A.J. Brown

NegativeRole45:35

Return status impacts flex start/sit decisions; if A.J. Brown returns to Giants, it would shift preference from Romeo Dobbs to Alvin Kamara in flex matchups, suggesting his presence significantly alters offensive role distribution.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

NegativeRole6:40

Kamara is the Saints' fourth-quarter back when the team falls behind in game script; he was the only running back to get snaps in the fourth quarter against the Giants. His role is highly dependent on negative game script.

Insight page
NegativeProjection6:53

Jake ranks Kamara in the mid-30s alongside Kendra Miller, only because of bye weeks and injuries; otherwise would rank him lower. The unpredictability of the Saints' backfield usage makes him a risky start.

Insight page
NegativeProjection7:01

In a start/sit flex decision against Romeo Dobbs, the speaker chooses Kamara but acknowledges severe inefficiency: he had negative receiving yards last week and is averaging fewer yards per reception than 27 running backs average yards per carry. The speaker hopes for a PPR-friendly game with seven catches for 31 yards, illustrating how low the floor has become.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup45:05

In flex start/sit debate against Romeo Dobbs; speaker leans toward Dobbs due to Saints backfield concerns with Kamara and Miller sharing carries; preference for Kamara would increase if A.J. Brown returns to Giants offense.

Insight page

Blake Corum

PositiveMatchup36:00

Preferred play this week against Cardinals with Rams as heavy favorites; showed impressive burst and speed on one play in second half, taking off immediately when receiving the ball similar to Jameer Gibbs; good option when Rams are heavy favorites.

Insight page

Brian Robinson

PositiveProjection7:01

Jake prefers Brian Robinson against the Bears over the uncertainty of Kendra Miller or Alvin Kamara in the Saints' unpredictable backfield, citing Robinson's more reliable offensive production and touchdown upside.

Insight page
PositiveValue7:34

Consensus ranks Robinson at RB34, only one spot behind Kendra Miller (RB33), placing them in the same tier. Fitz moved Robinson ahead of Miller after Jake's argument, ranking Robinson at RB30 and Miller at RB31.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveMatchup42:30

Jake Ciely references Brock Bowers' recent strong performance against the Saints defense as evidence that the Saints are vulnerable to high-volume tight ends, suggesting Isaiah Likely could replicate that success if he receives similar target volume.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup42:49

Recent strong performance against Saints defense demonstrates that tight ends can exploit this matchup; Bowers' production cited as evidence that volume-based tight end plays are viable against New Orleans.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeRole11:34

Return status uncertain for Week 6; if activated, expected to improve the fantasy outlook for multiple Bears receivers including Luther Burden, Colston Loveland, and Romo Dunze.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveRole48:49

Lamb is already practicing in full, which supports the case for starting Dak Prescott over Jordan Love in Sunday Night Football.

Insight page
NegativeInjury49:05

CeeDee Lamb was already practicing in full, supporting Jake's preference for Dak Prescott in the QB start/sit debate. Lamb's full participation suggests health status is not a concern heading into Week 6.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

NegativeRole11:34

Mentioned as potentially becoming relevant again with Caleb Williams' return to the Bears; speaker notes this is a possibility but emphasizes Romo Dunze as the more targeted play for Week 6.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury3:29

Moore is expected to be out again with a shoulder issue, which significantly impacts the flex decision between Keon Coleman and Kamani Vidal. The speaker notes that if Moore surprisingly plays, it would change the entire evaluation, but given it's a four o'clock game, most people won't wait to confirm his status.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

PositiveProjection48:55

In a Sunday Night Football start/sit decision against Jordan Love, Prescott is favored despite both being ranked back-to-back and facing each other. The speaker trusts Prescott slightly more than Love, citing CeeDee Lamb already practicing in full as supporting evidence.

Insight page
NegativeProjection49:02

Dak Prescott has accumulated 300+ passing yards in recent games but touchdowns have lagged expectations; he's thrown 40+ passes in three straight games yet remains touchdown-deficient. Jake notes yards and completions are strong but touchdowns haven't materialized, creating concern despite volume. Ranked slightly below Jordan Love in start/sit debate despite facing same opponent.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

NegativeRole44:57

Example cited in broader discussion about tight end roster management; speaker advises against rostering multiple mid-tier tight ends (Kincaid and Juwan Johnson together) due to decision fatigue and tendency to chase production week-to-week.

Insight page

Darius Cooper

PositiveInjury51:48

Darius Cooper is out, which Jake cites as a reason to favor Dallas Goddard in red zone opportunities. Cooper's absence increases target volume and red zone work for other Eagles receivers.

Insight page

Darnell Washington

NegativeRole3:53

Darnell Washington could be prominently involved in the Steelers offense in Week 6 as the team plays heavy 12 personnel with multiple receivers injured.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeMatchup42:06

Michael Pittman prefers Denzel Boston (WR20 in consensus rankings) over Isaiah Likely in flex this week; Saints defense has been poor, and with Casey Concepcion likely out, Boston should see elevated target volume, though Kyle Hamilton's potential focus on Harold Fannin is a minor concern.

Insight page
PositiveValue42:30

Jake Ciely has Denzel Boston barely ahead of Isaiah Likely in rankings, nearly back-to-back; Boston is ranked WR20 in consensus and represents close value against a top-5 tight end, with Saints defense vulnerable to pass catchers.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveInjury51:48

Devonta Smith is out, which Jake cites as a reason to favor Dallas Goddard in red zone opportunities. Smith's absence increases target volume and red zone work for other Eagles receivers.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

NegativeRole3:21

DK Metcalf is one of only three healthy receivers for the Steelers in Week 6 alongside Jeremy Bernard and Brandon Smith, with multiple other receivers sidelined by injury.

Insight page
NegativeProjection4:00

Has struggled to have any consistency this year. The speaker notes that while Metcalf is 'actually pretty good' in a specific way, there has been a tendency to fade him. However, he demonstrated resilience against Cleveland by being motioned into the slot for favorable matchups and going over 100 yards despite concerns about being locked up by Denzel Ward.

Insight page

Emeka Egbuka

PositiveMatchup33:00

Faces Steelers defense, which is not an easy matchup; had 51 receiving yards in two starts with Jalen Daniels, averaging 6.4 yards per catch and 3.9 yards per target; one start was against easy Cowboys matchup, other against tough Steelers; six catches for 38 yards last week despite touchdown run.

Insight page

Harold Fannin

NegativeRole42:06

Michael Pittman notes Harold Fannin as a secondary option in the Saints tight end picture; with Casey Concepcion likely out, Kyle Hamilton may focus coverage on Fannin, potentially limiting his upside relative to Denzel Boston.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup51:18

Fitz ranks Harold Fanning Jr. over Dallas Goddard in a tight end start/sit debate, citing Fanning has 'more juice, by a power of 10.' However, Fitz expresses concern that Fanning will run into Kyle Hamilton frequently this week, which could limit upside despite the preference.

Insight page

Isaiah Bond

NegativeUsage43:03

Expected to get involved again in upcoming game; speaker notes he should have had another reception in recent performance, suggesting consistent target opportunity despite inconsistent results.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

NegativeProjection41:32

Isaiah Likely ranked inside top five at tight end for Week 6 in consensus rankings; Michael Pittman notes the Giants passing game has become polarized around Likely and Jalin Hyatt, but prefers Denzel Boston in this flex matchup despite Likely's strong season.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveMatchup28:00

Faces Eagles defense that has been crushed by slot receivers; Eagles are a slot funnel defense with 63% of fantasy points scored by receivers against them coming from slot guys; slot corner Cooper DeGene having an uncharacteristically bad season.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeUsage4:02

Jalen Warren is expected to see a bunch of targets for the Steelers in Week 6 as the team leans into 12 personnel with multiple receivers injured.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeInjury40:04

Multiple injury concerns (ankle, knee, hip, soreness) create floor uncertainty this week; Michael Pittman expresses caution about trusting his availability and workload given Tyler Algier's involvement in the backfield, though he remains bullish on Love's potential for the second half if fully healthy.

Insight page
NegativeValue41:19

Ranked at his lowest point of the season by Michael Pittman due to injury uncertainty and Tyler Algier's workload share; while generally bullish on Love, Pittman prefers Matthew Golden in flex this week and notes Love's ranking has declined from prior weeks.

Insight page

Jordan Love

NegativeProjection48:39

Love is ranked back-to-back with Dak Prescott in consensus rankings and faces him in Sunday Night Football, but is passed over in favor of Prescott in a start/sit decision.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup49:02

Love faces the Cowboys pass defense ranked dead last in DVOA, dead last in EPA per pass, and dead last in opponent passer rating (120). Fitz ranks Love higher than Dak Prescott this week, noting Love's consistency in touchdown production (2 in every game this season) despite volatile yardage (over 300, under 200 pattern). Love is favored over Prescott in a close start/sit debate.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveProjection33:00

Preferred over Emeka Egbuka despite recent quiet weeks (3 for 16 vs Commanders, 3 for 47 vs Steelers); peripherals are encouraging with 85.3% route participation, 29.4% air yard share, and 11.1 yard average depth of target (well above career norms); expected to get on track soon, possibly this week against Titans who give up 17.4 PPR points per game to slot receivers.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

NegativeRole44:57

Example cited in broader discussion about tight end roster management; speaker advises against rostering multiple mid-tier tight ends (Johnson and Dalton Kincaid together) due to decision fatigue and tendency to chase production week-to-week.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

NegativeProjection35:30

Ranked lower than Damian Pierce with lower projected workload; not preferred in start-sit decision.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeProjection6:10

Ranked as consensus RB32 this week against the Giants. The speaker (Jake) is not interested in starting him, noting that the decision hinges on whether the Saints remain in contention or are leading throughout the game.

Insight page
NegativeRole6:26

Miller's snap share is highly game-script dependent; he received work in the first two quarters but CJ Dollison was involved throughout, and Alvin Kamara was the only running back to get snaps in the fourth quarter when the Saints fell behind. This volatility makes him risky despite the touchdown.

Insight page
NegativeProjection6:53

Jake ranks Miller in the mid-30s (RB33 in consensus) only because of bye weeks and injuries; otherwise would rank him lower. He prefers Brian Robinson against the Bears over the uncertainty of Miller or Kamara in the Saints' unpredictable backfield.

Insight page
NegativeValue8:00

Fitz ranks Miller at RB31, just behind Brian Robinson. The Saints' offensive line is compromised without Calvin Banks and has been ineffective in the running game regardless of back; Miller adds little as a pass catcher, and the Giants are no longer the soft matchup they were last year.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

PositiveMatchup47:36

Coleman is favored over Kamani Vidal in a flex decision, particularly because DJ Moore is expected to be out again with a shoulder issue. Coleman went over 100 yards with a touchdown in week four and had a touchdown in week five despite only one catch; the speaker is not alarmed by limited volume last week given Josh Allen threw only 19 passes in a weird game script. The Raiders have shown big-play vulnerability against leading receivers (Caleb Douglas 5/94, Trey Harris 9/107, Alave 5/11, Tyquan Thornton 3/91), supporting Coleman's upside.

Insight page

Kimani Vidal

NegativeRole47:44

Vidal is passed over in favor of Keon Coleman in a flex decision, described as being in a three-way backfield on a terrible offense, which limits his appeal despite having a nice run last week.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeProjection49:22

Lamar Jackson is ranked between Dak Prescott and Jordan Love in the QB start/sit debate, with Fitz noting he has Lamar in the rankings as of the time of discussion. Lamar is inside the top 8 for Jake's rankings.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveRole11:34

Mentioned as potentially relevant again with Caleb Williams' return; speaker expects people to be bullish on Burden but emphasizes Romo Dunze as the more specific matchup play against Atlanta's weakness to outside receivers.

Insight page
NegativeProjection28:00

Hasn't had more than 63 yards in a game this season; only one touchdown; hasn't produced despite consistent usage in Bears passing game; preseason hype hasn't materialized due to quarterback health and production issues.

Insight page
PositiveProjection30:00

Expected to rank around top 20 most weeks going forward; Caleb Williams returning should help; Bears offense improving with better offensive line over past two games; schedule improves after Seattle (Patriots, then Tampa Bay, Saints, Lions, Jaguars, Dolphins, Bills, Packers, Lions); Michael Pittman wants pieces of Bears offense for rest of season if can get through Seattle and reach Tampa Bay bye.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeMatchup42:45

Start/sit debate against Ravens; slight edge given to Boston over Andrews in a tight end comparison, primarily due to volume considerations and the Saints' recent vulnerability to tight ends (Brock Bowers had strong production against them).

Insight page
NegativeProjection46:16

Andrews is back-to-back with Alvin Kamara in consensus rankings but came off an all-time bad game on Sunday Night Football against the Falcons, creating a difficult start/sit decision.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeProjection21:30

Ranked as mid-RB2 in consensus (around 20-23 range), which is too high given committee usage and poor efficiency; if shooting for ceiling, Lloyd has upside with touchdown potential, but volume-based approach favors Marks.

Insight page
NegativeUsage21:30

In a committee backfield with Pierre Strong and Caleb Johnson; only 10 carries for 31 yards last week (not a good game despite two TDs); 2.8 yards per carry this season behind a bad offensive line; touchdown-dependent for fantasy value.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveProjection40:00

Ranked higher than Jeremiah Love in flex rankings; Michael Pittman has a gap favoring Golden over Love, preferring guaranteed touches of a wide receiver over Love's floor concerns.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout40:51

Michael Pittman highlights Matthew Golden as overlooked at breakout; Golden is executing at the level expected from his college tape, and the Packers are the only receiver duo (both 21%+ target share) without missed time for either player, with both ranked top 12 in scoring.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup41:08

Michael Pittman prefers Matthew Golden over Jeremiah Love in flex this week; Dallas pass defense has been extremely vulnerable ('as flammable as oily rags this season'), making Golden an attractive start against a weak secondary.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

NegativeInjury0:51

Michael Pittman is on injured reserve with a foot injury, creating significant receiver depth concerns for the Steelers in Week 6.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

PositiveMatchup45:05

Preferred over Alvin Kamara in flex start/sit debate; speaker chooses Dobbs despite acknowledging preference would shift to Kamara if A.J. Brown returns to Giants; Dobbs' current role makes him the safer flex play.

Insight page
NegativeUsage45:41

Dobbs has only had one game with more than three catches this year, and this assessment holds even without A.J. Brown having been out most of the season. The speaker notes he's averaging fewer yards per reception than 27 running backs average yards per carry, illustrating severely limited receiving production.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

PositiveMatchup19:59

Preferred over Jaylen Crosby Merritt in the Niners-Commanders matchup; better positioned to capitalize if the Niners dominate the game.

Insight page

Wan'Dale Robinson

PositiveMatchup38:00

Faces Colts defense that is getting creamed by slot receivers; Colts give up 64.6% of wide receiver production to slot receivers (only Eagles higher at slot funnel defense); Colts allowing 118 yards per game to slot receivers; better matchup than Wicks despite Titans passing game concerns.

Insight page

Woody Marks

PositiveRole21:00

Gets the opportunity to be the starter for the Texans with David Montgomery out; should command 80-90% of backfield touches; looks better than last year with improved metrics including more explosive plays and higher yards per touch despite similar YPC (3.5 vs 3.6 last year); Texans offense is healthier with improved offensive line and CJ Stroud playing well.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup21:00

Faces the Jaguars, who are #1 in DVOA against the run, allowing only 42 rushing yards per game and 2.5 yards per carry to running backs this season; tough matchup despite backfield volume; historically, only Jonathan Taylor (74, 70 yards on 21 carries) and Woody Marks himself (63 yards with TD) have exceeded 63 yards against Jacksonville since week one of last year.

0:03Yeah, just, I don't know man, this team is special.
0:06I'm pretty excited about that. But hey, we have a week of football too.
0:10That's also exciting. Yeah, Jake, that wrestling analogy is definitely lost on me.
0:14I'm excited for Fitz about the Brewers. Does that analogy make sense to you?
0:18It does. And also like really, I mean honestly, you could also take another Undertaker and the Street Bean, another Brock Lesnar one for you there.
0:26So like, it's just, it's, it's nice to see.
0:29Like I think everybody that's not in LA is pretty much like blank the Dodgers.
0:33So I think this is basically happiness across the country except for one specific part of it.
0:38I have always had a soft spot for the, for me, for the Brewers, not the Dodgers, for the Brewers anyway.
0:45So them going up against the hated Dodgers just makes it all the easier to, to be rooting for them.
0:51So happy for your Fitz. Hopefully they can finish it off.
0:54And I don't even hate the Dodgers. I mean, I totally hat tip to them, but yeah, obviously no one likes the team with the giant payroll.
1:02Yeah. I don't know if I want to be on your side.
1:06If you're going to sit here and say, I don't hate the Dodgers.
1:09That's a, that's a tough one to swallow. Let's get to the football here.
1:14A reminder for everybody. All of our weekly consensus rankings and tiers can be found at fantasypros.com slash rankings.
1:19We'll start as you always do with some of the most popular waiver ads of the week and ask if you guys
1:26are willing to start them this week. Not as many super obvious names.
1:30I felt like that, you know, you would want to come on and, you know, sort of pound the table for starting this week.
1:37We'll see what you guys think and sort of compare it to the consensus rankings fits.
1:42I'll start with you with the wide receiver here.
1:44Jeremy Bernard of the Steelers. Are you interested in starting him this week with all the injuries in that receiver room in Pittsburgh?
1:51I am, especially in a 14 by week with Michael Pittman on injured reserve with his foot injury.
1:57Roman else Wilson out with a finger injury. Ben Skoranek out with a calf injury.
2:01DK Metcalf, Jeremy Bernard, and I think Brandon Smith are the only healthy receivers.
2:05The Steelers haven't. Smith just got called up from the practice squad.
2:09Notorious rookie hater Aaron Rodgers has reportedly been really impressed with how firm a grasp Bernard has on the Steelers offense.
2:15And the Steelers are up against a pass funnel Buccaneers defense.
2:18Teams are throwing on the Buccaneers about 61% of the time.
2:22That's the seventh highest rate in the league. I think Bernard has a solid outlook.
2:26Look, I'm just, I'm not quite ready to put him in the top 25 or even 30 at receiver because, you know,
2:33tight ends, Pat Fryermuth, Darnell Washington could be prominently involved.
2:36The Steelers play a lot of 12 personnel. You think they're probably going to lean into that with all the receivers hurt.
2:42And Jalen Warren is going to see a bunch of targets.
2:45So I'm not sure Bernard goes out and has a 12 target game, but I think he's a wide receiver three flex
2:52play for sure in a 14 bye week. He's just outside the top 30.
2:56He's at wide receiver 32 in consensus rankings right now.
2:59Is that close to where you have him fit?
3:02So you said you can't quite get to 30.
3:05So is that similar range for you? I think I'm a little behind on that.
3:09Yeah, it's just, it's mainly that I've probably got some guys, injured guys in my rankings that other people don't have.
3:15So I think I've got Bernard at like 35.
3:18Jake, where are you ranking Bernard this week? He's just right by the top 30.
3:22I'm a little bit more happy to be on Jeremy Bernard than Fitz is.
3:27And he'll actually be pushing a top 25 once.
3:29Assumingly we have no Rasheed Rice, no DJ Moore, no AJ Brown, no Devonta Smith, because all four of them are in my ranks right now.
3:37It sounds like AJ Brown might be the most likely of those four.
3:41But that being said, if I took out all four, we're now pushing like 26 ish, mostly because it's like the Aaron Rodgers.
3:48Yeah, we're the rookie hater, whatever. But this is now two weeks in a row.
3:52He's been comfortable going to him, including last week that Roman Wilson dislocated his finger and he led the team with 30% of the team targets.
4:00And he's just comfortable because he's doing like if you took the Rodgers, like he hates rookies and Rodgers being Rodgers, whatever.
4:07Take the Mike McCarthy offense. And this was the real appeal that I went into this season.
4:12I was like why Bernard might be a sleeper is because three wide for one, but also the type of wide receivers
4:18that have usually benefited from the McCarthy offense are more of the Bernard type than the DK Metcalf types.
4:24Not that DK can't do things, but you've seen it like DK struggled to have any consistency this year.
4:30So I think Bernard is – I would not be shocked.
4:33Like let's say we never get Roman Wilson back, which I know he will be, but like we never get Michael Pittman back.
4:40Like if he was the number two, if you told me today Jeremy Bernard is the number two for the rest of
4:46the season, I think there's a 50-50 chance he had more fantasy value than DK Metcalf for the rest of the year.
4:53And that's why I'm in on him. Do you agree with that sentiment, Fitz?
4:57Yeah, I could see that. Although I do think there has been a sort of – I don't know.
5:03Everyone seems eager to fade DK Metcalf, and I think sometimes we forget that he's actually pretty good.
5:08In a specific sort of way, he's pretty good.
5:11But everyone was ready to write him off in that game against Cleveland because he was going to get locked up by
5:17Denzel Ward while they – Mike McCarthy had the good sense to motion him into the slot a couple of times, and
5:24he got some favorable matchups who wound up going over 100 yards.
5:27So, yeah, I mean there – I would say there would be a chance that Bernard could do that.
5:33We'll see. I mean there's a lot to – I think Bernard was a pretty pro-ready prospect at Alabama.
5:39Like there were a lot of testimonies to his character at Alabama and what a team leader he was.
5:44It just seems like he's got his act together, and you kind of need to to play for Aaron Rodgers as a rookie.
5:51But, you know, we were joking in a show yesterday, like Jeremy Bernard could run a route and be five blades of
5:58grass away from where he's supposed to be this week, and all of a sudden Aaron Rodgers ignores him for two and a half quarters.
6:05So, we'll see. I'm excited to see what he does this week in an expanded opportunity.
6:10A couple of running backs here to talk about.
6:13Jeremy Bernard is wide receiver 32 this week. Running back 32 this week in consensus is Kendra Miller, who was another popular pickup here.
6:20Jake, I'll start with you on this one. Are you interested in starting Kendra Miller against the Giants this week?
6:26Fitz knows where I'm going with this. Nope. We talked about him on the waiver column – or waiver show.
6:32And really it just comes down to if you told me that the Saints were in contention this entire game or even
6:38potentially leading, then yes, I would be. But this is what I went back to when we talked about on the waiver show.
6:45Kendra Miller through the first three quarters, actually mostly the first two quarters, good amount of work.
6:50He got the touchdown. Wasn't super effective running the ball, but he got the touchdown.
6:55But CJ Dollison was involved the entire time. And then the fourth quarter, the only running back in the fourth quarter to
7:01get snaps, not just touches, snaps, was Alvin Kamara once they were down.
7:05So, that's really what it comes down to is if you could actually 100% predict the game script, you could tell me Kendra Miller or Alvin Kamara.
7:13I have them very close together in the mid-30s, and that's only because there are four teams on the bye and the injuries we're dealing with.
7:21Otherwise, I'd want to give them a lower. But I have them in the range of like Brian – I'd play Brian
7:28Robinson against the Bears versus trying to risk either one of those because I know I have the chance that that offense
7:34continues to produce, especially against the Bears, and you get a touchdown for Brian Robinson versus trying to figure out if it's going to be Miller or Kamara.
7:42That being said, like, you know, it was kind of tongue-in-cheekish.
7:46If you're in the 30s and you're desperate, he's still in the 30s.
7:50He's not in the 40s where, like, people in the 40s, I'm not starting.
7:54Kendra Miller, in consensus, is actually only one spot ahead of Brian Robinson, to give context for the viewers.
7:59There you go. He's RB33. Same bucket. Yeah. Fitz, what do you think about Miller?
8:04Where are you ranking him? Yeah, I'm going to agree with Jake and put him right behind Brian Robinson.
8:10I had him ahead of Brian Robinson. Jake has talked me into moving him below.
8:14So RB31. And it's just the Saints' offensive line is in kind of a bad way without Calvin Banks.
8:20Like, they've just been not very good the last couple of weeks.
8:23Saints really just generally cannot get anything going in the running game, no matter who they put back there.
8:29And Kendra Miller doesn't add much as a pass catcher.
8:32And the Giants used to be sort of a come one, come all matchup for running backs last year.
8:38Not really anymore. They're in the vicinity of average.
8:40So I'm not that interested in starting Kendra. One more waiver ad here.
8:44Actually ranked a couple of spots higher than Kendra Miller is Damian Pierce.
8:48Fitz, next man up for the Eagles. Are you interested in their RB4 here this week against the Panthers?
8:54Even less interested in starting Pierce than I am in Kendra Miller.
8:57I mean, the once mighty Philadelphia offensive line ranks 30th in adjusted line yards, the run blocking metric.
9:03They're starting two rookies on the offensive line. Pierce had a pretty good year for the Texans as a rookie in 2022.
9:09But since 2023, he's averaged 3.6 yards per carry.
9:12And now he's pretty much achieved journeyman status, bouncing around to different teams as a hired gun.
9:17I just I don't think it's going to be pretty for the Eagles running game this week.
9:22I think you're hoping for 50 yards and maybe a touchdown.
9:25And I think your odds of getting either are pretty remote.
9:29Jake, what do you think? Not too dissimilar, but I am in the 20s at least because he's getting the vast majority of the work.
9:36It's really what it's like not 20 like he's mid low 20s.
9:40It's just I'd start him over both Saints guys.
9:42I start him over all of the Chargers. And it's not a testament to be like, oh, my gosh, Damian Pierce is so good.
9:49And the Panthers run defense is so bad because the Panthers are about middle of the pack.
9:55If you talk about matchups. But, you know, versus split backfields and questionable situations and all that type of stuff.
10:00That's the only reason why is because as Fitz said, like this is the lesser version of Braylon Allen.
10:06We expect 80 plus percent of the touches, but it's not going to be as efficient.
10:11But that 80 percent like what he marks last year, what he marks for the Texans last year, I think, is the
10:17better comparison because he got 18 touches a game and he was still barely hanging on to RB to value.
10:23And I think that's what we're hoping for with Damian Pierce.
10:27Do we think the Eagles are going to activate Jaden Blue from their practice squad?
10:31I don't care if they do, in my opinion.
10:34Like, I just I don't like I'm not you think it's going to be like vast majority of touches for Pierce either way.
10:41Like I do get a Carson Steele surprise or like I mean, I mean, shocked, you know, like, no, I would be shocked if either one of them.
10:49But I mean, this is they've had opportunities before.
10:52And like, I think the Jaden Blue thing is just we need to stop.
10:56Not you, but like stop from the preview. The Cowboys and everything is Jaden Blue, Jaden Blue.
11:01Like he's had so many opportunities to be activated and get touches and nobody wants to give it to him.
11:07Like that's kind of telling. Right. I agree. I mean, if the Eagles are this down to the felt at running back
11:14and are not willing to activate Jaden Blue, that's probably not a good indicator.
11:18Testament for their career. Jaden Blue's future success. Yeah.
11:20All right. Let's get to our plant your flag guys.
11:23You guys each have a player that you have a lot of conviction in and are really wanting to plant your flag
11:30on for week six relative to their ranking. Jake, I'll start with you.
11:34Who's your plant your flag guy? I want to make this caveat that I do know Caleb Williams is coming back, question
11:40mark, because if so, I like I know a lot of people are gonna be like, yeah, Luther Burden.
11:46And maybe we can get Colston Loveland back to being relevant.
11:49But I'm actually going Romo Dunze. And it really comes down to the Atlanta defense has been pretty good this year.
11:56But the one area that you really take advantage of is outside wide receivers for big plays, especially.
12:01That's something that they've given up a lot, including just last week.
12:05So if you're looking for who's going to take the advantage here, yeah, it could still be a burden.
12:10But this is a Dunzey type game where we're attacking the matchup specifically.
12:14So I think Caleb Williams being back, I think people should be on board with all three of them.
12:20But I think more on board than people mostly are with a Dunzey.
12:24And I know you're about to ask the question.
12:26So I'm going to go look where do I have a Dunzey rank compared to everybody else?
12:31I got to go find him because where is a Dunzey?
12:35Here's a just control F him. He is. What is he in consensus?
12:39He is 26. Actually, I'm actually pretty close in consensus.
12:41I guess a lot of people are on a Dunzey this week.
12:45So good. Good job. There you go. You don't have to be that far ahead for to be a viable choice here in the player flag section.
12:53But yes, he's wide receiver 26. I wouldn't expect him to be that high in the ranks.
12:58I'm actually surprised. Where are you ranking him, Fitz?
13:0123. There you go. He's got you beat. Yeah.
13:04I mean, he's not having a good season though so far.
13:07Like, I don't think there's any contention that he has played well to this point.
13:11But I am hoping the return of Caleb can get him going.
13:15Like, I do think he's a good player overall.
13:18It's just I feel like he's got a case of the yips right now.
13:22But I don't know. We'll see. I hope for the Bears sake they get Caleb back this week.
13:27Yeah. Seems like he practiced in full on Wednesday, right?
13:30So it seems like that would be trending in that direction.
13:33Is that I think that's what I saw earlier when I was looking or an estimated full practice, something like that.
13:40Ben Johnson likes to play games at quarterback. Fair.
13:42Very fair. Fitz, who are you planting your flag on?
13:45Yeah. Travis Kelsey. The my time is now old man, Jeff.
13:49Like, no, the old man's time is now. It's he's at a bye week to rest those old bones.
13:54And now he gets a Chargers defense that's probably going to be without safety Derwin James.
13:59And she's probably aren't going to have her. She rice who wasn't practicing on Wednesday with his hamstring issue.
14:05When you come off a bye and aren't practicing on Wednesday, you're probably not playing.
14:09So only six targets for Kelsey over the Chiefs last two games.
14:13I think he sees at least eight targets this week against the Chargers and has a good day.
14:18Where is he ranked for you, Jake? Kelsey has consistently been inside the top 10 since he's been.
14:23He's at eight. I'm actually one behind consensus. That's only because I have Dallas Goddard in front of him.
14:29Yeah. Tight end seven in consensus. Fitz, do you feel like when you're ranking your tight ends week to week, like is
14:36Kelsey just somebody who's an auto, like in that back half of the top 10 spot for you?
14:41Or are you trying to pay close attention to the matchups and, you know, what everybody else and the health of the
14:48guys in the receiver room and everything? Or is he kind of solidified just right there week to week for you?
14:54Yeah. More of a mid-range wide receiver one for me.
14:57So more like consistently six, seven. Yeah. Yeah. There's a, like I said, he's seventh this week.
15:02So, so right in that range for you here.
15:05All right. Before we get to the next segment, I need to tell you about this new prediction market called Polymarket.
15:11It's a stock exchange for sports buying in and selling out on your terms.

15:26They're giving you a free $25 on your first trade when you deposit just $10.
15:31And now they've launched a new feature squads, a group chat where you can see what everyone is trading on.

15:40That's FPPOD to get $25 free after you deposit just $10.
15:44By Monday night, the advice is in, your lineups are locked, and all you can do is watch.
15:49Maybe you're protecting a one point lead. Maybe you need 12 out of your flex.
15:54Or maybe your opponent has one kicker left and now every field goal attempt feels personal.
15:58Make one part of the night perfect. Get DiGiorno pizza ready for kickoff.
16:02Then settle in, enjoy restaurant quality pizza from your own oven, and stay locked into the matchup through the final snap.
16:08You don't want to step away when one target, one touchdown, or one unnecessary point can decide your week.
16:14Buy DiGiorno pizza on the weekend run so you at least know Monday night dinner is covered.
16:19Rankings can guide you. Waivers can save you. But once the game starts, fantasy brings the chaos.
16:24Dinner doesn't have to. It's not delivery. It's DiGiorno.

16:48Ivan Mike Tyson. Well, your mobile plan is punching you in the mouth with prices that can knock you out.
16:54But you can switch to boost with a plan that's $25 a month forever.
16:59Boost Mobile. What's your plan? Let's get into our start sit player debates, guys.
17:03We'll start, as always, with our running backs. A couple of names for you here.
17:07Ja'Cory Krosky-Merritt, who we do end up talking about a lot.
17:10He's just often kind of ranked in this range of you got to make that type of decision.
17:16Or Tony Pollard. So Bill Krosky-Merritt or Tony Pollard.
17:18Fitz, who do you prefer this week? Pollard. Since week two, Pollard has averaged 17 touches a game.
17:24And he is up against a Colts defense that ranks 31st in DVOA against the run and 32nd in EPA per play against the run.
17:31Pollard's only had six catches this season, but maybe he can do some damage as a receiver.
17:36The Colts have given up more receiving yards to running backs than any other defense.
17:41I don't think Bill is a terrible start. I'm a little nervous about his usage.
17:45He did have a season-high 82 rushing yards against the Giants last week, but only had 11 carries.
17:51And he had a season-low 35.5% snap share. Rashad White was back last week after missing a game with a shoulder injury.
17:57And Austin Eckler was in the mix, too. I just worry this is turning into a committee.
18:02You said it pretty quickly, Fitz. Do you have a wide gap in between these guys, or is it closer and you
18:09just happen to know that you like Pollard more?
18:12They're only two spots apart in ECR. Pollard running back 20, Krosky Merritt running back 23.
18:16Okay, so just a slightly larger gap than it is in ECR.
18:20They're 22 and 24 in ECR, so they're actually a little behind your ranking in both those guys' regards.
18:26Jake, how are you seeing this one? Do you have a wide gap between these two, or do you see it as close as well?
18:33I actually have one at 24, but the other's at 27.
18:36And I'm going for Pollard over Krosky Merritt. And I know people are going to immediately, but stick with me, push back on this.
18:43If you take out the two rushing touchdowns for Krosky Merritt, six points, five points, five points, six points, eight points.
18:50And I know they're like, well, the touchdowns matter.
18:52And well, the touchdowns also matter for facing the 49ers who have given up two touchdowns this year, one to Kyron Williams and one to Emmanuel Wilson.
19:00And both of them took, it was, I think, 11 for 40 for Kyron and 20 for 60 for Emmanuel Wilson.
19:07So, like, do you really think Krosky Merritt's getting to the end zone against the 49ers?
19:11I don't. I've been talking about this as a full-blown committee for weeks.
19:15He had 11 carries against the Giants. And let's be honest about that.
19:19Like, you don't run, run, run on the Giants all the time.
19:23But those were two of the most worst over-pursued rushes I've seen in my life.
19:27Like, that was just so bad by the Giants pursuing them.
19:31And they did it the entire game, even going after Jayden Daniels.
19:34So, maybe the Giants are going to start being better to face against a run and start to attack them.
19:40So, I say all I have to say is, like, again, I'm not trying to take it away.
19:45It just comes down to the volume for Pollard should be a little bit higher.
19:50He gets the Colts versus getting the 49ers. And that's really what it comes down to.
19:55So, I have a three-spot gap, but I'm behind on both of them.
19:59Yeah. I kind of think the Niners might absolutely stomp the Commanders in this game.
20:03And if that happens, it feels like it certainly wouldn't be setting up well for Krosky Merritt to get into the end zone.
20:10Fitz, do you see that game playing out similarly?
20:13Yeah. Man, I'm trying to think. I might have taken the Commanders and the points in a point spread pick against the spread pool I'm in.
20:20But I didn't feel great about it. Yeah. I think I'd prefer, honestly, to lay the points with the Niners.
20:26I'd be going against you there. I just think, like, you know, Fred Warner against Jayden Daniels and just how the Niners have looked so far.
20:34And, like, the Commanders coming off of the game they had.
20:37Like, I think this could be Dan Quinn's last game coaching for Washington.
20:41It feels set up for that. So, yeah. None of that would seem to really bode well for Ja'Cory Krosky Merritt, which
20:48is why I'd probably lean Pollard here. Let's go to another running back debate.
20:52I didn't include Woody Marks in the waiver pickup section because I felt like he was a little too rostered for that.
20:59And also, I knew I wanted to include him in one of the larger debates here because he has this opportunity to be the starter for the Texans.
21:07But it's very similar to Will Shipley, not in terms of them being similar players, but in terms of, hey, you get
21:13to be the starter because the guy in front of you went down.
21:17Now you get to go fly across the pond and go face this really good Jags run defense just one week later.
21:24So, Woody Marks or Marshawn Lloyd coming off of a good game for the Packers gets the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football this week.
21:31Jake, I'll start with you here. Woody Marks or Marshawn Lloyd this week?
21:35Yeah, I have this one close before what I'm about to say.
21:38But I think that's a very generous, good game that you just threw on to Marshawn Lloyd because it was 10 for 31 with two touchdowns.
21:46Like, let's be honest. Good production. Yeah, not good.
21:49And again, getting possibly a similar defense, it is the Cowboys.
21:52So, like, everybody, you just run or pass or do whatever the hell you want on the Cowboys.
21:58But something I brought up before with the Shipley thing was I was talking about the Jaguars and I said since week
22:04one of last year, nobody's run for more than 74 yards.
22:07And it was 74 and 70 yards, both times being Jonathan Taylor on 21 carries.
22:12The next closest being 63. Guess who the next closest was?
22:15It was Woody Marks last year who got that 63.
22:18I'm not saying, oh, my gosh, Woody Marks smash him against the Jaguars.
22:22He also got into the end zone on that one.
22:25But he's 14 for 63 with a touchdown on the ground.
22:28Is that super exciting? No, especially if he doesn't get the touchdown because that's kind of the argument against Corey Krosky merit.
22:35But I just I'm not ready to buy into Lloyd in that backfield.
22:39I know Marks is going to get the vast majority of touches.
22:42Will it be Lloyd? Will it be Pierre Strong all of a sudden getting involved?
22:47Will it be Caleb Johnson getting another shot? And again, it was only 10 or 11.
22:52It was 11. Did I say it was 10 or 11?
22:55Whatever it was for 10 for 31 last week for Marshawn Lloyd.
22:58So, yeah, he can get the touchdown. But I'll say it this way.
23:02And maybe this is where Fitz is thinking, too.
23:05I don't know. If I'm shooting for ceiling, it's Lloyd.
23:08If I just want to take the points, it would be Marks.
23:11Yeah. You know, fits to that point from Jake.
23:14It really was driven by the two touchdowns. Him having a good game this week.
23:19Maybe an opportunity to do that against the Cowboys defense.
23:22Who do you prefer, Marks or Lloyd? Well, since Jake is assuring us that Woody Marks owns the Jaguars, I'm going to
23:28have to go with Woody Marks here. No, like it's a tough matchup.
23:32The Jaguars are number one in DVOA against the run.
23:35They're giving up 42 rushing yards per game to running backs and 2.5 yards per carry to running backs this season.
23:41But Marks at least has that backfield pretty much to himself.
23:45I mean, maybe Daria Ogumbawale gets a couple of targets or they bring up Jawar Jordan from the practice squad.
23:51But Marks should have like 80 to 90 percent of the backfield touches for the Texans.
23:55And Marshawn Lloyd's in a committee. He shared work with Pierre Strong last week.
23:59Caleb Johnson, he's third string now, but he's in the mix too.
24:03I know Lloyd had those two TDs, but, you know, 2.8 yards per carry this season behind a bad offensive line.
24:09I would much rather lean into the volume than shamelessly chase those two touchdowns.
24:14Where are those two guys ranked for you, Fitz?
24:16They're 20 and 21 in ECR. So they're actually right behind them at 22 is Tony Pollard from the previous debate.
24:22So is that about the right range for you or are you a little lower?
24:27Yeah, it is about the right range. I mean, I've got Woody Marks 21 and Marshawn Lloyd 23.
24:32Okay. What about you, Jake? Where are those two guys ranked?
24:3620 and 22 with Woody Marks being at 20.
24:3820 and 22. Okay, yeah. So right in that range.
24:41I mean, it does get kind of tricky at running back after the top 18 or so.
24:46Like there's, you got to find names to put somewhere.
24:49Marshawn Lloyd being an RB2 range is just bad.
24:52Comfortably RB2. I mean, he's closer to a mid-RB2 than a late RB2 in consensus.
24:56That just shows you the state of the running back position here in week six.
25:01Very much so. Yeah, it's, yeah. Because I hear those names and I think, oh yeah, those are guys that I would consider like in the flex.
25:09And instead they're being like, you know, consensusly ranked as, oh no, like pretty close to like a no doubt starter for those two.
25:16But I think given that obviously where you would have drafted these guys, I bet there are teams out there who do
25:23have to make that decision, which is why I wanted to include them.
25:27And again, I thought Marks was somebody that was important.
25:30We talked about given the opportunity. Do you guys like Marks generally speaking going forward to be pretty good in this starting role?
25:36I mean, obviously it's a tough matchup this week, Jake.
25:39Are you interested in Marks generally in the short term as long as David Montgomery is out?
25:44Or are you a little nervous just kind of generally going forward?
25:48So yes, next week, yes too. Mostly because if you just looked at this team so far and didn't know who Marks
25:55and Montgomery are, you'd be like, Marks is the better running back.
25:58But that's almost by default because of how bad David Montgomery's been.
26:02So it's not like, oh my God, Marks is such an amazing running back.
26:06He actually looks better than he does last year.
26:09And the metrics all back up the fact that he looks better and is playing better than he did last year, including
26:15rushes for 10 plus yards, more explosive plays, more yards per touch, all that type of stuff.
26:20And again, it's not world where it's like he's ranked inside the top 15 or top 20 or anything.
26:26It's just he looks a little bit better than last year, which makes it a big gap over what David Montgomery's been doing.
26:33So I definitely like him next week because it sounds like Montgomery should be out through their week eight bye.
26:39Montgomery comes back if it is week nine. I wouldn't be surprised if this is back to like a 55-45 and maybe
26:45we get Montgomery on the back half of it.
26:48But if people are needy for running backs, like I have Woody Marks on a few teams because I just kept holding on to him.
26:55I'd take advantage and potentially sell high, especially if he comes out of this game and actually has a good game against
27:02everybody knows you don't run on the Jaguars. I would be floating them in every possible trade I could think of.
27:08What do you think fits short term outlook for Woody Marks?
27:12Agree with Jake. I'm glad he said it, that Woody Marks looks better, even though I think last year he averaged 3.6 yards per carry.
27:19This year 3.5. But the eye test, he is definitely better.
27:22And I think the Texans offense is healthier. I shouldn't say healthier.
27:26That's not the right word. Better than it was last year.
27:29The offensive line has improved. Still not. I'm still not sure it's even an average offensive line, but it's better than horrendous,
27:36which is what it was last year. And CJ Stroud is playing some pretty good ball.
27:40So I don't feel terrible about Marks. I think he's going to be like a flex play going forward, maybe even after Monty gets back.
27:48Let's go to the receivers here. Jalen Coker coming off by, and he missed the game before with the injury.
27:54Seems like obviously he'll be back this week. Or Luther Burden with Caleb Williams likely returning at quarterback for the Bears, it seems like.
28:01Fitz, starting with you on this one. Luther Burden or Jalen Coker this week?
28:05Yeah, Coker. He is going against an Eagles defense that has been getting crushed by slot receivers.
28:10The Eagles have just kind of been a slot funnel defense.
28:14Slot corner Cooper DeGene is having sort of an uncharacteristically bad season.
28:17And according to Fantasy Points data, 63% of the fantasy points scored by receivers against the Philadelphia defense have been scored by slot guys so far this season.
28:25So I don't hate the outlook for Burden either.
28:28Like it seems like Caleb Williams is going to be back this week, but Burden hasn't had more than 63 yards in a game this season.
28:36He's got one touchdown. He is kind of the one guy who's been used somewhat consistently in that passing game.
28:42I just think Coker is the better outlook and has been having the better season.
28:46These guys are both inside the top 20, Fitz.
28:49They're at wide receiver 18 and wide receiver 19, respectively, in consensus.
28:53So back to back. Ranked pretty highly here, too.
28:55Similar question that I asked before. Is that about the right range for you?
28:59I have got Coker 19 and Burden 20. So yes.
29:02Yeah, yeah. So just one spot behind on each of them.
29:06Jake, what do you think about this one? Burden or Coker?
29:09Yeah, if everybody's watching, I was smiling as soon as Fitz said that.
29:13I'm surprised. I thought we might be different on this one.
29:16I am Coker over Burden, but it's super close.
29:19Here's the interesting thing is that in these games, and I say this because these both have played their opponents so far.
29:25So Burden had seven for 61 for a touchdown against the Bears.
29:29Or not against the Bears, against the Falcons. Or against the Eagles.
29:33Sorry. Against the Eagles. Burden. I'm trying to do it like they flipped each other.
29:37But yes, against the Eagles. Seven for 61 and a touchdown.
29:40Eight for 66 on the flip side against Atlanta on that.
29:44But that's where I was bringing up the fact that if you look at the bigger numbers against Atlanta, it's the outside
29:50wide receivers, which is why I was going to Adunze earlier.
29:53And this is why I agree with Fitz here is because the Coker going against the slot in the Eagles is where
30:00you really want to attack and has been super vulnerable and even more so lately.
30:04So I am with Fitz 100% on this one.
30:07It is super close, like I said, but it just comes down to like looking at these little things in the matchups
30:14and they both produce in their opposite situations because that's how the matchups play out.
30:18I want to ask sort of a similar question that I just asked with Woody Marks about sort of a longer term view here as well.
30:26Jake, Luther Burden, where are you kind of at on him?
30:29Obviously, there was so much hype in the preseason and that hasn't really panned out.
30:34His quarterback hasn't been healthy. The usage is not terrible.
30:37Just the production hasn't been there. Kind of moving forward, what range do you expect to be ranking Luther Burden most weeks?
30:43Most weeks, probably top 20. I do think like so they get the Patriots next week, which might be concerning depending on
30:50the health of Gonzalez and the rest just because it's a trickle down from Gonzalez.
30:54I don't think he'd spend the entire game on him, but then they head to Seattle.
30:59But it's the after that. Tampa Bay, Saints, Lions, Jaguars, not great.
31:03Dolphins, Bills, Packers, Lions to finish out the year.
31:05I want pieces. I'm hoping this is finally starting to click.
31:09And the biggest thing is that the offensive line is starting to look better over their past two games for the Bears
31:15is that it's all starting finally to come to fruition that we thought it could for Ben Johnson and Caleb Williams, which
31:22is just this is why I want to do this too.
31:25I want pieces of this offense for the rest of the season if you can just get through Seattle and basically like
31:32get up to Tampa Bay in their bye week.
31:34Fitz, same question. Yeah, I agree with Jake on that, like probably right around 20th.
31:39The Bears, I know everyone regards this offense as a huge disappointment so far, but Caleb Williams has played two games.
31:45One was in a monsoon and in the other, the Bears scored 59 points.
31:49It's just way too early to want to dump on Burden, Adunze, Loveland.
31:53I think the offense is going to be fine.
31:56I think we saw last week the Bears defense wasn't for real after a lot of people suddenly thought they were the
32:02reincarnation of the 85 Bears here in Chicago. But I do think the offense is still very good and we'll start to show that.
32:09Another receiver debate here, Emeka Egbuka or Josh Downs?
32:12This is another one where they're very close in the consensus rankings.
32:16When I put together the sheet, they actually were back to back.
32:19That has changed a little. Downs has moved up slightly.
32:22Egbuka has moved down slightly. So now there's a little bit more of a gap.
32:27But as of yesterday, these guys were back to back in the consensus rankings.
32:31Jake, who do you prefer between Josh Downs and Emeka Egbuka?
32:34Yeah, that's funny because I have a 10 spot gap from Downs to Egbuka.
32:38Guess what? Jalen Daniels goes from playing the Cowboys to the Steelers.
32:42It's not like the Steelers, oh my God, it's the 2000, 2001 Steelers where you don't start anybody in the world against them.
32:49But at the same time, it's still the Steelers going from the Cowboys.
32:53And Jalen Daniels was okay-ish. And he's like, there's some flashes, but it's still against the Cowboys.
32:58And it wasn't like, oh my God, he's breaking the world, looking so amazing out there.
33:02So it just comes down to Josh Downs going against the Titans, which I know the Titans defense is still pretty good, especially under Salah and everything.
33:10But I'm still going to take Downs by a decent gap.
33:14I have names in between Wicks and Dobbs and, well, right now McConkie.
33:18But I even have Bernard in front of Egbuka this week.
33:21Okay. Yeah. Bernard is a few spots behind him in consensus.
33:24That's an interesting one. And what do you think fits?
33:27Do you also see a pretty wide gap here?
33:30Was this a bad question for me to throw out to you guys?
33:34Because it's too obvious. No, I think it's a good one.
33:37I wasn't saying that. No, I know you were saying that.
33:40It's not as big a gap as Jake has.
33:43But apparently this is going to be a boring show because I'm just in lockstep with my buddy Jake Seeley on everything today.
33:50Yeah, I prefer Downs. And I know he hasn't done much the last couple of weeks.
33:55Three for 16 against the Commanders in Week 4.
33:57Three for 47 against the Steelers in Week 5.
34:00But he did have 12 catches for 149 yards in Weeks 2 and 3.
34:04And some of the peripherals are pretty encouraging for Downs.
34:07He's had an 85.3% route participation rate, 29.4% air yard share, average depth of target 11.1 yards, which is well above his career norms.
34:14So I think Downs is going to get on track soon.
34:18Maybe this week against the Titans. We're giving up 17.4 PPR points per game to slot receivers.
34:23Ibuka worked out for anyone who started him in a PPR league last week because he had six catches and scored on a touchdown run.
34:30But the six catches produced 38 yards. And in Jalen Daniels, two starts.
34:34Ibuka has 51 receiving yards and is averaging 6.4 yards per catch and 3.9 yards per target.
34:39So yeah, and that, as Jake said, one was against the Cowboys.
34:43As easy a matchup as it gets. And the Steelers are not an easy matchup.
34:47We don't typically talk about players on Thursday night because of when this show comes out.
34:52But if Jalen Waddell wasn't playing on Thursday night, you can call your shot for anybody who hears this after that game's happened.
34:59Where would he fit in? Because he's ranked between these two guys in consensus, Jake.
35:03I have him one spot behind Downs. So technically he's in between them, but he is way, he's a way ahead of Ibuka, honestly.
35:10That's exactly what it is in consensus is that he is technically between them, but he is just one spot behind Downs in consensus as well.
35:18Yeah. What do you think, Fitz? He is one of the two receivers I have in between, yeah, Downs and Ibuka.
35:24Two players. Okay. Yes. Take the guesswork out of your start-sit decisions with the Fantasy Pros start-sit assistant.

35:41We'll do more of our rapid fire start-sit decisions here.
35:44Another running back one for you. Keaton Mitchell or the aforementioned Damian Pierce.
35:48Where do these two guys line up against each other?
35:51Fitz, starting with you. Oh, gross. I have Pierce ranked higher.
35:54Just give me the higher projected workload. This third running back one that we do every week, I feel like is always pretty gross.
36:01Again, sort of the nature of the position, getting further down the rankings, you got to find somebody.
36:06It doesn't get that exciting when you get further down in the rankings.
36:10It's gross, but it's a very sort of realistic lineup decision that probably a lot of people are going to be looking
36:17at this week in a four-team bye week. Totally.
36:20These guys are only a couple of spots apart.
36:22There are names that you easily could have both of them on your roster.
36:26So, yeah, it is probably a decision. There is somebody out there who needs to make that call.
36:32Fitz is going with Damian Pierce. Jake, what are you doing?
36:35Same. I have Damian Pierce a few spots in front of both Chargers.
36:39Heck, I have Blake Corum in front of both Chargers.
36:42I'm not starting Chargers if I don't have to at this point.
36:45I like Blake Corum this week, by the way.
36:48I mean, we always talk about – he's not somebody that's getting talked about later.
36:53So, just since you mentioned him, I wanted to quickly bring him up.
36:56He's somebody that always, I feel like, you want to play when the Rams are a super heavy favorite, which they are.
37:03That one play in that game in the second half where he shot off as soon as he had the ball like Jameer Gibbs.
37:10I was like, man, I know he was faster than we thought he was in college, but that was shocking.
37:16Like, you watched it. It was like he took off when he had that.
37:20So, yeah, against the Cardinals. Yeah. Oh, for sure.
37:23And looking ahead, actually, we are not talking about Blake Corum, but Fitz will be talking about Blake Corum in a later segment.
37:30So, that's a tease for him. Let's do a wide receiver one here.
37:34How about Dontavian Wicks or Wandale Robinson this week?
37:36Jake, who do you prefer? Wicks mostly because it doesn't sound like Devonta Smith is coming back.
37:42So, I have Wicks. It's not that – I just – I don't ever want to start Titans, period.
37:47End of statement. I didn't say anything last week.
37:50You guys were like, oh, I can't believe you're so low on Cardinal Tate.
37:54It was like, I just – I don't want any Titans, period.
37:58You forced me into that Tony Pollard one from before, and I'd hate you for it.
38:02These guys are sandwiching Jeremy Bernard in the rankings.
38:05Wondell Robinson is wide receiver 31. Dontavian Wicks is wide receiver 33.
38:09Fitz, who do you like? Wondell. And I have Wondell ranked ahead of Tate.
38:13I totally get what Jake is saying, but the Colts are getting creamed by slot receivers, which kind of makes sense.
38:19When you're playing the Colts, do you want to throw it to your outside receivers, who are going up against Sauce Gardner
38:26and Charverius Ward, or do you want to go up against second-year slot corner Justin Wally?
38:30Worm, your dog is named Wally. I think he could stick with slot corners or slot receivers better than Justin Wally could.
38:37Only team giving up a greater percentage of wide receiver production to slot receivers than the Eagles, who we mentioned before as a slot funnel defense.
38:45It's the Colts. 64.6% of wide receiver production against Indy has come from slot guys.
38:49The Colts are giving up 118 yards per game to slot receivers, according to fantasy points data.
38:54Wicks is fine. Like, I have him as kind of a low-end wide receiver 3 this week.
38:59I just love the matchup for Wondell, even if I don't love the Tennessee passing game.
39:04Yeah, just to be clear, my dog Wally, who I'm petting right now, is not named after the Colts slot cornerback.
39:10He is just—I always thought Wally was a good name for a dog, so that's why I went to— People always ask
39:17if he's named after the Pixar character. I was about to say, is it spelled with a Y or an E?
39:23No, it's spelled with a Y. I just always—he's a goofy-looking dog, and I always wanted a goofy-looking dog named Wally.
39:29So he's not named after anybody. I was really mad—a friend of mine is a Red Sox fan, and I guess that's
39:36the name of their mascot, given the green monster.
39:39The only one who's named after out there is Wally, and that was devastating after it was too late to change his
39:45name to find out he was named after a Red Sox mascot.
39:49But yeah, no, Wally's great. Got distracted there. Let's go to our flex start-sit decisions.
39:53Jeremiah Love or Matthew Golden? Higher up in the rankings, but I still think it is a possible decision somebody might have
40:00to make, even though these guys are ranked fairly highly in the consensus flex rankings.
40:04Jake, who do you prefer, Jeremiah Love or Matthew Golden?
40:07I actually have a little bit of a gap of Matthew Golden to Jeremiah Love.
40:12And I know it's always risky to trust a wide receiver versus somebody guaranteed touches, but I don't trust the floor.
40:18I don't trust this backfield. I don't trust whatever's going on with Jeremiah Love, where it's an ankle and a knee and
40:25a hip and soreness and this and that and the other thing.
40:28And it's like, I actually really like Jeremiah Love potentially for the second half of the season, if he's 100% healthy.
40:34But as of right now, I included this in my ranks column about Matthew Golden, and it was a few weeks ago,
40:41and I doubled down on it again just to go back to see if I could find it.
40:46So there's three teams with receiver duos that both have 21% or more of their team targets.
40:51Cowboys, Rams, Packers. The Packers pair is the only one that doesn't involve missed time for either one.
40:57Nakua missed time. We had CeeDee Lamb that missed most of that game, or portion of that game, most of the second half.
41:04So if you look at it, they're also both top 12 in scoring.
41:08So that's the only one the Packers do. I think Matthew Golden is getting overlooked at the breakout.
41:13Everybody was excited for him last year. He is doing everything we thought he could do out of college.
41:19And I have a decent, like I said, I have a decent gap from Golden to Love this week.
41:24Fitz? Yeah, the Dallas pass defense has been as flammable as oily rags this season.
41:29So I'm going with Matthew Golden here. Generally bullish on Jeremiah Love.
41:32And I think this is the lowest I've had him ranked at any point, just because we don't know what's going on
41:39with the injury and how banged up he is and how much work Tyler Algier is going to get.
41:45So while I think generally most weeks I would have Jeremiah Love higher in this flex matchup, this week it's got to be Golden.
41:52Let's do one with a tight end. Isaiah likely has been fantastic this season.
41:56He's ranked inside the top five at the position for this week in consensus rankings.
42:00But would you start him against a wide receiver who's ranked inside the top 24 at his position?
42:06I think inside the top 22. I'll double check to see where Denzel Boston is.
42:10But Denzel Boston or Isaiah likely fits. Oh, this is so hard.
42:14Boston is wide receiver 20, by the way. Yeah, I love that the Giants passing game has gotten so polarized with just likely neighbors and that's it, basically.
42:22And Saints defense has been pretty terrible lately. But I've got to go with my guy Denzel Boston here, especially with Casey Concepcion probably out.
42:30And I like Harold Fannin too, but I worry a little bit that with Concepcion out, your guy Kyle Hamilton worm might just stick to Fannin all game.
42:38In which case, I think Boston could see a lot of targets.
42:41Jake? Yeah, like super close. I have him almost back to back.
42:45Boston barely over likely. The Saints defense has been somewhat decent against tight ends.
42:49They let Brock Bowers go bananas on them, so it's not like that you can't just, if you get that kind of volume, go for likely again.
42:57And it is revenge for Jameis Winston, technically. So we might see what he's talking about.
43:02I don't know. He's got multiple teams to give him revenge against at this point.
43:07But I'm leaning slightly Boston mostly because of what Fitz said.
43:10There's no conception, so maybe we get a little bit more.
43:13I think Isaiah Bond is going to get involved again, even though he should have had another reception on top of that.
43:20I mean, that's why Isaiah Bond is Isaiah Bond.
43:22But all that being said, it takes two catches for Boston to probably equal five for likely.
43:27And I think that's what gives me the slight edge in this one.
43:31Do you guys think, and by the way, it's a bit of a revenge game for not Boston, but for obviously head
43:38coach Todd Munkin against the Ravens this week. Do you guys think that this is more about the matchup for you?
43:44Or generally speaking, do you feel like you always would prefer the wide receiver 20, whoever that is, compared to the tight end for whoever it is?
43:52Like, is the gap that wide between the two positions that generally speaking, you feel like you would always lean towards the receiver fits?
43:59Or is this more just specifically about the matchups here?
44:02The funny thing is, if you are comparing, a lot of times you think about it and off the top of your
44:09head, you're like, well, I've got that guy tight end five.
44:12And this guy is wide receiver 23. I'd rather have the tight end.
44:16But then you look at their yardage per game and you see that the wide receiver is averaging like 20 more yards
44:23per game than the tight end five. So I do tend to generally lean wide receiver in these instances.
44:28Same question, Jake? Yeah, same. Mostly because it's like two or three tight ends before I started thinking about the inconsistency.
44:34I talk about this a lot and just had a chat over the athletic.
44:39It's like people forget that you kind of chase too much tight end production.
44:43And it's like anybody outside the top three or four, maybe five guys at best case scenario, you're going to get 40% bad games from tight ends.
44:51And that's why I hate rostering. And I feel like I'm not coming for anybody specifically, but I see a lot of
44:57people, I have Juwan Johnson and Dalton Kincaid. What should I do?
45:01And I was like, get rid of one of them because you're just adding this extra decision to yourself every single week
45:08that you're more likely to get wrong because you chase last week.
45:11And then they don't do anything, so you bench them.
45:14And you're always playing this chase game. So I bring that up because it's relevant to say that the only tight ends
45:21that I really think are better than wide receiver twos are like three, maybe four guys.
45:25Another flex one, Alvin Kamara or Romeo Dobbs? You already talked a bit about Kamara, Jake, earlier.
45:31I'll start with you, Kamara or Dobbs. So you know my answer.
45:34It's Romeo. I will say, like, if A.J. Brown comes back, I would probably lean slightly to Kamara and just hope that
45:41the Giants get up on the Saints. But as of right now, I'm leaning towards Dobbs.
45:45I just don't want to start the backfield of Kamara and Miller.
45:49Unsurprising choice there. Fitz, what do you think? I, yeah, this is not a fun decision.
45:54But Romeo Dobbs. Because you hate Dobbs. He's only had one game with more than three catches this year.
45:59Like, he's just not. And that's without A.J. Brown pretty much the whole season.
46:04So no question if A.J. Brown comes back, it's Kamara.
46:07And I think even if A.J. Brown isn't back, I think I'm still going Kamara.
46:11And I'm hoping he just runs a PPR scam this week and gets seven catches for 31 yards.
46:16He had negative receiving yards last week. I know.
46:19He's averaging per reception fewer yards per reception than 27 running backs yards per carry.
46:24Like, that's how bad it is. If I had asked, I didn't want to do a second tight end in the flex section, Jake.
46:31But if I had asked you Alvin Kamara or Mark Andrews, they are back-to-back in consensus rankings.
46:36Andrews coming off of an all-time bad game on Sunday Night Football against the Falcons.
46:40Talking about turning the screws to Jake here. Yeah.
46:43Wow. I just, no. I'll leave the spot empty.
46:46Yeah. I didn't put that in the sheet, so you refused to answer.
46:50That's fair. I respect that. No. I'll cite, like, Kamara.
46:53The Dobbs were, like, buried in this, real quick, it's a philosophy thing.
46:56So, like, my whole thing is, like, if Kamara gets you four or he potentially, like, I underscored it and he gets
47:03you seven and a half, does that difference of three and a half points make a difference?
47:08It shouldn't. So, that's what I'm saying. Like, if Dobbs only gets you three, but his ceiling is 18, that's why I go for it.
47:15That's why a lot of these situations I'll go for it because if the difference of three or four points makes you
47:22weak, I know sometimes you'll be like, oh, my God, I only lost by two.
47:26But it really makes that big of a difference that I'm just going to go for the ceiling of what I could potentially lose.
47:34What more flex here? Kamani Vidal or Keon Coleman?
47:36Your guy fits. Who do you like? I'll go with Keon.
47:40Sounds like DJ Moore is going to be out again with his shoulder issue.
47:44Keon went over 10 yards. Sorry, over 100 yards with the touchdown in week four.
47:48Only had one catch in week five, but it was a touchdown.
47:52And I'm not really alarmed by the fact that he only had one catch last week, considering that Josh Allen only threw 19 passes in that game.
48:00It's kind of a weird game script and kind of weird the way that game ran out for the Bills offense.
48:06So I'll stick with Keon this week over the guy in the three-way backfield on a terrible offense.
48:12Jake, Vidal had a nice run last week. Do you like him or Keon Coleman this week?
48:17Yeah, same. Well, here you have the leading receivers in yards against the Raiders.
48:21Five for 94. Caleb Douglas, week one. One for 53.
48:24Big play. Trey Harris, nine for 107. Alave, five for 11.
48:27Tyquan Thornton, three for 91. Kyle Williams. Do you sense a theme of these leading wide receivers?
48:32Big play vulnerability against the Raiders. So I'm going with Keon Coleman and hopefully chips in a touchdown on top of it.
48:39Mostly because of the way like DJ Moore would change this whole thing if he surprisingly plays.
48:44But this is what a four o'clock game. I don't think most people are going to wait on that.
48:49So Keon Coleman over Vidal. Kyle. Let's have some fun with Sunday Night Football for the quarterback one.
48:55Jordan Love or Dak Prescott? They are both ranked pretty highly.
48:58They are both ranked back to back. They are facing each other.
49:02Jordan Love or Dak Prescott? Jake? I'm like at one spot.
49:05Dak Prescott over Love. Mostly because CeeDee Lamb was already practicing in full.
49:09And I just trust Dak Prescott a little bit more, which might sound crazy.
49:13But a little bit more than Jordan Love. Do you have both guys ranked pretty highly?
49:18They're both inside the top six in ECR. Both side top eight for me.
49:22Yeah. Yeah. I have Lamar in the ranks as of right now.
49:25Okay. Yeah. That would change it. Yeah. Fitz, who do you like?
49:29Jordan Love or Dak Prescott? Yeah, that does sound crazy, Jake.
49:32I've got two spots apart separating these guys with, in between them, Lamar Jackson.
49:36And I've got Love ranked higher. The Cowboys pass defense, dead last in DVOA, dead last in EPA per pass, dead last in opponent passer rating.
49:44The opponent passer rating is 120. The Cowboys defense is a train wreck.
49:48And it's hilarious that they're bringing in Mike Patton to fix things.
49:52I mean, ask Packers fans about Mike Patton and what they think of him after his stint as the Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator.
49:59Not very highly. Spoiler alert. So yeah, Jordan Love for me this week, not that close.
50:04I think the one difference, I don't hate it.
50:06Obviously, I'm super close. It's like the one thing I think that if you look at Dak Prescott, the yards and the
50:13completions have been like this, especially with the 300s, is the touchdowns that just haven't come with them.
50:18Where Jordan Love's yards have been like this, legitimately like this.
50:22And he keeps getting the touchdowns. So like they could both work out, but it just kind of feels like there's a
50:28slightly more like Love needs to make sure he's getting the touchdowns, which is working because they don't have a running game.
50:35Um, but I just, that's why that's why I give the slight edge.
50:39I just feel like Dak's coming around to find out like the touchdowns should be there and they just haven't been.
50:45And it's weird. He has thrown, I think, 40 or more passes in three straight games.
50:50Um, but I also, in addition to facing the worst defense, I just think Love is better.
50:55Yeah, that's fair. Yeah. Jake, that was literally what I was about to say is that the touchdowns are two in every
51:01game this season for Love, but it's the yardage where it's been over 300, under 200, over 300, under 200, over 300.
51:08There's been no middle ground. Oh, so this is a bad week.
51:11He's going to throw 180 against the Cowboys. Yeah.
51:14Uh, all right. A tight end one here. Dallas Goddard or Harold Fannin Jr.
51:18Fitz. I'm going with Fannin because he's got more juice, uh, by a power of 10.
51:23And, um, but I do, I worry that Fannin is going to run into Kyle Hamilton a lot this week.
51:29I think Goddard is now in the catch and fall down phase of his career.
51:33I think we saw that last, what was the stat line last week?
51:37Like six for 38. Um, I, I think you're hoping for a touchdown and otherwise Goddard probably isn't going to work out for you.
51:44Yeah. It was six for 38 on nine targets for Dallas Goddard.
51:48Uh, Goddard is ranked two spots higher in consensus.
51:51Jake, what do you think? And that's why I'm going with Goddard is because I don't care if he catches and falls
51:57down as long as they keep coming in the red zone.
52:01I know it didn't last week, but I think it's going to still continue to be there with no Devonta Smith and Darius Cooper.
52:08At some point that Nick Westbrook, Akina life is going to end for him.
52:12Like we can't keep this up forever as just Westbrook, Akina couldn't keep it up forever, but I'm going Goddard.
52:18Like it completely does. Fitz is not wrong. It completely hinges on him scoring though, because if he doesn't get the touchdown, it's the Ja'Cory Krosky merit argument.
52:26So, but at touchdown, like that Fitz brought up my concern about this game is that I'm actually a little bit concerned about the fandom matchup.
52:34I think he can bounce back, especially volume wise.
52:37And if they're frustrated with Isaiah Bond with what happened last week, but I'm just worried that the coverage might focus a
52:43little bit more on him with no conception. Let's go to our touchdown calls contest.
52:48Fitz, I already teased your guy. You were on running back this week.
52:51Who do you have for us? Yeah, Blake Cormie.
52:54He does look fast. And that was the funny thing.
52:57Like they were worried about his straight line speed coming out of Michigan.
53:01And he has that. He takes those handoffs. He has that moment of hesitation while he reads what's in front of him.
53:08And then man, does he punch the gas pedal.
53:10Like his acceleration impressive. Anyway, Blake Cormie scored his first TD of the season last week against the Bills.
53:16And he gets his second TD this week against the Cardinals.
53:19I think he might get his third TD against the Cardinals as well, given how I expect this game to go.
53:25I'm on receiver. I'm tired of messing around and getting these wrong.
53:29I'm picking Mike Evans. He's been awesome this year.
53:32They get the commanders who I think the Niners, like I said earlier, are frankly, I think they're going to stop them this week.
53:39Mike Evans will be a part of that. Even just fighting through the injury stuff.
53:43He's been a real warrior this year and everybody else keeps getting injured around him in this receiving room.
53:49So they have to throw to somebody. I think it'll continue to be him this week against the commanders.
53:55So Blake Cormie running back. Mike Evans at receiver.
53:57Jake, who is your tight end? We don't get to celebrate that.
54:01My wide receiver for the second time in the year got two touchdowns when I gave him a touchdown call in Parker, Washington.
54:08Like I could stick with the wide receiver. Can I just have wide receivers the rest of the way?
54:13They're all going to score two touchdowns. I am going to Dalton Kincaid with no DJ Moore.
54:19I know everybody's frustrated. It's like, oh, when is it going to happen for Dalton Kincaid?
54:23And then we saw it early in that game.
54:26It's like, oh, wait, that's Dawson Knox. Son of a, you know what?
54:30And it didn't end up happening anyway. But it's just the frustration of what we continue to be at the Bills.
54:36But against the Raiders, I feel like this is a get right week, especially because if you look at the fact that
54:43what was the Saints that scored four tight end touchdowns against them in that one game.
54:47But it's the matchup. It's the Kincaid that needs the opportunities with this situation of no DJ Moore.
54:53So hopefully this is it. Like keep Kincaid in your lineup for one more week.
54:57And just don't ride the roller coaster. Just keep them in there.
55:01Very quickly, because we have to go. Where is Kincaid ranked for you, Jake?
55:05Inside my top 10. I have one spot behind Kelsey.
55:08OK, that's where he is in consensus. Same for you, Fitz, or?
