Chris Olave

PositiveProjection57:39

Bradley Stalder notes that while Chris Olave is clearly better than Rashid Shaheed, the gap in efficiency metrics and target earning was much closer than the general public perceived.

Insight page
PositiveValue93:16

Bradley Stalder identifies the Chris Olave pick at 3.3 as the best selection for Team 3, noting that the selection was likely influenced by the Jordan Tyson injury.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveValue35:22

Dan and Bradley Stalder select Christian Watson in the fifth round as part of their hero-running-back build strategy.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveValue8:20

Bradley Stalder attributes the early draft steam for Colston Loveland to the Luther Burden injury, noting that the 'Burden hive' reacted with deflation to the injury news, which pushed Loveland up draft boards.

Insight page

Cooper Kupp

NegativeRole58:54

Bradley Stalder notes that Cooper Kupp is aging and showed signs of decline last year, suggesting Torrey Horton could slowly overtake him.

Insight page

Dallas Goedert

PositiveUsage32:53

Bradley Stalder views Dallas Goedert as a reliable target for Jalen Hurts, especially when A.J. Brown is sidelined. He expects Goedert to remain a significant red zone weapon for the Eagles.

Insight page

Darren Waller

PositiveValue70:29

Bradley Stalder highlights Darren Waller's ceiling, noting that in the nine games he played last year, three were top-five tight end weeks, making him a valuable late-round selection despite injury risks.

Insight page

David Njoku

PositiveProjection65:58

Bradley Stalder values David Njoku as a proven upside tight end, noting that he has delivered top-five weekly performances in the past.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeValue8:45

Dan mentions he was previously out on De'Von Achane but is slowly warming up to him at his current price point.

Insight page

Elijah Arroyo

PositiveSleeper73:37

Bradley Stalder likes Elijah Arroyo as an upside swing, noting that the narrative has shifted positively and the team is experimenting with him in various alignments, including split out wide.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveValue44:18

Dan expresses high confidence in George Kittle, noting that he has been drafting him aggressively, sometimes a round early, because he views his floor as a top-nine tight end and sees significant plus-EV value.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

NegativeValue95:43

Bradley Stalder is not a fan of the Isaiah Likely pick, arguing that he is being drafted too high and that Travis Kelce would have been a better selection for the team's construction.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

PositiveValue37:17

Bradley Stalder prefers JK Dobbins over Blake Corum, expressing confusion as to why Dobbins is being drafted after other running backs, given his potential in the current offensive scheme.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeValue106:56

Bradley Stalder notes that while he likes Jadarian Price as a player, he should not be drafted as a team's RB1 in the sixth round, especially given his committee-heavy role.

Insight page

Jake Ferguson

NegativeValue97:09

Bradley Stalder dislikes the selection of Jake Ferguson, suggesting that Dalton Schultz in the 14th round provides the same production at a much cheaper price point.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

PositiveProjection28:43

Bradley Stalder ranks Jalen Hurts as his number two quarterback in projections, noting that he is a reliable fantasy asset who benefits from the team's offensive structure and red zone usage.

Insight page
PositiveProjection48:43

Bradley Stalder ranks Jalen Hurts as his number two quarterback in projections, leading the team to select him in the draft.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveSleeper22:03

Bradley Stalder and Dan highlight Jeremiah Love as a high-upside rookie running back, noting that he is currently undervalued in the mid-to-late third round despite his top-five draft capital.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

PositiveBreakout40:09

Bradley Stalder and Dan target Jonathan Brooks in the sixth round, noting his rising ADP. They believe he has an untapped ceiling compared to other running backs like Quinshon Judkins due to his passing-game involvement and efficiency metrics.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveProjection38:01

Bradley Stalder believes Jordan Mason is in a better situation this year due to the Vikings' new offensive line coaching and the presence of a rushing quarterback, which enhances running back efficiency.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveValue30:47

Bradley Stalder considers Josh Allen a 'plus EV' player who is currently falling to a 'Goldilocks price' in the middle of the third round, making him a player he prefers not to leave drafts without.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveValue36:26

Bradley Stalder and his co-host identify Josh Downs as a strong value pick in full PPR formats, citing his consistent 75% snap share and high target volume in games where he is active.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveProjection8:45

Bradley Stalder and Dan view Kenneth Walker as a high-floor running back in the Kansas City offense, expecting the Eric Bieniemy-led scheme to provide more sustainable drives and goal-line opportunities. While they question his pass-catching ceiling, they believe he will be a staple of the offense.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

PositiveBust80:52

Bradley Stalder is completely out on Keon Coleman, citing concerns about his target ceiling.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveProjection40:30

Bradley Stalder notes that his projections consistently place Kyler Murray higher than the expert consensus, suggesting he should be drafted in the second or third round due to his high upside.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeBust84:12

Bradley Stalder is low on Luther Burden, projecting him as WR34 compared to his WR22 ADP. He argues that efficiency metrics often drop with increased volume and that Burden's previous production was inflated by a few big plays against weak competition.

Insight page
NegativeValue85:50

Bradley Stalder and the host agree with Mike Clay's assessment that Luther Burden is the most overhyped fantasy player since Anthony Richardson, noting that his current ADP ahead of established stars like Jalen Waddle, Tee Higgins, and even Garrett Wilson is unjustifiable.

Insight page

Makai Lemon

NegativeInjury33:22

Bradley Stalder expresses concern regarding Makai Lemon's start to the season due to a lingering hamstring injury that has prevented him from practicing, leading to a very low week one projection.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeSleeper44:47

Bradley Stalder is bullish on Marshawn Lloyd, citing Josh Jacobs' age, injury history, and potential suspension risk. He believes Lloyd could command a 30-40% rush share in the Packers' run-heavy offense.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveValue20:54

Dan and Bradley Stalder identify Nico Collins as a target in the third round, expressing satisfaction that he fell to them at their draft position.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeValue31:21

Bradley Stalder suggests the beginning of the sixth round is the appropriate draft spot for Parker Washington, noting that his ADP varies significantly across different fantasy platforms.

Insight page

Pat Bryant

PositiveProjection106:03

Bradley Stalder offers a hot take that Pat Bryant will finish as a top-24 wide receiver for the upcoming season.

Insight page

Pat Freiermuth

PositiveValue63:32

Bradley Stalder considers Pat Freiermuth his most drafted tight end, arguing that recent struggles were due to the Arthur Smith situation and that he possesses top-10 to top-5 weekly upside.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveValue3:32

Bradley Stalder and Dan note that drafting Puka Nacua at the 7th overall pick represents a new low in his ADP, as he has historically been drafted around 1.6 in July.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

NegativeValue111:00

Bradley Stalder considers Quentin Johnston overvalued, though he acknowledges his utility as a stacking piece with Justin Herbert.

Insight page

Rashid Shaheed

PositiveRole57:28

Bradley Stalder identifies Rashid Shaheed as the clear wide receiver two in his offense, noting that his efficiency and target-earning ability were closer to Chris Olave's than the public perception suggests.

Insight page
PositiveRole58:19

Bradley Stalder identifies Rashid Shaheed as the clear WR2 in the Saints offense, dismissing competition from Torrey Horton.

Insight page

Ryan Flournoy

PositiveSleeper63:06

Bradley Stalder likes Ryan Flournoy for his contingent upside and believes he will have a weekly role in the Dallas offense even if the top three receivers remain healthy.

Insight page

Samaje Perine

NegativeValue77:53

Bradley Stalder acknowledges Samaje Perine as an unsexy but logical pick, noting his current ADP as the RB69.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveProjection9:01

Bradley Stalder ranks Saquon Barkley ahead of Kenneth Walker in his projections, viewing him as a consistently strong pick.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveValue54:01

Insight page

Tee Higgins

PositiveValue28:57

Dan and Bradley Stalder select Tee Higgins in the fourth round, viewing him as a strong value at his current ADP (WR20). They note that while they would not draft him as a top-12 wide receiver, he is an excellent pick at his current price.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeValue89:50

Bradley Stalder expresses that he is lower on Tony Pollard than the market, and he specifically dislikes the strategy of double-tapping the Tennessee running back room by drafting both Pollard and Tajae Spears.

Insight page

Tyjae Spears

NegativeBust52:00

Bradley Stalder notes that recency bias is strong regarding Tyjae Spears, but expresses concern about his outlook due to the poor overall quality of the Tennessee offense and the struggles of quarterback Cam Ward.

0:00Good morning, it's the Dominator and today I have Bradley Stalder joining me and we are going to draft an FFPC Best Ball Tournament Live Draft.
0:11So let's get this party started. Morning Bradley, how are you?
0:16Morning Dan, great to be with you on In the Morning.
0:21We like always do the podcast or whenever I've been a guest like 98% of the time it's been post 7 o'clock
0:30but I don't know, here we are. Thanks for the invite and we were able to make it work.
0:38Yeah, absolutely. This is great. We get into an FFPC Best Ball Tournament $400,000 prize up top so definitely something worth playing for.
0:4812 team draft, we've got the 7 hole. Let me put the draft board up here real quick so you can see that as well.
0:59And the draft is just about to get started here.
1:03So our requirements on this draft is basically we're going to be starting one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, a tight end, and two flexes.
1:15So eight starting spots, 20 round draft, and that's about as simple as it gets.
1:21PPR and 1.5 PPR for tight ends so there is a tight end premium here as well.
1:28I don't know what happened, Dan. I lost you there for a second.
1:34We got you. We got you. All right. And the draft is moving right along.
1:40We have three picks in already. Bijan, Gibbs, Chase.
1:44No surprises there. Bradley and I have talked a little bit about who we like at our picks so I'm certain one of them will be left.
1:56And so how are things going for you, Bradley?
2:00What's what's what you've been up to lately? I've been cranking out these team previews on the YouTube.
2:07So I've been dropping all those lots of shorts as well.
2:12Oh, one of the guys goes off. Two of the guys goes off, Dan.
2:18Oh, but we got Puka sitting right here for us.
2:22I mean, got to smash Puka Nakua at the 7 hole.
2:27I fully agree. So there we go. When this has to be one of the lowest Puka Nuku at the 7 hole.
2:36Selections in the tournament, right? Yeah, I would think so.
2:41I mean, you know, look it up right now.
2:45OK, yeah. So you're undoubtedly looking that up on Fantasy Mojo.
2:49Yeah. Shout out, Darren. Yes, definitely. Love it. Love his site.
2:54Everything you need right at your fingertips. I mean, Bradley's going to come up with us by the time I finish talking here.
3:04Yeah, I'm pulling up. Yeah. Shout out to Darren.
3:08He runs a great tournament. Pros versus Joes every year.
3:12Dan and I have at times separately drafted and also drafted together in that tournament.
3:18It's been a lot of fun over the last couple of years.
3:24Yep, for sure. Let's see. Puka Nakua, the lowest was a 1.6 over the last couple of days.
3:31And then let me look at like July. Yeah.
3:35So Puka Nakua, the lowest Nukuwa fell was a 1.6 in July as well.
3:41So this is the lowest that we've ever seen Puka Nukuwa.
3:46Yeah, I think this is a new low form.
3:50So maybe people got wind that he ran face first into a glass window over the summer.
3:57I mean, you know, it could happen to anybody.
4:01Wasn't on my bingo card for Puka Nukuwa incidents during the 2026 offseason, but maybe someone did.
4:08Yeah, but you always, you know, you always see those bloopers of, you know, people running into, you know, closed glass doors and windows and so forth.
4:20So I'll admit I have run into a glass door when I was not paying attention entirely and just thought I was
4:29walking into an opening and nope, it wasn't. So I'm not going to fault him for that.
4:36For me, it's not the glass. It's been the screen doors.
4:41I've walked through plenty of the screen doors just like, well, got to go buy a new one.
4:49Oh, yeah. Yeah, those don't handle an adult hitting them at full speed for sure.
4:55Great. We've seen three tight ends go off so far, Dan.
5:00That's got to be pretty early for, I mean, there's a lot of steam for Colson Loveland.
5:07I get it. But like the 203? Yeah, yeah.
5:11That seems quite early. I'm going to throw one other guy in there.
5:17I probably like, you know, and we'll talk about this because they won't be there when we get back.
5:25But Walker and A-chan would probably be my top two here.
5:30I was kind of out on A-chan, but at this price, I'm slowly warming to him.
5:36Walker I always like. Barkley is always a good pick too.
5:41Where's your head at on this, Bradley? Yeah, Barkley I have over Walker in my projections.
5:48And then A-chan is quite a ways down. So, well, actually, no, I take that back.
5:55Walker, Barkley, Walker, A-chan is how I have it in the projections.
6:00All right. Which do you like? Let's go Walker or Barkley?
6:05Let's go Walker. All right. Walker it is. I feel like he is the, this Kansas City Chiefs offense is, I think, due for a bounce back.
6:16I don't think we're going to see like the Tyreek Hill prime, Patrick Mahomes explosion 50 touchdown seasons.
6:24But they've replaced Matt Nagy with Eric Bien-Ami as the offense coordinator.
6:29I think that that leads to just better drives, more sustainable drives, more goal line situations.
6:36So I think Kenneth Walker is like a high floor running back.
6:41I don't know if we can access ceiling with the pass catching.
6:46I'm not convinced that he's an actually, actually good pass catcher.
6:51But we've seen him get volume in Seattle periodically over the last couple years when coming out of college, like the knock
7:00against Kenneth Walker was, yeah, he's a dynamic runner.
7:04But they've never used him in the passing game.
7:08And we saw Seattle use him in the passing game.
7:12He wasn't great. But Kansas City, this is a player that I think will be a staple.
7:20Like he's not going to fail for you unless he gets hurt.
7:25Yeah, I would agree with that. And I do think that they're going to be looking to keep Mahomes healthy early in the year.
7:35So I think that Walker is a player who can definitely start out fast, which is always nice.
7:43And I think probably a lot of checkdowns going to Walker as well.
7:48Now, you know, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that Walker is going to get, you know, 80% of
7:58the backfield touches or anything like that. I do think the plan is to keep him healthy.
8:05So, you know, we're going to see Emmitt Johnson and or Emil Demercato rotating in there from time to time.
8:14You know, but that's a part of just keeping running back.
8:18No Brashard Smith left for dead. Some Brashard Smith, yeah.
8:23But, you know, Brashard might be one of those guys that they pop out wide a little bit more often than he lines up in the backfield.
8:34Or he might line up in the backfield. And then, you know, they send him out wide.
8:42Maybe they got somebody out wide and they move him into the backfield.
8:47You know, I think they're going to have a lot of fun looks.
8:53And that's going to help out, you know, as far as Walker goes too.
8:59So, fun player. Hopefully this offense gets a little more fun than it's been the past couple years.
9:06Can't get much worse, right? Definitely not. So, a little bit of that B&M creativity will go a long way, I think.
9:16Absolutely. And I think that, yeah, allowing Mahomes to not just handle everything himself.
9:22You think about the fancy points he was generating last year is mostly from the rushing yards and rushing touchdowns, which is unsustainable.
9:32It's not something that we're banking on, you know.
9:36And so, we look for more consistency, more downfield threats.
9:40I mean, you think about who's going to be the wide receiver.
9:45There's been a lot of positive drumbeat for Cyrus Allen.
9:49There's been Taequann Thornton, who's been a deep threat.
9:53You're thinking of how B&M is going to create the Tyreek Hill in the aggregate.
10:00You know, you don't have a player like him on the team, but can you, like, moneyball your way to pieces of Tyreek Hill?
10:10We'll see if the Chiefs can do it. Yeah, exactly.
10:14And, you know, it's always a little bit tougher with a player like Tyreek to moneyball your way in just because, you
10:24know, part of what makes him unique is the fact that he does have that speed.
10:30He does have that after-the-catch ability. You know, he's kind of all the things rolled up in one package that can be used in a variety of ways.
10:42And so, he doesn't give as much away. Whereas, you know, if you're trying to get this piece of him or that
10:52piece of him into the offense and it comes with a player with a role, it becomes a little bit more obvious.
11:01But, yeah, I think it's going to be a good spot.
11:06Let's also go back to that Colston-Loveland pick. Sure.
11:10Bradley, how much of that do you think is the burden injury pushing him up?
11:16Or how much do you think it's just people really realizing what the ceiling can be here?
11:24That's got to be the burden injury influence because if you've been anywhere on X over the last two months, the burden hive is very, very strong.
11:35And you saw just deflation that day where it was reported that Luther Burden suffered a groin injury.
11:43And so, yeah, like the entire fantasy industry like exhaled like, and the immediate response was, no, it's not Roma Dunze who's going to be the guy.
11:54Oh, I'm very in on Colston-Loveland. So, I do think that this is a market response to the Luther Burden injury.
12:03We saw him jogging this morning. There's videos circulating about that.
12:08But, yeah, I like Colston-Loveland. I think he's going to be really good.
12:14This feels really high, though, for Loveland. Yeah, it does.
12:18And Tyler Warren also going in the second round there.
12:22So, he's also... That's the Alec Pierce situation and Josh Downs.
12:27Both guys are suffering injuries. The hammy, I believe, for Downs and the ankle injury for Pierce.
12:34Pierce hasn't practiced at all. It's... Like... Yep. It's...
12:38It's just a disaster. When Ashton-Doolin is your wide receiver one or two.
12:44Yep. And we are on the clock. I have three players in the queue.
12:50Oh, the top one. Anybody else? Top one? Yeah.
12:54Nico Collins. I think that's the play. I'm with you.
12:58I was hoping that he would make it to us.
13:02The other two players I put in the queue were kind of late ads as the queue started dwindling down.
13:11So, yeah. I like Collins there. Oh, I'm very happy there.
13:15Yeah. I would have been really, really happy if Jeremiah Love had made it one more pick.
13:23That would have been a lot of fun. But, you know...
13:27He looked good in the preseason. Yes, he did.
13:31Yes, he did. He looked legit. You know. And this is a player that's, you know, I've said it many times.
13:40I think it was an owner pick. I think the owner said, we're taking this guy at three.
13:48I don't want to trade out of the pick.
13:52I want to make this pick. And I think he's looking to sell jerseys because, you know what, the Cardinals aren't going
14:01to be, you know, they're trying to set the stage for, you know, a rebuilding effort to pay off possibly as soon as next year.
14:12But this year, it's all about, you know, trying to get a little bit of fan enthusiasm back and, you know, an
14:22elite running back is a great way to do it.
14:26Absolutely. And as the resident Notre Dame homer, let me tell you that this is the cheapest that you're ever going to
14:35get a top five draft capital running back his rookie season.
14:40You think about when Barkley was going off. He was a one-two turn pick.
14:46You think about Ashton Gentry, a one-two turn pick.
14:50You had Jeremiah Love mid-round three and some sites round four he's fallen to.
14:56I mean, that's generational wealth for you. There you go.
15:00Yeah, I think there's a lot to do with the, you know, just overall this rookie class was kind of dismissed as
15:10being a down class, not as good. And I think that's still kind of carrying through to drafts right now where people
15:19are just a little bit less high. And then we have guys like Carnell Tate, who didn't look great the other night.
15:28And we have Jordan Tyson injured. You know, so the top guys from this class are kind of dropping like flies.
15:37So, you know, Love, I think, is a very interesting pick.
15:42I think you're getting a substantial discount here, as he said.
15:47So, he's one I've been definitely wanting to make as often as I can in mid-third round, for sure.
15:55But Nico Collins, he's been dropping too. Per Fantasy Mojo, we are only the seventh team to have this combo of Nakua, Walker, Collins in the entire tournament.
16:07There we go. That's good. That's a good start.
16:11I mean, there's one guy that's just like, how dare I not put him in the queue.
16:18I know who that's going to be. Yeah. I mean, it's hard to pass on him in round four.
16:26Yeah. And the top guy that you have in the queue, I'm interested to see if he might possibly even swing back around.
16:36I think there's a chance anyway. It's possible. There's some people who are very down on him, that's for sure.
16:45If we get that particular player who is at the top of the queue, there's only one other team with our first four start.
16:55If it's that way. Okay. Okay. What about if it's the second player?
17:01That's a nice thing about Fantasy Mojo's site is you get this, you know, stack finder.
17:07It would be unique if we took... We'd be the only one if it was that second player.
17:15Okay. I just moved him to the top of the queue.
17:20Okay. When we're this late in the game and there's only a...
17:25I don't know. So many spots left in the tournament.
17:29All right. We're going with the wide receiver here?
17:33Yes. Okay. Yep. That's the one that's unique, right?
17:37Yes. Boom. Done. All right. T. Higgins. Baby. I love this.
17:42Less. Goal. Somehow I convinced Dan to draft T.
17:46Higgins yet again. In the fourth round, you know, this is what?
17:51Wide receiver 20? Yeah. I'm totally in at that price.
17:55When you're asking me to draft him as a top 12 wide receiver though?
18:01No. No. That's a little harder. But yeah, I'm definitely doing it here.
18:07Yeah. Higgins is my 38th overall flex player. So this is about right with where I have him this year.
18:15But yeah, we might be able to push that one player around.
18:20We'll see. So there are over 8,000 teams already drafted in this tournament.
18:26And you're telling me through four rounds, we have a unique combination?
18:31We do. That is fantastic. You just can't beat that really.
18:36No, you can't. To hop on the stream, create something unique.
18:40Makes you feel good. Yeah. We saw two quarterbacks go off in round three, Dan.
18:47Josh Allen, who I have pretty high in my projections.
18:51Like even in the best ball adjusted value, he's always been a very high player.
18:58Like top 15, top 17. I don't want to leave drafts without him because he's so plus EV.
19:05But he's been falling a lot. You know? Mm-hmm.
19:09So I feel like this is like a Goldilocks price for him in middle of round three.
19:16But then Lamar going off at the end of round three, I feel like that's a bit expensive for where he's been going lately.
19:27Yeah. You kind of wonder if a guy in 10-hole was maybe hoping to get the Lamar Zay double tap.
19:35I think he did it in the wrong order.
19:39If that was the case. All right. The dream is dead on Josh Jacobs, but I think that's worth a shot.
19:48Yes. All right. Let's load up the cue again.
19:52Let's see. Oh, I like that running back. Mm-hmm.
19:56That's a good one. I think that would fit our build very well.
20:01I like the players you have in there, especially the two on the same team.
20:08Mm-hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. But there's more than one possibility where that could be the case.
20:16There. That is true. That doesn't give anything away.
20:19Nothing. We don't want to give anything away to the...
20:24Because, look, the reality is one of the other 11 might be hopping in the stream watching us.
20:31So you just... You don't... We've had that happen before, Dan.
20:36Oh, yes. So Basial Tootin goes off at the end of round four.
20:42I feel like ahead of Josh Jacobs is malpractice.
20:46Ahead of DeAndre Swift is malpractice. Like... Yeah. I'm fine with him in the Travion Henderson-Quinshan-Judkins.
20:52I still would have Judkins over Tootin, but at least, like, that's closer tier-wise.
20:58I... Yeah. I think too much is being made of...
21:03Oh. Yeah. A Basial Tootin. Um... We're on the clock, and...
21:07Yep. I'm gonna look at... You wanna... Let's... Let's take...
21:12We're probably good on pushing. Let's go with number three, because we might be able to push number one, given the positional selections already made.
21:22I agree with you. All right. So, we're gonna take Christian Watson here.
21:28Yes. Love it. Love it. Love it. All right.
21:32So we got ourselves a hero running back build going.
21:36Go Pack Go. Ken... Yes. Ken Walker with... Yes.
21:40Yes. Collins. I got the Vikings fan to say yes to a Go Pack Go.
21:46That's the closest I'm coming. It's fantasy football. If I got...
21:51If I got Packers on my team, it's Go Pack Go.
21:56I mean, that's the way it is. First things first.
22:00I love it. Oh, actually, this Lion's Mane guy, I just noticed a guy who's in spot number 10 has been auto-drafting the entire time.
22:11So that may be handy information. Rankings, though. Because that might allow us to kind of predict what he's gonna do a
22:20couple picks before hours coming back in the even-numbered rounds.
22:25Yeah. Looks like everybody else is doing this thing live, but let's see if his pick matches who's at the top of the default queue here.
22:36I'm just throwing players I like into the queue right now, not necessarily who we need to pick at this spot.
22:45Yeah. He's going with the default... The default rankings?
22:49Yeah. Interesting. I didn't think Loveland was 15th in the ADP, but...
22:54Well... Yeah. I don't know. That is a little bit odd.
22:58Maybe he has his own uploaded or something. Could be.
23:03Pre-determined. It's possible. I mean, you don't... He could have put a couple of rounds worth of guys in there and thought
23:12he'd be able to get to the draft quicker than he has, so it could happen.
23:19But we are... We're coming around the 5-6 turn.
23:23We have now five tight ends taken. Harold Fannin, here goes number six, Samuel Porta.
23:29So we've got our first double tight end, Team 12.
23:34Two tight ends. Two running backs. Two wide receivers.
23:37A very equitable build here. Yes. Very balanced. Equitable.
23:41If that's what you want to call it. I'm going to move a guy up to the top.
23:49Refresh your cue. Yeah, I see it. I see it.
23:53I don't hate it. I think it's one of the top two.
23:58What's your preference on that? I do think we...
24:02Oh, well, that makes it easy. Yeah. Anybody else that you want to throw in there?
24:09Let's go Jonathan Brooks. Let's go Jonathan Brooks. All right.
24:13I like it. I think that's a fun pick.
24:17He's been rising up draft boards, but this is still, I think, a pretty reasonable price for him.
24:25Let's see what Mojo has to say about our man Jonathan Brooks.
24:30Jonathan Brooks has been going in the sixth round.
24:34Average pick 609, but he's really solidly in the sixth round now.
24:39Not really making it into the seventh. No. Hasn't really been picked in the fifth.
24:46So I think we got an average price on our man Brooks here.
24:51And that's fine. I think RB27 isn't a ceiling outcome.
24:55So when we're drafting like this, Jonathan Brooks is, I think, a really good target at this spot because we know that
25:05he's not just going to be a first, second down grinder like a Quinchon Judkins.
25:11Like, I think that's why the projections will probably put Judkins over Brooks.
25:17But this is where like the difference between rankings and projections matter, because I think in most scenarios, you're going to have
25:26a Jonathan Brooks outperform a Judkins given the upside that Brooks can access in the passing game and the explosion, the efficiency metrics.
25:36Like Judkins is held down because of the volume.
25:40But I think that Brooks has an untapped ceiling.
25:44We've seen what the ceiling is for Judkins, and it's fine, but it's not very high.
25:51Like even when he scored three touchdowns in a game last year, he wasn't even like a top three running back that week.
26:01Yeah. And we have to remember that, you know, while a lot of times we like to look at, you know, season
26:10long projections and season long totals and everything else, this is a weekly game.
26:16The weekly ceiling matters a lot more because those are the games that are actually going into our lineup.
26:24So, you know, if we build a good running back stable, Jonathan Brooks does not have to be an every week starter.
26:34We don't have to sit there and say, well, let's put Brooks in our lineup this week.
26:41He's just naturally going to be there anytime he scores well.
26:46And some other guys will probably make their way in there from time to time.
26:52I like our wide receivers. I'm kind of bummed that Kyle Pitts went off, though.
26:58I was hoping he would come around. George Kittle's expected to play week one.
27:04It's a bummer that he went off. I'm pretty high on George Kittle this year, just from a volume play.
27:13Like the worst case scenario is that he's tight end.
27:17What is that? Tight end nine. That's like his floor.
27:22Oh, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. So I've been drafting George Kittle aggressively, maybe at least a round ahead of where he's been going
27:31just to make sure that I get him. But because I think I'm getting so much plus EV on him, I don't mind that.
27:41But I am really kind of frustrated, Dan, about team two selection of a second quarterback at that spot.
27:49Yeah, well, I mean, it was time for him to go.
27:54So, you know, we're talking basically three plus full rounds later than Lamar Jackson.
28:00So three and a half rounds, basically. I think we can look at who you have number one in the queue, but
28:10I think numbers two, three, four become very interesting.
28:13If we do number one, then I think number five in the queue becomes interesting the following round.
28:21Agreed. I don't think number one would make it back around to us.
28:27No, no. So he definitely would not. You know, the question is, is whether we want to hit one more of that
28:36position, two, three and four, or whether we want to go ahead and break the seal to a different position.
28:45I what do you like out of two, three or four?
28:49If we go if we go with that position or you like four.
28:55Yeah, really? I think two or three probably has more weekly upside.
29:00I think four is more of a floor play.
29:04I mean, we saw last year both running backs be top 15 in that offense.
29:10But different offense. Same quarterback. Yeah. All right. So half a minute left.
29:16Do we want to go with the top option or do we want to try this?
29:23I think he's look, Jalen Hurts is my number two quarterback in projections.
29:28So you want to go hurt? I would. I like hurts.
29:33I like hurts. We're doing hurts. We're going to follow the quarterback train.
29:39Yeah. We're going to follow this. Yeah. We get a nice run going on quarterbacks.
29:45Hopefully that increases the nervousness of some people behind us and they they swing some players around to us.
29:53Just want to look at. Yeah. That's where Jalen Hurts goes.
29:58So. Yep. And he wasn't coming back around to us, especially with the Devonta Smith drafter right after us.
30:06He probably pivoted to Ramondre Stevenson at that spot.
30:10Yep. Yeah. He's probably cussing us out for taking this guy.
30:15But be that as it may. That is that is OK.
30:19That is OK. I'm all right with that. So, yeah, I think I think in way of how the board is going,
30:29we might want to get either player two or player three.
30:34Obviously, player two fits quite nicely. Yes. If he comes back to us.
30:39But yes, player three is not a bad option as well, in my mind.
30:45No, I don't think a bad option. The efficiency metrics for that particular player were very strong and he's been healthy ish this offseason.
30:55I don't care that there were additions to the offense in the offseason.
31:01If anything, that helps the offense sustain drives because there wasn't much for the head offense to go.
31:09So I hate cloak and daggering it, but like, yeah, maybe we pivot to a couple of players who have gone off
31:18so we can we can talk about them. Parker Washington.
31:22I'm looking at the board goes off at the beginning of the sixth round after Roma Dunze ahead of Marvin Harrison.
31:31I think that's the right spot for Parker Washington.
31:35Yeah. Yeah. Now, if you're on the, you know, some other websites, you might see Parker Washington going quite a bit earlier than that.
31:46He's one of those players that kind of depends on where you happen to be drafting at as to where you might expect him to go.
31:57So the FFPC, Parker Washington, the overdrive has not kicked in yet for him.
32:03All right. And we had our auto drafter jumped on that Jordan Tyson grenade, which is a nice thing.
32:11Thank you. Thank you for that. And I think there's a strong.
32:16Yep. Why don't we go number two? Yeah. Number two.
32:20I mean, I love number one at this spot, but I think I think we're better off taking number two.
32:29Number one might make his way back. It's possible.
32:33You think so? There's been a lot of, yeah, a lot of that position looping around.
32:40Yeah. Let me take a look. Yeah. It's it's possible.
32:44He does go later here than he does go on some sites.
32:49So. All right. So we're going to take Dallas Goddard.
32:53That gives us a nice little stack here. Love it.
32:58You love to see it. Yes, for sure. So our team so far, we've got Puka Nakua, Kenneth Walker, Nico Collins, T
33:07Higgins, Christian Watson, Jonathan Brooks, Jalen Hurts, Dallas Goddard.
33:11Really like how this team is shaping up right now.
33:15I think this Goddard pick also will look really nice at the beginning of the season.
33:22The Makai Lemon injury, I think, is really concerning for his start of the season.
33:28Like we could be looking at week 11, week 12.
33:33Makai Lemon's pretty integrated. But my week one projections are probably going to be very low on Makai Lemon.
33:41And right now, I think the ECR way too early ECR for week one is like wide receiver 45 for Makai Lemon.
33:50And he's not been playing. He's not been practicing.
33:54The hammy has been literally hamstringing him from practice.
33:58So who's left? It's Devonta Smith, who is dealing with his own injuries.
34:04And Dallas Goddard. Don Tavion Wicks. Right. Hollywood Brown.
34:07Elijah Moore. Like who's going to get the targets?
34:11I think Dallas Goddard is still a reliable player for Jalen Hurts.
34:16Right. And, you know, whenever A.J. Brown was out, you know, that's it's always to the benefit of Goddard.
34:25If Goddard is healthy. So, you know, I think he's going to be one of the big red zone weapons on this offense.
34:34I know we got a lot of touchdowns last year, and I actually kind of expect that to continue again this year.
34:44All right. Well, the dream is dead on Blake Corum.
34:48I figured that would be the case with where the running back position was.
34:54It was pretty unlikely that. I still like number one in the queue a lot.
35:01Yeah. I'm not too worried. I do too. I'm not overly worried.
35:06I feel like if he goes off, though, there is a teardrop.
35:11Yeah, there's one number two in there. I like him an awful lot.
35:16I might have to capitulate if. I think he's going to get used a lot.
35:23I think he's going to fit him better this year.
35:27That may be the case. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They've this particular team has kind of changed some things up.
35:35We'll talk a little bit more about it once this player goes off the board.
35:42But I'm bullish on him. I'm bullish on him for sure.
35:46He's a lovely person. Got to meet her last year at the FFXpo.
35:52Oh, nice. Shout out to Brittany. She was giving me a lot of grief for my Roma Dunze fade last year.
36:01Um, so shout out to Brittany. Uh, appreciate you.
36:05Um, so yeah, she's, she's done great work here for player profiler.
36:10Yep. Yep. No doubt about it. All right. So I feel pretty confident we're going to get one of our, our top two there.
36:20Um, I feel like that's pretty late for, for Josh Downs and Cortland Sutton.
36:26I think you're getting good values on those types of wide receivers in, in the draft.
36:33Yeah, I would, I would agree with that. I think you're exactly right.
36:39Um, cause when Downs, when he gets, you know, 75% snap share, he gets like eight or more targets, all those games.
36:48And that's PPR. This is full PPR. This is where you want to take advantage of it.
36:55Um, all right. Um, I think we both feel pretty strongly about number one.
37:01Yes. Let's do it. All right. We're going to do that.
37:06Uh, if number two comes around, great. When I come around, if not, uh, we'll go to a different position.
37:15Yeah. I think this Dobbins pick is again, like, I don't understand why he's going after a Kyle Monong guy.
37:23I don't understand why he's going after a Kenny Gawal.
37:28I don't understand why he's going after it. I know you love Blake Corum.
37:34I still would take JK Dobbins over Blake Corum.
37:37Um, I mean, yeah, I think the idea is that Corum has a really high potential.
37:44I don't necessarily disagree with you. I have them kind of in the same area of the draft.
37:52Um, Jordan Mason went off, uh, went off just a couple of picks after Dobbins, which, you know, I, I kind of
38:01expected that was probably going to happen. Um, but Mason, I think the, the Vikings have changed their, um, they brought over,
38:11um, the, one of the offensive line guys from Miami.
38:15Um, and they're, they're changing their blocking setup to one that's much more like what, uh, Mason was getting in San Francisco.
38:25Um, so this is going to be, I think, uh, a better, um, a better situation for him to run in and
38:34also, uh, just getting some competent quarterback play, uh, does a lot for a running game.
38:41So, uh, and a rushing quarterback, the efficiency metrics for a running back go way up when teams have to guard against the run pass option.
38:52And it might be run with the running back, run with the quarterback.
38:58There's so many, you know, ways in which Minnesota can win this year.
39:03And you mentioned, you know, bringing in the offensive line guy from Miami.
39:09They also brought in one of the best, uh, run blocking wide receivers in the NFL and Jawan Jennings.
39:17Like that dude is a dog and he, he is, uh, an absolute beast when it comes to making blocks and doing his making the run game happen.
39:29Like he's not, um, he's not going to get bowled over.
39:34He's built strong. And that's one of the reasons why I think Minnesota was interested in bringing him on was, you know,
39:43they want to keep him on the field. He's a big win downfield.
39:49We've seen big games from Jawan Jennings, but also because they want to run with Kyler Murray, run with Jordan Mason.
39:58So, Ooh. Yeah. We, we saw the queue just get decimated here.
40:03Um, we can also, I'm going to throw a couple of other options into the queue that I don't hate.
40:11All right. Refresh your queue. Any of those stand out to you?
40:16It's refreshing. Um, I mean, number four, I can still get behind.
40:22Okay. Yeah. All right. We're just going to do that.
40:26Um, I mean, we were talking up Minnesota already.
40:30Um, I've been really trying. So my projections, I, Kyla Murray, I've been wanting to be lower than what my numbers are on him.
40:40And I've been trying to dial it down. I just can't like every lever I've been able to pull.
40:48I still can't get Kyla Murray to where like the expert consensus is where the average is like all of the numbers
40:58to me are indicating that Kyla Murray should be much higher.
41:02He should be in the like two to three round range, higher conversation.
41:08The Brock Purdy, Trevor Lawrence level, but you're getting them a couple rounds later.
41:14Yeah. I think that we have, um, you know, the situation that we have here with both our quarterbacks is that both
41:23of them, um, are at discount prices due to recency bias.
41:28Yes. So, all right. Feeling good about where this team is headed.
41:33Uh, a couple of positions we'll need to shore up of course, but overall.
41:39I threw a couple, um, couple of players in the queue that I really like, um, just not necessarily for these rounds, just players.
41:49I want to make sure we're getting close to, uh, right now we have a.
41:56One or we have a two, three, four, one build and we've got stacks.
42:02Jalen hurts, Dallas Goddard. That's it for right now.
42:06Yeah. I'm going to throw one more in the queue.
42:10Um, if you want to refresh. Oh, I like that one.
42:15Yeah. That's a good one. In this type of format.
42:19That, that was a player that I selected in my pros versus Joe's draft that I thought went too late.
42:28Yes. And I'm looking to see. Yeah. I think we've got a few nice options here.
42:34So let's see how the, the board comes to us right now.
42:40We have, uh, 19 quarterbacks off the board, 17 tight ends, 46 wide receivers and 40 running backs have been taken.
42:49In a 20 round draft, like here in the FFPC, I've been finding myself trying to draft three quarterbacks and then three or four tight ends.
43:00Like I've been a little bit more normally like in the 18 round drafts on other sites, I've been two, maybe three,
43:09but I've been dialing those up on the onesie positions a little bit more in the FFPC.
43:17Is that how you've been approaching it there, Dan?
43:20Yeah, roughly. Um, I'm comfortable drafting three tight ends.
43:24Um, it just kind of depends on, you know, how, how my build is going.
43:31Uh, but usually three quarterbacks for sure. Sometimes a fourth, depending on, you know, how far down at what the quarterbacks go
43:40before I start getting into them, you know, and, and right now we've got a couple of different ways we can go.
43:50I did put a couple of quarterbacks in at the bottom of our queue.
43:56Um, and I have to keep refreshing it, Dan.
43:59Um, I, I like both of those quarterbacks. That's those are, if we get any value on them, I'd be happy with that.
44:09We get, I think we probably want to go with, uh, the position that's listed at the top of our queue right now.
44:19Yes. Um, I really like number one or number three.
44:23Well, you know which one I'm going to go.
44:27I'm all right. You want to do that one?
44:31Yeah, let's do it. All right. Do you think he comes back around to us?
44:38That's the question. Uh, probably not. We'll take it.
44:41Yeah. I think there's just too many of those types of, yeah.
44:47Marshawn Lloyd. I don't look the green Bay Packers.
44:50There's just too many ways to win with the Marshawn Lloyd selection because Josh Jacobs.
44:57Yes. For now he's escaped suspension, but he's not fully in the clear yet is how I'm reading it.
45:05So he's missed this wave. Like yesterday, there were a bunch of suspensions announced.
45:11He was not among them. Puka Nakua was not among them so far.
45:17He's escaped that, but he's not out of the woods completely.
45:21He could get suspended. No, I don't think he's out of the woods completely.
45:27But if, I think that what the NFL is saying is we're not going to do anything if we don't have some more information here.
45:38Right. So, yeah. If things don't change, like if, you know, if he continues to not be charged, I don't see there's
45:47any way that the NFL can suspend him because right now it's kind of a he said, she said, you know, you can say, well, you know, I.
45:59Like he hasn't even really said. Anything. Anything on it.
46:04Right. You know, but his lawyers are saying, hey, there's extenuating circumstances here.
46:09The fact that he hasn't been charged leads me to believe that there might be some validity to that.
46:17You know, I am in no way or shape or form condoning any sort of violence against women and family or anything else.
46:27But on the other hand, people are innocent until proven guilty.
46:32It's certainly innocent when they haven't even been charged yet.
46:36But so we got to just let it play out.
46:41But the my my the reason why I'm in on Marshall and Lloyd is because that is even if it's it's not a zero percent chance that happens.
46:53It's also that Josh Jacobs is on the wrong side of the age apex anyways.
46:59And we've seen we saw last year him suffer injury for a while.
47:05So there's handcuff upside. But then the the last piece is we saw last year.
47:11Emmanuel Wilson handle one hundred and forty rushes or whatever it is, like a 30 plus percent rush share.
47:19The when the Packers drafted Marshall and Lloyd, they wanted him to be like a 30, 40 percent rush share running back.
47:29And with how run heavy the Packers have been the last couple of years, very balanced between rush and pass.
47:37Marshall and Lloyd could be very much in line for a massive workload.
47:43And you add efficiency metrics to that, getting him in around 11.
47:48So there's a lot of ways that Lloyd can win.
47:52Oh, agreed. Yes. Yep. I agree with that. I was just looking at specifically at the suspension, you know, and the fact
48:02that Josh Jacobs currently has a groin injury right now.
48:06I mean, that's, you know, there went to Keaton Mitchell.
48:10I was waiting for that one. I think I.
48:14I think I went OK ignoring. I like the number one or.
48:19Three, four or five or six. Yeah. I like number three.
48:24Oh, I like number three. Three. I like a lot, too.
48:29But do we need to address number one? There is one team that has not even made a selection at that position.
48:38I mean, that would be a way to box them out.
48:43Yeah. I think we take number one. I'm OK with that.
48:47I'm OK with taking number one. And we can be done at this position?
48:53Yep. I'm good with that. OK. Here we go.
48:57And the small little bonus, not that it moves the needle too much, but all three of our quarterbacks, Jalen Hurts, Kyler
49:07Murray, Daniel Jones, all have different buys. Yeah. That's one thing I always like to look at, too.
49:14You know, take them at ADP, but also, you know, I don't want to get.
49:21I don't I don't ever want to put myself in a situation where during a week I have a zero at the
49:30quarterback position like I can afford to probably worst case scenario, take a zero at the tight end if we have superstar
49:40tight ends or really good ones like I think Fannin and Kraft have the same bye week.
49:47If I double tap tight end at that spot, I'm OK with taking a zero that one week for tight end.
49:56But if I decide to just go to tight ends, but I don't want to take a zero at quarterback.
50:05That's just too big of a loss from a projections standpoint, even for one week.
50:11Yeah. Yep, exactly. Just can't take. You can't really take zeros anywhere because most of the time the difference between, you know,
50:20like the top two are going to advance here and the difference between second and third place.
50:28Many times I've seen it be less than 10 points, you know, so one single zero taken at any position throughout the
50:37year can be the difference between making the cut and not making the cut.
50:43Late night bites with friends already hard to beat.
50:47That first too hot bite of fries you couldn't wait for followed by ice cold Pepsi.
50:54Now that hits different. Suddenly, the energy kicks back in.
50:58The night goes longer and the laughs don't stop because Pepsi brings out more flavor, more fun and more of the moment.
51:08Food deserves Pepsi. I still like number two in our queue.
51:12Oh, love that. I like two and three. Two and three are both smashes for me.
51:19Those are, yeah, those are good. I think four is undervalued.
51:24Probably. Probably. I haven't been clicking him too much, but how do you feel about our running back position though?
51:32I wish I'd have thought about, because number four and five, if I'd have thought about those, we could have gone with a different quarterback.
51:43We could have built a late stack. This works.
51:47That's fine. We could have built a late stack.
51:51All right. So, Cocker goes off. That was one of the players.
51:56And Spears goes off. Oh, bummer. Yeah. I like Spears.
52:00Like, he's just not, he was not healthy last year.
52:05We've seen spike weeks from him. He was so good a couple years ago that he was pushing aside Derrick Henry in Tennessee for snaps.
52:15Like, Henry was still getting his rushes, no doubt.
52:19But like, Spears was earning his way onto the field.
52:23Nothing to take away from Henry, but like, Spears was good.
52:28He just snapped his ankle in the preseason last year, and that derailed half of the year.
52:35Right. Yeah. The recency bias is very strong on Spears.
52:40I totally agree. What kind of keeps me off him is just that it's not the greatest team.
52:47You know, hopefully he's involved in the passing game when they're down late and they're you know, take all these underneath passes.
52:57But Tennessee, you know, Cam Ward is, he didn't look good to me last year until the very end of the year.
53:06It kind of looked like he was maybe starting to put something together this year.
53:13Now he's in a new offensive system. Once again, he looks kind of lost.
53:19He looks so bad in the preseason game. So bad.
53:23Exactly. Exactly. So, yeah, he's a player that just, I'm afraid he might lower the tide around him for most of the season again.
53:33You know, a rising tide lifts all boats and, you know.
53:38Cam Ward is the anchor. He's just taking you down to the, he's the Millstone.
53:44We give him the Millstone Award. Oh. Denzel Boston goes off just before us too.
53:51Ah, bummer. I don't hate, we could go with number one, but I kind of like number six, seven or eight in the queue.
54:01Oh, let's go number six. Yeah, because that fits our build.
54:06He's been lighting it up. There's been a lot of rumblings from well-respected NFL people who have been saying like Tank Bigsby is he deserves more touches.
54:17And he played very well from an efficiency metric standpoint last year.
54:23He had arguably one of the worst rookie years for running backs.
54:28And now he's just like bounced back in a new environment for Philly.
54:33Um, he's a dynasty trade target for me because Barkley, again, wrong side of the age apex history of, uh, injuries.
54:42Um, and Philly is still a good offense and they're willing to just stick with the run.
54:50So there's pathways for Tank Bigsby. He might be in the same vein as a Marshawn Lloyd where Barkley is still going
54:59to get his touches just like Jacobs. But Bigsby might earn some more rushes this year and getting him at running back 50.
55:09I'm happy with that. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Because even from a handcuff perspective, you think about like among running backs who
55:18are handcuffs, Bigsby has to be top seven. Mm-hmm.
55:22So like at worst case, he's running back 39?
55:26Yeah. Yeah, I think so. I mean, you know, the, the potential standalone value is, is very high.
55:34Um, yeah, unfortunately we're, I was looking at an option to, uh, to pair with, uh, Mr.
55:41Kyler Murray, but I think that option is going to disappear because he's the top of the queue and we have somebody on auto draft.
55:52So, and there you go. Ah, bummer. And now we have, uh, another team that's auto drafting.
55:59Well, if you like the content so far, guys, make sure you're smashing the subscribe button here on Player Profiler.
56:08Hit the like on the video. Follow Dan at overhyped sleeper on X and follow me at FF Stalder.
56:16Dan, you do the Dominator often. Uh, after this pick, you'll have to tell us a little bit about, uh, your plans
56:25for the Dominator and maybe some of the shows that you've done, uh, that people should check out too.
56:33Yep. For sure. And let's see. So we do need to think about this pick.
56:40Um, I kind of like your, your guy sitting in the number one hole.
56:46Uh, I mean, we've been looking at him for about three.
56:50Staring, staring down. He's been lighting up camp too.
56:54There's been a lot of positive buzz about this particular player.
56:59And we'll see if, um, he makes it to us given that there's about 20 seconds left.
57:06And I mean, maybe he does given that four of the last five selections for the number nine player, nine picker has been wide receiver.
57:17And look at us. I'm happy to go with that number one player.
57:23All right. There we go. Rashid Shahid. I have need for Shahid.
57:28Feel the need for some Shahid speed. Yes. He is.
57:32He is a good one. Um, he was pushing Chris Olave in new Orleans before the trade.
57:39Yep. Like, like yes, Chris Olave better than greater than Rashid Shahid, but it was a lot closer from an efficiency metrics
57:49and target earning, uh, lens than what I think the general public viewed it as.
57:55And he got traded to Seattle mid year. And you never liked that for your wide receivers from like an upside perspective.
58:05We've, we haven't seen very many wide receivers traded mid season that perform very well in the second half of the season.
58:14Um, I think this is in full year one of this offense.
58:19Rashid Shahid. I, I think he's the wide receiver too, pretty clearly.
58:24And, uh, you know, Torrey Horton truthers can kick rocks.
58:29So, I mean, I, I, I think Torrey Horton is a very good player.
58:35Um, he's fine, but he's no Shahid. I think he's more of a problem for Cooper Cup than he is for, uh, Rashid Shahid, honestly.
58:45Um, you know, if you're, if you're running three wide receivers, um, you know, Cup, Cup is getting up there.
58:54Um, you know, he was showing his age last year.
58:58Uh, so I wouldn't be surprised if, uh, if Torrey Horton doesn't end up moving on up and, uh, you know, slowly
59:08overtaking him over the course of the year. And that's fine.
59:12And she can run out of the slot too, as can, uh, you know, obviously, uh, JSN runs very well out of the slot.
59:23So you can, you can stick JSN in the slot.
59:27You can stick the two speedy guys outside. You know, there's a lot of different ways you can go with that offense.
59:36I think we need to consider number three pretty significantly here.
59:41Yeah. Yeah. Um, I, I'm with you on that.
59:45Um, I also like number four a lot. I think that's a fun pick, especially for this format.
59:53Yes. I've been coming around to number four. It's taken me most of the summer, but.
59:59Same. But at this price, um, oh, I'm going to throw another one in there that I like maybe even more than that.
60:09I'm going to move them up. Okay. So yeah, I think if we can do it, um, we're looking at that position we have listed up top.
60:21I mean, we, we kind of need a certain position.
60:25So maybe, uh, there are a couple options still out there.
60:30Ah, threat. Yeah. Uh, I figured probably he wasn't going to make it back to us because there's a, there's a real run going on tight end.
60:41Um, I am not above. I just added another tight end.
60:46I'm going to add two more tight ends to the queue.
60:51There we go. That I feel a lot better about in best ball than I do trying to figure them out for managed leagues.
61:01That is fair. And let's see where, where our guy.
61:05Yeah. I think we can wait on, on the number one option.
61:11Yes. And the number two option. The number one option, the earliest that player has gone off was the 16, nine.
61:20Right. So probably around 17 target. Yeah. Yeah. I think so.
61:24Um, Honestly, I wonder if we shouldn't just go with a different position because I think the tight end run has got
61:34to be pretty much over at this point. Yeah.
61:38I would think so. I think there's some fun players.
61:42three through six. I'm cool with. Yeah. And, uh, number 10, I also like, uh, just added him in as well.
61:51The contingency upside is nice there. Mm-hmm. And I think he's have a real role week to week too.
61:59Um, so yeah, I think that, uh, any of those are fun.
62:04Who, who's, who's your number one on this? I like the, I like the guy at number three, probably the best out of all of these.
62:15Three and six. Yep. Three, six, 10. Six, six could be the number one receiver on the team easily.
62:23Could be. Yeah. Like it's, yeah. And three could be the number one wide receiver for his team.
62:31So yeah. Yes. I'm, I'm fine with three or six, either one.
62:36I'm assuming both of them go in about this range.
62:41Um, take a look here. Wow. Cyrus Allen went early.
62:45Yeah. Yeah. Um, I think it's probably time for if, if, if we want number three or number 10, we're going to have to hit, take them now.
62:57Number six probably makes it at least. Let's go number 10.
63:02Let's just go number 10. I like that. All right.
63:06So Ryan Flournoy joins the squad, uh, love the contingent upside.
63:11I think, uh, he's also going to have, uh, the occasional week, even if, if all three, uh, wide receivers in Dallas
63:20stay healthy, uh, lamb pickings and Flournoy. Yeah. I'm looking at, uh, the tight ends that have gone off here.
63:29Like we had a Pat Fryermuth in the queue.
63:32I loved Pat Fryermuth. He's my most drafted tight end across all platforms because like, this is probably a floor outcome for him.
63:42Like the Kate Otten, Greg Dulcich level. He's shown top 10, top five weekly upside.
63:49And so like, he's probably closer to a Brenton Strange round 11, Juwan Johnson round 11.
63:56Then he is a Kate Otten or a Gunner Helm.
64:00Um, I think there's a lot of recency bias against Fryermuth given the John O.
64:06Smith, Arthur Smith situation. Yeah, I would agree. And I think with, with our current situation, I just kind of reorganize things a little bit.
64:17If number one makes it to us, we might want to make that pick, uh, because I think there's a chance that
64:26he could be, um, the, the most usable option, um, on that team.
64:32I've not clicked any, I've not clicked any of that number one.
64:37Yeah, it's, it's been, uh, it's been a long time since I have, I was, I was clicking him, uh, earlier in
64:47the off season and, um, I, I kind of went on a diet for a while cause I was too heavy on him.
64:56Uh, but now I'm to a point where I feel like, uh, it's a click that makes sense for me again.
65:05Um, what about, uh, refresh your cue. What about number four?
65:10He's been my number one, most drafted running back.
65:14Yeah, I like him too. Um, I think he's got to, you know, given, given where we're sitting, I think he's got
65:23to be a lower priority at this time. And we are on the clock.
65:29Um, you okay with number one? First time for everything, Dan.
65:34As I pulled Bradley kicking and screaming into. Look, I got, I got Dan to draft, uh, Marshawn Lloyd and Christian Watson in this draft.
65:45He can convince me to take. Anti Higgins. This is very bright.
65:50He's been, they've been capitulating to me. And finally I capitulate in round 16 to David and Joku.
65:58I love it. I love it. I think that's great.
66:02Uh, I mean, we've seen upside games from David and Joku in the past.
66:08The, the tight end. Yes. It's unclear. There's been a lot of Charlie Kohler stands emerging like cicadas out of the ground, but like.
66:18Yeah. But like a Rhonda Gadsden admitted that like he needed to work on his blocking or he wasn't going to be out there.
66:29David and Joku is a monster of a man and he's a proven upside tight end, you know?
66:36And we saw flashes from Gadsden, but not enough that we can trust.
66:42And Kohler, I don't know. I, the drum beat won't go away, but I've still not had almost any Kohler anywhere.
66:51Ah. Yeah. Mike Washington just went. Bummer. That's my, for chat, this is my number one drafted running back is Mike Washington.
67:00And I like him where he's going there too.
67:04Um, I think he's a solid pick. I just think where we're at it running back.
67:11Um, that was a luxury we couldn't afford to take.
67:15We, we had to get caught or get ourselves caught up at tight end.
67:21Um, and so I think we're, I think we take.
67:26We're probably going to get one more running back somewhere along the way here.
67:32I think we'd take number one here in round 17 and then number two in round 18.
67:39Like. Yeah. I, I'd be willing to gamble on number two, uh, push him to 19, but yeah, we'll see.
67:47Um, I'm really surprised number three hasn't gone off yet.
67:52Agreed. Actually. Um, interesting that Mike Washington goes after Emmett Johnson goes after Justice Hill goes after like, and it, and also an interesting news.
68:02Uh, team 10 has finally joined the draft live.
68:06Wow. Yeah. After, uh, after 14 rounds, uh, he was like, Oh crud, maybe he got out of a Saturday meeting or something.
68:16That's what I'm guessing. Signed up. Uh, he, and, and, and his team was one of the early signups.
68:24Um, he was, he was in the league before I jumped in it yesterday.
68:30So, uh, you know, he may have just forgotten about it or something that does happen.
68:37And that's one of the advantages to being in these live drafts is that you have people who sign up for them and forget about them or whatever.
68:49So, um, you know, and, and some people just aren't as good on the clock with, uh, you know, 60 seconds to decide.
68:59So the panic, they're like, Oh, they panic. You don't see quite as good of builds when people have, you know, two
69:08hours or six hours or whatever to consider, uh, how they're going to build it.
69:15It's, um, Oh, nice ad there on the queue, by the way.
69:20Oh, good. Yeah. I like that. Um, it's just, but yeah, they, they, they have more time to consider and put together a better build.
69:31You know, someone who we're not going to draft so I can talk about them, but, uh, I was scrolling through seeing
69:40if we could add, uh, players of the queue, Taysom Hill finally, finally allocated as, uh, as a tight end, uh, me
69:50and Taysom Hill and the FFPC have gone, uh, toe to toe about this situation for quite some time, finally classified as a tight end.
70:00So not going to draft him, but, uh, there's been rumblings that he might go to.
70:07Okay. Thankfully, somebody took jail and they were, cause I was about to pound the table and tell him you have to
70:17wait on the pick we're about to make for one.
70:21Yes. Do it. Do it. Do it. All right.
70:25There we go. The Darren. Yes. Waller, the baller.
70:29Yeah. Shout out to Brittany. She's very happy about this selection.
70:33We appreciate you, Brittany. And also the rap career of Darren Waller being put on hold for the Carolina Panthers.
70:42I added Waller in all of my leagues, dynasty best ball across the board of the nine games he played last year.
70:51Three of them were top five tight end weeks.
70:55You're not going to be able to access ceiling like that in these rounds.
71:01Now you also are going to have your zeros because he can't stay healthy, but yeah, I like, I like that selection.
71:11Probably we need to go with a fourth tight end though.
71:15Cause my, how I'm, how I'm leaning. Yeah. Though the one guy we were looking at just went off.
71:24So yeah. Michael Mayer, I'm also drafting a lot of Michael Mayer.
71:29There's been a lot of positive buzz for the number five guy in the queue here.
71:36Like a lot of positive buzz about him. Okay.
71:39Yeah. Yeah. He's a, I think an interesting play as well.
71:44Jacoby lane going off this late. That's a nice value.
71:48I like that selection. Travis Hunter this late. Okay.
71:52Okay. Dan, are you buying or selling? Omar Cooper is behind Isaiah Williams in the pecking order.
72:00Um, I mean, I think that's the case for now.
72:04And overall, I'm not super high on Omar Cooper.
72:08So I really haven't been drafting him. Um, but yeah, I, I threw in a couple more tight ends that we can consider.
72:18Um, I'll even throw in. So we have a lot of different ways we can go with this pick.
72:26Um, for those who are joining us and don't see the top of our board, we started the draft with Kuka Nakua
72:35at the 107, which is the lowest that Nakua has ever been in this tournament.
72:42Over the, over the course of how many drafts?
72:45You said 8,000 drafts, 8,000 teams, 8,000 teams, 8,000 teams, 8,000 teams, the lowest of 8,000 teams.
72:53Then in round two, we went Kenneth Walker around three, Nico Collins and round four was T Higgins.
73:00And that unique combination of Nakua Walker, Collins, Higgins is the only one of the 8,000 teams in this tournament.
73:09So, yeah, that's, uh, that's really good. That's about 700, 700 leagues or so that have been drafted so far.
73:18Um, really, really solid. So, uh, what option do you like at tight end right now?
73:24We have four in the queue. I think number two is super interesting.
73:30Oh, the second one? Yes. The second tight end?
73:34Number five? Second tight end. He's been getting a lot of buzz.
73:39Uh, I'm, I'm okay with taking some shots on him.
73:43I liked his athletic, athletic profile coming out and this late.
73:48Sure. All right, let's do that. I'm going to.
73:52Elijah Arroyo. Yes. Elijah Arroyo. Yeah. Like literally just an upside swing.
73:57AJ Barner has been getting a lot of positive buzz too, but we were hearing almost negative things in 2025 about Arroyo.
74:06That narrative has just has shifted a little bit and we've been seeing some more positive things.
74:14So, yeah, definitely. And, and they can use him in a different way than Barner.
74:20Um, you know, they're more in line. Yeah. And they're experimenting with using, uh, Arroyo and the X and so forth like that.
74:30So, um, you know, he can, he can be split out wide.
74:35Um, you know, he can, he can play that, uh, uh, you know, the tight end, uh, that's split out as well.
74:45You know, he doesn't need to be in line so they can have both Barner and Arroyo on the field at the
74:54same time when they're in 12 sets, uh, which I do expect Seattle to spend quite a bit of time in, uh,
75:03you know, which, which puts him in a nice position.
75:08So I think it's a fun pick catch the ball.
75:12If you're not on the field. Correct. Correct. All right.
75:16And we got to start thinking about it. So we've, we're probably looking at one more running back at this point.
75:25I like the third running back a lot. I think he's extremely undervalued and especially given the preseason usage we saw.
75:34Yeah. Like he's not going away. Like there was a lot of like, Oh, off season hand waving about the number three running back on that team.
75:46But no, like the, that coaching staff is very loyal to maintaining status quo.
75:52So that's my, that's my case for that running back.
75:56Yeah. I think, I think, uh, he's, he's definitely got some standalone value, huge contingent upside, um, and also probably available in the 20th round.
76:07Yeah, probably. I'm going to throw a couple more.
76:11Jeremy Bernard looked good in his preseason debut goes off, uh, round 19.
76:16We were hearing Roman Wilson over for, over Jeremy Bernard for a while.
76:22I still think that's the case, but you can't ignore what Bernard did in preseason week one.
76:29He looked good. He looked good. Okay. I threw a bunch of wide receivers in.
76:36I like the number eight player a lot. Okay.
76:39What do you think about number six or your bags packed too full already?
76:45You know, here's the thing about, uh, no, I don't have too much of, of that.
76:52Just having a little fun, Bradley. I know we drafted, uh, we drafted that player last year in pros versus Joe's as
77:02like around 18 or something like that player. And he ended up paying off pretty well.
77:09Yeah. I don't hate eight, nine or 10. I think those are all fun because it's possible that number nine could get his act together.
77:19Uh, kind of, there's been a lot of rumblings positively about, um, Josh Palmer now.
77:26Yeah. All right. Um, do you want to go, we could probably go number five or number seven?
77:33Take your pick. Either one. I'm happy with. All right.
77:38Let's go with number five just to, to get him in there.
77:43Okay. Maje P. Ryan. Woo. Woo. It's a pick that is, is unsexy as they get, but also, um, makes a lot of sense.
77:53Yeah. P. Ryan. He's going off as a, yeah.
77:57Running back 69 and ADP. Very nice. I mean, look, that's just what his ADV is.
78:04I can't make any other comments other than that.
78:08It's he's the 69th running back off the board.
78:12Spitting straight facts there. That's where's the inevitable Charlie Kolar pick.
78:16Oh, wow. Good. Good. We were talking about, uh, in the shadows about Keenan Allen earlier.
78:23Yep. If the Indianapolis, if the Indianapolis Colts. So, okay.
78:27I'll take a step back. I don't think the Indianapolis Colts are a well-run organization.
78:34Um, I'll just say that like as a blanket, they have put themselves in a position.
78:41Where they're dependent upon two. Uh, their top two wide receivers are hurt and their wide receiver three is Ashton Doolin.
78:50However, bad teams stay bad because they continue to double and triple down on their bad decisions.
78:57So, of course, they are going to make the wrong decision and not sign Keenan Allen.
79:04They made the wrong decision and did not sign Stefan Diggs.
79:09They made the wrong decision and did not sign Debo Samuel.
79:13Like, if they were serious. That's why I don't believe like, oh, well, they're actually not too worried about the injuries.
79:22Like, no, I actually think that they're just not managed well.
79:27And that's why they're not signing these wide receivers.
79:31Maybe, like, by the time people are listening to the podcast, they do sign Keenan Allen.
79:38But the fact that they haven't up until this point, I'm actually attributing not to their confidence and their wide receivers, but
79:47the fact that the Colts don't run their teams well.
79:51Right. Right. Incompetence. I think that's a very fair way to look at it.
79:57So, don't mind that at all. Are you thinking wide receiver with this pick?
80:03We've got a couple options. I think wide receiver is probably...
80:08One or two. One, we talked about the aggregate earlier.
80:12But two, was running with... Number two was running with the ones yesterday in the slot.
80:19Yes, he was. I'm just not sure what the ceiling is target-wise for him.
80:25I mean, in round 20. I think number one might give us more splash plays.
80:32Number one or three. There's too many tight ends.
80:36On that team. On? For number three. Oh. Number three wide receiver, you mean.
80:42Splash plays for there, too. Yeah, no. I'm all the way out.
80:47Sorry, I'm going to out us. I'm all the way out on Keon Coleman.
80:53There, Dan. Okay. Are you okay with player number one?
80:57I'm totally fine with player number one. Okay. Other options would be, you know, we could triple down on Seattle.
81:06We could go Torrey Horton. But that seems a little bit more low upside for...
81:12Yeah. They're still going to be pretty run heavy.
81:16Right. I agree with you. Eric all goes off anyways.
81:20Yep. I don't mind the concept of Eric all, but when you look at who's on this team, like, the Bengals still play Drew Sample.
81:31They still play Mike Gesicki. Like, as gross as that sounds, Eric all will be just another tight end mixed in there.
81:40Maybe he gets one or two weeks that he scores a touchdown, but like...
81:46I feel like this draft has been very heavy on tight ends.
81:5142 tight ends so far? Yeah. People are grasping at the dregs.
81:57All right. You okay with number one there? I am.
82:01All right. That's Taekwon Thornton. Yep. So... Whoop, whoop.
82:05Big play. Well, we need a... We need somebody to go along with our second round pick.
82:12You know, another player for that stack. Another correlation.
82:16Yes. Correlated pick. All right. So, let's... We're just about done.
82:21We're three picks away from the end of the draft.
82:25I'm kind of interested to see where Team 3 goes, because he only has two quarterbacks.
82:32CJ Stroud and Cam Ward. Will he take a quarterback here?
82:36Yikes. Exciting to know. Yikes. And then the Lamar Jackson drafter has taken a total of five quarterbacks.
82:44Well, he popped in for the Jacoby Brissett pick and the Fernando Mendoza pick, and then it auto-picked the rest.
82:53Well, he popped in for the Jalen Noel pick, too.
82:57Oh, I guess he did. He must be running multiple drafts at the same time.
83:03That's the only thing I can think of. It's possible.
83:08Maybe. All right. Let's see what this guy does here.
83:12It looks like he might be auto-drafting number three, because his clock is winding down.
83:18Either that, or he's really on the horns of the decision of who to take with the 238th pick.
83:27Ah, there it is. Deshaun Watson. Deshaun Watson. Oh, and somebody took a Kevin Coleman.
83:33Yeah. Wide receiver. Not Keon, but Kevin. No, Kevin.
83:37So, just shows you there's another way you can go with that.
83:42The Kay Coleman's the wrong one. Now, Kevin Coleman, the Missouri slot wide receiver.
83:48Yes. He took over for Luther Burden and put up pretty much the same stats that Luther Burden did during Burden's final season.
83:58In Missouri. There you go. So, Ed, Ed, remind me again, Bradley, how do you feel about Luther Burden?
84:06Not a fan of his price. Well, I mean, the price is going down.
84:12Let's, let's, I've always been low, lower on Luther Burden this offseason, but finally, maybe there will get to be a price where I'm palatable.
84:23My projections put him at wide receiver 34, which is significantly lower than his ADP a couple weeks ago of a wide receiver 22.
84:33And I've baked in all the projections, the upside swings, the increase in volume.
84:39But every time that we see a player who has his level of efficiency, the efficiency drops significantly the next year, even with increased, significantly increased route participation.
84:51So, like, people are saying, like, oh, well, what if he drops to 2.3 yards per route run instead of 2.7?
85:00Like, no, he's going to fall lower than that.
85:04The other part is, like, I'm a math guy, so the numbers aren't checking out.
85:10You can't just double count numbers. Like, oh, he had these points per game and these efficiency metrics, like, from the same play.
85:20Like, he had a 60-yard one play. Like, that's carrying a lot of weight.
85:26And could he put those up again? Yeah, he could.
85:30But now we're looking at increased volume, number one.
85:34Number two is teams are now going to be able to scheme against him.
85:40In that game against the 49ers, he was facing the cornerback five, cornerback six.
85:46You know, he's clearly a mismatch for those players.
85:50Like, I don't mind, like, him as a player overall.
85:54I do rage bait a little bit on the axe, Dan, but the reality is, like, I think just a little bit.
86:04I am, you know, on a certain side of the Luther Burden wars, but I'm glad that, you know, Mike Clay has
86:13come out and essentially called out the other side and said his exact quote was the...
86:20Okay, fine, I'll paraphrase. Luther Burden is the most overhyped fantasy player since Anthony Richardson.
86:27There you go. So... So, I'd rather be on Mike Clay's side.
86:32Yeah, and Mike Clay is... He's an excellent analyst.
86:36His projections are super, super solid. You know, and...
86:39Watching his work over the years, I mean, there's just almost nobody who does the projections better than Clay.
86:48So, totally agree with that. You know, the one thing that always gives me pause on Burden is just the fact that
86:57Ben Johnson is so much in his corner. You know, and that's...
87:02We will look back on this offseason in nine months and either say, wow, Ben Johnson set the NFL record for most
87:12points and he put his money where his mouth was, or we will just chalk this up to, wow, Ben Johnson's great at coach speak.
87:22Wow, Ben Johnson is blowing smoke. And, like... Well, it could be.
87:27Could be. And, like, it's not going to be a middle of the road unless someone gets hurt.
87:35Like... Right. And that's... I don't celebrate injuries. Like, I want to actually be proven correct about Luther Burden and, like, that player take.
87:45This is now going to at least give an opportunity for maybe I'll get a little bit more Luther Burden because he...
87:55You would have to take him over or around the likes of a Jalen Waddell, a T.
88:02Higgins, right? Players that... Even earlier than that, there are some people who are taking him ahead of, like, Garrett Wilson.
88:11And I can't get behind that. Well, we still got Christian Watson right after Luther Burden, so...
88:18We did. You know, that's a positive. Winner, winner.
88:22Yes, definitely. All right. Well, how about we just kind of run through each team and...
88:29Dan, let me be on the soapbox for a minute about Luther Burden.
88:35All right. So, team one, we're looking at three quarterbacks, six running backs, seven wide receivers, four tight ends.
88:43You know, that's a pretty common build. Same build that we went with.
88:48He went with four pretty early running backs. So, within six rounds, he had his top four running backs in.
88:57So, we got Bijan, Rasheed Rice, Drake London, Josh Jacobs, DeAndre Swift, Tony Pollard.
89:03Then he followed that up with Kittle and Mahomes.
89:07So, adding a tight end and a quarterback. And then he went mostly wide receiver and tight end heavy the rest of the way.
89:17He added in Godwin, Coker, Trey Harris, Jacoby Lane, Jeremy Bernard at wide receiver.
89:23He added Baker Mayfield at the very end, Tua Tagovolo at quarterback.
89:28And then Juwan Johnson, Pat Friarm with Colby Parkinson at tight end.
89:33You know, I think a solid team there. Tajay Spears and Katron Allen.
89:39I think he did a, I think that's a very solid draft.
89:44Thoughts? I liked his George Kittle pick. Yep. I thought that was solid.
89:50I'm lower on Tony Pollard. So, not a fan of that one.
89:55But, you know, he came back and got Tajay Spears.
89:59I actually don't like that either. That you, like, double tapped.
90:04That he double tapped the Tennessee running back room.
90:08Like, you just, you lean into one or the other is how I'm approaching it.
90:14And I like the Friarmuth and Trey Harris pick late.
90:18Yep. Very nice. Team two, three quarterbacks, six running backs, eight wide receivers, three tight ends.
90:25Gibbs and Henry kicking off his running backs and then comes back with three wide receivers, neighbors, Tet McMillan, Terry McClurin.
90:34Then we have Jaden Daniels, Joe Burrow. So, he makes the stack with McLaurin by taking Jaden Daniels.
90:42And then as it comes around to him again in the seventh, doubles up with Joe Burrow.
90:49And actually kind of surprised that he even went for a third quarterback, but he took Bryce Young late.
90:57So, don't hate that. He went fairly late at tight end.
91:02Then Chigokankwo was his first tight end drafted. And then he added Hunter Henry and Jake Tongas.
91:09I think he's a little bit late at tight end here.
91:14He's really counting on those guys to put up decent scores for somebody every week.
91:21I think I would have probably taken one more tight end.
91:25The remainder of his wide receivers are Cortland Sutton, Jacoby Myers, Trey Tucker, Cooper Cup, Kevin Coleman.
91:33And he added Rashad White, Alvin Kamara, Ray Davis, and Kalon Black at running back.
91:39I feel like it was a strong start. Yeah.
91:43And then I respect the Daniels Burrow pick. I think that's actually underrated strategy to just double tap these elite quarterbacks.
91:52It just creates a little bit of uniqueness too.
91:56But I think from round 10 onward, it was just a downward spiral disaster.
92:02Yeah. Like I really like round 9 and above.
92:06And then... All right. And then team three. Three quarterbacks, six running backs, eight wide receivers, three tight ends.
92:14Jamar Chase to start off with and then comes back with the early Tyler Warren pick.
92:21Clearly reading the room with Colston Loveland going that early, he was afraid to try to send Warren around the corner.
92:30Then he comes back with Chris Olave, which I think is interesting over Pickens, Collins, and Devonta Smith.
92:37I'm sure that's related to the Jordan Tyson injury.
92:41He's got to be feeling the Olave thing. Then he goes with a couple running backs here.
92:48Vishal Tootin and Travion Henderson, both of whom... And then Blake Corum.
92:54All of them in timeshares. He's got wide receivers, Colonel Tate, Brian Thomas, Josh Downs, Alec Pierce, Makai Lemon.
93:02Quarterback CJ Stroud, Cam Ward, Deshaun Watson. I'm going to be honest.
93:07I'm not a fan of this team. I don't like it either.
93:12Probably the best pick was Chris Olave at the 3-3.
93:16I like that one. I like Chase. But then it just all...
93:21This is a team whose floor could be zero.
93:25It could very easily be the worst team. There's definitely a path to this team finishing first overall.
93:33But I think the path for 12th overall is...
93:37Is very wide. Is very wide, yeah. We'll put it that way.
93:42Team four, two quarterbacks, eight running backs, seven wide receivers, three tight ends.
93:48He takes Josh Allen, backs him up with Malik Willis in the 11th.
93:53Josh Allen was in the third round. This is how it's done when you're a Josh Allen team.
94:01You just take the one back up, make sure that he's got a different bye week than Josh Allen, and you ride the gravy train.
94:12By taking a quarterback that early, you've got to get that extra position player in there.
94:18He can't be dinking around with quarterbacks in the middle rounds.
94:23So he's got JSN, HN, Josh Allen, DJ Moore, Quinshawn Judkins, Marvin Harrison up at the top.
94:30So, you know, a very balanced build. Then he brings on Likely and Kincaid.
94:36I really like that pairing. Because you're adding a guy who's got, I think, a high floor in Likely, and a guy
94:46who's got a high ceiling in Kincaid. And then he adds Gainwell, Wondell Robinson, already talked about Malik Willis, and then Samson,
94:55Dylan Samson, Jaden Higgins, Dulcich, Emmitt Johnson, Mike Washington, DeMond Claiborne.
95:00I like those running back picks there. Yes. I think that's a nice trio.
95:06Zachariah Branch, Malachi Fields, and then finishes off with Jalen White, backing up is Devon Achan.
95:13So I think this is a good build because he's got two running backs he can count on to start with, some high upside backups.
95:24His wide receiver room came together pretty well. Tight end room came together pretty well.
95:30I'd give that one a solid A. This is a very balanced team.
95:36Yep. I think well built around Josh Allen. Not a fan of the Isaiah Likely pick, though.
95:43I think that's, I just, I'm not, I think he's going too high.
95:48I would agree with that. I would have taken Kelsey over Likely.
95:54I think that makes it a better team. But, you know, there are a lot of people who are very much on Likely.
96:03And so. He did come back around and tapped Kincaid right away back.
96:09So, like, that does soften the blow. But if it was just Isaiah Likely, you know.
96:16Yeah. That gives you your high floor and then high ceiling.
96:21So, and then you've got Dulcich is kind of a, you know, a third guy.
96:27Okay. Team five, three quarterbacks, seven running backs, seven wide receivers, and three tight ends.
96:33He starts off tripling up at wide receiver. So ARSB, A.J.
96:38Brown, George Pickens. That is a strong, strong wide receiver room to start with.
96:44And then he puts on ETN Montgomery and Jalen Warren at running back.
96:50I think that's a very solid. If you're going to be drafting in the middle rounds, that's about as well as you can do at running back.
97:01Then he adds Drake May. And then at this point, he's starting to lose me a little bit more.
97:09Jake Ferguson. You hate Jake Ferguson. Just give me Dalton Schultz in the 14th round.
97:16It's the same thing. It's the exact same thing.
97:20Much cheaper. So, you know, but, you know, everybody's got their own weaknesses.
97:25We have ours, I'm sure, too. But we have, you know, so he has Drake May, Tyler Shuck, and Shador Sanders for his three quarterbacks.
97:36And I like the way he put together that quarterback room because May and Shuck should be playing all year.
97:45He's got Shador Sanders, who probably by the time his quarterbacks are going on by, Shador Sanders should probably be playing.
97:54Yes. Backup running backs, he's got Kyle Manangi, Tyrone Tracy, Zach Charbonnet.
97:59I'm not a big Charbonnet guy, but he did put Polani on there, too.
98:05So that's not a bad tag team. At tight end, he's got Ferguson, Gunnar Helm, Eli Raritan.
98:12That is a low upside tight end room. Very weak tight ender.
98:17Very, very weak. Yep. I love his wide receivers.
98:21Yep. Quarterback's going to be solid. Running back will work.
98:25I'm not a fan of the Manung guy pick.
98:29Yeah. But, I mean, it is what it is.
98:33I don't hate all the Bears for what it's worth.
98:37I do like Loveland. I do love Roma Dunze.
98:41Caleb will be fine. Thank you for clarifying. I don't want to come on here and be like, anti-Bears.
98:49Rawr. There you go. Sorry. Okay. All right. And then team six.
98:54We have three quarterbacks, five running backs. Team stinks.
98:58Luther Burden is the wide receiver one. All right.
99:02We're done. And wide receivers. And then two tight ends.
99:06So, I think this is an interesting build, though.
99:10I like the way he put this together. In that he took Brock Bowers and Kyle Pitts as his tight ends in rounds one and six.
99:21He has Barkley, Love, and Javante Williams at the two, three, and four.
99:27That's delicious. Yes. Definitely. And then adds in R.J.
99:31Harvey in round eight. And then Jonah Coleman in round 14.
99:36So, he has a Harvey-Coleman pairing. So, he's playing the opposite side of us where we have J.K.
99:43Dobbins. So, he's got his three good running backs.
99:47And then he's got one more spot where he's got two-thirds of the backfield.
99:53Wide receiver, he took Luther Burden. That was the only wide receiver he took until round 10.
100:01And then from round 10 on, he was pretty much painting it yellow the rest of the way.
100:08Michael Wilson, Jordan Addison, Xavier Worthy, Jalen McMillan, Travis Hunter, Jalen Naylor, Calvin Ridley, Rashad Bateman, Torrey Horton.
100:16So. This is, if you build around Burden, this is how you have to do it.
100:23Yep. Not how I'd like to build, though. No.
100:27Like his quarterback, so. Caleb Williams, Bo Nix, Sam Darnold.
100:31I think that works out. The only thing I don't like is Caleb Williams and Bo Nix.
100:38Same bye week. All right. And then with us, we've got Puka, Ken Walker, then Nico, T.
100:46Higgins, Christian Watson, adding Jonathan Brooks in as our second running back.
100:51Jalen Hurts and Dallas Goddard giving us the stack there.
100:55J.K. Dobbins, we had Kyler Murray, Marshawn Lloyd, Daniel Jones, Tank Bigsby giving us a third one from Philly.
101:03And then we have Shahid and Flournoy kind of rounding out most of the rest of the wide receiver room.
101:12And then we finally go back and hit tight end.
101:16Njoku, Waller, Arroyo. And then we hit P. Ryan and Thornton to end off the draft.
101:23So. Great on our draft, Bradley. I love it.
101:27I mean, for not all. Look. Even objectively, this is a unique team.
101:32This is a team that gets Puka and Kenneth Walker and Nico Collins.
101:38Oh, and we get T. Higgins like this is a team.
101:43That get discount Josh Allen with Jalen Hurts and then came back around with the same type of player with Kyler Murray
101:52and the same type of player, Daniel Jones. Like, there's so many pathways for winning.
101:58The issue, I think, still is the tight end.
102:02Like, but given how the beginning of the season is looking to shape up for Philly, we talked about this.
102:11Like, Dallas Goddard is still going to be very heavily involved.
102:16And we hammered tight end enough at the end of the draft that I'm okay with it.
102:23Yeah. If there's a spot that undoes us, it's probably going to be tight end.
102:29But I like taking the chance there because it helped us build a strong team everywhere else.
102:37And hopefully we've got enough at tight end to finish off.
102:41Team 8 went 2 quarterbacks, 6 running backs, 8 wide receivers, 4 tight ends.
102:47Starts off with Christian McCaffrey, Amarian Hampton. And then came back with Devonta Smith and Jalen Waddell at wide receiver.
102:56Bucky Irving in the 5th. Gets his first tight end with Tucker Craft.
103:01Then goes Ramondre Stevenson in the 7th. Brock Purdy, his first quarterback in the 8th.
103:08Other quarterback he took was Jordan Love. So he's doing it with Purdy and Love.
103:14And then his wide receivers, he's got Pittman, Reed, Stribling, Dobbs, Juwan Jennings, Keenan Allen to go with Devonta Smith and Jalen Waddell.
103:24It's, I think that team is all right. Tight end with Tucker Craft.
103:30He's got Kenyon Sadiq, Evan Ingram, Mike Gusecki. I like those tight ends.
103:35I think that's fine. Yep. I actually, and he's stacked with Jordan Love and Tucker Craft.
103:42I mean, when you get CMC at that spot, that's fine.
103:47That's good. And he added Jaden Reed to that stack too.
103:52Yeah, Jaden Reed. So this is a team that has a chance.
103:57He's not getting some plus EV on Stribling. But...
104:01Not compared to the early teams in the field, but he might...
104:06Stribling might continue to rise further up, so... Sure.
104:10Yeah. This team is fine. I'm okay with it.
104:13Okay. Then we have another team. Team 9. We have 3 quarterbacks, 5 running backs, 7 wide receivers, 5 tight ends.
104:22I think this was an interesting and overall a pretty good build because he has James Cook, Brees Hall, Jordan Mason as his top 3 running backs.
104:34Mason taken in the 9th round. Cook and Hall taken in the 1st and 3rd.
104:40His wide receiver room, CeeDee Lamb, Ladd McConkie, Jamison Williams, Parker Washington.
104:46Four nice, solid wide receivers. And then he's got Dak Prescott, Trevor Lawrence, Jared Goff.
104:52Three really nice quarterback options. He's going to get a high score every week at quarterback.
104:59Yes. When you're putting together a quarterback room, it's a great way to do it.
105:05You're going to get a top 3 quarterback each week.
105:10Right. You don't know who, but this is the way to do it.
105:15And you're stacked. Each of those are stacked with, you know, you've got Lamb, you've got Jamo, and you've got Parker Washington.
105:25Right. Yeah. A very, very well put together team.
105:28And then at tight end, he does Brenton Strange, AJ Barner, who I don't know if we wanted, but definitely I wanted.
105:38And then you've got Michael Meyer, Charlie Kohler, and Eric All.
105:43Meyer and All. It ends his weakness, and he addressed it with volume.
105:48Right. And then Pat Bryant, Caleb Douglas, Ted Hurst.
105:52I think that's a great way to round out.
105:56Pat Bryant. My hot take is that Pat Bryant's a top 24 wide receiver this year.
106:03Yeah. So this is, I think this is an excellent team.
106:07This is a very well put together team. Yes.
106:11I like this one a lot. Yep. Team 10, this guy spent most of the time on auto draft, but he, this team has some issues.
106:22He's got Lamar Jackson, and then he took, ended up with four other quarterbacks, Jacoby Brissett, Fernando Mendoza, Kirk Cousins, Carson Beck.
106:32I just don't think he can do that with a Lamar Jackson team, especially if you spend a third round pick on Lamar Jackson.
106:42Whether that was auto draft or not, doesn't matter.
106:46Very weak at running back. I love Jadarian Price as a player, but he should not be your running back one in the sixth round.
106:57Yeah. And then he's got Rico Dowdle, Chuba Hubbard, Aaron Jones.
107:01I mean, basically, Dowdle, Hubbard, Jones, you know, these are, these are guys who are all going to be in various parts of committees.
107:12Jadarian Price, probably going to be in a committee.
107:16Keith Mitchell, you know, he, he does not have one running back he can lean on and he only has five running backs total.
107:26To me, when you start off with Price, Dowdle and Hubbard, it's your top three backs.
107:33You can't just add Aaron Jones and Keith. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst teams as well.
107:40Yes. So, okay, we'll stop abusing him and move on to.
107:45And in his defense, he was, he was not making most of the picks.
107:51True. Team 11, three quarterbacks, six running backs, seven wide receivers, four tight ends.
107:57You know, we have, leads off Jonathan Taylor, Chase Brown.
108:01That's a strong way to start a draft. Add safe flowers in there.
108:07I really like flowers this year. Cam Scadabo gives him a third, nice, nice running back.
108:14And he's got Harold Fannin and Travis Kelsey sandwiched around Roma Dunsay for his second wide receiver.
108:21Adds DK Metcalf. And then we have quarterback. He's got Jackson Dart, Aaron Rodgers, Geno Smith, Diggs, Golden.
108:29I don't know. I'm looking through this team. He got skunked on quarterback.
108:34He tried to push it and it bit him in the butt.
108:40Yeah. I thought he started off real well through his first seven rounds or so.
108:46He had a good thing going. I'll haggle over Skadabo as a pick, but like, I mostly agree with you.
108:55It's until you get to the Travis Kelsey where he should have selected a quarterback or come back around in round, beginning
109:04of round eight and gotten a quarterback. Yeah. Yeah.
109:08And I mean, I think it was okay if you went Dart, but then I think when you're going Dart there, you
109:17probably need to, you know, add in a Goff or somebody like that to shore up the position a little bit more.
109:27The Diggs pick to me was, you know, if I can have Jared Goff or Stephon Diggs, I'm going to take Goff
109:36pretty much every time in this kind of format.
109:40So I think things started going a little bit sideways there and he just had a hard time recovering.
109:48And team 12, the last team, we have two quarterbacks, seven running backs, eight wide receivers, three tight ends.
109:56Starts off with Trey McBride, Ashton Gentee. Next turn he goes Garrett Wilson, Kyron Williams, then Sam LaPorta, Mike Evans.
110:05His quarterbacks are Justin Herbert and Matt Stafford. So he has, he does have Quentin Johnson paired up with Herbert.
110:13With Stafford, he's riding him a little bit naked, which was unfortunate.
110:19High ridden correlation maybe. I was really hoping Stafford would come back to us where we took Kyler Murray.
110:27A lot of times that does happen. So if we could have had Stafford paired up with Nakua, that would have been just delightful.
110:37But he takes Ja'Cory Okrosky-Meritt, Brian Robinson, Kamani Vidal, Jordan James, Seth McGowan to finish off his running back room, which is, I think, okay.
110:48His wide receivers, I think he did a little bit better job on, well, I don't know.
110:55I mean, Wilson and Evans is fine. Debo should be okay.
111:00Quentin Johnson's overvalued, but it's the stacking piece. Again, Johnson probably wouldn't come back around to him.
111:07And then I don't mind Casey Concepcion, and there's a couple other wide receivers that I'm fine with.
111:15So this feels actually, this feels like a build that I most, I would have probably done if I was drafting solo.
111:24It would probably be pretty close to that. Maybe a couple picks I would have done differently.
111:31But there's some players on here that I would have liked.
111:36Okay. So there you have it. I think that covers us.
111:41We're at $1.51 here, Brad. Woo! Love it. Yes, definitely.
111:45Fun draft. We did take the time to go through all the teams, so hopefully you found that valuable as well.
111:54But we're going to let everybody get out of here, move on with their Saturday, enjoy the day.
112:02And thank you for watching. Make sure you're hitting that like button.
112:07Make sure you're subscribing to the Player Profiler channel.
112:11Lots of good stuff on the Dominator. If you're catching me on Fantasy Empire, we have a show coming up on Tuesday, which is our normal show.
112:22And then we'll be doing a draft on Thursday night over on the NFFC.
112:28So that'll be a lot of fun. And we'll be, I'm not sure who my Dominator guest will be next week yet.
112:38But we'll have a good one. And Bradley, what do you got going on?
112:44Yeah. I'll be posting some more videos, team previews.
112:48I'm also like preparing for week one already, like trying to get the adjustments ready.
112:54So we're going to hit the ground running, getting lots of videos out on all the socials, TikTok and YouTube and the
113:04Instagram, Facebook, all the places and getting my last drafts in.
113:08I've done a lot of the smaller ones over the summer to get the reps in.
113:15And now there's a couple bigger ones that I'll be doing over the next couple of weeks.
