Christian McCaffrey

PositiveValue22:07

Eisenberg confirms that despite the safety of drafting Amon-Ra St. Brown at pick eight, McCaffrey remains the player he would realistically want to take if available.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveSleeper15:44

Eisenberg notes that Coker's target share rivaled teammate Terrace Marshall Jr. over the final five games last season, with Coker averaging over 14 PPR points per game. He is a strong late-round target due to the lack of competition in the Panthers' passing game.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveUsage20:21

Eisenberg notes Reed's high efficiency, averaging over 15 PPR points in 15 of his last 23 games with at least five targets. He expects Reed to remain fantasy-relevant alongside other Packers pass-catchers and potentially see carries if Josh Jacobs misses time.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveSleeper5:20

Eisenberg views Coleman as a high-upside bench stash (ADP after 100) who could share the backfield with R.J. Harvey. Despite potential for a limited workload if the backfield is healthy, reports suggest he could handle goal-line duties and passing-game work, making him a valuable long-term keeper target.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeUsage7:16

Eisenberg describes the Packers' backfield situation as having a 'weird, unknown vibe' due to Jacobs' disjointed offseason, lack of preseason play, and missed training camp time. Injury experts note the persistent risk of re-injury for the aging back.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveProjection3:21

Jamey Eisenberg is excited about Murray as the Vikings' starter, noting his improved receiving corps (Jefferson, Addison, Jennings, Hawkinson) and coaching under Kevin O'Connell. While his rushing floor (36 yards/game career average) is a key question, Eisenberg believes he has the upside to push for a top-12 finish and was his first QB drafted in a recent Superflex league.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveSleeper5:24

Eisenberg drafts Lloyd in most leagues as a lottery ticket behind Josh Jacobs. While currently dealing with a groin injury, Lloyd is expected to see opportunities in tandem with Jacobs, especially given the uncertainty and potential suspension risks surrounding the Packers' starter.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveSleeper17:06

Eisenberg identifies Ferguson as a high-end TE2 sleeper in the Rams' offense. With Puka Nacua potentially facing suspension and Davante Adams aging, Ferguson is positioned to be a primary pass-catcher. Eisenberg prefers him over Jake Ferguson due to the Rams' scheme.

0:00Creatine is easily one of the most researched supplements on the planet, but I hit a point where I realized just trusting a pretty label wasn't enough.
0:08I needed actual verification. That's why I made the switch to Momentus Signature Spec Creatine.
0:13Instead of chasing flavor trends, Momentus set a brand new benchmark by producing their creatine in a pharmaceutical facility with reverse osmosis water purification.
0:20It undergoes a rigorous six-stage testing process with four independent agencies, guaranteeing 10 times fewer impurities, tighter heavy metal limits, and tests for microplastics and purification.
0:27For my own routine, having that level of purity is non-negotiable.
0:31And the fact that it's an ultra-fine powder that mixes seamlessly with no clumping makes it effortless to take every day for power, recovery, and brain health.
0:39If you want to try Momentus Signature Spec Creatine, head to livemomentus.com and use code FFT for up to 35% off your entire first order.

0:49Livemomentus.com, promo code FFT. This summer, my wife and I took my parents, our son, and our granddaughter on a trip to Montana.
0:56Coming from South Florida, it was such a change of pace.
0:59We spent our days exploring Glacier National Park, taking in the incredible mountain views, spotting wildlife, and doing some easy hikes to waterfalls and scenic overlooks.
1:07It was amazing being surrounded by mountains and cooler weather, something we just don't get at home.
1:12We also checked out some local restaurants, tried a few Montana favorites like Huckleberry desserts, and really enjoyed slowing down and spending quality time together.
1:20But while we were off exploring somewhere new, our home was just sitting empty.
1:24That's when I realized while we're away, we could list our space on Airbnb.
1:28It feels like a smart and practical way to bring in some extra cash, especially when there is a high demand in
1:35our area for things like concerts, games, or festivals.
1:37It turns an empty house into an easy opportunity while you enjoy your own time off.
1:42It can even help offset some of the cost of your next trip.
1:46Your home might be worth more than you think.
1:49Find out how much at Airbnb. It is time for Jamie Eisenberg's All Sleeper Team right now on Fantasy Football Today Express.
1:55One quarterback, two running backs, two receivers, a tight end, and a flex here on this All Sleeper Team.
2:01Jamie, who is our sleeper quarterback? I'm going to go Kyler Murray.
2:04I'm excited that he's the starter for the Vikings.
2:07I'm excited that he's got this receiving core, including the tight end, to work with and TJ Hawkinson, but he's never had
2:14this much talent on the field with him, with Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison and Juwan Jennings.
2:19And being coached by Kevin O'Connell, the biggest thing is will he still run enough?
2:23Because that's been such a big part of his fantasy value, basically averaging 36 yards per game in his career, which is amazing.
2:30So if we get that, we get an improved passer, we get an offense that will hopefully pop.
2:35I think there's an opportunity here for Kyler Murray to push to be a top 12 quarterback.
2:40I don't have him ranked that way because the position is so deep.
2:44But if you are looking for a good second quarterback, or as we know, if you wait on the position too long,
2:51if you recall the Superflex draft that we did last week, he was the first quarterback that I drafted.
2:57I think there's still immense upside for Kyler Murray now getting a chance to prove himself in Minnesota.
3:02Okay. They've done it before with Sam Darnold and even with Kirk Cousins, really.
3:06I mean, he was so good in Minnesota. How about a running backer?
3:10You want to give us two? I'll give you two.
3:13I'll give you two guys that I just continue to draft, two young running backs, both really getting their opportunities for the first time, potentially.
3:20Jonah Coleman would be one, and Marshawn Lloyd would be the other.
3:24So looking at Coleman, as we've seen, it seems as if Sean Payton has a plan to use him.
3:30Unfortunately, as we know, J.K. Dobbins has missed at least four games in each of the last four seasons and a significant amount of games over that span.
3:38And so my guess would be it would be a shared situation between R.J.
3:42Harvey and Jonah Coleman. And you're getting Coleman after pick 100.
3:45He's an easy guy to stash on your bench.
3:48You may get frustrated. You may have to drop him.
3:51I hope that's not the case because he's probably not going to get a heavy workload if everybody is healthy.
3:57But we heard reports following the draft that he could be their goal line guy.
4:02We heard reports that he could get opportunities in the passing game.
4:05There's just a lot to like about where Jonah Coleman is at because of who his coach is.
4:11And certainly if you're in any, you know, we're going to get this question.
4:15Hey, I'm in a long-term keeper league. Who are some guys I could target late that might be future starters?
4:21Well, J.K. Dobbins on a one-year deal. I think he's on a one-year deal, but probably not with the Broncos very long.
4:27And R.J. Harvey may not be their starter if Coleman does what he's capable of doing.
4:32The other guy would be Marshawn Lloyd. Again, you're banking on the bingo.
4:36You're banking on Josh Jacobs, maybe missing time. He's not an old running back, but he's aging.
4:41Missed some time last year. We saw Emmanuel Wilson come in and be a very successful replacement option.
4:46But there is the potential suspension looming, and I do think that Lloyd will get opportunities in tandem with Jacobs.
4:52He's already been banged up in camp with a groin injury.
4:56So I draft Marshawn Lloyd almost in the majority of my leagues, or have drafted in the majority of my leagues.
5:02He's clearly a lottery ticket and waiting just in case something does happen to Jacob.
5:06Yeah, and I think we're seeing a little bit of clarity on how the Packers are going to use their running backs
5:13in the event that Josh Jacobs misses some time, and that is Chris Brooks working as the third down back.
5:19But I think Lloyd will play a little bit on third down, too.
5:23It won't just be a strict third down situation, I think.
5:26But Lloyd, yeah, the starting running back on a really good team that's very good for running back production, it's pretty enticing
5:33if Josh Jacobs does miss any time. And honestly, like, man, what a weird, disjointed offseason for Josh Jacobs.
5:38And is there a chance of re-injury? Injury experts always say, you know, there's always a chance of re-injury, basically.
5:44And it just, he hasn't played at all in the preseason.
5:47He missed a lot of training camp. He's had the off-field issues.
5:51It's like a weird, unknown vibe around Josh Jacobs right now.
5:54I think, and just tying in the news with Ashton Gentry, you've heard me say this a lot.
6:00When you get to the end of your draft, and you're looking about who to put on your bench, there's so much
6:06more benefit to putting running backs that are either direct handcuffs, not necessarily for your own guys, or an injury away, as
6:13we're seeing potentially with Mike Washington, to being significantly fancy relevant.
6:16It's happened year over year, forever. So it's not just a guy like Lloyd.
6:20It's not just guys like Lloyd or Coleman. It's Ray Davis.
6:24It's Tank Bigsby. It's trying to think, like the guys, Emmitt Johnson.
6:27Can I throw another handcuff in there that we never talk about?
6:31What about Samaj P. Ryan? Samaj P. Ryan is a perfect one.
6:34Malik Davis is another one if he's going to be the number two guy in Dallas.
6:39Like, there's just, the list is, I don't want to say it's endless, but, you know, just basically look at Jalen Wright, for example.
6:46You know, like he could be good in Miami.
6:49There's just a lot of guys that are a play away from being maybe not top 10, but could be top 20,
6:55could be a flex, could be whatever. And instead of drafting, I do like Trey Tucker, but like a Trey Tucker as
7:02a fifth receiver, when you have four guys that you like, or a sixth receiver, which would be worse, or a second tight end or a second quarterback.
7:10Like, I want my bench to be guys that are lottery tickets.
7:14Like, that's just the way I build my teams.
7:17Yep. You want your bench to have that player where there's a running back that gets hurt, and people go to the
7:23waiver wire, and they go, oh, Jamie already has this guy?
7:26Damn it! All right, we'll be right back on Fantasy Football Today Express.
7:30My companion for this summer season has been Z-Biotics.
7:33Let me tell you why. Just headed out to a concert at Pier 17, Howlmouth.
7:37What a show. I got home at 3 a.m., and I realized 8 a.m.
7:42tea time? What am I going to do? I got a big match.
7:46No worries at all. I took Z-Biotics the night before, had a few drinks, woke up the next day like nothing happened,
7:52got to that course at 7 a.m., warmed up, and won my match.
7:56Z-Biotics pre-alcohol probiotic drink is the world's first genetically engineered probiotic.
7:59It was invented by PhD scientists to break down acetaldehyde, a byproduct of drinking alcohol.
8:04Pre-alcohol produces an enzyme that is designed to break down this byproduct.
8:07Make pre-alcohol your first drink of the night, drink responsibly, and enjoy your next day activities.
8:12Z-Biotics has sold more than 14 million bottles and earned the trust of thousands, including us.
8:17Try for yourself today, and if you are unsatisfied, they will refund your entire order.
8:21No questions asked. Head to zbiotics.com backslash FFT. Code FFT for 15% off your first order.
8:26All right, we got Kyler Murray, Marshawn Lloyd, and Jonah Coleman so far on our sleepers team.
8:31Two wide receivers, please. Yeah, I'll go Casey Concepcion and Jalen Coker.
8:35Concepcion obviously has been building a lot of momentum this offseason.
8:38Look, a lot of these guys are obvious at this point when we talk about these sleepers in the middle of August.
8:45But I think the news on Monday of Deshaun Watson being the starter, not the best for Concepcion.
8:50But I think we could see a path where it's not going to be long where Watson gets benched.
8:56And then Shader Sanders, who will probably throw underneath a lot, as we saw with Harold Fannin, will help Concepcion because he's
9:02most likely going to be the slot receiver for the Browns.
9:05But I love what they've done in the preseason of manufacturing touches for him.
9:10So they want to put the ball in his hands.
9:13Another player, like if you're looking long-term keeper leads, we know Dynasty Leagues for sure he's a first-round pick.
9:18But if you're looking long-term keeper leads, you bump guys like this up because if the Browns get a quarterback, their young
9:25talent is fantastic with their backfield set, their receiving core now set, their tight end is set.
9:30Like you can see these guys being really successful for many years to come.
9:34And so Concepcion hopefully will do enough in his rookie season to be number three wide receiver worthy but can be a superstar moving forward.
9:42And in the case of Jalen Coker, we saw it last year.
9:45Again, I referenced this on the full-length episode. The last five games, targets were basically the same between him and Ted Earl McMillan.
9:52And Coker in those five games, one of them was a playoff game, averaged over 14 PPR points per game.
9:58Ted Earl McMillan under 10 PPR points per game.
10:01Going to get a lot of opportunities in this offense because there's not a lot of talent in the passing game.
10:07So I do think that Coker is going to be a very good late-round pick that could be in the conversation for a starter in three receiver leagues.
10:15Okay, who's our sleeper tight end on the all-sleeper team?
10:18You referenced him at the very end of our full-length episode when I forced you to do the news and notes, and that's Terrence Ferguson.
10:26Again, not a lot of options in the passing game for the Rams right now.
10:30I think their third receiver is Jordan Whittington, and they don't want to use Jordan Whittington.
10:35I think their third pass catcher is going to be Terrence Ferguson.
10:39And we saw it last year. Colby Parkinson was a borderline starting tight end.
10:43Ferguson was a rookie, not playing very much. Well, now they have an injured and potentially facing a suspension for Puka Nakua.
10:49And Devontae Adams is 33 years old. So you could see a path where maybe both missed time.
10:55I hope that's not the case. But I'm just taking dart throws here on players with upside.
11:00So I'll kind of go back to what I said about the running backs.
11:04If I have an opportunity to take lottery ticket running back versus second tight end, I'm obviously going to take the lottery ticket running back.
11:11But if you're in a deeper league, certainly tight end premium league, Ferguson is going to be a high-end tight end too.
11:18And I would not be surprised if once we get to early in the season waiver wire conversation, you should be picking
11:24up Terrence Ferguson because we know Sean McVay loves to use his tight ends.
11:29We know that they're very loaded at the position.
11:31Remember, they still have Tyler Higbee and they still have Parkinson.
11:35And they drafted a tight end as well. But I think Ferguson has the receiving chops to be heavily involved here.
11:41And I think Stafford will lean on him. So he's somebody that has crept his way up.
11:46So Heath talked about Dalton Schultz. I think once you get past Dalton Schultz, Jawan Johnson, two guys who have benefited from
11:52injuries, he's the next guy for me. So I would actually take him over Jake Ferguson, who may get more targets.
11:59But I think Terrence Ferguson is the better Ferguson because of the offense that he's in.
12:04We've got Kyler Murray, Marshawn Lloyd, Jonah Coleman, Jalen Coker, Casey Concepcion, and Terrence Ferguson.
12:08We need a sleeper flex. Let's go with another Packers guy.
12:11And I'm going to give you your option. I'll let you decide.
12:15Jaden Reed or Matthew Golden? Who do you like better?
12:18Jaden Reed or Matthew Golden? I like Jaden Reed slightly better.
12:21Me too. What we've seen from him, his last 23 games where he had at least five targets in game.
12:27There's been a lot of missed games over that time.
12:30But his 23, actually, last 23 games. 23 games in his career where he's had over five targets.
12:3515 of those games, he scored at least 15 PPR points.
12:39So there's huge, excuse me, 13 PPR points. He's averaged over 15 PPR points per game.
12:43There's huge production here when he gets chances. Stay healthy.
12:46I think all three Packers are going to be relevant.
12:49I think all four Packers, pass catchers, factoring Tucker Craft.
12:52So Christian Watson, Jaden Reed, Matthew Golden, Tucker Craft, all going to be relevant.
12:57But I think Jaden Reed is going to be very fun to roster because if there's a Jacobs injury, we know they'll
13:03use him and give him some carries. I think they'll do that anyway if Jacob's healthy.
13:08But I think Golden's going to be better than he was last year.
13:12I think Christian Watson, if he's healthy, could be awesome.
13:15But Jaden Reed hopefully stays on the field and gets a chance to look like he did in his rookie season.
13:21Jamie, I need your help. So I'm on the clock in the FFT Open League with the eighth overall pick.
13:27Okay. PPR. You know I love me some Christian McCaffrey, but I got to take on Monroe St.
13:32Brown, right? I would. I think it's just safer.
13:35Yeah, let's do it. St. Brown. It's just easy to draft this way because you know what's coming back to you in
13:42round two is a slew of running backs. I think so, but no gente now.
13:46So we got one, two, three, four. We got eight picks before I pick.
13:50And we got Taylor, McCaffrey, Walker, Hampton, A-Chan, Barkley, Henry.
13:53I think that's seven running backs. Yeah. I think one of those seven will be there.
13:58You're looking at T.D. Lamb and Justin Jefferson. Yeah, exactly.
14:01Exactly. Unless those running backs are the next seven picks.
14:04I'm going to get that running back in round two.
14:07But man, McCaffrey is... Who's the one you want?
14:10Realistically. Does McCaffrey be the one to take? Realistically.
14:12Yeah. I won't get McCaffrey or Taylor. I think I would go Hampton and then Barkley and then A-Chan.
14:18Those would be my top three. Not Brown? He's gone.
14:21Chase Brown went seventh. Wow. Over Amon Ross St.
14:24Brown. Dan Schneier is knocking on the door. He needs to get in to record a podcast.
14:29So we will talk to you tomorrow. Bring that on the air for a second.
14:33Let's... No, we got to go. We'll talk to you tomorrow on Fantasy Football Today.
14:38Podcasts.
