2:52You know, one thing that got lost along the way For Gentry On top of the injury And everything else Is I
2:59don't know how good the Raiders offense Is going to be As far as scoring touchdowns I believe that Brock Bowers will
3:06get a ton of targets I think Gentry will get plenty of targets too But once he got hurt I think the
3:13door kind of cracked open a little bit For Mike Washington To take some work away from him We know about Clint
3:20Kubiak And his track record with multiple running backs Certainly in Seattle last year Does he Does he kind of lean into

18:15First In The NFL In Points Per Game And So Now You've Got Me Goff Can Have A Smash Season Also Yeah
18:22Because Gibbs Could Catch Six Seven Touchdowns Well Sure Sure Sure But Now Like Obviously I Don't Have The Research In Front
18:29Of Me But Now I'm Curious In All The Years Where CMC Was Awesome And Gurley And You Ran But No It
18:36Could Happen No Obviously And Part Of The Reason Why You Love Jameer Gibbs So Much Is Because Of What He Can
18:43Do In The Passing Game And I'm I'm I'm I feel Okay About The Lions Offensive Line And Obviously I love The
18:50Lions And Jared Goff Has Been Good For He's Been Solid For A Long Time I Worry About That Defense I Think
18:58They've Got Three Good Defenders Healthy Right Now I Don't Know What's Going To Happen If Or When Their Safeties Come Back
19:05This Year They've Got To Find Somebody A Cornerback Along The Way I'm I'm Nervous About The Lions Defense Being And They
19:12Weren't Great Last Year They Weren't Awesome The Year Before I'm Worried About Them Being Even Just Like League Average This Year
19:19And It Just I've Been Excited About The Packers Passing Game Since The Josh Jacobs News And So I Think It's Going
19:26To Be A Fun Year For Jordan Love For The Receivers And Tucker Craft And So Love Will Be Top 10 Fantasy
19:33Quarterback Tucker And Christian Watson And Jaden Reed Will Both Be Top 20 Wide Receivers So I Think We They Added Josh
19:40Jacobs It Wasn't The Same And Now We're Going To Have I Think A Suspect Run Game Four Games Potentially Without Mike
19:47Parsons Three Games Without Mike Parsons And So We Get We Get 30 Plus Pass Tents For Jordan Love And That Leads
19:55To A Big Season For Everybody There Because We What Right.
19:58So did this in a draft last night, as a matter of fact, where it took Marshawn Lloyd, I think, in round
20:05six and Josh Jacobs in round 10. And so have both, you know, you could clearly see if Jacobs is ruled out
20:12or stays on the exemplist for the rest of the season.
20:16You could just pivot to Christopher Brooks, who's probably available in a good portion of leagues and will hopefully still be available
20:23in the next couple of weeks if we get the decision from the court case.
20:28But, yeah, I mean, look, there's an easy path here for both to, you know, you're going to have a backup running back on your bench anyway.
20:37And, you know, aside from the off-field stuff, what Josh Jacobs does on the field is still the chance to be top 20 caliber.
20:45I don't know if he's still got top 10 caliber left, but top 20 caliber running back.
20:50So you would stay on that type of lottery ticket anyway.
20:54You know, there's similar. I think I said this when I, you know, Zach Charbonnet.
20:58Zach Charbonnet? I mean, like, you know, in terms of like waiting for somebody to come back and be an impact type of player.
21:06But, yeah, but like if Charbonnet comes back, he's not going to be like an every down back.
21:12He's not going to be a primary back. Correct.
21:15It's not the same. But, I mean, you know, just waiting for somebody to come back and be a contributor to your fantasy roster.
21:23The difference is that Charbonnet sits on your IR spot versus Jacobs taking up a bench spot.
21:28So you hope to get some resolution soon so that you can either get that player back or get that roster spot back.
21:36Exactly. Yeah, because, you know, you have to roster a player that's giving you literally zeros as long as he's out.
21:43Okay, so my last bold prediction is about, of course, Jacoby Brissett.
21:46Why wouldn't it be? Jacoby Brissett will either be a top 12 quarterback or benched by week five.
21:52And, you know, we talk about offenses that could be good.
21:56Maybe the Cardinals could be pretty good because they're going to lose a lot and they're going to have to throw a lot.
22:03And we've already seen this formula. And Brissett was basically a must-start guy for a pretty long stretch.
22:09Michael Wilson was setting the world on fire and Trey McBride had one of the best tight end stretches we've ever seen.
22:16So could they repeat it? I think the issue is their schedule is so hard.
22:21But, like, Chargers and Seahawks to start and then at the Niners, at the Giants, Detroit in weeks three through five.
22:28He could clean up there. But why I say he could be benched by week five, it's like, it's just so obvious.
22:35If he starts struggling and they want to look toward the future, maybe week five is a little bit too early.
22:42But, you know, obviously, Jacoby Brissett could get benched for the rookie Carson Beck, which we would not want.
22:48But, you know, I think Brissett entering the discussion as a streamer and basically the Cardinals putting up a lot of points
22:55because they have to throw and throw and throw.
22:58Happened last year? Could happen this year. I think we should be a little bit worried about what happens if the Cardinals
23:05start 0-5 and they do make a switch to Carson Beck and whether or not Beck can be even remotely as effective as Jacoby Brissett.
23:13And it's one thing for Carson Beck to play well in college and then look good in the Hall of Fame game.
23:20I'm very nervous about Carson Beck against a first-team defense and what it means for the receivers there.
23:26And so I can sit here and tell you that I expect the Cardinals offense to have better play designs and the
23:33receivers to just have better route combinations and to be open a little bit more frequently under Mike LaFleur.
23:40But I think things get harder for everybody involved, less so McBride, more so the wide receivers because McBride is such a
23:47good short area target in the event that Jacoby Brissett gets benched.
23:51There is a wild card to all this though, that he could still get benched and they go to Gardner Minshew.
23:57And so if they go to Minshew, we've seen what that's been like, which has been good.
24:03So it's not like it's a huge step down for all of these guys if they just feel like Beck is not
24:10ready because of the rib injury or they just want to give him some more time and just Brissett stinks because that could easily happen as well.
24:19And that started to happen down the stretch a little bit last year also that Brissett was not playing at the same level from just a production standpoint.
24:28He was still getting us fantasy production, but he was just not playing as well.
24:33And so I think the one thing that you look at here is, to me it's twofold.
24:38It's the schedule is drastically different and tougher than what we saw last season.
24:43And the run game is going to be better.
24:46I don't know if that means they are a great running team, but they had nothing last year when everybody was injured.
24:53And now you have Love and Algier and maybe Conor at some point healthy.
24:57So it could just take some of the high-end production for all these guys off the table.
25:03Well, guys, it's time to preview a football game.

25:56So Dan's just tone deaf. Yeah, he really is.
25:59And the thing is, because you know him and his false bravado.
26:03It's not false bravado. Yeah. He thought he was better than me.
26:06Until people told him, like, no, you were absolutely horrible.
26:10By the way, he drafted with me and my softball team last night.
26:14We did the auction. And he was online. It was online.
26:18And he just was like trash talking me the entire time.
26:21I was like, who is this guy? No one knows him.
26:25Except the people who listen. But they were like, why is this guy killing you?
26:30His team name is Anti-Azer. Did he have a good auction?
26:33He and I, he had a better auction than I did.
26:37It was a weird one, man. Auction lesson learned.
26:40If everyone is going for more money than you plan on, than you are comfortable spending, well, you better get in on
26:47the spending, or you're just going to be left out on all the elite players.
26:52And that's what happened to me. Oh. All right.

27:21Patriots didn't really face great competition. The Seahawks did, but the Seahawks, actually, do we have an update on Nick Imanwari?
27:28Did not practice on Monday. Neither did their new safety also, Tai Okada.
27:32I thought he was limited on Monday. I'm sorry, Imanwari was limited.
27:36Okada did not practice. Right. All right, so again, they're already without two players from their secondary from last year who are on different teams.
27:44Now they might be without a starting safety and maybe another safety.
27:48Seattle won the Super Bowl 29-13. They dominated time of possession, 33 minutes, 11 seconds.
27:53They had six sacks, but Will Campbell was playing hurt in that game.
27:57Stat of the game, I guess, would be for both of them is that both teams had amazing run defenses last year.
28:05The Seahawks' fourth best against running backs, 3.57 yards per carry to running backs.
28:09They allowed only five carries longer than 13 yards all season, including the playoffs.
28:14The Patriots were arguably even better when they had Milton Williams.
28:17That was weeks one through 10, week 18, and the postseason.
28:21They weren't arguably. They were better. Running backs in those games averaged 3.1 yards per carry and scored two rushing touchdowns.
28:28By far the best in the NFL. So are you guys feeling good about these, you know, round five, round six running
28:35backs from Andre Stevenson and Jadarian Price, Jamie? Jamie?
28:38Stevenson more so than Price. Obviously not the best start for him.
28:41However, doesn't appear like Trevion Henderson's going to play.
28:44So giving him all the touches, you know, which seems like he's going to get, then that gives him the chance to,
28:52I still think, be a number two running back.
28:54If you're looking at YouTube, I think Heath is very aggressive with it at number 12.
29:00But, you know, again, we love workload opportunities. And the talk about him being involved in the passing game should come to fruition.
29:07You know, there's Hassan Haskins is most likely the number two running back right now, or Kiner, the running back that they took off of Arizona's roster.
29:16So I don't expect him to come off the field very much.
29:20And that's a huge plus. So in looking at Stevenson, I would start him.
29:24In looking at Price, if you can find another alternative, I would do so because we just don't know how they're going
29:31to use the other backs, most likely George Helani.
29:34So when you have a tough run defense, and then you have this very ambiguous situation, because it's not just that there's
29:41no Charbonnet, it's they still plan to use other guys.
29:45Emmanuel Wilson's banged up right now, so we'll see if he plays.
29:49But I think just looking at it as, if he comes off the field in a touchdown situation, like that's going to
29:56really piss a lot of people off, clearly. And if he's not going to be heavily involved in the passing game, I think that'd be a surprise.
30:05But if, I shouldn't say it shouldn't be a surprise.
30:08If he's not involved in the passing game, because we've seen them in the postseason, you know, when it was just Ken
30:15Walker, like he got passing down opportunities. But will they trust Price in his first NFL game to pass protect in key situations?
30:22So I'm just a little bit concerned about Price.
30:25So I would say flex at best. Stevenson, low end number two running back.
30:30How about the Steelers running backs against Atlanta? Would you start the Steelers running backs over the running backs in this game?
30:37Stevenson over both easily. If you want to say that there's an obvious Steelers running back, then I think that would be easy.
30:44But the fact that, again, we just don't know.
30:47Yeah. So they're all essentially back to back. I would lean Dowdle first in this game because I think the Steelers are
30:54playing with a win, playing with a lead. Right.
30:57And that probably helps him in terms of a carry perspective.
31:01Like I'm going to like Warren more when there's more probably shootout or chasing points scenario.
31:06So I think you go, if anyone, Dowdle over Price.
31:09But again, right now, I think just in the early run of rankings for me, I have it, if I remember correctly, Price.
31:17And then both Steelers guys almost back to back to back.
31:20All right, Dave, let me throw some wide receivers at you compared to these running backs.
31:26Luther Burden at Carolina. Believe I have Burden ahead of all the running backs.
31:30If it's full PPR. How about Parker Washington against the Browns?
31:34You know I'm going to take Parker out of them.
31:37Okay. How about Carnell Tate against the Jets? Would rather wait against, or I would rather wait with Tate.
31:43I'm not trying to be cute with words. I just would rather wait with him and not use him this week.
31:50Marvin Harrison Jr. Or a running back in this game?
31:53I've got MHJ behind Ramondre. Another tough call in this game might be Drake May.
31:58How are we feeling about Drake May, Dave Richard?
32:01I think he's a top 10 quarterback. I lowered him a little bit, but don't see him as a total liability.
32:08Went back and forth with him versus Jared Goff, because I expect Goff to obviously put up a lot of points, higher scoring game.
32:16I recognize that this is a tough Seattle defense, but it's just a better situation for him this time around.
32:22You mentioned Will Campbell being healthy. He's not going to be a turnstile like he was in the Super Bowl.
32:28The receiving core is obviously better. I feel like the Patriots are actually going to win this game, and May will be a significant part of it.
32:37We drafted him to be our starter. Seattle's defense, especially their pass rush, I think that stays the same from last year.
32:44I worry about the secondary for the reasons you brought up.
32:48They're not going to be the same back there.
32:51Because the Patriots made such huge additions, I think that pays off for them.
32:55I think that Drake May will be okay this week.
32:59I think okay is the right word. I would actually start Baker Mayfield over Drake May this week, just given the potential
33:06shootout between the Bengals and the Bucs. So I was just thinking of somebody that we drafted lower, that have ranked higher.
33:13So he's outside of top 12 for me. Again, I'm not probably going to the waiver wire to pick somebody up to start in place of Drake May.
33:22I think kind of what you got from him in the Super Bowl, which was 21.5 fantasy points, is the ceiling.
33:29Did not play well in that game. Three turnovers in that game, two interceptions and a fumble.
33:34The safeties are definitely an issue for the Seahawks.
33:37The receiving core is definitely a plus for the Patriots.
33:40I still think that pass rush is going to be an issue for Drake May, so I don't think we get a huge ceiling game from him.
33:49So if you are concerned, there probably are some guys on the waiver wire you could pivot to.
33:55If you want to go to Tyler Shuck, for example, who's going to be in a shootout with the Lions.
34:02If you want to go to Malik Willis, I wouldn't do that personally, but just looking at guys that have good matchups or good situations this week.
34:10This is just one still a very tough defense.
34:13It's a very tough environment to go play in.
34:16They're getting their Super Bowl accolades here in this game.
34:19It's a spotlight game. So you know May wants revenge, and clearly the Patriots' game plan this offseason was to help offset
34:27some of the things that they struggled with in really the playoffs, but including the Super Bowl.
34:32So I think May will be okay. I just don't think you're going to get a big game from him.
34:39So you asked Jared Goff. Jared Goff started the week.
34:42He's top five quarterback. Drake May is outside the top 12.
34:45Okay. AJ Brown, you're going to start. This is not an easy matchup.
34:50Seahawks last year, they held Nico Collins, DK Metcalf, Devante Adams, Debo Samuel, Justin Jefferson, Ricky Pearsall once, Tedderola McMillan, Jawan Jennings
34:57twice, and Stefan Diggs to 41 or fewer yards and 11 or fewer fantasy points.
35:02So look, this is the way fantasy goes. You have great players.
35:05Sometimes they have bad games. If AJ Brown does not do well in week one, do not hit the panic button.
35:12You make trade offers. Jackson Smith and Jigba, he, I think he'll probably destroy, but he might get shadowed by Christian Gonzalez,
35:19and he might struggle in this game, but you're obviously going to start him.
35:24Is there anyone else in this game? Am I forgetting anyone?
35:27We got the tight ends. We got the other wide receivers.
35:31We got Darnold. Am I forgetting anyone in this game?
35:34Dobbs would be the closest thing, I think, to the next starting option in the passing game for most fantasy managers.
35:41You know, you want to take shots on Shahid or maybe Cup or maybe DeMario Douglas.
35:46You know, he's got some late camp buzz, especially once they moved on from Keishon Booty.
35:51Like, I don't know. The tight ends to me just seem a little uninspiring in this game.
35:57You know, Barner may catch a touchdown. Henry may catch a touchdown.
36:01It just feels like this could be a low-scoring field goal fest.
36:05My favorite, I mean, Dobbs you drafted, you're not going to cut him.
36:09Keep him on your bench. I like Helani as a stash.
36:13Jamie's been talking. Helani is a good early-season stash for a few weeks now.

37:49that I'm as aggressive as I am. So I pulled off a trade.
37:53We had to stop the draft. I'd like to know what you guys would have done as commissioner, and then I will
38:01compare it to what the commissioner in this league did.
38:04I mean, I would have done the wrong thing.
38:07Which is? I would have reversed the trade. If you're not allowed to make trades during the draft, and that was established
38:14two years ago, you can't do it. Yeah, why is that the wrong thing?

38:49need to stop and back this up. So that's exactly what we did, is we reversed the trade, and the player that
38:57I took, it was Jordan Mason in round, I think it was round eight.
39:01Maybe round seven, who cares? And so players that took a player after the trade had the option to take Jordan Mason.
39:08Mason was gone two picks after. We reversed the trade, and the draft went on as normal.
39:14But I got quite a, what do you call that?
39:17Like a chat lashing? Yeah. Because it's not a verbal lashing.
39:21But I got my ass whipped in the chat for that one.
39:25That's tough. But you know what? It seems like you guys handled it well and kind of moved on quickly, right?

45:51And he definitely made McLaurin a less appealing fantasy option.

46:01And if Daniels doesn't have the same time to make plays down the field, then Stefan digs should have bigger opportunities.
46:08And if you think about it, it was why I like chicken concos, why Zach hurts was very good in 2024.
46:14It's, you know, that underneath player is something I think that Jane Daniels will lean on.
46:20And I think that's now digs. I would just add that I would expect McLaurin's role to change drastically from what we've seen the last two years.
46:28And they know that their offensive line is going to be great.
46:32And McLaurin will start to get some layup targets.
46:35I hope so. It's going to digs was 31 last year.
46:39He's 32. Now he'll be 33. Oh, forget it.
46:42He sucks. He'll be 33 late November. Too old.
