London is an underrated superstar with elite physical tools (huge frame, catches cleanly, fights for extra yards, can dunk on CBs, sinks his hips) and a case to be as high as the sixth-best WR in the NFL. He was the WR5 on WR5 usage from 2024 through Week 11 of 2025 when he went down with a PCL injury; only Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase had a higher target share (29.6%) over that span. The Falcons only added depth in the skill group this offseason (Zachariah Branch, Jahan Dotson, Olamide Zaccheaus), so London is getting the rock this season. Head coach Kevin Stefanski provides a real floor to the scheme, and Tua Tagovailoa can pepper London underneath and intermediate now that he's playing more slot than ever. The Falcons defense could regress, which helps London get targets. London has a low-end WR1 floor baked in, and his 1124.5 yardage projection is in the neighborhood of Amon-Ra St. Brown (1199), Justin Jefferson (1149), and CeeDee Lamb (1174)—all consensus Round 1 players.

Matt Harmon argues Drake London's production metrics are elite despite offensive context limitations: 7th in NFL in yards per route run, 28.7% target rate (incredibly high), and top-10 receiver ranking even by pure production standards. Harmon emphasizes that London's stats would improve significantly if placed in a better offensive system like the Los Angeles Rams or Detroit Lions, suggesting current production undervalues his true talent and opportunity ceiling.
