Alvin Kamara

NegativeUsage61:09

Alvin Kamara is ranked around 28th-29th at running back and offers a potential floor in PPR formats through receiving work. The source notes that when Tyler Shuck is blitzed, he has an 8% running back target rate, and suggests that Kamara could potentially see five or more catches in the Saints' high-volume passing game. This receiving volume could provide a safety net even if the Saints' overall offensive output is limited.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

PositiveBreakout71:25

If both top Commanders receivers (Diggs and McLaurin) are out, Antonio Williams becomes a high-end number three receiver or potentially the number one receiver for Washington in a positive matchup against the Giants; the source recommends picking him up immediately as a short-term opportunity.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout75:37

Antonio Williams may be undervalued and should rank higher in PPR formats. He had eight targets in Week 4 despite a third-string quarterback and a touchdown called back. With Jaden Daniels back, Williams has shown he can get designed plays and opportunities; he should be in the number three receiver conversation in full PPR, especially if McLaurin is unavailable.

Insight page

Austin Ekeler

NegativeRole65:40

The source indicates that Austin Ekeler will not receive his full workload with the Commanders, suggesting limited usage in the backfield due to the team's injury situation and depth chart considerations.

Insight page

Brian Robinson

PositiveValue41:21

Robinson is positioned as the safer play in a backfield committee situation where touches may be distributed similarly to other split-back scenarios. The source recommends taking chances with the team running the ball better, positioning Robinson favorably.

Insight page
PositiveProjection72:26

In a start-sit comparison, the source initially had Bill ranked higher but changes to prefer Brian Robinson Jr. over Bill.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

NegativeMatchup50:26

Despite having an MVP-caliber season, Purdy faces a difficult matchup against Seattle's elite secondary. The source advises starting Stafford or Goff over Purdy this week, and notes that Trevor Lawrence is in the conversation as well (Dave has Lawrence one spot ahead, Jamie has Purdy two spots ahead, Heath has them back-to-back). The source expects this to be a week where Purdy, McCaffrey, Kittle, and the receivers help you avoid losing rather than lead you to victory.

Insight page
PositiveProjection50:36

Purdy is having an MVP-caliber season and is a must-start quarterback; the source explicitly states 'You're not benching him' despite San Francisco facing Seattle, a team that humiliated them twice at the end of last year.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeMatchup72:00

Bucky Irving is mentioned in a start-sit comparison question against Mark Andrews in half-PPR scoring.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeMatchup23:14

Caleb Williams faces the Packers, who run a zone-heavy defense similar to the Jets. The Packers have a hard time generating pressure on the quarterback, which should allow Williams time to make throws downfield.

Insight page

Cam Ward

NegativeMatchup28:28

Ward averages 5.1 yards per attempt or worse against the Giants, a notably poor matchup alongside Dak Prescott and Jacoby Brissett.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

NegativeProjection46:07

Ranked below Rome Odunze in start-sit decisions. The source places Odunze ahead of Tate.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveProjection24:57

Olave is a must-start receiver for the Saints against Minnesota; despite the Vikings' tough pass rush blueprint, Olave remains a core fantasy asset.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeUsage49:19

McCaffrey's targets are down; the 49ers are 29th in pass rate and have become increasingly pass-heavy over the last two years, with Brock Purdy averaging only 28.3 pass attempts per game through four games. The source notes everyone's targets are down in San Francisco's offense.

Insight page
PositiveProjection50:39

McCaffrey is a must-start running back. The source states 'McCaffrey's McCaffrey. You're not benching him,' indicating he should be started without question regardless of matchup.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeMatchup27:34

Watson benefited from a fluky 81-yard touchdown against Minnesota in week one that should have been flagged for illegal block in the back, highlighting the unpredictability of that matchup.

Insight page
PositiveProjection46:11

Ranked ahead of Matthew Golden in start-sit decisions. The source prefers Watson as a start option.

Insight page

Cole Kmet

NegativeProjection72:04

Cole Kmet is mentioned in a start-sit comparison question against Mark Andrews in non-PPR scoring.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole23:03

The source recommends starting Colston Loveland in the Chicago passing game against Green Bay, ranking him third among Chicago receivers. Loveland is highlighted for his target volume last week and the overall Chicago offense structure playing on time with Baygent under center.

Insight page
PositiveProjection42:22

Loveland ranked 12th (Jamie), 15th (Dave), and 21st (Heath) at tight end for the week. After a sluggish start, he posted a nine-target game, which the source views as encouraging; anything north of six targets is considered positive. Against the Jets' defense, Loveland averaged 14.2 PPR points across three matchups last year, including a monster playoff game. With the Jets now down a linebacker, Loveland led the Bears in targets despite Odunze's involvement, positioning him as a featured option. The source recommends starting Loveland over Kincaid due to the matchup and Kincaid's recent decline in route participation and playing time.

Insight page
PositiveUsage44:21

Target per route rate spiked to approximately 35% in week four—more than one out of every three throws from Tyson Bajan going to Loveland—signaling the involvement the source invested in him to provide. Despite concerns about sustainability, the source ranks him just outside the top 12 tight ends and would start him if the elevated involvement continues.

Insight page
NegativeProjection72:04

Colston Loveland is mentioned in start-sit comparison questions against Mark Andrews in non-PPR scoring and in a multi-player start-two scenario.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveProjection44:53

If Monongai does not play, Swift is viewed as a high-end number two running back and must-start. If Monongai plays, Swift remains a high-end number two running back and must-start. He is ranked ahead of Emmanuel Wilson and Monongai in start-sit decisions, and ahead of Matthew Golden in comparative rankings.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup65:18

DeAndre Swift had a big receiving game against the Saints defense, catching multiple passes out of the backfield. The source uses Swift's performance as a comparable example for why Alvin Kamara could see 5+ catches against the Saints' high-volume passing attack.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

NegativeMatchup28:28

Prescott averages 5.1 yards per attempt or worse against the Giants, a notably poor matchup that the source finds unusual; he's part of a group of QBs (including Cam Ward and Jacoby Brissett) who have all struggled against New York.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveProjection29:18

Kincaid is the best Bills pass catcher and should shine against the Rams unless they double-team him every route like the Patriots did; the Bills will have to throw in this game, and Kincaid's mismatched quality should allow him to play more and produce.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup30:12

The source favors Kincaid in Week 5 against the Patriots, who have allowed only 85 receiving yards to opposing tight ends through four games (12 catches). The Patriots' defense is vulnerable to tight ends despite the low yardage total, and the Bills will be forced to throw; Kincaid is the preferred tight end play among the three Bills options discussed.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup44:00

Kincaid has posted two bad games recently with declining route participation and playing time over the last couple of weeks. The source views the matchup as brutal and recommends starting Loveland over Kincaid due to these concerns.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

NegativeProjection72:04

Dalton Schultz is mentioned in a start-sit comparison question against Mark Andrews in non-PPR scoring.

Insight page

Darren Waller

PositiveRole70:34

Jameis Winston looks for Waller and checks down to him frequently; he can generate easy fantasy points through checkdown opportunities and target volume.

Insight page

Deebo Samuel

PositiveMatchup23:51

Against Seattle's zone defense, Debo is one of only two 49ers receivers winning in short area throws; the source recommends starting him as a flex rather than a number two receiver if Mike Evans plays, as the 49ers will struggle winning downfield and must rely on short, sweet passes to Debo, Kittle, and McCaffrey.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup50:26

Against Seattle's elite secondary, Debo Samuel is rated as a mid-tier number three receiver. The source has less faith in Samuel's touchdown upside compared to Mike Evans. Additionally, both Evans and Samuel were not on the Seahawks' roster last year when San Francisco played them, which changes the defensive context. The source advises not expecting Samuel to lead a fantasy victory this week.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:33

Debo Samuel is flagged as a player the source questions trusting in the 49ers-Seattle matchup; when asked if there are must-start guys to get away from for San Francisco, the source identifies Mike Evans and Debo Samuel as the key trust questions, given two teams on bye and multiple injuries elsewhere.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

NegativeProjection45:06

Ranked above Monongai but below Swift in start-sit decisions against San Francisco. The source places Wilson in the middle tier of running back options.

Insight page
PositiveRole52:47

Wilson is a must-start running back based on workload. The source expects him to see north of 15 touches plus a couple of catches, and he's the goal-line back for Seattle. With a 70% success rate when getting 10+ carries (7 of 10 games in his career), Wilson projects as a number two running back. The 49ers have allowed a running back to hit 12.3 PPR points or more in every game, and Wilson has hit 11.7 PPR points in 7 of 10 games with 10+ carries.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveMatchup23:51

Kittle is the other 49er winning in short area throws against Seattle's zone coverage; the source will start him because he's George Kittle, and if Evans plays, Kittle becomes a low-end number two receiver in a matchup where the 49ers will struggle winning downfield.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:39

Kittle is a must-start tight end; the source states 'Kittle is Kittle. You're not benching him' when discussing whether to fade any 49ers must-start players against Seattle.

Insight page
PositiveProjection52:30

Kittle is a must-start tight end. Even though Seattle wasn't very good against tight ends last year, the source rhetorically asks 'who's sitting George Kittle at this point?' indicating he should be started without question.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveMatchup76:49

Isaiah Likely leads all Giants receivers in target per route run against two-high zone coverage, blowing away the rest of the field. This coverage matchup advantage supports his fantasy value in Week 5.

Insight page

Jacoby Brissett

NegativeMatchup28:28

Brissett averages 5.1 yards per attempt or worse against the Giants, a notably poor matchup alongside Dak Prescott and Cam Ward.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeProjection72:18

In a start-sit comparison, Jayden Daniels is preferred over Jalen Hurts versus the Jaguars; the source suggests Hurts could potentially be dropped from rosters.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

PositiveProjection64:17

The source ranks Winston ninth among QBs for this week and projects he could reach 250 yards and a couple of touchdowns against Washington's weak pass rush and terrible secondary. While acknowledging Winston is not a top-25 QB in the league, the source notes that every QB to face Washington except Daniel Jones has scored at least 30 fantasy points this season, and believes Winston could still be a top-12 QB this week if the Giants can't run the ball and he gets time to make reads.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveProjection72:31

James Cook is recommended as a start for Week 5 in the Buffalo-Rams game.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveMatchup31:19

The source expresses excitement about Jameson Williams against Arizona's defense, which is described as 'pretty bad.' Despite a declining target share (23% in Week 1, down to 16% in recent weeks), the source believes Williams' elite talent will create open opportunities that Jared Goff will exploit. Arizona's weak pass rush and poor defensive talent mean coverage scheme matters less than Williams' superior athleticism; the source expects Williams to potentially match last week's performance with triple-digit yardage.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeProjection28:28

Despite wide receiver injuries and an elbow concern, Daniels should still be started because of his leg mobility; the source believes the team won't dramatically change who he is as a quarterback, though ideally he'd have both top receivers available.

Insight page
NegativeProjection71:53

Jayden Daniels is ranked ninth or tenth among Commanders players in start-sit rankings for Week 5; the source notes potential rain in the game which could impact his performance.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveProjection45:45

Ranked as a minimum number three wide receiver in start-sit decisions when compared against other receivers. The source places him in the tier of receivers to start over lower-ranked options.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeRole31:25

The source downgrades Jeremiah Love in favor of Jameson Williams, citing limited reps and a conservative approach by the coaching staff to preserve him for the full season. Head coach LaFleur has indicated preference for Tyler Algier in passing situations, which constrains Love's upside in a game where Arizona is unlikely to have a lead and the Lions will control the game script.

Insight page

Jeremy McNichols

NegativeRole74:25

Jeremy McNichols' practice window opened off the PUP list for the Commanders, but the source does not expect him to play in Week 5. His potential role remains uncertain as the Commanders evaluate their backfield depth.

Insight page

Jordan Love

NegativeMatchup27:27

Love had a solid game against Minnesota in week one with a ton of pass attempts, including a fluky 81-yard touchdown to Christian Watson that should have been flagged for illegal block in the back; he played all right but the matchup can be unpredictable.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

PositiveBreakout61:09

Jordan Tyson is positioned as a potential league-winner candidate once he returns to the Saints offense in a few weeks. The source believes Tyson is significantly more talented than other Saints receivers aside from Chris Olave, and when combined with the high-volume passing game Kellen Moore is running (potentially 50+ pass plays per game), Tyson should see substantial target volume. The source recommends stashing Tyson if roster space allows.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection72:16

Josh Allen is preferred over Matthew Stafford in a start-sit comparison; the source notes Allen can put on the Superman cape and run for a bunch of touchdowns, though it's close.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeProjection45:06

Ranked below Bears receivers in start-sit decisions. The source places Downs third in the Bears receiver hierarchy behind Odunze and Burden.

Insight page

Joshua Dobbs

PositiveProjection71:41

Joshua Dobbs is in a good spot for Week 5 and is ranked among the top options in a start-two scenario with Shakir, Antonio Williams, Loveland, and Higby.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

NegativeProjection9:44

Johnson was ranked around fifth or sixth at tight end last week but has been lowered to closer to 10th this week against Minnesota; he remains a low-end starting tight end option.

Insight page
NegativeValue43:43

Johnson is mentioned as a streaming tight end option. If a manager drafted Loveland but had been streaming Johnson as a replacement, the source suggests sticking with Johnson rather than pivoting back to Loveland.

Insight page
PositiveProjection61:09

Juwan Johnson faces similar downside to Devon Vele when Jordan Tyson returns to the Saints passing game. Despite benefiting from high target volume in recent weeks, Johnson will likely see a significant role reduction once Tyson is healthy. The source indicates Johnson's current production is not sustainable and will need to score touchdowns to maintain fantasy relevance.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

NegativeMatchup29:44

Coleman faces a tough matchup against Trent McDuffie, who has been really good against opposing receivers; if McDuffie lines up against Coleman head-to-head, the source would be concerned about Coleman's production despite his talent.

Insight page
NegativeProjection45:06

Ranked below Bears receivers in start-sit decisions. The source places Coleman lower than Odunze, Burden, Shakir, and other options in comparative rankings.

Insight page

Khalil Shakir

NegativeUsage29:39

Shakir will get the most targets among Bills pass catchers in this game, though the source's primary focus is on Kincaid and Coleman for upside.

Insight page
NegativeProjection45:06

Ranked below Odunze, Burden, and Downs in the receiver hierarchy. The source would start Shakir over a Bears receiver if Moore is out, but places him below multiple other options in comparative start-sit rankings.

Insight page
PositiveProjection71:41

Khalil Shakir is ranked among the top options in a start-two scenario; if DJ Moore is out, the source would probably start Shakir.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveProjection72:33

Kyren Williams is recommended as a start for Week 5 in the Buffalo-Rams game.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveRole23:03

The source recommends starting Luther Burden in the Chicago passing game against Green Bay, ranking him second among Chicago receivers. Burden is noted as getting a lot of short manufactured targets, though the source suggests he may have less explosive play opportunity than A.J. Dunze.

Insight page
NegativeProjection45:06

The source cautions against starting Burden despite the Bears' strong rushing attack, noting that both Bears running backs (Swift and Monongai) have only combined for double-digit PPR fantasy points in the same game three times over two years, with one instance in week one this season. Burden is ranked below both Bears running backs and multiple other receivers in start-sit hierarchy.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeMatchup77:00

Malik Nabors ranks second among Giants receivers in target per route run against two-high zone coverage at 24%, behind Isaiah Likely but ahead of Scadaboo.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

PositiveProjection71:48

Andrews is ranked fifth among Commanders players in start-sit rankings for Week 5.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveUsage41:09

Lloyd's target volume spike was directly tied to Chris Brooks' injury; his route participation rate more than doubled when Brooks went down. With the addition of Pierre Strong, Lloyd's opportunity is now uncertain. The backfield situation remains murky with touches likely to be distributed similarly to other committee situations.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeProjection71:53

Marvin Harrison Jr. is mentioned in a start-sit comparison question against Ja'Cory Crosby Merritt and Adams Nosehairs.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveProjection45:51

The source identifies Golden as 'the guy' even if Bengals receivers sit out, indicating he is the priority receiver in that offense. Golden is ranked above Dante Myers and close to or above Swift depending on Monongai's status.

Insight page

Matthew Stafford

PositiveMatchup28:28

Stafford is the only quarterback who has done well against the Giants, standing out from a group of QBs (Prescott, Ward, Brissett) who all average 5.1 yards per attempt or worse against New York.

Insight page
NegativeProjection72:16

Matthew Stafford is compared to Josh Allen in a start-sit decision; the source notes it's close but Allen is preferred.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeMatchup24:16

Evans is the 49ers receiver the source worries about most against Seattle; the matchup is poor for him, and the source would almost prefer he not play so the 49ers can focus on the run game and short passes to Debo, Kittle, and McCaffrey instead.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup50:26

Against Seattle's elite secondary—which has allowed only one receiver (Terry McLaurin) double digits in PPR and ranks second-fewest in fantasy points allowed to the position—Evans is downgraded to a high-end number three receiver. The source notes Seattle's secondary has been amazing, and while Evans has more touchdown upside than Debo Samuel, the matchup is unfavorable enough that the source advises not expecting Evans to lead a fantasy victory this week.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

NegativeValue65:48

RJ Harvey is ranked lower than Devon Vele in the source's weekly rankings, indicating a preference for Vele in head-to-head start/sit decisions.

Insight page

Roman Wilson

NegativeValue64:35

Roman Wilson is ranked lower than Devon Vele in the source's weekly rankings. The source expresses some uncertainty about this comparison but ultimately prefers Vele, suggesting Wilson offers less fantasy value this week.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

PositiveProjection45:06

Ranked ahead of D.J. Moore and Luther Burden in the Bears receiver hierarchy; the source prefers Odunze over Burden and ranks him as a minimum number three wide receiver in start-sit decisions. He is ranked above Josh Downs, Keon Coleman, and Khalil Shakir in comparative rankings.

Insight page

Sam Darnold

NegativeProjection52:41

Darnold is ranked 17th-19th at quarterback this week (Dave has him 19th, Jamie has him 17th) for the start-sit conversation, indicating he's in the mid-tier range for weekly quarterback rankings.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeUsage65:09

The source is starting Barkley in this Giants-Commanders matchup, noting that his recent usage in passing situations is positive. However, the source tempers expectations, stating this is not with the expectation of a huge game and positioning him in the low-end RB2 range. The source acknowledges the Giants have a terrible run defense while the Commanders have a very good run defense, creating an unfavorable matchup for Barkley.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

PositiveValue64:19

Stefon Diggs is ranked higher than Devon Vele in the source's weekly rankings, with the caveat that Diggs must play (injury status dependent). This indicates a preference for Diggs over Vele in head-to-head start/sit decisions.

Insight page
PositiveProjection71:00

If both Diggs and McLaurin play, Diggs ranks ahead of McLaurin for the week. If McLaurin is out and Diggs plays, he is a number two wide receiver in start-sit rankings.

Insight page
NegativeRole76:04

Jaden Daniels has shown a preference for Stefan Diggs in his limited play so far (six to seven quarters). Daniels leans on Diggs quite a bit, establishing him as a primary target in the Commanders offense.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeInjury71:00

After missing last week and not returning to practice, the source is very skeptical McLaurin will play this week; his availability is in serious doubt.

Insight page

Velus Jones

NegativeProjection25:00

Vele is a number three receiver for the Saints against Minnesota; the source notes expectations are down for all Saints receivers due to the tough matchup.

Insight page

Will Shipley

PositiveValue63:55

Will Shipley is ranked higher than Alvin Kamara in the source's rankings, indicating a preference for Shipley in head-to-head comparisons. This suggests Shipley offers better fantasy value or upside in the current week's matchups.

3:48Yeah, I mean, right. I mean, both coaches may have sealed their fate with what happened there.
3:54Or may have changed their fate. That's right, sure.
3:56Yeah. Well, all right. So we'll talk about the fantasy impact here.
4:00Bucky Irving, pretty cool. 86% started. Goal line Bucky Irving.
4:03Goal line Bucky Irving. They did get Sean Tucker in at the goal line a little bit late in the game.
4:10But yes, I was very – I was surprised, honestly.
4:13And that's a huge development. But do you think this is a sell high on Bucky Irving?
4:18100%. Yeah? In what regard? Like, what would you – what are you thinking?
4:23Well, I mean, look. First off, this was amazing.
4:25And he's capable of this. You know, I don't – well, I shouldn't say capable.
4:30He's capable of being a great fantasy asset and a great starter and a borderline number one running back.
4:36We've seen that in his profile in his rookie year, the start of his second year.
4:41He's just in what I still think is a bad offense, and he just happened to play a really bad defense.
4:48And if you can get great value in return for him, then that's something you should try to pull off if you have enough running back depth.
4:56That's the problem is a lot of people don't have a lot of running back depth.
5:01So, you know, he's gotten off to a good start so far this season.
5:05You know, this is, what, three good games out of five that he's had?
5:10Certainly two. Two and a half. Yeah. Yeah. So, like, I don't know what you're expecting in return for him.
5:16Like, it's easy to say, okay, I need receivers, so I'll go trade Bucky Irving for maybe A.J.
5:22Brown or, you know, somebody who's – Ooh, I would never do that.
5:26That's what I'm saying. You know, you're talking about realms of receivers that were drafted ahead of him or players that were
5:32drafted ahead of him that are in some tough spots or coming off injuries, et cetera.
5:37You know, this could just be one of those situations where you're selling high and maybe buying high.
5:43You know, so just, you know, hey, I have running back depth.
5:47You have receiver depth. I'll trade you, you know, one for one.
5:51Why would you not trade him for A.J. Brown, Adam?
5:54Well, I don't know when A.J. Brown is coming back, and A.J.
5:57Brown had a pretty – That's like next week.
6:00I think there's a chance he's back sooner than later.
6:03Well, it seems like he had a pretty serious high ankle sprain, and, you know, those are the types of – No,
6:10but listen, I think that's a fair concern is to trade for somebody that you have question marks for that even though he was drafted ahead of.
6:19But what I was getting at is like that's the type of trades you're probably looking to make at this point for
6:26somebody that was underperforming or injured or whatever, and you're hoping that the rest of season is great for that player while
6:32you're getting rid of Bucky Irving while he's at his peak.
6:36I think the question I'd have for Bucky is just how confident are you that he is the goal linebacker?
6:42Because Baker Mayfield could be back next week, and Baker will throw to him.
6:46He had four or more targets in each of the first three games, even if he's not playing on third down.
6:53But it's that goal line role that I think he really needs.
6:57Most weeks he's not going to be this amazing as a rusher.
7:00So, you know, how confident are you that – you think it's going to be maybe like Bejal Tootin where it's –
7:07maybe he's not the exclusive goal linebacker, but – It's a great comp.
7:11Yeah. I think he could be better than that.
7:14What did he show us last night in short yardage situations?
7:18He doesn't – they don't need to put Sean Tucker in there.
7:21It's like they just don't. Right. I almost think Sean Tucker – I can't – I'll verify it if you want me to.
7:29Didn't most of his work come after Bucky had a ton of work and maybe they just wanted to have somebody grinding
7:35down the clock and taking some carries off of of a poor Bucky.
7:39I think Bucky got banged up a little bit and sat for a bit.
7:44But Sean Tucker got that fourth and goal at the one carry and he got stuffed.
7:49But he scored last week in that situation. I'm not ready to say that Bucky has won the job, but maybe the
7:56coaches will be more open to using him there.
7:58Certainly, like he did on Thursday night, they might continue just feeding him.
8:03And we know that coaches will do that when they've got a running back who they've gained trust in throughout the game.
8:09And if you're worried about Sean Tucker, if you're worried about the Bucks offense because they're not going to have a lot
8:16of games like this where they're playing with a lead.
8:19They're just not. I think you could try and trade him.
8:23And there's definitely like a small increase in his value after this game.
8:27It's not going to be huge. If you can turn him into somebody, maybe if you want to go a step higher
8:34than AJ Brown, I don't know if you would trade him straight up.
8:38I don't know if you would get straight up T Higgins, Christian Watson, Garrett Wilson.
8:42I think AJ Brown is kind of like right below those guys with the chance to leap way ahead of them.
8:49If he's right and if what we saw last week from Drake May where he turned a corner turns into AJ Brown
8:56being the type of receiver that we've known him to be when he's healthy.
9:00So I don't mind chance if I need a receiver long term and I've got the running back depth to do it.
9:07Now, if I don't have the running back depth, I'm keeping Bucky, even though I don't love his schedule moving forward.
9:14Okay. Perhaps I was a little hasty to say I wouldn't do that for Brown.
9:18I just I'm a little afraid of the ankle, but we're just trying to get the range of player.
9:24And I think we did that. Yeah. Bucky Baker Mayfield could be back next week and maybe that'll open things up in
9:31the passing game a little bit because if you started a Mecca Buka, you got the 14 yard rushing touchdown, but they're
9:38not really making chunk plays in the passing game with Jalen Daniels who played a really nice game.
9:44Not unless guys are wide ass open downfield and the Cowboys just bust like they did on Ted Johnson.
9:49I think the takeaway here and we've kind of seen it from a book of before is that his athleticism is a okay.
9:57And I don't think you have to worry about the toe being a major issue anymore.
10:02Yeah. You just have to worry about the quarterback, whoever it may be.
10:06Now on the Dallas side of the ball, Jamie CeeDee Lamb quad injury.
10:10Apparently it's a bruise, not expected to be a long-term thing.
10:13But the Cowboys are basically the Cowboys, I guess, except when you look at it, Dak Prescott's only had one.
10:19His season so far looks a lot like Jared Goff's one huge game for golf.
10:24It was a Buffalo for Dallas. It was at for Dak.
10:28It was against Washington. Everything else has been 21 or fewer fantasy points.
10:32Do you have any concerns about Dak Prescott? Not really.
10:35I mean, he's still going to be one of the better fantasy quarterbacks.
10:39He always has a game like this, you know, where there's either a lot of yards and, you know, minimal touchdowns or,
10:46you know, the interceptions to me were fluky, you know, with the tips.
10:50So I'm not, no, I'm not worried. Okay. And they only had the ball for 20 minutes and 39 seconds.
10:56It's similar to what happened in week one with them where they just didn't have the ball a lot.
11:02So the Cowboys still look like the Cowboys. If CD lamb is going to miss time, maybe Jake Ferguson steps up.
11:08He missed basically four games last year and Ferguson was a monster.
11:12He had a 23% target share. He had four touchdowns.
11:15Um, he scored 17 or more fantasy points in three of the four games.
11:20Ryan Flannoy had one good game last year and three bad games.
11:23And George Pickens was insane. He averaged over a hundred yards per game and had five touchdowns in four games.
11:30And he averaged 3.03 yards per route run. Basically like the best wide receiver in football practically when, and we saw yesterday when CD lamb is out.
11:38Um, all right. Do we have an update on Tyler Guyton?
11:41Their left tackle? No, he left with a back injury.
11:45I haven't seen anything on that. Okay. Cause that's going to be pretty important to Dak was really pass rush sensitive in this game.
11:52Yeah. And that's going to be, that's, that could be blueprinty moving forward.
11:56And it especially hurts him if he doesn't have CD lamb, because that's usually his go-to when he's pressured.
12:02Anything else? We need CD also should have had like a 53 yard touchdown.
12:06Dak missed him when he was wide open. Yep.
12:09You know, he's doing great though. He's averaging 19 catches in his last two games.
12:14No, he's not. Not averaging 19. He has 19, right?
12:17Yeah. He's averaging 22. He's averaging eight and a half.
12:20No, nine and a half. All right. Sunday morning.
12:23Tune in to fantasy football today at youtube.com slash fantasy football today.
12:27We have got two shows for you. One, eight 30 to nine 30 AM Eastern, right before the London game.
12:33And then noon to one Eastern eight 30 to nine 30 and noon to one.
12:38What do we do? We don't sit here and talk like this.
12:41We just answer questions basically all the time. Uh, start, sit questions for two hours in two in one hour increments.
12:48It's eight 30 to nine 30 AM noon to one.
12:51You want your question answered. You got a pretty decent chance of it happening at youtube.com slash fantasy football today.
12:57We'll see you there. Here are your news and notes.
13:00We're still not expecting Lamar Jackson to play. Sean Payton is going to call plays for the Denver Broncos.
13:06Okay. It only took five weeks and here we are.
13:09And hopefully he can get things turned around. Jane Daniels is full go.
13:13And Cincinnati. This was interesting. Cincinnati safety. Jordan battle told the media.
13:17So stupid. So stupid that Malik Willis has a tell that Malik Willis taps the ball before every throw and that the
13:24defense could use that as a key to break on the ball.
13:28Why would you say that? Yeah. I feel bad.
13:31He must be like really embarrassed. You know, I think I would, I would think he made a mistake.
13:37He shouldn't have said that out loud. Do you think people are saying what's a battle?
13:42Did that, did he just say what's a battle?
13:44Running back news. Ramondre Stevenson still limited. You guys ranking him still?
13:48Yes. Yeah. It sounds like he's going to play.
13:51Yeah. Okay. He won't be at a hundred percent, but he'll play.
13:55How about the commanders? If he doesn't play, he might lose his job.
13:59Yeah. Right. How about the commanders waving Katron Allen, their rookie, I think a sixth round pick running back.
14:05That's wild. Yeah. I mean, you got, you know, 30 year old Austin Eckler and 20, what seven, 28 year old Rashad white and seventh round.
14:13Ja'Kory Krosky merit. Why would you get rid of a younger player?
14:16Yeah. He must, he must be struggling. White and Eckler seem kind of repetitive, but redundant.
14:21How many teams off the top of your head do you see putting in a claim for Allen?
14:27I can see green Bay right away. Miami, Miami, maybe even Seattle.
14:31They liked him in the draft lead up. I think he's a, I think he's a solid prospect.
14:36He won't be on the street for long. Ashton.
14:39Gentry was limited. So this guy goes full on Wednesday and get limited on, on Thursday.
14:44You got to just have your antennas up. Ashton.
14:47Gentry limited with foot and ankle issues. Jalen Wright limited.
14:50Rico Dowdle still limited. Saquon Barkley mispracticed. And Damian Pierce on the active roster.
14:55Let's see. Chris Brooks mispracticed again for the Packers, not looking great for him.
14:59And we saw a, they signed Pierre strong. So the idea of carrying Brooks is as deep stash is out the window for now.
15:06We'll come back to him, but for this week, you don't have to do it.
15:11And Marshawn Lloyd had five catches last week and a big route increase with Chris Brooks injured early in that game.
15:18So maybe that matters for people who are desperate.
15:20Cam Scadaboo was limited, but he, he lost the no contact Jersey.
15:24So it looks like Scadaboo is okay. Tony Pollard missed.
15:27Tony Pollard's back at practice. He's fine. Now, Kyle Mononga may not be fine.
15:32He's got turf toe and he might have to miss this week's game.
15:36Maybe one to two weeks. They said, uh, there was a report for Kyle Mononga.
15:40So keep an eye on that. Alvin Kamara practice.
15:43Jeremiah love should be fine at wide receiver. We're still waiting to hear on Justin Jefferson.
15:48He wants to play Jordan Addison. Looks like he's going to play Jamar chase practiced.
15:53So he's in the concussion protocol. He has to clear it, but getting out there on Thursday was a positive sign, but T Higgins did not practice.
16:01There's definitely a scenario where they both, there's any scenario two, zero or one of them could play at Miami on Sunday.
16:08Jamar chase and T Higgins. I'd be very surprised that T Higgins plays at this point.
16:13All right. Let's see if he gets into practice on, uh, on Friday.
16:17DJ more mispractice. Not a shock. That's their first practice of the week.
16:21Malik neighbors back. That was good to see Michael Pittman out several weeks with a foot injury.
16:27Roman Wilson, uh, with a, with an opportunity, Chris Olave and available on half of CBS leagues.
16:32There you go. Chris Olave. You guys expect to play, right?
16:35Yep. Yes. Now the commanders wide receivers. We'll talk about that game in a little bit, but neither digs nor McLaurin practice yesterday.
16:42Uh, who do you think has a better chance of playing?
16:46Digs. Digs. Uh, Carnell Tate limited with a back injury.
16:49Again, a guy who went from full on Wednesday, Wednesday to limited on Thursday, Carnell Tate.
16:54Same with Don Tavian wicks. He has a hamstring injury.
16:57We talked about that game yesterday. Jamie, if Don Tavian wicks were to miss the game, what would that mean for Darius
17:04Cooper, a Makai lemon, or even Goddard? If he plays, it's a, it's a boost for those guys.
17:10I mean, clearly Goddard would be the one that if you're talking, just ranking flex options would be the easy number one
17:16choice, but Cooper's coming off a seven target game, scored two touchdowns.
17:20That's going to be a guy clearly that Jalen hurts leans on.
17:24Makai lemon at six targets, five catches, you know, so both those guys will get a boost.
17:29It's just hard to have faith in the Eagles offense right now with their offensive line and the defense that they're facing.
17:36And a couple of Dallas got her, by the way, was limited again.
17:40He says he's going to play. Oh, all right.
17:43All right. Good. Cause I have him in Kelsey.
17:46I think he said, I'm paraphrasing. If it's up to me, I'm going to play.
17:50Oh, well, it's not up to him. Mike Evans, mispractice lab, McConkie mispractice.
17:55Quentin Johnston was limited. Oh, here's a tight end note.
17:58Colby Parkinson was limited. In the first practice of the week.
18:01Why does that matter? Not necessarily great for Tyler Higby.
18:04If you're counting on him against the bills on Monday night and on the offensive line, it looks like Jackson powers, Johnson for the Raiders.
18:12Their offensive guard is trending in the right direction.
18:15The offensive lines. We might be worried about this week could be Minnesota, Chicago chargers, of course.
18:20Um, and then on Eagles, what's that Eagles. That's going to be every week.
18:24Yeah. Uh, let's see. Um, on defense, the big stuff, Jeffrey Simmons, you mentioned the Cardinals for the offensive line.
18:31I didn't today. I did yesterday, but I should have, yeah.
18:34Cardinals offensive line beat up this week. One strike against percent.
18:38He's also, I mean, I didn't realize what's going on with that offense, but Jacoby Brissette is going to talk about this for stat of the game.
18:46He's got one of the lowest eight dots in football.
18:49His yards per attempt is horrible. They have really nothing going on downfield.
18:53You'd even look at Trey McBride. Trey McBride. It's not like he's a, he's a downfield guy or anything, but his eight eyes like 5.3 yards or something.
19:02It's that's super low. and his explosive play rate is way down.
19:06So they got to push the ball downfield and teams do that against the lions.
19:10Lions give up the most big plays in football.
19:13Uh, here's a big one. Uh, Seattle defensive tackle, Leonard Williams mispracticed with an ankle injury.
19:18So if he doesn't play, that could help the 49ers.
19:21Aziz Alshire might be back this week for Houston.
19:24Aaron Donald was limited. Both starting cornerbacks for the Patriots have not practiced.
19:28Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis. Uh, if they don't play, would you move Kirk cousins ahead of Drake may?
19:34No, I might. All right. There are other defensive notes, but it's time for one question for each game, but it's also time for a commercial break.
19:42So we're going to pay the bills. We'll be back in two and two fall is here.
19:48And that means football, fantasy football. And of course, caramel apples.
19:51You know, I'm a big fan of the flavor.

22:52One question for each game. Chicago's at Green Bay.
22:55Who do you trust in the Chicago passing game?
22:58Trust is a tough word with that team. I'm going to start Luther Burden and Colston Loveland.
23:03And I'm going to hope that Romo Dunze plays well once again.
23:07I like that. A Dunze had a good game last week with Baygent beat up on that zone heavy jets defense.
23:14That's what the Packers run as well. Packers have a hard time getting pressure on the quarterback.
23:19So Baygent will have time to make some throws downfield.
23:22I thought he made some great throws to Dunze.
23:25I might be a little more bullish on a Dunze than Burden.
23:29Burden's getting a lot of short manufactured targets. Oh, Dunze might be able to come through on more explosive plays.
23:35So put me down for a Dunze one, Burden two, Loveland three.
23:39Although you can't deny Loveland in the targets last week.
23:42And overall, just the Chicago offense playing in structure, playing on time.
23:45If Baygent isn't going to be stressed, he should be able to connect with all three of these guys.
23:51Okay. And let's see. What's our next game here?
23:54It's San Francisco at Seattle. What do you expect from the 49ers offense this time, Dave?
23:59I think they'll have a hard time winning downfield.
24:02I looked at who's winning in short area throws against zone because that's really the only way you can complete passes against the Seahawks.
24:09And it's Debo and it's Kittle. And so with those two guys, I think you've got to start Debo as more of
24:16like a flex than a number two receiver. And as long as Evans is active and playing, that's going to be the case.
24:23I'm going to start Kittle just because it's George Kittle.
24:27And if Evans ends up playing, then Debo's a flex and Kittle is like a low end number two receiver.
24:33But I don't love the matchup for Evans. He's the one that I probably worried about the most.
24:38I'd almost rather he not play. And the 49ers can focus on the run game and then keeping passes short and sweet to Debo, Kittle, McCaffrey.
24:47You're saying you like Debo better than Evans? I don't think I can do that if Evans plays.
24:52No. All right. I'm not going to be sky high on any of these receivers.
24:57Yeah, it stinks. It's definitely like you look at New Orleans.
25:00We're going to talk about next. The fact that New Orleans, which has been good for fantasy, San Francisco, which has been great for fantasy.
25:08They have arguably the two toughest matchups. And speaking of which, Jamie, Minnesota is at New Orleans.
25:13Would you start any Saints? I think Shupp is still a low end starter.
25:18I think you're definitely starting Olave. And Vele is still a number three receiver.
25:22So you're just down great expectations. Juwan Johnson is a low end starting tight end this week as well.
25:28It's just Dave mentioned the blueprint against Dallas. Clearly the blueprint against the Saints is just put pressure on Tyler Shuck.
25:35And he didn't have his best game last week.
25:37He could have had a better game if the two short runs for Alvin Kamara, if one of those, becomes a touchdown for Shuck.
25:45But the benefit for him has been the volume.
25:48And I don't think that necessarily completely goes away because the Vikings offense is inept.
25:52So it's not like they're going to dominate time of possession.
25:56So I think Shuck still has an opportunity to play well.
25:59I just would prefer if you can find somebody else.
26:02So he's in that mix of Cousins and Rodgers.
26:05And I would start Perced over him. So he's 12th for me.
26:09Not in the same spot. The other guys are for the most.
26:13And I lowered Juwan Johnson, who was like fifth or sixth last week.
26:17He's closer to 10. Olave is still a must-start guy.
26:20And Vele is still a number three receiver. I don't know if you want to talk about it now or not, Adam.
26:27I actually thought Shuck played well last week. I thought the offensive line was a huge liability.
26:32Oh, I totally agree with you. Okay, okay. Now it's what I would think is a much tougher opponent as opposed to what he said last week.
26:40It's kind of true. Very true. There's an encouraging game in Kellen Moore's past that makes me feel okay about Shuck.
26:47And so Jamie talked about that gaggle of quarterbacks.
26:50For me, it's from QB8 all the way down to QB15.
26:53You could throw them all in a hat and pick one out and say, okay, this guy has huge upside.
26:59You might as well start him. I've got to figure out how I feel about each of those quarterbacks probably before the end of the day on Friday.
27:08But Shuck is clearly in that group. And you can make the case that he can overcome the pass rush because he's got mobility.
27:16He didn't really have much of that last week.
27:18But he can run a little bit and he's still throwing the ball very well.
27:23Or he could get beat to bits by this Vikings pass rush and end up being the worst of seven or eight quarterbacks that we're talking about.
27:32I look forward to talking about that game and many other games to try and come to an idea on where these guys should be in my rankings.
27:40So we'll come back to it. But yeah, it's like you want to trust Tyler Shuck leads the NFL in pass attempts.
27:47We saw Jordan Love in week one have a ton of pass attempts against Minnesota and he had a solid game.
27:54He also had a kind of a fluky 81-yard touchdown to Christian Watson.
27:58That should have been an illegal block in the back on that play.
28:02But he did well in that game. He played all right.
28:05But you also could see the Saints. If the Saints are in your lineup, you could see them ruining your week and
28:12completely screwing you like a lot of quarterbacks do against and not just quarterbacks.
28:16Like Dak Prescott. Yeah, like a lot of players against Minnesota.
28:20It just happens all the time. Giants are at Washington.
28:23Can we really trust Jaden Daniels if his wide receivers are injured?
28:27And keep in mind, only Matthew Stafford has done well against the Giants.
28:31Dak Prescott, Cam Ward, Jacoby Brissett. They all average 5.1 yards per attempt or worse, which is just weird.
28:37I don't get it. But can we really trust Jaden Daniels if his wide receivers are injured?
28:42Jamie? I'm still starting him. So, you know, that list of quarterbacks that Dave mentioned, Jaden Daniels to me is ahead of
28:49that group just because of what he should be able to still do with his legs.
28:54I know there's a concern with the elbow, but I don't think they're going to change who he is as a quarterback dramatically at least.
29:02You know, they're going to, I'm sure, you know, work on some of the things to make sure he's somewhat safe.
29:08In any event, it would be nice if he has one of the two top guys.
29:13If he doesn't have both, then you should be a little bit more concerned.
29:18Buffalo is at the Rams. Dave, who will be the best Buffalo pass catcher?
29:22We've talked a lot about the wide receivers, but obviously Kincaid, assuming Moore is out, is going to have an opportunity here.
29:29Tough matchup for him. Dave, who's the best Bills pass catcher?
29:32You can hit the music now if you want to.
29:35Kincaid is the one that I would say will be the best.
29:39I think Shakir will get the most targets. I am worried about the matchup for Keon Coleman.
29:44It doesn't have to do with his talent. It's Trent McDuffie who's been really good against opposing receivers.
29:50McDuffie's either going to go head up against Kincaid or Coleman.
29:53And it could be Kincaid, and if it's Kincaid, and maybe I've got to study this a little bit more, then obviously
30:00I'm all out on Kincaid and I'd be much more in on Keon Coleman.
30:05But this is really a spot where I think the mismatched quality of Kincaid, unless the Rams do what the Patriots did,
30:12and that's double team him every single pass route, he should be able to shine.
30:16He should be able to play more. The Bills are going to have to throw in this game.
30:22So I want to lean into all three of these guys, but Kincaid is the one for now that I like the most.
30:29It's pretty amazing that they've allowed 85 receiving yards to opposing tight ends on the season.
30:34Total, right? They've been really good. And it's somewhat circumstantial.
30:37They got likely with the game that Dart got hurt.
30:40He still had 10 targets in that game. Kittle's first goal.
30:44He got Kittle at the start of the season before he was fully back.
30:48And then the last two weeks have not exactly been the best of tight ends.
30:53Right. But that's still amazing that it's four games and under 100 yards total to the position.
30:58How many targets have they allowed or have they seen?
31:01It's not really allowed. It's 12 catches for 85 yards.
31:04I don't know what targets are. Okay. Well, 12 for 85 isn't very good.
31:09Okay. Let's go to our next game. It is Detroit at Arizona.
31:12Jamie, Jameson Williams or Jeremiah Love? I probably still stick with Love, but I'm excited about Jameson Williams against his defense.
31:19It's pretty bad. Okay. I'll take Jamo. Easy. Jamo?
31:22Oh, easy. Interesting. Easy over Jeremiah Love. Why? He's not 100%.
31:25Like I talked about it with Scott Turner on reality versus fantasy.
31:29If you read between the lines, it just seems like they're trying to keep him available for the entire season.
31:35And they're really trying to limit his reps. And I can't love a running back whose reps are going to be limited,
31:42especially if LaFleur is coming out and saying that they like Tyler Algier more in passing situations.
31:47I don't think Arizona is going to be playing with a lead.
31:51I think the Lions are going to be able to do whatever the heck they want offensively.
31:56And I could see Jameson Williams having a week just as good as he had last week.
32:02Maybe fewer catches, but triple digits in yardage. We can stay on Jamo here and we'll just skip him when we get to the game.
32:09But like Jalen Waddell, you know, I talked about yesterday.
32:13I can't really figure out why with Waddell, why he's good some weeks, why he's not.
32:18I can't figure it out with Jameson Williams. You know, Dave, I sent you a stat about the coverage schemes that he
32:24might do well against, but I think it's such a small sample size.
32:28And I don't know, like it does really well against cover three and not cover two.
32:33And what did I say? Arizona doesn't play a lot of cover three.
32:38Or they do, whatever the hell I said. But yeah, like what's the reason why you have confidence in Jameson Williams?
32:44Because his target share was 23% in week one.
32:47It hasn't been higher than 16% in any of his last three games.
32:51Even last week, 16% target share. And yet he still had a lot of catches in the game.
32:57Because they threw 50 something times, which could happen.
32:59Right, right, right. And I don't know if they're going to have to do that.
33:04That's fair to say. So that's why I said I don't think it's going to be as many catches.
33:10But it's one thing to say, okay, he's good against this coverage scheme.
33:14He's bad against that coverage scheme. When you don't have good football players on your defense and you can't generate a pass
33:21rush and you're letting faster receivers run free, it doesn't matter what scheme you're running.
33:26Jameson's more talented. Malik Nabors was more talented last week.
33:29And he had Jameson. He's always more talented. That's the thing.
33:32He's so talented. He just doesn't get enough targets.
33:35But they're going to be able to get spots where he's open.
33:39And I would be surprised if Jared Goff ignored those spots.
33:42I want to go back to the Ram side.
33:45Or do you want me to save this? No, let's save it.
33:49Look, I love Jameson Williams. It's frustrating because you can't predict him.
33:52No, but you do know what kind of upside he has.
33:56And so you've got to make the choice as a fantasy manager.
34:00Do you want to – it's FOMO. Do you want to leave a guy who could go off for 5, 1, 10, and 1 on your bench?
34:08And if you are, are you doing it for a running back who might get 14 touches?
34:13And it's a favorable matchup, but is he going to really bust out for 100 total yards and a touchdown himself?
34:20And I would say no. I think there's more upside with Jameson Williams.
34:24Yeah, there's always more upside with Jameson Williams. There's always more downside too.
34:28How about Jameson Williams or Emmanuel Wilson who's got like a steadier role?
34:32Awesome. I'll take J-Mo. Jamie, I look at Baltimore and Atlanta.
34:35I see Brian Robinson Jr. is on the most activated list, which is a cool list if you're on CBSSports.com.
34:42You can see who people are putting in their lineups to start.
34:45He's only 20% started as of now, but that's a big increase from last week.
34:50Do you have any interest in starting Brian Robinson Jr.?
34:53Yeah, I'm forced to in a couple leagues. I made this comp on CBS Sports Network with Dave and Heath yesterday.
35:00Ollie Gordon had nine carries and had 100 yards and a touchdown.
35:03And everybody's excited to start him this week, understandably so.
35:07Brian Robinson Jr. has had 10-plus touches in each of the last three games, 10-plus carries in each of the last three games.
35:14And he's coming off a game where he just scored three touchdowns, had four touchdowns in his last two games, and has
35:218.7 PPR points or more in three straight games.
35:23I don't know if there's a huge difference here in terms of what the workload may or may not be, assuming Jalen Wright is playing.
35:31I would expect Gordon to have more, but I don't know if it'll be by much, just given how the Dolphins offense typically operates.
35:39So not to say that you shouldn't be excited about Gordon, but you should probably be a little bit more excited about Brian Robinson.
35:46And when we start to talk about the Kyle Manon guys, the Blake Corums, the Trayvon Hendersons, the number two running backs,
35:53the backup running backs that get work or maybe enough work that you can buy into it, this Falcons offense in the
36:00last two games with Michael Penix has been amazing.
36:03They scored 80 points. The run game has been exceptional.
36:06And Brian Robinson Jr. is a big part of it.
36:09So it's going to be tough to say, okay, must-start guy.
36:12It's going to be tough to say he's anything more than a low-end number two running back or a flex.
36:19But if you're just starting to look at it to some of the questionable backfields, throw Tennessee in there if you want,
36:26but Washington and Denver and some of these other situations where these running backs aren't necessarily one standing up above the rest.
36:32Wouldn't shock me if Brian Robinson now scores him again.
36:35Okay. Brian Robinson Jr. Now, Jamie says he's forced to start him.
36:39He's got him 36. We're not telling you you should start Brian Robinson Jr., but a lot of people are.
36:45And okay. That's our last game. We'll talk about that in a bit.
36:50Chicago is at Green Bay. Now we discussed the Bears offense.
36:53Let's discuss the Bears defense. They gave up 37 points at Carolina, 12 or fewer points in each of their last three
37:00games against Minnesota, Philadelphia, and the Jets. And their DST has been actually good.
37:04They blitz a lot. They have 10 sacks. However, they've seen the fewest amount of plays by far.
37:10192 plays have been run against the Bears. The next fewest, 228.
37:14I mean, that is a huge gap. And they're also...
37:17Yeah. Is that a week four stat? Like, where were they coming into week four?
37:21Yeah, right. The Jets... Right. But even if you added like 30 plays, yeah, they still would have seen the fewest plays in football.
37:29It's crazy. So anyway, the one thing I noticed about them and also about Jacksonville, who we keep praising, those two teams
37:36are in the bottom six in yards per play defensively.
37:39Jacksonville has the fourth worst yards per play and the Bears have the sixth worst yards per play.
37:44I thought that was weird. But anyway, what do you expect, Dave, from the Packers offense, can we trust Jordan Love, you know, and then like Tucker, whatever.
37:53You know who's on the Packers. I don't have to name them.
37:57I'm in a weird spot with them because I can't get away from Christian Watson or Matthew Golden in fantasy.
38:03But Jordan Love is like barely on the fringe of that group of quarterbacks.
38:07I guess he should be included because he does have upside because he's throwing to Christian Watson and Matthew Golden.
38:14And let's not forget about Tucker Craft either. I'm starting those three guys, but I'm not crazy about Love.
38:20And that's a great song. It's sad to hear.
38:22But also, I know this Bears defense is better.
38:25How much am I buying it after they held the Jets to 0 for 7 on third downs?
38:31They barely had the ball. And then Philadelphia the week before, just that offense isn't what we thought it was.
38:37I kind of feel, I feel like the difference is when the Packers have the ball, they will throw a lot because
38:44I don't really believe in their run game. And it's just going to be a matter of how aggressive the Bears are with their pass rush.
38:52I think they're going to be pretty aggressive. They'll probably play a lot of man-to-man.
38:57Jordan Love really does wilt under pressure a good amount of the time.
39:01At least that's his history. I think I'd try and find a better quarterback than Jordan Love if he can this week.
39:08As a bye-week QB, he's fine. But to me, he's not a top-12 QB.
39:12I think Jamie has him 12th right around there.
39:15Who do you have him ranked over, Jamie? I'm open to an argument here.
39:19I'm struggling with him, Cousins, Rogers, that whole group as well.
39:23So it's just one of those situations. I think you nailed it.
39:26They're going to throw the ball a lot. That's just their M.O.
39:30right now because they can't run the ball. You would expect, just given how the Bears offense has been operating, that they're
39:37probably going to be chasing points just based on how their games have gone so far this season.
39:43They lost another defensive player, one of their better ones, Nedron Cooper.
39:46So it's not going to help. I think just looking at it right now, the history of Jordan Love is 30-plus pass attempts.
39:54He's typically been 20 fantasy points or more, and I think that's kind of where he'll be.
39:59So a low-end number one quarterback. Yeah, there's one thing holding him back based on his history, and that he just does not run.
40:06In fact, of all qualified passers, there's like 29 of them, Jordan Love has the fewest rushing yards.
40:12He has negative eight rushing yards, and that is because, one, he doesn't run, but two, he took three knees.
40:18He kneeled down three times last week, and he's one of those guys when he kneels down, he runs like three yards
40:25back every time, and then he kneels down. So he loses you a lot more fantasy points, so you don't want him in big trouble.
40:33Take the under on his rushing yards. Yeah. So he's at negative eight rushing yards.
40:38But it is, no, I mean, it is a big deal.
40:41It's not like, now he's like Jared Goff. He has to throw for massive numbers because he used to be a 250-ish
40:48rushing yard kind of guy, I think, and it's not happening right now for whatever reason.
40:53All right, Tucker Craft or Colson Loveland? Craft. Still Craft, but it's getting closer.
40:57Tucker Craft or Isaiah Likely? Likely. Agreed. Tucker Craft or Juwan Johnson?
41:01I'll take Juwan. I'll take Juwan. Okay. Green Bay running back or Brian Robinson Jr.?
41:06Brian Robinson Jr. I think I would lean B-Rob as well.
41:09Do we really think Marshawn Lloyd's going to get a bunch of targets again?
41:13Because that would be a differentiator. Again, it was directly related to Chris Brooks getting hurt.
41:18His route participation rate more than doubled. And now they've added Pierre Strong.
41:22They might give him an opportunity. It's probably, it's gross either way.
41:26It's probably safer with Brian Robinson Jr. It's just one of those situations where they haven't been able to feature one guy over the other.
41:34And so the touches may be similar for Robinson versus the, you know, top Packers running back for this week.
41:40So take your chances with the team that's running the ball better.
41:44Start Watson. Start Golden. Now, Tyson Bajant, we're not going to start.
41:48Probably not. He had a solid game. He had a bi-week replacement in the Superflex League, obviously.
41:53I mean, you are talking about Case Keenum had a strong game.
41:57Tyson Bajant wasn't bad. You know, so Ben Johnson's offense works.
42:00Bajant got a little lucky. On this team are tough.
42:03I mean, they are tough. I think, let's just start with Loveland here.
42:07And then we'll work on the committees, the backfield and the receivers.
42:11Loveland. There might not be a backfield committee. There might not be.
42:15And then that would be an easy decision, obviously.
42:18Yes. Loveland is 12th for Jamie, 15th for Dave, 21st for Heath.
42:21Gesicki or Loveland? Gesicki if the receivers are out.
42:24Yep. And if Chase plays? Or Higgins plays? I still might go Gesicki if one is out.
42:29I would too. Yep. But if they're both there, then I'll take Loveland over Gesicki.
42:34Yeah. All right. You guys don't have that. I mean, there's reason to be encouraged by Loveland.
42:39It's obviously not going back to him as a must-star guy.
42:43But you do have a nine-target game. Like, that's what we're asking for from him, is to not necessarily be nine per week.
42:50But, you know, anything north of six is encouraging.
42:53And so after the sluggish start, I don't know if it's a Bajan thing.
42:57I don't know if it's a Ben Johnson thing.
43:00I don't know if it was a matchup thing last week against the Jets.
43:04There is a history with these two teams, obviously.
43:07And they played each other three times after week 14 last year.
43:11In two of those games, Loveland was 12 PPR points or more, including the monster game in the playoffs.
43:17And he averaged 14.2 PPR points against his defense.
43:20So you're, again, now down a linebacker. We're now looking at the way that this team has played and how much the Bears had the ball.
43:28And Dave talked about how he targeted, Bajan targeted Odunze.
43:31Loveland still led the team in targets. You know, so this is an opportunity here for him to hopefully build off this as opposed to regress.
43:39So I think if you were looking at it, depending on who your streaming tight end had been in place of Loveland,
43:46if you took Jawan Johnson, you should stick with Jawan Johnson.
43:49If you took, if you drafted Loveland and Likely or Loveland and Kittle, you know, you're starting those guys over Loveland for this week.
43:57I would start Loveland over Kincaid. I just think the matchup is brutal.
44:01And you've seen two bad games for Kincaid. And the route participation and the playing time has changed a little bit for Kincaid the last couple of weeks.
44:10So for me, I would lean Loveland. But fair argument.
44:13I just think you're looking at it right now is like, this is why you invested in this guy was to be featured in the offense.
44:21And he finally was featured in the offense. Was it a huge game?
44:25Six for 57? No way. But nearly a touchdown.
44:28That's what you're nearly had a touchdown two weeks in a row.
44:31We've been saying that about Loveland almost every week this season.
44:35Two weeks in a row. Two weeks in a row.
44:38But now we're talking about the involvement. And if the involvement's there, I'm going to start.
44:43All right. So that's the one big difference is that his target per route rate went crazy in week four.
44:49It was practically 35%. So more than one out of every three throws from Tyson Bajan was going to Colson Loveland.
44:56That's amazing. Does it continue? That's what worries me.
44:59And so I don't want to get too excited.
45:01He's just outside of my top 12. And he might get pushed in there if all these other receivers end up coming back healthy in Cincinnati and Minnesota.
45:10Well, you heard earlier Dave likes Odunze better than Burden.
45:13Jamie likes Burden better than Odunze. Adam likes Kalief Raymond better than George Pickens.
45:18No. Not anymore. We're not going to start Kalief Raymond.
45:21He's 53% rostered. Real quick. All right. I've got a lot of questions about the Bears receivers.
45:26That should help. But we'd start both Packers receivers over them, right?
45:30Yes. Yes. Josh Downs or a Bears receiver? Bears receiver.
45:33How do you rank them, Dave? Odunze, Downs. Odunze, Burden, Downs.
45:36Odunze, Burden, Downs. Okay. Keon Coleman or a Bears receiver?
45:39Khalil Shakir or a Bears receiver? Bears receiver. Burden, Coleman, Shakir, Odunze if more is out.
45:44And Dave, what's your order? Odunze, Burden, Shakir, Coleman.
45:47All at minimum number three wide receivers. Now, if Monongai doesn't play easily, Swift to the moon.
45:53If Monongai does play, Jamie, how do you view them?
45:56I view Swift as a high-end number two running back, must-start guy still, and Monongai as a low-end number two running back, high-end flex.
46:03How would you view them compared to Emmanuel Wilson against San Francisco?
46:07I would go Swift, Wilson, Monongai. How about versus Luther Burden?
46:10I would start both Bears running backs over Luther Burden.
46:13They have only had double-digit PPR fantasy points in the same game three times in two years, and one of them was actually before Monongai became a thing.
46:22So I know it's tempting because they are running incredibly well as a team.
46:27But one of them was this season, right? Week one?
46:30Yes. Yep. Week one, they both had 20 or more.
46:33Week seven, week 13 of last year, and week one of this year.
46:37I think that's pretty much it. Let's check the comments here.
46:40Questions from the chat. Odunze or Shakir? We answered that.
46:43I'll go Rome. I would go Shakir if Moore's out.
46:47Burden or Valle? Burden. I believe I have Burden a few spots higher than Valle, yes.
46:51Golden, Downs, or Dante Myers? Golden. Golden. Golden's going to be the guy even if the Bengals receivers sit.
46:57Kraft or Higby? Kraft. K-R-A-F-T. K-R-A-F-T or F-A-N-N-I-N-J-R? You've got to put a space in between the N and the J.
47:04I did. I paused. Kraft for me. Kraft, but it's close.
47:07Odunze or Carnell Tate? Tate. I have Odunze ahead of Tate.
47:11Christian Watson or Matthew Golden? Watson. Agreed. Matthew Golden or DeAndre Swift?
47:15Swift. Swifty. I'll start Golden. Especially if Menonga's out.
47:17If Menonga's in, I think I'll start Golden. Otherwise, Swift.
47:21They're close. Golden or Tootin? Golden. Agreed. Bears, DSD.
47:23Starter sit? I don't mind them. Low-end starter. I think they can get to the quarterback.
47:28I think they can rack up some sacks and maybe even find a turnover or two.
47:33We'll be back to talk about San Francisco at Seattle when we return on Fantasy Football Today.

49:36So get started today at Stitch Fix dot com slash football.
49:39That's Stitch Fix dot com slash football. San Francisco at Seattle.
49:42And just something that I don't like for San Francisco's offense.
49:46They have been becoming more pass heavy each of the last two years.
49:50They are now 29th in pass rate. I don't like that.
49:53No, I don't think anyone has more than eight targets.
49:56Everyone's targets are down. Like McCaffrey's targets are down.
49:59So Brock Purdy is averaging 28.3 pass attempts per game.
50:02It's only four games and things can change. But I'd love to see them throw the ball a little bit more.
50:09Maybe they'll have to in this game. All right.
50:12Like you've got all these must start guys, Jamie, for the 49ers.
50:15And they're facing a team that basically humiliated them twice at the end of last year.
50:20Are you trying to get away from any of the must start guys for for San Francisco?
50:26Yeah, it's so hard to with the two teams on a bye and all the injuries, you know, really it comes down
50:33to how much do you trust Mike Evans and Debo Samuel?
50:36Because Purdy's having an MVP season. You're not benching him.
50:39Kittle is Kittle. You're not benching him. McCaffrey's McCaffrey.
50:42You're not benching him. So do you have replacement options for Evans or Debo?
50:46I think just looking at it, Seattle's secondary has obviously been amazing.
50:50There's only been one receiver so far with double digits in PPR.
50:54That was Terry McLaurin. And number two and fewest fantasy points allowed to the position.
50:59So I think if you're just, you know, they're probably just considered high end.
51:03They should be considered high end number three receivers.
51:06Or for me, I have it as Evans is a high end number three receiver.
51:10Debo is just a mid-tier number three receiver. So it's probably going to be, it's going to come down to who gets
51:17the touchdown if they do catch one. I have more faith in Evans doing that than I do Debo.
51:23Just keep in mind, both these guys weren't on the roster last year when they played them.
51:28So, you know, that changes things a little bit.
51:31Plus, you might not have Leonard Williams. The secondary still been a little bit questionable for Seattle by comparison to last year
51:38in terms of just the overall play. Not in terms of the production allowed.
51:43So we'll see how good Purdy is against this defense.
51:46It's not going to be easy. So, you know, just don't expect, I think, this to be one of those weeks where
51:52Purdy, McCaffrey, Kittle, and the receivers lead you to your fantasy victory.
51:56You just hope that they help you get there and not ruin your week.
52:01If you have Stafford and Goff, definitely start them over Purdy.
52:04Other than that, you know, maybe Trevor Lawrence. Dave has Lawrence one spot ahead of Purdy.
52:09Jamie has Purdy two spots ahead of Lawrence. Heath has them back-to-back.
52:13But we're not starting Jaden Daniels. And we're not starting Brissette over Purdy.
52:17But you guys have, you both have Purdy one spot ahead of Brissette.
52:21So if somebody wanted to take that gamble, it's certainly not crazy.
52:25And then Kittle, yeah, I mean, even Seattle last year, they weren't very good against tight ends.
52:30So who's sitting George Kittle at this point? We'll talk more about, I'm sure we'll have some Evans and Debo questions in a minute.
52:37Oh, what was I going to say? I don't remember.
52:41Dave, for Seattle, Sam Darnold, you have him 19th.
52:43I think Jamie has him 17th. How do you feel about Emmanuel Wilson?
52:47Is he a must start after last week? He's got to be because of the workload alone.
52:53And because we can expect him to see north of 15 touches, maybe even a couple of catches, he caught a touchdown last week.
53:00And we know he's the goal line guy for the Seahawks.
53:04I just think you roll with that as reasons for him as a number two running back.
53:09There's two floor situations where I think matter here.
53:1212.3 PBR points or more in every game. 49ers allowed a running back to hit that number.
53:17And 11.7 PBR points. Seven of ten games in Wilson's career where he's had at least ten carries.
53:23He's hit that number. So there's a 70% success right here if he's getting ten carries, which barring injury should happen.
53:29Then you're looking at hopefully him hitting that number.
53:32That puts him in the range of a number two running back right out of the gate.
53:37And so the role in the passing game was important last week.
53:41He's going to continue to have the role of the goal line.
53:45I just don't see anybody on the roster taking him off the field for significant stretches, again, barring an injury.
53:51So it's not the easiest of matchups. But there are numbers here that suggest that if he just gets the work that
53:58he's been getting, or at least got last week, that he should be successful.
54:02It's not the easiest of matchups. They're giving up 3.9 yards per carry to running backs.
54:07But find a running back and get 24 touches and tell him you're sitting that guy.
54:12Yeah, you can't do it. You can't expect what he did last week, though.
54:17And then just the one other point that's worth bringing up here is...
54:21Is this the game of the week? Yeah! Wow.
54:23This is the game of the week? Niners and the Seahawks!
54:27Well, you kind of took the Bills and the Rams for me, Dave, so this is the game of the week.
54:33Hey! We better have two games of the week this week.
54:37What's wrong with this game? Niners and Seahawks? NFL-wise, this is an amazing game.
54:41It's an amazing game, but I don't know if I'm ready to start everybody in this game.
54:47We just went over reasons why we're a little pessimistic for the receivers.
54:51The Bonanza has been retired for years. For years!
54:53This is not the Bonanza. This is just the game of the week.
54:57And you ruined the Bills-Rams with your unique music.
55:00By the way, I will say, I had completely forgotten about Game of the Week until you did that.
55:06So I do thank you for ruining Bills-Rams. I don't believe that for a second.
55:11I swear to you. There's no way. I swear.
55:14I don't know if I would let you host another Friday.
55:17I swear. If you forgot Game of the Week again.
55:20I forget all the time. But who's the offensive?
55:23Let's go. What's that? Who's the offensive coordinator for Seattle?
55:26Oh. His name's Brian. That's his name. Where did he?
55:29Brian Flurry. Okay, yeah. And where did he used to work?
55:33At Marvel. Cisco. Oh. Not at Marvel. Isn't there like a Fury or a Flurry?
55:37No. Dairy Queen would have been the better joke because of Flurry.
55:41Although it's a blizzard at Dairy Queen. Nick Fury.
55:44Look. Yeah, so maybe a different fast food. The fact that you had to Google that is impressive.
55:50Impressive? I don't know if impressive is the right word.
55:53I think Kyle Shanahan will be on top of that and the defense will be on top of that and that could make things harder for Wilson.
56:01You're still starting him. It's the workload. It's the opportunity.
56:04But I don't think he does nearly as well as he did last week.
56:09CBS, feel free to hire me so that I can remind Adam about the game of the week.
56:14Thank you, Mel. You're hired, Mel. Sending a resume.
56:17All right. Burden or Mike Evans? Evans. Burden. Nice beard itch.
56:20That was Dave itching that beard. Very vocal. Oh, you could hear that?
56:24Yeah, yeah. I'm surprised. Oh, I'm sorry. That's terrible.
56:27I apologize. Evans or Watson? Christian Watson. Darnold or Brissette?
56:30Brissette. Jacoby. Lawrence or Purdy? Purdy. Trevor. Evans, Vele, or Roman Wilson?
56:34Evans. Purdy or Cousins? Purdy. Agreed. Emmanuel Wilson or a beat-up Ashton Gentty?
56:38A beat-up Ashton Gentty. Gentty, but that's close. Evans or Jalen Warren in the flex?
56:43That's not close. Jalen Warren. How is that not close?
56:46Are we sure? Yeah, it's Jalen Warren. The Dowdle plays.
56:49Still worn. It's still worn. Close. Purdy or Jacoby Brissette?
56:52Purdy. Brock Purdy. Emmanuel Wilson or Braylon Allen? Wilson.
56:55Ew. The initials are EW, so I said ew.
56:58Now, I will say this about Purdy. Last year, you look at his game log.
57:03He did not do well against tough opponents, and he destroyed easy opponents.
57:07This year, he's already done well against the Rams.
57:09Now, the Rams were sleep-deprived, so I don't know if that counts.
57:13And he scored 23 points last week against the Broncos.
57:16It was a bit of a struggle, honestly. And it picked up when Sertan got hurt, and George Kittle had that late touchdown.
57:23So he didn't play great. It was the worst game Purdy's played this year.
57:28But already, he's had two good performances against really good defenses.
57:31Seattle's DST, they're about eighth in the rankings. I suppose you could get away from them, or you could just...
57:37It's one of the best DSTs against a team that gives up the fewest fantasy points to DSTs.
57:43I wouldn't drop the Stalks. You could take your lumps and then use them next week against Denver.
57:49Okay, another tough game. Minnesota is at New Orleans.
57:51And I think one of the good things about Tyler Shuck is that he gets rid of the ball quickly, even when he's not being blitzed.
58:00One of the fastest releases in the NFL, not like how fast he actually throws the ball, but how quickly he gets the ball out of his hand.
58:08I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about.
58:11Look, the easy ones in this game are what?
58:14Aaron Jones, like... You're talking about the best matchup right now in fantasy.
58:18The Saints give up the most fantasy points to running backs, 5.2 yards per carry.
58:23They have faced amazing running backs, though. So, start Aaron Jones.
58:26I assume Justin Jefferson is a no-brainer if he plays.
58:29Yep. If he doesn't play, then it gets a little trickier.
58:33Who's a better player at his position if Jefferson's out?
58:36Addison or Hawkinson? I think you've got to go Hawkinson at this point, just based on what we saw last week and how Kyler's playing.
58:44So, it's... I hope it's close, meaning that they both play well and Addison has a big game.
58:49Because, you know, look, two weeks ago, it was Addison in the game that Jefferson got hurt against Tampa Bay.
58:55Yeah. Last week, it was Hawkinson against the Dolphins.
58:58And, you know, defensively, you could see both playing well against New Orleans.
59:02I think you just go with... I would just go with the hot hand and go Hawkinson, who had 13 targets last week.
59:09Are you guys ranking Jefferson? I'm sure we will after today if he practices again.
59:14Okay. And if Jefferson plays, would you start Kyler Murray or Tyler Shuck?
59:18Chuck. Chuck. Kyler Murray or Kirk Cousins? Cousins. Cousins.
59:21I hope Kyler comes out and has a good game.
59:24They have yet to play a full game together, Kyler and Murray.
59:28So, we have no idea what this will look like.
59:31Kyler and Murray. How about Kyler and Jefferson? They have yet to play a full game together.
59:36So, it would be nice to see something positive.
59:39And then you could say, okay, maybe this is a quarterback to use moving forward.
59:44He's averaging 11 fantasy points per game. You know, so it's been ugly.
59:48And that's throwing out week one. Do you think they played Call of Duty together yet?
59:53No. Wow, they haven't even done that yet. Wow.
59:56So, Tyler Shuck is about 11th or 12th in the rankings.
59:59And, yeah, we know the deal here. Jordan Love had a good game on 42 pass attempts.
60:04Caleb Williams was terrible. Baker Mayfield was terrible. Malik Willis was beyond terrible against the Minnesota Vikings.
60:10And Tyler Shuck does lead the NFL in pass attempts.
60:13So, certainly could have 40 plus. And then Alvin Kamara.
60:16Start or sit, Dave? Don't want to start him.
60:19Don't love the matchup for him. Touchdown dependent. Although, he had a couple of nice targets.
60:24And they tried to get him going even a little bit more than they did.
60:28High end number three running back. Kamara or Devon Vele?
60:31I'd go Vele. Knee jerk reaction is Vele. You know, one thing I don't like about Vele, he has been so far
60:38one of the least efficient wide receivers in football.
60:41More is that he doesn't get targeted that much.
60:44But 51 wide receivers have 20 or more targets.
60:47Devon Vele is 45th out of 51 in yards per route run.
60:51He's 39th in yards per catch. He's 36th in yards per target.
60:54That's not good. But he's 47th out of 51 wide receivers in target per route run rate.
61:00They just don't throw to him a lot. They just don't throw to Juwan Johnson that much.
61:05Those guys are only succeeding because they're throwing more than any team in football.
61:09If you get a game with 35 pass attempts for Tyler Shuck and the rates, the target per route run rates basically
61:16stay the same, you're going to be in trouble with Vele and Juwan Johnson.
61:20I just want to point that out. They're going to have to score probably.
61:25But I don't think that'll be this week. Yeah, you never know, right?
61:29Like we didn't think Jordan. Of course, you never know last week.
61:33Right. I mean, that's why they play the games.
61:35But there is a game in Kellen Moore's history where he went up against Flores when he was with the Vikings.
61:42And granted, different team, different quarterback, better quarterback. He had Justin Herbert.
61:46I think that's a better quarterback. Dialed up almost 50 pass plays in that game.
61:50And it was all about getting the ball out fast.
61:54And they outscored Minnesota to win that game. And I wonder if Kellen Moore is just going to settle on, OK, I don't have a run game.
62:02I know that I need Tyler Shuck to get the ball quick.
62:06Adam, you talked about that Shuck's doing a lot of that already.
62:09Maybe that's their game plan. And then so volume is king.
62:13It has been king. And I think you can buy into it for everybody in the New Orleans passing game.
62:19I'm fascinated to see what's going to happen when Tyson returns to everybody, but mostly Vele and Juwan Johnson.
62:25Because they've been so serviceable. And it's hard to envision that continuing.
62:29I would put it at like a 20% chance.
62:32But I really think Jordan Tyson could be not exactly a league winner, but close.
62:36I just think he's so much more talented than the other guys other than Olave.
62:41And the volume. Yeah. Yeah, right. Exactly. And combine that with the volume.
62:45And I think Tyler Shuck, I had doubts about how good he was.
62:49I think those doubts for me are gone. I think he's a good player.
62:53It could be really exciting for Jordan Tyson, who's still a few weeks away.
62:58But definitely someone you want to stash if you can.
63:01All right. My last question here, and then we'll do something.
63:04Because Devon Vele is like 28th, 29th. Camara is right around the same range, actually, at running back.
63:10Weird kind of note that, I don't know. For whatever reason, in his history, Tyler Shuck, when he's blitzed, he has an 8% running back target rate.
63:18I don't know what that's all about. But you would think, like, against this team, like, this is what the Bears did.
63:25Dump it off to DeAndre Swift, and he had a big game as a receiver.
63:30Maybe we can get five or more catches from Camara, hopefully, and give him a little bit of a floor.
63:36But my last question is, when you put Jawan Johnson, Tyler Shuck, Devon Vele, and Camara in your lineup, are you concerned
63:43about the Saints scoring, like, seven points in this game and just being horrible?
63:47What is your level of concern about the Saints being complete duds?
63:51Hi. Hi. How are you? No, I'm not. It's not high for me.
63:55It would be at most medium. Camara or Will Shipley in the chat?
63:59Camara. I think I have Shipley higher. Vele or Diggs?
64:02Diggs. Stefan, if he plays. Vele or Roman Wilson?
64:05Struggling with that one, but right now, Vele. I believe I have Roman Wilson higher.
64:10Let's see. Do I have anything else from this game?
64:13I do not. I have Vele higher. A lot of Tyson stuff in here.
64:17Vele. Wow, really? Not a lot of questions from this game.
64:21All right, I guess I have to do it myself.
64:24Vele or Ali Gordon? PPR. Vele. Vele. I think I like Vele better.
64:28Vele or RJ Harvey? I'll take Vele, so. And what's our next game here?
64:32We're done with this game. Start the Vikings DST.
64:35You guys don't have them as a super high-end starter, but they're start worthy.
64:39Oh, here's the big one. Giants at the Commanders.
64:42How are we feeling? Division-winning Giants. Listen, man. If the Eagles lose at 9.30 a.m.
64:47and then the Giants win at 1 p.m., wow.
64:50That's, I think, a two-game lead in the division.
64:53Dave, do you really have... It's over at that point.
64:56Yeah, it's completely over. Do you have Jameis Winston ninth?
64:59I do. You know where he has him? He's in that group for me.
65:03I know. He doesn't even have him right. Not in the top 24.
65:07Yeah. No, I get it. And the downside for Jameis Winston is 27 pass attempts, no touchdowns, three interceptions.
65:13The upside for him is almost a little bit better than what he gave you last week.
65:18I think the Commanders run defenses for real. I think their pass rush is a paper tiger, and I think their secondary is terrible.
65:26And so last week proved that if Jameis has a little time, he can still make reads and get the ball where he needs it to go.
65:34I thought both of his touchdowns were actually good, and the timing was a little bit sharper.
65:40The release was a little bitty bit sharper. There are still issues, obviously, with him where you look at him and you
65:47go, this guy is not even like a top 25 quarterback in the league.
65:51But if the Giants can't run the ball, it's going to fall on Winston's shoulders.
65:56And I think the case can be made that he can get you to, let's call it 250 yards and a couple of touchdowns.
66:03And that's not amazing for fantasy, but we know that if the Commanders can play back and Jaden Daniels brings it, then
66:10he's going to have to do more than that.
66:13So I like him. I probably have him ranked too high, and it's somebody I need to lower.
66:18But I think he could still be a top 12 QB.
66:22Okay. I love the bold take there. Jamie, do we like any?
66:25Well, I mean, there's one other thing. Every quarterback to face Washington, except for Daniel Jones, who's a mess, had at least 30 fantasy points this season.
66:34Yeah. Without a rushing touchdown. So I can't ignore that.
66:37I can't turn my nose up at that, even though Jameis is not – he doesn't look good.
66:43But the opportunity in the matchup is good. I just turned my nose up at the camera.
66:48I really hope there was nothing up there. Jamie, can we trust – I'm not – Oh, I'm sorry.
66:54Of the running backs in this game, any of the running backs in this game, it's unfortunate that the commanders actually have a very good run defense.
67:02The Giants have a terrible run defense. You wish the matchups were switched.
67:06But can you trust any running back in this game?
67:09I'm starting Scadaboo. You know, the fact that they've been using him in passing out situations is good.
67:15So hopefully that continues. But it's not with the expectation of a huge game.
67:19You know, so that being said, you know, Scadaboo is not Jonathan Taylor.
67:24Taylor still had, you know, typical Jonathan Taylor production.
67:26It was touchdowns. So hopefully that's what happens with Scadaboo this week.
67:30But, you know, he's in that low-end number two running back range.
67:34The commanders is the backfield you've got to keep an eye on because Ja'Cory Kraske-Kamara on the injury report.
67:40Shadwite's on the injury report. Austin Eckler, I don't think they'll give him, you know, his full workload.
67:45And part of the reason I think that they got rid of K-Tron Allen is Jeremy McNichols' practice window opened off of the Pup List.
67:53So we'll see if he's going to be somebody that they use as well.
67:58It's just, again, repetitive skill set with Ja'Cory Kraske-Kamara.
68:00It's not as fast. So what will they end up doing?
68:04I don't think McNichols plays this week. But Eckler's somebody I think is worth stashing.
68:08Because if Rashad White can't go, and Eckler has that role in the passing game, didn't really have it last week.
68:15But obviously that's his skill set. You know, is that something that they can lean on moving forward depending on what they decided to do with Rashad White?
68:24So it's just really hard to have any faith in the commanders back.
68:28But I think if they're all healthy, I would still lean toward Bill.
68:32Just, you know, this is a game that the commanders play with a lead.
68:36That would probably help him in regard to it.
68:39I think the Giants win. But I'm just saying it is a game that the commanders play.
68:44I think the commanders probably win this game. But if they're missing both Diggs and McLaurin, that would be – then I think the Giants would win.
68:53And then we're going to get a lot of questions about Antonio Williams.
68:57And he played – even with just one guy missing last week, he played a ton.
69:02They had a third-string quarterback in. Didn't have a big game, but he had a big touchdown called back.
69:08There's an opportunity. He had eight targets. What's that?
69:10Eight targets. He had eight targets. Big opportunity here, even if just one of those guys is out.
69:16I wonder if we're sleeping on Antonio Williams. Dave, what do you think?
69:20I think we are a little – well, I am a little bit.
69:24And he should be higher in my rankings. And with Jaden Daniels back, the one thing that stands out to me about
69:31Daniels from what we saw in his – whatever it was, six, seven quarters of play so far, he liked Stefan Diggs.
69:38And he was leaning on him quite a bit.
69:41But he also evolved a little bit with Antonio Williams.
69:44We saw it in week one. Antonio Williams had the touchdown.
69:47If there's no McLaurin, it's not like – it's not like Antonio Williams plays in the McLaurin role.
69:53But he clearly can see opportunities, and there are plays designed for him.
69:57So I think he should be in the number three receiver conversation in full PPR.
70:02I'd also like to comment on Scadaboo. Just one other thing that I noticed.
70:06We talked about coverages and what does it mean.
70:09And it's a small sample size. Jameis has barely played this year.
70:13But against two-high zone, the top guy in target per route run is Isaiah Likely.
70:17That's not a big surprise. He's blowing away everybody else in the Giants.
70:21Malik Nabors is next at 24%. Scadaboo is next at 22%.
70:25And Scadaboo is averaging almost two and a half yards per route run when he's facing zone and two high safeties.
70:31And that's what the commanders do a lot of.
70:34And I think that's the reason to go over the top on Scadaboo.
70:38It's not because you're hoping he scores a touchdown.
70:41It's not just because he's going to be 15 touches.
70:44It looks like Jameis looks for him and he checks down to him.
70:48And that's somebody who can get you some easy fantasy points.
70:52I love it. Good stuff. Now, Jamie, give me the rundown on the commanders wide receivers.
70:57We talked about Williams, but where are you going to rank Diggs?
71:00Where are you going to rank McLaurin if they play?
71:03If one plays, it's a tough moving pieces here.
71:06I'm very skeptical McLaurin plays because after missing last week and not returning to practice, I'd be hesitant to trust him.
71:13So if Diggs plays and McLaurin plays, I will rank Diggs ahead of McLaurin for this week.
71:18If one of them is out, I'm assuming McLaurin is out, and Diggs plays, he is a number two wide receiver.
71:25And Antonio Williams is a mid-tier number three receiver.
71:27If they are both out, Antonio Williams is a high-end number three receiver, similar in the same range of what the Bills
71:34guys would be if DJ Moore is out, behind Dante Myers.
71:38If the Bengals guys are out, meaning both, and in the same sort of range of Devon Vele and Roman Wilson and those guys.
71:45So I think you've got to give him, like right now, if you're listening to the show, go pick him up because
71:52you can always drop him if you have to for hopefully somebody else that has some long-term value.
71:58But short-term, this may be a great opportunity to trust Antonio Williams because it could be the number one receiver for the
72:05Commanders in a positive matchup against the Giants. Starts likely.
72:08He's fifth for these guys. Start neighbors. Jayden Daniels is ninth or tenth for these guys.
72:13We talked about him in one question for each game.
72:16We have a lot of questions from the chat about this game.
72:20I went up against Bucky Irving. Should I play likely or Kraft in half PPR?
72:24Likely. So likely. Likely, Loveland or Dalton Schultz in non-PPR?
72:27Likely. Agreed. Agreed. Daniels or Shuck? Daniels. Agreed. Oh, no.
72:30I might go Shuck over Daniels. Amani Toomer or Santana Moss?
72:34Santana. Yeah, Moss. Daniels in the rain. Yeah, it might rain in this game.
72:38Daniels in the rain or Jalen Hurts versus the Jags?
72:41Daniels. What other quarterbacks are on waivers? Well, are we going to drop Hurts?
72:46I mean, I think you could. Maybe. Bill or Brian Robinson Jr.?
72:49I think I have it right now, Bill, but I'm going to change that and go Robinson.
72:55I have Bill higher. Jaden Daniels or Jacoby Brissett?
72:58Brissett. Brissett. Okay. Start one. Dobbs. Oh, no. Start two.
73:01Dobbs, Shakir, Antonio Williams, Loveland, and Higby. If the top two commanders receivers are out, I'd go Williams.
73:06If Moore is out, I'd probably go Shakir. Next.
73:09Ask us Sunday. Yeah, that's a good Sunday question.
73:12Dobbs is in a good spot, and Loveland's in a good spot.
73:16All right, last one. Ja'Cory Crosby Merritt, Marvin Harrison Jr., or Adams Nosehairs?
73:20What's the target for Ruff? You trim your nose hairs.
73:23Don't do nose hairs. I don't have to trim my nose hairs.
73:27They're tucked down. Yeah, they know where to be.
73:29All right, next game. Next game is Buffalo with the Rams.
73:33It doesn't count. You don't have to take credit for it.
73:36Josh Allen or Matthew Stafford? Allen, but it's close.
73:39It's almost Allen by default because you know that he can put on the Superman cape and run for a bunch of touchdowns.
73:46I agree it's close. Yeah, I'll play a different song for this game just for fun.
73:51Start James Cook. Start Kyron Williams. One thing I'll just point out about James Cook, if you're looking to trade or whatever.
73:58He started the season with seven targets in his first two games.
74:02Since Ty Johnson has come back, Johnson's eaten into some of the routes run on first and second down.
74:08So the targets have been down for James Cook, but he's the man.
74:12We've talked so much about the Bills wide receivers throughout the week, and we're not expecting DJ more at this point.
74:18I don't even know what else to say. Please go to one question for each game for that.
74:24Dave is higher on Kincaid than Jamie. I don't know if I should be.
74:28Let me say this about Kincaid real quick. He has five targets in his last two games.
74:34This is the fourth time. Combined. Combined. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
74:37Fourth time in his career he's had consecutive games with fewer than five targets.
74:41He usually bounces back. They usually don't go away from him three straight games.
74:46So I feel like you have to sort of not look at the recent trends and just think overall about who Dalton
74:53Kincaid is and how much they might need him in this game.
74:56Right. Yeah. And so the question is, is his route share dropping because he's not healthy or he's falling out of favor in the Buffalo offense?
75:05It was only one game. It was only one game where the route rate goes.
75:09I know, but people have pointed to that as a reason why you should get away from Kincaid because now it's looking like 2025 Kincaid.
75:17I thought what the Patriots did to take him away was actually brilliant, and I'm a little nervous they do the same thing to Bowers.
75:25And they're just finding defenders to just get hands on Kincaid.
75:28That's what they did last week. They got hands on Kincaid as soon as they could.
75:33He would run. He would face one defender. He'd be stopped.
75:37He'd run. Another defender would get hands on. It was like he was double teamed and taken out from Josh Allen's read.
75:43And I think the Bills reacted by saying, all right, let's just get him out of there so that they can't do that.
75:51And they played the least amount of multiple tight end formations that they had all year last week against the Patriots.
75:57I don't know if the Rams are going to do the exact same thing, but what I will tell you is that
76:04the Rams, it's not just the 85 total yards that they've allowed to tight ends.
76:09And granted, they haven't played a ton of great tight ends, and the circumstances are what they are.
76:14Teams have thrown to their tight ends 29 times against the Rams this year, and only 12 of those 29 passes have been caught.
76:22They have been outstanding covering tight ends. And that might be what sends him tumbling down in my rankings.
76:28Because if the Rams are already proving that, yeah, against average to above average tight ends, they're able to really limit their
76:35effectiveness, I don't think we can look at Dalton Kincaid and say, yeah, he's a superstar tight end.
76:40I think you've got to be significantly nervous about him.
76:43I have him ranked too high. I'm going to move him down.
76:47Yeah, and the last thing on him is if you look at Kincaid's season, first of all, he doesn't run that many routes to begin with.
76:55It's 68% basically is the max. That's fine. It's not really good enough for consistency, I think, unless you're just the best tight end in the world.
77:04And week one against Houston, he had a big game.
77:07He only had six targets. He had like a bunch of big plays.
77:11Week two was against Detroit. So maybe we just overrated him a little bit.
77:15The Detroit bump. Yeah, the Detroit bump for sure.
77:18Week one was encouraging, but it was just like all these big plays.
77:22All right, Shakir and Coleman we'll get to in a minute.
77:25As far as the Rams go, Stafford we love this week.
77:29He's top three. Kyron, yes. Coram, no. I didn't know until I watched the tape.
77:34Devontae Adams had officially two drops, in my opinion, three drops last week.
77:38Two of them were big plays. One of them was a perfect throw in the end zone.
77:43So he could have had a huge game. So I assume we're just totally fine with Adams this week.
77:49Against his defense? Absolutely. Absolutely. All right, let's do it.
77:52And then Tyler Higby is top 15 or 16.
77:55If Parkinson plays, are you going to lower Higby?
77:58I think you've got to be concerned. You know, the question becomes is who do they prefer as their receiving tight end?
78:04Because you know they're going to play a lot of multiple tight end sets.
78:09And for two games, it's been Higby by circumstance.
78:12You know, one was without Puka and Parkinson got hurt and Ferguson got hurt.
78:16The next one was without both tight ends. So I would be concerned if Parkinson plays because last year in similar situation,
78:23Parkinson was the preferred receiving tight end. So it's just hard to say, like, there's safety or guaranteed production here.
78:29So, like, I have Higby as a streamer because of some injuries and whatnot.
78:33And I'm hoping that he's the guy. But it's a Monday night game.
78:38And so we may not know. You know, so you'd like to have Parkinson ruled out ahead of time just to know
78:44that the opportunity is there for Higby. And you don't have to worry about it.
78:49And somebody, you know, mentioned something in the chat earlier in regards to me saying, you know, Coleman or Shakir in regards to DJ Moore.
78:57It's really if you have DJ Moore, you're picking up these guys because you don't want to take the chance of more
79:04playing on Monday unless he's rolled out. That's why, at least for me, why I'm saying Coleman or Shakir.
79:10It's a lot like a handcuff situation. Now, if you are picking those guys up, you got to, you know, deal with the news on Sunday.
79:18And hopefully we get some clarity that did not practice Saturday for DJ Moore.
79:22Then you know that Keon Coleman or Shakir, if those are the guys you're looking at, are going to have the opportunity to start.
79:30All right. Let me see if I have any chat questions here about this game.
79:34Coleman, Valey or Dobbs? Well, you said you wanted to get into the receivers.
79:39Yeah, but we did in one question for each game.
79:42I don't want to be repetitive. Gotcha. All right.
79:45Never mind. Yeah. Coleman, Valey or Dobbs? I would go with non-PPR Dobbs.
79:49If it's non-PPR, I think I like Dobbs best too.
79:52Question here from Adam. He says, I haven't ranked Valey, Coleman, Dobbs in full PPR.
79:56Coleman or Roman Wilson? Wilson. I've got Coleman a little bit ahead of Roman.
80:01I don't know if I like that. I might go Wilson.
80:04Coleman or Shipley? Coleman if Moore's out. Agreed. Coram or Monongai?
80:08That's got to be Monongai if he plays. Coleman or Braylon Allen?
80:11Standard scoring. Allen. Braylon Allen. Coleman or Luther Burden?
80:14Burden. Burden. All right. And just to wrap it up, where do you guys have Coleman ranked?
80:20Where do you have Shakir ranked? Coleman's at 30.
80:22Shakir's like 32 or 33. I've got Coleman at 30.
80:25I'm sorry. Shakir at 30. Coleman at 31 among receivers.
80:29Okay. I think the next two games we can do pretty quickly here.
80:33Detroit at Arizona. I mean, start all your Lions except Jamison Williams is going to be, I guess, a tough call.
80:39But. You're starting him. Dude. I think so. Yeah.
80:4219th for Jamie. 13th for Dave. And then Goff is top three.
80:46Laporta is a must start. Brissette is eighth for Dave.
80:49Another former coordinator facing his former team. Yeah. Yes.
80:52Coordinator facing his former team. Yep. Good call. Brissette.
80:54Sixth for Jamie. Eighth for Dave. We're going to light up.
80:58I don't know. One spot behind Brock Purdy. And then Jeremiah Love, Tyler.
81:02Like we would still start Love over Algier, right?
81:05Yeah. Of course. Yeah. I encourage everyone to go listen to the one question for each game portion for this because we
81:12talked a lot about Jamison Williams and Jeremiah Love.
81:14Like Dave is hesitant on Jeremiah Love and Jamie's got him six or like seven or eight spots higher in the rankings, I believe.
81:22Let's see. We'll do some Jeremiah Love's. Jeremiah Love.
81:25You could potentially get a squeaky wheel game here for Jeremiah Love after what he said.
81:30It's true. Jeremiah Love or Braylon Allen? Allen. Love.
81:33Jeremiah Love or Quinchon Judkins? Judkins. Love or Ramondre?
81:35Ramondre. Love. Algier or Brian Robinson Jr.? Robinson. I'll take Algier.
81:39Algier or Camara? Camara. Algier. No, I have Camara higher.
81:42My bad. Sit Marvin Harrison? Maybe that's a Freudian slip.
81:45Are there any interest in Marvin Harrison? No. Not until he gets traded.
81:49Michael Wilson is a must start. Michael Wilson or Jamison Williams?
81:52Jamison. Michael Wilson. Okay. Trey McBride or Jacoby Brissett?
81:55Who scores more points? McBride. Number one. Potentially the number one tight end.
81:59Number one or number two versus the best matchup.
82:02We like Trey McBride this week. But again, you know, 5.5 yard.
82:06Brian Branch may play. All right. Still, we're going to fire up Trey McBride.
82:10Baltimore. Yeah. I mean, that doesn't change anything, but it does help.
82:14Should help. Baltimore and Atlanta. Is there a single tough call in this game?
82:18Assuming Tyler Huntley starts. Andrews? I love the track record of Andrews with Huntley.
82:23I don't know why. Last year, he had three catches for 34 yards in week eight, and he had four catches for
82:3028 yards in week 17 in the two starts for Tyler Huntley.
82:33I'm looking a little bit deeper than two games last year, and when Huntley was certainly in the swing of things, Andrews was his guy.
82:41This is an offense that does have a lot of tight end usage and calls for.
82:46Not all of them go to Andrews, and Andrews kind of had his get right touchdown last week.
82:52When was this? I don't love Mark Andrews, but I think that he's in the conversation of a low end tight end and full PPR.
83:00You start him over Pitts? I'd start almost anybody over Kyle Pitts.
83:03Would you start Andrews or Higby? Are your nose hairs available to play this week?
83:08I think I'll take Pitts over the nose hairs.
83:11Andrews or Higby? For now, I'd have Higby higher.
83:14I mean, you got to keep an eye. Rashad Bateman is banged up in this game, too.
83:19I think he's full practice yesterday, though. He is banged up.
83:22You're right. I'll double check. But I think the thing is, Dave, it's like, yeah, it used to be good with Huntley
83:29and Andrews, but once Dave Flowers became the target hog last year, he's the one that got all the targets.
83:35So you still, he practiced in full Bateman. And you still would start, say, Flowers, no hesitation?
83:41You have to. You can have all the hesitation you want, and there isn't a great track record with receivers with Tyler Huntley.
83:48Like I'm telling you, the career track record for Tyler Huntley is lean on the tight ends, sometimes lean on the running
83:55backs, don't take a lot of shots downfield. The stat is four of 14 games, wide receivers had 14-plus PPR points when Tyler Huntley has started.
84:03That includes a playoff game. Yeah. And it makes me, it just, it obviously dims the upside for Zay Flowers.
84:09But what are we doing if you're sitting Zay, who are you starting over Zay Flowers?
84:14Well, would you start like Michael Wilson over Zay Flowers?
84:17I would not. I would. I would not. Dave, would you start Jameson Williams over Zay Flowers?
84:23I would not. How about Emmanuel Wilson over Zay Flowers?
84:26I would not. Non-PPR, yes. Okay. And start Henry, start Bijan.
84:29We already talked about Brian Robinson Jr. Don't start Kyle Pitts, start Drake London.
84:33Last question, in a super flex league, who's the best option?
84:37Tyson Bajant or one of the quarterbacks in this game?
84:40I'd go Penix. I think I would go Penix for sure.
84:43By the way, the stat of the game was that Atlanta is home to the world's largest drive-in restaurant.
84:49It's called the Varsity. And they are fun. Varsity, yes.
84:52Oh, Varsity is great. I've never heard of it.
84:55What? Until yesterday when I was looking up fun facts about Atlanta.
84:59Oh, yeah. The Varsity is great and the chili dog will clear you out immediately.
85:04He cleared my nose hairs out. All right. Thanks for watching and listening, everybody.
