did, you know, so Neighbors, I think, is back in our good graces as no worse than a number two
5:42receiver, if not, you know, borderline number one guy again.
5:46Especially given the injuries to the position. All right.
5:48So usually we just do that, the biggest winner, biggest loser.
5:52But I think right now we'll just do all the winners.
5:55And let's get into the pulse-pounding performances brought to you by Whoop, the wearable device that gives you personalized insights into your
6:02sleep recovery, your strain, and how daily choices may be influencing your overall well-being.
6:07Heath and Jamie have their Whoops on right now.
6:10And if you want to learn more, head to join.whoop.com slash FFT.
6:13And Whoop is spelled W-H-O-O-P. Join.whoop.com slash FFT. So Jamie has Neighbors and Drake May.
6:18And Neighbors is at Washington and then New Orleans the next two weeks.
6:22And May. So I think when you talk about May, Dave has Armandre Stevenson.
6:27Heath has Romeo Dobbs. All of you picked a Patriot as a winner.
6:31And the Patriots, of course, with their best game of the season, their first win, they go to Buffalo and put up 20.
6:38Their second win. Oh, that's right. They beat the Steelers.
6:41Their second win. They're 2-2. They go to Buffalo.
6:44They put up 29 points. Drake May is your number one quarterback.
6:48But, Dave, what are you thinking? You've had Armandre on there as a winner.
6:52He has a touchdown. But what do you think about the Patriots in general?
6:57In general, it's an encouraging sign that they're able to put this together and have a functional offense.
7:02I think part of this did have to do with Buffalo's defense not being great.
7:07They're terrible. Yeah. This is going to be a problem.
7:10Well, this was the third highest point total against Buffalo this year.
7:14That's saying. Only the Chargers have been worse. Yeah.
7:17And I think it's going to be great for fantasy production for our favorite Bills players.
7:22But I worry about what it means for Buffalo's defense.
7:25Every game might be the same for them because they just – Greg Russo can get to the quarterback.
7:31I don't know if anybody else really can. I know that they had a bunch of injuries.
7:36Benford didn't play, and then they lost another corner in the game.
7:40So we'll see how Buffalo can get better defensively, but you almost don't want them to so that everybody will play in a shootout.
7:48Who has the best defense in the AFC? Who has the best defense in the AFC?
7:53I don't know. I mean, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Denver. It might – you could make the case for Cleveland because they – I
8:00think – But Rodgers had a great game against them on three.
8:04They don't – You can't make that argument. Yeah, I can't.
8:07I mean, the Dolphins don't give up touchdowns. Oh, sure.
8:10It's not them. The Chiefs have a great – I think – the Raiders have a legit defense, I think.
8:16The Raiders have a good defense. The Raiders have a good – The Chiefs defense is fine, but it's not one of the best in the AFC.
8:25Well, whose is then? I mean, what do we – you can't – That's why I'm asking it.
8:31You know who it could be? You know who it could be is Jacksonville.
8:35That's a great call. I don't know, man. That is a great call.
8:39I think Jacksonville might end up having – They might have the best defense for now.
8:44But they've got – they're getting turnovers. They're stopping the run.
8:48And they're getting pressure on quarterbacks. I had to talk with Pete Prisco about this today.
8:53That they're just not, like, finishing their pressures as much as Pete would like.
8:57But they're doing some good things on defense. Put me down for Jacksonville.
9:01Okay. Heath – well, Dave, why don't you talk about your other winner, Tucker Craft?
9:06Well, I was going to talk about the real winners, which are doctors, trainers, and physical therapists around the National Football League
9:13because they're going to be able to work on a bunch of players that got hurt again.
9:18More injuries again. It's annoying again. But Tucker Craft, seven-plus targets, second week in a row, had the touchdown this week to go with it.
9:26I think it's encouraging signs. I think it's steps forward for him.
9:30His playing time has been up now. I think it's three straight games.
9:34So I feel like Tucker Craft can be a tight end that we can feel okay starting.
9:39And as for Ramondre, not the most efficient stat line, but he went right back.
9:44It's been two weeks now. He's back to being the primary runner for New England.
9:49Dominated on third downs. All their snaps inside the five.
9:52Kind of had it last week, too. And he did get hurt a little bit at the end, so hopefully he's fine.
9:59But as long as he's fine and the schedule's great moving forward, I think you can start Ramondre as at least a low-end number two running back.
10:08Stevenson's dominating the passing downs, but hasn't Henderson had more carries the last two weeks?
10:12No, they're almost even. But Ramondre's... Hasn't Henderson had more carries the last two weeks?
10:17No, I think they're tied. Oh, Henderson had more today.
10:20I thought he had one more last week, too.
10:23Oh, damn it. Oh, yes, you're right. Oh, okay.
10:26One more each week. Damn it. Oh! Right, but we know that there's more to it than just getting a lot of
10:33carries, and certainly playing time is still favoring Ramondre.
10:36Yeah, so you're right. Ramondre's going to have the catches.
10:39They're splitting carries evenly, but... Goal line work. Ramondre's working at the goal line.
10:43There was a play in this game where Travion carried down to the two-yard line, maybe the one-yard line.
10:49He came out. Ramondre came in. Yeah, look, I mean, I guess I'd like to see another good performance before I just
10:56like, oh, yeah, I'm in on the Patriots. Heath, you had Romeo Dobbs as one of your winners.
11:02Matt Collins got hurt in this game. Dobbs was only started in 13% of leagues.
11:07He's actually available in 30% of our leagues. Six caches, 58 yards, two touchdowns on nine targets.
11:12And still, he somehow made a terrible blunder that almost cost him the game.
11:16But I think he was responsible for Drake May's interception, wasn't he?
11:20Right, it was kind of deflected. But it was two out of three games now where he's the primary pass catcher for Drake May without A.J.
11:28Brown. I think that should be the expectation going forward, at least until A.J.
11:33Brown's back. I think you can view him as a low-end wide receiver three next week.
11:38Sure. Matt Collins got hurt in this game also, so that could open up some targets for him.
11:44Yes. And Efton Chisholm came in for Matt Collins and caught an impressive touchdown.
11:48Awesome touchdown catch. So they get the Raiders next week.
11:51It's a very interesting game. The Raiders can really rush the passer.
11:55I mean, that is their strength right now, I'd say.
11:58And also, yeah, Hunter Henry with five targets. That's the Patriots.
12:02Now, Emmanuel Wilson, I'm actually a little annoyed by this because I got a lot of Charbonnet waiting to come back.
12:08Did Emmanuel Wilson just solidify a role for himself, Heath, with 24 touches, two touchdowns?
12:13And, you know, he's had a solid year so far for Seattle.
12:17So I think, like, Charbonnet wasn't ever going to come back and handle 70% of the work, I didn't think.
12:23And with Price being on IR, I would say that Wilson has secured a role for himself for a while.
12:29I'm not sure about for the rest of the season.
12:32I don't really expect Charbonnet to be back to playing next week.
12:36Maybe he will be. But with somebody coming off the injury he did, I'd think they'd like to give him a couple weeks of practice.
12:44So I think Wilson's probably a number two running back next week.
12:48Performed well. The rushing average got hurt a little bit by some rush attempts late in the game when everybody in the
12:55stadium knew they were going to run the ball.
12:58But maybe most importantly, involved in the passing game and did well in that area too.
13:03There's just the wild card in all this is the Joe Mixon visit to Seattle.
13:07And do they decide to sign Mixon? If they sign Mixon, then we're in trouble across the board because it's another player
13:14that's in the mix and clearly the best resume of anybody that would be on that roster.
13:20So if I was Joe Mixon, I would try and get a flight to Philadelphia.
13:25They may need some running back help over there.
13:27I would stay away from Seattle for now. Okay.
13:30Well, there you have. We have three Patriots on our winners list.
13:34We have Tucker Craft, Malik Neighbors, and Emmanuel Wilson.
13:37Jamie, are you going to trust Malik Neighbors in a bad matchup?
13:41Define a bad matchup. Philadelphia in a few weeks.
13:43Houston's on the schedule. I mean, what's Quinion Mitchell's status after leaving today?
13:48I mean, who cares? It's like Houston in three weeks.
13:51So I'll say this. I think Malik Neighbors is back to being easy matchups.
13:55He's going to be somewhere in the top 15.
13:58Bad matchups, he's somewhere in the top 24. So it's just this was what you wanted to see.
14:04Now, did he have the over-targeted game from Jameis Winston when they scored 30-plus points?
14:08No. That was Isaiah Likely today. But you saw that Jameis can make Malik Neighbors a fantasy star.
14:14And that's what I wanted to see. I was really nervous after that first catch.
14:19Yes. He landed on his shoulder and grabbed the shoulder and went off to the sideline.
14:24But he came back in and played great. Yeah.
14:27I think I just – I didn't mean to say like, oh, who cares about Quinion Mitchell?
14:32He's a great cornerback and it obviously matters. But I think my point was more like as I'm watching the Giants, I
14:39think they can do okay against Arizona and Washington next week.
14:42I don't – I mean – First place Giants.
14:45Make sure you address them properly. In sole possession of first place New York Giants.
14:50Yes. You know what this is though? This is prolonging the bet.
14:54The longer that they stay in playoff contention, you don't have to go to the Bears.
14:59Jeez. No, you might get a gift next week if Huntley starts.
15:03Yeah, I know. And maybe Zay will have a game to bring it back into contention because – I think it's pretty clear who is this year's JSN.
15:12You know, that question got asked so many times that I think we have the answer and it's Zay Flowers.
15:18Right. This guy is insane. Thank you to – Zay-SN.
15:21Hey, I love it. Thank you to – I mean prior to this week, Parker Washington was in that discussion too.
15:28Maybe, but Parker Washington had what, five targets last week?
15:31Three this week I think? Like JSN – No, this week was bad.
15:35Zay-SN is being targeted. Zay's also missed the game.
15:38Let's not – forget that. He has. But it's like – All right, I'm going to do the whoop read in just a second.
15:45But you think about Zay Flowers' year so far.
15:48Amazing in week one, he played a half. Amazing in week three, he played 33% of the snaps.
15:54Amazing at halftime of week four. And Lamar Jackson didn't play the entire second half.
15:59If you put it on like a per route basis or a per snap with Lamar Jackson basis.
16:04He has two halves with 23 fantasy points. He's been awesome.
16:08Insane. All right, well now I want to thank whoop for sponsoring this week's pulse pounding performances.

19:34Back here with our big losers for fantasy week four.
19:38And Heath is going to talk about Dalton Trumbo, a famous American screenwriter who wrote Roman Holiday.
19:43Dalton McGinty, a Canadian politician. Dalton Rapatoni, an American singer.
19:46Dalton Connect. These are just famous Daltons, according to Google.
19:49But also Dalton Kincaid and Dalton Schultz. Go ahead.
19:52The Daltons at tight end were a disaster. And I don't have any great explanation for it.
19:57But I think like Dalton Schultz just completely not involved.
20:01Although part of a very cool and very important play on a hook and ladder.
20:05But they had five tight end targets and only two of them went to Dalton Schultz.
20:10Dalton Kincaid was invisible for the first 90% of this football game.
20:14I think if somebody wants to drop Dalton Schultz, I'd have a hard time arguing against them.
20:20And Dalton Kincaid, it's funny. Like we all kind of ranked him just outside of the top 12 tight ends.
20:26And then as soon as he had two great games, he was right back.
20:30He was up into the top five. And I think he's probably right around 12 again.
20:35And I'll throw in a bonus loser because no one else added him.
20:39And I hadn't seen the Ben Johnson quote before I sent in my losers.
20:44But Dalton Dre Swift benched for fumbling. And Kyle Mononga was awesome.
20:48Definitely a loser for him as well. Well, Mononga may have broken his thumb.
20:52Yeah, Mononga got hurt late in the game. I didn't see the quote from Ben Johnson.
20:57What is that quote? It had nothing to do with injury.
21:01No, no, no. I know he got benched for fumbling.
21:04Kyle Mononga hurt his thumb. Oh, I didn't see a quote about that.
21:08No, no. What was the quote about DeAndre Swift?
21:11It was that his benching had nothing to do with injury.
21:14Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Okay. Yeah. I thought maybe when it happened, he just re-aggravated the knee injury that he'd missed practice on Thursday with.
21:22No. Yeah, this one I actually did catch, unlike last week with Jadarion Price.
21:27This one I did catch. That was DeAndre Swift getting benched for fumbling.
21:31And also it happened to Caleb Johnson. And he was having a pretty good game and he fumbled kind of going into the end zone for the Packers.
21:40And his coach, Matt LaFleur, said, I think he's the one who said, if you're going to fumble, you're not going to play or something like that.
21:48So. The funny thing was, it was just like you said, only, I think, reversed from the prior week.
21:54Marshawn Lloyd fumbled on the drive before that. It went out of bounds.
21:58It was fine. I know. Hypocrite. All right. Dave, you've got this one.
22:02Oh, this one really grinds my gears, man. Jeremiah Love.
22:06Both of these grinds my gears. Go ahead. Jeremiah.
22:08Well, like Josh Downs, okay, he had a bad game.
22:12Jeremiah Love, like the role was bad too. But yeah, you have Love and Downs.
22:16So starting with Downs, Daniel Jones was just an abomination for pretty much the entire game.
22:21And just throwing short off target. It was ugly.
22:24It was really tough to watch if you were a Josh Downs fantasy manager.
22:29And as long as Daniel Jones just doesn't get out of this funk, I don't know how you can feel good.
22:35Or Daniel Jones getting out of the funk, I don't know how you can feel good about starting Josh Downs.
22:42He's more of a number three receiver. I think it's pretty easy to start Malik Nabors pretty much moving forward over Josh
22:49Downs, which is something that I did not do personally today.
22:52And I'm paying for it in one of my leagues.
22:55As for Jeremiah Love, he said after the game, talking about this workload split, quote, this is probably going to be the longest year of my life.
23:04And then Mike LaFleur in his press conference explained that Tyler Algier is essentially their third down back, two-minute offense back.
23:10And that's going to continue to be the case.
23:13And we saw it play out. If you look at the snaps between the Cardinals running backs today, Algier had the lead.
23:20It was 54% for him. Jeremiah, 46%. Algier had the lead on third downs.
23:24Seven snaps inside the five for the Arizona Cardinals.
23:27How many do you think Jeremiah had? Zero. Zero, not one.
23:31So we're right back to where we were two, three weeks ago with Jeremiah Love.
23:36Can't trust him as a top 15 type of fantasy running back.
23:39Went up against the Giants and could not do very well with it.
23:43Yeah, very disappointing. It was the goal line stuff that really bothered me.
23:48And the reason, I think, is because it wasn't like that last week.
23:52So maybe it won't be like that next week.
23:54But obviously, we can't look at Jeremiah Love and say he has some solidified goal line role.
24:00All right. Heath had Dalton, Schultz, and Kincaid as losers.
24:03Dave had Jeremiah Love and Josh Downs as losers.
24:06Dave, you're offered right now DeAndre Swift for Jeremiah Love.
24:09What do you do? I'm probably going to take it, assuming that I'm comfortable with Swift getting his role back and that
24:16his benching was just a one-week thing. Heath, you're offered right now.
24:20Hold on. I'll tell you in a second. You're offered right now Omarian Hampton and Khalif Raymond for Christian McCaffrey.
24:26What do you say? I'm going to go ahead and keep Christian McCaffrey on that one.
24:31Yeah, me too. I just want to make sure I wasn't crazy because Jamie proposed it to me.
24:37So I just thought maybe I'm missing something here.
24:40Well, I know you're a big Wiz Khalifa guy from this morning.
24:43I think I'll offer you one of your favorite players.
24:47I'll throw in Omarian Hampton. Everybody hates Raymond. All right, Jamie, your losers were Devontae Adams.
24:52Four catches for 32 yards on nine targets. Another game where Matthew Stafford threw about 50 passes.
24:57And Jalen Hurts did score 17.5 fantasy points against the Rams, but threw for 93 yards.
25:02So Adams and Hurts. Yeah, Hurts, look, it's frustrating.
25:05And, you know, you can give him a pass on the fact that no Devontae Smith, no Dallas Goddard.
25:11Barkley gets hurt early in the game and no Lane Johnson starts the game.
25:15You know, so he's down arguably his most important teammates to help him out.
25:20That being said, he has not played well really for the last three games.
25:24And if he doesn't have his weapons going into week five, I don't think you consider him a starting fantasy quarterback because
25:31he just looks absolutely awful right now. For Devontae Adams, we talked about this.
25:35Did we miss our sell-high window on Devontae because Puka coming back?
25:39And the answer for at least one week is yes.
25:42So the nine targets is great. He had a couple bad drops, which is not typical of Devontae Adams.
25:48But we had this whole disconnect with him and Stafford last year, and we're seeing it a little bit right now.
25:55And I think it was just going to be a situation.
25:59When Puka's on the field, if he's not scoring touchdowns, this is what you're going to get.
26:04Because it's what happened last year when he wasn't scoring touchdowns.
26:07So I'm just a little bit nervous that Devontae Adams is not going to be a top 15 caliber wide receiver.
26:14You're still going to start him most weeks because nine targets for Matthew Stafford, that's usually going to be a good formula for success.
26:22And they get Buffalo next week. So he's going to still be a top 24 receiver.
26:27But again, miss the sell-high window on not getting rid of Devontae Adams when he could have.
26:32Stafford was not very good for most of this game.
26:35No. And that's not been that unusual this season.
26:38Yeah. I mean, I tend to agree, right? I don't think he played all that well against Denver either.
26:44He just threw the ball so much and made some plays.
26:47Well, he's got six interceptions. I mean, that's not great through four weeks.
26:52Yeah. Meanwhile, we didn't talk about Kyron, but the fact that Kyron Williams has two straight games with at least five catches, I think.
26:59He dominated playing time. He sure did. Yeah. He's running away with it.
27:03And I'm going to give you a bonus loser here.
27:06And it's the Bucs. And it's Bucky Irving. I mean, of all the things I saw today, I think what incensed me
27:13the most was Sean Tucker being their short yardage and goal linebacker.
27:17I loved it. Why don't you love it? It's anarchy.
27:20It's anarchy. It's horrible. He's really good at it.
27:23He's been a passing game confidently. And now, Bucky's tough, right?
27:27What do you think about Bucky? He's tough to start.
27:30Yep. Yes. Very tough to start. Like, I think there's some guys that are not necessarily, and I think you look at the Chiefs.
27:37Like, what did Kareem Hunt have last year? Like, an 80% success rate on second and third and one and two?
27:44And Ken Walker's at about 50% this year. Like, Kareem Hunt's not better than Kenneth Walker, but he might be better at that one specific thing.
27:52Well, I hated it. All right, got an injury update on DJ Moore.
27:56So let's go through our news and notes here.
27:59That was a tough one, DJ Moore. He's been really frustrating for fantasy managers, no doubt about it.
28:05Okay. Lamar Jackson. They're calling it day-to-day with an ankle injury.
28:08Marcus Mariota, that looks more like a long-term one with a knee injury, re-aggravating his MCL injury for Mariota.
28:14And Jaden Daniels maybe plays next week, or we'll get Kaliak Manas again.
28:18I think we're going to see Jaden Daniels. I hope so.
28:22I hope so. Well, it's the Giants, so I hope Kaliak Manas.
28:26But no, for our purposes, yeah. That'd be great.
28:28Ramondre. Did Ramondre leave with a knee injury, Dave?
28:31He left at the very end of the game.
28:34I don't know how serious it is. Okay. So we'll keep an eye on Ramondre.
28:39Monongai with the thumb. Swift, the fumbles. Barkley, first quarter, he left almost immediately.
28:43Tank Bigsby apparently got banged up late in the game.
28:46I don't think that's anything serious, but you never know.
28:50So we'll be talking about that. They look bad.
28:52With Bigsby? Yeah, he was on the ground. It looked like his groin area.
28:57I don't know. Okay. Maybe it was worse than I thought.
29:00They went from Saquon to Shipley in one game.
29:03And, yeah, I mean, honestly, it's too much of a split right now between Shipley and Bigsby.
29:09But Bigsby would be the preferred guy if he were healthy and Barkley were out.
29:13They're at Jacksonville. Best defense in the AFC, says Dave, next week.
29:17Green Bay running back Chris Brooks left with an ankle injury.
29:21We saw some progress from the run game. We saw Caleb Johnson having a pretty decent game, and then he fumbled.
29:27And at least Lloyd was involved in the passing game, and they get Chicago next week.
29:32I mean, there should be a lot of points scored for Green Bay against Chicago, Dallas, and Detroit in their next three games.
29:39And Carolina. And then Carolina after that, yep. I know it's the Jets, but it's another good week of defense from Chicago.
29:46True. You're right. Yeah. Kyle Juszczyk left with a knee injury.
29:50That one looked kind of bad. Yep. And wide receivers.
29:53We had Rasheed Rice leaving almost immediately. They go into their bye week at least, but Rasheed Rice got hurt quickly there.
30:00And then Taekwon Thornton left late in the game with a gruesome ankle injury.
30:04DJ Moore, shoulder injury. So I guess the report here is that it's not considered to be a long-term issue, according to Adam Schefter.
30:12But I think we're all pretty frustrated with it.
30:15Jamar Chase left in the second quarter. We'll wait to get an update.
30:19They've got Miami this upcoming week and then a bye.
30:22Concussion, right? You mentioned that it's a concussion. Oh, it's a concussion.
30:26Yeah. He is in the concussion protocol. So if he's healthy, he'll play against Miami.
30:31We have our new tight end to go pick up this week.
30:34Mike Kosicki. Revenge game against the Dolphins who just gave up.
30:38Well, Higgins also got hurt. Higgins came back though, right?
30:41He did. Okay. But we'll keep an eye on that.
30:44Sometimes they are able to come back and then, you know, the adrenaline wears off, whatever.
30:49Pat Bryant injury. Jalen Lane, serious injury. Malik Neighbors with that shoulder injury that popped up again, but he came back in.
30:56Jalen Naylor, concussion. Mack Hollins, calf. Lad McConkie exit.
30:59Came into the game with a foot injury. Had two targets.
31:02No catches. Left with a foot injury. Lad McConkie.
31:05Very frustrating start to the season. Baltimore. They're down to their fourth string center.
31:10They lost one of their guards. Andrew Voorhees to a foot injury.
31:14Joe Alt left. Right tackle for the Chargers. Joe Alt left with an injury.
31:18It's just not Herbert's fault. What's his name left too?
31:21Who was Slater? The other tackle. Sean Slater. Slater, yeah.
31:24Slater got banged up. Yeah, they were down to one of their starting offensive linemen for the year.
31:30Oh my. In week from the... Go get Zach Morris.
31:33And you know... What about AC Slater? It's just not Herbert's fault.
31:37The linebacker shouldn't have been standing there. He should have just given Herbert a cleaner path.
31:42It doesn't happen to anybody else. Minnesota lost two linemen too.
31:45Well, at least Darasaw was evaluated for a concussion.
31:48I don't know if he came back. Darasaw came back.
31:51Okay, good. But Donovan Jackson left with a knee injury.
31:55A guard. And there are some defensive injuries we'll keep an eye on.
31:59Jaguars had two safeties leave with injuries. One of them was a starter.
32:03The other one was more of a special teamer.
32:06And blah, blah, blah. Early waiver wire. Jamie, any big time names for the waiver wire this week?
32:11I mean, it's time to stop ignoring Kirk Cousins at this point.
32:15It's just another strong game for him fantasy-wise. And the Kubiak system is just great.
32:20The touchdown to Ian Thomas was fantastic. Brock Bowers making plays for him.
32:24Trey Tucker's made some plays for him. It's just Cousins playing well.
32:28So when we're looking at now no Bryce Young or Patrick Mahomes with their bye weeks.
32:33And we don't know if Jaden Daniels is coming back.
32:36And just the way quarterback play has been so far.
32:39It's time to look at Kirk Cousins as an option.
32:42I don't know off the top of my head.
32:45Maybe you have in front of you what Emmanuel Wilson's roster percentage is.
32:49Yeah, it's 60-64%. Yeah, I mean, he's the prize.
32:52Huh? You just made it. Yeah, he's the prize if he's still available.
32:56I don't know where the Dolphins ended up settling.
32:59But Ollie Gordon looked fantastic. He should be considered one of the bigger winners.
33:0378% for him. 57% for Jalen Wright. Of the week.
33:06Wide receiver. Yeah. I guess Romeo Dobbs is going to be on the list.
33:11Keon Coleman. Cardinal Tate's going to be on the list.
33:14Keon Coleman. He's going to be on the list.
33:17Roman Wilson's going to be on the list. Mm-hmm.
33:20Yeah. I'm really happy for all the Ollie Gordon fab winners.
33:23You know, they spent too much. They got laughed at.
33:26They got laughed at at the end of the week because of the Jalen Wright reports.
33:31And then they probably left him on their bench.
33:34But. 14% started. He'll be a nine carry. We're going to roll about there next week.
33:39I don't know how good he'll do against Cincinnati.
33:42You know, they started this game like at halftime.
33:45They were even in terms of reps between Wright and Gordon.
33:48And then Gordon ripped off a long run early in the third quarter.
33:53And the coaches were like, hey, that's enough for us.
33:56He's the hot hand. And he actually had a number of very good runs.
34:00So. You look great. Yeah, he did. He sure did.
34:03There's no point in saying otherwise. And Wright botched a kick return.
34:07Like. It was all Ollie all the time. Ollie, Ollie, oxen free.
34:11One person in the chat. He wasn't free. Holly, Ollie, you weren't free.
34:15Yeah, right. You were very expensive. Yes, you were.
34:18This guy's name is Lad, which is appropriate because he brings up Trey Harris.
34:22Trey Harris. Like. He has some good catches. Yeah, you see the stats of this game.
34:27A lot. A lot late. They were trailing and they put up some numbers.
34:32But. Yeah. He's got another injury on the first play for the Panthers.
34:36Tommy Tremble. McConkie could be out. Could miss some time.
34:39And. Yeah. Trey Harris. Trey Harris is interesting. Plus, the Broncos actually lost both starting cornerbacks.
34:44Sertan and Riley Moss. And that's who the Chargers play next week.
34:48Okay. What else we got? That's the early look at the waiver wire.
34:52For the shallower leagues, I'll bring up Xavier Worthy.
34:55Because I think he could be kind of used like.
34:58Like was she rice. If Rice were to miss time.
35:01But they are going. I mean, it could be.
35:04It could be Cyrus Allen. It could be. Who am I biking on?
35:08Jailer. Yeah. Those guys. I really kill. Yeah. All right.
35:11Let's see. Did they go get Juju? Juju is the immediate fix?
35:15He is generally the Rashi Rice fix. Yeah. The band-aid.
35:18So looking at some of the goal line work that stood out.
35:22I think Ramondre. Sean Tucker. We talked about that.
35:25Tony Pollard. Dominated at the goal line. Basil Tootin had a three.
35:29Basil Tootin had two touchdown runs called back today, didn't he?
35:32Yes. He had a three-yard touchdown run called back.
35:35So DeAndre Swift had two. That was reversed. That was the same drop.
35:39Like actually called touchdowns and reversed. Yeah. And. Jags had a bunch of big plays called back.
35:44Who did? Didn't the Jaguars have like two big plays called back?
35:48Yeah. They had 10 penalties for 100 yards in the first half.
35:52Yeah. Two down to 44-yard touchdown called back. Not a good day for Scadaboo.
35:56Now, in terms of goal line, I can't really say it was Najee Harris.
36:01But Najee did score on a two-point conversion. And Najee did have a better day than Scadaboo.
36:06But Najee also fumbled. Almost touchdowns. Yeah. I don't know.
36:09There were some. Nothing too big here. We mentioned Smith.
36:12Swift. Swift. Chris Bell for the Dolphins had a touchdown called back on a.
36:17Oh, he was. Because he stepped out of bounds before he caught the ball.
36:21Yeah. How about Antonio Williams? Antonio Williams had a deep one called back.
36:25Tucker Craft dropped a touchdown. Then he caught one later.
36:28TJ Hawkinson had such a great game. And at the end, he was about to score a touchdown.
36:34And he slid down. I started him in a tight end premium league.
36:38Nice. I may have actually cursed him in front of my family when he took a knee.
36:44Oh, please. He gave you more than you ever could have expected.
36:47He gave me a great day. But just finish the job.
36:51You can't curse him. I asked Dave this. Can you think of any other examples of when we've had a tight end kneel down?
36:58Slide on purpose. Yeah, slide on purpose to end the game.
37:02It doesn't seem like a very tight end thing to do.
37:05Right. Well, good job, TJ Hawkinson. It was a classy move.
37:09And they won the game because of it. All right.
37:12Let's go to the games and start with the London game.
37:16Colts 30, Commanders 13. Now, Dave, you said Daniel Jones looks so bad and can't trust Josh Downs and all that.
37:22But Josh Downs did come through with two good games in a row with the same Daniel Jones.
37:28He just Jones had a really bad game here.
37:31So I really like really can't trust Josh Downs.
37:34You have to lower expectations a little bit. I mean, here was a platform for him.
37:39No Keenan Allen against the Commanders who had given up tons of numbers to wide receivers coming into the week.
37:45And not only three catches for 16 yards, only four targets.
37:48How does that happen? I think he's their best receiver.
37:52How does Laquan Treadwell have six targets and Josh Downs have four?
37:55How does Ashton Doolin have six targets? And maybe it's as simple as, well, the Commanders were putting coverage over the top
38:02on downs and Daniel Jones was just going in a different direction.
38:06It felt to me watching this game that Daniel Jones just was trying to get the ball out of his hands as
38:13fast as possible, which is par for the course for him.
38:16But he was also at times just holding the ball and not even realizing what he was looking at.
38:22He had another fumble when he was hit in the backfield.
38:26It was just ugly. And I don't feel great about starting players connected to Daniel Jones, except for the running back.
38:33He's pretty good. On the Washington side of the ball, Heath, we did see Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt play a little bit on third down early in the game.
38:41And that was pretty cool. But you know what?
38:44That was pretty much all we got. That was cool.
38:47You know, he keeps struggling to run the ball.
38:50Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt, nine carries for 15 yards, two catches for 35 yards.
38:54Just like, when can you trust Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt? I hate to say this out loud, but I thought Austin Eckler looked good.
39:01He did. And they love Austin Eckler there. And I just wonder if he gets even more work next week.
39:07Especially the report that we got about Rashad White is accurate that he did have shoulder surgery.
39:12So he's probably somebody that I think he was 4% rostered this morning.
39:16So like he's not somebody you want to start necessarily or a top priority on the waiver wire.
39:22But there's a lot of leagues where he should be rostered.
39:26I don't think you can really look at the receiver.
39:29I don't think you can say, oh, Diggs had such a bad game.
39:33We didn't expect Kaliak Manis to be the quarterback.
39:36So let's just throw that one away. Yeah. You have something to say?
39:40It's just an interesting pronunciation. Yeah. Kaliak Manis. That was close.
39:43I think that was closer. Well, I'm in between man and mon.
39:47And I just kind of combined them. I think it's Kaliak Manis.
39:51I told Dave he's the Kaliak Manis now, dog.
39:54I'm just glad that you fixed your Romeo doobs, whatever you call them.
39:58I said dobs. Why did I say that? Dobs, whatever.
40:01We're going to take a break on fantasy football today.
40:04We'll come back and talk about the good games.
40:07Starting with Green Bay and Tampa Bay. Oh, that's a great one.
40:11It's a three-point game. All right. We'll be right back on FFT.
40:14A few weeks ago, a neighbor down the street had someone walk right up onto their porch in the middle of the night.

41:48Bug zappers, hats, golf balls, Super Nintendo games, vacuums, shoes.
41:51It's amazing. I saw a brand new Nintendo gaming console sell for $15.
41:55I would have bid on it if I didn't already have one and I paid a lot more than that.
42:01I'll tell you that much. One thing you can get on WhatNot, sports cards.

42:32Terms apply. Okay, here we go. Green Bay and Tampa Bay.
42:3617-14 Packers win. And they weren't happy. They won the game, but they said we can't play like this offensively.
42:42They got to be better. Dave, what are your major takeaways for the Packers?
42:46Christian Watson with a bad game here. Yeah, only three targets, but he led them with 47 yards.
42:52We talked about Tucker Grafton and what he means to this offense and how he had a good game this week.
42:59Golden had a touchdown. I think there was more that Golden could have had in this game.
43:04I'd have to go back and look at my notes on it.
43:08But it's kind of uninspiring. It wasn't a great game from Jordan Love.
43:12The run game still is a mess. There's a lot more to take away from Tampa, but it's not good.
43:18And it's almost like Green Bay played down to Tampa's level because the Bucs were just like they couldn't get very much going offensively either.
43:26And Green Bay, they were just like, okay, cool.
43:29We won't do anything big because you won't do anything big.
43:32And then they lost Edger and Cooper in the game.
43:36So I know it was a three-point game and you're trying to sell it as like a good game.
43:42Great game. I don't think it was even close to a good game.
43:46I'm going to tell you, I don't generally share the behind the scenes like this, Adam, but the notes for this game are pretty terrible.
43:54I'm trying to look at the notes and just find some things to say.
43:58And it's really, really a bad job. Well, I think one thing I would point out with this team is that, you
44:05know, Golden and Watson have been so good. They are horrible notes.
44:09Yeah, it's a bad game. But Tucker Craft had like a 14% target share.
44:13So there's going to be some weeks where Craft gets featured more.
44:17And just so happened that Marshawn Lloyd had some catches this week.
44:21And I think I'm pretty sure we'll all go right back to starting Christian Watson next week.
44:26And then the Bucs. Yeah, we already talked about it.
44:29Just like how can you even trust them? Also, I think we I don't know if we expected at this point, but
44:36I think a lot of people have expected the Bucs defense to be really bad.
44:41It just hasn't been. They haven't been like lit up by quarterbacks yet through four weeks.
44:46Sean Watson's had the best game against them out of Burrow, Watson, Kyler and Love.
44:51Well, Heath will love this because Jordan Love over 30 pass attempts is usually great.
44:55Yeah, he was at 30. Yeah, he needs one more.
44:59One more would have been a good day. Golden drew another pass interference penalty that set up the Packers right at the goal line.
45:06The interception that Love threw was on a post to Golden.
45:10If he had been a little more accurate on that throw, that could have been another touchdown for Golden.
45:16And it wasn't like a lot of it was Jalen Danielson just playing with an undrafted free agent in his first start.
45:23But the rest of the Bucs pass guys did not help him at all.
45:27Mecca Abuka dropped a ball in the end zone.
45:30Kate Lawton had a terrible drop. You're saying this as we watch Jamison Williams drop.
45:35That could have been an unbelievable play. Sorry, I know.
45:38Did you make any guarantees for Jamison Williams? No, I've already lost all my fantasy credibility.
45:43I can't get it back. Dallas 34, Houston 30.
45:46Jamie, what are your major takeaways from this game?
45:48And should we be worried about George Pickens? Two catches for 75 yards on three targets and only one good game.
45:55No great games so far this year. I think Jerry Jones, the general manager, made some calls and said, Listen, we want
46:02to have George Pickens on the team. We just don't want to pay him.
46:06So let's just not give him a lot of big stats until we need a player or two here or there.
46:13I mean, look, you're going to still start George Pickens.
46:16It's been frustrating. There's going to be some big games coming.
46:20He's a great buy-low candidate because Dak's playing still at a very high level.
46:24And they're going to still be in a lot of these games where they have to score points.
46:30So if you can get George Pickens cheap, I would do so.
46:34But CeeDee Lamb was just an absolute monster. And you just want to continue to see this from the guy that you drafted in the first round.
46:42Javante Williams coming through with a great fantasy day despite facing this Texans defense, which rightfully so, Adam, you highlighted how great
46:49they had been through the first three weeks of the season against some really elite running backs.
46:54I just think you're looking at it. The Texans offense, specifically C.J.
46:58Stroud, is playing well. Michael Collins, great to see him back.
47:02So that connection is going to be one that you can rely on, especially your starting Nico if there was any doubt.
47:09You hope he just stays healthy. But I think C.J.
47:12Stroud belongs in the streaming conversation. Two games where these guys are together and two productive outings for Stroud.
47:18So I'm going to obviously recommend him as a waiver wire ad and somebody that you should consider starting if you don't
47:25have Bryce Young or Patrick Mahomes next week. A lot of short hitches and slants.
47:29Not really slants, but like hitches and out routes for C.D.
47:33Lamb. And it just really just added up. And for whatever reason, Houston could not cover him.
47:38He had a 30-yard pass. There was no Texan within five yards of him.
47:43Unlike this intermediate over route that he turned into a big 30-yard play.
47:47Pickens, like Golden, had a pass interference call go his way.
47:50He drew that in the end zone. And that set up one of Javante's touchdowns.
47:55I wouldn't freak out if he had Pickens. David Montgomery or Woody Marks rest of season?
48:00Woody. I don't really want either one, but I think it's Woody.
48:04Okay. Yeah, Woody with his second straight game with a touchdown.
48:07But five, six carries in each game. One catch in his last two games.
48:12It's not inspiring stuff. Jacksonville 22, Cincinnati 17. I am glad.
48:15Oh, actually, now that I think about it. I was going to make this game the game of the week, but then
48:22Dave kind of stole it and tried to anticipate it.
48:25So I pivoted to San Francisco, Denver, which was worse.
48:28So Jacksonville 22, Cincinnati 17. And yeah, let's talk about Parker Washington.
48:32Eight targets in his last two games. Now in this game, Trevor Lawrence only threw 23 passes, but Washington had three targets.
48:39Heath, did we jump the gun with Parker Washington?
48:42We may have jumped the gun ranking him in the top 12.
48:46I don't think we jumped the gun calling him a must start, and I plan on starting him again next week.
48:52Yeah. And who got the targets this week? It was the tight end, of course, against the Bengals.
48:58It was Brenton Strange. Seven catches, 95 yards on eight targets.
49:02And the Bengals next week, they get the Dolphins.
49:04So that's probably not going to be a Greg Dolsage week.
49:08But all right. To be fair, there hasn't been a Brenton Strange week yet this season, and then here comes this game.
49:15That's true. Hey, good job. Ryan Thomas Jr. and Marvin Harrison.
49:18Like, Spider-Man meme. All right. What about Chase Brown?
49:21Yes, he had 11 catches. He also had nine carries for 10 yards.
49:25Jamie, are we worried about Chase Brown? Yes and no.
49:28I mean, clearly he's not running the ball very well.
49:32It's been a tough start to the season for him.
49:35You still see how much he plays. You still see what he means in the passing game.
49:40Jamar Chase may not play. They get the Dolphins coming up this week.
49:44Like, there's just such a layup opportunity for him to be dominant.
49:48So I know Aaron Jones didn't have the 20-plus point game that every other running back has had against the Dolphins.
49:55You can see it happening for Chase Brown, though, just because of the type of player that he is.
50:01So similar to George Pickens, similar to what we said going into the week, like, if you can get Chase Brown cheap,
50:08he is one of the best buy-low targets you could find of the upper echelon players.
50:13You still feel that way. I don't think anybody's giving away after this game.
50:17But, you know, again, depending on the format you play in, PPR is much harder to trade for him.
50:23None in half, it's a little bit easier. I just look at the 11 catches and I go, well, Jamar Chase was
50:30out, so I wonder how much that influenced it.
50:33So then we're just looking at a guy who had nine cameras.
50:37I mean, they were playing the 85 Bears, too.
50:39They were. All right, well, it's disappointing. And we'll talk about waiver wire guys.
50:44Maybe it's Dante Myers. He had nine targets, seven catches for 82 yards.
50:48Mitchell Tinsley had three catches for 49 yards. Last year, Tinsley had one pretty good.
50:53Oh, no, he had nine targets in a game.
50:55He didn't do anything with them. Maybe it's the tight ends.
50:59Rams 24, Eagles 20. Dave, I think we can, you know, as Jamie said, we can give Jalen Hurts and the Eagles
51:06offense a little bit of a pass. They're playing really shorthanded.
51:09In fact, I think they were down 10 starters by the end of the game because they lost two guys on defense in addition to Barkley and whatnot.
51:18But for the Rams, you know, what do you?
51:21Jamie had Adams as a loser. What's your take on Stafford and Adams right now?
51:26I think you can lower expectations for Adams and put him right back in that number two receiver category.
51:32I don't think it's going to be this bad again.
51:35And I didn't watch the game, so I don't know exactly what the Eagles did and whether it was Quinlan Mitchell shutting him down or what happened.
51:43And same thing with Stafford, but we know that the Rams are more than willing to give Stafford the opportunity to go
51:50out and throw 40 plus times a game if that's what it takes to win the game.
51:56Usually when he does that, the numbers are pretty good.
51:59The two interceptions stink. I think you can chalk it up to just being a bad game for Stafford.
52:05He still should be a consideration as a starter as long as both Adams and Nakua are healthy.
52:11I think I'll probably start Stafford and Adams both next week.
52:14Yeah, I don't think anybody's benching Devontae Adams. I don't want to give the impression that I said that, but it is
52:21just where he was without Puka to what we saw today.
52:25And there's a huge difference. And, you know, the last, you know, 20 plus games, whatever it is of them together, not
52:31exactly great for Devontae Adams when he does not score touchdowns.
52:35Stafford lost one touchdown on Kyron Williams falling a yard short.
52:38You might have said that almost touchdowns earlier. Yeah, he actually did that.
52:42Yeah, thank you. You know, so that would have made his fantasy line a little bit better.
52:48But look, whenever you're getting the type of volume from him that we're seeing and then going into a game against Buffalo
52:55where Drake may just pick them apart, you know, this should be a big game coming up for Stafford.
53:01So I think you should be encouraged by him if you, you know, didn't start him or you did start him and
53:08you got, you know, a lackluster stat line. And it's not just the Buffalo game.
53:12It's the next six games. Buffalo, Arizona, Las Vegas, Chargers, Commanders, Cardinals.
53:16I mean, don't say the Raiders. Yeah, Raiders and Chargers aren't great.
53:20But even if I'm six or I don't mind taking on that pass.
53:24I'm kidding. You're starting Stafford in all those games.
53:27Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah, probably. Okay. And we'll talk about Darius Cooper, I guess, on the Waver Wire show.
53:33Three catches, 33 yards. What an awesome touch. Did you see his first touchdown?
53:37Yeah. Yeah. How he ripped the ball away from the defensive back.
53:41That was pretty awesome. Yep. Sure did. That was awesome.
53:44New England 29, Buffalo 26. We have covered New England.
53:48Is there anything to say? Anybody concerned about Josh Allen right now?
53:51He scored 17.5 points last week, 20.5 fantasy points this week, and six points for passing touchdown leagues.
53:57Anyone concerned? To what level? You're not benching Josh Allen.
54:00So I don't know. Look, is he going to get you 50 every week or 40 every week?
54:06You know? No. That's just not realistic. So you know what the spike games will be.
54:11You're going to be some down games. And New England's still a really good defense.
54:16You know, I know they didn't have Gonzalez, but losing DJ Moore probably negates that a little bit, despite the fact that Guion Coleman had an amazing game.
54:24Khalil Shakir played well. You're just not getting the extra points from Josh Allen, which sucks.
54:29And he and Brock Purdy have scored 21 more fantasy points than any other quarterback this season.
54:35And he scored 20 in this game. Like, if this is his bad game, great.
54:40Yeah. I just hope. I mean, I don't think he was injured at all or anything like that.
54:45I think he got hit in the knee last week, but didn't seem like he was.
54:50But, you know, seemed like he was running like his normal self.
54:54Okay. That's Josh Allen. Now, if DJ Moore were out next week, would you start?
54:59Would you rather have Coleman or Shakir? I feel better about Shakir because I just I know what that track record is
55:06with Josh Allen and how he's been with him for a while.
55:10Coleman played great. Like, he's looked good the last couple of weeks.
55:13I'm happy for him. It's good to see. And if he can keep it up, he can evolve into a number three receiver.
55:21Listen, again, Buffalo's defense isn't good. This is going to be their game script.
55:25So Josh Allen needs pass catchers. And Shakir has been a reliable guy for him for years.
55:30Keon Coleman has stepped up. There's something that I want to point out on Kincaid.
55:35This was his first game of the season where he didn't have a route rate of two thirds of Josh Allen's dropbacks.
55:42It was down to 54%. It reminds me of last year when the bills kind of managed how much work he'd get.
55:49And so a drop in snaps, a drop in routes played, another drop in targets.
55:54He has five total targets in his last two games.
55:57That concerns me. Yeah. Okay. That's a good point.
56:00And those routes will get updated tomorrow. So they probably change a little bit, but still, they're going to be a little
56:07lower than what we want to see from Kincaid.
56:10Giants 36, Arizona 24. This came down to the final play of the game, which was a pick six by the Giants cornerback Deontay Banks.
56:17It was pretty crazy. They've won the last two games with interceptions basically in the end zone.
56:23And earlier he got beat by Marv Harrison for a touchdown.
56:26He did. And you know, I wouldn't even say he got beat.
56:30I would say Marvin Harrison made a really nice catch and he, there's a lot.
56:35He was in coverage. Okay. Marvin, Marvin Harrison. There's a lot that he can't do, but he can do that.
56:41He can make like a nice jump ball catch or he can drop it.
56:46He can also do that. But yeah, I mean, Harrison one catch for a touchdown, Michael Wilson though.
56:51And we talked about the Giants and neighbors and, and whatnot, likely getting all those targets, but Michael Wilson, 13 targets this
56:58week, 17 last week, seven catches for 95 yards.
57:01Heath, how confident do you feel of Michael Wilson rest of season?
57:05I feel like he's going to be like, we talk about boom bust number three wide receivers and he feels almost like
57:12a boom bust number two wide receiver. I think he's going to be very close to that wide receiver 24 ranking most weeks.
57:19Um, during the bye weeks, probably a little bit higher.
57:22Still, I don't feel like he has this great floor that I can definitely count on.
57:27It's just that he might get double digit targets any week.
57:31How would you guys rank Devante Adams, Michael Wilson and Malik neighbors rest of season?
57:35Adams, neighbors, Wilson. Neighbors, Wilson, Adams. Let me, Adam, did you watch this game for the Giants?
57:41You were probably locked in, right? Pretty locked, fairly locked in.
57:44So was it Jameis throwing the ball well, or was it Arizona's defense just letting guys run wide open?
57:50It was basically the same formula is Jameis was pretty bad.
57:54Jameis had some really bad moments and the interceptions were terrible, but he had a really good knack of escaping, extending plays
58:01and throwing like on the run out of the pocket and getting chunk plays when the Cardinals defense and the broadcasters were
58:08talking about it to their zone defense. They really were bad.
58:11They just made miscoverage busts. There was that big play to, uh, I think it was, it was either fields or neighbors,
58:18um, downfield where the guy was wide open on third and 20.
58:22So it was not like Jameis Winston played that well.
58:25He made some good throws, but it was bad coverage.
58:28I would say by, by the Cardinals. So that makes me, that makes me nervous about neighbors moving forward because he's not going to have matchups like this.
58:37A hundred percent. That's what I was saying. I watching the giants.
58:41I still feel like if they played a good defense, they'd be one of the worst offenses in football, you know, but they play the commanders next week.
58:50They do. They have a generally pretty easy schedule, Washington, New Orleans, and then a bad stretch of Houston by Philadelphia, Washington.
58:56You know what? It's there's a lot of good matchups, Detroit and Dallas and the fantasy playoffs.
59:02I like that. Um, all right. Malik neighbors or George Pickens rest of the season.
59:07Pickens. I'll take Pickens. Pickens. Heath. You can probably get that trade done.
59:11Probably. And you know what? I made a trade for Pickens last week.
59:15I thought it was so damn smart. Three targets this week.
59:18Maybe we're just wrong. Maybe we're just wrong. I think Jamie's right.
59:22He just needs to sign the contract. So they'll start throwing it to him again.
59:27He can't throw. He can't sign the contract. It's too late.
59:30Baltimore 24. Uh, Tennessee 18. I believe that's the score.
59:33That's good notes. Yeah. Well, I put 28 for Tennessee, but they definitely didn't win.
59:38Um, Cam Ward first game throwing for more than 183 yards.
59:42We do have a little bit of a Carnell Tate thing going on here.
59:46Nine catches, 145 yards on 12 targets last week was solid.
59:50Yeah. I watched a lot of this game and I thought the Titans offense looked surprisingly competent for large stretches.
59:56Good. So I, I think, yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm encouraged about Tate.
60:00I'm encouraged about Pollard, even though he only had 48 rushing yards.
60:03That's like, they're not gonna be great, but I don't think they're gonna be awful.
60:08It's 16 carries and 17 carries two straight weeks now for, for Pollard.
60:12That's pretty good. Um, Henry with another inefficient game, but he scored a touchdown.
60:17Flowers is awesome. And Mark Andrews scored and he was actually open for a second touchdown, but Lamar missed him.
60:23How good is Zay Flowers? Yeah, that's very funny.
60:26Even without the bet, you have to admit that Flowers is just blowing away expectations.
60:31I think I already did. I, I nicknamed him Zay SN.
60:34You weren't there for that? Oh, you did. You did that.
60:37That was you. You, you did that. Great or late.
60:41Do you think Andrews is an asset? Cause like Andrews, he gets like his five, five to seven targets every week.
60:47Um, could have had two touchdowns today. Like, how do you view him?
60:51Like Andrews or Kincaid? Kincaid. I, yeah, I still want to say Kincaid.
60:55Cause to me, Andrews is more of a touchdown or bust tight end anyway.
61:00If he doesn't score, it's eight PPR points. Genty or Henry?
61:03Which frankly we could have used from. Henry. Kincaid.
61:06It's, it's definitely Henry over Kincaid. Or Genty. Although Genty's role in the passing game is nice.
61:12And they, they will talk about that game, I guess, in a minute.
61:16Go ahead. Chicago 23 jets. 12. The time of possession here.
61:19You almost can't believe 42 minutes and 45 seconds for the bears.
61:2317 minutes and 15 seconds for the jets. And this is one where I had the giants game on one computer.
61:30I had the jets game on another computer. I had red zone on my TV and I kept saying to myself, okay,
61:37what is going on with the jets offense? I'm going to sit.
61:40I'm going to watch. I want to see what's happening.
61:43And they're punting every time I look up or they just, yeah, they didn't get a single third down.
61:49It was unbelievable. There's defense. I guess so. I guess so.
61:53Also the jets couldn't really get off the field on offense when they were on defense.
61:58No. And by the fourth quarter, they were just getting run over by Mononghi and a little bit of Roshon Johnson.
62:05Do you have this fear that the jets after a fairly encouraging first three weeks are just going to become a terrible offense again?
62:12I think they're going to suck the next two weeks and then be good against the dolphins.
62:18I mean, four of their next five matchups aren't great.
62:21Cleveland at new England, Miami Raiders at the chiefs.
62:24Like what, what should I tell the Kenyan Sadiq manager right now?
62:27The guy just got a zero on four targets.
62:30It depends who your other tight end is, but you'd stash him.
62:34I mean, look, he's still got tons of potential.
62:37He just got the Detroit bump. And so far that's not happening for the Panthers, but you know, that he, everything fell
62:44in line for him last week, you know, with no Mitchell, no Taylor this week, no Mitchell, no Taylor, but he's not playing Detroit.
62:51Almost half of their yards came on a deep ball touchdown to Isaiah Williams in the fourth quarter when it was 23 to six.
62:59Yeah. They have no threat of a run game right now, you know, cause they're not going to fear Braylon Allen until he proves something.
63:07So that's going to be disappointing. I think you just look at it as Wilson's a must-start guy stash Braylon Allen, see what happens.
63:14You know, we don't know when Brees Hall is going to come back.
63:18When Brees Hall comes back, you have two must-start guys for the jets and that's kind of what it was at the start of the season.
63:27Okay. But to be fair, Brees Hall been running like garbage the last two weeks and Braylon Allen had 14 carries for 59 yards.
63:34He had two catches for eight yards. That's really not bad when you have the ball for 17 minutes and Isaiah Davis didn't have a single touch.
63:43I don't think you're looking at it and saying, okay, I, it's going to be case by case, but like anybody that
63:50just picked up Braylon Allen as a one-to-one or had him as a replacement for Brees Hall as a handcuff.
63:56Like that's an okay replacement option until you figure out whatever your next potential move is, you know?
64:02So like if you're pivoting to, um, I'm trying to think if you're pivoting to Emmanuel Wilson in a 10 team league,
64:09if he's still available, or if you're pivoting to Shipley because he's going to be now the starter for the Eagles.
64:15And if what if it's Eckler, what if it's Eckler, what if they're my best friend?
64:20Eckler, like, you know, that's, I'd probably still start Braylon Allen because I know he's going to get carries.
64:26So like there there's, there's lots of different ways that this can go.
64:30So yes, maybe they have the ball a little bit more, but now they're playing what should be on paper, a tougher
64:37defense in week five against the Browns. And can you really trust it with how this looked today?
64:43So I don't think Braylon Allen, correct me if I'm wrong.
64:47I don't know what a start percentage is was played today as a must start running back probably in the thirties, right?
64:5362%. Okay. So people treated him a little bit higher than that.
64:57So that that's a disappointing performance. We'll see what happens moving forward, where his start percentage will lie, especially with two teams
65:04now on a buy in more injuries. Okay. And let's get to the bears because the bears are actually pretty interesting.
65:11The distribution of targets was a little bit different today.
65:14We had Romo Dunze, a big part of the offense.
65:17Bajan threw 34 passes. You had Odunze getting seven targets, 94 yards.
65:21You had Khalif Raymond getting two targets, six yards.
65:24It's Luther Burden, six targets, 63 yards. Loveland, nine targets, 57 yards.
65:28And the second week in a row kind of almost had a touchdown.
65:32He was targeted at the goal line. So his role, you know, was much better today.
65:37Colson Loveland. Heath, can we make sense of it?
65:40Do you think it's just gonna be kind of a week by week thing with them?
65:45It seems that way. I did not think that Bajan played very well in large stretches of this game.
65:51He probably could have had four interceptions. Thank you.
65:53That's what I thought too. And I saw the numbers and it's like, am I crazy here?
65:59Yeah. Thank you. No, that's what I thought. It was nice to see that Romo Dunze is not droppable.
66:05Um, but yeah, it's frustrating because you can't go into, I mean, I guess if Mononga is out, then it's pretty easy
66:12to go in saying Swift is a must start.
66:15If Mononga is trying to play through something, then it's just a disaster all the way around.
66:20And everybody's just like, they have the upside to be a top 12 option at their position.
66:25And they have the downside to be a single digit score.
66:29Okay. You got to drop Khalif Raymond or should we hold on to him another week?
66:34Uh, I think you're, you probably should answer that question.
66:37Well, when you invest as much as I did, you're holding on another week.
66:41I, the only league I had in Khalif Raymond was the one that you hit on him.
66:47So yeah, you're welcome. Um, okay, let's go to the late game.
66:51San Francisco, 24, Denver, 14 and Bo Nix still not really running.
66:54Only 10 rushing yards for Bo Nix scored 16.2 fantasy points.
66:58I can't imagine people want to ever start JK Dobbins.
67:01He was 25% started, but RJ Harvey, 16% started.
67:04I get, I have trouble with guys who are so running backs who are just entirely dependent on catches, but he has 16 catches his last two games.
67:13Jamie, RJ Harvey, is he a thing or is he just the, I'm desperate.
67:17I'm going to throw RJ Harvey in. Oh, I think he's a thing.
67:21You know, again, we have two teams on a buy and a bunch of injuries.
67:26So, you know, whether he's a starting running back or a flex, you got to start to look at him as, you
67:33know, the more productive Denver running back. And if you, you know, go back to the start of what Alvin Kamara was
67:40in his rookie season, like, this is how it began, you know, so maybe we're starting to see a little bit of that.
67:47I know it's the second year and you know what he was as a rusher.
67:52And then we'll see what happens when, you know, Jonah Coleman eventually comes back, but he just looks so much more explosive than, than Dobbins.
68:00It's hard to keep him off the field. So this is looking like anybody that got the discounted price on draft day when he started just to plummet.
68:09You might be reaping the rewards of it a little bit right now, but they're just can't run the ball.
68:15I think just as a team. So if they're going to be stuck in these situations and their defense hasn't been as
68:22dominant, so they're chasing points a little bit, that's going to benefit RJ Harvey as well.
68:27So not a must start running back, but certainly in the flex conversation, whether you're talking about replacing a wide receiver or
68:34potentially whatever running back situation you might be in.
68:37Adam, did you see the passing chart I sent you for Bo Nix today?
68:41Yeah, that was great. Like everything was at the line of scrimmage.
68:45Very few passes were even like more than seven yards downfield.
68:48It was crazy. It's also been a disappointment, I think, from the standpoint, at least today.
68:53San Francisco's defensive line is a mess. You know, and the fact that they couldn't run on this team.
68:59I said to you, the noon show, like I wondered if they were going to have an opportunity here like we saw last week against the 49ers.
69:08And just, they didn't even play J.K. Dobbins early in the game.
69:12It was a little weird. And Waddle did get the touchdown.
69:15Five catches, 35 yards, and a touchdown. Evans had a good game.
69:19Sertan left around halftime. I wasn't watching. I didn't see if Sertan was shadowing Evans.
69:24He was on Kittle a little bit. Well, yeah, at one point he was on Kittle.
69:29He was not on Evans. Evans caught a pass on the play Sertan got hurt, and Sertan was not on Evans.
69:35Then he was on a different receiver. I think Evans was in the slot on that play, but you're absolutely right about that.
69:43Anyway, would you rather Evans or Waddle rest of season?
69:46Still Waddle. Waddle. Still Waddle. He had a bad drop, too.
69:49Mm-hmm. Okay. Yeah, the Niners, I mean, like Depot Samuel, zero targets last week.
69:54Six targets this week. I don't really... He just continues to produce in the funniest way possible.
69:59Three carries for 44 yards in this game also.
70:02And Kittle is another guy. Just proof they want to get the ball in his hands.
70:07Like that... Kittle has two games with four catches for 70 or 80 yards and a touchdown.
70:12Yeah. This is George Kittle. Have you met him?
70:15I mean, a little bit, but the target volume's not really that good.
70:19This is George Kittle. All right. He's had 85 target seasons where he was the tight end, too.
70:25Minnesota 15, Miami 10, and another time of possession game.
70:28Minnesota had the ball for more than 39 minutes of this game.
70:32What are we thinking about Ali Gordon? I think he deserves a little more talk here, Dave.
70:37We did briefly mention it, but, I mean, would you try to sell high on Ali Gordon?
70:43Ride it out? Sure. I wouldn't expect him to average 11.1 yards per carry.
70:47Is he going to be Miami's best running back?
70:50Sure. Is he going to do this? No. So, it's amazing how fantasy works and how the NFL works, where he currently
70:57has the best game for fantasy of a Dolphins running back this season.
71:01And it came against the Vikings of all teams in a one-score game where the Dolphins were in it in the fourth quarter.
71:08So, it's crazy how things work, but I don't know how much he can necessarily build on it.
71:14He's been, like, around three yards per carry, sometimes even lower than that, in his short time in the NFL.
71:20I just think he got, you know, a great 53-yard run, had a couple of other good runs, scored the short yardage touchdown.
71:27It was a 12-yard touchdown. I guess I can't say it's short yardage.
71:31Is he startable? Yeah. I think he's startable. Am I going to buy into it and say, like, he's going to be a must-start fantasy running back?
71:40I feel like I need to see more before I say that.
71:44Okay. I like how our producer is a Vikings fan.
71:47And I don't know if there's a graphic where it's just four out of five.
71:52Get Jordan Addison on there and put Malik Washington on there.
71:55I figure there's nobody else, nobody's starting. You're not starting any Dolphins, right?
71:59Everybody's starting Hawkins. I'd like to know TJ Hawkins and start percentage.
72:03Yeah. Yeah, no, but I just wanted to show how bad Kyler Murray was.
72:07We get it. We get it. We get it.
72:10You were right to do it. No Will Riker.
72:13I had an entire Bears full screen. If you didn't even notice, I didn't have a single jet on there.
72:19Oh, I didn't notice that. I didn't know. Yeah, I didn't notice that.
72:24Oh, NFC North bias. That's true. I think it's unfortunate that Addison had the big game last week.
72:29Hawkins had the big game this week. But I just feel like when Jefferson comes back, it probably won't matter.
72:36Yeah. Right. Jefferson playing in New Orleans next week is going to be big.
72:40I think I'm going to regret not drafting Justin Jefferson.
72:43Kansas City. Yeah. I don't think Kyler looks very good at all.
72:47I don't know about that, Adam. He doesn't. Unless Carson Wentz gets in there.
72:51They're going to design so much stuff for him.
72:54Like if TJ Hawkins is going to have a game like this and Jordan Addison can have a game like he had last week.
73:02I think Kyler might just trip over himself or something.
73:05Well, then Carson Wentz will get in there. Kansas City 30, Las Vegas 27.
73:09Kenneth Walker was having a somewhat quiet day until the very end of the third quarter.
73:14He ends up with a he scored more than 21 fantasy points in every game so far this season.
73:20Massive day for him. Xavier Worthy had seven targets.
73:23What's going on with Kelsey Heath? This is for Kelsey.
73:26Four targets. He had two targets last week. So kind of ugly and did not get the touchdown this week.
73:33Horrible game for Kelsey. Yeah, he probably lost five points on a tipped pass.
73:37He had a target over the middle of the field where they just forgot to cover him.
73:42But then it got batted down by a linebacker.
73:45It's discouraging, especially with Rice going out and his involvement still being so low.
73:50It's strange because when he's gotten the ball in his hands, he's done incredible things.
73:54Yeah. I think I'd probably say the same thing I said about Kincaid is you kind of like just have to put
74:01him in that tight end 12 ish range. What do you guys make it?
74:06It's Kelsey's birthday tomorrow. Yeah. What do you guys make up?
74:09Michael Mayer game. 11% rostered. 1% started. 82 yards on 10 targets.
74:13Yeah, he also caught a touchdown last week. I don't think they have a number two, a number two option in the passing game.
74:21That's consistent. So Trey Tucker is the most logical receiver, but that doesn't mean that he's going to be the most targeted
74:28or the second most targeted player in the passing game.
74:31So I don't think you could trust Mayer to be a consistent fantasy option.
74:35But again, as we go into bye weeks and you start to say, you know, I probably would still trust Dalton Schultz, but Hunter Henry and Sadiq.
74:44And Darren Waller, depending on what happens tonight, you know, those type of guys, I think Mayer belongs in the conversation with them.
74:51He plays a ton and they run two tight end, three tight end sets a lot.
74:56They did today for sure. I agree. They would almost argue that Brock Bowers is almost a wide receiver.
75:02Yes. Well, that's kind of the way that they, I think when they paid Mayer, that was kind of the report that Mayer is their inline tight end.
75:11And then Bowers is more of their receiving option, just, you know, plays like a receiver.
75:16Okay. A couple more games here. Actually, I'm sorry.
75:19Skip. I didn't skip the Raiders. Anything to say about Gentty?
75:22I mean. Yes. They started this game out. And I think of the first eight carries, five of them went to Mike Washington.
75:29And the broadcast was talking a lot about how Kubiak had said throughout the week, Mike Washington had earned more work.
75:36And those Mike Washington carries didn't go very well.
75:39No. And so we saw more Ashton Gentty from that point forward.
75:43I think the biggest thing is, like, sometimes he's the number two option in the passing game behind Brock Bowers.
75:49And as long as he has that role, a little bit of a split with Washington, who's probably going to be a
75:56home run hitter who strikes out three times a game.
75:59It's okay. Gentty's target per out run rate in four games.
76:03He had a lot of catches today, but Kirk Cousins threw about 50 passes.
76:07His target per out run rate was 21% and 24% without Bowers.
76:11And then it went down to 10% in week three, back up to 17%, which definitely can live with that.
76:17You're not going to get to six catches every week because, again, a lot of pass attempts.
76:22But 10% would be a little low. 17% would be pretty good for Gentty.
76:27Chargers at Seahawks. This year, this ended up being a close game.
76:31Seven-point game, I think. Didn't put the stupid score in.
76:34Were any of the Chargers touchdowns technically garbage time?
76:37Or because they got it back within seven, it was never garbage time?
76:41Well, it was 27-6 in the third quarter when Vidal caught a pass for a touchdown.
76:46Yeah. Dave, let's talk about the running backs for the Chargers.
76:49You had nine carries. I'm really pissed off that Hampton had a decent game.
76:54Hampton, Keaton Mitchell. Why are you pissed off that he had a decent game?
76:58Because I was so intent. I told everyone to sit him.
77:02And I sat him for Kalief Raymond. And I also sat him for Emmanuel Wilson.
77:06I sat him for Emmanuel Wilson, too. Well, the Wilson call was great.
77:10But the thing is, like, the theory was right.
77:13It was a terrible matchup. He ended up in a three-way timeshare here.
77:17He had nine carries. And he gets a late touchdown.
77:21It was absurd. Technically, he was third on the team in running back snapshare.
77:25This is not a good game for Amari and Hampton.
77:28I think that's the point here. It was also not a good game for Kalief Raymond.
77:33It is. The way you said that was so funny.
77:36Why? What did I say? Because I sat him for Kalief Raymond.
77:40Yeah, it was a mistake. It was a mistake.
77:43That didn't work out. And it wouldn't have worked out even if Hampton didn't score the late touchdown.
77:49He did have a number. Like, last week, he had one nice run where he created yards.
77:54This week, he had more than one. So that was good.
77:57So good for him. But the Chargers like this three-headed backfield.
78:01And Harbaugh said as much after the game. Vidal actually started the game.
78:05And he played a lot on passing downs. It's – I don't know.
78:09I don't think you can feel great about any Chargers running back.
78:13And you sure as hell can't look at Amari and Hampton and say, oh, yeah, that's a top 15 fantasy runner.
78:20There's just no way. And this whole – the offensive line continues to be a mess.
78:25The whole team continues to be a mess. Two of the worst interceptions you'll ever see were thrown by Justin Herbert today.
78:32I will – I think Herbert does deserve credit, by the way, for taking a big shot to his ribs and staying in the game.
78:39So he might not be able to read safeties and linebackers, but he sure is tough.
78:44We've reached the point of Dave literally wanting to give Justin Herbert a participation trophy.
78:49Give him credit for participating. Well, I mean, he can't participate in fantasy lineups, so at least we can give him credit for participating in an NFL game.
78:58What are some of the worst interceptions you've ever seen?
79:01Jameis Winston. Max Brosmer against the Seahawks. Max Brosmer has won.
79:05But how about Justin Herbert like literally throwing it to a linebacker?
79:08He didn't move. Didn't move. I told him the linebacker shouldn't have – was that Ernest Jones?
79:14He had no business being there. That was not nice.
79:17And then the first play of the game was an interception.
79:20Just – there have been so many confounding interceptions from a guy who's supposed to be like a super-tier franchise QB.
79:27And he's making reads that like even like a competent high school quarterback would not make.
79:32Okay. Maybe they'll get him Jeremiah Smith. There you go.
79:35Well, that is it for tonight's show. The Seahawks are the Seahawks, by the way.
79:40We talked about Emmanuel Wilson and bad game by his standards for Jackson Smith and Jigba.
79:45He is no Zay Flowers. JSN or Zay-SN rest of season?
79:49JSN. JSN. Jackson. Like when do the Chargers get a win?
79:52Next year. No. Next year. Denver next week? They could beat Denver.
79:56Denver's defense has – What in the world makes you think that?
80:00Because they might be able to hold them to field goals.
80:03Denver – Neither of these teams can run the ball really well.
80:07You consider like winning a game a win or like when they fire him, I mean Daniel will win.
80:13Well, Denver's our next best chance because then it's the Chiefs, a bye, and then the Rams.
80:18I'm telling you, based on what Heath has done, they're going to go 2-0 against the Chiefs and lose to everybody else.
80:25That's fine. Perfectly fine. Chiefs go 15-2, Chargers go at 2-15.
80:29It's fine. Week 18, they're at Denver. Someone sent me a text with a graphic that said, this is the first time
80:36the Giants have been in first place in the NFC East since 2015.
80:40That can't be right. Do you know the current first place teams?
80:43Maybe this late in the season. Yeah, who are they?
80:47The one on this. Okay. Current first place teams, the Giants, the undefeated Vikings, the Panthers, Saints, and Falcons are all tied
80:54for first, but the Panthers are winning right now, so I think they're technically in first.
80:59Two of them played to the morning. Yeah. The undefeated 49ers, not the Rams or Seahawks.
81:04Yeah. And then the Bills, the Browns, the Jags.
81:07Wait, aren't the Browns tied for first? I guess, yeah, they're tied with the Baltimore, yeah.
81:12Yeah, okay. But the Browns are listed in first, so they must have strength of schedule.
81:17And then the only undefeated team in the AFC.
81:19The Chiefs. If only their defense were as good as Jacksonville's.
81:23That's true. All right. Denver's tough. When the Chiefs have to play them, I'm sure it'll be harder.
81:29Denver without two. So Denver Chargers next week could be Denver without their two cornerbacks and the Chargers without their two tackles.
81:36That'll be interesting. And the rest of their offensive line.
81:39We will be back tomorrow with Beyond the Box Score to break some more stuff down.
81:44Thanks for watching, listening to Fantasy Football Today. We'll see you.
81:47Podcasts. It was a gruesome discovery off a dirt road in Georgia.
81:51Hunters had found a body. Was it immediately clear to you that this woman had been murdered?
81:56Yes. But who was this mystery woman in the woods?
82:00That looks like Mindy. I'm Erin Moriarty. I'm Erin Moriarty.
82:03And from 48 hours, this is The Woman in the Woods.
82:06I have never wanted to be wrong like this in my whole entire life.
