Aaron Jones

NegativeRole33:55

With Jordan Mason out, Jones is expected to take on a larger share of the backfield, though likely not a full bell-cow role due to age and injury history. Travis A-chan notes that the Vikings' offense may be more balanced this year, potentially benefiting Jones, who has historically been a top-20 producer.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveUsage5:34

Bijan Robinson is the RB2 and remains in the S-tier. Despite an abysmal Falcons offense that failed to record a single red-zone snap in Week 1, Robinson commanded a massive 45% target share. He has a strong history against the Panthers, scoring at least 22.5 fantasy points in each of his last three meetings against them.

Insight page
PositiveRole55:29

Travis A-chan notes that Dan Quinn remains high on Robinson's twitch and ability to reach the second level, emphasizing that the team wants to get him more reps to improve his comfort with the offensive line, suggesting the coaching staff views him as a focal point despite recent fumble concerns.

Insight page

Blake Corum

PositiveBreakout64:21

Travis A-chan praises Blake Corum's talent, calling him an NFL-caliber starter, and suggests he could have fantasy value if the Rams are winning, as he and Kyren Williams could both potentially score touchdowns in favorable game scripts.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

NegativeBreakout42:12

Allen is ranked as RB24 and is a notable target against the Broncos, who struggled significantly with tackling in Week 1. Despite some missed reads, Allen's athleticism and ability to break tackles suggest he is on the verge of a breakout performance, though his goal-line role remains a committee concern.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveUsage25:25

Despite sharing snaps with Braylon Allen, Hall is viewed as a strong RB1 candidate. He looked excellent in Week 1, and the Packers' defense has been vulnerable to the run. Travis A-chan suggests ranking Hall higher than his previous finishes, noting that he remains a key part of the offense even if he isn't a 75% snap-share bell cow.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveBreakout30:10

Irving is a potential top-15 RB if he secures goal-line work. He showed strong usage in Week 1, catching passes in negative game script and running effectively. Travis A-chan compares his playstyle to James Cook and notes that the Buccaneers' offensive line is a positive factor.

Insight page
NegativeValue41:11

Irving is mentioned as part of a tier of running backs (alongside Aaron Jones and David Montgomery) that Rhamondre Stevenson would be ranked ahead of if Trevon Henderson were ruled out.

Insight page

Cam Akers

PositiveUsage36:06

Akers is expected to receive 15 touches regardless of game script. Travis A-chan notes he ran hard and well in Week 1. The primary question is his involvement in the passing game; if he catches passes, he has RB12 upside, but he could finish as an RB21 if he remains strictly a runner.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveUsage28:38

Brown is a high-usage asset, ranking as the RB4 in expected points in Week 1 with an 18% target share. Despite a tough matchup against the Texans' defense, his role in the passing game and snap share (71%) make him a safe fantasy play. Travis A-chan notes he is in too good of an environment to be a bust.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeRole7:25

Christian McCaffrey remains an S-tier RB, though his role is evolving. Kyle Shanahan intends to keep him fresher, with Kalen Black expected to spell him on early downs between the 20s. McCaffrey maintains dominance in passing situations (10 of 12 snaps) and goal-line work. While he may not be the 'legendary' RB1 of the past, he remains a high-floor play against the Dolphins.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveProjection36:36

Hubbard is a strong fantasy asset, finishing as RB9 in Week 1 with 13.9 expected half-PPR points and handling all goal-line work. With the Panthers' offensive line stabilized by Rob Hunt and Damian Lewis, Hubbard should be considered a top-24 back and an auto-flex play while the current backfield split persists.

Insight page
PositiveValue38:14

Hubbard is considered undervalued at his current ranking. He has a strong history against the Falcons and is the primary goal-line back for the Panthers. Travis A-chan notes that the offensive line is performing well and Hubbard's usage (13.9 expected points in Week 1) supports a higher ranking.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

PositiveProjection66:06

Travis A-chan ranks DJ Moore as the WR13 for the week, citing his explosive performance in Week 1, a strong role in the passing game, and a favorable matchup against a depleted Lions secondary.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveRole23:40

Swift is considered a boom-bust RB2 against a tough Vikings defense that limits running back receiving production. However, his role as an 'all-purpose back' is solidified, and he has shown growth in understanding the run game. Travis A-chan highlights his strong usage since last year's bye week.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeUsage32:00

Montgomery remains a touchdown-dependent RB2. While he saw five touches inside the 10-yard line in Week 1, he struggled with efficiency, getting hit at or behind the line of scrimmage on 14 of 20 carries. His 50% snap rate is offset by his high-value goal-line role.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeProjection22:02

Ranked as RB13, Achane faces a difficult outlook with the Dolphins' team total at just 16 points. While he caught five passes in Week 1, the offense's low play volume and the 49ers' defensive strength are major concerns. Travis A-chan expresses worry that his ADP might be too high given the current offensive environment.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveProjection11:44

Derrick Henry is the RB4 and remains S-tier. Since 2024, he is the RB5 in games with Lamar Jackson, averaging 106 rushing yards and nearly a touchdown per game. He leads the league in rush yards over expected, EPA per carry, and yards per carry. The Ravens' reworked offensive line and new play-calling from Declan Doyle have further bolstered his efficiency.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeMatchup60:39

Travis A-chan expresses concern about Dobbins facing a difficult Jacksonville Jaguars defensive line in Week 2, noting that Dobbins likely needs a rushing touchdown to be fantasy-relevant given the Broncos' offensive line struggles in Week 1.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

PositiveUsage47:51

Price looked impressive in his rookie debut and is projected for 74.5 total yards, making him a viable flex option. While he did not play on third or fourth downs, his efficiency suggests he is a better fantasy start than many wide receivers in the same range.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection2:23

Jahmyr Gibbs is in a tier of his own as the RB1. Detroit's rushing success rate jumped to a league-high 51.5% in Week 1, aided by offensive line changes and new OC Drew Petsing. Gibbs historically averages over 25 fantasy points in games without David Montgomery and posted 28.4 expected half-PPR points in Week 1. He faces a Bills defense that is the fourth-worst against fantasy RBs since 2025.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeProjection22:17

James Cook is an RB8 in the A-tier. While he remains explosive, his role has shifted slightly toward more passing-game work and fewer carries. He ran a route on 50% of dropbacks in Week 1. The Lions' defense is better against the run than the pass, which may limit his rushing efficiency but could provide more red-zone opportunities.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

NegativeProjection66:31

Travis A-chan views Jameson Williams as a volatile fantasy asset, ranking him as the WR30, noting that his production is inconsistent due to Sam LaPorta's target share and the nature of his downfield usage.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveUsage29:04

Javonte Williams is an A-tier RB. He saw significant usage in Week 1, ranking as the RB9 in usage with 22 routes run and six targets. He showed improved efficiency as a receiver, and with the Cowboys projected to score heavily against the Commanders, Williams should see plenty of opportunities in a high-scoring game script.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeRole49:03

Warren is ranked as RB27 and remains in a 50/50 committee with Rico Dowdle. While he is considered the better football player and more likely to catch passes, the Steelers' offensive struggles and a tough matchup against the Patriots make him a difficult start until the backfield situation clarifies.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeProjection45:01

Love is ranked as RB25 and should be treated as a flex play rather than an RB2. While he looked impressive and will catch passes in negative game scripts, he is not currently a bell-cow back and will share goal-line work with Tyler Allgeier.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveSleeper61:08

Travis A-chan suggests Jonah Coleman is a speculative add in deeper leagues because he is the only Broncos back who didn't play in Week 1, and the team may need to inject him into the lineup if Dobbins and Harvey continue to struggle in pass protection.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveProjection17:08

Jonathan Taylor is an S-tier RB. In 14 games with Daniel Jones, he has been the RB1 or RB2 in usage. Despite the Colts being touchdown underdogs against the Chiefs, Taylor looked spry and nimble in Week 1, and the team is committed to the run game regardless of game script.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeRole37:11

Brooks saw limited action in Week 1 and was not utilized in passing situations, leaving the backfield workload firmly with Chuba Hubbard for now. It remains on Brooks to earn a larger role to make the backfield split an actual debate.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveUsage14:03

Kenneth Walker III is an S-tier RB after a dominant Week 1 where he finished as the RB3 with over 21 expected half-PPR points. He is expected to maintain a snap share above 60%, a threshold where he historically averages 17.5 fantasy points per game. The Colts' defense is currently struggling with communication, making this a favorable matchup.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveUsage19:59

Travis A-chan ranks Williams three spots ahead of consensus, noting that he is a high-floor play due to his 75% snap share in competitive or trailing game scripts. If the Rams score near their 28-point projection, Williams is highly likely to score a touchdown. He is viewed as a consistent RB1/RB2 border player.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeProjection52:18

Lloyd is ranked as RB29 and is viewed as an explosive but potentially replaceable back. His outlook is better this week against the Jets compared to his Week 1 matchup, but he remains a risky play due to the Packers' poor interior offensive line and the potential for Caleb Johnson to see increased involvement.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeRole50:55

Judkins is ranked as RB28 and is considered a low-end flex play. He has not significantly increased his role, and with the Browns' offensive line struggling and the team facing a pass-funnel defense in Tampa Bay, his upside is limited.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeProjection40:44

Stevenson is ranked as RB23, slightly below consensus, due to the expectation that Trevon Henderson will be active and mix into the rotation. While Stevenson is a solid player with a favorable game script against the Steelers, he is currently viewed more as a flex play than a locked-in RB2.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

PositiveUsage61:33

Travis A-chan identifies RJ Harvey as a potential dart-throw bench stash, noting he saw early rush attempts and receiving work in Week 1, and could be used creatively in the red zone if the team struggles to run the ball traditionally.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveProjection25:51

Saquon Barkley is an A-tier RB. His Week 1 performance was hampered by poor left guard play, but he showed elite traits with seven broken tackles. He was more involved as a receiver than the box score suggests, with four targets including a dropped pass and one called back by penalty. Expect improvement against the Titans.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeRole62:32

Travis A-chan notes that Tony Pollard lost significant snaps and touches in the second half of Week 1 while trailing, and the Titans' run game has been ineffective over the last four games, making him a risky start against the Eagles.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeUsage38:28

Etienne is facing significant usage concerns after playing only 39% of dropbacks in Week 1. The emergence of CJ Donaldson in pass protection and Kendre Miller's involvement in high-leverage touches inside the 10-yard line create a murky outlook, especially with the team projected to lose by 8.5 points in Week 2.

0:00We are already into Week 2 and you know we've got some running back rankings for you with, by the way, Hayden
0:06Winks, top 5 ranker in the entire industry in Week 1.
0:09It has gone to his head. I'll be honest with you, it's already gone to his head.
0:14We'll go through all the backfields here, including the ones that smashed and the ones that we have questions about, you know,
0:20like Devon A-chan or what the heck happened with Travis A-chan in Week 1.
0:24We dive through it all. 40-ish names here in actual tiered out lists.
0:27So go on, listen to this episode. of Yahoo Fantasy Football with Josh and Hayden.
0:31Week 2 running back rankings are here. Then we're gonna go at least like 39, 40 names deep and Hayden, we already
0:37have everything figured out after Week 1. We do.
0:40This is the hard part though, because you don't want to read into the sample size too much, but you do want to react.
0:47And I was looking at some math as I typically do.
0:50And the running back position is the position if you want to take Week 1 sample and at least look at the
0:56usage and be like this is kind of taking this at face value, like this is the position to do it.
1:01Totally. And we know that game scripts, play a factor, especially in the running game.
1:06And then also defenses that you face play a factor.
1:08And sometimes with the defenses, Hayden, we don't really know which ones are good and Week 1 and which ones are bad.
1:14But that is something we're going to discuss here today.
1:17First of all, Justin Boone is going to be on our running back rankings for the rest of the season.
1:23He had a death in the family. Obviously, we're sending our best wishes to him and his wife and his whole family with that stuff.
1:30Hayden, though, I do have a pitch for you.
1:32We had a request in the comments last week to turn this week to turn this into actual tiers.
1:37So you want to give it a go, like a little rough draft this week and see how that goes?
1:43Yeah. Can we send Jameer Gibbs into a tier way above the screen that exists here?
1:47Well, let's kick things off with Jameer Gibbs because right now and in the future, he will be your running back one.
1:53This is at the Buffalo Bills. Detroit had a league high 51.5% success rate on rushing plays in Week 1.
1:59In 2025, they were 28th in the league in that department at around 38%.
2:03So we know that they've changed some other offensive linemen, namely Blake Miller at right tackle, plus bringing Drew Petsing in as offensive coordinator.
2:09There were some splits from the last couple of years without David Montgomery, and he's averaging over 25 fantasy points in those ones.
2:16And then last week, 28.4 expected half PPR points.
2:18He always finishes above his expected total because he's so good.
2:21Lions projected for 25 points on the road short week against the Bills.
2:25The Bills just got lit up by David Montgomery and Woody Marks.
2:28David Montgomery went untouched for a touchdown there. And then over the last couple seasons, so from 2025, Week 1, all the
2:34way through last week, the Bills are the fourth worst fantasy running back defense when you adjust for schedule.
2:39So this is a tier by himself, maybe for the graphic.
2:42We keep his others in there, but out of respect for Jameer Gibbs, he's like three tiers above everybody else.
2:48And just to prepare yourself, I am going to ask you once we get to James Cook, just about some of the
2:54wide receivers in this game as well, since it's Thursday night football, because obviously our wide receiver show posts on Friday after this.
3:00So keep that in mind. Okay, think about two things at once.
3:03I also want to mention that Hayden last week finished as the fifth best ranker, according to fantasy pros out there.
3:09How does that feel? That was pretty exciting. I didn't realize how many people have rankings.
3:14There was 185 of them. I will also say this.
3:16A couple of the people ahead of me did not rank kickers and defenses.
3:20And kickers was my worst position. So with the big asses there, if I also didn't rank kickers, I might have even finished higher.
3:27There you go. And when I see fifth overall, Hayden, do you know what I think?
3:31I think that there's still improvement. There is. Let's get better.
3:34Okay. B. John Robinson is your running back too.
3:37I'm going to keep going in S tier. This is against the Carolina Panthers.
3:41Unfortunately, last week, the Falcons had to build their offense around B.
3:44John Robinson. On one hand, that's good for us for touches.
3:47On the other hand, it was an abysmal offense.
3:50He got there on one wide receiver screen reception that he took to the house.
3:54But they were the only team in the league without a snap inside of the red zone in week one.
3:59So how many weeks is it going to take for that to change?
4:03I don't know. As long as as long as B.
4:05John's eating the ball, I don't really even care that much.
4:09Like, I think it's as simple as that 45% target share.
4:12And then B. John's also just absolutely lit up the Panthers.
4:15He scored 22 and a half fantasy points or more in his last three outings against them.
4:19Like, this is just like a complete layup line here as well.
4:23The team total makes me nervous at 20 and a half.
4:26But the Panthers, they've been equally bad. DeAndre Swift, Kyle Manonga last week.
4:29Yeah, the tackling was brutal for the Panthers last week.
4:32And that's something that with a number of these teams, I'm going to keep in mind if it can change, if it doesn't.
4:38And once we get to like a two to three game sample, it's like, oh, buddy, that is a major problem that can continue here.
4:45Chris McCaffrey, I'm assuming, is still in tier S for you.
4:48Yep. OK, CMC. This is against the Miami Dolphins.
4:51I just want to make sure of this, by the way, Fantasy Labs.
4:54Love your product in terms of all of the, let's say, lines and, you know, point totals and everything like that.
5:00They're the ones that got me in trouble yesterday with the Commanders and the Dallas Cowboys.
5:04I'm going to put them on notice. OK, well, good news for you.
5:08The website that we use, I have that same exact thing.
5:11My lines are correct. So I'm going to send you a link after this.
5:15OK, perfect. But I'm saying that by noting that apparently the 49ers are 13 and a half point favorites against the Miami Dolphins.
5:21Are you saying the same thing? Yes. Second highest team till about 29 and a half.
5:26I'm kind of taking what happened in week one at face value.
5:29I think that Shanahan was talking about this quote.
5:31I want to have more juice. I want him fresher.
5:34He doesn't have to take that beating when it's unnecessary.
5:37I'm hoping we can have some other guys step up more this year so you don't feel like you have to have them on the field every play.
5:45He said that back right after the draft. Since then, Kalen Black has had an excellent camp and Kalen Black is going
5:51to spell him between the 20s on early downs.
5:53And that's totally fine. On passing situations, 10 of 12 snaps in favor of Christian McCaffrey.
5:58I do think that the goal line will be Christian McCaffrey.
6:01If you chop off six of the most kind of useless carries from Christian McCaffrey on a per game basis, it's not that big of a deal.
6:08So I think that he's probably not going to be the legendary RB1.
6:12But in this week against the Dolphins, by the way, the Dolphins can stop Ashton Gentry out in space as a receiver.
6:18I think that's what Christian McCaffrey does. I also think if the team is up by 13, we could see Kalen Black
6:24in there for half of the fourth quarter. And that could mean a touchdown on top of it.
6:29So I keep mentioning this Kyle Monungai adjacent maybe type role here for Kalen Black.
6:33And as we know, that really was like a very small piece of the pie earlier in the season.
6:38And that kind of expanded as the season went along.
6:41But in these types of games where an offense is projected for so many points, the true backup running back can still get there.
6:47So if you're like really in a pinch, either in a deep league or because of your flex for some reason, I
6:54think Kalen Black is an intriguing name once we get further and further down the list.
6:58Yeah, I think I'm pretty close like Blake Corham in my rankings.
7:01And I shouldn't keep doing that. Okay. Derek Henry is your running back four.
7:05Is he still S tier? Absolutely. Okay. Eight and a half point favorites against the New Orleans Saints this week.
7:11Hey, New Orleans had a league low 48 and a half percent success rate defending rushing plays in week one.
7:16That was against the Detroit Lions, which again is Jameer Gibbs.
7:19But guess what? This is now also Baltimore. And boy, oh boy, did their reworked offensive line look good in week one, too.
7:26It's not as simple as this, but Brandon Staley's kind of been okay with getting kind of gashed.
7:30If that means that he's preventing explosives through the air.
7:33We don't know if State Flower is going to play yet or not.
7:37But if that's going to be the case, like that's all Derek Henry.
7:40And I was talking to Nate Tice on the football 301 by second recap show of Sunday nights.
7:45And he was talking about how the Ravens were getting to Derek Henry runs in a more unique way with Declan Doyle.
7:51And like that was like really beneficial. And then over the last 33 games with Lamar Jackson since 2024, Derek Henry is the RB5.
7:58He's averaging 106 rushing guards per game, almost a touchdown per game, 18 carries.
8:02The efficiency numbers, number one in rush yards over expected, number one in EPA per carry, number one in yards per carry.
8:08They fed him 24 times last week as well.
8:10So like this is the same first round running back until proven otherwise.
8:14Totally. They also fed him a cool screen for 19 yards.
8:17If we just get one of those per game.
8:20Choo choo. That's that's freaking awesome. Yeah. So yeah, I mean, we talked about a ton on stats versus film.
8:25By the way, thank you all for watching and watching so much recently.
8:29If you're new around here, leave a thumbs up, hit subscribe, join us on this journey.
8:33That most, let's say new play callers with quarterbacks had some stutters, some stumbles.
8:37But Declan Doyle might be shining up his resume as the next head coach across the league by like late October.
8:43Yep. Kenneth Walker, the third. Your guy. My guy.
8:45My guy. As an audience. Our guy. S tier.
8:48After one week. Yes, absolutely. I mean, the Chiefs are projected for 26 and a half points.
8:52They're touchdown favorites against the Colts. The Colts just got lit up on the ground against Derek Henry to the point that
8:58they're changing their green dot player on defense. After the first week, the Colts said that they their communication was so bad.
9:04I think it's going to a safety if I remember correctly.
9:07So lots of problems on the Colts defense right now.
9:10No problems for Kenneth Walker. The touches were outrageous.
9:13He was the RB3. He had over 21 expected half PPR points.
9:16They targeted him a couple times as well. Like this is.
9:19This is going to be completely automatic. And I was really impressed with the offensive line.
9:23Creed Humphrey's just like such a treat to watch.
9:26And then their undrafted free agent left tackle was like legitimately moving bodies.
9:29Like that's just. That's the good stuff. And it seems like there's still major questions about Josh Simmons and when he's going to return.
9:36So Khalil Benson already doing that in week one is magnificent stuff for them.
9:40Oh, yeah. Big time. Yeah. And look, we talked about it all draft season.
9:44That when Ken Walker had played over 60% of snaps in games, he averaged 17 and a half fancy points per contest.
9:50And I highly doubt we'll see a single game this season of him below 60%.
9:54And you saw it like the reason that that's awesome.
9:57And why he gets that number is because if he plays that many snaps, he's going to reel off one explosive and
10:03change the game and give us huge fancy points.
10:05I did want to bring up Andy Reid in his comments real quick.
10:09Quote for him to play the way he did.
10:11I thought it was spectacular. He was the main guy.
10:14Emmett Johnson did a nice job too when he had an opportunity to get in there.
10:19But those guys, both those guys are contact talented.
10:21So they got a lot of yards after contact.
10:23Yeah. Very contact talented. That's a great fancy team name.
10:26There it is. All right. Jonathan Taylor also asked here.
10:29Um, yes, I'll round up here. 14 games with Daniel Jones.
10:32He's the RB one and RB two overall usage and half PPR.
10:35Last week, I think it was kind of like a nice sweet spot because Daniel Jones, after watching the tape, he is
10:41not fully himself like athletically, but he's functional enough to like throw the ball down the field.
10:46And there's going to keep writing, uh, Jonathan Taylor that maybe the reason for hesitation there is because they're projected for 20 points.
10:52They're touchdown dogs here. Uh, but the Colts, uh, run game was, was awesome.
10:56Uh, and I think they're going to run the ball, even if they're trailing for a lot of this game.
11:02So I just think just kind of rounding up for Jonathan Taylor is pretty appropriate.
11:06I thought he was the best part of their offense.
11:09Uh, after that first drive, he was still, you know, grinding out yards and still looking spry and nimble.
11:14Uh, and this is though on the road at the Kansas city chiefs.
11:17Okay. Since your hesitation was there, you're running back.
11:20Seven is Ashton Gentry at the LA chargers. Am I correct in putting him into eight here?
11:25Yeah. Let's break the tie here. The Raiders are projected for 18 and a half points.
11:29That's 28. Uh, the chargers defense was not quite as good, uh, in week one without Jesse mentor.
11:34They're not that talented. Just like just looking at the depth chart.
11:37And I think they really have to be better in communication than what they were in week one.
11:42Ashton Gentry easily could be an S tier back in fantasy because of the way he was used in the, um, receiving
11:48game, a couple of screens, a couple like choice routes.
11:51Uh, he had a, like a return route down the football field.
11:54Uh, and then he had that play action leak, uh, target that went for a touchdown too.
11:59So like that's a, that's a lot of receptions when they were winning.
12:03Uh, this is a situation where they might be losing.
12:05So if we're catching four or five, six passes a game, uh, then all the rushing stuff's kind of like a cherry on top.
12:12And he handled about 75% of the stuff on the ground.
12:15Mike Washington, I think played well, but that's going to take a while to kind of ramp up if it, if it ever does.
12:22And Ashland looked so good last week that, uh, it just might not.
12:25On that note, uh, this is from Clint Kubiak.
12:28Gentry was playing good football. So Mike Washington didn't get as many opportunities as maybe we would have thought going in.
12:34That's how those games go. You ride the hot hand on top of that.
12:37I think preseason we viewed and everyone viewed the charters defense as good.
12:41Uh, now without Jesse mentor, uh, it might not be as good.
12:44And, you know, you even look at some of those defensive pieces and they look worse without Jesse mentor coaching them.
12:50It kind of is that simple. And so while to me, you know, a lot of the Raiders success, I do want
12:56to caveat that by saying, Hey, they played the fricking Miami dolphins, you know, a team that is once again, underdogs this
13:02week by 13 and a half points. Uh, I think we also learn more about the Raiders in week two, more than we did in week one.
13:10I'll also say on the chargers defense, uh, Derwin James over 30 years old.
13:13He got absolutely cooked by, uh, training pride. And then Khalil Mack is like, well, he's gotta be 35 or whatever he is too.
13:20So like, they're also aging on some of the, like their most important players over the last couple of years that had
13:26that defense rolling as like a top five unit.
13:29Totally. And they're replacing Odafa away who was awesome on the second phase sacks with Hakeem Mezador, who's a rookie, albeit older.
13:35So there's going to be a fall off there too.
13:37James cook is your running back eight. Also in the eight here, this is against the Detroit lions.
13:42Uh, this note from retrieval, Josh Allen is eight and one in Thursday games over his career.
13:47I think that's notable because we, again, we saw the lines be great in week one, but despite that the Buffalo bills
13:53at home are four and a half point favorites here with nearly 18 total of 30 points in this contest.
13:59Yep. Highest of the week at 29 and a half.
14:01Uh, the neutral pass rate went from more balanced up to more pass heavy, um, in week one with, uh, Joe Brady going to the head coaching spot.
14:09That was against the Texans defense. The lions defense, I think better at stopping the run than they are at stopping the pass.
14:15That said the lines defense is so bad at stopping the pass.
14:19I actually think it's a good spot for James cook because there's probably just more chances to have a red zone touchdowns.
14:25Unfortunately, Josh Allen had a tush push touchdown on a fourth and one later.
14:29Uh, they did Josh Allen wildcat stuff. Uh, James cook nearly, uh, broke a huge play and then he kind of fumbled the ball in open space.
14:36So there's gonna be huge games for James cook.
14:39He looks still looked really awesome on tape to me.
14:41Uh, it's just, I don't think that he's gonna lead the NFL in like rushing yards per game this year.
14:47I think he seems to be a little bit styled differently.
14:50So I think that he's gonna be maybe more in this tier than that top tier.
14:54Um, but this is a good spot for him.
14:57The bills did average 9.6 yards per play on first down on the road in Houston, which is actually the most of any game since 2023.
15:04Um, with Ty Johnson and active in week one, James cook did run a route on 50% of dropbacks, which is good
15:10for running back 13, which, you know, is a good aspect of his game, but maybe not accentuated enough in the past.
15:16But the same time, Hayden, like the dropback rate and just completing so many explosive passes down the field might take James
15:22cook a couple of notches versus where he has been a couple of years in the last couple of years, just from,
15:28you know, an overall pure opportunity standpoint. Yeah. I think it's like to say three or four fewer carries per game.
15:34I think he might add a target per game, but I do think that you would rather have, uh, that rushing volume out there.
15:41So very minor differences, but I think worth looking into.
15:43Yeah. Detroit did allow eight receptions to, we know the saints backfield last week.
15:47So that is something to keep in mind here too, James cook.
15:51Saquon Barkley is your running back nine. I'm going to put them also in eight here, seven point favorites here at the Tennessee Titans.
15:57Uh, he got hit behind the line of scrimmage way too often last week.
16:01There's a new left guard. As they say, you're only as good as your weakest link and Hayden from watching the tape,
16:07uh, Landon Dickerson was the weakest link on this Eagles offense in week one.
16:11It could only get better from week one left guard spot.
16:14Uh, there was a couple of unblocked like blitzers, um, in that game, but I don't think the Tennessee Titans defense is
16:20going to be doing what the commanders were doing.
16:22Uh, and the Titans did not have a good showing on defense.
16:26Uh, Braylon Allen and, uh, breeze hall lit them up on the ground.
16:29And, uh, Robert saw like was not happy about that.
16:32Uh, I will say with Saquon Barkley, the box scores do not indicate how involved he was as a receiver.
16:38There were four targets to him. One called back on, on a, uh, a holding.
16:42There was a dropped pass in the flat. Uh, and one other thing that went sideways with Saquon Barkley, but a little
16:48bit more involvement in the ground game would help Saquon Barkley even things out.
16:52We're not going back to 2014, but I do think we're going to be way better than we were, uh, 2025.
16:57Yep. The other part of that, as you mentioned, the Washington commanders defense is a disciple of Brian Flores and the Minnesota Vikings.
17:04So as much as we avoid. Or bring up how difficult it is to run on a Brian Flores defense.
17:09I don't know if we have said enough or mentioned this heading into it, that couldn't we say that same thing about
17:15the commanders and like that was part of it, especially with a new running scheme that Jordan Marlotta has talked about over
17:21and over and over again, that Charmaine is bringing in.
17:24So it's almost like a number of factors along with the left guard playing so poorly because he was banged up that
17:30to me, I could see an explosion from Saquon Barkley week too.
17:34Yeah, I could see that seven broken tackles last week.
17:36Uh, that one where he got, uh, down the football field like that looks, that was like a special player.
17:42Or maybe I'm just coping. Either one can happen.
17:44Javante Williams is you're running back 10 also AT here against the Washington commanders.
17:48Yeah, definitely. I mean, the, the Cowboys are fourth and projected points.
17:51They should, um, beat up on the commanders here.
17:54Uh, there's just nobody really behind them. Like they just signed him, Mark Dean Mercado.
17:58That was the backup. And then they're using a full back sometimes in like pass protection.
18:03But he had 22 routes, which is like a rock solid number.
18:06He had six targets and he was way more efficient.
18:09I think maybe something that from the off season is everyone's like, he was so bad as a receiver.
18:14He's going to get replaced or it's, he's going to positively regress as a receiver, which he did in this one.
18:20And then all of a sudden he's going to be a super smash and fantasy.
18:24So last year he was top 10 in usage last week.
18:27He was RB nine in usage. The Cowboys are going to score a lot more points.
18:31They're going to run a lot more plays in this one.
18:34Um, the commanders aren't going to be quite as bad.
18:37Like we just talked about on defense. Sunny styles was good.
18:40Nick cross their, their strong safety made a couple of awesome plays there.
18:44Uh, but still the starting point for the commanders were, uh, they were fourth worst against fantasy running backs last year.
18:49Okay. The loss in this chargers were the biggest disappointment in week one.
18:53The markets have them not being a disappointment in week two at a projected 25 points.
18:57So as you're running back 11 against the Las Vegas Raiders, what tier does Amar and Hampton fall into?
19:03I would still keep him in this tier. I mean, the charges projected for, for too many points.
19:08He still had what? 75% of the, um, running back carries, uh, Keaton Mitchell got in there in the first half.
19:13So it wasn't like just like garbage time. Um, uh, he was out there.
19:17The center and right guard are going to be terrible.
19:20And the left guard wasn't even that bad in the run game, but that was a rotation.
19:25I don't feel very confident with that. So they're going to have to get a little bit creative.
19:30Omar and Hampton. I don't think he's a first round down.
19:33He's really fast. He's really big. He's going to have some wild moments that one touchdown he had was awesome, but there's
19:39just like him kind of turning the corners, like doesn't quite hit the same here.
19:43So, um, and also zero targets. So it was the, uh, one of the lowest, uh, running back usage games, um, uh, of week one.
19:50And that needs to change for him to stay as a top 12 fantasy receiver.
19:54I, I are running back. I really think that will change, but that was shocking to have zero targets.
19:59Okay. Kyron Williams is your running back. 12 B tier, a tier.
20:02Where are we going here? Um, against the New York giants.
20:05I will say you are three spots ahead of consensus rankings here, which I think is pretty important when we're talking about Kyra.
20:12Yeah. I'm guessing. I'm a little bit surprised by that.
20:14The Rams are projected for 27 points here. Uh, we can keep them in, in the eight here as well.
20:20Um, the giants melted out the clock, uh, last week against, uh, the, the, the, the Cowboys.
20:25I think that's like maybe the possible concern of facing the giants.
20:28It's their, their defense is definitely getting a little bit better.
20:31Harbaugh's like put too much emphasis on stopping the run.
20:34Arvel Reese can fly downhill at the same time.
20:36Arvel Reese did, uh, uh, allow a receiving touchdown.
20:39And that's where Kyron Williams has been, uh, like especially important.
20:42There's been games where they'll get Kyron Williams on option routes or kind of leak them out against linebackers.
20:47I can see them testing Arvel Reese as special of a player.
20:50He is, he's still like kind of learning to position.
20:53He didn't get lost a couple of times. So, uh, I'm just rounding up because the Rams are projected for, uh, the fifth most points on the week.
21:01Yeah. Just two second half drives for the Dallas Cowboys last week.
21:04Indicates what you're saying with one, their defense, not being able to stop anyone.
21:08And also how the giants can kind of ball control as much as they want to at times when it's, it's running hot.
21:14You know, a Twitter follower, I think put it really great with Kyron Williams, who last week in a one-sided blowout loss,
21:20the backfield was really one-sided in his favor. Um, but here's what it is, right?
21:24It's really simple. If the Rams score 28 points and they're projected for around that much in this game, Kyron likely scored a touchdown.
21:31And if they are tied or trailing, as we know in week one and last season, Kyron Williams plays 75% snaps.
21:37So it's almost, you get either a touchdown or like really high Kyron usage in either department.
21:42Yeah. I think it's like kind of prevents Blake Horn, like prevents him from being like a weekly top five option.
21:47But he's kind of, kind of, he's going to hover like around this RB one, two border, depending on the matchup.
21:53So he was the RB eight on RB 12 usage in 2025 less last week, RB 16, RB 19 usage.
21:59I'm just going to park them right between that.
22:01Devon HN at the San Francisco 49ers. This is your running back 13.
22:05The dolphins were one of three teams without a snap inside of the 10 yard line.
22:09We know HN can score long touchdowns, but that's also important for him to score other touchdowns.
22:14Is this AT or B tier? Let's go eight here.
22:17Once again, the team total is at 16 points.
22:19That's obviously very, very rough, very bad. It's very bad.
22:22Um, Keaton Proctor has got to play better. I did think that the rest of the offensive line was like, okay, they're
22:28still trying to figure out when they're getting their tight ends kind of sweeping across.
22:32They had their, um, their full back out there.
22:34Like some of that stuff, like wasn't quite hitting quite as well, um, in week one here.
22:39Um, that said, he still caught plenty of passes, uh, in this game, five of them.
22:44In the fourth quarter, they had, uh, 19 plays.
22:46They passed the ball on 18 of 19 of them.
22:49The good news is Devon HN caught three passes, like kind of in that script.
22:53So like, that's going to like keep his floor high.
22:56I don't think that they're going to, uh, average 50 plays per game this season.
23:00You know? And that was like the problem. It's not going to be much higher.
23:04They, I mean, it's that. Hey, we're coming off the 49ers defense, shutting down the LA Rams.
23:09And now they get the Miami dolphins on extra days to prepare for this one.
23:13I'll be a big travel from Australia. Yeah. I was just like, the good news is, is there was a couple of check downs from, from Malik Willis.
23:20I think even better than that, they did design targets to him and the run.
23:25It's also Fred Warner protect like at the linebacker spot.
23:27Oh yeah, for sure. I mean, what should I have him as my RB 20?
23:31I mean, this is already a pretty steep drop off from where like his ADP was.
23:36So yeah, I'm just worried if his ADP was correct, I guess is what I'm saying.
23:40Um, all right. Next up is Deandre Swift as running back 14, a fantastic game for him.
23:45And week one was one of our favorite picks in that next tier of running backs.
23:49And we had him at the top of that grouping as well.
23:53This is though against that Minnesota Vikings defensive front.
23:55So we're going with a tier or starting B tier.
23:58Uh, I want one more eight here here with Deandre Swift, uh, greedy from week five on last year.
24:03That was, uh, when they were by was he's now the RB nine and RB 15 usage.
24:08He's only had a 44% rush air, um, over that stretch as well.
24:11Cause Kyle Nunga gets out there. Caleb Williams obviously has been falling on the ground as well.
24:16Uh, this is a challenging matchup because the Vikings, uh, you just don't catch passes against them.
24:21They had, uh, the fewest amount of receiving guards to running backs, uh, since 2025, once you adjust for their schedule, um,
24:27you can kind of hit them on the ground a little bit there.
24:30Uh, and I kind of just want to keep leaning into that 26 and a half points for the Chicago bear.
24:36Just run right behind, uh, Darnell, right. And see what happens there.
24:40So I think he's a boom bust RB two.
24:42Um, but man, if the bear is going to look like what they did in, uh, last week, even with the rotation,
24:48like this is going to be a lot of fun.
24:51Yeah. The, the bears right now are projected for 26 and a half points against this Vikings defense.
24:56Obviously they put up 59 points on the board last week.
24:59Uh, just Ben Johnson's comments here on Deandre Swift quote.
25:02He's always been a super explosive guy. I think what's happened over the course of his career is just as understanding of
25:08what's going on in the running game where he needs to hit it.
25:11People, I think sometimes put them in a box is more of a scat back, but he's really an all purpose back.
25:17As far as I'm concerned, I'm just really proud of how he's grown to become at this point.
25:22I mean, that's putting it perfectly based on even our conversations of Deandre Swift over the last three years.
25:27Uh, I'm in a dynasty league that I happened to win last year and I sent a first round pick for Deandre Swift.
25:34And after they extended him, it looks like I'm, uh, I'm on the winning side.
25:38There you go. What you'd rather have Deandre Swift at the one 12 than Nicholas Singleton.
25:42He was going in drafts this spring. Pretty much.
25:45That's what happened. Okay. Uh, Brees all then how fitting is the start of the B tier.
25:50This is against the green Bay Packers. Hey, and I think you can make whatever conclusions you want from Brees's week one usage.
25:56Like he was running back 16 and snap percentage.
25:58Uh, there were three snaps inside the five yard line.
26:01Brees all played all three, but at the same time, Braylon Allen had a short yardage run on fourth down that went
26:07for a touchdown that was negated by a penalty.
26:10And he also played four of six snaps on third and fourth and one.
26:13So I don't expect Brees Hall to be like a 75% player.
26:17So at least we don't have to worry about Isaiah Davis, but at some areas we do have to work with brother than Allen here too.
26:24Yeah. I saw the same exact thing. I think it's still a win that Isaiah Davis is like not going to be
26:30out there because Braylon Allen's only going to be so effective in passing situations.
26:34I think that Brees Hall and negative game script will catch the ball, um, with Geno Smith and then Brees Hall just looked really good.
26:41Um, and the offensive line looked really good as well.
26:44And he's going to hit some explosives. So he's not going to have the true bell cow stuff like the other RB ones.
26:50Would it be that surprising if Brees Hall is the RB 11 in fantasy this year?
26:54I don't think it would be that surprising. The Packers, um, without Micah Parsons have been absolutely gashed on the ground.
27:00So Jordan Mason, Aaron Jones combined for a hundred yards and two rushing touchdowns last week over the last four games against the Packers dating back to 2025.
27:08They're allowing 161 rushing yards per game. That's the third fewest.
27:11So jets still projected for only 20 points, but they're typically projected for 16.
27:15So I think that I want to be ranking Brees Hall kind of above where he's been finishing over the last couple of years.
27:21Yeah. The Yahoo expert league. I need Brees Hall to score as the running back 11.
27:26I mean, I took him as my third running back in the flex instead of like Garrett Wilson, for example, or, or other wide receivers.
27:33Uh, so I have to have that to happen and I have to have three stars in Saquon and Ken Walker and
27:39Brees Hall this season order to win that one.
27:41That's for sure. Yeah. You ended men's high. I still can't believe it.
27:45Truly incredible stuff. Uh, he did have fewer routes than Braylon Allen too.
27:48So it's weird. It's this weird dynamic, but we got to figure it out.
27:52Uh, this Packers defense, you can take advantage of them.
27:55I think right now, too. Like both Jordan Mason and Aaron Jones rushed for touchdowns last week.
28:00Think, you know, which players are about to have a big Sunday, put that fantasy football knowledge to work.

28:38Chase Brown is your running back 16. We love Chase Brown during draft season.
28:42Hayden, this is three spots though. Below consensus as running back 13.
28:45Uh, this is at the Houston Texans. Are you expecting a big Texans defensive rebound here?
28:49Yeah, definitely. So, and they stopped James Cook last, last week.
28:52It was everything else that wasn't working. So yeah, like I have very positive notes about Chase Brown's usage, RB six and
28:59RB five usage in the last nine games with Joe Burrow dating back to 2025.
29:03Even on a bigger sample than that, he's been a top 10 fantasy running back.
29:07He handled 71% of the snaps. He was the RB four and expected points last week.
29:1118% target share, six of them. And a lot of that stuff was just kind of like throwing quickly to the flats.
29:17It wasn't like a check down or it's like almost like manufactured touches to him.
29:21So like, yeah, the profile is great. It's the Texans defense.
29:24The second best defense against the run, uh, over the last year.
29:28And like the offensive line is getting a little bit better.
29:31I like that. The, the Bengals have two blocking tight ends now, but I mean, we have to just like tip our cap to the Texans.
29:38The Bengals are 20th and projected points this week.
29:40So a lot of the running backs around him, are you projected for a lot more points?
29:45Um, or they don't have two superstar wide receivers that are going to be stealing touchdowns from, right?
29:50I will say the theory of the pick held true with chase Brown last week.
29:54Like even when the Bengals struggled a little bit offensively, he plays so many snaps and catches so many passes that at worst you should be fine.
30:02You know, he's just like in too good of an environment to be, I think a big loser for you.
30:07Yes. This will be the lowest. I haven't ranked all year.
30:10Okay. Bucky Irving is your running back 17. Is this still B tier for you?
30:14I mean, this is against the Cleveland Browns, eight and a half point favorites.
30:18And we saw the ideal Bucky Irving usage last week.
30:21If I'm being honest, like Bucky, everything probably should be ahead of chase Brown too, but I'm waiting for the Sean Tucker,
30:27um, injury because that's like the one thing I still don't know for sure is if Sean Tucker going to be like
30:33a goal line vulture this year or not, we didn't get that answered last week.
30:37The Buccaneers did not have a goal line, uh, attempt.
30:40Um, but Kenny game was like not that involved.
30:42Bucky Irving caught a bunch of passes in negative game script.
30:45Now he's going to run the ball a ton looking at the data from last week, the Buccaneers, uh, were really run heavy early on in that game.
30:53Then they couldn't be a run heavy because game script got away from him quickly, but against the bank or against the
30:59Browns here, like he's going to run the ball probably 15 to 20 times in this one.
31:04And he looked really good. Like there's, there's really like when he's fully healthy, he really does remind me of James Cook.
31:10Um, and this offensive line is pretty sweet. So I think that he's, if we get goal line carries, I think he's,
31:16he has a chance to be a top 15 running back.
31:19Yeah. He, he looked as close as he possibly could to that Liam Cohen season in, in week one, hopefully that continues.
31:25And this is the right opponent to stack really good games back to back as well.
31:30Dave Montgomery is your running back 18. This is against the Cincinnati Bengals who did really well to stop the run last
31:36week with their additions and just overall improvement on defense on his 20 runs.
31:39Dave Montgomery was hit at or behind the line of scrimmage on 14 of them.
31:44Um, so the touchdowns, you know, make that stat line look amazing.
31:47Obviously the receiving touchdown incredibly helped. Um, but as we talked about in stats versus film, like the snaps were 50, 50,
31:53but he did have five touches inside the 10 compared to zero for what he marks.
31:57Yes. Uh, that was three in a row though, because he didn't get the first couple in because he was getting hit at the line of scrimmage.
32:0516 of 19 carries when for under five yards, removing that goal line touchdown as well.
32:09Um, 50% snap rate. He's when he's on the field, he's like going to get the ball.
32:14So like the snap rate doesn't matter all that much, but Woody marks out that did play pretty well here.
32:19I think, uh, point taken the Bengals defense looked a little bit better.
32:23I don't think it's going to be a great defense.
32:26Like obviously not, but when you have Dexter Lawrence and those two linebackers were so, so behind last year, they just look so inexperienced.
32:32Like those guys will play a little bit better.
32:35You add a safety. Um, so like this Bengals defense is not going to be like the worst unit in the NFL.
32:41Uh, Texans projected for almost 25 points. That's 11th here as well.
32:44So, uh, definitely like this is what an RBT looks like in fantasy.
32:48Yes. Yes. And when the Texans are projected for 25 points, probably means Dave Montgomery's going to score a touchdown.
32:53Yes. Yeah. I'm like back to the Detroit lions days.
32:56Okay. Next is Aaron Jones. And we have our first running back consolidation here.
33:00Uh, the news hit just before we started recording this, that Jordan Mason is going to go on injured reserve with finger surgery.
33:06Hayden, he was running back 31 prior to this.
33:09So I guess you're believing that Aaron Jones is going to get at least what 65% of the work on the road against the Chicago bears here.
33:16Yeah, probably. So I don't think he's going to go into full bell cow work just based off his injury history and
33:22his size and age and a lot of type of stuff.
33:25But back in 2024, he was half PPRs RB 20 per game last year.
33:29Definitely a disaster RB 35 on a per game basis.
33:32But that was because the quarterback play was so bad.
33:35Um, I thought that Aaron Jones like looked fine enough.
33:37He's like, not like one of the best running backs in the league.
33:41He's not completely, completely washed either. And he should be better early on in the season.
33:45And the players behind them are just like too unproven.
33:48Like, I'm very curious to see if they're going to use their rookie, um, out there, or if it's going to be
33:54kind of more like, like veterans off the street.
33:57So, um, they were really run heavy in week one.
33:59And that's something I want to pay attention to because when you listen to the Vikings, uh, coaching staff, they talk about
34:05like their offensive lines, like actually really good. And in years prior, like they didn't trust their offensive line.
34:11Maybe that's why they were so pass heavy, but this might be a, maybe a little bit more balanced of an offense.
34:17And I mean, I've seen Aaron Jones be a top 20 running back for, for too many years to not give them a chance out of here.
34:24Okay. Is Kim Scadaboo in B tier? Uh, let's move him down.
34:27Let's move him down. Hey, so I think we're going to be pretty fat here on the C and D tier.
34:33So Kim Scadaboo's at the LA Rams, obviously coming back from Australia, but you know what they chose to do coming in
34:3924 hours before, hopefully their bodies don't have to adjust as much, but they need a big rebound performance, uh, defensively.
34:45And no, Harbaugh was asked how, you know, the giants were able to be so good offensively.
34:50He said, well, I think it probably started with Scadaboo.
34:53He was running really, really hard, really, really well set the tempo brought the energy juice.
34:57Thought his reads were really good. That's exactly what we want to hear with Scad.
35:01You know, I'm convinced. Let's put some respect. Let's put them in the B tier here.
35:06Let's put them in the B tier. Um, I agree.
35:08Like I thought he ran the ball really, really well in that game.
35:12He's like very clearly going to get the ball 15 times, whether they're winning, losing, or it's a tie.
35:17Um, I don't think that Aaron Donald's going to play.
35:20There's that's kind of like a mystery. We'll learn.
35:22We'll learn later. Even if he does play, he's going to be on a pitch count.
35:27No miles Garrett here. So it's still a tough matchup.
35:29They're still projected to lose by seven points. I'm very curious to see if they're going to throw the ball to cam
35:36Scadaboo, or if it's like, can be very defined where single terry's going to catch the balls in the flat, like he did in week one in Scadaboo.
35:43They're saving his body so they can like, so he can head, but guys, uh, in the eight gap, which he did, uh, uh, relentlessly in week one.
35:51So I think that's like going to be the one thing.
35:54If he catches passes, he can be the RB 12 this year.
35:57He doesn't catch passes. He's going to be the RB 21.
36:00Um, and we just don't know yet. These are your standard ground picks presented by draft Kings, build your lineup around the
36:06players you believe in and get your picks in with draft Kings daily fantasy sports.
36:11And that name today is one of your favorite calls of the summer.
36:14Chuba Hubbard as running back 21. He is a few spots behind in consensus rankings.
36:18This is on the road at the Atlanta Falcons.
36:21We just saw the Panthers post a ton of points Hayden, and they should be able to do that again.
36:26In a matchup that they have done that in previous seasons with worst offenses.
36:30Chuba Hubbard's lit up the Falcons in previous, uh, starts 103 and 76 total yards in his last two starts against the Falcons.
36:36They're down both. They're starting edge rushers right now.
36:39The betting markets have Chuba Hubbard as the RB 17 in total yards here.
36:43And the Panthers are 16th in projected points at 23, despite being on the road game script could be on their side because they're facing Cooper rush here.
36:50And just rewinding the clock on Chuba Hubbard back in 2024.
36:54Not that long ago. He was the half PPRs per game RB 12 on RB seven usage.
36:58Then you look at the playoff loss last year against the Rams 17 opportunities.
37:02And that one scores two touchdowns. Then last week in week one, 13.9 expected half PPR points.
37:07That's RB 15. He finishes the RB nine. He handled both goal line attempts.
37:11John, the Brooks played just a little bit, but not even like in the passing situations.
37:15He caught that one broken play down the field, but it was not like Chuba Hubbard can't catch passes in this offense.
37:21There's really like, there's not many negative notes you can say about you covered right now.
37:25Like this ranking might be too low. And with the Panthers offensive line, as long as Rob Hunt and Damian Lewis are
37:32in there, the running game works, you know, last season, it broke down because then Brady Christensen had to pop in.
37:37He was good. But then they went to like their third and fourth guards at both spots.
37:42And so both those guards are in there. Plus Monroe feeling was moving people during week one on top of this surprise.
37:48Then yeah, Chuba Hubbard is truly one of those backs.
37:51That was what in the running back 30 range, like 33 overall.
37:54And he should be a top 24 running back for as long as the split happens.
37:59And then obviously when the Panthers are two and a half point favorites on the road, like they are in this one,
38:05running back 21 makes a ton of sense. It's on Jonathan Brooks to make this an actual debate.
38:10And if you were able to get him that deep in running backs in your draft, then Chuba Hubbard is like an
38:16auto flex for you among all the like mind melting conundrums at wide receiver.
38:19You just get to have Chuba Hubbard in your flex and have three running backs in your starting lineup.
38:25Pretty easy. Free parking. Free parking. All right. Next is Travis H.
38:28And unfortunately, this is another conversation. This is at the Baltimore Ravens.
38:31Hayden, he was running back 18 and snap percentage and week one.
38:35I gave my theory on the week one weirdness.
38:37I don't know if I asked you what yours is.
38:40I have no theory. I'm perplexed. CJ Donaldson was out there in pass protection as an undrafted free agent rookie.
38:45Now, H has never been good in pass protection.
38:48It's like I can somewhat understand that one. Kendra Miller going like snap for snap on early downs with with Travis H.
38:54And that made no sense. Game script got away from him in that game.
38:58Travis H. And at least I think had a season or a career high in receptions in that one to kind of like backdoor.
39:04It's like RB to finish. He's going to have to do that again because they're also projected to lose by eight and
39:10a half points in Baltimore against Kyle Hamilton and those guys.
39:13That's going to be an issue. I don't know.
39:16I guess I hope your theory is correct that he's just like playing through something, but he's not on the injury report.
39:22So like. I don't know. I've heard clips from them, like their offensive coordinator and their play call.
39:27And obviously the GM just signed them. They're like, this guy is awesome.
39:31And then like week one comes to here and like, what do they say about Kendra Miller?
39:35Is Kendra Miller like a favorite on CJ Donaldson?
39:38CJ did a really good job through training camp and preseason.
39:41He's got a nice special teams role. He can obviously play in third down protection.
39:45I think he's done a nice job with that.
39:47And then he was able to play some snaps in some short yard situations.
39:51I think this is all positive for him. On top of that, Kendra Miller had both backfield touches inside of the 10
39:57yard line, converted that eight yard touchdown. Travis HN was running back 24 in percent of dropbacks played in week one at like 39%.
40:04And then on top of this, like Tyler Shuck and the offense have to play well from the first series.
40:09If they have a slow start like they did last week, this isn't the line defense that you're facing.
40:15It is the Baltimore Ravens defense. And they're not going to let you back in it like the Saints did last week.
40:21So yeah, just like alarm bells all over this one.
40:23Hopefully we get one of these matchups that like settles it all down and it gets back to normal here.
40:29And Alvin Kamara could play this week. I don't know that if it's going to happen or not.
40:34That was without Alvin Kamara. So very odd situation.
40:36I'll double check over the cap, making sure that they did pay him all that money.
40:41They did pay him all that money. I don't know why.
40:44Ramondre Stevenson is your running back 23. This is a few spots below consensus at running back 20.
40:49It sounds like Trevon Henderson might play this week more so than last week.
40:53He's doing more in practice each day. Is there going to be an alteration if Trevon is in or out or is this anticipating him play?
41:00This is anticipating Trevon out there. So maybe that's why I'm a little bit lower in consensus rankings there.
41:05Obviously, I'd move him up. Definitely probably like ahead of like, you know, Aaron Jones, David Montgomery, Bucky Irving tier without Trevon.
41:11Um, I'm expecting Trevon to get in there and mix in behind Ramondre Stevenson, probably maybe not as drastic as a split,
41:17uh, in the postseason where Trevon like literally had like three fancy points per game.
41:21And Ramondre was kind of like, you know, the RB 28 on a per game basis.
41:26Um, matchup is like pretty solid here. Steelers, um, are only projected for 18 points.
41:30So even without AJ Brown, the Patriots are expected to win by five and a half.
41:34So game scripts on his size. Ramondre is a good player.
41:37Um, and the offensive line, uh, I thought that they got their ass kicked, but that was also against the Seahawks and,
41:43uh, they do a lot of funky stuff. Um, so like, you know, Steelers are also, they have some awesome defensive linemen too.
41:50So, um, I think he's more of like a flex play than an RB two.
41:54I would hesitate for anyone to make conclusions about an offense and especially a quarterback's play against the Seattle Seahawks.
41:59I mean, the best quarterbacks out there from Josh Allen to what we saw with Drake may to, you know, Bryce young,
42:05I've really struggled against the Seattle Seahawks defense. Just to put that in perspective, I was watching the Drake may film there.
42:11They had a single high safety in the middle of the field.
42:15Pre-snap. He rotated down, not down. He rotated all the way to the flat at the snap.
42:19And then the guy that was in the flats was all of a sudden playing all the way back.
42:25Like when they're rotating stuff, it's not like, Oh, he's rotating into the box.
42:29Like, no, he's, he's playing the flat. Like you can't, you have no idea what you're going to see against the Seahawks right now.
42:35Ready for a take is Mike McDonald, new era, Bill Belichick.
42:38Yes. Except like smiles more and has like some level of personality, like, and is kind to reporters, you know?
42:44Yeah. Yeah. Agree. Tweet it. I bet Mike McDonald would be really good on a television show.
42:48I'm just saying. All right. Next is Basial Tootin as running back 24.
42:52This is at the Denver Broncos, which is notable because Tootin broke a number of tackles, created extra yards, and now he
42:58gets the Broncos defense that missed the most tackles in week one.
43:01But who knows if that's going to carry over here?
43:04Yeah. It was like shocking to watch the Broncos play that bad tackling.
43:08It was just like not something they've ever done before.
43:10So we'll see there. Basial Tootin had, he definitely had a good game.
43:14I thought he missed a couple reads, but in general, like I didn't, after listening to Stats for film, I was being too critical of him.
43:21He broke too many tackles to be that critical.
43:24He did some of the Basial Tootin stuff that I don't love.
43:27But when you're that athletic, you're going to be making people miss like you live with it.
43:32And that's exactly what Liam Cohn was saying after the game.
43:35So Chris Rodriguez played some. I think they had the same amount of snaps going into halftime in the fourth quarter, a
43:41complete blowout, which I'm not expecting in this one.
43:43Jacksonville is actually expected to lose by a couple points.
43:46Um, they really gave Basial Tootin a bunch of carries at the end to give them a little bit more experience.
43:52Um, and yeah, I'm still just don't know who's going to be the goal line back.
43:56If I knew that Basial Tootin is going to get half the half of them, I would move them up.
44:02I'm guessing it's still going to be some Chris Rodriguez there, but I think it'll probably be a committee, um, all across the field.
44:08It might be difficult this week, but in the future, like I wish Basial Tootin was given like the first and second
44:14levels a little bit more, maybe with some better wide receiver blocking.
44:18And so then the first tackle he has to break is at the second or third level, because even in this past
44:24game against the Browns, if he had been able to avoid one more defender, then he's very close, like a 40 yarder,
44:30you know, and we haven't really seen a 40 yarder yet from Basial Tootin, but I think it's on the way from him.
44:36Definitely. So he's way too up. Like he's going to have those moments.
44:40I will say Jacksonville's offensive line is just not very good.
44:43You know, they, they held, they held their own against Pat and pass protection.
44:47They, it was not like he had wide open lanes on the ground there.
44:50And I think we signed up, we knew that was going to be the case.
44:55And that was the case last year as well.
44:57So, um, yeah. Jeremiah love is your running back 25 from a town perspective.
45:01This is much higher. Again, I'll keep bringing this up.
45:04Michael Thor handled breeze hall during his rookie season.
45:06That was with a slow start, 12, eight, 14 touches in the opening three games.
45:10Kind of sound like the floor, like the volume and the number of snaps that Jeremiah love got last week.
45:16So it really might take until like the fourth game for Jeremiah love to be the one, a bell cow type stuff.
45:22Yep. I just be patient with Jeremiah love. I think he's firmly a flex.
45:26He's not even an RB two right now because Algier, um, is going to get some of the goal line work.
45:31Jeremiah love looked awesome though. He's going to catch passes in negative game scripts.
45:35Like last week they were winning by so much so early.
45:38Uh, and now they're three and a half dogs to the Seahawks.
45:42Now the problem is like, it's a Seahawks. So correct.
45:44Nobody scores against Seahawks. Um, so like Ramon or Stevenson was like an RB two as a bell cow against the Seahawks.
45:50Jeremiah loves not going to be a bell cow.
45:53So like this is like a flex. And I do think that there are some teams out there where he could be a bench candidate in this one.
46:01Um, but I'm really hoping he just keeps ripping off big plays and it makes this one like a no contest without deer.
46:07Can we talk about our death league for a moment?
46:10Because I was doing waivers last night and the death league, like put me in a spiral.
46:14Nate Tice, shout out Nate. Uh, I think faced me and he got eliminated first and his three players.
46:20And this is why it was Jamar chase and Colson Loveland.
46:23And he also had Jeremiah love like, and then Quinchon Judkins and Jamison Williams.
46:27That's just what, like a 14 team death league on top of it.
46:30Yes. Um, but then like when you see those players on waivers and you have a $1,000 fab budget, it's like, Oh,
46:36I just want to spend all of it on Jamar chase.
46:39And then a quarter of it on Jeremiah love and all that type of stuff.
46:43I did a little bit of research and everyone that has played in these leagues before Hayden says you can never, and
46:49I mean, never deliver half of your budget on one player.
46:52Uh, because then the teams and the waivers get even better as the season goes along and you need to have the budgets for that.
46:59And so I ended up underbidding everyone. Whereas what I think chase went for like $490.
47:04Jeremiah love went for like two 50. And then you picked up Colson Loveland for one Oh one or something like that.
47:10Yeah. How I'm handling that. And by the way, you guys should play these leagues on, um, Yahoo death leagues.
47:15Uh, sorry. Uh, I'm canceled. Uh, I wanted Colson Loveland because I punted off of a position.
47:20I punted off tight ends and there's only a couple of tight ends that I felt good about.
47:25So that's how I kind of handle it is like, okay, punt off one position.
47:29And then the second that guy is available, like go after it.
47:32So that's how, that's how I'm handling is. I'm glad to God love them there.
47:37That's what I'm going to get even weirder. Once like half the league is gone.
47:41And then you're just going to have so many people on waivers on top of this.
47:45So I'll keep you guys updated. This first time for me playing that.
47:49And it was same mind melting. Next is Jadarian price.
47:51We had a long conversation about him on stats versus film.
47:54Uh, I'm hoping there's something about, Hey, they played on Wednesday in the opener, rookie debut, all that type of stuff.
48:00And maybe, and he looked awesome. And so maybe he gets a couple more snaps here and there, uh, or it's exactly
48:06the same workload that can walk for the third gosh.
48:09That was RB 22 and RB 28 usage, uh, with, with Zach Charbonnet healthy for, for Kenneth Walker.
48:14That Seahawks team was putting up 30 points. Uh, they're right now projected for 22 and a half.
48:19So I think like you're hoping for the Kenneth Walker numbers from the regular season last year for price.
48:24Uh, it made me nervous that Emmanuel Wilson played four snaps.
48:27Three of them were when he was subbed in for plays with two or fewer yards to go.
48:32Like that just can't happen. That was like the shocking part of it.
48:36I'm not that surprised. I didn't play any snaps on third and fourth downs.
48:40Um, but he looks, he looked awesome. So, um, you're, you're hoping here, like we're, we're firmly in flex tears right now.
48:46I will say he's still projected for 74 and a half, uh, yards, uh, total yards here.
48:50How many wide receivers project for 74 and a half yards?
48:53Like it's probably 13 of them. So he's still like better than the wider, the fancy wide receiver that you want to play here.
49:00Next is Jalen Warren, your guy running back 27 here.
49:03This is at the new England Patriots. Um, what do you want to say about this backfield?
49:07Because again, it was basically 50 50 this past week, but you're still in the camp of holding out and believing that
49:14Jalen Warren is, is going to earn a kind of larger piece or let's say the more valuable piece of this group.
49:20Yeah, I think it's just more valuable and he's more likely to catch a couple of passes.
49:24I think that he's a better football player. Um, but the problem this week is it's going to be a committee until proven otherwise.
49:31Um, and it kind of like rotated like full drives.
49:34Um, and the Steelers are projected for 18 points.
49:36They did not have a clean showing last week.
49:39Uh, Rico Dowdle had an 8% success rate on the ground.
49:42Like that's Rico Dowdle is not an 8% success rate rusher.
49:45Like that they had just straight up issues, uh, on offense.
49:48Um, and it's just a much tougher matchup against the Patriots.
49:51At least they don't, the Patriots don't have like Tonga this year.
49:54But they still just want to put a bunch of guys up in the box and they have, uh, Christian Gonzalez against DK Metcalf and like everything else.
50:02It was like a little bit, you know, hit and miss.
50:05Yeah. They were top three neutral pass rates. So Mike McCarthy had this quote.
50:09This is from Mike nuggets, by the way. Uh, excellent resource quote.
50:12You definitely got to give your passing game a little more opportunity this time of year.
50:16If you think you're going to come out here and throw it in January.
50:20So I'm cognizant of that, but I definitely would like to be north of 25 carries each and every week, closer to 30 plus running the ball.
50:28If I was going to draw up the perfect game.
50:30So theoretically he wants to run the football more, but in practicality last week, he did not at all.
50:36No, I, I hate the target number that we have to hit as total carries in a game.
50:41It turns out you run the ball more when you have a 10 point lead in the fourth quarter.
50:46It's like typically the best teams do run the ball a little bit more.
50:50It's not because they were running the ball the entire game.
50:53Okay. It's Quinchon Judkins at the Tampa Buccaneers as you're running back 28.
50:56Is this still C tier just because he's going to get so much volume or let's say the largest market share of volume in this category?
51:03Probably. I would go D tier. I would say you can put them in the flex, but look, they're projected for 16 and a half points.
51:11And this is a past funnel defense with Vita Veya.
51:13Um, if you were going to nitpick the, the Buccaneers is last week, Chase Brown had a couple of runs like right
51:19at Reuben Bain where he was just getting annihilated.
51:22So like, maybe there's like a weak spot here, but I just don't trust the Browns, the Browns offensive line.
51:27I thought it was still a mess. Quinchon's good.
51:30There's no Dylan Sampson, but unfortunately Quinchon like did not like increase his role that much.
51:34Like they just put rockets Sanders in the Dylan Sampson role.
51:37Maybe they'll, maybe they'll change that like kind of as the game plan and like try to get Quinchon more involved, but
51:43he's, he's never been like this awesome receiver. He's kind of been this kind of early down guy and you can only
51:49give him so many touches coming off that injury.
51:52So I think he's a low end flex in, in half PPR.
51:55Yeah. I think they also promoted Jaleel McLaughlin from the practice squad as well.
51:59And he's of that styling of a back on top of it.
52:02Okay. So we basically have escaped flex consideration territory is what you're telling me in an ideal world.
52:07Yes. In an ideal world. Now some of our subscribers don't live in an ideal world.
52:12Okay. Marshawn Lloyd is your running back 29. I said in stats versus film that I still need to be proven if
52:18he's more than like a replaceable replacement level back.
52:20But Hey, now I'll add that this is his real week one at the New York jets.
52:25This is not against a Brian Flores defense where, you know, Chris Brooks led all running backs with 20 past protection snaps in week one.
52:32That's why he was a starter and why he played so much.
52:35If that continues here into week two, then you have like major problems.
52:39If you draft him, Marshawn Lloyd. I just feel way better about this spot than the last one.
52:44They're projected for 24 points or expected to win here.
52:47You don't have chaos and Brian Flores out there.
52:49Marshawn Lloyd. He's not my favorite player, but he is really explosive.
52:52And like, there's a chance that he can catch the ball on the flats and like take off.
52:57And I still think that he would probably get the goal line touch over Chris Brooks.
53:02I'm not positive about that. We didn't see any Caleb Johnson.
53:05I do wonder like, you know, there's only a couple, a couple more weeks left.
53:09Most likely until Jacobs gets back. Like at some point they're probably going to get Caleb Johnson involved a little bit.
53:15Maybe that happens here. So I don't feel great about the spot.
53:18And then the big news is the Packers interior offensive line.
53:21Like you can put it up there with the Titans and the, or it's worse.
53:25The interior offensive line is worse than the Titans.
53:28It's, it's as bad as it gets. And that's not going to change.
53:31Common on guys. You're running back 30 against the Vikings defense for missing the preseason.
53:35Hayden, he certainly looked fast for. Yep. And faster than his four, six time speed.
53:39But again, we're facing against a Brian Flores defense here.
53:42Yep. You just, you just don't catch the ball against the Vikings as running backs.
53:46Now that's not like the biggest thing for Kyle Manungai.
53:49He's, he's interesting because he has like a huge spike week, like once every six ish games.
53:54And then the other games, like he's like the RB 38.
53:57So if you're comfortable with that, that's, that's fine.
53:59Last week, RB 32 and expected points as they were absolutely rolling against a team that you like want to run the ball against.
54:06So kind of dropping them down from there. Let's talk bill.
54:09He's your running back 31 at the Dallas Cowboys and their defense that was run all over and passed all over last week.
54:15Um, what'd you think of bill when you went back and looked at the stats and watched him?
54:20Uh, I thought that he looked like laterally, like explosive, like relative to the other backs.
54:25The part that makes me a little bit nervous is one.
54:28He was like very clearly subbed out in like obvious passing situations.
54:31And that was kind of as expected. My problem with him just like for this week is making sure that like, they're going to stay committed to him.
54:39His fumble. I didn't realize how bad the, the fumble was, uh, that happened with four minutes to go.
54:44His team recovers it. He gets subbed out and they're trying to win the game.
54:48Like this is like not garbage. I'm like, they're down eight points and the rest of the game.
54:53It's only, um, Katron Allen. And it's only Rashad white.
54:56Yes. But like that's they're down eight. And it was that play.
54:59And then Ja'Cory Krosky married did not play a single snap after that.
55:03So like you could, if you wanted to read this, like that he was benched in that moment.
55:08Now, I don't think he's gonna be permanently benched here, but like, that's at least in the back of my mind.
55:13I still think it's just too low. Like let's put him, uh, ahead of Marshawn Lloyd here.
55:18Um, but it's not the cleanest, um, spot, uh, in general, just because like, it's going to be a committee and like,
55:24you at least have kind of like the, what just happened in the fourth quarter of that game.
55:29So Ben standing who probably did this for us for fancy purposes did ask Dan Quinn directly about the fumble and if
55:35that's going to impact bill and Dan Quinn said, quote, I think the ball security is definitely a premium for us.
55:41But then he immediately went to this, that I love the Twitch that you see with bill.
55:46We can get him into the second and third level.
55:48He presents a real problem from a tackling standpoint.
55:51So I just think the more reps he gets more time, he's seeing the blocks, the offensive line, knowing where he is.
55:57Those are the things that just need time on task.
56:00But I'm pleased with what we've seen so far.
56:02So if I'm reading that, then rather than going in on him about the fumble, it's more, hey, we actually need to play him more.
56:09Yeah, maybe so. He's had fumble issues in the past.
56:12Like this is like kind of one of the situation.
56:15If he fumbles this week, it's like real bad.
56:17Yes. Um, so I think we're most likely safe, but like we got on the recap show and was like, oh, he
56:23played 42% of the snaps and Katron that made it the three back committee.
56:27Like that wouldn't be like the most shocking thing either.
56:30I also think, and maybe it probably shouldn't. It also helps when you recover a fumble versus going to the other team, just inherently, you know?
56:37And that helps. Josh currently helped him out. Yes.
56:39Uh, okay. JK Dobbins versus the Jacksonville Jaguars is here.
56:42This Jaguars defensive line. You it's something you can't screw around with.
56:45Now, obviously the Broncos offensive line has been quite good in recent years was not good in week one.
56:51And so again, this is on the road and JK Dobbins has to have a rushing touchdown to be relevant.
56:56It is that something they are projected for 24 points.
56:59So like maybe by the end of the week, I feel a little bit more comfortable to slide them up.
57:04Yeah, I really hope so. That would be great for my bags.
57:08Um, we'll see about Jonah Coleman. They didn't play him at all.
57:11I'm guessing most, the most likely outcome is that doesn't change this week.
57:15I think by the end of the season and it will change, but like if they didn't play him in week one,
57:21I don't know why they would all of a sudden play in week two.
57:25Jacksonville is. They're going to be very difficult to run the ball.
57:28That it's just, it's as simple as that. Um, uh, and RJ Harvey was out there for not just receiving stuff.
57:34He had some, um, uh, rush attempts early on in that game.
57:37So yeah, it was obviously the worst, uh, possible situation in terms of game script last week.
57:42That's not going to be the case in most games for JK Dobbins, but there's also like not that huge of a ceiling.
57:48I will say he, he did have one rep where he cut the ball outside and I thought that he looked really quick.
57:54And I was like, Oh, that looks like the same old JK Dobbins.
57:58Like he's some somehow comes back from injury and like still looks like the same exact player every single time.
58:03So like credit, credit to him for, for being able to do that.
58:07The general Coleman point, you know, sometimes the real fantasy values are some of the players that get cut in week one.
58:13I'm not saying it's going to happen in week two, but again, if the Broncos often struggles, which it might against the
58:19Jaguars defense, as we brought up in stats versus film, they have to like try to inject something in there.
58:25And maybe over the course of the next few weeks, that could be Jonah Coleman.
58:29Cause he is like the only one that like didn't play.
58:32Well, also JK Dobbins and RJ Harvey both got steamrolled in pass protection to get bone nicks killed like both of them.
58:38So even if, even if they're running the ball pretty well, uh, and the team looks better, if like we have more
58:44pass protection issues from the running backs in this game, as we had the last one, like they're going to have to get Jonah Coleman out there.
58:51That's like one of the calling cards for Coleman's profile.
58:54Right. So my point in that is Jonah Coleman was probably dropped for like Kalen black, which makes sense, uh, or maybe some other wide receiver.
59:01So if he's now available in your league, a speculative ad, I think is potentially there if you missed out on some others.
59:08Uh, okay. Tony Pollard is, I think the last backfield that we have not discussed yet.
59:12This is, uh, against the Philadelphia Eagles. Um, I mean the Titans run game was just neutered from the jump over the last four games, including last season.
59:20And that's with Ty J Spears mixing in at the end of the last season.
59:24He's the RB 41 on RB 37 usage. Titans are 31st and projected points.
59:28They looked miserable last week. I thought cam Ward had a terrible showing and it was maybe even more concerning because I
59:34didn't think that the offensive line was even that bad.
59:37It was just like cam Ward just like stunk, uh, scheme.
59:40I don't think was that great either. Uh, and this is a split Ty J Spears played, uh, like pretty much like
59:46every kind of other drive as we saw last year.
59:48And Tony Pollard lost a bunch of snaps and touches in the second half of the game when they were losing by a lot.
59:55Now they get to fill it up. The Eagles.
59:57Yeah. It's over. Yeah. Uh, and again, they played the fewest amount of heavier personnel sets in the NFL in week one.
60:04And actually two of their best runs came out of those heavier personnel looks.
60:07So, okay. I'm going to throw everyone else on the board here.
60:11Hayden from Rico Dowdle to RJ Harvey to Blake Corum to Kalen Black.
60:14Uh, I mean, you also have Trevion and Tyler Algier and Chris Rodriguez and Alvin Kamara and all sorts.
60:19Pick one of these names. If you want to say anything about anyone here.
60:23I think these are not flex guys. These are kind of bench stashes and kind of wait and see if I, if
60:29I had to pick one, I guess it would be like RJ Harvey, um, getting him out in space against like the linebackers.
60:36It'd be something like that. But, uh, cause he did play like plenty enough and he's got some juice and they do
60:42do some of the red zone stuff. And if we don't think they're going to be able to run the ball, uh,
60:48like the four yard line against that team, like maybe they get a little bit creative.
60:52So like, that would be like my, my dart throw.
60:55But if you're starting these guys, you're, you're in trouble.
60:58I think Corum could be one too with the Rams project for 27 and a half.
61:02Yep. Yeah. Same thing with Kalen Black, Blake Corum, Kalen Black.
61:05It's, you know, they're winning by a lot and they're rotating drives.
61:09Cause Corum was good in his carries last week.
61:11He's just not as trusted, especially in passing situations as Kyron is.
61:14And when you're trailing by 18 points or whatever it was, then that's where he's going to sit.
61:19But you know, if they're tied and the markets have them winning by seven and a half, then I think there's a
61:25chance that both Kyron and Blake Corum get in the end zone for this game.
61:29Yeah. I think Corum's really good. Like just watching him like that, that, that to me is an NFL starter.
61:35All right. That does it. Thanks for tuning in everyone again.
61:38Oh, I forgot to talk about the lions and bills wide receivers.
61:41Any final notes on that real quick? I mean, is it as simple as, Hey, you start DJ more.
61:47Hey, you start. I'm on Ross St. Brown. And then is Jamison Williams the only question here?
61:51Whereas in week one, his stat line would have looked a whole lot better if he didn't have the drops, but he has a case of drops.
61:59He's kind of over the last 10 games or so.
62:01I guess my biggest take is I got DJ more as my wider super 13 on the week.
62:06Just like, let's just party right away. His role was awesome.
62:09He looked explosive and they want to pass the ball a little bit more than maybe we were expecting.
62:15And the lion secondary, they keep losing guys. Like I think DJ Reed's going to miss this game.
62:20Rock Yassin was limping off last week. Like secondary was bad.
62:23They're getting worse every, like every hour. I refresh the timeline.
62:26It seems to be getting worse there. Jamo is, he's going to be the more challenging one because Sam Laporta was getting some work over the middle.
62:33I think there, there's some historical on off splits with Jameson Williams.
62:36Like there's lower volume. The type of volume that he gets with Sam Laporte is typically more down the football field, which
62:42means that Jamo is like going to finish as like the wide receiver 10 or like the wide receiver 80.
62:48And you know, like me trying to figure out which one that's going to be on a week to week basis is going to be hard.
62:55So I pretty much have like no choice. I put Jamison Williams, like my wide receiver 30.
63:00And like you guys got to live with the results.
63:03If you have Jamison Williams, now it's good to live with results when you're ready for 25 points.
63:08So I think it's not the worst situation. I think he's going to probably face Christian Benford, who was shadowing Nico Collins last week.
63:14I don't think he's going to be going into the slot against Amon.
63:18Yeah. Every single Detroit Lions fan is asking Brad Holmes to trade for Joey Porter Jr.
63:22So we'll see. That'd be, that'd be pretty sick.
63:25That'd be pretty sick. Yeah. They don't have either of their safeties.
63:28And with the vertical passing game, especially with Don Kincaid in there.
63:31I mean, hopefully, hopefully, hopefully Thursday night football does not curse us.
63:35And we actually get points here that is projected in the markets out there for what a 54 and a half total right now.
63:41Please. I need to do it. All right. That does it for us.
63:45We'll be back here on Friday with wide receiver rankings.
63:47Then we do all over again with a, let's say, refreshed, refined Sunday morning show with even more of your questions answered at 10 30 AM Eastern.
63:55And we'll finish it off with Sunday night recap.
63:57All right, everyone up the bell. Talk to you guys soon.
64:00See ya.
