0:00Creatine is easily one of the most researched supplements on the planet, but I hit a point where I realized just trusting a pretty label wasn't enough.
0:08I needed actual verification. That's why I made the switch to Momentus Signature Spec Creatine.
0:12Instead of chasing flavor trends, Momentus set a brand new benchmark by producing their creatine in a pharmaceutical facility with reverse osmosis water purification.
0:20It undergoes a rigorous six-stage testing process with four independent agencies, guaranteeing 10 times fewer impurities, tighter heavy metal limits, and tests for microplastics and purification.
0:27For my own routine, having that level of purity is non-negotiable.
0:31And the fact that it's an ultra-fine powder that mixes seamlessly with no clumping makes it effortless to take every day for power, recovery, and brain health.
0:39If you want to try Momentus Signature Spec Creatine, head to livemomentus.com and use code FFT for up to 35% off your entire first order.
0:46That's livemomentus.com, promo code FFT for up to 35% off.
0:49Livemomentus.com, promo code FFT. I recently took a trip to Memphis for the FFT Draft-A-Thon.
0:53While we were there, we also got to experience a little bit of what makes Memphis so special, including some of the food the city is famous for.
1:02We had Memphis-style barbecue with pulled pork, ribs, and all the classic sides.
1:06It was an incredible trip, especially getting to spend time with everyone involved, enjoy some great local food, and support a cause
1:12that means so much to all of us. And while I was away enjoying the trip, my place back home was just sitting empty.
1:19It got me thinking. If you're going to be away anyway, why not put that space to use?
1:25While you're traveling or taking off for a long weekend, you could list your space on Airbnb and earn some extra cash while you're gone.
1:32And when big events come to your city, like a major game, concert, festival, or convention, travelers are looking for places to stay.
1:39Listing your space on Airbnb can be a way to welcome those visitors to your city while putting your space to work
1:45and earning some extra cash that you can put toward your next trip.
1:49Your home might be worth more than you think.
1:52Find out how much at airbnb.com slash host. It's time to beat the waiver wire and the Colorado Rockies right now on Fantasy Football Today Express.
2:00Dave's got baseball playoff fever looking good, Dave. The Chicago White Sox have clinched the playoffs for the third time in seven
2:06years, and most importantly, the first time this year.
2:09They have defeated the Kansas City Royals. They are in a fierce battle for the AL Central.
2:14I don't know how many people knew this about me, but I am a diehard Chicago White Sox fan.
2:19Really don't know anything else about baseball other than the White Sox.
2:23They're the one pro team that I can watch and just be totally biased for, be totally ignorant to everything else in the league.
2:30And I'm super excited that they made the playoffs.
2:33I look forward to supporting them on their playoff run all the way to the World Series.
2:38Okay, wonderful. The other thing you need to know about baseball is that the playoff seating is very stupid and backwards.
2:44It needs to be revisited. Okay, Dave, quarterbacks to pick up for week four.
2:48What are we looking at here on the waiver wire?
2:51Well, there's a quarterback that you can actually use in week three, but you have to be a little bit desperate to do it.
2:58And maybe he's still out there in super flex and two QB leagues as well.
3:03This would be famous Jameis Winston of the New York Giants.
3:06He's going to be their quarterback the rest of the season.
3:0914% roster. That means he's 86% available, ladies and gentlemen.
3:12The Titans this week, he's got Arizona after that, Washington after that, and the Saints after that.
3:17So this is a nice, easy stretch for Jameis Winston to get on the field.
3:22And we know that he can be very boom or bust, but the boom could be great.
3:27We talked about it. When did we talk about it on Tuesday's show?
3:31He's due to have at least one 30-point game somewhere in there.
3:34When will it be? Honestly, it could be this week against Tennessee.
3:38So if you're inclined, if you're desperate at quarterback, or if you can start two quarterbacks, Jameis Winston should be on your shopping list.
3:45The rest of the names aren't that bad either.
3:47Geno Smith, 14% rostered, same as Jameis. He's got Detroit this week.
3:51He's at Chicago, then against Cleveland. So spread the news.
3:54There are quarterbacks in New York that you could pick up and use in case of emergency or in case of desperation
4:01because three quarterbacks went down with injury last year, or last week rather, excuse me.
4:05And you can find both Jameis Winston and Geno Smith on the waiver wire.
4:09And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Marcus Mariota.
4:12He's got Indianapolis in London in Week 4, the Giants after that in Week 5.
4:17I think by the time they get to that Week 4 game, the passing offense should be solid.
4:22I wouldn't want to use Mariota this week. But the week after, yeah, I'd be down with him.
4:27Yeah, I think there are a couple more names too.
4:30It's a good week for quarterbacks. In a shallower league, you've got C.J.
4:34Stroud facing the Cowboys. But you have Jacoby Brissett, his next two matchups after this week.
4:39Brissett's at the Giants and home against Detroit. And you've got, if you want to go, Daniel Jones gets Washington.
4:45Basically, there's three NFC East teams that I want to pick on.
4:48Definitely Washington and Dallas and probably the Giants as well.
4:51When you're looking at quarterback streamers, you look at those three NFC East teams.
4:55I think they're all green lights for quarterbacks. Are there any running backs to pick up?
5:00Nobody seemed to want to pick up Caleb Johnson.
5:03I get it. But it's not like there are running backs growing on trees.
5:07He was 12% rostered. I think now he's 21% rostered.
5:10Anyone else? I think there's two that you could stash through Sunday morning and then make a decision on whether or not
5:16you want to carry them through the games. It's DeMond Claiborne in Minnesota.
5:20It's Emmanuel Wilson in Seattle. And the whole idea is that Aaron Jones is banged up.
5:25Is he going to play? He practiced on Thursday.
5:28That's a good sign. Same thing with Jardari and Price in Seattle.
5:31He practiced on Wednesday and Thursday. If those starters are there, you're not going to have any use for Wilson.
5:37You're not going to have any use for Claiborne.
5:40But in the event Aaron Jones in Minnesota is out, then DeMond Claiborne would get a huge opportunity.
5:45He's available in about 90% of CBS leagues. And Emmanuel Wilson's already rostered in about half of CBS leagues.
5:51That number will come down if by Sunday we realize that Jardari and Price is good to go.
5:56People are going to drop Emmanuel Wilson. They will stash somebody else.
6:00If you don't want either of those guys, I'm going to continue to pound the table for TyJ Spears, 54% rostered.
6:06He's going to be good for about 8 to 10 PPR points every single week, including this week against the New York Giants.
6:13He has actually outscored Tony Pollard or tied Tony Pollard in both games so far.
6:17Very, very slim margins there. All right. And I still think there's only one running back out there that without an injury
6:24could just be the starter for his team. I don't expect it, but it could happen.
6:29And I do think that's Caleb Johnson. Who plays on Thursday night.
6:32So by the time you're watching this, You're right.
6:35Yeah. By the time you're watching this, you're going to have to pick them up off waivers on, you know, Tuesday night, Wednesday morning.
6:42Dum, dum, dum, dum, dum. We're going to take a break and wide receivers when we come back on fantasy football today.
6:48Let's talk about Viore clothing. I love these clothes.
6:51I love the versatility. That's what really stands out.
6:54When I went to the website, the first thing I saw was the tennis shop.
6:58So of course I got some tennis shirts from Viore and they're great to play in, but also I could just wear
7:05them around the house or out to lunch. Again, versatility.
7:08That's what you're going to get from Viore clothes, whether it's shorts, shirts, hoodies, men's clothing, women's clothing, whatever.
7:13How about the Viore core shorts? People love these ideal for fitness, running and training, but also stylish and comfortable enough to wear all day.
7:21Make sure you check out the core shorts. Viore is an investment in your happiness.
7:25Some of the most comfortable and versatile clothing on the planet.
7:28For our listeners, they're offering 20% off your first purchase at viore.com slash fantasy football.
7:33That's V U O R I.com slash fantasy football.
7:36Exclusions apply. Visit the website for full terms and conditions.
7:38Let's talk about wide receivers to go ahead and stash.
7:41Now beat that waiver wire. Oh man, we, we swung and missed to use our Colorado Rockies term on the wide receivers last week.
7:49So let's have a better week this week. And the first name that I'll tell you, Adam is Khalil Shakir.
7:55He's already rostered in 57% of leagues. So chances are, you're not going to find them on your waiver wire, but in
8:01the event that DJ Moore and Keon Coleman, neither of whom practiced on Thursday, missed the game in week three, there could
8:08be a big target opportunity for Khalil Shakir against the Chargers.
8:11That's a favorable matchup for him, but you can't get him.
8:14Two other names to look at. One is Adonai Mitchell.
8:17He was actually added to the Jets, Jets injury report with a finger injury limited in practice on Thursday.
8:23We'll see where that goes, but I liked the matchup this week against Detroit.
8:27And then just like Gino Smith at Chicago and Cleveland in the days after, and Nico Collins hasn't practiced and Xavier Hutchinson
8:33got a lot of targets in week two. And he was almost close to scoring a deep touchdown in week two.
8:40And in week three, he's got Indianapolis. He's got Dallas in week four.
8:43You talked about strong schedule. Well, Xavier Hutchinson might be the guy and he's out there in 92% of leagues.
8:49So that could be a wide receiver that you can stash.
8:53And then potentially you could potentially use him this week against Indy.
8:56Go for it. If you need a wide receiver three, that's if Nico Collins is out, I think Hutchinson, I'm not going
9:03to rank them like a wide receiver three, but he has that type of potential.
9:07Certainly you can't argue with the targets, but week four against Dallas, I would especially be excited if, if and only if
9:14Nico Collins is still out for that game. One more receiver to look at, and this is the Tyjee Spears of wide
9:20receivers, but Malik Washington has seen at least one of his teammates not practice so far.
9:25Actually two of them have not practiced so far this week.
9:28It's Caleb Douglas, Chris Bell. They're going to be trailing against Kansas city.
9:32At some point, the chiefs will call off the dogs and Malik Washington gets a bunch of short targets.
9:38Anyway, eight to 11 PPR points. Maybe he finds the end zone.
9:41You'd have to be pretty desperate to go and put Malik Washington into your lineup.
9:46I'm the only one in the world who likes Kendrick Bourne.
9:49I have him in a few leagues where you start three receivers and a flex or a 14 team league.
9:55But I actually, Dave, as you were speaking, I picked up Xavier Hutchinson in a league.
10:00I like it. I dropped Wondale Robinson and I just realized that I have a co-manager in that league and I did not run it by him.
10:08So hopefully he's cool with it. Is the co-manager Heath?
10:11Keith. No, it's Keith. Okay. Well, Keith is probably going to be cool with it.
10:15Heath would not be cool with it. By the way, one other thing, just if you've got an IR spot available, go
10:22look and see if Jordan Tyson, Dijon Stribbling, Jacoby Lane are on your waiver wire.
10:26And if they are fix that, put them on your IR and see what happens when they come back.
10:32It's a free move. You might as well do it.
10:35Yeah. All right, Dave tight ends. And then we'll do DSTs.
10:38Dalton Schultz was on this list last week. How did that work out?
10:42That worked out pretty good. Well, Terrence Ferguson is on the list this week and he's only rostered in 26% of leagues
10:48and Pukanukua has not practiced on Wednesday or Thursday.
10:51And there's a real opportunity for Terrence Ferguson to pick up where he left off against the giants, even though it's against Denver.
10:58I still love him as a mismatched piece, excuse me.
11:01And I think the Rams are going to continue to lean into him.
11:05He could end up being a top 12 tight end and we number three, and he's out there in three quarters of CBS leagues.
11:12I don't know what you're thinking, but check out this schedule.
11:15It's Denver in week three, Philly in week four, and then Buffalo, Arizona, Vegas, Chargers, commanders, Arizona.
11:20Again, that's six games after Philadelphia. I don't know if Puka is going to miss all those games.
11:25I don't even know if Puka is going to miss this game coming up, but if Puka is out, Ferguson could be
11:32in and he's out there in a ton of leagues.
11:35I love the idea of picking him up. The other, the other tight ends that are remotely interesting, Pat Friermuth, he's got
11:41a nice matchup against Cincinnati and Kenyon Sadiq against the Lions.
11:45Lions have not been great against tight ends. You're missing someone here.
11:48Who am I missing? Rondé Gadsden. I'm not missing anybody.
11:51No, I don't agree. I mean, the chargers are humming right now.
11:55No. Yeah. I think Gadsden deserves to be on this list, but fair, fair enough.
11:59All right, let's go to the DSTs to stash Cincinnati, 49% rostered.
12:03They've got Pittsburgh this week. They've scored. The Bengals have double digit PPR.
12:07It's a DST. What am I saying now? Dumb to dumb, dumb.
12:10Now it's me. 12 or more fantasy points and typical defense scoring in each of their first two games.
12:16And the Steelers offense isn't that good. So I actually really liked the Bengals as a usable DST for week.
12:22Number three, not sure. I really want to use them in week.
12:25Number four, Jacksonville that Patriots this week, Patriots have allowed at least 11 fantasy points to each of the first two DSTs that they've gone up against.
12:33And then the bills are after that. They've got the chargers this week, Patriots after that 13 plus each of the first
12:40two defenses that played against the chargers. I would think Buffalo could get a couple of turnovers and be useful, but if
12:46I can only pick one of them, it would be Cincinnati because of the matchup against Pittsburgh.
12:51And are they a one week deal? Yeah. They've got Jacksonville in week four, but then Miami in week five.
12:57Yeah. I don't love the streaming DSTs. If you want to stash one for week four, but I think, um, I think
13:04maybe the saints against the Falcons, the saints have faced the lions and the Raven.
13:08I know the Falcons are getting pennies back. They've faced the lines.
13:12Go ahead. They've actually done pretty well. I mean, they've really hung in there.
13:16They, you know, get golf. Didn't have that good of a game.
13:20I don't know about their DST per se, but that's the only DST that I see that, that I feel like is
13:26widely available that you could pick up for week five.
13:29But I don't think it's really worth using the roster spot.
13:32Three fantasy points in week one, nine in week two.
13:35Yeah. But they face the lions and the Ravens.
13:38Now they got the Falcons next week. Yeah. And, but the Falcons usually play them tough.
13:43That's a big rivalry. And I at home Monday night in the dome, imaginary towel.
13:47I feel like they're gonna have towels. They might remember that fan for the saints that has like a whistle for a
13:54hat, but it's like a giant whistle. And then they've got another fan that dresses like a clown for every home game.
14:00And they've got some wild fans in New Orleans.
14:03I see towels. I'm just like, start the DST.
14:06That's all I'm saying. That's why people start the Steelers.
14:08There you go. Foolproof. All right, we're out of here folks.
14:12And we'll talk to you tomorrow on fantasy football today.
14:15Podcasts.
