0:00Good morning, friends and enemies. In today's video, we will be going through the official 10 players to let your idiot League mates draft in 2026 list. I
0:11made this video 5 years ago, and since then, it has been ripped, remixed, rehashed, recycled by every creator on YouTube, but this is the official. You
0:20come here for the official one. We're starting in round 10 and we're going to select one player, one trash ass player
0:26in every single round that you should be gladly presenting to your league mate, pitching him as if he's the greatest thing that's ever blessed the fantasy
0:34football roster. You let him take him.
0:35You let him take him. And I'm going to explain why. So, we start up in round 10. Round 10, pick 112. So, we were
0:43talking about the 1004. And what would a BDGE summer be without talking some [ __ ] about Xavier Worthy, the fastest man on
0:50the planet? Here's where I'll start. I genuinely believe that if Xavier Worthy didn't have pretty much the two biggest games of his career as two of the most
1:01popular NFL games over the last half decade, he'd probably be a 16th round pick right now. If you remember his very
1:07first game in the prime time game that kicked off the NFL season for the Chiefs in 2024, his rookie season, he had two
1:13big touchdown plays. They were like both fluky breakaway plays scored there and everyone's like, "Xavier the goat. best first round pick of all time. And then
1:22he had the [ __ ] Super Bowl when the Chiefs were down 30 points. He connected on a Hail Mary for the first time in his
1:26career with Patrick Mahomes. So everyone just remembers, I get this is what Xavier Worthy could be. Big play guy. Of course, he's going to eventually connect
1:32with Mahomes. The problem with Xavier Worthy is he's just not a a real wide receiver. He is like a gadget player in
1:40an offense that already has guys that operate those types of roles. And as good of an offensive mind and coach as
1:48Andy Reid is, you can't simply just run an offense through four different gadget players, he doesn't separate. And when you look at the splits with him and
1:56Rashi Rice both on the field, in games over the last two years where Rashi Rice has played, Xavier Worthy averages 2.7
2:04catches per game, just over eight PPR fantasy points per game. That's not usable. That's a first round pick in an Andy Reid offense tied to Patrick
2:12Mahomes. The setup is immaculate there, but he can't do anything when Kelsey and Rice are on the field. They resigned Kelsey, so he's there for at least
2:20another year. Rashi Rice, yes, he had the little rehab stint in jail, but you know, according to everyone who knows anything about injuries, he's should be
2:28fine for training camp into the season.
2:30And what worries me most about Xavier Worthy, I think, is like for someone who recorded the fastest speed ever at the
2:36combine, you would assume that his speed would be used on the outside to really like separate from defenses and take shots downfield. And I think it's a
2:45confluence of events. I think him and Mahomes have had a lot of unlucky throws where it just does not land and they
2:50have really bad deep chemistry. But we do see an overwhelming number of defenses start to play that cover too high. And that's been the case now for,
2:58you know, a few years running. And it's the reason why leaguewide passing yardage is really, really down over the last couple years. And it's why I think
3:05Patrick Mahomes' passing numbers have not been as great. Obviously, they don't have Tyreek Hill anymore. But if you follow Tyreek Hill over to Miami,
3:11Miamiy's passing numbers have come down with Mike McDaniel because I think a lot of these defenses have now converted to the fact that they play these deep
3:17zones. And now we're seeing a lot of running backs, you know, start to get more workhorse carries and and start to
3:23really like feed on the fact that defenses are playing back a little bit.
3:25we're seeing is a swinging of the pendulum when it comes to NFL playmakers downfield and speed and defenses and how they play top guys like Patrick Mahomes.
3:33So, I think it's a multitude of those things working against Xavier Worthy, but those two have just never had deep chemistry. Like, no matter how many
3:39times they try to connect, it just does not work. And it feels like Patrick Mahomes has better deep chemistry with Taekwon Thornton. Thornton was [ __ ]
3:45awesome last year. And they did resign him. Not that I really think Taekquin Thornton is gonna be like an every down
3:49player by any means, but I do think he'll eat into some of those targets downfield. And then you're talking about Xavier Worthy just being a gadget guy
3:55who can't really separate from man coverage. He's not great against zone coverage. And Rashi Rice already does all that stuff a thousand times better
4:01than Xavier Worthy does. So yeah, when I when I look in that round, like to me, Xavier Worthy is the clear odd man out.
4:08I would take every all the guys above him. I would take all the guys behind him and we can move on to round number
4:14nine. First running back on this list, Rashad White out in Tampa Bay. And I love this because this feels like a
4:20contrarian take at this point. I have not seen this amount of love towards Rashad White in fantasy football, maybe ever in his career. And it's at a point
4:27where he's probably at the lowest value of his career. But suddenly, everyone loves Rashad White. So, we'll start here. Uh Rashad White, obviously no
4:35longer with the Bucks, was signed to Washington on a one-year $2 million deal. So, he's not one of those guys that, you know, even a two-year $8
4:44million deal. We're like, "Okay, we have like clear plans for you over the next year or so to be in a rotation for
4:50sure." And do I think Rashad White's not going to be in the rotation? No. That would be disingenuous of me or
4:54disingenuine, whatever the right correct terminology. Both those sounded [ __ ] great off the tongue, though. Rashad White, I think he'll be in the
5:00committee. I think this team and everything I hear from beat reporters and all the reports that are coming out, I do think they really like JCM. I think
5:08he moves differently. I think he's a much better runner. And that's kind of where my problem with Rashad White comes into play here. When you look at what
5:14Rashad White does well, when you look at what JCM does well, they are basically two opposites. Rashad White is a phenomenal athlete and a great pass
5:22catcher and a very poor runner at the NFL level. On the opposite side of things, JCM was great, great on the
5:29ground last year. I think he provided a level of explosiveness and in between the tackles running ability while his weak point has always been pass catching
5:37and playing on third downs and those things. So, they complement each other very well. My issue with this is in the
5:42two years with Jaden Daniels as the starter in Washington, the target shares for the running backs in Washington have been amongst the lowest in the NFL. In
5:51his rookie year, running back saw just 15.7% of the targets in Washington, which was amongst the lowest in the NFL.
5:59Last year, that dropped even further down to 12.8%, 31st in the league, which is not as relevant obviously because Jaden Daniels missed a lot of time, but
6:06he did still play a handful of games and they do have a new offensive coordinator coming in. But again, it just it it
6:12speaks that overall theme of like mobile quarterback, doesn't pass to the running back as much. You've had David Blau there as well. So, it's like how
6:17different is this offense going to be?
6:19Different than Cliff Kingsbury, of course, but like I still would not project this is not a Shawn Payeyton offense where 28 to 30% of the targets
6:25are going to the running backs. And it's like, okay, Rashad White can really eat by himself. 14 to 16% of the targets on
6:31the overall team in a probably low passing volume offense overall to begin with are going to the running backs as a
6:38total, not just Rashad White, but a split between all the running backs here. I have such a hard time envisioning Rashad White taking early
6:44down work. No idea what's going to happen inside the 5yd line. Is it JCM?
6:48Is it Jaden Daniels scoring six or seven touchdowns this year? Is it Rashad White getting four goal line carries? Like to
6:54me, I think people are hanging on to like the the forced volume that Rashad White had early on in Tampa Bay. His
7:00prospect profile was good in terms of build and athleticism. He looks like a three down back. He is just not a good
7:06runner of the football whatsoever. And I think they already have that in a dude who in my opinion broke out as a rookie.
7:11I I know people like do not like JCM for whatever reason, but I think for the uphill battle he faced being a late
7:18round pick doing what he did as a rookie and you can see the tweet that I that I posted a couple days ago about him. I
7:24thought he was awesome for a late day three pick and I think they have something to build on there as an early
7:28down grinder. Moving to round eights, RJ Harvey running back in Denver. He is the 801 right now. So he almost slipped his
7:35way into the seventh round which I hate even more. I I think if we remember a year ago, I was pretty much the only
7:42person on football Twitter that thought R.J. Harvey was a legitimately bad runner of the football. I was vocal about this on Twitter. I even went deep
7:50in my film bag. I was breaking down film. I was, "You got to go here. You got to go here. You can't go over here."
7:55And every time I said, "You can't go over here," R.J. Harvey went over there.
7:58And the funny part about it was I was like very anti-RJ Harvey in dynasty rookie drafts, but I was fine with him
8:03if you wanted to take him in reddraft fantasy football because it's easy to acknowledge like, hey, you have a passcatching type of back in a Shawn
8:10Peyton offense. Of course, the upside could happen. He ended up seeing that upside because JK Dobbins got hurt and he had a lot of fantasy production,
8:17especially over the second half of the season, but in terms of his effectiveness as a runner, I think we saw that play out. And if you look at
8:23any of the numbers, you know, we're talking about the third worst success rate as a runner, the fourth worst rushing yards over expectation per
8:30attempt. Just a lot of bad and then a lot of good as a receiver, which should not be a surprise to anyone. But you can
8:37clearly see that Shawn Payeyton felt so much more comfortable with JK Dobbins as the real workhorse in Denver. The entire first half of the year before JK Dobbins
8:45got hurt, Dobbins was a dude getting 15 to 18 carries per game, R.J. Harvey was playing in mix and match spots and it
8:53was just all the rumors, reports of this offseason of what Denver wanted to add.
8:56They ended up resigning JK Dobbins to, you know, a much more lucrative contract than [ __ ] Rashad White got. And then
9:02they added Jonah Coleman in the draft, an early day three pick. So, it's like, yeah, they're they're signaling to you, they're pointing to you that it's like
9:09if if they had a guy that they thought was capable of taking this high upside role, then they wouldn't have made all
9:15these moves. But it's clear that they just see him as a player in this rotation. So, I'm sure Harvey will have
9:22his like PPR weeks. At the end of the day, if you look at the situation objectively, he's a very explosive player. He is an athletic pass catcher,
9:30and this is a Shawn Payeyton offense that does utilize the running backs in the passing game at a very, very high
9:35degree. It's an incredibly stout offensive line, probably one of, if not the best offensive lines in the game.
9:40But, man, you could tell they just do not want him carrying the ball much. He he is just a very poor inside runner.
9:46He's very poor vision. He just always wants to use his explosiveness to bounce runs outside, inside, etc. Moving into round seven, and this is one that I
9:57didn't love to pick, but it's much more of an avoid injuries going into the year type of thing. You know, that was always
10:03one of my calling cards that I would try to preach to y'all. It's like your players are going to get injured
10:08throughout the year often, right? It's football. It's fantasy football. That shit's just going to happen. So, I don't really understand the point of drafting
10:15dudes coming into the year that you know are injured, right? Like Rashi Rice is not going to be injured going into the
10:21year. He's injured now or was, but will be fully recovered by the time the season starts. That's different. But when we look at guys like Alec Pierce,
10:27who is the next guy on this list, round seven pick, it's going around 704, 705.
10:32It's very hard to make the case for Alec Pierce in full PPR leagues, which are the leagues that I I play in.
10:38Originally, when the summer started, things felt great. You know, you had Michael Pitman. He's gone. You have Alec Pierce signing this fat extension. You
10:45do have the Daniel Jones injury, so it's a little bit of wish, a little bit of wash, but ultimately it was great. And
10:49then, you know, he has this ankle procedure and the timeline starts to get a little wonky. And it starts to get
10:57longer and it's like a little bit more worrisome than we originally had planned for. And you start to look at the
11:02articles around whether it's from the New York Times, The Athletic, Dr. Jesse Morris, I spoke to, Pro Football Doc, David Chow, they're all worried about
11:10it. And and one of my bigger concerns too and this might be like big braining it a little bit too much because I do
11:16think if Alec Pierce is on the field like he has developed into a much better player than we kind of thought he was
11:21early on in his career. I think he's a little more well-rounded. You get that contract, no more Michael Pitman.
11:25They're going to feature him and I think he's going to be utilized a lot.
11:27However, I'm just worried we're going to miss like half of the season of a high-end production that a wide receiver one should get. And when I think about
11:33Daniel Jones coming back from the Achilles tear, I went back and Daniel Jones has been so inconsistent with his deep ball accuracy. I went back and
11:41looked at deep ball catchable target rate. You know, the the the the rate in which the deep balls that you throw are
11:47just simply catchable. They don't need to be caught because I think like catch rate and completion rate are very very skewed based on, you know, defenders
11:54play and based on wide receivers dropping balls, etc. So, I went back and looked at catchable target rate, and in four out of Daniel Jones's seven
12:01seasons, he was around or below 30% on his catchable target rate. Most good quarterbacks in terms of throwing deep, and I'm not even talking about great,
12:10I'm just talking about like probably around average to to good. So, like 18th to 13th place, 12th place, they're usually around like 40%. And then the
12:18really good ones are in the upper 40s to lower 50s. So Daniel Jones being around 30% and or lower for the majority of his
12:27seasons is extremely worrisome and I worry that the Achilles is going to be a big nuisance to him and make it really
12:32tough for him to push off and throw accurately downfield where Alec Pierce obviously made the majority of his money last season. And again, I think he'll
12:40get easier routes. I think he'll get shorter routes. I think he'll get more of those like eat them up routes. But we
12:45also do have two really talented pass catchers in that area of the field with Tyler Warren and Josh DS already. So, it
12:51gets murky for me if the injury wasn't there for Alec Pierce. And I don't know that we've gotten a ton of updates on
12:56the Alec Pierce injury either. Like when I spoke to Dr. Morris a couple weeks ago and from what I've seen from the Twitter
13:03docs, like I think there's a chance this goes really late into the summer and I don't think it's a promise that Alec
13:08Pierce is ready for week one either. So, we'll see if he avoids the pup list, which I I I'm assuming he probably will,
13:13but I do think this is like an injury to be really really kind of dialed in on to make sure that you are understanding
13:20what his price could be. So, it's his injury. It's Daniel Jones's injury. I think there's enough smoke here that I'm probably just going to stay away from
13:27this fire. Moving down to round six, there are two players that I'm really, really avoiding here, but we're going to stick to one, and that's Chuba Hubard.
13:37like who is drafting Chuba Hover in the sixth round? When I look at Chuba in the sixth round, you have top 10 rookies
13:44around him. You have quarterbacks, you have like Jaden Daniels himself might rush for more yards than Chuba Hubard will this year going around where he is.
13:53Chuba, I think we know what he is as a as an NFL player. He's like a jack of all trades, a master of none. And Jack
13:59is probably putting it a little bit too highly. He's a nine. He's a nine of diamonds at all. A master of none. He
14:06could play all three downs, but he's not really good at anything. He had the big breakout year a couple years ago because
14:12he was force-fed a ton of volume. He has never ranked inside the top 30 in terms of elusiveness for running backs. He's
14:19not an explosive player. And yeah, you guys know I love Jonathan Brooks, but this is not this is not like a lunatic
14:25like Jonathan Brooks is going to be the workhorse. No doubt about it. Of course, you have to fade Chuba. the more the
14:30more you play fantasy football, the the more you realize like you do have to play spectrums here. And you do have to
14:35approach these players from like a more legitimate stance of what's most likely to happen. And what I think is most likely to happen is that the two are
14:44going to end up being in a committee.
14:46When you look at what's most likely to happen if one of these guys ends up emerging as the workhorse by the end of
14:51the year, yeah, human intuition kind of tells you that's Jonathan Brooks. And I think everything you hear out of Carolina is that they want Jonathan
14:57Brooks to be the guy that emerges as the second round talent that they chose, right? I think that's just normal human
15:02intuition. Like of course they want this guy who was projected to be the workhorse a few years ago to eventually take that role. So my concern is this,
15:10like they're almost certainly going to be a committee. Like maybe Chuba is the starter for the first couple weeks of the season and you feel okay about it.
15:18The issue though is like once they form a committee, you are drafting a committee running back who probably has the lower upside of the two in a
15:27Carolina offense that since Bryce Young has taken over has ranked 23rd and 27th in points per game, 31st and 24th in
15:35plays per game. This will just never be a highly productive offense overall. And yes, they can have productive fantasy running backs when one guy takes over as
15:44the workhorse. when someone is the bell cow like Chuba was a couple years ago, like Rico was during his stretch. But
15:51then as soon as like Chuba cemented himself back into the committee last year, Rico was a pretty hard click and he was a pretty hard start in fantasy.
15:58You never really knew what you were going to get from him. So, you kind of need one guy to end up being the bellcow
16:03or the workhorse in an offense that's as unproductive as this is in order to return value. And I just don't think if
16:10you're kind of turning your brain on, we're really going to get that in Carolina this year. one guy. As much as
16:15I love Jonathan Brooks, I like taking him in the ninth or tifth round because he has the upside to be that guy, but
16:20I'm not projecting him to do so. And I'm not taking him in the seventh or sixth or fifth round on some like fairy tale
16:25vision of it happening. We move into round five. This is a round where I feel like there's a lot of dudes that I
16:32hesitate to click on right now. And I think I could genuinely make the case of why like nine of the 12 picks in this
16:39round are bad picks. like David Montgomery, the offensive line is terrible. The offense is quite terrible.
16:47CJ Straoud, there's no guarantee that he's going to be good or bounce back.
16:50Their defense is so good that sure, they're going to lean on the ground a little bit more, which I think will be
16:55David Montgomery's role, but they're only going to have to score 17 points a game to win games. Woody Mars is without
17:00a doubt going to have a pass catching role in that offense. So, you keep going down. Quinnshot Judkins probably a really bad offense, probably a bad
17:07offensive line, two down player. Jameson Williams, the majority of his work last year was done obviously in the second half of the season. Now you can conflate
17:16it with, okay, Dan Campbell took over as a play caller, but I also think Sam Laora being off the field was a huge
17:22deal for James Williams. If you look at those splits, his single best fantasy game last year as well came when Aman
17:28Rah St. Brown got hurt very early and left the game and then JO ate afterwards. So now you have your top two
17:34pass catchers not on the field there.
17:35So, I think a lot of Jame Jame Jameson William, he's a a great NFL player.
17:39Obviously, spreads of defense like no other. Really tough click in full PPR leagues. I I think his splits from last year are very very skewed just based off
17:46the fact that both Aman Ra Sam Laora miss some time and most of his production, if not almost all of his
17:52production, came in those games. Trayvon Henderson, I think, was way worse than Randre Stevenson was last year. He was not a good pass blocker. Uh he was not
17:59great in between the tackles runner. I think Randre Stevenson is still going to have a very very very fruitful volume role there in New England. Josh
18:07McDaniels has always always used a committee going back very very far in his career whether as an OC or a head
18:14coach. I think we're going to see more of that. So there's just a lot of scariness at the top here. So
18:19realistically, I don't know that I could decide on one. I know I said this was the official list and I was going to
18:23pick one per round, but uh yeah, I don't I don't really like much of those guys at the top five. The one I like the
18:28most. The one I would be clicking the most to draft on my team would be Quinchan Judkins. The rest of them make
18:34me [ __ ] queasy though. So, we're moving into round four and Malik Neighbors is sitting in round four and when the summer started he was a round
18:42two pick and then the injury stuff moved him to round three and then eventually to round four and then we actually just
18:48heard yesterday that he's going to be avoiding the pup which doesn't make me much more excited about him for 2026.
18:56Obviously, it's positive news and it's the first positive news we've heard about Malik Neighbors basically the entire off season. It still does not
19:03mean that he's going to be ready for week one. It still doesn't mean he's not he's not going to miss a couple games.
19:08It's more so like they think he has a legitimate chance to be on the field within the first four weeks at some
19:14point. So, it could be week four. When you have a player as talent as Malik Neighbors, you don't even want to give
19:18the chance of him missing a game that he doesn't necessarily need to. And I think that's what it's pointing towards. I
19:24haven't seen one single report from a beat guy out in New York being like, "Oh yeah, he's going to be ready to go for
19:29training camp." They're all still walking on eggshells in terms of We'll see what type of participation he has during the summer and training camp and
19:36all that stuff, but we'll get reports quickly cuz training camp is starting.
19:39You know, some of the teams have reported already. All that to say, we're not going to go Malik Neighbors just cuz
19:44I think it's everybody's pick around this area and and whatever. We have to wait for the dust to settle in training
19:49camp. I think they have a valid take on on Malik Neighbors right now. I'm going to make probably one of the more
19:55contrarian takes of the year. This is the one that backfires. This is the one that everyone comes back to the video
20:00for and being like, "This [ __ ] [ __ ] took." Luther Burden in the fourth round. It It's L. You have to be able to
20:06separate the art from the artist, the round from the player. Luther Burden going in the fourth round terrifies me for a few reasons. We've obviously only
20:15seen him perform in a very, very small sample size. There's a lot of good going for Luther Burton. The problem is when
20:22you're paying for these hyped upside guys, like you're paying for a lot of the price of Luther Burton already and the higher a player goes in drafts,
20:30obviously the riskier it is because of the opportunity cost. when you're paying for, you know, a Cornell Tate or Jordan Tyson in the sixth or seventh round,
20:40that's a lot more palatable because the guys going around them are either much more replaceable, they're the high-end quarterback, so you can get another one
20:46right after them, or there are these other guys who have one already proven it at the NFL level, and two are just as
20:53likely to have monster years as this other guy. So, Luther Burden, I'm a little bit honestly I'm a little bit bearish on the upside of the Bears
21:03passing offense. Statistically, I think they'll be a good team. And I think Caleb will take another step up, but the one I trust the most in this offense by
21:11far and away is Coloulston Lovel. I really don't know what the splits are going to look like between Rome and Luther. And yes, you could obviously
21:16make the point Ben Johnson went out, handpicked Luther Burton, didn't play him for the first half of the season.
21:21They get rid of DJ Moore, they get rid of Ola Zakius. I just don't think Luther Burton is that well-rounded of an actual
21:27receiver. And can he progress?
21:29Obviously, can Ben Johnson scheme him into ways that just highlight his strengths? Absolutely. I am just terrified of the the small sample that
21:37we saw last year. You know, he had a very big game against a broken San Francisco defense and then after that
21:44when he became a full-time player like in the playoffs, he was a no-show and a few of the games before that also a
21:49no-show. So, like, yeah, I he'll have the opportunity, but fourth round's a pretty hefty price for me to pay if he
21:55drops into the fifth. You know, I'm I'm looking at Luther Burton for sure. I was on a stream the other night, actually,
22:00where we took Coulson Loveland the endish of the fourth and then Luther Burden dropped to us around uh I think it was like the 53, 54s, and I'm like,
22:07that's a little bit more palatable for me. I think you weigh the the upside and the downside and and the problem is if
22:12Luther Burton ends up having like a good year where he goes for 850 900 yards if Caleb Williams throws for 3,800 yards
22:20like Coulson Lovelin's going to get his the red zone when they're inside the five and 10 they use DeAndre Swift and
22:25use Kyle Manunga it's such a high volume that I'm a little bit worried about where Luther Burden's scoring equity comes in and then you have Roma Dunce
22:32who's another in my opinion really good red zone threat don't know what's going on with his foot there but he's obviously still going to run all the
22:38routes I still think Ben Johnson wants to be a run first offense like he always was in Detroit like they were last year.
22:43So yeah, Luther Burton, he's my official fourth round pick. I feel really good and not scared about that one. When we
22:49move into round three, you know, this is where we just have a bunch of phenomenal players and I would be happy with any of
22:55these guys on my team, but we do have to pick players and my eyes immediately go to the middle of the round there with
23:01Bree Hall's RB14 and Kyron Williams is RB 15. So, I think there are two angles or two ways to approach this. I think
23:09Kairen has an incredibly high floor as he always does, but we did see the material change last year and how they're using the backfield. Blake
23:15Cororm was legitimately really good, one of the most explosive players in the NFL when you look at the breakaway run rate
23:20and they started to split drives one at a time and that will become a problem eventually for Ky Williams and I think
23:26it could eventually earn Blake Cororm more and more work. There was a report out of I think it was Nate Ty, someone
23:32very respectable in the beat reporter world, maybe someone else from the Rams uh department that said that their hot take is that Blake Horm rushes for 1,000
23:39yards this year. And I actually went on a bold prediction show earlier this off seasonason. And one of my bold predictions was that both Kairen and
23:46Blake Cororm rush for 1,000 yards. The first running back duo to do so since Jonathan Stewart and D'Angelo Williams back in I think it was 09. Um, and that
23:55would make sense because there this is like the best setup in theory on paper.
23:59You have the unbelievable defense. You have a very good offensive line. You have an unbelievable play caller, offensive minded coach and Shawn McVey
24:06that's now using this heavy personnel that makes things easier for running backs. I just get nervous about Kairen in terms of splitting the snaps. And I
24:14feel like a lot of the touchdown equity is going to come down to who is on the field when those drives end up being
24:20inside the five. I think the offense will take a little bit of a step back.
24:23Like they won't have to put the pedal to the metal like they did last year.
24:27Stafford's going to see a dip in touchdown regression. Of course, their schedule is is much tougher this year, especially with a healthy San Francisco
24:3349ers team. And their schedule is like kind of wacky in terms of travel. I think they have seven prime times games
24:39this year and they are all over the place, all over the world, all over the country, very short rest weeks often.
24:45So, my biggest hesitation with with Kairen is simply we know that there was finally this change in how the offense operates last year. They've been saying
24:52it for offseason. Oh, we're going to get another guy involved. We're going to get another guy involved. Never happened until last year about week eight or week
24:58nine. That's when things started getting involved. And Blake Horm actually was on pace from it was week eight through the rest of the season on pace for more than
25:06900 rushing yards. That's coming off of someone's plate. That's coming off of Kairen's plate. Kirn averages just over 30 receptions a year. So, he's not a
25:14huge PPR factor by any means. He saw almost 70 fewer carries last year than he did the year prior, which also led to
25:21a touchdown dip for him. So, when you're building your team in that third round, I think you're passing up on a lot of
25:26really high upside players where Kairen provides you a floor that I think if things break in an unlucky fashion, he could end up with eight touchdowns this
25:35year and be pretty disappointing for your team. Bree on the other hand, I mean, I I don't really need to talk talk
25:39to you about the the Jets. My biggest concern with Bree, they give him the bag and I think he will operate as the
25:44workhorse. I'm not as concerned about like a committee or anything. And I think we saw with Gino coming in, he dumped the ball off to Ashen Genti a
25:51million times last year. My biggest concern for Bree is that like we do get Kade Clubnick coming in and starting games. Gino Smith's Vegas prop lines for
26:00the upcoming season. 2,600 passing yards, 14 and a half passing touchdowns.
26:05To me, that's like, yes, Gino's probably not that good of a quarterback anymore.
26:09This is not going to be a prolific passing offense, but that is baking in the risk of yes, Gino likely not going
26:16to be starting the full season and typically when a starting quarterback gets benched, what time of the year is that going to be at? The final stretch
26:24of games, which also coincides with your fantasy playoffs. And when you look at that stretch of games, weeks 13 through 17, one, he's got one of those late
26:32buys. So week 13, you're fighting for a playoff spot. Week 13's the buy. They play Denver in week 14. terrible. Uh
26:38they do get a nice break at Arizona. So Arizona, the [ __ ] Kate Clubnick versus Carson Beck matchup in week 15 is
26:45going to be uh the worst thing to ever bless my eyeballs, unfortunately. But then week 16 and 17, it's New England,
26:51it's Minnesota. Like I'll just say in the middle of that round, I would prefer Javvante Williams. I would take a T.
26:58Higgins over those guys. I like Acha Ibuka a lot. Like Josh Jacobs, I don't think's going to see a lot of off-the-
27:03field trouble right now, as far as I know. So, I feel a little bit more comfortable with the guys that I know
27:07are going to be the workhorse bellcows in their offense than a Kairen Williams.
27:11So, I think I would lean more towards Kiren. I can acknowledge the upside of Bree with Gino Smith and the offensive
27:15line and the weapons kind of making that offense a little bit more palatable. And I think without Justin Fields, you have
27:21fewer touchdowns being taken by the quarterback, rushing, etc. They can accentuate Bree Hall's involvement in the passing game. So, Kiren in the third
27:29round likely not going to be for me.
27:31Falls into the fourth round. Cool. And while we're talking about just awesome running backs that can make me look like a [ __ ] [ __ ] in fantasy football
27:39this year, my round two pick is actually Devon Aan. He is the 15th player off the board. He's finally moved down. When I
27:45first started making videos this summer, he was like the ninth player off off the board. And I think most people came to
27:50realize, ah, we got a problem in Miami with the offensive scheme, the offensive system, the offensive line, the offensive players, the offense this, the
27:57offense that. And uh Devon Hen 15th pick. So, you're talking about the 203, his price is becoming more palatable right now in my rankings, which you can
28:05go get at bdgeg.co.
28:07Sign up for the fantasy membership that has all my rankings. It's got all the player data. So, you got Vegas props up
28:12there. You've got, of course, any league type that you're in. Superflex, one quarterback, PPR, half PPR, all that kind of stuff's going to be available
28:19August 1st for you. We also built out a live draft assistant for you, so you could actually sync all your leagues and
28:25use all of our tools. We have a bunch of new tools in season for you. So you can sync your leagues and while your draft
28:30is happening in real time, it'll cross players off the rankings list and it'll show you best players available, etc.
28:35Very, very awesome tools for you guys.
28:36But you will see if you have my rankings available, Devon Achan to me is a back-end round two guy for a ton of
28:43reasons that you've probably heard at Nauseium already. Miami is going to stink. I don't love taking players in offenses where I already know the
28:50environment is going to be terrible. The tough part with Han is that he's so good in the passing game, but I'm so worried
28:57about Malik Willis just not throwing him the ball very much. We have numbers on Malik Willis in terms of target share to
29:03running back in the games that he started so far in his career. And it's a very small sample size, so it's not like
29:07don't take it as science. Uh but it it's just kind of intuitive. Mobile quarterbacks tend to run more when they're under pressure and they don't
29:15want to dump passes off. And I think Tua was like the antithesis of that where all he wanted to do was dump off to
29:21running backs and that led to so much of Devon Han. And I think Mike McDaniel was a great play caller and schemer. They
29:26don't have Mike McDaniel. They don't have Tua. They have a running quarterback. They have a bad offense.
29:29That Vegas line is four and a half wins.
29:31I'd be surprised if they win five games this year. So you need Devon Chan in order to return value in my opinion to
29:37kind of put together a even more efficient season than he did last year.
29:42I think he was great in PPR because he'd catch five or six dump offs a game and he also had all those explosive plays.
29:47So, you not only need all of those explosive plays to return, but you probably need more because I think the reception total is going to come down
29:54pretty heavily in this offense. You have no real pass catchers as a consequence that are going to move the offense. It's
30:00like great that Han's going to be the number one target here, but when they go three and out over and over and over and
30:04over again, it's going to kill you watching your fantasy player do that. We have a completely new coaching staff and yes, they're going to love Han. He's the
30:10best player on their offense by far. But when they get down inside the five, do they bang it up there with Ali Gordon?
30:15Does he miss out on the easy touchdowns?
30:17And therefore, you need him to break away those 60, 50, 40 yard runs to score touchdowns. That becomes an issue because those explosive plays, while
30:24they came last year, two years ago, he had very few of them. Those are tough to predict, man. No matter how fast and
30:30explosive you are, any explosive running back moves up and down. We've seen it with years with Jonathan Taylor. We've seen it years with Saquon Barkley. the
30:36most explosive running backs kind of eb and flow in terms of those long touchdowns. They're not easy to come by.
30:42So yeah, I'm I'm I'm I'm spooked by Devon Chan at this price very very much.
30:46And as we move to round one and pick the player that terrifies me the most. You are absolutely nitpicking when it comes
30:53to the top 12 players. They are the 12 best players in fantasy football. But if I'm looking at this list, to me, Justin
30:59Jefferson is by far and away the scariest player on this list to draft in round one. I am just terrified of Kyler
31:08Murray. I just don't think he is a very good NFL quarterback. And I know people are just going to point back to what he
31:14did with DeAndre Hopkins in like 2020.
31:16That was 6 years ago. And it was before the NFL figured him out. And it was with Cliff Kingsbury before NFL defenses just
31:22ate his lunch and continued to allow him to have one good year and then get fired. Jefferson could he'll be fine in
31:28full PPR. Like he'll catch a bunch of balls, he'll get a bunch of targets, but Kyler's not a high touchdown thrower.
31:34Vegas has his touchdown line at 17 and a half, which is incredibly low. And again, not a perfect science, but it's
31:40more like directionally correct in terms of how you should be thinking of him in a tier of with these other quarterbacks
31:46and their passing touchdown upside. And I think there's a good chance that that's actually factoring in a start or two from JJ McCarthy, which I don't
31:52think is out of the question. I think they invested a lot into him. And if they feel like he's practicing really
31:57well for three months of the season and Kyler's struggling and they lose three or four games in a row, I wouldn't be
32:02shocked if they give him another start at some point. Over Kyler's last four seasons, he has averaged 1.2 passing touchdowns per game. That scares me,
32:12man. And and when I think of Justin Jefferson, I'm like, "Okay, he'll probably catch 100 passes. He'll probably go for 1400 yards." His
32:20touchdown outlook, though, I don't really know how you can project him for scoring more than like seven or eight touchdowns. And you're drafting him over
32:27guys who are like ski similar skill sets, but attached to like CD Lamb in Dallas's offense and their prolific passing offense. You you're drafting
32:35them around a bunch of these workhorse running backs who I think basically have floors of double-digit touchdowns. And you know, there are a lot of people that
32:43are much better at manipulating data than I am on Twitter that break down Kyler Murray's throwing tendencies and his ability and his middle of the field
32:52targeting. He doesn't do it often and he's not efficient when he does it. And that's where Justin Jefferson really eats. I think the fit between the two is
32:59going to be clunky. I think Kyler is a really good pick in Superflex leagues as a quarterback, too, because I think
33:04he'll just piece together games where it's big plays here, big plays there, good playmakers, rushing floor, of course, Kevin Oonnell is goated as a
33:11play caller. But I think I I think we're going to see some growing pains here.
33:15And realistically, it's like they had no other choice but to sign a guy like Kyler. I don't think them they didn't
33:19have a lot of quarterbacks on the market to go get. So for Kyler, it was kind of a no-brainer. There's just no way you
33:25could run back a full season of JJ McCarthy again, obviously. So, it's like he's better than what we have, but I
33:31don't think you should equate it with him being good. And I think the other thing, too, is Kyler's missed significant time in like the majority of
33:38the seasons over the last 5 years. So, very real chance that we see an injury from him and then we see JJ McCarthy
33:44again and then that's that whole experience. So, yeah, if I'm if I'm just here listening to my emotions, Justin Jefferson to me is the scariest pick in
33:52round one and I don't think it's particularly close. Although Ashen Jenty a pick nine getting spooky. So I will leave you at that. That is you know
34:01should have been 10 players till your Idiot League mates draft. I ended up talking through about 17 18 24 guys.
34:07Some of them I'm not even like that anti against. But I do have to pick at least one player per round. So sound off in
34:14the comments. Tell me how [ __ ] dumb I am as you guys always do. You're very very good at that. But I appreciate you
