Bucky Irving

NegativeUsage43:04

The source issues a preemptive warning on Bucky Irving, noting the coaching staff is actively trying to get Sean Tucker more touches, which resulted in a red-zone touchdown for Tucker. Irving had the lowest utilization in the red zone among starting running backs last year, and the team's overall offensive struggles make him a risky asset.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection49:58

The source recommends continuing to start CJ Stroud, especially with Nico Collins back in the lineup and a favorable upcoming matchup against Tennessee.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveUsage45:26

CeeDee Lamb has re-established himself as the clear alpha receiver in the Cowboys' offense, evidenced by a massive 21-target game. The source attributes his previous struggles to playing through a high ankle sprain last year, and notes he is now playing at full capacity.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury16:52

Suffered a re-aggravation of his AC joint shoulder injury. Dr. Deepak Chona suggests he will likely miss the following week.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeUsage36:45

DeAndre Swift saw his workload drop to 15 carries compared to 30 for Kyle Manungay, largely due to being benched after a third-quarter fumble. The source suggests this was a warning rather than a permanent shift, and expects the backfield to return to a more standard split.

Insight page
PositiveValue39:45

The source remains confident in Deandre Swift despite a recent fumble, noting there is still plenty of value. They suggest that if a manager has a bad record and wants to change things up, they should be in on acquiring Swift.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

NegativeProjection15:28

Tara Roberts notes that while he remains a must-start, his ranking is lowered due to the uncertainty surrounding Lamar Jackson's injury.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveBreakout27:04

Tara Roberts confirms he is back after a 20-point performance, though she advises skepticism for next week's matchup against a tough Raiders defense. He is considered a low-end QB1 for the coming week.

Insight page
NegativeProjection31:54

Due to a depleted quarterback landscape with Bryce Young, Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, and Baker Mayfield out, Drake Maye is considered a viable starter for next week, likely landing in the low-end QB1 range based on his matchup.

Insight page

George Pickens

NegativeValue45:26

George Pickens is a hold rather than a sell, though his fantasy ceiling has been lower than expected with CeeDee Lamb healthy. The source warns against trading for him as if he is still a top-12 wide receiver, as current trade offers are often lopsided.

Insight page
NegativeValue50:48

The source suggests that holding George Pickens is not a terrible idea, though managers can put out feelers to see what kind of trade value he might command in the current market.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeBust37:36

The source has zero confidence in JK Dobbins, citing a messy split backfield, lack of high receiving upside, and a lack of red-zone usage as Sean Payton prefers RJ Harvey in those situations. Dobbins is described as a player you cannot cut but cannot start, and the recommendation is to sell him for FAAB or whatever value is possible.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeInjury2:23

Diagnosed with a concussion; Dr. Deepak Chona notes that while some players return in 7-8 days, about two-thirds of players miss the first game following the injury.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeProjection44:36

The source gives Jalen Hurts a panic rating of 7 or 8 out of 10, specifically noting the concern regarding the potential absence of Devante Smith for the next couple of weeks.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeInjury20:31

Reportedly planning to return next week. Dr. Deepak Chona notes he may have limitations in handoffs due to an elbow injury, but passing performance should remain unaffected.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

NegativeProjection41:34

The source suggests moving Joe Burrow down in rankings for next week due to the injuries to his receivers. They expect a floor game against Miami and suggest the team will lean heavily on Chase Brown, so managers might need to pivot to a streaming option.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeProjection44:43

The source gives Josh Downs a panic rating of 5 out of 10, suggesting a neutral outlook for his immediate fantasy performance.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

NegativeRole40:20

The source is not panicking about Kenyon Sadiq after a goose egg, attributing the poor performance to the team's depleted offense. They are being conservative until Sadiq can be seen playing alongside Adonai Mitchell and Mason Taylor to see how his role changes when those players return.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

PositiveValue17:26

Tara Roberts recommends him as a spot start to replace DJ Moore, noting his efficiency and lack of drops, though he lacks long-term value when Moore is healthy.

Insight page

Ladd McConkey

NegativeInjury21:57

Re-aggravated a foot injury while also dealing with unhealed fractured ribs. Dr. Deepak Chona notes a high risk of missing at least one week.

Insight page
NegativeInjury57:20

Lad McConkey is dealing with injuries and has been inconsistent, making him difficult to trust even if active. The source notes that his role is compromised by the team's tendency to play from behind and his inability to stay on the field.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeInjury13:45

Left with an ankle injury that appears to be a high-ankle mechanism. Dr. Deepak Chona expects him to miss at least one week and warns of potential production dips and re-aggravation risk upon return.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveBreakout33:23

Malik Nabers' performance of 6 receptions, 7 targets, 112 yards, and a touchdown confirms his status as a reliable fantasy asset. The source notes that previous poor outings were due to external factors like tough matchups and bad weather, and expects him to continue producing with Jameis Winston.

Insight page

Mike Evans

PositiveInjury25:06

Played through a fractured rib sustained seven days prior and delivered a strong performance.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveProjection62:19

The source has a panic meter rating of zero for Parker Washington despite a poor recent performance. He is viewed as a steady option whose targets remain consistent, and the recent game is dismissed as a typical bad outing for a receiver.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury7:28

Left the game with a hamstring injury. Dr. Deepak Chona estimates a 2-3 week recovery timeline, noting that re-injury risk is the primary concern, especially for more severe strains.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

NegativeInjury10:03

Left the game with an undisclosed lower body injury. Dr. Deepak Chona notes it could be a contusion (1-week recovery) or a hip joint issue, pending MRI results.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

NegativeInjury2:23

Diagnosed with a groin/adductor strain. Dr. Deepak Chona states the average timeline is one game out, though severity varies and an MRI is pending. When returning, players typically reach 80%+ of pre-injury performance.

Insight page

Tre Harris

PositiveValue23:34

Tara Roberts suggests him as the primary beneficiary of Ladd McConkey's absence, though he remains a low-end flex value due to the Chargers' offensive struggles.

Insight page

Will Shipley

PositiveUsage10:49

Tara Roberts highlights his role in the offense, noting he is utilized on third downs and in the red zone/inside the five, making him a reasonable waiver claim if Tank Bigsby is out.

Insight page
PositiveSleeper47:05

The source recommends prioritizing Will Shipley on the waiver wire if Tank Bigsby is unavailable. Shipley is expected to have standalone fantasy value, particularly in the passing game, and will get enough usage to be relevant.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveProjection46:21

The source maintains a positive outlook on Zay Flowers even if Lamar Jackson misses time. While his upside might be slightly capped with Snoop Huntley, he remains a must-start player who should still provide plenty of fantasy value.

0:27Alright, welcome everybody to the Fantasy Pros Podcast. I'm your host Matt Modai.
0:31I'm joined by Tara Roberts and Dr. Deepak Chona.
0:33Today we're gonna be, of course, it's Sunday, it's week four.
0:36We got a ton of stuff to react to.
0:39Injuries, big performances, small performances, everything in between. But Tara, we'll start with you.
0:43Do you have a good fantasy day? How'd everything go?
0:46So far, so good. Had to start Olly Gordon in a league, so thank God for that one.
0:51Yeah, it was a forced under duress, so yay on that coming through.
0:55Quarterback days, a little strange as well. Unfortunately, with the Marcus Mariota thing, he was one of my favorite streamers and unfortunately the injury earlier.
1:02But other than that, you know, it was an okay day.
1:05It was an okay day, but hate the injuries as always.
1:08Yeah, that always puts a bummer on everything. Especially like right before we were recording, we had some tough ones come through.
1:14Doc, how about you? Good on the fantasy front, not so good on the real life front.
1:19Texans looking rough. So, I don't know. Yeah, that's a tough L.
1:22Well, actually, Tara and I will talk about the Texans because that defense was supposed to be, I mean, supposed to be the next big thing.
1:30They've been awesome for a couple years, not so much.
1:33But we'll start with the injuries. That's why we have you on.
1:36I feel like last time I was on here week two, we had some terrible ones, but obviously some big names you see on here.
1:43The two receivers for the Bengals, Jamar Chase and Tee Higgins.
1:46We had the concussion for Jamar. The groin slash adductor for Tee.
1:50Saquon Barkley left again on the first drive, this time with a hamstring injury.
1:54Lamar didn't play the second half, left with an ankle.
1:56And Rishi Rice left pretty early with a hammy.
1:59That's what you see on the graphic here. We have some other names, some some not as small.
2:04Let's get that. There we go. Not as big ones, but we had a tank Bixby leave the game.
2:10So Saquon Barkley left at DJ Moore shoulder injury.
2:12I'm a nun guy thumb Mariotta knee and then lad with the foot and then Taekwon Thornton.
2:17So we'll start with the big names. What do we have on the the Bengals receivers?
2:21We'll go with Jamar and then Tee. Yeah, so Jamar Chase there.
2:25If he's diagnosed with a concussion, which is what it sounds like, then he has a chance to play next week.
2:31But about two thirds of players would miss the first game and then return the following.
2:35The average return through concussion protocol is right around seven or eight days.
2:39So again, it most players would miss one week and then return.
2:43Usually don't see much of a dip when they come back.
2:46Then Tee Higgins, he is diagnosed with a groin or adductor strain and he tried to come back in.
2:51It's not totally clear how severe it is. The overall sort of average timelines on these is about one game out.
2:57One to two is is where most do tend to fall, but the severity varies and they'll get an MRI tomorrow.
3:03We'll learn a little more in his return to practice timeline is going to tell the severity story.
3:08Sure. So I feel like we've talked a lot about groin and adductors with the Hopuka situation.
3:13Is there any concern for a hernia here or is that not the case?
3:17Unlikely in this case, especially because they're calling it adductor.
3:20So that is really more that classic groin strain that as you're kind of spreading the legs and the muscle pulling on you.
3:26So it does affect wide receivers cutting and starting and stopping.
3:29But with that being said, when they come back, they usually come back at 80 plus percent of their pre injury performance level right away.
3:36Gotcha. So it sounds like most like the most likely scenario is that we at least don't have the two Bengals stars next week.
3:43Tara, what are we doing with our Bengals without T and without without Jamar?
3:47Yeah, there's good and bad. They're going to have extra time to heal up because the Bengals are on a week six.
3:54So that means that we could have two weeks here backed up.
3:57That also puts us kind of in a weird position because if both of them are out this offense, you know, it's Joe Burrow extremely effective.
4:04Yeah, we've got Mike is sick and whatnot, but we saw Dante Myers step up.
4:09We know that we've tried, you know, with Mitch Tinsley in the past, but at this point, like it doesn't feel like that's something that's going to happen.
4:17So with Myers, seven receptions, nine targets, 82 yards, I would put in like a very conservative bid, but he could be
4:23a potential streaming option for next week. But again, super conservative just because of the fact that based off what we're hearing
4:29right now about the injury timeline, wouldn't be something that we would be able to utilize more than likely after the week six by.
4:36Yeah. And then I mean, Chase Brown, he got a ton of targets didn't have much on the ground, but I'm just
4:42we'll see a lot of him through the air.
4:45So, okay, we'll go to the next one. Saquon Barkley.
4:48I mean, it looked bad. He you could see him say my hamstring that you never like to see that.
4:53So what do we what are we seeing on Saquon?
4:56Yeah, average with with all comers for hamstrings is somewhere around the two to three week timeline.
5:01Now, he doesn't have a significant hamstring history, which does work in his favor.
5:05But the severity on these varies and it's a similar story with him and and Rishi Rice.
5:10You saw both of them kind of pull up limp at the end of a play.
5:14And so again, the timeline so far, I would just ballpark it for your planning somewhere around the three week timeline.
5:20But the re injury risk is really the concern with these hamstrings, especially the more severe ones, if that's what it turns
5:26out to be, can be upwards of 20%. Gotcha.
5:29And was it about the same for Saquon and Rishi Rice, like kind of the same injury, same mechanism?
5:34Similar mechanism, similar looking injury. It's hard to read into severity of these muscle strains based on the video itself.
5:40But with that being said, you know, you typically see a relatively rapid ramp up in production just with that re injury
5:46risk kind of looming usually the first six weeks back.
5:49Gotcha. Yeah. I mean, good week for guys returning from hamstring injuries, considering what we saw from say flowers and Nico Collins.
5:55So whenever they come back, hopefully we see something like that.
5:59And then I know he wasn't on the graphic, but just curious because he's Saquon's backup.
6:03I didn't even see an injury listed, but Tank Bigsby left the game, seemed to be in a lot of pain.
6:09So do you have any information there? Yeah, they called it an undisclosed lower body.
6:13It doesn't tell you much, but basically his his leg was open.
6:17His stance was open as he was being driven into the ground.
6:20If he's lucky, that's a contusion that you come back from in about a week.
6:24On the other side of that, it is hard to know if the hip joint itself was at all affected.
6:30I would suspect this one gets an MRI and then we know a little bit more.
6:35Gotcha. Hopefully we know more by Wednesday waiver day.
6:37But Tara, let's assume that we don't know much about Tank Bigsby status.
6:41Will Shipley, are we going to the nasty waiver or the the practice squad with Damian Pierce?
6:46What are we doing with Eagles running backs? Oh, come on.
6:49You know, I like Will Shipley here. That is my Clemson boy.
6:52It's it's interesting because we haven't seen like a full game of it.
6:56Right. Because take one's been going down with the injuries and coming back.
7:00Right. But and he did that last season as well where he'd go down for a little bit, then come back the next week.
7:06So we have like the tiny little sample size.
7:09And obviously, Bigsby is the one that we would want to target.
7:12But it is important to note that it is not 100 percent his backfield.
7:16It doesn't appear that way. They like Will Shipley.
7:19They utilize him, especially on third downs as well.
7:21And it doesn't appear to be just like an even split of OK, like like we see with Seattle.
7:27OK, this is our early down guy. This is our goal line guy.
7:31And this is our third down guy. We saw some utilization in the red zone and inside the five for Will Shipley as well.
7:37So I think it's worth it. Like if Tank Big, hopefully we get some kind of clarity so that we don't have
7:44to do the whole Oli Gordon, Jalen Wright kind of situation making bids on two guys.
7:48But preference if we have a healthy Tank Bigsby would be Tank.
7:52And if not, it is definitely reasonable to go ahead and make that claim on Will Shipley as well.
7:57The run game hasn't been effective. But after week five, they do.
8:00You know, if maybe this hamstring extends a little bit longer, the matchups are Carolina and Dallas after that.
8:06So there's positive matchups that are on down the road.
8:09Yeah. Yeah. We just hope we have some some some clarity, at least on Tank, because he's going to be the one
8:15everybody's going to be dropping fab on. And if he's out for a couple of weeks, that's you're just wasting money there.
8:21OK, so last one on the graphic that we have here is Lamar Jackson.
8:25I think they described it as an ankle injury.
8:28And, you know, you can correct me from on, but it kind of seemed like if the game was closer, they probably would have put him back in.
8:36But just curious what you have on him. They did give that impression.
8:39They did say the same about Zay Flowers. Then he missed a couple of weeks.
8:44So I'm not reading too much into that now.
8:46Lamar Jackson, it looked like a high ankle type mechanism.
8:49The foot didn't stay caught in the ground as it slid.
8:52So with that in mind, I would think it would be on the milder side.
8:56But most players would miss at least one week.
8:59So next week I would call very much in doubt.
9:02They'll sort of have to see how swollen the ankle gets and how much he has the ability to protect himself.
9:08And that's where I would be worried in the sense that, you know, a mobile quarterback one, you would expect some level
9:14of production dip, even when he comes back from potentially a mild high ankle.
9:18But two, it's prone to re-aggravation if you rush it back.
9:21So my thought is he probably misses this coming week and then comes back the following.
9:26Gotcha. OK, and Tara, we don't have Lamar next week.
9:28Obviously, you're not benching Derrick Henry or Zay Flowers, but you're definitely lowering them in your rankings.
9:33Oh, a little bit. Yeah, because I'm fortunate. I mean, they're both so fantastic.
9:37They still go into the must start range. But yeah, you would be able to start making those decisions in terms of,
9:44hey, am I starting a, you know, a Nico Collins or do I just go ahead and say, look, I'm just going with Nico.
9:50Let's just bypass that. You know, it'll be the higher end choices that we have to make.
9:55Yeah, yeah. And, you know, Derrick Henry, I had him for two plus touchdowns.
9:59He scored the first drive. I thought I was sitting pretty and then Margo's down at halftime and we have and we have nothing.
10:06So, OK, some other names we have here and I'm just going in order that we have on the sheet, not necessarily
10:12in order of importance, but DJ Moore shoulder injury.
10:15I know he left two weeks ago dealing with the shoulder.
10:18What do we have there? Yeah, the mechanism is similar.
10:21It very much suggests a re-aggravation of that same AC joint injury.
10:24It's a little bit prone to re-aggravation early on in the return and recovery.
10:28So typically a re-aggravation is going to up the level of severity and you would typically see a player missed the following week.
10:35Now, it's hard to tell beyond that. I would say my suspicion with most of these AC joints, even the re-aggravations tend to come back pretty quick.
10:42But next week to me would be in doubt.
10:45Gotcha. And I mean, Keon Coleman, are we firing him up next week, Tara?
10:49We're doing it. Yeah, we're going to Keon Coleman.
10:51It sucks because it's very clear that there is no role for him when DJ Moore is healthy.
10:57So you're making a bid literally just to replace DJ Moore and it doesn't have a longevity aspect to it.
11:02But yeah, I mean, he's looked whatever they did in terms of pushing through to get him back on track mentally.
11:08The effort is there. He's not dropping passes. Very efficient looks.
11:11I mean, just everything looks really good. Like the guy who, you know, was a high, you know, in, you know, high end pick.
11:18Dropped him. Yeah. First round. Yeah. I mean, that catch you have was fantastic along the sideline.
11:23Yeah. You need a spot star. Yeah. You can do worse than that.
11:27And then we'll talk about the Bears running backs.
11:29But Kalman Nungai, I believe left at the end of that game after 30 carries with a thumb injury.
11:35Are we concerned there? Yeah, we really don't have any indication of severity on this.
11:39The game, the score was already kind of in hand and they, he didn't finish the game.
11:44But with that being said, you know, it's, he didn't say that he said that there was no specific play that he felt it.
11:51So we think at least the extreme things, a fracture or like a rupture dislocation, those are all out of the picture.
11:57Probably now we'll just have to see how he goes.
12:00My suspicion is he tries to play through soon.
12:02Gotcha. Yeah. And we'll talk about the Bears running backs to tear.
12:06We'll, we'll, we'll skip that until later. Um, and then, so we had Mariota in the morning with a knee MCL sprain.
12:12Uh, we have a little bit, I'm guessing more information on that one, just cause it happened so early as you're, yeah.
12:18So what do you have there? Yeah. They're, I mean, they're calling it an MCL sprain and the average on that is
12:24about two weeks, pretty quick recovery, especially for a pocket quarterback.
12:27Uh, however, Jane Daniels is reportedly planning to come back this coming week.
12:31So I think it may not be super relevant.
12:34Yeah. And then that's another question that I had with Jaden coming back.
12:37Oh, should, should we expect full like, you know, a hundred percent Jane Daniels?
12:41Cause it's, it's not throwing arms. He's going to have a brace and all that stuff.
12:46Yeah. I think there's going to be a little bit of limitation just in terms of how he has to hand off the ball.
12:53We heard Kurt Warner talk about this as well.
12:55He couldn't fully kind of straighten his elbow for the extensions through that off arm.
13:00Uh, that may change their running dynamics just a little bit, and that could make it a little bit easier for a defense to key in on.
13:07But for as far as his passing game, I wouldn't expect really any change there.
13:12Okay. Gotcha. Um, and then the, uh, the last two we have here, Lad McConkie and Tecmon Thornton.
13:17Thornton, Thornton, I'm guessing, I mean, it looked bad.
13:19You can just confirm that it was bad and then we can move on to the lad foot injury.
13:25Yeah. Thornton probably season ending ankle surgery, ankle probably fractured and dislocated, was kind of pointed to the opposite side.
13:30Uh, and then lad, as you mentioned, he came into this game with a foot injury.
13:35He was also dealing with, we know, fractured ribs and we know they haven't healed yet just based on timelines.
13:40So at this point, uh, he went LP DNP LP for practice this week.
13:44And then to see him get re aggravated on a foot, it doesn't bode super well.
13:49But at the same time, this is a guy who's now dealing with a couple of different significant injuries, at least pain generators there and wasn't effective.
13:57So in my eyes, that may have played a role in just pulling him off the field at that point.
14:02So, uh, I don't know that we can really read too much into severity, but high risk here of missing at least a week here.
14:09Yeah. I mean, Tara, we'll talk about the chargers in the storylines, but just quick thoughts.
14:14If soon, if, if no lad next week, I mean, are we starting QJ?
14:18Are we starting Trey Harris? Anything? I mean, around a Gadsden, what are we doing with the chargers?
14:23We're, we're, we're praying now. Um, yeah. Uh, Ronda Gadsden had an uptick in targets, but he just, I just can't trust it whatsoever.
14:30I would lean towards Trey Harris. Yeah. We finally got a big play from Quentin Johnson, but it was one play.
14:36So more than likely the targets would lean towards Trey Harris is the main beneficiary of a conkey being out.
14:42But again, guys, it's a low end flex value because of the way that the chargers offense is operating and difficult matchups.
14:48Yeah. Just not good. Just not good. Well, um, I believe that's everything that we had injury wise for the week.
14:54Were there any big names that, that I missed or anything that happened late that you guys can think of?
14:59No, I think you got everybody on my list.
15:02Uh, uh, the only other person I meant to mention is Mike Evans.
15:06Wow. What a tough dude. He fractured his rib seven days ago.
15:09So that's all I have to say. Crazy. Yeah.
15:12And he put up a pretty big performance last time, last time I checked before we hopped on.
15:17Good for him. Awesome. Cool. Well, uh, Deepak, thank you for joining us.
15:20Um, we will quickly show you a video and then we will get back talking about storylines and all that fun stuff.
15:27Thanks doc. Yep. No problem. All right. And Tara and I are going to talk storylines, but before we do, I need

16:13So, all right, now we're talking through some storylines and these aren't necessarily in an order of importance, just kind of how they made the sheet.
16:20But the first thing that I want to talk about is Drake made back.
16:24I mean, we had, we had a tough first three weeks.
16:28I had him on my team for two weeks and then I, I sent him away.
16:32I traded him. Uh, I felt good after last week and now he put up what 20 some points against the bills.
16:38Is Drake made back? Uh, this was a positive matchup.
16:41The bills defense has been suspect. So I don't know how much I trust him in those more difficult matchups.
16:47But the good thing is, is that technically speaking, um, other than next week, which is Vegas, who clearly looks for real and the defense looks for real.
16:55So it's a little bit more difficult to match up.
16:58But after that, uh, New York jets, Chicago, it's kind of in the middle of the road, Miami.
17:03Miami green Bay Detroit. So yeah, Drake may is back.
17:06And then the bi-week after that. So yeah, I mean, it's good to see.
17:10And in general, like the turnovers have been egregious for him, but there was the excuse of the fact that he has AJ Brown.
17:16That's missing. Obviously there, um, was underperforming from a lot of this receiving core, particularly Romeo Dobbs.
17:21So to see him step up and actually look like somebody lit a fire under him and said, Hey buddy, you have to actually catch the ball.
17:29You have to perform. And then the receiver one moving forward until AJ Brown is back.
17:33This was very encouraging. So I do feel more positive.
17:36He'll go back into the circle of trust, although with a little skepticism, a little skepticism this week with Vegas.
17:42But after that, yeah, we're just, we're feeling a lot better.
17:45It feels a lot different from say Justin Herbert where yeah, like I, I, there, there feels like there was, you know,
17:51just a hint, a hint of promise still with Drake made where we didn't feel like we had to completely bail out
17:58in the destitute way that we're feeling about the offense for the chargers.
18:01Yeah, for sure. Yeah. I don't necessarily think it means that he's going right back into your lineup next week, like you said, against Vegas.
18:08But I do think it's one of those things where you can look at the first three matchups and obviously like just
18:15looking at the fantasy points is disgusting, but you can kind of excuse away.
18:19If you just look at each one individually, you know, week one, Seattle best defense in the NFL last year, just won the Superbowl.
18:25He lost AJ Brown at the beginning of the third quarter.
18:29Okay, fine. Week two, they, the Steelers offense couldn't do anything.
18:32So they just didn't really have to throw the ball.
18:35Uh, Travon Henderson had a big game in week two.
18:37And then week three is just one of those games where every, everything goes bad.
18:42He's trying to make a play in the end zone.
18:44Throws a terrible interception against the Jags. Again, it's, it's not great when it's the first three weeks of the season, but
18:51you can kind of, you can kind of, um, understand the way it goes.
18:55So yeah, like we said, probably not. I mean, depending on your quarterbacks and the streaming options and stuff, so you're, you're,
19:01you're saying probably not right back into your lineup next week, but after that, probably.
19:05Is that how you think he'll be borderline? I mean, we'll have Bryce young out and Patrick Mahomes out.
19:11So that's two guys. We got Lamar Jackson injury that we're dealing with.
19:14Yay. We get Jaden Daniels back, but we still have Baker Mayfield out.
19:18We clearly can't trust J J Lund Daniels. So Drake may is probably still going to be a starter, probably low in QB one due to the matchup.
19:26There's probably going to be guys that are higher, but yeah, we're putting them back into our lineups just because of the
19:32fact that we are going to be still very depleted at quarterback next week.
19:36True. Yeah. And obviously, I mean, Caleb, I mean, maybe that we could have asked the doctor that, but probably no Caleb next week either.
19:43Yeah. Um, all right. The next one we're sticking on who's back.
19:47Um, I, you know, I saw that the three receivers from the 2024 first round draft that everybody's kind of been, been,
19:53been crowning on, um, crapping on score touchdowns. The middle, the middle neighbors, Brian Thomas, Jr.
19:57Marvin Harrison, Jr. Yeah. Only one of them really had that good of a game in his Malik neighbors.
20:03And that's who I want to ask. Um, is he back six receptions, seven targets, 112 yards.
20:08He scored a touchdown. Um, obviously nobody was probably benching him, but should we feel good about Malik neighbors?
20:13Like we felt probably after week one against the Cowboys.
20:16Yes. All good. This was the confirmation that we needed.
20:19I do a DFS article for fantasy pros every single week.
20:22Malik neighbors was on there, um, for the fact that this profiled as a bounce back opportunity because of Jameis Winston, because
20:28we could make those excuses for the first two games.
20:31Right. We talked about it before week two, you were against the LA Rams, nasty defense coming in cold.
20:36They were angry. It was a bad setup week three.
20:39Bad weather. So there were legitimate reasons as to why Jameis Winston was not able to get the ball to, um, Malik
20:45neighbors in a, in a manner that we saw, you know, back when he was at Cleveland or any time period.
20:51Right. But, you know, back, I think of back in Cleveland where he took even a guy like Jerry Judy up to superstardom.
20:58So we know what Jameis can do. We just needed confirmation that there was no age creeping in and that he is still Jameis Winston.
21:05So we get this positive matchup against Arizona, um, decent enough weather still a little bit, you know, but decent.
21:11Enough to be able to make a good judgment on this one.
21:14And I feel good about it moving forward, especially because the schedule, it's got some ups and downs here, but over the
21:20next couple of weeks, we got some good matchups.
21:23So, um, we're back on track with Malik neighbors.
21:26I would have liked to see a little bit more volume, but we saw what we needed to see in terms of the Hail Mary ball.
21:33Just the 50, 50 balls, Jameis. You just got to get it out there somewhere near him.
21:38Yeah. And he could come down with it. Yeah.
21:40We'll gladly take 30 interception, 30 touchdown Jameis Winston.
21:43If he's throwing 10 of those two Malik neighbors.
21:45Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. You bring it up. Jerry Judy.
21:48We'll always remember that Jerry Judy and Cedric Tillman run that, that, um, Jameis Winston had 2023.
21:53Whenever that was, it's like the, um, whatever that, the, um, the meme of the guy, I forget the guy's name, but anyways, we can move on.
22:00Um, so I, I, I hinted that we would talk about the bears running back rotation.
22:05So I think we could talk about this, assuming when I'm guys healthy and that he's going to give it a go
22:11next week and that we don't have to worry about him being injured with that thumb.
22:16Uh, 30 carries for one guy only 15 for Deandre Swift.
22:19And the big thing here is that he was a sense essentially benched after a fumble in the third quarter.
22:25That's when they really started to give everything to Manungai who looked fantastic.
22:28So do you think this is one of those things where it's kind of like, Hey, don't fumble.
22:33Um, and then Swift goes back to being the main guy next week.
22:37Or do you think it's going to be maybe not 30 carries to 15, but closer to 50, 50, or maybe even
22:43leaning a little bit more Manungai moving forward. With the discover cash back card, it's payback time.

23:31And we'll discuss the game that brought us together, because nothing is off limits.
23:35Do you remember your initial reaction when Fox called you to be a part of the World Cup?
23:40I was like, no, I don't want to do it.
23:43You said no? I played with players that didn't, I don't think that they really, truly love the game.
23:48I found the love with the ball at my foot.
23:51But in my head, it was the long game.
23:54It was like, I don't care what I'm being asked to do at Fox.
23:58I'm going to go get some reps, and I'm going to learn it and love it and embrace it.

24:22The new NFL season is here, and you should be listening to NFL Daily as we march along to Super Bowl 61.
24:28Last year, we had Mike McDonald, Sam Darnold on the field after the game.
24:32But that was last year. If you're a football sicko like me, NFL Daily is your kind of show.
24:38It is in the name. NFL Daily, fresh content in your feed every day, all season long.
24:42Matthew Stafford coming off his MVP season. On a dazzling dart from Matthew Stafford.
24:46Big time trades that shake up the NFL. A.J.
24:49Brown is loose! And of course, those Seahawks trying to run it back and win another Lombardi trophy.
24:54The Seahawks win Super Bowl 60! They are bringing the Lombardis back to the Northwest!
24:58If it's happening on a football field, NFL Daily will cover it.
25:02Listen to NFL Daily on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
25:06I don't know that it's going to have a major effect moving forward.
25:10Although it just is a reminder because I've had some people asking, you know, hey, someone's on waivers.
25:15Can I drop a guy like Kyle Manungay? Under no circumstances can you ever drop one of these high-end 1B high-end handcuffs like Kyle Manungay or Blake Corum.
25:23And I do think that, you know, looking at Kyle Manungay, he has a big ball security guy.
25:28There have not been any remote issues in terms of fumbling.
25:31So maybe, I don't know, but DeAndre Swift hasn't really had a problem over the past couple of seasons.
25:37But this is the second one that he's had, so maybe this was a little warning sign.
25:42But I think it'll go back to the more standard way that we've seen to make that pivot when he's been so solid this season in general.
25:49It just doesn't seem like it would be a full pivot to all of a sudden flipping the backfield.
25:55It has been last season, right? It was more of a 50-50.
25:58And we haven't gotten the level of Kyle Manungay consistently that we would have liked to see compared to last season.
26:04Although there have been some, you know, decent outings, but not to the level that we were hoping to see in terms
26:10of it being a more even 50-50 split. So maybe it goes to that.
26:14Maybe it does. But there's a lot of positive matchups coming where both of these guys are going to be viable options.
26:20So if you're struggling at running back, Kyle Manungay remains somebody who you can potentially throw in as your RB tail.
26:26Yeah, I think I would be very happy to have either one of them on any of my teams.
26:32And if there's somebody out there freaking out about DeAndre Swift, send an offer.
26:36I mentioned this last time I was on with Bogman.
26:39My fantasy philosophy is just send a million trade offers.
26:41You'll never know what people, you'll never guess what people say yes to.
26:45And to talk about like the split again, Ben Johnson doesn't feel like that kind of hard-o coach who's like, oh, you fumbled.
26:52You're not playing on my team anymore kind of thing.
26:55Like maybe, yeah, it's like you said, it was the second one, like a little bit of a warning in a game that they had in hand.
27:02And we know that Manungay can carry a big load.
27:05Like he had 30 carries in a game last week against the Bengals.
27:09And I've always liked Manungay. I feel like even with Swift healthy, I think he has standalone value because he won't get
27:15the goal line, but he will get goal line touches.
27:18And they're such a good running team that, like I said, I've always liked Manungay.
27:22Anyway, all right, next up. This was, I feel like this is a big one.
27:26CeeDee Lamb versus George Pickens kind of highlighted by like, we all know CeeDee Lamb is awesome.
27:31I'm glad he confirmed that. But concern about George Pickens, he's somebody that like after every single week, I've wanted to buy him.
27:38After week one, two, three, I feel like it's coming with George Pickens.
27:41And, you know, I had him to hit 70 plus receiving yards.
27:45So I'm glad that he hit that for me.
27:47But he did that on two receptions in three targets.
27:50Whereas Mr. CeeDee Lamb, 21 targets. Get again, get CeeDee and Ivy after this game.
27:5417 receptions in that game. He had 180 something yards.
27:57Last week, he was eight for 112. He was nine for 153 and two the week before.
28:02I feel like heading into this year, we all thought it was like a 1A, 1B, which it does not so far
28:08through four weeks does not seem like that kind of situation.
28:12Yeah, I've got a dynasty team with Monungi and CeeDee Lamb.
28:15So that was a good day for that little team right there.
28:18More, more CeeDee Lamb. It's funny. I wish we had talked about this with Dr.
28:22Deepak because and I always reference him. Anytime I talk about CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, I always reference him because of
28:29the fact that we talk about the A.J. Brown high ankle sprain, the fact that there is this, you know, significant timeline
28:35and the fact that the most important thing is that when he does come back, we're not going to see him operating at 100 percent.
28:42There is going to be a decrease in productivity from him because coming back from that ankle sprain, you don't it's not
28:48like again, you were talking about the hamstring earlier.
28:51You come back from the hamstrings. You are who you are.
28:54It's different with the high ankle sprains. And that's what we saw last year with CeeDee Lamb.
28:59So it makes sense, honestly, that we are seeing this revert back because we've got the healthy version of CeeDee Lamb.
29:05He had that high ankle sprain last year. He actually came back sooner than you would have thought.
29:10And it just seemed like he was never playing at full capacity.
29:13So I feel like we got a decreased version of CeeDee Lamb last year and that benefited George Pickens.
29:19Now we're seeing the authentic version of what this receiving core looks like when both of these receivers are healthy.
29:24And CeeDee Lamb is is the alpha. So, I mean, 21 targets is kind of outrageous, but, you know, and hopefully this
29:31as they, you know, they got Joey Porter Jr.
29:33and they've they've added players on defense. So hopefully they just continue to improve on defense.
29:38But at the end of the day, CeeDee is probably going to come through.
29:42It was one of the most reliable is ironically was the first round pick that everyone hemmed and hawed about the one
29:48that we were like, I don't know, it's just, you know, not a high upside play.
29:52But, hey, he is pulling through. So, yeah, I think the separation is real.
29:56I I get the the trading of George Pickens, but a lot of what I'm seeing with people who are listing the
30:03trades that they want to do involving George Pickens, the George Pickens side just isn't as much value as the side they're
30:09trying to trade away because we're chasing that ceiling, hopefully with Pickens.
30:12But if the ceiling is not what we think it is, I think a lot of people might unfortunately like if you
30:19want to buy low, buy low, but make sure you're buying low and below value, because unfortunately, I'm seeing a lot of
30:25trades that are just coming back a little lopsided as if Pickens is still that that borderline top 12 wide receiver.
30:31Yeah, I mean, he was so good last year.
30:33He was like the wide receiver five and half PPR, something like that.
30:37And even when CeeDee Lamb came back, I think you probably like you said, people probably didn't give it enough credit that
30:43he came back from a high angle and he wasn't going to be 100 percent.
30:48Because even when CeeDee came back, George Pickens was still really, really good from a fantasy perspective.
30:52So, yeah, I guess the answer you're like, you're not buying, but you're probably not selling.
30:57You're just holding Pickens at this point and you're just kind of hoping that like eventually the ball will come his way or he'll break a big play.
31:05I think it's kind of where you're at. Is that right?
31:08Yeah, because it's Dak at quarterback, right? And we know the volume that he can push when he's healthy.
31:13So as long as Dak is on the field, I've got no problem with holding him.
31:18Yeah, I'm kind of with you. I tried to buy him for three weeks and I think at this point I'm like,
31:24all right, let me let me see a big game.
31:27But part of this discussion, what's going on with the Texans defense?
31:30You can explain away the matchups because, you know, it was Josh Allen week one.
31:35It was Joe Burrow in week two. So then it was Daniel Jones last week who like we saw Josh Downs have
31:41a great game against them, not against the commanders.
31:43And then this game where CeeDee Lamb blows up and Pickens, I mean, he didn't kill you.
31:4875 yards and two receptions. It's not what you want, but he's not going to kill you.
31:53So should we be kind of rethinking how we view the Texans as a target or do you think it's just a matchup thing?
32:00The one thing I wish I had done was look at time of possession for this game to see if that was an issue because it's possible.
32:08I mean, because we know that they were struggling without Nico Collins, which makes 100 percent.
32:12Obviously, that would have a negative effect on the defense if they're having to stay on the field longer because unfortunately we can't get him moving forward.
32:20So I just yeah, it makes me uncomfortable to start them at this point, moving them back depending on matchups.
32:26But yeah, there's there's something going on here, which is weird because they did end up having they even added talent on defense.
32:32They invested in the draft. So, yeah, I mean, yeah, free agency and draft.
32:36So, yeah, there should have been this should be reinforced.
32:39There shouldn't be having issues. So I'm curious if the time of possession is an issue.
32:43It was so this game was 33 about 33 and a half to the Cowboys 26 and a half to the Texans.
32:50But yeah, maybe the previous weeks. Yeah, you know defense is one of those things where it's never as sticky as offense
32:56and the Texans being one of the best defenses in the NFL for the past two years heading into this year.
33:02Maybe they're due for some regression. We're kind of seeing that with the Eagles like their defense was awesome for the last
33:08two years and they haven't been nearly as good either.
33:11So, yeah, it's one of those things where like you you see your players going up against the Texans.
33:16I mean, Josh Allen before this year had been terrible against the Texans and then he was amazing against them.
33:22So it's just one of those things where maybe, you know, it's hard to unconfirm your priors when heading into the year.
33:28Everybody was like Texans top three defense. But yeah, I mean, if you have a good if you have a good receiver,
33:35probably not somebody you should be scared of against the Texans.
33:38Yeah, exactly. The secondary is underwhelming. We have this gap in time of possession.
33:42And really, maybe the key that might be the issue and wrapping it all is that the running backs are struggling.
33:48And hey, Woody Marks actually does look fairly good.
33:50But the run game as a whole is struggling.
33:53The offensive line rub blocking is an issue. So maybe that's just having that residual effect in terms of putting so much on the defense.
34:00Yeah. And, you know, we have a panic meter coming up later.
34:03Dave Montgomery. I'm guessing people are going to have a lot of questions about David Montgomery because week one, everyone taking victory
34:09laps thinking they got the next 2024 Joe Mixon.
34:12Not good. Not good since then. But all right.
34:15Rounding out here. The last one ending negative. Maybe we should have flipped these and started and ended positive.
34:20But I mean, at what point do we just anchorman Baxter punt the Chargers off a bridge?
34:25Hampton garbage time salvaged his day like 12 points before we hopped on.
34:29And then he, you know, to touch or a touchdown a couple of weeks ago, 16 and a half points, but eight
34:35and five and a half before then. I mean, Justin Herbert, 13, eight, 13, eight and a half points.
34:40Lad, obviously injuries. He was awesome in the first half of week one.
34:44Since then, five, eight and a half. And then he gave you a big old goose.
34:48Are we just, I mean, you're not going to bench Hampton, but what are we doing with the Chargers?
34:54Oh, you're throwing it up and praying. It's a mess.
34:57You can't start. I mean, at this point, I mean, the only one that you were contemplating starting was Lad McConkie.
35:03Now that he's dealing with the injuries and even if he, you know, let's say he is active next week and playing through the injury.
35:10To what degree can you trust it if he keeps leaving the games?
35:13They're going to be playing from behind. How long does he last in a blowout?
35:18So it's just, it's an uncomfortable situation where I don't feel like trusting any of them at this point.
35:23But you're right. The one that you have to, and it's, I think I'm going to put a buy low out on
35:29Amari and Hampton just because that is the only asset that kind of has like a guaranteed role in that backfield in
35:36terms of it can't physically be taken away. So I don't know.
35:39It's just a mess to be honest. And Justin Herbert, I don't trust it whatsoever.
35:43No, I'm, and I love the Chargers heading into the year.
35:46I mean, I thought Mike McDaniel was going to come in and make it the offense, like just as high flying as
35:53we saw those first couple of years in Miami coming from Greg Roman, you know, the, the, the old school run it down your throat kind of coach.
36:01And it, they just look disjointed. They look broken.
36:03It's, it's all the bad things you can say.
36:06Um, but yeah, I, I don't, I'm kind of with you.
36:09I, I, the, the Martin Hampton owner is probably ready to get rid of him.
36:13Um, I was trying to trade Saquon Barkley for him before this week, obviously.
36:17Um, now that's not going to get done because of the, the injury, but you, especially if that person has a bad
36:23record, you might be able to, to get something for him.
36:26Um, but yeah, it's not great. It's definitely, it's definitely not great.
36:30Um, but all right, we can move on. And before we talk about panic meter, which we're kind of just hinting at,
36:36um, I want to talk to you guys about the fantasy pros waiver planner.

37:30I listed some, um, just, just to kind of get us started.
37:34And I want to talk about, um, I'm not going to be a Homer and mentioned Jalen hurts first.
37:39So we'll do Parker Washington because I'm guessing we're going to be in agreement here.
37:43Tough game. I actually liked his matchup. I thought he was going to have a good game.
37:48Um, I, I didn't write down his exact stat line, but I know it wasn't good.
37:53But Brent strange still, still all the targets and the catches in that game.
37:57Um, what's your panic meter on, on Parker Washington?
37:59Zero. No, I mean, he's just been so steady before this.
38:02There were a couple of where, um, a couple he should have had.
38:06There were more of his, um, drops on his part.
38:09Um, not egregious drops, but you, you know, more difficult ones that you should have still been able to grab.
38:15So no, I'm, I'm still good on him. Targets were still there.
38:18Um, he's still a, still a fine option. Yeah, it's a, it's, it's a zero.
38:22Uh, one receivers have bad games. I think it's one of those things where, um, when you look at the end of
38:29the year, you look at the best receivers and they all have bad games.
38:33Um, so we got one in here from Axel Gonzalez, uh, JK Dobbins.
38:36What is your panic meter on Mr. Just kidding Dobbins?
38:39Uh, mine is a, is a zero because I'm not in on job ends and in any way, shape or form.
38:45Um, so technically, but I guess from that perspective, you could say a 10, um, just a, it's, it's never been there.
38:51Unfortunately, um, in terms of the upside, it being a split backfield, it's just messy.
38:56He does not have the high receiving upside. And then you can't even rely on him in the red zone because that's
39:02where, um, Sean Payton likes to bring, uh, RJ Harvey in for receptions within the red zone.
39:07So it's just such a. Underwhelming ceiling and a mediocre floor that I just, I can't get there with him.
39:12So if you have the opportunity to, you know, perhaps there's somebody out here, um, who is having to start backup running
39:19backs and they could use a JK Dobbins. Yeah.
39:21Try and try and sell. See if you can pass off.
39:24Yeah. I, he's one of those players that you can't cut, but you can't start.
39:29It's like the worst player to have on your team.
39:31So yeah, I would try to sell, even if you could just sell them for fab.
39:36If like somebody put a huge bid on Ollie Gordon or I guess, no, sorry, the opposite of that they have a
39:42lot of fab, just try to sell them something like that.
39:45Yeah. Um, from 18 J Mac, I'm guessing we're going to be in agreement here, but Deandre Swift.
39:50No, I think we're good. I don't think that the one fumble is going to have him, um, shipped off into the, into the abyss.
39:58So no, um, sad that it happened, but there was still, um, there's still value, plenty of value for him.
40:03Yeah. I'm a, I'm a zero. I'm a one on Deandre Swift.
40:07He's, he's somebody else that I think if, if the manager like, happens to have a bad record and they just want
40:13to change things up, I would, I would be in on, on Deandre Swift.
40:17Yeah. One hundred percent. Um, another one from, uh, Axel Gonzalez.
40:20What about Kenyon Sadiq? He was everybody's favorite after last week.
40:23He gave you a big old goose this week.
40:26Uh, what do you, what do you think about for Kenyon Sadiq?
40:29No panic around him in particular, but Gino Smith, um, you know, I, I'm curious, it was, was Gino just an aberration
40:35of where we'll, we've either got two things, right?
40:38Um, either that is more of an indication of just how truly dreadful Detroit's defense is.
40:42And that pop that we got out of him last week, but he had been very efficient before.
40:48So there wasn't really a problem. This was just, this was not it.
40:51So I don't really, this was a no, no panic around Sadiq.
40:55Although again, I'm still being conservative with him because we need to see him with Adonai Mitchell and Mason Taylor.
41:00You got to remember that he's out there in a depleted offense.
41:04What will this look like when they come back?
41:06That's the big question. That's exactly what I was going to say.
41:10I'm not, I'm not, I'm not Baxter punting him off a bridge, but I would like to see him with Adonai Mitchell
41:16and, um, their backup tight end Mason Taylor, who they drafted a couple of years ago in the second round.
41:22Like those guys aren't going away if the finger injury for Mitchell seems kind of weird.
41:26I guess we could have asked the doctor about that, but yeah, I'm not, I'm not dropping him.
41:31I would like to not start somebody else next week, but it's a rookie tight end.
41:36He had a couple of touchdowns so far this year.
41:39I'm not, I'm not freaking out yet. Um, same, same question here, or sorry, same person, Axel Gonzalez.
41:44I'm guessing this is in regards to the injuries to the Bengals receivers.
41:47What about Joe Burrow? Yeah, this is a, again on this one, um, we've got next week and then the bi-week so,
41:54um, I have not looked at rankings for next week, but arguably without both of them, I would in fact move Joe Burrow further back.
42:01Um, but we're not like a massive panic because again, as Deepak was saying, we should have them back after the bi-week and next week is against Miami.
42:09Um, so it's like a, that's one of those weird games where it'll be like, if you, instead of turning to like
42:15maybe a risky streaming option, just recognize that you're going to have probably a floor game from Joe Burrow.
42:20They'll probably lean on Chase Brown heavily in that game because running backs tend to be the way to go.
42:26So just keep that in mind. You might have to pivot.
42:29Yeah. I think for next week, you can see what this, see what the waiver wire looks like.
42:34Um, you know, we're not hip with the streaming options yet, but I feel like there's always one to three good streaming options that aren't heavily rostered.
42:42So yeah, I mean, obviously you're no, you're not, no one's thinking about, about dropping him, but yeah, maybe think about having a different starter next week.
42:50Um, and then, so we'll do two more and then we'll move on.
42:53Uh, what about the bucks? I mean, Baker, we got weird news that like he got surgery and has stitches, but like nothing was torn or broken.
43:01It was kind of interesting. I guess that's another question probably for the next week for the doc, but I mean, Bucky Irving didn't have a great game.
43:09Uh, the, the touchdown went to, uh, Kenny Gainwell and then a Mecca Buka from, this is from Nelson Viveros, uh, 90, 96, 90.
43:16Um, and Mecca Buka also feels like a landmine, like somebody that you can't start, but that you can't drop.
43:22It's just, I mean, to answer my question, own question first, for me, it's like a 10.
43:26I I'm trying to get out of my shares of anybody on the bucks at this point.
43:31Yeah, I, I, I, I, I totally get that.
43:34Um, I would move. I'm putting out a preemptive warning on Bucky Irving, um, because unfortunately, because of the way that Tampa
43:40Bay's offense has just been so unsuccessful and that's the issue as well.
43:44It's not as if Baker Mayfield is going to come back and fix everything, right?
43:48So because they've been so underwhelming, we have not really gotten a lot of usage in the red zone for anyone.
43:54So there was no proof of point. Now we get in here, we have the coaching staff actively saying, Hey, we w
44:00we really want to get more touches to Sean Tucker.
44:03And they didn't lie. They meant that they meant that they wanted.
44:06Jay, who get more touches to Sean Tucker. And finally we get red zone touch touchdown Sean Tucker.
44:12So it's just like an, like an, just a little warning sign of remember what happened last year when Bucky Irving of
44:18like the starting running backs had the lowest utilization in the red zone.
44:21It was not even close. He had zero touches inside the five.
44:25So yeah, um, just, just, yeah, there's, there's some panic on that one.
44:29It's scary. It's scary. All right. There's two more that would, um, just give us the panic number without the, um, without the, um, um, analysis.
44:36Cause we'll just have to move on here. But Jalen hurts from 18 J Mac and Paul Gregory, 25 Oh seven on Josh down.
44:43So one to 10 on Jalen hurts and Josh downs.
44:46So seven with hurts and with Josh downs, like a five.
44:49I'm with you five on Josh downs hurts. I'm, I'm probably going eight, uh, assuming we're not gonna have Devante Smith for the next couple weeks.
44:56Yeah. So, all right, before we move on and answer your guys some, some questions before Sunday night football starts, I want

45:47In a real quick Q and a before we go on and get out of here, I will answer some of your questions.
45:54So, uh, yeah, we don't have a ton of time, but get your questions in.
45:58It will start with, um, uh, wheel T X four Z is pretty good.
46:02Correct. Worry level of Lamar Jackson. So if you missed the beginning of the show, Dr.
46:07Deepak Chona said that it looks like Lamar most likely will miss maybe a week.
46:11Uh, that's obviously not confirmed and we're going to wait to see how practice reports go.
46:15Um, but just curious, like worry level of Lamar Jackson and then Zay if we have no Lamar Jackson next week.
46:21And we talked about that a little bit, but just in case that wheel T X four missed it.
46:27Um, Zay would only be like a, like a three.
46:30Um, because again, we're looking at potential absence of Lamar Jackson.
46:33So obviously, you know, Snoop Huntley is cool and all can run the offense, but it's not given the same upside that
46:39Lamar gives to Zay, but Zay is Zay. So he would still be someone that we would be starting, uh, um, Snoop Huntley, pro bowl quarterback, just saying.
46:47So, um, he should be able to supply plenty of fans value for Zay.
46:51Yeah. I mean, maybe Zay won't get a hundred yards in the first half and a touchdown, but I think he'll be, I think he'll be just fine.
46:59Yeah. Um, same, same person here. Wheel T X four.
47:02We also talked about this a little bit. Um, Shipley priority.
47:05I'm, I'm, you know, for fab or for the waiver priority.
47:08Like if we don't have any news on tank, are you burning a number one priority on, on Will Shipley?
47:14Yeah, I might. That's the issue of the, of the Eagles by week is the only thing, but, um, yeah, because again,
47:20we see these hamstrings, it can be two to three.
47:23So, um, we hopefully we'll get some more details in terms of a specific timeline, but if you see that week to week, yeah, that's the indication.
47:30We'll give them some priority there to go get Shipley.
47:33If, if tank is not going to be available.
47:36Yeah. And, and like you said, even if tank is there, obviously he would take the priority over Shipley, but Shipley will have standalone fantasy value.
47:43He'll get the passing work. He'll get used enough where he's not going to blow up, but you're not, you're not hoping that he will.
47:50Um, next question here from Christopher Reeves, 75, 13 Kendra.
47:53I'm getting, yeah. Kendra Miller here or Bryson Tremaine.
47:56I'm guessing this is a start sit for about five minutes from now or five minutes from now for tonight.
48:01Yeah. Bryson, Bryson, put it in now. Okay. Really?
48:04Yes. Not over. So you, I guess, no, obviously Kendra Miller is tomorrow, obviously, but the Bryson one's tonight.
48:09So you think that he's just going to get not obviously the same level of workload that, um, Jalen Coker did, but
48:16he'll be in the wide receiver two spot. Yeah.
48:18Yeah. Um, and match up really again, just the, the confidence level that we should have of anybody and everybody that is playing against Detroit.
48:25It's a lighted up scenario. No Jalen Coker. Um, so I'm feeling very good about him.
48:30Very good. You know, flex worthy value. And then feeling very good about Waller as well.
48:34Waller for sure. Yeah. I just worry about the rain.
48:37That's literally the only thing. Let's just, let's just stay dry.
48:40Let's get the passing work. Um, from no Ben Cosme, 90, 84.
48:44Do you drop, I'm guessing that's Jalen Tyson for Tyreek Hill on IR.
48:47Is there, was there news that came out about Tyreek with the chiefs or is it just people speculating because of the injuries?
48:54It's just speculation. And at least we have seen him.
48:57Like I've seen a video of him running and it was not an edited, like, you know, an edited commercial like Joe Mixon.
49:03Hey, visiting Seattle, Joe Mixon. Yeah. Yeah. Um, I think it's, oh, that's tough.
49:07That's tough. Um, and we don't have any continued, uh, we don't have any update from Tyson.
49:12Do we? The only update we have is that technically he's eligible to come off IR this week, but that their head
49:18coach, Kellen Moore said that it's unlikely that he's going to be practicing this week.
49:23So I think it'll be another, another month for, for, for Tyson, but you can think on it.
49:28I'm, I'm still not doing that. I think he's going to be so good when he comes back.
49:33And I think Tyreek Hill was already showing signs of decline.
49:36And then he absolutely like shredded his knee. Like that was a brutal, brutal knee injury.
49:40So I would rather just keep stashing Tyson personally.
49:43Yeah. I, I, I think I'm on that end.
49:46Cause again, saints are such a high volume offense for sure.
49:49And Tyler Shuck is dealing. Yeah. They play like five plus quarters just because of how fast they play.
49:54Yeah. Um, from Maz Judah, um, CJ shot was definitely the right move.
49:58Picked him up to start over Hertz. Nice job.
50:00Uh, keep rolling with CJ Stroud. I don't know who they play next week, but with Nico Collins in, it seems like
50:07you can also put CJ Stroud in. They're playing Tennessee.
50:09So yeah, run it back. Yeah. Run it back.
50:12They've been, they've been a great matchup. Um, full PPR Waller or Valey from Tanner Woodward.
50:17Uh, this is a Valey for me. I, Waller's got a higher percent chance of scoring, but I, I really think Valey
50:23is going to have a great game. It's Waller for me.
50:26Okay. So use the ECR rankings as the tiebreaker, whichever one ECR has higher, use them as the tiebreaker.
50:31Cause I'm with you. I do think while I was going to have a good game, but, um, full PPR makes me,
50:38makes me go towards, towards Valey from pretty Ricky Flacco.
50:40Um, not a question here. Am I the only one that drafted a breeze on the second pick?
50:46Probably. Probably pretty Ricky. Um, from Jeremy Patton, 58, 57.
50:48We kind of talked about this, but should you look to trade, trade George Pickens, trade for George Pickens?
50:54I think we're both kind of staying, uh, staying.
50:56Yeah. Yeah. It's, it's a weird situation. I mean, if you want to put feelers out there and see what kind of
51:03value you get, um, you can do that for sure.
51:05Um, but it's, it's not a, not a terrible thing to have to hold onto him.
51:10Yeah. He's going to have a game. It's a, I feel the same way about Jamison Williams.
51:15Like he will have a game and then you can kind of see how you feel from there.
51:20Um, but all right, that's all we got everybody.
