0:00I'm Draymond Green, host of The Draymond Green Show.
0:03I'm always looking for anything that actually helps with performance and recovery without turning into a complicated routine of powders and supplements.
0:10That's why Kayx caught my attention. This is a ready-to-drink creatine booster that's engineered to work the way creatine is supposed to.
0:17It's Swiss engineered, sugar-free, and it even won a Global Innovation Award this year.
0:21The reason it's different is because most creatine drinks lose effectiveness sitting on shelves.
0:25Kayx solved that with this really smart V-Cap design.
0:28The creatine stays sealed separately inside the cap until you open the bottle.
0:32So when you press it and drink it, you're getting the full fresh clinical dose right then and there.
0:38And it goes beyond creatine. You've got essential amino acids for muscle support, citrulline for endurance and blood flow, caffeine for focus,
0:45plus betaine, electrolytes, and plant extracts to help with hydration and recovery too.
0:49It's one of the few performance products I've heard about lately that genuinely feels innovative.
0:54Kayx creatine EAA booster. Visit ka-ex.com to discover more.

2:06This is Fantasy Football Today from CBS Sports. What a play!
2:09Can you believe this? I had no idea. It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
2:14Off to the races! And he stays at his feet!
2:17Now, here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
2:20We are talking about running backs 9 through 16 in our consensus PPR rankings.
2:25And that would be, again, this is not ADP, this is our ranking.
2:29Saquon Barkley, Derrick Henry, Kenneth Walker, Jeremiah Love, Kyron Williams, Josh Jacobs, Cam Scadaboo, and Brees Hall.
2:34And the range for these guys in Fantasy Pros ADP is Barkley at 15 all the way down to Scadaboo at 44th overall.
2:41He's actually RB19 in ADPs. Yeah, in ADPs, RB15 in our consensus rankings.
2:46Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the show. It's Fantasy Football Today on Wednesday, June 10th.
2:50Hump Day! Adam Azer with Dan Schneier and Heath Cummings.
2:53What's up, Dan? It's a big day for you tonight.
2:57Nick's on. Game 4. Gotta win. Cannot go. Cannot lose this game, I don't think, and still win the series.
3:03I disagree on that, but it's a big game.
3:06Question for you. You know what? No, we won't do the banter now.
3:10We'll do the banter later. Remind me, after our first commercial break, I'll ask you, I'm going to put in the notes, question.
3:17Heath, good morning. How are you? Good morning. I'm shocked to see that you were at home because yesterday I was told
3:24that you were going to look at a trade offer when you got home.
3:28And I just assumed that you never went home and you were going to be podcasting from somewhere else.
3:34All right. Let's look at the trade offer right now in our Bake Burger Dynasty League.
3:39Heath has offered me Isaiah Likely and the sixth overall pick for Quentin Johnston and Cam Ward.
3:45I don't think I can. I can't give up Cam Ward.
3:48I'm sorry. I thought – okay. So I was confused.
3:51I thought that you were looking to trade Cam Ward so that you could take Fernando Mendoza at 102.
3:57I thought you said that you wanted to get better somewhere, trade Cam Ward for a different position and draft Mendoza at 102.
4:04I was trying to help you make that happen.
4:07All right. You know what? I'm not going to reject it.
4:11I'm not going to reject it. I might – You're just going to let – just let it sit there for a couple months?
4:18I've got to figure out who I'm going to get at six.
4:22Does anyone know when this Bake Burger Draft is even happening?
4:25No. Not so probably – Still TBD? Training. Are the rosters still locked because I want to drop like 14 players so I don't get stuck again?
4:34No, I'm not kidding. The rosters are locked. They can't drop anyone.
4:38All right. I don't know. You unlock the rosters at least?
4:41No. You know what? I don't want to do anything with this league right now.
4:46Let's get into the show. All right. So I've got stats on these eight running backs.
4:51Well, I do have stats on all of them.
4:54But I'm going to start with stats on two of them.
4:57Stat of the day number one in the last two seasons, 14 running backs.
5:02Have at least five one-yard touchdown runs. Okay? Okay.
5:04Including a guy like Sean Tucker. Sean Tucker has five one-yard touchdown runs.
5:08Dan Schneier, how many does Saquon Barkley have in his two seasons with the Eagles?
5:13Ooh. One-yard touchdown runs. Yeah. Zero? Zero. He has zero.
5:16He has three carries from the one-yard line all in 2024.
5:20But zero. That's amazing that Jonathan Taylor has, I think, 13 or something.
5:24No, I think he has 10. And yeah, Jonathan Taylor has 10.
5:28Josh Jacobs has nine. Saquon Barkley has zero one-yard touchdown runs in the last two seasons.
5:33Heath, stat of the day number two, you try to scratch your head and go, what is the Rams going to look like?
5:40The Rams backfield. What are they going to look like with their split?
5:44Because in the last 11 games of the season, Kyron Williams averaged 15 carries per game.
5:49Blake Corum averaged 10 and a half. Well, the Rams have been top seven in running back carries three straight seasons and
5:56top four in running back carries inside the five-yard line in seven of their nine seasons under Sean McVay.
6:02Pretty cool. Yeah. Yeah. It's, uh, they, they score a lot of points and it's, it's good that they still, even with
6:09having a goal line receiver, like Devante items, um, still, still get inside the five often enough to where they can have those types of carries.
6:17It was a bit of a down year, I guess, in terms of touchdowns for Kyron last year, but he still scored 13.
6:24Love it. That's what he does. Yeah, he sure does.
6:27And, you know, in those last 11 games, I think he would have been based on the, hold on, still have, instead
6:34of, uh, instead of guessing, um, he would have been about RB 13, I think per game, something like that.
6:40Uh, Kyron Williams based on the points per game he had in, in that stretch.
6:45Uh, he averaged 14. Yeah. He averaged 14.7 PPR fantasy points per game based on the points per game.
6:51Uh, he would have been RB 10 per game and non PPR RB 13 per game and half PPR RB 14 per game in full PPR.
6:59But in that stretch, the Rams were number one in running back carries.
7:03They just, they ran a ton of plays. They ran, had a lot of carries.
7:08All right. Uh, so there's a couple of stats to think about here is obviously touchdowns are going to matter.
7:14And it's interesting. You know, I thought Dan was like doing the Saquon Barkley research.
7:19Like, Hmm, well, you know, I feel like he's a pretty good bounce back candidate.
7:24Seemed like last year was almost a worst case scenario.
7:27He was RB 15 per game. Right. I do think you have to worry about the touchdowns with him a little bit.
7:34If he doesn't have some long touchdowns, it was most of his touchdowns in 2014 when he had 13 rushing touchdowns.
7:40A lot of them were, you know, of a great distance.
7:44No, no, just something to think about. Yep. All right.
7:47Uh, let me give you some quick questions here.
7:50Which running back in this range do you think you'll draft a lot?
7:54And that's Barkley, Henry, Walker, Love, Kyron, Jacob, Scadaboo, Brees Hall, which running back in this range, Dan, do you think it will draft a lot?
8:02I have probably three that stand out. Should I say the one I feel like I'll draft the most of?
8:08You can just, yeah, give me all three in order.
8:12Walker? No, in order based on the fact that I don't think he'll go as high.
8:17Henry, Walker, Scadaboo for me. And I think I'm back in on Brees Hall at this price too.
8:22Okay. Heath? Yeah, I would say probably the cheapest ones.
8:25So like maybe the guys who go in round three, ADP is all over the place on these guys.
8:31Yeah. But Kyron and Hall are the two that kind of stood out as most likely.
8:36I think we'll see Jeremiah Love's ADP rise too.
8:39We already saw yesterday at practice or maybe it was from today.
8:43I'm not sure. LeFleur mentioned like, you know, like if you got Steph Curry and he has that hand, you don't take him, you don't stop feeding him.
8:52It's kind of like what he was referencing, what Jeremiah Love could be for that offense.
8:57It sounds great on paper. I would like to see it play out.
9:01I'm very skeptical about a lot of things with that offense.
9:04But as far as like how it impacts his ADP, I think that's a guarantee.
9:09It's going to start to skyrocket. We're going to see that ADP rise all the way.
9:14I wouldn't be surprised into the middle round too.
9:17Okay. So I'm just trying to this, this ADP I'm looking at is this is CBS.
9:22Okay. Oh yeah. CBS ADP and fantasy pros ADP on a guy like Josh Jacobs is so different.
9:28Fantasy pros has him 38th. And if you really, you know, you got these legal issues and, you know, if he gets,
9:35if that gets resolved, I think it's going to be 25 where CBS has him.
9:39But he's been so consistent the last two years.
9:42And I think even at 25, he'd be a really good value because Josh Jacobs in his first year with green Bay,
9:49he was, I think RB six per game in his second year, RB nine per game.
9:54But he averages about 19 PPR fantasy points per game.
9:57If you take out, he got, he got injured and he had three games where he played less than 40% of the
10:04snaps when he's playing his normal snap share. He's on pace for, for 16 total.
10:09No, he's on pace for 19 total touchdowns. And that's what he does.
10:13He just, he scores 28 touchdowns in 32 games with the Packers.
10:17That's why we've seen such a shift in my mind, at least in where the talent is in fantasy football, we have
10:24consistent producers now at running back in a range where we used to have consistent receivers and where we used to draft receivers consistently.
10:31We have to change because the reality is I always talk about this, Adam, you know, this is my big thing.
10:38This is still a big touchdown game fantasy football.
10:40We don't like to talk about it. They regress, blah, blah, blah.
10:44Can't predict it. But the reality is the people scoring points of people scoring touchdowns for the most part.
10:50And that's what we're getting with these running backs.
10:53Jacob Scadaboo, potentially Walker, I think is going to have a lot of touchdowns this year.
10:58Henry Williams, you mentioned before down season. He said 13, like these are guys who score touchdowns.
11:03And that's why I think the whole strategy for fantasy is shifting regardless of if you're in PPR, half PPR, whatever it
11:10is, you need to get the consistent scores in this range of the draft.
11:15Like I'm looking at the receivers who will read to who we might be taking over these guys.
11:20And I still see way more question marks as far as scoring touchdowns, scoring fantasy points, what I can rely on than this group of backs.
11:29Well, I think like running backs generally score more touchdowns than wide receivers.
11:33And the fact that we now have more scoring and fewer plays and fewer yards because teams are starting closer to the goal line.
11:40Right. Is also like, I think the kickoff rule favors the running backs.
11:44And they can't throw the ball. These teams, most of these NFL teams are struggling to keep a passing game on time and in rhythm.
11:52And, and that's why I feel, and teams are playing too high split safety looks.
11:57Yards are at a premium now. Touchdowns are still going to be had.
12:01Um, these are the guys that are going to score them.
12:04So I like this range for the most part.
12:07Okay. Um, just, uh, let's go to the second question then.
12:11Which running backs in this range do you think you'll pass on?
12:14Heath? Heath? He's not drafting Barkley this year. What's that?
12:18You're not, you're still out on Barkley. I feel like.
12:21Yeah. I think like, again, we're kind of looking, I have Barkley.
12:24I think the really difficult part of this range is Henry Barkley and Jacobs and my projections are a point per game
12:31better than everyone else in this group. And two or three points per game better than some of these guys.
12:38But they all have major red flag question marks.
12:40Yep. And so I, I, I'm probably not going to draft Josh Jacobs anywhere close to this until his, and if we've his legal issues are resolved.
12:49Um, I'm probably not going to draft Walker or love where they're going to go either.
12:54Cause the, when Dan was talking about the touchdowns, they're kind of the two guys that I'm not sure are going to score touchdowns.
13:02Dan, why do you think Kenneth Walker is going to score touchdowns?
13:05I just think Ken Walker is going to score a touchdown.
13:09I saw how many Kareem Hunt had over these last two years in that role with the chiefs.
13:14I don't know necessarily who's going to take over Hunt's role if it's not Walker in the red zone.
13:20And he gives them so many more options as a receiver too.
13:24I just very high on this Walker chiefs fit in general.
13:28I think I could be wrong on it. We'll find out.
13:31I've never been a Walker guy my whole career in fantasy.
13:34I've always faded him. Um, but we'll see. I just feel very good about how often they get in the red zone
13:41designs of plays in the red zone, specifically in the run game.
13:45What Hunt has been able to do. I'm not as worried.
13:49I'm more worried from a touchdown standpoint, but Barkley love these guys who are Barkley's case.
13:54He's getting touchdowns stolen from near the red zone loves case.
13:57I don't know how much they're going to score.
14:00Um, priest Hall's probably in that mix of, as far as like, are we looking at a player who we're going to
14:07be relying too much on yards for, because they're not scoring a lot of touchdowns.
14:12But Hunt did score a lot of touchdowns relative to the number of touches that he got.
14:17Yeah. But this, this offense is average 9.3 running back rushing touchdowns per season over the last three years.
14:23Yeah. Listen, it's actually in the Mahomes era, eight seasons of him being their starting quarterback.
14:28They've had two running backs finished top 15 per game in full PPR.
14:32Um, they have had, they have not had a running back with more than 205 carries since Kareem Hunt in 2017.
14:39That's good. That was my homes is rookie season.
14:41Uh, they have three running backs in the last eight years with more than 36 catches.
14:46Uh, one of them was Jarek McKinnon, one, Darrell Williams, one Pacheco, Pacheco at 44.
14:51Um, this has not been a good offense for running back fantasy points, but it also hasn't been an offense that's had good running backs.
14:59I mean, yeah, that's what I was going to say.
15:02It hasn't had a Ken Walker at any point.
15:05I just, I think like, except for the last month of Ken Walker's football playing, I'm not sure we thought he was that guy.
15:12I, my, yeah, look Walker's actually only the highest finish he's had in four years has been 12th per game and full PPR in 2024.
15:20When he had, when he had, he was on pace like 70 catches.
15:24Um, right. The other three years of his career has been on, he's averaged fewer than two catches per game.
15:31So he hasn't, Ken Walker hasn't really been that good for fantasy.
15:34If I take a look at his career, he's finished in full PPR, RB 17, RB 21, RB 12, and RB 28.
15:41And again, that one year, 2024, he had 46 catches in 11 games.
15:45Um, however, he's had flashes every year as a rookie after Rashad Penny got hurt.
15:50He was top 10 per game in 11 games, 2023, got off to a great start.
15:5517.4 points per game in his first six games and a couple of injuries, bad game scripts.
16:01Things went downhill. 2024 got off to a hot start.
16:04Then he struggled. 2025 was amazing. 22, 23.2 points per game in four games without Zach Charbonnet.
16:09Um, so I just wonder if this is finally the situation for Walker to like, that's my thought.
16:15Like, is this final situation? Cause what is really the competition on chiefs roster?
16:19You're going to start to say players like Rashard Smith to me.
16:23I'm just going to be, and I like Emmett Johnson, no doubt, but.
16:27But I, no, I think the big risk, and I, you don't even want to hear this name.
16:33And I definitely didn't want to hear this name last year at times, but the big risk is Amari Di Mercado because
16:40he is, he's a pass catching back. And Eric BNM has already talked about how Walker has to get better to play on passing downs.
16:47I don't think Walker even needs to play. He's out.
16:51He has six catches on third down in his career.
16:54Yeah. I'm not worried about the passing downs. Right.
16:56I assume is where I'm worried about. And in general with the chiefs and I don't really see them.
17:02I don't foresee them taking Ken Walker off the field for Amari Di Mercado in the red zone.
17:08That's a really, no, I don't think so in the red zone, but I do think in the two minute drill, maybe.
17:15I think let's look at it. I would think that's a mistake too, but it's possible.
17:20That's possible. No, that's that probably, I mean, that could definitely happen.
17:24And it happened in Seattle with Charbonnet, but I got to take a break, but I just look at these eight running backs.
17:31I think there's two things that we've kind of touched on here that most of them have in common.
17:37And let's get into that when we come back.
17:40So that's Barkley, Henry Walker. I'll give you the, I'll give you the names after the break.
17:45We'll be right back on fantasy football today. I'm Draymond Green, host of the Draymond Green Show.
17:50I'm always looking for anything that actually helps with performance and recovery without turning into a complicated routine of powders and supplements.

19:55Are you really buying a car online on AutoTrader right now?
19:58Really? At a playground? Yeah, really. Look at these listings from dealers.
20:02Wow. Your search can really get that specific. Really?
20:05And you just put in your info and boom.
20:07Cars in your budget. Mom needs a second, honey.
20:10You can really have it delivered? Really. Or I can pick it up at the dealership.
20:15One sec, sweetie. Mommy's buying a car. Mommy looks.
20:18Uh, I think your kid is walking up the slide.
20:21Kyle, again? Really? AutoTrader. Buy your car online. Really?
20:24Running backs nine through 16 in our current consensus rankings on CBS Sports PPR.
20:28Uh, Saquon Barkley, Derek Henry, Ken Walker or Kenneth Walker, Jeremiah Love.
20:32I got to start calling him Kenneth. Kyron Williams, Josh Jacobs, Cam Scadaboo and Brees Hall.
20:37So I think two things that most, not all, but most of them have in common.
20:42Number one, not, not a lot of competition in the backfield.
20:46Saquon Barkley had the fifth most touches per game or maybe the fourth most touches per game at the running back position.
20:53He dominates touches. Derek Henry, he's not going to play on third down, but he's going to get basically every running back carry.
21:00Ken Walker doesn't have great competition. Jeremiah Love, I don't know.
21:03Kyron Williams obviously is the exception here. Um, Josh Jacobs, not great competition.
21:07Scadaboo, I don't know. I mean, Tyrone Tracy's not bad.
21:11Tyrone Tracy's going to have a role. And Brees Hall, you know, I don't know what to make of Braylon Allen, but
21:17he could factor into the goal line. But there's that.
21:21These guys have a path. Most of them have a path to big time work.
21:25The other thing is, I don't think we have to obsess over catches in this range.
21:30I don't know that there's a guy in this group that who's getting to 40 catches like Brees Hall should get to 40.
21:38Is anybody getting to 50? If they design the offense right, Jeremiah Love, but I doubt they'll do it that way.
21:44So no. Yeah. So I don't think it's that big of a deal.
21:48He has the skill set for it. I don't think it's that big of a deal to be hunting for catches in this range.
21:56I think that's what I almost said at the beginning, like that this for me feels like the danger zone at the running back position.
22:04And it's partially because of that. Because I don't think there's a lot of guys who are going to catch a lot of passes.
22:11And then if you don't, you have to score a lot of touchdowns.
22:15I used to feel that way, but I feel like running back catches aren't as important as they used to be.
22:22I'm with you on that, Adam. There's a few guys who can separate themselves like the McCaffrey types, but they're just down so much in the NFL.
22:30That's probably why they're not as important. There's just so few backs who are actually doing it.
22:36Oh yeah. I'd like to see if I could back that up with some numbers.
22:40I think I have that stat tucked away somewhere, but I'll explore that.
22:45Dig into the Acer, Comporium, and find some Acer stats.
22:48I think I can find that actually. All right.
22:50Let's get some news and notes out of the way and we'll dive back into these eight running backs.
22:56Giants minicamp. Jackson Dart, it's kind of a slow adjustment to a new offense.
23:01He's had some good moments, some bad moments in minicamp.
23:04But Cam Scadaboo, who is in this group of eight running backs, he participated in 11 on 11 reps for the first time.
23:11Cleveland head coach Todd Monken is not ready to name a starting quarterback.
23:15They're about to break their minicamp and have a little time off before training camp, but they're not going to have a starting quarterback name before training camp.
23:24He said both Sanders and Watson have played well.
23:27We had a report out from the Houston Chronicle.
23:30Tank Dell expected back for training camp. That was from Jonathan M.
23:34Alexander. So Tank Dell expected back for training camp.
23:36That's great. He also said that Jalen Knoll made a lot of plays on the first minicamp practice.
23:42We also had that report that I mentioned, I think, yesterday of Jaden Higgins.
23:46He's looking good right now. So Heath, all those things I said about Nico Collins being my favorite value, my overlooking the competition in the receiving core.
23:55Well, I think Nico Collins, when he is 100% healthy, is the type of guy that competition really shouldn't matter.
24:01I will tell you one thing, and I mentioned this on FFT Dynasty yesterday.
24:06Had Alfredo Brown on. You do not want to listen to that episode, Adam, because he's not a huge fan of Jackson Dart.
24:13But what I had recently looked up was CJ Stroud has been much, much better when Tank Dell has been on the field.
24:20Eight yards per attempt in the year and a half or full year when he had Tank Dell.
24:26Right around seven when he didn't. So I think it would be a good thing for Stroud to have Tank Dell there.
24:33And I do think that they, if like Dell Higgins and Jaylen Knoll is, is probably the best competition.
24:39Well, he had digs and Tank Dell at the same time.
24:42He did. Yes. Yeah. I don't remember how, what he did that year.
24:46Oh, he was insane. Nico Collins, the first four games he was on pace for like, I think 200 targets or something crazy.
24:53Yeah. And then he, and then he got dinged up.
24:56He got hurt in week five and wasn't really the same when he came back.
25:01And when he came back, I'm pretty sure digs was already out for the year with the ACL.
25:07Um, but it was a super small sample size.
25:10Uh, we had 14 running backs in 2023 that had 50 or more catches the year before that.
25:15We had 11. The previous, the last two years, 2024, we had nine and 2025, we had seven.
25:21Yep. Yep. So it is going down clearly. It is.
25:24I mean, I don't know about 40 catches or whatever, but that, that particular number has been lower the last two years.
25:31Uh, more news items. Alec Pierce could be back from his ankle injury a couple of weeks into training camp.
25:37I do suspect you'll see his ADP start to fall a little bit.
25:41Training camp happens and Alec Pierce is on the pup list.
25:45Um, Javante Williams was not at OTAs for unknown reasons.
25:48Phil Moffa got the first team reps or the first reps with the first team.
25:53Uh, John Shipley of SI. He does a good job covering the Jaguars.
25:57He said, Bejal Tootin is looking explosive in camp.
26:00He did caution that nobody has pads on, uh, but he's looking very good.
26:04He also, and Chris Rodriguez is out by the way, with a foot injury.
26:08He said, Sixth round pick wide receiver Josh Cameron could work his way into the rotation as an outside receiver at some point.
26:16Boy, they're going to play a lot of receivers.
26:18And head coach Liam Cohen isn't sure when Travis Hunter is going to be full go.
26:23Former Browns guard Joel Batonio is retiring at age 34.
26:27The Browns basically have an entirely new offensive line.
26:29I want to say four or five spots are new this year.
26:33And more, uh, hate seeing this kind of news, but Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson.
26:38He was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
26:41Obviously we don't know what happened. Uh, we'll keep an eye on that important player.
26:45He has been punished, um, under the, the personal conduct in the past.
26:50I think he's already had a two game suspension.
26:52Yeah. So could be significant if he is. Yeah.
26:55All right. We got beyond the box score. We got FFT dynasty beyond the box score has its own YouTube channel.
27:02FFT dynasty. You can see all that stuff at youtube.com slash fantasy football today.
27:06They each have their own podcast feed. They each have dashing fantastic hosts.
27:10Um, and you should listen and watch those podcasts.
27:13Okay. Let's yeah. Yeah. I'm sorry. Thank you. Okay.
27:16Yeah. The nice thing you ever said about me.
27:19Saquon Barkley versus Derek Henry. Who do you like better?
27:22That's a tough one for me this year. I've just been high on Henry for the last couple of years and just not ready to quit him.
27:30Not a big believer in the age or whatever it may be.
27:34That's the supposed red flags with Derek Henry. Um, because of things like you see here, even in a down season, I guess it was considered for him.
27:43It's 16 rushing touchdowns. How many touchdowns are going to have this year?
27:47How is it going to be lower than 15?
27:50This is the question I ask myself with Henry every year in what world outside of an injury is this guy not scoring 15 touchdowns?
27:58There's really no world. Yeah, there is one world.
28:01And that's if the, if the Ravens are not good because he doesn't do as well when they lose.
28:06Right. But it's Lamar Jackson and they have a good defense.
28:10Like I don't, do you expect the Ravens to not be good this year?
28:14I expect them to be good. I mean, they have, right.
28:18I don't know what to expect with a new offensive coordinator, but I would expect it to look like the Ravens.
28:24I would too. And they've been a really good franchise.
28:28They've drafted really well. They have a really good infrastructure there.
28:31And Lamar Jackson, most importantly. So as long as they're good again, I expect them to score a lot of touchdowns and
28:38be a really safe, fine fantasy bet. It's just him versus Barkley's interesting.
28:42I think I lean Henry, honestly, the more I think about it, because of what you said, like Barkley's were so reliant
28:49on long touchdowns at this point in his career.
28:52I don't want to say he's so reliant. He, he, he, I, he said he, he take one.
28:57Barkley has zero one yard rushing touchdowns in the last two years, but he does have, I think four two yard rushing touchdowns there.
29:05There are some. Um, but it is an issue for running backs in Philadelphia.
29:09One of those two years that he had zero one yard rushing touchdowns.
29:13He was the best player in fantasy, right? He was right.
29:17Yeah. And he still has that upside. If the Eagles can get back to where they were, there's just so many more ifs for me with Barkley.
29:25It depends on can this offensive scheme take a big jump and is it going to be good with Mannion?
29:32We don't really know what Mannion is going to bring to the table.
29:36Can Jalen hurts still play at a high level without AJ Brown?
29:39Um, I don't know how much of an impact he was having on his game.
29:44It's not like he was really thrown for that many yards anyway, but it is what it is.
29:50But we're talking about a player who has nine rushing touchdowns last year in a down year.
29:55So there's still a floor for Barkley. I just feel like with Henry, I have a clear path to points.
30:01It's seven rushing touchdowns. He had two receiving. Sure.
30:04Whatever it may be. Nine total. Um, I just feel like there's a clear path toward points to Henry.
30:10He's going to have close to, you know, maybe double.
30:13It's possibly as double the touchdowns Barkley as I, the only thing I worry about and Adam, you've talked about this a
30:20lot, but with Henry losing his center and losing his fullback, his last three years in Tennessee, um, when he was actually
30:27in his prime, he averaged 4.3 yards per carry.
30:30It's a good point. Um, the, the two years in Baltimore, he's averaged 5.6.
30:34Now that's not all his center and his fullback.
30:37Some of it's the fact that the defense has to account for Lamar Jackson.
30:42Um, but if we see Jackson rushing less, which I think we saw a little hint of last year and their blocking
30:49isn't as good up front, he might lose two or three fantasy points per game just due to rushing efficiency.
30:55And he already lost points per game. I mean, he went from RB four per game in his first year with the Ravens to RB seven per game.
31:04And he went from, he went from like 19.
31:06Yeah. 19 points per game. I think 19.9 to 16.8.
31:10So, and I think part of it last year was there were a few games without Lamar Jackson where he struggled and the team really struggled.
31:18He was really, really good with Lamar Jackson. It's the other thing, if Lamar is healthy this year, that offense is going
31:25to be so much better, which is going to be lead to more scoring opportunities.
31:29I don't know for sure if the paths of the Eagles being an explosive offense is really as clear as it seems.
31:36No, I know it's, I haven't said it in a few months, but I used to say it all the time.
31:43One of the, one of the toughest decisions fantasy managers are going to have to make is looking at the Eagles offense and going, right.
31:51Are they going to get back to being one of the best offenses in football or is that era over?
31:57And if it is Barkley's a, not a bad pick, but he's a bad pick relative to his ADP.
32:03When you can get some of these other backs in that range.
32:07Um, Dan is just now trolling me with Jalen hurts lies.
32:10No, no, no, no. Lies in the chat. What do you mean?
32:14Blatantly lying in the chat. Let's take a look.
32:17I think it's pretty close to what I said.
32:20Okay. Sorry. The guy threw 32. No, it wasn't.
32:22Yeah, it was 2024 in 14 games. Okay. Still 2,900 yards.
32:26Over a full season. It's 2,900 yards. He's like, let's give him a couple extra yards.
32:31He threw for 3,200 last year, 2,900 the year before the Kellen Moore year.
32:35He got the 3,800. No, I think it's unfair to say he threw for 2,900 yards in a full season when he missed three games.
32:43All right. It's not a full season, but last year was a full season through for 3,200.
32:49We're not that, but that limit. No, it was not a full season.
32:53He didn't play week 18. He didn't play week 18.
32:56I mean, everybody misses a game or two, right?
32:59Every quarterback. What are we doing here? Is every quarterback playing full 17?
33:03A lot of them full season. I mean, he was the starting quarterback for most of the year.
33:08Yeah, but you got to give him an extra game.
33:11Look, there's no question last year was not a good year.
33:15The offensive line by most mentioned. Last year was not a good year.
33:19No years are good years from a passing standpoint.
33:22No, I don't know about that. Besides the Kellen Moore.
33:25Besides the Kellen Moore, no year's been good from a passing standpoint.
33:29Okay, but that was a year. It's a matter of pass attempts.
33:33You're acting like he doesn't do well per attempt.
33:35He just doesn't throw very often. I mean, he bombs it up and he gets these one-on-one looks on the outside.
33:42Of course, per attempt, it's going to look good.
33:45And just to be clear one more time, because Dan refuses to say anything factual about Jalen Hurts, his worst game of
33:52or worst season of his career in terms of passing yards per game was the Kellen Moore year.
33:57Dan always says he was only good as a passer the Kellen Moore year.
34:02It's the only year that he threw for less than 200 yards per game.
34:06Really? It's just completely factually inaccurate, Dan. We're talking about 200 yards per game.
34:11That's the bar you're setting? No. No. I'm saying you always say it's the only year he was good as a passer.
34:17It was his worst year in terms of passing yards.
34:21He threw for 200. The only time the offense looked okay to me from a rhythm standpoint as a passer.
34:27Exactly. Exactly. It's Dan's aesthetic pleasure. The only time he was actually moving the ball on a consistent basis through the year.
34:34I guess now he just bombs it up on these one-on-ones and it works a lot.
34:39He's got a great deep ball. There's no doubt about it.
34:42One of the best in the NFL. The Shane Steichen year was the year that he averaged 247 yards per game.
34:49Let's stop talking about him. I don't know if there's anything else we want to say about Barkley.
34:55It is kind of interesting that in the rare cases where A.J.
34:58Brown has not played, Saquon Barkley usually gets five.
35:01I think he gets about five targets per game when A.J.
35:05Brown hasn't played something like that or five targets maybe in three of the four games.
35:10But that's not with Hurts, is it? Yeah. That's around his career numbers?
35:14It's only four games. It's only four games at Brown's case that Barkley has played.
35:18But he gets more targets. Maybe they'll throw a little bit more than they have the past couple years.
35:24So he's got – he had 37 catches in 16 games.
35:28He can get to 40 catches. That's really not that bad.
35:31And maybe there's room for more. He can be really good with the ball in his hands.
35:37And in his seven healthy seasons, Saquon Barkley's been a top nine running back per game in five of seven seasons.
35:43He's played eight years. One of them, he played two games.
35:47Five of seven seasons, he's been top nine per game.
35:50He's currently RB9 in our consensus rankings. So I would say that's a pretty good case for his floor.
35:56Last year was the second worst year of his career.
35:59The other one was the year after he tore his ACL with the Giants.
36:03All right. Let's go to our next two, Dan.
36:06Let's go to Ken Walker versus Jeremiah Love. Kenneth Walker versus Jeremiah Love.
36:10That's running backs 11 and 12 in our consensus rankings.
36:13Heath, who do you like better? I will go with Kenneth Walker here.
36:17Again, I think I said these were the two guys that I thought I was least likely to draft.
36:23But I've got Walker basically right at – I think his ADP on CBS is 23.5 is what this says.
36:30I've got him at 25 overall. Listen, if Eric Bienham is back, he's supposed to be very good at coaching the run game.
36:37Patrick Mahomes maybe won't run as much as he has in the past.
36:41Although somebody brought up on a show on FFT Dynasty a week or so ago.
36:46Remember every time Patrick Mahomes gets hurt and is hobbling around and looks like he can't walk and then he always has a 25-yard run?
36:54I kind of think he may just run coming off the injury anyway.
36:58But if Mahomes doesn't run and this team goes more run heavy, then I think Walker – like Dan's case for Walker
37:05being a clear RB1 could definitely happen. But it's not a certain thing.
37:09Dan, before you even – so you're going Walker, Heath, and his ADP is actually 16th on Fantasy Pros.
37:15Right. So it's round three – into round three on CBS, Kenneth Walker – Kenneth Walker, sorry.
37:20I just feel like right now, Jeremiah Love is one of the toughest players to rank personally.
37:25Yeah. I mean it's going to be within a range of 12 picks or something like that.
37:31But it's not like he's going to be around five pick or something.
37:35But I don't know where – I don't know if it's late round two, if it's mid-round three or whatever.
37:41But I don't know. I just don't always expect.
37:44We've struggled to return like anything on our investment lately with these types of players too.
37:49Jente being the most recent of that example. And this is not where it ends.
37:54Like I said, this ADP will go higher than 31.5 for Love.
37:57The minute we get all the hype at camp, it's over for that standpoint, I think.
38:02So that'll be a tough one for me too to buy into.
38:06But the upside for me for Love is like the Cardinals offense scored last year.
38:11They were a good fantasy offense. It was good to be a part of that fantasy offense.
38:16They didn't really find anyone at running back once Connor went down.
38:20Benson could never get healthy. But as the receivers scored, Brissette scored, they moved the ball.
38:25Their defense was horrific. So they were just playing in these shootouts with good tempo the entire year.
38:31They didn't fix that defense in one offseason. I'll tell you that.
38:34Like Walter Nolan's a great player. I don't know if he's going to be 100% this year.
38:40Coming back from the injury, they were really bad once he got injured last year too.
38:45And he was a rookie anyway to begin with.
38:48So like I feel like they could be similar game script this year.
38:52So that's the upside I think for Love. Tons of plays.
38:55Tons of tempo. Scoring opportunities based on being down 21 points in a game.
39:00And they just have to, you know, they're playing catch up against cover too.
39:04With Walker, it's like, well, we talked a lot about it already.
39:08But also the one thing I didn't mention on this show, but I mentioned before, it's the number one thing for me.
39:15Isaiah Pacheco faced the number one light boxes in the NFL of all running backs.
39:19He was terrible. But now it's Kenneth Walker. Can Kenneth Walker face a light box?
39:24See the crease. Hit it. And turn this into a 13 point fantasy play on any given play.
39:30And I think the answer could be yes. In a lot of these games.
39:34I wonder how much of that, like, I know that teams historically have played like light boxes against the Chiefs a lot because of Patrick Mahomes.
39:42But also I wonder how much of Pacheco's light box rate from last year is the fact that they just refused to
39:49let him play on anything close to a short yardage run.
39:53Like it was Kareem every time it was an obvious thing.
39:56That's definitely heavy. Here comes Kareem up. That's good context.
39:59If he's not in any short yard situations, he's going to have a better chance to face a higher percentage of light boxes.
40:06So definitely good context. Yeah. All right. So but also like as far as love goes, I would I would bet lots
40:13and lots and lots of money that when we get to mid August, he has around 280.
40:19That's what I'm saying. Yeah. Remember, it's going to shoot up.
40:22Cardinals have one of the hardest schedules in the NFL, and they start with the Rams, the Seahawks.
40:28I don't know if the 49ers are tough, but they they do have a very difficult schedule.
40:33I think that probably favors him. Favors love. Yeah.
40:36In the running back competition, because I would hope they would use him on passing downs.
40:41I don't know, but maybe not. I mean, maybe they want a better pass protector.
40:46Again, I'm not you know what? I'm moving on from love.
40:49It's just too early right now. Who's going to be on the roster?
40:53What's the future of James Conner? Let's see what happens here.
40:57But but Kenneth Walker, I think you've heard Dan being much higher on Walker than than Heath.
41:02But I'm sorry. He's two three turn for Walker.
41:05You're OK with that. OK. Yeah. All right. All right.
41:08We'll take a break and talk about Kyron Williams, Josh Jacobs, Cam Scadaboo and Brees Hall when we come back.
41:14I'm Draymond Green, host of the Draymond Green Show.
41:17I'm always looking for anything that actually helps with performance and recovery without turning into a complicated routine of powders and supplements.
41:24That's why Kayaks caught my attention. This is a ready to drink creatine booster that's engineered to work the way creatine is supposed to.
41:32It's Swiss engineered, sugar free and it even won a global innovation award this year.
41:36The reason it's different is because most creatine drinks lose effectiveness sitting on shelves.
41:41Kayaks solved that with this really smart V-cap design.
41:43The creatine stays sealed separately inside the cap until you open the bottle.
41:48So when you press it and drink it, you're getting the full fresh clinical dose right then and there.
41:54And it goes beyond creatine. You've got essential amino acids for muscle support, citrulline for endurance and blood flow, caffeine for focus,
42:00plus betaine, electrolytes and plant extracts to help with hydration and recovery too.
42:05It's one of the few performance products I've heard about lately that genuinely feels innovative.
42:09Kayaks creatine EAA booster. Visit ka-ex.com to discover more.

43:21The next two running backs in the consensus rankings are Kyron Williams and Josh Jacobs.
43:26And that would be running backs 13 and 14 in our PPR consensus rankings.
43:30And is it easy to say, Heath, that Jacobs would be ahead if there were no risk of a suspension?
43:37Everything was hunky-dory and normal in Josh Jacobs land.
43:39He'd be not only ahead of Kyron, but maybe ahead of Walker and Love.
43:44He would, for me, if there was absolutely no question about Josh Jacobs, he would be right in the mix with Saquon and Henry.
43:51Yeah. Dan, do you agree? Agree. A hundred percent.
43:54I mean, just to play devil's advocate, and I already made the case for Jacobs.
43:59He's been so good. He averaged four yards per carry last year, and he does that a lot.
44:05Four of his seven seasons, he's 4.1 yards per carry or worse.
44:08Um, you know, he has, since he came in the NFL, he has the second most carries in football behind Eric Henry.
44:15But he's about 300 more than Saquon Barkley, who's number three.
44:19But he's got the 13th most carries of 40 or more yards.
44:22You just don't see a lot of home runs from Josh Jacobs.
44:26So you need volume. You need a lot of it.
44:29There's no reason to think he won't get it, but he's not that efficient.
44:34Typically, if they don't score touches, if they're less run heavy, there's some downside there.
44:38But it seems like you're getting to a point in the draft.
44:42Like you could even start with number one over there's downside for almost every player.
44:47Right. So we're nitpicking here. Josh Jacobs is Josh Jacobs.
44:50I mean, we'll get, we're talking about guys here with Jacobs, Henry, who are getting you a floor of six points a week on average, basically.
44:58I mean, 16 touchdowns are Henry's 14 for Jacobs, a little less for Jacobs, but we're talking about almost a six point headstart per week.
45:06And when you look at some of these receivers, you could draft in this range.
45:11We used to have a six point headstart with those guys too.
45:15Now you don't get that anymore. There's just not the consistency in the passing game across the NFL.
45:20So I just want a guy like Jacobs who I know is going to be getting all the touchdowns there, even if
45:27the efficiency is no longer there, even if the explosive runs are no longer there, the passing game stuff comes and goes with him.
45:35I feel like it's game to game, but there's a little bit of a boost whenever it comes, but the touchdowns are just worth so much to me.
45:43All right, Heath. So maybe we'll just talk about the other three running backs, Kyron versus Scadaboo, Scadaboo versus Brees Hall.
45:50Is it an easy call for you? No, I wouldn't say it's an easy call.
45:55I've gone back and forth between Brees and Kyron here recently.
45:58And I think I actually would prefer Brees at the moment.
46:02Oh, wow. Just because I don't really think the situations in Los Angeles or Chicago are going to change as far as the sharing goes.
46:10And Hull has the possibility of just dominating the workload for the Jets.
46:14And I expect that he's going to get back to catching passes more than he did last year because he's been awesome
46:21at it whenever they let him do it. And I think it was just a dumb mistake they made last year.
46:27So I think those two, I really go back and forth on it.
46:31I'm probably going to remain just a little bit lower on Scadaboo relative to those guys because of concerns about the injury.
46:38I think Brees Hall, I'm not sure he's going to have the third down roll.
46:43He didn't have it last year. He should still catch more passes, though.
46:4736 catches in 16 games. I think what's so interesting, I believe I brought this up a few weeks ago.
46:53So I'm sorry for repeating stuff, but I forgot that I said it.
46:57So maybe you forgot that I said it. Brees Hall was on pace.
47:01He played 16 games. He's on pace for 258 carries.
47:05If you just take the last 11 games for Kyron Williams when he was splitting somewhat evenly with Blake Corum, Kyron Williams was on pace for 254 carries.
47:13That's four fewer than Brees Hall over a full season.
47:16So that's amazing to me. I don't know that Kyron can get to 15 per game if the split is what it
47:23was last year because, again, they were first in running back carries per game in that stretch, the Rams.
47:29But even with him splitting, I guess the point is the workload may not even be that much better because the Rams
47:36could have so many more opportunities than the Jets.
47:39That's just something to keep in mind. And Kyron doesn't catch the ball.
47:43It's annoying. He runs so many routes. His target per hour run rate is super low.
47:48If they ever start throwing him, he's on the field enough to be a 40 to 50 catch guy.
47:54And they just don't throw the ball to him.
47:57But, okay. Dan, what's your take on Kyron versus Brees Hall versus Scadaboo?
48:01I think I lean. I mean, Kyron's a safer floor play here.
48:05Him and Scadaboo are in a similar realm for me.
48:08Scadaboo probably has more upside because there's a possibility that the Giants could open the year with neighbors on pup.
48:14And Scadaboo is kind of the focal point of that offense.
48:18I could completely see that coming out that way if Scadaboo is as healthy as he looks already.
48:23I mean, the fact that he's already taking part in team drills in minicamp is pretty surprising, to say the least.
48:30And a good sign as far as where he's headed.
48:33He had seven touchdowns in eight games, I believe he played.
48:37That's, you know, Henry-type numbers from a touchdown standpoint.
48:39On an offense that we expect to potentially take a jump this year with the addition of Francis Marinoa at right guard,
48:46among other things they've done at receiver versus what they had last year.
48:50So there's more upside there, but there's more floor with Williams.
48:54So it depends on how you want to play that.
48:57Brees Hall is the interesting one because you went through all of the context with him.
49:02There's also the possibilities playing behind by far and away the best offensive line he's had in his career if those two tackles developed the way they could.
49:11And in some ways, like more competent quarterback play possibly than he's had.
49:15It sounds crazy, but we're talking about guys like Brady Cook starting four or five games for them at times.
49:21You know, Justin Fields is what it is. Good athlete, like not a great quarterback.
49:26So if Geno can get back to playing at the levels he played before last year when the old line just broke
49:33down immediately for him in Vegas, it's possible this offense can be a little sneaky.
49:37And that's when I'm a little bit more interested in Hall.
49:41So I see like a little bit more upside with Hall than I expected to see when I went into the season, like evaluating these players.
49:49And I think for me also, like if you were just going to ask me who is the most talented player.
49:56Yeah, it's Brees Hall. Sure. That's a great point.
49:59He's definitely the chance that has the best chance to break a long 10 11 point fantasy play at any point.
50:05And unfortunately, he hasn't really shown that much of that since his rookie year, but I do I do think it's there.
50:12And like Scadaboo had something like 100 carries and only one of them went for more than 20 yards.
50:18He's not that kind of runner, but he's going to knock people over, but not run away from people.
50:24Kyron's all Kyron is so good. It's so consistent, but he's another guy who's not making big, big plays.
50:30Yeah, Kyron's metrics were so good last year. But you know what's interesting?
50:34Blake Corham's were better and not by much. It depends which metric you look at, but Blake Corham also had a great year.
50:41So he deserves he deserves carries. Blake Corham led all running backs in yards before contact per carry by a lot.
50:48That is something that we look at Saquon Barkley from 2024 to 2025.
50:52That could come down significantly and maybe we'll have a less efficient season.
50:56But Kyron Kyron's just really good, really solid. And that's the thing with Kyron is the last three years of his career.
51:03I think the worst he's finished is ninth per game.
51:06But it's not hard for me to paint this picture of he's in a 55-45 split, catching two passes a game.
51:13That sounds bad, right? It's hard to see Kyron not being good because he's been really good three straight years.
51:19But Heath, I could throw the case out there that he has a low floor.
51:24Yeah, I don't. I think people have been making that case for the last three years because they don't think he's actually
51:31that talented and it's just a bunch of touchdowns.
51:33But I think it's hard to argue that he has a, compared to the guys on this graphic, that he has a low floor.
51:41If we were ranking him where he's finished the past three years and comparing him to guys in that range, then I
51:48think that, yeah, he would maybe have a low floor.
51:51But I can't say he has a lower floor than Scadaboo or Brees Hall or Walker or Jeremiah Love.
51:57I think he has a lower floor than Walker.
52:00The other three, I'm with you. I just, yeah, I don't know.
52:04I feel like Walker is one of those guys that has basically no competition.
52:08Again, I don't expect them to be the third down back.
52:11Walker has never had a season as good as Kyron's worst season in the last three years.
52:17Is that accurate? I think that's probably true. I wonder in 2024, full PPR for Walker versus 2025 for Kyron, it's probably close.
52:24But yeah, I agree with you. You have to sort of take this mindset that Walker's in the best situation of his
52:31career and Kyron's in the worst situation of his career.
52:34Which I believe. I think that's true if he gets more work in the passing game.
52:39Walker? I don't think the 2026 Chiefs are a better situation for a running back in a vacuum.
52:45But it was a bad situation for him last year because he had to share.
52:49Who? Ken Walker, you're saying? Right. But if you're asking me, if I'm a running back and I can either be in
52:56the Chiefs system or in the Kubiak system in Seattle, I would rather have a running back in the Kubiak system.
53:03Kubiak's not there, though. Oh, I'm sorry. I don't know why.
53:06Yeah. We're comparing last year's Seattle to this year's Kansas City.
53:10By the way, yeah. Kenneth Walker in 2024 averaged 16.5 points per game.
53:14That is better than the 15.7 Kyron Williams averaged last year.
53:17But I don't really even count that year because, again, 46 catches in 11 games is just so out of character for Kenneth Walker.
53:25But he absolutely, you look at Kyron Williams, you can't say Jeremiah Love is a higher floor or Cam Scadaboo or Brees Hall.
53:32And Scadaboo, Dan, I mean, it does seem like rainbows and butterflies right now with Scadaboo.
53:37But I'd say this a lot. It's always like that.
53:40The reports are always like that. And then the guy comes on the field and a year later they're going, well, and
53:47it wasn't really 100 percent coming back from the injury.
53:50And now I am. You know, so you have to take a bit of a leap of faith.
53:56That we don't know. But what do you? Yeah.
53:59Sorry. Go ahead. No, it is a really good, I think, true point in the chat because Dan was talking about how
54:06he's never been a Ken Walker guy and he's never drafted him.
54:09He said, I think Walker's higher in people's rankings if they've never had shares of him before.
54:15I think Kyron's kind of the opposite of that.
54:18It's like if you've never had Kyron on your team, you might be a little lower on him because his profile looks like not that impressive.
54:26But if you've rostered Kyron in the past, it's really nice to have a guy that just touches the ball almost 20 times every game.
54:34I don't want I do want to say more about Walker.
54:37Maybe I'll save it. Oh, you forgot to remind me to ask the big question.
54:42That at the end. But that is also a good point, though, on Scadaboo.
54:46Like he is clearly the lowest floor of this group by far based on what you said.
54:52If he doesn't, that injury is not a guarantee to return 100 percent from or even anywhere close.
54:57I'm just going to say I'm right now. I am pretty much out on the Giants.
55:02The only Giant I want to draft offensive. Yeah.
55:05The only Giant I want to draft right now is Tyrone Tracy because he goes super late and I don't even want to draft him necessarily.
55:13But I I'm just not that optimistic about their offense because of the neighbors injury, because the Scadaboo injury, because of the offensive coordinator.
55:21Obviously, I hope I'm wrong. But yeah, I haven't drafted Scadaboo yet.
55:25I think he's being drafted based on what he did last year, which is amazing.
55:29But I'm just he was on pace for 60 catches in his healthy games.
55:34I don't that's a lot. Is he a 60 catch guy?
55:37That seems like crazy to me. I don't think so in in the offense that the Giants are going to write.
55:44Right. Right. And you're not out unlikely, are you?
55:47Oh, sorry. That's actually my that's the guy. Love him.
55:50Love that. Right. Love that pick. 130th overall or something.
55:53That's crazy. Yeah. But yeah, I don't know. I'm not that optimistic about the Giants like taking this big step.
55:59They were about an average offense last year. I assume they'll be the same, but maybe not.
56:04OK. And then last thing about Kenneth Kenneth Walker, the Chiefs four straight years during Kenneth Walker's career.
56:10I just like compared Seahawks to Chiefs. They are like, let's see where they've ranked in running back carries per game.
56:17I think something like 26 or worse all four years.
56:20They just don't run the ball. But I actually think that it would make sense for the Chiefs to change their offense a little bit.
56:28But they're not passing the ball well. Their defense, I don't think, is going to be as good.
56:33I think they they are going to be a different offense.
56:37They run RPOs and never run out of RPOs is what they've done.
56:41Like what they did last year. They had the highest rate of passing on RPOs.
56:46I think of any team in the NFL, I would expect it'll be a little different, but.
56:51Sorry. So it's their their running back rush attempts ranked the last four years.
56:55The Chiefs have been 25th, 30th, 18th and 26th.
56:58The Seahawks were 21st, 25th, 29th and first. So Ken Kenneth Walker never actually played in an offense that ran the ball a lot until last year.
57:07He also if you look at his yards per carry and it kind of correlates to the ranking of the offensive line,
57:14whether they had a good offensive line or a bad offensive line.
57:17And the Chiefs last year struggled, but they had injuries.
57:20The Chiefs three years before that had an awesome offensive line.
57:24So I think there's so much lining up in Ken Walker's favor.
57:28The Chiefs have a, I would say my perspective, and I don't know what Dan's is, but my perspective on the Chiefs
57:35offensive line is that it is very volatile going into this year.
57:38It could be very good and it could be a big problem.
57:42The Chiefs offensive line is the most. What's the word I'm looking for is the most perplexing to me of any O-line in the NFL.
57:50I look at it on paper and I'm like, how in the world were they not able to run the ball last
57:57year with Trey Smith and Creed Humphrey next to each other on an offensive line?
58:02I don't care what's going on around them. And I, like my biggest concern with Walker is like, has the runs game past Andy Reid?
58:09Because that's my question when I watch the Chiefs.
58:12I don't see a lot of diversity in their run game.
58:16I don't see a lot of interesting, unique things for the, like he'll use pre-snap motion, but as far as there's not
58:23a lot of power gap in that offense, or it's really not executed in a way that's creating these massive holes.
58:29And again, we're on an offense. It's facing light boxes.
58:32A lot of times split safety looks all the time.
58:36Teams playing off coverage against my homes. It just, it's very perplexing.
58:39They have good players on that line, Heath, but it is volatile.
58:43And obviously Josh Simmons, the whole nother story. We don't know, you know, if he's going to be there for the whole year, whatever's going on with him.
58:52I think this could possibly be Andy Reid's last year.
58:55The kind of force you out. You already made that prediction.
58:58The Chiefs are going to miss the playoffs again, and he will be forced to retire.
59:04Well, I'll take a cheese, make the playoffs bet with you, Adam.
59:07Well, it was more of a bold prediction. Okay.
59:10But I'll give you odds. I think, I think they're, they're in a little bit of trouble right now.
59:16I just don't know. I mean, they've got the Broncos who probably would have won the Super Bowl if Bo Nix didn't get hurt last year.
59:24And they've got the Chargers who are obviously going to be in the Super Bowl this year.
59:30They might. Yeah. Seventh year running where they are the most popular pick to emerge as a Super Bowl contender.
59:36I just don't know. I just, if Mahomes plays all games and it looks like he's going to, at least that's a guess, but he's already practicing.
59:44They're not missing the playoffs. He's still Mahomes. Yeah.
59:47Okay. Who's going to defend the pass? Their cornerback room is not great.
59:51I mean, they just got LeJarrius Snead. They got LeJarrius Snead back.
59:55That could work. For nothing. That's probably going to work.
59:58It was a very, very Belichick move, wasn't it?
60:01Yeah. Yeah. It was a very, but yeah. All right.
60:04And they drafted a corner at six. Yeah. And they also drafted a man for Delaney.
60:09Delaney. I mean, but that doesn't mean that they're going to have good cornerbacks.
60:14Throw a rookie out there and a guy who just had a top six pick and a guy who was great in
60:20the scheme before he went to Tennessee. I think they're pretty fine there.
60:25Okay. So big question here. We got game four tonight.
60:28We got game five on Saturday. Are you doing another thing where you have to miss half the game or whatever?
60:34Kid's birthday? No. Games one and three, I don't know if you know this, Dan, but.
60:39Oh. Games one and three, I watched the first half live and then did bedtime.
60:44We got the kids to sleep. Turned off my phone.
60:47Yep. Watched the second half with my wife on DVR.
60:50Okay. Finished probably like 45 minutes after the game ended.
60:53Nothing wrong with that. I hate it. I don't know if I can do it.
60:58I mean, no, it's not good. You need the kids go to bed early?
61:03They don't go to bed early. They do not go to bed early.
61:07The earliest. My son fell asleep at 930 last night.
61:10It's the earliest in months. Wow. Yeah. I think this is an appropriate time to introduce melatonin.
61:15You know what? I asked the doctor about that and the pediatrician said.
61:19Oh, melatonin? No, do not do that. Yeah. The pediatrician said that's not something you want to make a habit of.
61:26Once in a while. Not a habit. Just only when the Knicks are in the NBA finals.
61:31That's not a habit. All right. So whatever. Tonight, I'm not sure I can do this again.
61:36But Saturday is game five. Which is either the biggest game ever or a clincher, potentially.
61:42There's a big outdoor watch party in town. Like a big field.
61:45They're going to do food trucks. They're going to do a projector.
61:49What do you think? Yay or nay? Yay. You're taking the kids?
61:53Yeah. Yes. 100%. Yeah. 100%. I think it's all about the energy.
61:57Like there's going to be good energy there. It's going to be a good atmosphere.
62:01I think it's fun. Yeah. But at the same time, I can't really get intense and watch the game.
62:07No, you can't. It takes away from that. Why?
62:10Actually, I don't know why. It's too many distractions.
62:13Come on. Can I have ice cream? And they're throwing balls.
62:16It's just like it's not that kind. I don't know.
62:20It's too social. It's too social. I'll see a lot of people I know, which is great on one hand.
62:26But also, it's not. I can't lock in. I'll have fun, but I can't lock in.
62:31It has its pros and cons. I think the pros probably outweigh the cons, though.
62:36All right. We'll see. I think maybe if it's a clincher, if they win game four, it would be fun to celebrate with people.
62:43If it's 2-2, I think I want to lock in and be intense.
62:47You might need to be at home at 2-2 because that's a totally different scenario.
62:52That's like, oh my God, if we lose this, we can't lose three in a row.
62:57And then look at this comment from Andy. Canes tied up the series last night in Vegas.
63:02Man, the Cup Final has been an all-timer. It's been great.
63:06It has. They were saying on the broadcast last night that the first three games that they thought were the best first
63:13three games in Stanley Cup Finals history. And then last night, they had two goals right out of the gate, a third one.
63:20The fact that the Canes could win a game after being down 4-0, tying it up 4-4, and then losing that game, that should kill your momentum.
63:28It just shows hockey is an awesome sport. They can refresh on a night-to-night basis.
63:33Speaking of hockey, have you been following all of these World Cup visitors who are here from other countries?
63:39No. And discovering America? It's fantastic. Where do you find this?
63:42On Twitter. Okay. I'll share a couple of them.
63:45Yeah, I'll see. There was a German fellow that was at Buc-ee's at 1 a.m.
63:50getting dinner last night and just amazed by Buc-ee's.
63:53That's awesome. It was floating down some river in Tennessee.
63:56It's amazing stuff. That's cool. That's awesome. Dan, I got a couple of Grind My Gears.
64:01Oh, I love a good Grind My Gears segment.
64:04Heath reminded me of one. Number one, in all seriousness, I cannot stand Twitter anymore.
64:09All it is now is Nick stuff. Yeah, it's bad.
64:12It's like I appreciate that. I enjoy the Nick stuff, but I would also like to learn about other things.
64:18I would like to go on there. No, that's because you like a lot of Nick stuff.
64:23Yeah, I don't hit like on anything. I don't reply to anything.
64:27My timeline is 90% Nick's videos. And I could use 30%, but I would like to- You could just use the follow
64:34tab instead of the for you tab. Yeah, you could do that.
64:38Oh, okay. I'll do that. Yeah, and then you just solve it immediately.
64:42The follow tab? Then you're going to get a lot of fantasy stuff.
64:46Oh, following. Oh, oh, all right. Those are the people you're following.
64:50The following. Okay, that's for you. That's true. That's better.
64:53That's better. Okay, the other thing. Oh, man. This was a bad guy.
64:57But anyway, move on to the next. All right.
65:00The people who leave the shopping cart, I call them the sum of the earth.
65:04I got people who are much worse. Oh, really?
65:07The problem is I've been this person multiple times.
65:10I think we all have. I think we all have.
65:13Last Monday, I was driving to Yonkers at like 530, right?
65:17Rush hour. Why would you ever have to do that?
65:20I had to go to Macy's. And then I went to Yonkers.
65:24It was a fun night. Yeah. So anyway, getting off the highway, no traffic until we get off the highway.
65:30The exit to get off the highway was about 15 minutes of sitting in line.
65:35So you don't like the people who drive up to the left and cut off?
65:39Not only do I not like them, I think they're disgusting human beings.
65:43But I've done it before. But you've done it.
65:46But the lady who did it to me and then five minutes later she tried to not let someone else in who was pulling her move?
65:54That is super scummy. That's the scum of the earth right there.
65:58The hypocrite. Would you? The hypocrite, yeah. Would you rather somebody get in front of you and then not go so they can let somebody else go?
66:07And then that person doesn't go so they can let somebody else go?
66:11You don't ever move. You need them to be selfish once they get in front of you.
66:16I mean… Well, I play defense. As anyone who has listened to this podcast ever could probably predict, I'm defensive.
66:22I will not let you in. I will not let… And I'll look at you too.
66:27I'll take a look. I'll look through that window.
66:30I'll stare you down. If you look at me anyway, say, nope, you're not getting in.
66:35A PSA, Dan. A PSA for you. It is not worth it.
66:39Don't do that. I know. People are crazy on the road.
66:42That's not a good idea. People are insane. It's a really bad idea.
66:47But I don't like it. I don't like people cutting me off.
66:50The thing I like grinds my gears even more, okay, this one.
66:54If you're going through an intersection and you get to a light and you're taking a left, right?
67:00Yeah. Do the smart thing and do the considerate thing if you have to take your left, but it's a busy row coming both ways.
67:08It's one of those left. And peek a little bit more over.
67:11Leave space for somebody to go around you. Of course.
67:14Don't block the whole lane and make us now sit, sit, sit, sit.
67:19And then the light turns red. That's when I just honk the horn at the person immediately.
67:24Immediately. Like, I just sat behind you. You did not leave enough space behind me to cover you.
67:30And then they make the left. Like, as the light turns red, they finally make their left because, like, they have their lane.
67:37But I'm stuck sitting at the light. And so are the 14 other cars behind me.
67:42All you have to do is creep a little bit over more with your car into that middle-ish area, that little, like,
67:49whatever zone you want to call it. Which there is space.
67:52And let a little bit of space for somebody to pass you around the right.
67:57I think it's technically illegal. Selfish move. That's fine, Heath.
68:00So is speeding. Technically illegal. It's like that. We have a left turn lane almost everywhere.
68:05Jersey thing, maybe. Up here. Oh, what do we got?
68:08What do we got? I got a screenshot coming.
68:11Never mind. Cooking up something AI-wise. Ah, yes. I don't ever have that face on.
68:16But, yeah. I will block you from stealing my stuff.
68:19And if you are that person who hogs a lane.
68:22The problem with this picture is that the shirt fits too perfectly.
68:26Yeah, it's not tight enough. That is a great shirt.
68:29The collar. Like, Dan's got very slobby bacon collars.
68:32What the heck? I don't have slobby. Well, there's a crash happening behind him also.
68:36Like, that guy is not in the right lane.
