Albert Okwuegbunam

NegativeRole30:31

Ian Hartitz asserts Albert Okwuegbunam is no less talented than last year—he was a very good producer in college and as a rookie. However, he's been moved down to high-end TE2/borderline TE1 range due to low target share in a crowded Browns offense where he competes with Casey Concepcion for the same route area. Hartitz notes if they wanted to throw him the ball, Okwuegbunam could score 15 fantasy points per week, but currently is not receiving sufficient volume. The situation is expected to balance out, but he's holding him at TE2 for one more week.

Insight page

Audric Estime

NegativeUsage31:11

Estime is the power-back half of a true two-headed Browns backfield, splitting carries 41% with Albert Okwuegbunam. Estime dominated red zone work with 100% of snaps inside the five but trailed significantly in snap share (30% vs. 62%) and route share (16% vs. 63%), making him the grinder role while Okwuegbunam is the pass-catching option. Estime scored 7.9 PPR points in Week 6.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

NegativeMatchup22:06

Bijan Robinson had only four to five carries at halftime in a game that looked favorable on paper: the Bears have one of the worst run defenses and front sevens in the NFL, and Michael Penix was dealing with a rib injury. However, the Falcons fell behind early due to Zachariah Branch's two fumbles, which limited offensive opportunities and forced a pass-heavy game plan. Robinson's disappointing performance in a great matchup suggests game script and early deficit management constrained his usage.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeUsage11:52

BTJ posted only a 28% route share in Week 6 and was not involved in the second half, signaling a significant step back in offensive usage; analysts recommend holding for a trade rather than expecting immediate fantasy production.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection2:12

Week 6 performance: 312 passing yards, 3 TDs, 23 fantasy points. Averaging 286 yards per game with 1.5 passing TDs per game on the season. Ian Hartitz says he's 'playing the best ball of his career' despite bad offensive line and no run game, with a strong WR group. Ranked as low-end borderline QB1 rest of season at worst; Dwayne McFarland moving him to high-end QB2 on full slates, with top-12 potential in weeks with four-team byes.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

NegativeUsage9:05

Rodriguez received 46% of the Jaguars' rushing attempts (competing with Etienne's 50%) and 29% of snaps in Week 6. He ran hard and efficiently but remains well behind Etienne in overall workload, though his straight-line running style may be favored in certain game conditions.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveProjection17:15

Loveland posted 78% route share, 86% snap share, 21% target share, 7 targets (3 red zone), 1 TD, 6 rec/65 yards in Week 6—strong usage metrics and a step forward after Week 5 dud. Still ranked tight end 24 on the season and outscored by Darnell Washington, but the performance suggests a potential two-touchdown day was possible with better execution. Loveland is the tight end on the field most often for the Bears; he's a prospect showing real upside after strong performances at the end of last season. Patriots defense has been tough against tight ends recently, but if Loveland posts another good game next week, that would mark two out of three strong outings. The Bears' heavy tight end usage and limited full-time roles for Cole Burden and Rome Odunze (characterized as more of a "sacrificial axe") could support Loveland's continued involvement.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeUsage19:11

Swift scored two touchdowns and ranks RB10 in PPR points per game, averaging north of 17 PPR points. However, even with Kalen Ballage sidelined, Swift did not operate as a true three-down workhorse; he carried 58% of snaps and 50% of rushing attempts, suggesting a committee approach. The Bears' offensive line was elite (1.5 yards before contact vs. league average of 1.2–1.3), but Roschon Johnson stepped into the Ballage role and may have outperformed Swift on the day despite Swift's two touchdowns.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

NegativeRole7:18

Schultz is squeezed by Jaylen Nowell's increased usage in the Texans offense. He received a Bengals bump in Week 2 but hasn't produced much since, and Ian Hartitz has not been interested in him as a fantasy asset.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeInjury8:25

Montgomery's injury status is affecting workload distribution in the Texans backfield. If he remains unavailable, the team is expected to increase touches for backup Ja'Hara Jordan, signaling Montgomery's absence creates direct fantasy impact on his own availability and the running back rotation.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeBust29:15

Ian Hartitz was a boomer bust on Denzel Boston as WR3; Boston busted in Week 6 with 15 scoreless yards, marking his first game under 40 yards. Despite the poor performance, Hartitz acknowledges Boston is a very talented young receiver and would be okay going back to the well against the Titans next week.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

NegativeProjection33:03

Henry's efficiency has declined sharply: 6.0 yards per carry in Week 1 down to 3.7 YPC over the last five games. Ian Hartitz attributes this to offensive line weakness (loss of Tyler Linderbaum) and reduced Lamar Jackson run-design plays (more under-center, fewer shotgun), not age. Despite 90% of carries (17 carries Week 6), lower YPC is likely to persist. However, touchdown upside remains when Lamar Jackson returns to unlock the Ravens offense.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

NegativeProjection27:15

After playing below-average to above-average football weeks 2-4, Watson has regressed sharply with back-to-back poor performances; he's taken 13 sacks in his last two games and is reverting to his 2022-2024 form. Despite leading the NFL with 4 game-winning drives, Ian Hartitz expresses worry about the regression and its spillover effect on the entire Browns offense in fantasy. Additionally, Watson is not throwing to open receivers in coverage—he's running under the coverage rather than delivering the ball, which constrains passing game efficiency and affects dependent pass catchers' upside.

Insight page

Devontez Walker

PositiveUsage37:18

Week 6 usage spike following Rashod Bateman's injury: 94% route share as Bateman's replacement in Ravens passing game; competing with Jacoby Lane for snaps in expanded opportunity.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveUsage23:28

Drake London posted a floor game with 12.2 fantasy points despite elite usage metrics: 100% route share, 30% target share, 10 looks, 2 red zone targets, 2 end zone targets, 14.7 aDOT, 147 air yards (week high unrealized air yards), 42% slot usage, and 20% of targets on play action. Ian Hartitz noted this represents his floor with Penix at QB and that London has the usage to support 30+ point games; the bear case (Tua returning) is now off the table with Penix locked in.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

NegativeInjury30:49

Sampson remained unavailable in Week 6 but was described as close to returning from IR. His absence opens backfield opportunity for fill-in options like Dwayne Washington.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeProjection26:45

Ranked WR20 over the last three weeks with more production than Abukabar and Burden. Ian Hartitz is willing to bid 1-2% in FAB but warns of volatility risk similar to Jahan Dotson's pattern of vanishing acts—he'll disappear despite recent production.

Insight page

Harold Fannin

PositiveRole30:10

Ian Hartitz watched Harold Fannin extensively last year and was impressed with his ball-handling ability and tackle avoidance; however, he's now questioning whether his target-earning ability was inflated by sharing the field with Isaiah Bond and Jerry Jeudy. Hartitz is trying to rank Fannin higher but suspects he may deserve a rank down similar to Kyle Pitts and Cole Kmet adjustments. Fannin is running open under coverage but Deshaun Watson isn't getting him the ball, constraining his upside.

Insight page

Jahan Dotson

NegativeBust23:55

Jahan Dotson caught 3 of 5 targets for 87 yards and a TD in Week 6, including a nice 13-yard fade route TD and a deep ball adjustment with two defenders nearby, posting WR20 production over the last three weeks with 92% route share but only 15% target share, 2 red zone targets, and 1 end zone target. However, Dwayne Lowery classified him as a boom-bust WR5 (or WR4 at lowest), noting he works vertically and gives chances for big plays with Penix's deep-ball willingness, but cautioned against spending FAB money on him (1-2% bid max) due to volatility; Ian Hartitz agreed he'll vanish despite the recent production. Hartitz prefers Jacoby Lane as a speculative swing over Dotson; would rather take a chance on Lane as an unknown upside play than bet on Dotson, even if the entire Ravens team were injured, suggesting Dotson lacks the ceiling or opportunity profile of Lane.

Insight page

Jaylin Noel

PositiveBreakout4:15

Week 6: 4 targets, 107 yards, 1 TD, 20.7 fantasy points. Averaging 2.53 yards per route run (10th among WRs). 63% route share. Dwayne McFarland compares him to Parker Washington (5'11", 201 lbs, electric with ball in hands, can work inside or outside). Making a big play every game. Key issue: needs more playing time to sustain production; McFarland notes 18% target per route run and red zone/end zone involvement. Ian Hartitz calls the Texans WR trio of Collins-Noel-Harrison 'pretty freaking fun' but questions full-time role availability.

Insight page

Jerry Jeudy

NegativeUsage31:00

Jerry Jeudy had a nice day in the Browns offense without a full-time role; he had one catch where he turned on the jets and got to the sideline. He's part of a crowded receiving corps competing for targets alongside Denzel Boston, Casey Concepcion, and Harold Fannin.

Insight page

Josh Cuevas

PositiveProjection32:36

Quevas scored the Ravens' only passing touchdown in Week 6 on 165 total passing yards. He hit an anytime TD prop at +2400 odds, providing a rare scoring opportunity in Baltimore's limited passing game under backup QB Tyler Snoop Huntley.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

NegativeRole15:15

Part of the Bears WR rotation affecting snap and route allocation; his presence in the rotation contributed to Burden's 44% route share in Week 6.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveUsage1:06

Continuing strong performance in Week 6, described as doing 'big big things,' indicating sustained high-volume usage and production trend.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

PositiveProjection22:34

After a slow start, Pitts has emerged over the last three games with Michael Penix at QB; he's reached 70% route share in three of the last four games (previously inconsistent at 45-50%), with PPR points of 7.7, 15.2, and 20.5 over that span. In Week 6, Pitts caught 5 of 7 targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns, marking a significant emergence. Ian Hartitz upgraded him from low-end TE2 to high-end TE2 range, noting he's a talented player now getting consistent volume and scoring with Penix; at worst case he's mid-range TE2 depending on matchup. The Falcons' early deficit forced them to pass quickly, but Penix's presence and Pitts' elevated route share suggest sustainable opportunity.

Insight page

Kylen Granson

PositiveProjection17:00

Scored 18.5 fantasy points in Week 6, a breakout performance after being benched in favor of Dallas Goedert; demonstrates upside when given opportunity.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

PositiveInjury32:18

Ian Hartitz expects Lamar Jackson to return for the Ravens-Bengals matchup next week; he believes Jackson is on the verge of practicing and returning. Hartitz emphasizes urgency for the Ravens organization to get him back for competitive reasons and to unlock fantasy upside for the entire Ravens offense (Henry, receivers, tight ends). Jackson's return will significantly stabilize the Ravens passing game after Tyler Snoop Huntley's poor Week 6 performance.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveUsage14:27

17.5 fantasy points in Week 6; 44% route share (context: 37% of plays in 12 personnel with two WRs, 29% in 13 personnel with one WR, still rotated with Kalif Raymond); led team with 24% target share; 44% targets per route run; 5.6 average depth of target working intermediate and underneath areas; 38% of targets came on play action; 8 receptions for 95 yards including two screen targets; working from slot; strong intermediate production despite elevated route share driven by game script.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

PositiveProjection37:38

Ian Hartitz characterizes Mark Andrews as a 'complete bust at this point in time' in 2026; his decline opens the door for Jacoby Lane to potentially become the red zone target in Baltimore's offense.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole4:04

Houston debut: 3-4 targets for 34 yards, 6.4 PPR points. Eased in with 26% route share, 27% of routes from slot, 25% of targets on play action, working intermediate/underneath/in-breaking routes plus outside. Looked pretty good in limited action. If C.J. Stroud reaches top-12 QB status (requiring passing yards), Harrison Jr. could benefit significantly. Part of a 'pretty freaking fun' WR trio with Nico Collins and Jaylen Noel, though full-time role clarity remains a question.

Insight page

Michael Penix Jr.

PositiveRole22:50

Penix performed well despite dealing with a rib injury, throwing 3 TDs and 0 INTs for 23.1 fantasy points with a 10.2 average depth of target, pushing the ball downfield effectively. Ian Hartitz expressed confidence that Penix is the QB going forward, stating "I don't even know like if unless he gets injured, I don't think we see Tua again," making him the clear starter for Atlanta's passing game.

Insight page

Nico Collins

NegativeUsage4:00

Week 6: 74 yards, 0 TDs. Averaging 2.53 yards per route run, 8th highest among wide receivers. Relatively quiet performance despite strong efficiency metric, raising questions about full-time role alongside Marvin Harrison Jr. and Jaylen Noel.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeUsage12:34

Washington is a top-two receiver in the Jaguars offense alongside Zay Jones and had multiple targets in Week 6, but Trevor Lawrence and Washington couldn't connect. Washington had two official drops including a 70-yard TD opportunity and a 35-yard drop off fingertips, indicating arm-length/catch-radius issues. However, he posted a 64-yard YAC reception showing playmaking ability. Despite Week 6 struggles, he's projected as a top-15 receiver post-bye with strong performance trend over the past calendar year.

Insight page

Rashod Bateman

NegativeInjury36:52

Rashod Bateman left Week 6 after just 5 drives with an injury. Before the injury, he was already rotating with only 55% route share, indicating a reduced role even when healthy. His injury creates opportunity for Devontez Walker (who played 94% route share after Bateman got hurt) and Jacoby Lane.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeRole15:30

Working from the slot on play action targets; 38% of his targets came on play action in Week 6, indicating a specific role in the Bears' offensive scheme.

Insight page

Rondale Moore

PositiveUsage16:15

95% route share in Week 6 but only 12% target share and 6.9 fantasy points; pattern of high route share without corresponding target volume has persisted for three to four weeks, suggesting limited offensive involvement despite being on the field; working more on the outside and downfield but not receiving the ball.

Insight page

Roschon Johnson

PositiveRole20:19

Roschon Johnson stepped into Kalen Ballage's role and scored 14.5 fantasy points, nearly reaching 20+ points after a near-touchdown where he smartly slid down inside the 5-yard line. Ben Johnson's offensive system favors a two-headed monster backfield (as seen in Detroit with Jamaal Williams and David Montgomery, and last year with Ballage), so Johnson could operate as an RB3 in games without Ballage, especially during bye weeks. The Bears designed a hook-and-ladder play for him early, indicating offensive confidence. Johnson may have outperformed De'Andre Swift on the day despite Swift's two touchdowns.

Insight page

Tank Dell

NegativeInjury7:07

Tank Dell's return from injury sooner rather than later is the primary concern for Jaylen Nowell's fantasy outlook, as his presence will further squeeze Nowell's target share and role in the Texans offense.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveProjection9:05

Etienne scored 24.7 fantasy points in Week 6 after weeks of high usage without production. He carried 57% of snaps, 50% of attempts (12 carries), and posted a season-high 63% route share with 10% target share (50% of targets on screens) and 2 red zone targets. Weather conditions (pre-game rain causing slipping) may have limited his explosiveness, but strong passing game involvement and red zone touches suggest regression to the mean on offensive penalties and a return to top-15 production going forward.

Insight page

Travis Hunter

PositiveBreakout11:26

Hunter caught all four targets for 59 yards and a touchdown in Week 6, joining Brian Dawkins as only the second player since 2000 to record a receiving TD and defensive interception in the same game; he posted a 16–20% route share on offense, indicating meaningful reps and strong performance despite a modest overall role.

Insight page

Woody Marks

NegativeUsage8:00

Marks received elite utilization in Week 6: 78% of snaps, 63% of rushing attempts (15 carries), 100% of red zone snaps, and 69% route share. However, he scored only 10.1 PPR points. With that level of usage, fantasy managers expect 17–20 PPR points, and Marks hasn't delivered that production level yet.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveUsage32:52

Flowers received high target volume (11 targets) but scored zero touchdowns on 66 yards in Week 6. Ian Hartitz notes the challenge of being the engine of the Ravens passing game when defenses know where the ball is going each play, limiting touchdown upside despite heavy usage. His predictability constrains scoring efficiency.

Insight page

Zay Jones

NegativeUsage11:00

Jones was targeted on a play where Trevor Lawrence was intercepted in the back of the end zone in Week 6, indicating target involvement but highlighting the volatility of the Jaguars' passing game.

0:56It is a great day to break down all things from week six. We have another very eventful London game to kick off
1:02the day. A.J. Brown just dropped another pass. Kyler Murray is back in our lives.
1:06Kenneth Walker continuing to do big big things. All that and much much more as myself Ian Hartitz from Team RotoWire and the one the only Dwayne "The Rock"
1:14McFarland, fantasy director of analytics and all around baller here joining me as always, Mr. Dwayne.
1:20>> What's up?
1:21What's up, man? Yeah, a great day of football. I think we have a lot of fun actionable takeaways today. Some Some
1:28sad ones, but I think more fun ones than sad ones. So, yeah, just following up the weekend. Zoey crushed it. Ian just
1:34got to Just got to give Zoey one more shoutout. She was Morticia in The Addams Family. Had a lead role. Was up there
1:40singing, dancing, doing all of her lines. I was like, "Man, I was like, I can get in front of a camera and talk,
1:46Ian. I don't know about getting up there and dancing and singing and all that."
1:49>> [snorts] >> Whenever I've gone on stage and started dancing and singing, they have said, "Sir, you need to leave right now,
1:53Dwayne." So, I am very very happy for Zoey. Shoutout to the queen herself. So, with all that said guys, let's start
1:59things off by rolling back those clocks to this morning when the Texans took down the Jaguars 34-31 in London.
2:06Houston winning outright as two and a half point dogs. The over cashed here with relative ease at 42 and a half. 426
2:12total yards for the C.J. Stroud-led Houston Texans. Dwayne, the punching bag after big bro and Caleb, you know, Caleb Williams a couple years ago having a
2:20horrific playoff stretch, you know, down to end of last season. All of a sudden, man, doing some pretty awesome things.
2:25312 yards, three scores through the air, playing the best ball of his career in my opinion with a bad offensive line,
2:31with no run game, but all of a sudden with a pretty fun group of wide receivers out here.
2:36>> Yeah, man. 23 fantasy points today for Stroud.
2:39Uh so, I mean, just looking at these last several games, Ian, I mean, I mean, actually we just look at the year. I
2:44mean, here is passing yards. 274, 353, 167, 347, 261, and then 312 today.
2:51I mean, so he's averaging 286 yards per game with one and a half passing touchdowns uh per game. You know, the
2:57touchdowns have been kind of the weird thing that hadn't been there yet, and we did get those on the board today. So,
3:02yeah, man. C.J. Stroud definitely climbing up the quarterback rankings.
3:06I'm wondering, you being the Ohio State aficionado that you are, how high are you getting Stroud? Do you think he's a
3:12low-end uh or sorry, high-end QB two yet, or you still more like mid-range QB two?
3:17>> I squeezed him in the top 12 last week.
3:19It was tough cuz it was one of those things where we had some more mid quarterbacks in easier matchups versus guys like C.J. and Trevor Lawrence that
3:26had to kind of tougher matchups, but playing a bit better real life football.
3:29So, always a bit of a delicate balance.
3:31I don't know if I'm ready to set and forget him as like a top eight quarterback every single week, BUT DUDE'S PLAYING FANTASTIC, MAN. I'd say
3:37low-end borderline QB one rest of the way at worst.
3:40>> Yep.
3:41>> Yeah, I think I'm I'll move him to high-end QB two uh like on full slates.
3:45Obviously, we have we have weeks where we're going to have four teams on by like we will again next week. You know,
3:49that'll be a situation where, you know, he's going to have a better shot to get inside the top 12.
3:53>> Relatively quiet there from Nico Collins, 74 scoreless yards. Did beat Travis Hunter down the sideline early, which is a reminder everyone there is
4:00always a bigger fish. But, Travis Hunter had an awesome day. We'll give him his flowers here shortly. That said though, Dwayne, had the debut in Houston of Mr.
4:07Marvin Harrison Jr. Maserati Marv out there, caught three or four targets for 34 yards. Looked pretty good. That said, you know who looked even better? Jaylen
4:15Noel out here, man, caught all four of his targets for 107 yards and a touchdown. He's now averaging 2.53 yards per route run, guys. That is the 10th
4:24highest mark among wide receivers. Nico Collins is eighth. Again, it's just one of those things where regardless of what you think about Marvin, we're not
4:30sitting here and trying to say like, "Oh my god, the Texans got a steal.
4:33Generational season is back on." or anything. Dwayne, I think Nico, Noel, and Marv is a pretty freaking fun wide receiver trio. But, the question of
4:40course is are we actually getting full-time roles for these guys other than Nico?
4:45>> Yeah, so I mean with Noel, they just have to find a way to get him more playing time. It was a 63% route share
4:49today. Uh the Texans did run 11 personnel uh a lot. Uh well, actually they didn't, 51%. So, they were still using their 12
4:57and their 13. I was thinking of the Jaguars on the other side. Uh but, whenever you look at this, it's just a
5:02situation where it's like you said, the 2.54 yards per route run or 2.53, whatever it is. Like, he's just looked really good. Um the dude's making a big
5:11play every single game. And honestly, like if I had to pick like a comparison, like he really reminds me of Parker
5:17Washington. Like, this is a guy who's 201 lbs, guys. He's 5'11". Electric with the ball in his hands. He can work
5:23inside or outside. I know a lot of his stuff has come over the middle of the field, but Noel is a guy they've just
5:28got to figure out how to get out there more. But, yeah, 20.7 fantasy points today. 18% targets per route run. He had
5:34a red zone target, an end zone target.
5:3616 average depth of target. A guy that a lot of people thought would just be an underneath slot merchant. No, this guy's
5:41getting vertical down the field very much like Parker Washington Jr. does.
5:45With Marvin Harrison Jr., kind of like we expected him easing him in. I don't think this is any indication, obviously, of what the role's going to be, but only
5:51a 26% route share today, 6.4 PPR points.
5:54But, I did think there were some positive things today for Marv, uh working intermediate, underneath, in-breaking routes, not just having to
6:00play on the outside, actually played from the slot some as well. 27% of his routes came from the slot. So, 25% of
6:07his targets came on play action. Those are really nice things. Um so, I think there is some hope here for Marvin Harrison Jr. We just got through
6:13talking about C.J. Stroud, and if we think that he has a chance to be a top-12 quarterback. We know that takes
6:18passing yards to get there, because he's not a guy that's going to run for a lot.
6:21So, that could be good for Marvin Harrison Jr. So, I think Jaylen Nowell, right now, like is still like in that
6:27boom-bust wide receiver five range. We just need to see a larger role. And I also worry, once Marv acclimates more, like that could just further limit what
6:33we get from Nowell. But, if the Texans got it figured out, we would just stop with this Booty stuff. 43% routes,
6:39Hutchinson. And Hutchinson's been, like, to be fair to him, he's been pretty good. But, if we could just get it down
6:44to these three.
6:45>> Booty hasn't?
6:46>> Yeah, I don't think Booty's been good, no, at all. [snorts] >> I mean, he was like the most efficient receiver in football last year, Dwayne.
6:52>> Yeah, I know, on a very small sample, doing his one little trick thing down the field. He's good at contested
6:56catches, but he's he's Come on. Like, we can move on.
6:59>> [gasps] >> Just, you know, all right, you can beat Derek Stingley for touchdowns, but other than that, what are you bringing to the
7:04table out here?
7:04>> you were that good, you would get more routes, you would get more targets.
7:07Like, he's not working out there. Like, he's just mostly an outside vertical guy.
7:12>> Put some respect on KeShawn Booty, please. Tank Dell will be back sooner rather than later. That'd be my only concern about Nowell. I mean, all Booty
7:18stuff aside, like, maybe Tank comes back and is actually a thing. But, all great problems for the Texans to have, obviously, in real life.
7:24>> Yeah, for sure. So, it obviously squeezes Dalton Schultz, who's not a guy you and I have really been into, anyway.
7:29Uh so, Schultz, sorry, you're back on Ian's crap list.
7:33>> Yeah, man, Foster Moreau, two touchdowns, though. Can't take that away from him. But, yeah, Dalton Schultz got the Bengals bump in week two, haven't
7:40seen much from the guy since. So, the brother storyline though, Dwayne, was the absence of David Montgomery dealing with a groin injury. We were expecting
7:47to see the Woody Marks takeover. Didn't exactly seem to be that way though because y'all must have forgot your heart, Jordan, was here to do his thing
7:54as well.
7:55>> Yeah, I mean, for the second consecutive year, Ja'Hara Jordan on his opportunities has looked better than Woody Marks. Like, I don't really know
8:01what else to say. Uh he only had 22% of the snaps today. Six carries though for 43 yards. Obviously, most people
8:06probably saw it was an island game, 25-yard touchdown run that was pretty pretty sweet. So, looking at Marks, you know, 78% of the snaps, 63% of the
8:14rushing attempts with 15 carries, 100% of the snaps inside the five. I mean, 69% route share. Like, all the utilization is there, but kind of like
8:21what we ran into last year when we would get those numbers. 10.1 PPR points.
8:25Didn't kill you. Like, you're okay, but like you're when you get that kind of usage, you know, Ian, we want like 17 to
8:3020 fantasy points. And we just haven't really seen that gear from Marks at this point. So, um I I would guess that if we don't have
8:37Montgomery again next week, I would expect them to give a little bit more work to Ja'Hara Jordan. If I were the
8:42coaching staff, at least that's what I would do, but I am not in charge.
8:46>> Going to be a good match up for both of them next week. And yes, the New York Football Giants. And I'll tell you what,
8:50if this Houston Texans defense continues to struggle against more opponents than not, maybe just maybe we continue to see sort of fantasy-friendly environments
8:57like this one because on the Jaguars side of things, man, Trevor Lawrence, 306 more yards and four touchdowns through the air. Unfortunately, not find
9:05Parker Washington or Jakobi Meyers, but he did find one Travis Homer. Also got another one to Nate Board checker, which was a sweet one-handed catch out there.
9:13And not one, but two receiving touchdowns for our one true king, Beathard O'Toole. So, again, a lot of scoring going on in this one. Dwayne, I
9:19think the main storyline here was though Beathard O'Toole doing his thing. All of us fancy nerds have been yelling for weeks to try to buy Beathard O'Toole.
9:26Try to buy Beathard O'Toole. And then I love seeing the production come, man.
9:29I'm not complaining about that. Could have even had three touchdown day if we didn't have a four-yard touchdown wiped away by a pretty ticky-tack offensive
9:36holding penalty. And if you want to say it was downright BS, I'm fine with that line of thinking, too. But, the problem
9:41was, Dwayne, it sure looked like to my eyes that Chris Rodriguez was running hard out there. Did we actually see a
9:45little bit of a step back in terms of the utilization for Etienne?
9:48>> Yeah, so for Etienne, 24.7 fantasy points per game. So, we did have the dam finally break. I mean, he had 19 at the
9:54end of the first half. I I thought we might be on our way to a 30-pointer today, Etienne, but you know how these
9:58things go. But, yeah, we did see a step back in the snaps. And it was still good, 57% of the snaps today, 50% of the
10:04attempts though, 12. He had 12 of those.
10:0646% of the attempts did go to Chris Rodriguez. I do wonder though, Etienne, if part of it is like this was not a
10:12rain game per se, but it rained before the game. And the guys were all having to change their cleats. It was pretty
10:17messy. You could see Etienne was slipping quite a bit, like even the way he was trying to make his cuts, like he
10:22wasn't um as dynamic as what we usually see from him, like just the way he can plant and like get up the field. He was
10:28having to take a couple of steps to make his cuts. And I think part of it might have been that. Rodriguez, they know you
10:33just put him out there, he's just going to go in the straight line, he's going to go where the line is blocked. And
10:36Rodriguez did, to your point, he ran hard. Um but, 29% of the snaps, so still well behind Etienne.
10:43But, I think overall, like this is still a positive thing for Etienne. You know, you got your opportunities, you did what
10:47you did. And, you know, I know a couple of the holding calls this year have been like legit, and they really should have
10:52erased touchdowns. But, at the same time, we see this all the time, like they can call holding on pretty much any play.
10:58You know what I mean? On any play, there can be holding call uh in the NFL. So, some of this does come back to
11:03regression to the mean, like on touched on these offensive penalty calls that are going against Etienne, you know? And he had another one today, and he was
11:10wide open in the flat, you know, early on on that route where we saw Trevor Lawrence get picked off in the back of
11:15the end zone trying to go to Zay Jones.
11:16So, Etienne pretty involved in the passing game. So, while he gave up routes and uh some snaps and some attempts, he did have a season high,
11:23Etienne, 63% route share today.
11:26>> Nice. [snorts] >> With a 10% target share, 50% of his targets did come on screens. He had the two red zone targets as well.
11:32>> Going to be tough to keep him out of the top, I would say 15 to 16 more weeks and now I wouldn't say we're immediately
11:37rocking him up inside the top 10, but good to finally see some production returns cuz for weeks it's been oh, look
11:41how hard this guy is running. Look at the snaps moving in the right direction.
11:44I know it's just eight PPR points, but it's going to be better. At least for today in week six it was indeed better.
11:50Also better for one Travis Hunter, Dwayne getting some real reps out there on offense and man did he look good.
11:55Caught all four of his targets for 59 yards and a touchdown. Also had an interception on defense. Got CJ Stroud in the end zone. Joins Brian Dawkins as
12:03the only guys to catch a touchdown and intercept a pass in the same game since 2000. So, again, he looks great out
12:08there. Was it a meaningful step forward in offensive usage?
12:12>> 16% route share today for Travis Hunter based on the early data that we have. It might be closer to 20, but no, not not a
12:18huge role, but 42% to Cameron. Only what do we have today for BTJ? 28%. Like he was not really involved in the second
12:28half. So, BTJ managers Ian, like I don't know. I don't know what to tell you. You're just holding for a trade. That's all you can
12:34do. I don't think there's anything really to talk about with Parker Washington and Zay Jones other than what you want to really highlight. Guys are
12:39in their same roles. They're the top two receivers in the offense. Both of them had a lot of targets.
12:44Uh Trevor Lawrence and Parker Washington just couldn't quite get on the same page today. Like there were several balls just right at the fingertips of Parker
12:51Washington. And you know, it'll happen sometimes with a wet ball and you know, whenever you're playing what can be a really good secondary.
12:58Two official drops for BTJ and two as well for Parker Washington. A 70-yard touchdown looked like it was right there for him. 35-yarder off the fingertips
13:05and then to Dwayne's point, several others where you did kind of see that, you know, arm length maybe show up in
13:10the wrong way for P Wash, but still had some fun yak moments before that. Didn't kill you before catch for 64 yards. Just
13:16would have been a lot cooler if we got a little bit closer on those connects, but we've seen far more good than bad from P
13:20Wash for the better part of last calendar year now. He's going to be right back in the top 15 at worst once
13:25the Jaguars get back from their well-deserved week seven bye. Next up, guys, we had the Bears take down the Falcons 31 to 23. Bears winning and
13:33covering as one and a half point faves over cash here at 51 and a half. I want to say it was 31-7 at certain point and
13:39the Falcons kind of got rolling late, so it really wasn't as close as this one indicated. Ultimately, the Bears drove over 40 minutes time of possession and
13:4512 penalties for 130 yards is a big reason why I think things did get as close as they did down the end, but we
13:50got the return of Dwayne of Mr. Caleb Williams. And even though he only had four carries for 3 yards, seemed like he
13:55was moving well enough in the pocket.
13:57And more importantly, seemed like he was throwing an accurate football, man. 30 for 36, 305 yards and one touchdown.
14:03Caleb Williams now leads the NFL in completion percentage. This dude is special, all right? Year one, he's taking so many sacks. What's he doing
14:11year two? He fixes that. Year two, he still can't complete 60% of his passes.
14:15Now he's completing 72 and a half. It's a small sample size, but it's also a small sample size with at least, you
14:20know, a half of a game that happened pretty much a monsoon in Chicago. So, great stuff from Caleb Williams, Dwayne's, and at least for one week, it
14:27actually came side by side with Luther Burden and Colson Lovin doing cool stuff.
14:31>> Yeah, 16 and a half fantasy points today for Caleb, and they just didn't really have to push it. You know, the the two
14:36Zachariah Branch fumbles really got the, you know, Falcons in a hole, gave the short field also to the Bears. So, these
14:43sort of things happen. The one note I would call out with Caleb today, he did complete 83% of his passes, but it was
14:48on an average depth of target of two and a half. It was a very like underneath dink and dunk kind of offense today, so
14:53you would expect to see that higher completion rate. But, on the flip side of that, those have been some of the
14:58passes that Caleb is not willing to take in the past. So, we don't want to Caleb, don't do all of your passes this way,
15:03but it is nice to see like that this gear is there. So, 305 yards and still average eight and a half yards per
15:09target or per attempt, which tells you that the receivers you mentioned were really doing work. And we saw it from Luther Burden today, 17 and a half
15:15fantasy points. But man, Ian, a 44% route share today for Burden. Now, part of that comes back to the way the game
15:23script worked out. Uh 37% of their plays came in 12 personnel. So, guys, that's with two tight ends on the field and you
15:29have two wide receivers in that situation. And then you had 29% of the snaps come in 13 personnel, right? You only have one wide receiver on the field
15:37whenever you're in 29 uh whenever you're in 13 personnel. And you still had the rotation going on with Kalif Raymond.
15:43And so, that combination of things ultimately equaled a 44% route share for Burden in this one. Is that what we think is going to stick at? I mean, I
15:50really hope not. He still led the team with a 24% target share. 44% targets per route run. 5.6 average depth of target.
15:57So, really working that intermediate and under underneath area of the field.
16:00Also, two of his targets did come on screens, but man, working from the slot, play action targets. 38% of his targets
16:06today came on play action and he took eight of those uh receptions for 95 yards today.
16:12>> I mean, certainly want more routes this year, though. Up-and-down start, I would say, you know, to say the least. And you
16:17could even say disappointing. He's still the wide receiver 25 and PPR points per game. And they want to find a way to get
16:22him eight targets with that. Look, like not going to be yanking him up into the top 12 or anything like that. They got a
16:27match-up against the Patriots on Thursday night football, but it does seem clear to me that they want to get the ball in his hands more than Rondale
16:33Moore, even if Rondale Moore, I'm assuming ran more routes.
16:35>> Yeah, Rondale Moore had a 95% route share, but again, still working more on the outside, more down field. His average depth of target was down today
16:41as well. I don't have the route depth stuff yet, but 6.8 for him.
16:45Uh but it was only a 12% target share.
16:47So, and we've seen this now for basically four weeks straight or three weeks straight at least for Rondale Moore where we're getting these 90 to
16:53100% route shares, but we're not getting the targets to come along with it. That means only 6.9 fantasy points. But, we
17:00did see Kylen Granson get going. He had 18 and 1/2 fantasy points. Of course, I benched him for Dallas Goedert finally
17:05in one of my leagues. I was just trying, guys, to get Kylen Granson going for everyone else. Goedert was okay. He gave
17:11me my 12 points, but yeah, looking back, I was like, I want my 18 and 1/2. 78% route share, 86% of the snaps. So,
17:17that's really good for Loveland. Uh 21% target share on the day, so seven targets, three red zone targets, one in zone target, and a great catch, man.
17:24Getting twisted all around in a different way, getting hit. That was the one where Caleb was rolling one way, threw back the other way into the end
17:30zone, and he found Loveland there for the touchdown. Also had another one, man, that was really close. I thought Tom Brady did good did a good job of uh
17:37highlighting that, you know, that's a route that Loveland's just got to kind of throttle down. He kept running a little bit full speed to the sideline.
17:43Caleb threw it behind him, trying to keep ball in bounds. Well, Loveland was just his momentum had had carried him too far as he got his
17:49hands on it, but it would have been a really tough catch. So, could have been a two-touchdown day today for Loveland,
17:53but instead ends with six receptions for 65 yd and a TD.
17:57>> Really was like his best Jonathan Mingo impression. That one just again viral play from a couple years ago. It was, man. So,
18:05look, great game otherwise. I'm not going to completely slander Colson Loveland because of one pretty bad play down there. And guess what? The Bears
18:10score, I think, on the very next play with a It's a De'Andre Swift rush anyway. So, didn't matter at the end of
18:15the day. But yeah, just settle down, man. Catch that layup touchdown that could have been there. Maybe a better throw from Caleb. Either way, guys, like
18:22Dwayne said, coulda shoulda woulda been a two-touchdown day out there. So, they got the Patriots on Thursday night football. We've seen two full games now
18:28with Caleb Williams and this offense, and they have looked fantastic overall in both those performances. I'm more encouraged about Colson Loveland,
18:36Dwayne. That said, we were speaking an encouraging tune up through week four, and then week five, we got a dud. I
18:41don't feel like this was necessarily a breakthrough where we're just back to treating him as a top-eight option, but it's a step in the right direction. I
18:47would just remind everyone, even with this nice game, we're talking about the tight end 24 still being outscored by Darnell Washington this season.
18:55>> Yeah, I mean, again, like we've had Colson Loveland downgraded to the borderline tight end one territory. I think he stays there. If we get an and
19:02it's a really tough match up this coming week, like the Patriots, like they will take away your best option. And I think
19:08right now Loveland's the one that's on the field the most the the often. Uh you know, they've done a really good job
19:13against tight ends over the last several weeks. So, not the easiest match-up uh, either, but it is good to see a guy
19:19that we saw come on at the end of the last year, really good prospect. Like you you want to stay you want to
19:23continue to lean into that type of player. So, at least we can say now like look, if he has another good game next
19:28week, we'll be like, all right, two out of three games. We've had good outings, you know, from Colson Loveland at that
19:34point. I think we will be feeling better about him. And I will say like if they're going to continue using the
19:38heavy tight end stuff and they're not going to give Burden some of these other guys a full-time role and Odunze's just
19:43more of a kind of a sacrificial axe, you know, to use the Matt Harmon term right now, you know, that could be good for
19:48Loveland.
19:50>> Absolutely.
19:51And I mentioned De'Andre Swift with the one touchdown, actually had two on the day. He's now the RB10 in PPR points per
19:57game, guys averaging north of 17. That said, even with Kalen Ballage sideline, wasn't exactly a De'Andre Swift, you know, three-down workhorse show that
20:04maybe we were hoping for.
20:06>> Yeah, so Swift had 58% of the snaps, 50% of the rushing attempts. So, that was kind of my headliner here on this one.
20:11One, the the Bears offensive line was great today, 1 and 1/2 yards before contact. Um, so guys like the league average is around 1.2 to 1.3 on carries
20:19for running backs. And if you look at Roschon, he really kind of just stepped right into the Kalen Ballage role. Now,
20:25we don't know if this is is to do with Swift still being a little bit banged up, even though he was not on the injury
20:30report by the end of the week. Um, that's a possibility, but it could also just be that Ben Johnson likes to use a
20:35two-headed monster in the backfield. We did see that in Detroit when he had Jamaal Williams and David Montgomery. We saw that form last year once Kalen
20:41Ballage kind of got his legs under him.
20:43We saw it before this with Kalen Ballage just uh, you know, this season. So, there's a chance that Roschon Johnson in
20:49these games where you don't have Kalen Ballage actually might be like a running back three, especially whenever we have teams on by. He scored 14 and 1/2
20:56fantasy points today. It could have been more. He was smart. He slid down, you know, inside the 5-yard line. He was on
21:01his way to scoring another touchdown, guys. So, it would have been over 20 fantasy points today for uh, Roschon Johnson. They had a nice hook and ladder
21:08play designed for him early in the game.
21:10So, they like him. They're putting him out there. I think he played well last week and they're rewarding him they rewarded
21:16him this week. So, I kind of expect like a dual system even if we don't have Monon guy. Swift in the lead and the guy
21:22we're still going to like you in a lot in fantasy. He still scored two touchdowns today.
21:26But but Roshan Johnson played a little bit better honestly than what we even saw from DeAndre Swift today.
21:32>> Yeah, I mean again 20 touches for Swift not going to be complaining about that.
21:35I would be curious to see if it's this close in a game that was actually close on the scoreboard for a duration of 60
21:40minutes. But hey, today certainly was a good one for Roshan Johnson. So, Thursday night guys with the way that most of the Patriots are cooking on
21:47offense could be a fun little Thursday night football themed shootout there.
21:51Meanwhile for the Atlanta Falcons Michael Penix found his way to three touchdowns late. It was not fun in the early going as Dwayne mentioned the two
21:57Zachariah Branch fumbles really did limit this offense. But also just man a pretty confusing game plan. Bijan Robinson I think had four or five
22:04carries at halftime. And just going into this one personally, I thought given the Penix rib injury and given the fact that
22:09the Bears at least on paper have one of the worst run defenses and front sevens in the NFL, I thought we'd see Bijan and
22:15Brian Robinson feasting. Obviously fell behind early and that had something to do with it. But yeah, just a fairly disappointing game again for someone
22:22like Bijan and what was a great on paper matchup. But I'm sure he will have better days ahead. I think the bigger
22:27storyline was the emergence of another tight end that we used to think quite highly of. Kyle Pitts caught five of seven targets for 60 yards and not one
22:34but two touchdowns on the day. Pretty much got left alone in the first one.
22:38But the second one had to put his head down get some extra yards after contact and he did just that. So, very very very
22:44slow slow start to season for Kyle Pitts. But last three games Dwayne, he has started to come alive and it's probably not a
22:50coincidence that's happened with Michael Penix back under center.
22:53>> Yeah, three of the last four games he's reached a 70% route share. His PPR points the last three games 7.7
23:0015.2 and 20.5. So, that means a million next week, Ian. So, I think the big thing is he's three out of three out of
23:06four games, you know, getting him over the 70% route share. Like that had been the really concerning thing. We were just getting these random games where
23:13he'd be out there 45-50% of the pass plays. Now, they did have to go to the pass pretty quickly because like you
23:18said, they fell behind.
23:20Michael Penix did a nice job even though he was dealing with the rib injury.
23:22Threw three touchdowns today, zero picks. He scored 23.1 fantasy points and he was pushing the ball down the field, guys. 10.2 average depth of target today
23:30for Penix. But I do think we need to look back at Pitts. We've got to upgrade him. You know, I'd moved him down to
23:35low-end tight end two. Like he was just basically untrustable after three games.
23:39And now we're at the point where it's like, all right. And as soon as we do this, like Kyle Pitts is going to pull
23:43the rug out from under us again. But he's a talented player and I mean he is getting to play more. He's scoring these
23:50points with Penix. So, I think he moves back into probably the high-end tight end two range. At worst case, like he's
23:55a mid-range tight end two depending on the matchup.
23:58>> Yeah, it was impressive they were able to get as much done as they did in the passing game having the ball under 20
24:03minutes for the entire game. So, I'm with you there. He'll be getting a bump up in my ranks as well. Also guys, we'll
24:08not be giving a bump down to Mr. Drake London. I know just 62 scroll as well as it wasn't what we were hoping for, but
24:14did draw a pretty long DPI 28 yards out there. Also was open for a 30-plus yard chunk, maybe even a 47-yard touchdown.
24:21Michael Penix sprayed that one high though. And yes, at this point in time, 47 targets, a league high with zero receiving touchdowns to his name, but
24:29it's Drake London, Dwayne. And honestly, the big takeaway I had in week five after Tua threw that horrible game-ending interception, I think the
24:36big problem for Drake London this year if you weren't feeling him exactly as like an early, you know, round two pick
24:41or whatever it was going to be, I thought the bear case was going to be like, hey, what if Penix is uneven? What
24:46if we get Tua out there? I think Penix, I don't even know like if unless he gets injured, I don't think we see Tua again.
24:51So, if we have Penix out there, Drake London will still have good days ahead.
24:55Do you agree?
24:56>> Yeah, I mean 12.2 fantasy points today and that's his dud game. I mean that that's a floor game for London when you
25:01have Penix. I mean 100% route share, 30% target share, 10 looks today. So, two red zone targets, two end zone targets,
25:0814.7 average depth of target, 147 air yards. Uh played from the slot today 42% of the time and 20% of his targets came
25:16on play action. There's really nothing uh to not love about Drake London other than the fact that when you look at
25:21those numbers you're hoping for 30 fantasy points, not 12. But, you have to be good enough to get that kind of usage
25:26and Drake London did.
25:28>> Week high 147 unrealized air yards as well. He will certainly be someone we're talking about in this Shushuporter here on Monday. Also, I got to give some love
25:35to former first rounder Jahan Dotson.
25:38Caught three of five targets for 87 yards and a touchdown. Nice little 13-yard touchdown went at the line of scrimmage to go ahead and go and go and
25:44catch that fade. Also, just going down field, man, made a real nice adjustment to the ball. Kind of had two defenders
25:49in his vicinity, but he was the only one that figured out where it was going. So, we've seen him hit some big plays and
25:54again with Penix under center willing to throw the ball deep. I'm not getting carried away, man, but I don't know about you, Dwayne. You get to the wide
26:00receiver 40-45 mark and it's like, "Good god, things are getting dire here particularly with four teams on bye."
26:06Why can't Jahan Dotson be a boomer bust wide receiver four at the lowest wide receiver five the rest of the way?
26:11>> Yeah, I mean I think that's what he is.
26:13He's a boom bust wide receiver five. I'm really not interested. I won't be spending any fab money on him. I I think
26:17we have some other names that we'll be talking about that we're going to be more excited about. Like, Dotson does have the playing time. Like, so if you
26:23are in need and you're in a deeper league, you at least know he's out there. He had a 92% route share today.
26:28Only a 15% target share, but in a game where they did have to throw it more than they ran it, you know, due to the
26:33way the game worked out. Uh two red zone, one end zone. He even mentioned the one where he caught on a nice fade
26:38for a touchdown. Uh so, he works vertically down the field, gives you a chance to hit the big plays and he's out
26:43there and the passing offense is looking better.
26:45Uh but, if I were to bid on him in fab, it'd be like a 1 to 2%.
26:50>> Wide receiver 20 last three weeks. more than Abuka, more than Burden.
26:54>> Yep.
26:55>> Garrett Wilson.
26:56>> All right.
26:58I don't mind I don't like I said, I don't mind throwing a little bit on him, but he's going to vanish. It's just It's
27:02just what It's just the Jahan Dotson.
27:03That's just the experience.
27:05>> Otherwise, Zachariah Branch, please.
27:07Ball security, job security, hold on to that football. Moving on, guys. We had an NFC North battle in a very And I'm
27:13sorry, AFC North battle in a very AFC North fashion. The Browns, the first-place Browns, took down the Ravens 13 to 10, Cleveland winning outright as
27:20three-point dogs under the cash with the easy over at 39 and a half. So, Deshaun Watson, guys, he was not good in week
27:27one aside from a very nice 50-yard bomb Denzel Boston at the end of the game. He legitimately played good football in
27:33weeks two through four. All right? Any stat you want to look at, and even the eye test, like Deshaun Watson was, at
27:39worst, a below-average quarterback. And I think, just more objectively, probably an above-average quarterback from weeks two through four. He has back-to-back
27:46put two performances on tape and also with the numbers that very much so resemble more of the 2022-2024 version of Deshaun Watson that we grew
27:54more used to seeing. So, he's taken 13 sacks in his last two games. It's just been brutal, man. So, he does lead the
28:00NFL with four [clears throat] game-winning drives now, uh which is a good example of why that stat really doesn't matter that much, cuz guess
28:07what? Bo Nix is in second place at three, guys. So, if you just think winners win, then go ahead, but I'm
28:12worried, Dwayne, cuz this is again back-to-back weeks of Watson very much turning back into a pumpkin. And probably not a coincidence that this is
28:19also prohibited pretty much anyone else in this offense from getting going in fantasy land.
28:24>> Yeah. Yeah, I mean, if you look at it like this is what happens, right? Um you know, Deshaun Watson was looking really
28:29good to start the year. Teams now have got the new film on him. They see what kind of scheme the Browns are wanting to
28:34run. They're going to do their best to take away some of the things Deshaun Watson likes. They're not going to allow
28:39those things to be his first reads. That will be the goal for the defense. And so, now Deshaun Watson is going to have
28:44to to that like he can adapt. And he hasn't shown that over the last two games. So, yeah, it is a [clears throat]
28:49it is worrisome um for the team.
28:52Uh 164 passing yards today, only 6.3 yards per attempt.
28:57Um pressured 36% of the time. Five of those turned into sacks today. You know, still scrambling, doing his thing on the
29:02ground, 26 yards uh on six scrambles today, two designed rushing attempts for 3 yards. So, still doing a little bit, you know, from that perspective, but
29:10Watson's going to have to show that within this offense, like, that he can do other things than what was making him
29:15successful early in the year uh because defenses aren't going to allow that now.
29:19>> Going to be a winnable matchup next week against the Titans. I'd be okay going back to the well with Denzel Boston. I
29:24was a boomer bust wide receiver three, certainly busted today with the 15 scoreless yards, but was his first game under 40 yards. And I do think we can
29:31all agree he is a very talented young receiver. Casey Concepcion, he's getting the volume, just haven't quite seen the production coming in. Going to be tough
29:37to rank 50 guys ahead of him, but I get it. Harold Fannin and Dwayne is the one that's tough. All right. I watched him
29:43with my own two eyes last year. I know you did as well, and everyone else did, all right? And he looked great. The
29:47tackles avoided, like, other than Darnell Washington, I really do think Harold Fannin was like the most fun tight end to watch with the football in
29:54his hands last year. Tucker Kraft and Kittle were amazing, too, all right?
29:56Either way, I'm trying to put up Harold Fannin more and more as we get in this year. I am wondering if at least a lot
30:02of the target earning ability was maybe just more so a factor of sharing the field with Isaiah Bond and Jerry Jeudy
30:09all year. So, look, maybe I'm putting him down too much, maybe it's too much hindsight and stuff. Moral of the story,
30:14if we're giving Kyle Pitts and Cole Kmet a bump up the ranks, I do Fannin probably deserves a down.
30:20>> Yeah, I mean, and if Deshaun Watson wants to get things going, like, this would be how. Like, Harold Fannin is
30:25wide open. Like, when you're watching the film right now, he's running under the coverage. Like, he's there to have the ball thrown to him, but Watson's not
30:31doing it for whatever reason. Now, part of the issue is Concepcion is running a lot of routes in the same area. Um and
30:36so, he had 24% target share target target share today with six looks. So, they're kind of it that's the main thing. Those two guys are competing for
30:44a lot of the same looks in the same area of the field. And Boston, he's the outside guy, he's stretching the field.
30:50And then Jerry Jeudy, you know, he had a nice day today as well. Didn't have a full-time role or anything, but
30:54obviously had that one catch where he turned on the jets afterwards, got to the sideline. So, it is just a crowded offense. I don't
31:00think Albert Okwuegbunam is any less talented than he was last year.
31:03Uh I think, you know, he was a very good producer in college, a very good producer as a rookie. I think if they
31:08wanted to throw him the ball, Albert Okwuegbunam Jr. could score 15 fantasy points per week like right now. Like he could basically do it right now.
31:14But they're not doing it. And so, I do think the Albert Okwuegbunam thing is the really tricky part of it. I think it
31:20will balance out, you know, so I'm I'm not going to move Albert Okwuegbunam to I I just moved Albert Okwuegbunam down
31:24last week. So, I probably won't move him down again, but I already moved him down to like high-end tight end two,
31:29borderline tight end one range, so I think that's probably where I'll leave him for one more week, and then we'll see what happens.
31:35>> Not what we're hoping for with the top eight treatment in the preseason, but hey, again, we've seen Kyle Pitts come
31:39back. America loves a comeback story.
31:42Get it together, Mr. Albert Okwuegbunam.
31:43And then most of all, you know, Deshaun Watson, cuz I do agree with the sentiment. Don't think Albert Okwuegbunam magically turned into a bad
31:49player. Another point here for the Browns guys would be the backfield. No Quintez Cephus, Albert Okwuegbunam, no Rocket Sanders, no Dylan Sampson yet
31:55either. It seemed like Cephus was close.
31:57He was able to return to practice on Friday. It seemed like it was more of like a sort of game time decision. They
32:02were were working him out early on, just decided he wasn't ready enough to go.
32:05So, I would think he can get out there against the Titans, but if not, Dwayne Washington If Dylan Sampson stays on the
32:11sideline, who who should we be prioritizing between Albert Okwuegbunam and Audric Estime?
32:15>> Yeah, Albert Okwuegbunam had 41% of the attempts today just like Estime. So, they shared the ball, the work on the
32:21ground. Estime is more like the the grinder. He had 100% of the snaps inside the five, but it was clearly Albert
32:27Okwuegbunam in the snap share department, 62% versus 30% route share obviously went to Albert Okwuegbunam as well, 63% versus only 16% for Estime.
32:36So, I think you have a true two-headed backfield. You have the guy that you want to be more of the pounder, you have
32:40the other guy that's kind of your scat back. They're splitting the carries, but McLaughlin's in the lead because he's also getting the opportunity to catch
32:46some of those balls. He had a 16% target share today with four looks. He also played 83% of the two-minute offense.
32:52Gave you 9 and 1/2 fantasy points.
32:54Estime gave you 7.9. I mean, there's been weeks when we wished Que Shawn Judkins would give us 9 and 1/2 PPR
32:59points. So, not really complaining probably if you had to plug McLaughlin in and it might have been because you knew you were you might not have Judkins
33:06and so you just kind of got a Que Shawn Judkins performance out of him, you know? So, I think it's it's it's nothing
33:11to get super excited about, but we will have four teams on by again next week.
33:15So, obviously some people will be hurting and if I had to choose, it would be McLaughlin as a running back two.
33:21>> And then a touching, you know, testament I guess to Que Shawn Judkins, a tribute I should say, all 41 Judkins' rushing
33:27yards came after contact. Also racked up six missed tackles forced, guys. That was tied for the second most on the week. So, the ex-Bronco did have a good
33:33day at the office, but again, do you think Judkins should be able to get back and it also sounded like Dwayne Sampson
33:38pretty close to coming back from IR in his own right. On the other side of the football, could also use a Lamar Jackson
33:43back pretty soon, Dwayne, because as great as it was to watch former Pro Bowl QB Tyler Snoop Huntley do his thing on
33:49Sunday Night Football last week. Did not see him do pretty much anything here today. So, Browns defense obviously wasn't quite as banged up as we've seen.
33:56I do think that they are again an above average defense probably overall with playmakers like Denzel Ward in the back end, but yeah, just 165 yards, one
34:03touchdown through the air. That went to Josh Quevas. Shout out to my guy Billy Collins called a Josh Quevas anytime touchdown on Friday plus 2400 if you
34:12guys managed to tail that one. So, that was fun. Just again, the rest of the day pretty piss-poor overall. Zay Flowers 66
34:18scoreless yards. Did get 11 targets like they feed him the football, but it's tough when you are the engine of the
34:23passing game and everyone knows where it's going each and every time out. Even Derrick Henry, man. I know every time we
34:28sound the alarms on Derrick Henry, he just rips off, you know, 200 and three touchdowns right in your face and everything like that, but when he
34:35averaged six yards per carry in week one, he's down to 3.7 man in five games since. So, more than anything, I just
34:42think we need Lamar Jackson back. It's Ravens versus the Bengals here next week. I know Lamar hasn't practiced yet, but I would think he's got to be on the
34:50verge a more competitive you would think in the terms of the Ravens organization.
34:54I know they're trying to win every game out here, but I would think Lamar is really trying to get up off the couch
34:58for that Bengals game and for the just overall optimism and future of all the fantasy guys involved, I really hope he
35:04would.
35:05>> Well, yeah, especially after the after the loss, you know, to the Browns today.
35:08So, I mean there's just more pressure on the Ravens at this point. So, when you look at Derrick Henry like there's a few
35:12things going on. I know the first thing people want to point to is age, but I think it's more probably to do with the
35:18offensive line Ian this year. It's not as strong as it was last year. You lose Tyler Linderbaum and the big thing
35:24has been that they are not running Lamar Jackson even whenever he's available, right? They're getting under center more. They're not running They're not
35:30running as many plays from the shotgun.
35:32That takes away the design run from the quarterbacks. So, it's a situation where Derrick Henry over these last couple of years has really lived off of like being
35:41an excellent player himself, but that added runway that a guy like Lamar Jackson can give you. So, I I think the
35:48lower yards per carrier probably here to stay. Having said all that, I still think Derrick Henry's going to get all the carries that he can handle. He had
35:5490% of the attempts today. 17 carries is still going to score a lot of touchdowns guys, especially when we get Lamar back
36:00and the offense starts cooking. So, uh not much to add on the wide receivers and tight ends Ian. I would give a shout
36:05out to Jacoby Lane. He did return from his wrist injury guys. So, he's available on a lot of waiver wires. Uh
36:12he was the wide receiver three after Rashod Bateman got injured. Rashod Bateman played five drives and he left with an injury. Before that injury
36:18though, Bateman was already rotating.
36:20Only a 55% route share, but it was Devontez Walker that was the guy that was really playing more than after Bateman got hurt. 94% route share for
36:28Walker, but it was 58% for Lane. He gave you eight fantasy points, 16% target share, no target well 7% target share
36:36today for Walker, but 23% targets per route run on the routes by Lane. So this guy's, you know, he's a rookie. He's still probably
36:43working his way back in. The wrist injury knocked him out for 4 weeks. So had the red zone target today. He's a
36:49guy that just showed things in the preseason as well. So if you're playing in a deeper league, I still like Jacoby
36:53Lane as a stash. I think he does still have a chance Ian to be the wide receiver on wide receiver two on this
36:58team behind Zay Flowers at some point in 2026.
37:02>> Do you think that gives us more than like Boomer bust wide receiver four though? I mean that's cuz look, I like
37:06Jacoby Lane as much as the next dude, but that's just we've seen in Baltimore in Lamar's entire tenure. I would say
37:11maybe because Mark Andrews has just turned into a complete bust at this point in time. That would be the allure if Lane can be the red zone guy. And if
37:19if hey, if Andrews is going to be again continuing to be 2026 version Mark Andrews and Bateman's out of the picture
37:25like that helps. I just beyond Zay Flowers, I would think that the most likely answer for the next guy up is
37:30probably no.
37:32>> I mean I would definitely bet on this like over Jahan Dotson. Like I would rather take a swing on a guy like Lane
37:37that could be suddenly turn into like a player we didn't know was as good as you know, that he might be. So
37:43and I think the other part with, you know, the Ravens is once we have Lamar Jackson back, we know it's a team that's
37:49capable of massive blow up spots, right?
37:51They're going to carry really high team totals every week. Lamar was looking really good before the injury. The new scheme seems to be working. So I think
37:58there's quite a bit to like. I think there is a chance he becomes a wide receiver three. And he could even have
38:04and we know how the injuries are with Flowers. If suddenly he turns into being the wide receiver two for the team and
38:09you're without Flowers for three or four games, I mean we might be ranking Jacoby Lane as a wide receiver two. Like I'm
38:14just never going to do that with Jahan Dotson like even if like the whole team's out.
38:18>> I'm [snorts] I'm just saying Jahan Jahan had 50 plus yards in three straight games. I'm not trying to be the
38:23president of the Jahan Dotson fan club.
38:25>> The way you were playing I I know you're not, but I'm just I'm just pointing out like I mean Jacobi Lane would be the
38:30kind of player I would rather be in on.
38:32That's all I'm saying.
38:33>> With like a what, 5% FAB bid?
38:36>> Uh he's going to be more than that in deep leagues. Like he was mostly already all picked up last week in the deeper
38:40leagues. Uh if you guys are in shallow leagues, yeah probably 5 to 10% is what you're looking at on a guy like Jacobi
38:46Lane.
38:47>> Please Lamar Jackson get healthy. Moving on guys, we had the Titans take down the Colts 26 to 20. Tennessee winning, all
38:54right? Hell yeah, got the W Cam Akers and company, good for you guys. 6.5 point dogs going into this, the over
39:00even cash here at 43.5. So Block Party for the Titans did a lot of the dirty work here for the Titans, just 186 total
39:07yards, but hey, 4.5 yards per play this year, that is actually not dead last.
39:11The Tennessee Titans are averaging more yards per play than the Denver Broncos and the Philadelphia Eagles, which is just again so sad to actually say out
39:18loud as I look into this camera right now. But yeah man, uh Tony Pollard had 19 carries. He really dominated utilization here, which is in the most
39:27Tony Pollard way possible, at least in the year 2026. You would think it'd be a good thing, but we only got 7.6 fantasy
39:32points out of it. I think the only storyline here going now and probably for the rest of the season is Jahan
39:37Dotson caught six of seven targets for 70 yards and a touchdown. Also drew a 36-yard DPI. He is 21st in the NFL in
39:44receiving yards, at least he was when I looked it up in the afternoon. And I know he's been benefiting from not
39:49having the bye week and everything yet, but even when it's been especially bad out here, we've seen them consistently get him the football or at least try to
39:56do so. I'm not saying we're going to be ranking Jahan Dotson as a must-start top 16 option, but at worst, I think we're
40:03looking at a boomer bust wide receiver three, which is pretty good given how again horrible this offense has looked for just certain stretches of the
40:09season.
40:10>> Yeah, I mean that's the key. He's overcoming a terrible environment. He's got a 1.95 yards per route run. That's absolutely astronomical considering like
40:18what's been going on with the way the offense has been operating. He is really all they have. Wan'Dale Robinson, you know, he does his thing. He catches his
40:25underneath balls and whatnot, but Tate's really the main factor in the offense and defenses know that at this point.
40:31Um, you know, 2 weeks ago we had a really good game from him.
40:34You know, where he comes out and he scored 21.5 fantasy points. He had the tough match up against the Texans last
40:39week, so we moved him back down the ranks, but then this week, you know, knowing that they were playing against the Colts and it was a more winnable
40:44match up, that was a good thing for Carnell Tate and he came through. So, 96% route share today, not leaving the
40:50field, gives you 19 fantasy points, 32% target share. Seven targets today. They only ran 45 plays on offense today, guys, and Carnell Tate still gave you 19
40:59fantasy points. He had a red had a red zone target, an end zone target, which he caught for a touchdown with a
41:04beautiful little double toe tap to keep both feet to keep both feet in.
41:08Averaged up a target of 12, so he led the team with 84 air yards, 60% 36% of the time playing from the slot, 43% of
41:14his targets came on play action today.
41:16So, that's the thing. He's not just a boundary player, not just getting vertical shots down the field, although we all know that he's really good at
41:22that. Very good contested catch player, but the nice thing is that even though the offense is bad, they are moving him
41:28around. They're not just making him play outside, not just having him run like, you know, the Rome Odunze and Marvin Harrison Jr. what he was doing earlier
41:36in the season before today with the Texans. So, I think those are all just really positive things. But to your point, it's it's hard to get like overly
41:42excited because we know he is still attached to this offense, but I think he could be a top 24 wide receiver. I moved
41:48him to high end wide receiver three territory last week. I'll probably leave him there one more game. I moved him there 2 weeks ago, but I knew I was just
41:55not going to move him after the Texans game no matter what happened. I was like, all right, he's probably going to
41:59get shut down against the Texans, but we'll tell people that in the ranks.
42:02But I do think that Carnell Tate has a chance to creep inside the top 24 before the season's over. And and with all the
42:08bye week stuff, like he's going to he might be in there this week.
42:12>> Not the easiest match up next week against the Browns, but that said, as we talked about each and every week in my
42:16wide receiver breakdown, Denzel Ward, as great as he is, hasn't been making a habit of traveling across the formation and shadowing pretty much anyone this
42:22year. So, accordingly, we've had instances of, you know, DK Metcalf and Roman Wilson nearly going for 200 yards against the Browns. Not cuz Denzel Ward
42:29isn't awesome, but that's just how they're using him on defense. So, good stuff for Tate. And again, congrats to Tennessee Titans on actually getting a
42:35W. The opposite, congrats to the Indianapolis Colts. What the hell are you guys doing, man? about rock bottom at this point. Three turnovers. They had
42:43nearly 40 minutes time of possession, man. You couldn't give me more than 20 points out here. So, Daniel Jones, two interceptions. One of them did go off
42:50Josh Downs' hands, and we'll get to him in a second. But, goodness gracious.
42:54Shane Steichen said they're sticking with Daniel Jones.
42:57>> [sighs] >> I don't know for how much longer, man.
42:59He's playing some of, if not the worst football of his career. And I know it hasn't helped without Alec Pierce out
43:04there. But, just horrific. Worst-case scenario for the Colts. Not only did you sign Daniel Jones to a not-the-end-of-the-world deal, but a $44 million annual deal. You
43:14gave up the two first-rounders for Ahmad Gardner, as well. You haven't gotten the payment back on that. Other than Jonathan Taylor, man, who had, again,
43:2190, 91 rushing yards, 94 rushing yards, 57 receiving yards, and a touchdown.
43:25Even that, though, in a Colts against the Titans defense that he was ripping off three touchdown performances against like clockwork.
43:32It's just sad, Dwayne. It's very sad.
43:35>> I mean, JT still gave you 21.1 fantasy points. So, you're okay with it. And the Titans run defense has actually been
43:40pretty good this year. Uh despite trailing all the time, you know, and having to face a lot of rushing attempts each game. Like, they've been pretty
43:47good from a yards per carry standpoint, which they're probably playing the run at that point, because they know the opposing offense is just trying to run
43:53out the clock. So, that could have something to do with how good their run defense has been. Uh but, I agree with
43:58you on Daniel Jones not looking good. I think the challenge is, like, just when you look at their depth chart, I think
44:02they're just struggling to say, "All right, who are we really going to go to here? Are we going to go to Riley
44:06Leonard? Are we going to go to Anthony Richardson? So, we'll see. I think it's going to take quite a bit. If you want a
44:11positive note for Daniel Jones, it was the fact that he did scramble three times today for 30 yards, something we hadn't seen him doing. So, we'll see if
44:17he gets a little bit of that mobility back. Still a low NQB2 to your point and and then for the receivers, man,
44:24Josh Downs, this is a good match up for him.
44:27Don't have Tyler Warren, either. He has a full-time role today, 90% route share, only scores 8.7 fantasy points. Okay target share, 21%. He had eight looks.
44:36He had a red zone target. He had a rushing attempt, which looked like he might be able to get to the end zone,
44:40just not quite Doesn't quite have enough junk in the trunk, Ian, to get that one across the line. He did get jacked up.
44:46So, it was Keenan Allen leading the way with 16.2 fantasy points, 29% target share for the old wily veteran, 11 targets on
44:55the day, Ian, 95 air yards, 27% of his targets came on play action, finishes with eight catches for 82 yards. And I
45:02think at this point, we just have to call it what it is. Keenan Allen, when he's out there playing, gets more
45:08targets than Josh Downs. Period. Like, that's just what it is.
45:13>> So, we got to rank Keenan Allen ahead of Josh Downs now. You know how hard it's going to [laughter] be to hit save.
45:17>> I know. I know.
45:19I went back to Josh Downs one more time this week. I was like, all right, Tyler Warren's out. It's a good match up. And
45:25like so, I got him right I think I got him to wide receiver 25 or 24, right?
45:29Somewhere in there. It's basically like most people would be starting him. And I'm just I'm just throwing my hands up at this point.
45:35>> 72 and 77 yards in weeks two and three, looking damn good while he was doing it, 16, 47, and most recently 40 in three
45:43games since. So, >> [sighs] >> maybe he's more banged up. That's the only thing I can think of, man. Is he
45:48even on the injury report?
45:50>> He was on >> Yeah, they did the weird thing with the weird thing with the wrist {slash} hamstring, which if it's Is it a
45:55hamstring or wrist? I hate when they do that out there. But, yeah, Keenan Allen's doing it again, man. It's It's that uh
46:01It's like Keenan's like the Grim Reaper a meme at this point, you know, he took out what Roma Dunzo's rookie year and
46:06then last year he did to Laviska Shenault and now he's doing it to Josh Downs. That's where we're at.
46:10>> That's where we're at. Like there's nothing to really add. The tight end room was a three-way gross split. And Alec Pierce sounds like even though he
46:18could be eligible to come back, he's still probably not close to being ready.
46:21It's probably another two to three weeks.
46:23>> Colts are in Minnesota next week.
46:27>> Guys, the only player you're starting from this offense next week is Jonathan Taylor.
46:32>> And you're holding your breath. And you're holding your breath. I get it.
46:36>> Yeah, you're starting JT, but any My rule for the Vikings, and I wrote about them last week in utilization report,
46:41and guys, I don't ever write about defenses in the utilization report. I gave like 700 words to the Vikings defense because of the cool things that
46:48As Ian likes to say, the cool [ __ ] that they're doing on defense, and they are freaking legit. Uh you don't want to
46:54touch any fringe players against the Vikings. So that would be people that you're normally like, "Ah, they're a wide receiver three." No, they're not.
47:00Against the Vikings, they're not. "Oh, they're normally a running back low-end running back two." No, they're not.
47:05They're a running back four against the Vikings. Oh, the the big thing that I found with the Vikings that is like
47:11pertains to JT since we're on it real quick.
47:13Dude, these guys do not get to run routes, guys. So if you go start comparing their snaps on passing plays, right? So you know they were out there
47:21for the pass play, and then actually getting to run a route, the Vikings, because they blitz and they get so much
47:27pressure, the running backs don't get to run routes. And it even do the tight ends. It impacts the tight ends, too.
47:31The tight ends are having to stay in the block because Brian Flores and these guys are absolute animals. So that will
47:37impact JT, who had two catches for 57 yards today.
47:42>> I wish they'd just get him Same thing with Derrick Henry. Like even if we all agreed JT and Henry aren't the most
47:46polished receivers in the world. Like you just get those absolute monsters in the open field with a swing pass or extreme
47:52good things happen.
47:52>> good hands when you watch him. I think he's got pretty soft hands.
47:56>> Yeah. Seth McGowan, guys, remains one of the more under under rostered though handcuffs out there in the league. So, obviously no one had to happen for JT,
48:02but yes, good luck against the Vikings.
48:05We'd appreciate if you get back to me and rip one of those long runs. I mentioned Derrick Henry's yards per carry being down. Don't look now guys,
48:10Jonathan Taylor not exactly lighting the league on fire this year. Thank god for touchdowns. AFC East battle now. We had the Patriots take down the Jets 26 to
48:1819. New York scored late to actually make this one look a little bit closer and they covered accordingly at seven and a half point dogs. Over cash your 42
48:25and a half with that one. So, another week, another great Drake May performance. Three more touchdowns through the air. He found super Demario
48:32Douglas. Romeo Doubs for a nice 42 yard score that unfortunately took out Doubs with a shoulder injury and also Hunter Henry later in the game as well. So,
48:40weeks one through three guys, just one touchdown for Drake May against six interceptions in three weeks since 11 touchdowns and just one interception.
48:48So, spectacular game for May even with number one wide receiver AJ Brown being back and dropping everything thrown or even kicked in his direction, all
48:56right? Two official drops, it felt like five out there. I mean, sometimes it's tougher to tell is like, all right, did
49:02the defender get their hand in there just in the nick of time, you know, when we're not getting the slow-mo replay,
49:06but again, one deep ball for 30 plus yards, he kind of alligator armed it.
49:10Another potential nine yard touchdown went off his hands. Coulda, shoulda, woulda been a much bigger game. And then yeah, at the end of the game, onside
49:16kick recovery, couldn't come down with it. So, I know all the Eagles fans out there are pointing out the finger saying, I told pointing at the TV
49:22saying, I told you so. That's what we were dealing with last season.
49:26That said, I would take a deep breath because as much as AJ Brown did drop a lot of annoying passes last season in
49:31big moments. I remember the Chargers game. I remember the 49ers wild card game.
49:35He was still a low end wide receiver one in fantasy land. And Dwayne, as long as Drake May is playing this good, I'm
49:40confident that better days should be ahead for one Arthur Juan Brown.
49:45>> Yeah, 5.7 fantasy points today. You talked about the drops. There were two that were, you know, attributed to him.
49:51I you might argue it was more, right, than that. But, to your point, 97% route share in a game where they said they
49:58were going to quote-unquote limit him.
50:00Uh 33% target share, 10 targets on the day, two in the red zone, one in the end zone, 10.5 average depth of target, 105
50:08air yards. That's 38% for the team.
50:11Moving him around a little bit, played from the slot 15% of the time. So, look, three catches for 27 yards. If you have
50:17a league mate that believes that A.J.
50:19Brown is washed because he dropped these passes and he could not get his arms around that onside kick, you should be
50:25buying. Like, I don't know that you're going to find that person in your league, but I would go ahead and see if
50:30they are that type of person because there are people out there, guys, that think that once they see drops that a
50:35player's washed. They really do believe that. And like, if you look at A.J.
50:39Brown over the course of his career, like Ian said, he had some tough drops last year as well. But if you look at
50:44him at, you know, over the last 3 years, this is not a guy that drops more than what the average NFL wide receiver does.
50:49And so, it's probably going to regress back to normal. And if he gets this kind of work with Drake May, he'll be a
50:55top-12 wide receiver. Like, it's inevitable. It's just going to happen.
50:59Now, he's got to stay healthy. There's a He's an older guy. Like, so not saying to go pay for him like he's a top-12
51:03wide receiver right away, but I would be trying to buy on A.J.
51:07Brown if you've got somebody in your league that's just like, "Oh man, he sucks. Dropped the ball too much."
51:11>> Cuz you're not going to have much time, guys. Again, Patriots at the Bears on Thursday night football. That is probably going to be a blowout game.
51:17>> Get on it. Put a trade in.
51:19>> Chris Olave, he's tied for the league lead with five drops. So is D.K.
51:22Metcalf. Matthew Golden is tied for second with four drops. So is Bryan Thomas Jr. It ends up being one of those
51:27things, Dwayne, where it's held against some players and not held against the others. And you know what it is at the
51:31end of the day? It is simply what happens when you get thrown the football a lot. And guess who gets the football
51:36thrown to them a lot? Really freaking good football players.
51:40>> That's right.
51:41>> Otherwise, guys, kind of disappointing in the backfield. I'm not going to lie.
51:45Something named Corey Kiner. I know who Corey Kiner is. He's been on the roster throughout this season, but 14 carries for Ramondre, 36 scoreless yards. Corey
51:52Kiner, 11 carries, 57 yards. Travon Henderson, seven for 31, and he lost a fumble trying to go out there and play
51:59through the pain. It bought It's boggling my mind, Dwayne. Every time they interview Travon, he's like, "All the doctors said there was no way I
52:05could be out there." And you know, I owe it to our our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the fact I was able to get out
52:10there and shout out God and everything, right, guys? Like But, man, maybe Travon shouldn't be out there, Dwayne, if all the doctors told
52:16him he shouldn't be out there. Is that so crazy of a thought?
52:19>> Yeah, and he was he was still more efficient than Ramondre today. He averaged 4.4 yards per carry. Again, obviously just a small sample, and
52:26absolutely got trucked by DeMario Davis uh in this [laughter] game. So, I mean, I don't know. Maybe that was something to do with it, but it was a two-way
52:33committee before the injury to Travon Henderson, and then it was a two-way committee after the fumble by Travon Henderson. So, he fumbled in the third
52:41quarter. He only had two carries after that, Ian. All of Corey Kiner's work came in the third and fourth quarter on
52:47the drives after the Travon Henderson fumble. So, >> Great.
52:50>> evidently the coaching staff, you know, didn't think it was due to the injury, and they Well, you know how Mike Vrabel
52:55is. If you fumble, like this is going to happen to you. We saw it happen to Ramondre already this year, and we saw
52:59Vrabel do this last year. So, if you fumble, you're just going to get you know, you basically get benched for the
53:04rest of the game, and that's what happened here. So, I think the troubling thing is really for Ramondre Stevenson because we're in a game where it's like,
53:12okay, Henderson fumbles, and rather than just saying, "Okay, we'll just load up Ramondre." They didn't. They turned around, they went to Kiner. Now, like
53:18you said, the Jets scored late to make the game closer, so the game was kind of in hand. And guys, remember Ramondre
53:23Stevenson just 2 weeks ago had his own ankle injury. So, that could also be part of what's going on here. But, it
53:28just sucks because Ramondre in the two games before, you know, he's basically been like 15, 18 fantasy points per game. This is a game lining up with
53:36Henderson not being 100%. It was like, "All right, we could probably finally trust Ramondre again." No. 3.6 PPR points today, Ian. 2.6 yards per carry.
53:46Come on, Rhamondre. Absolutely killing us. He had 60% of the snaps, but carried but shared a lot of the workload. Only
53:5244% of the attempts. He had 14 carries today.
53:55>> I'm not going to worry too much about Keener right now cuz I am old enough to remember last year, Dwayne, when Terrell
54:01Jennings was getting all of a sudden all this love because there is a video of Mike Vrabel throwing his arm around him
54:06and saying like, "Oh my god, I found my four-minute back." And like he had 43 rush attempts in the entire 2026 season.
54:13So, it's not ideal, but even if Rhamondre >> because you hope that one of these guys would be your four-minute back.
54:21>> And that's the role Keener basically played today. He was salting the game away and freaking, you know, kind of looked low-key good doing it.
54:29>> Look, based on what we saw in week one without Damien and Rhamondre had like the 85% snap share, that was good enough
54:34for top 10 if not higher treatment. I mean, before we found out Damien Harris was going to be back this week, I think
54:39I had Rhamondre like RB7 or RB8. If you wanted to go higher, I think you had a rational reason to do so. Maybe we can't
54:45get that high up, but if we still see Damien or we still see Rhamondre out, we'd still be having a hard time pushing
54:51him outside the top 15. But again, we thought there was higher highs than that. That's my takeaway.
54:55>> Yeah, I know. I'm with you. I totally agree. I think my takeaway here with this backfield is I'm just going to stop
55:00moving them up and down. I'm just going to leave them.
55:03Because every time, man, we start to get confident in one of them, they come back down to earth. And then we're like, "Oh,
55:09we're down on the other guy." Then they come back and score fantasy points. And the honest-to-god's truth is, we don't know what the hell the Patriots
55:16are going to do with their backfield.
55:18And any little thing, a fumble, like anything can change it in the game. And so, if you get lucky and you're on the
55:24right side of that, great. If you're on the wrong side of that, it really does suck. So, the way I'm looking at it, I'm
55:29just moving Rhamondre Stevenson to low-end running back two, and I'm just leaving him there. And I'm leaving Damien as like a mid-range to low-end
55:36running back three, and I'm just leaving him there, and I'm just going to live my life, Ian. I'm not going to write about
55:42him.
55:42I'm lying. I'll end up writing about him, but I'm not this week. I'm on strike from writing around the about the
55:47Patriots.
55:48>> You just build something into your ranks like Ramondre is locked at RB 23. Can't move him, no matter what. It's like some
55:56password you give to, you know, Matthew Berry, and like you have to get it from him, no matter what. So, it's annoying
56:01though with the running backs and also the wide receivers, man, cuz we've gone through this. Even Kyle Boynton, he went out there, had a nice out route catch or
56:07whatever, but we barely see him. Demario Douglas, I kid you not, the only players with more PPR points at wide receiver
56:14than Demario Douglas over his last 2 weeks, Malik Nabers, Puka Nacua, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba. But, I'm sure you're about to tell me, Dwayne, he played
56:21something like 50% of the routes today.
56:23>> No, he played 74%, but the key is, you know, was Dobbs getting hurt and leaving the game early, and then we know we
56:30didn't have Mack Hollins. So, when it's a healthy receiving room, you know, it'll probably would be what you just said. And they do this weird match-up
56:38stuff where I haven't figured it out.
56:39I've tried to research a little bit and see if I could figure out like which games would be for a Pop Douglas kind of
56:44guy based on like the corners they're facing, the kind of covers they play, all that kind of stuff, and I wasn't
56:50able to find any sort of like true I found some things, but it's kind of like, "Eh, this might be something, but
56:55it's probably not." kind of thing.
56:57Uh which, you know, that stuff usually just hits the cutting room floor, guys.
57:00Like, we don't put it in the articles and stuff cuz you're just looking for actionable takeaways. Unless you're listening to this show where we just,
57:05you know, where we just go on and on about something like this like we are right now. But, I haven't been able to
57:10find like a discernible pattern. There is definitely something I think with match-ups and the way they're using some of these guys in these games, but I
57:17can't figure it out.
57:19>> And more frustrating committees, I'm guessing. Eli Ricks and still eating into the Hunter Henry who caught a touchdown. Ricks and did drop one, to be
57:25fair, but doubt that's going to influence things too much.
57:28>> Yeah, 69% routes today for Hunter Henry.
57:30>> Nice.
57:30>> So, yeah. 14.8 fantasy points. Good luck with the four he's going to score next week.
57:35>> Either way, Drake Maye is back and balling, and with that light he's a bit better, particularly for you spoiled spoiled Patriots fans. Over with the
57:43JETS, Jets Jets Jets, Geno Smith 252 yards and one long touchdown to Omar Cooper, who could have had a second score if not for a pretty ticky-tack
57:51OPI. Tim Patrick, I think, thought Geno was about to start scrambling, so he kind of turned and started to block a
57:57guy, but it had absolutely no bearing on the play, and I think he barely even touched the dude in the first place. So,
58:02even as someone who, again, hasn't exactly been dying to, you know, start Omar Cooper or draft him, my two cents on the matter. But, hey, shout out to
58:09the rookie. He came back for the first time since week one, caught six of seven targets for 103 yards, and again, that
58:14long score.
58:16I don't want to call it a blown coverage. He got behind the safeties deep, and it wasn't maybe the hardest touchdown to have to score throughout
58:21his career, but I wouldn't exactly call it a layup either. So, good stuff from Cooper. That said, it did come with
58:26Eddie Mitchell sidelined, and with Garrett Wilson more snaps than not getting clamped by Christian Gonzalez.
58:31So, just 44 yards, caught four of six targets for Mr. Garrett Wilson. But, again, good stuff there for Omar Cooper.
58:37Dwayne, I don't think Eddie Mitchell is exactly someone's coming back sooner rather than later. And with the Jets going up against the Dolphins next week,
58:44how high are you willing to go with the rookie?
58:46>> Yeah, Aaron Glenn is moving toward the toward like the Todd Bowles like version of like we can't get any sort of
58:52timelines on these guys. Just everything's week to week. Like, it doesn't matter what's going on.
58:57Uh but, yeah, with Omar Cooper Jr., look, he's a first-round draft pick. He comes out and scores 22.3 fantasy points today. He has an 85% route share, 24% of
59:07the targets. It kind of looked like a busted coverage to me, and the Patriots got back late on it, you know, Ian, but
59:12like even if you want to say it wasn't busted, like he got over the top of the defense. He did his job, and he still,
59:18you know, led the team in targets today.
59:19So, I think like that's the big takeaway that we need to have. He had a red zone target, an end zone target. Working
59:24vertical down the field, as well, you know, playing from the slot 53% of his plays, but not stuck in a role like what
59:30we've seen for Casey Conception and some of these other guys where they're kind of tethered to the line of scrimmage.
59:35And Omar Cooper did show in college he is a guy that can get vertical down the field, a very rugged guy after the
59:40catch. So, I think there's going to be more to come there. So, I think this is your waiver wire out of
59:45the week at wide receiver.
59:47And it's not It doesn't come without like uncertainty, you know, because once Adonai Mitchell's back, we don't know, Ian, like what's going to happen for
59:53sure. I mean, they ran a lot They finally had their tight end room really healthy today and they ran uh 25% of their plays were in 12
60:00personnel. Um you know, and then they used 13 personnel as well. So, there's some ways that Omar Cooper Jr.
60:06ends up getting squeezed, but I just look at it and I'm like, I want to keep it simple. This is a round one pick.
60:11Like we did this last week with Jacoby Lane and he was a round two pick. We're like, not Jacoby Lane, sorry, uh Jeremy
60:16Bernard. We're like, look, round two pick, Michael Pittman's out, you know, and at the time we didn't know and then he went on Well, he was on IR last week
60:22and then Roman Wilson went on IR this week. So, we don't know for sure when Adonai Mitchell will be back, but guys,
60:27there really is a chance that like Omar Cooper Jr. like with a good performance like this or one more like just stays
60:33there as the starter. And his his 2 years before last year when he had his breakout at Indiana playing from the
60:38slot, he played outside. And he had an over 2.00 yards per route run playing from the outside, you know, at Indiana.
60:44So, this is a guy that he's versatile, does a lot of really good things. So, I want to be in on him. I think he's
60:51definitely the add of the week.
60:52>> And did a lot of good things downfield in that junior year Indiana as well, which not that he didn't as a senior,
60:57but I remember when I was looking up the draft eligible wide receivers with the highest percentage of targets that were screens or RPOs, it was of course
61:04Zachariah Branch at the top, but it wasn't that too far beneath him, man, that we saw Omar Cooper. So, encouraging to me to see them actually using him
61:11downfield. We're not getting these Makai Lemon, you know, screens going up >> a screen, too. Yeah, too.
61:16>> He got one.
61:16>> That's great. I I'm I want all the gadget touches we can get as long as they aren't actually treating the guy
61:21like someone who can only work with the gadget touches. So, with fact that we're again getting the downfield stuff with some screens in an offense now, who
61:29knows when Breece Hall is going to be back? Who knows when Elijah Mitchell is going to be back? And with Ke'Shawn
61:32Vaughn Dede Westbrook not exactly being again the person that we're feeling great about and getting a bunch of targets week to week, I think it is
61:39similar to Jeremy McNichols stuff where there were very rational, I think, reasons to maybe not be super high on the guy a month ago, but the way
61:45everything's breaking right now, hey, we had Elijah Mitchell being ranked up what is like an upside or like low-end wide receiver three before he got injured.
61:52Like why can't Cooper do that?
61:54>> Yeah, I think he's the same as as we treated Jeremy Bernard last week, which was 17 and a half to 25% of your FAB, 22
62:02and a half, you know, if you're trying to be a little more conservative, somewhere in that range. You know, I bid
62:07on Jeremy Bernard and I I'm in 30 leagues, I think I bid on him in like 25 leagues and I got him in half of them by
62:13bidding in that range. And I think you're going to need to bid in the same range this week and for Omar Cooper Jr.
62:18Now guys, that's [snorts] if you're in a 12-team league with 20 roster spots taken. So, if you're playing in these FFPC Real-Time Sports tournaments,
62:25that's what's going to take. I And if you're in my leagues, you're not getting him because I picked up Omar Cooper Jr.
62:30this morning. Or actually, did those run? Yeah, those run this morning. No, they ran last night. But anyway, I grabbed him, snatched him up anywhere I
62:36could. Not all of my rosters I could fit him because I was dealing with other with other stuff, but I think that's
62:41what it'll take. That's what I'd be willing to bid. Can we guarantee that it's going to work out? No, but like
62:46this is a young, talented player and you just want to be on on it and you're going to have to see how it goes.
62:51>> Great day for one of the Jets running back rookies, not so much for the other, obviously Ke'Shawn Vaughn Dede Westbrook. I was surprised to see him
62:56even make it back out there, but concussions, guys, they are not all built equal. I understand that someone who has gotten several concussions
63:02during my life, but man, Jamar Chase, Ke'Shawn Vaughn Dede Westbrook, and Casey Conceicao all coming back in the same week, something to tuck away and
63:09consider again when we're trying to figure out how long are these guys going to be missing, but man, Dwayne, we saw
63:13the boom of Ke'Shawn Vaughn Dede Westbrook against the Lions.
63:16And I don't even want to say it was just the Lions. It was a very impressive performance, but man, twice as many
63:20targets for Mason Taylor in this economy. Come on.
63:23>> [laughter] >> Yeah, I think we Sadeeq, we know that he's a really good player, a guy that's also a round one pick, but at the same
63:30time, like he's stuck in a very limited role right now. 35% of the snaps today, 36% route share. Taylor had a 70% route
63:37share. So, K'Neal Sadeeq, we have to downgrade him, Ian, but this is what I will say, I don't want to drop him. Like
63:44some of you guys are in smaller leagues and you'll have to drop him. Oh, real quick, on Olamide Zaccheaus Jr., if you
63:48guys are in smaller leagues, let's say you're in like a a 12-teamer with 14 to 16 roster spots or maybe you're in a
63:5410-teamer that's similar to that. I What would you say on Cooper on those, Ian?
63:58I'm Like on the research like that I've done, like that's probably a 10 to 15%er in those, so you don't have to go up to
64:04the 22 and a half we were talking about earlier.
64:07But Sadeeq, like I'm downgrading to I think we just have to move him right now down to like low-end tight end two as
64:14far as like the way we're thinking about ranking him every week until we see him grow his role, but he is one of these
64:20players, guys, if we suddenly saw his role grow, we would move him up the ranks very fast. Like and it wouldn't
64:25just be like, "Ah, I'll move him up two spots." It's going to be like a 10-spot jump.
64:29So, if you can hold on to him, do it. If you can't, I understand.
64:34>> It was just again kind of perfect storm of elements going into that one breakout. To not have Taylor, to not
64:40have Mitchell, to not have even Cooper out there. So, wouldn't exactly be expecting that to be coming up, but hey, a lot of those guys
64:47are still injured already. It's just, man, what's the point of drafting a guy 16th if you're going to 70-30? Like 50-50,
64:5460-40, I could understand that for some good offenses. We've seen the Bears do that. We've seen the Bills do that, but
65:0035 is insulting to me. I'm insulted right now.
65:02>> I'm insulted. I think everybody listening is insulted.
65:06>> Man. I'm not insulted though about Brandon Allen's performance, guys. 78 yards on the ground, 26 receiving. Had a huge truck stick on Kevin Byard out
65:13there in the flat. 77 of those 78 rushing yards did come after contact and he had a week high seven missed tackles
65:20for it. So, he's continuing to look really good out there, man. And next week the Jets have a very winnable match
65:24up here against the Dolphins. If Breece Hall remains sidelined, I mean I've already had Breece Hall in my as his upside RB2, man. He's going to be firmly
65:32in the top 12 if Breece Hall is once again out of the picture.
65:35>> Yeah, I mean 87% of the snaps, same thing we've been seeing. 65% of the rushing attempts, a little less today.
65:39Got a little bit more Isaiah Davis. He had 27%, but still 17 carries, 55% route share, 100% of the 2-minute offense
65:47today. 24% of his carries went for 10 plus yards, 4.5 yards after contact, you know, so he looks good. And in fact, he
65:55looks so good, I do not think that Breece Hall is coming back to the same role that he had.
65:59I I think that Breece Hall will be the lead running back when he's back. They paid him, and he's a good really good
66:03player.
66:04But I think Breece Hall and Allen is showing now over a multiple game stretch that he is also a good player, and you
66:09know, this is a this is a team that's willing to rotate Kenyan Drake. I'm pretty sure they're going to be willing
66:14to rotate, you know, Breece Hall and Allen.
66:17>> I think their skill sets can complement each other great, which is awesome news for Jets fans. It's not for fantasy
66:23managers, though. I mean Breece Hall, I think he does a lot of good things in the open field. He's got that big play ability, which Breece Hall
66:29probably lacks, but I go back to that again. Percentage of carries where a guy's getting three plus yards after contact. And with a lot of these stats,
66:35Dwayne, you know, I'm not going to sit here and say all the 25th running back versus the 30th ranked running back can
66:40be like, "Oh, this guy's definitely better." But when Breece Hall and Allen's top 10 and Breece Hall is literally dead last in that, and it
66:45matches what I see with Breece Hall with Breece Hall not exactly pushing the piles, man. Something to keep in mind.
66:51So, I'm with you. I don't think we'll have Breece Hall outside the top 24 when he gets back, but still only going to be
66:56closer to 24 than 12. So, again, not exactly the best day for the Jets, but could be better days ahead here against
67:02the Dolphins.
67:03>> rather sell high on Breece Hall? Like let's say you hear Breece Hall is coming back next week, would you rather just
67:09sell high before you see that data point?
67:11>> [laughter] >> Yeah, I mean and and that as you said over the years like when we say sell high it means sell high but you find
67:18that believer that thought Breece Hall was that league winner around three. I would man cuz the other side of the thing is
67:23this Jets offense has looked more competent than in past years for sure but I I don't know man like I'm not
67:30if they end up slipping a little bit down the stretch I mean Geno's still taking a lot of sacks out here. Like
67:35we've seen them be good when we can get the volume really condensed around one player whether that's Breilin or whether that's Garrett or for one awesome week
67:42that was Sadiq but just expecting again multiple dudes to keep on keeping on here. I'd much rather let someone else worry about it.
67:49>> Yeah, I agree. If if you and again to your point when you sell high you have to sell high but if someone's willing to
67:54still treat Breece Hall like a low-end running back one maybe even a high-end running back two and you have other needs and you can
68:02make a trade work I would be willing to do it.
68:05>> I agree my friend. We had the Saints take down the Giants 34 to 27 in a game that looked like it had nowhere no no
68:11business being anywhere near that close but shout out I did not think I'd be saying this shout out to JJ McCarthy for
68:16giving us a very very entertaining fourth quarter. We'll give them some some love here shortly but yeah Saints won as one and a half point faves over
68:23cash here at 45 and a half point. So Taysom Hill got back to doing good fantasy things all right three touchdowns through the air only threw
68:30for 144 yards not saying he's going to be the savior for the Saints or anything like that but hey also scored a
68:36touchdown on the ground good stuff in fantasy land there. Unfortunately just didn't get much going on with the receivers there. I mentioned the 144
68:43passing yards. He did find Olave for one nice touchdown in the end zone that he was able to basically just jump over the
68:48dude and snag. Unfortunately though again I mentioned it earlier when we were talking about the drops not one not two but three on the day for Mr. Olave.
68:55Otherwise could have been a much bigger afternoon at the office. Deonte Harris just 42 yards was behind the defense for for for potential 50 yard touchdown.
69:02Unfortunately Taysom Hill overthrew him and then in my opinion, Dwayne, the most damning part, a goose egg for Juwan Johnson? The one time, man, cuz look,
69:11the one time we talk about it's like tight ends and running backs usually really benefit more so from zone coverage. Defenders are giving you a
69:17checkdown, that's usually the areas of the field we see more running backs and tight ends.
69:21I was so excited when I was looking at the man-zone splits for the Saints cuz it was unique. We had actually seen,
69:27with a decent amount of routes run this year, Juwan Johnson and even Noah Fant were getting fed the ball against man
69:32coverage, not against zone. It was a down week against the Vikings in week five. I really thought we were going to
69:37have a quality bounce back five spot for Juwan Johnson, and we got nothing. Did Did he get downgraded, Dwayne? Give me something
69:44here.
69:45>> Yeah, you're not going to like it. 53% route share. Uh I searched, I didn't find anything about injuries about him
69:51uh getting ready for the show, so we'll see if something comes out tomorrow. But very like out of the kind of out of left
69:58field, man. We haven't seen that, you know, from him. So, I was surprised by the zero as well today. Uh what I was
70:03not surprised by was Taysom Hill hitting the over on his rushing prop. Guys, if you're looking for just an edge, bet the
70:09rushing prop over against the Giants.
70:11You saw what Jayden Daniels did. They cannot handle scrambling quarterbacks, period. They play plenty of man covers like Ian was saying, and they don't have
70:19a guy that can spy, they can actually get anyone. Like, it's just not working out for them right now. So, uh just bet the the rushing prop overs
70:27if you've got a scrambling quarterback against the Giants. Uh as far as the rest of the receiving room, I don't really have anything to add, Ian. My gut
70:33is like, let's just chill on the Juwan Johnson thing. I will say this though, and we've talked about it a little bit
70:37before, Jordan Taysom probably back week nine, Ian, after the week eight bye for the Saints. I do think that's going to
70:44cramp things for Johnson, it's going to cramp things for Valdes-Scantling, maybe even Olave a little bit. I'm not as worried. Like, he's just doing his
70:50thing. Olave was still awesome today. Uh so, I'm a little less worried about him.
70:55But these other guys, it's going to be interesting to see what happens when Jordan Tyson returns.
71:00>> Tyson just staring at me in my IR spot every single week out [laughter] there, man. Get better soon, king. Uh in the
71:07backfield, man, saw a nice little blast from the past. Unk still got it going from Alvin Kamara. Had a screen for a
71:12touchdown where again, not not even running full speed, still making dudes miss out there, showing the balance. It was good to see, man, cuz he hurt his
71:19hip or his back or something like that.
71:21Obviously, he's been questionable these last few weeks. Early on trying to make a catch, but stayed out there and got that tud. Otherwise, though, Dwayne, it
71:27did seem like a shift to Kendre Miller who did not find the He got tackled just short of it, but he was their only,
71:33again, bar was low, but their only kind of source of offense in that Vikings game as well. And he came out today and
71:38ran hard as well as well. So, I don't think it's ever going to be the Kendre Miller show or anything like that, but I
71:44do think we're at the point where next week against the Steelers in Paris, by the way, keeping the international games going even though, again, I someone
71:51doesn't follow news, apparently there's stuff going on in Paris, but the NFL says we'll figure it out. Hopefully, they do.
71:56Are we ready just to go ahead and say Kendre Miller is the preferred running back or is the answer yes, but it still
72:01doesn't really matter?
72:02>> Yeah, I [laughter] think it's yes, but it doesn't really matter.
72:06Nine PPR points today on 20 carries. So, I mean, he had 57% of the rushing attempts, 20% went to Kamara, 17% went
72:14to Donaldson. So, like the snaps are all jumbled up as well. It was Miller with 46%, 32% to Donaldson, 27% to Kamara.
72:22You mentioned Kamara, the injury probably had something to do with that.
72:25He did leave the game for a little bit.
72:27So, it's just a three-way committee in an offense that we like for passing, but they do lean heavily into the pass, and
72:35they don't have a very good run blocking unit. So, there's just three's too many. Three's too many. Like and so, honestly, like
72:44if Kamara was the lead back, like I think we would be in, because we're like, all right, he can catch enough
72:49balls to do his thing. The problem for Miller is like he's going to have to really rely on the on the work on the
72:54ground, which can be a struggle bus honestly in this offense. So, you need the touchdown. You have to score the rushing touchdowns. You know, and
73:00they're doing the tush push thing with Shuck. That's the other thing. That was either Shuck's second or third tush push touchdown on the season. So, they've
73:07decided like he is like whatever whatever the coaches for the Ravens were calling Shuck like cheap Josh Allen or poor man. Poor man was what they were
73:15calling him. It's really happening.
73:16Tyler Shuck is getting the tush push touchdowns.
73:19>> Well, look he got that one and the problem was maybe they do start doing that a lot, which is possible. Again,
73:25they've done it a couple times already, but when Kendre got stuffed at the goal line two plays before that, what did
73:29they do next? They did a fullback dive to CJ Donaldson refuses to go away as well. So, whether it's going to be
73:34Shuck, whether it's going to be Donaldson, whether it's going to be Kendre, we don't know and that is a big problem when trying to confidently set
73:39guys in fantasy land. But, otherwise shout out to Bryce Lance caught his first touchdown, but yeah, what's up?
73:45>> I was going to say what was the latest you've heard on ETN?
73:48On when he'll be back? On Etienne?
73:50>> I haven't really gotten an update. It's just been strange. Hopefully >> Yeah, so we'll we'll see what happens with him. But, basically I think right
73:56now Miller's playing unfortunately the role that we didn't like that Hn had earlier in the season. He's pretty much in that role now. That this is the role
74:05that we saw Hn in.
74:07Uh so, we'll we'll see what happens.
74:09>> Was He was breaking out of the role before the injury, but it was also like in a 40-minute sample, so who knows what
74:15was going to go on after that. So, looking like again not a great backfield, but Tyler Shuck doing his thing Chris Olave and please please
74:21football injury gods Jordan Tyson before too long. Meanwhile, for the Giants got the bad version of James Winston at least in the second half through not one
74:29but two interceptions out there. The second one seemed to directly get him benched. So, didn't think it was necessarily going to be the biggest deal
74:36in the world cuz guess what? JJ McCarthy went right right out there and threw a pick once he got out there, but man then
74:42something wild happened Dwayne. JJ McCarthy started doing good things on the football field. 243 passing yards in the fourth quarter. That's the third
74:50highest mark since 2020. Only Dak Prescott and Josh Allen have thrown for more passing yards in the final 15 minutes of a game than JJ freaking
74:58McCarthy over the past what 7 years, which again is just blowing my mind to say out loud. So, it wasn't perfect, all
75:04right? We had Charlie Jones making a crazy contested catch down field. There was another near, you know, interception where I think they actually ruled as a
75:10pick of first. Replay showed it hit the ground. So, hardly a flawless performance from McCarthy. 20 you know, 11 for 21, but went out there and
75:17competed, man. We see a lot of quarterbacks go out there.
75:20All right, the game's over. I don't want to throw an interception. Let me just check the ball down. Uh let me throw it
75:25away and stuff. I mean, he completed two passes thrown 40-plus yards down field.
75:29That's the same amount as Kyler Murray and Carson Wentz combined this season.
75:33So, I'm not saying McCarthy is back or anything like that, but I feel a little better about the potential long-term season-long outlook
75:42for Malik Nabers and Isaiah Likely, Dwayne, cuz he at least understood that mission. When you get the ball, throw it to one of your dogs.
75:48>> Yeah, uh and and that's that's it. You throw it to Malik Nabers or or Isaiah Likely, makes things really simple. The
75:54same time, you would have thought that last year it would have been, well, you just throw the ball to Justin Jefferson,
75:59you know? So, I mean, I'm with you. I'm encouraged, but it's half It's a one half of football, essentially. Um really a fourth quarter.
76:07Uh yeah, a fourth quarter of football.
76:10So, we don't have a very big sample here. And also, sometimes guys coming out in this situation is like, I I got
76:15nothing to lose. I'm just coming out We're already losing. We're getting our ass kicked. Like, if if we come back, we
76:19come back, but you mentioned pushing the ball vertical down the field. Um so, I know he had a 52% completion rate, but his average
76:26depth of target was 12.6.
76:29So, I mean, 52% is not bad when you're throwing the ball that far down the field. He averaged 11.6 yards per
76:34attempt with the 243 yards. You mentioned the touchdown and the pick. He also scrambled once for 28 yards. And so, if you think stylistically about
76:42J.J. McCarthy, he's a lot closer to Jackson Dart than James Winston is.
76:47And we also have the Harbaugh to Harbaugh connection, right? I mean, the brothers, one coached McCarthy in college, the other one trades for him.
76:54Like, my gut says J.J. McCarthy will be the starter next week.
76:58That's where I'm at. I could be wrong.
77:00He's not It's not been announced by the Giants, guys.
77:03You know, as normal, you know, Harbaugh refused to answer that sort of question right now. Said he's still deciding and they'll probably watch the film and all
77:08that. But Winston, you know, we know the Harbaughs they don't like those turnovers, Ian.
77:13And then it was two picks again today.
77:14Last week Winston had a really good game, no picks, really clean, even though he threw for a ton of yards. But
77:19the week before, or I can't remember if it was the week before or before that that he had two picks in that game. So
77:24And that's just what Winston is. And so I think there's a really good chance we see McCarthy. And so I think the
77:29question becomes like you know, you've got to figure out as a fantasy manager how you feel about that.
77:36Because today it was fine for neighbors and likely. Will it be in the future?
77:40Like, I want to say, who cares? These two guys are just completely awesome. We don't care. But we did say that last
77:46year about J.J. McCarthy or about Justin Jefferson and J.J.
77:50McCarthy did tank him.
77:52>> And it's one of these things, too, where I'm convinced that Harbaugh doesn't want to ride the arm of James. He probably
77:58doesn't want to leave these games up to McCarthy as well. But they also can't get anything going on the ground. So the
78:02result of this, guys, two of the top five pass catchers in total targets this season is Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar, man.
78:11>> Yep.
78:12>> Crazy.
78:13>> So yeah, I mean, I I think that's a really important point that you made around the backfield. They can't get
78:17anything going. Their run blocking's not working very well. And to be honest, like they just don't There's not a lot of talent right now in this backfield.
78:24We'll get to it here in a second. But like, you know, Scat got demoted today because he's essentially fumbled and then he hasn't looked good. You know
78:30what I mean? Scat has looked terrible.
78:32Like, let's just call it what he is. I get it. Like, he's just you know, You know, walk up to a parked car in the
78:36commercial and like bump it over into the parking spot, but right now he can't break any long runs or anything. So,
78:42it is it is feasible that they do just continue throwing the ball because that's really the best version of their offense right now, even if they're iffy
78:50about their quarterbacks.
78:52>> And for now it has been awesome. Again, for those two recipients, Malik Nabers and Isaiah Likely. Nabers now last three
78:58games, buck 12 and a tud, 121 and a touchdown. And then today, 165 yards on another 15 targets. Great to see one of
79:06the best wide receivers in the NFL be healthy and going out there and doing his thing. And then Isaiah Likely man,
79:1199 yards and a high point touchdown.
79:13That was also a good throw by McCarthy, but again, incredible play by Likely.
79:17Cannot believe the Ravens let this dude walk out that door in favor of Mark Andrews. He now leads all tight ends in
79:23PPR points. Only Brock Bowers more per game.
79:26Man, Dwayne, Isaiah Likely. I We'll talk about Dalton Kincaid later, but goodness gracious. I mean, Bowers, McBride, would you rather have anyone
79:35else the rest of the season?
79:36>> And we moved him there last week. I, you know, we're just kind of holding him there now. Like I can't push him past
79:41those two guys, but I think you can argue now with the caveat of what can J.J.
79:46McCarthy do. Like he might be in their tier.
79:49And those two guys, don't get us wrong, guys. They're going to be facing their own challenges. We're probably eventually going to see Fernando
79:54Mendoza. That's going to hit Bowers.
79:56Trey McBride could eventually be dealing with Carson Beck. So, they're all three really in the same boat. It's probably a matter of if, you know, of not of if,
80:04but just of when. Like when is that going to happen for those teams?
80:07>> So, for now, so far so good for all parties involved. And again, hell of an early season performance from Likely
80:13just overall. Someone who again, we didn't even know if he could be this full-time player. Yeah, turns out that he certainly can. Meanwhile, for that
80:19backfield, mention Cam Akers, not a single touch out there. He basically was just playing to be someone to help out with quarterback sneaks. So, not that,
80:26you know, that exactly worked for the Giants. Najee Harris, two yards on four carries. Devin Singletary, 14 yards rushing, 19 yards receiving. He couldn't
80:33get much going. Ty rod Tracy did score the two touchdowns, so he deserves his credit there, but he's had the fumbling
80:39problems. Najee Harris lost one earlier in the year. I mean, they asked Harbs about it, and he basically said no one has stepped up,
80:46and you know, he's trying to figure out who the guy is. And then the reporter kept pressing him. This was a pretty
80:49hilarious quote. Harbs literally goes, "I don't know what else to say. That's the best answer you can ever get on that
80:55in 1,000 years. There's not a coach in the world that would give you a better answer than that. If you're not thrilled
81:00with that answer, I got nothing else for you, honestly." Dwayne, I honestly think Harbs is sick and tired of this running
81:06back room. And at this point, I wouldn't even be shocked if the answer isn't on the roster right now.
81:10>> Yeah, I think there's a good chance of that. Um, we'll see if the Giants make a move. I mean, they are still, you know,
81:17a winning team right now. So, we'll see.
81:19Like, if I had to put a bet on anybody though, I think Ty rod Tracy's the one that's the most different than the rest
81:25of the guys, right? I feel like there's a chance he still has some sizzle left.
81:29We know that he was a good receiver in college. Scored 18 and 1/2 fantasy points per uh today, guys, uh but only
81:35on a 36% snap share. 40% went to Singletary. Uh, you did have Ty rod Tracy playing, you know, about half of
81:42the two-minute offense, seven out of 15 snaps. The rest went to Singletary. So, if I had to place such a chip on a
81:48running back from the Giants, I do think at this point it would be Ty rod Tracy.
81:52I don't have a ton of confidence in it, Ian, but he's available on pretty much every waiver wire.
81:58And what we can say right now is the room's wide open. It might just continue being a three-to-four-way committee the rest of the way, but I at least look at
82:05him and I'm like, all right, I've seen Devin Singletary long enough. Zack Moss hasn't looked good this year. I think we
82:10know what Najee Harris is. Like, Ty rod Tracy is the one that stands out to me.
82:14>> I don't think Singletary's going to take over either. Tracy and Zack Moss. Those would be the two guys where I don't know
82:19who it's going to be, but one of them cuz I don't think they want to keep rotating four guys each and every week.
82:24Maybe they do. Greg Roman certainly has done plenty of that throughout his career, but yeah, Traysure or Sha Boo join. Those will be the two guys where I
82:30just think at some point on one of these Sunday nights we could be saying, "Oh, look, 80% snap rate." It's that guy, but
82:36yeah, kind of a guess if it's who it's going to be at this point.
82:39>> Yeah, and and I think you know what Harball is saying in the presser like is what we're seeing. He's giving all of
82:44them a chance, you know? And so I mean, Traysure did the most with his opportunities today.
82:50>> Moving along, with the Panthers take down the Eagles 25 to 14. Carolina winning and covering his three-point phase the under day cashed though at 39
82:58and a half points. Bryce Young 281 more yards through the air. He has now cleared 275 yards in all five regular
83:05season games this year. The first three years of his career he only had four. So it truly is a new Bryce Young
83:10experience, man. And it's great to see for all these guys. Jaylen Cocker caught six of 13 targets for 97 yards. Bunch of
83:16unrealized air yards coulda shoulda woulda been even bigger day for him.
83:19Then Tylan Wallace man caught six of nine targets for 86 yards.
83:24In four games together, it's been 35 to 32 in favor of Cocker with the targets.
83:28If you want to go back in the 2025, it's even more damning in favor of Cocker. 17 PPR points per game for Cocker compared
83:34to 11 for Tylan Wallace. Now, we know T-Mac's the man and you know, we're taking away the 190 yard two touchdown
83:43game that we saw you know in that majestic Sunday night performance against the Lions, but still Jaylen Cocker and T-Mac doing both of
83:51them were already inside. I mean, I had the guy Cocker like wide receiver 21. I don't know if I'm quite ready to get
83:56Cocker ahead of T-Mac, but I think at this point it's like Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. Rank whichever one ahead of whoever you want. Start these
84:02guys even if there's a fire at this point.
84:05>> Yeah, that's the main takeaway. Like and I had them back-to-back this week with T-Mac. T-Mac was only I think one or two
84:11spots ahead of Cocker in my ranks. And here's your other takeaway guys. Start good slot wide receivers against the Eagles. They have really good outside
84:19corners, but they cannot cover the slot.
84:21Giving up one of the biggest boosts, and we saw it again today. 48% of the snaps came inside for Coker. 15.7 fantasy
84:27points. T-Mac right behind him with 14.6 fantasy points. They're out there about the same. 83% route share for Coker, 86% uh for T-Mac. But, it was the lead to
84:36Coker today. 37% target share versus 26% for uh Terron McMillan. So, yeah, look, Bryce Young playing great. It's a pass-first offense. Ev- everything that
84:47we could have possibly dreamed of, that we would have thought would have been the wildest dream ever, has all come together this year for the
84:55Panthers. Bryce Young is playing good.
84:57They're throwing the ball a lot, and both of these guys are balling out.
85:01>> Shout out to Brad Idzik, man. I was very skeptical. Cuz I'm always skeptical when it's just like you're promoting someone
85:07who's already been in the room type of deal. I just figured Dave Canales's fingerprints would still be all over it. And maybe
85:13that's, you know, still just a case of it is pretty similar. It's just Bryce Young taking that leap. But, whatever it
85:17is, man, to your point, Panthers playing some great offensive football. I did think though, Dwayne, cuz again, going into this week it was crazy cuz you're
85:25right. It was like wide receivers aligned from the slot have averaged the most PPR points per game against the Eagles. And like the number two defense
85:31was the Lions. So, like it really is hilarious how the Eagles, I think, are top 10 overall in a good way of not
85:36allowing fantasy points, but they just fall apart in the slot. So, silly me thought that maybe someone like Darren Waller, who's a glorified slot receiver
85:42anyway, could actually have a good game as well. No, he goose-egged. Tommy Tremble, our guy. Tommy Tremble's, baby.
85:48Two touchdowns on the day. I was thinking, man, cuz Darren Waller's routes went up each and every week before the bye, maybe be time to finally
85:55unleash him. Doesn't sound like it.
85:57>> Yeah, I mean, look, it's it they rotated him today. 50% routes to Tommy Tremble's, and it was 45% to Waller. So,
86:04Waller didn't, you know, get in the box score today, but basically played the same amount. But, I think what it shows
86:09us is that the trend that we thought might be there really isn't. They're just going to rotate these guys. So, until we get
86:14multiple data points saying Darren Darren Waller's going to be the guy that's going to be out there more. I just don't think that we can trust it.
86:20Like he's a really good red zone weapon guy. So, like if you've got bye weeks and stuff, like Waller can still come up
86:24with a touchdown. It is a good passing offense that we just talked about, but it was today uh Trimble getting two touchdowns.
86:31>> You said you had a Loveland versus Goedert start sit choice to make, Dwayne. I had a Harold Fannin versus uh
86:37Darren Waller one that I was really having a hard time getting through. And it just reminds me of the like illusion
86:41of choice meme where I'm like, "Oh man, Harold Fannin or Darren Waller?" And then just no, you're screwed at tight end regardless of what you think, you
86:48stupid, stupid idiot. But hey, good news in Carolina, even more good news in Carolina. Chuba Hubbard, guys, buck 20 on the ground with another touchdown.
86:56101 yards came after contact. Six missed tackles forced. And just so many situations where it was third and one or fourth and one, everyone seemed to know
87:03the ball was going to Chuba, and it just didn't matter. So, as things stand right now, he's the RB5 in PPR points per game
87:09at 19.6.
87:12Fantasy MVP, Dwayne, if you really want to lean into the value part of it, Chuba's got a pretty damn good kiss for
87:17now.
87:18>> Yeah, Chuba. I mean, two guys from this roster, Chuba and Coker. Like Coker's missed time, so it's tougher to put him
87:23in the conversation. But I mean, 19.1 fantasy points today, 93% snap share, 93% of the attempts, like you mentioned, 28 carries, 60% of the
87:33snaps inside the five. And it wasn't because they were giving it to other running backs. I guess they ran empty or
87:38something because it uh Etienne Jr. did not have any, you know. So, Trevor, sorry, Trevor Etienne, not Travis.
87:45Uh we've got I guess they're all Etiennes now. So, it's Trevor Etienne.
87:49>> Trevor has not specified it. We got to call Trevor Etienne.
87:53>> We're sticking with Etienne. Okay, fine.
87:56Uh I mean, I would figure he's his brother, so I figured it would be the same. Uh but he only had 4% of the
88:00snaps. But yeah, look, uh Hubbard's been a guy that every week I've just been moving him further and further up the
88:05ranks. I'll probably move him up some more, you know, Ian this week. And honestly, I think when Jonathan Brooks comes back, it's not really going to
88:12matter. Um I might not be at a 93% snap share. Like that's going to be hard to do period, but I still think Chuba's
88:19going to be 65, 70%. Man, he's just playing too good uh to really want to bring, you know, Jonathan Brooks back and say, "All
88:26right, we're going to give him 50% of the work." I just don't see it happening.
88:30>> And he's got the Buccaneers next week, which as we know, Vita Vea and company can be tough to run on, but we've seen
88:34even not not today, obviously, but in other games where, you know, the Panthers fall behind, Chuba just gets really involved as a receiver and picks
88:40up his fantasy points that way. So, rock solid RB1 and will continue to be so likely. I'm with Dwayne, even if and
88:46when Jonathan Brooks is back in the picture.
88:49Meanwhile, for the Eagles, everyone's freaking banged up. It is one of those things though, Dwayne, where the Eagles remind me of the Chargers where now it's
88:55like, "Oh my god, everyone's all banged up. How could anyone succeed here?" But it's like, you know, we did have a
88:59decent little stretch of time, too, where things weren't exactly going great. But with that said, man, 35 yd rushing now for the Eagles. Like Nick
89:07Sirianni took over in 2021. Their two lowest games in terms of total rushing yards were last week and yes, this week.
89:14So, sledding is tough. That said, there's one guy left to push that sled at this point, and his name is Dameon
89:20Pierce because Carson Steel hurt his shoulder and joined Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby, and Will Shipley on the sideline. So, just goes to show you,
89:27Dwayne, you're only four injuries away from having a 90% plus snap role in the NFL.
89:32>> And that's what you got, a 97% snap share for Pierce. And how much do they also hate Jayden Blue? Apparently,
89:39almost as much as he Cowboys did because he couldn't even get a whiff of the field. 92% of the attempts, he had 12
89:45carries for 35 yd. Yes, guys, that is 2.9 yd per carry, but he did punch in a touchdown.
89:51Also, just did not look natural in the passing game, Ian, but he Yeah, it was a bad drop. And this is a
89:57guy that actually was decent receiver in college and kind of looked okay as a rookie, but not right now. So, we'll see what
90:04happens with all these injuries, but uh the Eagles really need Saquon Barkley back.
90:09>> It's always hilarious to me when we have these situations with like, "Look, I don't want to be trying to start Damien
90:14Pierce or anything." I'm sure you guys don't as well, and it's great when I can look in the next week and it's like, "I
90:18don't know. Eagles against the Vikings, for example." Where we'll be like, "All right, yeah, we don't have to worry about it." We do have to worry about
90:24though cuz the Eagles play the Cowboys on Monday Night Football, Dwayne. So, man.
90:29>> Yeah.
90:29>> That 90% plus snaps, like you get that, that's usually grounds for being a legit RB1. Of course, we're going to penalize
90:37him for being in this Eagles team right now that can't really block and there's no scoring upside with Tanner McKee under center instead of Jalen Hurts, but
90:4520-plus touches against the Cowboys, I got Marshawn Lloyd up to RB21 this week.
90:49No spoilers, everyone. I don't want to know how he's doing right now, but Damien Pierce, man, with this, if Carson Steel still out, if Saquon's still going
90:56to be out of the picture, I mean >> Low-end running back, too. Yeah.
91:00>> Yeah, cuz we're you have the teams on by as well. So, I think the Lloyd comparison is a really good one. We're
91:05going to have him in this I think I had Pierce as a running back 25 this week and I was scared to death, you know, but
91:11I mean if we're not going to have Steel either, they don't really care for Jayden Blue, I mean I don't see how we
91:15don't have him in our top probably running back 22, 21, somewhere in that range.
91:20And he could easily outperform that.
91:23>> The one guy we can't fully trust and feel good about in Philly is Mr. Ride or Die, DeVonta Smith. He caught seven of
91:28his 14 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown. I know it's been up and down cuz he's been dealing with injury, you
91:32guys, but 17.3 PPR points per game this year, that is good for wide receiver 10 status. So, had a bunch of unrealized
91:39air yards, drew a long DPI as well. I mean, there was some meat left on the bone. Now, when we have an unproven
91:44quarterback such as Tanner McKee, it is a situation where that's going to be the case, but I will say to McKee's credit,
91:49man, there's certainly backup quarterbacks I feel worse about, all right? Like we do have, you know, the Trey Lances and stuff of the world where
91:55they're just going to be running the ball.
91:57Tanner McKee is not better than Jalen Hurts, but he is someone who's going to be throwing the football and not scrambling around as much as Jalen
92:02Hurts. I think Devonta Smith can probably still be a low-end wide receiver one the rest of the way.
92:07>> Yeah, I mean Minshew today threw for 215. Only 4.8 yards per attempt, but he took care of the football. No picks
92:13today. Did have one touchdown passing.
92:16Was pressured quite a bit, 31%. He had three sacks, so 20% pressure to sack ratio.
92:21Like you mentioned, no scrambling for him today. And so with Smith, and this is Ian, with Smith leaving the game for
92:27a little bit, you know, when he he landed on his back, but he was holding his chest. So I don't know how many
92:33drives for sure he missed, but he had a 71% route share, obviously coming off the hamstring. That could have had something to do with it as well, but you
92:39mentioned it, 14 targets, 32% target share today, one red zone target, one end zone target, 12.2 average depth of target, 171 air yards. That's the big
92:49thing. With Tanner McKee, he had 171 air yards. And so if you're going to have that, like you're still going to be in really good
92:55standing in fantasy football. So we'll have to keep an eye on Minshew.
93:00We'll see how defenses respond once they kind of see how he's playing his game.
93:03They'll they're going to naturally eventually make him change. And we'll see if he has another gear, but I will say with the Eagles, like things are so
93:10consolidated right now for Smith. Like no one else is really doing anything outside of Goedert.
93:16>> Would love to see Quez Watkins do something, but just hasn't really been that case, man. Not all on him, obviously, but also at least something
93:22on him probably at this point as well.
93:24Goedert, as you mentioned, caught six of eight targets for 61 yards. So sad sad season for the Eagles. Maybe Quez Watkins can get healthy and give us some
93:32fireworks again next Monday night against them Cowboys. Up next, guys, we had the Steelers take down the Buccaneers 26 to 19 in overtime after,
93:41yeah, actually Jalen Daniels continues to play pretty competitive football for the Buccaneers. Albeit maybe throwing a few too many picks or potential picks if
93:49you're playing the Cowboys. But yeah, man, with the Steelers, 38 minutes of North That Town possession, obviously controlled the clock a a in OT, but did
93:56partially help allow Aaron Rodgers to throw 49 pass attempts out there. Did snap a streak of throwing at least three passing touchdowns, but still managed to
94:03get two. One to Jerry Bernard on a nice little screen, then one to Darnell Washington, who again continues to be a
94:08joy to watch you know with the football in his hand. So, good stuff overall.
94:12Even the interception for Aaron Rodgers was a tip screen in the direction of Darnell Washington. So, yeah man, the two stories of today in the passing game
94:19at least it was DK Metcalf once again waking up in the fourth quarter and doing his thing. He wound up with the
94:24team high 15 targets, caught 11 of them for 93 yards. He was bowling guys around out there. So, that was good to see and
94:31they get the Saints next week. So, it's going to be another winnable match up for DK. He's had a brutal stretch of
94:36cornerbacks, man. But hey, boom or bust wide receiver three and it was good to see a boom here. Also though, shout out
94:41Jerry Bernard, someone who again, when the season started, we didn't know if he was going to beat out Roman Wilson. He didn't. We also had big
94:48money man, Michael Pittman in the fold.
94:50He was someone that we thought was going to be taking more of his underneath targets, but guess what? He's on the
94:55sideline with Roman Wilson. Jerry Bernard, as things stand right now, Dwayne, looks like the end I don't want to say the engine, but it's a 1A 1B
95:02situation with him and Metcalf and I think it goes back to the conversations we had in the summer. Metcalf versus Pittman. And I think even if we agreed
95:10Metcalf was better, we were like, maybe Pittman being the more underneath intermediate guy could work more hand-in-hand with Rodgers and I think
95:16that's what we've been seeing over these last two weeks with Jerry Bernard.
95:19>> Yeah, and the thing is with Bernard right now, guys, he's just a a more explosive player with the ball in his
95:25hands than Michael Pittman. And um he did play a lot, you know, from the slot today, but he didn't leave the field at
95:30all again. 100% route share today for Jerry Bernard. Now, they're very banged up. Like even Ben Skowronek, like all these guys were hurt today.
95:38>> Fryar was with the calf, too.
95:39>> Yeah, 62% from the slot uh today for Bernard. Uh 17% of the time he was in motion. Uh got a little bit of use in
95:47play action, but 33% of his targets came on screens. Um so, I mean, they're just getting him the ball in all sorts of
95:54ways. He led the team with 25.7 PPR points today. Had a 27% target share.
95:59Did finish behind Metcalf in that category, but still 12 looks today for Bernard on these very high completion opportunities with Aaron Rodgers. I
96:07think Ian, this is a round two pick that looks really good. I think this is his role, period. I don't think Roman Wilson
96:14is getting this back. Roman Wilson has his role, guys. Like, he's the vertical slot, but he wasn't playing a full-time role even before.
96:20Bernard is a guy that can also play on the outside. He showed that in college, and you can still make him the guy that
96:24you get in motion and work underneath.
96:27Because if Wilson's in and you put him in the slot, what's he doing? He's working vertical down the field. So, I think Jeremy Bernard, I mean, round
96:33two pick, and also Michael Pittman, guys. I know they traded for him this off season, but they can get out of the contract.
96:39Next year, they can save like 10 to 16 million dollars depending on when they cut Michael Pittman. So, I think I might
96:45have said Michael Wilson, my bad. But, Michael Pittman. So, I I'm leaning to like this is probably here to stay with Jeremy Bernard as a round two pick.
96:54Like, if he had been a round four pick and did this, you know, maybe not, but I think having the draft capital invested,
96:59and apparently Aaron Rodgers loves this guy.
97:01Like, he passes all of his little pop quizzes and all the weird stuff Aaron Rodgers probably does to his family members that make him not want to hang
97:08out with him. But, Jeremy Bernard doesn't care because he's a rookie in the NFL, and guys, he just wants to get
97:12out here and catch the football, and he did so today. 11 grabs for 87 yards including a touchdown.
97:17>> And he's still benefiting from Rodgers continuing to just only want to throw the football inside the 10-yard line. I mean, they were easily first going into
97:25this game in terms of pass play rate near the goal line. I don't think that's going to be changing. It even helped
97:29force the overtime in the first place when they were doing this when they got to the 1-yard line instead of just
97:33trying to pound the ball into the end zone. So, I'm with you, man. And rest of season ranks, who do you rather
97:39have, Dwyane? DK Metcalf or Jeremy Bernard?
97:43>> I think I would rather have Bernard. I now I acknowledge the floor is lower for Bernard because they could get Wilson
97:49back and they could get Pittman back and we could be wrong and we just see him go back to a rotation of those guys. So,
97:54you have a lower floor, but I think the ceiling and the fit within the offense is still better for Jalen Bernard. I
97:59mean, a young guy looking this good this soon, I'm just going to take that. And this was really DK Metcalf. Like he's been
98:05playing he hasn't like hardly missed any plays all year and this is really his first fantasy outing that we could get
98:10behind. He did score 20 fantasy points today, so it was a good day for DK Metcalf.
98:15Um, but it was the first one. And Jalen Bernard now in the two games where you've seen him, like he's given us very
98:21good fantasy outings.
98:23>> And I just think that even in these tough match-ups cuz the Saints aren't bad next week. We saw DK do good things
98:27against the Browns in week eight. We mentioned Denzel is not someone who goes out of his way to shadow one particular
98:31receiver, but after their bye, DJ Turner and the Bengals, Quinyon Mitchell and the Eagles, Pat Surtain and the Broncos, Derek Stingley and the Texans.
98:39It's the same thing in Jacksonville, man. Back when we thought that Brian Thomas was going to be good, all right?
98:43But if we do have like somewhat equal target share going around for a 1A and a 1B, it's going to be the outside guy,
98:49aka DK Metcalf, that's having to deal with the ace outside corner. Meanwhile, Jalen's the one getting those screens and accordingly making good use of them.
98:56So, I just think having both guys Look, if we're getting 27 combined targets between two players, like we're going to be happy about it for both parties
99:03involved, but yeah, Jalen Bernard, man, uh slowly but surely Not slowly but surely, very quickly, uh Dwayne, looking like one of the better waiver wire
99:09pick-ups of the year. Hopefully, you guys got him. Now, for the backfield, good thing for the overtime cuz I think some of the numbers after 60 minutes of
99:17action were a bit damning. That said, Jaylen Warren did find his way into 16 touches at the end of the day, 478 total
99:24yards. It wasn't ideal. I was pleasantly surprised, Dwayne, to see the 74% snap rate for Jaylen Warren. Didn't feel like that though early and Rico actually did
99:33have more opportunities at halftime. So, I would say we didn't get the featured treatment that Mike McCarthy maybe told us, but it's not worst case.
99:42>> Yeah, the snaps at halftime were 22 to 10 in favor of Jaylen Warren to Doudle.
99:47Uh now, the to your point, the opportunity share was slightly more to Doudle, but that can really be tricky because we've talked about it a lot, and
99:54it depends on like what drives you're out there. You know, if they're doing a little bit of a rotation, Rico Doudle
99:59comes in, it happens to be the the drive where they're like, "Hey, we're going to establish the run this drive, guys." You
100:04know, and it's not just because Doudle's out there. It can just be because the coach decides you need to run the ball a
100:08little bit more to loosen up things in the pass game. So, it can be tricky, but at the end of this game, to your point,
100:1374% of the snaps did go to Jaylen Warren, 67% of the rushing attempts, 14 carries for Warren versus seven for Rico
100:20Doudle. And honestly, that's what we were shooting for when we heard the comments for from Mike McCarthy. I don't think anybody was living in like a a
100:28dream fever state of where you thought Jaylen Warren was going to continue to get 90% of the carries. Like, it's just
100:33you can't hold up like over a whole season. You know, even Jonathan Taylor and guys like that don't over a whole
100:38season get a 90% of rush share. So, I think having said that, 60 to 70% was like the sweet spot we
100:45hoped that we would be at. And we ended up getting there for this game. So, we'll see. Maybe it'll be a little
100:49different next week, and you know, maybe it is the overtime that helped drive some of this. But I think as of right now, I'm still I'm I'm still
100:57holding on to the fact that at the end of the game, this is the way things looked, it's the way we wanted it to be.
101:01And if Jaylen Warren's in a role like this, we're going to feel really good about it. Tough Bucks defense today, especially against the interior runs.
101:07There's one spot where I thought Jaylen Warren like had a little bit of a hole, and man, immediately Vita Vea gets in
101:13there with his big paw and just like shoves him back. I thought we were about to get a touchdown from Warren. Only 9.8
101:18fantasy points today, 7.9 for Rico Doudle. But I will just say this, not near the even split that we saw in week
101:25one between these two guys. So, still the edge to Warren.
101:29>> And Rico, to be fair, made good use of his touches as well. It wasn't like Warren. Yeah, exactly. So, Doudle did
101:34look healthy out there, which is good for the Steelers overall. And that would be the big I would just say kind of
101:39thing to keep in mind here, guys. The Steelers offense in the year 2026 with Aaron Rodgers still looks like they're a
101:44decent threat to score 30 points during any given week of action. So, if you do have someone like Jaylen Warren who even
101:49in a relatively disappointing day for us still had 18 combined carries and targets, better days are going to be ahead. So, good stuff for Pittsburgh
101:57again against the Saints here in Paris come at week seven. We move over the Buccaneers just 3.1 yards per play, guys. Jaylen Daniels does some good
102:05things, but it's just, you know, if you're doing even a couple really bad things like throwing interceptions or interception-worthy passes throughout
102:12the course of a 60-minute game, again, that's what kind of separates the actually being an NFL quarterback from being on the street, which, let's face
102:18it, really was looking like going to be the case for him after he was an undrafted rookie. So, I don't think
102:22we're going to get too much more of the experience, though, Dwayne, cuz Baker Mayfield wants to return in week seven from a dislocated right thumb. Again,
102:31Dwayne and I are not doctors. I'm a little concerned, Dwayne, cuz Baker didn't look good before that injury.
102:36He didn't look good in the second half of last year when he was playing through an injury.
102:39And man, it's a winnable match-up against the Panthers, but I want to start Bucky Irving. I think Bucky Irving is good. He had 22
102:47opportunities today. He's been running well all season. Beyond that, though, I don't think I'm going to feel good about starting anyone next week. Are
102:54you?
102:55>> Yeah, real quick on Bucky. 6.9 PPR points, 91% of the rushing attempts, 19 carries. We did have a scratch today on
103:03Shaun Tucker who was dealing with an injury, so we didn't have to deal with him. That led to a 100% snap share
103:08inside the five for Bucky Irving.
103:1164% route share, though. Kenny Gainwell at 15%. Now, only 6.9 PPR points for Bucky Irving today, but to your point, Ian, the 19 rushing attempts, had some
103:20targets as well. Like, Bucky Irving's going to come through for you and we we saw like the electricity. And I know it
103:26was the Cowboys defense, but like Bucky Irving's just a special runner. Like, he's a very elusive player. He can make the big plays. He's going to be there.
103:34So, I agree with you on Baker Mayfield.
103:38Um but, like if he's out there and they're saying he's healthy, I mean, I don't really know what else to do with
103:43that. But, I will say I do think Emeka Egbuka's coming around. I mean, last week we had like a 34% target share.
103:50This week we had a 39% target share.
103:52Gave you 17.8 PPR points. Had a red zone target, an end zone target. Um moving him around. Average depth of target 8.8.
104:01Average depth of route 8.3. Playing from the slot. Getting put in motion. Like, all the things they said they were going
104:06to do with Emeka Egbuka uh to start the year and then we had the toe injury. Like, those things are all
104:11happening. And like, I think in three out of the last four games Emeka Egbuka's had a 25% plus target share.
104:16So, I do think that he's going to be someone that's going to end up if Baker Mayfield plays well and I think that's the
104:22contingent I think that's the caveat and Ian is we got to see if how Baker Mayfield's going to going to look. But,
104:28I moved Egbuka back into wide receiver three range last week even with Daniels.
104:32And so, I think I'll hold him there. I think Egbuka's a really good wide receiver three right now. If Baker looks
104:37good, we could be talking about Emeka Egbuka back in the wide receiver two conversation uh if the thumb holds up for for Baker.
104:45>> I would just like to see him not be one of the least efficient wide receivers out there. They missed him
104:51today. It would have been a lot cooler.
104:53Could have been a nice 29-yard touchdown. But, we've seen that with Baker going back to last year. And that's just where I'm at. We cannot
104:59guarantee anything out here. I just I'm looking at the yards per route run, Dwayne, and he's right there with Quinton Johnston. Right there with Alec
105:05Aolemanor. Right there with you know.
105:06>> Yeah, but but you know how that goes. I mean, a lot of that I mean, you have to adjust for the quarterback play. And
105:12like, some guys and that's why we're so excited about Carnell Tate is because we're like, guys, he's playing in a really bad offense and he has a 1.95
105:18yards per route run. Like, if he played with the Rams, it'd probably be a three.
105:21I don't think we can say that about about Egbuka. But, I think he'd probably be a two.
105:26You know, so I I do think part of it is the environment. And again, that's why it's really a good caveat call out by
105:31you. If Baker comes out and he sucks, like it's probably going to be really up and down for Abuka like as a wide
105:35receiver three that has boom and bust games. But if they can get the passing offense just to looking average to below
105:41average. Doesn't even have to be great.
105:43If they can get the passing offense like to a state of being average, I think Abuka will be a wide receiver two before
105:49the season's over.
105:50>> And if we can see this target discrepancy discrepancy stabilize, then he doesn't even need to be good. He can be bad. If he's getting 16 targets a
105:57game, it's going to be okay. That was the other problem, Dwayne, was these first two match-ups with Jaylen Daniels under center. I want to say the targets
106:04were like 13 for Abuka, but it was 10 also to Godwin and Cade Otton was also randomly staying pretty involved. So, we
106:11just need that, I would say again, gap between Abuka and everyone else. We need that to maintain cuz that's what we
106:16thought we were getting in August, but it wasn't really the case to start the season.
106:19>> Yeah, so I mean, the last two games, this week a 39% target share and week five, he had a 36% target share. It was
106:2615 in week four, but the week before that, it was 26% and in week one, it was 22%. So, the targets are coming. We just
106:34need the efficiency of the offense. I think honestly, you just nailed it. This really all comes back to Baker Mayfield as far as like
106:40giving us a season from Emeka Egbuka where we're like, okay, he might help me win my fantasy league. If if if if if we
106:47don't get that from Baker, then he's still going to be valuable to your point if he's getting this many targets, but
106:52it'll probably be more around like that wide receiver three range.
106:55>> Otherwise, Chris Godwin 37 scoreless yards, Ted Hurst 40 scoreless yards, and Cade Otton four scoreless yards. So, didn't get too much going there, but
107:03again, going up against the Carolina Panthers next week. NFC South, guys, more and more this year starting to resemble a little bit more like those
107:092010 NFC South games where you get one fantasy friendly shootout after another.
107:13Hopefully, Baker is healthy enough to give us just that. So, got some fun late afternoon games to break down now after
107:19Dwayne gets a little something off his chest.
107:21>> Yeah, you know, Ian, we can't protect people from crazy target shares. We can't protect people from broken thumbs that might not, you know, be 100% healed
107:32and a player coming back. We respect it, but you know what you can do? You can imagine that your Wi-Fi can also protect
107:37your home at the same time. I'm sorry, you can imagine that your Wi-Fi can also protect your home at the same Yeah.

108:27>> Three more games, ladies and mostly gentlemen. We had the Cardinals take down the Rams 18 to 16. Arizona winning outright as 12 and 1/2 point dogs.
108:35Under, of course, cashing at 51 and 1/2 because did you hear what I just said?
108:3918 to 16, man. The Cardinals did not score a touchdown. They were over five in their trips to the red zone. Shoutout
108:44to Chad Ryland for scoring 18 points and probably swinging countless fantasy football matchups out there. So, hit the game winner. It's Colt McCoy Brissette's
108:52218 yards through the air. Yeah, wasn't really doing all that well, but it didn't matter cuz they got those six field goals which are inexplicably
108:59enough to beat the freaking dream team, Los Angeles Rams, who now fall to two and four on the season. So, we knew it
109:05was going to be a tough matchup for this passing game. Kyler Shakur is still the only wide receiver to gain over 50
109:11receiving yards against this Rams defense this year, and he even needed overtime to go go and get that big play.
109:16So, disappointing day for Michael Wilson, another disappointing day for Michael Wilson. They get the Broncos next week, Dwayne, who have a banged up
109:23secondary, but, you know, as much as Jackson Smith-Njigba got there on Thursday night, I do think they're still a good defense and made him work for it.
109:30You holding steady, Michael Wilson top 15 receiver, or is a part of you a little bit scared that Kendrick Bourne might be Michael Wilsoning Michael
109:39Wilson?
109:40>> [laughter] >> I mean, maybe.
109:42Uh Kendrick Bourne did have a 24% target share today, but I mean, Michael Wilson was right there at 21%. You know, only
109:477.2 PPR points today, but 91% route share. So, if you believed in Michael Wilson and you believed in his role, you
109:54know, 2 weeks ago, it hasn't changed.
109:56Still played 20% from the slot today. I don't have the motion data yet. My god, it's like I saw him saw him in motion
110:02today, but I I I don't know how often.
110:04So, I think the role is still the same.
110:07Um and I think he gets to do a lot of things that really do help protect him.
110:09It's just a tough match-up. We'll see what happens with Patrick Surtain next week. To your point, they did a really nice job against Jackson Smith-Njigba,
110:16who did ultimately still get to his 20 fantasy points, as he usually does with the overtime.
110:21Uh but I mean, I I have Michael Wilson like as wide receiver I think 19 or 20 rest of season, so I'm probably just
110:27holding there. I mean, I might bump him down to low-end wide receiver two.
110:31But it was another It's a win, you know, for the Cardinals. So, that could hold Carson back off for, you know, another
110:36game or two. So, I mean, there's like give and take like with this performance. But, I think the main thing is still full-time role, still really
110:43solid target share, seven looks today, one red zone, two end zone looks as well. So, you know, and I I didn't get
110:48to lay eyes on the end zone targets. I don't know if they were overthrows or whatever, but I think those are
110:53encouraging things that typically point to, "Hey, this could have been a lot better day than the seven points you got."
110:59>> Little weird to me that again, it's been 16 targets for Bourne versus 14 for Wilson in these two games, but it is
111:04just two games and obviously more defensive attention is going to Michael Wilson. Bourne's role though, Dwayne, in full PPR, and think it's going to go
111:12crazy, but I think he could do like a Shakur Stevenson impression. He has, speaking of Shakur, like one of the lowest average route depths in the
111:19league right now. It's Jaylen Brooks who's being the guy that they're giving the Marvin Harrison Jr. routes to. This offense is meant to help amplify and
111:27enhance Kendrick Bourne, and we need to appreciate that.
111:29>> Yeah, so Kendrick Bourne 9.7 fantasy points today. I already mentioned the 24% target share. He had eight targets.
111:35He had three red zone targets as well as one end zone target. So, really consolidated around Trey McBride, Wilson, and Kendrick Bourne. Like if I
111:42had to And this is not a shot at you, Ian. If I had to choose between Kendrick Bourne and Jahan Dotson, I would choose
111:49Kendrick Bourne.
111:50Um and and the primary reason is like I have at least seen Kendrick Bourne like in the last within the last 2 years.
111:56Like he's had some games, you know, where he was put out there and >> Back-to-back >> contingent I think the contingent upside
112:02is also there with Bourne. Like if we suddenly had a game or two where Wilson is missing, I might not feel that way
112:07about Dotson if if Drake London's out, but I do feel good enough about Kendrick Bourne to say, you know, he could
112:12probably come out here and I would be fine with the projection model giving him a 22% target share, right? So, yeah,
112:18I think Kendrick Bourne's playing really well. Uh not someone you guys are like running to put in your fantasy lineups, but we have a lot of bye weeks and
112:24they're going to keep rolling. Like they are not stopping here for a few weeks.
112:27So, if you're trying to plan ahead and you're looking at someone that's not going to cost you a lot of fab dollars,
112:32that is Kendrick Bourne.
112:34>> Be a lot cooler if Trey McBride actually got a chance to work down field. Caught 7 of 9 targets for 53 yards, but you
112:39know what, they add up in a hurry in PPR land. Would like to think the touchdowns and bigger plays will be coming here on
112:44the horizon. He scored last week, so nothing to nothing to worry about there.
112:48The backfield though, Dwayne, I thought early on in this year I was skeptical of Tyler Allgeier being a high-end handcuff because James Conner was in the picture,
112:57okay? But guess what? James Conner, like we'd love to see a picture of you holding up a newspaper, man. Have not
113:01heard from you in a long time. I did not have Bam Knight being someone who's posting 17 touches in a game without
113:10Jeremaih Love alongside Tyler Allgeier out there.
113:13Goodness. Now, Bam Knight made the most out of his opportunity. He was running hard out there. So, all due credit to
113:18Zonovan Bam Knight out here. But, yeah.
113:21Tyler Allgeier, man, he was someone where I just didn't think the Cardinals were going to be scoring much. So, that's why I had Allgeier more as like a
113:26low-end RB2 and anyone to get too excited about. But, yeah, not going to be exactly moving him up after what we
113:31saw today.
113:32>> Yeah, if you would have heard that the Cardinals won this game, you would have thought, "Wow, Tyler Allgeier really had
113:37a day, didn't he?" No, he didn't. He gave you 5.8 fantasy points. You know, he led the way with 56% of the snaps,
113:42but Bam Knight was at 44%, 53% of the rushing attempts, 18 carries. I mean, Tyler Allgeier had enough work to have a
113:50better day than today. He averaged 2.1 yards per carry. Uh he didn't have any of his carries go for 10 plus yards uh
113:57in this game. So, he just he didn't get much going. I mean, he played the two-minute offense. There were some little nice things there. But, I think
114:03what happened is right away, once they gave Bam Knight some touches, Ian, like he was just the better running back today. And he had the hot hand. And so,
114:12Allgeier still led the way, and he should have been able to get there. But, Bam Knight did make it super annoying.
114:17Uh but, you can't I don't blame the Cardinal staff. Bam Knight just looked better than Tyler Allgeier today, and I didn't think it was really close.
114:24>> It's kind of been that way all season, man. Allgeier had that cool 22-yard touchdown, hit a nice stiff arm a few
114:28weeks ago. But, otherwise, man, like not that Jeremaih Love isn't making the most out of his opportunities, but obviously dealing with not one but two ankle
114:35issues. Not like Allgeier has exactly been doing, you know, his best Ra Mondre Stevenson impression from last year, if you want to try to roll with that sort
114:41of comp thing. So, get better soon, Jeremaih Love. But, yeah, in the meantime, man, Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight, going to be tough to feel overly
114:47good about either of them. And then, we have the Rams. Week one, blown out against the 49ers. Oh, it's okay. We
114:54were in Australia. It was weird.
114:55Whatever. Week two, dominant win over the Giants. But, Jackson Dart, you know, injured pretty early in that one. Not the most impressive win. Week three,
115:02blow a lead against the Bo Nix led Broncos. That looks worse and worse by the week. Week four, they get a win over
115:07the Eagles, but they had to score two touchdowns in the final four minutes to do so. Week five, a loss to the Bills in
115:13OT. Week six, loss to the Cardinals at home, man.
115:17Very, very perplexing game. They did a fourth and one handoff to Davis Allen that I was dying. I think it was Greg
115:23Olsen in the booth and he was bringing up like the little Giants when there was a scene and they had a guy in the huddle
115:28where they called a play for and he's like, "Me?" You're giving the ball to me? Like that's probably was Davis Allen's reaction there when they decided
115:33to do that. They had like a fourth and eighth screen play to Kyren Williams.
115:37Like active decisions to take the ball out of your MVP quarterback's hands and clearly it didn't pay off in this one.
115:45Still almost got the win. Go-ahead touchdown to Colby Parkinson late, but not exactly the dream team juggernaut we thought we were signing up for, Dwayne.
115:54>> Yeah, I mean in fantasy you're still going to love the Rams. But I agree like not the dream team right now from an NFL
115:59perspective. I mean two and four losing to the Cardinals in division. I mean that is just like a very, very rough
116:05start for the Rams and you got the 49ers off to a super hot start.
116:10They're lucky the Seahawks have been struggling a little bit as well, so they're not that far out of it. But from
116:14a fantasy perspective, I'm good. Like you know, we're just going to start the Rams that we have.
116:20Today we saw Stafford only score 16.9 fantasy points. You know, he threw for 222 yards. Two passing touchdowns, no interceptions. You know, wasn't the
116:28blow-up game from Stafford, but he didn't ultimately kill you.
116:31We did see a closer split today between Kyren Williams and Blake Corum.
116:3571% of snaps still to Kyren versus 29% for Corum, but the rushing attempts were much closer. 50% versus 45%. So Kyren
116:43had a slight lead, 10 carries to nine carries. Still mostly Kyren on the passing down stuff. But we have talked about this Ian in these games that are
116:50you know, and again like the it ended up being it wasn't a shootout, but it was a close game. We have seen in the
116:55shootouts like they just kind of go to Kyren. But, we were wondering what would happen in in a game that was tighter
117:00like this where you know, the Cardinals end up winning with just field goals.
117:03And the answer was we were back to a closer split between these two guys.
117:06We're not freaking out. Kyren still looks really good. You know, I had him a little bit lower than consensus in the
117:11ranks this week cuz I was a little bit worried about the game script and them going more to Kyren, but still he had a
117:1571% snap share. So, I think that's a big positive for Kyren. Uh and then the wide receiver room. I don't think there's
117:21>> Real quick though, Jordan. Real quick.
117:22Kyren's >> Kyren's not happy about it. Got to ask after the game why he thought the Rams couldn't sustain the energy drive to
117:28drive via Sarah Barshop. Quote, "Can't tell you, bro. Probably cuz I'm not out there."
117:34Okay, Kyren.
117:36>> Yeah. Well, I mean, he's averaging he averaged 5 yards per carry today. I don't know what he's at for the season,
117:40but he's been very efficient.
117:42>> So was Kyren though, to be fair.
117:43>> Yeah, and so was Kyren, too. Yeah. But, I mean, Kyren's controlling what he can control. Like, he's playing well. So,
117:48yeah. We'll see what happens. Um but, I mean, I think you Kyren Williams is still a low-end running back one and
117:55running back two at worst. Um Blake Corum still one of the best handcuffs in the league. And in these kind of games
118:00he can still give you stand-alone value.
118:02So, I think I have Kyren at like running back 25 or 26 this week in this particular match-up. So, we'll we'll
118:08see. We'll see how it plays out.
118:10>> It was funny having that line where it's like, you know, the last few RB1s like not RB1s, the number one RBs from teams
118:16that you feel good about. And then it's like Blake Corum and it's like, all right, now where's Tony Pollard? Where's all the other guys?
118:22>> Yeah, exactly.
118:24>> Wide receivers, Puka Nacua, very very quiet day. Could have had a much bigger day at the office as is often the case.
118:3065-yard potential walk-in touchdown, just a tad overthrown by Stafford. Maybe Puka could have come down with it, but again, no one within freaking 15 yards
118:38of this guy. So, would have been nice to see them make that happen. But, more and more, man, they keep missing on these
118:42double moves, just deep shots. It's happened to Davante Adams several times this year as well. Need to get some maybe extra practice reps in that, says
118:49the fantasy football podcaster. But, anyway, 80 yards for Puka, you know exactly crying about it. Davante Adams, 39 yards. Did get banged up at the end
118:57of the game though, Dwayne. So, I'm not sure what it was. Kind of looked like a groin injury or something like that.
119:02But, wouldn't be ideal obviously for this offense not to have Adams. They're facing the Raiders next week. Kanat Mumfield though, we did see particularly
119:10at the end of that Denver game, he really did some good things man when forcing the action.
119:14>> Yeah, and there was no Tutu Atwell today.
119:16Uh he was a I think he was a healthy scratch. Uh so, they're leaning into their tight end stuff even though they
119:21didn't have Terrance Ferguson.
119:23So, we'll see. I I still Kanat Mumfield did have that nice game.
119:27But, like since then, they've really like rotated him with Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell. It was Mumfield today though. 53% route share versus 11% for
119:36Whittington. So, if you had to pick one, I would go with it. I think it's pretty risky. Like it because they'll just come
119:42out and run like all three tight ends.
119:43Uh now, they don't have Terrance Ferguson right now. I don't think they can get him back until week eight, Ian.
119:48So, that won't be next week. Tyler Higbee only scored 4.2 fantasy points today, but he still led the way with an
119:5383% route participation rate. It was Colby Parkinson leading the team actually in PPR points today with 14.1.
120:00But, he only had a 53% route share. So, it does look like Higbee has held onto the starting role after a few really good performances.
120:07Didn't come through in the box score.
120:09He's really the only tight end that you can start right now. And then, we'll have to basically hit the reset button
120:13once we get Ferguson back. And we'll have to see what the Rams decide to do.
120:17>> Moving on to an AFC West battle. The Chiefs took down the now Owen six Chargers 22 to six covering as seven and
120:23a half point faves. Under the cash of 41 and a half in this one. So, Patrick Mahomes man, 272 through the air. Did
120:29throw a horrific interception. That man, don't do that. But, you know what?
120:34You're Patrick Mahomes. So, whatever I guess. Made Xavier Worthy look good out there, Dwayne. Caught all seven of his targets for 73 yards. A couple diving
120:41catches. It honestly, other than the second half of that Super Bowl, might have been the best I've seen Xavier Worthy look, man. From the first snap
120:49and the last snap, like really just doing good things out there. Again, just 73 scoreless yards, but Rashee Rice didn't practice at all last week. We
120:57didn't exactly see Jaylen Royals or Cyrus Allen or anyone for that matter make a meaningful step forward.
121:02It's a very, very tough match-up against the Seahawks in Sunday Night Football.
121:06I had Xavier Worthy ranked, I think like wide receiver 30, wide receiver 31 this past week as a hedge of like, "Hey, I
121:12know the volume's there for you, but also, hey, I know that you're really not a good professional football player from everything we can tell." You throw in
121:18that tough match-up against the Seahawks next week. I'm probably holding pat.
121:23What say you?
121:24>> Yeah, I think I had Worthy up to like 27 this week, just once we heard that Rice was out. And he paid that off, 14.3
121:31fantasy points today, 24% target share.
121:34Mostly underneath stuff, 4.9 average depth of target today. But got to move around, played slot. 29% of his targets came on play action. So, to your point,
121:42probably really I didn't get to see all of Worthy's stuff, but at least from the data standpoint here, like this is one of the better games
121:49that we've had, you know, from Xavier Worthy. I agree with you, tough match-up against the Seahawks, not going to be super excited about it. Guys, it was
121:56Jaylen Royals again as the wide receiver two with Rashee Rice out. Only gave you 4.4 fantasy points, but an 84% route
122:04share. You get to get out there and you get to play with Patrick Mahomes, you know, some things can happen for you.
122:08So, we'll see what goes on there. Cyrus Allen scored 4.7 fantasy points, but only a 13% route share. So, we'll see what happens with Rashee Rice,
122:17but didn't practice at all last week.
122:19So, I I don't really know how close Rashee Rice is to returning, and that was coming off of a bye week. So,
122:24obviously, a more severe hamstring injury than maybe what we originally thought for Rashee Rice.
122:30>> So, again, Royals won out, but not exactly someone we're getting too excited about. We did see Travis Kelce get banged up early, still
122:36came back though, caught four of five targets for 53 yards. Also, I know a great chipping in 53 yards, that probably is the biggest thorn in there
122:42be actually being a number three wide receiver to overly get going in KC. And oh yeah, Kenneth Walker, another 128 yards and two touchdowns, continuing to
122:49look very much like one of the best RBs alive. And yeah, revenge game in Seattle next Sunday night. Get your popcorn
122:56ready for that one. Meanwhile, on the Chargers win, they have a week seven bye, so I am finally go as shallow on
123:01this as you are because again, the Chargers make me very, very sad. But Quentin Johnston did catch a cool 57-yard pass downfield, so good to see
123:09Justin Herbert still has the ability to superhuman stuff like that. But yeah, man, even even Laviska Shenault who I was starting to as the week went on
123:17because early on in the week, I was like, "Ah, the foot injury. Like he's just banged up and this offense is broke. How high
123:24can we really get him?" But didn't have a designation at all, was practicing in full, and I was like, "Well, you know,
123:28he is a really good player and there's no one else to get the football to." He catches a 17-yard pass early and then
123:33immediately gets a concussion. So rest up, lad. He's going to have the bye week.
123:37Yeah, hopefully they do a lot of thinking on the bye week, Dwayne, cuz whatever they're doing right now, it's not working. Honestly, if Mike McDaniel
123:42is not even the coach at the end of the bye week, I wouldn't be surprised at this point.
123:45>> I won't be surprised either. Uh yeah, I think we can move on. Quentin Johnston, 6.7 fantasy points, 86% route share. You
123:52didn't have Trey Harris, so it was Keondre Lambert-Smith returning from IR.
123:56He had an 86% route share. He scored 6.2 fantasy points. Uh other than that, same rotation in the backfield, 49% uh snap
124:05share to Omarian Hampton, he had 7.9 fantasy points. But he tied with Kamani Vidal to lead the team in rushing attempts at 37%.
124:13Uh both guys had seven carries. So yeah, just just an absolute utter mess.
124:18Terrible offense, no players we can get excited about, rotations like across the board, like this is the nightmare of all nightmares.
124:26Like a team that we were so hyped about is actually the worst fantasy worst offense for fantasy players in the whole
124:33NFL. Like that's the >> decided to start running around like Baker Mayfield, bro. Every single scramble, he's just taking these massive
124:40hits. Does he even want to be out? I think he wants to He doesn't want to force an injury, but Yeah, man, like
124:46it is crazy to me. So, get healthy, get right. Just do anything better, please.
124:52Last game, guys, we had the Bills take down the Raiders 33 to 30. Raiders did cover the 5 and 1/2 point spread thanks
124:57to a gorgeous late touchdown pass from Kirk Cousins to a diving Trey Tucker.
125:01Over cash here at 53 and 1/2, which was the highest on the week, so good to see plenty of points here in the late
125:06afternoon. Josh Allen threw a pair of touchdowns, one of which was just the most Josh Allen [ __ ] ever, man. Like
125:12just flicking the ball into the middle of the end zone. No problem, though.
125:15Keon Coleman was there to bring it down.
125:17Also at 59 yards on the day with DJ Moore out of the picture with that shoulder injury. Also got Khalil Shakir
125:23for the other touchdown. Almost had a third touchdown at Dalton Kincaid, 18 yards wide open. Unfortunately, nullified on a holding penalty. That
125:30probably was warranted, but as someone who has quite a bit of Dalton Kincaid, I didn't appreciate it. Look, Dwayne, they have a bye, so they're going to be
125:36having a chance to obviously get DJ Moore right. So, I think it's going to be lesser opportunities for Keon Coleman moving forward, but Dalton Kincaid was
125:44someone where again, these past three weeks have just been brutal. Third in the entire NFL, not just among tight ends, third in the entire NFL on
125:51receiving yards in weeks one through two, fifth on the Buffalo Bills in receiving yards in weeks three through five. Came out, though, got him the ball
125:59early, eight targets throughout this game. He was banged up with the rib injury, which might take those routes down, but it did seem like the Bills
126:06very much wanted to continue to make Dalton Kincaid a big part of this offense.
126:10>> Yeah, I mean, he had seven catches today for 38 yards, 61% route share, but 27% target share, 36% targets per route run.
126:19What What was interesting around Kincaid today is it wasn't as much downfield. It was more of the underneath stuff. A 2
126:24and 1/2 average depth of target, not what we've really seen from him. So, I would really like to see that, because
126:30we know that Kincaid can really work the vertical stuff, Ian, and that's really where he can like put up his big fantasy
126:36points, but you need to run some of the underneath stuff, too, in order to like kind of keep like a weekly target share
126:42intact, right? Um because that's the area of the field where defenses will kind of they'll give you some of the you
126:47get the gimmies, right? And really Dalton Kincaid wasn't getting very many gimmies. It was all having to come down field and if it if a defense decides
126:54that hey, we're really going to center our coverage around taking you away down field, like they're more likely to do it
126:59there. And so, I think that this was a positive for Kincaid. Uh yeah, we'll have to wait and see if like the injury
127:05was a factor with the route share, but still at least got like over the 60% mark. Um you know, we've seen him, you
127:11know, hovering around like the 68 to 69.
127:13Last week we saw a season high route share for him that was in the 80s. So, we'll we'll see what the injuries say,
127:19but it was a good performance for Kincaid. 10.8 fantasy points, but again, guys, the encouraging thing is seeing them work him in a little bit more
127:25underneath and not just downfield stuff.
127:28>> Again, wouldn't be putting him ahead of Isaiah Likely or George Kittle, God forbid or Noah Fant or McBride or Bowers, but still pretty confident in a
127:34tight end one finish here for Kincaid.
127:36And I would expect him to be closer that tight end six spot than tight end 12 for what it's worth. Otherwise, doing a lot
127:42of talk about James Cook coming off the fumbles going on. Would he have a lesser role out there? Sure didn't look like
127:48it.
127:48>> No. Uh 88% of the carries, uh 22 attempts on the day, 95 yards, 4.3 yards per carry, and had his highest route
127:56share since we've seen Ty Johnson return. 53% in this game. Was a little bit more used in the passing game today
128:03at a 10% target share with three looks on the day. So, 24.3 fantasy points from James Cook, and you were all happy.
128:12>> Do you think there's something to yards before contact being a little more stylistic than we're giving it credit for?
128:18>> Oh, yeah. I think it's both. I think the offensive line is definitely part of it, but I I I do think there's like a
128:24like Jamaal Charles was always really good at it. And it does tend to be guys that are not like jumping and hopping
128:29everywhere. It's more of like a one cut, really good accelerators that can take an angle. Yeah, slashers. They take away the the angle from the linebacker not
128:37through a juke move, but by getting to the hole quickly and then using their speed, right? Just outrun the angle. And
128:43I think we see that, you know, with James Cook. Um so, I think the Buffalo Bills do have a really good offensive
128:48line. Like their yards before contact, they rank number one in the NFL, but I I definitely am with you. I think part of
128:53it is it's James Cook.
128:55He helps drive that.
128:57>> And when I always complain about using yards after contact cuz one long run skews it, guess what? That's probably happening for yards before contact as
129:04well. I'm going to go ahead and do three plus uh you know, percentage for yards before contact. I'm freaking pumped now.
129:09Okay, I'll get back to you guys with that. Anyway, great stuff again from the Bills. Well-deserved week seven bye coming up. And great stuff for the
129:15Raiders as well, man. Had that let down against the Patriots and through three quarters of this one, man, it was not
129:19looking pretty. After Kirk Cousins threw his only pick of the day, I heard the announcer say Fred Warner Mendoza was still uh warming up on the sideline.
129:26Brock Bowers had his first catch until the third quarter. Like it was not a good offensive performance, but wound up with 313 yards and a pair of touchdowns,
129:34both to Mr. Trey Tucker who remembered how to catch this week. And again, can't say enough good things about that gorgeous 44-yard touchdown at the end of
129:41the game. So, great stuff from Tucker and Kirk Cousins who continues to stave off uh Fred Warner Mendoza for at least
129:47another week. They're going to be home against the Rams next week. Guessing they're not going to be making a switch imminent there with the way Cousins is
129:52playing, but yeah, man. Raiders throwing for 300 plus. Just would be a lot cooler if we can get this Clint Kubiak run game
129:58going a little bit more.
129:59>> Yeah, for sure. I mean, with Ashton Jeanty today, it was 2.2 yards per carry again. So, I mean, 15.8 fantasy points
130:06he got there. He scored a rushing touchdown, first one of the season. He got two carries inside the five. One went to Mike Washington inside the five.
130:13So, playing the two-minute offense though and all that kind of stuff he had, but it was a 44% route share today for
130:19Jeanty versus 27% for Mike Washington.
130:22Now, some of that could have been due to blitzing and different things. I haven't seen the blitz numbers today uh for the Bills, but they've been
130:28pretty good at getting after the passer and we we've seen this some this year.
130:31Teams being more willing to keep their guys in the block even though they are technically out there for the pass down
130:36and that can impact the route share.
130:38So, Jeudy, you were fine with your 15.8, but obviously you were hoping for more in a in a game that ended up having as many
130:44points scored as what we saw here. So, I think we're probably just where we've been, which is Jeudy really nice workload, but like I don't know, man.
130:52I'm not so sure that Jeudy's really this great of a player right now. I just I I I don't know how we can say that. And
130:57maybe it is the injuries, maybe it's not. I don't think we really know, but I mean we're a year and a half into this.
131:03Uh and I do think being able to handle a big workload is a talent. You and I have talked about that many times over the
131:07years. I think Jeudy has that going for him. I'm just starting to worry like does he really have the level to his
131:13game though that can turn him into something like what we just talked about with Kenneth Walker where when you get this kind of workload, 25 fantasy points
131:20are on the table. Feels like much more often than not they are not on the table for Ashton Jeudy.
131:26>> He has the volume, just an unfortunate cocktail otherwise of him likely still being banged up behind an offensive line that's not all that good and a backup in
131:33Mike Washington who is starting to squeeze things thanks to him this yeah right now based on all those things being a little bit better with his
131:39rushing opportunities at a minimum. So, I'm with you. He'll continue to be more of a mid to low end RB2, which again,
131:45given the sort of opportunity we've had, really isn't surprising for someone that we were thinking very very highly of just 12 short months ago. Uh mentioned
131:52the trade tracker boom, that's great.
131:53Boom and bust wide receiver three. Saw some bust recently, good to still see that a boom is possible.
131:58With Brock Bowers back in action, I mentioned Bowers having a slow start.
132:01Did get a DPI in the end zone earlier to help shut out help set up that Jeudy touchdown, but still had nine targets
132:07out there, caught four of them for 70 yards. Guys, 11 PPR points for Brock Bowers is like a down day at the office. You know, we
132:14would kill for that, man, for pretty much any other tight end out there. So, feeling fine there. What's interesting is Michael Mayer, man, caught seven of
132:21nine targets for 95 yards. Dwayne, I was been joking around recently about like, "Oh, this is kind of To me, it seemed
132:26like the offense, the first one since like the 2011 Patriots to really keep using two tight ends so often." I actually was able to quantify it pretty
132:33well last week. Percentage of teams receiving yards that only went to tight ends. The only four offenses since like 2000 to be over 40%. It's this year's
132:43Raiders, it's the 2011 Patriots, and like the 2019 and 2022 Ravens got there as well when Hollywood Brown was the only, you know, show in town. Primark
132:52Andrews, Isaiah Likely, like Josh Oliver, and some other guys doing their thing. So, Michael Mayer, man, I know we've had him
132:58in the top 20, even maybe a little bit higher as it is. Like, is there a chance we get the very, very rare instance of
133:06one team enabling multiple top 12 tight ends?
133:09>> Uh man, I don't know. But, if if if a team's going to do it, this is the one.
133:13I mean, he had 68% route share today.
133:15Bowers was at 98%. So, I mean, he was right there behind Jaylen Nailor, who was at 71%. So, he's playing as much
133:21as, you know, their second wide receiver.
133:24Um so, that that in itself enables it.
133:27And Michael Mayer was a really good prospect. 23% target share again today, nine looks. He scored 16 and 1/2 fantasy points. And Brock Bowers, you know, had
133:35a cornerback on him for a lot of the day, which is Honestly, it was That's what Brock Bowers is going to see a lot, guys.
133:41Um you know, because teams are just figuring out that like this for the Raiders, they should just put their best cover person on Brock Bowers
133:47if the alignment allows it. And that's what we're seeing teams do. Now, Brock Bowers, it hasn't been an issue. He's just been like, "Great. Put your best
133:52guy on me. I don't really care. I'm still going to go out there and score 25 fantasy points." Um so, I think Bowers will be fine. But, I I
133:59think Michael Mayer, like I've got him as a low-end tight end two. I had him up to mid-range tight end two. He's another
134:05player maybe I just need to leave alone.
134:06Just put him at mid-range tight end two.
134:09Kind of watch the Yeah, just kind of watch the match-ups each week. And, you know, he's going to definitely give us
134:14weeks where he's in the top 12 tight ends. He could squeeze in there Ian.
134:17Like I'm I'm not going to move him there this week, but I could see it. I could see it happening this season.
134:23>> Raiders get the Rams again next week.
134:25Hopefully going to be more points in that one. So all right guys, one last game the Guardians freaking lost the Tampa Bay Rays Dwayne. I am sad but we

134:54You know, put in defensive tendencies last week to give you guys some new stuff. So toying around with a couple of

135:05So we'll we'll see if I'm able to get it in there tomorrow, but more new stuff coming. Obviously all the breakdown. So
135:11yeah, hoping to have it out, you know, before Monday night football.
