0:57Oh, what is good? We're live. We're rolling. We got Big Co.
1:01We got Shev. Today we're going to talk about some cornerstones for your pleasure.
1:05So these are, you know, obviously exactly what it sounds like.
1:09These are the foundational pieces of your dynasty team.
1:12And then, you know, we set some age thresholds because, you know, dynasty starts at some point.
1:17You start, you know, after a certain age, maybe starting to lose value for no good reason except for age.
1:24And, you know, everyone in this room can feel that a little bit, right?
1:28Um, so, um, and then we have some other buckets that we're going to go ahead and place everybody in.
1:35Uh, we've, we've gone through this exercise, um, and we've got about 11, 12 different buckets that we can place a bunch of different players in.
1:43So we'll, we'll go through this tonight. We're going to do our cornerstone rankings on air and then drop other guys in buckets on air as well.
1:52I'll give you an idea of what those buckets are when we're going through it.
1:57Um, this is just kind of a way to kind of tell you, um, generally, you know, kind of where these guys
2:04fit in, in, in a roster construction scenario. Right.
2:07How's everybody doing? How's everybody doing? Uh, I, I like the idea of the buckets.
2:11We've got some, uh, ascending stars. We've got some money makers.
2:15We've got the respected OGs. We've got the glue guys.
2:18We've got some tweeners. These buckets are going to be good.
2:22Right. So, um, starting off here, just to kind of give you an idea of, of what the show is and where
2:29we're going and how we're coming to these designations.
2:32Um, the receiver threshold and running back threshold are both 26 years old through the season.
2:37Right. So if you turn 27 in the season, you are not available to be a cornerstone.
2:42Um, tight end is 28 and quarterback is 30, but all of these are through the season.
2:48Right. So if you hit any of those marks in the season, you're, you're out.
2:53Right. So that's how we, we, we, we come up with this.
2:56And then like big co mentioned, um, we have, uh, some buckets here, right?
3:01We've got your cornerstones and we've kind of laid out what those are.
3:05We have your foundational contenders. These are essentially guys that have sort of aged out of the cornerstone threshold, but basically have
3:12been cornerstones throughout most of their career. Right. Uh, pretty easy, pretty cut and dry there.
3:17Then we have your ascending stars. The name is what it is, right?
3:22These are going to be your younger guys. Um, with, probably good draft capital and good situations, but we just need to
3:29see a little bit more from consistently to say, Hey, um, or maybe even rookies to say, Hey, that, that, that you're in the cornerstone area.
3:37Then we have the tweeners like big co was saying.
3:40Um, these are guys who for whatever reason, don't fit into the cornerstone bucket, mostly probably because of some sort of situation,
3:47whether it's, uh, you know, real life on the field, off the field, or, um, you know, just the team situation that you're in.
3:55Right. Um, so, or they just don't fit into, Hey, you're not in this bucket.
4:00You're not in this bucket. So we kind of have like a tweeners bucket there.
4:05Then we have, um, money winners and value losers.
4:08So that's pretty self-explanatory. Those are guys that, Hey, uh, you can pick up and for two more years, they're going to
4:15score you a bunch of points, but they're going to probably continue to lose value.
4:20Right. But if you're winning and you're trying to have the end goal of actually winning money at fantasy, these guys are way more valuable to you.
4:28But like, if you're a rebuilder, you probably don't want any of those guys.
4:33Cause they're, they're going in the wrong direction for the most part.
4:37Um, then we have the prove it tier. These are going to be kind of your younger guys that we want to
4:44see really come out here and do it. And to, and then they could move into a different tier.
4:50We got your money-making OGs. Those are your old, old guys that, you know, if you're anywhere near, not a top four
4:57team, you don't want to mess with those guys.
5:00Um, we got the glue guys. So these guys are going to be sort of your, your twos and threes.
5:06Uh, they kind of are going to hold the bottom end of your roster together.
5:11Then we have your sixth man. These guys are going to be the guys coming off the bench, hopefully, or a flex play for you.
5:19If you're in a deeper league, you don't really want to have to start them, but you like having them.
5:26And then they could come in and really have some big minutes for you.
5:30Um, or, you know, they could be, they're certainly flex worthy in, uh, in, in, in some instances.
5:36Um, but they're not necessarily the guy that you want to have to rely on.
5:41Um, and then we have your lottery tickets and that's pretty self-explanatory.
5:45There's going to be later round value guys with upward trajectory.
5:48I think we're going to end up breaking that into, you know, youth lottery tickets and veteran lottery tickets of sort of
5:55being like, Hey, one, this is a $5 scratch off.
5:58This is $20 scratch off. Essentially, you know, we got it.
6:02We're going to break this into, into two different buckets of, of lottery picks.
6:06And then we will have stashes, which we just dropped the stash video today.
6:11Um, or yesterday, if you haven't checked it out, go check that out, but we'll have a stash list for you.
6:18So a bunch of different stuff, a lot of information to take in there.
6:22I'm sure people will come in halfway through and say, what the hell are you doing?
6:27Um, but I could do a scratch off right now.
6:31You know, we should all got one for this next week.
6:34I'll bring one live. We'll scratch it. We'll see what happens.
6:38Um, and we do have a couple of questions that some of the listeners so generously, um, hit us with a little bit of a tip.
6:46So we will answer those questions, uh, at some point in the stream, but all the other questions we'll probably have to wait.
6:53Cause we're going to kind of focus on this, um, today.
6:57So, um, jumping right into it. Let's get into it here, boys.
7:01Everybody good. Everybody understand the rules. Oh yeah. I'm just here.
7:04I just wanted to have a good time with the guys.
7:08It's about the friends that we made along the way, not the money that you make.
7:13That's right. That's right. What pansy said that? I don't know.
7:17Somebody who plays trophies. Second place. Yeah. All right.
7:20So let's jump into it. Let's start ranking these, these cornerstones.
7:23Uh, what position group would you guys want to start with quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, or tight ends?
7:29Tight ends. Tight ends. Nobody likes tight ends, but me.
7:32Pause. I almost spit my water on my computer.
7:35I did my computer just dodge the bullet. I need 93 on the pause gun, bud.
7:40Just so you know, Shev is, uh, holding his microphone tonight.
7:44He's in a new, new location. Setup is not quite ready.
7:48So he's going to be newscastering, uh, this evening.
7:50So, um, all right. You down coming to you live from the FF dynasty, Richard, you down.
7:56Um, all right. Brock Bowers, Trey McBride, both at the age threshold, both are cornerstones, right?
8:01Sure. Sure. Right. So now the question becomes our Colson Loveland and Tyler Warren and done enough for your pleasure to be
8:08a cornerstone, or are we going to go ahead and place them in some other buckets down the line here?
8:15What you got, Shiv? I mean, I'm not, I'm not going to make them cornerstones just yet.
8:20I mean, we've seen actual elite seasons, you know, historical all time seasons from the guys that are cornerstone.
8:26So I feel like you're just, it's like, it goes from the hall of fame to the hall of very good, very quickly.
8:34And we just need a little bit more. I just need a little bit more.
8:38I mean, there's a guy, there's a guy that we're probably going to talk about because I'm contractually obligated to talk about
8:45him for the last like 15 months or so.
8:48But there's a guy who, if we're going to do that, then he belongs in the same tier with them.
8:55So I, I can't quite do it yet. Because I see it.
8:59I see it. I think at least loved in Loveland for sure.
9:03And you could make a case for Warren craft fan.
9:06And if you wanted to, to put them in and make them cornerstones with the caveat being like, let's put a little bit.
9:13There's just, it seems like that's disrespectful to would to Brock Bowers and Trey McBride.
9:18Right. It's like, I think that's what Shev is saying.
9:21Like they're not good enough yet. And they haven't shown us enough yet to be on pace with those two guys.
9:28It's value wise. So you put them in the same bucket, you call them all cornerstones.
9:33It seems like we're pairing them up and it's not respectful enough for Bowers and McBride.
9:38And if you could put a little checkmate and a little extra star beside their, their badge and say, Hey, these two guys are untouchable.
9:46But I think like the value in what Colson Loveland represents, Tyler Warren, potentially Tucker craft and Harold fan.
9:52And like, it's just so hard to find a good young stud tight end.
9:57I think those guys are cornerstones. I really do.
10:00And I don't want to get into the unit use, you know, throwing cornerstone around.
10:05If you want to just cut it off and get brought him in Bowers, I'm totally fine with that.
10:11Have you ever looked at someone else's rankings and strongly disagreed with them, but the tedious process of actually making your own personal rankings is just too daunting.
10:20Well, the FF dynasty.com has you covered head over to the site, create a free membership and start swiping.
10:26Each individual decision you make is not only helping to contribute to the overall crowdsource rankings, but it's also being logged in
10:33your own personal database, put in enough swipes and unlock your very own personal dynasty rankings based on each individual swipe decision you've made.
10:41It's that simple. Head over to the FF dynasty.com and get your swipe on.
10:45This episode is brought to you by Google Chrome.
10:48You think, you know, a browser, but Gemini and Chrome that's new.
10:52It can help you with practically anything on the web, like restoring a vintage motorcycle from a 50 page restoration block, or
10:59finally break down that long article you've had open for weeks.
11:03Gemini and Chrome is here for it. Ready to make anything online make sense?
11:07There's no place like Chrome check responses, set up required compatibility and availability.
11:11Various 18 plus. You thought this was your run club era.
11:15It turns out it was more of a thinking about run club era.
11:19The good news, someone's marathon training is about to start.
11:22Sell your workout gear on Depop. Just snap a few photos and we'll take care of the rest.
11:28They get their race day fit and you get a payout for trying.
11:32Someone on Depop wants what you've got. Start selling now.
11:35Depop. Where taste recognizes taste. I think for me, just like you said, out of, out of the respect to those two
11:43guys and how elite they've been and how untouchable they are in most scenarios, I'm going to leave Loveland and Warren off
11:50that list, even though I think that they're going to be right there really soon.
11:54And I think, you know, craft craft and fan and I think could make cases for themselves this year.
12:01Hell pits doesn't what he does again. And, you know, we, we might, he might have to be on this list too, you know?
12:08Yeah. That's, that's kind of the, that's kind of the thing, but it's like, you still, we're still waiting for those elite,
12:15elite seasons from, to reward us for, to make the, us put them there.
12:20We've already got those from Brock Bowers and Trey McBride.
12:23That's what makes it a little bit more difficult for me to do.
12:27yeah. All right. So we'll keep those two as cornerstones and we'll let's, we're going to go down the line here.
12:34Wide receivers is next on the tab and let's jump over there.
12:38Okay. Ja'Marr Chase cornerstone, right? CC. JSN. Cornerstone, right?
12:41Puka Nakua. Yeah. I'm in Ross. St. Brown does not reach the age threshold, so he will be out for now because he'll be 27 in season.
12:50Malik. St. Brown, you are, you are cornerstone in my book, buddy.
12:53AJ, nothing but a number, baby. All right. Malik neighbors.
12:57All right. This is somebody who's easy. We've seen flashes.
13:00Does the injury make you want to not be a cornerstone?
13:03No, he checks the bucket of historically significant performance.
13:06Most targets ever for rookie ever. Most receptions by a wide receiver for a rookie ever.
13:11And he was 18 points a game, wasn't he?
13:14For his rookie year. Yes. So he's, he's checked off all the boxes for me.
13:19Okay. But, uh, Dion Sanders toe and knee injury make you worried.
13:23I mean, look, hammer toe is a real deal.
13:26All right. All in, in, in churches in the South.
13:29Okay. And those women get up and make greens and do all kinds of stuff and walk around.
13:35And then so Malik neighbors could come in and make millions of dollars and make us money.
13:40We're in our fantasy leagues. You understand? So, yeah.
13:43Hey, I'm, I'm with it. He tells me he's getting an amputated.
13:47I'm, I'm in, I'm with it. Um, all right.
13:50Uh, Justin Jefferson also out of the cornerstone conversation because of age CD lamb as well, because of the age threshold that we have set.
13:58All right. That leads, that takes us to Drake London.
14:01Is Drake London a cornerstone smack it? Yes. Yes.
14:04Big co I could go either way. Uh, you know, Oh yes.
14:08Yes. And no. What makes you say? Yeah. Give us, give us the, give us the.
14:13Nothing. Uh, he's his target. He's a, he's a target hog.
14:17He's a target hog. He's young enough. If he's young enough to be in still, he's, he's a stud.
14:23When the ball comes his way, he's catching it.
14:26I get it. He's a, he's a monster. He just, he hasn't, he hasn't felt as valuable as those other guys yet.
14:33Like it's all, it's almost like a Tyler Warren thing in the tight ends.
14:37Right? Like I, but he's a beast. Well, I mean, wasn't he wide receiver seven?
14:42That's his best season. I just, it's like, obviously he hasn't been there for as long as the other guys.
14:49I'm saying that basically the same idea is like, if Colson Loveland and Tyler Warren get in a, get in a group
14:56chat with McBride and Bowers and bring down the average value, like Drake London being in the same group chat with Jamar chase here.
15:03And, you know, Puka and JSN just doesn't feel quite right, but I'm okay being wrong and I'm okay.
15:10Clicking it. And I'm okay. Putting them in there.
15:12I think he's the, the bottom, the bottom of the, of the tier here, just because of the value.
15:19And we've seen plenty of when, when everything's like, it should be.
15:22And, and there's a quarterback up, right? They can get on the ball.
15:27He can produce top high end numbers. And he's somebody who is very hard to trade for, which I think feel like,
15:34you know, there's kind of like three boxes that you have to check here for the cornerstone where the group, the grip
15:41is not super loose on Drake London. So agreed.
15:44And when Penix was, when Penix was healthy, the defense knew where he wanted to throw the ball and it was going
15:51to London and the defense couldn't stop it. Yeah.
15:54That's the, that's the thing. I mean, we haven't, we don't.
15:57Okay. So to your point, we haven't hit the, the high highs that we hit with, you know, with a Malik neighbors
16:04potentially with, with JSN or with Puka, but you know that there's potential there and he's already got a hundred, he's got 150 target season under his belt.
16:13So, and you know, the high end production. So it just kind of, I mean, it kind of, I agree with what you're saying.
16:21Like, Hey, we don't, it's not quite the same as these other guys, but I feel like he still belongs there.
16:28Yeah. All right. Well, we'll get, we're going to put Drake London in there and this brings us to the next question.
16:35Is he the last one or is Ted Arroa McMillan a cornerstone?
16:39Cause this is a tricky one. I think, I think right now I do have him in my cornerstone list.
16:45I think the value, I think the value is, is strong on him.
16:49We're like a year away from potentially how we like just feel about Drake London right now.
16:55Right. We feel like everything Drake London has and is doing can be Ted Arroa McMillan.
17:00Right. Or at least I do. And I'm pretty sure you feel the same way.
17:05Shiv. Yeah. Yeah. I'll be very clear about that.
17:08Yeah. Um, so does he, I feel like he's just one of those to me, like it does feel like there's a
17:15value drop off to any of the next receivers perceived and in rookie drafts or rather startup drafts, however you want to chop it up.
17:23So, um, and the value is really strong. I think when you said there's a couple of check marks you got to
17:30have, like, I don't think anybody's, I think he's just as hard to trade for as Drake London would be.
17:36Um, most likely, um, I, yeah, if I had a problem with Drake London, I definitely got, I've Ted, Ted goes in
17:44my rising potential stud list, you know, I, he's not like he should in a textbook dynasty terms.
17:49He should be, he should be a cornerstone, but if he's, like I said, if he's in the same, he's not in
17:56the same group with Puka, JSN and Jamar Chase.
17:59I'm just, he's not. And that's what that love, London Warren wasn't in the same group with Bowers and McBride.
18:06That's the, that's the game. Like if you're going to get that gold, that gold crest by your name, you better bring it.
18:13And if, and if I was hesitant about Drake London, I got to be hesitant plus a little bit more for Ted.
18:20What'd you think, chef? I understand it. I also, I mean, if we're looking at it in terms of what it means
18:27in your lineup, in terms of points per game, he's probably, he's at what?
18:3212.4 is rookie year. So he doesn't, he hasn't quite hit that ceiling.
18:36So I understand that. But in a trade there, I mean, again, you're not getting him for cheap because everybody believes it,
18:43including myself, everybody believes he's going to ascend, but yeah, you, he can't be in this tier because you'd have to add a plus to whatever.
18:51You'd have to add a plus to get one of these other guys.
18:56To, if you were trying to trade the big pineapple Ted, or a Macmillan or one of the other guys.
19:02So yeah, by definition, he can't go in this tier.
19:05Yeah. What's up everybody. Who's, who's just kind of tapped in.
19:09We're doing cornerstones here. Um, I have Jalen, I have Ted, Aroa in there.
19:13And for the sake of this evening, I'm going to throw them in there right now.
19:18Um, but I'm commander. I'm very, I'm very, uh, tepid on that and could be, uh, convinced otherwise.
19:24So, all right, but nobody else, right? Egg Buka, Tate Pickens.
19:28We know we, CD lamb, St. Brown, Jefferson, they don't hit the threshold and we'll, we'll double back on, on the next tier of guys here.
19:36Right. Um, so like this, we're going to have a 20 minute long discussion on Pickens tonight, aren't we boys?
19:43But do we, so, I mean, is, is anybody else a cornerstone?
19:47It can't be. I don't feel like, I don't feel like they can be.
19:51Okay. Not right now. I don't think so either.
19:54If Tate's a tweener, then, then, and maybe we move them off this list by the end of the show, then no.
20:01All right, let's go to the running backs. All right.
20:04Bijan. Hit the button. Gibbs. Hit the button. Gente.
20:07Smack. Yeah. Hit the button. Love. Yeah. We're going to hit the button.
20:11A-chan. Don't disrespect me like this. Hit the button.
20:14We're hitting the button. Okay. Taylor doesn't make the age threshold and James Cook don't make the age threshold.
20:20Is Omari on Hampton a cornerstone? I'm going to say no.
20:24He's got, he's. So, transferring positionally to the running back position now.
20:28That's what we just said about. We're talking, we're talking different stuff now.
20:32You're right, chef. Go preach, brother. Preach. Yeah. We got to do the same.
20:36We got to do the same thing as Omari on Hampton, man.
20:4015 points a game. That's not what, that's not what you're going to get from an H and you don't have the
20:47same certainty with the most guaranteed money for running back ever with Jeremiah.
20:52Love you. And, and, and, you know, the, the fact that it's just, it could, he's, he got selected third overall.
20:58So there's the draft capital. There's a draft capital thing that makes you know that he's going to be a part of
21:05this, the focal point of the offense in the run game for the, at least the next two years.
21:12If he sucks, maybe they bring somebody in, maybe some veteran starts to usurping, but you know, this is awesome.
21:18So yeah, I'm good with that. Not, you know, I feel about Ashton Gentry.
21:22So, yeah. And, and look, we could make, you can make the same argument for Gentry and Tate, like we were just
21:30talking about there, but like we, we, we've seen that the situation was so poor.
21:34And from what I saw from Gentry, I'm good.
21:37And like loves value is already so high. And like you said, draft capital, all those other things in there, like just
21:44from a perspective of where those guys are and value to be able to pry them from anybody's team, regardless of what,
21:51how you think the outcome is going to go, which I think the outcome is going to be just fine for both of them.
21:59If love has a Gentry season this season, that's fine with me.
22:03You know, I, that was still a really good season by Gentry with all things considered.
22:08I know people didn't, I know people were out there calling them, you know, mountain West, Brian Robinson or whatever, like a
22:15bunch of dumb skulls, but they weren't watching what was going on and actually, you know, seeing what that man was up to.
22:23So to me, these are the only running back cornerstones that we have right here.
22:27Big code. Did you want to chime in on anything here?
22:31Yeah, I think it's a little bit tough. I mean, if I'm going to put, if Hampton's in Judkins is in, if
22:38judge, if Hampton's out, Judkins is out. And it's, I do have a little bit of a hesitant, like these B.
22:45John and Gibbs, they may be, I don't know if their father along in the tight end situation.
22:51Um, these, those guys are like Jamar chase and everybody else, you know?
22:55Yeah. Well, that's the problem. That's the problem. Like you, you're, you're not getting Gibbs off of somebody's team.
23:01You're obviously not getting, if you to, to trade for B.
23:05John, you have to give up everything. And so like, I, I understand you're my love and I understand gente.
23:11It's kind of still hard for me to even put those two cats in the same, to give them the gold crests.
23:18I gives them B. John tonight. I'm not gonna lie.
23:21It's hard for me to put those two, but, but, but running backs, that's why I told Chev to preach.
23:28Cause I thought he was going to get into that.
23:31It's so hard these days to find a running back that you can feel like is not going to disappear from the league in two years.
23:39You never know. You never know. And there's all, there's only 12 of them, you know, and some of them are older
23:46and some of them are, have got hurt. And some of them that everybody's going to hate until it's too late.
23:53His name's chase Brown. You know what I mean?
23:56So like there's for me, Judkins is a cornerstone on my dynasty roster.
24:00I'm telling you that now. Judkins right now is a cornerstone on your roster.
24:05Yes. If I have him on my dynasty roster, the differences is the value between the, between Jeremiah love and gente and Judkins is a mile.
24:13So that's the difference. That's why there are cornerstones.
24:16And he's not, but it should, I mean, it should be, it should be, it should be.
24:21Yeah. No, maybe, maybe after this year, it'll be closer, but it's even, even if Judkins goes out there and crushes and
24:29has a, you know, a Hampton like season or a little better, like we're probably still not going to put Judkins in this tier.
24:36And I know. Cause he wears a Brown helmet.
24:39No, no, I mean, we, I'm around Hampton has a chargers helmet on.
24:43He ain't in this tier. Oh, dude, people are so, we've already crowned Amari and Hampton already went for 25 points a game.
24:51Well, that's why he's not in the year for us.
24:54You know, the thing is, is gente and Jeremiah love prospect wise and capital wise are just, that's elite.
25:00Yeah. Top five. I get it. It's very elite.
25:03You're not peeling those guys off. Very many teams, you know?
25:07Oh no. You can't get Jeremiah love from anybody right now.
25:10I haven't seen the one, one get traded in any league.
25:14I don't think I have either. Honestly, not in a super flex league, not in a one quarterback league.
25:20If it already, if it wasn't traded last year, you know, like on site, when the clock starts this year in the
25:27rookie draft, I haven't seen the one, one get traded once.
25:30And that's never happened in my dynasty career. Obviously 15 years ago, I played in the last less leagues, but like, I've
25:37never seen the one, one not move at least in one of my leagues.
25:42Jeremiah love is untouchable right now. Yeah, absolutely. All right.
25:45So we're out of this tier. We're going to go to quarterbacks now.
25:49Right. All right. All right. Josh Allen make does make the list this year because he will be 30 the entire year.
25:56I know some of this is very semantics laden, and that's just what it is with cornerstones.
26:02Okay. So. Sure. still a cornerstone. Drake may he's a cornerstone.
26:05Caleb Williams. Cornerstone. Joe Burrow. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Somebody in the comments said, Cornell take question mark.
26:11Lamar's cornerstone. Yeah. Herbie Werbie. Yes. Jaden Daniels. Yeah.
26:14You know, summer's just around the corner, which means warmer temperatures trips to the pool and golf course father's day on June

27:13Terms apply. See site for details. I have Jalen Hurts as a cornerstone.
27:17I, I, you know, maybe not valued as one right now, whatever the consistency of what he does for your fantasy team
27:24and the hate that he receives is insane. And saying I'll take all the Jalen hurts.
27:30Anybody wants to give me, he's a cornerstone for me.
27:33I don't know where you guys stand here. Oh, completely agree.
27:36Obviously the Eagles fans, whatever, whoever doesn't like, if you don't like Jalen hurts, you that's fine.
27:42A lot of people don't, um, like you said, there's five, there's 10 teams that would take him today and kick their quarterback to the curb.
27:50And so with his rushing and his ability to get the ball in the end zone with his legs, he just, he's what is he had?
27:58Seven offensive coordinators in seven years. Like when you weren't talking junk about Jalen hurts when he had, um, killing more, right?
28:06It obviously is. Maybe it all needs to be perfect for that passing complete upside to show up every time.
28:12But just like you said, Casey, the consistency and the rushing touchdown floor, man and ceiling combo, uh, hurts.
28:18I feel good if he's on my team. Yeah.
28:21Yeah. So we're good. We're good there. We'll, we'll, we'll joke or, uh, Chev do it.
28:26All right. Nobody else, right? Patrick Mahomes age threshold is, is not there.
28:30Who else is on the list there? Lawrence. Purdy.
28:33Purdy. Oh yeah. We fell off. Yep. Nope. Nope.
28:36No, no, no. All right. So that completes all the cornerstones.
28:40So now when we come back over here, this gives you our complete list of cornerstones down the line.
28:46Right. And now we have a bunch of other guys who need to be assigned, which bucket do you guys want to fill up next?
28:54Or we want to go ascending stars foundational. Let's do foundational contenders.
28:58I think that one's easy, right? Yeah. And we'll go, we'll go the same.
29:02We'll go the same way. Right. Um, so on the foundationals contenders list.
29:06So this is, this is sort of, you know, you're aged out cornerstones essentially, right?
29:11All the guys that we just kind of have sitting there who are still very valuable, very important to roster construction.
29:18You shouldn't sell them for almost anything less than you're selling any of those cornerstones for very, very strong here.
29:24Right. So tight end wise, because of some semantics here, I'm going to leave Loveland and Warren out of this tier.
29:31Cause we're, we're talking about guys who basically have been cornerstones and aged out.
29:36Right. So there are no tight ends. They're going to go into like rising stud bucket.
29:41Right. So there's going to be none of those for me.
29:44So we come over here and we say, I'm in raw for sure.
29:49Foundational contender. We got Jefferson foundational contender. We got Lee, uh, CD lamb foundational contender.
29:53And, um, that's it. Right. Everybody else is going to be in a different bucket.
29:58Oh, Nika. Yeah. Niko. Oh, Oh, AJ Brown. AJ Brown's got to be a foundational contender, right?
30:04Yeah. Am I off here? No, he's, he's still too young to be in the, um, elite OG moneymakers.
30:10Yeah. Yeah. He's too, too young to be in the OG moneymaker, even though both these guys will be like, you, they're
30:17clickable in multiple buckets sometimes, you know? Sure. Sure.
30:20Um, but just to try to kind of clearly label them as we, as we go through here, he got a cornerstone label.
30:27So let's go here. Um, but all right, so here we have, uh, where did Nico go?
30:33Okay. Nico needs to be foundational contender. Okay. So here's all of our olds.
30:37AJ Brown was a cornerstone for years, right? Yes.
30:40So that's why he makes this list for us.
30:43Right. So, okay. Let's go over to the running back side of things.
30:47We've got, um, cook. Oh, that's the wrong one.
30:50We got James cook. He's going to be a foundational contender.
30:54Cause he's going to age out. And then we got, um, JT, um, who was always, you know, a cornerstone, but he's a foundational contender as well.
31:02Running back wise. There's nobody else, right? Am I missing anybody?
31:06Jace Brown. So he's still, he would still hit the age threshold, right?
31:10Uh, yeah. 26. Yeah. So he, he would not be in this and I don't, you know, um, so I think it's just to running back here.
31:19Yeah. Um, and now, you know, Saquon and CMC and those guys, we got money making OG G tears for, for those sorts of guys right now.
31:27Um, that's the, you know, they call it the, what the, what the kids say, the unk tier.
31:33Is that, um, um, Patrick Mahomes is the only quarterback, right?
31:37Yes. This is, these are cornerstones that have basically aged out in, but are still very, very valuable, right?
31:43All right. Okay. So any, there's nobody, there's no other old quarterback, older quarterback that you would say is on this, would be up in that threshold, right?
31:52Oh, that high. All right. So those are your foundational contenders.
31:55We can see all the cornerstones and then we can come down here and we can see our tier of foundational contenders.
32:03Um, they're not in any specific order currently. They will be when this goes live on the site.
32:08Um, and that'll be just on our consensus rankings is how these will show up then.
32:14And then you can sort by, um, the individual creators.
32:17Um, so, all right. What's the next bucket to show boys want to do?
32:21Let's do a sending star, do a sending stars or prove it.
32:25Okay. Maybe you might as well go ahead and do a sit, might as well do a sending star.
32:31So as you're scrolling down, do your ADP right there, basically your rankings list.
32:36As you scroll down right there, you won't, you can go ahead and get your ascending stars done before you hit the prove it section.
32:44You know, that way you don't have to go back and forth as much.
32:48All right. Um, give me one second here. Okay.
32:51All right. All right. So we, what did you decide on?
32:55Sorry. All right. We're going to start in the tight ends.
32:58Ascending stars. We got Loveland. Yup. We've got Warren.
33:01Warren. Um, and then we have Tucker craft and Fannin.
33:04Yup. And pits. Ooh, you like pits in there.
33:07So, so here's, here's the thing with pits. Maybe he might've been, he might've got you too many times, maybe been in
33:14the league for too long to be in the ascending.
33:18Like, you know, he's probably in the league too long.
33:21That's crazy. I mean, but yeah, he was that type of young when he came into the league.
33:27So he's only 25. Yeah. I could, I could be down with pits as an ascending star.
33:32Cause I mean, if he, if he does what he just did, we're going to be talking about them in, in contenders.
33:39There is, there is a tweeners thing here where I have pits currently.
33:43Yeah. I mean, I guess there, we could, we could go either way.
33:48Yeah. You could call it. You could tag him now if you wanted to.
33:52I just like, that's the there. There's people selling pits right now that had, you know, for two years in a row,
33:59three years in a row, I was like, buy cheaper pits, right?
34:03Two years ago, he's just filled out in a sixth round.
34:07I was like, he fell down in the eighth round, ninth round.
34:10I was like, double down by cheap pits. He's still 23 years old.
34:15He's a stud. His knee was hurt. Give this man a chance, whatever, whatever.
34:19Like, and now he goes and has a nice stretch.
34:22And then a ridiculous stretch, you know, he, he, he was on a tear at the end and did some things that
34:29we haven't seen many tight ends do in history to leak.
34:33And I think some people are going to be like, Oh my God, just in case, because they wrote it to the bottom.
34:40They'll be happy to get out as it comes back, you know, but I think, I think he's a stud.
34:47Um, but I think he's burned some people, you know, I had him just in the, in the tweeners just because of that.
34:54It's, he's been in the league for multiple years.
34:57Now this, these, these guys are kind of had as more of like, Hey, these are your first like year or two,
35:04maybe three in the league as ascending stars. Right.
35:07Yeah. Okay. I mean, he's only a year older than, yeah.
35:11It was, I was, it's just more about I'm in the league.
35:14Yeah. Yeah. Fair enough. I think you should, it's in the 20 or two year.
35:19That's fine. I think it should be, if you're going to, I think it should be three years in the, you know, three year, third year breakout.
35:28So if you're, if you're going to be rising star, I think it should, you'd be giving three years to be a rising star.
35:36All right. Fair enough. All right. So that's all the tight ends, right?
35:40Gadsden's none of these other guys are, would be.
35:43Or Laporta probably look to me. Laporta would belong.
35:46Good call. Shift. Tweeners or if you put them in tweeners, or you can put them here as an ascending star.
35:52Cause this is what you're for for him as well.
35:56Is it? No, three. He's came in with 23, 24, 25.
35:59Yeah. This is year four. I got him in the tweeners.
36:03Oh, he did come in before Brock Bowers. He was a year before.
36:07Okay. He's been in four years. All right. So that we're going to, that's, that's going to be it for the tight ends.
36:14Wide receiver wise. All right. We got a Buka, right?
36:18He's an ascending star. Boom. Yep. Carnell Tate, ascending star GP.
36:21We're going to, we're going to leave him out because he's been in the league longer.
36:26Right. Yeah. In the three years. All right. Garrett Wilson.
36:29He's out for that reason as well. Lad McConkie sending star, right?
36:33We hope so. This is a tough one because we, I mean, we saw him break out and then he broke back in.
36:41So, so what do we, what do we think?
36:44Do we, I think we, I think he's a tweener.
36:47I would have, well, if he, if he's, a tweener has a little bit of a different definition.
36:53Like they're good guys, but there's, there's, there's maybe something.
36:56Lad. Yeah. It's something funky, bro. Is it, is it a prove it?
37:00It's not a prove it. He's been a top 15 wide receiver.
37:04I had a really, a great year. You could talk to those defensive backs about having to prove it and trying to
37:11stick them and try, like, if you've seen that, um, like, okay.
37:15So to me, to me, Luther is Luther. We could throw Luther and approve it, but we, I feel like he proved it.
37:22So I would want him to be an ascending stars, but it wouldn't be fair to Lad McConkie who actually has proven it.
37:30Yeah. You said, that's the, that's kind of the, the, the, the semantics here kind of get us right.
37:36I think, yeah, I think in this category, there has to, you have to have a, it's basically like, here's your first
37:43couple of years in the league guys who you, that you have a little more value on and you feel more comfortable with.
37:50And I think everybody feels comfortable with Lad for the most part this season.
37:55And everybody feels really comfortable with Luther Burton. And we've, you know, these, you know, but we have rookies that we haven't
38:02seen anything from and we're putting them in this tier, but that's mainly just with draft capital and where we end current value.
38:09Right. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, like, like, like, like, like Coe said, you know, a little while back, you're basically, we're just going by ADP here.
38:18And I mean, if we look at the ADP, Cardinal Tate and Ladd, Cardinal Tate and Ladd McConkie are really close to each other.
38:25Yeah. Yeah. Um, all right. Well, we're going to put Ladd in here.
38:30We're going to put Luther in here. Um, all right.
38:33So this is, you know, Roma Dunze, Jordan Tyson, Roma Dunze rising star, or is he, is he feel like he's approved it for you?
38:41To me, he's a, he's. He proved it before he got hurt.
38:45He proved it before he got hurt. People forget.
38:48And then the bears got hot without him necessarily.
38:51Really? They got thrown at other people, but I'm saying Rome.
38:54So now first seven weeks, he proved it, but, but now you need to claim it again.
39:00The last, the last six weeks, Luther proved it.
39:02Right. Right. Which is kind of why I would give them both the, the, well, I would give them both the sending star in this, in this thing.
39:11He's got, he's got, well, you got, you basically have the tale of two halves.
39:16You have what you saw from Rome in the first half and then an injury.
39:21And then Luther comes in and does his thing.
39:24How do we know when Rome is back in there that Luther won't get the short end of the stick more often than not.
39:32We have to have one of them prove it to us.
39:35Or they all just, they all just prove it to us.
39:39Yeah. There's two dogs, one bone, three dogs, one bone, three dogs, one bone.
39:43Did we, now we're talking, now we're talking. Wait a minute.
39:47Did we, did we get past? Did, did I forget to say Caleb Williams was a cornerstone?
39:52No, he's a cornerstone. Yeah. We, we did it and didn't talk about it.
39:57We just, we just moved on. Yeah. Okay. We didn't.
40:00Um, all right. Chris Olave is out of that area.
40:03Um, Zay Flowers out of that area. Um, Jordan Tyson would be, I think if, if Tate's in there, I think you
40:10got to put Tyson in there and I'm going to put lemon in there too.
40:15Um, um, Roma dunes a, I'm, I am the click commander.
40:19So I'm going to put them in a sending.
40:22You do you, um, I'm gonna put them in there for now.
40:25Is there, is there another ascending player that you would, is Casey Concepcion make the list or is he, is he prove it?
40:33He's prove it. Uh, yeah, I go prove it.
40:36You go prove it on him. Yeah. what, so should we put Zay in there?
40:41Cause what's Zay in? What, what year are we in with Zay?
40:44This is year four. Year four. Yeah. So should we, should put Zay into, into the tweeners category or ascending star?
40:51It's not a prove it anymore. No, he's not.
40:54There's no, he's nowhere near breaking our rules a little bit.
40:58I mean, the rules were already broken. We put Luther in there.
41:02And now we're talking about putting Zay in there.
41:04Like we're questioning whether or not to put Zay in there.
41:08Like we got put, yeah, I mean, we might have to go to four years for ascending star here.
41:14Cause like, yeah, it is what it is. All right.
41:17All right. I mean, I, you know, I, I really, I, we've talked about this a bunch.
41:23You, you love the talent that Zay represents all along.
41:26I didn't like the opportunity. I think it's a new opportunity.
41:30I think this is going to be his best year and his bag season.
41:34I think people start acting different during bag season, unless you're Rashid Rice in Europe, just a filthy fucking moron.
41:41Yeah. I think this is good because now you, we've had the discussion.
41:45Zay flowers brings us into, he's obviously not approve it.
41:48So now we get the couple in, we get to grab Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson and say, these guys are 25 years old.
41:56They're not, maybe they're not cornerstones, but they're definitely not tweeners.
41:59Right. Turn my hat back for this. Right. I think they're, they're tweeners.
42:03Yeah. That's, it's locked and loaded. How are they tweeners?
42:07If they're, how are they not rising stars? Because they're not, because we're, we're, we've already, they're already, we're already stars.
42:13We just have a problem with something for the most part.
42:17Yeah. We just can't quite, they can't quite get like two years ago, Garrett Wilson probably was a cornerstone.
42:23Hey, you know, titles dirty, titles dirty on the car.
42:26We're trying to figure it out. Okay. Titles dirty.
42:29You might've been an accident. I mean, say flowers is rising star, but Chris Olave is not at the same age.
42:36It's not a knock that they're a tweener and not a rising star.
42:40Tweener is still really good. It's just like, Hey, you don't, we don't really have a classification for this guy.
42:47Chef just said, check the car facts. Chef just said, check the car facts.
42:51That means there's, there's, there's something wrong with. It's not something wrong with Garrett Wilson.
42:56There's something wrong with the situation. There's something wrong with, Hey, I don't know where George Pickens is going to be in a year.
43:04And here Wilson, it's not me. Same reason. Brees Hall is in a cornerstone.
43:08When we, you know, it's me. Yeah. That's what I'm saying.
43:12Like, okay. Yeah. Okay. You're on the clock. You're on the clock.
43:15Big Co right now in a, in a startup.
43:18You're in third round. Are you easily, are you easily clicking the button on Garrett Wilson?
43:24What happened? I can't get Chris Alabi. Are you okay?
43:27So I'm just, I'm asking like, are you going to, are you easily clicking the button on, is my, is my cornerstone,
43:34is my cornerstone tied in and Colson Loveland off the board, off the board.
43:38Okay. If my cornerstone is not there, I'll go to my rise.
43:42Here's the thing is those guys have already, those guys have already ascended to being a star and then drop down a little bit here or there.
43:51And now, dude, nobody wanted anything to do with Olave last year.
43:55Even you didn't want anything to do with Olave.
43:58I know. And now, but concussion, like concussion, he's been up and down already.
44:02These, these are, these are for more fresh faces in the league.
44:06I get it. I get it. And tweeners, tweeners, not a dirty thing.
44:10It's just like, Hey, you're in this weird ether where we're not exactly sure what to do with you, but you're still extremely valuable, right?
44:18Yeah. Yeah. Well, exactly. Well, we know Chris Olave is a stud and then we thought one more, an early concussion last
44:25year and Chris Olave was done, bro. Hold on.
44:28Let me, an early, a week to a week to concussion and Olave wasn't playing again for the rest of the year, but he made it.
44:37And I'm so excited for it. All right. Let's do this.
44:40Let's do this. Let's do this in, in conomics trade talk.
44:44All right. So Garrett Wilson. All right. Let's go, let's go to one of the cornerstones.
44:49Let's go back to one of our cornerstones. Okay.
44:52So let's go just scroll up a little bit.
44:55How much do I have to add with a Garrett Wilson to get a Drake London?
45:00Those guys, Garrett, Garrett Wilson's a year older than Drake London.
45:03How, what do I have to add if you had Drake London to get Garrett Wilson?
45:09Yeah, that's a good question. I mean, theoretically, I'd like to say not too much, but get Drake London feels that much
45:16more valuable because Garrett Wilson is on the jets and it's just dirty.
45:20See what I'm saying? I see what you're saying.
45:23I see what you're saying. All right. Let's, let's, let's, let's, let's keep it moving here.
45:28Um, we're going to, those, those, those chunk of players, the Pickens, the Wilsons, the Olaves.
45:33I think they're, they, they get out of the ascending star.
45:37They, the, the ascension has already happened, but they're not in the cornerstone realm.
45:41Yeah. So like a top 12 finish from all those guys.
45:45Yeah. Yeah. Um, and Rashi rice. No, I mean, we, again, tweener because we know he's in between.
45:50He just got out of jail. Yeah. Yeah. So I said, he's a tweener.
45:55He's in between freedom and jail. All right. I think, I think that's all the receivers.
46:00I think that's all the receivers. He's in between.
46:03Uh, let's see if did I miss anybody? Okay.
46:06I think, I think we got all the receivers there.
46:09Um, let's jump back over to here. Let's go to running backs and ascending stars.
46:14This is where we get a Mario on Hampton involved or no.
46:18Nope. Sorry. Uh, sorry. Um, wrong button. New, new, new tool for your boy here.
46:23Um, ascending star. Yeah. We got Judkins as ascending star.
46:26Yes, sir. We've got Kenny Walker. He's not going to be an ascending star.
46:30Chase Brown's not going to be an ascending star.
46:33Uh, Travion. Got to be ascending star, right? Sure.
46:36Scat pack, ascending star. Easy. Reese, because of where all the things we just said about, the running backs or all the
46:43things we just said about the receivers. Now, is your dairy and price a rising star or is he approve it?
46:50Prove it. That's a quick, that's a quick, quick room from the room.
46:54Oh, okay. I like it out of here. Get off my lawn.
46:58All right. Is Bucky Irving. Is Bucky Irving a rising star or is he approve it?
47:03Prove it or tweener. Tweener. He's a something. He's a something.
47:07He's a tweener. He got, he got, he got the car facts last, last week, last year.
47:12He got the car facts. Okay. So that that's going to do it for the running backs, right?
47:18I don't want to see anybody else that could, that could make that list.
47:22Darian price was my last question mark, uh, there.
47:25Um, and we've done the tight ends. Now we're over to the QBs rising stars here.
47:31Um, what QBs do we have here? I would say it's probably like dart and shuck.
47:36Dart, shuck, cam ward. You think cam wards, does cam ward need to prove it?
47:40Or is he, is he ascending? Hey man, at least nine to 17.
47:45He was number one in the league and touchdown interception ratio.
47:48I will accept no further slander. Dude, he had to ask and chat GPT, how to design plays, calling fucking plays last year.
47:56For half the season. And we got people talking about Tyler shucks in a different, I'm about to go off on something.
48:03We're not even fucking talking about right now, but anyway, cam ward, if you watch him play American tackle football and you
48:10like, just, just, you know, deep down in your plums, he's, he's the guy.
48:14I agree. So I want him, I want him in this tier.
48:18Okay. And I know you're the click commander. So I humbly submit for you to put him in this fucking.
48:25Bo Nix has got to be in there too.
48:27It's not his fault. He came out at 25.
48:30I feel like, I feel like he's like a, he's a tweener.
48:34It's two top 10 finishes. Yeah, he's good. He's good.
48:37We know he's good. He's not ascending. He's here.
48:40He's here. He's just not a course though. They throw the ball.
48:44But there is no, there's no Carfax. They just got your Carfax.
48:48They just got your boy, Jalen Waddle for him to throw bombs to throw bombs and all that good stuff, man.
48:55What are we doing? So he can't be in a rising star.
48:59No, he's not a right. He's a, he's a tweener.
49:02You need to stop acting like tweener is a bad thing.
49:05It's not a bad thing. You better change the name of the bug.
49:10You better change tweener's name right now. Tweener is the name.
49:13It's like, you're not an ascending star anymore, but you're not a cornerstone.
49:17That's the purpose. You're a star. You're just not fucking my homes or, or, you know, one of the guys.
49:24We need to see more from Jackson Dart. Like you said, we know, but you've seen Bo Nix do it a lot.
49:31So if, if, but that's not the way we started clicking wide receivers and stuff.
49:36We got rising stars over here. Like right. Receivers different, bro.
49:39Because the, the top, like you figure out whether or not guys are good and situations change.
49:45It's much more. It's a much more dependent position that can, not be so obviously dependent.
49:50All right. That's true. So, so if, if, if the click commander decides to put Cam Ward in here, is, is Mendoza
49:57a rising star or do we need to prove it?
50:00I say he's a rising star. Cause I say he's a rising star too.
50:05Hey man, guys, like I started, we started having, I talked about, because I don't know if you remember it, like about
50:12this time last summer, I was like, I'm having some aggressive visions about Cam Ward.
50:17Yeah. Oh, for sure. I'm having some real aggressive visions about what Fernando Mendoza, human robot, the saint of sin city, whatever
50:24you want to call him, like him in this system with Kubiak.
50:28They're just two, they're just all ball nerds. And Kurt cousins is the perfect person to mentor him.
50:33Not to mention that he has the greatest quarterback of all time as an owner.
50:38Yeah. It's just, just so much ball knowledge in there.
50:41If Fernando Mendoza just doesn't risen with the tism to a level that's unacceptable.
50:46We're talking about some real high upside here. Obviously I thought your aggressive visions with Cam Ward was because he was on
50:53the Titans, but I will say that you did say that.
50:57And Cam Ward looked plenty good to me last year and they were situation.
51:01And I would say that if Ward's in there, Mendoza has to be in there too.
51:06He just went first overall, like you said, and Tommy gets to be there to talk to him this summer before he
51:13goes and somehow gets to be on the sidelines of every other team games and call games as an owner of the Raiders.
51:21I don't understand how they let that work, but yeah, go, I could click Mendoza here.
51:26Okay. So if we're, if we're, you know, there's no other, here's your, here's would be your ascending stars, Dart, Mendoza, Ward, and Shuck.
51:34Yeah. I mean, that kind of, that kind of fits the bill, right?
51:38All first or second year guys. That we've seen a flash of obviously Jackson darts probably got the highest, the highest ceiling
51:45just off the rip because of the rushing, but all these guys, we can create a path.
51:50Like if Cam Ward throws a bunch of touchdowns, kind of takes a step forward and shows why he was the number one overall pick.
51:58Like same thing with Tyler Shuck. He's in an incredible situation.
52:02We believe in that situation. I don't even know how much you believe in Tyler Shuck as much as it is Kellen Moore, right?
52:10I mean, Shuck's older than some foundational contenders, right?
52:13I mean, it's, it's a weird, it's a weird thing with him, but also, you know, these old guys are just coming in and hooping like this.
52:21I got him and Bo Nix. What? I don't know.
52:24Yeah, no, I like it. We got, those are good for, I don't see anybody else worthy of the click.
52:31No. All right. Let's jump back over to tight ends.
52:34And now should we go to tweeners or money makers value losers?
52:38I want to do tweeners, man. We've been, I mean, we're too, we're, we're, we're knee deep in tweeners.
52:44All right. So I have Kyle pits is a tweener.
52:47I know we could have put them in the rising ascending stars or, or whatever, but I got him as a tweener.
52:54Where'd he just go? Okay. Tweeners. And I have Sam Laporta as a tweener.
52:59Nobody else. I got Laporta as ascending star for sure, but I go.
53:03Okay. Whoa, wait, wait. All right. 20 for cop is 20 for Laporta.
53:07Correct. Yep. And, and I'm assuming that. Yeah. Okay.
53:10Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. No push back there. Okay.
53:13All right. Wide receivers. George Pickens tweener. Yeah. Yeah.
53:16Okay. Son of a, glad we, glad we didn't have to do that.
53:20Yeah. I was like, oh man, we've gotten to the not fun part of the episode.
53:25All right. Garrett Wilson tweener. Yeah. Um, all right.
53:28Is Rashi Rice is a tweener, right? Because it's not, it's not prove it.
53:33Cause he's, it's proven, but you can say prove, prove that you can't knock the bullshit off.
53:38Yeah. but he's, I mean, if he plays, he's a wide receiver one.
53:42Like if he, if he didn't have troubles right now, he'd be a cornerstone.
53:47Correct. Undoubtedly. Undoubtedly. He has, he has proven that he does not care to be in that tier.
53:53That's what he's told me. So, yeah, I mean, tweener.
53:56It's like, it's like you said, man, the car facts, there's just something that we can ding them that we've gotten the outcomes.
54:03There's just something that we can ding these guys for.
54:07Okay. And so that, that leaves our tweener group as pickings, Wilson, Alave rice.
54:11There's somebody else we're missing here. Where's Devante Smith.
54:14Then Devante Smith, he's in the moneymakers value losers.
54:17He's 28 years old. Yeah. Basically. Yeah. I mean, which is basically a dinosaur.
54:21Where did say flowers go? Ascending stars. Ascending stars.
54:24He's three years younger than him. Ascending stars. Okay.
54:27So, Zay flowers went to ascending stars and Chris Alave went to the tweener.
54:32Mm-hmm. All right. Tweener is better than ascending star, Coe.
54:35Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Tweener is better than ascending star.
54:38It just sounds terrible. We need a new name, dude.
54:41Well, it's, I don't have a great name for it, but like, you push it back on.
54:46Oh, shit. It sounds like ascending stars way better than a tweeter.
54:50I don't want to be a tweeter. I want to be an ascending star, bro.
54:55I want to be my value going up, dude.
54:58Hey, you're in between, you're in between all the big money guys and you're better than all the ascending stars.
55:05I don't want to be called a tweeter. Well, I mean, it's just a, it's a descriptor.
55:10I'm still a rising star. I'm 43. I'm a rising star over here.
55:14That was better get it together over there. All right.
55:17That was the hangup. Yep. Let's go to Arby's.
55:20I still got some potential ship. Kenneth Walker. He's a tweener, right?
55:24Yes. All right. Brees Hall. Yeah. Brees Hall, Chase Brown, Chase Brown, a tweener.
55:29Yeah. Whereas Chase Brown and moneymakers value losers. Ah, that's, that's a good, that's fair.
55:33That's fair. I feel like, I feel like Chase Brown belongs as a tweener.
55:38I only say value. I only say the value losers because everybody hates him.
55:42I said that. I said that. And then immediately I was like, where's the dry erase marker?
55:48Let's get that shit off the board. Yeah. Moneymakers value losers.
55:52Final answer. Just because after this year, you're going to have to deal with, Oh, is he going to get re-signed?
55:58And he's 27 years old. He doesn't fit my build.
56:01Right. So that's kind of where I'm at. I don't have any other running backs in this tier.
56:07I got brief. I could go. I could probably.
56:10We could, somebody just said Kyron. I was going to say, certainly go in there.
56:15I was going to say, the thing with Kyron is, is nobody wants him.
56:20That's, that's why I cut like even, even though he's even a little younger than Chase Brown is like, you already have problems with value of Kyron Williams.
56:29People are been ready to kick Kyron Williams and Chase Brown out of the league for three years.
56:34Yeah. Well, then Kyron's definitely a moneymaker then. Yeah.
56:37Absolutely. Yeah. That's fine. Then. Yeah. That was my, that was my last, those were my last question marks.
56:43Okay. Kind of for this tier. All right. Let's go.
56:47Well, I mean, why, if that's the case, like Javante Williams and Travis ETN, they're in moneymakers value losers.
56:53Yeah. They're already seventh round, eighth round picks. That's where I was.
56:57They're not going any higher. I could tell you that.
57:00Maybe. Okay. So moneymakers is better than, moneymakers is better than, uh, moneymakers is kind of its own thing.
57:06Moneymakers is like, you need to be in a certain position and these guys are valuable, but a lot of other people
57:13in the league are going to be devaluing these guys as their career moves on.
57:18So, yeah, agreed. So that was, so I'm, so I'm, I guess I'm confused.
57:22Like Travis ETN would be a tweener then. No, Travis, Travis ETN is would, to me, would be a value loser moneymaker.
57:29Right. Cause he's older. Okay. He, he went somewhere else.
57:33He's already like a seventh round pick. He's not going back up to a fifth round pick.
57:38Unless he absolutely blows the doors off of this year, which I don't know that anybody thinks of that necessarily is going to happen.
57:46It's already bad. So you, you came down here looking for, you were looking for tweeners.
57:51And while we did that, we found two moneymakers, which was chase Brown and Kyron.
57:56Correct. And we found two tweeners for those on the podcast and not on the video.
58:01We found Kenneth Walker and Brees Hall to be tweeners.
58:04And we found moneymaker value losers, chase Brown and Kyron Williams.
58:08We can stay in running back for a minute and throw Javante Williams and Travis ETN.
58:13Let's go to quarterback and, and let's go to quarterback and we'll, then we'll round this one out for the, for the, for the, uh, tweeners.
58:21We're still looking for tweeners. Okay. So the tweeners to me, Bo Nix, Trevor Lawrence, Brock Purdy.
58:27Easy. Where's, where's Herbert? Herbert's the cornerstone. Okay. My bad.
58:30I missed him. All right. We just, like I said, we went real fast through the quarterback cornerstone.
58:36Yeah. Okay. I wasn't on my screen. I was looking something else when they did the quarterbacks part.
58:42I was trying to pull it up over here so I could do my own while we were doing it.
58:48So we call, you said we got Purdy, Nix, and Trevor Lawrence.
58:52And you put Trevor Lawrence and the wrong one.
58:55Yeah. Okay. All right. So here's your, your tweeners so far.
58:58That's who I have in that tier. Do you have anybody else that should go in that tier?
59:04Tweeners? Yeah. These are, these are kind of your like, you know, mid aged quarterbacks as far as not in the 30 ish range.
59:12Um, and still, still have plenty of value, right?
59:15No chance. Not for me. You're not putting Jordan love into tweener.
59:19No. Okay. You're missing out. Hold on. Hold on.
59:21Hold on. Jordan loves finishes the top five or six quarterback before.
59:25You think he should be in there? I've been.
59:28Where, where do you put him? I put him in.
59:31Prove it. I need, I need, I need to see it.
59:35I need to see, I need to see you be, be a G.
59:39Top five finish. He's got the second contract. Yeah, he does.
59:43He's, he's in a good, I like the organization.
59:46Right. if you, it's given you more than luck.
59:48He's, he's been more consistent than Trevor Lawrence. Yeah, but Trevor Lawrence got a new coach and crush last year.
59:55I got it. Yeah. Everybody loves Trevor Lawrence right now.
59:58Nobody likes, nobody likes love right now. Oh, you should be buying love it.
60:03Maybe you should be. Maybe. Great QB too, but I don't know if I want them as my QB one.
60:09I'll take any three of those guys as my QB one.
60:13Nick's a good point. Go. What you got? I mean, if I got, if I've gotten four studs already and I'm short, Jordan love is on a five.
60:22Is it there in the fifth round? I'm taking him.
60:25I guess he's, he's probably around behind those other guys.
60:28Game theory. I like it. Yeah. Casey, your point is, your point is very valid here.
60:33I, you know, there's, you're going to be perfectly fine.
60:36With Bo Nix, Brock party, Trevor Lawrence is your QB one.
60:40You're not going to feel so good. If Trevor, if Jordan loves your QB one.
60:45Yeah. We throw a love in there. You know, that's, that's kind of a tier break within it, within a category though.
60:52You know what I mean? We've had that already.
60:55There's a lot of, there's a lot of, this is, this one's pretty cut and dry for me.
61:01For, for the semantics in the tier was just like, yeah, all those guys I would consider is like, Hey, I'm going through my draft.
61:09Like, yes, I would take Jordan love as my QB one just because of this.
61:13That's, I don't mind drafting that way, but generally if one of these three guys are on the board and there's not
61:21a whole, a lot of other things that I love, I'll take one of them.
61:25I can usually find something else. I like around the Jordan love area.
61:30Yeah. Like I would rather, I'd rather just take Baker or golf.
61:33Another, yeah, I probably go another round with those guys.
61:37You know what I mean? I'm not upset at that.
61:40What I'm saying is, does, okay. So does he have to go in money, make money winners value losers?
61:46No, he's 27. If he can't go here. Well, that's yeah.
61:50I think, I think, I think we can just settle on let's, let's throw love in the tweeners.
61:55I think it's a fair enough assessment for, for me.
61:59I had him in, I need, I'm like, I kind of have you closer to prove it, but I can't, you know,
62:06I want to see it be awesome. And I feel like it's been a lot of, yeah.
62:11Um, but I think he's got the potential to be with these guys.
62:15God, I hate the fact that I ended up being the one having to defend Jordan love here.
62:21They, uh, they're in the comments saying about how good Jared golf's been.
62:25So what is the situation with Jared golf? Jared golf.
62:29So now we're done with this tier and we can go, we could start back with the quarterbacks and go the other way.
62:36Now, if you guys want, um, since we're already here.
62:39Okay. Um, and the comments are talking about it.
62:42So this is where, Dak Prescott, Jared golf and Baker Mayfield will be money makers, value losers here.
62:48Right. Um, for me, uh, that's, that's where I would put these guys.
62:52You could certainly put them all into the tweener category, but like Baker Mayfield has been like, kind of been like, Hey, I'm, I'm good.
63:00I'm, but his value really is just kind of staying where it is.
63:04Same thing with golf stays crushing value. Kind of stays where it is.
63:08And same thing with that, that kind of bounced back a little bit, but it doesn't seem like they, anybody wants us
63:16to go any higher than where we're at right now.
63:19And I don't think it's going to, I, I will take those guys will be my first quarterback as many times as
63:26you'll let it be in a draft, you know?
63:29Yeah. Yeah. But I mean, it's the way that I, the way that I look at it is you're basically coordinating off
63:36the market of who, who your trade partners are when you have those dudes on your roster in terms of being liquid.
63:43I guess what I was going to say earlier is like, you, that's what happens, you know, in economics, in trades, those
63:50guys, like you only have three trade, three, maybe four trade partners when those guys are on your roster.
63:56Yeah. Yeah. And so the way, which is exactly why they're in the moneymaker value.
64:01The way I sort of look at this tier is like, these are all good players that I still really want, but
64:08they're a little lower, a little on like the older side of things.
64:12And they're like, they had, they're not, they've never been like the elite player that people want.
64:18So the value is just the value knobs just going down a little bit.
64:22And maybe it'll stay even for a while, which will be fine.
64:26Again, all these guys could play for five or six more years at an elite level.
64:31Right. Easily. So that's kind of where I would put them in this tier.
64:36Anybody. What do we have here? The comments about Stafford, obviously being a moneymaker, but he's the old enough in the comments.
64:43If you're hearing this, he's old enough to be the OG.
64:46Right. Category. Like he's in the OG bucket and the Mike Evans bucket, you know, in the Terry, Terry McLaurin might not be that old.
64:54Terry's in there. Terry's in there. He's in the, he's in the, he could retire any minute and it would surprise anybody category.
65:02So those are the quarterbacks in there. Dak golf, Baker, money-making value losers.
65:06And we'll, we'll move on. We're good. Okay. All right.
65:09Running backs. This is where I think our chase Brown's come in.
65:13We kind of talked about that already. Our Kyron Williams come in.
65:17Saquon and Christian McCaffrey would be in our OGs.
65:20I think Javante Williams could be a tweener. Because of age, but I just, I don't think we're going to buy into it.
65:27And so what do we do? Bucky Irving hasn't been anywhere yet.
65:31I thought he was a tweener. You think we, we, we, no, sorry.
65:35Yeah. He's got, he's lower than a rising star, which is lower than tweener.
65:40And it's still tripping me up. I guess he's approve it then.
65:44Yeah. I had, the comments are asking ascending. Okay.
65:47So you have, but then we, we kind of said, eh, well, so we could throw them in, we haven't gotten to prove it yet.
65:55So when we get there, we'll, we'll talk about it.
65:58And then I have Travis ETN in this moneymakers tier too.
66:01Definitely. Then that's it. And I, J Jacobs qualifies for the OG tier, which is why, or we could throw them in this tier and David Montgomery.
66:10Yeah. I guess in running back, if you're 29, you should be in the OG tier.
66:15Um, Deandre Swift at 27 years old. He seems like, I got, I got him in a different tier.
66:21Okay. What's good? What bucket you got for Deandre Swift?
66:25I got him in as a glue guy. All right.
66:28We're going to get the glue guy definition out.
66:31Cause I feel like we could have threw a couple of different guys in the glue bucket.
66:36We could have, we could have. So these are like, these are, these are basically like, these are the, these are the
66:43bottom end of your starting roster kind of guys.
66:46Like these are the, these are the glue guys.
66:49These are like your twos and threes, uh, that you're not like excited to have them as your starter, but like you're, you know, you're good.
66:57You can plug them in and you're fine. Right.
67:00So I can see that. That's kind of where I have Deandre Swift at.
67:05If I think if Kyle, the nun guy wasn't around, he could be at as, as high up as a tweener or in this, in this thing.
67:13But I think, I think, I don't think anybody's excited that Deandre Swift is there starting running back, but he's, he's a glue guy.
67:21Right. I traded for him to be my third running back.
67:25And I'm so excited about it. I would too.
67:28Um, so Malik 27, he could be a moneymaker.
67:31He certainly could be a moneymaker. You got to prove it.
67:34He's in the prove it here for me. Yeah.
67:37I'm, I'm, I'm Malik Willis is biggest fan and there's, there's no way he's not a prove it guy.
67:43Um, that's when Casey said just a second ago, we'll get the prove it in a minute.
67:49Like there's like Bucky Irving is 23 years old and done nothing but be awesome.
67:53But he had, he got the car facts check last year.
67:57So he's going to fall into like the prove it section is going to be, uh, you know, a money-making bucket, right?
68:04Like that's the Malik Willis and the prove it and a Bucky Irving and to prove it.
68:09Like if you hit, if you hit on Bucky Irving, if you Bucky Irving falls to the what?
68:15Sixth round of your startup. And he hits, you got yourself a running back that can catch.
68:21And run in between the tackles. I know he's not big, but he's got division is outrageous.
68:26Like, you know, like Malik Willis, if he hits, he's a game changer.
68:30He's going to tilt your dynasty league. When somebody gets Malik Willis in the seventh, eighth, ninth round of a dynasty league
68:38startup this year, if he hits and he proves it, Oh my God, the value of a running quarterback ticket, you know,
68:45Malik Willis just needs to be good enough for the dolphins to keep him on the field and not get run out
68:52of town and throw 20 touchdowns because he's going to do so much damage with his legs.
68:57But if we haven't seen enough for him to be up there, you know what I mean?
69:03Like if we had seen more, he, we, it's not Lamar Jackson, but damn, you know what I mean?
69:09Like we have, he would be a third round startup.
69:12If we had seen four more games and, and if we had seen it already in a dolphins uniform, you know, right.
69:19If he was a starter for the Packers this year, if they traded Jordan love instead of Malik Willis and kept him
69:26in that environment that he was in, came in there looking like he was cooking with gas.
69:32You're right, Casey, it would be double the value.
69:34All right. So we got the moneymakers here. I went ahead and just, I put Devon Smith, Jaden or Jalen Waddle and T Higgins in here.
69:43Um, so that's basically kind of, you're like, I know you don't want Waddle in there, but, um, no, I'm fine with Waddle being in there.
69:51These are, these are kind of like, Hey, I, these guys are basically like high end twos.
69:57Essentially. This is moneymakers, That's what you're saying? Moneymakers.
70:00Moneymaking wide receivers? Yep. Yeah, I don't, I'm not.
70:03What happened to Nico? Is we haven't gotten Nico?
70:05Nico's in a cornerstone or, uh, in, in the, uh, foundational contenders.
70:09Okay. Yeah. There you go. T Higgins moneymaker. I like that.
70:13There's the foundational contenders. Who else did, uh, who'd you just call out?
70:17Smith Waddle Higgins are the moneymaking wide receivers. Waddle.
70:20All right. Lost Waddle. So that's, that's all I got in that one.
70:24Tight ends. I don't know if I have any, none moneymaking tight ends.
70:28Moneymakers. Yeah. Like kind of an, an older value losing tight end.
70:32I mean, I mean, George Kittles old and George Kittles old enough to be OG.
70:37Kittles in the OG category. Um, it seems like old enough, right?
70:41Jake Ferguson could be considered potentially. He was kind of the one that was, he actually sounds perfect for a moneymaker value loser.
70:48Uh, Juwan Johnson. Should he be a glue guy or should he be a moneymaker value loser?
70:54Juwan Johnson doesn't feel as old. He feels very spry.
70:57Juwan Johnson feeling spry. He feels like a glue guy.
71:00Yeah. Okay. We'll keep him in there. We'll keep him in there.
71:04Goddard. Somebody just said Goddard. Goddard. It's a good call.
71:07He seems to OG ish, but yeah. Give him.
71:10Yeah. Juwan Johnson comes in with a sleek 29, not 30.
71:14Juwan Johnson, 29, just dodging that 30. All right.
71:17Should we dive into the prove it category? We're here.
71:20Boss. I'm not going to like what you're about to say, but sure.
71:24All right. Prove it. Let's go. The joke. Maybe if he was, maybe if he was on his own, not mixed up
71:31with Gadsden, but that's a good call. A Rondé Gadsden.
71:34Prove it. Right. Sure. I had him in ascending stars.
71:37I moved it back. You guys, you guys just hate her on their guests.
71:42I love a Ronda gets and you stop it.
71:45Eli Stowers. Prove it. Yeah. Sadiq. Prove it. Gadsden.
71:48Prove it. That would be the end of the list of prove it.
71:52Everybody hates Gadsden. Weird. That's, are we good there?
71:55Moving on. Sure. All right. Prove it. Let's see.
71:58All right. Let's go to the wide. Where are we at here?
72:02Wide receivers. Marvin Harrison. Got to prove it. Right.
72:05All right. BTJ. Got to prove it. Right. Yeah.
72:07JMO. Kind of teetering on the edge, but I would say prove it here.
72:12He's better than approve it. He's better than approve it.
72:15He's wire receiver 12 last year. JMO. JMO got passed over.
72:19He, he's. Where do we put, where do we put JMO then?
72:23You can't put him in the ascending stars. Where's the bucket that says beast?
72:27You could put him in the, in the, the tweeners would be the only other market you could put him in.
72:34I would put him in the tweeners then. Tweener it is.
72:37Okay. What happened to Lad McConkie? What happened to him?
72:41Where'd he go? Did he go to tweeners? Lad's in ascending stars.
72:44Yeah. Ascending star. Did he? All right. Yeah. Our ascending stars are, Rick Buka.
72:49Brian Thomas. Prove it. Brian Thomas. Prove it. Okay.
72:52All right. Jaden Higgins, Denzel Boston, Omar Cooper, Golden, all prove it.
72:56Jaden Higgins, Denzel Boston. I don't think rookie should be prove it.
73:00I would go. I would go young. I would go youth lottery tickets.
73:04Okay. For all those guys. For all those guys.
73:07I would say Jaden Higgins prove it. I would say Jaden Higgins prove it because he's not a, because I want, I
73:14could have put him in an ascending star, but I, I, I held back.
73:18Yeah. You, yeah, you, you, uh, we could, we could do that right now.
73:23You had a chance to do that then we could do it now too.
73:27Cool. How about Parker Washington? Prove it. Prove it.
73:30Right. I would, I would, I'm obviously very biased.
73:33Uh, but see, that's what we, we started talking about what's going to happen with the prove it bucket.
73:39Like Parker Washington, prove it bucket right now. Parker Washington is going to get drafted before Jaden Higgins and every startup, but
73:46I feel safer with Jaden Higgins would not near as much short-term upside.
73:50If Parker Washington comes out and gets his eight for 80 week one, it's on.
73:55I don't think Jaden Higgins is going eight for 80 week one with Nico out there.
74:00Um, it could happen, but I doubt it. Right.
74:03Um, Jaden Higgins seems like I said, I don't think a rookie should be in the prove it.
74:09Well, we'll see here. We just put those rookie tight ends in the prove it.
74:14We just did that. Right. The thing, the way I'm looking at the prove it is, is you have a high draft capital.
74:21Okay. You're a very good talent, but there's, there's, there's, there's some butts that come along with it.
74:27You can't go in the ascending star. Cause we just, we threw some ascending stars in like Casey conception is kind of
74:34where we, we drew a line there in the sand of saying, Hey, we're letting, we're letting Tyson and lemon go in there.
74:42Right. Right. Just cause the Browns took them. I would put Casey conception and ascending star, but we can throw them and prove it.
74:49Um, I'm fine. I say kept set. Cause after going through this exercise, I say Casey and Higgins should be probably ascending star.
74:57I think Higgins is a stud. But I do too, but I do too.
75:01Oh, but I look at that. But I mean, we've, we've all, we've been saying this for a while now.
75:08Right. I said it six months ago when we first did the first mock draft.
75:13Like, I love the idea of getting Higgins in the ninth or 10th round and just being like, he ain't in my lineup right now.
75:21I don't need him to be, but I love him on my bench.
75:25Higgins is one of my favorite people to see on my bench in a dynasty.
75:30Like, yeah, there's obviously there's guys who could fit in multiple buckets here.
75:34Um, but we can, we can, I'll leave Higgins and prove it now for, for now.
75:39We're going to be, everybody's going to have their own.
75:42You do whatever you want. We're going to go to the running backs.
75:46All right. Whew. Generian price. We established. We're going to go prove it on him.
75:51Lucky Irving. I guess we're going to prove it.
75:54Right. Deep sigh. Yeah. Deep sigh. Okay. Um, RJ Harvey, prove it.
75:58Yeah. Basil tootin prove it. All right. Now I'm feeling a little bit better about this.
76:03Prove it here for Buck. Jonah Coleman. Youth lottery ticket.
76:06Youth lottery ticket. Not prove it. Yeah. Okay. I mean, what's his, I mean, his teammate who was 18 points of games in the prove it tier.
76:15So I, what is that? What do you have about that?
76:19I'm not happy about that. I was going to let it slide.
76:22You know what I'm saying? RJ Harvey. Yeah. Got to be in the prove it category.
76:28It's gotta be. But I mean, it's just all this terrible signal about what the Broncos are going to do with him.
76:35And like, we love it for fantasy. We, we loved it for fantasy when he was, when he was balling out.
76:41And then they were like, man, we really weren't that happy with what happened out there.
76:47And so now we've got to readjust. Like the team's kind of telling us like, whatever you expect, whatever we got from
76:54RJ Harvey, we ain't getting that shit again in the same capacity.
76:58So that's why he's got to be in the prove it tier for me, but I can't put his teammate with worst draft capital.
77:05That's a rookie in the same tier as him or same bucket rather.
77:09Yeah. I don't have, I like, I like the rookie going in the rookie lottery ticket.
77:15That's what he is. I like it. I mean, he's a fourth round rookie running back.
77:20Well, that's a lottery ticket. Okay. I just think RJ Harvey deserves to be in a little bit better than the prove
77:27it category, but I think he already proved it.
77:30There's too many. Well, as much as you can, I don't know how you could prove it.
77:35Here's the problem is there's too many factors for him to like, if there was, if there's no Jonah Coleman that gets
77:42drafted there, then you go, okay, we're good. We're moving forward.
77:46I love, we all like all everybody on this panel here likes RJ Harvey.
77:50I just need you to prove it one more time that, that you're closer to the ascending star than a glue guy.
77:57Yeah. Or you just go straight to Twitter. If you, if you, I thought glue guy would be better than prove it.
78:05Prove it. RJ Harvey's a glue guy on my dynasty, right?
78:08If he's on my bench and I got it, I got a guy.
78:12Prove it is. There's, there's a lot more hope for tear jumping than the glue guy.
78:17Okay. Fair enough. That's okay. I get it. Yeah, I see that.
78:21I'll just say he automatically, he said, he's yes.
78:24He's okay. You can be a glue guy. I'd also be able to be, you can jump up.
78:30All right. Quarterback wise here. I'm just, it's just CJ Stroud for me.
78:34And prove it. I'd go, I'd go Kyler Murray.
78:37I could stick Kyler in here for sure. We can stick Kyler and prove it.
78:42Cause if he does, then he'll be fun. There there's that's.
78:45Oh, can we have a quick sidebar here? Sure.
78:48Can we quick, let's have a quick sidebar here.
78:51Sure. About Daniel Jones. So where do we go with Daniel Jones?
78:55I also had Malik Willis in the prove it tier.
78:58Oh yeah. We can, we can put Malik Willis and prove it.
79:02It definitely is. But I really want to, I really want to focus on Daniel Jones here.
79:08What do we, what do you guys think? And where, where does he kind of slide in?
79:13Cause I, I can be cool with putting him here, but he's got the contract two years, whatever.
79:19So we know this year and next year, he's probably an Indian.
79:23Unless they win like one game. Hey, I think he could be a moneymaker value loser if he didn't have his Achilles.
79:30So I think he's approved. Proved to me. He's healthy.
79:33I got him. I got him in the glue guy area.
79:37Yeah. Okay. So yeah, I'm, I'm stoked if he's my three, you know, you know, if he's my three, that's great.
79:43I'm cool with that. Um, and, and, you know, he could rotate in, in, and be, you know, easily be my two.
79:50Um, so he could even be on like almost a six man, but like I do.
79:56And if he was my two and he's healthy coming into the season, I'm not that bummed about it.
80:02It's fine. Yeah. I got, because of the injury, I say he proves it because if he does prove it, he could
80:09easily tear jump and not, and be better than a glue guy.
80:13I think what is Bryce Young? Is Bryce Young not approve it?
80:17No, Bryce, but for me right now, Bryce Young sitting on the six man, I don't want, I don't want to have to play him.
80:25What about Sam Darnall? Hmm. That's a good question.
80:27I wouldn't, I can't put him in to prove it.
80:31No, I know he proved it. He's got to be a moneymaker value loser.
80:35Glue guy. I want moneymaker value loser. He's a glue guy.
80:39Glue guy. Kind of, kind of your second, third.
80:42You're cool with it. Oh, for sure. I mean, there's not enough quarterbacks to go around.
80:47He's probably your second. If he's on your team and if he's your third, you're like, I got Sam Darnall as my three.
80:54That's probably a moneymaker. He's, he's a definition of a glue guy, but because it's so hard to find a quarterback every week, he's literally a glue guy.
81:03He's just, he's a moneymaker. He's finished as a QB one.
81:07And just outside of QB one, the last two years.
81:10And then last year he was a QB one.
81:13Yeah. I'm a high end too. So, so, so Sam Darnall being moneymakers.
81:17Yeah. That's what I said last week, even two weeks ago, I said, he'd been feeding my family.
81:23That's what I mean. Like, you know, we all, we all made the mistakes of not valuing, not just being patient enough.
81:30And we've all since learned that very expensive lesson.
81:33So I got that cash out. I got that cash out from league safe and it was nice.
81:39And Sam Darnall had a lot to do with that.
81:42Is, is Phoenix approve it? Yeah. Without question. Or Bryce Young is not approve it.
81:47Is, is, well, here's like you, we can, the quarterbacks are, are interesting.
81:51I thought, and they're, they're kind of like, I could, I could, I could kind of stick a lot of guys in
81:58a lot of categories and not really feel any type of way about it.
82:02Bryce Young to me could easily be in glue guys, could easily be in six man.
82:08I think almost anybody we just talked about could also be there.
82:11See, I feel like, like Sam Darnall is a glue guy because at this point, there's a base that we, he just
82:19established and like Bryce Young, the base that he established is it could be awful.
82:23Right? I don't think that's why it's approve it.
82:26Prove it. It's yours. That you could be a starter in this league, Bryce Young, you know, prove it that you prove
82:33it that you can play in this league for more than two week stretches.
82:38Like what he did with the Rams last game.
82:41He's got the most fourth quarter comebacks in the league since, since he's well, when you're down every fourth quarter, it gives
82:48you a chance to have those come back. You know what I mean?
82:52Like when you're losing every time the quarter starts, every time the game goes to the Packers say, when we talk about
82:59Kayla Williams like this, you realize that, right? Right.
83:02I'm just saying it was, it's, it was meant to be a joke, but like, if you think about it, the Panthers
83:09are losing in every fourth quarter that gives them more chances to have fourth quarter comebacks.
83:14Right. I'm just saying like Bryce Young, I gave him his due a while back, weeks and weeks ago about how good
83:21he played against the Rams in the playoffs. If the Rams don't go down, score that last touchdown, the Panthers go forward.
83:28And now we're just, who knows what happens next week and the potential for Bryce Young's uprising.
83:34Oh yeah. He gets an extension. If they win that game.
83:37That's what I'm saying. Yeah. You did say that.
83:40Like it, who knows what happens if they won that last game and they, he didn't lose them the game.
83:47The defense went back out there and couldn't stop Stafford again.
83:50So I just think, yeah. All right. Well, let's, let's, let's end this, this part of the show.
83:56We didn't place Daniel Jones, dude. Well, we'll have to do it next time.
84:01We have to tune back in. I want to, we got two questions we want to answer before we sign off.
84:07Um, and we'll, we'll come back and we'll do glue guys and those other guys on another live show, because I think this is fun.
84:15I think it's interesting. I think it's, I think, I think it's fun.
84:20I already done the question in here. Where does Daniel Jones go?
84:23Yeah. Yeah. Where does Daniel Jones go? In the corner.
84:27She has about to tip it and get a, get one in there.
84:31Uh, all right, real quick though. I'm going to pay a couple of bills here.
84:36We're going to add this bad boy to the stage.
84:39Um, if you're having been following along, go ahead.
84:42We've teamed up with prize picks. Prize picks is America's number one sports pick app.
84:47The app is really easy to use. You just pick more or less than a few stats and lock in your lineup.
84:54Prize picks is available in most States, including California, Texas, and Florida, but obviously not limited to, we got it here in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina.
85:02Go ahead and check it out. Download the app.
85:05Use promo code. HMA new users get $50 in lineups instantly.
85:09When you play your first $5 lineup. Uh, I've been having a lot of fun playing the world cup.
85:15There's all different things you can do with the world cup, uh, shots, crosses, passes, passes, shots on goal, uh, all sorts
85:22of fun ways to get involved, to play prize picks with the world cup.
85:26On this particular night though, I went back to the mound.
85:30I went back to the baseball diamond, uh, and we did a three pick flex play.
85:35We took Nick Gonzalez more than 0.5 hits. Uh, we took Paul skeins with more than 6.5.
85:40K's and we went Freddie Freeman with more than 0.5 hits.
85:44Uh, so, uh, quick and easy, fun, a lot of fun with the world cup and having a lot of fun playing
85:51the prize picks app with the world cup, but, uh, did a little baseball tonight because, uh, we were at a world
85:58weird spot with the world cup game. So I didn't want to play one of those on this one, but I'm sure we'll have more in the future.
86:07So make sure you go check that out. Download the app.
86:11Now use promo code HMA. Do you just get $50 off, uh, instantly when you play your first $5 lineup.
86:17Yeah. All right. Let's jump over to some questions real quick.
86:21Um, do, do, do, do, do, blow. Boom. Boom.
86:24Looking for a direction to take my team. I think I'm one of the better teams would feel like I lack running
86:31back depth and top end wide receiver talent thinking I should retool for 2027.
86:35It's one of my picks should be top two.
86:38I've tried acquiring some running backs, but people have them all valued high example, Brees hall for one, four and Gentie for London were both declined.
86:46So he sent one, four for Brees. And they said, no.
86:50And he sent London for Gentie. And he said, no, correct.
86:54You're curious on your direction of the team. If you think a slight retool for 2027 is order is an order.
87:00What would you do to maximize return on AJ Brown, DK, Jacoby Myers, any help?
87:05Appreciate it. Thanks guys. So he's the herbs. Is that, is that what he, is that was his team?
87:11Yep. So currently he's got Joe Burrow and Herbert, Daniel Jones, Jacoby.
87:15He's got a chain. And, and we weren't going to answer questions tonight.
87:19These fine gentlemen hit us with some tips. So I wanted to get you guys in and, and not, not feel like we weren't feeling the love there.
87:28I very much appreciate that. Then he's got a chance, Stevenson, cross key, Merritt, Tracy, Brooks and Malik Davis.
87:34So, you know, what running back room has an ace in the hole.
87:39And then Ramondre is fine, but you know, not a whole lot behind that.
87:43And then he's got Drake, London, AJ Brown, Zay flowers, Jordan Addison, DK Metcalf, Jacoby Myers, Noel, Thornton, Mitchell, Leggett, and Polk.
87:50And then Brock Bowers, Gunner, Helm, Mason Taylor, Schultz, Senate, decent little running back room.
87:55And he has one Oh four in the rookie draft was hasn't happened yet.
88:00And he has two first round picks next year.
88:02And he does not have his, he doesn't have his second, but he has somebody else's second.
88:08And Mr. Low scores team is not great. We can come down here and see what he's got.
88:14He's got Baker Mayfield. And then no other quarterback is Justin Fields.
88:18He has B. John and scatabone Barkley, but then, you know, then T Higgins is his number one with Jalen McMillan as his number two.
88:26And then Tyler Warren in that spot. So first piece of advice is you should probably just hang on to that guy's pick.
88:33Right. The top three pick. That guy should be blowing.
88:36He should be selling Saquon Barkley and T Higgins immediately.
88:39Unless he's just spike keeping them to make sure you don't have a better pick.
88:44Like, it is, it is, it happens. It happens.
88:47It's the end of the game. It's tight end premium.
88:50It's three flexes, two wide receivers. So essentially he was saying that the, that it's hard to trade that the, everyone has
88:57high values on running backs, but he said one, four for briefs didn't work.
89:02And Drake for Gentty didn't work, which one, four for briefs in certain leagues could work, but I don't think that's like
89:09a slam dunk of saying like, Hey, they value their running backs really high.
89:14And also Gentty for London. Um, the, you should say no.
89:17So, yeah. And I mean, it's obvious, you know, every league is different.
89:21We say that in every scenario, like a home league, sometimes running backs are tougher to get, um, you know, which direction should I head my team?
89:30He said, he got two first round picks next year is his, but he's got two ones next year and you still got the one for this year.
89:39So I love it when we get questions and you haven't had the rookie draft yet.
89:44So like you want, you know, you got your, you, you got options now to move that capital around in the one, four pick.
89:52And then you got two first next year. Like Casey said, definitely don't trade the other one.
89:57The, the, the bad teams pick where you got an early 27 one.
90:02And I wouldn't be in a hurry to set trade my 27 one either.
90:06You, you think it's going to be late. You hope it's late.
90:10Cause you got a good team, but just having two next year, multiple picks is, is always fun in a draft in
90:17the first round, but in the beloved 20, 27 draft having two could be very valuable.
90:22So like you said, Casey got the two Herbert and burrow stud quarterbacks.
90:26Daniel Jones gives you that third. We were just talking about H and good receivers.
90:31He said he's lacking wide receiver top end, but like Drake London and AJ Brown.
90:36And Zay being your third. That's fine. I mean, Zay, yeah.
90:40Is Zay being your third? I that's solid. Um, and he's got Brock power.
90:44Like you're obviously a championship contender and you got the one four.
90:48So you could get Tyson. You could trade back.
90:51You could trade up. If you, if you, if you feel like you're like, Hey, I'd, I had a team where I
90:58was at four and I wanted to go to three and get Cornell Tate because I didn't, I just wanted to get
91:05bad, get out of the, but if Tyson wasn't hurt, he would be this conversation and it not to take anything away
91:12from Tyson, but I wanted to get in the Cornell Tate's ready to be a stud right now.
91:18Conversation and injuries have not been the problem. And I might've stepped out of a little bit of Jordan Tyson's upside to get out of some of that.
91:27Well, he's been hurt a bunch of times talk and that was just one of my teams, but that was my thought
91:34process of moving from four to three. And the guy may have wanted Jordan Tyson all the time.
91:40It wasn't an expensive move. What'd you think about that one, four pick for him, Casey or shout out to the men's
91:47team right now for getting a goal in the first six minutes.
91:51Yeah. I just saw that's what I was. That's why I was.
91:55Go ahead, chef. No, I mean, I think, yeah, I do remember you pull that off in FFD one, didn't you?
92:01Or was that FFD five? Five. Yeah. So I went up to get tape.
92:06Mm-hmm. Yep. That's true. But the point being, I think that if you stick and pick and you're with your, you're right
92:13there with Jordan Tyson potentially, or somebody has Jordan Tyson is their wide receiver one.
92:18And they want to select them at the one three.
92:21We don't recommend doing that, but you could do that also.
92:25And be stuck with taste. So I'm, I'm good with standing pat or trading to the back end of the first round,
92:32like past, you know, the teardrop off the one nine to one 12, where you land yourself a Denzel Boston or, you know, Eli Stowers.
92:40This is tight and premium, correct? Yep. Yeah. So, you know, Eli Stowers is in play past one, you know, one nine, one 10.
92:47It's actually ahead in our consensus rankings because of Jeremiah.
92:51So I, like either you stick and pick or, cause I'm not trying to move back into the Jared, Jaredarian price business, although that could help you.
92:59So if you wanted to trade back like one, five, one six, if there's not like a Jadarian Price zealot, you should
93:06be able to be able to, you should be able to pull that off.
93:11Goodness gracious. You should be able to pull that off, you know, minor move back, pick up a third this year or
93:18pick up like a third next year. Two, three swap spots, you know, just to do, you know, just to kind of stay, stay fluid there.
93:26But yeah, one four. And I mean, I really liked the process, but, uh, and other places that could hold you back
93:33from being, you know, the one 12 instead of one nine.
93:37The good news here is like any, there's no crazy dominant team here throughout looking at all, everybody's roster.
93:43Right. You're the top power ranking. Right. Which, you know, it is what it is.
93:48The power is semantics. yeah, it's very close for what, who rates what and how the site rates things.
93:54Um, but, you know, for me, I would, I am, I would, I don't mind trying to use that one four and
94:01something else to try to go find a running back.
94:04Um, it's hard to, you know, Brees is a good one.
94:08And Brees is, um, Brees is on a team that's, you know, they have the one Oh five.
94:14And he said, you already tried to trade the one Oh four for him.
94:18So, um, the Brees is the Brees owner team.
94:21I guess he could consider himself good. I mean, his second receiver is downs, but, um, he's got Terry.
94:27So that, that's fun. Um, I, yeah, I mean the, the trade back to, to trying to get to an area where
94:34you can get, um, Jadarian price is, is certainly.
94:37Could be in play. I would just do. Well, I would not go back with the past one five.
94:43If, you know, I've seen take people take price at four.
94:47Sure. I don't recommend that. I would, I would rather have Tyson, but like you said, if you want to get, if
94:54you want to do a two, three swap or get a third, you know, get something, get a, get a, a shot
95:01at, uh, a dark throw running back later in the draft or something to move back that one spot to take price
95:08at one, at one five, I wouldn't go to one six unless you're like, I'm fine having Casey or I'm fine taking Sadiq or this or that.
95:17Like if, if you, if you move back to, to from four to six and price goes at five, how's that make you feel like that?
95:25That's where I would be at on that. And I would be fine with that.
95:30If you're not a price guy, that's fine. Trade back as far as you want to go.
95:35I like Casey's idea of taking the one for maybe adding something to it and going forward and finding somebody you like.
95:43If you can find a guy that you really like, and you can say, Hey, I'm going to take this one Oh four.
95:50And I know God forbid we trade any 27 picks.
95:53You got to keep Mr. Low scores pick. Don't do anything with that first.
95:58But your own first, if you're adding another piece of this team and anything can happen and we don't know, but generally should be a later first.
96:06Right. From kind of where you are. Offer that for Judkins.
96:10Right. You could obviously in the one for for Judkins.
96:13And then when he says no, the one for plus something small.
96:17And if, when he gets down to it, send your 27 first next year for Judkins.
96:22Yeah. I don't. That's, that's a tough one. Cause I mean, there are a lot of people like you that have joined me in this minute.
96:31I'll be co on Quince on Judkins. So you can't just do it.
96:35Just singular 27 first form. Potentially. Who knows this guy's team.
96:38They won't take it. They won't. I mean, you're not just going to, they're not going to give up Judkins straight up.
96:45They might, they might. You believe you could, you could heat check.
96:49Maybe. Anything can happen. But Judkins. Maybe anything could happen.
96:52Judkins is on an okay team. They're labeling them as a rebuilder on, on our site here, but I don't know that
97:00he necessarily needs to be a rebuilder. Let's just, let me say this while you're looking at some stuff, Casey, what direction
97:07should you, obviously one for, you got your draft, your rookie draft coming up, but you got Ramondre Stevenson as your RB two.
97:14And. ACM could make some noise and you'd have Jacoby Myers.
97:18They could be your four Jordan Addison's unplayable, unstartable right in his second.
97:22He's a, he's like a really, really good player.
97:25And we, he can score points in bunches if the ball comes his way.
97:29But just because of the way the Vikings quarterback situation played out last year, he had to sit on your benches.
97:36Jordan's Addison is a young stud. DK Metcalf is an older stud.
97:40Like you have, you have players that can play out.
97:43You got three stud wide receivers to get started.
97:46And then you're talking about Jordan Addison, DK and Jacoby Myers.
97:49So like. You could go into week one and not do anything.
97:53I mean, you could get, you could use one for the backup and get price.
97:58Or you could one for it, add something to it.
98:01You could take one for it. And if you just want to get rid of DK, because that's your style.
98:08DK plus one, four gets me the best running back available, blah, blah, blah.
98:12But like, you don't necessarily have to make a big move right this second.
98:17You could be five weeks in the season to see if your quarterback stay healthy five weeks in the season.
98:23See if Brock Bowers is staying healthy. See if Drake London, AJ Brown stay healthy together.
98:28You could be five and Oh, and five after five weeks, and you haven't made a deal at all, you know, or
98:35you could be two and three and had some bad luck.
98:39And then you're like, all right, what do I do now?
98:43Like if you have some bad luck and AJ Brown gets hurt and Justin Herbert gets hurt, we've seen Joe Burrow be hurt a bunch.
98:51All of a sudden you're like, I wish I had that other first round pick, you know?
98:56So like, you don't have just, you don't always have to make a move.
99:01Obviously making moves are fun. And I've, you know, I, the most fun about part about dynasty for me is trying to
99:08find a way to make a move. But like, to me, it could be DK Metcalf could be just fine next year.
99:15Jacoby Myers could be your second flex every week.
99:18Right. So like, don't feel the pressure like Gunnar Helm.
99:21Great sec, great tight end to that could be a good spark for your team.
99:26You know what I mean? Like, does that make sense?
99:29Casey? Like you don't have to go. Right. And somebody said, you know, the, I've seen some things saying that the, the
99:36scheme change in Washington could be huge for Ben Senate.
99:39I saw that too. Ooh. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, this is like you said, big go.
99:44And then this is, I mean, the situation is just being like, you don't have to do anything.
99:50You can have some patience. I know it feels like you need to do something and it's not, you know, it's not
99:57always the most fun advice, but that's some, usually the advice that pays off the best.
100:02You know, like you said, trying to take DK and the one Oh four and do something with it to buy a running back.
100:10Isn't a bad idea. Kenny Walker, maybe without even DK, you might be to get Kenny Walker for the one four straight up potentially.
100:18Right. You know, you can, you can see how far back you have to move with the one Oh four to get just like an, okay.
100:26Just like a David Montgomery, you know, obviously, you know, this guy's over here.
100:31He doesn't have a 26 pick actually. Obviously I'm not trading the one Oh four for D for, for David Montgomery, but,
100:38but Montgomery is the kind of guy that somebody would give you just to go from like one seven to one four potentially.
100:45Exactly. That's what I'm saying. Like how far back, like how far back do I have to go and stay in the
100:52first round ish to, and then, Hey, I can pick another player or I could trade back again, pick up some more
100:59value somewhere and get an extra, you know, second round receiver on my team or something.
101:05What'd you got? Shev looked like you were going in there.
101:08I, I said it a couple of weeks ago with another, another team, another roster or not roster.
101:14This isn't a roster review. Like, I guess it kind of is, but yeah, this giant squids, Christian McCaffrey.
101:20Yeah. Go for the title. But one, four, let's lock it in.
101:24I don't hate it. It just, that's like the ultimate dynasty question.
101:28Like Jordan Tyson, 21 year old potential stud, Christian McCaffrey, you know, a bad injury puts them in a law firm next
101:35year, or it could be, or it could be already won for three years in a row.
101:40I don't send this trade. This is what the caveat.
101:43I don't send this trade until we're comfortably in training camp.
101:47That's what I'm saying. The rookie draft might be next week.
101:51That's the only product. Like I wouldn't be wanting to pick up Christian McCaffrey until week one either.
101:56So you might not be able to, if you, you'd probably still be able to take Jordan Tyson, Jordan Tyson for McCaffrey
102:03for most, most likely, but Oh, for sure. This guy's got some old running backs and a bad team.
102:10This guy should be liquidating. That's what I'm saying.
102:12Like that's, that's what, that's an old team. I look at, I'm like, okay, is, is Jordan Tyson going to help me bring home money this year?
102:21Or do I need to go get, I mean, CTE scat pack.
102:25You send the one for two, uh, Mr. Low score for CTE scat pack.
102:30Does that work? Brother have Tyson. You would rather have Tyson than scat about.
102:34Yeah, that's great. Big cause a big scat about supporter too.
102:38I know I am. I am just, just 17 points a game.
102:41Just stamped in your lineup. Yeah. I mean, one Oh four and DK Metcalf.
102:46Can I, is, is, is Rashi rice and David Montgomery too risky for the, for, for that?
102:51Oh boy. Oh, I would say, yeah, you can pick up for she writes for sure.
102:57But it's Jordan Tyson is, uh, going ahead of camp.
103:00Scat about, uh, sure. Around just throwing that out there.
103:03Anyway, let's move on to the next question. We've, we've thrown some stuff out there.
103:08Join the discord. Hop on in there. You can link right from the, um, from your profile there and come on in.
103:15Let's talk some more questions. Ask us some more questions.
103:18We are, uh, about to have the Patreon be gone and everything linked right on the website.
103:24So for seven bucks, you get, you're going to be getting the extra episode.
103:28You're going to be getting all the rankings and everything in the first tier on the website, plus the discord all for, for seven bucks.
103:36Um, um, and, and, and Patreon will be out of there real soon.
103:40So, so come on by not, you can join the free discord too and ask the question.
103:46I'm not trying to say, uh, but you gotta do that.
103:49All right. Let's see. We got one more question in here for the $10 homie.
103:54I believe, uh, who threw it out. That was a $10.
103:58Go to the $5. That was. Yep. All right.
104:01Let's check him off. And we'll go to the $5.
104:04All right. Looking at my team. What do you think?
104:07Do I have enough production to take the chip?
104:10We're in the second year. We have a side pot that can be paid out in four years after a team repeats championship.
104:17What does that mean? It could be paid out in a year.
104:21If you, if you go back to back, but I guess it just can't be next year.
104:27It can't be like in the first three years.
104:30It has to go four years. just in case somebody wanted early.
104:33I kind of like that. It gives you a minute.
104:37You can't just get all the Travis Kelsey's of the world and win it in two years.
104:42And then the league's over. So basically side pot doesn't kick in for the first three years.
104:48That's not a bad rule. I like, I was thinking if you won back, like the side pot runs for four years.
104:55And if you win it twice in there, you get it at, at after the four years, but either way semantics, um,
105:02I'm trying to grab, I'm trying to grab that, which would be 27, 28, 29 season.
105:07He's basically saying, I'm going for the back to back in two years.
105:11Yeah. Everybody is buddy. Uh, trying to build a team that fits that window recently traded CMC and lad or CMC and
105:18lad sent away lamb traded for CMC and lad sent away lamb.
105:22I'm praying and counting CMC takes me to the promised land.
105:26I know my team has the most value, but a lot of that is draft capital for the future.
105:32Unsure if I should turn some of that into production and push for the win or bide my time for the next two years.
105:40League mates call me the negotiator. I'm always trying to make trades worried.
105:44I could trade myself out of contention. Do I need to just sit still the team I've built or push for a win?
105:51Well, I think he just said he traded for CMC and got rid of lamb.
105:56Is that, yeah. What was, what's the name of his team?
105:59Uh, love thy neighbors. Okay. So he's got Herbert Mahomes Simpson Brissett.
106:03So they've done the rookie draft. Jeremiah love Brees Hall, Christian McCaffrey, David Montgomery, Tootin Coleman, cross, Kimeret, Dylan Sampson neighbors, Wilson
106:10lad, Tyson, lemon, Wilson fields, Evans, and Shakir, Harold fanning stowers and Travis Kelsey.
106:15He's got three first round 27 picks. And two first round 28 picks.
106:19This is, this is the perfect example of a dynasty league where somebody already knew what they were doing.
106:25And you got a really juggernaut of a team.
106:28So this is a really good roster. You got all the, you obviously you had all the picks this year.
106:35Cause you got Jordan Tyson and lemon and stowers.
106:37You know, you already had three first round picks this year at a minimum and Jordan love, Jeremiah love.
106:44So you had the one, one. And so you had all the picks this year already.
106:49And you got three in it next year and two and 22 first rounders in 20, 28.
106:54So like, this is a guy who got some buddies together and started the dynasty league and knew what he was doing
107:01and beat the heck out of everybody. And good for you.
107:05Um, so I understand why now it was a little choppy when Casey was reading it.
107:10Cause it's like, why are you trading land for CMC?
107:13But I get it because you're loaded and you can try to win.
107:17It looks like you're going to be ready to win now, you know?
107:22Right. That would be my question is why are we waiting for the next two years and not this?
107:28Is that just because the window opens up then?
107:31Yeah. It just seems like the pot. Just go ahead and start with it.
107:35Somebody's got to win a championship. Why not be you now?
107:39And keep going. I mean, you're, you're up, you're a dominant team with dominant draft picks.
107:44And so you got a nice blend of youth and studs and you got the draft pick.
107:49So just keep it rolling. Yeah. I mean, your weak spot really potentially long-term is maybe running back, but I mean, I
107:56mean, not, yeah, we're not, we're not, but then you got my love and Reese hall Christian down there and Coleman.
108:03And with those three first round picks in the, in the 27 rookie class next year, you got so much, you know, firepower next year in the holster.
108:12You might, you know, you might upgrade wide receiver three and four.
108:16And if you want to upgrade over Fannin, right?
108:19I mean, you got, maybe you take Eli Stowers and add something to him because he's unproven probably good, but like Fannin is a producer.
108:27So I would take Eli Stowers and try to trade him and go into a, and springboard springboard into a Tyler Warren situation.
108:34You know, this is a, a 10, make it more of a guarantee.
108:39Okay. That makes a little more sense. 10 teamer.
108:41And it's a shallow start. So it's only, it's, it's one flex, two wide receivers should have let off with this.
108:48Um, two running backs, two wide receivers, one flex.
108:51So you don't have one super flex. So, um, eight, that's what it seems like.
108:56Yeah. Yeah. So I'd be ready to be, I'd ready.
108:59Yeah. Smaller 10 teamer and not a lot of starters, but you did, but, but when you have less starters and you
109:06have the super flex, your quarterbacks are everything. So I'll be ready to be fluid and do something about, uh, my, like
109:13you have no third, you have Ty Simpson and percent, obviously percent helped me win a championship.
109:19And one of my teams last year, Ty Simpson sits in a spot that could be really productive.
109:25Um, I may want to bring in another quarterback that makes me feel better or tear up from, yeah, maybe you don't,
109:32maybe you're not feeling great about Patrick Mahomes coming off a knee injury.
109:36He's obviously steady Eddie. And I would be, I don't, I don't feel bad about my homes on any of my teams
109:43and I'm buying any dip on my homes. But, and when you have a very short starting roster and you get to
109:50put two quarterbacks in every week, that's where I would try to, you got the running backs, you got Jeremiah love and
109:57McCaffrey, Brees Hall, Montgomery, got a couple of good wide receivers.
110:01I would try to upgrade my, my quarterback. It's crazy to say upgrade quarterback when you got Herbert Mahomes, but like maybe
110:08if you have an injury, now you're, you know, now, yeah, you're looking for a little quarterback insurance and, uh, and maybe
110:15getting a little bit more out of your tight fans and stud.
110:19We, I just tried to put him in the damn, you know, cornerstones, cornerstone.
110:23All the picks that he has are, they do look like the better players in the league picks.
110:29Um, so they should be a little later. So I wouldn't be scared to, to trade away at 27 pick here and
110:36a 28 pick, you know, obviously yours first trade your pick, keep the other two.
110:41Yeah. The other two guys have good teams too, but he's, he's got a good team.
110:46Chef, go ahead. Tyler. Jay just let me cook.
110:49Tyler. Chuck for one of those first. Ooh, picking up a third, picking up a third for one of those first, but just let me cook.
110:57Yeah. Go to the 20, 28 first. Yeah. I'd go down the list a little bit.
111:02I try to keep those three 27. I mean, yeah, don't start with the best offer, but yeah.
111:08Yeah. If you're, if you're going, if you're looking for the insurance, because everything else is so, I mean, it's so shallow and big coat like that.
111:17That's such a great point that those quarterbacks in a shallow, it could make a difference.
111:22And we've talked to a blue in the face about how much we believe in Kellen Moore.
111:28That's that kind of stood out to me. If you're going to do something other than, you know, other than just kind
111:35of sit, I mean, you could finagle something else, you know, try to finagle like a little pig swat, like something in
111:42there to make this make sense for helping your roster down the line.
111:46But yeah, if we're following the breadcrumbs, the big coaches laid out.
111:50I mean, I look at Tyler Shuck and I'm like, man, I can get them off of this dude.
111:56Cause that dude needs as many picks as possible.
111:59And I might need some Patrick Mahomes insurance through the week, you know, through the first four weeks of the season.
112:06Yeah. You could, yeah. And you could go with the Patrick Mahomes plus a little bit might get you Caleb Williams.
112:12Um, same idea. The shorter, the shorter, the starting lineup, like I won't, you don't have as many flex positions to make
112:19up for that top spot of every position. So like as good as Harold fan and is, I'd be using some of
112:26that firepower to try to turn that into, you know, Tyler Warren or better try to come out.
112:32Why don't, why don't you have Brock Bowers? If you have all that ammo, why don't you have Trey McBride?
112:39If you have all that ammo, you know, cause everybody has a sort of tight end, you know?
112:45Yeah. You don't have four flexes to make up for those.
112:48Oh, well he's got Brock Bowers and I got, you know, four Garrett Wilson's in my, I got my flex number one,
112:55two, three, four or 15 point wide receivers. When you, you know, the shorter the starting lineup, the more it needs to
113:02be as high powered as it can get, especially the shorter starting lineup and a 10 man league.
113:08I'm trying to, and I'm not, maybe you take fanning and go up, but I fanning would be like so sick.
113:15If you could take stowers who again, it might be great, but we've seen fanning be electric.
113:20And so like, if you take stowers plus, plus, plus, and you go work stowers and lemon stowers and Tyson, you know,
113:27and keep pushing and try to come up with some more firepower.
113:31Yeah, this is, yeah, absolutely. That's what you're trying to upgrade the highest end of your starting lineup, right?
113:37That's what you're trying to do. You only have to start two wide receivers.
113:42You need one flex. Look, you have three picks and another guy has two.
113:46So that's five picks. Half the league. Yep. Right.
113:49So that's, you're in control for, and the other guys have, you know, obviously then five other guys, you know, there's 10 picks.
113:57Um, between you two, there's five. So a couple of guys don't have first, I'm going to mostly for the most part,
114:04your people are thirsty for the 27th. I'm going to just chill out.
114:08I'm going to hang out. And then I'm going to wait until those teams that don't have first or are realizing that they're bad, be there.
114:16And then I'm just going to be there and just, you know, that's, you know, whenever you, you never heard, like when
114:23you're, uh, like trying to, trying to get, get, get a chick to sleep with you or be, be your girl.
114:30You just got to be there. He's got to be around.
114:34Just, I'm going to just, I'm going to just be there.
114:37I'm going to be there. That's what I'm going to do.
114:41I'm going to, I'm going to wait until you guys, I'm going to be a buzzard.
114:46I'm going to just wait until you guys, I'm somebody just circling around the league until people figure out that they stink for this league.
114:54And then I'm going to go last call. I'm going to come in here, right.
114:59I'm going to come in here and I'm going to scoop out the best player on the, on the guy who's going
115:06to give me the most value for one of these firsts or whatever.
115:10Um, and upgrade, you know, like Nico Collins was somebody who was sticking out to me of like, people are down on
115:17them, but he could come in here and definitely give you a top five season.
115:22Um, this, this team's not terrible, but not awesome.
115:25Um, I like upgrading the tight end position quarterback wise, you know, I don't know if what the passing touchdown is.
115:32Um, if it's four, I would maybe try to find one of the guys who runs.
115:37If it's six, love that. Um, both, both my homes and Herbert run enough though.
115:42Um, if it's, if it's six, you know, my homes and Herbert, I'm straight.
115:46Yeah. If you're sick, that's a good point. If it's six, you're more than fine, even though, like I said, no reason
115:53to try to find a third now, not to try to find a third or go up.
115:59But if it's, if it's four, then the rushing becomes that much, you know, more valuable to me, I'm going to, I'm going to mostly hang.
116:07I'm going to, you're in a position that a, you can take like a Marvin Harrison is not somebody who's off limits for you.
116:15You can be a little risky on some play.
116:18If you're going to get good value on Marv is what I'm saying.
116:22Like you, you can kind of hang around, wait around, make sure you get as much value as you can out of a trade.
116:30You don't have to do anything to do it.
116:32You're chilling. Like you're, you're, you're going to have points regardless.
116:36You got a good lineup. You can go up against anybody in the league at any point, uh, throughout.
116:42And like you said, you're built for a little bit of now and a little bit of later, you've got plenty of equity.
116:50So you're, you're in the driver's seat of kind of what you want to do.
116:54And I know that's the point of what you're asking us, but like, I don't, this is again, and I feel like
117:01I come back to the same thing a lot of the times, but especially when you're in a position like this, like you don't have to do anything.
117:10You just need to just chill out and wait around until you can get the right combination and the right negotiation together where you go.
117:19All right, well, I, everything he's wanting to sell me is below my market.
117:23Right. Yeah. And now I'm, I'm getting this plus a little extra when I'm making these deals.
117:29Um, and at some point, some of these bad teams, they're going to want picks in 27.
117:34It's their only way out. Right. Um, so that's, and you have a couple of them and I'm not saying that you
117:41want to get rid of all of them and I'm, and you have a 28.
117:46So like one of those 27s and one of those 28s, you can go do some damage at some point.
117:52Um, and you have enough depth to kind of be swapping stuff out and around.
117:57Like you have, you also have, you know, you can assume risk on Rashi rice on your team.
118:03Well said, right. You know, that's, that's kind of what you, what you can do.
118:08So that's kind of the way that I would look at that one anyway.
118:12Um, so we're going to wrap this one up boys.
118:16Shev, you got anything else you want to say?
118:18No, I mean, that's the 10 team. Like it, it being so much more of a shallow league, you're, you're just, you're,
118:26you're big game hunting to try to tear up to, Hey, can I go from a guy who has top five potential
118:33to what do I have to do to get to like the big dog?
118:37Hopefully somebody has a really crappy team that you can take advantage of with those pigs, but patience is a virtue here.
118:44Yeah. Just go get the best deals that you can, you don't, like I said, there's no reason for you to go
118:51out there and be like, yeah, I'm going to settle for this right now because it's all I've been getting.
118:58And I'm, I've exhausted all my trade options. You're not in that position, right?
119:02You don't have to get creative on how to get the most value out of something.
119:07You can be in the money makers, value losers.
119:10You can be in the ascending tier and you can be in the proof.
119:15Like you're all your buckets are open pretty much.
119:18Like you don't have any limits to closing off.
119:21Hey, these three buckets, they're not for you. You're got all the buckets, Bubba.
119:25Like you got them all. And this, that's a, that's a, that's a great position to be in.
119:31And that, you know, roster reviews are going to drop July 1st.
119:35Right. But that's, and we're doing these buckets now to kind of give you a little preview of how some of the
119:42roster reviewing engine is going to work. But like, that's going to be part of it is like, Hey, your, your three-year window looks really good.
119:50All your buckets are open, man. You're, you're in position to win now and win later.
119:55You're, you're limitless. Like that's, you are in a, just a, you could have the rest of the league in the fetal position for a minute.
120:04That's true. It's true. You haven't been downward facing dog too.
120:07Should area and price or Tyler shot. Tyler shot.
120:10Woo. Cam order, Tucker craft. Not as PPR. So, Oh yeah.
120:14Still Tucker. Save your worthy or an early 27 third.
120:17Worthy all day. Worthy. Marv or Jared golf. Marv.
120:20Ooh. Golf slander. Brock or Warren. All right. Quinn, Sean, Judkins or Travion Henderson.
120:24There we go. Both. Tough swipe. Flag it. Flag it.
120:28Oh, we're tweeting that out. We're tweeting that out tomorrow.
120:31Um, for the tough, you guys, I believe can, can hit, can anybody hit the, the tough swipes?
120:37If you hit the help button, it'll send it to the tough swipes.
120:41We're going to tweet a bunch of the tough swipes out and we're going to be tweeting out trades, um, from the
120:48trade, um, from the trade database that, that, uh, you guys can flag and we can flag.
120:53So if you guys want to trade that you, that you went down in your league that you think was a good,
121:00interesting trade, you can hit us up with it.
121:03As long as you're on the website and signed up for the website, which I'm not really sure what you're doing.
121:10If you're not, um, you know, make sure you go and say, Hey, why don't you tweet out this trade?
121:16It was, it was a nail biter who won this one.
121:20Um, we can, we can go ahead and take care of that for you.
121:25Um, and then we got a cool personal rankings update here.
121:28That's about to come down the line of after you do all your swipes for your thousand, you're going to basically get
121:35a rankings pool then, and you can port it over and you then, Hey, you did your, you did your swipes and
121:42it got you close, but Hey, now you can come in here and you can port it right over into like the
121:49Ross, the, the ranking builder that we have and you can move your guys around.
121:54Right. So now you're going to be building your own rankings.
121:58And then every 30 days, you're just going to have to do the, you know, the 50 swipes on each range or
122:05whatever, and it'll keep rebuilding your, um, your personal rankings, which will keep your, um, rankings tool basically.
122:11Right. Yeah. It'll, it'll lock out after 30 days if you haven't done your swipes.
122:15So you guys will have that option. And I know that we were just doing the, the buckets thing, um, and that,
122:22but we got this cool little like badge system that we're, that we're working on here, uh, to do different things.
122:29And that will also be available to you guys in the rankings things when we're, when we're doing that as well.
122:36Um, so, you know, on job, you know, it's just kind of video game ask here.
122:41Like you can press these buttons and there's a bunch of different things to kind of check off as, you know, what,
122:48what Josh Allen is or what B John is from a, from a trajectory standpoint, like, you know, where's he at?
122:55Or, you know, where's Jamar, you know, we got target hog for Jamar chase, but you could, you know, just, just to
123:02kind of a fun way to, to let you have some fun with it.
123:07And we're obviously that doesn't matter at the top, but when you get down there to the other players, that'll, that'll be pretty cool.
123:14Right. And then, you know, we're thinking of maybe having some that are automated throughout.
123:19Like, Hey, if you, if you're hitting these thresholds, you get these badges and then, you know, we'll have badges for certain
123:26things that do come into play, like market stuff, right?
123:29Like we have, you know, Hey, we think that this is a market sell, you know, we want to put, so then
123:37you can go over there and just say, Hey, there's a market sell.
123:41Yeah. Right. Not that that's what I think there, but there's a hidden treasure.
123:45This Josh, he's under the radar. Right. So, and obviously, you know, this was mostly all, we got the, the cool little
123:52buckets here, which we'll do more of on the next show.
123:56We'll do the glue guys and we'll do the lotto picks and stuff, but had a lot of fun tonight.
124:02Appreciate you guys for joining us. We'll be back Wednesdays.
124:06Well, Wednesdays are the day at eight 30. Um, I just went and saw goose last night.
124:11So, um, not to be confused with geese, um, but, um, yeah, so we'll be back on Wednesdays, answer some more questions and, we'll see you guys then.
124:20Ross, July 1st. Peace. Hey, I want to thank you for being part of this broadcast.
124:25If you have any thoughts on it, leave a comment.
