Amon-Ra St. Brown

PositiveValue7:00

Dave Richard highlights St. Brown as the safest pick in the middle of round one. His consistent volume—averaging 10 targets per game over the last three years—combined with a Lions secondary that may force high-scoring game scripts, makes him a high-floor, high-ceiling asset.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeValue25:27

Dave Richard is cooling on Brian Thomas Jr. at his current round-six rank, preferring him in round seven or eight. While Thomas has boom-or-bust potential as a deep threat, Richard notes he may have lean weeks.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveValue14:55

Dave Richard ranks Lamb as his fifth-favorite wide receiver, willing to take him in late round one. Despite a low touchdown count last year due to injury, Richard expects a bounce-back season, projecting 17 PPR points per game.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveBreakout8:48

Jamie Eisenberg is extremely high on Chase Brown, ranking him as a top-five running back and preferring him over Christian McCaffrey. Eisenberg cites his performance with a healthy Joe Burrow, his contract year status, and minimal competition from Samaje Perine as reasons for his breakout potential.

Insight page

Chris Bell

NegativeProjection40:13

Chris Bell could emerge as the top receiver for Miami, though expectations should be tempered to around 700 yards and three touchdowns; he requires patience as he adjusts to the professional level.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

PositiveValue26:32

Jamie Eisenberg considers Chris Godwin the best value in fantasy, noting his rapport with Baker Mayfield and his move back to the slot. Despite injury concerns, Eisenberg ranks him as a top-30 wide receiver.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveProjection18:51

Dave Richard is very high on Olave, suggesting he is worth a round two pick. With Jordan Tyson sidelined, Olave is expected to see north of eight targets per game, building on his strong finish last season with Tyler Shuck.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

PositiveValue34:53

Jamie Eisenberg suggests Chris Rodriguez as a late-round stash, noting his history with coach Liam Cohen and his potential to take over the lead-rusher role if other options fail.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeBust10:45

The panel expresses concern regarding McCaffrey due to injury red flags. While acknowledging his immense upside as a potential best player in fantasy, the analysts suggest that risk-averse drafters might consider alternatives like Chase Brown, James Cook, Kenneth Walker, or Omar Hampton.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveProjection2:00

Watson is viewed as one of the primary Packers to target, with the panel suggesting he should be drafted in round five. He is expected to benefit from a concentrated target share in an offense with 135 vacated targets and a potentially weak defense.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout20:27

Jamie Eisenberg highlights Christian Watson as a potential superstar, noting his strong finish last year, his two-year recovery from an ACL tear, and the lack of a clear run game in Green Bay. Eisenberg argues Watson could be the best of the round-five wide receiver group.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveBreakout20:45

Dave Richard targets Loveland in late round three or early round four, viewing him as the next great stud fantasy tight end. He expects Loveland to be a top-two target in Chicago, potentially seeing seven-plus targets per game.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

PositiveProjection17:59

JJ Zachariason notes that while DJ Moore has only been a top-24 receiver twice, his situation with Josh Allen is the best of his career. Zachariason projects a top-20-ish finish, though he does not expect top-12 or top-16 production.

Insight page
PositiveValue25:17

The panel views Moore as a strong value in round four or five, now serving as Josh Allen's primary target in Buffalo. While acknowledging his age and past inconsistency, the analysts believe the quarterback upgrade makes him a potential top-12 to top-20 receiver.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveValue16:41

Jamie Eisenberg identifies Smith as a round three value who could challenge for a top-10 wide receiver finish. With A.J. Brown gone, Smith is expected to serve as the alpha receiver, supported by a strong three-game sample size of high target volume.

Insight page

Emmett Johnson

PositiveSleeper38:25

Emmitt Johnson is a recommended waiver wire stash who would step into a significant role if Kenneth Walker III misses time; he is currently available in many leagues and is a viable lottery ticket.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveValue43:40

Isaiah Likely is preferred over Jonah Coleman as a roster stash; he remains a valuable asset who could be traded if he performs well or if Trey McBride struggles.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveValue7:03

Dave Richard expresses strong enthusiasm for Gibbs, noting he is worth taking at the 1.01, even in Superflex formats. He is considered a top-tier asset in the current draft landscape.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveBreakout37:36

Jalen Coker is a priority round 13 target who could be drafted as early as round 10; he showed strong target concentration in the final five games last season, outscoring teammates Ted Arroyo and McMillan, and is expected to be the team's second option.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveValue3:26

Jamie Eisenberg is bullish on Reed, suggesting he is a target in round eight or nine, despite an ADP of round 11. He is expected to see increased volume due to the departure of Romeo Dobbs and Dontavian Wicks.

Insight page
PositiveUsage33:16

Jamie Eisenberg favors Jaden Reed in all formats, highlighting his high success rate when targeted and his versatility. Eisenberg expects the Packers to feature him heavily this season.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveSleeper37:55

Jonah Coleman is a high-upside lottery ticket who could potentially function as a three-down back; Sean Payton reportedly loves him, and he could see significant touches if J.K. Dobbins misses time.

Insight page

Jordan Addison

PositiveProjection30:06

Jamie Eisenberg prefers Jordan Addison over Casey Concepcion, citing his success with Kyler Murray and his contract-year motivation. Eisenberg notes Addison's production spikes when he has a capable quarterback.

Insight page

Jordan Love

PositiveProjection4:56

Despite initial hesitation, Dave Richard now projects Love to challenge for a top-12 quarterback finish. Love is preferred over Bo Nix and Patrick Mahomes due to a higher ceiling and the expectation that he will exceed 20 fantasy points per game this season.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveRole28:18

Jamie Eisenberg likes Jordan Mason in round nine, expecting him to serve as the lead running back for Minnesota given Aaron Jones's injury history and age.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

PositiveValue36:20

Juwan Johnson is a strong round 12 value and streaming option, especially for September; he could emerge as the Saints' number two target getter with Jordan Tyson absent, and he maintained a solid 11.5 PPR points per game average last season.

Insight page

Kaelon Black

PositiveDepth Chart39:05

Kalon Black is the current leader to be the number two running back in San Francisco; he is a high-upside option if Christian McCaffrey misses time, despite the team's third-round investment in him receiving negative attention.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveRole11:57

Jamie Eisenberg views Walker as a potential superstar and a lead back in the Chiefs' offense. Following the departure of Amari DiMarcado, Walker is expected to handle three-down duties, with significant passing-game involvement, making him a borderline round one/two pick.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

NegativeValue43:07

Drafting Kyron Williams over players like Drake London or Brock Bowers in round two is discouraged, especially in PPR formats where those alternatives offer more consistent weekly point production.

Insight page

Ladd McConkey

PositiveBreakout22:27

Jamie Eisenberg is very high on McConkey, projecting him as the go-to receiver for Justin Herbert. After a difficult rookie campaign, Eisenberg expects a rebound, targeting him in the middle of round three.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeUsage18:24

JJ Zachariason expresses concern about Luther Burden's fantasy outlook because he shares the field with high-end options like Colston Loveland and Romo Dunze, who may monopolize touchdown opportunities.

Insight page
PositiveValue25:21

Dave Richard likes Burden as a round five value, noting his potential to lead Chicago in catches and receiving yards. While acknowledging competition from Rome Odunze and Colston Loveland, Richard believes Burden's role in the short-to-intermediate game provides a solid floor.

Insight page

Malik Willis

PositiveSleeper37:10

Malik Willis is a recommended round 13 bench stash due to his rushing upside and strong arm; he has the potential to replicate the production he showed while starting for Green Bay last year, where he averaged over 25 fantasy points per game.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveValue1:49

JJ Zachariason and the panel identify Lloyd as a strong value pick, ideally targeted in round seven (75th overall). While there is uncertainty surrounding his role, the upside makes him a priority target, though the analysts advise against reaching for him in round six.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

NegativeProjection3:26

Golden is identified as a potential target in rounds nine or ten. The analysts hope he avoids the 'sacrificial X' role and secures consistent target opportunities within the Packers' concentrated passing attack.

Insight page
PositiveRole32:26

Dave Richard suggests Matthew Golden as a target in non-PPR formats, noting his explosive deep-threat ability and his role in two-tight-end sets. He notes Golden would step up as the WR1 if Christian Watson misses time.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveSleeper22:59

Jamie Eisenberg and JJ Zachariason praise Parker Washington, noting his strong training camp, his role in Liam Cohen's offense, and his high target potential. Zachariason would take him in round five in full PPR formats.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveValue19:20

Dave Richard views Rhamondre Stevenson as the clear lead back for the Patriots and a strong target in round six, noting his goal-line role and potential for increased passing game usage. Richard is skeptical of Travion Henderson's role due to a lack of positive reports.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

PositiveUsage40:45

Trey Tucker is likely the number one wide receiver for the Raiders and should be second on the team in targets; he is a recommended late-round pick who showed promise after Bowers' injury last year.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveProjection2:00

Kraft is considered a priority Packers target alongside Christian Watson, with the panel recommending him as a round six selection. He is expected to be a key beneficiary of the team's concentrated passing volume.

Insight page
PositiveValue21:45

Dave Richard identifies Tucker Kraft as a value pick in round seven, citing his efficiency last year and his expectation to be a full-time player. Richard compares him to a younger George Kittle and suggests drafting him in round six if the top four tight ends are gone.

0:00We are officially into September, a little more than a week away from the start of the NFL season.
0:05People are doing their fantasy drafts left and right, and we are here to help.
0:09Today on Fantasy Football Today, the best draft picks in every round.
0:12We're giving you value from rounds 1 through 16, and we're playing a fun game a little bit later on in the show.
0:18Welcome, everybody. I'm Adam Azer. Dave Richard and Jamie Eisenberg here.
0:21Dave, oh my gosh, you're starting a draft right now.
0:24You can do any format you want. However many teams, whatever scoring, whatever positions, give me your ideal draft.
0:29I love a 12-team half PPR with two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, one quarterback, two flex spots, no kickers, one DST.
0:36Jamie, what did he get wrong there? What did he get wrong there?
0:39I guess half PPR? I said half PPR, not full PPR.
0:42I don't know what I'm saying. Change it however you want.
0:45What's your... Oh, um... No, I think that's good.
0:48I'd probably go full PPR, but that's good. Do we need the DST?
0:51No. Dave, can we get rid of it? Only if we make it super flex.
0:55Okay, fine. Let's draft. Oh, yeah. Super flex draft today.
0:58Let's go. Yeah, actually very excited for that. My favorite league.
1:01Let's give... And Dave's not in. Let's give you...
1:03That's why it's my favorite too. Round's one through four, but before we do that, let's talk about the Packers because if
1:09you're looking at CBS ADP or ADP Anywhere, Marshawn Lloyd is probably one of the best values.
1:14If you go, oh, wow, I can get him in the hundreds?
1:17No, you can't anymore. Let's talk about where all the Packers should go.
1:20Jamie, let's say that in some order, Lloyd, Christian Watson, and Tucker Craft are going to be the first three Packers.
1:26I'm not making a mistake here, am I? How would you rank those three?
1:30Watson should go in round five. Lloyd and Kraft should start to be in consideration in round six.
1:34I would prefer to take Kraft in round six and Lloyd in round seven.
1:38Dave? I agree. What is 75th overall? What round is that in, Adam?
1:42I don't remember. It's round seven, and that's ideally where I would like to get Marshawn Lloyd.
1:46I know that there's a lot of excitement about him, but there's plenty of uncertainty with him, and that's why I love the idea of drafting him.
1:54I just don't want to reach too far into round six to do it.
1:57If it's late round six, I'm not going to fault you for it, but I agree.
2:02I think Watson, Tucker Craft, those are the first two Packers that should be off the board.
2:06And then how about Jaden Reed and Matthew Golden?
2:08Jamie, I know you're very bullish on Jaden Reed.
2:11Yeah, I would look for him as early round eight.
2:14I'd prefer to get him in round nine. His ADP is actually round 11, so that's taking him well ahead of where you could potentially get him.
2:21I think Matthew Golden comes into play round nine or round 10, just looking at what his outlook is.
2:26Hopefully he's not, as we talk about, the sacrificial X, and he's going to get a lot of target opportunities.
2:31But the thing that we like about the Packers this year is there should be concentrated targets.
2:36There should be opportunities for these guys to get plenty of chances to make plays.
2:40135 targets are gone with Romeo Dobbs and Dontavian Wicks not there.
2:43And so now you're looking at a suspect run game, the potential of a bad defense to start the season because Micah Parsons isn't there.
2:50There should be more volume in the passing game, and hopefully it goes to Watson, goes to Kraft, goes to Reed, goes to Golden.
2:56And Dave, how did you adjust Jordan Love with the news of Josh Jacobs being on the commissioner's exempt list?
3:01Well, what I wanted to do was move him up.
3:04What I did do was not move him up.
3:07Adam, there are just too many quarterbacks that I love looking at late in drafts, and I do see appeal for Jordan
3:12Love, but I can also make a great case for Jared Goff and Bo Nix.
3:16And who was the MVP last year of the National Football League?
3:20Oh, Matthew Stafford. And who's been like one of the best stud quarterbacks in recent NFL history?
3:24Patrick Mahomes. These are all guys that are going late in drafts, and they might not even be the quarterbacks that I end up gravitating toward.
3:31There might be some that go a little bit earlier that are still a really good deal on draft day that I'll
3:37take ahead of every quarterback that I've just named.
3:40I was a little hesitant with Love before this.
3:42I would take him over Nix, and I would definitely take him over Mahomes.
3:46I think there's much higher ceiling for him right now looking at what the scenario is for Mahomes, for example, who is
3:52not going to run to the level that we saw last year.
3:55And prior to that, the two previous years was barely over 20 fantasy points per game.
3:59Love has not done that in the last two seasons.
4:02This year, he's going to do that. I think he's going to challenge to be a top-12 quarterback.
4:07All right, let's get into the best picks in rounds one through four, starting with round one.
4:11Obviously, we got mostly great picks here, but we're looking at guys that are not just great picks, but good value that
4:17they're going a little bit later than even we would take them.
4:20And Dave, you're going to start with Amon-Ra St.
4:23Brown as your best value in round one. Yeah, you wouldn't let me take Jameer Gibbs.
4:27I really love Gibbs. He's worth taking at the 101.
4:30You can even make the case for it in Superflex leagues.
4:33I wonder if you had the 101, Jamie, would you take Gibbs at the Superflex?
4:37Isn't their own? Okay, so you don't even have it.
4:39I think Amon Ross St. Brown, once you get to the middle of round one, is arguably the safest pick you can make.
4:4510.1, 8.3, 10.3. That's not his fantasy points per game.
4:48Those are his targets per game in each of the last three years.
4:52And when I look at this Detroit team, this is another one of those squads.
4:56Jamie talked about it with Green Bay to begin the year.
4:58The Lions do have a great pass rusher, Nate and Hutchinson, but their safeties are banged up.
5:03They're both on the pup list to start the year.
5:06They had to cut one of their starting cornerbacks.
5:08This is a secondary that looks like could give up a lot of points.
5:12That means that there's going to be a lot of high-scoring games.
5:15It means Jared Goff is going to have to throw a lot, and if he's throwing a lot, then the dude that's
5:21been getting 10 targets per game is going to have a great year, and that's Amon Ross St.
5:26Brown. All right, Jamie, who'd you go with as your best value pick in round one?
5:30Yeah, Chase Brown for me. He's going with the 11th pick in the first round, and I think there's just incredible value
5:36for a guy that could be a top-five running back.
5:39For example, I would take him over Christian McCaffrey this season.
5:42That's how excited I am about Chase Brown. I just think the upside for him when Joe Burrow is on the field is absolutely unreal.
5:48Over 20 fantasy points, over 20 PPR points per game last season once Burrow came back from the injury, and I think
5:54we're going to get a healthy Joe Burrow. I love that Burrow is talking him up as having a big season this year.
6:00Love the fact that he's in a contract year.
6:03And yes, Samajay Piran is his competition. I don't think that's the type of player that's taking him off the field for significant stretches.
6:09So this offense is going to be absolutely fantastic, and Chase Brown should smash that ADP.
6:13For example, Devon H.N. going 10th overall, give me Chase Brown all day.
6:17How about James Cook and Jonathan Taylor versus Chase Brown?
6:20Yeah, I would take those guys over Chase, but those are the guys that he should be in competition for, not like
6:25what we see in a lot of leagues. Now, for our drafts, I'm glad that he's going in round one, but in
6:31other leagues, other sites, other ADP, you see him going after Derrick Henry, after Saquon Barkley.
6:36I think Chase Brown's ceiling right now, at least for this season, is higher.
6:39I like Taylor the best of that group. If I had to rank the four running backs, it would be Taylor one,
6:45McCaffrey two, Chase Brown three, James Cook four. And it's tough, man, because I know that Chris McCaffrey has all these red flags about him.
6:52And, you know, we've both done the research on it.
6:55It makes us both nervous, but the upside for him, he'd be like the best player in fantasy.
6:59He's done that before every time he's stayed healthy.
7:02So it's tough for me to take Brown ahead of McCaffrey.
7:05But if you're worried about McCaffrey and you see those red flags and you want to run the other way, then Brown,
7:11James Cook, you can even make the case that guys like Kenneth Walker and Omar and Hampton should go ahead of Christian McCaffrey.
7:17And speaking of Kenneth Walker, that's Jamie's favorite value in round two.
7:20Jamie? Yeah, I just love the setup for him.
7:22You know, all you've heard all offseason is just how excited the Chiefs are about him, how excited Andy Reid is about him.
7:29I'll go back to what I said about Mahomes.
7:31I think they're going to be cautious with him to start the season and maybe the entire season.
7:36He has not had a running back like this in the last several years, and now they have a run game to
7:42support what should still be a good passing game, just not, I think, what we're used to seeing from peak Patrick Mahomes because of the injury.
7:49But what we saw from Walker, what we've seen from Walker really during his time in Seattle, certainly in the postseason, when
7:55he's a featured act, it's usually 13 PPR points per game or more.
7:58I love, in 2024, he was on pace for 71 catches.
8:01If he's going to be involved in the passing game in this offense, that's just going to set him apart.
8:06So touchdown potential still should be there. Opportunity to be the lead back there in this offense should be there.
8:12And I think they've been craving a player like this.
8:14So I'm taking him early round two, in some cases late round one.
8:18I think the ceiling is going to be immense.
8:20And Ken Walker, as long as he's healthy, is going to be an absolute superstar.
8:24There was an under-the-radar move that the Chiefs made.
8:27They let go of Amari DiMarcado, and maybe they tried to get him back on their practice squad, but Dallas claimed him.
8:33The running backs behind Kenneth Walker are now rookie Emmitt Johnson and second-year player Brashard Smith, who's much more of a passing downs guy.
8:39So the Chiefs have now made it perfectly clear that this is their three down back.
8:43And I had to move him up after that move happened, because I thought DiMarcado could actually take a few snaps off
8:49of Kenneth Walker, especially on passing downs. I think there's a ton of upside in Kenneth Walker.
8:54Borderline round one, round two pick for me. And you like CeeDee Lamb, Dave, as a round two value.
8:59And push comes to shove. I am going to take Lamb in full PPR ahead of Kenneth Walker.
9:04If it's half PPR or non-PPR, Walker's the easy pick there, because the catches aren't worth as much.
9:08I love what I saw in the six games last year when Dallas had Quinn and Williams on the field.
9:14We still saw CeeDee Lamb get 9.2 targets per game, a little bit more than George Pickens had.
9:1916.4 PPR points per game. Didn't have the same type of ADOT, didn't have the same type of touchdown production that George Pickens had in those games.
9:26But remember, CeeDee Lamb was coming back from a high ankle sprain, wasn't 100%, only scored three times all year.
9:31Do you really think that CeeDee Lamb is going to score just three times?
9:35He's my fifth favorite wide receiver on draft day, and I'm willing to take him into late round one just to have
9:41that option of a receiver who I can look at and call a stud, 17 PPR points per game, and not have
9:47to worry about who will be left for me in early round two, or even worse, who's there for me at wide receiver in rounds three or four.
9:54Well, we got a few wide receivers in round three that we're really excited about.
9:58Two of them are Devontae Smith and Chris Olave.
10:01Jamie went with Devontae Smith as his favorite pick in round three.
10:04Dave went with Chris Olave. Jamie, I know you like both of them a lot.
10:08Who do you like better, Devontae or Olave? I do like Olave better, but based on the ADP, Smith is going later
10:14than him, so I think the value is in Smith's favor.
10:17But look, if you can get both these guys in round three, that's absolute steals.
10:21Not that you're going to be able to do that unless you made a trade.
10:25But I think Olave is going to end up, once we see some of these drafts happening this weekend, as a round
10:31two selection when everybody realizes Jordan Tyson is on IR.
10:33But in the case of Devontae Smith, look, he missed some time earlier in camp with the hamstring injury.
10:38That's a concern. He's over that now. We'll see how this all sort of works together with Jalen Hurts, leaning on Makai
10:44Lemon, leaning on Dontavian Wicks, two guys that have plenty of potential.
10:48But Devontae Smith should be the alpha of this receiving core with A.J.
10:51Brown gone. You have a three-game sample size, very small, but without A.J.
10:55Brown over the last two years, he scored 16 PPR points or more in two of them, averaged 16 PPR points per game over that span.
11:01Really the most important thing, though, he had nine targets per game in each of those three outings, and so should get
11:07featured, which is what we've been waiting to see.
11:10So the runway is clear. I think Devontae Smith could challenge to be a top 10 wide receiver this year.
11:15You're getting him, based on our ADP, 34th overall.
11:18The average apposition number is actually 37. So back end of round three.
11:21If you can start, and it's a very great way to build your fantasy team, running back, running back, Devontae Smith, I
11:27sign up for that all day long. I like Devontae Smith in round three.
11:31Adam, I would take Chris Olave in late round two.
11:33I think he's going to be set up for a huge season, and we saw how he ended last season in New Orleans.
11:39Tyler Shuck at quarterback, 9.1 targets per game with Shuck starting, and that led to 18.8 full PPR points per game, 12.8 non-PPR points per game.
11:46That's great stuff, and he only had six touchdowns in those games, and his ADOT was 14 yards.
11:51We know that Jordan Tyson, their rookie first-round pick, not playing the first four games.
11:55We don't know when he's going to come back, how long it'll take him to ramp up, how healthy he'll be, will he get hurt again.
12:02Man, throw all that stuff out the window because Chris Olave is set up to the scene north of eight targets per game.
12:08That's somebody who's worth a round two pick. Yeah, he was a top five tight end, fifth overall, fourth per game with
12:14Tyler Shuck, and that was with Shuck only on pace for 19 touchdowns.
12:18Most of his touchdown passes went to Chris Olave.
12:20He's a tough one for me because I don't think I'd take him in round two.
12:24I'd still take Nico Collins. I'd still take Rasheed Rice and George Pickens over him.
12:28Do you have Olave ahead of those three guys?
12:31I definitely have him ahead of Rice. Definitely have him ahead of Pickens.
12:34I'm a little worried about both Cowboys wide receivers being top ten this year, and I do have him over Nico Collins as well.
12:41Okay, well, I guess I will not be getting Chris Olave if I'm drafting with Dave.
12:45Let's go to round four where Colson Loveland, you're lucky if he makes it to the middle of round four, which is where his ADP is.
12:52That's where Dave loves that value. Jamie likes Lab McConkie, but Dave, you can start with Colson Loveland.
12:57I would take Loveland in late round three just to lock up having the next great stud fantasy tight end.
13:02You're not going to get Brock Bowers in late round three.
13:05You're probably not going to get Trey McBride in late round three.
13:08Maybe in a non-PPR league you could get McBride there.
13:11But I love what Colson Loveland, what his outlook is in Chicago, should be the top, if not a top two target getter.
13:17He was seeing ten plus targets in each of his last four games last year.
13:21That includes the playoffs. Twenty full PPR points. I don't think he's going to get ten targets per game, but it wouldn't
13:27surprise me if he saw seven and a half targets per game and led the Bears in touchdowns.
13:32That makes me excited to take him. It's a little bit of a reach to take him as a top 35 or
13:3836 player on draft day, but that's the thing you have to do if you want to get somebody who's got tremendous
13:44upside, and that's something that Loveland has. Jamie, does Lab McConkie have tremendous upside?
13:47Absolutely. You know, you're talking about the go-to player in the passing game, at least right now.
13:52We'll see if Quinton Johnson, Trey Harris, you know, maybe one of the tight ends step up for Justin Herbert, but by
13:58all accounts, it's going to be McConkie. And what we saw in his rookie campaign, especially the end of his rookie campaign,
14:04but he finished averaging over 15 PPR points per game.
14:06I think he gets back to that level as the floor.
14:09So last year was a disaster. He was banged up, Keenan Allen being part of this team.
14:14I think that just kind of threw everything off for McConkie, plus the offensive line concerns.
14:18But this team has a chance to be a very prolific offense with Mike McDaniel calling plays, with the tackles now healthy,
14:24with Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt back. And I think we'll see Quinton Johnson move around, Trey Harris move around.
14:29McConkie's going to be on the field the entire time, and this is an offense that, just think about it, Mike McDaniel
14:35once upon a time got a passing yard season leader out of Tua Tunga-Vailoa, and now he gets to do it with Justin Herbert.
14:42So love the opportunity for Lab McConkie. I would take him middle of round three.
14:46That's how excited I am about McConkie. So certainly one thing you're learning here is that there's really good wide receiver value in rounds three and four.
14:53Chris Olave at the beginning of round three. Devante Smith mid to late round three.
14:57Lab McConkie into round four. These guys are players that we are targeting.
15:01We really like them. When we come back, we'll tell you who we like, the good values in rounds five through eight,
15:06when we come back on Fantasy Football today. Our favorite picks in rounds five through eight, looking at current CBS Sports average draft position in PPR leagues.
15:14In round five, Dave and Jamie are each nominating a wide receiver here.
15:17Luther Burden for Dave, DJ Moore for Jamie. And Dave, I'll let you go first.
15:21Who do you like better, DJ Moore or Luther Burden?
15:24I do like DJ Moore better. We've seen the track record and he's going to be the clear number one target of Josh Allen in Buffalo.
15:31So that seems like a pretty good spot. But there's a lot to like about Luther Burden III in Chicago playing in
15:37more of a shortened and intermediate role. Might not be the top targetter in this offense, but he'll be close to it.
15:43And I think he's got a shot to lead Chicago in catches and receiving yards.
15:47And we saw last year there was a four-game stretch when Romo Dunze was out for the Bears.
15:51We saw Burden average 6.5 targets per game, 15.2 full PPR points per game.
15:55If he can replicate anything remotely close to that, and remember, Dunze's on the team, but DJ Moore off to Buffalo now,
16:01then there's a real good opportunity for him, I don't know, about 15 PPR points.
16:05But maybe in that 13 to 14 range, if we're drafting him in round five, that's really good value.
16:10We draft him a lot in round four. I'm right on that round four or five fence with him in full PPR.
16:16Jamie, you like DJ Moore or Luther Burden? I like Moore better, but it's close.
16:20You know, certainly now that Burden is getting healthy, you know, the groin injury was concerning, and I think we wouldn't be
16:26having this conversation if Burden was 100% healthy based on his ADP.
16:29I think he would be going a lot sooner at guessing how everybody felt about him in the pre-draft process.
16:34But I think you look at DJ Moore's situation, as Dave said, as Josh Allen's now go-to guy, I don't think you
16:40should expect peak Stefan Diggs, but close to that type of production.
16:44And with Diggs, we were drafting him late round one, early round two.
16:47Now you're getting DJ Moore. What I would do is take him in round four.
16:51I just think there's that much upside for him.
16:53Got a little scared in the first preseason game when he got banged up, but looks like everything's going to be fine.
16:59And I think we need to have a player like this for Josh Allen to maximize his potential.
17:04And obviously Josh Allen's going to make DJ Moore back to the receiver that he was prior to last year, which is just an absolute disaster.
17:1185 targets is certainly not something that you expect from DJ Moore.
17:14You go back to his time in Carolina when Joe Brady was his offense coordinator, Brady now the head coach of the
17:20Bills, it was 130 target season and 140 target season.
17:23So this guy can handle that, can produce at a high level.
17:26And I think you're getting potentially a top 12 caliber wide receiver in the round five range.
17:31It's just absolute steal. It's an absolute steal if you can get him in this spot.
17:35What's a bigger concern for you when you draft these players?
17:38When you look at DJ Moore, he's 29 years old and throughout his career, he's had two years where he's been inside the top 24 per game.
17:45And when you look at Luther Burden, he had 60 targets last year.
17:49He had zero green zone targets, one end zone target.
17:51Do either of those statistics matter to you? And if so, which one's a bigger concern?
17:56I would say the Moore statistic is a little bit of a larger concern.
17:59We've seen a bigger sample size of what DJ Moore can do.
18:03And the fact that you're saying that he's only been top 24 twice, that's scary.
18:07But he's also never been in a situation quite this good with a quarterback.
18:10I was going to say a thrower. I almost said a quarter.
18:14A thrower this good in Josh Allen. So that encourages me that we can squeeze out one top 20-ish type year for DJ Moore.
18:20I wouldn't expect him to be a top 12 or even a top 16 receiver.
18:24See, the concern I have for Burden is that he's on the field with two really good wide receiving options.
18:29You know, Colston Loveland and Romo Dunze, to your point about the green zone opportunities, like those two guys may just take every touchdown chance that they get.
18:37Whereas Burden may not have those chances where I think DJ Moore in the team that he's on, you got Keon Coleman, who's a non-factor at this point.
18:44You got Khalil Shakira's banged up and we kind of know what he is.
18:48You got Dalton Kincaid who's had a hard time staying healthy.
18:51Like they made this move for a reason. And I think that's going to allow DJ Moore to flourish, similar to his
18:57first year in Chicago when he went there. Finally got in a situation where he was featured and everything sort of lined up.
19:03I think everything's going to line up for him.
19:05So I have more concerns about Burden than I do about Moore.
19:09It's funny when Luther Burden or when DJ Moore was traded to the Bills, it was really like almost everybody won in
19:15fantasy, not Shakir, not Dalton Kincaid, but it made the Bears guys better.
19:18It made DJ Moore better. And here we are.
19:20All right, let's go to round six. Christian Watson for Jamie, Ramondre Stevenson for Dave.
19:24Dave, since we last spoke, have you reconsidered your Ramondre Stevenson stance?
19:28No, not at all. I think that Ramondre Stevenson is the lead back for the New England Patriots.
19:32I think the New England Patriots are going to be a pretty good offense this year.
19:37Will they be as prolific as some of the elite offenses in the league?
19:41No, but I think Ramondre Stevenson will have the goal line role.
19:44We saw last year that he averaged right around two and a half targets per game for most of the year.
19:49Maybe he can bump that up to three and he'll get some work in the red zone in that regard.
19:55They've already been saying that he's been doing more in red zone drills in the passing game.
19:59And so I just think that there's a really good opportunity for Ramondre Stevenson to deliver on his average draft position, which honestly borders on round seven.
20:06I would take him in round six and I think he's absolutely worth targeting as one of those low end RB twos
20:12that you look at in that round five, round six range.
20:15Travion Henderson is obviously going to be a factor, but there hasn't been much optimism coming out of Foxborough on Travion Henderson this off season.
20:22And that makes me nervous about just how much work he's going to get when Ramondre Stevenson is healthy.
20:27Jamie Christian Watson, this guy knows how to find the end zone.
20:30He was on pace for 15 touchdowns from weeks 11 through 17.
20:34Do you think not the 15 touchdowns, but the overall fantasy production could be even better this year than what we saw down the stretch last year?
20:41Three of his last five games in the regular season, he had 18.3 PPR points or more.
20:45And now you're removing two threats of the passing game, really one significant one in Romeo Dobbs.
20:50But I think the best thing about it is two years removed from his ACL tear.
20:54That's usually a good sign for wide receivers or players in general.
20:57When they come back from that injury is that the second year is even better.
21:01And the runway again, clear because we just don't know how this is all going to work with the run game.
21:07Now that there is no Josh Jacobs for the foreseeable future.
21:10So I think Christian Watson steps in as the alpha gets the contract extension this off season, which I think speaks volumes to what they think of him.
21:17They need him to be that guy. And I think he has the opportunity to step into that role and hopefully stay healthy and be a superstar.
21:25So you look at that group of wide receivers that kind of go at the end of round five, Jamison Williams, Mike
21:31Evans, Romo Dunze, Marvin Harrison, Christian Watson. You can make a case that Watson's the best of that group just because of
21:36what his outlook is, his opportunity is, and now the situation that he's in.
21:40So I love the potential of taking Christian. I love just taking Christian Watson in round five.
21:45We saw great stuff from Watson. We saw great stuff from Tucker craft last year, who's the number two tight end in
21:51fantasy on a per game basis, tied with George Kittle and PPR leagues.
21:54And he's basically a younger version of George Kittle.
21:57But let's talk about him because he is Dave's favorite pick in terms of value in round seven.
22:01The interesting thing is we never saw Watson and craft together.
22:04It's like first half of the year was craft, then Watson, basically.
22:07Right. But you like Tucker crafts value in round seven, especially with the big question mark.
22:12Now a run game for green Bay. Here's a short area target that Jordan love leaned heavily into last year, and he was outstanding in terms of efficiency.
22:19He averaged 14.7 full PPR points per game on just 5.5 targets per game in eight games.
22:24And I know he's coming back from a torn ACL.
22:26And I know that that sounds scary. This is the same Packers team that saw Christian Watson come back from his ACL
22:32injury, and he looked better than he ever did in his career.
22:36And Tucker Craft has already said, hold on, first of all, he said, well, they're going to need to work me in a little bit.
22:42It's going to take some time. Now he thinks there's no restriction, and he's going to be a full-time player in this offense.
22:48I love looking for Tucker Craft. If I miss on those first four tight ends in drafts, I would take him in
22:54round six as ADP is round seven. And, Jamie, when would you take Parker Washington, who's your favorite value in round seven?
23:00Another guy that belongs in that conversation, those wide receivers, you know, somebody that could come off the board in late round five.
23:06So you don't want to overvalue him because there are a lot of mouths to feed in this Jacksonville offense.
23:12And we did just see a small sample size of what Parker Washington did last year in those final four games, including the playoffs.
23:18But you all, you have, if you paid attention, you've heard all these glowing things about Parker Washington in training camp.
23:24I think it's going to carry over to the start of the season.
23:27There's just so much to love about the kid, especially the role that he plays, because Liam Cohen, the head coach there,
23:33his tenure with slot receivers, Wondell Robinson in Kentucky stands out.
23:36Chris Godwin in Tampa Bay stand out. Both had amazing years.
23:39Both had over 100 catches. So I think there's an opportunity here for Parker Washington to be the best wide receiver in Jacksonville.
23:45And when you start to say, okay, can he do it again?
23:48Well, when you get to this range of receivers, certainly if you're getting him at his cost, which none of us are
23:54going to let him fall this far, but if you're getting him at this cost, it's a swing for the fence type of pick.
24:01So when you're looking at him versus Brian Thomas, I think you could say, okay, I'd rather take the chance on the
24:07guy that's been hyped up and coming off the strong finish versus the guy that may have the better profile pedigree.
24:12But Brian Thomas really struggled last year. I just think Parker Washington, if he gets those chances again, he's going to dominate.
24:18Final four games, average 10 targets per game. Hopefully that's something we see for the majority of this year.
24:23Probably not realistic, but eight plus targets is probably something on the table.
24:27All right. He'd be basically a unicorn. I mean, I brought up the question on a show maybe a week or two ago.
24:33Who's a guy who was a sixth round pick, did nothing for two and a half seasons.
24:37I mean, the first 36 games of his career, he averaged 37 yards per game and then ended up being a really great player.
24:44So people said Antonio Brown, but Antonio Brown, in the second year of his career, he was great.
24:49You know, you just don't see it very often.
24:51I wish I could get Parker Washington in the seventies where he's going.
24:55That's a layup. If I have to start taking him in round five, I'm a little nervous about it.
25:00Like you said, Jamie, you don't want to overpay, but I can't help it.
25:03But I mean, every single reporter who has covered the Jaguars has been praising Parker Washington.
25:08I mean, I was there and I saw it firsthand that Parker Washington was beating double coverage against the Bucks in practice.
25:14And he had unbelievable vertical too. Like that's a part of his game that I was not familiar with.
25:19And so I'm very excited about Parker Washington and I would take him in round five in full PPR.
25:24And you're also excited about the value for Brian Thomas Jr.
25:27Dave in round eight. I'm excited about the value.
25:29I don't think it's a good idea to try and chase him up the draft board though.
25:34And I look at where I have Brian Thomas Jr.
25:36Ranked right now. It's round six. And I think that that's too high.
25:40I think I'm going to take a step back on BTJ.
25:43But when we talk about wide receivers that can be boom or bust number three options, there might not be a better choice than Brian Thomas Jr.
25:50Who was winning on downfield targets in training camp from Trevor Lawrence.
25:53When I was there, I saw him bring a couple of them in, hurt his shoulder, left the practice.
25:58But coach Liam Cohen says he's going to be fine.
26:01And so if this Jacksonville offense, which has a question mark at running back themselves, has Parker Washington dominating targets, let's call it inside of 15 air yards.
26:08This is the guy who's going to dominate 15 plus air yards down the field.
26:12And there are going to be some weeks where the numbers are going to be lean for BTJ.
26:17But there's going to be some weeks where he delivers 17 plus PPR points.
26:21And you'll love to have somebody like that as your number three receiver.
26:24I think round seven is the best time to get him.
26:27And his ADP right now is round eight. And Jamie, you love the value on Chris Godwin.
26:32And I think he might profile as a more consistent player than Brian Thomas Jr.
26:36But maybe he doesn't have as much upside on a week-to-week basis.
26:39I don't know. You tell me, who do you like better, Godwin or BTJ?
26:43Godwin. And I think, you know, to say he doesn't have enough upside, he was a top five receiver two years ago before he suffered the broken ankle.
26:50So the injuries have been a problem the last two seasons.
26:53Godwin obviously has had a strong training camp. You couple that with the fact that you have the Mecca Buka injury right now.
27:00So we don't know when he's going to see the field.
27:02Hopefully it's week one. But there's still some questions.
27:05Is a Buka going to live up to the hype and be that guy that replaces Mike Evans?
27:10Baker Mayfield loves Chris Godwin. That's very evident. And I think that rapport will show.
27:14Love that Godwin's going back in the slot. To expect a top ten finish I think is unrealistic at this point now that he's in his early 30s.
27:21And if a Buka does hit. But I think from what you're getting, I think he's the best value of any player in fantasy right now.
27:28Because aside from Marshawn Lloyd, I guess we'll see where he settles.
27:31But, you know, just looking at what the upside could be.
27:34He started as like in the 40s. Now he's crept his way up to wide receiver 36.
27:39I think he's a top 30 wide receiver. You can make a case that he should go ahead of Parker Washington, Jameson
27:45Williams, Christian Watson, all those guys based on his resume.
27:47Especially if a Buka is going to miss any time.
27:50So love the setup for Chris Godwin as somebody that's an easy pick.
27:54Again, if he lasts into round eight. A lot of wide receiver talk so far.
27:58But when we come back, there's a couple of running backs in round nine that we really like the value for.
28:03We'll tell you about the best picks in rounds nine through 12 when we come back.
28:08Jordan Mason or Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt in round nine. Great values.
28:10Who are you taking? Jamie prefers Mason. Dave prefers Bill.
28:13Jamie, you can start. Why do you like Mason in round nine?
28:16His offense. I think it's better than Washington's. And so hopefully Mason gets the opportunity to be the lead running back there for Minnesota.
28:23It was a guy that averaged 4.8 yards per carry last year.
28:26Had the five games that Aaron Jones missed. He scored 13 points.
28:29He averaged 13.1 PPR points in those five games.
28:31So, you know, Jones in his early 30s, that's something that he struggled with in terms of the last couple of years
28:37being banged up and playing through it. So I think Mason's going to get an opportunity to be the lead running back
28:43here for the Vikings and hopefully lean on him.
28:46Both these guys don't profile as pass catching backs.
28:48I don't think that's going to be the thing that separates them for the two of them.
28:52So hopefully we see the offenses take off. I just have much more faith in Minnesota's offense than I do Washington's.
28:58I have more faith in Minnesota's offense, too. I just love Krosky-Meritt.
29:01I don't have to say hopefully with what role he'll have.
29:04I know he's going to be the running downs guy for Washington.
29:07I know his efficiency will spike when he's paired with Jayden Daniels.
29:11When you've got a running quarterback, the running back's going to have a good number, and to be fair, Kyler Murray will run his fair share as well.
29:18I just think that the commanders have tried a lot this offseason to improve what Krosky-Meritt can do.
29:23They've tried to get him going in the passing game a little bit more.
29:27There's no question that he's the fastest running back that they have.
29:30And when I'm looking for a running back in this range, I'm just looking for somebody that I feel okay starting to begin the year.
29:37And I feel just a little bit better about Krosky-Meritt than I do Jordan Mason.
29:41The reason why I feel that way is because I saw what Aaron Jones looked like in the preseason, and he looked
29:47outstanding, and I was really surprised by that. And once I saw that, I said, you know what?
29:51Jordan Mason's good. I think Krosky-Meritt just has a little bit more upside, and so I'll take him when we're in this round nine range.
29:58And then if we look at round 10, you both went with wide receivers, but they're so different.
30:03Casey Concepcion for the Cleveland Browns, Jordan Addison for the Minnesota Vikings.
30:06Jamie went with Addison. Addison here. And, I mean, they're both big play potential guys, explosive guys.
30:11Addison's a touchdown scorer. But, Jamie, you know, you picked Addison.
30:14Do you actually like Addison better than Concepcion, or are you just giving us a different name here?
30:18No, I like Addison better than Concepcion. You know, I'm excited for Concepcion.
30:22I just think that there's a lot more to like about Jordan Addison's situation right now.
30:26The addition of Kyler Murray, you know, we say this all the time about what Justin Jefferson did in the four games that Carson Wentz started last year.
30:34Addison's numbers also popped. Scored three of his touchdowns in those four games with Carson Wentz under center.
30:39And so Kyler Murray being a better quarterback. Love the fact that Addison's in a contract here.
30:43Obviously, Kevin O'Connell being there, that's going to help.
30:45So a lot of mouths to feed in this offense.
30:48I think you can make a case there's a lot of mouths to feed in Cleveland's offense also.
30:53So Addison probably second in terms of targets. But as we've seen, it really hasn't stopped him from being a very good fantasy asset.
30:59So like both, but I would definitely take Addison over Concepcion.
31:02I'm going to surprise you guys. I've got Addison ranked out of Concepcion too, but it's really, really close.
31:07And I love drafting Concepcion. In fact, we're talking about somebody to take in round 10.
31:12The ADP is in round 10. I would take both of these wide receivers in that round eight range.
31:17But Concepcion to me has a little bit of a higher ceiling because he can be the number one wide receiver in Cleveland.
31:23And that's like being the best used card dealer in the middle of Nebraska.
31:27But I just think that it's really tough to find guys when you're in round eight plus who can get double digit
31:33targets, who can make a lot of catches, who can be used in a multitude of ways.
31:37I know the quarterback stinks. I think Cleveland's going to be chasing points in every single game they're going to be in this year.
31:44And I think those targets will be there for Concepcion.
31:46When I watched him in college, he reminded me of Zay Flowers.
31:49I think Todd Monkin feels the same way, or at least something similar.
31:53It's hard to compare Casey Concepcion to Zay Flowers.
31:55But the numbers at the end of the season, if he gets numbers like Zay Flowers got last year when Concepcion was
32:01scheming him, or when, excuse me, when Monkin was scheming up Flowers, if Concepcion gets those kinds of numbers, this is an absolute steal.
32:08So I'm happy to get either one of these wide receivers, but I really love the outlook for Concepcion.
32:13I just can't see double digit targets for him this year.
32:16Oh, no, not double digit targets per game. I think around seven targets per game for Concepcion is where I would like.
32:22Did I say double digit? I thought you said double digit.
32:25I thought I said double digit rounds because the ADP is in round time.
32:28I thought you said double digit. I don't know.
32:31I say a lot of crazy stuff. Adam, you know this.
32:34Yeah, you talk about used car salesmen in Nebraska, too.
32:36But round 11 is the Packers round with Matthew Golden and Jaden Reed, Dave nominating Golden and Jamie nominating Reed here.
32:42Dave, talk about Golden. I think it depends on your format, which Packers wide receiver you take here.
32:47If it's half PPR or non-PPR, I'm actually going to lean toward Matthew Golden because I think he's got just as much
32:53explosion in his game as Jaden Reed. But he'll catch the ball further downfield.
32:56And when the Packers run their two tight end formation, you won't see Reed on the field.
33:01You'll see Golden and you'll see Christian Watson. And in the case that Christian Watson misses time, Matthew Golden will step up
33:07and be the number one wide receiver in this offense.
33:09I'll let you talk about Jaden Reed. And if it is full PPR, you sold me on this, that Reed should be the better receiver.
33:16Yeah, I would take Reed in any form. And obviously if Christian Watson misses any time, they're both going to benefit.
33:22So I don't think it's one over the other in particular.
33:25But, you know, you say 12 personnel and we see both tight ends on the field.
33:29We may see Jaden Reed in the backfield. Like they may have to just get him on the field as much as they can.
33:35It's one of my favorite stats. The last 23 games, 23 times his career, he's had at least five targets.
33:4115 of those times he scored at least 13 PPR points, averaging 16 PPR points over that span.
33:46So when he gets chances, he's successful. He just has to stay healthy.
33:49So last year was a very frustrating season for him.
33:52The shoulder injury, the foot injury. They gave him the contract extension despite that this offseason.
33:56So I think they're going to feature him to whatever degree we start to see.
34:00That's always been the problem with the Packers pass catchers is they don't get enough targets.
34:04Well, now again, 135 targets removed, may have a suspect run game, may have a suspect defense.
34:09We see more volume for Jordan Love, more volume for all these guys.
34:12So I think it's worth your time to invest in almost all the Packers pass catchers.
34:17But if I'm ranking them, I'm taking Watson first, Crap second, Reed third and Golden fourth.
34:21I just think the ceiling is higher for Reed because he's going to do a bunch of different things.
34:26And his track record suggests that when he gets chances, he's extremely successful.
34:30I'll add one more thing on Reed. His best numbers have come when the Packers haven't been able to run the football.
34:35That's been whether Jacobs has been active or not for Green Bay.
34:39If Green Bay is able to get their run game going, and that's kind of a big if at this point, I
34:45would be worried about Jayden Reed hitting the type of upside that we're talking about.
34:49Round 12, Jamie likes Chris Rodriguez here. Is he actually the better value in the Jaguars backfield?
34:53I still would take a chance on Tootin. You know, I don't want to reach for Tootin too soon.
34:58So if I can get Tootin in round six, then I think the value definitely is in his favorites.
35:03When you have to take him in late round four, early round five, because you get people that are overexcited about it,
35:09or there's just a huge run on running backs, then I would say take Rodriguez because he's going to have a role,
35:15whether he's just the goal line guy or gets chances on first and second down.
35:19That's where I think we have to see where he sort of wins, because he's not going to be a guy involved in the passing game.
35:26They'll use LeQuint Allen Jr. on third downs. They'll probably use Tootin if Allen's not back from his injury on passing situations as well.
35:32But you always like to see when a coach goes out and gets somebody that he has a history with, and Rodriguez
35:38was with Liam Cohen in Kentucky, and they didn't make a splash at the running back position.
35:43There was some talk about J.K. Dobbins. They missed on that.
35:46So if Rodriguez does come in and Tootin fails, then we see if Rodriguez can be the lead rusher.
35:51He had some good moments in Washington last season, and it didn't take much.
35:55It was like 10 carries per game. He got you almost 10 PPR points per game.
35:59So if he gets those chances, gets those goal line opportunities, and steps into the Travis ETN role, we'll call him ETN
36:05because he was still in Jacksonville then. So there's some chance here for him to be really successful.
36:10It's just an easy guy to take as you're talking about your fourth or fifth running back, a good bench option to stash on your team.
36:17And, Dave, tell us why you like Juwan Johnson in round 12.
36:20He plays Detroit in week one, and we saw what he was capable of doing last year in this offense, and last
36:26year Jordan Tyson was still in college. This year Jordan Tyson's not going to be there to start the season.
36:31So he can end up being the number two target getter for at least September in the New Orleans offense, and with
36:37Tyler Shuck, nine games last year, 5.6 targets per game.
36:40His target per game average actually went down once Tyler Shuck was on the field.
36:44Oh, well, he still averages 11.5 PPR points per game and 6.9 non-PPR points per game.
36:486.9 is still pretty good for a tight end, at least a low-end one.
36:52If you're streaming the position, you can begin the year with Juwan Johnson as your tight end.
36:56All right. We're going to come back with even more great values in the later rounds.
37:00And who had more? And your tweets after this on Fantasy Football.
37:04The best late-round picks to help you win your fantasy leagues right now.
37:07Let's go to round 13. Dave likes Malik Willis.
37:10Jamie likes Jalen Coker. Dave, go! Malik Willis has the rushing upside.
37:13I think he's got a strong arm, too. I know there's huge question marks about who he's throwing to in Miami and
37:19how many points Miami's going to score, but I still think that he can find a way to put up numbers close
37:25to what he did when he was starting for Green Bay last year, and those numbers were north of 25 fantasy points per game.
37:31A tremendous guy to put on your bench just to see what happens to begin the season.
37:36Love the setup for Jalen Coker last year in the final five games of the season.
37:40He outscored Ted Arroyo and McMillan, including the playoffs.
37:42Same amount of targets. We love offenses that have concentrated targets.
37:45McMillan's going to be first. Coker will be second.
37:48Easy pick, round 13. I would take him as early as round 10.
37:51Same. Round 14, a couple of backup running backs in different situations here.
37:55Jamie, your pick is Jonah Coleman. Yeah, hopefully he gets a chance to get significant touches.
37:59That would probably come at the expense of J.K.
38:01Dobbins getting injured, but clearly Sean Payton loves him.
38:04He's going to play, I think, in conjunction with R.J.
38:06Harvey and Dobbins because I think they just want to get him on the field, so we'll see if he's the goal line option.
38:13We'll see if he can also work on passing downs.
38:15He really could be a three-down back, so once he does get his chance, he may not come off the field.
38:21A great late-round target. One of the potential lottery tickets that could win your league.
38:25I've been drafting a ton of Coleman. I love the fit in that offense, and I like what I saw in the
38:31preseason from Emmitt Johnson, and the fact that the Chiefs did move on from Di Mercado means that Johnson would be the
38:37running back to step up and get a lot of playing time in the event that Kenneth Walker III misses time.
38:42This is another lottery stash. I would rather have Coleman, but I like Emmitt Johnson, too, and he's starting to make his
38:48way onto a lot of my teams, and he's on the waiver wire in a lot of leagues that have already drafted.
38:54You could drop your last pick and pick up Emmitt Johnson just to see what happens.
38:59All right, we go to round 15 now, and you guys, adorable here.
39:02Same initials for your picks. KB, Jamie, you can start.
39:05Kalon Black. Seems like he's the leader in the clubhouse to be the number two running back in San Francisco, and we
39:11can't sit here and say that we're worried about Christian McCaffrey and not say that the next guy up has a chance
39:16to be a really good fantasy option. So we'll see what happens with Jordan James coming back from the rib injury.
39:22My guess is both would play if McCaffrey misses any time, but they drafted Kalon Black in the third round.
39:27They got a lot of negative attention for that.
39:30I think he'll reward them. I think he'll reward fantasy managers if he gets on the field.
39:34Kayshawn Booty's got some good speed, Adam, and that brings an element to the Texans' offense that they didn't have last year,
39:40and really they haven't had since Tank Dell got hurt.
39:43And I'm glad that Tank Dell has a chance to play this year, but it's not going to be the first four weeks of the season.
39:50This is a four-week audition for Kayshawn Booty, who's in the contract here, to show out in Houston.
39:55It's a little bit tough to buy into because C.J.
39:57Stroud's the quarterback, because Nico Collins is the top target, but we're talking round 15.
40:01This is a good time to get a wide receiver just to see if he can deliver on five, five-and-a-half targets per game, and I bet Booty can.
40:09Yeah, he'll be good on a per-target basis because he is a downfield guy.
40:13And in round 16, here's another wide receiver with speed, Chris Bell, Dave, for the Dolphins.
40:17I do think that he can end up as the top receiver for Miami this year, but that's like being a used car salesman in Nebraska, Adam.
40:24We don't know if that means any more than like 700 yards and three touchdowns.
40:28We'll have to wait and see, but I was encouraged by how he played at Louisville and how he looked in the first preseason game.
40:35Pretty close to the same guy. I would imagine it'll take him a little while to actually step up and play to his best ability.
40:42If you draft Chris Bell, you need to be patient with him.
40:45Trey Tucker's most likely the number one wide receiver for the Raiders.
40:48That's not the most ideal situation to be in, but when we always talk about tight ends being first or second on
40:54the team in targets, Tucker should be second on the Raiders in targets.
40:57We'll see what happens with Jalen Naylor, Jack Besch, some of the other moving parts they have there, but I think just
41:03Trey Tucker getting the chances that he should get.
41:06And he did look decent in the first couple of games after Bowers was injured last year.
41:10Tucker could be a nice reward with a last round pick.
41:13Yeah, if you're not patient with Chris Bell, go after Chris Tucker.
41:16Chris Tucker's a great comedian, but Trey Tucker will get you more fantasy points.
41:20I was just watching Silver Linings Playbook last night, and I forgot Chris Tucker was in that.
41:25Very good. So you've been patient. You talk about being patient.
41:28You all have been so patient, and now it is time for America's 12th favorite fantasy football game show.
41:33It is time for Who Has More? Except we interrupt this programming to bring you the sister show of Who Has More.
41:39Who Had More is filling in today. Thank you very much for watching.
41:42Who Had More? All right. Who Had More, guys?
41:45First category. Who Had More used cars? No, I don't have any.
41:48Who Had More catches last season, Dalton Schultz or Tyler Warren?
41:51Dalton Schultz. This feels like a trick question. I think I'm going to say Warren.
41:55I'll be different. Yeah, it is Dalton Schultz. I love these guys.
41:58They think I'm trying to trick them. Yeah, that's what I thought.
42:01Dalton Schultz had 82 catches. Tyler Warren had 76.
42:04And this is my reminder. Jawan Johnson and Dalton Schultz were both top five in catches last year at the position.
42:09Who Had More rushing yards last year? Derrick Henry or Jonathan Taylor?
42:12Taylor. I believe that's Taylor. You guys suck at this.
42:15It's Henry. He had 10 more rushing yards. 10 more rushing yards.
42:18I mean, you can't count the Week 18 game.
42:21Okay. I don't remember. It was Week 17. It was a crazy game for Derrick Henry.
42:25Who Had More touchdowns last year? Devontae Adams or Kyron Williams?
42:28I'm sorry. What was it? More what? More touchdowns between Devontae and Kyron.
42:31Devontae. I think it was Kyron. He missed all those games.
42:34But it's still Devontae. Who Had More end zone targets?
42:37Devontae Adams in 2025 or Puka Nakua in his entire career?
42:40Devontae. Puka. It is Devontae. Finally got one. You think you guys tied?
42:43Oh, no. I think Jamie won. Congratulations, Jamie. Jamie definitely won.
42:46Jamie definitely won. Yeah. You are the winner of Who Had More.
42:50And we're going to take a break. You know, an amazing effort.
42:53Do I get, like, a celebratory bobblehead? I don't know.
42:55There should be confetti and a cake for you coming in during the break.
42:59We'll be right back with your tweets on Fantasy Football today.
43:02Let's see what's on your mind. Picking 17th out of 18 in a PPR guillotine league draft.
43:07I have Walker. Is it crazy to go Kyron Williams over Drake London, Bowers in round two?
43:11Yes. I think that's crazy, especially in a PPR format where you can have a difference maker like Bowers or London.
43:17Both of them are healthy. Both of them will give you points each week.
43:21I would absolutely go in another direction than Kyron Williams.
43:23Next. Keep Dak in the fourth, Burden in the 14th, or Tootin in the 16th in a super flex lead?
43:29If you're only keeping one, I would probably keep Burden, but Dak in the fourth is hard to throw back.
43:34Yeah, Tootin would be last on the list. Burden in the hand, Jamie.
43:37Team name. All right, next. Isaiah Likely or Jonah Coleman?
43:40I'd rather have Likely. As much as I like Jonah Coleman, I know that Likely wouldn't necessarily...
43:45We're tied to end. So he can still get Likely, and what if McBride struggles?
43:49What if he can trade Likely who goes off?
43:51Instead of waiting for Coleman, he'll cut Coleman. I would actually take Likely and trade McBride, because you'd probably get good value for it.
43:58Fine. Well, that's it for Fantasy Football Today. Check out the Fantasy Football Today podcast anywhere you listen.
44:02Thanks to Dave and thanks to Jamie, and of course, thanks to all of you for watching and listening.
