Brock Purdy

PositiveValue122:13

The source identifies Brock Purdy as one of the most undervalued quarterbacks in dynasty, preferring him over Jackson Dart.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveBreakout29:00

The source remains high on Bucky Irving, citing his mental toughness and talent level, arguing that if he stays healthy, he has the potential to command the backfield and outperform his current RB21-22 ADP.

Insight page

Caleb Douglas

PositiveBreakout54:42

Caleb Douglas has earned praise from the coaching staff and is being positioned as the team's WR1. The source highlights him as a rookie wide receiver to watch, noting his potential to emerge as a key target in the Miami offense.

Insight page
NegativeSleeper103:09

The source expresses excitement about Caleb Douglas as a late-round target, noting he was selected in the 15th round of their mock draft and represents a fun, low-risk shot to take at the end of drafts.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeInjury4:01

The source expresses significant concern regarding Christian McCaffrey's recurring lower-body soreness, noting that while he is a top-tier talent, his injury history creates 'severe PTSD' and makes him a risky pick if negative news continues.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeProjection40:34

The source is conflicted on Christian Watson, acknowledging his big-play ability and high yards-per-route-run metrics, but expressing skepticism about his target share in a crowded Packers offense.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout41:55

The source views Christian Watson as a 'stud' and a 'monster' if healthy, noting his proven red-zone efficiency and big-play ability. Despite injury history, the Packers' decision to pay him rather than franchise tag him signals their confidence. He is considered a strong redraft target with WR1 upside, even if his target share is not massive, due to his archetype and role in the offense.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

NegativeValue13:37

The source debates the value of Colston Loveland as a top-tier tight end, arguing that he is a speculative bet similar to Luther Burden but at a higher cost, while others defend his potential to finish as a top-six tight end.

Insight page

Cyrus Allen

NegativeValue107:06

The source advises against trading a 2027 second-round pick for Cyrus Allen, labeling it too steep. While Allen has seen significant camp hype and rising draft capital, the source suggests holding the pick and only acquiring Allen with lower-value assets like thirds or fourths.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

PositiveValue55:25

The source dismisses the idea of fading De'Von Achane, labeling it a 'generational buying opportunity.' He is described as a highly consistent PPR weapon who never scored below 11 points in any game last season.

Insight page

Greg Dulcich

NegativeUsage54:30

Greg Dulcich is mentioned as a piece of the Miami offense, being drafted in the 12th round of the mock draft as part of a stack with Malik Willis.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveUsage113:54

The source praises Isaiah Likely's hands and reliability, noting he is a key target in the offense and rarely drops passes.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

NegativeInjury102:48

The source notes that Jaylen Waddle spends a significant amount of time in the medical tent, highlighting injury risk as a recurring concern.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

PositiveValue22:58

Jonathan Brooks is described as flying up draft boards, with the source noting that he and Marshawn Lloyd represent parallel stories in terms of their potential, though Brooks currently holds more market hype.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveUsage9:03

The source highlights Josh Allen as the premier target for 'weekly winner' tournament formats, where his high-ceiling performances can win large prizes in a single week, justifying an earlier draft position than in standard leagues.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeInjury21:07

The source expresses concern regarding Josh Jacobs due to a history of lower body injuries piling up for an older running back, noting he played through injuries at the end of last season with what appeared to be 'half a leg.'

Insight page
NegativeInjury35:04

The source advises caution with Josh Jacobs, noting that his age and a history of lower-body injuries are becoming a concern for his long-term reliability.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveUsage113:36

The source is very high on Malik Nabers, stating that if he is active Week 1, he must be in the starting lineup, dismissing concerns about him being a decoy.

Insight page

Malik Willis

PositiveValue54:00

The source is highly bullish on Malik Willis as a fantasy asset, citing his elite rushing upside and professionalism. Despite a challenging environment in Miami, the coaching staff's familiarity with him from Green Bay suggests he will be given a genuine opportunity to succeed. He is viewed as a 'generational buying opportunity' in dynasty formats.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveBreakout22:10

The source highlights Marshawn Lloyd as a special athlete who is frequently praised by Packers beat reporters, suggesting he is a discounted version of Jonathan Brooks with significant upside if he can stay healthy.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeValue46:55

The source debates taking Marvin Harrison versus Christian Watson in redraft. While Harrison is a high-upside prospect, the source suggests that in a one-season redraft format, Watson is the preferred pick over Harrison due to the established role and team investment.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveValue0:52

Despite recent off-field concerns and minor injury reports, the source views Puka Nacua as incredible value if his ADP is pushed to the back of the first round, noting he was the overall WR1 last year.

Insight page

Sam LaPorta

PositiveProjection30:12

Sam LaPorta is viewed as a strong pick because the Lions are projected to have the easiest schedule and score the most points, and he has been cleared for training camp following his back injury.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

PositiveUsage112:57

The source advises against trading Tee Higgins in a 10-man PPR redraft league, noting that even with Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase on the roster, Higgins will work his way into the lineup and provides valuable depth.

Insight page

Tre Harris

PositiveSleeper106:00

Trey Harris is highlighted as a player making plays in camp and a fun, churnable late-round draft pick who can be swapped out if he doesn't produce early in the season.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveValue25:11

The source identifies TreVeyon Henderson as a 'smash' pick in the fifth round of redraft mocks, citing his home run upside and impressive efficiency on limited touches as a rookie.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveValue15:31

The source prefers Tyler Warren over Colston Loveland, betting that Warren will outperform him in targets, receptions, and fantasy points per game, and suggests he is a better value in the middle rounds.

Insight page
PositiveUsage39:40

The source suggests a hypothetical 27% target share for Tyler Warren to silence critics, positioning him as a potential key piece in the Colts' offense alongside Jonathan Taylor.

0:00What is good? We're up, we're live, we're rolling.
0:03We've got a 1QB Mock PPR, no tight end premium.
0:06Just a pretty standard situation here. Two wide receivers, two flexes.
0:09So here we are. We're running in the first round.
0:12I got Chev, I got Big Co. How we doing boys?
0:16Big Co, how you feeling? Doing good. I haven't done a regular, what do you call them, managed league mock yet.
0:22I've been doing the underdog best balls, but this will be interesting.
0:26Chev, how you feeling? Like a Viagra peel with a face.
0:29All right. His name on his camera says meat missile, so he's ready.
0:33He's indeed ready. All right. So the first round is gone as this.
0:37We have Gibbs at the 101, Bijan at the 102, Chase at the 103.
0:42We've got Christian McCaffrey at the 104, JSN at the 105, Puka at the 106, Taylor at the 107, Cook at the
0:48108 and Gentee at the 109 with free crab legs on deck.
0:52So how are we feeling about Puka Nakua right now?
0:55We good? Everybody good? Drafting steadily. Drafting steadily. All right.
0:58I can't wait for his next, his next, you know, his next advertising or marketing deal as a denture specialist.
1:04All the, all this off season stuff is just coming back to royally bite him in the ass.
1:10No pun intended. That was a little crazy. So big co you're good though.
1:14You're just clicking the button. You're rolling on Puka.
1:17Yeah. Cause he's a little sore. I mean, and there's some allegations.
1:21Yeah. He was making fun of them. People wear them small hats on their head.
1:25And he did that again. Or this was way back.
1:28I mean, during the office, he hadn't been punished for it yet, but he didn't do nothing.
1:34Now there's some biting stuff coming back, you know?
1:36Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I, I, I, yeah, you know, when it rains and pours, you know, what are you going to do?
1:43I thought that was old news. Golly. I hope it's old news.
1:47Cause I ain't got a bunch of Puka and underdogs.
1:50You can light those tickets on fire. I told my wife, I was like, these are, these are scratch offs just waiting
1:57for an NFL to tell me how much money I made.
2:00Well, here's the, here's the thing you can, if it's going to push his, if it's going to push his value to
2:07back to the back of the first round, cause he gets suspended for one or two games, I'm all for it.
2:14Like coming off the board where he went one Oh five here.
2:17As I make a pick on over here. One Oh six.
2:21Yeah. Sorry. I don't have my contacts in. Um, yeah, as he went one Oh six here, we get one Oh one
2:28Oh seven, one Oh eight potentially getting pushed back to the one Oh nine.
2:32That's incredible value for the wide receiver one overall last year.
2:35Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's, it's definitely slightly worrisome, but I think I'm still, still, still clicking the button.
2:41Um, Christian McCaffrey, a little soreness, any, any cause for concern with that drastic?
2:45Yes. Okay. So much cause for concern. I'm not even trolling.
2:49All right. Slower on the button today than, than you would have been a couple of days ago.
2:54I mean, it's just every, every single time code, like every single time that you hear Christian McCaffrey has some sort of
3:01ailment, like your little booty hole gets a little tight a little bit.
3:05Like it's just not, we don't want to hear it.
3:08There ain't no doubt about it. We don't want to hear it.
3:12Like if, if there was no, if there was no injury concerns and we were just having a Derek Henry style, style
3:19run of health, he'd be the one-on-one over Gibbs over Bijon.
3:22But everybody, there's people who straight up will mention me and be like, Christian McCaffrey can't be the one-on-one because he's got an injury history.
3:30And I'm like, okay, bro, I'm in line at Arby's man.
3:33Leave me the fuck alone. So, I mean, generally speaking, Big Co, are you, are you okay with McCaffrey as, as anywhere, anywhere from one to four here?
3:42If, if, if I'm drafting a team right tonight, I guess I might could click Jonathan Taylor over McCaffrey if he's sore.
3:49But I mean, in a week from now when he's back, you know, like if he, if back on the practice field
3:55next week, nothing happened, blah, blah, blah. You know, it's like, that's a great buying opportunity if he's just sore, but last
4:02time he was sore, it got a little worse and it got a little worse.
4:07You know, it's like, we just, we, we have severe, severe PTSD from two years ago.
4:12And, but then last year he absolutely crushed, you know?
4:15So, I mean, I think it was like, he was wide receiver, like five or something, whatever that number, like he, just
4:21from his wide receiver stats alone was ridiculous. And I just, I'm going to take a, I'm going to buy the dip on McCaffrey.
4:29And if I, in the drafts that I have coming up in the next couple of days, and then if it, if
4:36there's one more bad negative drum beat, then I am probably just going to slide him too far down where he's, you
4:42know, he's got, he's got two strikes. I won't let him get, I won't let him get to two strikes.
4:49He's got one strike, two strikes. He's out for me.
4:52Oh, okay. All right. Fair enough. All right. We left off at the one Oh nine.
4:57We're going to pick back up at the one 10.
5:00We've got St. Brown. We've got lamb. We've got Hampton rounding out the round and then chase Brown.
5:05So the double down on the running back for the 12 spot.
5:09And then we have a chance of the two Oh two Jefferson at the two Oh three Drake London at the two
5:16Oh four and Saquon Barkley at the two Oh five.
5:19So interesting, fun turn there. And then Barkley, AJ Brown Bowers at two seven, Kenny Walker at two eight, Jordan love every
5:26time Jeremiah love a two Oh nine. We've got Nico at the two 10 Trey bride, Trey McBride at the two 11
5:32and then Derek Henry to bring the second round to a close.
5:36Any initial starts here that you like, don't like, or just general pick that you like, or don't like you got to go ahead.
5:43Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Because I can't, I'm not be the first guy to draft a quarterback.
5:50If it's not Josh Allen, like the Lamar Jackson, I understand he like he, you, you did the stack there.
5:56You got the Zay flowers, Lamar Jackson stack, but like, I'd, I'd pass on that.
6:01I'd let that go. What if it was a guy who was weekly winners?
6:05Why would you maybe, you know, underdog week, you went weekly winner changes things.
6:09Why would you, why is that go? Uh, I don't know.
6:13I, it makes a lot of sense. this is my first year ever doing really this, but any, any amount of underdog like this.
6:20And there's a tournament called weekly winners. And after I did my first draft, I looked at the board to see what
6:27was going on in this one dude, Josh Allen, like went second round where usually goes three to early three to early
6:34fourth in the, in the regular full size tournament.
6:36Uh, but the weekly winner is like, you know, just basically they give away $20,000 a week and then like 15 and
6:4310 and 12 or whatever, you know, like there's, you can win 20, but if you're in the top 500 spots, you can get 20 bucks or whatever.
6:52You know what I mean? You can double your money in one week.
6:56If you have a good week, you make 20 grand.
6:59If you have a, you know, if you have a phenomenal week and you beat everybody, you really only had to peak one time to make money.
7:07Basically. If you have a really good team, you could have a couple of good scores over the, over the season, you
7:14know, and it's not about getting to the end and all that stuff.
7:18It's like, you have one great week and you make money.
7:21Well, then if that's the case, then you want in one week scenario, like Josh Allen's the, the bull on that.
7:28Like that's what he does, you know? So I, this guy taking Josh Allen in the second, second round.
7:34And then like, basically didn't take another quarterback. Cause he's trying to surround Josh Allen's, you know, 10 games this season where he's going to crush.
7:42Right. With as many chances to win as he could.
7:45And I was like, Ooh, I can get behind that.
7:48So I got a lot of like, you know, Jalen hurts and.
7:51Caleb Williams and stuff like that. I got a couple of Josh Allen weekly winners, but most of it is still my,
7:58is there good value, but they move up. Their quarterbacks move up a little bit in week of winter.
8:04All right, Jeff on this board here. Was there anything that's standing out to you liking or disliking right now?
8:10I mean, we, we, we, we do it. We're doing an episode where everybody's going to get real pissed at me.
8:17The, the first thing, the first thing is Colson Loveland being the third tight end off the board.
8:22Don't love that. Not for redraft. It's, it's the same thing as Luther Burton, but just, you know, two round, a round
8:29earlier, two rounds earlier, no round because Luther burns in the fourth round.
8:33It's the same bet, like the exact same bet for redraft.
8:36And I, you know, if you have a problem with Luther Burton, you have to have a problem with Colson Loveland.
8:43And then you just need to draft as much Roman duns and Caleb Williams as humanly possible.
8:48And Deandre Swift. Medium disagree. Medium disagree. It's not the same bet because of tight ends.
8:53Like it's just, if you just look at the projected points, like before we get back to the show, if you haven't
9:00checked out the new crowdsource rankings tool, head over to the FF dynasty.com and get your swipe on.
9:05Yes, you did. When you were leading the ship for Tucker craft last year, I was in on Tucker craft a year
9:12or two ago before that and was like, Hey, this guy's actually good.
9:16Blah, blah. I like Tucker craft too. And if we can find us another Tucker craft this year in the ninth round, we're going to be printing money.
9:25But like, and, and to your, to that point, you get Tucker craft in the sixth round and that's the game.
9:31I get it. And I'm, and I'm all about it, but like you have, Tyler Warren, Tucker craft, Harold fan in behind him.
9:38And my boy, Isaiah likely, and maybe if Porter Laporta's back is okay.
9:42Right. But once you get, so if you get, if you get closer level and you're in the top half of tight ends, are you, are you not?
9:51I mean, this is a bad, this is a bad clip for you to stick your head over.
9:57I wouldn't want to be peeking over that cliff to be like, he's not top half of the top 12, because I
10:03mean, you don't think he would, you don't think he's top six.
10:07It's possible. It's highly likely. It's entirely possible. Is it more likely than probable?
10:11I would bet that Tyler Warren scores more points to him, gets more targets, scores, more touchdowns, whatever you want to bet.
10:18We can go pie to the face. Tyler Warren versus Tucker.
10:21I'll get, give me Tyler Warren and Tucker craft.
10:24Y'all can have Colson. Lovely. We'll go pie to the face.
10:28And, and we'll just, you just got double. You just went to, you got double the guys and you're getting the best player.
10:35Remember? But you got a guy at four, 10 and five, 10.
10:38I'll take two guys over the three, nine guy, but I'll, I'll take Colson Loveland for 10 bucks over.
10:44I don't, I mean, I'm not, I want, I want, I want, there's no upside.
10:49I don't, I don't get anything. Just go straight.
10:52Listen, you got, you got 20 bucks. I got $10 for the Powerball tickets.
10:56I forgot about that. I could, I could be a billionaire right now.
11:00I could literally, it's a billionaire Powerball jackpot tonight.
11:03And I got $10 worth. I could be sitting on here.
11:06I could be rich as hell right now. We don't know.
11:09I love it. So you, but you won't know Loveland for Warren.
11:13Yeah, that's why I mean, they go locking it in.
11:16We said, he said targets, yards, touchdowns, everything. So we're going to do individual stats, five bucks a pop.
11:22We're going to do like a, which one. Okay.
11:25Parlay here or something. Brown Robin. Well, see now you're, you're saying you're asking me, you just said, Oh, well you, I can't have two guys.
11:33Now you want to do an individual category where it's item.
11:36You said, you said I'll take points. I said, I think he's going to, which would then lead to targets more fantasy points.
11:43Would it not? That's what we're talking about here.
11:46I think, let's take, let's take injuries out of it.
11:49Let's take fantasy points per game. PPR fantasy points per game.
11:53You take more and I'll take Loveland. Sure. Okay.
11:55All right. Done. Done deal. Love it. Love it.
11:58Points per game. Okay. Well, Hey, but before anybody gets hurt here, if I, I'll let it, I'll let it stand and let it be known.
12:06If, if Loveland or Warren gets hurt and to get the game, you know, one of them's going to get hurt in
12:13the first quarter and skew the stats. It's points per game without the hurt game included.
12:18Well, nobody's hurt yet. I'm not saying it could be your guy.
12:22You better, you go. I'm telling you, we can, we can set, we can set a minimum of games played.
12:28You want to do 10 games, 12 games? It was like, we could set up.
12:32I'm just saying, if the guy doesn't want that average drug down from a, it's a coin flip.
12:38It's a, listen, listen, listen, guys, it's a coin.
12:41Apparently it's not a coin flip. This stipulation could easily help you out.
12:45I mean, it started off. We started off. Yeah, we're starting off.
12:48It's going to be Tyler Warren against her. You started off saying, Hey, Colson Loveland, I, I, I medium disagree because Colson Loveland is, you know, is this.
12:57And I was like, okay, well, no, no, no, no, no, I medium disagreed when you said Loveland and burden is the same bet.
13:04And it's not because burden is a wide receiver.
13:07And I got 50 of those. I like, and Loveland's a tight end.
13:11And I got six that I want on my team.
13:14And I got a couple that I like after that.
13:17And then the other ones, especially if you have to figure out which one should be in your lineup every week.
13:24Now, best ball, I enjoy having three, how tight it two or three tight ends.
13:28And it just, the computer picks it, whatever happens.
13:31But like, if I got to have one in my lineup every week, I want to top six.
13:37And to see what happens. I mean, all right.
13:39So literally a top six tight end last year.
13:42So what are we doing? Didn't say what and Bo didn't say what we talked about around the difference, but you just,
13:49the way you, the way you were talking about Colson Loveland just now is like, that's a maximum.
13:55And I disagree. It's not a maximum. It's the same.
13:58It's the same. It's the same speculative bet is what I was saying.
14:02Like you're, you're betting that he finishes at tight end three or better.
14:06If you draft him at tight end three, are you not?
14:09I mean, yes. And no, you're betting that you're betting that on the guarantee that the idea that you're trying to guarantee yourself a top five tight end.
14:18And if it's a slippery slope, especially at three, nine, like you, you could pass on him at three, nine and probably get Tyler Warren at four, four.
14:26And if that's your guy, that's your guy. That's fine.
14:29But like this guy obviously wants to tight end early and he wanted it to be Colson Loveland.
14:35And maybe what, you know, he had passed on a chance to get the stack and put Jaden, Caleb Williams beside him.
14:42That's the kind of angle that I might've played that he takes Jaden Daniels and has no stack correlation, which is fine.
14:48Just saying. Um, but like there's, I feel a lot better about taking Colson Loveland around earlier and, and stacking him with
14:55Caleb Williams, then taking Tyler Warren and that being like, I really don't want anything to do with the quarterback situation necessarily.
15:02Why would you not want anything to do with the quarterback?
15:05He's coming back from a torn Achilles. He's full.
15:08He's not Caleb Williams. You're not. Yeah. And he was also like a top five quarterback where he got hurt.
15:14What are we doing? All right. Hang on. Give me your top six tight ends for redraft.
15:20Uh, obviously those two, then I have craft. I have craft and Warren ahead of Loveland.
15:24War. Loveland is five. And then I would put pits at six.
15:28Kincaid at seven. Fanning at eight at seven. Ooh.
15:31Yeah. I've been saying. All right. All right. All right.
15:34You, you just seem very, very entrenched in this argument.
15:37And then I mean, I, it makes your top six, which last year, Kyle pits was dead.
15:42And I was like, I'd give him a chance.
15:45If I was you, I, when did I say, this was dead.
15:49Oh, the whole off season last year. Yeah, I did.
15:52I was wrong. He's not dead anymore. He had 118 targets and now, and now he's with the tight end junior whisperer.
15:59I don't know what, what is Kevin Stefanski's calling card?
16:02It's tight end, right? I mean, you got Harold man across the board, like whatever, but I don't, I don't, I'm not
16:09necessarily like, Oh, I'm the big, I don't have very much.
16:12Let me tell you, I'll tell you exactly how much Kyle pits I have in best ball.
16:17Oh, I got all the, I got tons of fanning.
16:20It's not very much. To be honest, I love, I got fanning.
16:24I have, I have fanning. I don't have, I don't have copets.
16:28Oh, I've, I have 2% cop pits. You. All right.
16:31All right. Let's jump back into this mock. We'll, we'll further debate tight end as we, as we move, move along here.
16:37So we left off with enjoy that. Derek Henry.
16:40We got Chris Olave, Malik neighbors at the three Oh two Brees hall at the three Oh three Javante at the three
16:47Oh four Rashi rice at the three five George Pickens at the three six Josh Jacobs.
16:52Three seven Kyron Williams, three eight Loveland, uh, three nine flowers at three 10 Bucky at three 11 and lad at the three 12.
16:59So through through, through obviously we're through, uh, seven rounds.
17:02If you're listening on the podcast, um, what, which build is, is going through your head right now?
17:08Is that you like, you dislike, where was, where's the mistakes made?
17:12Where's the, your favorite targets here? What do we, what do we got here through seven?
17:17Where is Parker Washington? That's going to be my favorite team.
17:20I love it. He, he's got, he, he went, he went Rocky Irvin over like a guaranteed lower, potentially lower ceiling, but much higher floor Kyron.
17:28If you took CD lamb, a chance, swapped out Bucky for Kyron, and then added Ibuka, Odunze, Parker, Washington.
17:34Like that's just a much better feeling. First six.
17:37I'm not here to rain on the Bucky Irvin parade.
17:40We talked about him a ton last week. You could be smashing with Bucky Irvin at three.
17:45Oh my bad. I got the, I got the arrows wrong.
17:48Kyron was gone. My bad. the third round reversal I've been doing.
17:52So, you know, I use on this screen. I see third round reversal so often.
17:57No third round reversal. Got it. So my bad.
17:59He did not take Bucky over Kyron. Kyron was gone, but he did take Bucky Irvin over Scadaboo, which is kind of aggressive still right this minute.
18:08But yeah, that's interesting. It's just a workload. And I think the problem, the only reason that I'm still not like fully
18:14wheels up, I got a bunch of scat in the fourth round, but I like, I would be like much more in on him.
18:22If I just, we didn't see Jackson dark throwing him the ball last year, his skillset at being able to catch, the
18:29ball, what he, his catches are inflated due to like a massive Russell Wilson game, you know?
18:34Yeah. I mean, as long as they're going to throw it to him, he'll be fine.
18:39That's really the way I look at it. They throw it to Scadaboo.
18:43He's going to be great. He's going to, well, I mean, one of them got a, I'm sorry, I was about to say his recency bias.
18:51So Scadaboo got his foot blown off last year too, at the end.
18:55So, well, he tried to play through it. It's the same dented can as Jeremiah would say.
19:00They both got hurt last year. Scadaboo was awesome before he got hurt.
19:04But Bucky was kind of, it just, the, the aggregate numbers just don't come out good.
19:09Then he didn't get any carries inside the five.
19:12I would be Scadaboo over Bucky, but that's just because I think that he's going to handle 65% of the, 65% of the snaps in the workload.
19:20And I think he's going to be fine back.
19:23We're hearing the reports out of camp that they're taking him off in two minute situations, which I absolutely hate for Tyrone Tracy.
19:30Shout out to you. No, Tyrone. No. Oh, take a Scad off in two minutes.
19:35Yeah. They're playing in Tampa. They're playing a bunch of, a bunch of pony personnel where they got, but yeah, Kenneth Gainwell
19:41on the field at the same time. Two of them.
19:44It's a great idea. I mean, there's Spider-Man me.
19:47Why not? But see that Irving Bucky Irving quote.
19:50What is it? He said, I learned a lot about myself last year.
19:54That's the first time really in my history of football playing that I've missed games and been hurt.
19:59And I came out stronger. I like that. Mentally tough.
20:03Mentally hardened. After missing snaps. Big cup nugget right there.
20:06Big cup like that nugget. I like it. I like that Bucky Irving just being like, I learned.
20:11I learned. I had to learn. I had to learn from my father.
20:15Like he learned. Yeah, no, I mean, Bucky's, Bucky's a bad, Bucky's a bad dude, man.
20:20Don't, don't let anybody convince you otherwise. It's just, it's gotten a little bit, it's gotten a little bit cloudy, but him
20:27going off the board, I think he's been around like RB 21, 22.
20:31That's ridiculous. There's no way. I just, we had that discussion on a show, Casey, where it was, do you think that
20:38Kenneth Gainwell, do you think that he's a more talented player than Kenneth Gainwell?
20:42Or no, it was Rashad White. And we all said yes.
20:45And I mean, it, it worked out that way because I mean, he came in his job and it's Kenneth Gainwell and Rashad White are very similar players.
20:54If Bucky is healthy, this is his backfield. I think he's RB 18 right here in this draft to that point.
21:00at least definitely feels better than RB 18 at three, seven.
21:04You have Jacobs go. How, how concerned are we with Jacobs?
21:07You gotta, you gotta start to, you gotta start to do the people's eyebrow and start looking at Josh Jacobs a little funny, man.
21:15This is just lower body injuries piling up for an older running back.
21:19Like what are you, are you, what's your level of concern?
21:22Um, I mean, not really mostly just for some sort of a suspension, you know, that's really my only concern.
21:28Well, I mean, he never got charged with anything.
21:31Yeah. I mean, I hope not. I hope, I hope we're good.
21:35I mean, obviously if something terrible happened, then he should get charged, but yeah, no, for sure.
21:40Like, like don't guys, we guys and gals and everyone listening to this, we're not making light of a legal situation.
21:46I'm just saying that he never actually got charged with anything.
21:50Yeah. He turned himself into police. He was released.
21:52He's never been charged. So, you know, Schefter saying that there could be discipline is a little bit different than Pukanichua as
21:59big D would say, just doing, doing his off season rounds of just straight nonsense.
22:04Yeah. But, you know, like you said, there are, you know, he is, he is a bit injured right now, allowing Marshawn
22:11Lloyd to be, you know, nine and out there.
22:13So let's go. I know last year I was really riding the Marshawn Lloyd train saying, bouncing back and, and getting a part of this backfield.
22:21I think they want to use two backs. They're not opposed to using two backs.
22:26The floors lose two backs a ton. Like it just, Josh Jacobs has been great.
22:31And I, if Josh Jacobs is playing, he's going to continue to be great.
22:35Like he was hurt for a large portion of last year and played through it.
22:40Like what we saw at the end of the year was not Josh Jacobs.
22:44He was, that was, that was him playing with a half a leg.
22:48Yeah. Yeah. I mean, 28 touchdowns the last two years, man.
22:51Like I do think though, I do think that we got the discounted version of Jonathan Brooks in Marshawn Lloyd, Jonathan Brooks flying up the draft board.
23:00Still, nobody really cares or believes in Marshawn Lloyd anymore because it's been so long and we don't have what you got
23:06to do is you got to go follow the Packer, find the right Packers beat reporters and follow those guys because every
23:13single day they talk about every single time they talk about Marshawn Lloyd, it is.
23:18Holy hell. This is, he is a special athlete.
23:21But what we do, Shev is you stack up a couple of those soft tissues, boy, we don't want to talk about you no more.
23:28Exactly. Well, it's too painful. It's too painful because you start, you start letting yourself, you start getting, you start getting the
23:35little knob and you start turning the fun meter way up on a Tuesday for no reason.
23:40Now, all of a sudden you traded a 20, 27 second from Marshawn Lloyd and then post nut clarity hits and you are regretting everything until football.
23:49Well, and then when you drafted him in 2024 or whatever, it was ahead of a couple of good players in the second round.
23:56Cause you were up there with that. And then he sits on your bench for two years, gives you absolutely zero.
24:02It hurts. It hurts. Absolutely. Absolutely. Speak is from experience.
24:06Yeah. You got it. You got to learn to live with the pain, baby.
24:10That's what you got to learn to do. If you believe live with the pain, live with it.
24:15Well, you know, it's got to hurt to feel good.
24:18you know, one thing, especially with you guys is one thing that has always been a prevailing thing here is it is patience.
24:26You have to exercise patience. Yeah. And if you don't get the outcome you want and it's, it's because it's not because they suck.
24:33It's not, it's not a, uh, it's not a Jonathan Mingo situation where we're just, he's just out there just, yeah.
24:39You know what I'm saying? Yeah. But he's been hurt.
24:42Then you just have to exercise patience. Do you want to give up?
24:46Imagine same thing with Jonathan Brooks. It's this, it is, it is literally parallel stories, parallel ships in the night passing each other.
24:54And nobody seems to care about Marshawn Lloyd, but everybody's all, everybody's all super horned up about Jonathan Brooks.
24:59And now he's going in the eighties and best ball.
25:02And that's just not a fun time for anybody.
25:05Yeah. Big co some, any thoughts here or we can move on to a couple of team builds.
25:11Well, I like Travion Henderson at five, eight a ton.
25:14And I was looking at the dude's got James cook, Barkley, uh, Kyron Williams.
25:18So he's got three stud backs and then Devonta Smith.
25:21Then he goes back to Travion. He's like, I can't believe Travion still on board.
25:26I don't really need another running back, but I got to take him completely understand.
25:31Um, I like, and then he goes DJ more, Caleb Williams at seven, eight, I'll take it.
25:36And then, you know, trying to put it together with Pittman is a solid three.
25:40I would love to see Pittman is my four, but when you got four running backs like that, it only need two are going to be studly.
25:49You know, you're basically picking bench players at this point.
25:52So, um, I like that start. I probably, if you, if, if you, if you told me I was going to get
25:59Henderson into fifth, it being the guy picking in the eighth spot, Mike could have traded in, you know, say Quan Barkley
26:05for AJ Brown or something like that. And then I'm, you know, I'm like, all right now that just looks ridiculous.
26:12Um, that's, that's a fun looking team to me.
26:15I like the running back at the run at that running back start hits and all those, Oh, Oh, but they're supposed
26:21to be, it's a, it's a tough sledding for just about anybody.
26:25Then Devonta Smith. Like, I love this start. The Travion spot would be the spot where I say, that's a good, if
26:32that hits, you're going to be really tough to beat.
26:35Um, but maybe, you know, which is that a spot where maybe you would go with Tucker craft to just solidify the
26:42tight end position or, or maybe do you go Roma duns?
26:45Hey, well, you, you made the bet. The Colston Loveland's your guy.
26:49So you're not taking another tight end for a very long time.
26:52No, on the, uh, on the, uh, on the one 18.
26:56What am I? am I one off here? Yeah.
26:59Yeah. Yeah. I'm one off. Oh, sorry. It could be awesome.
27:02It could be awesome. It could be awesome. And that's fun.
27:05And I don't, I'm not against the pick really at all, but is there, was there like a safer way to travel
27:12there that maybe would have been a little better with the start you had?
27:16Well, I mean, I think with the, the three running backs and then swinging for, if you're going maximum upside, there's, there's,
27:23I mean, craft craft is the craft is the, the ceiling home run swing because Drake may goes off the board right before him.
27:31I don't really see anything. I mean, you could go, you could go Jameson Williams, but it's the same bed as Travion
27:37with less, with less security and upside. So craft would be the, would be the guy there.
27:43I mean, if you wanted to go, I'm not going to Andre Swift, if I've already got three of those running backs,
27:49because the Andre Swift, if he, if he nukes his RB 10, if Travion nukes, it's 90% of Gibbs.
27:55Yeah. No, I mean, big co what do you, you kind of started that conversation.
28:00You want to put a cap on it before we move on?
28:04Yeah. I know. I know that again, it's my first redraft mock and I have been in the.
28:09Up the best ball streets. And for me, Henderson in the fifth round, it's an auto click and best ball.
28:15Maybe it's a little different if he's got to be in my lineup every week, but I've watched, I watched the old
28:22every touch, every, every touch, every target, every run, every handoff, every, everything.
28:26It takes forever. Um, that it like, I don't know, honestly, why he gets, talked about as quote unquote, as disappointing as a seat.
28:33Like, look at my, look at my man's numbers.
28:36I like on less than 200 attempts. He's got 900 and something rushing yards and a decent amount of catches as a rookie on a, on a team.
28:45Who's got a second year quarterback with a new offensive coordinator.
28:48Like craziness was going on with that. You know, they won way more games than they thought they were going to win.
28:55They're way ahead of schedule. They made it to the dang super bowl.
28:59I'm just saying like, yes, you could have taken Tucker craft, Roman dunes, a Parker Washington, Jamison Williams.
29:05All those would have been good. Like you already got three running backs, but like Travion hits, like he's a dude.
29:11Travion. Absolutely. Absolutely. Smashing. There's no other player that you're going to take.
29:15There's no other player that you're going to take in that round with that pick that has the same, that has the same home run upside.
29:23The Travion. Dillon is full stop. I am in 100% alignment with you there.
29:27Yeah. Do you, do you, so going over to one of the one three spot, he's got chase.
29:33He's got Collins, Brees, Tyler Warren, Judkins, Christian Watson, then goes Laporta downs, Hubbard, white worthy.
29:38And we're, we're now in the 12th round about to go down to the 13th.
29:42Is. Do you think you got to take Laporta at seven, three, are you taking two tight ends that close?
29:49No. And not Laporta. Right. I mean, if, if you got to, like, I get, I mean, I can't, the, the, the,
29:55the lions are projected the easiest schedule and they're projected to score to most points, I think this year.
30:01And like, if Laporta is healthy, he's been cleared for training camp.
30:05That's like the part, like I got a handful of Laporta because he's, stays around long enough and, and underdog.
30:11And I, it's a good bet, but like in a managed league like this, where you got time, you got Tyler Warren on your team already.
30:19I just feel like it just, I think that's too big of a gamble.
30:23If you did, it's almost like you taking the gamble, you taking the upside swing on Laporta.
30:29If you got six studs already and none of them's a tight end, if you already had a, have a tight end,
30:35I just don't see the real upside of taking Laporta.
30:38Really? Um, you're going to plug it clear for training camp and back injury.
30:43Like, let's just see him go. Let's go. Let's see him get hit.
30:47Let's see him catch the ball and fall down.
30:50You know, let's see if he's gotten he's been back.
30:53Let me, let me go. Let me, let me, let me jump in with you here.
30:58I, please tell me Laporta is fine. Yeah, he's been fine.
31:01He's, he's been doing all the things he got caught and he went to the ground and got up and surprisingly there
31:08were no, like his spinal cord wasn't showing. So he's fine.
31:11I'm saying, dude, he's fine right now. I'm telling you, dude, my pocketbooks about to look real good.
31:17If Laporta, I mean, listen, I have absolutely no problem picking Laporta.
31:20I just, I don't, I'm just not gonna take Tyler.
31:23Yeah. I, there's no, that's what I'm saying. Like you've capped, you've capped yourself because you took a bench player when you
31:30could have got somebody like, I like Caleb Williams way more in that spot.
31:35I like Justin Herbert way more in that spot.
31:37Let me, let me say this. Like you say bench, like I, last year I was in a, in a, my, my
31:44only redraft league was a $500 league that I got invited, invited into.
31:48And really, and it's with keepers and all stuff.
31:51But last year was like the original league startup.
31:54So it was brand new. And the only reason I started, I got into it is because it's friends and no rake.
32:00So it's not, you know, like all the five times, 12, 6,000 bucks, all of it is in the pot for winnings.
32:07So like, you're not giving away anything and you got better odds to win money in a league like that.
32:13And, you know, getting return on investment percentage, all that stuff, yada, yada, yada.
32:18Well, I had some tough times because I had a horrible, I took some ridiculously bad receivers in the draft and it
32:24was all I could do to patch together some wide receivers.
32:28And I had Fannin and Tyler Warren. This is non-premium, just straight PPR.
32:32And I had Fannin and Tyler Warren in my lineup every week.
32:35I was flexing the tight end and non and regular PPR, no tight end premium.
32:40Cause I had to, um, yeah, like I had Cortland Sutton, but that's, that's an outlier of a situation.
32:46If your guys were, it is, it is. Fannin was a Fannin was an outlier rookie season, late draft pick tight end
32:53on the Browns that nobody thought was going to do anything.
32:56It was outlier, but like if, if Laporta's hitting, he's obviously a flex every week with no tight end premium.
33:02It's just like you said, I mean, I would, I could definitely take Caleb, you know, I'm taking Caleb Williams, you know, Caleb, Caleb, Justin Herbert.
33:10Like that's, I can, I, now I will, I will entertain an argument for any, you know, I'll entertain an argument for
33:17Laporta over any of the following picks in the next round and a half.
33:21Calvin Ridley, that's who it was. I feel like horrible wide receivers.
33:25Yeah. I feel like, I feel like Herbert or Herbert or Caleb Williams both give you, give you access.
33:31Like you don't have to worry about your quarterback anymore as opposed to, all right, well, dang, who, who do I, who do I got to play?
33:39Do I got to play? Do I got to play Laporta this week?
33:43You're going to be looking sideways. I know. You know, you're going to be looking sideways trying to decide which one to play.
33:50If they both go off in week one and you're like, Oh, study Matt, like make, make it easier on yourself.
33:57Just take a stud quarterback that you're going to play every week, no matter what.
34:01But in a one quarterback redraft league, and you can wait for five more rounds and get Purdy or Bo Nix.
34:08That just, I, yep. You know, I mean, there's, there's, I think that's just, I like, like it's circumstantial for me, whether or not I do that.
34:16If I, if I feel like I'm in a spot where I'm like in a little bit of a dead spot where
34:23I don't love anybody necessarily like a ton around it.
34:26And it's like this, I've already, I like where my team is.
34:30And I feel like this gives me a potential edge.
34:33I'll pull the trigger, but like, I'm, I'm mostly like, I'm mostly way like with what you said, big co like, am
34:40I going to be really that upset if I get Knicks or Purdy?
34:44I mean, my homes just went super late in this.
34:47Let me read you. Let me read you. Baker Mayfield at 13 one is fine with me, you know, but, but having
34:53Jalen hurts could potentially win me weeks. Yeah. Sure.
34:56That's the, that's the idea. Like, right. You've got top five quarterback ceiling, top two historically quarterback ceiling with Justin Herbert and Kayla Williams.
35:04And like, I just don't, from a roster construction perspective, I think that just kind of, it muddles things up as opposed to solving problems.
35:11Like now you got to go get, you've got to go get another quarterback late, which Stafford MVP season.
35:17Sure. There's enough value late where you can do this, but I would just rather have that question answered, especially if I
35:24don't love any of the picks here coming off the board.
35:27Yeah. All right. Let's let's shoot over. I wasn't looking at this one 11 team.
35:32So we got CD lamb. We got H and we got a Bucky egg Buka Rome, Parker, Washington, Harvey at seven 11,
35:39Johnston at eight to Lawrence, then favorite team, favorite team, Jordan Mason at 10 to, and then a little different from kind
35:46of the, some of the quarterback discussion that we're having.
35:49They do. This is what I'm fine with doubling up is, is if you went like a, you know, Chig and Johnson
35:55here at the end, like two cheaper. Absolutely. Absolutely.
35:58Um, and then went with a second. Cool. We could talk about the second quarterback, uh, golf branch.
36:04And then he's still got a pick here, but I really liked this team.
36:08Um, you know, Mason, I don't know if he's going to stay in the 10th round, but I feel like that could
36:15be a really, really good piece right there. Harvey.
36:18I know, I know all of us kind of feel like Harvey's going to be fine with some PPR and then really fun receivers, really fun running backs.
36:26I mean, this is, this is the home run swing that you're, I mean, you stack Parker Washington and Trevor Lawrence.
36:33Trevor Lawrence was what? Top four last year. I think he was sixth in points per game.
36:38QB scoring behind Brock Purdy last year. So like, I just, now he just took a third tight end.
36:44Now we're just doing, we're doing, we're doing silly stuff now, but you know, whatever.
36:48I mean, I take, I like the branch pick though.
36:51That's a fun one. Yeah. I mean, that's, that's what, that's what I'm doing with those last picks.
36:57I'm not, I'm not stacking depth options at tight end.
37:00Yeah. I think we're, we're closing out here. He's yeah.
37:03I can't imagine that would be the, the pick.
37:06Respectfully tribal chief. Of course. Yeah. We just gave you plenty of love.
37:10Plenty of love. No, it's a really solid team, man.
37:13Yeah. I don't know if it was a joke, but they showed the, what the rookies bought with their, first paycheck or whatever.
37:20And they said, and they have, you know, sent money, my dad and did this, bought something for this, did that, bought a car, bought a house.
37:28It said Zachariah branch. It said it bought the S and P 500.
37:32That's a B 500. And I don't know if that's a joke or not, but if it's not a joke, that's going
37:39to be, that's going to be, that's a massive stock.
37:42I was going to talk about that nugget for the next.
37:46If he's got, if he's got his head on his shoulders like that, first paycheck goes straight into long-term investing, massive star stock of Zachariah branch.
37:54I didn't know you rolled like that. Zachariah branch.
37:56I didn't know. Shoot me DM. I can put you on stocks.
38:00I didn't know you rolled like that. I have massive stock up.
38:04Yeah, man. This isn't his first payday though. Like he, he was the number one receipt.
38:09This isn't his first payday. So he's not new, new, new money.
38:12Yeah. Yeah. Pro true. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, he, he, he's got some good advice.
38:17He's probably, he's probably been getting some good advice for a little while now.
38:22Hopefully, hopefully, I mean, hopefully all these guys are getting, getting the proper guidance with, with their, with their newfound, newfound earnings.
38:28But yeah, that's, I thought that was really cool.
38:31And Casey, you know, I've, I've had to capitulate a little bit.
38:35I still think that he's going to be a gadget guy, you know, Luther, Luther burden, Luther burden usage light.
38:41Is what I could, I could project, but he, I mean, he's an awesome return guy.
38:46So same background as Parker Washington. You know, I have an erection.
38:50So, so, so strong that it's, it's causing sound like sound blindness for Parker Washington.
38:54So for sure, he's got the background. He's electric with the ball in his hands.
38:59Like, I don't, I don't, there's, and it's been consistent.
39:02Like he's just been kicking ass all OTAs, mini camp training camp.
39:06It's just consistent. And so if he balls out in the, in the, he balls out in the, in the preseason, I'm
39:12going to have to, I'm going to have to eat some crow here.
39:16What are we doing with Alec Pierce? Get seven, nine here.
39:20Hell no. Not even if there's a fire. I'd take Denzel Boston over Alec Pierce right now.
39:25Yeah. Coach says that extra shot didn't happen, but I think that just stock up Josh Downs.
39:30Well, Josh Downs has got the, the old groiniotomy going on.
39:34That's nice. Stock up, stock up Ashton Doolin. Stock up Tyler Warren.
39:37Stock up Tyler Warren. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah.
39:40Give me a 27% target share to Tyler Warren.
39:43So we can shut up all the haters. 27%.
39:4627 for him. 18 for JT. Let's get tight in one and RB one all in, all in the same building.
39:52Any, any other builds that really jump out to you?
39:55Then maybe talk a little about some late round players here.
39:59I mean, I, like I already said, we, we all like what, what Texmo is.
40:03Is that what his name is? What Texmo said, what Texmo did.
40:07I'm trying to see if there's anybody here that, that anybody here that's been listening to the, the jets camp hype, which
40:14I mean, honestly, that might be just like, you know, two gorillas farting into farting into a microphone.
40:19But yeah, I mean, I do generally like the, the one three team.
40:23If, if we switched the board out for something, maybe different.
40:27I like that start. That's a real, that's a really good team, man.
40:31I just, I don't know that I want Christian Watson though.
40:34I don't know if I want him at six, 10.
40:37Why? I don't know. He was on pace. Okay.
40:40So obviously you have to do the pace thing, Christian Watson.
40:43Cause we never get a full season. Christian Watson got to pay some, but they, but, but I mean, when he came
40:50back, he was second in yards per route run or something crazy like that.
40:54He was on pace for 60 for a thousand and 10 touchdowns.
40:58And they've, they've eliminated targets out of the backfield.
41:01It seems like it's going to be much more consolidated.
41:04This is the best. This is the best version, the best opportunity share that Christian Watson's had.
41:09And he got the, he got the bag this off season.
41:13He got a massive bag. Yeah. I mean, he got paid.
41:16He got paid. I don't know. I, I just, that one's that's not a click that I'm making a lot.
41:22And I'm, I'm probably, maybe I'm wrong there, but I, I don't, I don't really love anything else around it necessarily though.
41:29So let's talk through it though. Like what's, what's the, what's the drawback to you?
41:33Cause I, I'm curious. Cause I want to know some injuries.
41:37And I don't know that I believe in him like that.
41:40Like I don't, I think he's, I think he's fine.
41:43I think he's functions in the offense. Well, as what he, what his role can be as role could be huge, but
41:50you know, we'll see, basically we'll see what happens with craft and golden and read.
41:55If everybody's healthy, what this looks like. And I'm not sure it's going to be like a massive target share to Christian Watson.
42:02But I think he's, I think he's just, it doesn't have a massive market share, but I think he's a stud.
42:08I said last year, like two, not last year, but the year before that, right.
42:13When he got hurt, like his, his last, like nine catches, not targets, nine catches were all 30 yards or more or something.
42:20He's obviously a big play machine. We know that.
42:23Yeah. At the hamstring situation, he went and got to special doctors.
42:26They found some years, right. I mean, they found some stuff out, but like, but then he comes back last year after the ACL.
42:34Cause he got his hamstrings, right. And towards ACL mid through the, you know, last year before.
42:39So in 2025, he gets, he's coming back from the ACL.
42:42He steps on the field, immediately leads team in targets.
42:46And like, that's the guy and the getting red zone targets to either, no matter what quarterbacks in there, the quarterbacks nicked up.
42:53Blake Willis comes in throwing it to Christian Watson.
42:55This guy's been injured. Severely injured two times on this team.
42:59It's in his rookie contract comes back from the second injury, starts crushing, gets a massive contract.
43:04So like he obviously without that, like in the front of Packers too, you know?
43:09So like, if like, he's obviously there in the, in the, in the noggin, in the building, like they're like, this guy's solid.
43:16Like we get, you know, in NFL people get hurt, you know, hamstrings.
43:20If, if the second injury, if the ACL was the hamstring, that whole contract might not have been there to be like, this thing is not fixed.
43:28And this is a long-term problem. And maybe we don't want to, you know, give him, give him the whole bag, but then he gets that fixed.
43:36And he, the ACL that happens to everybody. And so like the fact that they gave him the money that they didn't make him come back.
43:44They didn't franchise them. They didn't make him prove it.
43:47Like they gave it to him. And I just felt that that's like, they know what they got.
43:53Every time he's been healthy, it's been an ascension.
43:56Every time he gets hurt, he comes back. He's better.
43:59He gets hurt. He comes back. He's better. They throw him the ball.
44:03They throw him the ball. I think Christian Watson is about ready to roll.
44:07He could get hurt. Anybody could get hurt. Yeah.
44:10I don't love making any decision. I think it could be a study.
44:14I think he's about to be if healthy, he's about to be a monster.
44:18If like, yes, you got to throw that. If there, because he has been hurt different injuries, got the bag from the
44:25team that drafted him after he got hurt. They know him.
44:28They see him practicing. They see him showing up doing his homework.
44:32I'm all in. All right. So we got, we got projections and we got vibes.
44:37So Christian Watson locked and loaded baby. Well, it's the, it's the archetype of the player.
44:42Yeah. With the room to grow. Like we talked about Jamison Williams.
44:45We talked about Jamison Williams with that whole deal.
44:48And just how it doesn't have to be a lot of volume for him to finish as a wide receiver.
44:5412. It don't have, it doesn't have to be a lot of volume.
44:58And Christian Watson is six, four, two 52, two, two Oh eight or whatever.
45:03And he's been really good in the red zone throughout his career.
45:06Just being able to throw the ball up and jump balls and all that and whatnot.
45:11So it's, it's similar bets between him, Alec Pierce and Jamison Williams.
45:15It's just that he's got, he's got the bag they had.
45:18They cleared out targets for him. So he's a wide receiver one.
45:22That's right. I just, I'm, I'm curious to see how this, how this shakes out because if he's healthy and he's going
45:29to get more than like a 15 or a 16% target share, this could get really aggressive real quick.
45:35Yeah. Yeah. I guess I'm just, I don't, I don't see it as what I do.
45:40Like Alec Pierce is, is, you know, that's, that's what I, I think the original Alec Pierce role and the Christian Watson role feel similar to me.
45:48Yeah. It could be really awesome. He could ascend.
45:51He could be healthy. I just, I don't know.
45:53And another, and another wide receiver sort of emerges there.
45:56I just feel like it really, which, you know, I think, I think he's got the early onset lead for sure.
46:03I mean, he's been there. They paid him all the things you guys just said.
46:08I just, I don't know. I don't, I don't believe he's, he's a, but, but again, the room, the area that we're
46:14picking, I can't, there's not a, I don't, there's not that many better bets I would want to make.
46:20So I guess it's a bad, yeah. Would you go, would you go Christian Watson over, over Pollard?
46:26If I needed a running back, I would take Pollard.
46:29Like if I was, if I started really wide receiver heavy and I'm like, Hey, I really need to lead on a two here.
46:36I would, I wouldn't mind that. Well, that's kind of the, that's kind of the scenario.
46:41Yeah. I mean, Brian Thomas could be very similar to Christian Watson, right?
46:45If you listen on the podcast, they're right next to each other.
46:49Six, 10, six, 11, Brian Thomas. Yeah. Do you go more or do you go Christian Watson this year?
46:55Hmm. I mean, Christian Watson feels like a, a better potential.
46:58I don't know. I want, I just want to take Marv, but I know, I know.
47:03That's why I asked. I'm probably wrong though. Well, I mean, I, this is, this is the thing.
47:09I would probably, honestly, I'd probably click Marv there, but that's, that's, that's way more of a projection than it is for Christian Watson.
47:16That's what I'm saying. Like nobody knows. I mean, I know.
47:19Nobody. There's no chance. I'm taking Marvin Harrison. Yeah.
47:22I don't, I think you're, I think you guys are probably right.
47:26That's a, that's just such a, it's such a tough one though, because again, you've been burned by Christian Watson and how
47:33incredible it was the, for his rookie year. And then we've just kind of gotten these glimpses over and over and over again.
47:40And I think I understand it. I think the dynasty brain hurts me when Christian, cause like, I don't want anything to do with Christian Watson on.
47:48He's, he's too volatile to me. Like when the, sell, when the price is high, let me get out.
47:54I'll go do something else. I just, there's just a lot of volatility in the price over time that I've seen of Christian Watson.
48:01So in redraft, I think, I think you got to take Christian Watson over Marv.
48:06I think that's, it's one season you're shooting for, the star.
48:09Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Good pick and redraft. Yeah.
48:12I think my, I think dynasty, we're talking dynasty.
48:15I can, that's not what I'm not going to answer a question like that.
48:19I'm yeah. I may still, I may still, I may still not give you my Christian Watson.
48:24If you send your Marvin Harrison over, I may really think about that.
48:28It's probably the right answer to take that trade, but like in one, one season right here, right now.
48:34Oh yeah. One for sure. I'm going to, I want to see if we can crank the big co fund meter up here for a second.
48:42So we got Malik Willis going 14, nine. Oh, well, really right before I get to that question, I mentioned like pretty
48:49much everybody, but one or two people took two quarterbacks.
48:52Are you taking two quarterbacks in, in the draft?
48:55If they're not like, if I would take, I would make Malik Willis or Tyler Shuck, my second quarterback, um, just from
49:02the, with the rushing upside, just not making Jordan love your second or Jared, Jared golf, your second quarterback for what?
49:08I mean, no, but I mean, Jared golf is hard as like Jared golf's projected again with the lions being so high.
49:15He's, he's been freaking top 10 every year. And now he's like, suppose, I guess I didn't look at the schedule hardcore,
49:22but like to be ranked number one, you're obviously just got a, a good lucky draw with a bad division or something
49:28like he, you know, they are projected to lead the league in points this year.
49:33So Jared golf is probably the wrong statue quarterback to throw in there.
49:37You know, it's definitely not, I'm not taking Sam Darnold for fun at the, I'm not, you know, I'm not even going
49:44to grab Jared, uh, Jordan love is to have a second quarterback, but like Kyler Murray, Tyler Shuck, Malik Willis, like the
49:51guys that run around just in case it starts hitting hard.
49:54Like you might, they, they might, make Joe, Justin Herbert sit on the bench for a week or two in the right
50:01matchups, you know, like they might just, you got to take a chance on that.
50:05If it pops, you know, so generally not too upside for, for a second one, Shev, you're, I think you're pretty much.
50:12Yeah. I mean, if I take, if I take Trevor Lawrence, I'm not taking it.
50:17I'm probably not going to take a second quarterback unless it is a Malik Willis or Tyler here's or me neither.
50:23Right. I don't want, but like I, the one, the one redraft league I did last year was a, obviously a home
50:30league type situation because it was off, you know, it was on sleeper, but you know, disassociated, no rake, blah, blah, blah.
50:37Just a bunch of dudes. Cause then boys had two quarterbacks before I had my first one.
50:42Like literally, you know, I, I took, I took Brock Purdy in the 12th or the 13th round last year.
50:48And half the league had two quarterbacks before I took my first one.
50:52Yeah. Well, they're the only reason that I would take the only reason I'm going to take a second one at the end.
50:59And I got lucky last. I took Brock and he got hurt of course.
51:04Um, and I got, and I picked up Trevor Lawrence off the waivers, you know, because he was left for dead and
51:10all the guys that took two quarterbacks didn't even take Trevor Lawrence.
51:14Um, so I just had, you know, just had to do what I had to do, but you could take that upside running back.
51:21I'm going to put them at the bottom of my bench, that upside quarterback running quarterback on my bench, because everybody else has got all the quarterbacks.
51:30Yeah. I mean, for, for the other, obviously redrafts, there's a lot more homey feeling or workplace feeling to it.
51:36So that is a common thing to say. They don't know anybody else.
51:40So they're going to take that second. Exactly. Exactly.
51:43And if there was a bunch of us playing in that league, there would be like 12 decent quarterbacks on the waiver wire.
51:50So you would just go get one when you needed one and then drop them the next week or whatever.
51:56If something, if you're playing by weeks or your quarterback got hurt for a couple of weeks, whatever.
52:01But like when, if there's 24 of them, it's on people's benches already, you know, it's like, all right, well, I don't
52:08want to be starting, you know, a statue. You have to 300.
52:12You have to, 300 yards or two touchdowns, you know?
52:15Yeah. You've got to adapt to what's going on with the league.
52:19If everybody else is taking two quarterbacks, you don't have to do it.
52:23You don't have to panic and do it, but you, I mean, you make your last pick a Daniel Jones, a Tyler
52:29Shuck, you know, Kyler Murray, you, you, you adapt to what the league is telling you that you're going to like, cause
52:36you don't want to be ass out when you have to go to the waiver wire and mess around and have to start Michael Penix for a week.
52:45I mean, captain do rag, all respect. It's just not where you want to be when you're looking for a guy to
52:52score points for you on a, on a Sunday.
52:54Sure. Well, captain do rags throwing some missiles out there right now.
52:58He is throwing pitch missiles. However, I'm just saying it hasn't, no, no, no.
53:02I'm, I completely understand what you're saying. Yeah. It hasn't been as consistent as we would like to see.
53:08Hopefully he gets it together. Apparently he has the best ACL in the history of ACLs.
53:13Now I don't know. Did y'all see that? Yeah.
53:16Yeah. But like, that's just, you adapt to what's going on with the league.
53:20You don't have to panic. You still want to be a thermostat, not a thermometer, but I'm just, if in that scenario,
53:27yeah, you would take two quarterbacks, but otherwise I'm, I'm going to, I'm going to stash as many of the Zachariah branches
53:34and the, the Adonai Mitchells and the Caleb Douglas is in the Pat Bryants on, on the end of my bench, just
53:41to see what happens just for a second, just to see how it feels.
53:45Sure. Yeah. All right. Well, we were about to go to Malik Willis with the go there.
53:50And then we've got a couple of questions, answers and we'll, and we'll wrap this up.
53:55Um, Malik Willis, 14, nine, actually some decent, good, positive buzz and vibes coming out of Miami with offense.
54:01Right. I mean, and Malik Willis looking like we could, we could be, you know, maybe we're, maybe we're onto something here.
54:08Well, uh, give me your thoughts right now on kind of where Miami is from an offensive perspective and what you think of Malik Willis.
54:15If Malik Willis is, is what big co has been saying.
54:19He, he is for a lot. And what he's been in every environment outside of just what we did to him in
54:26Tennessee, then this is not going to be the worst environment.
54:29Every single one of their assets is mispriced. I mean, hoodie, hoodie came in with a, with a throuffled dolphin stack right
54:36here, going Greg Dulcich in the 12th, then closing it out with Malik Willis and Caleb Douglas, the unofficial depth chart, Joe
54:42Halfley talked about how Caleb Douglas had earned the right to be named wide receiver one.
54:47And that is, that's the first receiver that they drafted.
54:50Chris, Chris Bell is coming along slowly. I do think that once he, if, if he's able to, if he's able to
54:57get onto the field in a meaningful manner, that's going to be, that's going to be, that's going to add something to
55:04this offense that I don't think people are accounting for because I mean, I love Chris Bell, but if they're just not
55:11as like, if they're just what they were last year, which was 25th and scoring, that's better than what everyone's projecting for them right now.
55:18That's why you have people saying I'm fading to Von H and, which is one of the dumbest fucking silly.
55:25Yeah, it's, it is that we're going to, add him into the category of people that you've got a generational buying opportunity on because he's been awesome.
55:33He's the most consistent PPR weapon last year. He never had a game below 11 points in all of, you know, all of last year.
55:41So I think that this is going to be an underrated environment, big co you've been pounding the drum from Malik.
55:47Will it go get Malik. Will it stash Malik.
55:50Will it throw Malik will throw Malik will throw Malik wills in the trades for as long as I've known you.
55:56So if he is good, if he, this isn't a Justin field situation, which the offensive line is better, they've got, we
56:03talked about this when we broke down the AFC East Casey.
56:07I just think that this is a better environment than what people are giving it credit for.
56:12And it consistently, it's starting to consistently look that way.
56:15Cause Malik wills is an actual professional. Exactly. Let me, so Casey's question involved Malik wills and dolphins, right?
56:21So there's, unfortunately it's one in the same now, but who Malik wills is and why his professionalism gives him a shot
56:27is completely different than the setup that the dolphins gave him.
56:31They signed him and then traded away waddle. And they literally, they, there's, it says like, it sounds like they're doing all
56:38the right things except for adding the offensive talent.
56:40Yes. Some late draft picks and a couple of third round picks that could pan out to be nice.
56:46But as in, they say there's no divas on the team.
56:50They say everybody's a team guy there. And that's a nice start.
56:53If you're quote unquote rebuilding, but rebuilding and basically looking forward to saying, Hey, let's get a good draft pick next year.
57:00We, we did draft. The biggest thing about it, aside from what Malik wills is showing us as a man from the
57:07podium is that the coach came from green Bay with him.
57:10So you, you can put, it's not like this coach came in from another team.
57:15And the GM said, Hey, we got Malik wills for quote unquote, pretty cheap.
57:19If he's a good starting quarterback, let's give it a shot.
57:23See what happens. If he sucks, we'll get a high draft pick.
57:26If he's good, we'll franchise him for a couple of years and do what we got to do.
57:32But like this guy knows him for green Bay.
57:35So he knows what kind of person is. Then Malik wills gets to the dolphins and he goes in front of the podium.
57:42And it's like, literally his first question, they say, uh, you know, Hey Malik, you know, how do you feel about finally being a starting quarterback?
57:50And don't you think you should have really gotten a better chance to do this earlier in your career?
57:56And, you know, basically throwing shade on some other stuff that happened and put out saying Titans and Packers gave him all
58:02the opportunity to throw shade on this or throw shade on that.
58:06And, and even just maybe pump his chest for a minute.
58:09And he said, no, everything that happened helped me become who I am and be prepared for this moment today.
58:16Right. So like, yeah, maybe that was a PR answer, but maybe that was straight from the heart.
58:21I don't know, but it's, it lines up with some other items.
58:25Again, the coach bringing them in because he knew him.
58:28And then you got the offensive guy. You got the people on Miami right now saying, I'm this guy got in front
58:35of the team and I completely agree with everything he said.
58:38He told us what we're going to do and how we need to do it and what we need to do to be successful.
58:45And so it's just like, you know, is he going to go out there when the NFL season is 110% like when,
58:52when, when the ones are on the other team's defense and their game planning for him.
58:57And he goes out there with wide receivers that only dynasty, deep, deep dynasty, crazy people like us know those names.
59:04You know what I mean? He's going out there with a Chan and a group of wide receivers that not one single
59:10regular person, NFL fan has ever heard of. And Greg Dulcich to try to go against other teams, well-paid professionals that are made to tackle people.
59:18Like, is it going to be beautiful? I don't know.
59:21And I highly doubt it's going to be highly successful from the start, but if it can just be not terrible and
59:28it can be productive and building, like you said, I doubt Chris Bell plays this year.
59:33And if he does, it's going to be at the very end of the season.
59:38And like, he's got misfits and recast from everywhere.
59:41And then a couple of rookies and Caleb has been getting some good praise to be where he is as a rookie wide receiver.
59:48They got an opportunity, but like it's not, they didn't exactly put some, some nice silver lining in front of him.
59:54Right. He's got to go through, he's got to work his way out the mud.
59:59And if it works out, like I said, I mean, if you're in a dynasty startup this year and you're getting him
60:06where you're getting him, you're going to transform the league.
60:09If he's good, he's going to rush for a shit ton of yards.
60:13I mean, he's jacked. If you've seen him with his, with his, with his sleeves off, he's jacked.
60:18And he can, I saw a writeup about him being like a above average athletic quarterback.
60:23And I'm like above average, this man is top three on his legs right now above average.
60:29This dude was a paid professional writer. And I'm like, what are you talking about?
60:33Malik Willis is about if he can stay healthy, and the dolphins can be not terrible.
60:38And you got to buy in from the team, right?
60:41Like if, when the offensive linemen are like, you know, maybe as the, some of the parts can come together and will
60:48it, like they can just be, they can produce a little bit more than they should, you know, like the office of mine is really good.
60:56Well, but the wide receivers are supposedly, you know, if you, if you look at their mad ratings on the wide receivers, it ain't even good.
61:04Not even like, like, let's go out there and block our tails off.
61:08And let's, let's catch this pass. Let's take a chance.
61:11We're getting lit up over the middle and catch this, you know, couple of things I want to say first.
61:17Let's go Malik Willis. Talk about me when I'm not in the room, the way that you talk about Malik Willis.
61:24I know I want my guy right in my life.
61:27That talks about me like that when I'm not in the room.
61:30I do talk about you like that. The second thing is that this dude is, he's got, it's just all the right stuff.
61:38And it's not like last year where I was just wish casting and want casting Justin Fields to be in a, to
61:44be a good fantasy option and reliable where he gets benched seven weeks into the season or whatever it was.
61:51This feels different to me. And I just, I think it's going to be better than what people think it is.
61:57I think it's gonna be way better than what people think it is.
62:01Yeah. I mean, I think you guys all made a whole bunch of good points.
62:06I would bring back the point of, and we've, we've talked about this in previous episodes about just kind of the situation.
62:12But the thing that I like about Willis is that it feels like they're going to give him a, he's not just
62:19going to be a sacrificial lamb because those, those guys brought him over with them and knew who he was as a person.
62:26And it's like, Hey, we can, we can work with this.
62:30We can bring this guy through and he's our guy.
62:33And if this really works out, then he's our guy.
62:36And this is awesome. And if it doesn't, then we, you know, we're going to be grooming another quarterback.
62:42Got an extra one for Waddle. Unfortunately, you got the, you got the weapons to go get a quarterback.
62:47And if he sucks, you're going to have a high draft pick, but I don't think he sucks.
62:53And if they try hard, they're probably going to be bad.
62:56And they're probably going to lose a lot of games, but it's probably not going to look as bad as we think it's going to look.
63:04I don't think, you know, and especially, especially if all wide receiver can emerge.
63:09I don't know who, like, I mean, I really hope it's Caleb Douglas because that would be awesome.
63:14But, Hey, Hey, it's getting aggressive. It's getting pretty aggressive.
63:17It's getting pretty aggressive. And it's been consistent. There's a lot of these rookies.
63:22Now just go figure this. This class was terrible all throughout the off season.
63:26And now we're hearing about Deshaun Stribbling making plays in camp and Jacoby lane every day, making plays in camp and Cyrus
63:33Allen making plays in camp and Ted. I see.
63:36I need to bring up. That's my guy. I need to bring.
63:39I didn't even go bring Ted Hurst into this, but it's just amazing that we can get to real football being played again.
63:46And the spreadsheet warriors have to shut the fuck up for a few minutes.
63:51And all of a sudden there's just good football players just popping their little heads up, like whack-a-mole out of nowhere.
63:57And you just have those dudes just standing there like, well, his yards per route run historically out of a smaller school.
64:04FCS is just not good enough. And it's just, I was people talking about Ted Hurst in case you were wondering.
64:10Yeah. Like, I mean, Ted Hurst, Cyrus Allen, you name it.
64:14Like this, this, it just, it's exhausting. So I'm glad that there's actual football to be watched.
64:19I mean, I'm probably going to go into some sort of coma during football watching this weekend, just because there's just going
64:26to be wall to wall football for the next four days.
64:29So yeah. Ooh, boss. I, well, you know, we've done, I did the dash for Jalen Coker before it was cool to do the dash for Jalen Coker.
64:38Yeah. I mean, it is a, it is, it is fun to see us go through this period.
64:43I wish Sadiq was healthy right now to speak.
64:46Some Sadiq action. Yeah. But Casey looks good. Boston looks good.
64:49Strib looks good. Price looks good. Like Carnell Tate looks good.
64:53Tyson looks unreal. Like, you know, it's like, Oh shit.
64:56I mean, lemons. We're not getting a lot of lemon right now.
65:00That's all right. We don't even see, we don't even need to see lemon.
65:04Well, we don't need to see a hundred percent.
65:07Yeah. We got a ball. It's strong. Yeah. I mean, we're, we, we, we've got some fun.
65:12And then if, if, if there's a couple of nice hits in the thirds there, like, like a Caleb Douglas or something or Cyrus our force.
65:20And that, you know, I think that makes this even a little bit better, which it seems like we're going to get
65:27one or two nice little late round hits out of this.
65:30Caleb Douglas, 15, four. So last round of the smock love the tray.
65:34Hoodie. You guys, you mentioned him earlier. I like, I like those shots at the last four shots and really, and really, Oh, sorry.
65:41I thought it was up there. Sorry. My bad.
65:44No, it's all good. I'm running it by myself.
65:47So no, I mean, here we go. Yeah. I'll sit in the 12th.
65:51Trey was 14, nine. And then you close it out with Caleb Douglas, 15, four.
65:56But this, you know, I don't know that I love the Mark Andrews.
66:00There could be awesome. Um, but the sharbs, Dulsich, Trey Harris, Willis, Caleb Douglas, like maybe none of those guys at the bottom or anything.
66:07And you churn them, but for sure. They're all, they're all really fun shots.
66:12Like Trey Harris, is making plays. Well, that's the point.
66:15That's what you're supposed to do at the end of the draft.
66:18When you have a draft where you can go churn them and do waivers, you take absolute swings for defenses in the last two, three rounds.
66:26So, cause you can swap them out for medium guys when you need to after week two.
66:32And you got two guys that are hurt. You're like, all right, this guy's took a swing on.
66:37He ain't doing nothing. I could churn them. Yeah.
66:40And then he goes off as soon as you turn.
66:43Of course, every time the tail is all this time.
66:46I just want to cause, I just want to cause myself the most pain imaginable.
66:51Okay. All right. I got a couple of trades here or I got a couple of questions.
66:56There's one in the thing. And then one in one in the chat here and one in the, on the website here.
67:03So on the website, he asks, I have worthy and I'm high on Cyrus Allen.
67:07And is it dumb to trade one of my 27 seconds for.
67:11So for seven second for Cyrus Allen seems steep.
67:14It sounds exactly. This is exactly what I was talking about with post nut clarity.
67:18Do not do that right now, please, please. If you're getting a 27 second for Cyrus Allen, I, the process says do that all day long.
67:26We did this with last year with, with, with bill cross key merit, you're picking them up off waivers.
67:32Then he gets a little bit of camp hype.
67:35Then all of a sudden people are sending seconds for him.
67:38Got to cash out at that point. Cause it's not a loss, but I can't.
67:43And I mean, I'm sure that you guys agree with me.
67:47I can't in good conscience, send a second for Joe, for, for Cyrus Allen.
67:51Allen is Justin Ross two point. No, they're completely different players, but I appreciate that sentiment.
67:56Also don't really put a name on that. Justin Ross guy.
67:59The, you know, two months ago, I was getting Cyrus Allen for on waivers after the rookie draft.
68:05And then a month ago, I was getting Cyrus Allen in the fourth round.
68:09And now he's, what did we just get him in the middle of the fourth round, early fourth, something like that.
68:15And we take them into third. We took him at four, four.
68:19Okay. So that was two weeks ago. Two weeks ago, we had to get them in the beginning of the fourth.
68:26And now like you, so everything shifts like base.
68:28That's the last two months, undrafted rookie draft, four rounds waiver wire pickup for big co fourth round draft pick.
68:35Early fourth round draft pick, potentially late third round.
68:37And now he's, you know, running around with the ones all the time.
68:41It's, you know, the way the 27 draft class is being billed, you would think the first four rounds are going to
68:48be all studs in the rookie draft. You know, there's a can't miss 48 picks in rookie draft.
68:54So I probably would take the 27, two and not, I wouldn't send the 27, two for Cyrus out.
68:59Just should probably hang on to that. If that's what you want to do, just give away your 27, three and 28, three.
69:07If you need to, like those two threes don't add up to 27, two.
69:11If you like, if you, if you have to do it, a three and two fours, make it look good.
69:17But just that 27 to, especially if you're not definitely the best team and it's not 12 to 11 or two 12,
69:24you should probably just hang on to it. Yes.
69:27Until he becomes Tyreek Hill and we all wish we'd have bought more, but I mean, that's, that's a, that's a one
69:33in like, you know, a thousand chance and it's probably not going to happen.
69:38And so it's possible, but most likely the odds are you're way better off with your 27 second.
69:43Yeah. And that draft we had Joe Lee at four, two.
69:47Then we came in with Cyrus Allen at four, four traded into that spot, made a trade to get that pick traded
69:53our next year's four and four, nine to move up to four, four.
69:57And then we discussed, sorry, go ahead. Well, we discussed Cyrus Allen versus Joe Lee to begin with.
70:03We were like, well, yes, we had all three of them as the, as the discussion and it's tight end premium.
70:09And we went with, and we've been able to make trades in that league with having extra tight ends that we have traded some.
70:17So now I think we have Laporta in pits and we're only down, we're down to two good tight ends.
70:23And we'd like to have, we've had more and it's helped us get trades done.
70:28So we decided to go with Joe Lee thinking that Cyrus Allen could stay under the radar and we could trade back in.
70:35And we ended up trading back in at four, four had the discussion for Allen versus Caleb Douglas decided to go with Allen just for everything.
70:43We just said about the dolphins, just because the environment with the chiefs is much more likely to be productive for a wide receiver.
70:50I also have a lot of Caleb Douglas. So I was like, yeah, that's a much bigger runway.
70:56You know, there's, there's no Rasheed rice in Miami, but there's also no, there's no nobody in Miami.
71:01There's no anybody in Miami, right? There's nobody. So he's, but you know, so then we ended up traded back in when
71:08Caleb Douglas was on the board at four 11.
71:11No, we had that pick. No, we didn't have four 11.
71:14We traded our next year's four for it. Two of them.
71:17No, the early one. Yeah. We had one sitting in that.
71:21We had two, we traded one away for, for ours away for Cyrus Allen and move up from four nine.
71:27And then we traded our next year's fourth, which is, I think straight up for the four 11 pick basically.
71:33And took Caleb Douglas, something like that. So we got all three.
71:37We got them all. That was a hell of a fourth round.
71:41That's only in tight end. Dreaming Cyrus Allen and Douglas.
71:44I couldn't be any more excited about a fourth round in my life.
71:48Oh, brother. Right. Not having, we had no picks before that.
71:51So we had to sit there and watch the entire draft happen.
71:55We watched the whole draft happen. And then we got three fun stabs in the fourth round.
72:00That's good stuff. Yeah. That's actually a way to make it fun.
72:04All right. Look, I got one more question and then we'll wrap it up.
72:08The question in the chat, right? Yeah. Thoughts, advice, Burroughs, my wide receiver, one chase, wide receiver to London.
72:14London RB one Brown RB two. Gente. I don't know why, why is this all, all weird?
72:19Am I reading this? I don't, I don't, I can't do this right now.
72:23I'm not doing. London's obviously not an RB. Well, I don't know what happened there.
72:28They're all, they're all question. Okay. No, no, no.
72:31Okay. I got it. I got it. I got it.
72:34So, so read the position and then the position is, is the previous to the name.
72:39Yeah. There we go. It's RB one is Brown.
72:42RB two is. We're no, wide receiver. We're done.
72:44we're done. So he's studded out with wide receivers with chase in London, um, Brown and Gente.
72:50So what's the advice? What's, what's the question? Go win a fucking championship.
72:54Big dog. That's the, Oh, false advice. Gotcha. I trade T Higgins.
72:57It's a 10 man PPR redraft league. Yeah. Trade T Higgins, dude.
73:01You have infinite depth. Oh, that's almost the stack.
73:04And it's 10 man. Yeah. Should I trade T Higgins?
73:07Um, not necessarily. You got, you got burrow and chase and that, if burrow is healthy, T Higgins going to work his way into the lineup somehow.
73:15And if not, why not have a starter on the bench waiting on somebody to get else to get hurt?
73:21You know? Yeah. I mean, depending on how, how hot T starts the season, you might be able to get some of the real fun for him.
73:30Well, of course, you know, if I'm starting neighbors, I'm starting T Higgins week one with neighbors on the bench.
73:36All right, man. If neighbors is active week one, that motherfucker is going to my lineup.
73:41You probably are correct, but he could also be a decoy week one.
73:45He ain't going out there being no decoy. He's out there doing what he's doing right now.
73:50He's playing 17 targets. Yeah. Have you seen who neighbors have to catch passes?
73:54It's him and Isaiah likely 17 targets. You're right.
73:57We've won neighbors. Just Isaiah likely baby. Yeah. Yeah.
74:00There's a lot, a lot of hate for so many months.
74:03And now I feel like everybody's coming around. It's not, I'm not, I'm not necessarily saying, you know, I'm just saying generally,
74:10but I mean, I saw his name brought up.
74:13He's like, ah, no, nothing, nothing. Likely. So why?
74:15Terrible quick. I told you, that's what I was saying.
74:19Wide receiver too. I told you, I, I was just, I had to parse through my feelings there and I was just
74:25real, but hurt about him ruining my Theo Johnson.
74:28And, but now, but now if you have enough, uh, let's see, shipping off late 27, first round pick and late 27, second round pick.
74:36He was just saying that he, we did a review for him and Cameron Myers wanted to give a shout out.
74:42Uh, Billy Ray Cyrus team that we reviewed was able to get a deal done, shipping off a late 27, first round
74:49pick and a late 27 second much appreciated for the review.
74:52Appreciate it. Tell us what the deal was. Come on, Cameron Myers.
74:56What did you get for those? We were, we were, we, we did a 30 minute review of his team.
75:02So it was probably a 1 million trades that we.
75:05Yeah. Just send us a little note and just tell us what you got.
75:10Come on. There we go. Now we're talking. This is, this is, this is what I, this is what I need from the audience here.
75:17Yeah. Yeah. I have. If they, if only they didn't hire the terrorists.
75:21No, I know. Yeah. I know. Yeah. They just got a bunch of, they got a bunch of real, real, not fun
75:28coaches for fantasy over there right now. Yeah. Between Brian Callahan as the quarterback's coach.
75:33Goddamn. Matt Nagy as the offensive coordinator and Greg Roman as a special assistant.
75:37Are we all last question? And then we'll wrap up.
75:40Are we all sold on dart? Are we good on this?
75:44Are we, we still jury's out for me? Rushing upside is what gives me enough hope to where, even if it's not,
75:50I mean, there's a lot of people thinking that he's a, you know, they're saying that he's a top five dynasty quarterback already.
75:57And I look like, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, That's high for me.
76:01That's very, look at the, go look at the game log.
76:04And the points scored. And you're like, all right.
76:07Yeah. I'm not, there's no debate there. There's no debate there.
76:11Not a totally different environment than it was. And he was scoring those points in though.
76:16They go. It was a totally different environment. If, if it were the same shit, if he still had day ball and
76:22he still, and they, they were, they were dialing it up.
76:26I would have zero problems with people saying he's a top five quarterback.
76:30I probably wouldn't have him top five, but I'm just saying, but I mean, she says, I mean, yeah.
76:36Well, I mean, Wando left, you bring in Isaiah likely.
76:39Yeah. Theoretically they're trying to get better. I would don't love the, don't love the second and third necessarily the wide receivers.
76:45We can see what the rookie does. Uh, I'm forgetting his name, but he's huge.
76:50Six, four rookie fields. Fields. We'll see what fields can get done.
76:54But like you said, I mean, there's game. As soon as he gets in there, it's like rushing touchdown four or five games in a row.
77:02Yeah. You know, um, yeah. As long as that's going, I think QB two, QB 12, QB five, QB one.
77:08Like, I mean, he was top five. I think he averaged out.
77:12He was top four. I think he was QB four in the games he played, you know?
77:17Yeah. Now, now, now all of this injury poo poo, and you've been doing it, you're just going to act like that's not a risk with him.
77:25Well, that dude spends, that dude spends like almost as much time in the medical tent as Woody Marks and Jalen Waddle.
77:32Yeah. I mean, he's got to dial it back.
77:35He's not going to, he's not going to. Well, he's got a couple of quotes here.
77:40Very recently. It says, I, I need to know when to get out of bounds and I need to slide and this and that.
77:47Like, you know, the third and one is third and third and one is different than second and, you know, second and 10 or whatever.
77:55Like, you know, just like, don't, if you don't need an extra yard, you don't need an extra yard.
78:01If he's, if it's fourth and inches, he's going for it.
78:04If it's second and 10, like, just do what you got to do, man.
78:08I think, I think for me, I think he's redraft.
78:11It's a huge upswing. It could be awesome. Like you said, he's running around and scoring touchdowns.
78:17I think that's all going to be good. I'm just not sure if he's actually a good quarterback or not yet.
78:23That's my, that's my, that's my thing. Like, you know, that was cool.
78:27But like, it wasn't playing like awesome quarterback. It was, it was a lot of backyard football, which is fine.
78:33Like, but you have to, you have to graduate.
78:36Right. I got it. You got to take that.
78:39He, he got no time with neighbors. So like, it's any, he got, he's got Theo Johnson out there is in Wondale
78:46Robinson is, this is not his fault. No, I'm just saying like, you know, you're a rookie quarterback.
78:51You haven't seen your rookie quarterback coming from a friendly system.
78:54And that's what I didn't want him. You know, I take it.
78:58I said a lot about, Hey, don't even let him play right now.
79:02He's the hope he came in and he was amazing.
79:05He was way better than anybody could have ever hoped other than probably himself.
79:10Like he was, but like, yeah, he didn't even have, he didn't even have that defense check.
79:15He didn't have neighbors to skew the defense. His legs had to skew the defense.
79:19And the fact that they had to watch out for him running, you know, had to open up some lanes for him to make some passes.
79:27If neighbors is healthy out there and you got a physical, you know, unicorn type, big, fast, Isaiah likely would hands the size of, you know, it basketballs.
79:36I think, I think he, I think he'll be all right.
79:39I mean, you're probably, you're probably right. You're probably right.
79:42But I've never seen likely drop a pass. If it gets close, if it's in the same vicinity, it just gets right there.
79:50You're right. But the problem, the problem is the problem is like, he has to play good quarterback.
79:55And if they're in like meaningful games where it's not garbage time and he's, that is the shelf life that can get real short.
80:03If he's not playing real good quarterback in real life, like there's a world where there's a world where he is just albino, Justin Fields.
80:10Well, but there's also a world where I don't want to put the, you know, the guy who had the monopoly on
80:17the one, one for four years, but his rookie season, he looked, he's way better than Josh Allen.
80:23Rookie to rookie. As far as like what it looked like on the NFL field.
80:27Like it's even when pressure, I mean, yeah, not maybe not just like the physical talent of running the ball, like Josh
80:34Allen being bigger and stronger and faster, but like when there was chaos, completely not just ridiculous turnovers and create like his,
80:41even his accuracy, like just, I think what we saw, he looked better as a rookie than Josh Allen.
80:47If he's never better than 75% of poor man, Josh Allen right now, that wouldn't surprise anybody.
80:52I'm not, I hesitate to bring that name out, but it's like, if you say, if you say this, it's not, it's
80:59not, the jury's not out that he can't become Justin Fields.
81:02The jury's not out that he can't become Josh Allen either.
81:05That's not what I was saying. That's not what I was saying.
81:09I just, I'm just saying what, what, what the point that I was trying, the point that I was trying to make
81:16is it, can it, he can get there for fantasy and well, damn, I guess he didn't like what I was about to say.
81:23I'm coming back. I'm coming back. It can get there for fantasy.
81:27And if it's not getting there as a, as a real quarterback, the leash is going to get short real fast.
81:33He's, he's a culture fit, which I think is huge for everything that they're trying to do over there.
81:39I think what, like he's a good brand of quarterback for, for Harbaugh.
81:43Right. That, I think that's really important. It's just Kenny, my, I just want to know if he can run an offense consistently.
81:50Like that's all I want to know. And we're going to get those answers.
81:55I think pretty quick. Well, I think they're loaded.
81:57And maybe, maybe he's so athletic. And if he could stay sliding around and, and causing so much problems, especially early on
82:04with his feet, maybe he doesn't have to. And that, and, and, and I'm not saying that that's okay too.
82:10And I'm, I'm not sure either way quite yet though.
82:13It's kind of why I just like, I'm taking Brock Purdy all day long over Jackson dark.
82:19Easily in, in dynasty. Easily. I could be, I could be on the fence there.
82:23You see, Casey said, I'm probably way low on dark.
82:26Casey said, Casey said, Casey said, I want to see if he can run an offense and I, his running is going
82:33to run the offense and make, if he can stay healthy, the running is going to run the office.
82:39The only thing he needs to do is do what he didn't do already is if he's, if he's throwing pick sixes
82:46and he's throwing ugly interceptions, that'll get you booed out of the stadium.
82:50But like, as long as you don't do that, I mean, Eli Manning could hang through some, you know, some booze for a while.
82:57And he's, he, he made it in New York, throwing some ugly interceptions here and there.
83:02But like, I feel like the, the physicality is don't let him get over his head.
83:07Don't let him get over his, like just slide a little bit, get out of bounds.
83:12Don't take on that linebacker when you're close to the sidelines.
83:15Anyway, watch Patrick, my homes on film, know how to get out of bounds and, you know, stay healthy.
83:21And I think he'll be, I think it'd be all right.
83:25Yeah. It looks like in like in a, in a startup or these are crowdsource ranks, about 12 spots in between dart and purdy.
83:32Honestly, thought it would be a little bit farther.
83:35So I did. I did. It's just, yeah, I think Malik, I think not Malik, Brock party is one of the most undervalued quarterbacks.
83:42See? Yeah. That's just, yeah. I like it. All right.
83:45I'm, I'm, let's wrap it up tonight. We'll see you guys next Wednesday.
83:49I, you guys want to, uh, should we do like a, should we do a $20 live best ball draft for like with everybody on a sleeper league?
83:58Yes. Yeah. Yeah. We got the sleeper league. Oh, live on, on air.
84:02All right. Live on air. Yeah. Yeah. Live on air.
84:05I was about to say, we got them coming up, but we can start a new one.
