Aaron Rodgers

NegativeProjection43:01

Rodgers is mentioned among the top-tier quarterback options this week alongside Baker Mayfield, Drake Maye, and Justin Herbert.

Insight page

Austin Ekeler

PositiveRole20:20

Signed by the Washington Commanders immediately after Rashad White's shoulder injury, positioning him to take over or share backfield duties. The source notes this is not good news for White's role.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

NegativeInjury18:00

Dislocated his thumb on a dumb play (attempting to pick up a third-and-19 with three timeouts remaining) and was screaming on the field. Expected to miss 2-4 weeks pending MRI results. The source notes quarterback injuries have had wild ramifications for entire offenses this year.

Insight page
NegativeProjection43:01

Mayfield is mentioned among the top-tier quarterback options this week alongside Aaron Rodgers, Drake Maye, and Justin Herbert.

Insight page
PositiveInjury51:00

The source reports that Baker Mayfield's MRI came back with no fracture, no ligament damage, and no tendon damage, with an estimated three weeks maximum for his return; this is characterized as good news for the Buccaneers.

Insight page

Bo Nix

PositiveProjection26:00

Bo Nix was among the top-scoring quarterbacks this week, appearing on a list that included Sam Darnold, Geno Smith, and Jacoby Brissett—notably excluding the expected elite options like Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Justin Herbert. The source notes he came back from halftime to produce.

Insight page

Breece Hall

NegativeInjury18:30

Left in the second half with a thigh injury and did not return. Hall said, 'I felt something when I was running and then I got tackled and planted and then felt something else,' indicating a potentially serious injury with two separate pain points.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveProjection9:00

Scored a touchdown in the Raiders-Saints game; part of a historic tight end performance where 20 tight end touchdown catches occurred in a single day, the most in NFL history.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

NegativeUsage22:40

The 49ers' leading receiver did not have a catch in Week 3; Debo Samuel led the team in receiving with 80 yards, which came via a hook-and-ladder play rather than traditional receiving.

Insight page
PositiveProjection24:45

Brock Purdy was the number one scoring quarterback this week; hyper efficient with very good snap share percentage. The source notes he is slicing and dicing defenses regardless of receiver availability.

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveProjection22:00

Showed a 12% target share to Jalen Coker when available, which is concerning for a first-round wide receiver; when Coker left the game, Young's passing efficiency dropped significantly and he was not targeting other receivers despite needing to throw, suggesting offensive line pressure and scheme limitations are constraining his ability to get the ball downfield.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeInjury44:00

Irving carried the ball 15 times for 46 yards and did not play the final 15 snaps of the game; he was observed with a heating pack on his back, raising health concerns about his availability going forward.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout46:28

Having a real strong start to the season; viewed as a potential trade target with upside for the rest of the season; source suggests there's a world where Bucky has a better rest of the season compared to injured players being traded for.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeInjury13:00

Grade 2 hamstring injury (upgraded from initial Grade 1 report); expected to miss 3-4 weeks, though the source notes this is a 4-6 week injury for skilled position players. Upon return, he is unlikely to scramble as much early on.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveRole48:02

The source highlights Chris Olave as an elite wide receiver and elite fantasy football option, comparing him favorably to Justin Jefferson and Jamar Chase in terms of his ability to make difficult sideline catches; the Saints are 1-2 but both losses went down to the wire, and Aaron Rodgers is bombing it downfield (20-21 yards), suggesting increased opportunity for Olave in the passing game.

Insight page

Christian Kirk

NegativeUsage21:36

Mentioned as part of the 49ers' receiving corps; context suggests he was available but not heavily targeted in Week 3.

Insight page

Darren Waller

NegativeUsage22:10

Received targets in the flats as Bryce Young was unable to get the ball downfield due to pass rush pressure from Cleveland's defense, which featured five players with three-plus pressures each.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeInjury16:00

Out for the year with a torn ACL. Over his two healthy games, he was getting 81% of snaps and averaging less than 10 fantasy points per game. The source expects a committee situation with Oli Gordon and Jalen Wright, making the backfield less valuable than a typical lead-back opportunity. While Oli Gordon may be the immediate pickup, the source does not expect this to be a rest-of-season great fantasy asset.

Insight page

Deebo Samuel

NegativeUsage21:32

Led the 49ers in receiving with 80 yards on zero catches due to a hook-and-ladder play design; unusual receiving stat line that reflects scheme rather than target opportunity.

Insight page
NegativeUsage22:40

Led the 49ers in receiving with 80 yards in Week 3, but the yards came via a hook-and-ladder play rather than traditional receiving, indicating an unusual offensive scheme rather than a shift in role.

Insight page

Demarcus Robinson

NegativeUsage21:36

Mentioned as part of the 49ers' receiving corps; context suggests he was available but not heavily targeted in Week 3.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

PositiveUsage49:09

The source identifies DK Metcalf as a contributor in the Steelers' Week 3 win, noting he scored a touchdown as part of a spread offensive performance that also included Roman Wilson and Friar Muth.

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeProjection43:01

Maye is mentioned among the top-tier quarterback options this week alongside Aaron Rodgers, Baker Mayfield, and Justin Herbert.

Insight page

Gabe Nabers

NegativeRole43:16

Hampton is trending in the wrong direction with snap counts declining to 42% versus 38% for Mitchell; Hampton only ran six routes and had three targets in three games, which does not align with the Mike McDaniel offensive script that should feature him heavily in the passing game.

Insight page

Geno Smith

PositiveProjection26:00

Geno Smith was among the top-scoring quarterbacks this week, appearing on a list that included Sam Darnold, Jacoby Brissett, and Bo Nix—notably excluding the expected elite options like Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Justin Herbert.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveRole25:48

George Kittle's snap share percentage has risen immensely this week; described as one of the bigger stories of the week, suggesting he may be back to full health and elevated role.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

NegativeRole5:15

The source notes that Isaiah Likely, who was drafted as a great pick, has no relevance in fantasy this year, likely due to the Giants' offensive struggles and quarterback instability.

Insight page

J.J. McCarthy

NegativeRole0:55

Traded to the Giants from Minnesota for a 2027 fifth-round pick; now has a chance to start NFL games versus being a third-stringer. The source notes this is an uptick for dynasty value, though he likely won't start immediately and will need time to acclimate. The source and co-hosts believed McCarthy was better than his NFL performance showed, and he only had 28 college starts, which was a concern.

Insight page

Jacoby Brissett

PositiveProjection26:00

Jacoby Brissett was among the top-scoring quarterbacks this week, appearing on a list that included Sam Darnold, Geno Smith, and Bo Nix—notably excluding the expected elite options like Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Justin Herbert.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeProjection10:40

Among 39 qualifying running backs, Price ranks 39th in EPA per rush, 32nd in rush success rate, and 8th in yards after contact; the source notes the first two metrics are concerning, suggesting efficiency and consistency issues despite some positive yards-after-contact production.

Insight page
NegativeBust52:24

Price had a poor week with 5 carries for 15 yards and fumbled again, leading to him being benched; as a rookie on a defending championship team, fumbling twice in three games is a major red flag for establishing a role, and the team is likely to give carries to other backs like Salami instead.

Insight page
NegativeProjection53:30

Among 39 qualifying running backs, Price ranks 39th in EPA per rush and 32nd in rush success rate, though he does rank 8th in yards after contact; the poor efficiency metrics combined with fumble issues suggest declining role and production outlook.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveInjury21:59

Suffered a quad injury and did not return to the game; his absence coincided with a dramatic drop in Bryce Young's passing efficiency and target distribution to other receivers.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeRole50:53

The source mentions Jalen Hurts in the context of a trade discussion involving Devon Hurts (likely a transcription error or reference to another player), noting that multiple teams were interested in acquiring him, suggesting his value is recognized in the league.

Insight page

Jalen McMillan

NegativeInjury23:30

Aggravated a knee injury early in the game; also suffered an ankle injury on almost the first play, came back, hurt it again, and continued playing despite jumping on one leg, indicating a serious injury concern that may require depth chart additions.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

NegativeProjection42:53

The source notes Winston is dead last among quarterbacks and suggests he might not be starting soon, indicating a sharp decline in fantasy viability.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeRole54:00

The source references James Cook as a rookie who fumbled early in his career, using him as a comparison point to Jadarian Price's fumble struggles; the implication is that early fumbles can derail a rookie's role establishment.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

NegativeUsage56:29

Williams was involved early in Week 3 with nine targets, but the Lions pivoted away from him; he received only four targets in each of the next two games, suggesting a declining role as the Gibbs show took over the offense.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveProjection32:11

Javante Williams looked good in Week 3, performing better in that single week than in all previous weeks combined. The source notes the Broncos offense finally had it going, suggesting improved offensive efficiency and volume opportunities going forward.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveProjection56:01

Despite a 2-for-10 Week 3 performance, the source remains bullish on Waddle rest of season, projecting him as a top-20 wide receiver (around WR15); the source acknowledges the Rams defense is a difficult matchup but expects Waddle to maintain elite status going forward.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveProjection34:36

Jalen Warren was everything for the Steelers in Week 3 and looked great. The source briefly mentions him as a standout performer, indicating strong production and role significance in the Steelers offense.

Insight page
PositiveUsage49:09

The source notes that Jaylen Warren was good in the passing game in Week 3, contributing to a strong performance by the Steelers offense that produced multiple fantasy contributors including Metcalf (touchdown) and Roman Wilson (points).

Insight page

Jaylen Wright

NegativeRole16:00

Technically ahead of Oli Gordon on the depth chart but was out with a foot injury in Week 3. Expected to share backfield duties with Gordon following Devon Achane's ACL injury, though the source notes the Broncos' offense is bad and the backfield will not be a great fantasy asset.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveRole31:18

The source describes a prescriptive change in Jeremiah Love's role: he is going to be close to a bell cow back going forward, with Algier spelling him rather than splitting work. The Cardinals have a good enough offense to keep up and a bad enough defense to never win, putting them in situations where Love will get consistent volume.

Insight page
PositiveUsage50:21

The source reports that the Cardinals made a concerted effort to give almost everything to Jeremiah Love in Week 3, with Love receiving 21 rush attempts (compared to Tyler Algier's two) and producing 90 rushing yards plus a receiving touchdown; the source views this as exactly what you want to see from a top-five pick and expects him to be close to a bell cow back going forward, though the 21-carry workload may not be that drastic in future weeks.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeProjection43:01

Herbert is mentioned among the top-tier quarterback options this week alongside Aaron Rodgers, Baker Mayfield, and Drake Maye.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

NegativeInjury21:00

Did not return to the game; medical professionals are correlating the injury to high ankle sprains similar to AJ Brown's last year. High ankle sprains have evolved from 1-3 week injuries last year to 6-8 week injuries this year, with some requiring surgery. The source expects Jefferson to miss until at least Week 6.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

PositiveRole43:16

Mitchell is the more efficient runner and has been involved in the receiving game as expected from preseason; he ran one more route than Hampton and is being used in two-back sets in the passing game, positioning him as the preferred pass-catching option.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

PositiveProjection27:00

Kirk Cousins has three touchdowns in three straight games and has been playing fantastically. The source notes this is impressive given the Vikings have the number one overall pick, suggesting strong performance despite team struggles.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeRole5:10

The source notes that Nabers has no fantasy relevance this year given the Giants' quarterback situation and the trade for J.J. McCarthy, implying limited offensive production ahead.

Insight page
NegativeRole54:43

The source begins to discuss Malik Nabers in the context of Jameis Winston's performance, but the transcript cuts off before providing specific insight.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeProjection22:40

The source rejected a comparison between Ted McMillan and Marvin Harrison, noting that Harrison is bad and the comparison is too extreme; this was in the context of discussing McMillan's down Week 3 performance.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

NegativeProjection22:20

Mentioned in a comparison context with Jalen Coker regarding their respective rookie-year performances and target opportunities.

Insight page
PositiveUsage31:53

Michael Wilson received 17 targets in Week 3, demonstrating significant volume in the Cardinals offense. The source notes the Cardinals have a good enough offense to keep up and a bad enough defense to never win, creating consistent scoring opportunities.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeUsage21:36

Mentioned as part of the 49ers' receiving corps alongside Demarcus Robinson and Christian Kirk; context suggests he was available but not heavily targeted in Week 3.

Insight page
NegativeInjury22:00

Got carted off with a rib injury after being hit hard; the source notes this is unusual for Evans, whose injuries are typically soft tissue, but this was a direct impact to his ribs/organs.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeInjury14:00

Did not play in Week 3; could return in Week 4 but is dealing with a hip/groin injury impacting explosiveness. The Rams organization does not believe surgery is needed but it remains on the table if he does not show improvement. The injury has been reported variously as hip, groin, or sports hernia-like core muscle injury. The source's biggest concern is whether he will be the same explosive player upon return, and the longer recovery delays potential surgery, which would extend his absence.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeUsage51:50

Stevenson had an awful week; targets went his way only one time compared to three for his backfield mate, indicating limited involvement in the passing game.

Insight page

Roman Wilson

PositiveUsage49:09

The source notes that Roman Wilson had points in Week 3 as part of the Steelers' spread offensive performance, contributing alongside Jaylen Warren and DK Metcalf in a game where the offense was productive.

Insight page

Sam Darnold

PositiveProjection26:00

Sam Darnold was among the top-scoring quarterbacks this week, appearing on a list that included Geno Smith, Jacoby Brissett, and Bo Nix—notably excluding the expected elite options like Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Justin Herbert.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

NegativeInjury0:35

Injured at the beginning of the game; the source had him in multiple leagues and expected him to perform well.

Insight page
NegativeInjury23:30

Suffered an ankle injury on almost the first play of the game; context suggests this was a significant early-game injury for the Buccaneers.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeInjury19:10

Exited with a hamstring strain; he was already on the injury report this week with a hamstring issue, so re-aggravation typically means extended absence. He was on pace for a better game (13 carries for 57 yards, 2 catches on 2 targets) before the injury.

Insight page

Tyler Higbee

PositiveProjection9:00

Scored a touchdown in Week 3; part of a historic tight end performance where 20 tight end touchdown catches occurred in a single day, the most in NFL history.

0:00Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore and Mike Wright.
0:05Welcome in! Monday, September 28th, the Fantasy Footballers Podcast, Mike Wright, Jason Moore, Andy Holloway.
0:10I hate injuries. There are so many injuries. There are many.
0:14And I even hate them. I hate them extra.
0:17I extra hate them when they happen at the top of a game and not the bottom.
0:22You know what I mean? If you're going to get injured, at least respectfully, even if it happens early, score a touchdown first.
0:29Score a touchdown, then pull your hammy. You know, that's just the respectful way to do it.
0:35I mean, A-chan, beginning of the game. Terrence Ferguson, beginning of the game.
0:39Dude, he was going to be so good. Right after I tweeted.
0:43Oh, you and me both. Yeah, I saw you posted.
0:46I literally have him everywhere except our dynasty leagues.
0:49But Jason, why didn't you recommend Tyler Higbee? Oh.
0:52We have news happening. Dude, don't hit the button!
0:55Hit the button! Breaking news. The Giants are trading for a quarterback.
0:59Okay. Is this a big boy quarterback? From Minnesota.
1:02J.J. McCarthy? Oh, McCarthy. J.J. McCarthy. Did you see...
1:05What?! Just paid Jameis. Well, yeah, but then they watched him.
1:08Fair. What?! So, did you see this thing yesterday?
1:11Joe... Is it Schmoe? Schmoe. Yes, yes, yes. Schmoe.
1:14They're GM. So, did you see this thing where...
1:17Holy... Holy... Did you see this, Mike? He tweeted what looked to be a private list.
1:22Joe Schoen? How do you pronounce his last name?
1:25I don't know how to say his name. I feel like that's something we should know.
1:30I like Joe Schmoe. For sure. Um... So, he tweeted a private list.
1:34I assumed it was fake. When I saw that post, I was like...
1:39Here's what it said. It said, James Winston-Current. J.J.
1:42McCarthy? Need. Then it was a bunch of other names.
1:45Richardson, Flacco, Rush, Scadaboo. Why is Scadaboo on that?
1:48I know. That was why I thought it was fake.
1:51Derek Carr. And then, Drew Brees said no. Russell Wilson, last resort.
1:55You sure this isn't fake? I think that was fake.
1:58It could be fake. But the guy that they said need on the fake list is the guy they traded for.
2:05The 2027 fifth rounder is all it took. Yeah.
2:08It's just... That is... Wow. It's bad news for Dart.
2:11That's where my brain immediately goes... Why is it bad news for Dart?
2:15Well, you just traded for a... It's a question.
2:18It's not a question. No, no, no, no, no.
2:21Dart is bad. I'm saying how... Like, how bad is his knee?
2:25Well, he's out for the year, Mike. Yes. No, I know that.
2:29They won a chance to win this year. They're two and one, right?
2:33It's surprising. So, this just makes sense. Winston's not the solution.
2:37I agree with that. But to go to a developmental quarterback...
2:40Exactly. If you're saying, we're trying to win right now, we're gonna go get a guy who got...
2:46For nothing. They traded a fifth round pick for a chance to win this year.
2:51This is just... This is like, hey, we want some upside.
2:54We don't wanna go out there and get, like, a garbage backup nothing burger quarterback to come in and be the same as Winston.
3:02We want some chance at going to the playoff.
3:05I'm surprised they didn't. This is wild. On that list.
3:08And it's hardball. I mean, this is a guy that played with his brother.
3:13So, this is a bit of a... This one makes perfect sense to me.
3:17It does. I don't think it's a dumb thing to do.
3:21It's blowing my mind. It's surprising. Yes. Because the fact that you have a young future...
3:26You know, you just drafted him. He is the future of the franchise in Jackson Dart.
3:31Trading for a young prospect who was also supposed to be the future of a franchise, a recent, you know, first round draft pick, is just surprising.
3:40Wow. I think it's smart. I think it's smart to go get someone that gives you a chance.
3:46And it will probably fail. We've seen McCarthy fail enough to know, like, eh, it's probably not going to be good enough.
3:53Jameis has looked terrible. He'll be better than Jameis.
3:56And he'll execute an offense. I feel like I would have rather gone and got Anthony Richardson and just tried to, like, create a running game.
4:04Yeah, not me. No, this is the best player you could have acquired in terms of...
4:09This is a third stringer now on Minnesota. Yes.
4:12You know what I mean? Like, this was not...
4:15This is a guy that's left for dead, which made him available.
4:19And now... And you're 2-1. We're actually not talking about the biggest impact of this.
4:24How good the Vikings are going to be. Their locker room is now freed of nine.
4:29And so, I think this is a real good morale boost for the Vikings.
4:34All right, and from what... Because their quarterback looked awesome on Sunday.
4:38Oh, gosh. Terrible. Terrible Kyler Murray. The prior Sunday he did.
4:41For Kyler Murray? Yes! It's funny because when the game started, it's like, why do they refuse to just use Wentz who's good?
4:49Yeah, I mean, it is a wild trade. No question about it.
4:53I don't connect it to Jackson Darton anyway. But I will say that, like, that list was apparently very fake.
4:59Yeah. Was apparently very accurate. The fake list from Joe Schoen.
5:03Sometimes you tell a joke and it becomes the truth.
5:06And the joke ends up being right. And, I mean, look, here's what you didn't want to come in on Monday and talk about.
5:14That Malik Nabors has no future this year for your fantasy team.
5:17Yeah, no, true. That you don't have Isaiah Likely, who seemed like a great draft pick, having any relevance.
5:24Isaiah Likely, who is number nine? Yeah. Oh, yeah.
5:26Which means J.J. McCarthy. Get rid of that name.
5:29Get rid of that name. He's a better identity of nine.
5:33I hope it's not like 37. Oh, he has to pick the just most disgusting number.
5:38Disgusting number. The most aesthetically unpleasing number you can find J.J.
5:42McCarthy. Do it. I will say that I don't think J.J.
5:45McCarthy will start this week. I know. Oh, no, no.
5:49I think there'll be some time to acclimate, but I guarantee you this was a little bit of the hardball.
5:55Hey, this guy can run. Oh, Brooksie, a double zeroes?
5:58Double zeroes. That's what we're talking about. I don't think it's allowed, but that would be awesome.
6:04He'll probably go 19. I had a friend who wore double zeros for a basketball team.
6:09Everyone called him boobs. Makes sense. He didn't like that at all.
6:13No. He did not like that nickname. No, players are not allowed.
6:17All right. There you go. Some breaking news to start the show.
6:21And I was complaining about injuries and there's a trade.
6:24Wow, man. You know who likes? That's wild. Is that a slight resurrection in Dynasty for J.J.
6:29McCarthy or not really? Well, for sure. Better than this year.
6:33Yeah. As of now, he has a chance to start NFL games versus he didn't.
6:38So, yeah, of course, that's an uptick for I did not assume that he was going to be traded for or traded away for that matter.
6:46But I think it makes sense for both parties.
6:49Hopefully, he can figure it out. I know Mike and I believed he was better than he showed in the NFL.
6:56Yes. Obviously, this was a guy who didn't start enough college games.
7:00You see like Tyler Shuck after, you know, 20 years in college coming to the NFL and it's like, ah.
7:06Wish you happy birthday. Oh, yeah. To Tyler Shuck.
7:09Oh, is he 42 now? Yes, he is. Wasn't he, didn't McCarthy pay a ton?
7:14I mean, I see 28 starts in college. Is that a ton?
7:18Yeah. I guess he starts is almost a deal of them.
7:21Yeah. 28. Still needed more. Look, I think that McCarthy, once they made the decision, it was over in Minnesota.
7:28It was not going to happen. Yes. Once Carson Wentz is the second guy, this was a, I mean, a fifth round
7:35pick, you might as well just no sunk cost fallacy here.
7:39Let's get rid of this guy. That way Kyler Murray can just run away with the job.
7:44The three and oh Vikings that is. I think that the, I think the playoff Vikings are going to be a force
7:51to be reckoned with, with Carson Wentz. I think when, when the, when the playoffs come around and Carson Wentz is not that good either.
7:59No, he's not. Defense is so good. You just need somebody to not turn the ball over and both those guys turn the ball over.
8:07That's the wild thing. Wow. Look, we got so much to talk about.
8:12That's a hot start. We've got all the Monday pun day.
8:15We got to get into your reactions. And my goodness, it was hard to find somebody say something nice about somebody this week.
8:23I mean, it was difficult. If the tight ends had a week.
8:26Yeah, they did. It's high ends had a week.
8:29You see, it was, it was the most touchdowns for the tight end position like ever.
8:35I did not know that, but that adds up.
8:37Kyle, help me try to confirm that, but I saw a tweet about it.
8:42I'm not surprised. I mean, you had, you had tons of guys like in the Seattle game.
8:47I don't even know who that dude was. Sobber or whatever.
8:51So we, we call him sorbet. Sorbet went into the end zone and the Higby.
8:56The touchdowns for, for Shuck. Those were tight end touchdowns.
8:59Yeah. And they were, they were mighty fine. I saw some poor souls that dropped John Johnson.
9:05Ooh. In order to pick up Terrence Ferguson. Oh, the long term value.
9:09I would have done that. Yes. I would have done it.
9:12Whoa. Yeah. I love John Johnson. I can't imagine dropping him.
9:16I absolutely would have dropped him for Terrence Ferguson.
9:19Same. Which would have worked out based on Tyler Higby.
9:22Raiders Saints had six touchdowns by tight ends because Mayer scored in that game.
9:27Bowers scored in that game. Yeah. That's the most tight end touchdowns in a single game in NFL history.
9:33It's a tweet from Josh Dubow from the AP.
9:36It looks like there were 20 tight end or 20 touchdown catches by tight ends today.
9:41Most of the day in NFL history. Well, that's most of our positive on the Monday pun day.
9:47Here were your submissions and reactions to the weekend in the most sophisticated way possible.
9:52Starting with, of course, a tight end Brock Powers.
9:54You had Mighty Giggins. Okay. Juin Johnson. My favorite new addition, the Grand Kenyon.
9:59Yeah. Yes. He was great. Or Winyan Sadiq. Yeah.
10:02You had Tyler Higby. Oh, classic. Yeah. A refined classic.
10:05Harold Manning Jr. Do we like Glock Purdy or Brock Tutty?
10:09They're both good and he is great. No weapons left.
10:12Jamiaracle Gibbs. Yes. What about driving in your Kittle Red Corvette?
10:15Kittle Red Corvette. Oh, no. It's Drake. Yes. May I drop you?
10:19Ugh. Oh, Mari Yon Hampton. Starvin Harrison. I also thought Omarion Hamper was very funny.
10:24I like that one a lot. Did you say Starvin Harrison?
10:28What about Michael Sitman Jr.? Yeah. Aaron Rodgers hates him.
10:31Oh, yeah. Or Oronde Batson. Oh, David Mont. Bummer.
10:34Re. Bummer. Yes. Thank you. Bad McConkie. Oh. Tedderotro.
10:37Yes. Oh, that one's good. Tyler crapped. How about Emeka Egbooca?
10:40Or, if Gronk was saying it, Emeka Egbigpoo. And we'll finish it out here with another rookie, Jadarian Yikes, or Jadarian Overpriced.
10:47Oh, boy. Uh-oh. There was a lot of Jadarian puns submitted.
10:51Yeah. About his fumbling? Uh, no. None about the fumbling.
10:54No. Just about like- Yeah. Playtime? I mean, that team.
10:58You know, I'm gonna lose it, by the way, in the great League of Records super team.
11:03I'm gonna lose. And a lot of it comes down to this Seattle D-S-T-PP, whatever you want to call it.
11:09It was- Trying to find it. Seattle was atrocious.
11:12Drew Locke looked a lot better than Sam Darnold did.
11:16Made some mistakes in the defense. Getting cooked, this was the lowest implied point total for a team.
11:21Washington going into the week, and they scored, what, 30-something points?
11:25Yeah. I put that one more on the defense.
11:28Yeah. I mean, it was shocking. Like, what was the final score?
11:32Seattle had plenty of points. Yeah. Yeah, they did.
11:35Wasn't Washington in the 30s? Oh, yes. They lost.
11:38I feel like Seattle was in the 30s. Oh, come on.
11:41Where's the score? 33 to 31. Yeah. If you put up 31, I'm not blaming the offense.
11:47No. And you know who- So, Seattle, defending champs, loses to Washington on the road, right?
11:52It's amazing. To a backup. So, what do you think?
11:55So, they're on the road. Now, they're coming home, right?
11:58You think they're gonna have a chip on their shoulder?
12:02Probably. After losing on the road and giving up 30 points as a defense and the 12th man, guess who they play next week?
12:09At home. Please, tell me. The Chargers. Oh! The Chargers get to go into Seattle after a loss.
12:15Oh, no. After a loss. Thank you for your submissions on Instagram, at Fantasy Footballers, on X, at the FF Ballers.
12:22We'll talk more news. News and notes from around the league.
12:26I apologize. I think I have a little too much adrenaline running through my system due to escaping the toilet trophy by five seconds before the show began.
12:35It was very... We were literally doing a countdown from five because we were ready to start and you were still in the bathroom.
12:42And then you blockaded the door? Well, not we.
12:45The Falcon did. Yeah, the Falcon did. Which was a pro move.
12:49Good job. But, yes, you overcame the garbage can blockade.
12:52Five seconds. And got here with about three seconds to spare.
12:56All right. Case Keenum expected to start tonight for the Bears.
13:00Tyson Bajin did clear the protocol but didn't practice much.
13:03So, they're going to go with the guy that practiced more.
13:06Case Keenum against Seattle. All right. We'll see if Ben Johnson can...
13:10Against Philadelphia. What did I say? Seattle. Oh, I'm sorry.
13:13You got Seahawks on the mind. I got, yeah, the birds.
13:17Pukunakua? Also, on that injury, we got news that Caleb Williams is a grade two hamstring.
13:22It was originally reported there was a grade one.
13:25So, give him a little bit more respect for his pain.
13:29But, that's usually like a four to six week injury if you're a skilled position player.
13:34They're saying they expect him to miss three or four weeks because obviously he's a pocket passer.
13:39But, that does mean I doubt he is scrambling as much when he first comes back.
13:44All right. Let's talk about the Pukunakua situation. He did not play again.
13:49They said he could return in week four, but he's dealing with an injury that's impacting his explosiveness and the, I mean,
13:56the Shmifty tweet, the organization does not believe surgery in this situation will be needed, but it's not off the table if
14:03Nakua does not show signs of improvement. Weeks ago, Andy was saying he was afraid of sports hernia.
14:09Then, after that, McVeigh comes out and says, he definitively said it is not a hernia.
14:14Then, after that, it's being reported as a hip injury and a groin injury.
14:18And, it goes back and forth. It's his hip, it's his groin, it's his hip, it's his groin, which sounds, I don't know, exactly like a sports hernia.
14:28It looks like a core muscle injury that if he doesn't get his explosiveness back, here's the problem with those injuries.
14:34And, this is red alert, and maybe he's back next week.
14:38But, is he the same Puka next week? You know what I mean?
14:42Is he as explosive? Also, the longer you wait to rehab this, obviously the longer it will take to recover from a surgery if you need one.
14:51A sports core injury surgery is going to take some time to recover from and you're losing weeks.
14:57That's my biggest concern about the season. Sure. So, you know, it was a loss last night.
15:02It was a crazy game. It seemed like there was no chance for Denver to score.
15:07Then, they managed to figure out how to do it.
15:11And, they lose another game. I mean, they're 1-2.
15:13I can't believe they won. I know. But, watching that game, it felt like the Rams were in complete control, even until the very end.
15:22When they were not, when they were losing, you're like, hey, no, the Rams, they're fine.
15:27They got this. Right? 100%. I mean, it really seemed like they were in control of that game.
15:33Some of that is, you know, when you're on the road, it makes a difference.
15:37That kind of the vibe of the stadium behind you at the end of the game, it's so funny.
15:44I was watching that game and I was like, the Denver Broncos don't have a great offense.
15:49But, what they do have, genuinely, is they believe that they are a great team.
15:54They believe that they are going to win every game.
15:57They go, you know what I mean? Like, if they're in a game at the end, they have that winner's mentality that
16:04carries over to games, even though you watch for a lot of this game, it was like, man, their offense just didn't look good.
16:12And, they figure it out in the end. So, the biggest news, Devon A.
16:17Chan, out for the year with a torn ACL.
16:19It's a big one. Now, I actually think there's going to be some nuance and thought here as we get into waivers tomorrow.
16:27Because, the initial knee-jerk reaction that I had because, you know, Oli Gordon took over and played the rest of the game.
16:34Looked good. Looked, I think Oli Gordon's a good player.
16:37I've thought that for a while. Ever since he's, I mean, every snap he's gotten, I feel like he has something better than the Jalen Wright.
16:46But, Jalen Wright wasn't, Jalen Wright's ahead of him in the depth chart, technically.
16:50And, did not play in this game. He was out with a foot injury.
16:55So, I'm not saying you don't dump a lot on Oli Gordon versus Jalen Wright.
17:00I'm just saying there's a chance and probably a likelihood that there's a committee situation in some proportion here.
17:06Yeah. They like Jalen Wright. And, you know, if you just think this guy's going to take over with the kind of
17:13market, you know, target market share, running back share in this offense, I'm, you know, as A.
17:18Chan, I don't think that's happening. No, of course not.
17:22Devon A. Chan over his two healthy games was getting 81% of the snaps.
17:26That's an outrageous number for running backs. They don't play 81% of snaps.
17:30During that time, he was averaging less than 10 fantasy points per game.
17:35So, now you split that up on a bad offense between Oli Gordon and Jalen Wright.
17:40Is it going to be the number one pickup?
17:43Maybe if you're a running back needy team, is it going to be a rest of season great fantasy asset?
17:49No. Yeah, that one's a tough one. I think there were some teams this week that kind of put up a little bit of a fight.
17:58Miami was one of them. I mean, they looked okay in stretches of this game, kept the game close.
18:04But huge bummer. We lose another player for the entire season.
18:07Baker Mayfield dislocated his thumb and was screaming on the field.
18:11Yeah. Also just on such a dumb play. Yeah, they didn't need to try to pick up a third and 19 with
18:18three timeouts and a chance to just let their defense go out and get them the ball back.
18:24They're expecting the last report two to four weeks with the thumb.
18:28MRI today. More injuries. I mean, the quarterback injuries have been wild this year.
18:32Yeah. Yeah. And they have such ramifications for everybody in those offenses, right?
18:36With Jaden and Dart and these guys going down, you know, whether it's Bucky Irving or a Buka's chance to surge back
18:43to relevance or whatever the case may be just sucks.
18:47Agreed. Brees Hall left in the second half with a thigh injury, did not return.
18:52No, the quote was also not great. He said, quote, I felt something when I was running and then I got tackled
18:59and planted and then felt something else. So we'll see.
19:02Felt two things. Hmm. Hmm. Not great. Hmm. I didn't realize it was that bad.
19:07Who's got him in dynasty? Brees Hall? Yeah. I bet it's you.
19:11I only say that because let's talk about this next player.
19:14Travis H. H. And who's got two of my three running backs?
19:18Exiting with a hamstring strain. Yeah. It's been like survival right now in a lot of leagues.
19:24The issue with H. And juniors hamstring strain is that he was on the injury report this week with a hamstring injury.
19:31So whenever you re aggravate it, you're usually going to miss some time.
19:35And the the running game of the Saints against the Raiders actually looked OK.
19:39Like H. And finished 13 for 57. And caught both and caught his two targets.
19:44I mean, it was it was we were on path to a much better game for him.
19:50So this is a bummer. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, my goodness.
19:54All right, Mike, what's next on the docket? So we got good news.
19:58So no, we got to keep going through the bad news first.
20:02Rashad White. He injured his shoulder. He did not return to the game.
20:06He was seen with an ice pack on his shoulder.
20:09And the the the Washington commanders. Yeah, they're awesome.
20:12The first thing they did was they signed Austin Eckler, which that's fun.
20:16Shout out to we love Eckler. Yeah. Great friend of fantasy football.
20:20Great player in his time. Doesn't seem like good news for Rashad White if they immediately put a guy who would take over that job on the team.
20:29So many more injuries to talk about. Jack Bass fractured his forearm.
20:33So that'll be a long time. And then Justin Jefferson.
20:36This one. This one is a problem because every medical person I saw break this injury down because he did not return.
20:44They're all correlating it to the same injuries we saw with AJ Brown, you know, high ankle.
20:49Yeah. High ankle sprains last year were all one to three week injuries this year.
20:54They are surgery. They are six to eight week injuries.
20:57Apparently ankles are getting softer or something. Is that an official?
21:01That's a more speculative. Now, we don't. I mean, they have a week six by it looks like a high ankle.
21:07We'll see what the final report is. Mike Evans got carted off with a rib injury.
21:13He got some mooshed. Yeah, I just. I just feel like it's always something.
21:17Yeah, it is. And what's crazy is usually it's his soft tissue.
21:21This was all of his organs. Yeah, I mean, he.
21:24This was. He got absolutely. Organs are soft. That's that's true.
21:28Well, the. I always say organs. The ribs that protect the organs.
21:32They turn soft. And I mean, he got just smacked in the ribs.
21:36So other than. As he walked off. Stribbling. Demarcus Robinson, Christian Kirk.
21:40You know, Mike Evans. They've got everybody in the receiving game.
21:43It is tough. Like Brock Purdy. They're leading receiver.
21:46Didn't have a catch. Did you know this Jason?
21:49No. Yeah. Yeah. Debo Samuel led the team in receiving.
21:52Oh yeah. 80 receiving yards. Zero catches. Because of the.
21:56The hook and ladder. Yeah. I mean. That's ridiculous.
21:59That's wild. Jalen Coker quad injury didn't return. You don't like that with the wide receiver.
22:04And apparently Ted Aron McMillan is not him. Dude.
22:07Jalen. I believe the. I saw it was one target after Jalen Coker left.
22:11And there was plenty of time. And they. Had a game script that they needed to throw.
22:17And they were not. Bryce was not throwing at McMillan.
22:20Bryce Young has looked 12 percent. Very, very good.
22:23When Jalen Coker has been available. Yeah. For your first round wide receiver.
22:27Offensive rookie of the year. A 12 percent target share.
22:30When you're having to throw is. Oh it's Darren Waller in the flats.
22:35It was. I mean. I mean the pass rushing.
22:37Mason Graham and company. Like the pressures. I think there were.
22:41Like five players in Cleveland that had three plus pressures each.
22:45That was a big component to not being able to get it down field.
22:49But it's feeling a little bit like the Coker.
22:52Coker Michael Wilson comp. And the Ted McMillan. Yeah.
22:55I don't. Marvin Harrison comp. I don't agree with that because.
22:58That's a little extreme. I'll admit that. Marvin is bad.
23:02Teddero is good. Yes. He is a good player.
23:05I mean like Mike just said. He was the offensive rookie of the year last year.
23:10He had over a thousand yards as a rookie.
23:13Uh. That was a bad game. All wide receivers have down games.
23:17He should have been targeted more. We're surprised he's not.
23:20That's not prescriptive going forward. I mean this is a player who as a rookie was targeted 122 times.
23:26So next week versus Detroit who's got a very banged up secondary.
23:30I would be happy to start Ted. Yeah. 94% of the routes and five targets for McMillan.
23:35You know what you said is true. Ted McMillan is good.
23:39I. Is he great. Can he get to. Can he get to great.
23:43I don't know. Jalen McMillan aggravated his knee injury.
23:46Terrence Ferguson on almost the first play of the game.
23:49Ankle injury. Then came back in. Then hurt it again.
23:53Came back. Like a dog got that first down he needed.
23:56Despite jumping on one leg. And then he's like I can't.
24:00This crazy man. There's a. Add depth. If you can.
24:03Because you're going to need it. We haven't even gotten into bi-weeks.
24:07Nope. These are bi-weeks made by players. Mm hmm.
24:10Also I can't talk about anybody else that I like.
24:13Because it is not going. You're killing guys. I mean I liked H.
24:17And a lot guys. I liked H. And a lot.
24:20And I'm for my other dudes are hurt. And that McConkey is clearly not himself.
24:25If you watch him walk on and off the field he's like.
24:29Struggling. Man that team is in so much trouble.
24:32Oh. I mean we said it two weeks. The Chargers.
24:35The Chargers are in charge. Five turnovers and you can't win.
24:39The Chargers. You know you say like. Oh. They're going to charge her.
24:43Like that's a thing. And I've heard people that get really upset with that.
24:48Like that's not. That's not fair to them. That's not a real thing.
24:52Here's a tweet from Evan Abrams. Since 2013 teams with five plus turnovers.
24:56And a negative four turnover margin. Are three. Eighty one and one.
25:00Straight up. The three wins were. The Bills over the Chargers.
25:03The Chargers. Oh I'm afraid of these next two.
25:06The Jaguars over the Chargers. Okay. And the Broncos over the Chargers.
25:10The Chargers are the only team you can beat if you have five turnovers.
25:15I mean. Dude. What. Is it. Are they cursed.
25:18Or. I don't know man. Well now you have a discussion to have.
25:22Have around a guy we'll talk about in the duds.
25:25Because the snap share for Amari and Hampton. Was not good.
25:29Nope. Let's take a break. Catch our breath. But there was some good.
25:33There was some good. We'll talk about them. Yeah.
25:36That's what we're doing next. All right. Let's. Let's.
25:39Bring some positivity to the show. This week's fantasy stud muffins.
25:42Start of the week. Brock Purdy. Number one score at the quarterback position this week.
25:47Hyper efficient. Very good. Snap share percentage for Mr.
25:50George Kittle has risen immensely. One of the bigger stories of the week.
25:54Uh. He may be back. Two. Ninety seven and four.
25:57For Brock Purdy. It doesn't matter if. All his receivers are gone.
26:01He is just. Slicing and dicing. Mm hmm. Sam Darnold managed to bring.
26:06I mean look at this list. Sam Darnold. Geno Smith.
26:09Jacoby Brissett. Bo Nix. You didn't hear me say Josh Allen.
26:12Lamar Jackson. Justin Herbert. You know. None of the guys that you thought were the guarantees this week.
26:18It was Darnold. Geno. Brissett. And Bo Nix from the.
26:21Grave at halftime. There's. There was a name right under Bo Nix.
26:25And Tyler shock. Yeah baby. Who won that game Mike.
26:28In our battle. In our battle of the. That was a good game.
26:33Our adopted teams. Yeah. Yeah. I think. You want to hear my prediction now.
26:37Sure. No. Raiders win. Raiders beat the Chiefs next week.
26:40Okay. All right. Oh I've always been a lifelong Raiders fan for these last three weeks.
26:46That was. It was an awesome game. That was a fun game.
26:50I mean I did not know who was going to win at any point.
26:54I think what it proved was that both of these teams are legit.
26:58Yeah. Like I just watched two good teams playing.
27:01And we're three weeks in now. And. I think Cousins has three touchdowns in three straight games.
27:07Kirk Cousins has been playing. Fantastic. I almost forget that they have the number one overall pick right now.
27:13Yeah. But Tyler shock. Yeah. Four more touchdowns. He is.
27:16He's a QB three right now. He is him.
27:19QB three right now. This is a week where we were putting.
27:23We're putting to the test. Bryce Young and Tyler shock.
27:26And one of them passed the test. And the guy who passed the test was also everything I said about the defensive front of the Raiders held true.
27:35Mm hmm. And he still produced. He was on.
27:38That's what's impressive. And by the way. It doesn't seem like anybody can cover crystal love it.
27:44Ever. He is always because he's awesome. He's always awesome.
27:47He always has been. This is just like they, they finally have someone are in the team who can get in the ball appropriately.
27:55Like the story of crystal lava was, was so it was on its way of just a wasted career lost to injuries.
28:02Cause Derek Carr and company keep giving them freaking hospital balls.
28:05But the fact that we're seeing what he's doing now and he's, he is elite.
28:10Like he is an elite wide receiver and he's elite fantasy football option.
28:14And we want John's now elite and Tyson's elite and Bayley's elite and everyone's elite.
28:19It's going to be, it's going to be great.
28:22What's what's funny is game when we're watching football, we were usually watching nine screens at once and, and trying to, you know, take everything in.
28:30And we're watching it together when an elite, when one of the greats, when, when Justin Jefferson or Jamar chase has some
28:38crazy sideline ball, you just know you're right. We just give them the benefit of the devil.
28:43Like, of course. Yeah. When Larry catches the ball, you go, Oh, there's no chance.
28:48He got the feet down with those guys. You just go, no, he got the feet.
28:53No, he did. He's perfect. He's one of those.
28:56That's Chris Olave right now. Like he had a, one of those sideline balls where it's like, no way he got that.
29:03No way he got his feet. And it's like, no, of course he did.
29:08He's Chris Olave. Yeah. I mean, the, the saints are one and two, but it, both of their losses went down to the wire.
29:15Pretty much Aaron Rogers, two 90 and three for the first time since week 14.
29:20Crazy. That's a downfield. 20, 21. Oh no. He's, he's bombing it out.
29:25Yeah. I mean, this was, this was a good, I mean, that was one of the almost subset, both of those games.
29:32Yeah. You did get, you got both. Both of them.
29:35The Steelers and the Raiders. Where did the production go to?
29:38Does that make you three for four so far?
29:41Three for four. Yeah. Pretty good. 75% is pretty good with crazy upsets.
29:46Um, but Rogers. Yeah. He, he, he got it done.
29:49I mean, it was very spread. Warren was Warren was good in the passing game.
29:54Metcalf had a touchdown. Roman Wilson had points. Um, you got Friar Muth, uh, Darnell Washington.
29:59No, Muth sucked, man. Oh yeah. He hurt you on your price picks.
30:03Yeah. He caught two passes on like on the matchup against the bangles.
30:07Here's some names that you do recognize top five scores at running back.
30:11Gibbs, B. John, Henry Walker, CMC. I mean, just like that is, that feels automatic.
30:16So the ones I actually want to talk about Jeremiah love and Jalen Warren.
30:21Yes. The Cardinals made a concerted effort to give almost everything to Jeremiah love, which was awesome.
30:26And he had a big game, 21 for 90 and then scored in the receiving game.
30:31Again, if you didn't watch the game with San Francisco, the Cardinals were hanging.
30:36Yeah. 36, 30. It was, it was a very tight game that the, the 49ers, they're the better team.
30:42So they took it at the end, but making this transition and making Jeremiah love, I mean, imagine, imagine taking a top
30:49five NFL running back and the, in the draft and then actually making him the engine of your team and good things happening.
30:57We did get a quick injury update on Baker Mayfield.
31:00The MRI came back, no fracture, no ligament damage, no tendon damage, three weeks or so max for Baker being out.
31:07So that is good for the, okay. That is good for the bad bucks.
31:11Um, to, to give some numbers to Jeremiah love being more involved.
31:15Jeremiah love had 21 rush attempts. Tyler Algier had two.
31:18Um, that this is exactly what you want. You want to see a top five pick getting all of the work.
31:25And I would assume like this is, it probably won't be that crazy drastic, you know, 21 to uh, going forward.
31:32But this is, it should be. Yeah, it should be.
31:35And I, I think this is prescriptive of like the, the change has been made and he's going to be close to a bell cow back going forward.
31:44And Algier will spell him, not split with him.
31:47The routes trade for him. The routes were still very close between Jeremiah love and Tyler Algier.
31:53Like we, like we stop it. Trade for him.
31:56Stop it. Uh, yeah. Trade for Jeremiah love. The Cardinals have a good enough offense to keep up and a bad enough defense to never win.
32:04They're going to be in situations where you can't put Algier on there.
32:08Well, they've got a superstar wide receiver as well.
32:11Michael Wilson. You're darn right. 17 targets. 17 targets.
32:14Yeah. I played against him this week. Only turned it into 89 yards, but.
32:19And a score. Yeah. 11 for 89 in the touchdown.
32:22Great game. Base all two and Javante Williams. Javante looked good.
32:25He, he did better this week than the other weeks combined.
32:29Yes. They, they, they finally had it going a little bit.
32:33And then tootin with the donation touchdown. Did you see the, the, the talk?
32:37I mean, I saw the brief conversation from Liam Cohen where he's like, he wanted somebody else to have a touchdown.
32:44No. Did you see what he's not wrong? And I think he might've even been maybe a little annoyed, but Trevor Lawrence
32:51said, yeah, he said, I wanted to give tootin the touchdown for the fantasy people.
32:56It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I'll tell you what, that smells bad.
33:00Like that's all like betting bad. I'm not saying that.
33:04No, I know. I'm just saying it was, no matter what it is, it smells bad.
33:09Like you didn't see it. Eight plus minutes left wide open in zone for Trevor Lawrence takes a knee up 35 to
33:16six or something or 28 to six. And then, you know, tootin scores on the next play.
33:21You can't do that with eight minutes left. No, not with eight.
33:25If you're Lawrence, you go, what happened? You go total brain fart.
33:29I thought there was two minutes. I thought the clock was much lower than it actually was that, which I, I assume that's what really happened.
33:38But for you to not just admit it is, is strange.
33:41He did seem tongue in cheek. You're probably right.
33:44That's probably what happened. Check this out. Bayshaw tootin.
33:47Cause you look dumb no matter what. So there are just a minute here are the top six players that have hit
33:5415 plus miles an hour, more than 10 times this year.
33:58Number one is Bayshaw tootin 15 times. He's fast.
34:01That's great. Gibbs Walker, B. John Hampton, Kenya. And then Keaton Mitchell.
34:04I talked about, uh, tootin on the Sunday live of, it was like, if you're going to trade for him, you got
34:12to do like people are, he's, he's still kind of buried.
34:15The hype for spatial tootin was very, very strong over the off season.
34:19I loved it. I was, I was fully in on it.
34:23And then you're looking at the snap shares and you're like, ah, well, Crod, which there still is some timeshare.
34:29Like I believe Crod had a touchdown. They're kind of splitting that work, but Bayshaw tootin is, he's getting the majority of
34:36the work and he's a good player and it's a pretty strong offense.
34:41And so it, he is, you know, I've, I like the call to, to try and trade for love.
34:47I think that might be a little difficult, but Bayshaw tootin it's possible.
34:51You can still get him. Yeah. And then Jalen Warren, I mentioned him briefly, but he was everything for the, he was
34:58everything and looked great for the, um, sealers. Yeah.
35:01Yes. Um, including a gigantic, huge run that then got called back on, on a dumb penalty.
35:07And then he fell. And then another huge one.
35:09Well, the reason was two plays later, he, he did the exact same thing out of breakaway touchdown and his legs were
35:17so tired that he tripped like he couldn't get his foot up.
35:20He, he, he turfed himself. If you look at the slow-mo of that, they, it looks like he hit a landmine on the way to anybody scored.
35:29Rico was out. So TBD, if this is still like, that's how they'll move forward with Warren probably will.
35:35They might. They might. Rico might be going the way of Crod.
35:39Might be. JSN, Drake London, Garrett Wilson, Michael Wilson, Tamar Chase, by the way, what is it?
35:45JSN, Olave, Garrett Wilson, the trifecta in Ohio state.
35:48Pretty good week for those guys. Also pretty good week for the guy who actually plays for Ohio state, Jeremiah Smith.
35:54Oh yeah. Four touchdowns. Who was the other guy on the team with all those players?
36:00Oh, there was another one. Don't worry about it.
36:03Marvin Harrison Jr. Yeah. Which, which to be honest for my, pretty good game for Marv.
36:0840 yards. Did you see the route where he caught the pass too?
36:12He actually ran hard and stuff. Yeah. Good job, Marv.
36:15One of these days, he'll be a real boy.
36:18JSN, London Wilson, Michael Wilson, Jamar Chase. Uh, Chase was nine for 98.
36:22Higgins was six for 90 with the amazing catch.
36:25Kristen Watson on Thursday night football, Matthew Golden, both had big weeks.
36:29You had a big week for Kanata Mumfield, which will be an interesting conversation tomorrow on the waiver show in light of the Puka situation.
36:37Uh, you know, Ferguson, it's not a hot swap for, for Higby.
36:41Ferguson has more athleticism and is more of a like typical wide receiver style player.
36:46If it becomes like a Ferguson's out for a while, I don't know.
36:50Mumfield's probably worth a fab or two. Could be.
36:53We'll see. CD lamb had a nice week again.
36:56And then, uh, double digits for pickings for the first time.
36:59Slow start for lamb, but he, he got it together in the second half and absolute malpractice for the, the, the Cowboys
37:07to not to call the timeout with that much time left.
37:10They should have gone to overtime. It was, I mean, I don't think anybody thought that could happen in six seconds.
37:17And then they, that was, there shouldn't have been really screwed it up.
37:21They should. I mean, they should have had six seconds.
37:24I agree. It was a complete mismanagement of the situation.
37:28Kittle Bowers fan and Kenyon Sadiq with the boss diving touchdown and Juwan Johnson with two touchdowns in this one.
37:34Higby eight for 62 and one with the stat line we expected from Ferguson went straight to Higby.
37:40He could be an interesting temporary start if we find out Ferguson can't play.
37:44The, the Sadiq breakout was very fun. Uh, he caught seven of eight targets, had 105.
37:50He had the, the touchdown and that was on just 58% of the routes.
37:54Like he still wasn't even a full-time player yet.
37:57So we're, he will be a hot waiver commodity.
38:00Well, and it's, it's nice to see like on an NFL field him 15 yards, a catch over a hundred yards.
38:07And a lot of that was just with the ball in his hands, um, running away from guys, which is what they
38:14hope they drafted when they, when they spent that high of a draft pick.
38:18So, and they need them right now with some of the other injuries to their, to their other wide receivers.
38:25He's going to be a hot pickup. Yeah. Anybody else we need to talk about there?
38:30We're going to circle back to the duds because that's what we're doing.
38:34I mean, there are some important questions. Yeah. We got to answer them.
38:38Let's take a break. We'll do it in a minute.
38:42Pooped in his big boy pants. I don't, I don't know.
38:45I don't know how to describe the quantity of poop, the size of the pants, but Drake may did you see the clip that I saw this morning?
38:54He was, he was crying. Oh really? I didn't see that.
38:58He was crying on the sideline when Mike Rabel had to come over and, and console him like standing on the sideline.
39:05This was in the third quarter. I mean, he looked, he looks broken.
39:09He looked distraught. Well, is it cause he was watching his play?
39:13I mean, he made some of the most boneheaded, ridiculous decisions.
39:17Again, a bad pass on a bad decision in the red zone.
39:21It's like, what's, what's going on between the ears right now?
39:24Mike Rabel after the 35 to six loss said my concern level is very high for this football team.
39:30Okay. And then Drake may, according to Doug Clausen, tweeting the stat out Drake may nine fumbles 10 picks since the start of the post season.
39:39He is the first player with nine fumbles and 10 interceptions in a seven game span since James, James Winston, James Winston during the 30 touchdown, 30 interceptions.
39:48He was playing like James in the sense that like balls that you should not throw that you you're taught in like pop Warner.
39:56You don't, you know, if you're, if you're spun around and you just don't throw that ball into nothingness and he's doing it.
40:03So the problem here is, um, the bone X we've gotten for the first handful of weeks has been pretty darn bad.
40:10And then you had a confident player in the second half last night after some throws went his way.
40:16What makes Drake may special or could make him special is going to come alongside the confidence to make throws.
40:23And right now he has the least confidence possible because he's made multiple in zone reads where he's throwing interceptions while he's on the run.
40:31I mean, he, he cost them a game because they were down three and he threw away a ball in the end zone.
40:38And then in this game, he did it again.
40:41He has been the quarterback 23, 25 and 30.
40:44He has the highest interception rate in the NFL.
40:47AJ Brown is not coming back anytime soon. He does not have the weapons that they need.
40:52For goodness sakes, K Sean booty would have made a difference because he's not doing anything in Houston.
40:58It's been mismanaged through and through and you're not even, you're not even utilizing.
41:03I mean, Travion had an awful week. He was 2.9 to carry eight for 23 and didn't get, he got one target.
41:10His success rate is very low. I mean, it's been abysmal through and through when Matt Collins is a go-to receiver on your offense.
41:18I say all this to ask you the question and submit to you.
41:22Is it time to actually be, be dropped the landmine?
41:25Yes. To say goodbye to Drake may move forward with anybody.
41:29Well, not just anybody else, but there are plenty of good options.
41:33And I think, I think it's fine to not just hold may on the bench, but to drop him.
41:39I believe good days are ahead for Drake may.
41:42If you want to hold on to him for when AJ Brown returns and the schedule opens up, you know, it's tough
41:49matchup this next week on the road in Buffalo.
41:52Sure. There's going to be a high over under.
41:55Maybe you can talk yourself into starting him, but I'm, I'm very skeptical that you're going to be happy.
42:01So yeah, I think if you drop him right now, it's a landmine.
42:05Now later on, you know, week seven, maybe you get, uh, AJ Brown back then.
42:10And that's Chicago, Miami. You've got Detroit a couple of weeks after.
42:14So I do think there are bright days ahead, but I believe it's a month away.
42:19And so if you want to drop him and move on, you certainly can't, I would not be playing him.
42:25The hardest part is the bright days have to represent like top eight in the league.
42:30Yeah. That's just a tough thing to picture right now, but maybe we get it with some better schedule situation.
42:37Um, Herbert. I mean, come on, man. The chargers.
42:40Come on, man. They got off to a strong start and look like, okay, the chargers are here.
42:46And then they just charged all over the bottom five in EPA per play among all quarterbacks with 50 dropbacks this year.
42:53Dead last James Winston makes sense. I don't know why I didn't work a little pun into today since he might not be starting soon.
43:01Yeah. Uh, Aaron Rogers, Baker Mayfield, Drake may Justin Herbert.
43:04I mean, it, I mean, you can't, you can't lose a game where your defense turns the other team over five times.
43:11Correct. You can't do it. Can't do it. They're so cooked and speak of the cooked.
43:16I mean, Hampton is going the wrong direction. Snap counts 42% for Hampton, 38% for Mitchell, who is the more efficient runner in this one.
43:25Come on, even down 25% silky smooth back. I don't like it.
43:28Yeah. I mean, this, this carries inside the 10.
43:31So it's also a game where I think there were very few snaps for the chargers in the fourth.
43:37Um, I want to say Hampton had like four and it was about the same for, for Keaton Mitchell.
43:44So there were, there weren't a lot of opportunities.
43:47He still got 15 carries on the ground. Um, you're certainly not happy with the, yeah, that three targets in three games
43:54is not the Mike McDaniel H and script. He only ran six routes.
43:58Yeah. And that's the, that's the big issue. Mitchell's better at that.
44:02Keaton Mitchell has been involved in the receiving game in a way that you would, you would hope, especially the way that
44:09it looked in preseason training camp and all that.
44:12Vidal was right behind Keaton Mitchell, one fewer route.
44:15Yeah. That, that Hampton would be involved in the passing game and then Keaton Mitchell would be used kind of in two
44:22running back sets also in the passing game. But until they get Hampton involved in the receiving game, which might not happen.
44:29They're going to go to Seattle next week. It's going to be, it's going to be tough sledding.
44:35He's still a, he's still a good, I mean, you, you brought up earlier the, uh, you know, the, the number of fast runs in the NFL.
44:43He was, you know, top of the list there or like number five or whatever.
44:48Yeah. So he still looked good, I think. And they're still giving the ball to him enough.
44:54It's tough matchup, Seattle, Denver, Kansas city, the next three weeks.
44:57I don't like a game in which they were leading for a lot of it where he gets 42% of snaps.
45:04And again, we, we said at the beginning of the year, the differentiator between like HN and Hampton was like, well, HN
45:11is going to be on a crap team. Hampton is going to be on a great team.
45:17Right. Great offense. Yeah. Nope. So yeah, none of, none of that conversation is to say you drop somebody like Hampton.
45:24Oh no. That's not the context of it. It's just, you're going to be starting them every week.
45:29I mean, this was a guy that was going back to back or ahead of Ken, Ken bone in some drafts.
45:36That's all. And so it changed expectations. Bucky Irving was 15 for 46.
45:40Bucky Irving did not play the final 15 snaps of this game.
45:44He was seen with a heating pack on his back.
45:48Why do I know this? I looked into it very detailed this morning.
45:52Yeah. Due to some transactions in our league of record.
45:55There might've been a Bucky Irving for Devon HN trade for playing for the future, playing for now.
46:01Um, there may be, there may, there might have been one of those.
46:05And Mike is, how you feeling about that, Mike?
46:08Do you want to let the people know what happened?
46:11So I would love to get some candid thoughts from, from Al Borland.
46:15And he's my favorite super league of record team suffered an unfortunate Devon HN season ending injury.
46:21Yeah. That's we are a keeper league. So the, so like those guys moving forward, they still have actually a good amount of value.
46:29Cause look, HN should be back by the beginning of next year, assuming all of his surgeries and everything go well.
46:35Uh, and you just, you put up the bat signals like, Hey, I got this guy, um, you know, come trade for East.
46:43I mean, he's a great keeper. He's a great keeper, but I mean, he's still not going to play for in your team if you trade for him.
46:52And then Jason's like, Hey, this Bucky Irving guy, who's having a real strong start to the season.
46:58I'm just going to swap him just, you know, straight up for a very injured person.
47:03I'm not going to make you send a pick over or anything to help my team for next year.
47:09Get the camera off me. See, it's equal opportunity, equal opportunity support, Al.
47:13Sure. Uh, I mean, I thought I made a compelling point in our league chat, which was that like, this player is
47:20far more valuable than a second round pick. Yeah.
47:23But are you a hundred percent sure he's better than Bucky Irving for next year?
47:28No, not a hundred. I mean, I would say that like, if these players are both healthy right now, there's a world
47:35Bucky has a better rest of the season. That's why this trade is the trade with no draft picks is very weird.
47:42You had to pay zero tax. It's very, well, it was, what was amazing was that I had like, I put the
47:50bat signal out there and then I went and immediately my strategy and I share this because it's a good strategy for people who want to make trades.
47:59It's week three, right? Trust the fact that people are going to have different emotional states on these teams.
48:05I went immediately to look at the teams that were winless and make offers to all of them because for them, they're looking for the future.
48:13And they also, you know, if you're winless or you don't have a good record, you want change.
48:19That's just what you want. Now I, Jason's a very future forward.
48:23Yeah. I started, I went into this year already playing, but I would have looked at two for four, two and four
48:30teams or, you know, whatever the case may be.
48:33And just, they just want change. They want to feel like they're doing something.
48:37So that's a general trade tip I would give people.
48:41It's like teams that, you know, are mentally unsettled by how the season has started.
48:46Go target them for trades because they want to make trades.
48:49I feel like what you're saying is that you think I'm mentally unsettled right now.
48:54You did give him CeeDee Lamb and Bucky Irving.
48:57The context. No, no, no. I wasn't saying you were at all.
49:01I was saying teams that are going to try to win, but are two and four or, you know, one and three.
49:08Our league is so different in the sense of our keeper system and how teams come into each year.
49:14There was a reason why Andy last year, his super team, he got wet in the draft because he was the, you were the worst record last year.
49:23I traded for Walker midway through the season and it paid off.
49:27I'm looking to be the 2027 super team. You're not at all the example I was talking about.
49:33I'm talking about a team that's actually trying to compete.
49:36You also got a bunch of picks, Jay. You didn't get any picks you could have extracted.
49:42It's week three. And he, Andy knows it too.
49:44He would have given you picks. Maybe. No, he definitely would have gave you picks.
49:49You never know. The only issue is, is in our league, we have so many teams that are basically feeling like they're
49:56out of it playing for next year. And so the question is, and all colluding to help one team.
50:03Oh, no, one's colluding to help. No one wants to help Andy.
50:06Do you agree with that statement, Jeremy? I sure do.
50:10Of course, Jeremy agrees with it. Nobody's colluding to help me.
50:13As soon as Andy sends up the bat signal, there's a line of people waiting to help him.
50:19Listen, the thing is, people want to help themselves and I am happy to help them help themselves.
50:25If he wanted to help himself, he would have gotten a pick in the deal.
50:30But he wanted to be the first to mark it.
50:33It's a race. It was a race. It is a race.
50:37I mean, he started the season bad and now he gets to come back from an ACL injury.
50:42Let me tell you this. So I get the band.
50:46I, I, I had, I had, did have two people DM me after I made the trade and told me I should
50:53have waited because they were cooking up some offers for Devon H in.
50:57Does that make you feel any better? No, they weren't.
51:00You weren't one of those teams, were you? It doesn't surprise me that I mean, the fact that what you're saying is
51:07you had three or four people fighting over the chance to help you.
51:11And I'm not shocked. Um, I, you know what?
51:14Al is, Al has got some. Al is playing for this year and he's very upset that Andy's team looks significantly better.
51:22And anytime that something helps Andy's team, it will be a monster.
51:25I basically, I said this and this is a hundred percent true.
51:29This is a thousand percent true. If I did this exact trade with anyone else in the league, no one would even bat an eye.
51:37But the eyes are getting batted. Yeah. Because your, your team is the super team that got hurt.
51:43And so I don't. Yeah. And then you just fixed it for me.
51:47Uh, Travion Henderson, Ramondre Stevenson, both had awful weeks.
51:50Targets went Ramondre's way three versus one that we don't get this.
51:54Nobody understands this. If you want to take advantage of anything Travion does space in the passing game would be part of it.
52:02I don't know why they're not involving him in the, in the receiving game.
52:06They need him out there in space. So much.
52:09I put both guys on the field. If it's a problem about pass blocking, like if you're running to Mario Douglas around
52:16and Matt Collins around and Williams and these guys let Travion be a weapon.
52:21And then Jadarian price five for 15 got, he fumbled again.
52:24He got benched. So this is going down, down for Jadarian right now.
52:28And the team lost and the fumble played a big part.
52:32It was what? 33 31. I mean, you cannot as a rookie come in.
52:37What was it? Jameer Gibbs that fumbled on his first play ever.
52:40I think, I think that was it. Uh, maybe I know cream hunt did.
52:45Yeah. I mean, you just can't do this as a rookie on a defending championship team.
52:50If you want to establish a role and you go out there and you fumble two times in three games.
52:57I was saying it was James Cook. Oh, James Cook.
53:00That is what, who it was. But like you, you can't do it.
53:04They're going to give the ball to Salami. Yeah.
53:07They're going to give the ball to somebody else.
53:10We'll say the, though, the metrics for Jadarian price though, uh, among 39 qualifying running qualifying running backs, he is 39th in
53:17EPA per rush 32nd and rush success rate eighth in yards after contact.
53:21Like these are not, you're fumbling and you're not.
53:24I like the last one. I don't like the other two.
53:28Uh, Malik neighbors. What are we doing? Yeah, this was a Jameis Winston.
53:32It was, it was, it's also like we haven't seen neighbors be neighbors yet.
53:36Yeah. But the, so is he going to be like Jackson dart was perfectly healthy.
53:41Would we, would we feel like that first week was enough for us to feel like he's the same dude or like changed expectations?
53:49What is your thought on it? Like rest of the season, it's very difficult in terms of like that game, the Giants
53:56versus Tennessee, it was 12 to seven and it was 12 to seven.
54:00Not because like the defenses were just juggernauts stopping the other.
54:04It was a storm again. Yeah. Like this was a, this was a disgusting game.
54:09That's why I think part of the, like the JJ McCarthy trade, I get it.
54:14And I understand not wanting Jameis to be like your, everything's resting on Jameis.
54:18I mean, tell man, the ultimate goofball comments, the, uh, well, he's like, we 12, we scored 12 points.
54:24That's six times two is Jameis. The, the, the sound bites from this week were fantastic, but you can't, that wasn't a
54:31real offense for either side of the football team.
54:34Just like the, the Chicago and Minnesota game in week two, you thought this is not the, you need to throw that in the garbage.
54:42This is so I don't actually know what Malik neighbors is with Jameis.
54:47Yeah. I was surprised that neighbors had five receptions in a game environment like that.
54:52It was, it was not good. I think bright days are ahead for neighbors.
54:56Um, the quarterback needs to get figured out for it to be really good.
55:01And I, I don't know if they've got, I mean, we can't have that answer.
55:05Exactly. We cannot assume at this point that JJ McCarthy is just going to develop to become a good quarterback.
55:12I can tell you the signups right now for next week's big dome meeting.
55:16Yeah. People are signing up. Oh, big time. You guys get a lot of new followers.
55:22Big time. Your socials are blowing up. Yeah. Big dome.
55:25We're, we're having a meeting next. Usually this time of year.
55:28We're not, I know. It's usually so quiet. And people are like, Mike is getting on here on Sunday live, which hopefully you guys caught.
55:36And he was like, he's like, why do I have to talk about weather in week three?
55:42Freaking super. Freaking super. El Nino. Get out of here.
55:45Two for 17 for Ted McMillan. That is a catastrophic line for a player that you drafted to be your, your, you know, a top tier guy.
55:54So we'll see if he can do it against Detroit, but I think Jalen Coker is kind of important to both guys.
56:01Jalen Waddle. We've got one bad, one good, one bad for this huge comeback.
56:06It didn't involve him. It didn't involve him two for 10 for Jalen Waddle.
56:10Um, where are you rest of the season? Like Jalen Waddle rest of the season will be the wide receiver.
56:17He'll still be a top 20 guy. Um, I think that the, the Rams are, they're going to be a team that you're going to try to avoid.
56:26Like, I think that their defense is that level.
56:29Yeah. They traded for McDuffie. They're, they're a very difficult matchup.
56:32Um, I I'm still pretty bullish on, on Waddle going forward.
56:36I would say, yeah, I would say somewhere around wide receiver 15.
56:40Jamison Williams through three weeks, four for 49 in this one, they got him involved early and then, then they said no
56:47more nine targets, four targets, four targets. Uh, it was the Gibbs show.
56:51I mean, I'm on raw, by the way, Jason's green goblin for prize picks.
56:55They're supposed to be the layup. The, the, and he, before the episode, Jason comes in and he's like, guys, I got
57:03a line today that feels like cheating. He's like, and I was like, oh, is it like when I had McCaffrey for like 16 receiving yards ago?
57:11Yeah. Might be better than that. It was. It was Amon raw for 32 yards for 30.
57:17All he needed was 32 yards. He caught four passes.
57:20Yeah. How many yards did he have? Uh, 19.
57:23Here's some numbers for you. 56, 60, one 61, 62, 73, 43, one 93, 70, 60, 70, 70.
57:29These all sound more than, uh, do they? Yeah.
57:32Oh, well let me keep going. 45, one 15, 77, 70, 100, 45, 86, 97, 58, 54, one 49, 92, one 64, 54, 68, one 39.
57:40Let me get to this year. Those are the last two years.
57:44I think we got it. Yeah. 67, one 42.
57:47Okay. We're going to keep green goblin of 33 yards.
57:5019. Okay. Oh, football. America Buka still can't get to double digits and it's probably not going to get better with undrafted
57:57free agent quarterbacks for the next three weeks. Godwin has not a lot left right now.
58:02And that team, I was going to say the Buccaneers are, are, are, are, are, are a team that looks like you
58:10do not want a part of right now. You're going to have a couple of weeks without Baker.
58:15We don't know if Bucky was injured. I mean, I know he was injured in the game, but we don't know if
58:22it's anything serious, but that team is right now, three losses.
58:26They haven't looked good and now they're without their quarterback.
58:29So you, you would imagine this team is probably going to start off at best like one in five.
58:35And at that point, your season is over. Speaking of seasons being over, Brian Thomas jr.
58:41Dude, careers. So Brian Thomas jr. Snap count dropped to 37%.
58:44Brian Thomas jr. Had one target for one catch for eight yards in a game in which there have been two games
58:51this year they've scored 35 points, 34 and 35.
58:54Um, nope. It's not happening. Parker Washington. That is definitely happening.
58:58Dude. So good. But I mean, 37% snaps. What, what is this career ending?
59:02I mean, what is going on? You got it.
59:05The Jaguars have to trade him. Like they have to get something.
59:09He feels like a trade candidate for sure. And if I'm, if I'm any other team out there in the league, I'm, I'm trying to trade for him.
59:18This is a guy who has a rookie put up 1200 yards and 10 touchdowns.
59:23And now it's like, he's the worst right. Well, like he is uninvolved completely in this office.
59:28So BTJ was the Harrison year, right? Yes. Yeah.
59:31So both of those guys have gone from their best season is their rookie season.
59:36Yeah. And then, and then decline and then decline.
59:39Yeah. Even lad, um, neighbors to granted an injury, but route routes wise, it's Jacoby.
59:44It's Parker. It's Brenton strange. Those are the, who was the other, um, it's not Josh Cameron, Josh Cameron.
59:50I mean, he's only at 28% of the routes.
59:53Yeah. But how much was this snap count percentage wise?
59:56Uh, well, he were, he had the same exact snaps as Brian Thomas.
60:01That's right. That's mind blowing. But right craft Thomas was 47% of the routes.
60:05Uh, it wasn't, it was a week for certain tight ends.
60:09These guys didn't get it done. Tucker craft, Sam Laporta, Dalton Kincaid, Kyle pits, Isaiah likely and Mark Andrews.
60:15It couldn't be more over for Andrews. That dude looks so slow.
60:19And then he, he's slow and he drops the ball constantly.
60:22Yeah, he does. And, uh, I mean, Kincaid, it was a, it was disappointing.
60:27He humbled two for 38. Yeah. The, the bills were, I mean, they were throwing to catch up the whole game.
60:34Yes. I, I don't, I don't think anyone was like great for the bills is the, the weirdness of, we just talked
60:41on last week's show of, you know, coming off of the, the Thursday game where it's, uh, where Josh Allen, how does anyone ever stop Josh Allen?
60:49He's the, this is the greatest player of in football I've ever seen, but you know that that people do.
60:56And then you go to the next week and it's the freaking chargers are at home and they're slowing down Josh Allen and company.
61:04It's football is so weird. James cook had an okay game, but literally nobody else did.
61:09I mean, yeah, cook was great. DJ Moore didn't get to 10 points.
61:13Key on Coleman was four points. Kincaid less than three points with the fumble.
61:18There was just nothing. Um, I would not be surprised those of you out there.
61:22If you see Josh Allen, not practicing this week, there was a knee injury.
61:27You can go and review it. And then you can see the post game speech from Joe Brady.
61:33When they got the W he was clearly limping in the locker room.
61:37Most medical analysts are considering this a contusion versus any type of MCL sprain or something like that, which would be good,
61:44but you could see limited practices and you could see limited running for a little bit if he's, if he's banged up.
61:51But yeah, the Isaiah likely situation is unfortunate because that came, I mean, the number one guy that had the rapport with
61:58Jackson dart in the off season was Isaiah likely.
62:01Yeah. Again, that was part of that crazy bad weather game where you, you kind of have to throw that game out and that Minnesota Chicago game out.
62:10I think it will be better for likely. That one was, that was a goose, right?
62:15Yeah. That was, that was very, very bad. The opportunity, the need, um, the chargers are just absolutely broken.
62:22I mean, the chargers are who's it's like, they have so many good pieces.
62:26They've got a, they've got a quarterback, which is the, basically the only thing you need.
62:31They've got a first round running back. They've got two quality tackles.
62:35They've got a, a first round wide receiver in lad and their offense.
62:39Oh yeah. Second round. First is huge. Pick 34.
62:42First round pick, but their offense scored 14 points in week one, 14 points in week two and 16 points in week
62:49three, Seattle, Denver, Kansas city, two or three on the road before the bye week.
62:54Uh, I would bet their own six is Mike McDaniel.
62:58What is going on? It's not just McDaniel. No, you can't.
63:01Yeah. You can't go this out McDaniel. Cause last year they didn't.
63:05I mean, this is three straight years with hardball underwhelming.
63:08Hmm. It's a mystery. Yeah. I'm sorry. Chargers fans.
63:11It's not like we weren't rooting for you, man.
63:14They like glad. We like Hampton. Two of the guys are my guys based on the expectations for Mike McDaniel to do what he's done with these guys.
63:23Yeah. The, the chargers and the Patriots are the two teams that I feel like are, are broken right now.
63:30The bottom four scoring teams in the league, the dolphins.
63:33Yeah. Okay. We saw that coming. Yeah. The Titans.
63:36Yeah. That checks out. And then the Patriots and the chargers.
63:39That is not far behind. And also Houston's on three.
63:43Yeah. Unbelievable. But yeah, I mean, it's Tampa and Tampa is, I'm trying to look at their schedule because I want to
63:50be a fair minded, like critic of different teams, not just the chargers.
63:54Um, green Bay this week against Tampa. So that's a tale of two teams.
63:58Oh boy. Feeling the funk. And then at Dallas, then Pittsburgh.
64:02Oh, a quick green Bay note. Um, nothing has been said.
64:05This is all speculation. Uh, but there was a video of, of Christian Watson on his last route.
64:11Yeah. And it definitely looks like a guy who pulled up and reached right for his hamstring.
64:17So a green Bay has, I wasn't sure how much you thought about that, Mike.
64:22Oh, I, I, it's very good. A guy who has hamstring problems grabbing his hamstring.
64:27Yeah. It was after the interception. Yeah. So last, again, nothing has been said publicly about it, but I'm just, I bring that up because tomorrow's waivers.
64:35And if you got Watson and you haven't like, they haven't said anything, you need to just be prepared for the, you
64:42might have a Wednesday pop up and like, Oh, Christian Watson is not practicing and just, you gotta, you gotta be in front of these things.
64:51Yeah. Yeah. All right. We're going to say goodbye for today.
