A.J. Brown

PositiveProjection35:42

Matt Kelley projects a peak season for Brown, citing his strong finish to last year (WR11 from weeks 12-17). Deepak Chona notes that while Brown has a history of knee cleanup surgeries suggesting a shorter prime, his recent thumb dislocation is minor and shouldn't impact the season.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

NegativeBust1:19

Deepak Chona advises fading Alec Pierce, noting that the mystery surrounding his current status is negative. Chona suggests that every day without positive news should lower his ADP and draft willingness.

Insight page
NegativeInjury1:59

Alec Pierce is a high-risk, high-reward asset due to an ankle injury that required surgery in March; he lacks a clear return timeline as of August 8th. If he returns in the next two weeks, he would need a four-week ramp-up period to reach 85% of his pre-injury form, making him unlikely to be at full strength for September.

Insight page
NegativeBust47:46

Matt Kelley and Deepak Chona are fading Alec Pierce, suggesting fantasy managers should "absolutely forget about" him. The consensus is to prioritize Josh Downs and Tyler Warren in the Colts' offense instead.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeInjury44:31

Deepak Chona discusses the PCL injury context, noting that while Ricky Pearsall's case was more severe due to re-aggravation, Bowers' injury recovery is progressing toward health.

Insight page
NegativeInjury45:21

Deepak Chona notes that the vast majority of cases like Pearsall's do not require surgery, and he expects Brock Bowers to reach full health eventually after his nine relatively healthy games.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveValue26:40

Deepak Chona states that data on shoulder labrum surgery is favorable for a quick return to pre-injury production levels. Matt Kelley views Irving as a value pick, preferring him over Kenneth Gainwell as a bet on the backfield, though he acknowledges uncertainty regarding Irving's specific role share.

Insight page

Cam Akers

NegativeInjury26:40

Deepak Chona notes that Akers' ankle fracture-dislocation typically predicts a dip in rushing efficiency until about 12 months post-surgery (late October/early November). While his short-yardage role is likely protected, he may not look like his pre-injury self initially.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveValue68:36

Deepak Chona identifies CeeDee Lamb as undervalued due to a severe high ankle sprain in Week 3 that caused a two-month performance dip. Excluding that recovery window, Lamb was on pace for 1,400 yards, suggesting he remains a high-upside asset worth targeting at a discount.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

NegativeUsage61:57

Deepak Chona is hesitant to draft Chris Rodriguez due to his ongoing foot injury and limited practice participation. He believes Rodriguez's upside is limited, even in best ball formats.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeUsage18:25

DJ Moore's 2025 production dip compared to 2024 was largely driven by touchdown and yards-after-catch variance rather than injury or decline. He remains highly durable, having played 17 games in five consecutive seasons, and is expected to be a focal point of the offense.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveValue17:07

Dalton Kincaid's 2024 performance was likely hampered by a lingering PCL injury that caused him to miss four games. With a healthy offseason, he is expected to bounce back and perform better than he did last year, making him a value at his current draft position.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

NegativeInjury45:43

Deepak Chona warns that Daniel Jones's recovery from an Achilles injury likely compromises his strength and mobility, limiting his ability to scramble. He expects Jones to focus on short-to-intermediate passing, which benefits teammates like Josh Downs and Tyler Warren.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveInjury59:05

Deepak Chona is not concerned about DeVonta Smith's mild hamstring issue, characterizing it as veteran maintenance. He does not expect it to impact Smith's in-season availability.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveValue15:13

Drake London is a strong value at his current ADP (outside the top 20 in best ball). Despite a PCL injury last year, he has a history of reliability and is expected to return to peak form after a full offseason of recovery. The source views him as an easy buy.

Insight page

Emeka Egbuka

PositiveBreakout38:15

Matt Kelley and Deepak Chona highlight Egbuka's potential for a strong start, noting his WR3 performance in the first six weeks last year before a hamstring injury and Baker Mayfield's injuries hampered his production. With Mike Evans gone, Egbuka is viewed as a smash hit.

Insight page

George Kittle

NegativeInjury55:21

Deepak Chona is out on George Kittle due to his recovery from an Achilles rupture. Chona notes that historically, players see a significant dip in strength in the first year back, and Kittle's reliance on creating separation makes him a high-risk asset.

Insight page

Jalen McMillan

NegativeInjury69:19

Jalen McMillan is dealing with a reported knee injury. Deepak Chona notes that while the information is limited, his prior injury history does not suggest he is inherently injury-prone, as previous issues were not knee-related.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

PositiveBreakout29:51

Deepak Chona notes that while only about 50% of players return to pre-injury levels after this specific surgery, the odds improve with young age, high draft capital, and high pre-injury athleticism. Matt Kelley is buying Brooks as an upside play, noting that camp reports are promising.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeInjury5:13

Josh Downs is dealing with a minor groin injury. Deepak Chona notes that missing training camp time for soft tissue strains does not necessarily impact in-season availability unless the injury lingers into the preseason, at which point the risk of missed time increases.

Insight page
PositiveValue45:50

Matt Kelley identifies Josh Downs as one of the most underrated assets in fantasy football. He projects a solid floor for dynasty and best ball, with spike weeks driven by his elite yards-after-catch ability. Despite a minor groin injury, he is practicing fully with no expected limitations.

Insight page
PositiveValue45:50

Matt Kelley identifies Josh Downs as one of the most underrated assets in fantasy football, noting his floor in best ball and his youth (24) as key factors for dynasty value.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeInjury68:57

Josh Jacobs is dealing with a reported groin strain. Deepak Chona suggests this may be a minor veteran issue, but emphasizes the need to monitor if it lingers into the preseason to ensure he bounces back strongly.

Insight page

LeQuint Allen

PositiveSleeper63:32

Matt Kelley likes LaQuint Allen as a deep-league sleeper in Jacksonville. He expects Allen to serve as a satellite back with potential for expansion if other backs miss time, offering high value at a low cost.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeInjury66:11

Deepak Chona believes Luther Burden's camp injury is minor, describing it as "bruisey" and "maintenancey" rather than serious.

Insight page
NegativeInjury84:37

Deepak Chona clarifies that the severity of Luther Burden's camp injury is currently unknown, despite initial concerns.

Insight page

Makai Lemon

NegativeInjury59:05

Deepak Chona is concerned about Makai Lemon's re-aggravated hamstring injury, noting that rookies who miss significant camp time tend to start slower. He suggests Lemon may have a "Ricky Pearsall-style" rookie year where he only flashes late in the season.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeValue49:41

Deepak Chona expects Malik Nabers's ADP to rise as he nears a return, though he cautions that wide receivers of his caliber typically require a four-week ramp-up period. Chona is comfortable drafting him in the third round but is hesitant if his ADP climbs into the mid-second round due to offensive and health risks.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeInjury7:18

Mike Evans is considered a high-risk player due to a current quad strain combined with a history of recurrent soft tissue injuries and his age (over 30). While the quad injury itself isn't immediately alarming, his history suggests he is likely to miss time at some point during the season.

Insight page
NegativeInjury77:45

Deepak Chona classifies Mike Evans as a high-risk player due to his age (over 30) and a history of soft tissue strains. Chona suggests treating him like a 'glass doll' leading up to the season to avoid re-aggravation.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

PositiveProjection22:21

Deepak Chona notes that while Mahomes' rushing volume and efficiency will likely dip for about 12 months post-surgery (until December), his passing production typically does not dip in year one. Matt Kelley remains confident, noting Mahomes is durable and has played through significant injuries before; he expects him to be ready for Week 1 and views him as a strong bet for Comeback Player of the Year.

Insight page
PositiveValue71:51

Matt Kelley highlights Patrick Mahomes as a high-value pick at the 4.10 in a tight end premium superflex format. While Mahomes is returning from injury, Kelley advises tempering expectations for rushing specifically, but expects the passing production to remain elite.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

PositiveInjury57:31

Deepak Chona feels good about Rashee Rice this year despite a loose body removal in his knee. While cartilage damage can predict a shorter prime, Rice's youth mitigates immediate concerns, and no limitations are expected for the upcoming season.

Insight page

Ricky Pearsall

NegativeInjury9:10

Ricky Pearsall is out for the year following PCL reconstruction surgery. The injury is a significant blow to his development, as he will miss critical practice time and rapport-building with Brock Purdy. His dynasty value has bottomed out, and he will essentially have to earn his role as if he were a day-three pick upon his return.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

PositiveValue32:29

Deepak Chona clarifies that Odunze's foot fracture should heal to full strength, and initial comments about it feeling 'different' were likely just the new normal of calluses. Matt Kelley is buying Odunze, believing his value was depressed by misleading offseason comments.

Insight page

Sam LaPorta

PositiveValue42:28

Deepak Chona notes that while LaPorta's spinal disc surgery carries long-term re-injury risks, he is expected to have a big bounce-back season. Matt Kelley views him as a steady, high-floor option who is less risky than Tucker Kraft and offers more upside due to his offense.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveProjection40:09

Deepak Chona attributes Barkley's 2024 efficiency dip to a decimated offensive line rather than physical decline. With a healthier line and his proven ability to maintain efficiency even with high volume, Barkley is expected to have a better season in 2025.

Insight page
PositiveValue40:10

Matt Kelley expresses excitement about drafting Saquon Barkley in the sixth round of a superflex tight end premium format, considering it a significant value that fell further than expected.

Insight page

Tank Dell

NegativeInjury53:40

Deepak Chona expresses hesitation regarding Tank Dell, noting that his injury is of a magnitude that historically suggests a multi-year recovery and a potentially shortened prime. He recommends passing on Dell in redraft leagues this year.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

NegativeProjection21:15

Tucker Kraft is expected to be ready for week one following his ACL recovery. However, fantasy managers should anticipate a four-to-six-week ramp-up period for his snap and target volume. While he is a high-percentile athlete, his explosiveness after the catch—a key part of his game—may be limited early in the season.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveValue67:23

Matt Kelley prefers Tyler Warren over Judkins in keeper formats, noting that Warren's previous season stats were under-representative of his true talent. Warren was the TE4 before Daniel Jones' injury, and Kelley expects his role to shift toward the mid-range passing game with altered mechanics.

Insight page
PositiveValue67:45

Matt Kelley prefers Tyler Warren over other options in keeper leagues, noting he was a top-four tight end before Daniel Jones's injury. He believes Warren's previous production was under-representative of his true talent.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

NegativeInjury46:55

Deepak Chona notes Xavier Worthy is managing an AC joint injury in his operative shoulder. While it is distinct from his previous labrum repair, it represents in-season risk. Despite his small frame, Chona believes Worthy could be quite good in his role.

Insight page

Zach Charbonnet

NegativeInjury64:08

Deepak Chona notes that Zach Charbonnet's late February surgery makes a return to form unlikely until December. He warns against reports suggesting a Week 1 return, stating the data does not support such a rapid recovery for a non-outlier athlete.

0:50I'm here with Deepak Chona He is our go-to for injury analysis He's the best in the business He's even-tempered He's likable
0:57He's also incredibly smart He actually works in the medical profession Not medical-adjacent So for a lot of reasons It's a real
1:05gift to have him here We have a lot of players that have been injured already That are dealing with injuries in
1:12camp But are also coming back from injuries from last year They're on particular timelines We have a lot to talk about
1:19today Wow, I'm excited And we start with Alec Pierce Alec Pierce was the player that is featured on this particular show
1:26Because news recently surfaced that there is still yet no timeline And it is August 8th Let's talk about Alec Pierce Chances
1:34he shows up for week one What will his production this year be potentially hindered by?
1:39Yeah, so really good questions I think with Alec Pierce The longer this goes The more the risk increases They have never
1:46really released an actual diagnosis Just that he played through this injury Going back maybe a year and a half And tried
1:53to inject it with PRP But that kind of didn't work So he ended up having surgery in March Now most ankle
2:01issues The sort of suggestion is that this is like a moderate severity type injury Just by the fact that he played
2:08through it But most of these ankle issues by around six months Is when you would typically see a player return That
2:15would of course be right around the week one timeline They did mention the GM that he would be expected to come
2:22back Probably in the next couple of weeks But that's the only little tidbit of information I think in terms of risk
2:29level This is very much high risk high reward If he does in fact come back the next couple weeks And gets
2:37about four weeks of practice That's usually the ramp up period That you would expect a player to need To get back
2:44to 85 or so percent level Of what they would be pre-injury So there's some risk here But it's I wouldn't say
2:51he's totally off my board just yet Well, that's good I like that I like that a lot Because I have a
2:58lot of Josh Downs And that just means What I heard was There's an absolute tightrope that he has to walk If
3:06he's not ready to start practicing Within days He's probably going to miss week one He's definitely not going to be himself
3:13For the month of September At the very least Now we hear Josh Josh Downs has a groin injury You're seeing a
3:20lot of these minor groin injuries pop up But what's the deal with that?
3:25Yeah, it's not really too much to be concerned about For most players at this point The issue with these soft tissue
3:32strains Hamstrings, groins, quads Is that the data says If you miss time in training camp That doesn't necessarily impact your in-season
3:39availability If that lingers on into the preseason Which is next week Then that's when we do start to see an uptick
3:46In the time miss So a lot of this will just depend on how far The injuries linger But at this point
3:54I wouldn't say too much And teams of course are very cautious At the time of year There's very little to gain
4:01with veterans You're seeing a lot of that The groin is a very common one At this time of year I think
4:08these guys are just stretching their legs out For the first time in these multiple practices And is that an area that's also susceptible to dehydration?
4:17Yeah, groin and hamstring would be the big two there Again, you know, it's one of those that If a player has
4:24a little bit of tightness You will probably see him sit And they'll list it as a groin or hamstring Or what
4:31have you The only guys I get really worried about Are guys with extensive soft tissue histories And I'm sure we'll talk
4:38about Mike Evans Well, that's the thing that you say that And then I'm like, well, that's fine But Mike Evans actually
4:45has a quad strain Which is worse Yeah, so I mean Mike Evans with the quad I would say he's a player
4:53I'm already concerned about He's got multiple soft tissue history With the severe hamstrings pretty much every year I think it was
5:00past three years And beyond that his age over 30 Also predicts higher level of likelihood of recurrence So this quad not
5:07necessarily that worrisome But if you couple it with his history And then if it lingers into the next few weeks here
5:14Then you're really gonna start to work against him In terms of data and missing time But for now, are you concerned
5:22Based on what you've heard and read? Not immediately Not with this specific injury With his overall history He's very likely to
5:29miss some time At some point this year Just based on the nature of Of having these recurrent soft tissue hamstring issues
5:36And his age So yes, in general He's one of my highest risk players on the board But in terms of like
5:43this specific injury Holding him back Not necessarily We're pretty bullish on Mike Evans Because of his situation He's in an incredible
5:50situation I don't know if you saw this Ricky Pearsall out for the year Do you happen to see that?
5:57Yeah, totally That's a brutal blow I wouldn't call it a career ender The issue with these PCLs Is not so much
6:04that the data Is just terrible on the return It's just that there's very limited data Because most players are able to
6:12treat these non-operatively And the few that end up having kind of the PCL continue to bother them He had swelling once
6:19he kind of really tested it in camp Those players end up getting a reconstruction surgery There's If you have to also
6:26look at the way the NFL works You know, he's missed a lot of last year with this And now he's going
6:33to miss a whole another year So like the injury itself Knocking a player out for a year and a half In
6:40the NFL You don't get that long of a leash for most players So that's part of the reason I think the
6:48data is probably looks a little worse on paper Than it would project in his case We have data in non-NFL players
6:55Recreational type athletes So we're kind of making a little bit of a leap to compare apples to oranges here But that
7:02suggests that modern technique gives you pretty good results Not too dissimilar from ACL So with that in mind I would expect
7:09Pearsall probably to come back by week one next year And with that likely have a pretty good sized dip in his
7:17performance the first at least half of the year But eventually I would expect him to get back to what we saw
7:24before It's going to be very difficult for him to get back to what we saw before Because what we saw before
7:31were in flashes two years ago, three years ago And he's missed all this practice time Missed all this time getting rapport
7:38with Brock Purdy Understanding where to be Becoming an instinctual football player So that he doesn't have to think everything is just
7:45instantaneous It's all instinctual If he misses all this time, it's never going to be instinctual And so he's always going to
7:53be sort of behind Now these guys they miss multiple seasons of their rookie contract They can never catch up It's like
8:00this wet rope they just can never quite grip And that's you see so many players that are You know a lot
8:07of them first round pick second round picks They get injured They get another injury A lot of times it's a foot
8:14injury Something like that is probably the most common one that knocks these guys out for multiple seasons And there never really
8:22is an answer It's like there never really was a massive flame out There never really was a massive breakout Players like
8:29Ricky Pearsall just sort of work their way through the league And exit with never really making an impact Because they missed
8:36such an important window in their development Yeah, I think it's a fair point Especially again you miss that long in the
8:43NFL And if you're a third or fourth round pick You probably aren't getting another chance Him being a first round pick
8:51It does sort of lean you more towards them trying to work him back in He did show promise briefly So I
8:58would think that if he can get back on the field And not have any setback there Which of course is a
9:05big if Then I do think you could see him really bounce back here But I do think it would probably take
9:12about a year and a half And then he's 27 Like he's basically a 27 year old that has had a couple
9:19good games That's what we're looking at I just that is why when people go to the dynasty deluxe package on player
9:27profiler And they have to keep scrolling to find him They see how far down he is He's basically down there with
9:34like players like Torrey Horton Where Torrey Horton he's missed some time But he's also flashed some big games He just doesn't
9:41have the draft capital But what does he have he's like four years younger than than Ricky Pierce Or at least three
9:48years younger than Ricky Pierce So now he's starting to be in the mix with guys like him That have flashed but
9:56have not fully broken out that are day three picks So pretty much all these injuries what they've done If you just
10:03look at the dynasty rankings It is sort of it has completely evaporated That first round pick draft capital advantage that Ricky
10:10Pierce All had going in now he's basically gonna have to earn his role with whatever team he's on next when he's
10:17healthy He's gonna have to earn it as if he was a day three pick or an undrafted free agent Yeah, that's
10:24I completely agree with that Yes, that's the that's that's the rub with Ricky Pierce saw I wish I have some Ricky
10:32pairs all in dynasty I wish his value wasn't so bottomed out at this point But it it you ask yourself what
10:39would you give for Ricky Pierce saw and most people aren't even interested at all though There's not a single player on
10:46their roster They would even consider giving for Ricky Pierce because they know it's probably over This PCL is interesting, right?
10:53This PCL is interesting and by the way, I know that you're very concerned about Mike Evans I think the upside with
11:00Mike Evans is so big that I'm willing to take that risk We are above consensus and I am taking that risk
11:07Sure, he might miss a game or two, but just make sure this guy's hydrated and get him the hell away from
11:15that electric substation Yes, have you seen this electric substation?
11:18Yeah, very unclear if it makes a difference nobody really knows But it's a compelling story in a lot of ways some
11:25of the facts don't quite line up in that What are some of the what are some of the facts that don't line up?
11:33I want to hear that well, it's just been there a long time they've they've it's not new finding in and Yes,
11:40they've had a lot of injuries, but you know, it's I think there's just a lack of scientific clarity And there's a
11:48fair number of like experts in the that field which I would not consider myself who say It doesn't have any impact.
11:55So, you know, we're taking basically like studies in in like petri dishes to then Extrapolate and say like hey this causes
12:02injury So we just don't really know is the short answer of it There's been actually some research organizations that have even
12:09reached out seeing if there's interest in studying this But I think it's gonna be a ways off before we really know
12:16my thought is like maybe just Let's move the practice facility somewhere else But you can see it in in all their
12:24videos too and not the greatest imagery It's a problem in that I know for a fact there's no way it can
12:31be this viral online and not affect some of the players Yeah, I think that's fair I guarantee some of the players
12:38are asking questions and are not a hundred percent comfortable and confident in the venue where they're practicing and that's a problem
12:45The other problem I have though is that that's the most expensive place for land anywhere Yes, so it's not like they
12:53can just build another field adjacent to that one or down the street away from the electric substation They are stuck there
13:00given the property prices and that's that's courtesy of a dave kluge on twitter.
13:04We had this whole debate I'm like hey, do you think they'll move the practice facility because this is it?
13:11This is actually becoming a problem. It's becoming a problem for the 49ers I was there.
13:16I was reporting live. It's on my my my twitter at fantasy underscore mansion I was from the electric substation when I
13:23was at the super bowl We do it was crazy close the photos are not doctored about how adjacent the two properties are.
13:31It's crazy. It is Yeah, I like to think that this is some level of team incompetence.
13:37I really I always like to think that though Yeah, I mean again, I can't disagree with any of any of the
13:44things you said I think it'd be a few years before we have like actual data to say this does or does
13:51not matter Just get mike evans to the finish line get him to the end of preseason get him away from that
13:58electric substation Maybe they practice there all the time.
14:01So he'll never get away from anyway Get him on the field.
14:05I want we want the big spike week from mike evans week one.
14:09Let's make it happen Come on. Come on. Let's just keep it together.
14:14Mike. Just keep it. No more injuries. No more quads But pcls no pcls mike evans don't want to hear the word

15:05that let you do it all from athletic to athletic sierra's got it There's been some wide receivers at a pcl injuries and came back.
15:13What about uh, is drake london one of those?
15:16Yes, exactly. So Drake London came back pretty quick from a pcl last year Uh, you know, it probably did hurt his
15:23stats pretty significantly and that's typically what you see in an in-season return We saw him week through week 11 wide receiver
15:30three then he injured his pcl And afterwards kind of had a little bit of an up and down nothing spectacular type
15:37of finish Uh, but you look at the timeline and then now the timeline that he's had to recover The rare case
15:45of ricky pierce all should not scare us away from pcls in general Most do not need surgery and most the year
15:52after meaning after a full off season of of recovery Don't cause any lingering impact So in drake london's case, you would
15:59expect him basically back at peak form and he's otherwise been pretty reliable Rarely missed games.
16:04So I would be pretty confident in london. I actually think he's a value where he's going right now Love that.
16:11Yeah, I love that Drake london has a problem.
16:14It's not his pcl. It's his left-handed quarterbacks If he didn't have left-handed quarterbacks, i'd like london a little bit more a
16:22little bit more But he's he's down if you go to player profiler right now look at his his uh, his live
16:29best ball adp It's now outside the top 20.
16:32So that's that's pretty that's you you have to be a buyer there Don't you you have to be yeah, totally.
16:39I I think that's an easy hit for me Yeah, totally totally totally gonna be a buyer there.
16:45Yeah, I mean look at this. I mean come on.
16:48Yes, let's do this like 21 player 21 there's 20 players you'd rather have in best ball than drake london hard to
16:55believe Absolutely not How do I don't think so?
16:58I don't know. There's just no way. There's no way who else?
17:02Uh Oh, dalton kinkade is a pcl, right? Or does he not have a pcl or what happened with dalton kinkade?
17:09Yeah, so this one it sounds like was pretty severe back in 2024 is when he originally sustained the injury last year
17:16He was in and out of the lineup Missed a few games.
17:20It was about four games that he missed and they didn't really make clear why he missed those games in at the
17:27time But this offseason they've come out and said that was actually related to lingering effects or re-aggravation of that prior pcl
17:34So kinkade you have to also think if guys are missing games They are likely also affected when they are playing and
17:42practicing and missing practice time as well So dalton kinkade's 2025 I think is probably shows a An understated or an undersold
17:49version of what he really is and again if he's had a healthy offseason to Bounce all the way back is what
17:56the data says You would expect him to be hard to know exactly what since he's not been in the league that
18:03long But probably better than what he was last year and he did show flashes and he was good in the playoffs
18:11as well Big contributor for them, but I would anticipate but don't kinkade Probably a value where he's going Yeah, and there's
18:18been injuries to the bills right the bills there's been some some recent Reports of bills wide receivers getting banged up like
18:25josh palmer their fringe, but those targets have to go somewhere They they have they have to go somewhere and a lot
18:32of them go to dj more dj more is also pretty teed up think dj more is playing hurt last year You
18:39know, it's it's hard to say with dj morg He seemed like there was not a system fit or at least not
18:47a coach preference given the The large variety of guys that ben johnson had brought in I i'm not sure that there
18:54was any clear answer on it It didn't look like it was an obvious injury impact, but at the same time I
19:01I think it may have been system related so hard for me to say on that one But I wouldn't write off
19:08dj more He's certainly not at an age where you would expect him to be totally like washed.
19:14No. Yeah I mean the funny thing is he had similar air yards from 2024 to 2025 but four points per game
19:22more in 2024 than he did in 2025 because He enjoyed a lot more yak with those air yards and then same
19:29number of touchdowns So it's like it if things just break his way, he didn't even play that bad.
19:35That's the thing like it's like He he's been the victim of of some long tail Unfortunate unlucky stats, you know when
19:42you just look at the aggregate of all the opportunities that he had in that particular season It's like okay some this
19:49isn't right like so he should have scored more fantasy points Just like there was a year in 2023 when he had
19:5717 fantasy points a game That's not the type of receiver.
20:00He is he's not a 17 fantasy points per game receiver But he had eight touchdowns and he had it's some huge
20:08yardage games against some bad secondaries And that's how that happens and in the previous year Similar target share even more targets right?
20:15Uh two years earlier. He only scores 14 fantasy points per game How's that even possible almost 30 more targets?
20:22200 more air yards. Oh, well, it's just the way the the yak the way that the defenders can align you up
20:29or not when you're making a catch Sometimes they do sometimes they don't that's luck and then a lot of this uh,
20:36the touchdown variants year to year and so Yeah, dj more this whether he was injured or not last year The bottom line is he's very very durable.
20:45That's one of the he has like the anti mike evans Yeah, I mean if you feel like he's been injured a
20:53lot because he plays injured a lot But actually dj more five straight seasons with 17 games played in to your point
21:00You probably don't give up a second round pick if you're not planning to use him.
21:05Yeah, no, they're gonna yeah This is the year.
21:08This is the year. I thought this was also the year of mike evans and dj more um, um, i'm waning a
21:15little bit This quad injury has me concerned with mike evans and it's sort of reminder.
21:20Yeah about how fragile his lower body is It's like yeah, yeah, but This whole passing game to himself Conflicted very conflicted
21:28uh Most people that I most of the or seasonal rankings i've seen assuming tucker craft's just going to be back week
21:35one and be His same efficient yards after the con yards after contact monster Capabilities and i'm not sure yeah, the data
21:42would say that you're probably right on that in that Yes, I think he will be back week one The packers have
21:49been pretty strict about the nine month rule being the minimum timeline to return players or practice so That for him is
21:57in the next week or two So you probably will see him practice at that point.
22:02I think at that point you'll probably see his adp rise Now to your point that people are penciling him to be
22:09exactly what he was before that That's not usually what happens typically you see About a four to six week ramp up
22:16for tight ends in terms of their volume of snaps and targets So for him to be where he was I think
22:24you'll probably be looking at like week six to eight onwards But prior to that he actually projects for a relatively strong
22:31Bounce back season from the aco because he's a high percentile athlete.
22:35He's 95th or so percentile athlete at his position So I I do think he'll be very good Uh, but Exactly what
22:42he was that that's probably going to be mid season on you got to check this out Check this out.
22:48Look at this look under the efficiency stats. What do you notice?
22:52The yards per route run, but what is it fueled by yards after the catch?
22:57Look at his yards after the catch his yards after the catch 7.8 yards after the catch per target That's almost a
23:05first down after the catch and went crazy So that's why he's number one in in yards per team pass attempt But
23:12that's also the thing that the acl tear hinders the most is your explosiveness after the catch the ability to Coil and
23:19uncoil after a catch Yeah, you're exactly right. That's that cutting and quick reaction That's where you see the the limitation early
23:26on again He's strong enough as an athlete that he probably Doesn't have like as pronounced of an effect as the average
23:33nfl player But yes, I don't think he's gonna look immediately like those numbers That you pointed out But my home is
23:41my home So my my my position on my homes is hey, man He tore his leg not his arm, so let
23:48him go just get him out there who cares?
23:51He's gonna be fine He's gonna figure it out If he loses a little bit of velocity early in the year or
23:58doesn't have quite the trust in his lower body He's just gonna fling it a little more sideways or a little bit
24:05more backwards or what he's gonna get it there I don't care I'm I just I just drafted my homes again and
24:13a dynasty startup again Yeah, I don't have real concerns about my homes from a performance standpoint Uh, the key with him
24:20is that when quarterbacks return from an acl and he had acl plus lco So you think the effect probably a little bit bigger?
24:28There's two things that happen one their passing production does not dip even year one So to your point, he's probably going
24:35to figure that out pretty quick Secondly, their rushing volume does dip usually for about 12 months post-surgery Which for him would
24:42be december and then they're rushing efficiency meaning yards per carry also does dip And then with my homes that's further compounded
24:49by one they added kenneth walker and two He's even come out and said that he probably ran a little bit too
24:57much last year And so all of those things together.
25:00I expect a good my home from the pocket I don't expect that much rushing especially early on december onwards Historically, it's
25:07kind of when you see him use the legs more in the playoffs And I think you will see him basically look
25:14like him his old self So I I think he's a good bet.
25:19He's actually the favorite betting favorite for comeback player of the year around plus 200 But I think he's a good bet for that.
25:26Although it's not an amazing value He's getting cheaper and cheaper in best ball.
25:31I don't know what's going on, but he's down 17 spots last 14 days I don't know what's happening right now, but
25:38did I I guess that because he's not participating 100% In all the 11 on 11 drills that that's what that's from
25:46really people that's what's their expectation from a Late season acl recovery.
25:49That's what you're this is I didn't think when I saw this news That he's still limited in some drills would that
25:57suppresses his is or crash his best ball adp Great wild question.
26:01What the other thing with my homes? He's one of the most Durable or you could call it tough players that we've
26:08ever seen he's played through He came back quickly from a kneecap dislocation.
26:12He's played through high ankles and mcl sprain So this is not a guy who misses time easily.
26:18I would very strongly expect him to be out there week one Yeah, so that's that's just a little bit of it's
26:25just you know market blip It's really all that can be and he's going to show up to 11 and 11s and
26:32he's going to be right back up to like Slot 80 in best ball Which injury are you more concerned about the
26:40injury recovery for bucky irving or cam scadaboo? I would say cam scadaboo the bucky irving one the data is actually pretty
26:47favorable He had a shoulder labrum surgery in over the offseason.
26:51He's now back and cleared Uh, he the data on this is pretty favorable that players bounce back quite quickly To return
26:58to pre-injury level of production and if you look at what is his pre-injury level of production You kind of have to
27:05separate pre and post injury when before the injury occurred week weeks one through four He had quite good numbers, but specifically
27:12in the receiving game receiving Receptions and also receiving yards per game when he came back in the last four or five
27:19weeks of the season He had a 70 drop in those numbers specifically and that's where you would expect to see the
27:27limitations if somebody can't trust their shoulder They're probably not gonna be able to catch as much So I I would say
27:34bucky irving I would expect him to be basically back to what he was at the beginning of the season, which was
27:41pretty strong The question with irving is role and you may be able to comment on that in terms of you know
27:48They have a little bit of a deep backfield and uh, i'm not sure if his role changes cam scadaboo The ankle
27:56fracture dislocation it Generally does predict a dip in his rushing efficiency until he gets to about 12 months So that for
28:03him would be like late october early november Uh at that point usually you see see a player hit about 90 of
28:10their their pre-injury efficiency level The short yardage role is probably somewhat protected from all of this I think you're you're not
28:17seeing you know, you're you're not going to see him probably lose out on his his goal line touches and that sort
28:25of thing Uh, and I think their volume wise we don't generally see a dip in the number of carries that a
28:32running back sees So I think from that standpoint both i'm a little bit optimistic on the injury recovery But the data
28:39would say that cam scadaboo initially may not look exactly like himself Oh wow, I thought you're gonna say the opposite.
28:46So, uh, yeah Bucky irving is a value. I have to admit it.
28:50I love kenneth gainwell and I wrote an article on our patreon patreon.com slash podfather That's how you support the show and
28:57you get you know weekly content from the podfather straight from the horses fathers You know Not gonna not gonna do it.
29:05No cliches But i'll stumble all around just to make sure I don't cliche So players that I like that I can't
29:12draft because they're just Kenneth gainwell all the values baked in like you're not getting a deal on kenneth gainwell The deal
29:19is actually either bucky irving or sean tucker you want to get on either side of the kenneth gainwell pick In terms
29:26of betting on that backfield and i'm not a bucky irving guy, but i'm like hey listen Last time I checked for 10 years.
29:34No one was that worried about kenneth gainwell showing up So i'm gonna go ahead and maybe bet on bucky irving not
29:41just suddenly Showing up to work one day and have the rug pulled on his whole role.
29:47I don't think that's gonna happen So for that reason I like bucky.
29:51What about jonathan brooks? He has a ton of upside You just almost have to draft him just in case that he's
29:58a hundred percent But what what it was What are the odds that coming off the same surgery to this same body part?
30:06What are the odds that he could be? Technically exactly what he was back at texas The data says about 50 so
30:13about half of players don't make it back to that level Have to and the ones that that do make it back
30:20that is uh Predicted by young age high draft capital and then also having extreme level of pre-injury athleticism All the reports
30:28from camp sound very promising on on jonathan brooks.
30:31I would be in on jonathan brooks I'm, not sure exactly what they have intended for his role But if he looks
30:38as good as he could potentially then you have to think they're gonna just start feeding him Yeah, okay 50 percent chance
30:45though you really you said if we're gonna we're gonna go by the data the 50 percent chance I have a coin
30:52right here Flip the coin here we go It is Uh, what do you think?
30:57Uh heads Heads he's gonna exceed expectations and be back to what he was tails He won't be what do you think what do you got?
31:06I'll take heads tails damn it Oh So on the one hand we have your Expert advice where you're like yeah the
31:13data is 50 50 but when I examine this particular case I'm very encouraged by it So you've got you got you
31:20on that side of the 50 50 and then we've also just got the the coin who what the coin says Yeah,
31:27so you can either go with what a coin says or with deepak who's way smarter than a coin says and I
31:35so I think I just I will be continuing to buy jonathan brooks and just that's it's the easy It's like a shortcut.
31:42It's like I need Upside I have an upside quota.
31:46Oh, just make oh You're walking through the aisle Make sure we get jonathan brooks in the cart and then we're off
31:53right We've we've done our we've done it luther burdens banged up now He plays very violently he practices very violently and
32:00yeah now he's banged up Of course a lot of these a lot of these wide receivers are banged up Beca buka
32:07he's getting a maintenance day You see a lot of this a lot of these maintenance days Ideally whatever happened to luther
32:14burdened when this clash that he had with the corner where they just We love watching him clash right He's training camp practices.
32:22We love watching that but there there's a bit of a cost to that on the other side of luther burden We've
32:29got roma doing say roma duns a came out and said That he doesn't think his foot's ever going to be the
32:36same because of the way cartilage heals in the foot And then they asked him again recently and it's up there on
32:44player profiler player profiler.com slash news and he said oh It's it's tip top never felt better.
32:49So what does that tell you? Yeah I think those initial comments were a little bit misleading in that he what he
32:56was saying is that it feels different It's his new normal He has calluses and that's just how fractures heal in general.
33:04He Uh doesn't the data says that once these fractures heal you should get back to pretty much full strength and and
33:11that's where I would expect him to be I wouldn't expect any limitations if you look at lute, uh, excuse me Roma
33:18duns a the first four weeks of the year.
33:21He put up five touchdowns last year So he's strong player when he's healthy and then after that he started dealing with
33:28the foot issue and he was in and out of practice Played through it, but very likely was affected in terms of
33:36his explosiveness and his performance I would expect him to be strong going into this year and there is some degree of
33:43re-injury risk It's hard to exactly quantify it because it's not that common of an injury to begin with But I would
33:50say I I don't have major reservations on duns And in fact, I think those comments from the offseason probably depressed his
33:57value at least early on to a point where I was hitting Draft on on every every opportunity.
34:03Okay, so he Studies injuries for a living he is buying drake london based on this.
34:08He is buying roma duns a based on this So that we already this these these are things we know now and
34:16that's big It sounds like you're also buying jonathan brooks.
34:19Yeah, I think jonathan brooks. I'm not as confident as I am in the other two But with that being said, you
34:26know As you kind of pointed out you're looking for upside that late and I Think you're not having to spend a huge price tag on him.
34:35So I think it's very reasonable to go for it You said that about bucky irving too.
34:41You're buying bucky irving I'm not as convinced on bucky irving's role because of everybody else involved But I think as a
34:48player and in terms of like his efficiency in production The one thing I I do think about is like if he
34:55looks the way he did before And you see that as a coach are you really going to not give him the ball?
35:03So I I would expect him to be a good player and and get back out there I just think they're the
35:10role is a little bit harder and his price tag is uh, you know It's not like you're just a relate around flyer, right?
35:18So so I think there's that to me as a judgment call I've taken some bucky, but i'm you know, certainly not
35:25a player i'm avoiding by any means Yeah, bucky irving's adp is in best ball 55, right?
35:31So this is back of the back part of the fifth round.
35:34So yeah, definitely not not free by any means Not by any means A.J brown he's had a history of knee injuries,
35:42but this feels like a peak a.j brown season Like we're gonna look back in the annals of football statistics and this
35:49just seems so obvious Like this is gonna be that a.j brown where he's 28 turning 29 that he's gonna have one
35:56of those 1300 plus yard seasons with With double digit touchdowns.
36:00That's just how it feels And if you're buying him in dynasty, you know, the knees are bad, but you're buying him
36:07for this year really Yeah, I very much agree with that the knee does have history of cleanup surgeries It kind of
36:14suggests that he has some cartilage damage So you would expect his prime to end a little bit shorter or quicker than
36:21the typical wide receiver without that history With that being said the minor issue sounds like he dislocated his thumb and immediately
36:29popped it back in and and basically went along with practice Yeah, as long as that doesn't recur in the rest of
36:36the preseason You wouldn't expect that to necessarily cause any lingering impact in the season And I agree with you very much
36:43that, you know, even if you look at last year I think his numbers one you could say affected by system attitude, etc.
36:51But secondly, he did have a preseason hamstring injury Last year and then he re-aggravated it in week eight and if you
36:58look at weeks one through seven He was wide receiver 29 last year you look at after he you could say kind
37:05of healed up and returned weeks 12 through 17 He was wide receiver 11.
37:10So I I think a.j brown even though last year on the whole on the aggregate didn't look that good The back
37:17half of it did and I would very much expect him to be hungry and ready to prove something So as long
37:24as he stays healthy, I agree with you smash season This message is brought to you by Apple Card Shave ice by

38:08you want at the prices that let you do it all From athletic to athletic Sierra's got it So he was like
38:15reverse Emeka Ibuka He was yes Almost exactly I think with Emeka Ibuka If you look at his first Six weeks pre-hamstring
38:22injury He was wide receiver three So even a more extreme example But the other thing with Ibuka that isn't necessarily the
38:29case with AJ Brown Is that was also around the time Not only Ibuka's injury happened But then Baker Mayfield had a
38:36collection of injuries And Oh this is something I've been paying attention to This Yes Yes Okay Ibuka how hurt was he
38:44Did he come back too early Is that on him Is that on the doctors How can I even gauge this Monitor
38:51this It's impossible But the one aspect of this narrative That he was suppressed by injuries in the second half It's not
38:58just his own We do know We have We do know Because of this Netflix documentary Quarterback We know What Baker Mayfield
39:05was dealing with Yeah exactly And if you look at Week seven onwards for Ibuka He was wide receiver 43 So that
39:13On the whole The season doesn't look That impressive He probably came back Faster than he should For a hamstring He didn't
39:20really miss time So I would expect A strong start from Ibuka He doesn't have a concerning history Nobody can totally say
39:27That wide receivers Are never going to get injured But with that being said I don't have any strong reason To suspect
39:34it So I would feel Pretty optimistic about this And especially You know Mike Evans now being gone as well So I
39:42would think Ibuka Is a smash hit He's going at pick 30 Pick 30 in Dynasty On sleeper Pick 30 For Egmeca
39:49Ibuka That also includes Superflex So he's certainly going to go Earlier than that If it's You have him to be a
39:56single quarterback Dynasty League You can't Can't take him that Can't take him that late It's not going to happen Woo What
40:03about What about another player That Potentially Is in a much better situation This year With his health And the health Of
40:10his teammates His supporting cast Like Saquon Barkley Yeah I think Saquon Barkley Is the perfect example Of that If you look
40:18at Last year His O-line Was decimated He had Injuries to the center Juergens The guard Dickerson And then Lane Johnson The
40:25star tackle All played through Major injuries All very likely With a pretty real dip And they actually Talked about these On
40:32various podcast episodes So it's not Just kind of Speculative From that perspective If you look at His His drop-off In 2024
40:39Led the league In yards before Contact By over 200 yards 2025 is about League average For that number But then Had
40:47the third Highest Negative rush rate In the league And that You have to think Is related to This O-line He didn't
40:54really Show signs Necessarily Of him slowing Down drastically I think The offense Was a little bit Messy at times And a
41:01lot of That had to do With the O-line So even if They're back To medium Level or league Average You would
41:08expect A better Better season From Saquon I mean look At the yards Per carry From 5.8 On 340 Carries To 4.1
41:15On 280 Usually it's The more Carries you Absorb The lower Your yards Per carry Your yards Per carrier Roads Just based
41:23On sample That did not Happen in this Case The exact Opposite Happened He was The cold Fusion Running back Of all
41:30time In 2024 As you Ramped up The volume He became More efficient And then scored 15 touchdowns Really the 9 to
41:3715 Touchdown Per season Is really What's going To drive Whether Saquon Barkley is a Value or not And if you Believe
41:44in The Eagles Offense Which is now Harder and Harder to Believe in But just have To have some Faith in it
41:52And then he'll Get there Yeah I think That's a pretty Fair way of Looking at it I'm not saying I'm hitting
41:59on Saquon Barkley Every time But at the Same time I'm not totally Shying away Either No you want He's going To
42:06be healthy This year He's teed up For healthy Season We don't know For a fact He's going To be healthy But
42:13he is In a position From last season To this season And everything We've heard Throughout the Offseason That he's Seems to
42:21be In tip top At least One last go Of his prime Before he Reaches age 30 For a running Back Oh
42:28no How are we Feeling about Sam Laporta Pretty good For this year I would say He had a Disc that In
42:35his spine That had herniated Out and was Basically pushing On his nerve So that Is a pretty Big deal To be
42:42trying To play Through They shut Him down Had the Surgery The results Of clean up Surgery on This is Really good
42:49In the short Term Long term Though He has less That disc Acts acts So he Has less Of that There As
42:57a result There is An increased Long term Re-injury rate And generally Shorter primes Associated as Well So with that In mind
43:04I'm not Necessarily Searching to Buy him In dynasty If I have Him That I Don't feel Is unreasonable To expect A
43:11big Bounce back Incredibly Consistent Tight end Premium ADP For Sam Laporta He's the Guy He's probably The steadiest Most consistent ADP
43:18Like you know Exactly when He's going to Go He always Goes at That exact Spot If you Want good Tight end
43:26Production But you don't Want to pay The Loveland Level pricing You go Sam Laporta Because after Sam Laporta Everything feels A
43:33little bit Riskier A little more Volatile Like a Kyle Pitts Or an Injured Or at least Recovering Tucker Craft He's not
43:40going To be 100% This year He's not going To give you Exactly what He did last Year Especially In the yards
43:47After the Catch department Which we Explained Exactly But Sam Laporta Looks like He's ready For a year Of his Prime And
43:54to Cash One of Those In On one Of The Best Offenses In Of sense To me And I believe He is
44:02Less risky Than Tucker Craft At a Similar ADP And Because of The offense That he Operates In He actually Has more
44:09Upside So he Has more Upside And a Higher Floor Than Tucker Craft Why Aren't You Just Drafting Sam Laporta Yeah I
44:16think Very reasonable Statement All around I agree With you Also That It's Probably A less Risky Injury Than The Tucker Craft
44:23One And ACL Injury That We Should Have Mentioned That I Was Thinking Of ACL Injuries I Did A Couple Man I
44:31Found A Couple Right Off Top Of My Dome Right Yep You Did Heard His PCL Last Year And All We've Heard
44:38About Him Is That He Is A Super Human Unbelievable Incredible Player It's Like It Never Happened So Is It Just The
44:45Assumption That We're Making That He Had A Very Minor PCL Injury But Pearsall's Was Relatively Major And We Just One Heels
44:52Fully One Can't And We're Moving On Is That Is That Basically The Summary Well I Think The Other Thing Is With
44:59Pearsall He Took About Three Big Falls On That Knee During The Season And There Were Multiple Chances That He Re-aggravated So
45:07If Something Starts To Heal It's Not As Strong As You You You Re-tear It The More You Do That The Looser
45:14And Looser It's Going To To The Point Where Now Your Knee Is Kind Of Sliding A Little Bit More Than You
45:21Want Them To When You're Trying To Play And That Could Lead To Compromised Healing Now Bowers I Was Actually Pretty Surprised
45:28That He Would Suggest And Again The Ricky Pearsall Case Is Relatively Uncommon And That Vast Majority Of These Will Not Need
45:36Any Surgery Done So With Brock Bowers In The Nine Sort Of Healthy Relatively Healthy Games That School To Get To Sketch
45:43Eventually You Get There Eventually Daniel Jones I'm Heavily Invested In This Colts Offense Man I Love Tyler Warren I Think He's
45:50Arbitrage Colson Loveland Obviously Josh Downs One Of The Most Underrated Assets In All Of Fantasy Football Because He's Only 24 So
45:57Goes To Dynasty He's Going To Give You Plenty Of Floor Weeks In Best Ball But There's Also Going To Be Some
46:05Spike Weeks As Well With Touchdowns Yards After The Catch Those Are Things That Josh Downs Is Great At He Has A
46:12Bit Of A Little One Little Groin Injury It's Like A lot Of These Guys Some Tightness And They He's Practicing Fully
46:19I Don't Expect To See Any Limitations On Him From An Availability Perspective The Key With Daniel Jones Is That With These
46:26Achilles You Very Likely Don't Have Your Same Strength And As A Result Of That Mobility Ability To Scramble Probably Pretty Limited
46:33The Good Thing For Him Is That One They Have A Josh Downs And Jonathan Taylor And Tyler Warren Even If A
46:41That That's That's The Idea In That I Think He's Going To Look Pretty Good In The Role That He's Going To
46:48Play Just Not Running The Ball A Ton I Think Xavier Worthy Is Ever Going To Be A Thing I Do You
46:55Know The Video From Camp That He Re-injured His Operative Shoulder Looks Like He Fell On It And That's Usually An AC
47:02Joint Which Is Very Different Than The Labrum That He Had Repared Right You Don't Want The Shoulder Torn Out Pulled In
47:10The Wrong Direction You Rather Have Dislocating And So He Is Managing That In Season Risk The Entire Year I Don't Think
47:17We Saw An Accurate Reflection Of Xavier Worthy At All Last Year The Key With Him He Is Somewhat Small And I
47:24Worry About That A Little Bit But With That Being Said I Think In A Role I Think He Could Be Quite
47:31Good So Talking About I Was Like We We Talking Daniel Jones We Know Who We Talk About Next Not So Fast
47:38No Xavier Worthy We We Got A Zag Back I Need To Know I I Fading Alec Pierce Into Oblivion Where Are
47:46We At With This Alec Pierce Yeah I Mean Alec Pierce It's And If That's The Case If He Logs Three Or
47:53Four Weeks Of Practice I Would Expect Him To Play Week One I Know That We've Covered This Yeah We're Now Getting
48:00Into A Place Where It's Like Hey Are You Bullish On This Guy You're Like Oh Soon To Be Full Strength Now
48:07We Could Miss On This One I Fully Put That Caveat Out There It's Just That The Risk Is Increasing And The
48:15Other Thing That I Think About Is Daniel Jones Coming Off Achilles He's A Right Sided Achilles So His And Alec Pierce
48:22But I'll Go As You Said Josh Downs Tyler Warren On The Other Part Of The Offense Yes Oh God Yeah It
48:29Feels So Good Value Alert On Josh Downs And Tyler Warren I Had To Get It I I Was Like We We
48:36Talked At It Yeah But We Didn't Really Drill Into It We Just Kind Of Surface Level Hey Here's The Situation You
48:44And You You You You You operates and what Daniel Jones feels comfortable doing short intermediate middle of the field that's where
48:51Josh Downs is you could argue Josh Downs is in that area of the field more than even Tyler Warren yeah and
48:58especially Daniel Jones off an Achilles not going to be wanting to hold that ball too long I would think so many
49:05reasons so many reasons why you want to go Josh Downs and why you want to absolutely forget about Alec Pierce this
49:12is one of those shows where we we have a Alec Pierce graphic for the show and then typically we either forget
49:20to talk about that player or we barely know I wanted to make sure we're getting all angles of Alec Pierce we're
49:27going to put it out there you could skip to different parts of the show and still Alec Pierce talk okay got
49:34it we're we're out we're so out we're so out but you're in on Malik neighbors I am I think his ADP
49:41is going to rise over the next couple weeks uh he is trending towards coming back week one now he hasn't yet
49:49participated in contact so full team drills that's the one last step here and once he does that you would expect the
49:56ramp up to be relatively smooth uh now the one caveat here is that Malik neighbors typically you would see with wide
50:03receivers of his caliber of about a four week ramp up in target volume and snap count so I don't expect week
50:10one that he's going to look like the old Malik neighbors but I do anticipate usually by about week six is if
50:17he does start week one by about week six he looks quite strong and from there he's he's a 90 plus percentile
50:25athlete just same way we talked about with Tucker Kraft he's got age on his side as well so all of that
50:32and then the role of course he's the clear wide receiver one so I would I would say right now where he's
50:39going you know I think there's a few players in that range that I would still take him over if you bump
50:46him up he's going third round Deepak he's going third round right now yeah I think wide receiver excuse me I think
50:54in third round I think I'm taking him without question but if you start to bump him up to like mid-second then
51:01it starts to be a little bit more of a thought process that has to go into it I think but right
51:08now where he's going I would take him with the heartbeat I just think that in the next couple weeks you're probably
51:15going to see that ADP rise if he returns to contact practice which is similar to kind of what I'm thinking with
51:23Tucker Kraft that those numbers probably start bumping up as the headlines come come in positively but if you're going to suggest
51:30that Baker Mayfield is going to be better this year than last year which is why you might want to be bullish
51:37on a buka for example right well there's also the other end of the spectrum there's quarterbacks that are regressing this year
51:44and so we again I always talk about if we're gonna if we're gonna talk if we're gonna focus on the positive
51:51by the positive regression we also should be aware and acknowledge the negative regression and that's a guy like Jackson Dart you
51:59put go to the news on player profiler playerprofiler.com slash news Jackson dark erratic again at Giants camp neighbors affected we have
52:06Malachi Fields now making plays seizing that number two really number one for now but when neighbors is is back and and
52:13playing an 11 on 11 drills he'll be the number two but suddenly now Malachi Fields a big target out there they're
52:20talking all about how Isaiah likely like is a target magnet look at the news it's right there just go to Malik
52:28neighbors player page on player profiler and you'll get everything you need the ADP the contract the recent news related news everything
52:35you need on Malik neighbors and it doesn't add up to me it's just not adding up there seems to be a
52:42lot of risk both from Jackson Dart and his health and just the overall offense the offensive line there's we'll see we'll
52:49see I I love a good value but I gotta tell you I'm not drafting Malik neighbors in the second round I
52:56don't care I don't care what we hear I mean you could put any bit of news in front of me I'm
53:04not going second round I'm like neighbors I'm just that's just me that's I maybe I have PTSD on this I think
53:11it's very reasonable what you're saying I think in round three to me it's I'm happy to take him there but as
53:18you said if he starts climbing which you would probably anticipate him doing in the next few weeks then I it I
53:25would not sure I would I would be as confident in that I'm gonna be out I'm gonna be out at that
53:33point right uh you're you must be encouraged by Tank Dell yes and no I mean in as a Texans fan I
53:40want to see Tank Dell back to what he was and you know strongly rooting for this guy but this is a
53:47massive injury so you know if you remember back to like Javante Williams for example uh this can be a multi-year recovery
53:54where you don't see the player immediately look like he used to and that's kind of what the data would suggest with
54:01Tank Dell now maybe we're going to be missing on this one but I'm okay taking a pass here and okay uh
54:09yeah I'm actually not really looking to pick him up this year at least for a redraft dynasty now the thing you
54:16have to consider is when the player has this magnitude of injury the data would be pretty strong to say their prime
54:23would be shorter now uh with that being said you know if he comes back and he doesn't look that great then
54:30in dynasty I may be looking to buy because the following year is when he projects to come back close to what
54:38he was before so this year I think he'll play I certainly don't have any expectation that he won't he actually looks
54:45really good that's what I'm saying it's just that you know those are mostly videos on air right so I I don't
54:52know that I can really extrapolate that when the data is very convincing the other way uh you look at J.K.
54:59Dobbins you look at uh Javante Williams guys who have come back from these types of injuries and they were actually probably
55:06less severe than what this was and uh I I just have some real hesitation about going straight for him this year
55:13yeah fade tank Dell that's that's unfortunate we we need we need to talk about a few more players okay we're gonna
55:21go rapid fire we're gonna come back with rapid fire I mean we haven't talked about George Kittle yet we haven't talked
55:28about the Atlanta quarterbacks we haven't talked about Devante Smith and Makai Lennon there we've talked about Zach Charbonnet so you know
55:35we we've we've got a lot to talk about and we're gonna get we're gonna get right back into it after this
55:42you know the original player profile was just my podcasting tool that I made available to the public so that you could
55:50follow along and look up the stats while I'm looking them up and talking about them on the show then you're asking

57:16game swish to athletic stuff like a half mile stroll get those steps in head to sierra or sierra.com for the brands
57:24you want at the prices that let you do it all from athletic to athletic sierra's got it oh yes yes yes
57:31yes yes yes yes rashi rice he was rehabbing from a jail cell they're bringing him on slow how do you feel
57:38about Rashi Rice this year i feel good this year the concern here comes that he had a loose body removal usually
57:45loose body means you have some sort of cartilage damage and that does predict a shorter prime now with rashi rice this
57:52year that probably doesn't come up he's pretty young still so no limitations expected and he's a yak guy that's the other
58:00problem like the the players that rely on yak age the fastest also true uh usually you wouldn't see that this year
58:07though exactly exactly so rashi rice he's 25 years old it's not an issue it's just that know that players like aj
58:14brown same thing debo samuel same these guys rely on yak and their lower bodies start to degrade faster than the players
58:21that are on the sideline that are that are maximizing their production primarily with air yards and so that's why you see
58:29that they're the shortened careers of a guy like debo i mean if debo took care of his strength and conditioning he
58:36might have a couple extra years but he's not if he's not going to do that and he's going to rely on
58:43yak then you're putting so much pressure on your body age 29 you're an overcooked turkey and that's just the way it
58:50is not unfair he's like well that felt like old was it old school he's like that was perfect i don't have
58:57a response okay davante smith mckay lemon apparently mckay lemon tried to come back early and then got hurt again what just
59:05happened the mckay lemon was a little bit more concerning uh i would say davante smith i'm not that concerned he uh
59:12a veteran having some rest time because of what is reported as a mild hamstring uh again if it doesn't linger into
59:19training camp typically won't predict that he misses any in season time as a result uh mckay lemon on the other hand
59:26rookies who miss time with injury tend to start slower and i think we saw this uh last year with luther burden
59:34as well and so mckay lemon the fact that it is potentially a re-aggravation even though right now they're saying it's mild
59:41uh does raise my concern just a little bit he's not really a player i was targeting anyway based on fit for
59:48uh redraft at least and so i'm not you know overly concerned that it drops him drastically but i i think there's
59:55safer picks in that area they suffered simultaneous hamstring injuries but they're two completely different situations one is essentially a mask for
60:02veteran maintenance like that's what that is okay he has a little bit of tightness in his leg he's probably dehydrated one
60:10day and let's take five days off great and it's like it never happened mckay lemon absolutely did happen he missed a
60:17bunch of camp with it so if you're going to miss otas with an injury then you have that injury again during
60:24training camp they might shut this guy down for an extended period like two weeks then he misses two weeks of camp
60:31after missing all of otas there's just there are not a lot of plays he can even run so that's when you're
60:39going to see more marquise brown more don'tavian wicks much to our chagrin i don't want this i have jalen hurts and
60:46dynasty i like mckay lemon i have a bunch of mckay lemon i mean this is this is not good but this
60:53all bodes poorly this this is teeing up so perfectly for him to have like a ricky pierce all rookie year where
61:00he flashes big time in december he has some big plays and some big splash performances in december and everybody's on lemon
61:08as of next march but if you drafted him this year you're probably not going to get fantasy points commiserate with what
61:15you had to pay yeah totally agree with all of that oh fuck i hate it when you agree i want to
61:22i want to set up something so specific that it's just so easy if you just to pull like one block out
61:29and the whole tower collapses but unfortunately i've just seen too many of these movies before yeah i mean for what it's
61:36worth it makes me more optimistic on davante actually so uh that that's the guy i want you're welcome you're what thank
61:44you you're welcome i'm glad i could give some service to you in examining these injuries and how they might affect fantasy
61:51values okay chris rodriguez they seem to be easing him back in not quite ready to open it up fully still with
61:58that limited tag with the foot injury which makes sense with these these foot injuries i think would you agree that training
62:05staff are now much more sensitive cognizant of the the optimal protocol especially with these these complicated and sometimes mysterious foot injuries
62:13yeah i think i think the more like over the past several years they've just gained lots and lots of data the
62:20tracking has gotten a lot better so like player speed and how much force they're putting out and sort of how that
62:27tracks over the course of a practice or if you remember chip kelly like famously had players having chips and basically everything
62:34uh and so these types of things are are what they use and that's probably why they're saying chris rodriguez not quite
62:41ready for full action here i don't necessarily expect it to limit his in-season availability but the fact that he's being still
62:49kind of worked in makes me hesitant to pull the trigger on him really at any point uh in the draft i
62:56think his upside is somewhat limited oh his upside is for sure limited that's that's there's no doubt about that the question
63:03is in best ball for example does he give you that floor with some touchdown upside mixed in in the double digit
63:10rounds especially if you're going to have one of these like four or five running back builds i can see it i
63:18can see it but for a managed league if i can make add drops during the season there's just not enough upside
63:25there the one guy for best ball that i like probably more than market here is laquint allen because laquint allen will
63:32be the satellite back there in jacksonville he's gonna have some weeks some justice hill level weeks and then his role will
63:39expand if there's any any games missed especially by tootin but also even with rodriguez they would have to make him they
63:47would have to make alan the breather back in that case which would be great so that's a situation where a guy
63:54is super inexpensive uh but you can get sort of rj harvey level production many rounds later uh just in terms of
64:01that particular backfield how i feel about it and and i and in seattle i've really come around i'm like hey jadarian
64:08price is just where we need to be focused and so it's almost like we're late you and i talking about zach
64:15charbon because i just Zach Charbonnet i just don't care anymore yeah i mean i i think we should care uh really
64:23in a sense meaning yeah i mean he so he had surgery pretty late that's the thing with charbonnet it was around
64:30february that's the thing man and you know a nine month return would be relatively fast but but i think pretty doable
64:37uh that still puts him at november and if he comes back that early you're probably seeing limitations usually a limited workload
64:44that but the last sort of end part of the season which is an important part for a lot of our leagues
64:52that's where i would expect him to look relatively good and potentially useful especially you know we don't exactly know how the
64:59rest of that backfield is going to look so uh december is is when i would be sort of hoping optimistically to
65:06get some production out of charbonnet but i wouldn't be banking on him by any means to your point it's really throughout
65:13that's just based on like timeline data the most the simplest most trusted way to actually project when a guy's going to
65:20return that he's not adrian peterson okay if he's not adrian peterson he's probably going to come back around here beginning of
65:28november you won't see him look like himself till december meanwhile sports illustrated's albert breer is saying oh there's a it was
65:35a close call he could be ready for week one like he's just printing propaganda at that point yeah the data would
65:42pretty strongly say that you wouldn't see him at week one i mean that's seven months from an acl surgery thank you
65:49the the guys who come back that fast are usually 90 plus percentile athletes look look like you know zach charbonnet age-wise
65:57does does kind of fit that bill but but uh the rest of his profile isn't really like an adrian peterson who
66:04is just one of the most extreme athletic outlier we've probably seen okay so we have some questions from the chat we
66:11should get it because we have one more one more final question for you but uh i'm gonna i'm gonna involve the
66:18chat here uh so the the question that they have is luther burden's injury is serious if sorry sorry sorry everybody's heart
66:26skipped a beat no if it's not sir we don't know we don't know how serious luther burden's injury is in camp
66:33from having seen this movie before i don't think it's very serious this sounds very bruisey in terms of the the news
66:40i'm hearing on luther burden sounds bruisey and maintenancey right you know crampy you know these where you know these terms right
66:47these are official injury analysis terms right deepak yes just like sketch yeah okay if if it's if luther burden's injury is
66:54serious how high does adunze go oh man i mean i think i think you gotta upgrade adunze but to your point
67:02it sounds like he just collided with another player and then he was able to walk off even though he limped he
67:09was able to walk off so i don't know that we're necessarily you know bumping anybody up tremendously uh but adunze and
67:16i think loveland both are worth hitting if you're not already but i'm already hitting on both so i i would say
67:23you know you could push them both up if you wanted all right if you were in a keeper league this is
67:31this is a random question from the chat but hey we had the chat for a reason this is fun uh a
67:38random keeper league would you rather have judkins in the ninth tyler warren in the eighth or puka as your first round
67:45pick i'm taking tyler warren before daniel jones got injured he was tight end four uh so i i think he he
67:52could uh you know i think his last year numbers were probably under representative of what he really is judkins has some
67:59risk here because these uh these ankle fractures he had his in december they do tend to kind of predict a little
68:07bit of a lag in terms of the ability to return to pre-injury explosiveness and efficiency so for me warren i feel
68:14very good about and especially as we talked about with the daniel jones potential sort of altered mechanics and altered role uh
68:21would shift to the mid-range passing game so give me warren looks like we got a little frozen matt matt may have
68:28gotten booted off for a second so i'll give you a couple other guys i'm i'm looking at uh one is cd
68:36lamb now he may actually be undervalued if you can believe that with cd lamb he had a severe high ankle week
68:43three these typically cause about a two month dip in player performance so when you look at his his numbers pre and
68:50post those games which was uh basically the first two weeks of the season and then after that sort of two month
68:57window late november onwards if you look at those eight games he was on pace for about 1400 yards in the season
69:04uh as opposed to the about a thousand that he ended up getting so uh i think i think that's a potential
69:12value for you especially if you end up with one of those late late round one picks another piece of news that
69:19was out there was josh jacobs and uh he's dealing with reportedly a groin strain this may just be one of those
69:26veteran players without uh a tremendous um kind of impact on on his availability the main thing here we want to check
69:33back is that he this doesn't linger into actual preseason and if it does not then typically you would see him bounce
69:41back pretty strong jalen mcmillan something to watch out for he had a knee injury reported very limited info and uh the
69:48important thing here is that his prior injuries although he's had several were not reportedly knee related so i don't necessarily think
69:55this means he's injury prone by any means but uh but something to kind of keep an eye on so who did
70:02you end up keeping so tyler warren for me there's some risks with judkins with the ankle injury uh similar like we
70:10talked about with cascadabo except the difference being that judkins injury was in december so if you project him out even to
70:17a little bit of faster return to performance level that's still like late october so i i think uh the safer answer
70:24there for me is going to be warren and he was a superstar when jane jones was out there the last few
70:31weeks of the year jane jones of course was injured so i think his stats for the year in aggregate undersell what
70:38his real value is the jalen warren all the ultimate just the ultimate prize and all these tight end premium leagues i'm
70:46always just trying i just reached on i just took him in a startup tight end premium startup i took him i'll
70:53tell you where i took him i think i took him i think him in the third round i think i took
71:00him in the third round oh i'm back up oh we might be able to you know what we'll do is we'll
71:07we want to make a pick live on air i'll make a pick live yeah let's do it yeah let's see if
71:15we can do that so let's get that we'll pull up the draft room here okay so this is this is fun
71:22we're going to pull up the draft room i'm going to share the screen here is the pod fathers draft as it
71:29stands currently drake may marion hampton yes it was the third round tyler warren i was like why is that the third
71:36because i'm i'm kind of near the i'm near the turn there so did i take him at the end of the
71:43third or the beginning of the fourth sure enough it was end of the third and then somehow mahomes made it back
71:51to me i was not expecting that at all and but you'll notice that the guy that was to the left of
71:58me had two quarterbacks and i was like man i i could actually conceivably end up with mahomes here and then sure
72:05enough because both guys had drafted two quarterbacks mahomes made it all the way back around so it was it's wild man
72:12it's it mahomes at the 410 i just can't like i i've never in a tight end premium super flex format just
72:20thinking about the different values i've gotten on tight ends and quarterbacks just in the last few months hard to beat mahomes
72:27here at the 410 especially now in one of the reasons why he's available is because he's coming back from injury and
72:34from what i heard from you that's a good pick yeah i think i think pretty good pick you just have to
72:41kind of temper your expectations on the rushing specifically but the passing should be there sniped on kyle pitts the next guy
72:49in my queue is actually fernando mendoza to go three quarterbacks here i'm not doing it i know we just i just
72:56mentioned how this the the the teams to my left both have two quarterbacks so i can always get mendoza on the
73:03way back around saquon barkley is somehow still available uh even though this is technically the sixth round wow of a super
73:10flex tight end premium format i don't have hardly any barkley should i just get barkley here yeah oh yeah you think
73:17so i i certainly would yeah barkley barkley or judarian price i would go barkley let's go barkley let's go good that
73:25feels so good oh wow wow barkley that late barkley after tootin and henderson and irving oh man what what right exactly
73:32someone should trade it up for christian mccaffrey okay so and good good for them but i i just i just got
73:39saquon barkley without trading up at all that's wild i can't believe you fell that far i feel really good about that
73:46so yeah here is the here is the draft here is the draft now that i have barkley you can see whoo
73:54it's a fun it's a fun fun fun fun team i haven't done any trading at all uh and i but i've
74:01i've really enjoyed this particular draft it's pretty clean scoring the tight end premium is 1.75 so that's that was another reason
74:08why i was like man i gotta be really i gotta be aggressive i just want to show people my receipts we're
74:15talking about oh how aggressive is aggressive well a couple picks after loveland i'm picking tyler warren that's just what i'm doing
74:22another player i would like to get late that i'm trying to draft everywhere which goes along with a question that's in
74:30the chat here is keeping tony pollard or keeping george kittle we have not talked about george kittle yet another potential victim
74:37of the electric substation which has already eaten up ricky pierce all it's laid low mike evans it's put a pause on
74:44dijon striplings breakout we had a little bit of a was that a hamstring injury for a stripling they called it hamstring
74:51tightness it just implies a pretty low severity but yeah but again you know it's it is a little concerning that could
74:59be crampy that could be crampy though yeah it probably is not like high severity it's just that a rookie missing time
75:06in camp is you know never optimal that's right for his breakout i couldn't have said it better myself literally i've said
75:13that exact thing and i could not say it better myself because i've said that exact thing myself and i loved it
75:20when i said it and i loved it when you said it that's what i'm here for so george kittle he's coming
75:28back from a an achilles rupture this was a major injury he's also a complete fanatical worker outer so it's interesting he
75:35he comes back to a a team with wide open depth chart lots of vacated targets will ricky pierce all no brandon
75:42iuke no pierce all even christian kirk's been hurt so you just need to get these guys across the finish line healthy
75:49at the end of august and the two guys specifically i'm talking about other than christian mccaffrey who is i ironically the
75:56only healthy 49er it's fun to say that it's a fun phrase to say we've talked about how we're going to get
76:04mike evans across the finish line just let him heal this is potentially an injury that could be aggravated during the season
76:11so he's better off just taking days off than than pushing it at all just try to you know treat him like
76:18a glass doll leading up to the start of the season same thing with kittle the modern medical techniques are racing ahead
76:25particularly in the area of muscle regrowth and regeneration which extends into the tendons which are the connective tissue between muscles and
76:33the skeletal structure therefore it does make sense that as these prp and stem cell injections continue to become more popular and
76:40more refined that it would be tendon recovery that would be the most benefited yeah i mean i think all of that
76:47is pretty fair to say in general uh the one thing that you know with the achilles in general you typically see
76:54a pretty big dip in strength in that first whole year back and for most players it takes about 18 months to
77:01get it back uh if you look at historically nfl players they have dipped pretty severely even though the timeline since ever
77:09since about three four years ago when cam acres came back pretty quick around five months the timeline has started to push
77:16up pretty pretty significantly but you still see a pretty notable drop off in performance and especially for players george kittle is
77:23going to be needing the kind of he's not a quarterback so he needs to kind of be able to create that
77:30separation to some degree i think you're i'm not really in on kittle this year i think the reason is again you're
77:38expecting a pretty big dip in his strength now if you want to compare into the most modern example i would say
77:45jason tatum in the nba is a reasonable comparison he came back from an achilles his distance from the basket per shot
77:52was much higher this year and then he had a little bit of a soft tissue type re-aggravation um not anything severe
77:59but it did keep him out so with george kittle he's he's already given his history one of the highest risk players
78:06in that same category with mike evans he's had a lot of soft tissue strains and he's age over 30 and then
78:14now you add in this achilles i'm going to be out on george kittle but you know you you are taking him
78:21pretty late i don't think i would use a keeper on him i'm also not a huge tony pollard fan going back
78:28to that original question but but for me i'm going to hold off on george kittle i just think it's fun to
78:35just kind of go back and forth just kind of just flip back and forth oh there's george kittle oh there's the
78:43electric substation oh there's george kittle oh there's the electric substation it's just funny this is a that you've already said they
78:50have the most injury prone players at every position with the exception of quarterback they had the most injury prone running back
78:57you know look at his list of soft tissue injuries in the lower body it's it requires like multiple page refreshers on
79:04player profile when you scroll down to the injuries section then you've got george kittle at tight end you've got mike evans
79:12at wide receiver so it's very difficult to actually track the cause of these injuries to an electric substation when they're they're
79:19importing the most injured players to their roster and then you wonder why they're getting injured well it is you cannot necessarily
79:26pinpoint the cause and effect when there are extenuating circumstances several factors at play here mostly age and history of injuries and
79:33randomness we'll talk about all those things you can examine all of those items those data points before we talk about electric
79:40substations yeah i think that's pretty fair i mean if you look at mike evans and george kittle are both in that
79:48highest risk category i have uh christian ccafree obviously he's he played throughout last year he was he was strong and solid
79:55so you know i i would i don't know that i would put him in that same level as the others but
80:02he does have quite a history himself so you know they who knows if what the underlying factor is here the electrical
80:09substation may or may not be part of it you couldn't even get the term electrical substation out before i was laughing
80:17i wanted you to say it's so bad you were saying the electrical substation it's so good oh my that was terrific
80:24terrific so you're out on kettle wow that's not good i've uh i've been chasing so i've been chasing targets in san
80:31francisco because i know they're going to be playing from behind potentially some shootouts with like the rams and the seahawks and
80:38then when they play the cardinals what's going to happen they're just thinking about all these things like oh look at how
80:45aggressive some people are drafting brock purdy where those targets gonna go it is like oh they could go to a guy
80:53who has like 15 touchdowns and his range of outcomes and mike evans or you know the most efficient yards per target
81:00tight end of the last decade oh and george kittle it's like i get i just i get into a trance i
81:07get lured in by but these these to me typically it's more like a young explosive player when i was younger that
81:14was that that would be the shiny object that would captivate me now it's the old guy it's the old guy in
81:22the incredible target conservation situation that that that really gets me inspired it's funny yeah i mean it's hard not to think
81:29mike evans when he's out there is going to be a stud right i think that yes so we'll we'll do the
81:36the classic oh man we i don't want to go out on like the classic uh injury prediction backslide which is like
81:43oh i like player x when healthy or i like players y when healthy if healthy no no it's like you like
81:51him or not and actually having to do the research and analyze is this player an injury risk or not it's very
81:58difficult to pinpoint but there are some data points that do suggest just generally speaking based on the type of injury it
82:05is or specifically the news we're getting and the timing of the news we're getting that's more like the the risk around
82:12alec pierce whereas the risk with a zach charbonnet it's just like no matter what reports you're going to get from albert
82:19breer it's all nonsense because it's complete propaganda because it's never been done before it's just not how it works like it's
82:27like you could just bet against that player based on how acls work over here uh and you could also bet against
82:34alec pierce because it's like there's mystery around this but none of it is good and everything we're hearing is bad it's
82:41just every day you don't hear something positive with alec pierce his adp and your willingness to draft him needs to go
82:48down down down down down give us give us one more thing to close this out a player we haven't talked about
82:56that you believe like a saquon barkley like a drake london that for some extenuating circumstances you believe that whether it's their
83:03own health or the health of their supporting cast could ex could help them exceed expectations this year a player that's rarely
83:10talked about in the context of injury analysis but where you could use injury analysis to find some real value let's give
83:17give us just one more guy like that yeah one more guy uh cd lamb so this is not one that really
83:24people have been talking about but last year pretty major severe high ankle injury he came back relatively quick but these injuries
83:32tend to cause at least six to eight weeks of a performance hit so with that in mind week three was his
83:39injury if you look at his first two weeks and then give him that kind of two month leeway after that you
83:46pull basically his you could say recovered or at least partially recovered stats those eight weeks together he was on pace for
83:531400 yards so cd lamb you know i i think he's shown us huge huge upside he's shown us jamar chase type
84:01upside in the past and i i think there's no reason in my eyes to say that he's not capable of getting
84:08back right back there and i think last year he was actually on pace he had over 100 yards both of the
84:15first two games but then had this ankle injury so i think we just didn't really see it take the half round
84:22discount on city land this year right you know crampy you know these where you know these terms are these are official
84:30injury analysis terms right deepak yes just like sketch looks like we got a little frozen i don't have hardly any barkley
84:37should i just get barkley here yeah oh yeah yeah yeah oh yeah have you seen this electric substation yeah yeah oh
84:44yeah i don't know why i went off the dome like that that was weird but that's how i remembered uh the
84:51pcls age 29 you're an overcooked turkey and that's just the way it is not unfair luther burden's injury is serious if
84:58sorry sorry sorry sorry everybody i just everybody's heart skipped a beat no if it's not serious we don't know we don't
85:06know how serious luther burden's injury is in camp oh man what and i could not say it better myself because i've
85:13said that exact thing myself and i loved it when i said it and i loved it when you said it all
85:20right cool i was uh solo doing it for a minute and i'm glad we're back we actually this is amazing we
85:27lost power and i'm on a backup generator right now oh boy yeah we just got this backup generator and and the
