1:27Can you believe this? You have no idea. It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
1:31Off to the races, and he stays on his feet.
1:34He's just gonna go the distance. Now, here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
1:39Today, we are going to talk about late-round picks, some of our favorite late-round picks.
1:44Basically, pick 100 or later, and there will be some wide receivers on this list.
1:48Let me just give you a quick note about late-round wide receivers.
1:52Over the past six seasons, there have been 36 wide receivers drafted in round nine or later.
1:57That's 97th overall or later that have finished either top 24 overall or top 24 per game.
2:02That's six per year over the last six seasons, so you can get a lot of value there.
2:08And in the first five seasons of that stretch, 2020 to 2024, there were at least two rookies every year that finished top 24 overall or per game.
2:16There were zero last year, so kind of feeling there might be zero this year, but unless Casey Concepcion falls there, well, we will see.
2:24Anyway, before we do that, we have a segment called Diabolical Dan's Deliriously Delusional Dynasty Defense.

2:33Yeah, you're definitely playing from behind, but Dave, are you ready for this showdown between Dan and Heath?

2:45showdown in the history of fantasy football. Are you ready?

2:58All right. Heath, welcome to the show. Hey, thanks.
3:01Dan. When we left off, the whole fantasy community had turned against Dan for calling it collusion, for not freeing up enough
3:07roster spots, not seeing the message on the message board.
3:10Dan's having a little trouble with his emails and not being ready for the Dynasty draft.
3:15So using a workaround of trading players with each pick with another manager who didn't have enough roster spots.
3:21And it got a little hairy, got a little controversial.
3:24Dan, what do you have to say for yourself?
3:27All right. Well, let's just start from the beginning here.
3:30Okay. Beginning here is the weekend. We start the Dynasty draft on the weekend.
3:34I'm away this past weekend. No, we didn't. We started on Friday.
3:38Friday, but my first pick was made on the weekend.
3:41Okay. Okay. Okay. Or my first pick was, no, I was able to make my first pick.
3:46Okay. So by the time it gets to my second round pick, where the issue, where the issue starts, it's Saturday.
3:52It's Saturday in the middle of the day. I'm at Lighthouse Links.
3:56I'm on a golf trip with friends. And I realized when I'm trying to click my player, Emmett Johnson, to make my
4:03pick of Emmett Johnson in round two, who is by far an away top player on my board, all off season on
4:09Beyond the Box score, I have said he was my RB2 going into the draft before the draft.
4:15And he was clearly my best player overall at that point.
4:18It says, you can't make this pick. So I text Heath.
4:21I've been here before a few years back. It's not new ground to me, which is definitely not pro for my case.
4:28But three years ago, this happened. I said, Heath, it's happening.
4:31What can I do here? And so he gives me some options.
4:35And so I take one of the options. I go nuts on the message board.
4:40Hey, anyone trade me. I'll give you whatever. Just let me make my pick.
4:44I just want to make my freaking pick in a dynasty league.
4:47It seems like an important thing to do that everybody who has their picks gets to make their pick.
4:53That's my opinion, at least. It seems like probably the most important thing to do.
4:58Anyway, I'm texting the league. I'll trade you, whatever.
5:00I finally find someone who's willing to trade down with me.
5:04I have to give up my pick in round two.
5:07I lose out on Emmett Johnson. And I get another player.
5:10I'm able to make my pick. I get nothing out of this.
5:14I just get to move down because I didn't see the message in time to get my roster down.
5:20So anyway, I make the trade. I lose Emmett Johnson.
5:23I don't say a word about this. I don't say a beep.
5:26I don't complain. I'm dealing with it. It's fine.
5:29Then it's getting to the next round and somebody from the league.
5:33And this is the truth. I'm not going to say his name.
5:36Text me and says, I got an idea. I think if you trade players, they don't make you force it.
5:42Like you can get over the roster limit if you trade players.
5:46So, okay. I accepted because to me, I thought, and this is where I was wrong.
5:51I thought Heath agreed with me until this week.
5:54I was way wrong about this. I thought he'd, he'd agreed with me that it was stupid that the, that on CBS,
6:00you can't cut players before you draft them because on every other app that I draft dynasty on, you can cut players before you draft them.
6:08Jamie discussed this yesterday before we were on the show, every other dynasty I've ever played.
6:13You don't have to be in this really tight spot where you can't cut a player.
6:18Once the draft to start, for some reason, the roster is on full lock, which now I know Heath likes and Heath wants.
6:25And I just didn't know Heath wanted that because from the conversations I had with Heath, it sounded like he kind of agreed.
6:32Oh, this is a stupid spot right now. Um, and you, you can do this and this to try to get out of it.
6:39So I was wrong about that. Heath likes that rule.
6:42Apparently to me, it's one of the dumbest rules in the history of fantasy football and dynasty football.
6:48NFL teams don't cut rosters down to September. Every other time it's a league I plan doesn't cut rosters down.
6:54So for this league to have the strict rule where if somebody misses this deadline, where the draft hits start and the
7:00commissioner hits start on deadline, if somebody misses that deadline, you're going to lead to a situation where they don't get to
7:07make their draft picks in a dynasty league. Now, in my mind, that's the worst case scenario.
7:12Obviously that's not the worst case scenario in Heath's mind.
7:15Heath's mind, the worst case scenario is somebody doing these tradebacks or whatever work around to try to make their rookie draft picks.
7:22To me, those two things don't equate. One compromises the competitiveness of the league.
7:26People having to forfeit draft picks. The other is somebody gets two extra days to make releases.
7:31Like what did I gain? What didn't me and the other manager who proposed this idea to me gain by this?
7:38We had an extra 48 hours before we could cut our players.
7:41Because to me, you should just be able to cut the player, then make the pick.
7:46Or you expand the roster three spots and then everybody makes the pick like the NFL and you cut down at a
7:53later date because that's what every other dynasty that I play in is.
7:57So that's where I stand. Where I stand is just, look, I made a mistake.
8:01No, let me finish. I made a mistake. Come on.
8:05Take accountability for it. I have a lot to say.
8:08You guys have been spewing on me all week and having it be unworded.
8:12I made a mistake by not. It's a mistake, but like I'll tell you this.
8:16I went into my account details on CBS Sports and tried to change my email department and tried to do everything I can.
8:23I can't get these emails. I searched my inbox.
8:26No emails from Dynasty. On my account page, on alerts, the place you're supposed to go, it says that right now I'm
8:33supposed to be getting emails for messages. It says checked off email.
8:36I don't see the emails. I search. I can't get them.
8:40They're nowhere to be found. So this same thing is going to keep repeating itself for me unless I imagine.
8:46But it won't. Because now after the season, I'm just going to mass cut a thousand players.
8:51I don't even care. No. Stop. Yeah, I am.
8:54No, you're not. I want to make my draft picks in a rookie Dynasty League.
8:58I would say the worst case scenario is two teams having to forfeit their draft picks in a rookie Dynasty League.
9:05Forfeited picks for doing nothing wrong? Like, what is that?
9:08That's a horrible scenario. We want to play in a league where people are forfeiting picks because the rosters weren't expanded or
9:14because the app won't let you cut a player before you draft them, even though every other app will.
9:20Like, come on. What are we doing here? I don't get it.
9:24Okay. Okay. Opening statement from Dan. Yeah. Opening monologue.
9:26Heath. Dan, we play in a league that has rules.
9:29Those rules have to be guarded by men with commissioner powers.
9:33Who's going to do it? You? Lieutenant Costanza? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom.
9:38You weep for lost fourth round picks. You curse roster limits.
9:42You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know.
9:46That lost picks, while tragic, probably save the league.
9:49And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves leagues.
9:52You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me as commish.
9:58You need me as commish. We use words like roster limits, collusion, league notifications.
10:02We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something.
10:06You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises
10:13and sleeps under the blanket of the very league that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it.
10:20I would rather you just said thank you and went on your way.
10:24Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a commissioner title and stand the post.
10:28Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you're entitled to.
10:32Was that? You can't handle the truth. Is that that one?
10:35No. That was a few good men, I assume.
10:38You assume? I assume. Isn't that the one with the you can't handle the truth?
10:42Yeah, I was waiting for you can't handle the rules or something like that.
10:46It's a different part of the one. You can't handle the rules.

11:04You've done nothing. I can't fix it. I tried my hardest to fix it yesterday.
11:09I won't be getting emails. I didn't email to someone.
11:12Dan. Yeah. How many years have you played Dynasty Leagues?
11:15On CBS or in overall? Ever. Ever. Probably at this point, four or five years.
11:19Only four or five years? Maybe longer. I don't know.
11:22Okay. Let's just say five years. When do rookie drafts happen?
11:26Different for every league. Majority of them for the leagues you play in?
11:29I would say the majority of them happen around this time.
11:33Okay. So shouldn't you be checking to see when the drafts are happening?
11:37Yeah. I should be checking to see when the drafts are happening.
11:40Like I said, I take full accountability for that.
11:43I screwed up. I didn't know when this draft was happening.
11:46I did not hear. I apologize. I wouldn't have been as harsh to Dan if I had heard during the opening 35-minute monologue.
11:53I take full responsibility. Because this entire thing starts there.
11:56Of course. I shouldn't know when the draft was going to start.
12:00All this is true. Even though I'm not getting notifications, I should have found a way to know.
12:06And I don't – even though I'm not getting these emails and I don't know how I ever will, which is another problem for another day.
12:13Yeah, I'll email IT and try to get on it, Adam.
12:17Like I don't have a million other things to do.
12:20He'll fix it for you in five seconds. You're trying to start a new podcast over the past.
12:25So let me figure out the IT issue with this.
12:28Point being, like I don't expect – and it's not Heath's job to handhold me.
12:33Heath can't be expected to individually text each member like, hey, the draft's going to start at this time.
12:39Make sure your rosters are down. I don't expect that.
12:42But I do stand by that. I think it's a ridiculous rule to have these roster limitations going into Dynas League.
12:48As I mentioned, not any of my other Dynas Leagues besides the two that I play in that Heath runs – I
12:55don't even know if he runs YOLO. I assume he runs YOLO.
12:58He does. I don't know who the commissioner is.
13:01It could be somebody else. Honestly. Besides the two that Heath run, I don't have this problem because this is not an
13:08actual rule in any of those other leagues. You can either make the cut at the time of the draft because the
13:14app allows you to or a couple other leagues I play in, they expand the rosters like the NFL teams do.
13:21I mean the NFL teams aren't cutting down until September.
13:24Why are we cutting down in May? It makes no sense to me.
13:28I agree, Heath. Are you proposing a rule change, Dan?
13:31Yes, of course I'm proposing a rule change. I don't want anyone else to ever be in this issue again.
13:37I proposed it on the message board, and we'll see what happens.
13:40Heath said he's strongly opposed to it, and he would need a massive overwhelming majority, which is fine.
13:46It's Heath's league. I don't care. I'm not asking Heath to bow to my existence.
13:50If the majority doesn't want it, that's fine. If they're not overwhelming, that's fine as well.
13:55But my point is, yes, I'm going to propose this rule change because this is a ridiculous comment from Pop.
14:01It was the weekend, Pop. It was the weekend, Pop.
14:04I'm not allowed to go on a golf trip on the weekend.
14:08It was Saturday, Sunday in Maryland. Let me have my fun.
14:11I'm Saturday in the middle of the afternoon, and I see I can't make a draft pick.
14:17My point is, I got to wrap it up here.
14:20Last thing is, the rule changes for one reason and one reason at all.
14:24I don't want to be in a position, and I would hope Heath doesn't, but I don't know where this happens again,
14:31where two teams are not able to make their draft picks in a rookie dynasty league.
14:35To me, that's the worst case scenario. I thought we were playing for fun.
14:40I didn't think we want a technicality, two teams out of making their picks, and try to really go hard on that
14:46and really get an edge for whoever else is in this league.
14:50And look, it's our fault, me and the other guy, for not doing it.
14:54I get it. But is this what we want, a world we want to live in where people are forfeiting draft picks in round two?
15:02It just doesn't feel good to me, but maybe others are good with that.
15:06No, I think, look, I think there's a lot of leagues where if I weren't getting my email notifications, I would miss things too, including the draft date.
15:14So I actually don't really blame you for that.
15:17I don't blame Heath either. It was an unfortunate situation.
15:20There is an easy way. We can get your email situation fixed.
15:24And I think we should stop blaming the app.
15:27It's the rule that Heath wanted. Heath's the commissioner.
15:29That's fine. No, I agree. But the other apps do let you cut the players at the draft.
15:35I'm just saying. All right. But question for Heath.
15:38We had an email from Alexander, and he wants to know, if I only have one first round rookie pick, I must
15:44have at least one open roster spot in order to make the pick.
15:48What happens if I decide to trade back my 110 for 202 and 210?
15:52Is this forbidden because I can't drop players during the draft?
15:56Yeah. You know, I think it's really fantastic that Alexander, in like 45 words, made a better point than Dan has made in two weeks.
16:03And this is something that kind of caused me to pause.
16:07That like, yeah, I think that that part of it is something that I need to think about.
16:12It would, like, I do think you kind of just need, I usually go into the rookie draft with one more roster spot that I need.
16:20But if you're only most dynasty leagues I'm in, that last guy on your, like the guys Dan's trying to trade right
16:27now, aren't guys that he cared if he cut or cut or not.
16:31He knows that he's going to cut them. So when you make that trade, just trade the 110 and the one extra player for those two picks.
16:39But that team may not have the roster space for it.
16:42That's kind of the point Alexander's email. And I think it goes beyond just that one individual example.
16:48Like, there's going to be plenty of times where you don't know going into a draft class based on trades that you
16:54may make how many roster spots you actually need and how many you don't need.
16:59That's kind of the point of the expanded rosters or the ability to cut players at the time of the draft.
17:05So you can actually make those decisions live in time if you get a trade offer like that.
17:11Or if anything comes and you're like, I see the board now.
17:14I don't really actually need this pick. Or actually, I want five picks because there are five players I like.
17:20They're still on the board. You should have that flexibility to know that.
17:24You shouldn't be locked into, I have a certain amount of guys I can draft or, God forbid, I have to scramble
17:31in the league and try to trade away players and trade for players.
17:35That just doesn't seem good. Just to be clear, I do add two extra roster spots.
17:40That's the only reason you were able to make a pick in the draft.
17:44So I do add two extra roster spots. That doesn't change the fact that we're talking about not having a locked in amount of roster spots.
17:52It answers Alexander's question. You'd actually have a couple extra roster spots for a move like that.
17:57Do we? Is it just because we don't have the taxi squad, though?
18:01Right. So we don't really have the roster spots.
18:04You just have to take people off the taxi squad and put them in the roster spots.
18:09People automatically go off the taxi squad. Everybody has an illegal roster as soon as the league year rolls over.
18:15I think the point, though, of what Alexander's asking, because there's 50,000 examples we can come off you from, is why do
18:22we want to be locked into a certain amount of roster spots when the draft's supposed to be a fluid thing?
18:28Mostly because I can't get you to drop players when there's a severe consequence for dropping players.
18:33What's the consequence? Losing draft picks, which you just did.
18:36So if I did it in June or July, I'd have to text you six times to get you to make your drops.
18:43You probably have to text me one time and then I'll make them right there.
18:48Like just like everybody else. Are you talking to Dan or Jamie right now?
18:52Just text us one time and like then we'll make drops.
18:55But like that doesn't impact the draft and the ability to want a fluid draft.
19:00I hold that point is like, no, I made my case.
19:03I think other people agree with it. Talk to a lot of people offline who agree it's a bad rule.
19:09That's all I'll say. Dan's approval rating is much higher offline, much higher offline.
19:13A lot of people think your rule stinks. He that's all I'm going to say now.
19:18It's still my fault. What happened? I agree with that.
19:21We can live with that. A lot of people think your rule stinks.
19:25Right? Like Dan's accepting responsibility. Maybe Heath can reconsider the rule.
19:29There are some issues that could arise from it.

24:11Heath, you were not on yesterday's show with the mid-round picks, so I'll let you start with your late round picks.
24:18Rashad White of the Washington Commanders is on your list.
24:21And I just want to say right at the start that Dave sent his list in first, and his list is better than mine.
24:28And I would have put several of the names that Dave put on his list on my list.
24:33But, yes, it's funny. I looked at two different lists when we were trying to decide this, and one of them had Bill in round 11.
24:41One of them had Rashad White in round 11.
24:44I think either of them, after the first 10 rounds, is a fantastic pick.
24:48I expect White to have the pass game role locked up.
24:51And there's probably a lot of targets available behind Terry McClure in this offense.
24:56Some of them could go to Antonio Williams. Some of them could go to Chigakonkwo.
25:00Somebody might talk about those guys later. But I think Rashad White will definitely take care of the running back targets and
25:07has an opportunity as well to work on early downs.
25:10He'll be their two-minute drill guy. He could be a good flex in PPR.
25:14And he may just prove to be the best rusher or the guy they trust more on early downs as well and be a fantastic value here.
25:22I think he's a good value here in his current role, though.
25:26Okay. Rashad White. Xavier Worthy. Now, I'm going to throw Xavier Worthy in with a guy that Dave has on his list, which is Travis Kelsey.
25:34Kelsey was a top-six tight end per game with Patrick Mahomes.
25:37Worthy was pretty much a non-factor last year. He played eight games with Mahomes, Rice, Kelsey, and Worthy all playing.
25:43Those eight games, Worthy had a 16.2% target share.
25:46Kelsey was about 20.2%, I believe, and Rice was something like 28%.
25:50But here's a question. Heath and then Dave and then Jamie.
25:53Can Xavier Worthy and Travis Kelsey both be good, assuming Rashid Rice is, you know, Rashid Rice?
25:58Or do you think there's only room for one of them to be good?
26:02Heath? If Rashid Rice is a 30% target share guy and plays 17 games, I think it's really difficult for both Xavier
26:09Worthy and Travis Kelsey to be good. But I don't know that they have to be good to be values in round 11 or later.
26:17They're both just really cheap. We've heard a lot of the Chiefs talking this offseason about how Worthy's lack of involvement was
26:23due to the fact that he wasn't really ever healthy after he got truck stick by his own teammate in week one.
26:30And so I think there's opportunity there. And when I was talking about Rashid Rice and why, and I think Jamie too,
26:37like everything went so great for him this offseason until about a week ago.
26:41Everything went so great for Xavier Worthy. They didn't bring in anybody that I think is going to compete with him for targets either.
26:48And if Rice is not 100% because he's trying to rehab in a jail, then or if Rice is suspended or if
26:55Rice does something else wrong and Worthy has a chance to be a smash value.
26:59But I think even if Rice plays 17 games, Worthy will be better than a round 11 value.
27:05I feel the same way about Kelsey. Tell me if you think this is good.
27:09A tight end that gets at least 10 PPR points in 62.5% of his games.
27:14Is that good? Is that okay? How do you rate that?
27:17How do you gauge that? Solid. Solid is a great way to put it.
27:22Yeah. Not a guy that I'm going to go to the waiver wire much for.
27:26Just going to leave him in my roster. Sure.
27:29Sure. That's what Kelsey did last year in full games with Mahomes and Rice.
27:33It's an eight game sample, but that's what he did.
27:36And there were a couple of games. His two best games of the year came with both Mahomes and Rice on the field.
27:43I know that that's not what you expect when you hear the name Travis Kelsey.
27:48When you hear that name, if you've been playing fantasy for more than a year, you're thinking about a guy that can
27:54help you win your week every week. And now he just can't do that.
27:59But he's also not getting drafted with a top 30 pick.
28:02Now it's like pick 100 when Travis Kelsey comes off the board.
28:06So I don't mind. And Adam, I know you've been doing this in our early drafts.
28:10I don't mind waiting on Kelsey, assuming I don't get a good value at tight end within the first five rounds.
28:17I'll just go to greater late and Kelsey will be somebody that I target late.
28:21This is the first time since 2014, if the data is accurate, because it's obviously a bunch of different sites.
28:27But first time since 2014 that he will not be a top five pick at tight end.
28:33Oh, wow. Yeah, he won't be. That's amazing. Just goes to show his staying power and obviously how great he's been.
28:39I think there's a couple of things here that you look at with the Chiefs.
28:43Well, more than a couple, but a couple that I haven't mentioned.
28:47Obviously, you've got to see what's happening with Rice in regards to both these guys.
28:52I think Kelsey probably just goes up incrementally if Rice isn't there.
28:55Worthy takes a huge leap, obviously, if Rice isn't there.
28:58You wonder if there's still a player out there that we know of that has ties to the Chiefs.
29:04Do they consider bringing in Tyreek Hill if this goes the way that it could for Rice, either with injury or potential suspension?
29:11Just to have somebody there that has some familiarity with the team.
29:15Mahomes. And where is he? What's the status of his knee?
29:18And is he the same guy? Is he better because of just having to change some things this offseason?
29:24His numbers, I know obviously it was – and he's obviously still in his prime, but peak Mahomes from a statistical standpoint.
29:30His numbers were at his best when Eric Biennemi was on the offensive staff.
29:35And so now you have Biennemi back. How much does that factor in as well?
29:39So there's a lot of moving parts, I think, with the Chiefs right now.
29:43I think just given the fact of where you can get these two players in particular.
29:48We talk about lottery tickets. And again, most drafts aren't happening now, so you'll know what Rashi Rice's standing is and where he's coming into the season.
29:57But my God, best ball drafts? Like Xavier Worthy is a smash pick.
30:00It's funny. Dave is bringing up some ADP in our private chat saying in CBS ADP it's going Kelsey, Worthy, Mahomes.
30:07But all these guys are late-round picks, whereas last year I think they were all going in round five or six.
30:13And Rashi Rice was actually going after them. He was facing a six-game suspension.
30:17And now, obviously, Rice is going first. And all three, Mahomes.
30:21Mahomes, who was coming off a torn ACL, but he was a top-five quarterback, number three quarterback, something like that, per game.
30:27And then Kelsey, top six per game with Mahomes.
30:30And Worthy had kind of a lost season because of the injury.
30:34But they're all late picks now, as of right now.
30:37I want to show you just one thing with Kelsey.
30:40You know, we talk a lot about his age.
30:43He's 37 in October. Two years ago, the efficiency was really bad.
30:46Last year he had a nice bounce back. He's not great anymore.
30:50But take a look. If you're watching YouTube, you see the target percentage.
30:54That's target per outrun. And I'll highlight it for you.
30:57Target per outrun rate last year for Kelsey was 18.8%.
31:00It's a huge, huge decline. Two previous years, 23.5%, 18.8% target per outrun rate.
31:04And then I'm going to add one other thing here that doesn't get talked about a lot with Kelsey.
31:10Maybe it does. But it's touchdowns. And watch his target share, his target per outrun rate in the green zone.
31:16And look at how much it's collapsed. 13.5% last year, 18.8% the year before.
31:20So Travis Kelsey used to get routinely a quarter of the green zone target or get targeted on a quarter of his routes in the green zone.
31:28Now it's not even close. And yet he still is among the league.
31:32Last year, he led all tight ends in goal-to-go routes run.
31:36But he just doesn't get targeted there anymore. It's really weird.
31:39If we can get back to that, maybe he can get us eight touchdowns or something like that.
31:44But kind of a strange trend for Kelsey that Holmes just does not look for him in the end zone nearly as much as it used to.
31:53Okay. Back to Heath's list. We had... Why don't we stick with a tight end here?
31:58We'll save Tucker for last. Let's go to Mark Andrews.
32:01Mark Andrews is on this list for you. And how do you compare Andrews and Kelsey?
32:05I think they're very similar. Kelsey is definitely ahead of Andrews if we don't think Rashi Rice is 100% going into the
32:12year or he's not going to be available for 100% of the games.
32:16If Rice is, then I think they're both kind of borderline top 12 tight ends.
32:21I expect Andrews to benefit from the departure of Isaiah Likely.
32:24I'm not super optimistic that either of the rookie-wide receivers the Ravens drafted are going to have a huge share of the targets.
32:31Andrews should have a bigger share than he did last year.
32:34And I think that it's quite likely that they throw...
32:37Likely. Just a little bit more than they did last year because the pass rate was so incredibly low and they just changed offensive coordinators.
32:45So I think we could see an increase in targets for Andrews.
32:48And he's always a guy that's a threat to score double-digit touchdowns even if the targets are low.
32:54So somebody I'm happy to settle for at tight end after round 10.
32:58Kelsey or Andrews? He said it depends on Rashi Rice.
33:01I see. I missed that. Yeah, I would take Kelsey still over Andrews.
33:05But I think Andrews is... He's so interesting because they draft a big receiver in Jacoby Lane.
33:10And can he go out and be a red zone threat and maybe take some touchdowns away from Andrews?
33:16But Andrews, just looking at it, obviously I like looking at intangible.
33:19So Declan Doyle is related to Mike Ditka, tight ends coach in Denver.
33:23And he has... I forget where he was prior to this.
33:27Oh, Ben Johnson. He was on Ben Johnson's day.
33:29Ben Johnson at Boston College. So, you know, obviously coming from a system that may favor tight end.
33:35And we may be talking about Ben Johnson's tree in the same light that we talk about Kevin Stefanski's tree.
33:41You know, so there's a good bounce back situation here for Andrews who, you know, prior to last year was consistent with his fantasy production.
33:48Obviously it was kind of weird how he did it, you know, 2023.
33:52Or excuse me, 2024. So touchdown dependent. So it's a lot to like based on his value because, you know, you could
33:59see different, you know, moving parts for this offense just because it's a change.
34:03Change in head coach, change in coordinator. But obviously we know that Lamar Jackson likes him.
34:08And it was so surprising that in December that they gave him the three-year extension when they knew Likely was up to be a free agent.
34:16Like I think we all thought, okay, Andrews walks.
34:19They re-sign Likely and they build around the younger player.
34:22And here they go sticking with the veteran. So I don't know how much of that was Lamar Jackson, how much of
34:28that was just management, you know, wanting to keep Andrews around, how much they still think that Andrews has to offer.
34:35But obviously things worked out pretty well for him this offseason too.
34:39And they changed coaches after that, which was all the more interesting.
34:42I got confused with Doyle with another offensive coordinator who worked with Ben Johnson once upon a time.
34:48But yeah, Doyle was with Ben Johnson last year.
34:50Doyle is a Sean Payton disciple. I've been doing a bunch of research on the new play callers across the league and definitely was a tight ends coach.
34:59Definitely has a track record. Of leaning into his tight ends.
35:02We've already talked about the lack of other decent tight ends in Baltimore.
35:06What's stopping Mark Andrews from going back to being second on the team in targets?
35:11And I agree with Heath that there should be a slight uptick in pass attempts from Baltimore moving forward.
35:16I mean, it's one thing to be second on the team in targets, but if they're going to be last in the
35:23NFL, they might have a slight uptick, but they still might be, you know, 30.
35:28They're basically 30th or lower in pass attempts every year except for one of Lamar Jackson's career.
35:33I might be slightly off on that, but they're super run heavy every year.
35:37They don't throw a lot. And I have his stats up, Mark Andrews.
35:41I want you to look at the end zone target column.
35:44I'll highlight it here. He's the opposite of Kelsey.
35:47Sorry. He gets a lot of them. Now, two years ago, he caught 80% of them, which was insane.
35:53Last year, he caught like 15% of them or something like that.
35:56So maybe more than that, but it was kind of low.
36:00But he I kind of look at him as maybe this year's Dallas Goddard, where he'd have to score a lot of
36:06touchdowns, Mark Andrews, which is what he did in 2024.
36:09Right. But I don't know is as recently as 2023, Mark Andrews played nine healthy games, play one game with 10% of the snaps in the nine games.
36:18He was on pace for 81 catches, 984 yards, 12 touchdowns on 111 targets.
36:22He was the best tight end in fantasy when he was healthy in 2023, 2024.
36:27He was all touchdowns last year. He was tight on 27 per game, but it is two years in a row with 70 targets in a full season.
36:35So I don't know. I'm not really that optimistic about him.
36:39I don't know. I don't, I don't see how he gets to a hundred targets.
36:43Oh, I don't. Yeah. But what has he done that once?
36:46Um, well, he's probably been on pace for that more than once, but I don't know.
36:51I guess he's done it twice. It's almost six targets per game.
36:55A hundred. Right. Yeah. I will say that like when you're talking, like they are always low in pass attempts and they've
37:02been terribly low the last three years, but they threw 422 passes last year.
37:06Yeah. Yeah. 422. Like they're going to throw it 50 more times.
37:10Most likely. Okay. All right. Um, let's go to a Trey Tucker.
37:13Last guy on Heath's list. Trey Tucker with the Raiders.
37:16I don't know who it's going to be. The number one wide receiver for the Raiders is being drafted after round 10.
37:23It's pretty rare that you get a chance to draft the number one wide receiver for a team after round 10.
37:29Tucker is entering his fourth year. He has gotten better every year.
37:33It's going to be him or Jalen Naylor. I prefer Tucker.
37:36I think one of the other guys prefers Naylor.
37:39I would draft one of those guys after round 10.
37:42Who likes Naylor better than Tucker? It's me. Okay.
37:45Yeah. You want to just fire at other positions, which does make sense.
37:49Would you guys... And Jack Bash is in the same range too.
37:52Like they're all three worth dart throws here. He should be third, but Tucker and Naylor are definitely worth taking a shot on it.
38:00Would you rather have Jalen McMillan or a Raiders receiver?
38:03Raiders receiver. Raiders. Yes. Okay. How about Casey Concepcion or Raiders receiver?
38:06Concepcion. Casey. Denzel Boston or Raiders? Raiders. Yep. Because that's interesting.
38:10You have more faith in Concepcion being... That's not that interesting.
38:13But you have more faith in Concepcion being ahead of Boston than you do any particular Raiders guy being ahead of the other.
38:20Not including the tight end. Just talking about wide receivers.
38:23Okay. And by the way, I talked early in the show.
38:26I started out with that stat that there have been 36 wide receivers in the last six seasons drafted around nine or
38:33later that have finished either top 24 overall or top 24 per game.
38:37The three who did it last year were Wondell Robinson, Michael Wilson, and then the one guy who did it only per game was Christian Watson.
38:45All three of them really benefited from injuries to teammates.
38:48Neighbors, Marvin Harrison Jr., and I would argue Tucker Craft.
38:51So, that is often what happens. I looked at the list that there have been a lot of guys who have just
38:57really been target hogs because of injuries. We can't sit here and predict that.
39:02But that's a lot of times the guys who end up emerging from this range.
39:06But we'll give you some more names to consider when we come back.
39:10We'll take a break and Dave and Jamie will give their lists after this.
39:14So, Dave's talked about Travis Kelsey already. So, we'll skip Kelsey.
39:18And we'll go to Isaiah Likely. Isaiah Likely. And then we'll give the two running backs on Dave's list, Jonathan Brooks and Jonah Coleman.
39:25Isaiah Likely or Travis Kelsey or Mark Andrews, Dave?
39:28I will fire the shot on Likely before settling for one of those other tight ends.
39:33Jamie? Likely's ADP is one of the strangest things I've seen because usually people get more excited about new players joining new
39:39teams, players that have a track record like this where he always generates hype anytime he does something of significance.
39:45And I would have thought if you were to say, okay, here's the tight end ADP or just ADP overall, that Likely
39:52would have been in the top 10 range of his position.
39:55And the fact that he's not is a little disturbing to me.
39:59So, I wonder why the market is not reflecting that.
40:02I'm sure that will change once we get to redraft leagues.
40:05But I think there's a huge upside play here for Likely.
40:09So, definitely him for me. I wonder if it's because we've been burned by Likely so many times.
40:14Have we? There are so many. It feels like it.
40:17I don't know. There was the overspend on Fab after the week one game in 2024.
40:22And then even last year, too, we had a big game and we were all excited about him in the next week.
40:29I think he had a donut the week after a big game in 2025.
40:33Okay. Look, I like the fact that this is somebody who was a number two tight end on his team who should
40:40now be a number one tight end for his new team.
40:43Coach knows who he is and what he's capable of doing.
40:46And who's going to be the number two target getter in New York?
40:50And all this talk about they want to be more run heavy.
40:54Okay, fine. So, they're not going to be a bastion of passing.
40:58But think about what they've got. It's neighbors coming off of an ACL.
41:01It's a bunch of other receivers that are either inexperienced or underwhelming for their entire careers.
41:06And then it's Isaiah Likely, who admittedly has been a little underwhelming, but he's also never had a lot of opportunities.
41:13He's had nine career games with six or more targets.
41:16He's had 12 and a half or more PPR points in eight of the nine.
41:20Wow. And Matt Nagy has a track record. Well, it's better than that.
41:24Do you know what he's averaged in those nine games?
41:27It's huge. I just like giving a floor. 16.6 PPR points per game in those nine games.
41:32Wow. Okay, so you can choose your favorite set.
41:35Either way, you'll love it. And then Nagy brought in Trey Burton in Chicago when he went to Chicago, gave him a huge amount of money.
41:43He underwhelmed. It was 9.2 PPR points per game, 4.8 targets per game.
41:47That would suck. And that would be an even worse floor for likely than what we're talking about.
41:52But that's also not six targets per game. And then obviously Nagy did a lot of work with Travis Kelsey at tight end.
41:59These are not the same players, likely much more of a receiving tight end than a do-it-all tight end like Kelsey is.
42:06I don't mind taking the chance on him. And the ADP is helpful.
42:10So I will target him. Like I said, I will target him ahead of Kelsey, Andrews, Goddard, all these other older tight ends.
42:17Kittle, there's no way I'm going to go to battle with one of those older guys when I can get somebody that's
42:24maybe the new hotness at the position. Okay. And Jonathan Brooks and Jonah Coleman, who do you prefer?
42:29For now, it's Brooks. But there could be a switch between now and August where I put Coleman ahead of Brooks.
42:35And it really just comes down to how Brooks comes along in the preseason.
42:40Is he practicing with the team most days? Does he get into preseason games?
42:44We're talking about a running back that's had two major ACL injuries in the same knee.
42:49And now suddenly we're adding him with a late pick.
42:52I guess the value is great. But the hope is that he actually makes inroads on making Chuba Hubbard a 1B back.
42:58And it might be a little too far-fetched. But if it's a double-digit round pick, I don't mind the concept of it.
43:05It just might be someone that you're drafting before the season and cutting by October because he's not getting the job done.
43:12And then obviously any setback that he has between now and week one and his draft stock is going to plummet.
43:18Coleman is an interesting fit in Denver. A lot of people, including some people in Denver, compare him to J.K.
43:24Dobbins. But he doesn't have the injury history of J.K.
43:27Dobbins. And you've got to figure that Dobbins will miss time at some point along the way.
43:32Is it going to be R.J. Harvey that gets all that work?
43:36Or does Coleman earn a role where he leapfrogs Harvey and is the 1A and Harvey is the 1B?
43:42I'm going to point to some things that were really good for Coleman when he was in college.
43:47He was awesome in short yardage goal line situations.
43:50He's a good zone-blocking running back. I think that he can be somebody who can contribute similarly to how Dobbins contributes for Denver.
43:57And it might not be just this year. I think he's a first-round pick, obviously, in rookie-only drafts.
44:02And I think he's worth stashing, especially if you go 0 RB.
44:06You get J.K. Dobbins. All right, Dobbins is your starter to begin the season.
44:10You have mild RB2 expectations for him. But then when he goes down, Coleman might be the one that you place in the lineups instead of R.J.
44:19Harvey. And Harvey's being drafted out of both the Denver running backs.
44:22And they talk about Coleman as a third down back, whereas we know Dobbins is not going to be that.
44:28Nope. But I don't know. I just can't draft a guy where I feel like he has to leapfrog two players.
44:35Not if he's already got a role. If he's already got a role as a third down back, which you don't see from rookies very often.
44:42It's why I didn't say anything about that. Because you don't see rookies going from college to pros and they're suddenly playing third downs.
44:50LaQuint Allen did it last year. No one knows who he is because he didn't help us in fantasy.
44:56But it's rare. There might be one guy a year.
44:59Could Coleman be that guy this year? Maybe. And does he have value when J.K.
45:03Dobbins is healthy? Definitely not. Right. You can't start him.
45:06If Coleman is the third down back now, then R.J.
45:09Harvey is one of the biggest busts in fantasy.
45:12I mean, I think Tyler Bidet might be the third down back right now with Harvey also playing third down.
45:18I don't think they have one exclusive third down back.
45:21I think they split it between Harvey and Bidet last year.
45:24I think that's what they did. And I guess they would do that too.
45:29But yeah, Harvey, not great. Okay. Anyway, that's Dave's list.
45:32That would be Kelsey, Likely, Brooks, and Coleman. And Jamie's got Chris Rodriguez, Dallas Goddard, Matthew Stafford, and a couple of commanders on his team.
45:39So who do you want to start with, Jamie, on his list?
45:43We start with Rodriguez. Stick with the running backs.
45:46All right. Stick with the running backs and go with Chris Rodriguez.
45:49I mean, again, we're looking at a backfield that we don't really know exactly who the starter is going to be.
45:56And Rodriguez could be that guy, and you're getting him significantly later than you're getting Basil Tootin.
46:01So I hope it's Tootin. I think he's got a little bit more upside than Rodriguez, who doesn't have the at least
46:07resume or pedigree seemingly to be involved in the passing game significantly.
46:11But Rodriguez, as we've talked about time and again after he signed with Jacksonville, has a history with Liam Cohen from their days in Kentucky.
46:19He was good at times for the commanders last season.
46:22So when given work, I think he'll be productive.
46:24Could they split the running back share, the workload that is left behind by Travis Etienne?
46:29Absolutely. And then Rodriguez is still good value in a handcuff situation.
46:33Obviously has lottery ticket upside if Basil Tootin were to miss any time.
46:37But we sort of fell for the hype for Tootin last year.
46:40Again, different scenario because there was a proven veteran on the roster.
46:44Obviously, if Rodriguez comes out in training camp and shows that he's the better of the two running backs, this ADP is going to change.
46:52So you're getting him at a discount now. But again, this is just one of those situations where could the second guy
46:58and the guy that they paid be a little bit better than the guy that we are expecting to be the incumbent?
47:05I just like to take a lot of shots on Chris Rodriguez.
47:09I think as a fourth running back in some cases, maybe a fifth running back, depending on how many you like to put on your team.
47:17This is a guy that can end up being significantly more valuable than we are drafting him right now.
47:22Okay. And Chris Rodriguez, yeah, six career catches. Do you think he over under six catches this year for Chris Rodriguez?
47:29I'll take the off. Okay. Just a fun note here.
47:32This is why advanced metrics are fun but not always so helpful.
47:35Over the last three seasons, among 87 running backs with 100 or more carries, Chris Rodriguez ranks 10th in a void rate, which is great.
47:43Number one on the list is Kendry Miller. Number five is Tank Bigsby.
47:47Number seven is Antonio Gibson. Number eight is Jaleel McLaughlin.
47:50So it's like Rodriguez has great stats, but everything is just such small samples with him.
47:55But no, I mean, I totally agree. Not trying to throw cold water on.
47:59It's a great pick. Just a note on stats.
48:02All right. Dallas Goddard. Dallas Goddard was the number five tight end per game in non and half PPR, number six in full PPR.
48:09He has been a top 13 per game tight end in full PPR in seven straight seasons.
48:14I'm guessing he's around top 13 in ADP check.
48:17He is tight end 14. Undervalued, Jamie. Dallas Goddard.
48:20So undervalued. And again, this will change when the A.J.
48:23Brown trade, I'm sure, officially happens. But you see the path here, right?
48:27It's taking away a significant piece of this offense and changing things around.
48:31Obviously, Mekhi Lemon comes in, 20th overall pick in the NFL draft.
48:34I think what's not being said enough is they drafted another tight end that we're expecting to just be the replacement.
48:41But what if we see a lot more 12 personnel for them and we see Stowers on the field a little bit more?
48:47Remember, change in play caller. So personnel could be a little bit different for the Eagles as well.
48:53So Goddard may lose a few opportunities even though there's something being removed with A.J.
48:57Brown gone. But still, if you take A.J. Brown off the field, I think you just want to take chances on a
49:04guy that has clearly been a go-to option for Jalen Hurts.
49:08And Heath made this comment. I forget who it was about.
49:11Maybe it was about Goddard. But Hurts has been stubborn to change things.
49:15If he's going to be stubborn to adapt to Sean Mannion and still want to stick to the guys that he's relying
49:21on, then Devontae Smith and Dallas Goddard are in great spots.
49:25So I think just looking at where Goddard's ADP is, again, taking chances on late round tight ends.
49:30You said it, Adam. He's got a track record that's hard to argue with.
49:34He's also got an injury history that's hard to argue with as well.
49:38So you've got to be prepared for him to miss a couple of weeks at some point during the season, at least if that holds.
49:46But, again, playing for a contract year coming off a season where he was among the leaders in touchdowns of the position,
49:53among the leaders in pass catchers in touchdowns. Dallas Goddard just is an easy auto pick if you just miss on all these tight ends.
50:00It's funny because two of the guys that we mentioned, I think I mentioned this, and I was going to bring it
50:07up with Dan when Dan was saying he couldn't make a draft pick while he was on the golf course.
50:13I said this either yesterday or Monday. Last week I did a draft for a magazine.
50:18I'm coaching a baseball game. I am running the game changer where I have to keep track of the score and doing
50:25a draft all at the same time. I drafted Isaiah Likely.
50:28The only auto pick that I had, I'm sorry, I had two.
50:31The last pick, which I didn't really care about, I had two auto picks.
50:36One was like round 11 or 12. It was Dallas Goddard.
50:39And I think that's an easy tight end pairing if you're a little bit concerned about does Isaiah Likely take that step forward.
50:46Dallas Goddard is a great fallback option. So if you want to take two tight ends, give me Likely and Goddard all day long.
50:53This is a great team name from or nickname from Mike D for three.
50:58Dallas Pater. Yeah, because that means scoring a touchdown.
51:00But let me show you this page for Dallas Goddard just for fun.
51:04He led. He was tied with Jake Ferguson for most targets among tight ends from the one to five yard line.
51:11But he scored seven touchdowns. No one else scored more than four.
51:14And then if you look at this history, this is a page that shows Dallas Goddard's tight end targets targets by season
51:21from the five yard line or closer. He has 20 for his career.
51:25He had eight last year. He had four straight seasons with one.
51:28So they just they were intentional about it. They threw a lot of screens to him near the goal line.
51:35But even in the years where he wasn't scoring a lot of touchdowns, top 13 per game in PPR, seven straight seasons.
51:41Heath, any thoughts on Goddard versus likely and Kelsey and Andrews?
51:45I think likely is in a different category. And Goddard, Andrews and Kelsey are all right in the same group.
51:51Did you guys not not see the Dallas Goddard target screen?
51:54Did I not have that displayed? No. Sorry, I screwed that up.
51:58Well, anyway, he has 20 career targets inside the five yard line and eight of them were last year.
52:03Jamie, Matthew Stafford. David's talked about him a lot.
52:06And now he's on your list here. Matthew Stafford, one of your favorite late round picks.
52:11Heath, are you also in on Stafford as a late round pick?
52:15If it's late enough. OK, Jamie. What's late enough?
52:17Yeah. Yeah. All right. What is late enough, Heath?
52:20I mean, I don't usually draft him in our drafts because Jalen Hurts goes in round seven or eight and Dak Prescott.
52:27Prescott goes after that. And so if you're talking about but if you are in a league where quarterbacks are going in
52:33the first six rounds and Matthew Stafford's there in round 11, then sure, it makes a lot of sense.
52:39Jamie, thoughts on Stafford? I mean, we've said a lot.
52:42It was just a little surprising that he's so late on Fantasy Pro's ADP.
52:46You know, so for a guy that led the position in fantasy points per game last year.
52:52And I know, you know, the sample size for Stafford is two years over 25 fantasy points and two years under 20 fantasy points.
52:59Like which Stafford are we getting this season? But I think you just have to look at what he did last year,
53:06first year with, you know, the two receivers that he had.
53:09Devontae Adams is the touchdown guy and Puka Nakua having career season.
53:12Like you just look at this and say, OK, if I miss on everything, I'll take the NFL MVP this late.
53:19You know, so it's just easy to, you know, fall back on.
53:23But again, this position is so deep. You know, it's a matter of do you take the chance on Stafford doing this again?
53:29Or let's say Kyler Murray, who's also going this range.
53:33Another guy I was going to mention, but I feel like we talked about him a lot too.
53:38Another guy that's in this range that has, in my opinion, huge upside also.
53:42So I would probably lean toward the proven guy more so than the unproven in terms of what they just did a year ago.
53:49To me, Stafford is an easy, easy fallback option.
53:52And I think if we were to say he's going to do X, Y, or Z of anything that he did a
53:59year ago, he'd be a top five player at his position.
54:02It's just the fact that he's 38 years old.
54:05They drafted a guy, you know, this just plays on people's minds.
54:09They drafted his replacement. So I think that weighs down his value a little bit, you know, in terms of Ty Simpson with the first round pick.
54:17You're looking again, if you take the body of work that Stafford was not good in 2024, 2023 as a fantasy quarterback.
54:23But still, like, just had such an amazing season.
54:26You love the play caller. You love the weapons.
54:29It's hard not to think that Stafford could be 20-plus points per game again.
54:33And I think just getting him in this range is easy to, you know, to take him.
54:38So when you say his ADP is so low, what kind of ADP are you seeing for Stafford?
54:44I mean, round 11 or later is pretty good.
54:46Yeah. I'm seeing him right around 100th or so.
54:49QB 13. On Fantasy Pros? Yeah. I mean, Fantasy Pros depends what format you look at.
54:54You look at non-PPR. I think he's QB 15.
54:57And on full PPR, he's QB 13 going about 104th, I think.
55:00Oh, I saw it later. I'm sorry. No, that's all right.
55:04I mean, things change. Draft Sharks, he's going 112th as QB.
55:07Where's he in ours? 5, 6, 7. He's QB 13 in hours.
55:11Oh, no, he's QB 12 in hours, and he's going 123rd.
55:14This is Matthew Stafford we're talking about. So roughly QB 12, 13 in most of these ADPs.
55:19Draft Sharks is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
55:24So, all right. But I guess just to conclude, I think, Heath, you said round 12?
55:2911 or 12 is fine, yeah. Dave, Matthew Stafford, where would you want to take him?
55:3410. Jamie? After round 11. Okay. And then finally, you gave yourself a couple of options on the commanders.
55:40Chigo Conquo and Antonio Williams. What's the theme there?
55:43It's almost like what Heath was saying with the Raiders receivers.
55:46Like, you know, you're looking at the guys that are going to be involved opposite or along with Terry McLaurin.
55:52And as of right now, these are the top two guys.
55:55You know, Rashad White's going to factor in as well.
55:58Or at least a running back will factor in as well.
56:02I would say it's White also. So, the one thing that you've got to keep an eye on is this is a Stephon Diggs potential destination.
56:10You know, that's been rumored. He's from the Maryland area.
56:13So, could he, you know, sign with the commanders?
56:15I think that changes things. Certainly for Williams. But, I mean, obviously we saw Jaden Daniels in the rookie season.
56:21Zach Ertz was a huge part of what he was doing.
56:25And Oconco is one of these, you know, unique tight ends that he's extremely fast.
56:29He was a fast guy at the Combine when he came out.
56:33He doesn't necessarily catch the ball like he would like to see.
56:37He has an issue with drops. But an athletic tight end that finds a way to get open.
56:42When he's gotten targets, he's been successful with them.
56:45And so, this is just an easy late round guy, again, past the Goddard-Andrews-Kelsey range, you know, if you miss on those guys.
56:52But if you're inclined to take two tight ends, if you want to pair an older tight end with a guy that's
56:58just getting a great opportunity, you know, again, looking at this receiving core, it's Terry McLaurin and a bunch of unknowns.
57:05And so, that's where Antonio Williams comes into play.
57:07Obviously, a guy that they drafted with the perfect, clear destination to just go get targets right away.
57:13And so, if he can prove himself to be, you know, better than the Traylon Burks of the world and the other
57:20guys that they have there, you know, just a lot of veterans, Diami Brown, you know, guys that aren't exactly, I think,
57:26players with upside in their careers at this point.
57:29You know, so Williams can go step in right away, earn a role.
57:33Um, and these are just two guys, again, when you're looking at opportunities at tight end and wide receiver, they both have it.
57:40I'm going to throw out just some, some late round picks according to current fantasy pros ADP that we haven't talked about.
57:47Tell me how excited you would be to draft them.
57:50How about Jalen Coker? I, I originally was going to give him as one of the, list him as one of the
57:56players, but it's, it's obviously tougher now to expect a big season after drafting Brazel and, you know, looking at where Coker
58:03was the majority of the year last year. Like he had some good moments.
58:07I just don't know if it'll be consistent. Like he'll probably have some flashes, but still believe in the player.
58:13I just don't love the scenario right now that they bring in another wide receiver.
58:18Three out of 10. Okay. And how about, I, I think Tyrone Tracy Jr.
58:22is going too late. Just a little bit too much faith in Scadaboo.
58:26My opinion coming off this injury, Tyrone Tracy Jr.
58:29132nd overall. Four out of 10. If I don't have Scadaboo eight out of 10, if I do, I'll say six, uh, six either way.
58:36Sam Darnold, CJ Stroud, Cam Ward, Daniel Jones. Zero out of 10.
58:40Um, let's see. How about Jawan Johnson? Two. Zero.
58:43I know it sounds weird because he had a good year last year, but the saints made additions and there's other tight
58:49ends that we talked about on this show that you can get later on that.
58:54I feel like Jawan can sit on the waiver wire and if he has a good week one, we'll race to pick them up.
59:01But I'd be surprised if he's second on the team and targets this year.
59:05Yeah. Uh, I guess I shouldn't say that if Jordan Tyson goes down with an injury or a lobby has, you know,
59:12hopefully he whole lobby plays 17 games, but obviously one of those guys misses time.
59:17Jawan goes back to his old role. Jalen McMillan.

59:51Yeah. But that's why you watch the tape. You don't just go by the stats.

62:37Yeah. That's. I think, I think though it's. People agree with Dan's take on expanding the rosters and just allowing people to make their picks.
62:44I think that's where people come out on this.
62:47And I know that's where Adam comes out on this because he does it as the big burger commissioner.
62:53I don't think anybody can agree with Dan's excuse making about why he didn't follow the rules that you have laid out
63:00that you obviously were very clear on the not getting emails again.
63:03I'm in the same boat. I have to fix my email from, from, um, our leagues as well.
63:09I don't get those either for some glitch. So Dan's not alone in that, but that being said, as why I asked
63:15Dan the question, I played in dynasty leagues multiple years.
63:18I know that usually after the rookie draft, whether there's going to be a draft or not, there's probably gonna be some mention of it.
63:26The NFL draft is going to be some mention of the rookie draft.
63:30I saw what Heath's messages in both draft, both leagues that he runs.
63:34I made the proper ad drops that I needed to make to make my draft picks.
63:39And I think that's how you have to approach it.
63:42Like he's played in, if this was his first time, and I know it's a, it's a startup dynasty league from 2025,
63:48but if this was his first time playing dynasty and he made the mistake, I would feel much worse for him.
63:55Totally would say, Oh, it was, it was the reason that I basically ruled like Adam suggested and let the picks that
64:01had been made stand because there was someone else in the league who had made the same mistake.
64:07If it had just been Dan, I, I was 100% with you guys.
64:11And, um, I, I think Dan did a good job of gaslighting the audience and trying to turn this into a discussion about my rule.
64:18rules instead of the fact that he didn't pay attention or follow the rules.
64:23Yeah. He, he, he can't be absolved of, of what his misgivings here.
64:27I think this, the problem is like, or not the problem, but I think just the, the debate can certainly be, does
64:33the rule make sense of cutting players before the draft or cutting players after the draft?
64:38And I think that's certainly up for debate. I think he's, I think he's kind of, no, I think you were very
64:45dishonest when you said you expanded the rosters by two, because you really did it.
64:49You just, you just made two roster spots to accommodate for the guys who were coming off the practice squad, the taxi squad.
64:56So that was really, I think morally just horrible.
64:59Well, technically you have to, you have an illegal roster when those guys are no longer eligible for the practice squad, which they aren't after their rookie season.
65:07Right. But you didn't expand the rosters to, I did to help, but not to help people with the draft, which is what you implied.
65:15And that's the other thing is that the people who are suggesting, you know, just add enough roster spots for people to make their picks.
65:23I think at the end of the Yolo season, Dave had eight players on injured reserve and two, and two players in a, in, on his practice squad.
65:31And so if, if I had just added six spots because the Yolo dynasty league has six spots, he still wouldn't have
65:38been able to make a pick without dropping players.
65:41So much to think about. Okay. Well now, and I, by the way, got my emails from Heath and made my rosters legal.
65:47Thank you. And Dan's in that league. And you know what?
65:51Dan dropped all the players he needed to make, to drop, to make a pick in that league.
65:56I don't know why he got so mad about this though.
66:00I think, I think what we're heading toward, and Adam's not going to like this because it's going to impact him, but
66:06I think we're heading toward is a new athletic competition between Heath and Dan.
